J’appellerai la HPD

166
00:12:16,049 --> 00:12:17,798
et enverrai une unité
criminalistique à la cabane.

167
00:12:17,800 --> 00:12:19,266
Ok, mais je viens aussi.

168
00:12:19,268 --> 00:12:21,802
Tu ne peux pas venir.
On t'a tiré dessus.

169
00:12:21,804 --> 00:12:24,972
L'assassin de Billy est dehors,
d'accord ?

170
00:12:24,974 --> 00:12:26,440
Et je ne peux pas être ici.

171
00:12:26,442 --> 00:12:29,610
Tu devrais comprendre ça
plus que quiconque.

172
00:12:42,324 --> 00:12:44,441
Duke, que se passe-t-il ?

173
00:12:44,443 --> 00:12:45,710
Pourquoi ton équipe
ne traite pas l'intérieur ?

174
00:12:45,712 --> 00:12:47,411
Voyez par vous-même.

175
00:13:05,331 --> 00:13:07,848
Steve, il y avait du sang ici.

176
00:13:10,468 --> 00:13:12,353
Ça n'a pas de sens.

177
00:13:12,355 --> 00:13:14,855
Tu as traversé beaucoup,
d'accord ?

178
00:13:14,857 --> 00:13:17,825
Est-il possible que
tu te sois trompée d'adresse ?

179
00:13:17,827 --> 00:13:19,744
J'étais inconsciente
pendant des heures.

180
00:13:19,746 --> 00:13:21,612
Quelqu'un est venu ici
pendant ce temps

181
00:13:21,614 --> 00:13:22,780
et a nettoyé cet endroit.

182
00:13:26,035 --> 00:13:29,954
Le corps de John Cutler
était juste ici.

183
00:13:34,961 --> 00:13:36,594
Tu sens ça ?

184
00:13:36,596 --> 00:13:37,661
C'est de l'eau de javel.

185
00:13:37,663 --> 00:13:39,597
C'est le sol d'une cuisine, Catherine.

186
00:13:49,608 --> 00:13:52,610
Ils ont peint sur
les éclaboussures de sang.

187
00:13:52,612 --> 00:13:54,779
Ils ont nettoyé les sols, tout.

188
00:13:54,781 --> 00:13:56,030
Toutes les preuves
que Jonh Cutler

189
00:13:56,032 --> 00:13:58,482
était ici, ont disparues.

190
00:13:58,484 --> 00:14:00,184
Je sais que j'ai raison.

191
00:14:01,286 --> 00:14:03,120
Duke, fais venir l'équipe du CSU ici

192
00:14:03,122 --> 00:14:05,489
pour s'occuper de cette maison,
d'accord?

193
00:14:05,491 --> 00:14:06,523
Puis les bois environnants.

194
00:14:06,525 --> 00:14:07,491
Deux personnes ont été tuées;

195
00:14:07,493 --> 00:14:08,692
il doit y avoir des preuves.

196
00:14:08,694 --> 00:14:09,660
Compris.

197
00:14:09,662 --> 00:14:11,796
On trouvera.

198
00:14:22,765 --> 00:14:25,617
Quand Sandra Cutler vous a-t-elle
engagés pour épier son mari ?

199
00:14:25,619 --> 00:14:26,818
Il y a quatre jours.

200
00:14:26,959 --> 00:14:28,575
Elle pensait qu'il avait une liaison,

201
00:14:28,577 --> 00:14:30,043
- et elle avait raison.
- C'est un mobile.

202
00:14:30,045 --> 00:14:32,212
Et si elle savait déjà
qu'il était infidèle,

203
00:14:32,214 --> 00:14:34,932
elle devient un tueur à gages,
toi et Billy êtes son alibi ?

204
00:14:34,934 --> 00:14:37,267
J'ai mis un avis de recherche
sur la voiture de Cutler.

205
00:14:37,269 --> 00:14:39,303
J'ai aussi fait sonner
le portable au cas où

206
00:14:39,305 --> 00:14:40,854
il était toujours sur le corps.
Aucun signal.

207
00:14:41,284 --> 00:14:42,784
Celui qui a nettoyé la cabine

208
00:14:42,786 --> 00:14:44,185
s'est débarrassé de la voiture
et a détruit le téléphone.

209
00:14:44,187 --> 00:14:45,737
Ça correspond
à ce que m'a dit le CSU.

210
00:14:45,739 --> 00:14:47,455
L'endroit est impeccable.

211
00:14:47,457 --> 00:14:50,291
Aucune empreinte, douille ou impacte
à l’intérieur ni à l’extérieur.

212
00:14:50,293 --> 00:14:52,043
Il y avait des traces de sang
dans le salon,

213
00:14:52,045 --> 00:14:53,578
mais trop contaminées
pour être testées.

214
00:14:53,580 --> 00:14:55,363
Alors nous avons rien ?

215
00:14:55,365 --> 00:14:56,798
Nous avons cela.

216
00:14:58,217 --> 00:15:00,835
Un jeu de traces de pneus
compatibles avec un van commercial.

217
00:15:00,837 --> 00:15:02,536
Si ce sont les seules traces

218
00:15:02,538 --> 00:15:05,206
de la scène du crime,
alors le va appartient à notre nettoyeur.

219
00:15:05,208 --> 00:15:07,141
Le tireur conduisait une berline.

220
00:15:07,143 --> 00:15:09,710
Après être parti,
il a dû appeler des nettoyeurs.

221
00:15:09,712 --> 00:15:11,679
D'accord, regardons
si on peut localiser le fourgon.

222
00:15:11,681 --> 00:15:12,647
Et la cabane ?

223
00:15:12,649 --> 00:15:13,931
Sait-on à qui elle appartient ?

224
00:15:13,933 --> 00:15:15,266
Peut-être qu'il y a lien avec Cutler.

225
00:15:15,268 --> 00:15:17,935
Un couple d'Iowa la gardait
comme location de vacances,

226
00:15:17,937 --> 00:15:20,154
et Cutler l'a louée pour la nuit

227
00:15:20,156 --> 00:15:21,689
par une société de gestion
de Kahiku.

228
00:15:21,691 --> 00:15:23,825
Il l'a beaucoup utilisée

229
00:15:23,827 --> 00:15:24,892
au cours des derniers mois,

230
00:15:24,894 --> 00:15:26,327
probablement pour se rencontrer
avec cette femme.

231
00:15:26,329 --> 00:15:29,897
J'ai pu isoler une capture d'écran
d'elle.

232
00:15:29,899 --> 00:15:31,565
Qui est-elle ?

233
00:15:31,567 --> 00:15:33,067
Son nom est Abby Maxwell.

234
00:15:33,069 --> 00:15:35,787
Elle a mis une annonce
sur le net comme "compagne".

235
00:15:35,789 --> 00:15:38,005
Elle perçoit 1 000 $ par heure.

236
00:15:38,007 --> 00:15:39,390
En espèce seulement.

237
00:15:39,392 --> 00:15:41,909
J'ai passé les relevés de Culter
au peine fin.

238
00:15:41,911 --> 00:15:44,078
La fille, la cabine...
il ne disposait pas

239
00:15:44,080 --> 00:15:45,296
d'une telle somme.

240
00:15:45,298 --> 00:15:48,082
Où a-t-il eu son argent ?

