les tabloïds ont
pourchassés Dahlia et lui.

161
00:10:45,163 --> 00:10:47,814
Ils avaient des paparazzis qui campaient
devant leur immeuble pendant une semaine.

162
00:10:47,816 --> 00:10:50,383
Et bien, la chambre de la victime
a été fouillée.

163
00:10:50,385 --> 00:10:52,051
Il n'y avait aucun
appareil photo.

164
00:10:52,053 --> 00:10:53,853
Donc c'est peu probable
qu'il ait été un paparazzi.

165
00:10:53,855 --> 00:10:57,724
Peu importe qui il était, je suis
terriblement désolée qu'il soit mort.

166
00:10:57,726 --> 00:11:00,993
Mais ma future belle-fille a disparu.

167
00:11:00,995 --> 00:11:03,646
Avec tout mon respect,
Mme Cotchin,

168
00:11:03,648 --> 00:11:04,964
je suppose que ce n'est
pas une coïncidence.

169
00:11:04,966 --> 00:11:06,799
Attendez une seconde.

170
00:11:06,801 --> 00:11:08,601
Insinuez-vous que Dalia
est un suspect ?

171
00:11:08,603 --> 00:11:11,771
Non, pour tout ce que nous en
savons, elle pourrait être une cible.

172
00:11:11,773 --> 00:11:12,989
Nous disons juste qu'elle
n'a peut-être pas fui

173
00:11:12,991 --> 00:11:14,791
parce qu'elle avait la frousse.

174
00:11:14,793 --> 00:11:15,992
Excusez-moi.

175
00:11:15,994 --> 00:11:18,828
Chin, qu'est-ce que tu as ?

176
00:11:18,830 --> 00:11:21,581
J'ai eu cette vidéo prise
par le vidéographe.

177
00:11:21,583 --> 00:11:23,783
Et le mariage a l'air de se dérouler

178
00:11:23,785 --> 00:11:26,786
sans accrocs, non ?
Jusqu'à ce moment.

179
00:11:27,671 --> 00:11:29,739
Regardez l'expression sur
la tête de Daliha.

180
00:11:29,741 --> 00:11:32,241
Quelque chose l'effrayait.

181
00:11:32,243 --> 00:11:34,527
Elle regarde dans cette
direction. Peux-tu zoomer ?

182
00:11:39,099 --> 00:11:41,717
On dirait que tout le
monde sourit sauf ce gars.

183
00:11:41,719 --> 00:11:43,352
C'est notre victime.

184
00:11:44,888 --> 00:11:46,889
Fitzpatrick était à la cérémonie.

185
00:11:46,891 --> 00:11:49,342
Il est la raison pour laquelle le
mariage a été annulé.

186
00:11:59,481 --> 00:12:00,815
Non, je-je ne comprends pas.

187
00:12:00,817 --> 00:12:02,934
Ce type à gâché mon mariage
et maintenant il est mort ?

188
00:12:03,336 --> 00:12:05,019
Qui était-ce?

189
00:12:05,021 --> 00:12:06,670
John Fitzpatrick, de Floride.

190
00:12:06,672 --> 00:12:08,889
Dahlia n'a jamais parlé de lui ?

191
00:12:08,891 --> 00:12:11,108
Non. Pourquoi ?

192
00:12:11,110 --> 00:12:13,811
Parce que c'est la raison pour
laquelle elle s'est sauvée.

193
00:12:13,813 --> 00:12:16,180
Je savais qu'il devait y avoir
une explication.

194
00:12:16,182 --> 00:12:18,432
Toute la journée, elle était si
heureuse et confiante.

195
00:12:18,434 --> 00:12:20,985
Tout a changé quand elle a vu
ce gars.

196
00:12:20,987 --> 00:12:24,721
Il est peut-être un de ses ex
petits amis,

197
00:12:24,723 --> 00:12:26,240
quelqu'un de son passé ?

198
00:12:26,242 --> 00:12:29,559
Je connais tous ses amis, et
elle a peu de famille.

199
00:12:29,561 --> 00:12:31,061
Nous n'avons pas de secret.

200
00:12:31,063 --> 00:12:32,496
He bien, sans vouloir vous
manquer de respect, Nathan,

201
00:12:32,498 --> 00:12:34,748
votre fiancée s'est enfuie de sa propre
cérémonie de mariage

202
00:12:34,750 --> 00:12:36,116
pour fuir cette personne.

203
00:12:36,118 --> 00:12:38,002
Quel que soit son lien avec lui,

204
00:12:38,004 --> 00:12:39,903
elle vous le cachait.

205
00:12:42,290 --> 00:12:45,592
Si cet homme est mort,
alors où est Dahlia ?

206
00:12:48,713 --> 00:12:50,197
Alors pourquoi Fitzpatrick

207
00:12:50,199 --> 00:12:51,598
a-t-il détruit ce mariage ?

208
00:12:51,600 --> 00:12:54,802
Je ne sais pas. Je parie
que c'était un ex-jaloux.

209
00:12:54,804 --> 00:12:57,304
Les mariages ont tendance à
amener de la foule, tu sais ?

210
00:12:58,139 --> 00:13:01,558
Tu en as déjà parlé à quelqu'un ?

211
00:13:01,560 --> 00:13:03,277
À propos de quoi ?

212
00:13:03,279 --> 00:13:05,229
A propos de tes profonds problèmes
avec le mariage.

213
00:13:05,231 --> 00:13:07,581
Je dis juste que tu devrais
peut-être travailler là-dessus.

214
00:13:07,583 --> 00:13:08,983
Je parle
de mes expériences.

215
00:13:08,985 --> 00:13:10,868
J'ai deux cousins,
et les deux ont eu

216
00:13:10,870 --> 00:13:12,319
leurs mariages gâchés
par des ex jaloux.

217
00:13:12,321 --> 00:13:14,438
Tu penses que Fitzpatrick est
venu pour saborder le mariage ?

218
00:13:14,440 --> 00:13:17,875
Et Daliha a perdu
la tête et l'a tué ?

219
00:13:17,877 --> 00:13:21,295
Je ne sais pas. C'est notre seule
suspecte,

220
00:13:21,297 --> 00:13:22,546
mais l'heure de la mort
ne correspond pas.

221
00:13:22,548 --> 00:13:24,614
Le voiturier a dit qu'elle
a foncé vers sa voiture.

222
00:13:24,616 --> 00:13:27,451
Oui, sans mentionner qu'elle
fait 45 kilos toute mouillée.

223
00:13:27,453 --> 00:13:28,886
Elle n'a pas pu infliger les
blessures défensives

224
00:13:28,888 --> 00:13:30,637
que l'on a vu sur ce gars.

225
00:13:30,639 --> 00:13:32,139
Monkey, qu'est-ce qui se passe ?

226
00:13:32,141 --> 00:13:34,008
Tu vas bien ?

227
00:13:34,010 --> 00:13:35,959
Gabby fait de meilleurs
pancakes que toi.

228
00:13:35,961 --> 00:13:37,811
Vraiment ? C'est ... C'est

229
00:13:37,813 --> 00:13:40,614
pourquoi tu as appelé, pour me
le dire, gâcher ma journée ?

230
00:13:40,616 --> 00:13:41,732
Sérieusement.
C'en est loin.

231
00:13:41,734 --> 00:13:42,850
Elle doit t'apprendre

232
00:13:42,852 --> 00:13:44,134
comment les faire
moelleux au milieu.

233
00:13:44,136 --> 00:13:45,386
Et bien alors,

234
00:13:45,388 --> 00:13:47,637
pourquoi ne me passerais-tu pas
la master chef au téléphone ?

235
00:13:47,639 --> 00:13:48,806
Je vais prendre sa recette.

236
00:13:48,808 --> 00:13:50,140
OK. Je t'aime, Danno.

237
00:13:50,142 --> 00:13:51,942
Je t'aime aussi.

238
00:13:51,944 --> 00:13:54,811
Je te jure que je ne lui
ai pas demandé de faire ça.

239
00:13:54,813 --> 00:13:57,331
Je t'ai dit à quel point
tu étais fantastique ?

240
00:13:57,333 --> 00:13:59,583
Hum, pas ces douze dernières heures.

241
00:13:59,585 --> 00:14:01,651
Si tu vas travailler tard ce soir,

242
00:14:01,653 --> 00:14:02,836
ce n'est pas grave,

243
00:14:02,838 --> 00:14:07,891
parce qu'on a planifié
une soirée manu-pédicure.

244
00:14:07,893 --> 00:14:10,127
Vous avez une manu-ped... ?
Écoute, rends-moi un service.

245
00:14:10,129 --> 00:14:11,678
Tu n'as pas le droit d'égaler

246
00:14:11,680 --> 00:14:12,930
mes nuits de spa père-fille.

247
00:14:12,932 --> 00:14:15,132
Non, non, ça va juste être médiocre...

248
00:14:15,134 --> 00:14:16,383
contrairement à mes pancakes.

249
00:14:21,690 --> 00:14:24,608
je déteste remettre ça
sur le tapis,

250
00:14:24,610 --> 00:14:28,312
mais ils me pressent vraiment
pour avoir une réponse.

251
00:14:28,314 --> 00:14:31,865
As-tu réfléchi à ce
dont on a discuté ?

252
00:14:31,867 --> 00:14:35,185
Oui, évidemment et je veux
en parler

253
00:14:35,187 --> 00:14:39,189
mais Steve et moi venons de nous
arrêter devant une scène de crime...

254
00:14:39,191 --> 00:14:41,658
Pas de problème.
Nous allons parler de cela quand

255
00:14:41,660 --> 00:14:43,043
quand tu seras rentré à la maison.

256
00:14:43,045 --> 00:14:45,129
Nous sommes juste arrivés

257
00:14:45,131 --> 00:14:46,296
sur une scène de crime ?

258
00:14:46,298 --> 00:14:48,816
Continue de conduire.
On va en trouver une, ok ?

259
00:14:54,856 --> 00:14:57,408
Des nouvelles de notre mariée en fuite ?

260
00:14:57,410 --> 00:14:58,926
Non, pas encore.
Les aéroports sont en état d'alerte

261
00:14:58,928 --> 00:15:00,944
et j'ai des unités qui fouillent l'île.

262
00:15:00,946 --> 00:15:03,013
J'ai pu avoir des informations
de la police de Saint Petersburg

263
00:15:03,015 --> 00:15:04,164
à propos de notre victime, cependant.

264
00:15:04,166 --> 00:15:07,518
Selon eux, John
Fitzpatrick n'existe pas.

265
00:15:09,154 --> 00:15:10,887
Son permis de conduire était faux

266
00:15:10,889 --> 00:15:13,841
ainsi que sa carte de crédit qu'il
a utilisé pour s'enregistre à l'hôtel.

267
00:15:13,843 --> 00:15:14,975
Alors nous avons

268
00:15:14,977 --> 00:15:17,060
un gars qui est venu à Hawaï sous
un faux nom,

269
00:15:17,062 --> 00:15:18,112
qui a sabordé un mariage,

270
00:15:18,114 --> 00:15:20,114
et qui a fini mort, c'est bien ça ?

271
00:15:20,116 --> 00:15:22,332
Pratiquement.
J'ai rentré ces empreintes dans IAFIS

272
00:15:22,334 --> 00:15:23,434
et je n'ai pas eu grand succès.

273
00:15:23,436 --> 00:15:25,702
Mais j'ai eu une réponse pour
l'arme du crime.

274
00:15:25,704 --> 00:15:28,205
Selon la balistique, c'est un Ruger 9mm
récemment utilisé

275
00:15:28,207 --> 00:15:30,424
sur une série de vols à main armée.
Pas encore d'arrestations

276
00:15:30,426 --> 00:15:32,576
mais la police a un suspect.

277
00:15:32,578 --> 00:15:35,229
Voici Ty Amano, 22 ans.

278
00:15:35,231 --> 00:15:37,681
Il a fait de la
prison pour possession de drogues.

279
00:15:37,683 --> 00:15:41,251
Il a l'air d'être diplômé
en vol à main armé.

280
00:15:41,253 --> 00:15:42,853
Et maintenant peut-être meurtre.

281
00:16:15,721 --> 00:16:17,337
Je vous l'ai déjà dit,

282
00:16:17,339 --> 00:16:20,224
Je n'ai pas de flingue et
je ne sais vraiment rien

283
00:16:20,226 --> 00:16:21,758
à propos d'un gars mort à un mariage.

284
00:16:21,760 --> 00:16:25,896
Je mangeais des Tacos à Waimanalo
hier soir.

285
00:16:25,898 --> 00:16:27,397
Vraiment ? Je parie
que tu as des témoins

286
00:16:27,399 --> 00:16:30,067
pour confirmer ton alibi, hein ?

287
00:16:30,069 --> 00:16:32,936
Ton dealer,
un acheteur peut-être ?

288
00:16:32,938 --> 00:16:34,971
Ou attends un peu. Peut-être
que tu es avec les gars

289
00:16:34,973 --> 00:16:37,241
qui font des vols de sacs
à main à l'arrachée ?

290
00:16:37,243 --> 00:16:38,475
Je ne suis pas un voleur.

291
00:16:38,477 --> 00:16:40,160
OK. Très bien, ça va.

292
00:16:40,162 --> 00:16:41,445
Donc tu t'en fiches si le HPD

293
00:16:41,447 --> 00:16:43,747
fouille ton appartement maintenant ?

294
00:16:43,749 --> 00:16:46,200
Juste pour être sûr qu'il n'y
ait pas de biens volés, OK ?

295
00:16:46,202 --> 00:16:48,168
D'accord.
Donc voilà le truc:

296
00:16:48,170 --> 00:16:49,986
je pourrais avoir quelques
affaires chez moi,

297
00:16:49,988 --> 00:16:51,605
mais je les garde juste pour un ami.

298
00:16:52,841 --> 00:16:54,541
Je jure que je ne sais rien

299
00:16:54,543 --> 00:16:56,443
sur ce mort ! Je me suis débarassé

300
00:16:56,445 --> 00:16:57,827
de cette arme il y a deux jours.

301
00:16:57,829 --> 00:16:59,496
Quoi vous l'avez jeté ?

302
00:16:59,498 --> 00:17:00,380
Bien sûr que non.

303
00:17:00,382 --> 00:17:02,499
La pièce vaut 500 dollars

304
00:17:02,501 --> 00:17:03,833
Mon vieux pote m'a demandé

305
00:17:03,835 --> 00:17:06,503
de brancher ce garçon avec un canon,
alors je lui ai fait cette faveur.

306
00:17:06,505 --> 00:17:08,522
Joli faveur, décharger un canon
de pistolet,

307
00:17:08,524 --> 00:17:09,740
Idiot. À qui tu l'as vendu ?

308
00:17:09,742 --> 00:17:11,441
Laisse moi vérifier
la facture.

309
00:17:11,443 --> 00:17:13,527
- Hé, tu veux jouer au plus malin ?
- Je ne sais vraiment pas !

310
00:17:13,529 --> 00:17:15,028
L'acheteur ne m'a pas donné de nom.

311
00:17:15,030 --> 00:17:18,198
Cheveux brun,
taille moyenne.

312
00:17:24,372 --> 00:17:26,356
Il lui ressemblait ?

313
00:17:27,325 --> 00:17:29,025
Oui, c'est lui.

314
00:17:30,078 --> 00:17:32,195
Oh, mec.

315
00:17:32,197 --> 00:17:33,964
C'est lui ton gars mort ?

316
00:17:33,966 --> 00:17:36,250
Oui, il a été tué par
l'arme que tu lui a vendue.

317
00:17:36,252 --> 00:17:37,668
Qu'est-ce que tu sais
d'autre à son propos ?

318
00:17:37,670 --> 00:17:40,804
Rien. Mon pote a juste
dit que c'était un ami.

319
00:17:40,806 --> 00:17:43,090
Quelqu'un qu'il connaissait
qui a grandi en Allemagne.

320
00:17:43,092 --> 00:17:44,508
Ce gars était allemand ?

321
00:17:44,510 --> 00:17:45,475
Il ne parlait pas Allemand.

322
00:17:45,477 --> 00:17:48,061
Ça sonnait plutôt américain pour moi.

323
00:17:49,547 --> 00:17:52,215
Il s'avère que John Fitzpatrick
est en fait Brad Dixon.

324
00:17:52,217 --> 00:17:54,434
C'est un citoyen américain comdamné

325
00:17:54,436 --> 00:17:56,570
de fraude de type abus de confiance
dans toute l'Europe.

326
00:17:56,572 --> 00:17:58,221
En fait, il est sorti

327
00:17:58,223 --> 00:17:59,756
de la prison de Munich
il y a six semaines.

328
00:17:59,758 --> 00:18:01,224
Les Cotchins ont les poches profondes.

329
00:18:01,226 --> 00:18:03,026
Je suppose qu'ils étaient sa cible.

330
00:18:03,028 --> 00:18:05,195
Et il y a encore mieux.
Selon le rapport,

331
00:18:05,197 --> 00:18:07,063
le jeu de Dixon était en fait
de mettre en place des escroqueries

332
00:18:07,065 --> 00:18:08,265
contre les riches célibataires

333
00:18:08,267 --> 00:18:10,167
en utilisant des complices féminines
comme appât.

334
00:18:10,169 --> 00:18:12,919
OK, qui était la complice ?

335
00:18:12,921 --> 00:18:15,839
Sa soeur, Nicole Dixon.

336
00:18:17,592 --> 00:18:20,260
Mais vous la connaissez
sous le nom de...

337
00:18:20,262 --> 00:18:22,162
Dahlia Swain.

338
00:18:22,164 --> 00:18:26,550
Alias notre mariée en fuite.

339
00:18:31,741 --> 00:18:35,274
Alors, la police Allemande a arrêté
Brad et Nicole Dixon en 2008.

340
00:18:35,275 --> 00:18:36,825
Ils ont été condamnés à plusieurs
reprises

341
00:18:36,827 --> 00:18:38,276
pour détournement de fonds et extorsion.

