00:07:31,714 --> 00:07:34,015
Nous espérions que vous pourriez nous le dire.

153
00:07:34,017 --> 00:07:35,382
Je n'en ai pas la moindre idée.

154
00:07:35,384 --> 00:07:38,319
Parce que selon le journal d'appels

155
00:07:38,321 --> 00:07:40,271
Vous lui avez parlé pendant 8 minutes,

156
00:07:40,273 --> 00:07:41,606
hier soir, aux alentours de 18H00

157
00:07:41,608 --> 00:07:45,392
Aiden a surement parlé à quelqu'un sur mon téléphone hier soir,

158
00:07:45,394 --> 00:07:47,895
Mais ce n'est certainement pas moi, car je l'ai perdu

159
00:07:47,897 --> 00:07:49,947
hier matin, en faisant mon jogging.

160
00:07:49,949 --> 00:07:52,233
Donc, quelqu'un a volé votre téléphone,

161
00:07:52,235 --> 00:07:54,118
et parlé à votre patient pendant
huit minutes ?

162
00:07:54,120 --> 00:07:56,254
Comment expliquez-vous cela ?

163
00:07:56,256 --> 00:07:57,538
Je ne peux pas.

164
00:07:58,740 --> 00:08:00,374
J'aimerais pouvoir.

165
00:08:00,376 --> 00:08:02,710
J'aimerais pouvoir
vous dire ce qu'il s'est passé.

166
00:08:03,929 --> 00:08:06,547
Dr Victor, où étiez-vous la nuit
passée ?

167
00:08:06,549 --> 00:08:08,299
La nuit dernière, j'étais ici.

168
00:08:08,301 --> 00:08:10,351
Est-ce que quelqu'un était avec vous ?

169
00:08:10,353 --> 00:08:14,305
Vous êtes quoi ... un ex-militaire ?

170
00:08:21,647 --> 00:08:23,698
Vous n'avez pas répondu à ma question,
madame.

171
00:08:23,700 --> 00:08:24,715
Vous non plus.

172
00:08:24,717 --> 00:08:28,269
Vous étiez dans l'Armée ou
dans la Navy ?

173
00:08:28,271 --> 00:08:29,437
Air Force ?

174
00:08:29,439 --> 00:08:30,938
Navy.

175
00:08:30,940 --> 00:08:33,474
Combien de temps avez-vous été déployé ?

176
00:08:33,476 --> 00:08:36,277
La nuit dernière, vous étiez seule
chez vous ?

177
00:08:36,279 --> 00:08:38,079
C'est exact.

178
00:08:39,715 --> 00:08:42,449
Vous avez servi en Irak ?
; en Afghanistan ?

179
00:08:42,451 --> 00:08:45,119
Vous semblez avoir vu
beaucoup de combats.

180
00:08:45,121 --> 00:08:47,922
Vous avez vu énormément de violence
là-bas ?

181
00:08:53,328 --> 00:08:55,313
Dr. Victor, je vais vous demander

182
00:08:55,315 --> 00:08:56,463
de vous éloigner de la voiture.

183
00:08:56,465 --> 00:09:00,685
Kono, appelle le CSU et fais-les venir ici,  immédiatement

184
00:09:00,687 --> 00:09:04,071
pour fouiller la voiture.
Il y a des preuves dessus.

185
00:09:04,073 --> 00:09:05,806
Heu,..

186
00:09:05,808 --> 00:09:07,808
Qu'est-ce que vous faites ?

187
00:09:07,810 --> 00:09:09,577
STEVE : Olivia Victor,

188
00:09:09,579 --> 00:09:11,329
Vous êtes en état d'arrestation

189
00:09:11,331 --> 00:09:15,082
pour le meurtre de Aiden O'Connell.

190
00:09:19,871 --> 00:09:21,505
KONO : tu es sur à propos de ça, boss ?

191
00:09:21,507 --> 00:09:22,757
Regarde la,
elle n'est pas

192
00:09:22,759 --> 00:09:24,175
en train de trembler de peur.

193
00:09:24,177 --> 00:09:25,626
C'est une couverture.

194
00:09:25,628 --> 00:09:27,795
Elle sait qu'on la regarde.

195
00:09:27,797 --> 00:09:29,797
Elle nous a déjà menti deux fois, Kono,

196
00:09:29,799 --> 00:09:31,132
avec le téléphone,

197
00:09:31,134 --> 00:09:32,717
et à propos d'où elle se trouvait
la nuit dernière.

198
00:09:32,719 --> 00:09:33,934
elle l'a fait pendant qu'elle

199
00:09:33,936 --> 00:09:36,437
détruisait les preuves juste devant nous.

200
00:09:36,439 --> 00:09:37,805
Tout ça sans une goutte de sueur.

201
00:09:37,807 --> 00:09:39,056
Commandent Mc Garrett,
nous allons devoir

202
00:09:39,058 --> 00:09:40,391
la relâcher.
Non, pas maintenant.

203
00:09:40,393 --> 00:09:42,059
On ne peut pas la retenir sur
des soupçons.

204
00:09:42,061 --> 00:09:44,945
La voiture est parfaitement propre à
l'exception d'une branche de canne à sucre.

205
00:09:44,947 --> 00:09:47,481
Et comme vous le savez, on en trouve
partout sur cette île.

206
00:09:47,483 --> 00:09:49,183
Et à propos de son portable ?

207
00:09:49,185 --> 00:09:50,517
Aucun signal.

208
00:09:50,519 --> 00:09:52,069
Et il n'y a rien qui puisse contredire
son alibi.

209
00:09:52,071 --> 00:09:53,704
Mais il n'y a rien non plus
pour le prouver, n'est-ce pas ?

210
00:09:53,706 --> 00:09:56,540
Oui, mais ce n'est pas une cause
suffisante.

211
00:09:56,542 --> 00:09:57,858
Désolée, commandant.

212
00:10:03,882 --> 00:10:05,466
j'aurais aimé dire que c'était

213
00:10:05,468 --> 00:10:06,867
un plaisir de vous rencontrer, commandant.

214
00:10:06,869 --> 00:10:09,470
Vous l'avez tué, n'est-ce pas ?

215
00:10:09,472 --> 00:10:11,839
Mec, vous avez quelques problèmes,
n'est-ce pas ?

216
00:10:11,841 --> 00:10:15,542
Peut-être, mais le meurtre
n'en fait pas partie.

217
00:10:15,544 --> 00:10:18,262
J'essayais de l'aider.
Je ne l'ai pas tué.

218
00:10:18,264 --> 00:10:20,398
Oh si, vous l'avez tué.

219
00:10:20,400 --> 00:10:25,613
Okay, dans ce cas je pense qu'il ne vous reste plus qu'à le prouver.

220
00:10:53,348 --> 00:10:55,691
Très bien, cette femme est intelligente.

221
00:10:55,693 --> 00:10:56,942
Nous devons être plus malin.

222
00:10:56,944 --> 00:10:58,110
Mais si elle pense avoir commis

223
00:10:58,112 --> 00:10:59,228
le meurtre parfait, elle se trompe.

224
00:10:59,230 --> 00:11:00,830
A un moment ou un autre
elle a fait une erreur,

225
00:11:00,832 --> 00:11:02,298
c'est comme cela qu'on
va l'attraper.

226
00:11:02,300 --> 00:11:04,817
Ok, le truc du "j'ai perdu mon portable"
est plutôt faible comme alibi.

227
00:11:04,819 --> 00:11:06,202
Le problème est,
que c'est possible.

228
00:11:06,204 --> 00:11:07,936
Et la canne à sucre est présente partout à Maui.

229
00:11:07,938 --> 00:11:09,405
d'accord, quelle est ta théorie ?

230
00:11:09,407 --> 00:11:11,207
Ma théorie ?
Olivia était la psy d'Aiden.

231
00:11:11,209 --> 00:11:12,658
C'est une relation assez intime.

232
00:11:12,660 --> 00:11:13,775
KONO : ok, donc tu penses

233
00:11:13,777 --> 00:11:15,077
qu'elle devrait savoir
dans quoi Aiden

234
00:11:15,079 --> 00:11:16,462
a été impliqué, ce qui pourrait
l'avoir tuer.

235
00:11:16,464 --> 00:11:18,914
Exactement-- au lieu de ça,
elle nous ment.

236
00:11:18,916 --> 00:11:19,915
Elle clame l'ignorance complète.

237
00:11:19,917 --> 00:11:21,383
Je n'y crois pas une seconde.

238
00:11:21,385 --> 00:11:22,918
D'accord ?
Peut-importe ce qu'il y avait

239
00:11:22,920 --> 00:11:24,953
entre ces deux là, ça lui a fais

240
00:11:24,955 --> 00:11:27,914
l'appeler 27 fois hier, il est accro à elle.

241
00:11:27,939 --> 00:11:28,675
CHIN : oui, et bien,

242
00:11:28,676 --> 00:11:30,527
Elle ne serait pas le première psy à coucher avec un patient.

243
00:11:30,552 --> 00:11:32,567
C'est vrai, et si elle a rompu et qu'il l'a menacé

244
00:11:32,570 --> 00:11:35,217
de faute professionnelle, c'est un mobile.

245
00:11:35,299 --> 00:11:36,765
Non, c'est une théorie.

246
00:11:36,767 --> 00:11:38,484
- C'est mon instinct.
- Okay, est-ce que ton instinct

247
00:11:38,486 --> 00:11:40,236
a une preuve qui peux nous l'amener devant un procureur ?

248
00:11:40,238 --> 00:11:41,570
Pas encore.

249
00:11:41,572 --> 00:11:43,822
Mais si Aiden couchait avec le gentil docteur,

250
00:11:43,824 --> 00:11:46,308
peut-être que sa femme était au courant de quelque chose.

251
00:11:53,033 --> 00:11:55,668
Elle se fiche de moi.

252
00:11:55,670 --> 00:11:58,170
Quoi, qu'est-ce qu'il y a avec toi ?

253
00:11:58,172 --> 00:11:59,255
C'est elle.

254
00:11:59,257 --> 00:12:01,090
C'est Olivia.

255
00:12:03,460 --> 00:12:05,461
Qu'est-ce qu'elle fait ici ?

256
00:12:19,676 --> 00:12:21,510
Tu as vu ça ?

257
00:12:21,512 --> 00:12:23,845
Oui, je l'ai vu.

258
00:12:29,119 --> 00:12:33,489
Toutes mes condoléances, Mme O'Connell.

259
00:12:33,491 --> 00:12:36,191
C'est juste un tel choc.

260
00:12:36,193 --> 00:12:39,378
Je pense que c'est la partie la plus dure.

261
00:12:39,380 --> 00:12:41,797
J'ai l'impression d'être
tomber dans une embuscade.

262
00:12:41,799 --> 00:12:44,199
Nous, heu, sommes arrivés

263
00:12:44,201 --> 00:12:46,335
juste au moment ou Olivia Victor partait.

264
00:12:46,337 --> 00:12:48,870
Que faisait-elle ici ?

265
00:12:48,872 --> 00:12:51,840
Elle est venue me présenter ses condoléances.

266
00:12:53,560 --> 00:12:55,811
Savez-vous que votre mari a essayé de l'appeler le jour ou il est mort?

267
00:12:55,813 --> 00:12:57,763
Elle me l'a dit.

268
00:12:57,765 --> 00:13:01,183
Elle s'est senti tellement mal d'avoir perdu son téléphone.

269
00:13:01,185 --> 00:13:05,070
Elle a dit qu'elle ne pouvait s'empêcher de penser que peut-être...

270
00:13:05,072 --> 00:13:08,107
Si elle avait parlé à Aiden, les choses se seraient passées différemment.

271
00:13:08,109 --> 00:13:09,858
Qu'est ce que tu en penses ?
Tu penses que c'est vrai ?

272
00:13:09,860 --> 00:13:12,060
Je ne sais pas.

273
00:13:13,029 --> 00:13:15,564
Il y a beaucoup de choses que je ne saurais jamais.

274
00:13:17,250 --> 00:13:20,569
Hum...

275
00:13:20,571 --> 00:13:22,237
Aiden m'a laissé un message hier,

276
00:13:22,239 --> 00:13:25,574
disant qu'il voulait parler de quelque chose.

277
00:13:25,576 --> 00:13:29,011
Quelque chose dont il voulait s'excuser.

278
00:13:29,013 --> 00:13:31,046
Vous savez ce que ça peut être ?

279
00:13:32,449 --> 00:13:34,082
Aiden a été un alcoolique

280
00:13:34,084 --> 00:13:35,851
pendant les 6 derniers mois.

281
00:13:35,853 --> 00:13:38,354
Il est passé par ces phases.

282
00:13:38,356 --> 00:13:40,522
Je crois qu'il était bloqué dans celle de la culpabilité.

283
00:13:40,524 --> 00:13:42,408
Vous savez...

284
00:13:42,410 --> 00:13:45,811
assumer la responsabilité de ses transgressions passées.

285
00:13:47,314 --> 00:13:49,615
Dr. Victor l'a vraiment aidé avec ça.

286
00:13:49,617 --> 00:13:50,599
(renifflements)

287
00:13:50,601 --> 00:13:51,734
Mme. O'Connelle, Je ne veux pas...

288
00:13:51,736 --> 00:13:54,703
Je ne veut pas vous manquer de respect, mais ...

289
00:13:54,705 --> 00:13:57,539
est-il possible qu'il y ait eu quelque chose

290
00:13:57,541 --> 00:14:00,609
entre votre mari et Dr.Victor ?

291
00:14:04,447 --> 00:14:05,798
Je ne vais pas enjoliver les choses

292
00:14:05,800 --> 00:14:07,750
et dire que notre relation était parfaite.

293
00:14:07,752 --> 00:14:08,950
Elle ne l'était pas.

294
00:14:10,420 --> 00:14:13,255
A un moment j'ai pensé qu'Aiden me trompait,

295
00:14:13,257 --> 00:14:15,240
Mais...

296
00:14:16,676 --> 00:14:19,294
Dr. Victor, elle était une partie de la solution.

297
00:14:21,130 --> 00:14:23,816
Pas un problème.

298
00:14:25,518 --> 00:14:26,635
DANNY :
Ok, écoute...

299
00:14:26,637 --> 00:14:27,969
Je dit juste que peut etre,

300
00:14:27,971 --> 00:14:31,407
peut être que tu as mal jugé Olivia Victor.

301
00:14:31,409 --> 00:14:32,691
Je ne pense pas.
Ok.

302
00:14:32,693 --> 00:14:33,942
Et ben, je le suggère seulement,

303
00:14:33,944 --> 00:14:35,778
Parce qu'il n'y a vraiment aucun indice

304
00:14:35,780 --> 00:14:37,496
qu'elle couchait avec Aiden O'Connell, Ok ?

305
00:14:37,498 --> 00:14:38,947
Et on a cherché ses antécédants.

306
00:14:38,949 --> 00:14:40,649
Il n'y en a pas. Pas de précédant criminel,

307
00:14:40,651 --> 00:14:43,352
pas de plainte professionnel contre elle, aucune.

308
00:14:43,354 --> 00:14:45,821
Ca ne prouve pas qu'elle ne l'a pas fait. Tu l'a vu chez elle,

309
00:14:45,823 --> 00:14:48,207
la façon dont elle m'a regardé quand elle est partie-- c'était quoi ?

310
00:14:48,209 --> 00:14:49,541
Tu l'avais accusé de meurtre.