241
00:15:49,968 --> 00:15:52,720
Mme Cutler,

242
00:15:52,722 --> 00:15:54,972
pouvez-vous penser à une raison pour
laquelle quelqu'un voudrait

243
00:15:54,974 --> 00:15:56,307
tuer votre mari ?

244
00:15:56,309 --> 00:15:57,475
Avait-il des problèmes au travail ?

245
00:15:57,477 --> 00:15:59,260
Quelqu'un avec qui
il ne s'entendait pas ?

246
00:15:59,262 --> 00:16:02,980
John réparait et modernisait
les ordinateurs de bureau.

247
00:16:02,982 --> 00:16:04,198
À chaque fois que
le système se plantait,

248
00:16:04,200 --> 00:16:06,234
John pouvait tout retrouver sur internet.

249
00:16:07,269 --> 00:16:09,203
Les gens étaient contents de le voir.

250
00:16:10,989 --> 00:16:13,040
Quand vous nous avez embauchés,
Billy et moi ,

251
00:16:13,042 --> 00:16:15,493
vous avez dit
que c'était parce que John

252
00:16:15,495 --> 00:16:17,245
se comportait étrangement.

253
00:16:17,247 --> 00:16:19,714
Quelle différence avez-vous
remarquer en premier ?

254
00:16:19,716 --> 00:16:24,218
Il a mis un code
sur son ordinateur portable,

255
00:16:24,220 --> 00:16:26,454
qui m'empêche de rentrer.

256
00:16:26,456 --> 00:16:27,972
Vous avez supposé
qu'il y avait une autre femme.

257
00:16:27,974 --> 00:16:30,425
Est-il possible que ça aurait
pu être pour autre chose ?

258
00:16:30,427 --> 00:16:33,461
Honnêtement, je n'ai aucune idée.

259
00:16:35,397 --> 00:16:37,598
Nous aimerions prendre
l'ordinateur si possible.

260
00:16:37,600 --> 00:16:39,233
On pourrait déchiffrer le code.

261
00:16:39,235 --> 00:16:42,353
Et trouver des réponses dedans.

262
00:16:47,192 --> 00:16:48,242
Puis-je vous aider ?

263
00:16:48,244 --> 00:16:49,444
Je suis ici pour voir Abby Maxwell.

264
00:16:49,446 --> 00:16:50,745
Je crains qu'elle ne soit avec un client.

265
00:16:50,747 --> 00:16:52,447
Lieutenant Chin Ho Kelly,

266
00:16:52,449 --> 00:16:53,814
Five-O.

267
00:16:53,816 --> 00:16:56,150
Dites-lui que je suis ici pour parler
de son client d'hier soir.

268
00:16:56,152 --> 00:16:57,618
C'est fou.

269
00:16:57,620 --> 00:16:59,871
Si j'étais restée dix minutes de plus
dans cette cabine...

270
00:16:59,873 --> 00:17:01,422
Sa femme l'a fait ?

271
00:17:01,424 --> 00:17:03,841
Il disait toujours qu'elle le tuerait
si elle découvrait.

272
00:17:03,843 --> 00:17:05,660
En ce moment,
tout l'entourage de John Cutler

273
00:17:05,662 --> 00:17:06,961
a un intêret.

274
00:17:06,963 --> 00:17:10,047
Je viens de lancer cette société,

275
00:17:10,049 --> 00:17:12,917
et ne touche pas encore
dans les grosses commissions.

276
00:17:12,919 --> 00:17:17,305
Donc je vais à un ou deux rendez-vous
dans le mois...

277
00:17:17,307 --> 00:17:19,273
 pour payer mon loyer.

278
00:17:19,275 --> 00:17:22,610
Ce n'est pas comme
si j'étais une criminelle ou autre.

279
00:17:22,612 --> 00:17:24,178
En fait, Abby, d'après la loi,

280
00:17:24,180 --> 00:17:25,730
c'est exactement ce que vous êtes.

281
00:17:25,732 --> 00:17:29,350
Pour ce que ça vaut,
après ça, j’arrête.

282
00:17:29,352 --> 00:17:30,902
Je m'en vais.

283
00:17:30,904 --> 00:17:33,154
Évidement je vais coopérer,
 mais si on pouvait

284
00:17:33,156 --> 00:17:34,989
garder ça entre nous ?

285
00:17:34,991 --> 00:17:36,824
Combien de fois vous êtes
vous rencontrés avec Cutler ?

286
00:17:36,826 --> 00:17:38,659
Depuis un moment,
peut-être une fois par mois.

287
00:17:38,661 --> 00:17:39,744
C'est bizarre.

288
00:17:39,746 --> 00:17:41,045
On a examiné
ses registres d'appels,

289
00:17:41,047 --> 00:17:43,864
celui de la maison et de son portable,
votre numéro n'y est pas.

290
00:17:43,866 --> 00:17:47,368
Il a dit avoir
un téléphone spécial pour moi.

291
00:17:49,137 --> 00:17:51,005
Voyez par vous-même.

292
00:17:53,208 --> 00:17:54,592
Mon petit singe, je dois y aller,

293
00:17:54,594 --> 00:17:56,761
mais je te dis merde,
d'accord ?

294
00:17:56,763 --> 00:17:57,962
Attends une minute.

295
00:17:57,964 --> 00:18:00,014
On ne dit pas ça dans le cheerleading,
n'est-ce pas ?

296
00:18:00,016 --> 00:18:02,133
Car tu pourrais vraiment
te casser une jambe,

297
00:18:02,135 --> 00:18:04,101
si une de ces gamines du bas

298
00:18:04,103 --> 00:18:07,338
te laisse tomber
 quand tu fais un double saut,

299
00:18:07,340 --> 00:18:09,907
ou autre chose.

300
00:18:09,909 --> 00:18:12,159
Un double flip.
Oui, je le savais.

301
00:18:12,161 --> 00:18:15,613
Je vais juste te dire
de les évincer.

302
00:18:15,615 --> 00:18:17,481
Et ça ?
Je t'aime très fort.

303
00:18:17,483 --> 00:18:19,367
Amuse-toi bien.
Appelle-moi après.

304
00:18:20,370 --> 00:18:23,788
Je suis vraiment désolé. Viens par ici.

305
00:18:23,790 --> 00:18:26,541
Merci, Danny.

306
00:18:26,543 --> 00:18:29,260
Tu n'avais pas à te précipiter ici.

307
00:18:29,262 --> 00:18:31,078
Gracie ne sera pas déçue
 que tu ne sois pas là-bas

308
00:18:31,080 --> 00:18:32,213
pour l'encourager ?

309
00:18:32,215 --> 00:18:34,799
L'année dernière
au championnat national,

310
00:18:34,801 --> 00:18:36,517
les juges ont dit
que je criais trop fort,

311
00:18:36,519 --> 00:18:39,520
que je les distrayais,
donc je suis sûr que ça ira.

312
00:18:39,522 --> 00:18:40,786
Si tu as besoin de quelque chose,
dis-le moi.

313
00:18:41,641 --> 00:18:43,474
Merci.

314
00:18:47,230 --> 00:18:48,362
Tu vas bien ?

315
00:18:48,364 --> 00:18:50,064
Oui, enfin...

316
00:18:50,066 --> 00:18:52,450
J'ai fait une excursion
avec ce gars, tu sais ?