342
00:18:38,278 --> 00:18:41,663
Brad a passé cinq ans
en prison, mais Nicole

343
00:18:41,665 --> 00:18:42,914
est sortie après six mois.

344
00:18:42,916 --> 00:18:44,082
Eh bien, elle a du

345
00:18:44,084 --> 00:18:45,950
témoigner contre lui pour
obtenir une réduction de peine.

346
00:18:45,952 --> 00:18:47,285
Alors elle roule son frère,

347
00:18:47,287 --> 00:18:50,472
déménage à New York, change son nom
en Dahlia Swain,

348
00:18:50,474 --> 00:18:52,340
trouve un nouveau pion,
le fils des Cotchins,

349
00:18:52,342 --> 00:18:54,743
et le dupe en se mariant avec lui.

350
00:18:54,745 --> 00:18:56,094
Pendant ce temps, Brad sort de prison,

351
00:18:56,096 --> 00:18:58,630
découvre que sa petite soeur est sur
le point de gagner beaucoup d'argent,

352
00:18:58,632 --> 00:19:00,899
plante le mariage pour
s'assurer qu'il obtient sa part.

353
00:19:00,901 --> 00:19:02,567
Il y a autre choses en plus
que l'argent.

354
00:19:02,569 --> 00:19:04,219
Je veux dire.
Comment vous sentiriez-vous

355
00:19:04,221 --> 00:19:06,271
si votre sœur se jouait de
vous comme elle l'a fait ?

356
00:19:06,273 --> 00:19:07,656
Je voudrais la tuer.

357
00:19:07,658 --> 00:19:09,858
Donc il se procure une arme pour se
venger.

358
00:19:09,860 --> 00:19:11,643
Dahlia réalise qu'elle ne
peut pas acheter son silence.

359
00:19:11,645 --> 00:19:13,078
Ce qui explique qu'elle se soit
enfuie.

360
00:19:13,080 --> 00:19:15,530
C'est une bonne chose qu'elle se
soit enfuie, pour les Cotchins

361
00:19:15,532 --> 00:19:17,499
parce que si ce gars n'était
pas venu pour le mariage,

362
00:19:17,501 --> 00:19:19,567
ils auraient perdu beaucoup d'argent.

363
00:19:19,569 --> 00:19:21,670
Ouais, mais bon je ne pense
pas que le marié voie ça

364
00:19:21,672 --> 00:19:23,972
du bon côté quand on va
lui annoncer la nouvelle.

365
00:19:25,658 --> 00:19:27,158
Et bien, cela va te montrer

366
00:19:27,160 --> 00:19:30,929
pourquoi les gens ne devraient jamais
se marier, dans n'importe quel cas.

367
00:19:30,931 --> 00:19:32,931
Pourquoi ? Dans le cas où
tu te maries avec un escroc

368
00:19:32,933 --> 00:19:34,232
qui en a après ton argent ?

369
00:19:34,234 --> 00:19:36,768
Non, Steve.

370
00:19:36,770 --> 00:19:39,604
Parce que les gens ne sont
jamais ce qu'ils prétendent être.

371
00:19:39,606 --> 00:19:41,523
Et même s'ils le sont,
ils finissent par changer.

372
00:19:41,525 --> 00:19:44,326
Les relations, ça ne marche pas.
Elles ne durent pas pour toujours.

373
00:19:44,328 --> 00:19:45,360
Point final.

374
00:19:45,362 --> 00:19:47,479
Qu'est-ce qui t'arrive aujourd'hui ?

375
00:19:47,481 --> 00:19:52,016
On a offert à Gabby

376
00:19:52,018 --> 00:19:57,122
un poste de six mois
à Denver, Colorado.

377
00:19:57,124 --> 00:19:59,207
Pourquoi tu ne l'as pas dit ?

378
00:19:59,209 --> 00:20:00,659
C'est terrible.

379
00:20:00,661 --> 00:20:02,661
C'est terrible, sachant que
la dernière fois

380
00:20:02,663 --> 00:20:04,879
qu'elle est partie pour un travail,
elle a failli ne pas revenir.

381
00:20:07,200 --> 00:20:10,568
Tu ne peux pas lui dire de ne
pas prendre le travail non plus.

382
00:20:10,570 --> 00:20:12,220
Elle a dit qu'elle n'allait
pas accepter

383
00:20:12,222 --> 00:20:13,471
si je n'étais pas d'accord.

384
00:20:13,473 --> 00:20:15,707
Oh bien ! Tu n'est clairement
pas d'accord donc ...

385
00:20:15,709 --> 00:20:18,543
Qu'est-ce que je dois faire ?
Je ne peux pas gagner.

386
00:20:18,545 --> 00:20:21,730
Je la fais rester, elle m'en voudra,
et si je la laisse partir,

387
00:20:21,732 --> 00:20:22,714
je serais anéanti.

388
00:20:22,716 --> 00:20:24,566
Tu veux mon avis ?
Absolument pas.

389
00:20:24,568 --> 00:20:25,883
Quand Catherine allait décliner
le travail

390
00:20:25,885 --> 00:20:26,968
que Billy lui a offert

391
00:20:26,970 --> 00:20:28,253
à cause de moi, tu sais
ce que je lui ai dit ?

392
00:20:28,255 --> 00:20:29,487
Je lui ai dit de prendre le job.

393
00:20:29,489 --> 00:20:31,573
Parce que tu es stupide

394
00:20:31,575 --> 00:20:32,941
et que tu n'écoutes jamais personne.

395
00:20:32,943 --> 00:20:35,326
Parce que je ne voulais pas
qu'elle passe à côté

396
00:20:35,328 --> 00:20:37,395
d'une super opportunité
de carrière à cause de moi.

397
00:20:37,397 --> 00:20:39,781
Tu as dit à ta petite-amie de prendre
un travail

398
00:20:39,783 --> 00:20:41,282
avec son ex super séduisant.

399
00:20:41,284 --> 00:20:43,785
Ce n'est pas noble,
c'est stupide.

400
00:20:43,787 --> 00:20:45,120
Laisse-moi te poser une question.

401
00:20:45,122 --> 00:20:47,505
Si Gabby te demande de mettre ta
carrière entre parenthèses

402
00:20:47,507 --> 00:20:48,873
et déménager à Denver, tu le ferais ?

403
00:20:48,875 --> 00:20:51,376
Non, je ne le ferais pas.
Mais j'ai une fille

404
00:20:51,378 --> 00:20:53,745
qui vit ici.
Ce n'est pas la même chose.

405
00:20:55,347 --> 00:20:57,382
En plus je te manquerais trop.

406
00:20:57,384 --> 00:20:59,050
En plus tu me manquerais trop.

407
00:20:59,052 --> 00:21:01,369
Voilà.

408
00:21:05,225 --> 00:21:06,424
Lieutenant Kelly.

409
00:21:07,593 --> 00:21:09,477
Chin, c'est moi.

410
00:21:10,312 --> 00:21:12,597
Kono, comment vas-tu ?

411
00:21:12,599 --> 00:21:14,199
Où est-tu ?

412
00:21:14,201 --> 00:21:15,967
Kowloon. Nous avons eu des problèmes
avec le tireur

413
00:21:15,969 --> 00:21:17,435
qui en avait après nous.

414
00:21:17,437 --> 00:21:19,654
Nous avons eu des renseignements
sur un de ses associés.

415
00:21:19,656 --> 00:21:21,039
Il vous a donné quelque chose ?

416
00:21:22,375 --> 00:21:23,992
Riku Sato.

417
00:21:23,994 --> 00:21:25,276
As-tu entendu parler de lui ?

418
00:21:25,278 --> 00:21:26,578
Il est le Oyabun d'une

419
00:21:26,580 --> 00:21:28,296
des plus grandes familles de Yakuza
au Japon.

420
00:21:28,298 --> 00:21:31,466
Mais pourquoi ils en ont après Adam ?
Je croyais qu'ils étaient alliés.

421
00:21:31,468 --> 00:21:32,550
Ils l'étaient.

422
00:21:32,552 --> 00:21:33,752
Mais quelque chose a changé.

423
00:21:33,754 --> 00:21:36,954
Ce n'est plus d'une vengeance
pour la mort de Michael.

424
00:21:36,956 --> 00:21:38,223
Comment peux-tu en être sûr ?

425
00:21:38,225 --> 00:21:41,643
Parce qu'ils ne veulent
pas que la mort d'Adam,

426
00:21:41,645 --> 00:21:43,111
ils veulent la mienne aussi.

427
00:21:44,681 --> 00:21:45,980
Chin, je peux gérer ça.

428
00:21:45,982 --> 00:21:48,399
Laisse-moi appeler le département
de la police de Hong Kong

429
00:21:48,401 --> 00:21:50,401
pour qu'ils vous trouvent un lieu sûr.

430
00:21:50,403 --> 00:21:54,155
Non, Sato a de forts liens avec
les triades chinoises,

431
00:21:54,157 --> 00:21:55,640
et elles contrôlent la police.

432
00:21:55,642 --> 00:21:57,025
On ne peut plus faire confiance
à qui que ce soit maintenant .

433
00:21:57,027 --> 00:21:58,943
D'accord mais vous devez
continuer à bouger.

434
00:21:58,945 --> 00:22:01,412
Quittez Hong Kong.
Quittez l'Asie.

435
00:22:01,414 --> 00:22:02,997
C'est le plan.

436
00:22:02,999 --> 00:22:04,332
Enlève le haut-parleur.

437
00:22:10,540 --> 00:22:12,340
Tu m'as promis

438
00:22:12,342 --> 00:22:14,592
que tu prendrais soin de Kono.

439
00:22:14,594 --> 00:22:15,960
Maintenant fait-le.

440
00:22:24,488 --> 00:22:26,321
Il doit y avoir une erreur.

441
00:22:26,323 --> 00:22:27,555
Je suis enclin

442
00:22:27,557 --> 00:22:30,391
à être d'accord avec mon fils.

443
00:22:30,393 --> 00:22:32,911
Désolé, est-ce qu'on
rate quelque chose ?

444
00:22:32,913 --> 00:22:34,813
Mon entreprise a vérifié
tous les antécédents de Dahlia.

445
00:22:34,815 --> 00:22:36,281
Je ne comprends pas

446
00:22:36,283 --> 00:22:39,167
comment les enquêteurs ont pu
manquer quelque chose comme ça.

447
00:22:39,169 --> 00:22:40,852
Vous avez vérifié les
antécédents de ma fiancée ?

448
00:22:40,854 --> 00:22:43,071
Et tu te demandes pourquoi je n'ai
jamais voulu faire ce business ?

449
00:22:43,073 --> 00:22:45,006
D'accord.

450
00:22:45,008 --> 00:22:46,541
Je vais aller lui parler.

451
00:22:46,543 --> 00:22:47,659
Donnez-moi une minute.

452
00:23:00,339 --> 00:23:03,007
Ce qui me tue, c'est
que ma mère ait raison.

453
00:23:04,143 --> 00:23:06,544
Je me sens tellement bête.

454
00:23:06,546 --> 00:23:09,848
Tu n'es pas le premier à tomber
dedans, Nathan.

455
00:23:09,850 --> 00:23:11,065
Dahlia et son frère

456
00:23:11,067 --> 00:23:12,884
font cette arnaque
depuis des années.

457
00:23:16,655 --> 00:23:18,857
J'espère que vous la trouverez
pour que je puisse la regarder

458
00:23:18,859 --> 00:23:20,909
dans les yeux et lui demander
comment elle a pu me faire ça.

459
00:23:24,998 --> 00:23:26,264
Chin, où es-tu ?

460
00:23:26,266 --> 00:23:27,549
Je me dirige vers Tantalus Drive.

461
00:23:27,551 --> 00:23:29,901
C'est le dernier endroit où
le téléphone de Daliha

462
00:23:29,903 --> 00:23:31,953
captait un signal.

463
00:23:31,955 --> 00:23:33,571
C'était à 19h30 la nuit dernière,

464
00:23:33,573 --> 00:23:34,906
et après ça, plus rien.

465
00:23:34,908 --> 00:23:35,924
Tantalus est connu

466
00:23:35,926 --> 00:23:37,074
pour avoir une mauvaise réception.

467
00:23:37,076 --> 00:23:38,259
Elle essayait de faire profil bas.

468
00:23:38,261 --> 00:23:40,194
Elle était en cavale.
Peut-être qu'elle a jeté son portable.

469
00:23:40,196 --> 00:23:43,081
Ou peut-être qu'elle n'a jamais
quitté la zone.

470
00:23:46,919 --> 00:23:49,137
Regarde, c'est ...

471
00:23:49,139 --> 00:23:51,339
le patron/ex-petit-ami de Catherine.

472
00:23:51,341 --> 00:23:53,358
-Billy ? C'est son nom ?
-Oui.

473
00:23:53,360 --> 00:23:54,192
Tu sais qu'il s'appelle Billy.

474
00:23:59,615 --> 00:24:00,949
Que fait-il ici ?

475
00:24:00,951 --> 00:24:02,283
Ils sont censés travailler.
Peut-être qu'il est venu

476
00:24:02,285 --> 00:24:04,602
te demander sa main pour le mariage ?

477
00:24:06,372 --> 00:24:07,889
Tu es vraiment en train
d'apprécier ça, hein ?

478
00:24:07,891 --> 00:24:10,608
On doit tous se faire rappeler
nos erreurs.

479
00:24:13,947 --> 00:24:15,496
Quoi de neuf ?

480
00:24:15,498 --> 00:24:17,832
Catherine vient de monter pour te voir.

481
00:24:17,834 --> 00:24:19,267
Qu'est-ce que tu fais,
tu gardes la voiture chaude ?

482
00:24:19,269 --> 00:24:21,302
Ça doit être une courte visite.
On est sur un boulot.

483
00:24:21,304 --> 00:24:22,637
Tu te rappelles

484
00:24:22,639 --> 00:24:23,771
du lieutenant Danny Williams ?

485
00:24:23,773 --> 00:24:24,889
Tout le plaisir est pour moi.
Bien entendu.

486
00:24:24,891 --> 00:24:26,674
Ravi de vous voir.
Encore.

487
00:24:27,978 --> 00:24:29,677
En fait, je suis content
d'être tombé sur toi.

488
00:24:29,679 --> 00:24:31,212
Je n'as pas eu la chance
de te remercier.

489
00:24:32,147 --> 00:24:33,097
Pour quoi ?

490
00:24:33,099 --> 00:24:34,399
Pour être cool avec tout ça.

491
00:24:34,401 --> 00:24:35,934
Catherine m'a dit

492
00:24:35,936 --> 00:24:38,102
que tu l'as encouragée à prendre le job.

493
00:24:38,104 --> 00:24:39,020
Ne parle pas de ça.

494
00:24:39,022 --> 00:24:40,137
La vérité est que,
je suis chanceux de l'avoir

495
00:24:40,139 --> 00:24:41,305
On fait une super équipe.

496
00:24:41,307 --> 00:24:42,523
C'est bien.

497
00:24:42,525 --> 00:24:44,308
C'est bon de te voir.

498
00:24:44,310 --> 00:24:45,526
Toi aussi.

499
00:24:45,528 --> 00:24:46,477
Petite Aile,

500
00:24:46,479 --> 00:24:48,296
c'est Big Kahuna,
attention :

501
00:24:48,298 --> 00:24:49,747
McGarett se dirige vers ta position.

502
00:24:49,749 --> 00:24:51,648
Vous avez des noms
de codes entre vous ?

503
00:24:51,673 --> 00:24:52,368
Ouais.

504
00:24:52,369 --> 00:24:54,202
C'est mignon.

505
00:25:00,760 --> 00:25:03,344
T'es belle, Rollins.

506
00:25:03,346 --> 00:25:05,430
Avec l'oreillette, et tout, hein ?

507
00:25:06,599 --> 00:25:08,883
Billy et moi effectuons
une sécurité rapprochée

508
00:25:08,885 --> 00:25:10,635
sur un diplomate Saoudien en visite,
donc ...

509
00:25:10,637 --> 00:25:11,636
Cool.

510
00:25:11,638 --> 00:25:13,021
Je sais que les femmes s'habillent
modestement là-bas,

511
00:25:13,023 --> 00:25:15,306
mais à la façon dont ces
gars me regardent,

512
00:25:15,308 --> 00:25:16,824
on dirait que je porte
un string bikini.

513
00:25:16,826 --> 00:25:18,359
Quel est sont nom ?
Que je le tabasse.

514
00:25:18,361 --> 00:25:20,645
OK, tu vois, c'est exactement

515
00:25:20,647 --> 00:25:22,346
ce qu'on est payé pour éviter.

516
00:25:23,533 --> 00:25:24,565
Donc ce ne serait pas bien.

517
00:25:24,567 --> 00:25:25,700
Compris.

518
00:25:25,702 --> 00:25:27,618
Ce qui m'amène à la raison
de ma venue.

519
00:25:27,620 --> 00:25:29,120
Quoi, tu n'es pas là pour...
Je croyais que tu étais venue

520
00:25:29,122 --> 00:25:30,354
pour me montrer ton nouveau pantalon.

521
00:25:30,356 --> 00:25:32,040
Non, petit malin.
J'ai besoin d'un service.

522
00:25:32,042 --> 00:25:34,191
De quoi as-tu besoin ?

523
00:25:34,193 --> 00:25:36,027
Notre client a un emploi du temps
chargé demain,

524
00:25:36,029 --> 00:25:37,695
et Billy m'a demandé de faire des
évaluations de menaces

525
00:25:37,697 --> 00:25:39,063
pour toutes les personnes qu'il va voir.

526
00:25:39,065 --> 00:25:40,498
Sauf que...

527
00:25:40,500 --> 00:25:42,300
Tu n'as plus accès aux informations
de la Navy.