311
00:14:49,543 --> 00:14:50,659
Comment devait-elle te regarder ?

312
00:14:50,661 --> 00:14:52,160
je dirais que c'était remarquablement courtois.

313
00:14:52,162 --> 00:14:53,879
Ok, écoutes, Tu ne comprends pas Danny.

314
00:14:53,881 --> 00:14:55,214
Non.
Elle devait

315
00:14:55,216 --> 00:14:57,165
aller chez Lindsay O'Connell d'abord.

316
00:14:57,167 --> 00:14:59,101
Elle devait contrôler le récit.

317
00:14:59,103 --> 00:15:01,053
Le récit ?

318
00:15:01,055 --> 00:15:03,722
Ok, et ben il y a une autre explication en fait.

319
00:15:03,724 --> 00:15:07,025
Il est possible qu'Olivia soit aussi connu sous le nom de

320
00:15:07,027 --> 00:15:09,528
prépare toi -- Une psychothérapeute attentive.

321
00:15:09,530 --> 00:15:11,179
Quelque chose que tu devrait vraiment
considérer,

322
00:15:11,181 --> 00:15:12,281
parce que je n'arrive pas à comprendre

323
00:15:12,283 --> 00:15:13,899
Ce qui, chez cette femme,

324
00:15:13,901 --> 00:15:15,734
te rends dingue.
Tu ne l'a pas vu à Maui.

325
00:15:15,736 --> 00:15:17,653
Ce n'est qu'un jeux pour elle.

326
00:15:17,655 --> 00:15:18,954
Elle prend son pied.

327
00:15:18,956 --> 00:15:21,990
Et en plus de m'énerver, ça la rends dangereuse.

328
00:15:23,543 --> 00:15:25,193
(sonnerie de téléphone)
Tu as un problème avec les psy.

329
00:15:25,195 --> 00:15:26,695
J'ai un problème avec les psy qui tue leur patient

330
00:15:26,697 --> 00:15:28,497
et mentent à propos de ça.
DANNY : ah.

331
00:15:28,499 --> 00:15:29,698
Qu'est ce que tu as ?

332
00:15:29,700 --> 00:15:32,217
On a regardé les finances d'Aiden O'Connell

333
00:15:32,219 --> 00:15:33,719
et on a trouvé quelque chose d'intéressant.

334
00:15:33,721 --> 00:15:36,772
Ces 3 derniers mois, il faisait des chèques

335
00:15:36,774 --> 00:15:38,557
à un détective privé nommé Barry Martin.

336
00:15:38,559 --> 00:15:40,392
Pour un total de 30 000$.

337
00:15:40,394 --> 00:15:42,177
Whoua, un détective privé ?

338
00:15:42,179 --> 00:15:43,979
Peut être qu'on l'a prit à l'envers, pas vrai ?

339
00:15:43,981 --> 00:15:45,481
Peut être qu'Aiden était celui qui pensait

340
00:15:45,483 --> 00:15:48,049
que sa femme le trompait, pas l'inverse.

341
00:15:48,051 --> 00:15:49,418
Peut être qu'il a découvert qu'il avait raison.

342
00:15:49,420 --> 00:15:51,069
Chin :
Ça expliquerait

343
00:15:51,071 --> 00:15:52,721
la tentative désespéré pour parler à sa psy.

344
00:15:52,723 --> 00:15:54,573
Et si c'est pour ça qu'il a engagé un détective,

345
00:15:54,575 --> 00:15:56,391
alors la femme d'Aiden et son amant sont

346
00:15:56,393 --> 00:15:58,226
bien plus suspect qu'Olivia Victor.

347
00:15:58,228 --> 00:15:59,495
(soupire)
Très bien, très bien.

348
00:15:59,497 --> 00:16:01,063
On a l'adresse du détective ?

349
00:16:01,065 --> 00:16:02,414
CHIN :
J'ai déjà fait la recherche.

350
00:16:02,416 --> 00:16:04,450
Son bureau l'a placé en planque à Ala Moana.

351
00:16:04,452 --> 00:16:06,752
Très bien, vous allez lui parler, voir ce qu'il sait.

352
00:16:06,754 --> 00:16:08,587
Danny et moi allons voir ce qu'on peut apprendre

353
00:16:08,589 --> 00:16:09,621
du dossier d'Aiden.

354
00:16:15,545 --> 00:16:17,629
Mangosta ne peux pas être en vie.

355
00:16:17,631 --> 00:16:21,049
J'ai mis une charge explosive dans sa chambre moi-même.

356
00:16:21,051 --> 00:16:22,968
Avez-vous vu son corps ?

357
00:16:22,970 --> 00:16:24,887
Non, Agent Channing, Je ne suis pas restée autour

358
00:16:24,889 --> 00:16:27,306
pour la suite de l'explosion.

359
00:16:27,308 --> 00:16:29,274
Mais il n'y a aucune raison qu'il est survécu à ça.

360
00:16:30,593 --> 00:16:32,945
Vous l'avez fait.

361
00:16:35,365 --> 00:16:36,598
Vous avez utilisé la même tactique

362
00:16:36,600 --> 00:16:38,150
pour simuler votre propre mort.

363
00:16:38,152 --> 00:16:42,404
Qui peut dire que Mangosta
n'y est pas arriver aussi?

364
00:16:42,406 --> 00:16:45,908
Voici l'homme que nous pensons être Mangosta.

365
00:16:45,910 --> 00:16:47,943
Il voyage sous le nom de
Fernando Gorza,

366
00:16:47,945 --> 00:16:49,578
qui n'est dans aucune base de données
connue.

367
00:16:49,580 --> 00:16:50,829
c'est assurément un pseudonyme.

368
00:16:50,831 --> 00:16:52,948
Ce qui certainement ne prouve pas que c'est Mangosta.

369
00:16:52,950 --> 00:16:54,950
Je ne peux rien dire à partir de ça.

370
00:16:54,952 --> 00:16:57,302
Doris, utilise ton imagination.

371
00:16:57,304 --> 00:16:59,588
Okay, il a 30 ans de plus depuis la dernière fois qu'on l'a vu.

372
00:16:59,590 --> 00:17:02,424
Il y a quelque chose à propos de lui
qui vous semble familier?

373
00:17:03,794 --> 00:17:04,927
Je ne sais pas.

374
00:17:04,929 --> 00:17:07,295
Ca ne peut pas être lui.

375
00:17:07,297 --> 00:17:10,065
Mais si c'est le cas?

376
00:17:10,067 --> 00:17:11,800
Vous pensez que c'est juste une coïncidence qu'il est refait surface

377
00:17:11,802 --> 00:17:13,569
juste au moment où vous êtes sur l'île?

378
00:17:23,746 --> 00:17:25,831
Il y a tout un protocole de demande

379
00:17:25,833 --> 00:17:28,387
pour les dossiers des patients.
Je ne peux pas juste vous donner le dossier.

380
00:17:28,388 --> 00:17:30,477
Bien sur que vous pouvez. Je vous ai demandé gentiment, allez.

381
00:17:31,164 --> 00:17:31,924
Ecoutez,

382
00:17:31,925 --> 00:17:33,450
on enquête sur un meurtre, okay?

383
00:17:33,451 --> 00:17:34,450
Quelqu'un est mort.

384
00:17:34,452 --> 00:17:35,702
J'ai compris que vous étiez flic,

385
00:17:35,704 --> 00:17:37,603
mais je pense que vous allez avoir besoin d'un avocat.

386
00:17:37,605 --> 00:17:39,238
Quoi? Allez.

387
00:17:40,273 --> 00:17:41,958
Commandant McGarrett,

388
00:17:41,960 --> 00:17:43,743
Vous semblez avoir une attachement assez malsain envers moi.

389
00:17:43,745 --> 00:17:44,961
STEVE :
Non,

390
00:17:44,963 --> 00:17:46,579
j'enquête juste sur le meurtre
d'Aiden O'Connell.

391
00:17:46,581 --> 00:17:48,214
Vous ne voulez pas nous aider
à trouver son assassin?

392
00:17:48,216 --> 00:17:50,133
Bien sur que je le veux.
Okay, bien.

393
00:17:50,135 --> 00:17:52,284
Dans ce cas vous ne nous en voudrez pas de regarder le dossier de votre patient.

394
00:17:52,286 --> 00:17:54,137
Oui, sauf que

395
00:17:54,139 --> 00:17:56,089
nous savons tous les deux que chaque juridiction

396
00:17:56,091 --> 00:17:58,257
reconnais le privilège docteur/patient,

397
00:17:58,259 --> 00:18:00,560
donc les dossiers sont confidentiels.

398
00:18:00,562 --> 00:18:04,814
Ce privilège appartient à Aiden et ne survit pas à la mort.

399
00:18:06,567 --> 00:18:08,935
D'accord,
Heu, Jane peux-tu

400
00:18:08,937 --> 00:18:10,186
lui donner le dossier d'Aiden O'Connell?

401
00:18:10,188 --> 00:18:11,904
Bien que je ne sais pas

402
00:18:11,906 --> 00:18:13,773
si vous serez capable d’interpréter  mes notes sur cette affaire.

403
00:18:13,775 --> 00:18:15,942
Pourquoi, vous écrivez si mal que ça?

404
00:18:15,944 --> 00:18:19,112
Non, je faisais référence à vos capacités de compréhension de texte.

405
00:18:19,114 --> 00:18:21,914
Il se pourrait que peut-être
cela vous dépasse

406
00:18:21,916 --> 00:18:22,999
de cinq années d'étude ?

407
00:18:23,001 --> 00:18:24,450
Oh, vous savez quoi?

408
00:18:24,452 --> 00:18:26,369
J'ai un dictionnaire qui m'attend, donc ne vous inquiétez pas pour ça, Ok ?

409
00:18:26,371 --> 00:18:28,371
Donne à cet homme tout ce qu'il veux, Jane.

410
00:18:28,373 --> 00:18:29,922
Merci.
Oh, au fait,

411
00:18:29,924 --> 00:18:31,290
Pourquoi êtes vous allée directement chez Lindsay O'Connell

412
00:18:31,292 --> 00:18:32,658
quand vous êtes rentrée de Honolulu ?

413
00:18:32,660 --> 00:18:34,627
Vous êtes sérieux ?

414
00:18:34,629 --> 00:18:35,995
Je suis sérieux.

415
00:18:35,997 --> 00:18:37,597
Aiden O'Connell était mon patient.

416
00:18:37,599 --> 00:18:39,057
Okay.

417
00:18:39,082 --> 00:18:40,768
Quel est le problème avec vous commandant ?

418
00:18:40,769 --> 00:18:41,851
C'est votre Maman ?

419
00:18:41,853 --> 00:18:43,502
Votre Papa ?

420
00:18:43,504 --> 00:18:45,504
C'est un abandon ?

421
00:18:45,506 --> 00:18:47,106
Ou...

422
00:18:47,108 --> 00:18:48,391
un trahison ?

423
00:18:48,393 --> 00:18:50,109
Peut-être les deux.

424
00:18:50,111 --> 00:18:53,012
Je parie que votre mère est la raison
pour laquelle vous n'êtes pas marier.

425
00:18:53,014 --> 00:18:54,814
Vous êtes entrain de m'analyser?

426
00:18:54,816 --> 00:18:56,649
Ne vous flattez pas.

427
00:18:56,651 --> 00:18:58,868
Vous ne portez pas d'alliance.

428
00:18:58,870 --> 00:19:00,703
C'est assez.
Pourquoi ne pas calmer le jeu.

429
00:19:00,705 --> 00:19:03,456
Relax et...

430
00:19:03,458 --> 00:19:05,357
Il y a un problème avec le dossier.

431
00:19:05,359 --> 00:19:07,293
Um...

432
00:19:07,295 --> 00:19:08,294
Les dossiers d'Aiden ont disparu.

433
00:19:08,296 --> 00:19:09,862
(rires)

434
00:19:09,864 --> 00:19:11,197
C'est probablement un virus.

435
00:19:11,199 --> 00:19:12,799
C'est probablement un virus--
Que c'est pratique.

436
00:19:12,801 --> 00:19:14,050
Peux-tu regarder le fichier de sauvegarde ?

437
00:19:14,052 --> 00:19:16,002
je l'ai fais. Même chose.

438
00:19:16,004 --> 00:19:17,553
Vous savez quoi ?
Bon stratagème, ok ?

439
00:19:17,555 --> 00:19:18,504
Prétendre être coopérative.

440
00:19:18,506 --> 00:19:19,639
Vous savez qu'il n'y a rien dedans.

441
00:19:19,641 --> 00:19:20,757
C'est assez.

442
00:19:20,759 --> 00:19:22,175
Je veux que vous quittiez mon bureau.

443
00:19:22,177 --> 00:19:24,177
Quitter votre bureau?
Avec plaisir. Oui. Allons-y.

444
00:19:24,179 --> 00:19:26,062
Okay, je suis sûr qu'on va se revoir
bientôt.

445
00:19:31,752 --> 00:19:34,320
C'est le van du Détective Privé.

446
00:19:42,362 --> 00:19:44,430
On dirait que Barry assurait une
surveillance.

447
00:19:44,432 --> 00:19:46,249
Peut-être.

448
00:19:49,837 --> 00:19:52,038
Hey.

449
00:19:53,240 --> 00:19:55,574
Barry Martin.

450
00:20:15,458 --> 00:20:16,951
Steve :
Ok, merci, Chin.

451
00:20:16,952 --> 00:20:17,939
Quoi de neuf?

452
00:20:18,039 --> 00:20:20,014
Ils ont trouvé un ordinateur dans le van du détective.

453
00:20:20,015 --> 00:20:21,147
Quelque chose dedans qui explique

454
00:20:21,149 --> 00:20:22,248
pourquoi Aiden l'aurait engagé ?

455
00:20:22,250 --> 00:20:23,416
Plein de fichiers cryptés.

456
00:20:23,418 --> 00:20:25,318
Chin vient de le déposer à Fong.

457
00:20:25,320 --> 00:20:26,719
Donc on est de retour à la case départ.

458
00:20:26,721 --> 00:20:27,787
retour à la case départ --

459
00:20:27,789 --> 00:20:29,923
Olivia Victor est derrière ces deux meurtres.

460
00:20:29,925 --> 00:20:31,257
Comment tu le sais ?

461
00:20:31,259 --> 00:20:32,258
Hey, Hey !

462
00:20:32,260 --> 00:20:33,960
On a rien, Zéro,

463
00:20:33,962 --> 00:20:35,962
qui connecte Olivia Victor avec notre détective mort.

464
00:20:35,964 --> 00:20:39,048
Non, correction, on a rien qui la connecte avec lui, encore .

465
00:20:39,050 --> 00:20:41,718
On va trouver -- On a juste à trouver ce que c'est.

466
00:20:41,720 --> 00:20:44,104
Ok, ok.

467
00:20:44,106 --> 00:20:47,540
Excuse-moi, euh,
si je peux, um,

468
00:20:47,542 --> 00:20:50,643
J'ai vu la façon dont elle
agit avec toi, okay?

469
00:20:50,645 --> 00:20:53,179
Elle te provoque délibérément,

470
00:20:53,181 --> 00:20:55,982
et je commence à penser que
ce n'est pas de sa faute

471
00:20:55,984 --> 00:20:57,350
uniquement, mais

472
00:20:57,352 --> 00:20:59,619
de la tienne aussi.