317
00:18:52,452 --> 00:18:54,652
- Je veux celui qui a fait ça.
- Je sais.

318
00:18:54,654 --> 00:18:56,070
Dis-moi juste ce que je dois faire.

319
00:18:56,072 --> 00:18:57,154
On a le portable de John Cutler,

320
00:18:57,156 --> 00:18:58,939
- mais il est crypté.
- J'imagine pouvoir

321
00:18:58,941 --> 00:19:00,708
passer voir Toast,
voir ce qu'il peut faire.

322
00:19:00,710 --> 00:19:02,877
Je dois te dire, je pense que même
Toast a du mal avec celui-ci.

323
00:19:02,879 --> 00:19:04,045
On va le passer à un plus gros calibre.

324
00:19:04,047 --> 00:19:07,114
Gros calibre ? Comme qui ?
Que veux-tu dire ?

325
00:19:07,116 --> 00:19:08,666
Quelqu'un comme moi.

326
00:19:09,668 --> 00:19:11,919
Je vais le montrer à un de mes vieux
contact du département de la défense,

327
00:19:11,921 --> 00:19:13,054
voir s'il ne peut pas le décrypter.

328
00:19:13,056 --> 00:19:14,338
Je t'en remercie, Joe.

329
00:19:14,340 --> 00:19:16,223
Tu veux faire une balade ?

330
00:19:16,225 --> 00:19:18,059
Bien sûr.

331
00:19:18,061 --> 00:19:19,293
D'accord, mais je conduis.

332
00:19:19,295 --> 00:19:21,295
C'est l'histoire de ma vie.

333
00:19:22,682 --> 00:19:23,931
Chin, qu'as-tu ?

334
00:19:23,933 --> 00:19:25,966
Notre victime avait
 un second portable

335
00:19:25,968 --> 00:19:27,602
qu'il utilisait
pour contacter Abby Maxwell.

336
00:19:27,604 --> 00:19:28,653
Probablement un pré-payé

337
00:19:28,655 --> 00:19:29,687
dont sa femme n'était pas au courant.

338
00:19:29,689 --> 00:19:31,355
S'il avait un second téléphone,

339
00:19:31,357 --> 00:19:32,440
le nettoyeur a pu le manquer.

340
00:19:32,442 --> 00:19:34,408
Je t'envois le numéro.

341
00:19:37,812 --> 00:19:39,614
J'ai un résultat.

342
00:19:39,616 --> 00:19:41,282
Je lance le traçage.

343
00:19:43,135 --> 00:19:44,702
Il bouge.

344
00:19:45,203 --> 00:19:47,438
Cath, où il est ?

345
00:19:49,958 --> 00:19:52,043
Très bien, tourne à droite.

346
00:19:56,048 --> 00:19:58,299
- Il est juste devant.
- Quelle distance ?

347
00:19:59,217 --> 00:20:00,551
Environ 90 m.

348
00:20:00,553 --> 00:20:02,269
Il est en face de nous.

349
00:20:03,055 --> 00:20:05,890
Là ! C'est la voiture de Cutler.

350
00:20:10,395 --> 00:20:12,113
Mains sur le tableau de bord !

351
00:20:12,115 --> 00:20:13,447
Maintenant !

352
00:20:14,616 --> 00:20:16,450
Ne bougez pas, mec.

353
00:20:16,452 --> 00:20:18,202
Sortez de la voiture doucement.

354
00:20:18,204 --> 00:20:19,704
Mettez les mains derrière la tête,

355
00:20:19,706 --> 00:20:20,788
entrecroisez vos doigts.

356
00:20:20,790 --> 00:20:23,124
Tournez-vous. Face à la voiture.

357
00:20:23,126 --> 00:20:24,742
Écartez les jambes.

358
00:20:24,744 --> 00:20:26,494
Je ne l'ai pas volée,
je te le jure !

359
00:20:26,496 --> 00:20:27,912
Les clefs étaient sur le contact !

360
00:20:27,914 --> 00:20:29,497
De quoi vous parlez ?

361
00:20:29,499 --> 00:20:31,082
Je me baladais autour de Kalihi.

362
00:20:31,084 --> 00:20:32,633
J'ai vu la vitre ouverte,
avec les clefs,

363
00:20:32,635 --> 00:20:34,752
j'ai pensé
 qu'un gars l'avait abandonnée.

364
00:20:34,754 --> 00:20:37,138
Mettez les mains dans le dos.

365
00:20:37,140 --> 00:20:38,089
Maintenant.

366
00:20:38,091 --> 00:20:39,006
Je m'en occupe.

367
00:20:39,008 --> 00:20:41,509
Steve, je ne vois pas le portable,

368
00:20:41,511 --> 00:20:43,010
et il ne l'a pas sur lui.

369
00:20:43,012 --> 00:20:44,595
- Je vais vérifier le coffre.
- Asseyez-vous.

370
00:20:50,185 --> 00:20:51,485
Est-il là-dedans ?

371
00:21:16,750 --> 00:21:19,100
Quand as-tu changé tes amortisseurs
pour la dernière fois, Joe ?

372
00:21:19,101 --> 00:21:21,335
Il y a environ un an.

373
00:21:21,337 --> 00:21:22,569
Avec les supports aussi ?

374
00:21:22,571 --> 00:21:24,504
Car je dois dire,
ressentir comme si peut-être

375
00:21:24,506 --> 00:21:26,489
ta suspension peut être
morte juste un peu.

376
00:21:26,491 --> 00:21:28,291
Elle a une bonne maniabilité.

377
00:21:30,161 --> 00:21:32,045
Tu n'as pas senti ça ?
Quand on a passé la crevasse,

378
00:21:32,047 --> 00:21:33,797
j'ai cru que j'allais vomir...

379
00:21:33,799 --> 00:21:35,799
Je n'ai rien senti.

380
00:21:36,935 --> 00:21:39,269
Certains aiment une virée
plus souple que d'autres.

381
00:21:39,271 --> 00:21:40,804
Je n'ai pas à juger.

382
00:21:40,806 --> 00:21:42,839
Tu aimes, c'est ta voiture,
c'est bien.

383
00:21:42,841 --> 00:21:45,192
Là, tu n'as pas senti ?
Ce n'était pas... ?

384
00:21:45,194 --> 00:21:47,894
C'est ça que Steve et toi faites ?

385
00:21:47,896 --> 00:21:49,646
Vous vous chamaillez dans la voiture
comme un vieux couple marié ?

386
00:21:49,648 --> 00:21:52,065
Chamaillez ?
On se chamaille pas.

387
00:21:52,067 --> 00:21:54,117
Bien sûr des fois on s'engeule,
c'est sûr,

388
00:21:54,119 --> 00:21:55,202
mais on ne... aucune chamaillerie.

389
00:21:55,204 --> 00:21:57,187
Et si on changeait de sujet ?

390
00:21:57,189 --> 00:21:58,572
Ce serait bien.

391
00:21:58,574 --> 00:22:01,408
Steve m'a demandé d'entrer
en contact avec Doris.

392
00:22:02,827 --> 00:22:05,078
C'est logique.

393
00:22:05,080 --> 00:22:07,214
Il a des questions,
et elle peut avoir les réponses.