528
00:25:42,302 --> 00:25:43,468
Donc tu as pensé que
tu viendrais au Five-O

529
00:25:43,470 --> 00:25:44,469
et lancerais les recherches.

530
00:25:46,089 --> 00:25:48,256
Regarde-toi.
Tu es beau et brillant.

531
00:25:50,226 --> 00:25:51,642
Je ne sais pas ce que ça me fait

532
00:25:51,644 --> 00:25:52,977
d'allouer des ressources du Five-O

533
00:25:52,979 --> 00:25:54,562
à un travail de sécurité privée.

534
00:25:57,684 --> 00:25:59,067
Rappelle-moi

535
00:25:59,069 --> 00:26:00,384
combien de satellites

536
00:26:00,386 --> 00:26:02,186
j'ai repositionné pour toi
durant ces dernières années.

537
00:26:03,273 --> 00:26:05,239
Tu m'es redevable.

538
00:26:05,241 --> 00:26:07,075
D'accord. Relaxe.

539
00:26:07,077 --> 00:26:08,443
Viens, je vais te connecter.

540
00:27:07,303 --> 00:27:09,137
Vous m'entendez ?

541
00:27:20,229 --> 00:27:21,646
Air One à Incident Command

542
00:27:21,648 --> 00:27:23,632
Soyez informés que nous
avons l'épave en vue,

543
00:27:23,633 --> 00:27:24,598
et la victime semble

544
00:27:24,600 --> 00:27:26,333
être toujours dans le véhicule.

545
00:27:26,335 --> 00:27:29,703
Air One, 10-4.

546
00:27:30,873 --> 00:27:32,740
Nous avons stabilisé sa nuque.

547
00:27:32,742 --> 00:27:35,209
On va vous mettre sur un brancard.

548
00:27:35,211 --> 00:27:36,677
Restez calme.

549
00:27:36,679 --> 00:27:38,428
Il y a un hélicoptère

550
00:27:38,430 --> 00:27:40,597
qui va vous emmener à l'hôpital.

551
00:28:14,099 --> 00:28:15,800
Donne-moi une minute, maman.

552
00:28:35,670 --> 00:28:37,872
Je suis désolée, Nathan.

553
00:28:39,291 --> 00:28:40,357
Je t'aime.

554
00:28:40,359 --> 00:28:41,992
Je t'ai toujours aimé.

555
00:28:41,994 --> 00:28:44,328
Tout ce que tu m'as dit
n'était qu'un mensonge

556
00:28:45,680 --> 00:28:47,515
Même ton nom

557
00:28:47,517 --> 00:28:49,750
Comment veux-tu que je crois à
ce que tu racontes maintenant ?

558
00:28:49,752 --> 00:28:51,936
S'il te plait, laisse-moi
t'expliquer, OK ?

559
00:28:51,938 --> 00:28:53,204
Je n'ai plus envie d'en entendre parler.

560
00:28:53,206 --> 00:28:55,472
Tu sais quand j'ai appris ce qui t'était arrivé,

561
00:28:55,474 --> 00:28:57,441
une petite partie de moi

562
00:28:57,443 --> 00:28:59,643
se souciait de savoir si tu étais en vie ou non.

563
00:29:01,613 --> 00:29:03,814
Maintenant je ne sais pas pourquoi ça a compté.

564
00:29:07,702 --> 00:29:08,719
Chéri.

565
00:29:08,721 --> 00:29:11,622
Chéri, attends.

566
00:29:16,177 --> 00:29:17,294
laissez-lui de l'espace.

567
00:29:17,296 --> 00:29:18,712
Tu ne peux pas l'aider maintenant.

568
00:29:18,714 --> 00:29:19,730
Êtes-vous vraiment certains que

569
00:29:19,732 --> 00:29:21,215
Daliha a fait toutes ces choses ?

570
00:29:21,217 --> 00:29:23,918
Oui, nous... nous sommes certains.

571
00:29:23,920 --> 00:29:25,769
Je veux dire, elle a laissé derrière
elle une trace des victimes,

572
00:29:25,771 --> 00:29:27,304
Ouais,
Excusez-nous.

573
00:29:27,306 --> 00:29:29,506
S'il vous plait.

574
00:29:34,930 --> 00:29:37,181
Je ne vais pas prétendre que
sa mort me rende triste.

575
00:29:38,433 --> 00:29:40,317
Mon frère était un monstre.

576
00:29:40,319 --> 00:29:41,318
C'est pourquoi vous vous êtes enfuis

577
00:29:41,320 --> 00:29:43,270
quand vous l'avez vu à votre mariage ?

578
00:29:43,272 --> 00:29:44,738
Vous ne savez pas ce dont il est
capable.

579
00:29:44,740 --> 00:29:45,940
Nous savons.

580
00:29:45,942 --> 00:29:47,057
Nous avons lu son casier.

581
00:29:47,059 --> 00:29:48,242
Nous avons lu le votre, aussi.

582
00:29:49,861 --> 00:29:51,712
J'ai fait beaucoup d'erreurs, OK ?

583
00:29:51,714 --> 00:29:53,280
Je ne vais pas le nier.

584
00:29:53,282 --> 00:29:55,749
Mais je ne courrais pas après l'argent
de Nathan.

585
00:29:55,751 --> 00:29:57,034
Je l'aime.

586
00:29:57,036 --> 00:29:59,536
OK, mais ça semble vraiment pratique.

587
00:29:59,538 --> 00:30:01,171
Vous quittez votre vie d'escroc

588
00:30:01,173 --> 00:30:03,257
et tombez amoureuse d'un gars

589
00:30:03,259 --> 00:30:04,508
qui est plein aux as.

590
00:30:04,510 --> 00:30:05,909
Vous savez de quoi ça a l'air.

591
00:30:05,911 --> 00:30:08,178
Mais je n'ai pas découvert
l'argent de Nathan

592
00:30:08,180 --> 00:30:09,463
avant que l'on se fiance.

593
00:30:09,465 --> 00:30:11,448
Je le jure

594
00:30:13,102 --> 00:30:14,418
Je suppose que c'était fou,

595
00:30:14,420 --> 00:30:16,086
de penser que mon passé
ne me rattraperait pas

596
00:30:16,088 --> 00:30:19,857
et que j'aurais un nouveau départ.

597
00:30:21,192 --> 00:30:22,326
Je continue de penser que si

598
00:30:22,328 --> 00:30:24,812
seulement j'étais restée

599
00:30:24,814 --> 00:30:27,464
et que j'avais dit la
vérité à Nathan vous savez...

600
00:30:27,466 --> 00:30:29,066
peut-être qu'il m'aurait pardonné.

601
00:30:29,068 --> 00:30:31,085
Mais à la place, vous vous êtes enfuie

602
00:30:31,087 --> 00:30:32,953
de votre propre mariage.

603
00:30:32,955 --> 00:30:34,938
Quand j'ai vu que Brad
était là, j'ai paniqué.

604
00:30:34,940 --> 00:30:37,241
Tout ce que je savais c'était
que je devais m'éloigner de lui.

605
00:30:37,243 --> 00:30:40,744
Alors j'ai juste pris la voiture et ...

606
00:30:40,746 --> 00:30:42,279
j'ai conduit.

607
00:30:43,331 --> 00:30:45,132
Comment avez vous fini
par avoir un accident ?

608
00:30:46,251 --> 00:30:47,901
Je roulais trop vite.

609
00:30:49,337 --> 00:30:50,704
Il y a eu un camion...

610
00:30:54,726 --> 00:30:57,261
C'était peut-être seulement quelques
minutes plus tard

611
00:30:57,263 --> 00:30:58,712
que j'ai entendu quelqu'un s'arrêter.

612
00:31:00,048 --> 00:31:03,017
J'ai appelé à l'aide.

613
00:31:03,019 --> 00:31:05,319
Ils m'ont trouvé...

614
00:31:05,321 --> 00:31:06,887
Il y avait des pas.

615
00:31:16,684 --> 00:31:19,219
C'est là que tout est devenu noir.

616
00:31:19,221 --> 00:31:21,972
Le labo criminel vient de finir
d'examiner l'épave de la voiture.

617
00:31:21,974 --> 00:31:23,690
Ils ont relevé une empreinte de
chaussure sur l'aile arrière.

618
00:31:23,692 --> 00:31:25,275
Taille 45.

619
00:31:25,277 --> 00:31:26,643
Les semelles correspondent à celles de

620
00:31:26,645 --> 00:31:28,178
Dixon quand il a été retrouvé mort.
Donc...

621
00:31:28,180 --> 00:31:29,613
Dixon, a, heu...

622
00:31:29,615 --> 00:31:31,114
a suivi sa soeur en dehors
de la cérémonie

623
00:31:31,116 --> 00:31:32,666
et la rattrape

624
00:31:32,668 --> 00:31:33,950
sur les lieux de l'accident.

625
00:31:33,952 --> 00:31:35,652
Il porte un flingue,
cherchant la vengeance,

626
00:31:35,654 --> 00:31:37,186
puis il comprend qu'il peut
économiser une balle

627
00:31:37,188 --> 00:31:38,722
et envoyer Daliha vers sa mort

628
00:31:38,724 --> 00:31:39,856
dans une épave.

629
00:31:39,858 --> 00:31:41,324
Bon, c'est un mystère résolu.

630
00:31:41,326 --> 00:31:42,692
Mais ça n'explique
toujours pas

631
00:31:42,694 --> 00:31:44,327
comment Dixon se retrouve mort
dans une chambre d'hôtel.

632
00:31:44,329 --> 00:31:45,545
Je ne comprends pas non plus.

633
00:31:45,547 --> 00:31:46,663
Si c'était moi,
je serais parti,

634
00:31:46,665 --> 00:31:47,881
je serais dans le premier avion.

635
00:31:47,883 --> 00:31:49,633
Oui, mais il doit d'abord
nettoyer la chambre.

636
00:31:49,635 --> 00:31:51,034
Mais avant qu'il puisse sortir,

637
00:31:51,036 --> 00:31:52,802
quelqu'un le confronte et lui tire
dessus avec son propre flingue.

638
00:31:52,804 --> 00:31:53,803
Attends une minute.

639
00:31:53,805 --> 00:31:55,588
Dixon s'est enregistré en utilisant

640
00:31:55,590 --> 00:31:57,057
son ancien alias,
John Fitzpatrick.

641
00:31:57,059 --> 00:31:59,042
- Oui.
- Comment le tueur a su

642
00:31:59,044 --> 00:32:00,977
quel nom demander pour
trouver la bonne chambre ?

643
00:32:00,979 --> 00:32:02,312
Peut-être qu'il le connaissait
sous ce nom.

644
00:32:02,314 --> 00:32:03,880
Peut-être que c'est ...
un ancien complice

645
00:32:03,882 --> 00:32:05,265
ou quelqu'un qu'il l'a grillé.

646
00:32:05,267 --> 00:32:07,651
Ou quelqu'un qui a découvert
son passé criminel.

647
00:32:07,653 --> 00:32:09,854
Ce qui serait revenu dans
la vérification des antécédents de Dahlia.

648
00:32:14,241 --> 00:32:16,242
Barbara.

649
00:32:16,244 --> 00:32:17,761
Heu, entre.

650
00:32:21,415 --> 00:32:23,616
Comment, comment Nathan tient le coup ?

651
00:32:24,952 --> 00:32:26,252
Je veux voir le rapport.

652
00:32:26,254 --> 00:32:27,954
Pardon ?

653
00:32:27,956 --> 00:32:30,523
Le rapport des antécédents.
J'ai vérifié pour vous pour Dahlia.

654
00:32:30,525 --> 00:32:31,791
J'ai payé pour ça.

655
00:32:31,793 --> 00:32:32,976
Maintenant, j'aimerais
le voir.

656
00:32:32,978 --> 00:32:36,296
Je... Je sais que tu es énervé.

657
00:32:36,298 --> 00:32:38,181
Nous avons tous été pris
au dépourvu par ce qui s'est passé.

658
00:32:38,183 --> 00:32:40,183
Mais je peux vous assurer
qu'il n'y a rien dans ce rapport

659
00:32:40,185 --> 00:32:41,634
qui indique un quelconque ennui.

660
00:32:41,636 --> 00:32:43,269
J'en serai le seul juge.

661
00:32:45,857 --> 00:32:47,474
Écoute...

662
00:32:47,476 --> 00:32:49,609
mes enquêteurs ont foiré.

663
00:32:49,611 --> 00:32:51,144
Je suis désolé.

664
00:32:51,146 --> 00:32:53,196
Le rapport dans 24h

665
00:32:53,198 --> 00:32:55,365
ou vous êtes virés.

666
00:32:58,936 --> 00:33:00,420
Vous pouvez l'avoir maintenant.

667
00:33:00,422 --> 00:33:01,638
Donne-moi juste une seconde

668
00:33:01,640 --> 00:33:03,907
de le retrouver sur mon ordinateur.

669
00:33:14,920 --> 00:33:16,753
Me virer ?

670
00:33:17,838 --> 00:33:20,388
Je ne pense pas.

671
00:33:21,818 --> 00:33:23,968
Assis !

672
00:33:25,338 --> 00:33:27,305
Je pige pas, Allen.

673
00:33:27,307 --> 00:33:29,423
Pourquoi est-ce que tu
nous cacherais cette info ?

674
00:33:29,425 --> 00:33:31,192
Qu'est-ce que t'y gagnes ?

675
00:33:31,194 --> 00:33:32,360
Ça n'a pas d'importance.

676
00:33:32,362 --> 00:33:33,845
Voilà ce qui va se passer maintenant.

677
00:33:33,847 --> 00:33:35,480
Tu vas transférer 5 Millions

678
00:33:35,482 --> 00:33:37,532
sur un compte aux îles Caïmans,

679
00:33:37,534 --> 00:33:38,816
et je vais disparaître.

680
00:33:38,818 --> 00:33:41,920
Appelle ça ma séparation.

681
00:33:42,771 --> 00:33:44,605
Désolé.

682
00:33:45,274 --> 00:33:47,242
Vous n'aurez rien.

683
00:33:47,244 --> 00:33:48,259
Pardon ?

684
00:33:48,261 --> 00:33:49,994
Rien

685
00:33:49,996 --> 00:33:51,913
Vraiment ?

686
00:33:51,915 --> 00:33:53,815
He, he, he !
Posez votre arme.

687
00:33:53,817 --> 00:33:55,016
Baissez votre arme.

688
00:33:55,018 --> 00:33:56,901
Posez votre arme maintenant.
OK, OK !

689
00:33:56,903 --> 00:33:58,469
Les mains derrière la tête
et tournez-vous.

690
00:33:58,471 --> 00:34:00,338
A genoux.

691
00:34:00,340 --> 00:34:01,806
Croisez les pieds.

692
00:34:01,808 --> 00:34:03,858
Vous avez tout ce
dont vous avez besoin ?

693
00:34:03,860 --> 00:34:05,126
Ouais, je dirais que nous
avons tout ce qu'ils nous faut.

694
00:34:05,128 --> 00:34:06,344
Merci.

695
00:34:10,967 --> 00:34:12,133
Donc vous avez eu

696
00:34:12,135 --> 00:34:15,019
24 heures agitées dans l'Etat Aloha.

697
00:34:15,021 --> 00:34:16,821
Nous avons, euh...

698
00:34:16,823 --> 00:34:19,407
tentative d’extorsion, meurtre.

699
00:34:19,409 --> 00:34:20,975
Quoi d'autre ?

700
00:34:22,979 --> 00:34:24,145
On exerce son droit au silence ?

701
00:34:24,147 --> 00:34:26,080
C'est la première chose
intelligente que vous ayez faite.

702
00:34:26,082 --> 00:34:28,700
Nous avons relié l'arme que
vous avez pointé sur  Barbara Cotchin

703
00:34:28,702 --> 00:34:30,618
à celle qui a servi
à tuer Brad Dixon.

704
00:34:30,620 --> 00:34:34,155
On aurait pu penser qu'un avocat ferait
mieux

705
00:34:34,157 --> 00:34:36,457
que d'utiliser l'arme du crime.

706
00:34:37,492 --> 00:34:40,128
Ça fait 12 ans que vous
travaillez pour cette famille

707
00:34:40,130 --> 00:34:41,846
sans recevoir, même une seule fois, une
marque de reconnaissance

708
00:34:41,848 --> 00:34:43,464
que vous pensiez mériter.

709
00:34:43,466 --> 00:34:46,351
Jusqu'à ce que l'enquête
sur le passé de Dahlia arrive.

710
00:34:46,353 --> 00:34:47,936
Tout ce que vous avez à faire

711
00:34:47,938 --> 00:34:49,670
est d'attendre pour que le mariage
se passe sans problèmes.

712
00:34:49,672 --> 00:34:51,272
Et ensuite vous maintenez
ce scandale potentiel

713
00:34:51,274 --> 00:34:52,523
au dessus de la tête de
Barbara Cotchin

714
00:34:52,525 --> 00:34:53,942
et obtenez ce que vous voulez.

715
00:34:53,944 --> 00:34:55,159
Le plan n'allait pas dans
le sens que vous vouliez.

716
00:34:55,161 --> 00:34:56,694
Le frère de Dahlia s'est montré.

717
00:34:56,696 --> 00:34:58,947
Vous l'avez suivi
jusqu'à sa chambre

718
00:34:58,949 --> 00:35:00,448
et vous avez tiré sur lui
avec sa propre arme.

719
00:35:00,450 --> 00:35:01,783
Tout ça pour le couvrir ou quoi ?

720
00:35:01,785 --> 00:35:04,852
Vous pensez que je suis assez stupide
pour faire chanter Barbara Cotchin ?

721
00:35:04,854 --> 00:35:08,522
Tu te dresses contre un tel pouvoir,
tu perds.

722
00:35:10,876 --> 00:35:12,360
Dhalia était une cible facile.

723
00:35:12,362 --> 00:35:15,696
Je savais qu'elle allait me laisser
entrer dans ce qu'elle préparait.