473
00:20:59,621 --> 00:21:01,488
Qu'est-ce que c'est supposé signifier?

474
00:21:01,490 --> 00:21:02,872
Je vais te dire de que c'est supposer
signifier :

475
00:21:02,874 --> 00:21:03,907
Elle te teste,

476
00:21:03,909 --> 00:21:04,791
tu l'autorises à franchir tes limites

477
00:21:04,793 --> 00:21:06,576
C'est vrai ?
C'est vrai.

478
00:21:06,578 --> 00:21:08,695
Elle est provocatrice,
elle te tient tête.

479
00:21:08,697 --> 00:21:10,830
D'accord? et elle aime ça,
pas pour rien, elle s'amuse.

480
00:21:10,832 --> 00:21:11,998
Okay, tu détestes

481
00:21:12,000 --> 00:21:13,883
être tester comme ça,
c'est une insulte

482
00:21:13,885 --> 00:21:16,469
à ton petit monde, okay?

483
00:21:16,471 --> 00:21:17,470
Et elle le sent.

484
00:21:17,472 --> 00:21:19,589
c'est une heure de consultation,
ou quoi...

485
00:21:19,591 --> 00:21:21,591
Je fais seulement le point.
Hey?

486
00:21:21,593 --> 00:21:22,976
Vous avez trouvé quelque chose sur l'ordinateur portable?

487
00:21:22,978 --> 00:21:24,877
Fong travaille toujours dessus, mais il y a quelqu'un ici

488
00:21:24,879 --> 00:21:26,513
qui dit avoir des informations sur l'affaire.

489
00:21:26,515 --> 00:21:27,981
Il dit qu'il ne parlera qu'à toi.

490
00:21:27,983 --> 00:21:30,517
Envoie-le moi.
Eh, rentrez!

491
00:21:30,519 --> 00:21:32,652
Steve McGarrett?
Oui.

492
00:21:32,654 --> 00:21:34,687
Comment allez-vous?
Bien.

493
00:21:35,856 --> 00:21:37,240
A votre service.

494
00:21:40,327 --> 00:21:42,629
Excusez-moi.

495
00:21:47,419 --> 00:21:50,753
... ordonnance restrictive.

496
00:21:50,755 --> 00:21:52,672
Félicitations, Mec.

497
00:21:52,674 --> 00:21:54,674
Olivia Victor a obtenu un ordonnance restrictive contre toi.

498
00:21:54,676 --> 00:21:56,042
Tu ne dois pas être à moins

499
00:21:56,044 --> 00:21:58,578
de 460 mètres d'elle,
tout le temps.

500
00:21:58,580 --> 00:21:59,712
Tu es content maintenant ?

501
00:21:59,714 --> 00:22:01,915
Tu souris--
Pourquoi est-ce que tu souris ?

502
00:22:01,917 --> 00:22:04,133
Je suis en extase.
Tu ne comprends pas?!

503
00:22:05,136 --> 00:22:06,419
Elle sait qu'on est sur elle.

504
00:22:06,421 --> 00:22:07,937
Sa prochaine étape sera d'essayer de quitter l'île.

505
00:22:07,939 --> 00:22:09,322
Je vais la mètre sur la liste noire des
vols.

506
00:22:09,324 --> 00:22:10,607
Whoa, Whoa, est-ce que c'est une bonne idée ?

507
00:22:10,609 --> 00:22:11,724
Non, non, non.

508
00:22:11,726 --> 00:22:13,926
C'est la définition même de la mauvaise idée.

509
00:22:13,928 --> 00:22:15,595
Ok, Steve, tu dois lire ça.

510
00:22:15,597 --> 00:22:17,230
Tu ne peux pas -- je répète, pas --

511
00:22:17,232 --> 00:22:18,648
mettre Olivia Victor en interdiction de vol.

512
00:22:18,650 --> 00:22:20,450
Tu as parfaitement raison. Je ne peux pas.

513
00:22:20,452 --> 00:22:22,402
mais je connais quelqu'un qui peut.

514
00:22:25,206 --> 00:22:28,541
Si "Fernando Gorza" est le pseudonyme que Mangosta utilise,

515
00:22:28,543 --> 00:22:30,043
il vient juste de louer une voiture à l'aéroport

516
00:22:30,045 --> 00:22:31,611
et il est à l'hotel Ho'okipa.

517
00:22:31,613 --> 00:22:32,996
On devrait vérifier ça.

518
00:22:37,635 --> 00:22:39,402
rangez-ça.

519
00:22:42,306 --> 00:22:45,058
Cath, viens !

520
00:22:45,060 --> 00:22:46,559
Oui !

521
00:22:48,012 --> 00:22:49,312
-Salut.
-Salut.

522
00:22:49,314 --> 00:22:50,796
Je ne m'attendais pas à te voir aujourd'hui.

523
00:22:50,798 --> 00:22:52,315
heu...

524
00:22:52,317 --> 00:22:54,817
Cath, J'ai besoin...

525
00:22:54,819 --> 00:22:56,803
d'une faveur? bien sur.

526
00:22:56,805 --> 00:22:59,405
quoi,une autorisation,
un privilège, une dispense...

527
00:22:59,407 --> 00:23:01,491
Tu es tellement belle quand tu es sarcastique.

528
00:23:01,493 --> 00:23:02,808
Vas-tu me le demander oui ou non ?

529
00:23:02,810 --> 00:23:05,745
Oui, j'ai besoin que tu mettes le Dr. Olivia Victor

530
00:23:05,747 --> 00:23:08,481
sur une interdiction de vol.

531
00:23:08,483 --> 00:23:09,782
Tu pourrais...tu pourrais faire ça.

532
00:23:09,784 --> 00:23:11,817
Non je ne peux pas.

533
00:23:11,819 --> 00:23:13,453
Elle, heu...

534
00:23:13,455 --> 00:23:14,654
Elle a une ordonnance restrictive contre moi.

535
00:23:14,656 --> 00:23:17,006
Une ordonnance restrictive ?
Ouais.

536
00:23:17,008 --> 00:23:18,124
Qu est ce que tu as fait?

537
00:23:18,126 --> 00:23:19,992
J'ai fait mon job.
Mm.

538
00:23:19,994 --> 00:23:22,211
Tu ne peux t'approcher à moins de ?
500 mètres.

539
00:23:22,213 --> 00:23:24,380
Oh, tu ne fais jamais une bonne impression.

540
00:23:24,382 --> 00:23:25,632
Je sais, mais sérieusement Cath,

541
00:23:25,634 --> 00:23:26,966
Si je la met en interdiction de vol,

542
00:23:26,968 --> 00:23:28,051
ça aura l'air d'être du harcèlement.

543
00:23:28,053 --> 00:23:31,220
Steve... C'est du harcelement.

544
00:23:31,222 --> 00:23:32,438
j'ai compris ça.

545
00:23:33,274 --> 00:23:35,475
Hey...
Je suis désolé.

546
00:23:35,477 --> 00:23:37,143
Tu vas bien ?
Qu'est-ce qu'il se passe ?

547
00:23:37,145 --> 00:23:38,278
je suis, je vais bien, je vais bien.

548
00:23:38,280 --> 00:23:39,479
J'ai juste...j'ai besoin que se soit fait.

549
00:23:39,481 --> 00:23:41,064
D'accord, tu es sure d'aller bien ?

550
00:23:41,865 --> 00:23:44,117
Cette femme a tué deux personnes.

551
00:23:44,119 --> 00:23:45,618
D'accord? et maintenant elle joue avec moi.

552
00:23:45,620 --> 00:23:46,653
Je déteste qu'on se joue de moi.

553
00:23:46,655 --> 00:23:47,904
J'ai juste...j'ai vraiment besoin de toi Cath.

554
00:23:47,906 --> 00:23:48,955
J'ai besoin de ton aide.

555
00:23:48,957 --> 00:23:51,457
Tu l'as.

556
00:24:21,855 --> 00:24:24,223
Vous n'êtes pas au bon endroit,
commandant.

557
00:24:24,225 --> 00:24:27,493
Ecoutez, si vous voulez me parler,

558
00:24:27,495 --> 00:24:29,662
Je serai au Café Julia dans dix minutes.

559
00:25:00,927 --> 00:25:02,278
Asseyez vous.

560
00:25:02,280 --> 00:25:04,814
Je ne mors pas.

561
00:25:04,816 --> 00:25:06,866
Vous avez demandez une ordonnance
restrictive contre moi.

562
00:25:06,868 --> 00:25:08,985
Ce sera notre secret.

563
00:25:23,300 --> 00:25:26,452
Allez-y.
Demandez-moi ce que vous voulez.

564
00:25:27,287 --> 00:25:29,255
Pourquoi avez vous tué Aiden O'Connell?

565
00:25:29,257 --> 00:25:32,141
Pourquoi vous pensez que je l'ai tué ?

566
00:25:32,143 --> 00:25:34,510
Peut etre parce que tu couches avec ton
patient

567
00:25:34,512 --> 00:25:36,062
Peut etre que tu as rompu,

568
00:25:36,064 --> 00:25:37,296
Peut etre qu'il t'a menacé

569
00:25:37,298 --> 00:25:38,964
Je ne sais pas. Dites moi

570
00:25:38,966 --> 00:25:42,151
En général, les gens tuent pour une de ces
3 raisons, commandant:

571
00:25:42,153 --> 00:25:44,270
l'argent, le sexe, ou la revanche

572
00:25:45,406 --> 00:25:49,141
Je trouve ça trés intéressant

573
00:25:49,143 --> 00:25:53,246
que ton fantasme sur ma culpabilité
comprennent le sexe

574
00:25:55,082 --> 00:25:58,167
Tu as deja de l'argent, non ?

575
00:25:58,169 --> 00:26:00,253
Et la revanche ne signifie rien
pour un psychopathe

576
00:26:00,255 --> 00:26:01,838
WOW

577
00:26:01,840 --> 00:26:04,824
Ce n'est pas le bon moyen pour séduire
une femme commandant

578
00:26:06,093 --> 00:26:08,428
C'est ce que tu veux, non ?

579
00:26:08,430 --> 00:26:10,663
Ce que je veux...

580
00:26:10,665 --> 00:26:12,832
c'est que tu me dises pourquoi
vous l'avez tué

581
00:26:12,834 --> 00:26:14,333
et ce que je veux

582
00:26:14,335 --> 00:26:15,802
c'est de te voir en prison

583
00:26:15,804 --> 00:26:19,105
meme si j'avais tué Aiden...

584
00:26:19,107 --> 00:26:21,307
vous ne pourrez pas le prouver

585
00:26:23,777 --> 00:26:26,779
Est ce que c'est un aveu?

586
00:26:29,283 --> 00:26:31,200
Dites moi ce qu'il s'est passé

587
00:26:31,202 --> 00:26:33,402
Je sais que vous le voulez.
Dites moi juste ce qu'il s'est passé.

588
00:26:36,824 --> 00:26:38,324
(sanglots)
Oh mon dieu !

589
00:26:38,326 --> 00:26:40,025
Merci mon Dieu tu es la

590
00:26:40,027 --> 00:26:42,628
J'ai une ordonnance restrictive contre cet homme

591
00:26:42,630 --> 00:26:44,697
Je ne sais pas vraiment ce que je dois
faire maintenant

592
00:26:44,699 --> 00:26:47,216
a propos de ça, il me traque.

593
00:26:47,218 --> 00:26:48,918
ce n'est pas vrai, Duke.
ce n'est pas vrai.

594
00:26:48,920 --> 00:26:51,170
Elle m'a demandé de la retrouver la bas.
OK ?

595
00:26:54,391 --> 00:26:55,708
Ok, maman

596
00:26:55,710 --> 00:26:57,927
Pouquoi ne rentres tu pas a la maison?
je m'en occupe à partir de là

597
00:26:57,929 --> 00:26:59,312
merci beaucoup

598
00:26:59,314 --> 00:27:00,763
merci

599
00:27:10,991 --> 00:27:12,108
(il s'éclaircit la gorge)

600
00:27:12,110 --> 00:27:14,110
Qu'est ce qu'il se passe Duke ?
Dis moi

601
00:27:14,112 --> 00:27:15,895
Elle m'a appelé; elle m'a dit que vous
la suiviait

602
00:27:15,897 --> 00:27:17,079
c'était son idée

603
00:27:17,081 --> 00:27:18,531
Peut etre bien Steve,

604
00:27:18,533 --> 00:27:20,283
mais elle a une ordonnance restrictive.

605
00:27:20,285 --> 00:27:21,901
Et la prochaine fois, je n'aurais
pas le choix

606
00:27:21,903 --> 00:27:23,619
je devrais t'arreter

607
00:27:23,621 --> 00:27:25,838
ok, ok

608
00:27:45,859 --> 00:27:47,927
Des nouvelles de Fong ?

609
00:27:47,929 --> 00:27:49,462
Oui, il a dit qu'il y avait
des douzaines de fichiers audios

610
00:27:49,464 --> 00:27:50,813
sur l'ordinateur de notre détective
privé mort.

611
00:27:50,815 --> 00:27:53,282
Malheureusement, il travaille encore
à les décripter.

612
00:27:53,284 --> 00:27:57,203
Mais dans le même temps,
il a trouvé ces photos.

613
00:27:58,322 --> 00:28:00,907
Alors on peut y voir
huit hommes différents.

614
00:28:00,909 --> 00:28:02,208
L'un d'eux est Aiden O'Connell,

615
00:28:02,210 --> 00:28:04,126
un autre, que j'ai identifier à partir
de la plaque de sa voiture.

616
00:28:04,128 --> 00:28:05,294
C'est le juge Ted Reynolds.

617
00:28:05,296 --> 00:28:08,247
Okay. Donc il travaillait sur
huit affaires différentes,

618
00:28:08,249 --> 00:28:10,333
chaque affaire ciblait l'un de ces
hommes.

619
00:28:10,335 --> 00:28:13,886
KONO: Sauf que, quand j'ai fouiller
dans les finances du juge Reynolds,

620
00:28:13,888 --> 00:28:17,056
il a payé notre détective privé
20 000 dollars les deux mois derniers.

621
00:28:17,058 --> 00:28:18,224
Aiden le payait aussi.

622
00:28:18,226 --> 00:28:20,459
Alors pourquoi ils font des chèques,

623
00:28:20,461 --> 00:28:22,461
alors que ce sont eux sous surveillance?

624
00:28:22,463 --> 00:28:23,646
Bonne question.

625
00:28:28,302 --> 00:28:30,403
Regarde ça.

626
00:28:30,405 --> 00:28:31,971
Il ne travaillait pas sur
huit affaires différentes.

627
00:28:31,973 --> 00:28:34,240
Ces hommes font partie
d'une seule et grande affaire?

628
00:28:36,243 --> 00:28:39,278
Ils sont au même endroit.

629
00:28:39,280 --> 00:28:40,813
Et pas n'importe quel endroit.

630
00:28:40,815 --> 00:28:43,182
C'est l'immeuble où il y a le
bureau d'Olivia Victor.

631
00:28:45,335 --> 00:28:46,953
Steve avait raison pour elle.

632
00:29:38,639 --> 00:29:39,922
J'y suis.

633
00:29:57,574 --> 00:29:59,075
Il n'y a rien ici.

634
00:30:05,666 --> 00:30:06,666
Catherine, il est revenu.

635
00:30:06,668 --> 00:30:08,084
Il faut partir.