394
00:22:07,216 --> 00:22:08,582
Ce que je ne lui ai pas dit c'était

395
00:22:08,584 --> 00:22:11,084
que j’essaie de la trouver
depuis plus d'un mois.

396
00:22:11,086 --> 00:22:12,552
Je ne lui ai pas parlé depuis la nuit
où elle a mis

397
00:22:12,554 --> 00:22:14,204
Adam et Kono sur ce cargo.

398
00:22:14,206 --> 00:22:17,373
Et la rumeur dit que
quand elle a quitté le pays,

399
00:22:17,375 --> 00:22:19,342
de vieux ennemis ont refait surface.

400
00:22:19,344 --> 00:22:21,428
Quoi, elle est en cavale ?

401
00:22:21,430 --> 00:22:22,512
Ou pire.

402
00:22:22,514 --> 00:22:24,398
Ou pire ?

403
00:22:24,400 --> 00:22:25,932
Tu vas dire quoi à steve ?

404
00:22:25,934 --> 00:22:27,350
Je ne peux rien lui dire.

405
00:22:27,352 --> 00:22:28,852
Je n'ai aucune confirmation.

406
00:22:28,854 --> 00:22:30,604
Ce que j’espère c'est que

407
00:22:30,606 --> 00:22:32,773
tu lui dises de ne pas s'en mêler

408
00:22:32,775 --> 00:22:34,825
et laisser faire les choses.

409
00:22:34,827 --> 00:22:36,410
Car on a secoué la fourmillière,

410
00:22:36,412 --> 00:22:38,078
Dieu sait ce qui va en sortir.

411
00:22:38,080 --> 00:22:39,413
Je vais parler à Steve.

412
00:22:39,415 --> 00:22:41,114
Comment sais-tu
qu'il va m'écouter ?

413
00:22:41,116 --> 00:22:42,398
Parce qu'il te fait confiance.

414
00:22:42,400 --> 00:22:44,918
En me regardant,
il voit des arrières-pensées.

415
00:22:44,920 --> 00:22:46,870
Il te regarde,
il voit juste un ami.

416
00:22:46,872 --> 00:22:48,622
Je pourrais dire à Steve

417
00:22:48,624 --> 00:22:50,424
ce que tu veux que je lui dise
et il va répondre,

418
00:22:50,426 --> 00:22:51,875
"Ok, c'est bien"
et il va partir

419
00:22:51,877 --> 00:22:53,043
et faire ce qu'il veut.

420
00:22:53,045 --> 00:22:54,511
Et tu sais quoi.

421
00:22:54,513 --> 00:22:55,796
Donc mon conseil est,

422
00:22:55,798 --> 00:22:57,547
confirme-moi ses rumeurs,

423
00:22:57,549 --> 00:23:00,133
découvre la vérité,
et dis-la à Steve.

424
00:23:00,135 --> 00:23:01,351
Car toi et moi savons

425
00:23:01,353 --> 00:23:03,470
qu'il ne va pas arrêter
avant de l'avoir.

426
00:23:06,924 --> 00:23:08,391
Tu es sûr que c'était
les hommes de Sato ?

427
00:23:08,393 --> 00:23:09,425
Je ne sais pas.

428
00:23:09,427 --> 00:23:11,144
Ça pourrait être les Triades.

429
00:23:11,146 --> 00:23:12,229
Voilà ce que tu dois faire.

430
00:23:12,231 --> 00:23:13,647
Tu dois quitter Hong-kong.

431
00:23:13,649 --> 00:23:15,982
Tu dois aller dans un des refuges
de Doris, compris ?

432
00:23:17,269 --> 00:23:18,268
Kono...

433
00:23:18,270 --> 00:23:19,286
Pas sans Adam.

434
00:23:19,288 --> 00:23:20,287
Tu es toujours une cible.

435
00:23:20,289 --> 00:23:21,538
Ils ne vont pas t'enlever

436
00:23:21,540 --> 00:23:23,073
de leur liste juste
parce qu'ils ont Adam.

437
00:23:23,075 --> 00:23:24,491
Je ne pars pas sans lui, Chin.

438
00:23:24,493 --> 00:23:25,492
Kono, écoute-moi !

439
00:23:25,494 --> 00:23:26,827
En quoi tu vas aider

440
00:23:26,829 --> 00:23:28,161
Adam si tu es morte.

441
00:23:29,881 --> 00:23:32,299
Quitte Hong-Kong.

442
00:23:32,301 --> 00:23:34,835
Laisse-nous nous occuper
de faire sortir Adam.

443
00:23:34,837 --> 00:23:38,221
Il s'est rendu pour moi.

444
00:23:38,223 --> 00:23:40,724
Il s'est sacrifié
pour que je puisse m'en aller.

445
00:23:40,726 --> 00:23:42,225
On va le trouver.

446
00:23:42,227 --> 00:23:44,010
Je te promets.

447
00:23:44,012 --> 00:23:47,597
Maintenant, s'il te plait,
tu feras ce que je te demande ?

448
00:23:47,599 --> 00:23:50,150
Cousin, je t'aime,
mais je dois faire ça.

449
00:23:54,605 --> 00:23:55,638
D'accord, écoute.

450
00:23:55,640 --> 00:23:57,607
La police d'Honolulu
a sondé la zone

451
00:23:57,609 --> 00:23:59,276
où notre petit voleur de voiture
a trouvé l'Impala.

452
00:23:59,278 --> 00:24:01,278
Hélas, il n'y a  là-bas
aucune caméra de trafic,

453
00:24:01,280 --> 00:24:03,113
donc on ignore
qui l'a abandonnée.

454
00:24:03,115 --> 00:24:03,997
Et toi ?

455
00:24:03,999 --> 00:24:04,998
Tu as quelque chose ?

456
00:24:05,000 --> 00:24:06,249
Le portable qui nous a menés à Cutler ?

457
00:24:06,251 --> 00:24:08,118
J'ai trouvé un truc
 intéressant dedans.

458
00:24:08,120 --> 00:24:09,085
Quoi ?

459
00:24:09,087 --> 00:24:10,754
D'accord,
donc selon Abby,

460
00:24:10,756 --> 00:24:12,989
Cutler n'utilisait ce téléphone
que pour la contacter.

461
00:24:12,991 --> 00:24:14,758
 Mais...

462
00:24:14,760 --> 00:24:16,826
regarde ça.

463
00:24:16,828 --> 00:24:20,297
Le dernier numéro composé
par Cutler était différent.

464
00:24:20,299 --> 00:24:21,664
 Et regarde l'heure.

465
00:24:21,666 --> 00:24:23,817
22 h 51.

466
00:24:23,819 --> 00:24:25,385
C'est deux minutes
après le début des tirs,

467
00:24:25,387 --> 00:24:27,837
ce qui veut dire
que Cutler n'est pas mort instantanément...

468
00:24:27,839 --> 00:24:30,023
Il a été en vie assez
longtemps pour téléphoner.

469
00:24:30,025 --> 00:24:31,892
- Laisse-moi regarder.
- Exactement.

470
00:24:34,446 --> 00:24:35,845
Nous sommes désolés...

471
00:24:35,847 --> 00:24:37,180
Déconnecté ?

472
00:24:37,182 --> 00:24:38,615
Probablement un pré-payé.

473
00:24:38,617 --> 00:24:39,783
Ok donc ce mec,

474
00:24:39,785 --> 00:24:41,517
il prend deux balles à courte portée,
il se vide de son sang.