724
00:35:17,784 --> 00:35:20,201
Oh, donc tu ...
on t'a vraiment

725
00:35:20,203 --> 00:35:22,003
donné plus de crédit que tu en mérites.

726
00:35:22,005 --> 00:35:23,805
Il s'agissait de vous mettre
un peu plus d'argent

727
00:35:23,807 --> 00:35:24,922
dans vos poches, c'est tout ?

728
00:35:24,924 --> 00:35:26,374
Avez-vous déjà pensé

729
00:35:26,376 --> 00:35:29,010
que peut-être Dahlia ne se mariait
pas avec Nathan pour son argent ?

730
00:35:29,012 --> 00:35:32,013
Qui y a-t-il ?

731
00:35:38,087 --> 00:35:39,771
Les procureurs allemands
ont envoyé

732
00:35:39,773 --> 00:35:40,989
leurs dossiers ce matin.

733
00:35:40,991 --> 00:35:42,740
Il s'avère qu'ils ont pris
connaissance du dossier seulement

734
00:35:42,742 --> 00:35:44,325
quand Dahlia a parlé.

735
00:35:44,327 --> 00:35:46,577
Pourquoi a-t-elle fait ça ?

736
00:35:46,579 --> 00:35:48,029
Quand Dahlia avait
quatorze ans,

737
00:35:48,031 --> 00:35:51,065
ses deux parents sont morts et
Brad est devenu son tuteur.

738
00:35:51,067 --> 00:35:53,567
Il a menacé de l'abandonner

739
00:35:53,569 --> 00:35:56,254
si elle n'allait pas jusqu'au bout
des escroqueries.

740
00:35:59,758 --> 00:36:01,809
Je ne sais plus quoi en penser.

741
00:36:01,811 --> 00:36:03,961
Je comprends.

742
00:36:03,963 --> 00:36:05,430
Je pensais que peut-être

743
00:36:05,432 --> 00:36:07,215
ceci vous aiderait à y voir plus clair.

744
00:36:07,217 --> 00:36:08,566
Le HPD l'a trouvé

745
00:36:08,568 --> 00:36:09,767
dans l'épave de la voiture.

746
00:36:09,769 --> 00:36:12,186
J'ai pensé que tu devrais l'avoir.

747
00:36:12,188 --> 00:36:13,721
Bonne chance, Nathan.

748
00:36:23,765 --> 00:36:25,783
"Longtemps dans ma vie,

749
00:36:25,785 --> 00:36:28,602
j'ai pensé que je ne méritais
pas l'amour de quelqu'un.

750
00:36:28,604 --> 00:36:31,205
Mais quand je t'ai rencontré,
tout a changé.

751
00:36:31,207 --> 00:36:32,373
"J'ai réalisé

752
00:36:32,375 --> 00:36:33,958
que si tu pouvais voir
du bon en moi,

753
00:36:33,960 --> 00:36:37,078
alors peut-être je pourrais
voir le bien en moi.

754
00:36:37,080 --> 00:36:40,081
La vérité c'est que bien plus
que tu ne le sauras jamais,

755
00:36:40,083 --> 00:36:42,583
Tu m'as sauvé.

756
00:36:42,585 --> 00:36:43,885
Et pour cette raison,

757
00:36:43,887 --> 00:36:45,253
et bien d'autres encore,

758
00:36:45,255 --> 00:36:47,772
Je promet d'être éternellement
fidèle

759
00:36:47,774 --> 00:36:49,173
et de t'honorer aussi longtemps

760
00:36:49,175 --> 00:36:51,426
que nous serons tous les deux en vie."

761
00:37:02,439 --> 00:37:05,106
Quand je t'ai demandé de m'épouser,

762
00:37:05,108 --> 00:37:08,076
je t'ai dit que je t'aimerai
peut importe ce qui se passerait.

763
00:37:08,078 --> 00:37:11,579
Je pensais ce que j'ai dit.

764
00:37:11,581 --> 00:37:15,116
Tu es tout pour moi.

765
00:37:15,118 --> 00:37:16,901
Et je ne peux pas

766
00:37:16,903 --> 00:37:19,504
imaginer ma vie sans toi.

767
00:37:29,182 --> 00:37:30,681
Ce n'est pas le mariage sur la plage

768
00:37:30,683 --> 00:37:34,018
avec le groupe et les
orchidées que tu aimes.

769
00:37:34,020 --> 00:37:37,505
Mais je ne veux pas passer un autre
jour, sans t'avoir comme femme.

770
00:37:39,975 --> 00:37:42,727
Nous sommes réunis aujourd'hui,
pour unir cet homme

771
00:37:42,729 --> 00:37:44,195
et cette femme

772
00:37:44,197 --> 00:37:46,647
dans les liens sacrés du mariage.

773
00:37:46,649 --> 00:37:47,982
Voulez-vous, dahlia,

774
00:37:47,984 --> 00:37:50,885
prendre Nathan comme légitime époux,

775
00:37:50,887 --> 00:37:53,571
promettez-vous de l'aimer, de
l'honorer et de le chérir

776
00:37:53,573 --> 00:37:55,856
aussi longtemps que vous vivrez ?

777
00:38:01,380 --> 00:38:03,030
Depuis des milliers d'années,

778
00:38:03,032 --> 00:38:05,383
une des plus grandes énigmes
des archéologues...

779
00:38:10,390 --> 00:38:12,840
Grace vient de s'endormir.

780
00:38:24,886 --> 00:38:26,037
Alors ?

781
00:38:26,039 --> 00:38:28,406
Donc...

782
00:38:28,408 --> 00:38:31,192
Je veux juste qu'on soit heureux.

783
00:38:31,194 --> 00:38:34,362
Et si ça veut dire

784
00:38:34,364 --> 00:38:37,081
que je dois dire non à ce boulot,

785
00:38:37,083 --> 00:38:39,116
c'est ce que je ferai.

786
00:38:40,786 --> 00:38:44,088
J'aime beaucoup cette idée.

787
00:38:44,090 --> 00:38:46,541
Mais je ne peux pas

788
00:38:46,543 --> 00:38:49,510
être celui qui te fait mettre
ta carrière sur pause.

789
00:38:49,512 --> 00:38:51,896
Je ne peux pas faire ça.

790
00:38:52,731 --> 00:38:55,633
C'est juste 6 mois.

791
00:38:57,752 --> 00:38:59,937
On fera en sorte que ça marche.

792
00:39:03,091 --> 00:39:05,259
J'y ai aussi pensé.

793
00:39:05,261 --> 00:39:07,228
Et là c'est six mois
mais après, je veux dire,

794
00:39:07,230 --> 00:39:09,564
il va y avoir une autre offre, non ?

795
00:39:09,566 --> 00:39:12,567
Ça me dérange pas

796
00:39:12,569 --> 00:39:14,268
que tu viennes et tu partes.

797
00:39:14,270 --> 00:39:15,403
Pas du tout.

798
00:39:15,405 --> 00:39:17,271
Je préfère t'avoir ici à mi-temps

799
00:39:17,273 --> 00:39:19,874
plutôt que pas du tout.

800
00:39:19,876 --> 00:39:25,363
Mais Grace...

801
00:39:25,365 --> 00:39:27,098
je sais ce qu'elle ressent pour toi.

802
00:39:29,068 --> 00:39:32,803
Je ne peux pas lui retirer ça.

803
00:39:32,805 --> 00:39:35,556
La raison pour laquelle j'ai
déménagé ici

804
00:39:35,558 --> 00:39:37,791
c'était pour lui donner de la stabilité.

805
00:39:54,826 --> 00:39:59,013
Notre timing pue, hein ?

806
00:40:04,253 --> 00:40:06,420
Je ne sais pas.

807
00:40:08,290 --> 00:40:11,926
Avant de te connaitre,

808
00:40:11,928 --> 00:40:14,662
je cherchais quelque chose,

809
00:40:14,664 --> 00:40:16,330
une autre raison de détester
cet endroit.

810
00:40:16,332 --> 00:40:18,332
Parce que je le détestais vraiment.

811
00:40:21,521 --> 00:40:25,473
quand je t'ai rencontré, tu m'as donné..

812
00:40:25,475 --> 00:40:29,143
Tu m'as fait réaliser ce que
j'étais en train de manquer.

813
00:40:29,145 --> 00:40:32,630
Tu n'as aucune idée de ce
que tu représentes pour moi.

814
00:40:35,067 --> 00:40:37,301
Je comprends.

815
00:40:39,304 --> 00:40:41,739
C'est chez toi maintenant.

816
00:40:43,876 --> 00:40:47,878
Peut-être qu'un jour ça
le sera pour moi aussi.

817
00:41:15,992 --> 00:41:17,658
Je dois l'admettre.

818
00:41:17,660 --> 00:41:20,227
Une part de moi doute
que ça puisse marcher.

819
00:41:20,229 --> 00:41:22,963
Mais après t'avoir vu en action
aujourd'hui,

820
00:41:22,965 --> 00:41:25,583
je sais que j'ai fait le bon choix.

821
00:41:25,585 --> 00:41:28,119
Merci.

822
00:41:28,121 --> 00:41:31,372
Même si on dirait que tu te
complimentes toi-même.

823
00:41:31,374 --> 00:41:33,374
On dirait oui, n'est-ce pas ?

824
00:41:39,231 --> 00:41:40,898
Je viendrai te chercher demain à 8h00.

825
00:41:40,900 --> 00:41:43,217
D'accord, café et malasadas pour vous.

826
00:42:03,071 --> 00:42:05,122
j'peux pas dormir

827
00:42:07,442 --> 00:42:10,244
Je voulais m'assurer que tu rentres
bien à la maison c'est tout.

828
00:42:11,497 --> 00:42:12,830
Comment s'est passée ta première journée ?

829
00:42:12,832 --> 00:42:16,283
C'est un grand changement.

830
00:42:16,285 --> 00:42:17,585
Ouais, je parie.

831
00:42:17,587 --> 00:42:18,502
Mais dans un bon sens.

832
00:42:18,504 --> 00:42:19,503
Bien.

833
00:42:19,505 --> 00:42:21,222
Billy nous a déjà
trouvé un autre contrat,

834
00:42:21,224 --> 00:42:23,307
Donc je pense...
Je pense qu'on va être occupés.

835
00:42:23,309 --> 00:42:25,593
Bien, je suis content.

836
00:42:25,595 --> 00:42:26,927
Viens ici.

837
00:42:28,096 --> 00:42:29,296
Je vais aller me laver.

838
00:42:29,298 --> 00:42:30,761
Voudrais-tu nous ouvrir
une bouteille de vin ?

839
00:42:31,851 --> 00:42:33,100
Rouge ou blanc ?

840
00:42:34,303 --> 00:42:37,438
Surprends-moi.

404 : Script VO

1
00:00:28,675 --> 00:00:31,711
(grunting)

2
00:00:43,941 --> 00:00:45,775
(panting)

3
00:00:46,560 --> 00:00:47,777
(grunts)

4
00:00:51,114 --> 00:00:53,449
What do you want with me?

5
00:00:53,451 --> 00:00:55,368
Seriously?

6
00:00:55,370 --> 00:00:57,236
You've been hunting us
for weeks.

7
00:00:57,238 --> 00:00:58,788
On whose orders?

8
00:00:58,790 --> 00:01:01,207
(panting)

9
00:01:01,209 --> 00:01:02,959
Michael Noshimuri.

10
00:01:02,961 --> 00:01:04,377
(wry laugh)

11
00:01:06,613 --> 00:01:08,247
So, what, you're, uh,

12
00:01:08,249 --> 00:01:09,916
you're just avenging his death,
is that it?

13
00:01:09,918 --> 00:01:11,667
Yes.

14
00:01:11,669 --> 00:01:13,085
Yeah?

15
00:01:14,471 --> 00:01:17,223
I know everyone
who worked for my brother.

16
00:01:17,225 --> 00:01:20,259
Nice try.

17
00:01:20,261 --> 00:01:22,795
This isn't about revenge.

18
00:01:22,797 --> 00:01:24,463
The clan you represent has

19
00:01:24,465 --> 00:01:26,849
nothing to do with my family.

20
00:01:26,851 --> 00:01:29,969
So why is there
a price on my head?

21
00:01:32,072 --> 00:01:33,940
(speaking Japanese)

22
00:01:42,032 --> 00:01:43,666
What did he say?

23
00:01:43,668 --> 00:01:45,735
I said,

24
00:01:45,737 --> 00:01:47,820
my friends are gonna
have fun with you

25
00:01:47,822 --> 00:01:50,256
before they cut you
into little pieces.

26
00:01:50,258 --> 00:01:51,101
You shut your mouth.

27
00:01:51,126 --> 00:01:52,766
And we're gonna make
your boyfriend watch.

28
00:01:53,177 --> 00:01:56,712
Shut your mouth!
(laughs)

29
00:01:56,714 --> 00:01:59,882
Kill me and you'll never
find out who wants you dead.

30
00:01:59,884 --> 00:02:02,034
Good point.

31
00:02:02,386 --> 00:02:04,837
(screaming)

32
00:02:04,839 --> 00:02:07,640
(yelling in Japanese)

33
00:02:10,310 --> 00:02:12,061
I got five more bullets.

34
00:02:12,063 --> 00:02:13,712
Now tell me
who sanctioned the hit!

35
00:02:13,714 --> 00:02:14,864
The Oyabun.

36
00:02:14,866 --> 00:02:17,149
Who is he?!

37
00:02:17,151 --> 00:02:19,602
Adam. Adam!

38
00:02:19,604 --> 00:02:21,553
(grunts)

39
00:02:23,740 --> 00:02:25,491
This is not the way, okay?

40
00:02:25,493 --> 00:02:27,159
It's the only way.

41
00:02:27,161 --> 00:02:30,396
Kono, this guy knows the Yakuza
will kill him if he talks to us.

42
00:02:30,398 --> 00:02:32,865
He needs to know
we'll do the same

43
00:02:32,867 --> 00:02:35,951
if he doesn't answer
our questions.

44
00:02:35,953 --> 00:02:38,120
(panting)

45
00:02:42,859 --> 00:02:46,128

46
00:02:49,683 --> 00:02:51,917
(tires squealing,
cans clattering)

47
00:03:00,394 --> 00:03:02,778
(cans clattering)

48
00:03:10,120 --> 00:03:13,372
(cans clattering,
phone ringing)

49
00:03:15,942 --> 00:03:17,243
(truck horn blares)

50
00:03:17,245 --> 00:03:19,428
(screams)
(tires screech)

51
00:03:19,430 --> 00:03:20,946
(truck horn blares)

52
00:03:39,666 --> 00:03:42,201
(metallic creaking)

53
00:03:42,203 --> 00:03:44,837
(groans)

54
00:03:50,911 --> 00:03:53,829
(vehicle approaching)

55
00:03:53,831 --> 00:03:56,982
(grunts)

56
00:04:00,653 --> 00:04:03,889
(engine stops,
car door opens, closes)

57
00:04:08,145 --> 00:04:10,179
(grunts)

58
00:04:10,181 --> 00:04:11,330
(groans)

59
00:04:11,332 --> 00:04:13,766
(weakly):
Please, help me.

60
00:04:14,634 --> 00:04:16,986
Can you help me get out?

61
00:04:16,988 --> 00:04:18,471
Can you help me?

62
00:04:18,473 --> 00:04:20,956
(groans)

63
00:04:20,958 --> 00:04:22,441
(metallic creaking)

64
00:04:24,144 --> 00:04:25,677
No!

65
00:04:25,679 --> 00:04:26,946
No, no!

66
00:04:26,948 --> 00:04:30,666
(screaming)

67
00:04:30,668 --> 00:04:34,270
(Hawaii Five-O
theme song plays)

68
00:04:43,345 --> 00:05:00,490

69
00:05:06,620 --> 00:05:08,387

70
00:05:27,290 --> 00:05:30,593
Cheers, ladies.

71
00:05:30,595 --> 00:05:31,743
To the future

72
00:05:31,745 --> 00:05:35,564
Mrs. Nathan Cotchin.

73
00:05:35,566 --> 00:05:36,715
To our good friend Nate,

74
00:05:36,717 --> 00:05:39,185
who at the age of 25
has decided he's cool

75
00:05:39,187 --> 00:05:41,103
with having sex with one woman

76
00:05:41,105 --> 00:05:43,856
for the rest of his life.

77
00:05:43,858 --> 00:05:45,291
Thanks for making us
look bad to our girlfriends.

78
00:05:45,293 --> 00:05:48,277

79
00:06:18,475 --> 00:06:20,759

80
00:06:30,420 --> 00:06:33,572
(guests murmuring)

81
00:06:36,826 --> 00:06:40,278
WOMAN (on film):
Ooh! (laughs)

82
00:06:40,280 --> 00:06:42,164
If I forget to tell you later,

83
00:06:42,166 --> 00:06:44,166
I had a really good time
tonight.

84
00:06:44,168 --> 00:06:47,169
This is where we first met.

85
00:06:47,171 --> 00:06:48,937
MAN:
You were 16,

86
00:06:48,939 --> 00:06:52,140
standing right over there
in a red and white sundress.

87
00:06:52,142 --> 00:06:53,491
You looked over and smiled

88
00:06:53,493 --> 00:06:55,844
and I knew I had to find out
who you were.

89
00:06:55,846 --> 00:06:57,347
(gentle melody plays)
WOMAN: I remember seeing you...

90
00:06:57,348 --> 00:06:58,614
What just happened?

91
00:06:58,616 --> 00:07:00,566
What do you mean?

92
00:07:00,568 --> 00:07:01,633
What, did I miss something?
(people shushing)

93
00:07:01,635 --> 00:07:03,652
I mean, the music
just went all sad.

94
00:07:03,654 --> 00:07:05,537
That's because that's how the
filmmakers want you to feel.

95
00:07:05,539 --> 00:07:07,456
Sad. See?