636
00:30:08,669 --> 00:30:10,002
Coffre fort.

637
00:30:10,004 --> 00:30:11,370
Retiens-le.

638
00:30:11,372 --> 00:30:12,621
CHANNING : Je vais faire ce que je peux,

639
00:30:12,623 --> 00:30:14,907
mais il se dirige droit
à sa chambre.

640
00:30:27,471 --> 00:30:29,638
Exusez-moi.

641
00:30:34,027 --> 00:30:35,227
Désolé.

642
00:30:58,969 --> 00:31:00,452
J'appelle WITSEC en renfort.

643
00:31:00,454 --> 00:31:01,620
Evacue la pièce

644
00:31:01,622 --> 00:31:03,923
Il est sur le point de sortir
de l'ascenseur au 14ème étage.

645
00:31:10,063 --> 00:31:11,230
Le coffre est vide?

646
00:31:11,232 --> 00:31:13,265
Alors sors d'ici.

647
00:31:24,277 --> 00:31:27,079
Catherine, tu as compris?

648
00:31:28,532 --> 00:31:29,782
Il doit y avoir quelque chose dedans.

649
00:31:29,784 --> 00:31:32,384
Oublie ça, il longe le corridor.
Mission annulée!

650
00:31:34,037 --> 00:31:35,204
J'ai trouvé quelque chose.

651
00:31:37,707 --> 00:31:39,458
qu'est-ce que c'est?

652
00:31:40,594 --> 00:31:42,962
Il a des photos de Doris.

653
00:31:47,384 --> 00:31:49,835
Tu as dix secondes.
Sors de là maintenant.

654
00:32:28,314 --> 00:32:30,373
Mais bon sang, qu'est-ce que vous essayez de prouver avec ça, Channing?

655
00:32:30,398 --> 00:32:31,721
Mangosta est sur l'ile, Monsieur.

656
00:32:31,722 --> 00:32:32,704
Il était là.

657
00:32:32,706 --> 00:32:34,306
Eh bien, il n'est plus là désormais.

658
00:32:34,308 --> 00:32:35,590
Il a du me reconnaître dans
l'ascenseur.

659
00:32:35,592 --> 00:32:38,643
Tu n'aurais pas du entrer
dans cet ascenseur.

660
00:32:38,645 --> 00:32:41,680
Rentre chez toi, Channing, et restes-y!

661
00:32:41,682 --> 00:32:44,065
Hé! Channing.

662
00:32:44,067 --> 00:32:45,400
Que s'est-il passé?

663
00:32:45,402 --> 00:32:47,218
Le temps que les agents du WITSEC arrivent,

664
00:32:47,220 --> 00:32:48,853
Mangosta est parti,
et la chambre a été nettoyée.

665
00:32:48,855 --> 00:32:50,438
Non, je sais ce que j'ai vu.

666
00:32:50,440 --> 00:32:51,690
Mangosta était là.

667
00:32:51,692 --> 00:32:53,274
Il traque Doris,
et quelque soit son plan,

668
00:32:53,276 --> 00:32:55,076
il l'accélère.

669
00:32:55,078 --> 00:32:56,945
Il est définitivement après elle.

670
00:33:08,124 --> 00:33:10,375
Okay, je ne suis pas la pour te juger,
mais...

671
00:33:10,377 --> 00:33:11,626
Mais? Mais quoi, hein?

672
00:33:11,628 --> 00:33:12,761
Tu es là pour juger, ou tu ne l'es pas,
l'un ou l'autre.

673
00:33:12,763 --> 00:33:14,612
C'est quoi ton problème?

674
00:33:14,614 --> 00:33:16,264
Il y a quelque chose qui va pas
dans ta tête ?

675
00:33:16,266 --> 00:33:18,099
Elle a fait ça, Danny, okay?

676
00:33:18,101 --> 00:33:20,135
Et elle a tué deux personnes,
et pour ça je ne me trompe pas.

677
00:33:20,137 --> 00:33:23,555
Okay. Je vais le dire une seule fois:

678
00:33:23,557 --> 00:33:25,357
Tu pourras avoir raison pour Olivia.

679
00:33:26,309 --> 00:33:27,809
Attends une minute,
vous avez trouvé quelque chose?

680
00:33:27,811 --> 00:33:29,894
Fong a décrypter des fichiers audios
du portable du détective privé.

681
00:33:29,896 --> 00:33:32,197
On va voir un juge-- viens.

682
00:33:32,199 --> 00:33:33,565
Nous avons besoin d'une mandat ?

683
00:33:33,567 --> 00:33:34,799
Pas exactement.

684
00:33:36,819 --> 00:33:37,819
Dr.Victor est ma psy.

685
00:33:37,821 --> 00:33:39,237
Et ce n'est pas discutable.

686
00:33:39,239 --> 00:33:40,739
Vraiment ?

687
00:33:40,741 --> 00:33:42,741
ok, très bien, n'en.. n'en parlons pas alors.

688
00:33:42,743 --> 00:33:46,578
Restons juste silencieux, et juste, um,
juste écoutons.

689
00:33:54,420 --> 00:33:56,671
Comme vous pouvez l'entendre, le bureau
d'Olivia était sur écoute.

690
00:33:56,673 --> 00:33:59,474
Nous savons que l'une de ses
respiration

691
00:33:59,476 --> 00:34:02,060
est la votre parce que cela correspond
à la date et l'heure

692
00:34:02,062 --> 00:34:03,928
où vous étiez enregistré pour vos
sessions.

693
00:34:03,930 --> 00:34:05,597
Cela devient réellement intéressant à
la 5ème minute,

694
00:34:05,599 --> 00:34:07,298
Mais je vais épargné tout le monde dans
la pièce.

695
00:34:07,300 --> 00:34:08,433
où avez-vous eu cela?

696
00:34:08,435 --> 00:34:11,019
Nous l'avons extrait de l'ordinateur
de Barry Martin.

697
00:34:11,021 --> 00:34:12,320
Ca vous dit quelque chose, ce nom ?

698
00:34:12,322 --> 00:34:14,189
Vous savez, c'est une détective privé.

699
00:34:14,191 --> 00:34:16,241
que vous avez payé 20 mille dollars
pour ses services.

700
00:34:16,243 --> 00:34:18,410
Pourquoi l'avez-vous engagé d'ailleurs?

701
00:34:18,412 --> 00:34:20,779
Ce n'est pas moi. Ma femme l'a engagé.

702
00:34:20,781 --> 00:34:22,530
Elle croyait que j'avais une liaison.

703
00:34:22,532 --> 00:34:24,332
Une femme intelligente.

704
00:34:24,334 --> 00:34:26,618
Attendez une seconde, Martin vous
faisiez chanter ?

705
00:34:28,154 --> 00:34:29,987
Et alors? c'est pour ça que vous l'avez tué? Parce qu'il avait découvert

706
00:34:29,989 --> 00:34:31,256
que vous couchiez avec votre psy?

707
00:34:31,258 --> 00:34:32,540
Whoa, calmez vous.

708
00:34:32,542 --> 00:34:33,958
Je n'ai tué personne.

709
00:34:33,960 --> 00:34:35,493
Je ne savais pas qu'il était mort.

710
00:34:35,495 --> 00:34:38,263
Et Olivia Victor

711
00:34:38,265 --> 00:34:40,298
n'est pas ma psy.

712
00:34:40,300 --> 00:34:41,299
Alors qui est-elle ?

713
00:34:41,301 --> 00:34:43,835
Elle est ma madame.

714
00:34:45,104 --> 00:34:47,188
Votre madame?!

715
00:34:51,694 --> 00:34:55,480
Donc le cabinet de Olivia Victor est
une couverture pour

716
00:34:55,482 --> 00:34:56,531
une agence de prostitution.

717
00:34:56,533 --> 00:34:58,616
Je veux dire, c'est ingénieux.

718
00:34:58,618 --> 00:35:00,401
C'est ingénieux, je veux dire,
réfléchis bien.

719
00:35:00,403 --> 00:35:02,787
Quelqu'un qui va en thérapie est assez
riche, non ?

720
00:35:02,789 --> 00:35:04,572
Les épouses ne vont jamais remettre en
question les paiements

721
00:35:04,574 --> 00:35:06,291
et un flic ne va jamais
faire cracher le morceau à une psy.

722
00:35:06,293 --> 00:35:08,293
Exactement. Barry Martin avait compris ça,

723
00:35:08,295 --> 00:35:09,527
il a commencé à faire chanter ses
clients.

724
00:35:09,529 --> 00:35:10,962
Il avait déjà des micros partout dans
ses bureaux

725
00:35:10,964 --> 00:35:12,464
donc il savait que le Juge Reynolds
n'était pas

726
00:35:12,466 --> 00:35:14,232
le seul à avoir ces, uh, sessions.

727
00:35:14,234 --> 00:35:16,534
Et il a réalisé que c'était une façon
de se faire une tonne d'argent.

728
00:35:16,536 --> 00:35:18,369
Tout ce qu'il avait à faire c'était
d'identifier les patients,

729
00:35:18,371 --> 00:35:20,221
les retrouver, et les menacer de
dévoiler ce qu'il se passait.

730
00:35:20,223 --> 00:35:22,140
Exactement. Et ça colle avec ce qui
est arrivé à Aiden.

731
00:35:22,142 --> 00:35:23,842
N'est-ce pas? Et là c'est un
cercle vicieux.

732
00:35:23,844 --> 00:35:24,976
Et si c'est ce qu'Aiden

733
00:35:24,978 --> 00:35:26,561
allait avouer à sa femme,

734
00:35:26,563 --> 00:35:28,596
cela aurait exposé
toute l'opération d'Olivia.

735
00:35:28,598 --> 00:35:29,931
Exactement.

736
00:35:29,933 --> 00:35:33,551
Elle devait ce débaraser de ces deux là
c'est ce qu'elle a fait.

737
00:35:35,154 --> 00:35:37,922
CATHERINE : Doris, on avait raison.

738
00:35:37,924 --> 00:35:39,056
Mangosta est sur l'île.

739
00:35:39,058 --> 00:35:40,408
Il vous surveille.

740
00:35:42,244 --> 00:35:43,578
Vous êtes surs?

741
00:35:43,580 --> 00:35:45,413
Nous le sommes

742
00:35:46,382 --> 00:35:48,399
Où est-il maintenant?

743
00:35:48,401 --> 00:35:50,067
ça on ne le sait pas.

744
00:35:50,069 --> 00:35:51,903
Ecoutez, Doris, on a besoin que vous
restiez où vous êtes, okay?

745
00:35:51,905 --> 00:35:52,871
On est en chemin

746
00:35:52,873 --> 00:35:55,757
pour vous placer dans
un lieu sécuriser.

747
00:35:55,759 --> 00:35:58,743
Compris.

748
00:36:05,267 --> 00:36:06,551
Vous ne pouvez pas entrer.

749
00:36:06,553 --> 00:36:07,936
Elle est en pleine session!
Non, non, ça va.

750
00:36:07,938 --> 00:36:09,721
On sait tout à propos des "thérapies"
qui se déroule ici.

751
00:36:09,723 --> 00:36:11,689
Tout va bien.
Ne vous inquiétez pas pour ça.

752
00:36:22,034 --> 00:36:23,234
D'accord, la session de thérapie
est finie.

753
00:36:24,771 --> 00:36:26,103
Alors, vous,

754
00:36:26,105 --> 00:36:27,789
là bas.

755
00:36:27,791 --> 00:36:30,775
Tenez, remettez votre pantalon.

756
00:36:32,578 --> 00:36:34,579
Où est Olivia ?
Aucune idée.

757
00:36:36,967 --> 00:36:38,115
Kono ?

758
00:36:38,117 --> 00:36:40,084
Patron, je ne sais pas comment tu t'es
débrouiller

759
00:36:40,086 --> 00:36:42,119
pour mettre Olivia sur la liste des
interdits de vol mais on a une réponse.

760
00:36:42,121 --> 00:36:43,671
Le contrôle aérien l'a arrêté ?

761
00:36:43,673 --> 00:36:44,722
Pas encore.

762
00:36:44,724 --> 00:36:45,974
Ils vont l'arrêter à la porte.

763
00:36:45,976 --> 00:36:47,175
Très bien, on est en chemin.

764
00:36:47,177 --> 00:36:48,676
Bienvenu à Honolulu...

765
00:37:02,324 --> 00:37:05,142
Pourquoi est ce que la porte est ouverte ?

766
00:37:05,144 --> 00:37:08,029
Doris ?

767
00:37:14,837 --> 00:37:17,038
CATHERINE :
Doris ?

768
00:37:17,040 --> 00:37:19,090
Catherine

769
00:37:19,092 --> 00:37:21,342
Qu'est ce que c'est ?

770
00:37:21,344 --> 00:37:23,511
Il y a du sang ici.

771
00:37:28,434 --> 00:37:30,101
Il faut la retrouver.

772
00:37:30,103 --> 00:37:31,970
On l'a vu sur caméra

773
00:37:31,972 --> 00:37:34,055
au guichet d'Avipac Airlines

774
00:37:35,107 --> 00:37:37,308
ok, donc elle a payé en liquide.

775
00:37:37,310 --> 00:37:38,943
Un allé simple pour Rio.

776
00:37:38,945 --> 00:37:40,812
C'était il y a une demi-heure.
J'ai des agents qui l'attendent

777
00:37:40,814 --> 00:37:42,897
à la porte de départ mais elle n'est pas
encore là.

778
00:37:42,899 --> 00:37:44,449
Quelle caméra l'as eu dans son champ

779
00:37:44,451 --> 00:37:46,484
après qu'elle se soit
éloigné du guichet?

780
00:37:46,486 --> 00:37:48,486
Là. On la voit sur monté pas
l'escalator de sécurité.

781
00:37:52,207 --> 00:37:53,357
La voilà.

782
00:37:53,359 --> 00:37:54,859
Elle a passé la sécurité.

783
00:37:54,861 --> 00:37:56,544
C'était il y a 18 minutes.

784
00:38:01,434 --> 00:38:03,635
Elle va au toilette.

785
00:38:03,637 --> 00:38:05,753
Terminal 6, en face de la porte 34.

786
00:38:05,755 --> 00:38:07,722
C'était il y a six minute.

787
00:38:07,724 --> 00:38:09,257
Pouvez vous mettre en version
accélérée ?

788
00:38:14,046 --> 00:38:15,647
Elle n'en est pas ressorti.

789
00:38:15,649 --> 00:38:18,149
Elle est encore dedans.

790
00:38:18,151 --> 00:38:19,350
Très bien, merci.

791
00:39:06,448 --> 00:39:08,432
Steve, J'ai un corps

792
00:39:08,434 --> 00:39:10,068
Au 2ème étage.

793
00:39:10,070 --> 00:39:11,319
Olivia est partie.

794
00:39:11,321 --> 00:39:13,137
On l'a perdu.

795
00:39:25,586 --> 00:39:26,781
CATHERINE :
Chin, c'est Catherine.

796
00:39:26,782 --> 00:39:27,948
J'ai besoin d'un service.

797
00:39:28,317 --> 00:39:29,766
Tout ce que vous voulez.

798
00:39:29,768 --> 00:39:31,393
Écoutez, je ne peux pas vous dire de quoi il s'agit, mais j'ai besoin

799
00:39:31,394 --> 00:39:33,428
de faire une recherche sur le GPS d'une voiture de location.