475
00:24:41,519 --> 00:24:44,037
Il n'appelle pas les urgences,
mais un numéro mystérieux.

476
00:24:44,039 --> 00:24:46,156
On doit trouver
qui était à l'autre bout.

477
00:24:47,359 --> 00:24:49,075
Chin.

478
00:24:49,077 --> 00:24:50,460
J'arrive.

479
00:24:54,182 --> 00:24:55,782
Cutler avait un tas de documents secrets

480
00:24:55,784 --> 00:24:57,801
sur son disque dur,
tous en rapport avec

481
00:24:57,803 --> 00:24:59,836
divers projets militaires de Palek.

482
00:24:59,838 --> 00:25:00,971
Attends. Cutler n'avait pas

483
00:25:00,973 --> 00:25:02,806
habilitation de sécurité,
Comment a-t-il le renseignement ?

484
00:25:02,808 --> 00:25:03,807
De sa femme.

485
00:25:03,809 --> 00:25:04,941
Il a installé

486
00:25:04,943 --> 00:25:06,476
un puissant virus

487
00:25:06,478 --> 00:25:07,677
sur l'ordinateur de Sandra Cutler,

488
00:25:07,679 --> 00:25:10,564
donc il a pu accéder

489
00:25:10,566 --> 00:25:11,815
à tous ses fichiers, e-mails, tout.

490
00:25:11,817 --> 00:25:14,317
Donc non seulement ce gars violait
les clauses du mariage

491
00:25:14,319 --> 00:25:15,852
mais aussi son intimité

492
00:25:15,854 --> 00:25:17,553
et son habilitation de sécurité.

493
00:25:17,555 --> 00:25:18,939
Et maintenant c'est là où
ça devient intéressant.

494
00:25:18,941 --> 00:25:20,240
Il s'avère que régulièrement Cutler

495
00:25:20,242 --> 00:25:23,443
téléchargeait des données
confidentielles sur disque amovible.

496
00:25:24,495 --> 00:25:26,363
On dirait qu'il espionnait
pour quelqu'un.

497
00:25:26,365 --> 00:25:28,248
C'est ce qu'on a pensé.

498
00:25:28,250 --> 00:25:29,666
Si tu as raison,

499
00:25:29,668 --> 00:25:31,668
ça expliquerait
d'où vient tout son argent.

500
00:25:31,670 --> 00:25:33,536
Ça expliquerait aussi
pourquoi il a été tué.

501
00:25:33,538 --> 00:25:36,072
Le type de personnes qui payeraient
Cutler pour espionner

502
00:25:36,074 --> 00:25:38,174
ne réfléchieraient pas à deux fois
pour le tuer

503
00:25:38,176 --> 00:25:39,843
si leur relation tournait mal, non ?

504
00:25:39,845 --> 00:25:41,845
Si Cutler a vendu des infos classées,

505
00:25:41,847 --> 00:25:43,129
qui est l'acheteur ?

506
00:25:43,131 --> 00:25:44,747
J'ai vérifié avec mes amis

507
00:25:44,749 --> 00:25:46,049
du contre-espionnage du FBI,

508
00:25:46,051 --> 00:25:48,468
et ils disent que les plus suspectés

509
00:25:48,470 --> 00:25:50,804
sont ce trio de compagnies privées.

510
00:25:50,806 --> 00:25:52,939
Himmel Aérospatiale et Défense.

511
00:25:52,941 --> 00:25:54,274
C'est le rival principal de Palek.

512
00:25:54,276 --> 00:25:57,310
Regardez l'un des noms
de leurs filiales.

513
00:25:57,312 --> 00:25:59,062
Kahiku société de gestion ?

514
00:25:59,064 --> 00:26:01,982
Ils louent la cabine
où Cutler a été tué.

515
00:26:01,984 --> 00:26:03,366
Ça ne peut pas
être une coïncidence.

516
00:26:03,368 --> 00:26:05,452
Jusqu'à présent,
on pensait que c'était un endroit

517
00:26:05,454 --> 00:26:07,203
que Cutler utilisait
pour amener Abby Maxwell,

518
00:26:07,205 --> 00:26:08,872
et si c'était aussi un endroit de dépôt

519
00:26:08,874 --> 00:26:10,206
pour ces disques durs ?

520
00:26:10,208 --> 00:26:12,042
Chin, qui dirige
les opérations de Himmel

521
00:26:12,044 --> 00:26:13,609
sur l’île ?

522
00:26:13,611 --> 00:26:15,345
Ce serait Lee Benner.

523
00:26:15,347 --> 00:26:16,329
Allons dire bonjour.

524
00:26:25,056 --> 00:26:28,637
Donc vous nous accusez
de contre-espionnage et de meurtre.

525
00:26:28,927 --> 00:26:30,009
C'est absurde.

526
00:26:30,011 --> 00:26:32,011
John Cutler a été abattu par balles

527
00:26:32,013 --> 00:26:33,730
dans une cabane isolée
gérée par votre société.

528
00:26:33,732 --> 00:26:35,682
Vous allez me dire
que ce n'est qu'une coïncidence ?

529
00:26:36,735 --> 00:26:38,151
Si c'est ce qu'il s'est passé.

530
00:26:38,153 --> 00:26:39,552
Que voulez vous dire par,
"Si c'est ce qu'il s'est passé" ?

531
00:26:39,554 --> 00:26:40,820
J'étais là,
j'ai vu ce qu'il s'est passé.

532
00:26:40,822 --> 00:26:41,988
Je suis désolé,

533
00:26:41,990 --> 00:26:43,823
mais je n'ai rien entendu
sur un meurtre

534
00:26:43,825 --> 00:26:45,942
dans une de nos propriétés,
donc...

535
00:26:45,944 --> 00:26:47,527
vous devez faire erreur.

536
00:26:52,116 --> 00:26:55,001
Il n'y a pas eu d'erreur.

537
00:26:55,003 --> 00:26:58,288
Vos gars ont tué Cutler
et vous les couvrez.

538
00:26:58,290 --> 00:26:59,956
Montrez-moi des preuves.

539
00:27:08,015 --> 00:27:10,850
Demandez et vous en recevrez.

540
00:27:10,852 --> 00:27:11,801
C'est quoi ?

541
00:27:11,803 --> 00:27:13,186
C'est un rapport d'analyse.

542
00:27:13,188 --> 00:27:14,938
Vous voyez, nous avons relié
les traces de pneu

543
00:27:14,940 --> 00:27:17,223
trouvées sur la scène de crime
à un van

544
00:27:17,225 --> 00:27:19,109
enregistré au nom de votre société.

545
00:27:19,693 --> 00:27:21,778
En quoi c'est une preuve ?

546
00:27:21,780 --> 00:27:23,730
Pourquoi ne pas nous raconter
ce qu'il s'est passé avec Cutler.

547
00:27:23,732 --> 00:27:25,565
Il a augmenté son prix
et ça vous a énervé ?

548
00:27:25,567 --> 00:27:27,567
Vous avez pensé qu'il avait
été compromis. Que s'est-il passé ?

549
00:27:27,569 --> 00:27:29,235
Que s'est-il passé ?

550
00:27:30,539 --> 00:27:32,071
Oui, Cutler espionnait pour nous.