96
00:07:07,458 --> 00:07:10,409
Well, no, this is supposed
to be a romantic comedy.

97
00:07:10,411 --> 00:07:11,744
This is neither
romantic nor funny.

98
00:07:11,746 --> 00:07:13,746
I don't understand what's happening.
I got it.

99
00:07:13,748 --> 00:07:16,965
Okay, this is what
they call the third act.

100
00:07:16,967 --> 00:07:18,967
They-they got
to come up with

101
00:07:18,969 --> 00:07:21,970
some goofy obstacle so that when
they get back together at the end,

102
00:07:21,972 --> 00:07:25,724
so get to feel all,
uh, warm and fuzzy.

103
00:07:25,726 --> 00:07:27,993
(people shushing)
Yeah, you know,

104
00:07:27,995 --> 00:07:29,478
can you guys just save
the running commentary

105
00:07:29,480 --> 00:07:30,979
for the DVD release?

106
00:07:30,981 --> 00:07:32,898
Yes. All right.
Okay.

107
00:07:32,900 --> 00:07:35,100
Quiet.

108
00:07:38,955 --> 00:07:40,022
Now,

109
00:07:40,024 --> 00:07:40,756
watch this.

110
00:07:40,758 --> 00:07:43,742
Are you ready?

111
00:07:43,744 --> 00:07:46,311
Montage fades out and...

112
00:07:46,313 --> 00:07:50,182
WOMAN: Sam, I thought
you were never coming back.

113
00:07:50,184 --> 00:07:52,434
MAN:
Well, you thought wrong.

114
00:07:52,436 --> 00:07:55,437
I have an 11-year old daughter.

115
00:07:55,439 --> 00:07:56,955
So I'm very hip to this

116
00:07:56,957 --> 00:08:00,292
specific genre of cinema.

117
00:08:01,294 --> 00:08:03,295
This is
the most unrealistic movie

118
00:08:03,297 --> 00:08:05,097
(people shushing)
I've ever seen in my life.

119
00:08:05,099 --> 00:08:06,181
(Steve and Danny snickering)

120
00:08:06,183 --> 00:08:08,016
MAN:
Stop talking!

121
00:08:08,018 --> 00:08:10,102
I'm sorry, man.

122
00:08:10,104 --> 00:08:11,687
(phone ringing)

123
00:08:11,689 --> 00:08:13,439
WOMAN: Oh, come on.
Turn off the phone.

124
00:08:13,441 --> 00:08:15,707
(whispers): Are you serious?
Are you serious?

125
00:08:15,709 --> 00:08:18,026
McGarrett.

126
00:08:18,028 --> 00:08:20,446
I'd ask you to tell me how the
movie ends, but I already know.

127
00:08:20,448 --> 00:08:22,397
Uh-huh. No, yeah.
We're on the way.

128
00:08:22,399 --> 00:08:23,615
No problem.

129
00:08:23,617 --> 00:08:24,950
Bye.

130
00:08:24,952 --> 00:08:26,852
Sorry.

131
00:08:26,854 --> 00:08:29,121
MAN:
Finally! These guys suck.

132
00:08:31,708 --> 00:08:33,909
(instinct whispering)

133
00:08:35,128 --> 00:08:36,962
(both sigh)

134
00:08:39,015 --> 00:08:40,949
(camera shutter clicks)

135
00:08:40,951 --> 00:08:42,251
MAX:
The C.O.D.

136
00:08:42,253 --> 00:08:44,870
was three close-range GSWs
to the chest.

137
00:08:44,872 --> 00:08:47,906
Lacerations and defensive wounds
on his hands

138
00:08:47,908 --> 00:08:49,341
indicate that the victim...

139
00:08:49,343 --> 00:08:50,709
Put up a good fight
before he was shot dead.

140
00:08:50,711 --> 00:08:52,845
Yes, thank you for completing

141
00:08:52,847 --> 00:08:54,730
my exact thought,
Commander McGarrett.

142
00:08:54,732 --> 00:08:56,214
The guy's name
is John Fitzpatrick.

143
00:08:56,216 --> 00:08:57,649
He's from Saint Petersburg,
Florida.

144
00:08:57,651 --> 00:08:58,734
He checked in yesterday.

145
00:08:58,736 --> 00:09:00,552
What's with
the penguin suit?

146
00:09:00,554 --> 00:09:02,604
There was a big black tie
wedding here tonight.

147
00:09:02,606 --> 00:09:04,239
Some wealthy family
from New York

148
00:09:04,241 --> 00:09:05,223
booked out half the resort.

149
00:09:05,225 --> 00:09:06,608
I'm thinking
he was a guest.

150
00:09:06,610 --> 00:09:07,743
Weddings, I tell you,
every time.

151
00:09:07,745 --> 00:09:08,727
It's a bad idea.

152
00:09:08,729 --> 00:09:11,062
You got dysfunctional
family members.

153
00:09:11,064 --> 00:09:12,164
Bunch of bitter friends.

154
00:09:12,166 --> 00:09:15,417
And they're all fueled
by an open bar.

155
00:09:15,419 --> 00:09:16,902
Something terrible
is bound to happen.

156
00:09:16,904 --> 00:09:18,570
And you wonder why
you're divorced.

157
00:09:18,572 --> 00:09:20,238
Okay, you know I'm right.

158
00:09:20,240 --> 00:09:21,957
This guy and another guy,
they get into a beef

159
00:09:21,959 --> 00:09:23,375
over, uh, I don't know,

160
00:09:23,377 --> 00:09:24,710
let's say a broad
at the reception.

161
00:09:24,712 --> 00:09:27,245
They end up back
in the room here, uh,

162
00:09:27,247 --> 00:09:29,915
get into a little fisticuffs.

163
00:09:30,783 --> 00:09:32,100
Uh, this guy doesn't realize

164
00:09:32,102 --> 00:09:33,468
his buddy has a gun--
bang, here he is.

165
00:09:33,470 --> 00:09:34,141
CHIN:
Interesting.

166
00:09:34,142 --> 00:09:35,641
Very detailed theory.

167
00:09:35,643 --> 00:09:37,143
I particularly enjoyed
your use

168
00:09:37,145 --> 00:09:38,561
of the word "fisticuffs""
Thank you.

169
00:09:38,563 --> 00:09:39,711
But according to the GM,

170
00:09:39,713 --> 00:09:41,430
the bride bailed on
the wedding mid-ceremony.

171
00:09:41,432 --> 00:09:42,798
Reception never
even happened.

172
00:09:42,800 --> 00:09:45,684
Ah, well, at least we're dealing
with a smart woman.

173
00:09:45,686 --> 00:09:46,852
All right, Chin.

174
00:09:46,854 --> 00:09:48,053
Uh, call Saint Petersburg PD.

175
00:09:48,055 --> 00:09:49,455
See if they can tell us anything
about the victim.

176
00:09:49,457 --> 00:09:51,273
You and I, let's go talk
to the wedding party.

177
00:09:51,275 --> 00:09:52,858
See if they know anything
about Fitzpatrick.

178
00:09:52,860 --> 00:09:54,059
Okay.

179
00:09:54,061 --> 00:09:56,245
STEVE:
Excuse me, Mrs. Cotchin?

180
00:09:56,247 --> 00:09:57,580
Steve McGarrett, Five-O.

181
00:09:57,582 --> 00:09:59,398
This is Detective Danny
Williams, my partner. - Hi.

182
00:09:59,400 --> 00:10:01,733
Thank you so much for coming.

183
00:10:02,569 --> 00:10:04,787
Allen? Police.

184
00:10:04,789 --> 00:10:06,839
Allen Kingston,
I'm Mrs. Cotchin's attorney.

185
00:10:06,841 --> 00:10:09,108
I-I spoke with
Sergeant Lukela.

186
00:10:09,110 --> 00:10:10,676
He assured us
the police would do

187
00:10:10,678 --> 00:10:13,095
everything they could
to help find Dahlia.

188
00:10:13,097 --> 00:10:15,080
Yes, ma'am, and I'm sure
that's the case,

189
00:10:15,082 --> 00:10:17,132
but we're not here about
the, uh, the missing bride.

190
00:10:17,134 --> 00:10:20,386
We're actually here about the
murder of one John Fitzpatrick.

191
00:10:22,255 --> 00:10:25,174
I'm sorry, am I supposed
to know who that is?

192
00:10:25,176 --> 00:10:26,925
He found him, uh,
in a hotel room

193
00:10:26,927 --> 00:10:28,027
wearing a tuxedo

194
00:10:28,029 --> 00:10:29,695
and he had
your wedding program.

195
00:10:29,697 --> 00:10:31,897
Well, that may be,

196
00:10:31,899 --> 00:10:33,232
but he was not invited.

197
00:10:33,234 --> 00:10:34,900
I oversaw the guest list myself.

198
00:10:34,902 --> 00:10:36,435
Okay, you're saying he was
a wedding crasher?

199
00:10:36,437 --> 00:10:38,621
Nathan Cotchin is heir

200
00:10:38,623 --> 00:10:40,539
to one of the largest real
estate fortunes in New York.

201
00:10:40,541 --> 00:10:43,075
Ever since news of
the engagement broke,

202
00:10:43,077 --> 00:10:45,661
the tabloids have been
hounding him and Dahlia.

203
00:10:45,663 --> 00:10:48,314
They've had paparazzi camped
outside their building for weeks.

204
00:10:48,316 --> 00:10:50,883
Okay, well, the victim's room
was searched.

205
00:10:50,885 --> 00:10:52,551
Uh, there was
no camera equipment.

206
00:10:52,553 --> 00:10:54,353
So it's highly unlikely
that he was a paparazzi.

207
00:10:54,355 --> 00:10:58,224
Whoever he was, I am terribly
sorry he lost his life.

208
00:10:58,226 --> 00:11:01,493
But my future daughter-in-law
is missing.

209
00:11:01,495 --> 00:11:04,146
With all due respect,
Mrs. Cotchin,

210
00:11:04,148 --> 00:11:05,464
my guess is
that's no coincidence.

211
00:11:05,466 --> 00:11:07,299
Whoa-whoa-whoa. Wait a minute.

212
00:11:07,301 --> 00:11:09,101
Are you implying
that Dahlia is a suspect?

213
00:11:09,103 --> 00:11:12,271
No. I mean, you know, for all
we know, she could be a target.

214
00:11:12,273 --> 00:11:13,489
We're just saying
that her running

215
00:11:13,491 --> 00:11:15,291
might not be a case
of cold feet.

216
00:11:15,293 --> 00:11:16,492
(phone rings)
Excuse me.

217
00:11:16,494 --> 00:11:19,328
Chin, what do you got?

218
00:11:19,330 --> 00:11:22,081
CHIN: So I got this footage
from the videographer.

219
00:11:22,083 --> 00:11:24,283
And it looks like
the wedding's going off

220
00:11:24,285 --> 00:11:27,286
without a hitch, right?
Until right here.

221
00:11:28,171 --> 00:11:30,239
Check out the expression
on Dahlia's face.

222
00:11:30,241 --> 00:11:32,741
Something scared her.

223
00:11:32,743 --> 00:11:35,027
She's looking over that way.
Can you zoom in?

224
00:11:39,599 --> 00:11:42,217
Well, it looks like everyone's
smiling except this guy.

225
00:11:42,219 --> 00:11:43,852
CHIN:
That's our victim.

226
00:11:45,388 --> 00:11:47,389
Fitzpatrick was at the ceremony.

227
00:11:47,391 --> 00:11:49,842
He's the reason
the bride took off.

228
00:12:03,731 --> 00:12:05,065
NATHAN:
No, I-I don't get it.

229
00:12:05,067 --> 00:12:07,184
This guy crashed my wedding
and now he's dead?

230
00:12:07,586 --> 00:12:09,269
Who was he?

231
00:12:09,271 --> 00:12:10,920
John Fitzpatrick, from Florida.

232
00:12:10,922 --> 00:12:13,139
Dahlia never
mentioned this guy?

233
00:12:13,141 --> 00:12:15,358
No. Why?

234
00:12:15,360 --> 00:12:18,061
Because he's the
reason she ran.

235
00:12:18,063 --> 00:12:20,430
I knew there had
to be an explanation.

236
00:12:20,432 --> 00:12:22,682
All day, she was so happy
and confident.

237
00:12:22,684 --> 00:12:25,235
All that changed when
she saw this guy.

238
00:12:25,237 --> 00:12:28,971
Now, could he be an
ex-boyfriend of hers,

239
00:12:28,973 --> 00:12:30,490
somebody from her past?

240
00:12:30,492 --> 00:12:33,809
I know all her friends,
and she has very little family.

241
00:12:33,811 --> 00:12:35,311
We don't keep secrets.

242
00:12:35,313 --> 00:12:36,746
Well, respectfully,
Nathan,

243
00:12:36,748 --> 00:12:38,998
your fiancée just ran out
of her own wedding ceremony

244
00:12:39,000 --> 00:12:40,366
to get away from
this person.

245
00:12:40,368 --> 00:12:42,252
So, I mean, whatever
her connection is with him,

246
00:12:42,254 --> 00:12:44,153
she's been hiding
it from you.

247
00:12:46,540 --> 00:12:49,842
If this man is dead,
then where is Dahlia?

248
00:12:52,963 --> 00:12:54,447
STEVE:
So why did Fitzpatrick

249
00:12:54,449 --> 00:12:55,848
crash this wedding?

250
00:12:55,850 --> 00:12:59,052
I don't know. My money's
on him being a jealous ex.

251
00:12:59,054 --> 00:13:01,554
Weddings tend to bring them out
in droves, you know?

252
00:13:02,389 --> 00:13:05,808
You ever talk
to anybody about this?

253
00:13:05,810 --> 00:13:07,527
About what?

254
00:13:07,529 --> 00:13:09,479
About your issues with weddings,
they're deep-seated.

255
00:13:09,481 --> 00:13:11,831
I'm just saying that you should
maybe workshop them.

256
00:13:11,833 --> 00:13:13,233
No, I'm-I'm literally speaking
from experience.

257
00:13:13,235 --> 00:13:15,118
I got two cousins,
two of my cousins had

258
00:13:15,120 --> 00:13:16,569
their weddings busted up
by jealous exes.

259
00:13:16,571 --> 00:13:18,688
Okay, so you think Fitzpatrick
came to break up the wedding,

260
00:13:18,690 --> 00:13:22,125
and Dahlia, what, lost her mind
and then killed him?

261
00:13:22,127 --> 00:13:25,545
I don't know. I mean, she is our
only natural suspect,

262
00:13:25,547 --> 00:13:26,796
but TOD does not match up.

263
00:13:26,798 --> 00:13:28,864
The valet guy said
that she beelined for her car.

264
00:13:28,866 --> 00:13:31,701
Yeah, not to mention she's
a hundred pounds soaking wet.

265
00:13:31,703 --> 00:13:33,136
There's no way she could
inflict those defensive wounds

266
00:13:33,138 --> 00:13:34,887
that we saw
on that guy.

267
00:13:34,889 --> 00:13:36,389
(phone rings)
Monkey, what's going on?

268
00:13:36,391 --> 00:13:38,258
You good?

269
00:13:38,260 --> 00:13:40,209
Yeah. Gabby makes better
pancakes than you.

270
00:13:40,211 --> 00:13:42,061
Really? That's-that's

271
00:13:42,063 --> 00:13:44,864
what you called, to make that
point to me now, ruin my day?

272
00:13:44,866 --> 00:13:45,982
Seriously.
It's not even close.

273
00:13:45,984 --> 00:13:47,100
She needs to teach you how

274
00:13:47,102 --> 00:13:48,384
to make 'em all gooey
in the middle.

275
00:13:48,386 --> 00:13:49,636
Oh, okay. Well, then

276
00:13:49,638 --> 00:13:51,887
why don't you put
the master chef on the phone?

277
00:13:51,889 --> 00:13:53,056
I'll get her recipe, huh?

278
00:13:53,058 --> 00:13:54,390
Okay. Love you, Danno.

279
00:13:54,392 --> 00:13:56,192
Love you, too.

280
00:13:56,194 --> 00:13:59,061
Okay, I swear I did not
put her up to that.

281
00:13:59,063 --> 00:14:01,581
Have I told you
how fantastic you are?

282
00:14:01,583 --> 00:14:03,833
Um, not in the last 12 hours.

283
00:14:03,835 --> 00:14:05,901
Hey, if you are gonna be late
at work tonight,

284
00:14:05,903 --> 00:14:07,086
that's totally fine

285
00:14:07,088 --> 00:14:12,141
because we have an entire
mani-pedi night planned.

286
00:14:12,143 --> 00:14:14,377
You got a mani-ped...?
Listen, do me a favor.

287
00:14:14,379 --> 00:14:15,928
You are not allowed to top

288
00:14:15,930 --> 00:14:17,180
my daddy-daughter
spa nights, please.

289
00:14:17,182 --> 00:14:19,382
No, no, this is
just gonna be mediocre...

290
00:14:19,384 --> 00:14:20,633
unlike my pancakes.

291
00:14:20,635 --> 00:14:22,084
(chuckles)

292
00:14:22,903 --> 00:14:25,938
Hey, um...

293
00:14:25,940 --> 00:14:28,858
so I kind of hate
to bring this up again,

294
00:14:28,860 --> 00:14:32,562
but they're really pressing me
for an answer.

295
00:14:32,564 --> 00:14:36,115
So... have you given any more
thought to what we discussed?

296
00:14:36,117 --> 00:14:39,435
Uh, yes, of course I have,
and I do want to talk about it,

297
00:14:39,437 --> 00:14:43,439
but Steve and I just pulled up
to a crime scene, so, um...

298
00:14:43,441 --> 00:14:45,908
Okay, um, yeah, no problem.
We'll chat about it when

299
00:14:45,910 --> 00:14:47,293
when you get home. Okay.
Okay.

300
00:14:47,295 --> 00:14:49,379
We just pulled up

301
00:14:49,381 --> 00:14:50,546
to a crime scene?