800
00:39:33,430 --> 00:39:34,846
Vous pouvez faire ça pour moi ?

801
00:39:34,848 --> 00:39:40,235
C'est une Chevrolet Malibu, numéro de
plaque WR8-56B.

802
00:39:44,609 --> 00:39:46,401
KONO : Ok, on a une identité pour notre victime

803
00:39:46,402 --> 00:39:47,735
Son nom est Monica Litt

804
00:39:47,737 --> 00:39:49,553
C'est une hôtesse de l'air pour United
Airlines.

805
00:39:49,555 --> 00:39:50,754
Où l'avion doit-il aller ?

806
00:39:50,756 --> 00:39:52,740
Bangkok. Vol 523. Porte 71.

807
00:39:52,742 --> 00:39:54,692
Alors le billet pour Rio était un leurre.

808
00:39:54,694 --> 00:39:55,943
Et ça a marché.

809
00:39:55,945 --> 00:39:58,579
On doit stopper cet avion avant qu'il décolle.

810
00:40:00,415 --> 00:40:03,200
Non. Non, non, non, attend.

811
00:40:03,202 --> 00:40:04,201
Non, non, attend quoi ?

812
00:40:04,203 --> 00:40:06,120
STEVE :
Ça ne va pas.

813
00:40:06,122 --> 00:40:07,571
Depuis la première minute, où on l'a rencontré,

814
00:40:07,573 --> 00:40:09,173
Olivia s'est moqué de nous?

815
00:40:09,175 --> 00:40:11,175
Pourquoi elle nous conduirait directement à elle maintenant ?

816
00:40:11,177 --> 00:40:13,961
Fait boucler l'aéroport.
Elle ne part pas en avion.

817
00:40:13,963 --> 00:40:16,764
Allons y.

818
00:40:25,256 --> 00:40:27,257
Waikiki Marina.

819
00:40:27,259 --> 00:40:29,926
Le plus vite possible.

820
00:40:36,818 --> 00:40:38,285
Whoa Hé !

821
00:40:46,411 --> 00:40:48,278
Éteint le moteur.

822
00:40:54,002 --> 00:40:56,587
Très bien, sort de la voiture.

823
00:40:56,589 --> 00:40:58,255
Allez.

824
00:40:59,974 --> 00:41:01,675
Quand tu as raison,
tu as raison, mon pote.

825
00:41:03,795 --> 00:41:04,961
Du calme.

826
00:41:10,518 --> 00:41:12,436
Boucle la, Danno.

827
00:41:41,266 --> 00:41:43,333
Doris:
J'ai dis donne moi un nom!

828
00:41:49,390 --> 00:41:50,507
Je t'ai posé une question.

829
00:41:50,509 --> 00:41:52,226
Maintenant donne moi un nom.

830
00:41:53,111 --> 00:41:54,194
Regarde moi.

831
00:41:54,196 --> 00:41:55,178
Regarde moi, Mangosta!

832
00:41:55,180 --> 00:41:56,363
Regarde moi!

833
00:41:59,150 --> 00:42:00,150
Donne moi un nom.

834
00:42:00,152 --> 00:42:01,869
Qui d'autre sait que je suis en vie?

835
00:42:01,871 --> 00:42:03,203
Hein ?

836
00:42:04,523 --> 00:42:05,706
Qui d'autre sait?!

837
00:42:05,708 --> 00:42:06,790
Catherine:
Doris!

838
00:42:06,792 --> 00:42:07,708
Doris, arrêtez!

839
00:42:07,710 --> 00:42:09,860
Allez vous en.

840
00:42:09,862 --> 00:42:10,844
Allez vous en!

841
00:42:10,846 --> 00:42:12,830
Doris, arrêtez ça!

842
00:42:12,832 --> 00:42:16,500
Vous aller le tuer.

843

00:08:29,438 --> 00:08:30,937
Navy.

175
00:08:30,939 --> 00:08:33,473
How many times
you been deployed?

176
00:08:33,475 --> 00:08:36,276
Last night, you were home alone?

177
00:08:36,278 --> 00:08:38,078
That's right.

178
00:08:39,714 --> 00:08:42,448
You in Iraq? Afghanistan?

179
00:08:42,450 --> 00:08:45,118
You seem like you've seen
a lot of combat.

180
00:08:45,120 --> 00:08:47,921
You see a lot of violence
over there?

181
00:08:53,327 --> 00:08:55,312
Dr. Victor, I'm gonna
have to ask you

182
00:08:55,314 --> 00:08:56,462
to step away from the car.

183
00:08:56,464 --> 00:09:00,684
Kono, call CSU, get them down
here right now

184
00:09:00,686 --> 00:09:04,070
to process this vehicle.
There's evidence on it.

185
00:09:04,072 --> 00:09:05,805
Um, (scoffs)

186
00:09:05,807 --> 00:09:07,807
what do you think
you're doing?

187
00:09:07,809 --> 00:09:09,576
STEVE:
Olivia Victor,

188
00:09:09,578 --> 00:09:11,328
you're under arrest

189
00:09:11,330 --> 00:09:15,081
for the murder of
Aiden O'Connell.

190
00:09:19,870 --> 00:09:21,504
KONO: Are you sure
about this, boss?

191
00:09:21,506 --> 00:09:22,756
Look at her,
she's not

192
00:09:22,758 --> 00:09:24,174
exactly shaking in her boots.

193
00:09:24,176 --> 00:09:25,625
That's a front.

194
00:09:25,627 --> 00:09:27,794
She knows we're watching.

195
00:09:27,796 --> 00:09:29,796
She's already lied
to us twice, Kono,

196
00:09:29,798 --> 00:09:31,131
once about
the cell phone,

197
00:09:31,133 --> 00:09:32,716
and about where
she was last night.

198
00:09:32,718 --> 00:09:33,933
She did this while

199
00:09:33,935 --> 00:09:36,436
destroying evidence
right in front of us.

200
00:09:36,438 --> 00:09:37,804
All without
breaking a sweat.

201
00:09:37,806 --> 00:09:39,055
Commander McGarrett,
we're gonna have

202
00:09:39,057 --> 00:09:40,390
to release her.
No, not yet.

203
00:09:40,392 --> 00:09:42,058
We can't just hold her
on a hunch.

204
00:09:42,060 --> 00:09:44,944
The car came back clean except
for one sugar cane stalk.

205
00:09:44,946 --> 00:09:47,480
And as you know,
that stuff's all over the Island.

206
00:09:47,482 --> 00:09:49,182
What about her cell phone?

207
00:09:49,184 --> 00:09:50,516
No signal.

208
00:09:50,518 --> 00:09:52,068
And there's nothing
to contradict her alibi.

209
00:09:52,070 --> 00:09:53,703
And there's nothing
to prove it either, right?

210
00:09:53,705 --> 00:09:56,539
Yeah, but that's
not probable cause.

211
00:09:56,541 --> 00:09:57,857
Sorry, Commander.

212
00:09:57,859 --> 00:09:59,909
(lock buzzes)

213
00:10:03,881 --> 00:10:05,465
I wish I could say it was

214
00:10:05,467 --> 00:10:06,866
a pleasure to meet you,
Commander.

215
00:10:06,868 --> 00:10:09,469
You killed him, didn't you?

216
00:10:09,471 --> 00:10:11,838
Boy, you have some issues,
don't you?

217
00:10:11,840 --> 00:10:15,541
Maybe, but murder's
not one of them.

218
00:10:15,543 --> 00:10:18,261
I was trying to help him.
I didn't kill him.

219
00:10:18,263 --> 00:10:20,397
Yeah, you did.

220
00:10:20,399 --> 00:10:25,612
Okay, well, I guess you'll
just have to prove it then.

221
00:10:53,347 --> 00:10:55,690
All right, this woman is smart.

222
00:10:55,692 --> 00:10:56,941
We need to be smarter.

223
00:10:56,943 --> 00:10:58,109
But if she thinks
she committed

224
00:10:58,111 --> 00:10:59,227
the perfect murder,
she's wrong.

225
00:10:59,229 --> 00:11:00,829
Somewhere along the way
she messed up,

226
00:11:00,831 --> 00:11:02,297
that's how we're
gonna catch her.

227
00:11:02,299 --> 00:11:04,816
Okay, the whole "I lost my cell phone"
thing is kind of weak.

228
00:11:04,818 --> 00:11:06,201
The problem is,
it could be true.

229
00:11:06,203 --> 00:11:07,935
And sugar cane is
everywhere on Maui.

230
00:11:07,937 --> 00:11:09,404
All right, what's your theory?

231
00:11:09,406 --> 00:11:11,206
My theory?
Olivia was Aiden's shrink.

232
00:11:11,208 --> 00:11:12,657
That's a pretty
intimate relationship.

233
00:11:12,659 --> 00:11:13,774
KONO: Okay, so
you're thinking

234
00:11:13,776 --> 00:11:15,076
that she should know
what Aiden might

235
00:11:15,078 --> 00:11:16,461
have been into that could
have gotten him murdered.

236
00:11:16,463 --> 00:11:18,913
Exactly-- instead,
she's lying to us.

237
00:11:18,915 --> 00:11:19,914
she's claiming
complete ignorance.

238
00:11:19,916 --> 00:11:21,382
I don't buy it
for a second.

239
00:11:21,384 --> 00:11:22,917
All right?
Whatever went on

240
00:11:22,919 --> 00:11:24,952
between the two of them
that made him

241
00:11:24,954 --> 00:11:27,913
call her 27 times yesterday,
is damning to her.

242
00:11:27,938 --> 00:11:28,674
CHIN: Yeah, well,

243
00:11:28,675 --> 00:11:30,526
she wouldn't be the first shrink
to sleep with a patient.

244
00:11:30,551 --> 00:11:32,566
That's right, and if she broke
it off and he threatened

245
00:11:32,569 --> 00:11:35,216
to turn her in for professional
misconduct, that's motive.

246
00:11:35,298 --> 00:11:36,764
No, it's a theory.

247
00:11:36,766 --> 00:11:38,483
That's my gut.
Okay, does your gut

248
00:11:38,485 --> 00:11:40,235
have any evidence that
we can bring to a prosecutor?

249
00:11:40,237 --> 00:11:41,569
STEVE:
Not yet.

250
00:11:41,571 --> 00:11:43,821
But if Aiden was sleeping
with the good doctor,

251
00:11:43,823 --> 00:11:46,307
maybe his wife knew
something about it.

252
00:11:53,032 --> 00:11:55,667
You got to be
kidding me.

253
00:11:55,669 --> 00:11:58,169
DANNY: What, what's the matter
with you?

254
00:11:58,171 --> 00:11:59,254
STEVE:
That's her.

255
00:11:59,256 --> 00:12:01,089
That's Olivia.

256
00:12:03,459 --> 00:12:05,460
What is she doing here?

257
00:12:19,675 --> 00:12:21,509
Did you see that?

258
00:12:21,511 --> 00:12:23,844
Yeah, I saw it.

259
00:12:29,118 --> 00:12:33,488
Really sorry
for your loss, Mrs. O'Connell.

260
00:12:33,490 --> 00:12:36,190
It's just such a shock.

261
00:12:36,192 --> 00:12:39,377
I think that's the hardest part.

262
00:12:39,379 --> 00:12:41,796
I feel like I've been ambushed.

263
00:12:41,798 --> 00:12:44,198
We, uh, we happened
to arrive

264
00:12:44,200 --> 00:12:46,334
just as Olivia Victor
was leaving.

265
00:12:46,336 --> 00:12:48,869
What was she doing here?

266
00:12:48,871 --> 00:12:51,839
She came to offer
her condolences.

267
00:12:53,559 --> 00:12:55,810
You know your husband tried
to call her the day he died?

268
00:12:55,812 --> 00:12:57,762
She said that.

269
00:12:57,764 --> 00:13:01,182
She felt so bad about
losing her cell phone.

270
00:13:01,184 --> 00:13:05,069
She said she couldn't help
thinking that maybe if...

271
00:13:05,071 --> 00:13:08,106
she talked to Aiden, things
would have been different.

272
00:13:08,108 --> 00:13:09,857
What do you think?
Do you think that's true?

273
00:13:09,859 --> 00:13:12,059
I don't know.

274
00:13:13,028 --> 00:13:15,563
I'll never know a lot of things.

275
00:13:17,249 --> 00:13:20,568
Um...

276
00:13:20,570 --> 00:13:22,236
Aiden left me
a message yesterday,

277
00:13:22,238 --> 00:13:25,573
saying that he wanted
to talk about something.

278
00:13:25,575 --> 00:13:29,010
Something that he needed
to make amends to me for.

279
00:13:29,012 --> 00:13:31,045
Do you know what
that could be about?

280
00:13:32,448 --> 00:13:34,081
Aiden's been
a recovering alcoholic

281
00:13:34,083 --> 00:13:35,850
for the last six months.

282
00:13:35,852 --> 00:13:38,353
They go through these phases.

283
00:13:38,355 --> 00:13:40,521
I think he was stuck
in the guilt thing.

284
00:13:40,523 --> 00:13:42,407
You know...

285
00:13:42,409 --> 00:13:45,810
taking responsibility
for past transgressions.

286
00:13:47,313 --> 00:13:49,614
Dr. Victor's really
been helping him with that.

287
00:13:49,616 --> 00:13:50,598
(sniffs)

288
00:13:50,600 --> 00:13:51,733
Mrs. O'Connell, I don't...

289
00:13:51,735 --> 00:13:54,702
I don't mean
any disrespect, but...

290
00:13:54,704 --> 00:13:57,538
is it possible there could
have been more to your husband's

291
00:13:57,540 --> 00:14:00,608
relationship
with Dr. Victor?

292
00:14:04,446 --> 00:14:05,797
I'm not gonna sugarcoat things

293
00:14:05,799 --> 00:14:07,749
and say that
our relationship was perfect.

294
00:14:07,751 --> 00:14:08,949
It wasn't.

295
00:14:10,419 --> 00:14:13,254
There was a time that I did
suspect Aiden of cheating on me,

296
00:14:13,256 --> 00:14:15,239
but...

297
00:14:16,675 --> 00:14:19,293
Dr. Victor, she was part
of the solution.

298
00:14:21,129 --> 00:14:23,815
Not part of the problem.

299
00:14:25,517 --> 00:14:26,634
DANNY:
Okay, look...

300
00:14:26,636 --> 00:14:27,968
I am just saying that maybe,

301
00:14:27,970 --> 00:14:31,406
perhaps, you have
misjudged Olivia Victor.

302
00:14:31,408 --> 00:14:32,690
I don't think so.
Okay.

303
00:14:32,692 --> 00:14:33,941
Well, I'm just suggesting it,

304
00:14:33,943 --> 00:14:35,777
because there really seems
to be no evidence

305
00:14:35,779 --> 00:14:37,495
that she was sleeping
with Aiden O'Connell, okay?

306
00:14:37,497 --> 00:14:38,946
And we have run her background.

307
00:14:38,948 --> 00:14:40,648
It was clean--
no criminal history,

308
00:14:40,650 --> 00:14:43,351
no professional complaints
filed against her ever.

309
00:14:43,353 --> 00:14:45,820
Doesn't prove she didn't do it.
You saw her at the house,

310
00:14:45,822 --> 00:14:48,206
the way she looked at me when
she drove away-- what was that?

311
00:14:48,208 --> 00:14:49,540
You accused her of murder.