551
00:27:32,073 --> 00:27:34,774
On a nettoyé la scène de crime.

552
00:27:34,776 --> 00:27:36,242
Mais, allez, on ne l'a pas tué.

553
00:27:36,244 --> 00:27:37,794
Bien s...
Je suis désolé, exact.

554
00:27:37,796 --> 00:27:39,946
Donc quelqu'un d'autre le tue
et vous le couvrez ?

555
00:27:39,948 --> 00:27:40,997
Ça n'a aucun sens.

556
00:27:40,999 --> 00:27:42,415
- C'est la vérité.
- Vraiment ?

557
00:27:42,417 --> 00:27:44,968
Nous ne voulions pas qu'on puisse
relier Cutler à nous.

558
00:27:44,970 --> 00:27:47,170
On l'a couvert.

559
00:27:47,172 --> 00:27:49,839
Cutler nous fournissait
de bons renseignements.

560
00:27:49,841 --> 00:27:51,791
Il n'y avait
 aucune raison de le tuer.

561
00:27:51,793 --> 00:27:53,226
En réalité,
 on a essayé de le sauver.

562
00:27:53,228 --> 00:27:55,428
Quoi ? De quoi vous parlez ?

563
00:27:55,430 --> 00:27:57,397
Il nous a appelés à l'aide
après s'être fait tirer dessus.

564
00:27:57,399 --> 00:27:58,681
Et je peux aussi le prouver.

565
00:27:58,683 --> 00:28:00,683
On avait un téléphone pour rester
en contact avec lui...

566
00:28:00,685 --> 00:28:02,769
On sait pour le téléphone.
Que s'est-il passé après ?

567
00:28:02,771 --> 00:28:04,637
On a envoyé un toubib.

568
00:28:04,639 --> 00:28:06,639
Mais le temps qu'il arrive,

569
00:28:06,641 --> 00:28:08,491
Cutler était déjà mort.

570
00:28:08,493 --> 00:28:09,859
Après ça, on était

571
00:28:09,861 --> 00:28:11,694
inquiets de contrôler la situation.

572
00:28:11,696 --> 00:28:12,779
Contrôler les dommages.

573
00:28:12,781 --> 00:28:14,164
Vous devriez commencer
 à vous inquiéter

574
00:28:14,166 --> 00:28:15,532
de votre défense, car là maintenant

575
00:28:15,534 --> 00:28:16,866
vous risquez l'obstruction à la justice

576
00:28:16,868 --> 00:28:18,818
et complicité après le fait.

577
00:28:18,820 --> 00:28:21,454
Vous m'avez découvert.

578
00:28:22,456 --> 00:28:23,873
Mais...

579
00:28:23,875 --> 00:28:26,509
peut-être...

580
00:28:26,511 --> 00:28:28,428
on pourrait s’entraider.

581
00:28:28,430 --> 00:28:29,679
À quoi pensez-vous ?

582
00:28:29,681 --> 00:28:33,600
Et si je disais que...

583
00:28:33,602 --> 00:28:36,436
au cours du nettoyage
de la scène de crime,

584
00:28:36,438 --> 00:28:38,521
mon équipe...

585
00:28:38,523 --> 00:28:41,057
a gardé des preuves.

586
00:28:42,193 --> 00:28:43,943
Preuve qui pourrait
vous aider à attraper

587
00:28:43,945 --> 00:28:45,945
celui qui a tué Cutler.

588
00:28:49,700 --> 00:28:51,734
Quelle pagaille.

589
00:28:51,736 --> 00:28:53,236
Avec toutes les contaminations,
on sera chanceux

590
00:28:53,238 --> 00:28:55,371
à découvrir une seule empreinte
de tous ces trucs.

591
00:28:55,373 --> 00:28:56,573
Fais de ton mieux.
C'est tout ce qu'on a pour continuer.

592
00:29:49,793 --> 00:29:51,427
Quand il avait 5 ans,

593
00:29:51,429 --> 00:29:52,879
j'ai demandé à mon fils Steve

594
00:29:52,881 --> 00:29:54,964
ce qu'il voulait faire
quand il serait grand.

595
00:29:54,966 --> 00:29:57,800
"Je veux être policier,
papa, comme toi."

596
00:29:57,802 --> 00:30:00,720
Je lui ai dit...

597
00:30:00,722 --> 00:30:03,690
tout mais pas ça.

598
00:30:27,298 --> 00:30:29,382
Changeons ça, hein ?

599
00:30:38,843 --> 00:30:39,976
Je suis désolé.

600
00:30:41,812 --> 00:30:42,845
Ça va ?

601
00:30:45,299 --> 00:30:47,650
Ça aurait pu finir
avec plus de points de suture.

602
00:30:51,905 --> 00:30:53,472
Qu'est-ce qui te fait rire ?

603
00:30:55,276 --> 00:30:58,077
Je pensais à la dernière fois où
j'ai eu besoin de points de suture.

604
00:30:58,079 --> 00:31:00,113
Bien.

605
00:31:00,115 --> 00:31:01,247
Billy et moi étions

606
00:31:01,249 --> 00:31:02,982
en opération à Kaboul...

607
00:31:04,536 --> 00:31:07,486
J'ai eu cette vilaine coupure
à l'arrière de la tête.

608
00:31:07,488 --> 00:31:09,005
Il aurait fallu

609
00:31:09,007 --> 00:31:10,840
15 ou 20 points de suture
pour la refermer,

610
00:31:10,842 --> 00:31:12,491
mais ils n'avaient que des sparadraps.

611
00:31:15,046 --> 00:31:16,879
Comment tu as fait ?

612
00:31:16,881 --> 00:31:18,681
Billy a juste attrapé

613
00:31:18,683 --> 00:31:21,100
d'énormes touffes de cheveux
autour de la plaie

614
00:31:21,102 --> 00:31:22,468
et les a attachées ensemble.

615
00:31:23,504 --> 00:31:25,221
Comme un lacet.

616
00:31:25,223 --> 00:31:27,023
- Très ingénieux.
- Je sais.

617
00:31:30,728 --> 00:31:33,146
Bien, ça va.

618
00:31:37,201 --> 00:31:39,369
Je ne peux pas croire qu'il soit mort.

619
00:31:46,194 --> 00:31:48,211
Et pour quoi ?

620
00:31:48,213 --> 00:31:51,197
Pour tenter de sauver
un gars comme John Cutler ?

621
00:31:51,199 --> 00:31:52,749
Maintenant, écoute-moi,
d'accord ?

622
00:31:52,751 --> 00:31:55,534
Billy a vu quelqu'un en danger,
et il a réagi, d'accord ?

623
00:31:55,536 --> 00:31:56,886
C'est ce qu'il faisait.

624
00:31:56,888 --> 00:31:59,922
Et le fait qu'il savait
quel genre d'homme était Cutler

625
00:31:59,924 --> 00:32:02,809
et qu'il y soit quand même allé ?

626
00:32:04,061 --> 00:32:06,345
Il était un héros, Catherine.

627
00:32:12,270 --> 00:32:14,220
Je viens d'avoir le labo
au téléphone.

628
00:32:14,222 --> 00:32:16,105
Il y a quelque chose que
vous voudriez voir.

629
00:32:18,892 --> 00:32:20,777
Qu'est-ce que tu as ?