302
00:14:50,548 --> 00:14:53,066
Keep driving.
We'll find one, okay?

303
00:14:53,068 --> 00:14:54,751
Okay.

304
00:14:59,106 --> 00:15:01,658
STEVE:
Any news of our runaway bride?

305
00:15:01,660 --> 00:15:03,176
No, still MIA.
Airports are on alert

306
00:15:03,178 --> 00:15:05,194
and I got units
searching the island.

307
00:15:05,196 --> 00:15:07,263
I did hear back
from the Saint Petersburg PD

308
00:15:07,265 --> 00:15:08,414
about our victim, though.

309
00:15:08,416 --> 00:15:11,768
According to them,
John Fitzpatrick doesn't exist.

310
00:15:13,404 --> 00:15:15,137
Driver's license was a fake

311
00:15:15,139 --> 00:15:18,091
along with the credit card he
used to register at the hotel.

312
00:15:18,093 --> 00:15:19,225
Okay, so we got

313
00:15:19,227 --> 00:15:21,310
a guy who flies to Hawaii
under an alias,

314
00:15:21,312 --> 00:15:22,362
crashes a wedding,

315
00:15:22,364 --> 00:15:24,364
and then ends up shot
dead, is that right?

316
00:15:24,366 --> 00:15:26,582
Pretty much.
I ran his prints through IAFIS

317
00:15:26,584 --> 00:15:27,684
and didn't get a hit.

318
00:15:27,686 --> 00:15:29,952
But I did hear back
on the murder weapon.

319
00:15:29,954 --> 00:15:32,455
Ballistics came back to
a Ruger .9mm recently used

320
00:15:32,457 --> 00:15:34,674
in a string of armed robberies.
No arrests yet,

321
00:15:34,676 --> 00:15:36,826
but HPD is circling a suspect.

322
00:15:36,828 --> 00:15:39,479
Meet Ty Amano, 22 years old.

323
00:15:39,481 --> 00:15:41,931
Been in and out of juvie
for drug possession.

324
00:15:41,933 --> 00:15:45,501
Looks like he graduated
to armed robbery.

325
00:15:45,503 --> 00:15:47,103
And now possibly murder.

326
00:15:48,539 --> 00:15:50,707

327
00:16:07,641 --> 00:16:10,143
(cheering)

328
00:16:10,145 --> 00:16:11,978
Side out, bitches!

329
00:16:17,484 --> 00:16:19,268
CHIN:
Ty!

330
00:16:19,270 --> 00:16:19,969
Time to sub out.

331
00:16:19,971 --> 00:16:21,587
I already told you,

332
00:16:21,589 --> 00:16:24,474
I don't own a gun, and
I definitely don't know nothing

333
00:16:24,476 --> 00:16:26,008
about no dead guy at a wedding.

334
00:16:26,010 --> 00:16:30,146
I was getting tacos up
in Waimanalo last night.

335
00:16:30,148 --> 00:16:31,647
Really? I'll bet
you got witnesses

336
00:16:31,649 --> 00:16:34,317
to corroborate that alibi,
too, huh?

337
00:16:34,319 --> 00:16:37,186
Your dealer,
a buyer maybe?

338
00:16:37,188 --> 00:16:39,221
Or wait a minute.
Maybe you're with the guys

339
00:16:39,223 --> 00:16:41,491
you've been pulling off the
armed robberies with, huh?

340
00:16:41,493 --> 00:16:42,725
I ain't no robber.

341
00:16:42,727 --> 00:16:44,410
Okay. Well,
that's fine.

342
00:16:44,412 --> 00:16:45,695
Then you won't mind if HPD goes

343
00:16:45,697 --> 00:16:47,997
and searches your apartment
right now, yeah?

344
00:16:47,999 --> 00:16:50,450
Just to make sure there's
no stolen goods, right?

345
00:16:50,452 --> 00:16:52,418
All right, all right, man.
Okay, so here's the deal:

346
00:16:52,420 --> 00:16:54,236
I might have some stuff
back at my place,

347
00:16:54,238 --> 00:16:55,855
but I'm just holding it
for a friend.

348
00:16:55,857 --> 00:16:57,089
Oh, okay.

349
00:16:57,091 --> 00:16:58,791
I swear I got nothing on

350
00:16:58,793 --> 00:17:00,693
this dead guy!
I got rid

351
00:17:00,695 --> 00:17:02,077
of that gun two days ago.

352
00:17:02,079 --> 00:17:03,746
What, you dumped it?

353
00:17:03,748 --> 00:17:04,630
Hell no.

354
00:17:04,632 --> 00:17:06,749
The piece is worth
500 bucks.

355
00:17:06,751 --> 00:17:08,083
Old dawn patrol buddy asked me

356
00:17:08,085 --> 00:17:10,753
to hook his boy up with some
heat, so I did him a solid.

357
00:17:10,755 --> 00:17:12,772
Nice solid, unloading a hot gun,
you idiot.

358
00:17:12,774 --> 00:17:13,990
Who'd you sell it to?

359
00:17:13,992 --> 00:17:15,691
Let me go check
the sales receipt.

360
00:17:15,693 --> 00:17:17,777
Hey, you want to be a smart-ass, huh?
I don't freaking know!

361
00:17:17,779 --> 00:17:19,278
Buyer didn't give me a name.

362
00:17:19,280 --> 00:17:22,448
Haole, brown hair,
medium height.

363
00:17:28,622 --> 00:17:30,606
He look like this guy?

364
00:17:31,575 --> 00:17:33,275
Yeah, that's him.

365
00:17:34,328 --> 00:17:36,445
Oh, man.

366
00:17:36,447 --> 00:17:38,214
He's your dead dude?

367
00:17:38,216 --> 00:17:40,500
Yeah, he was killed with the gun
you sold him.

368
00:17:40,502 --> 00:17:41,918
What else do you know about him?

369
00:17:41,920 --> 00:17:45,054
Nothing. My buddy just said
he was a friend.

370
00:17:45,056 --> 00:17:47,340
Someone he knew
growing up in Germany.

371
00:17:47,342 --> 00:17:48,758
This guy was German?

372
00:17:48,760 --> 00:17:49,725
Didn't talk German.

373
00:17:49,727 --> 00:17:52,311
Sounded pretty American to me.

374
00:17:53,797 --> 00:17:56,465
CHIN: Turns out John Fitzpatrick
is actually Brad Dixon.

375
00:17:56,467 --> 00:17:58,684
He's a U.S. citizen convicted

376
00:17:58,686 --> 00:18:00,820
of running confidence scams
all throughout the EU.

377
00:18:00,822 --> 00:18:02,471
In fact, he was just released

378
00:18:02,473 --> 00:18:04,006
from a Munich prison
six weeks ago.

379
00:18:04,008 --> 00:18:05,474
DANNY:
The Cotchins had deep pockets.

380
00:18:05,476 --> 00:18:07,276
Guess this guy was
targeting them.

381
00:18:07,278 --> 00:18:09,445
Yeah, and it gets better.
According to the report,

382
00:18:09,447 --> 00:18:11,313
Dixon's game was actually
running sweetheart scams

383
00:18:11,315 --> 00:18:12,515
against rich bachelors

384
00:18:12,517 --> 00:18:14,417
using female accomplices
as bait.

385
00:18:14,419 --> 00:18:17,169
Okay, who was the accomplice?

386
00:18:17,171 --> 00:18:20,089
His sister, Nicole Dixon.

387
00:18:21,842 --> 00:18:24,510
But you know her as...

388
00:18:24,512 --> 00:18:26,412
Dahlia Swain.

389
00:18:26,414 --> 00:18:30,800
AKA our runaway bride.

390
00:18:38,991 --> 00:18:42,524
So German police arrested Brad
and Nicole Dixon back in 2008.

391
00:18:42,525 --> 00:18:44,075
They were convicted
on multiple counts

392
00:18:44,077 --> 00:18:45,526
of embezzlement
and extortion.

393
00:18:45,528 --> 00:18:48,913
Now, Brad served
five years in prison, but Nicole

394
00:18:48,915 --> 00:18:50,164
got out after six months.

395
00:18:50,166 --> 00:18:51,332
Well, she must have

396
00:18:51,334 --> 00:18:53,200
testified against him
to get a reduced sentence.

397
00:18:53,202 --> 00:18:54,535
So she rolls on
her brother,

398
00:18:54,537 --> 00:18:57,722
she moves to New York, changes
her name to Dahlia Swain,

399
00:18:57,724 --> 00:18:59,590
finds a new mark,
the Cotchin kid,

400
00:18:59,592 --> 00:19:01,993
and dupes him into marrying her.

401
00:19:01,995 --> 00:19:03,344
Meanwhile, Brad gets
out of prison,

402
00:19:03,346 --> 00:19:05,880
finds out that his kid sister
is about to cash in,

403
00:19:05,882 --> 00:19:08,149
crashes the wedding to make
sure he gets his cut.

404
00:19:08,151 --> 00:19:09,817
It's got to be about more
than just money.

405
00:19:09,819 --> 00:19:11,469
I mean, check it out.
How would you feel

406
00:19:11,471 --> 00:19:13,521
if your sister rolled on you
the way she did him?

407
00:19:13,523 --> 00:19:14,906
I'd want to kill her.
Fair point.

408
00:19:14,908 --> 00:19:17,108
So he gets a gun for revenge.

409
00:19:17,110 --> 00:19:18,893
Dahlia realizes that
she can't buy his silence.

410
00:19:18,895 --> 00:19:20,328
So that explains why she ran.

411
00:19:20,330 --> 00:19:22,780
Well, it's a good thing she ran,
for the Cotchins, anyway,

412
00:19:22,782 --> 00:19:24,749
because if this guy doesn't come,
and bust up that wedding,

413
00:19:24,751 --> 00:19:26,817
they are out a lot of money.

414
00:19:26,819 --> 00:19:28,920
Yeah, somehow, I don't think
the groom is gonna see

415
00:19:28,922 --> 00:19:31,222
that silver lining
when we break the news to him.

416
00:19:32,908 --> 00:19:34,408
Well, this goes to show you

417
00:19:34,410 --> 00:19:38,179
why people should never, under
any circumstances, get married.

418
00:19:38,181 --> 00:19:40,181
Why? In case you marry
a con artist

419
00:19:40,183 --> 00:19:41,482
who's after all your money?

420
00:19:41,484 --> 00:19:44,018
No, Steve.

421
00:19:44,020 --> 00:19:46,854
Because people are never
who they say they are.

422
00:19:46,856 --> 00:19:48,773
And even if they are,
they end up changing.

423
00:19:48,775 --> 00:19:51,576
Relationships, they don't work.
They don't last forever.

424
00:19:51,578 --> 00:19:52,610
Bottom line. That's it.

425
00:19:52,612 --> 00:19:54,729
What has gotten into you today?

426
00:19:54,731 --> 00:19:59,266
Uh, Gabby, she was offered

427
00:19:59,268 --> 00:20:04,372
a six-month curatorship
in Denver, Colorado.

428
00:20:04,374 --> 00:20:06,457
Oh! Oh, well,
why didn't you say so?

429
00:20:06,459 --> 00:20:07,909
That is terrible.

430
00:20:07,911 --> 00:20:09,911
Well, it is terrible
considering the last time

431
00:20:09,913 --> 00:20:12,129
she left for a job,
she almost didn't come back.

432
00:20:12,131 --> 00:20:14,448
- Ah. - Ah.
Okay.

433
00:20:14,450 --> 00:20:17,818
Can't really tell her not
to take the job, either.

434
00:20:17,820 --> 00:20:19,470
She actually said
that she wasn't gonna take it

435
00:20:19,472 --> 00:20:20,721
if I wasn't comfortable.

436
00:20:20,723 --> 00:20:22,957
Oh, good! You're clearly not
comfortable, so...

437
00:20:22,959 --> 00:20:25,793
What am I supposed to do?
It's a no-win. I cannot win.

438
00:20:25,795 --> 00:20:28,980
I make her stay, and then she
resents me, I let her go,

439
00:20:28,982 --> 00:20:29,964
and I'm miserable.

440
00:20:29,966 --> 00:20:31,816
You want my advice?
Absolutely not.

441
00:20:31,818 --> 00:20:33,133
When Catherine was gonna
turn down the job

442
00:20:33,135 --> 00:20:34,218
that Billy offered her

443
00:20:34,220 --> 00:20:35,503
because of me,
you know what I told her?

444
00:20:35,505 --> 00:20:36,737
I told her
to take the job.

445
00:20:36,739 --> 00:20:38,823
That's because you're stupid

446
00:20:38,825 --> 00:20:40,191
and you don't listen to anybody.

447
00:20:40,193 --> 00:20:42,576
'Cause I didn't want her
to pass by

448
00:20:42,578 --> 00:20:44,645
a great career opportunity
because of me.

449
00:20:44,647 --> 00:20:47,031
You told your girlfriend
that it was okay to take a job

450
00:20:47,033 --> 00:20:48,532
with her good-looking ex.

451
00:20:48,534 --> 00:20:51,035
All right, that is not noble,
it's stupid.

452
00:20:51,037 --> 00:20:52,370
Let me ask you a question then.

453
00:20:52,372 --> 00:20:54,755
If Gabby asked you
to put your career on hold

454
00:20:54,757 --> 00:20:56,123
and move to Denver,
would you do that?

455
00:20:56,125 --> 00:20:58,626
No, I wouldn't do that.
But I got a daughter

456
00:20:58,628 --> 00:21:00,995
who lives here.
It's not the same thing.

457
00:21:02,597 --> 00:21:04,632
Plus you'd miss me
too much.

458
00:21:04,634 --> 00:21:06,300
Plus I'd miss you too much.

459
00:21:06,302 --> 00:21:08,619
There you go.

460
00:21:08,621 --> 00:21:12,473
(phone rings)

461
00:21:12,475 --> 00:21:13,674
Lieutenant Kelly.

462
00:21:14,843 --> 00:21:16,727
Chin, it's me.

463
00:21:17,562 --> 00:21:19,847
Kono, how are you?

464
00:21:19,849 --> 00:21:21,449
Where are you?

465
00:21:21,451 --> 00:21:23,217
Kowloon. We got a lead
on the shooters

466
00:21:23,219 --> 00:21:24,685
(raspy wheezing)
that came after us.

467
00:21:24,687 --> 00:21:26,904
We managed to get the drop
on one of their associates.

468
00:21:26,906 --> 00:21:28,289
He give you anything?

469
00:21:28,291 --> 00:21:29,623
(raspy wheezing)

470
00:21:29,625 --> 00:21:31,242
Riku Sato.

471
00:21:31,244 --> 00:21:32,526
Have you heard of him?

472
00:21:32,528 --> 00:21:33,828
Yeah. He's the Oyabun for one

473
00:21:33,830 --> 00:21:35,546
of the largest Yakuza families
in Japan.

474
00:21:35,548 --> 00:21:38,716
But why is he coming after Adam?
I thought they were allies.

475
00:21:38,718 --> 00:21:39,800
They were.

476
00:21:39,802 --> 00:21:41,002
But something's changed.

477
00:21:41,004 --> 00:21:44,204
This isn't about revenge
for Michael's death anymore.

478
00:21:44,206 --> 00:21:45,473
How can you be so sure?

479
00:21:45,475 --> 00:21:48,893
Because they don't just want
Adam dead,

480
00:21:48,895 --> 00:21:50,361
they want me, too.

481
00:21:50,363 --> 00:21:51,929
(sighs)
Kono...

482
00:21:51,931 --> 00:21:53,230
Chin, I can handle this.

483
00:21:53,232 --> 00:21:55,649
Well, at least let me call
the Hong Kong police department

484
00:21:55,651 --> 00:21:57,651
so they can get you
to a safe place.

485
00:21:57,653 --> 00:22:01,405
No. No, Sato has strong ties
to the Chinese triads,

486
00:22:01,407 --> 00:22:02,890
and they own the police.

487
00:22:02,892 --> 00:22:04,275
We can't trust anyone
right now.

488
00:22:04,277 --> 00:22:06,193
All right, well, then you guys
need to keep moving.

489
00:22:06,195 --> 00:22:08,662
Get out of Hong Kong.
Get out of Asia.

490
00:22:08,664 --> 00:22:10,247
ADAM:
That's the plan.

491
00:22:10,249 --> 00:22:11,582
Get me off speakerphone.

492
00:22:16,755 --> 00:22:17,788
Yeah?

493
00:22:17,790 --> 00:22:19,590
You promised me

494
00:22:19,592 --> 00:22:21,842
you would take care of Kono.

495
00:22:21,844 --> 00:22:23,210
Now do it.

496
00:22:23,212 --> 00:22:25,963
(line clicks)

497
00:22:30,035 --> 00:22:31,736
NATHAN:
No.

498
00:22:31,738 --> 00:22:33,571
There's got to
be some mistake.

499
00:22:33,573 --> 00:22:34,805
I am inclined

500
00:22:34,807 --> 00:22:37,641
to agree
with my son.

501
00:22:37,643 --> 00:22:40,161
I'm sorry, are we missing
something here?

502
00:22:40,163 --> 00:22:42,063
My-my firm did a full
background check on Dahlia.

503
00:22:42,065 --> 00:22:43,531
I-I don't understand

504
00:22:43,533 --> 00:22:46,417
how the investigators could
have missed something like this.

505
00:22:46,419 --> 00:22:48,102
You ran a background
check on my fiancée?

506
00:22:48,104 --> 00:22:50,321
And you wonder why I never wanted
anything to do with the business.

507
00:22:50,323 --> 00:22:52,256
ALLEN:
Okay.

508
00:22:52,258 --> 00:22:53,791
I'll-I'll go
talk to him.

509
00:22:53,793 --> 00:22:54,909
Give me a minute.

510
00:23:07,589 --> 00:23:10,257
What kills me is that my
mother's right.

511
00:23:11,393 --> 00:23:13,794
I feel so stupid.