312
00:14:49,542 --> 00:14:50,658
How's she supposed
to look at you?

313
00:14:50,660 --> 00:14:52,159
I'd say that was
remarkably courteous.

314
00:14:52,161 --> 00:14:53,878
Okay, listen,
you don't get it, Danny.

315
00:14:53,880 --> 00:14:55,213
No.
She needed

316
00:14:55,215 --> 00:14:57,164
to get to
Lindsay O'Connell first.

317
00:14:57,166 --> 00:14:59,100
She needs to control
the narrative.

318
00:14:59,102 --> 00:15:01,052
The narrative?

319
00:15:01,054 --> 00:15:03,721
Okay, well, there's actually
another explanation.

320
00:15:03,723 --> 00:15:07,024
Uh, it is possible that Olivia
Victor is what is known as--

321
00:15:07,026 --> 00:15:09,527
get this-- a caring therapist.
(scoffs)

322
00:15:09,529 --> 00:15:11,178
Something you should consider
seeking out personally,

323
00:15:11,180 --> 00:15:12,280
because I cannot figure out

324
00:15:12,282 --> 00:15:13,898
what it is
about this woman that's

325
00:15:13,900 --> 00:15:15,733
got you so nuts.
You didn't see her on Maui.

326
00:15:15,735 --> 00:15:17,652
This whole thing
is a game to her.

327
00:15:17,654 --> 00:15:18,953
She gets off on it.

328
00:15:18,955 --> 00:15:21,989
And besides pissing me off,
it makes her dangerous.

329
00:15:23,542 --> 00:15:25,192
(phone ringing)
You got a problem with shrinks.

330
00:15:25,194 --> 00:15:26,694
I got a problem with shrinks
that kill their patients

331
00:15:26,696 --> 00:15:28,496
and then lie about it.
DANNY: Ah.

332
00:15:28,498 --> 00:15:29,697
What do you got?

333
00:15:29,699 --> 00:15:32,216
We ran
Aiden O'Connell's financials

334
00:15:32,218 --> 00:15:33,718
and we found something
interesting.

335
00:15:33,720 --> 00:15:36,771
In the past three months,
he'd been writing checks

336
00:15:36,773 --> 00:15:38,556
to a private investigator
named Barry Martin.

337
00:15:38,558 --> 00:15:40,391
To the tune of $30,000.

338
00:15:40,393 --> 00:15:42,176
Whoa, private investigator?

339
00:15:42,178 --> 00:15:43,978
Maybe we got it
backwards, right?

340
00:15:43,980 --> 00:15:45,480
Maybe Aiden was
the one who thought

341
00:15:45,482 --> 00:15:48,048
his wife stepping out on him,
not the other way around.

342
00:15:48,050 --> 00:15:49,417
Maybe he found out he was right.

343
00:15:49,419 --> 00:15:51,068
CHIN:
That would explain

344
00:15:51,070 --> 00:15:52,720
the desperate attempts
to talk to his shrink.

345
00:15:52,722 --> 00:15:54,572
And if that's
why he hired a P.I.,

346
00:15:54,574 --> 00:15:56,390
then Aiden's wife
and her lover are

347
00:15:56,392 --> 00:15:58,225
more viable suspects
than Olivia Victor.

348
00:15:58,227 --> 00:15:59,494
(sighs)
All right, all right.

349
00:15:59,496 --> 00:16:01,062
We got an address for this P.I.?

350
00:16:01,064 --> 00:16:02,413
CHIN:
I already reached out.

351
00:16:02,415 --> 00:16:04,449
His office puts him
on a stakeout in Ala Moana.

352
00:16:04,451 --> 00:16:06,751
All right, you guys go talk
to him, see what he knows.

353
00:16:06,753 --> 00:16:08,586
Danny and I are gonna go
see what we can learn

354
00:16:08,588 --> 00:16:09,620
from Aiden's patient file.

355
00:16:09,622 --> 00:16:10,838
(phone beeps off)

356
00:16:15,544 --> 00:16:17,628
There's no way
Mangosta's alive.

357
00:16:17,630 --> 00:16:21,048
I planted the explosive
charge in his room myself.

358
00:16:21,050 --> 00:16:22,967
Did you actually
see his body?

359
00:16:22,969 --> 00:16:24,886
No, Agent Channing,
I didn't stick around

360
00:16:24,888 --> 00:16:27,305
for the aftermath
of the explosion.

361
00:16:27,307 --> 00:16:29,273
But there's no way
he survived that.

362
00:16:30,592 --> 00:16:32,944
You did.

363
00:16:35,364 --> 00:16:36,597
You used
the same tactic

364
00:16:36,599 --> 00:16:38,149
to fake your own death.

365
00:16:38,151 --> 00:16:42,403
Who's to say Mangosta
didn't pull it off, too?

366
00:16:42,405 --> 00:16:45,907
This is the man
we believe to be Mangosta.

367
00:16:45,909 --> 00:16:47,942
He's traveling under
the name Fernando Gorza,

368
00:16:47,944 --> 00:16:49,577
which is not in
any known database--

369
00:16:49,579 --> 00:16:50,828
it's definitely an alias.

370
00:16:50,830 --> 00:16:52,947
Which certainly doesn't
prove it's Mangosta.

371
00:16:52,949 --> 00:16:54,949
I can't tell anything from that.

372
00:16:54,951 --> 00:16:57,301
Doris, use
your imagination.

373
00:16:57,303 --> 00:16:59,587
Okay, he's 30 years older
than when you last saw him.

374
00:16:59,589 --> 00:17:02,423
Is there anything about him
that looks familiar?

375
00:17:02,425 --> 00:17:03,791
(sighs with annoyance)

376
00:17:03,793 --> 00:17:04,926
I don't know.

377
00:17:04,928 --> 00:17:07,294
It can't be him, okay?

378
00:17:07,296 --> 00:17:10,064
But if it is?

379
00:17:10,066 --> 00:17:11,799
You think it's just a
coincidence that he resurfaced

380
00:17:11,801 --> 00:17:13,568
just as you showed up
on the Island?

381
00:17:23,745 --> 00:17:25,830
WOMAN: There's a whole protocol
for requesting

382
00:17:25,832 --> 00:17:28,386
patient records--
I just can't give you a file.

383
00:17:28,387 --> 00:17:30,476
Sure, you can-- I asked
you nice, come on.

384
00:17:31,163 --> 00:17:31,923
Listen,

385
00:17:31,924 --> 00:17:33,449
we're investigating
a murder, okay?

386
00:17:33,450 --> 00:17:34,449
Somebody's died.

387
00:17:34,451 --> 00:17:35,701
I get that you're cops,

388
00:17:35,703 --> 00:17:37,602
but I still think you're
gonna need a court order.

389
00:17:37,604 --> 00:17:39,237
What? Come on.

390
00:17:40,272 --> 00:17:41,957
Commander McGarrett,

391
00:17:41,959 --> 00:17:43,742
you seem to have an unhealthy
attachment to me.

392
00:17:43,744 --> 00:17:44,960
STEVE:
No,

393
00:17:44,962 --> 00:17:46,578
just investigating
Aiden O'Connell's murder.

394
00:17:46,580 --> 00:17:48,213
Don't you want to
help us find his killer?

395
00:17:48,215 --> 00:17:50,132
Of course I do.
Okay, great.

396
00:17:50,134 --> 00:17:52,283
Then you won't mind letting us
see his patient file.

397
00:17:52,285 --> 00:17:54,136
Right, except that

398
00:17:54,138 --> 00:17:56,088
you and I both know
that every jurisdiction

399
00:17:56,090 --> 00:17:58,256
recognizes doctor/patient
privilege,

400
00:17:58,258 --> 00:18:00,559
so the files are confidential.

401
00:18:00,561 --> 00:18:04,813
That privilege lies with Aiden
and does not survive death.

402
00:18:06,566 --> 00:18:08,934
Fair enough.
Uh, Jane, can you

403
00:18:08,936 --> 00:18:10,185
give him Aiden O'Connell's file?

404
00:18:10,187 --> 00:18:11,903
Although, I don't know

405
00:18:11,905 --> 00:18:13,772
if you'll be able
to interpret my case notes.

406
00:18:13,774 --> 00:18:15,941
Why, your handwriting that bad?

407
00:18:15,943 --> 00:18:19,111
No, I was referring to your
reading comprehension skills.

408
00:18:19,113 --> 00:18:21,913
It appears that maybe
they topped out

409
00:18:21,915 --> 00:18:22,998
at fifth grade level?

410
00:18:23,000 --> 00:18:24,449
STEVE:
Oh, you know what?

411
00:18:24,451 --> 00:18:26,368
I got a dictionary standing by,
so don't worry about that, okay?

412
00:18:26,370 --> 00:18:28,370
Give the man
whatever he wants, Jane.

413
00:18:28,372 --> 00:18:29,921
Thank you.
Oh, and by the way,

414
00:18:29,923 --> 00:18:31,289
why'd you go straight
to Lindsay O'Connell

415
00:18:31,291 --> 00:18:32,657
when you got back to Honolulu?

416
00:18:32,659 --> 00:18:34,626
Are you serious?

417
00:18:34,628 --> 00:18:35,994
I am serious.

418
00:18:35,996 --> 00:18:37,596
Aiden O'Connell was my patient.

419
00:18:37,598 --> 00:18:39,056
Okay.

420
00:18:39,081 --> 00:18:40,767
What's the matter
with you, Commander?

421
00:18:40,768 --> 00:18:41,850
Is it your mommy?

422
00:18:41,852 --> 00:18:43,501
Is it your daddy?

423
00:18:43,503 --> 00:18:45,503
Is it abandonment?

424
00:18:45,505 --> 00:18:47,105
Or...

425
00:18:47,107 --> 00:18:48,390
betrayal?

426
00:18:48,392 --> 00:18:50,108
Maybe both.

427
00:18:50,110 --> 00:18:53,011
I bet your mommy's the reason
why you're not married.

428
00:18:53,013 --> 00:18:54,813
You been checking up on me?

429
00:18:54,815 --> 00:18:56,648
Don't flatter yourself.

430
00:18:56,650 --> 00:18:58,867
You're not wearing a wedding ring.
DANNY: Okay.

431
00:18:58,869 --> 00:19:00,702
That's enough.
Why don't we all cool it?

432
00:19:00,704 --> 00:19:03,455
Relax, and...
Um...

433
00:19:03,457 --> 00:19:05,356
There's something wrong
with the file.

434
00:19:05,358 --> 00:19:07,292
Um...

435
00:19:07,294 --> 00:19:08,293
Aiden's records are gone.

436
00:19:08,295 --> 00:19:09,861
(laughs)

437
00:19:09,863 --> 00:19:11,196
Well, it's probably a virus.

438
00:19:11,198 --> 00:19:12,798
It probably is a virus--
how convenient.

439
00:19:12,800 --> 00:19:14,049
Can you just check
the backup file?

440
00:19:14,051 --> 00:19:16,001
I did. Same thing.

441
00:19:16,003 --> 00:19:17,552
You know what?
Nice ploy, all right?

442
00:19:17,554 --> 00:19:18,503
Pretend to be cooperative.

443
00:19:18,505 --> 00:19:19,638
You know nothing's in there.

444
00:19:19,640 --> 00:19:20,756
That's enough.

445
00:19:20,758 --> 00:19:22,174
I'd like you to leave my office.

446
00:19:22,176 --> 00:19:24,176
Leave your office?
With pleasure. Yes. Let's go.

447
00:19:24,178 --> 00:19:26,061
Okay? I look forward
to seeing you soon.

448
00:19:31,751 --> 00:19:34,319
CHIN:
That's the P.I.'s van.

449
00:19:42,361 --> 00:19:44,429
Looks like Barry bailed
on the stakeout.

450
00:19:44,431 --> 00:19:46,248
Maybe.

451
00:19:49,836 --> 00:19:52,037
Hey.

452
00:19:53,239 --> 00:19:55,573
Barry Martin.

453
00:20:15,457 --> 00:20:16,950
STEVE:
Okay, thanks, Chin.

454
00:20:16,951 --> 00:20:17,938
What's up?

455
00:20:18,038 --> 00:20:20,013
They found a laptop
in the P.I.'s van.

456
00:20:20,014 --> 00:20:21,146
Anything on it
that would explain

457
00:20:21,148 --> 00:20:22,247
why Aiden would've
hired him?

458
00:20:22,249 --> 00:20:23,415
Bunch of encrypted files.

459
00:20:23,417 --> 00:20:25,317
Chin just dropped
it off to Fong.

460
00:20:25,319 --> 00:20:26,718
So we're back
to square one.

461
00:20:26,720 --> 00:20:27,786
Back to square one--

462
00:20:27,788 --> 00:20:29,922
Olivia Victor's
behind both murders.

463
00:20:29,924 --> 00:20:31,256
How do you figure?

464
00:20:31,258 --> 00:20:32,257
Hey, hey!

465
00:20:32,259 --> 00:20:33,959
We got nothing, zero,

466
00:20:33,961 --> 00:20:35,961
connecting Olivia Victor
to our dead P.I.

467
00:20:35,963 --> 00:20:39,047
No, correction, we have
nothing to connect her yet.

468
00:20:39,049 --> 00:20:41,717
We will-- we just need
to figure out what it is.

469
00:20:41,719 --> 00:20:44,103
Okay, okay.

470
00:20:44,105 --> 00:20:47,539
Excuse me, uh,
if I may, um,

471
00:20:47,541 --> 00:20:50,642
I saw the way that she
interacted with you, okay?

472
00:20:50,644 --> 00:20:53,178
She deliberately provokes you,

473
00:20:53,180 --> 00:20:55,981
and I am starting to think that
is maybe not so much about her

474
00:20:55,983 --> 00:20:57,349
specifically, but this

475
00:20:57,351 --> 00:20:59,618
is about you, my friend.

476
00:20:59,620 --> 00:21:01,487
What is that supposed to mean?

477
00:21:01,489 --> 00:21:02,871
I'll tell you what
it's supposed to mean:

478
00:21:02,873 --> 00:21:03,906
she challenges you,

479
00:21:03,908 --> 00:21:04,790
you allow her
to get under your skin.

480
00:21:04,792 --> 00:21:06,575
Is that right?
That is right.

481
00:21:06,577 --> 00:21:08,694
She's defiant,
she stands up to you.

482
00:21:08,696 --> 00:21:10,829
All right? And she likes it, not
for nothing, but she enjoys .

483
00:21:10,831 --> 00:21:11,997
Okay, you hate

484
00:21:11,999 --> 00:21:13,882
being challenged like that,
it is offensive

485
00:21:13,884 --> 00:21:16,468
to your entire world view, okay?

486
00:21:16,470 --> 00:21:17,469
And she senses that.

487
00:21:17,471 --> 00:21:19,588
Do you charge by the hour,
or what...

488
00:21:19,590 --> 00:21:21,590
I'm just making a point.
Hey.

489
00:21:21,592 --> 00:21:22,975
Did you get anything
off the laptop?

490
00:21:22,977 --> 00:21:24,876
Uh, Fong's still working on it,
but there's someone here

491
00:21:24,878 --> 00:21:26,512
who says he has information
on a case.

492
00:21:26,514 --> 00:21:27,980
He says he'll only talk to you.

493
00:21:27,982 --> 00:21:30,516
Send him in.
Hey, come in!

494
00:21:30,518 --> 00:21:32,651
Steve McGarrett?
Yeah.