630
00:32:20,779 --> 00:32:22,578
Il n'y avait aucune empreinte

631
00:32:22,580 --> 00:32:24,914
sur aucune douille
de l'arme de notre tireur.

632
00:32:24,916 --> 00:32:26,565
Mais le labo a trouvé
des traces de sang

633
00:32:26,567 --> 00:32:28,284
sur une des balles de l'arme de Billy.

634
00:32:28,286 --> 00:32:29,752
Attends un instant.
Billy a touché le tireur ?

635
00:32:29,754 --> 00:32:31,003
Apparemment.

636
00:32:32,039 --> 00:32:33,206
C'est mon garçon.

637
00:32:33,208 --> 00:32:35,091
Elle a dû le traverser.

638
00:32:35,093 --> 00:32:37,210
Je parie qu'elle a été ancrée
dans la paroi de la cabine

639
00:32:37,212 --> 00:32:39,011
- et notre nettoyeur l'a sortie.
- Tu as lancé une recherche sanguine ?

640
00:32:39,013 --> 00:32:40,179
On a aussi une correspondance.

641
00:32:40,181 --> 00:32:42,048
Le nom de notre tueur est

642
00:32:42,050 --> 00:32:43,683
Jason Kroll.

643
00:32:43,685 --> 00:32:45,101
Il est suspecté
d'être un tueur à gages.

644
00:32:45,103 --> 00:32:47,553
HPD l'a arrêté comme suspect
dans deux cas d'homicide l'an dernier,

645
00:32:47,555 --> 00:32:49,021
mais n'a trouvé aucun lien.

646
00:32:49,023 --> 00:32:51,641
Une idée de qui a engagé
Cutler pour tuer cet homme ?

647
00:32:51,643 --> 00:32:53,092
Mais grâce à son agent de probation,

648
00:32:53,094 --> 00:32:55,445
on a une adresse.
Pourquoi ne pas aller lui demander ?

649
00:32:55,447 --> 00:32:57,613
Jason Kroll ! Five-O !

650
00:32:59,432 --> 00:33:00,616
J'ai du sang.

651
00:33:00,618 --> 00:33:02,368
Bougez.

652
00:33:21,955 --> 00:33:23,256
Jason Kroll ?

653
00:33:23,258 --> 00:33:24,474
Five-O !
Ouvrez la porte !

654
00:33:24,476 --> 00:33:25,641
Jason ?

655
00:33:25,643 --> 00:33:27,176
Nous savons que vous êtes blessé.
Nous pouvons vous aider.

656
00:33:27,178 --> 00:33:28,928
Mais avant tout, nous devons savoir
que vous n'êtes pas armé.

657
00:33:30,765 --> 00:33:32,815
Il est armé.

658
00:33:32,817 --> 00:33:34,484
Tu crois ?

659
00:33:48,148 --> 00:33:49,782
On a besoin d'une ambulance.

660
00:33:53,086 --> 00:33:54,837
Tout de suite,
Catherine, vas-y !

661
00:33:54,839 --> 00:33:56,923
Maintenant !
Une ambulance, vas-y !

662
00:34:01,211 --> 00:34:03,963
Qui vous a engagé
 pour tuer John Cutler ?

663
00:34:03,965 --> 00:34:05,598
Vous ne mourrez pas,
salopard.

664
00:34:05,600 --> 00:34:06,849
Vous m'entendez ?

665
00:34:08,835 --> 00:34:11,637
Qui vous a engagé ?

666
00:34:34,252 --> 00:34:35,203
Tu as quelque chose ?

667
00:34:35,204 --> 00:34:36,521
Rien.

668
00:34:37,022 --> 00:34:38,022
Continue à chercher.

669
00:34:38,024 --> 00:34:39,574
Il doit y avoir quelque chose ici

670
00:34:39,576 --> 00:34:42,160
qui nous dira qui a engagé ce gars.

671
00:34:43,129 --> 00:34:44,212
Les gars ?

672
00:34:44,214 --> 00:34:46,464
Je crois que j'ai quelque chose.

673
00:34:46,466 --> 00:34:48,333
Quoi ?

674
00:34:48,335 --> 00:34:49,718
OK, donc on dirait que

675
00:34:49,720 --> 00:34:51,703
Kroll a été engagé
sur le Réseau Tor.

676
00:34:51,705 --> 00:34:53,305
Qu'est-ce que c'est ?

677
00:34:53,307 --> 00:34:54,673
C'est un peu comme
un internet de l'ombre.

678
00:34:54,675 --> 00:34:56,091
Certaines personnes
l'appellent "le Dark-net".

679
00:34:56,093 --> 00:34:58,593
À l'origine,
ça a été créé par la Navy,

680
00:34:58,595 --> 00:35:00,345
mais de nos jours, c'est utilisé
surtout par des criminels

681
00:35:00,347 --> 00:35:03,765
parce que ça leur permet d'être
complètement anonymes.

682
00:35:03,767 --> 00:35:04,849
Donc tracer une adresse I.P. ?

683
00:35:04,851 --> 00:35:06,935
Ça ne va pas arriver, mais...

684
00:35:06,937 --> 00:35:08,169
j'ai une bonne nouvelle.

685
00:35:08,171 --> 00:35:09,437
D'après ces emails,

686
00:35:09,439 --> 00:35:11,439
Kroll ne voulait pas prendre
 le travail de Cutler

687
00:35:11,441 --> 00:35:12,657
à moins que le client ne se dévoile.

688
00:35:12,659 --> 00:35:13,891
Et ils l'ont fait ?

689
00:35:13,893 --> 00:35:15,110
Pas au début.

690
00:35:15,112 --> 00:35:16,945
Mais ils sont venus.

691
00:35:16,947 --> 00:35:19,564
Là... il semble qu'ils aient
envoyé leur dernier message

692
00:35:19,566 --> 00:35:20,732
en dehors du réseau.

693
00:35:20,734 --> 00:35:23,234
Et cette adresse I.P. est traçable.

694
00:35:23,236 --> 00:35:25,287
Mais j'adorais John.

695
00:35:25,289 --> 00:35:26,955
Pourquoi je l'aurais tué ?

696
00:35:26,957 --> 00:35:28,106
Vous l'aimiez peut-être
plus qu'il ne vous aimait.

697
00:35:28,108 --> 00:35:29,674
Vous vouliez
que John vous emmène loin

698
00:35:29,676 --> 00:35:31,076
de votre petite vie secrète d'escorte,

699
00:35:31,077 --> 00:35:33,378
mais il n'avait pas l'intention
de mettre fin à son mariage.

700
00:35:33,380 --> 00:35:34,913
Une femme méprisée, Abby.

701
00:35:34,915 --> 00:35:36,348
C'est le plus vieux mobile.

702
00:35:36,350 --> 00:35:37,682
Ces emails ?

703
00:35:37,684 --> 00:35:38,850
Ils ont été envoyés au tireur.

704
00:35:38,852 --> 00:35:40,585
On a tracé l'adresse I.P.

705
00:35:40,587 --> 00:35:41,919
Ça a mené direct à ce bureau.

706
00:35:45,809 --> 00:35:48,360
Seulement,
je n'aurais pas pu les envoyer.

707
00:35:48,362 --> 00:35:50,028
Vous voyez la date et l'heure ?