512
00:23:13,796 --> 00:23:17,098
You're not the first guy
to fall for it, Nathan.

513
00:23:17,100 --> 00:23:18,315
Dahlia and
her brother

514
00:23:18,317 --> 00:23:20,134
have been running
this con for years.

515
00:23:23,905 --> 00:23:26,107
I hope you find her so
I can look her in the eye

516
00:23:26,109 --> 00:23:28,159
and ask her how
she could do this to me.

517
00:23:29,945 --> 00:23:32,246
(phone ringing)

518
00:23:32,248 --> 00:23:33,514
Yo, Chin,
where are you?

519
00:23:33,516 --> 00:23:34,799
I'm headed toward
Tantalus Drive.

520
00:23:34,801 --> 00:23:37,151
It's the last place that
Dahlia's cell phone

521
00:23:37,153 --> 00:23:39,203
registered a signal.

522
00:23:39,205 --> 00:23:40,821
And that was at 7:30 last night,

523
00:23:40,823 --> 00:23:42,156
and after that, nothing.

524
00:23:42,158 --> 00:23:43,174
STEVE:
Tantalus has notoriously

525
00:23:43,176 --> 00:23:44,324
bad cell phone reception.

526
00:23:44,326 --> 00:23:45,509
Look, she was
trying to lay low.

527
00:23:45,511 --> 00:23:47,444
She was on the run.
Maybe she chucked her phone.

528
00:23:47,446 --> 00:23:50,331
Or maybe she never
left the area.

529
00:23:54,169 --> 00:23:56,387
Oh, look. Look, look.
It's, uh...

530
00:23:56,389 --> 00:23:58,589
Catherine's boss-
slash-ex-boyfriend.

531
00:23:58,591 --> 00:24:00,608
Uh, Billy? Is that his name?
Yes.

532
00:24:00,610 --> 00:24:01,442
You know his name's Billy.

533
00:24:01,444 --> 00:24:04,011
DANNY:
Huh. Billy.

534
00:24:06,865 --> 00:24:08,199
What's he doing here?

535
00:24:08,201 --> 00:24:09,533
They're supposed to be working.
Oh, maybe he's

536
00:24:09,535 --> 00:24:11,852
come to ask you for
her hand in marriage.

537
00:24:13,622 --> 00:24:15,139
You're actually enjoying
this, aren't you?

538
00:24:15,141 --> 00:24:17,858
Oh, we all gotta be
reminded of our mistakes, babe.

539
00:24:20,195 --> 00:24:21,195
Billy.

540
00:24:21,197 --> 00:24:22,746
What's up?

541
00:24:22,748 --> 00:24:25,082
Cath just headed
up to see you.

542
00:24:25,084 --> 00:24:26,517
What are you doing,
keeping the car warm?

543
00:24:26,519 --> 00:24:28,552
We gotta make it a short visit.
We're on a job.

544
00:24:28,554 --> 00:24:29,887
Hey, you remember

545
00:24:29,889 --> 00:24:31,021
Detective
Danny Williams?

546
00:24:31,023 --> 00:24:32,139
DANNY: Hey, it's my pleasure.
Of course.

547
00:24:32,141 --> 00:24:33,924
Good to see you.
Again.

548
00:24:33,926 --> 00:24:35,226
(laughs)

549
00:24:35,228 --> 00:24:36,927
Actually, I'm glad
I ran into you.

550
00:24:36,929 --> 00:24:38,462
I never got a chance
to thank you.

551
00:24:39,397 --> 00:24:40,347
For what?

552
00:24:40,349 --> 00:24:41,649
Oh, for being cool
with all this.

553
00:24:41,651 --> 00:24:43,184
Catherine
told me

554
00:24:43,186 --> 00:24:45,352
how you encouraged her
to take the job.

555
00:24:45,354 --> 00:24:46,270
Don't mention it.

556
00:24:46,272 --> 00:24:47,387
Truth is, I'm lucky
to have her.

557
00:24:47,389 --> 00:24:48,555
We make
a great team.

558
00:24:48,557 --> 00:24:49,773
STEVE:
That's good.

559
00:24:49,775 --> 00:24:51,558
It's good to see you.

560
00:24:51,560 --> 00:24:52,776
You, too.

561
00:24:52,778 --> 00:24:53,727
Little Wing,

562
00:24:53,729 --> 00:24:55,546
this is Big Kahuna,
be advised:

563
00:24:55,548 --> 00:24:56,997
Commander McGarrett is
headed to your position.

564
00:24:56,999 --> 00:24:58,898
You guys got code names
for each other?

565
00:24:58,923 --> 00:24:59,618
Yeah.

566
00:24:59,619 --> 00:25:01,452
That's cute.

567
00:25:03,838 --> 00:25:04,838
Whew...

568
00:25:04,840 --> 00:25:06,674
(whoops softly)

569
00:25:06,676 --> 00:25:08,008
(whistles)

570
00:25:08,010 --> 00:25:10,594
Looking sharp, Rollins.

571
00:25:10,596 --> 00:25:12,680
With the earpiece,
the whole thing, huh?

572
00:25:12,682 --> 00:25:13,847
Yeah.

573
00:25:13,849 --> 00:25:16,133
Billy and I are running
a personal security detail

574
00:25:16,135 --> 00:25:17,885
on a visiting
Saudi diplomat, so...

575
00:25:17,887 --> 00:25:18,886
Nice.

576
00:25:18,888 --> 00:25:20,271
Women, I know they
dress modestly there,

577
00:25:20,273 --> 00:25:22,556
but I mean, the way
this guy looks at me,

578
00:25:22,558 --> 00:25:24,074
you'd think I was wearing
a string bikini.

579
00:25:24,076 --> 00:25:25,609
What's his name?
I'll beat him up.

580
00:25:25,611 --> 00:25:27,895
(laughs) Okay, see,
that's sort of exactly

581
00:25:27,897 --> 00:25:29,596
what we're being
paid to prevent.

582
00:25:29,598 --> 00:25:30,781
Oh! Right.
Okay.

583
00:25:30,783 --> 00:25:31,815
Yes. So that
would be bad.

584
00:25:31,817 --> 00:25:32,950
Got it.

585
00:25:32,952 --> 00:25:34,868
Which leads me to
the reason why I'm here.

586
00:25:34,870 --> 00:25:36,370
What, you're not here...
I thought you'd come

587
00:25:36,372 --> 00:25:37,604
to show me your
new pantsuit.

588
00:25:37,606 --> 00:25:39,290
No, smart-ass.
I need a favor.

589
00:25:39,292 --> 00:25:41,441
What do you need?
So, uh...

590
00:25:41,443 --> 00:25:43,277
our client has a packed
schedule tomorrow,

591
00:25:43,279 --> 00:25:44,945
and Billy asked me to run
some threat assessments

592
00:25:44,947 --> 00:25:46,313
on all the people
he's meeting with.

593
00:25:46,315 --> 00:25:47,748
Only...

594
00:25:47,750 --> 00:25:49,550
You don't have access
to Navy Intel anymore.

595
00:25:49,552 --> 00:25:50,718
So you thought you'd
come to Five-O

596
00:25:50,720 --> 00:25:51,719
and run the
background checks.

597
00:25:51,721 --> 00:25:53,337
Mm-hmm.
Ah.

598
00:25:53,339 --> 00:25:55,506
Look at you.
You are handsome and smart.

599
00:25:55,508 --> 00:25:57,474
Uh... ah...

600
00:25:57,476 --> 00:25:58,892
I don't know
how I feel

601
00:25:58,894 --> 00:26:00,227
about allocating
Five-O resources

602
00:26:00,229 --> 00:26:01,812
to a private
security job.

603
00:26:03,098 --> 00:26:04,932
Okay. Um...

604
00:26:04,934 --> 00:26:06,317
Remind me again

605
00:26:06,319 --> 00:26:07,634
how many satellites

606
00:26:07,636 --> 00:26:09,436
I have repositioned
for you over the years.

607
00:26:09,438 --> 00:26:10,521
Hmm?

608
00:26:10,523 --> 00:26:12,489
You owe me.

609
00:26:12,491 --> 00:26:14,325
Steve...
Okay, okay, okay. Relax.

610
00:26:14,327 --> 00:26:15,693
Come on,
I'll log you in.

611
00:26:18,363 --> 00:26:20,581
(motorcycle engine roaring)

612
00:26:51,429 --> 00:26:53,697

613
00:27:08,747 --> 00:27:11,231
(grunting)

614
00:27:13,134 --> 00:27:14,551
Dahlia!

615
00:27:14,553 --> 00:27:16,387
Dahlia!
Can you hear me?

616
00:27:30,979 --> 00:27:32,396
PILOT:
Air One to Incident Command.

617
00:27:32,398 --> 00:27:34,382
Be advised that we have
the wreck in sight,

618
00:27:34,383 --> 00:27:35,348
and the victim seems to

619
00:27:35,350 --> 00:27:37,083
still be within the vehicle.

620
00:27:37,085 --> 00:27:40,453
AIR CONTROL:
Air One, 10-4.

621
00:27:40,455 --> 00:27:41,621
MEDIC:
Dahlia!

622
00:27:41,623 --> 00:27:43,490
We've stabilized
your neck.

623
00:27:43,492 --> 00:27:45,959
We're gonna slide you out
onto a stretcher.

624
00:27:45,961 --> 00:27:47,427
Just stay calm.

625
00:27:47,429 --> 00:27:49,178
CHIN:
There's a helicopter here

626
00:27:49,180 --> 00:27:51,347
that's gonna take you
to a hospital, okay?

627
00:27:59,707 --> 00:28:01,741
Okay.

628
00:28:09,166 --> 00:28:11,367
Okay, Dahlia.

629
00:28:24,849 --> 00:28:26,550
Give me a minute, Mom.

630
00:28:46,420 --> 00:28:48,622
I'm so sorry, Nathan.

631
00:28:50,041 --> 00:28:51,107
I love you.

632
00:28:51,109 --> 00:28:52,742
I always have.

633
00:28:52,744 --> 00:28:55,078
Everything you ever
told me was a lie.

634
00:28:56,430 --> 00:28:58,265
Even your name.

635
00:28:58,267 --> 00:29:00,500
How do you expect me to believe
anything you say now?

636
00:29:00,502 --> 00:29:02,686
Just, please,
let me explain, okay?

637
00:29:02,688 --> 00:29:03,954
I don't want
to hear about it.

638
00:29:03,956 --> 00:29:06,222
You know, when I heard
what happened to you,

639
00:29:06,224 --> 00:29:08,191
some tiny part of me

640
00:29:08,193 --> 00:29:10,393
still cared whether
you lived or died.

641
00:29:12,363 --> 00:29:14,564
Now I don't know
why it mattered.

642
00:29:18,452 --> 00:29:19,469
Sweetheart.

643
00:29:19,471 --> 00:29:22,372
Sweetheart,
wait, wait.

644
00:29:22,374 --> 00:29:23,623
Nathan!

645
00:29:26,927 --> 00:29:28,044
You know what,
give him some space.

646
00:29:28,046 --> 00:29:29,462
You can't help
him right now.

647
00:29:29,464 --> 00:29:30,480
Are you
really sure

648
00:29:30,482 --> 00:29:31,965
that Dahlia
did those things?

649
00:29:31,967 --> 00:29:34,668
Yeah, we're, uh...
we're certain.

650
00:29:34,670 --> 00:29:36,519
I mean, she left behind
a trail of victims,

651
00:29:36,521 --> 00:29:38,054
so, yeah.
Excuse us.

652
00:29:38,056 --> 00:29:40,256
Please.

653
00:29:45,680 --> 00:29:47,931
I'm not going to pretend
I'm sad he's dead.

654
00:29:49,183 --> 00:29:51,067
My brother
was a monster.

655
00:29:51,069 --> 00:29:52,068
That's why
you ran

656
00:29:52,070 --> 00:29:54,020
when you saw him
at the wedding, huh?

657
00:29:54,022 --> 00:29:55,488
You don't know the things
he's capable of.

658
00:29:55,490 --> 00:29:56,690
Oh, we do.

659
00:29:56,692 --> 00:29:57,807
Uh, we read his jacket.

660
00:29:57,809 --> 00:29:58,992
We read yours, too.

661
00:30:00,611 --> 00:30:02,462
I made a lot
of mistakes, okay?

662
00:30:02,464 --> 00:30:04,030
I won't deny that.

663
00:30:04,032 --> 00:30:06,499
But I wasn't after
Nathan's money.

664
00:30:06,501 --> 00:30:07,784
I love him.

665
00:30:07,786 --> 00:30:10,286
Okay, I mean, well,
it seems very convenient.

666
00:30:10,288 --> 00:30:11,921
I mean, you leave
a life as a con

667
00:30:11,923 --> 00:30:14,007
to then fall in love
with a guy

668
00:30:14,009 --> 00:30:15,258
who's filthy rich.

669
00:30:15,260 --> 00:30:16,659
I know how
it looks.

670
00:30:16,661 --> 00:30:18,928
But I didn't find out
about Nathan's money

671
00:30:18,930 --> 00:30:20,213
until we were engaged.

672
00:30:20,215 --> 00:30:22,198
I swear.

673
00:30:22,200 --> 00:30:23,850
(laughs)

674
00:30:23,852 --> 00:30:25,168
I guess
I was crazy,

675
00:30:25,170 --> 00:30:26,836
thinking that my past
wouldn't catch up with me

676
00:30:26,838 --> 00:30:30,607
and I would actually
get a fresh start.

677
00:30:31,942 --> 00:30:33,076
I keep thinking if...

678
00:30:33,078 --> 00:30:35,562
only if I had
just stayed

679
00:30:35,564 --> 00:30:38,214
and told Nathan the
truth, you know...

680
00:30:38,216 --> 00:30:39,816
maybe he would have
forgiven me.

681
00:30:39,818 --> 00:30:41,835
DANNY:
But instead, you ran out

682
00:30:41,837 --> 00:30:43,703
on your own wedding.

683
00:30:43,705 --> 00:30:45,688
When I saw Brad there,
I panicked.

684
00:30:45,690 --> 00:30:47,991
All I knew was that
I had to get away from him.

685
00:30:47,993 --> 00:30:51,494
So I just got in
the car and...

686
00:30:51,496 --> 00:30:53,029
drove.

687
00:30:54,081 --> 00:30:55,882
How'd you end up
crashing the car?

688
00:30:57,001 --> 00:30:58,651
I was speeding.

689
00:31:00,087 --> 00:31:01,454
There was a truck...

690
00:31:01,456 --> 00:31:03,323
(horn blares, Dahlia screams)

691
00:31:05,476 --> 00:31:08,011
It was only maybe
a few minutes later

692
00:31:08,013 --> 00:31:09,462
that I heard
someone pull up.

693
00:31:10,798 --> 00:31:13,767
I called for help.

694
00:31:13,769 --> 00:31:16,069
They found me...

695
00:31:16,071 --> 00:31:17,637
There were footsteps.

696
00:31:19,306 --> 00:31:20,760
No!

697
00:31:21,028 --> 00:31:22,812
No!

698
00:31:22,814 --> 00:31:24,964
No! No!

699
00:31:24,966 --> 00:31:26,248
(screams)

700
00:31:27,434 --> 00:31:29,969
That's when everything
went black.

701
00:31:29,971 --> 00:31:32,722
CHIN: Crime Lab finished
processing the car wreck.

702
00:31:32,724 --> 00:31:34,440
They pulled a shoe print
off the rear fender.

703
00:31:34,442 --> 00:31:36,025
Size 11.

704
00:31:36,027 --> 00:31:37,393
Tread pattern
matches the shoes

705
00:31:37,395 --> 00:31:38,928
Dixon was found dead in.
So...

706
00:31:38,930 --> 00:31:40,363
Dixon, he, uh...

707
00:31:40,365 --> 00:31:41,864
follows his sister
out of the wedding,

708
00:31:41,866 --> 00:31:43,416
and catches up
with her

709
00:31:43,418 --> 00:31:44,700
at the scene
of the accident.

710
00:31:44,702 --> 00:31:46,402
He's packing a gun,
looking for revenge,

711
00:31:46,404 --> 00:31:47,936
but then he figures
he can save a bullet

712
00:31:47,938 --> 00:31:49,472
and send Dahlia to her death

713
00:31:49,474 --> 00:31:50,606
in a fiery
wreck.

714
00:31:50,608 --> 00:31:52,074
Okay, well,
that's one mystery solved.

715
00:31:52,076 --> 00:31:53,442
But it still
doesn't explain

716
00:31:53,444 --> 00:31:55,077
how Dixon ends up dead
in a hotel room.

717
00:31:55,079 --> 00:31:56,295
Yeah, I don't get
that, either.

718
00:31:56,297 --> 00:31:57,413
I mean, if it's me,
I'm out of there,

719
00:31:57,415 --> 00:31:58,631
I'm on the first plane.

720
00:31:58,633 --> 00:32:00,383
Right, but he's gotta
clear the hotel room first.

721
00:32:00,385 --> 00:32:01,784
But before he can
get out of there,

722
00:32:01,786 --> 00:32:03,552
somebody confronts him
and then shoots him with his own gun.

723
00:32:03,554 --> 00:32:04,553
Wait a minute.

724
00:32:04,555 --> 00:32:06,338
Dixon checked in using one of

725
00:32:06,340 --> 00:32:07,807
his former aliases,
John Fitzpatrick, right?

726
00:32:07,809 --> 00:32:09,792
Yeah.
So how does our killer know

727
00:32:09,794 --> 00:32:11,727
what name to ask for
to find the right room?

728
00:32:11,729 --> 00:32:13,062
DANNY: Well, maybe he knew him
under that name.

729
00:32:13,064 --> 00:32:14,630
Hey, maybe it's a...
old accomplice

730
00:32:14,632 --> 00:32:16,015
or somebody he burned.

731
00:32:16,017 --> 00:32:18,401
Or somebody who found out
about his criminal history.