495
00:21:32,653 --> 00:21:34,686
How you doing?
Good.

496
00:21:35,855 --> 00:21:37,239
Consider yourself served.

497
00:21:40,326 --> 00:21:42,628
Excuse me.

498
00:21:44,914 --> 00:21:47,416
(clears throat)

499
00:21:47,418 --> 00:21:50,752
(muttering)
...restraining order.

500
00:21:50,754 --> 00:21:52,671
Congratulations, buddy.

501
00:21:52,673 --> 00:21:54,673
Olivia Victor got a restraining
order against you.

502
00:21:54,675 --> 00:21:56,041
You are to stay at least

503
00:21:56,043 --> 00:21:58,577
500 yards away from her
at all times.

504
00:21:58,579 --> 00:21:59,711
Are you happy now?

505
00:21:59,713 --> 00:22:01,914
You are smiling--
why are you smiling?

506
00:22:01,916 --> 00:22:04,132
I'm ecstatic.
Don't you get it?

507
00:22:04,134 --> 00:22:05,133
Mm-mm.

508
00:22:05,135 --> 00:22:06,418
She knows we're onto her.

509
00:22:06,420 --> 00:22:07,936
Her next move is to
try to get off the Island.

510
00:22:07,938 --> 00:22:09,321
I gotta put her
on the no-fly list.

511
00:22:09,323 --> 00:22:10,606
Whoa, whoa, is that a good idea?

512
00:22:10,608 --> 00:22:11,723
DANNY:
No, no. No.

513
00:22:11,725 --> 00:22:13,925
It is the exact definition
of a terrible idea.

514
00:22:13,927 --> 00:22:15,594
Okay, Steve?
You have to read this thing.

515
00:22:15,596 --> 00:22:17,229
You cannot-- I repeat, not--

516
00:22:17,231 --> 00:22:18,647
put Olivia Victor
on the no-fly list.

517
00:22:18,649 --> 00:22:20,449
You're absolutely right,
I cannot.

518
00:22:20,451 --> 00:22:22,401
But I know somebody who can.

519
00:22:25,205 --> 00:22:28,540
If "Fernando Gorza" is the
alias that Mangosta's using,

520
00:22:28,542 --> 00:22:30,042
he just rented a car
at the airport

521
00:22:30,044 --> 00:22:31,610
and is staying at
the Ho'okipa Hotel.

522
00:22:31,612 --> 00:22:32,995
We should check that out.

523
00:22:32,997 --> 00:22:34,913
(knocking at door)

524
00:22:37,634 --> 00:22:39,401
Put it away.

525
00:22:42,305 --> 00:22:45,057
STEVE:
Cath, come on!

526
00:22:45,059 --> 00:22:46,558
Yeah!

527
00:22:48,011 --> 00:22:49,311
Hey.
Hey.

528
00:22:49,313 --> 00:22:50,795
I wasn't expecting
to see you today.

529
00:22:50,797 --> 00:22:52,314
Um...

530
00:22:52,316 --> 00:22:54,816
Cath, uh, I need...

531
00:22:54,818 --> 00:22:56,802
A favor? Of course.

532
00:22:56,804 --> 00:22:59,404
What, a courtesy, an indulgence,
a dispensation...

533
00:22:59,406 --> 00:23:01,490
You're so beautiful
when you're sarcastic.

534
00:23:01,492 --> 00:23:02,807
Would you just ask me, already?

535
00:23:02,809 --> 00:23:05,744
All right. I need you to
put a Dr. Olivia Victor

536
00:23:05,746 --> 00:23:08,480
on the no-fly list.

537
00:23:08,482 --> 00:23:09,781
You could... uh,
you could do that.

538
00:23:09,783 --> 00:23:11,816
No, I can't.

539
00:23:11,818 --> 00:23:13,452
She, um...

540
00:23:13,454 --> 00:23:14,653
she has a restraining
order against me.

541
00:23:14,655 --> 00:23:17,005
A restraining order?
Yeah.

542
00:23:17,007 --> 00:23:18,123
What did you do?

543
00:23:18,125 --> 00:23:19,991
I did my job.
Mm.

544
00:23:19,993 --> 00:23:22,210
How close can you get?
500 yards.

545
00:23:22,212 --> 00:23:24,379
Oh, God. You've never been
good at first impressions.

546
00:23:24,381 --> 00:23:25,631
I know, but seriously, Cath,

547
00:23:25,633 --> 00:23:26,965
uh, if I put her
on the no-fly list,

548
00:23:26,967 --> 00:23:28,050
it's gonna look
like harassment.

549
00:23:28,052 --> 00:23:31,219
Steve... it would
be harassment.

550
00:23:31,221 --> 00:23:32,437
I get that.

551
00:23:33,273 --> 00:23:35,474
Hey...
I'm sorry.

552
00:23:35,476 --> 00:23:37,142
You okay?
What's going on?

553
00:23:37,144 --> 00:23:38,277
I am, I'm good. I'm fine.

554
00:23:38,279 --> 00:23:39,478
I just... I need this done.

555
00:23:39,480 --> 00:23:41,063
Okay. You sure you're okay?

556
00:23:41,864 --> 00:23:44,116
This woman has
murdered two people.

557
00:23:44,118 --> 00:23:45,617
All right?
Now she's playing me.

558
00:23:45,619 --> 00:23:46,652
I hate being played.

559
00:23:46,654 --> 00:23:47,903
I just... I really
need you, Cath.

560
00:23:47,905 --> 00:23:48,954
I need your help.

561
00:23:48,956 --> 00:23:51,456
You got it.

562
00:24:21,854 --> 00:24:24,222
You're like a bad penny,
Commander.

563
00:24:24,224 --> 00:24:27,492
Listen, if you want
to talk to me,

564
00:24:27,494 --> 00:24:29,661
I'll be at Cafe Julia
in about ten minutes.

565
00:25:00,926 --> 00:25:02,277
Sit down.

566
00:25:02,279 --> 00:25:04,813
I won't bite.

567
00:25:04,815 --> 00:25:06,865
You took out a restraining
order against me.

568
00:25:06,867 --> 00:25:08,984
This'll be our secret.

569
00:25:23,299 --> 00:25:26,451
Go ahead.
Ask me whatever you want.

570
00:25:27,286 --> 00:25:29,254
Why'd you kill Aiden O'Connell?

571
00:25:29,256 --> 00:25:32,140
Why do you think I killed him?

572
00:25:32,142 --> 00:25:34,509
Maybe you were sleeping
with your patient,

573
00:25:34,511 --> 00:25:36,061
maybe you broke it off,

574
00:25:36,063 --> 00:25:37,295
maybe he threatened you...

575
00:25:37,297 --> 00:25:38,963
I don't know, you tell me.

576
00:25:38,965 --> 00:25:42,150
Generally, people kill for one
of three reasons, Commander:

577
00:25:42,152 --> 00:25:44,269
money, sex or revenge.

578
00:25:45,405 --> 00:25:49,140
I find it really interesting

579
00:25:49,142 --> 00:25:53,245
that your fantasy
about my guilt involves sex.

580
00:25:55,081 --> 00:25:58,166
You already have money, right?

581
00:25:58,168 --> 00:26:00,252
And revenge means nothing
to a sociopath.

582
00:26:00,254 --> 00:26:01,837
Wow.

583
00:26:01,839 --> 00:26:04,823
That is no way to
seduce a woman, Commander.

584
00:26:06,092 --> 00:26:08,427
That is what you want,
isn't it?

585
00:26:08,429 --> 00:26:10,662
What I want...

586
00:26:10,664 --> 00:26:12,831
is for you to tell me
why you killed him.

587
00:26:12,833 --> 00:26:14,332
And then what I want

588
00:26:14,334 --> 00:26:15,801
is to see you in prison.

589
00:26:15,803 --> 00:26:19,104
Even if I did kill Aiden...

590
00:26:19,106 --> 00:26:21,306
you'll never be able
to prove it.

591
00:26:23,776 --> 00:26:26,778
Is that a confession?

592
00:26:29,282 --> 00:26:31,199
Tell me what happened.

593
00:26:31,201 --> 00:26:33,401
I know you want to.
Just tell me what happened.

594
00:26:36,823 --> 00:26:38,323
(sobbing):
Oh, my God!

595
00:26:38,325 --> 00:26:40,024
Thank God you're here!

596
00:26:40,026 --> 00:26:42,627
I have a restraining order
against this man.

597
00:26:42,629 --> 00:26:44,696
I don't really know what
I'm supposed to do anymore

598
00:26:44,698 --> 00:26:47,215
about this, he just
keeps stalking me.

599
00:26:47,217 --> 00:26:48,917
That's not true, Duke.
That's not true.

600
00:26:48,919 --> 00:26:51,169
She asked me to meet her here.
Okay?

601
00:26:54,390 --> 00:26:55,707
Okay, ma'am.

602
00:26:55,709 --> 00:26:57,926
Why don't you go home?
I'll take it from here.

603
00:26:57,928 --> 00:26:59,311
Thank you so much.

604
00:26:59,313 --> 00:27:00,762
Thank you.

605
00:27:10,990 --> 00:27:12,107
(clears throat)

606
00:27:12,109 --> 00:27:14,109
What's going on, Duke?
You tell me.

607
00:27:14,111 --> 00:27:15,894
She called me; she said
you were following her.

608
00:27:15,896 --> 00:27:17,078
This was her idea.

609
00:27:17,080 --> 00:27:18,530
Maybe so, Steve,

610
00:27:18,532 --> 00:27:20,282
but she does have
a restraining order.

611
00:27:20,284 --> 00:27:21,900
And the next time,
I'm gonna have no choice

612
00:27:21,902 --> 00:27:23,618
but to arrest you.

613
00:27:23,620 --> 00:27:25,837
Okay, okay.

614
00:27:45,858 --> 00:27:47,926
Any word from Fong?

615
00:27:47,928 --> 00:27:49,461
Yeah, he said there were
dozens of audio files

616
00:27:49,463 --> 00:27:50,812
on our dead P.I.'s computer.

617
00:27:50,814 --> 00:27:53,281
Unfortunately, he's still
working on decrypting those.

618
00:27:53,283 --> 00:27:57,202
But in the meantime, he managed
to recover these photos.

619
00:27:58,321 --> 00:28:00,906
So there are eight different
men in the photos.

620
00:28:00,908 --> 00:28:02,207
One is Aiden O'Connell,

621
00:28:02,209 --> 00:28:04,125
another one, I I.D.'d from
the license plate of his car.

622
00:28:04,127 --> 00:28:05,293
That's Judge Ted Reynolds.

623
00:28:05,295 --> 00:28:08,246
Okay. So he was working
eight different cases,

624
00:28:08,248 --> 00:28:10,332
each one targeting
one of these guys.

625
00:28:10,334 --> 00:28:13,885
KONO: Except when I pulled the
financials on Judge Reynolds,

626
00:28:13,887 --> 00:28:17,055
he paid our P.I. $20,000
the last two months.

627
00:28:17,057 --> 00:28:18,223
Aiden was paying him, too.

628
00:28:18,225 --> 00:28:20,458
So why would they be
writing the checks,

629
00:28:20,460 --> 00:28:22,460
when they're the ones
under surveillance?

630
00:28:22,462 --> 00:28:23,645
That's the question.

631
00:28:28,301 --> 00:28:30,402
Check this out.

632
00:28:30,404 --> 00:28:31,970
He wasn't working on
eight different cases.

633
00:28:31,972 --> 00:28:34,239
These guys are all
part of one big case.

634
00:28:36,242 --> 00:28:39,277
They're at the same location.

635
00:28:39,279 --> 00:28:40,812
And not just any location.

636
00:28:40,814 --> 00:28:43,181
That's the building where
Olivia Victor's office is.

637
00:28:45,334 --> 00:28:46,952
Steve was right about her.

638
00:29:23,556 --> 00:29:25,824

639
00:29:38,638 --> 00:29:39,921
I'm in.

640
00:29:57,573 --> 00:29:59,074
There's nothing here.

641
00:30:05,665 --> 00:30:06,665
Catherine, he's back.

642
00:30:06,667 --> 00:30:08,083
Time to go.

643
00:30:08,668 --> 00:30:10,001
Safe's locked.

644
00:30:10,003 --> 00:30:11,369
Stall him.

645
00:30:11,371 --> 00:30:12,620
CHANNING:
I'll do what I can,

646
00:30:12,622 --> 00:30:14,906
but he's heading back
up to the room.

647
00:30:27,470 --> 00:30:29,637
Excuse me.

648
00:30:34,026 --> 00:30:35,226
Sorry.

649
00:30:58,968 --> 00:31:00,451
I'm calling WITSEC for backup.

650
00:31:00,453 --> 00:31:01,619
Evacuate the room.

651
00:31:01,621 --> 00:31:03,922
He's about to get off
the elevator at 14.

652
00:31:10,062 --> 00:31:11,229
Safe's empty.

653
00:31:11,231 --> 00:31:13,264
Then get out of there.

654
00:31:24,276 --> 00:31:27,078
Catherine, do you copy?

655
00:31:28,531 --> 00:31:29,781
There's gotta be
something in here.

656
00:31:29,783 --> 00:31:32,383
Forget it, he's coming
down the corridor. Abort!

657
00:31:34,036 --> 00:31:35,203
Found something.

658
00:31:37,706 --> 00:31:39,457
(over phone):
What is it?

659
00:31:40,593 --> 00:31:42,961
He's got pictures of Doris.

660
00:31:47,383 --> 00:31:49,834
You've got ten seconds.
Get out of there now.

661
00:31:57,643 --> 00:31:58,893
(lock beeps)

662
00:32:28,313 --> 00:32:30,372
MARSHALL: What the hell are you trying
to prove here, Channing?

663
00:32:30,397 --> 00:32:31,720
Mangosta on the island, sir.

664
00:32:31,721 --> 00:32:32,703
He was here.

665
00:32:32,705 --> 00:32:34,305
MARSHALL:
Well, he's not here now.

666
00:32:34,307 --> 00:32:35,589
He must've made me
in the elevator.

667
00:32:35,591 --> 00:32:38,642
You shouldn't have been
in that elevator.

668
00:32:38,644 --> 00:32:41,679
Go home, Channing,
and stay there!

669
00:32:41,681 --> 00:32:44,064
Hey! Channing.

670
00:32:44,066 --> 00:32:45,399
What happened?

671
00:32:45,401 --> 00:32:47,217
By the time the WITSEC agents
got up there,

672
00:32:47,219 --> 00:32:48,852
Mangosta was gone,
and the room was clean.

673
00:32:48,854 --> 00:32:50,437
No, I know what I saw.

674
00:32:50,439 --> 00:32:51,689
Mangosta was there.

675
00:32:51,691 --> 00:32:53,273
He's stalking Doris,
and whatever his plan was,

676
00:32:53,275 --> 00:32:55,075
he's accelerating it.

677
00:32:55,077 --> 00:32:56,944
He's definitely going after her.

678
00:33:08,123 --> 00:33:10,374
Okay, I am not here
to judge you, but...

679
00:33:10,376 --> 00:33:11,625
But? But what, huh?

680
00:33:11,627 --> 00:33:12,760
You're either here to judge
or you're not.

681
00:33:12,762 --> 00:33:14,611
What the hell
is the matter with you?

682
00:33:14,613 --> 00:33:16,263
Is there something wrong
with your brain?

683
00:33:16,265 --> 00:33:18,098
She did this, Danny, okay?

684
00:33:18,100 --> 00:33:20,134
And she killed two people;
I'm not wrong about that.

685
00:33:20,136 --> 00:33:23,554
Okay. I'm only
gonna say this one time:

686
00:33:23,556 --> 00:33:25,356
you might be right about Olivia.

687
00:33:25,358 --> 00:33:26,306
Okay?

688
00:33:26,308 --> 00:33:27,808
Wait a minute,
you find something?

689
00:33:27,810 --> 00:33:29,893
Fong decrypted some audio
files off that P.I.'s laptop.

690
00:33:29,895 --> 00:33:32,196
We got to go see
a judge-- come on.

691
00:33:32,198 --> 00:33:33,564
We need a warrant?

692
00:33:33,566 --> 00:33:34,798
Not exactly.

693
00:33:36,818 --> 00:33:37,818
Dr. Victor is my therapist.

694
00:33:37,820 --> 00:33:39,236
And that is not
open for discussion.

695
00:33:39,238 --> 00:33:40,738
Really?

696
00:33:40,740 --> 00:33:42,740
Okay, well, let's-let's not
discuss it then.

697
00:33:42,742 --> 00:33:46,577
Let's all be quiet
and just, uh, and just listen.

698
00:33:46,579 --> 00:33:47,995
Hmm?

699
00:33:47,997 --> 00:33:50,964
(man and woman
panting, moaning passionately)

700
00:33:54,419 --> 00:33:56,670
Obviously, Olivia's office
was bugged.

701
00:33:56,672 --> 00:33:59,473
We know that one of
those heavy breathers

702
00:33:59,475 --> 00:34:02,059
is you, because it matches
the date and time

703
00:34:02,061 --> 00:34:03,927
you signed in
for one of your sessions.

704
00:34:03,929 --> 00:34:05,596
It gets very interesting
around the five-minute mark,

705
00:34:05,598 --> 00:34:07,297
but I'll spare
everybody in the room.

706
00:34:07,299 --> 00:34:08,432
Where did you get that?

707
00:34:08,434 --> 00:34:11,018
We got that off Barry
Martin's computer.

708
00:34:11,020 --> 00:34:12,319
Sound familiar, that name?

709
00:34:12,321 --> 00:34:14,188
You know, it's the P.I.

710
00:34:14,190 --> 00:34:16,240
that you paid
a 20-stack retainer to.

711
00:34:16,242 --> 00:34:18,409
Why did you hire him,
by the way?

712
00:34:18,411 --> 00:34:20,778
I didn't. My wife did.

713
00:34:20,780 --> 00:34:22,529
She thought I was
having an affair.

714
00:34:22,531 --> 00:34:24,331
Smart lady.

715
00:34:24,333 --> 00:34:26,617
So, wait a minute, Martin
was blackmailing you?

716
00:34:26,619 --> 00:34:28,151
Yeah.

717
00:34:28,153 --> 00:34:29,986
So, what, that's why you
killed him, 'cause he found out

718
00:34:29,988 --> 00:34:31,255
you were sleeping
with your shrink?

719
00:34:31,257 --> 00:34:32,539
Whoa, whoa, back off.

720
00:34:32,541 --> 00:34:33,957
I didn't kill anybody.

721
00:34:33,959 --> 00:34:35,492
I didn't know he was dead.

722
00:34:35,494 --> 00:34:38,262
And Olivia Victor's

723
00:34:38,264 --> 00:34:40,297
not my shrink.

724
00:34:40,299 --> 00:34:41,298
Well, what is she?

725
00:34:41,300 --> 00:34:43,834
She's my madam.

726
00:34:45,103 --> 00:34:47,187
Your madam?!

727
00:34:51,693 --> 00:34:55,479
So Olivia Victor's
therapy practice was a front

728
00:34:55,481 --> 00:34:56,530
for a prostitution ring.

729
00:34:56,532 --> 00:34:58,615
I mean, it is genius.

730
00:34:58,617 --> 00:35:00,400
It's genius.
I mean, think about it.

731
00:35:00,402 --> 00:35:02,786
Anybody going to therapy
has got deep pockets, right?

732
00:35:02,788 --> 00:35:04,571
Wives are never gonna
question those charges

733
00:35:04,573 --> 00:35:06,290
and a cop is never gonna
go sweat a shrink.

734
00:35:06,292 --> 00:35:08,292
Exactly. Barry Martin
figured it out,

735
00:35:08,294 --> 00:35:09,526
he started
blackmailing her Johns.

736
00:35:09,528 --> 00:35:10,961
He's got the whole place
bugged already,

737
00:35:10,963 --> 00:35:12,463
so he knows
that Judge Reynolds is not

738
00:35:12,465 --> 00:35:14,231
the only one having,
uh, sessions.

739
00:35:14,233 --> 00:35:16,533
And he realizes this is a way
to make a ton of loot.

740
00:35:16,535 --> 00:35:18,368
All he's got to do
is I.D. the patients,

741
00:35:18,370 --> 00:35:20,220
find them, and then threaten
to expose what was going on.

742
00:35:20,222 --> 00:35:22,139
Exactly. Definitely sounds
like what happened with Aiden.

743
00:35:22,141 --> 00:35:23,841
Right? And then it
spiraled from there.

744
00:35:23,843 --> 00:35:24,975
And if this is what Aiden

745
00:35:24,977 --> 00:35:26,560
was gonna come clean
to his wife about,

746
00:35:26,562 --> 00:35:28,595
it would've exposed
Olivia's entire operation.

747
00:35:28,597 --> 00:35:29,930
Exactly.

748
00:35:29,932 --> 00:35:33,550
She needed to get rid
of them both, now she has.

749
00:35:35,153 --> 00:35:37,921
CATHERINE:
Doris, we were right.

750
00:35:37,923 --> 00:35:39,055
Mangosta's on the Island.

751
00:35:39,057 --> 00:35:40,407
He's been surveilling you.

752
00:35:42,243 --> 00:35:43,577
You're sure?

753
00:35:43,579 --> 00:35:45,412
We're positive.

754
00:35:46,381 --> 00:35:48,398
Where is he now?

755
00:35:48,400 --> 00:35:50,066
That we don't know.

756
00:35:50,068 --> 00:35:51,902
Listen, Doris, we're gonna
need you to sit tight, okay?

757
00:35:51,904 --> 00:35:52,870
We're on our way over

758
00:35:52,872 --> 00:35:55,756
to take you
to a secure location.

759
00:35:55,758 --> 00:35:58,742
I got it.

760
00:36:05,266 --> 00:36:06,550
You can't go in there.

761
00:36:06,552 --> 00:36:07,935
She's in session!
No, no, it's good.

762
00:36:07,937 --> 00:36:09,720
We know all about the
"therapy" that goes on.

763
00:36:09,722 --> 00:36:11,688
It's fine.
Don't worry about it.

764
00:36:11,690 --> 00:36:14,525
(man and woman panting, moaning)

765
00:36:18,279 --> 00:36:20,480
Hello? Hello?

766
00:36:22,033 --> 00:36:23,233
All right,
therapy's over.

767
00:36:23,235 --> 00:36:24,768
(screams)
What the hell?!

768
00:36:24,770 --> 00:36:26,102
All right, you,

769
00:36:26,104 --> 00:36:27,788
over there.

770
00:36:27,790 --> 00:36:30,774
Here, put your pants on.

771
00:36:32,577 --> 00:36:34,578
Where's Olivia?
No idea.

772
00:36:34,580 --> 00:36:36,964
(phone ringing)

773
00:36:36,966 --> 00:36:38,114
Kono?

774
00:36:38,116 --> 00:36:40,083
KONO: Boss, I don't know
how you managed

775
00:36:40,085 --> 00:36:42,118
to get Olivia on the no-fly
list, but we got a hit.

776
00:36:42,120 --> 00:36:43,670
TSA pick her up?

777
00:36:43,672 --> 00:36:44,721
Not yet.

778
00:36:44,723 --> 00:36:45,973
They're gonna grab her
at the gate.

779
00:36:45,975 --> 00:36:47,174
All right, we're on our way.

780
00:36:47,176 --> 00:36:48,675
WOMAN (over P.A.):
Welcome to the Honolulu Inter...

781
00:37:02,323 --> 00:37:05,141
Why's the door open?

782
00:37:05,143 --> 00:37:08,028
Doris?

783
00:37:14,836 --> 00:37:17,037
CATHERINE:
Doris?

784
00:37:17,039 --> 00:37:19,089
Catherine.

785
00:37:19,091 --> 00:37:21,341
What is it?

786
00:37:21,343 --> 00:37:23,510
Got blood here.

787
00:37:28,433 --> 00:37:30,100
We got to find her.

788
00:37:30,102 --> 00:37:31,969
We picked her up
on the cameras

789
00:37:31,971 --> 00:37:34,054
at Avipac Airlines
ticket counter.

790
00:37:35,106 --> 00:37:37,307
KONO:
Okay, so she paid cash.

791
00:37:37,309 --> 00:37:38,942
One-way ticket
to Rio.

792
00:37:38,944 --> 00:37:40,811
That was half an hour ago.
I have agents waiting for her

793
00:37:40,813 --> 00:37:42,896
at the departure gate, but
she hasn't shown up yet.

794
00:37:42,898 --> 00:37:44,448
Which camera
would've picked her up

795
00:37:44,450 --> 00:37:46,483
after she walked away
from the ticket counter?

796
00:37:46,485 --> 00:37:48,485
Here. I have her going up
the escalator to security.

797
00:37:48,487 --> 00:37:50,687
Okay.

798
00:37:52,206 --> 00:37:53,356
There she is.

799
00:37:53,358 --> 00:37:54,858
She went through
security.

800
00:37:54,860 --> 00:37:56,543
That was 18 minutes ago.

801
00:37:59,163 --> 00:38:01,431
Okay.

802
00:38:01,433 --> 00:38:03,634
Got her.
She's going into a bathroom.

803
00:38:03,636 --> 00:38:05,752
Terminal G, across from Gate 34.

804
00:38:05,754 --> 00:38:07,721
That was six
minutes ago.

805
00:38:07,723 --> 00:38:09,256
Can you fast-forward that?

806
00:38:14,045 --> 00:38:15,646
She didn't come out.

807
00:38:15,648 --> 00:38:18,148
She's still in there.

808
00:38:18,150 --> 00:38:19,349
All right, thanks.

809
00:38:19,351 --> 00:38:20,567
Okay.

810
00:38:49,630 --> 00:38:51,915

811
00:39:06,447 --> 00:39:08,431
Steve, I got a body

812
00:39:08,433 --> 00:39:10,067
on the second floor.

813
00:39:10,069 --> 00:39:11,318
Olivia's gone.

814
00:39:11,320 --> 00:39:13,136
We lost her.

815
00:39:25,585 --> 00:39:26,780
CATHERINE:
Chin, it's Catherine.

816
00:39:26,781 --> 00:39:27,947
I need a favor.

817
00:39:28,316 --> 00:39:29,765
Everything okay?

818
00:39:29,767 --> 00:39:31,392
Listen, I can't tell you what
this is about, but I need you

819
00:39:31,393 --> 00:39:33,427
to track the GPS on a
rental car right now.

820
00:39:33,429 --> 00:39:34,845
Can you do that for me?

821
00:39:34,847 --> 00:39:40,234
It's a Chevy Malibu,
license plate number WR8-56B.

822
00:39:44,608 --> 00:39:46,400
KONO: Okay, so we got
an I.D. on our vic.

823
00:39:46,401 --> 00:39:47,734
Her name is Monica Litt.

824
00:39:47,736 --> 00:39:49,552
She's a flight attendant
for Unified Airlines.

825
00:39:49,554 --> 00:39:50,753
Where's the plane going?

826
00:39:50,755 --> 00:39:52,739
Bangkok. Flight 523. Gate 71.

827
00:39:52,741 --> 00:39:54,691
So the ticket to Rio
was a decoy.

828
00:39:54,693 --> 00:39:55,942
It worked.

829
00:39:55,944 --> 00:39:58,578
We got to stop that plane
before it takes off.

830
00:40:00,414 --> 00:40:03,199
No. No, no, no, wait.

831
00:40:03,201 --> 00:40:04,200
No, no, wait what?

832
00:40:04,202 --> 00:40:06,119
STEVE:
This isn't right.

833
00:40:06,121 --> 00:40:07,570
From the minute we met Olivia,

834
00:40:07,572 --> 00:40:09,172
she's been playing us
the whole time.

835
00:40:09,174 --> 00:40:11,174
Why would she lead us
right to her now?

836
00:40:11,176 --> 00:40:13,960
Lock down the airport.
She's not leaving on a plane.

837
00:40:13,962 --> 00:40:16,763
Let's go.

838
00:40:25,255 --> 00:40:27,256
Waikiki Marina.

839
00:40:27,258 --> 00:40:29,925
Fast as you can.

840
00:40:36,817 --> 00:40:38,284
Whoa-hey!

841
00:40:46,410 --> 00:40:48,277
Turn off the engine.

842
00:40:54,001 --> 00:40:56,586
All right,
come on out of the car.

843
00:40:56,588 --> 00:40:58,254
Come on.

844
00:40:59,973 --> 00:41:01,674
When you're right,
you're right, buddy.

845
00:41:03,794 --> 00:41:04,960
Relax.

846
00:41:04,962 --> 00:41:06,229
(chuckles)

847
00:41:10,517 --> 00:41:12,435
Book her, Danno.

848
00:41:12,437 --> 00:41:15,938
(handcuffs clicking)

849
00:41:41,265 --> 00:41:43,332
DORIS:
I said give me a name!

850
00:41:43,334 --> 00:41:45,301
(electricity buzzing)

851
00:41:45,303 --> 00:41:47,136
(grunting)

852
00:41:49,389 --> 00:41:50,506
I asked you a question.

853
00:41:50,508 --> 00:41:52,225
Now give me a name.

854
00:41:53,110 --> 00:41:54,193
Look at me.

855
00:41:54,195 --> 00:41:55,177
Look at me, Mangosta!

856
00:41:55,179 --> 00:41:56,362
Look at me!

857
00:41:59,149 --> 00:42:00,149
Give me a name.

858
00:42:00,151 --> 00:42:01,868
Who else knows I'm alive?

859
00:42:01,870 --> 00:42:03,202
Huh?

860
00:42:03,204 --> 00:42:04,520
(current buzzing)

861
00:42:04,522 --> 00:42:05,705
Who else knows?!

862
00:42:05,707 --> 00:42:06,789
CATHERINE:
Doris!

863
00:42:06,791 --> 00:42:07,707
Doris, stop!

864
00:42:07,709 --> 00:42:09,859
Get out of here.

865
00:42:09,861 --> 00:42:10,843
Get out of here!

866
00:42:10,845 --> 00:42:12,829
Doris, stop it!

867
00:42:12,831 --> 00:42:16,499
You'll kill him.

868
00:42:45,913 --> 00:42:49,115
Steve can't know
about this.

869
00:42:51,735 --> 00:42:54,337
He thought he lost me once.

870
00:42:54,339 --> 00:42:57,740
I... I don't want him
thinking it could happen again.

871
00:42:59,543 --> 00:43:01,928
Promise me.

872
00:43:14,090 --> 00:43:17,059
I promise.

873
00:43:18,929 --> 00:43:21,781
Thanks.