732
00:32:18,403 --> 00:32:20,604
Which would have come back
in Dahlia's background check.

733
00:32:20,605 --> 00:32:21,804
(knocking on door)

734
00:32:24,991 --> 00:32:26,992
Barbara.

735
00:32:26,994 --> 00:32:28,511
Uh, come in.

736
00:32:32,165 --> 00:32:34,366
How-how's Nathan
holding up?

737
00:32:35,702 --> 00:32:37,002
I want to see
the report.

738
00:32:37,004 --> 00:32:38,704
I'm sorry?

739
00:32:38,706 --> 00:32:41,273
The background report
I had you run on Dahlia.

740
00:32:41,275 --> 00:32:42,541
I paid for it.

741
00:32:42,543 --> 00:32:43,726
Now I'd like
to see it.

742
00:32:43,728 --> 00:32:47,046
Okay, I-I know
you're upset.

743
00:32:47,048 --> 00:32:48,931
We've all been caught off
guard by what happened.

744
00:32:48,933 --> 00:32:50,933
But I can assure you
there is nothing in that report

745
00:32:50,935 --> 00:32:52,384
that indicates
any issues.

746
00:32:52,386 --> 00:32:54,019
I will be
the judge of that.

747
00:32:55,272 --> 00:32:56,605
(sighs)

748
00:32:56,607 --> 00:32:58,224
All right,
look...

749
00:32:58,226 --> 00:33:00,359
my investigators
dropped the ball.

750
00:33:00,361 --> 00:33:01,894
I'm sorry.

751
00:33:01,896 --> 00:33:03,946
The report in 24 hours

752
00:33:03,948 --> 00:33:06,115
or you're fired.

753
00:33:09,686 --> 00:33:11,170
You can have it now.

754
00:33:11,172 --> 00:33:12,388
Just give me a second

755
00:33:12,390 --> 00:33:14,657
to pull it up on my computer.

756
00:33:14,659 --> 00:33:16,826
Okay.

757
00:33:24,334 --> 00:33:25,668
(clicks)

758
00:33:25,670 --> 00:33:27,503
Fire me?

759
00:33:28,588 --> 00:33:31,138
I don't think so.

760
00:33:35,568 --> 00:33:37,718
Sit!

761
00:33:39,088 --> 00:33:41,055
I don't get it, Allen.

762
00:33:41,057 --> 00:33:43,173
Why would you keep
that information from us?

763
00:33:43,175 --> 00:33:44,942
What's in it for you?

764
00:33:44,944 --> 00:33:46,110
It doesn't matter.

765
00:33:46,112 --> 00:33:47,595
Here's what's gonna happen now.

766
00:33:47,597 --> 00:33:49,230
You're gonna wire $5 million

767
00:33:49,232 --> 00:33:51,282
into a numbered account
in the Caymans,

768
00:33:51,284 --> 00:33:52,566
and I'm gonna disappear.

769
00:33:52,568 --> 00:33:55,670
Call it my severance.

770
00:33:56,521 --> 00:33:58,355
Sorry.

771
00:33:59,024 --> 00:34:00,992
You get nothing.

772
00:34:00,994 --> 00:34:02,009
Excuse me?

773
00:34:02,011 --> 00:34:03,744
Nothing.

774
00:34:03,746 --> 00:34:05,663
Really?

775
00:34:05,665 --> 00:34:07,565
Hey, hey, hey!
Drop the weapon.

776
00:34:07,567 --> 00:34:08,766
Put the gun down.

777
00:34:08,768 --> 00:34:10,651
Put the gun down right now.
Okay, okay!

778
00:34:10,653 --> 00:34:12,219
Hands behind your
head and turn around.

779
00:34:12,221 --> 00:34:14,088
Get on your knees.

780
00:34:14,090 --> 00:34:15,556
Cross your feet.

781
00:34:15,558 --> 00:34:17,608
Did you get what you need?

782
00:34:17,610 --> 00:34:18,876
Yeah, I'd say we got
everything we need.

783
00:34:18,878 --> 00:34:20,094
Thank you.

784
00:34:22,264 --> 00:34:24,715
(buzzer sounds)

785
00:34:24,717 --> 00:34:25,883
So you've had a, uh,

786
00:34:25,885 --> 00:34:28,769
busy 24 hours
in the Aloha State.

787
00:34:28,771 --> 00:34:30,571
We got, uh...

788
00:34:30,573 --> 00:34:33,157
attempted extortion, murder.

789
00:34:33,159 --> 00:34:34,725
What else?

790
00:34:34,727 --> 00:34:36,727
(groans)

791
00:34:36,729 --> 00:34:37,895
Exercising your right
to silence?

792
00:34:37,897 --> 00:34:39,830
That's the first
smart thing you've done.

793
00:34:39,832 --> 00:34:42,450
We matched the gun that
you pulled on Barbara Cotchin

794
00:34:42,452 --> 00:34:44,368
to the one that was used
to kill Brad Dixon.

795
00:34:44,370 --> 00:34:47,905
Probably figured
that a lawyer would know better

796
00:34:47,907 --> 00:34:50,207
than to hold onto
the murder weapon.

797
00:34:51,242 --> 00:34:53,878
12 years you worked
for that family

798
00:34:53,880 --> 00:34:55,596
without ever once receiving
the recognition

799
00:34:55,598 --> 00:34:57,214
that you felt you deserved.

800
00:34:57,216 --> 00:35:00,101
Until Dahlia's background check
comes back.

801
00:35:00,103 --> 00:35:01,686
All you got to do

802
00:35:01,688 --> 00:35:03,420
is wait for the wedding
to go off without a hitch.

803
00:35:03,422 --> 00:35:05,022
And then you can hold
that potential scandal

804
00:35:05,024 --> 00:35:06,273
over Barbara Cotchin's head

805
00:35:06,275 --> 00:35:07,692
and get whatever you want.

806
00:35:07,694 --> 00:35:08,909
The plan doesn't go
the way you want it to.

807
00:35:08,911 --> 00:35:10,444
Dahlia's brother shows up.

808
00:35:10,446 --> 00:35:12,697
You track him
back to his room

809
00:35:12,699 --> 00:35:14,198
and you popped him
with his own gun.

810
00:35:14,200 --> 00:35:15,533
That about cover it or what?

811
00:35:15,535 --> 00:35:18,602
You really think I'm dumb enough
to blackmail Barbara Cotchin?

812
00:35:18,604 --> 00:35:22,272
You go up against power
like that and you lose.

813
00:35:22,274 --> 00:35:23,791
Dahlia...

814
00:35:24,626 --> 00:35:26,110
Dhalia was a weak target.

815
00:35:26,112 --> 00:35:29,446
I knew she'd cut me in on
whatever con she was running.

816
00:35:29,448 --> 00:35:31,532
DANNY:
Oh.

817
00:35:31,534 --> 00:35:33,951
Oh, so you...
so we actually

818
00:35:33,953 --> 00:35:35,753
have given you more credit
than you deserve.

819
00:35:35,755 --> 00:35:37,555
This was just about putting
a little extra money

820
00:35:37,557 --> 00:35:38,672
in your pocket, that's it?

821
00:35:38,674 --> 00:35:40,124
Did you, did you ever consider

822
00:35:40,126 --> 00:35:42,760
that perhaps Dahlia was not
marrying Nathan for his money?

823
00:35:42,762 --> 00:35:45,763
What else is there?

824
00:35:51,837 --> 00:35:53,521
STEVE: The German prosecutors
sent over

825
00:35:53,523 --> 00:35:54,739
their files this morning.

826
00:35:54,741 --> 00:35:56,490
Turns out they only
became aware of the case

827
00:35:56,492 --> 00:35:58,075
when Dahlia turned
herself in.

828
00:35:58,077 --> 00:36:00,327
Why would she do that?

829
00:36:00,329 --> 00:36:01,779
When Dahlia was
14 years old,

830
00:36:01,781 --> 00:36:04,815
both her parents died and
Brad became her custodian.

831
00:36:04,817 --> 00:36:07,317
He threatened
to abandon her

832
00:36:07,319 --> 00:36:10,004
if she didn't go along
with the scams.

833
00:36:13,508 --> 00:36:15,559
I don't know what
to think anymore.

834
00:36:15,561 --> 00:36:17,711
I understand.

835
00:36:17,713 --> 00:36:19,180
I was thinking maybe

836
00:36:19,182 --> 00:36:20,965
this would help
you figure that out.

837
00:36:20,967 --> 00:36:22,316
HPD found it

838
00:36:22,318 --> 00:36:23,517
in the car wreck.

839
00:36:23,519 --> 00:36:25,936
I thought you should have it.

840
00:36:25,938 --> 00:36:27,471
Good luck, Nathan.

841
00:36:37,515 --> 00:36:39,533
DAHLIA:
"For so much of my life,

842
00:36:39,535 --> 00:36:42,352
"I believed I was unworthy
of anyone's love.

843
00:36:42,354 --> 00:36:44,955
"But then I met you
and everything changed.

844
00:36:44,957 --> 00:36:46,123
"I realized

845
00:36:46,125 --> 00:36:47,708
"that if you could see
the good in me,

846
00:36:47,710 --> 00:36:50,828
"then maybe I could
see the good in myself.

847
00:36:50,830 --> 00:36:53,831
"The truth is that in more ways
than you'll ever know,

848
00:36:53,833 --> 00:36:56,333
"you saved me.

849
00:36:56,335 --> 00:36:57,635
"And for that reason

850
00:36:57,637 --> 00:36:59,003
"and so many more,

851
00:36:59,005 --> 00:37:01,522
"I promise
to be eternally faithful

852
00:37:01,524 --> 00:37:02,923
"and to honor you so long

853
00:37:02,925 --> 00:37:05,176
as we both shall live."

854
00:37:12,517 --> 00:37:14,051
(door closes)

855
00:37:15,020 --> 00:37:16,187
Nathan?

856
00:37:16,189 --> 00:37:18,856
When I asked you to marry me,

857
00:37:18,858 --> 00:37:21,826
I said I would love you
no matter what.

858
00:37:21,828 --> 00:37:25,329
And I meant what I said.

859
00:37:25,331 --> 00:37:28,866
You are everything to me.

860
00:37:28,868 --> 00:37:30,651
And I can't

861
00:37:30,653 --> 00:37:33,254
imagine my life without you.

862
00:37:33,256 --> 00:37:35,339
(quiet laugh)

863
00:37:35,341 --> 00:37:38,626
(door opens)

864
00:37:39,461 --> 00:37:40,911
Nathan?

865
00:37:40,913 --> 00:37:42,930
(giggles)

866
00:37:42,932 --> 00:37:44,431
NATHAN:
It's not the beachside wedding

867
00:37:44,433 --> 00:37:47,768
with the band
and the orchids you love.

868
00:37:47,770 --> 00:37:51,255
But I don't want to go another
day without you as my wife.

869
00:37:53,725 --> 00:37:56,477
We are gathered here today
to join this man

870
00:37:56,479 --> 00:37:57,945
and this woman

871
00:37:57,947 --> 00:38:00,397
in holy matrimony.

872
00:38:00,399 --> 00:38:01,732
Do you, Dahlia,

873
00:38:01,734 --> 00:38:04,635
take Nathan to be your
lawfully wedded husband,

874
00:38:04,637 --> 00:38:07,321
promising to love,
honor and cherish him

875
00:38:07,323 --> 00:38:09,606
as long as
you both shall live?

876
00:38:15,130 --> 00:38:16,780
MAN (on TV):
For thousands of years,

877
00:38:16,782 --> 00:38:19,133
(car door closes) one of the world's great
archeological enigmas...

878
00:38:19,135 --> 00:38:20,968
(door opens)

879
00:38:20,970 --> 00:38:22,419
Hey.

880
00:38:22,421 --> 00:38:24,138
Hi.

881
00:38:24,140 --> 00:38:26,590
Grace just fell asleep.

882
00:38:33,548 --> 00:38:34,815
Hi.

883
00:38:34,817 --> 00:38:36,967
Hi.

884
00:38:38,636 --> 00:38:39,787
So...?

885
00:38:39,789 --> 00:38:42,156
So...

886
00:38:42,158 --> 00:38:44,942
I just want us
to be happy.

887
00:38:44,944 --> 00:38:48,112
And if that means

888
00:38:48,114 --> 00:38:50,831
that I say no to this job,

889
00:38:50,833 --> 00:38:52,866
then that's what I'll do.

890
00:38:54,536 --> 00:38:57,838
I, um, I really like that idea.

891
00:38:57,840 --> 00:39:00,291
But I cannot, um,

892
00:39:00,293 --> 00:39:03,260
be the guy that makes
you put your career on hold.

893
00:39:03,262 --> 00:39:05,646
I can't do that.

894
00:39:06,481 --> 00:39:09,383
Then it's just six months.

895
00:39:11,502 --> 00:39:13,687
And we will make it work.

896
00:39:16,841 --> 00:39:19,009
Yeah, you know,
I thought about that, too.

897
00:39:19,011 --> 00:39:20,978
And it six months,
but then, I mean,

898
00:39:20,980 --> 00:39:23,314
there's gonna be
another offer, right?

899
00:39:23,316 --> 00:39:26,317
And I... listen,
I-I don't have a problem

900
00:39:26,319 --> 00:39:28,018
with you coming and going.

901
00:39:28,020 --> 00:39:29,153
I-I really don't at all.

902
00:39:29,155 --> 00:39:31,021
I mean, I'd rather
have you here part-time

903
00:39:31,023 --> 00:39:33,624
than not at all.

904
00:39:33,626 --> 00:39:39,113
You know, but Grace...

905
00:39:39,115 --> 00:39:40,848
I know how she feels
about you.

906
00:39:40,850 --> 00:39:42,816
And I...

907
00:39:42,818 --> 00:39:46,553
I cannot keep taking
that away from her.

908
00:39:46,555 --> 00:39:49,306
You know, I mean,
the whole reason I moved here

909
00:39:49,308 --> 00:39:51,541
in the first place was
to give her some stability.

910
00:39:51,543 --> 00:39:53,710
I...

911
00:40:01,736 --> 00:40:03,937
So...

912
00:40:08,576 --> 00:40:12,763
Well, our timing
really stinks, doesn't it?

913
00:40:18,003 --> 00:40:20,170
I don't know, I...

914
00:40:22,040 --> 00:40:25,676
Look, uh, before I met you,

915
00:40:25,678 --> 00:40:28,412
I, um, I was kind of looking
around trying to figure out

916
00:40:28,414 --> 00:40:30,080
another reason
to hate this place.

917
00:40:30,082 --> 00:40:32,082
Because I really,
really hated it.

918
00:40:32,084 --> 00:40:35,269
Um, and, uh...

919
00:40:35,271 --> 00:40:39,223
when I met you, you gave me...

920
00:40:39,225 --> 00:40:42,893
You made me realize
what I was missing.

921
00:40:42,895 --> 00:40:46,380
You know, I mean, you have
no idea what that means to me.

922
00:40:48,817 --> 00:40:51,051
I get it, okay?

923
00:40:53,054 --> 00:40:55,489
This is home for you now.

924
00:40:55,491 --> 00:40:57,624
And...

925
00:40:57,626 --> 00:41:01,628
maybe one day it
will be for me, too.

926
00:41:03,565 --> 00:41:06,617
(quietly):
Okay.

927
00:41:27,439 --> 00:41:29,740
(sighs heavily)

928
00:41:29,742 --> 00:41:31,408
Well, I have to admit.

929
00:41:31,410 --> 00:41:33,977
Part of me had doubts that
we could make this work.

930
00:41:33,979 --> 00:41:36,713
But after seeing you
in action today,

931
00:41:36,715 --> 00:41:39,333
I know I made
the right choice.

932
00:41:39,335 --> 00:41:41,869
Thanks.

933
00:41:41,871 --> 00:41:45,122
Although it kind of sounds like
you're congratulating yourself.

934
00:41:45,124 --> 00:41:47,124
It kind of did, didn't it?

935
00:41:47,942 --> 00:41:49,993
Mm.
(giggles)

936
00:41:52,981 --> 00:41:54,648
I'll pick you up
tomorrow at 8:00.

937
00:41:54,650 --> 00:41:56,967
All right, coffee and malasadas,
on you.

938
00:41:59,554 --> 00:42:01,772
(Catherine sighs)

939
00:42:09,481 --> 00:42:11,231
Hey.

940
00:42:12,066 --> 00:42:13,534
Hey.

941
00:42:16,821 --> 00:42:18,872
Couldn't sleep.

942
00:42:21,192 --> 00:42:23,994
I wanted to make sure
you got home okay is all.

943
00:42:23,996 --> 00:42:25,245
Aw.

944
00:42:25,247 --> 00:42:26,580
How was your first day?

945
00:42:26,582 --> 00:42:30,033
Uh, it was a big change.

946
00:42:30,035 --> 00:42:31,335
Yeah, I bet.
Mm-hmm.

947
00:42:31,337 --> 00:42:32,252
But in a good way.

948
00:42:32,254 --> 00:42:33,253
Good.
Yeah.

949
00:42:33,255 --> 00:42:34,972
Billy already got us
another gig,

950
00:42:34,974 --> 00:42:37,057
so I think...
I think we're gonna be busy.

951
00:42:37,059 --> 00:42:39,343
Good, I'm glad.

952
00:42:39,345 --> 00:42:40,677
Come here.

953
00:42:41,846 --> 00:42:43,046
I'm gonna go wash up.

954
00:42:43,048 --> 00:42:44,511
Will you, um, open us
a bottle of wine?

955
00:42:44,536 --> 00:42:45,600
Yeah.

956
00:42:45,601 --> 00:42:46,850
Red or white?

957
00:42:46,852 --> 00:42:48,051
Um...

958
00:42:48,053 --> 00:42:51,188
surprise me.
Okay.

959
00:42:52,273 --> 00:42:54,558
(car engine starts)