708
00:35:50,030 --> 00:35:53,682
Je n'étais pas là, j'étais
avec un client dans un hôtel à Kalakaua.

709
00:35:53,684 --> 00:35:55,400
Je peux le prouver.

710
00:35:55,402 --> 00:35:58,370
Qui d'autre a accès
 à votre ordinateur ?

711
00:35:58,372 --> 00:35:59,937
Juste mon assistant Andrew.

712
00:36:01,940 --> 00:36:03,074
Il se tire.

713
00:36:25,015 --> 00:36:26,765
Vous auriez dû me laisser mourir.

714
00:36:26,767 --> 00:36:29,067
Andrew, pourquoi aurais-tu fais ça ?

715
00:36:30,319 --> 00:36:32,303
Je t'aime, Abby.

716
00:36:32,305 --> 00:36:33,938
J'ai toujours été
 amoureux de toi.

717
00:36:33,940 --> 00:36:36,307
Je voulais que tu arrêtes.

718
00:36:38,744 --> 00:36:41,363
Un amour non partagé.

719
00:36:41,365 --> 00:36:43,748
C'est le second plus vieux mobile.

720
00:37:23,290 --> 00:37:24,406
Quand es-tu rentré ?

721
00:37:24,408 --> 00:37:26,958
Tu me connais,
je vais et viens comme bon me semble.

722
00:37:28,661 --> 00:37:31,362
La famille est saine et sauve,
profondément endormie.

723
00:37:31,364 --> 00:37:34,132
Je suppose que tu n'es pas entré
par effraction chez moi

724
00:37:34,134 --> 00:37:36,200
juste pour dire bonjour ?

725
00:37:36,202 --> 00:37:40,055
Quand John McGarrett enquêtait
sur la mort de sa femme,

726
00:37:40,057 --> 00:37:43,258
il a trouvé beaucoup de preuves,
des bribes.

727
00:37:43,260 --> 00:37:47,062
Tout ne était pas clair
pour lui à l'époque.

728
00:37:47,064 --> 00:37:49,180
Tu reconnais ces chiffres ?

729
00:37:51,517 --> 00:37:53,885
Je ne peux pas dire que oui.

730
00:37:53,887 --> 00:37:56,220
C'est un compte extraterritorial.

731
00:37:56,222 --> 00:37:58,723
La CIA l'utilisait
pour financer les opérations secrètes.

732
00:37:58,725 --> 00:38:01,326
Si j'ai donné ces chiffres
à un de mes amis journaliste

733
00:38:01,328 --> 00:38:02,727
et il a commencé à creuser,

734
00:38:02,729 --> 00:38:05,563
qui sait ce qu'il pourrait trouver.

735
00:38:05,565 --> 00:38:07,532
Ou à quelle hauteur ça va.

736
00:38:07,534 --> 00:38:09,167
Que veux-tu ?

737
00:38:09,169 --> 00:38:10,168
Doris McGarrett.

738
00:38:10,170 --> 00:38:12,170
J'ai besoin d'une adresse
 et d'un numéro de téléphone.

739
00:38:13,038 --> 00:38:14,372
Suis mon conseil, Joe,

740
00:38:14,374 --> 00:38:16,341
et éloigne-toi.

741
00:38:16,343 --> 00:38:18,176
Celui-ci est trop élevé.

742
00:38:18,178 --> 00:38:19,761
Steve McGarrett
veut des réponses, Sam.

743
00:38:19,763 --> 00:38:21,880
Il ne partira pas avant d'en avoir.

744
00:38:24,884 --> 00:38:26,601
Je vais te dire.

745
00:38:26,603 --> 00:38:28,887
Parce que nous sommes amis...

746
00:38:28,889 --> 00:38:30,972
je vais te donner les infos
que tu veux sur Doris.

747
00:38:30,974 --> 00:38:33,424
Tu peux décider
combien tu veux en partager

748
00:38:33,426 --> 00:38:35,360
avec son fils obstiné.

749
00:38:35,362 --> 00:38:38,146
C'est peut-être
 la meilleure partie du courage

750
00:38:38,148 --> 00:38:39,781
de le garder dans l'ignorance...

751
00:38:39,783 --> 00:38:42,266
une fois que tu auras entendu
 ce que j'ai à dire.

752
00:38:47,439 --> 00:38:51,275
Oh, Seigneur, donne
 à Billy le repos éternel.

753
00:38:51,277 --> 00:38:53,928
Et que la lumière éternelle
brille sur lui.

754
00:38:53,930 --> 00:38:58,282
Que son âme et celles
de tous les fidèles défunts,

755
00:38:58,284 --> 00:39:01,219
par la grâce de Dieu,
 reposent en paix.

756
00:39:09,678 --> 00:39:10,728
Prêts.

757
00:39:10,730 --> 00:39:11,813
Armez.

758
00:39:11,815 --> 00:39:13,598
Feu.

759
00:39:13,600 --> 00:39:15,099
Prêts.

760
00:39:15,101 --> 00:39:16,050
Armez.

761
00:39:16,052 --> 00:39:19,136
Feu.

762
00:39:19,138 --> 00:39:20,405
Prêts.

763
00:39:20,407 --> 00:39:21,773
Armez. Feu.

764
00:40:48,161 --> 00:40:50,495
Je voulais dire que je suis
vraiment désolée, M. Harrington.

765
00:40:50,497 --> 00:40:51,746
Merci. Tom.

766
00:40:51,748 --> 00:40:52,780
Appellez-moi Tom.

767
00:40:52,782 --> 00:40:55,399
Il parlait beaucoup de vous,
vous savez.

768
00:40:55,401 --> 00:40:57,335
Il disait que vous étiez

769
00:40:57,337 --> 00:40:59,236
beaucoup plus que père et fils.

770
00:40:59,238 --> 00:41:01,005
Que vous étiez de vrais amis.

771
00:41:01,840 --> 00:41:03,908
C'était un bon garçon.

772
00:41:03,910 --> 00:41:05,293
Le meilleur.

773
00:41:05,295 --> 00:41:06,878
Merci.

774
00:41:18,441 --> 00:41:19,474
Steve ?

775
00:41:21,394 --> 00:41:23,945
Je pense que,

776
00:41:23,947 --> 00:41:26,064
ce n'est pas
le moment ni l'endroit,

777
00:41:26,066 --> 00:41:27,532
mais j'ai des nouvelles de ta mère.

778
00:41:27,534 --> 00:41:29,734
Tu vas me donner l'histoire
complète cette fois ?

779
00:41:29,736 --> 00:41:32,820
Je suis certain que
tu ne me l'a pas donnée l'autre nuit, Joe.

780
00:41:32,822 --> 00:41:34,605
Tu as raison, mais c'est seulement
parce qu'à ce moment là

781
00:41:34,607 --> 00:41:37,292
je ne voulais pas t'ennuyer avec
ce qui n'était qu'une intuition,

782
00:41:37,294 --> 00:41:38,876
qui s'est finalement avérée fausse.

783
00:41:38,878 --> 00:41:41,713
Tu pensais qu'elle est morte ?

784
00:41:41,715 --> 00:41:42,613
En effet.

785
00:41:42,615 --> 00:41:43,998
Mais j'ai eu confirmation

786
00:41:44,000 --> 00:41:45,616
que ce n'est pas le cas.

787
00:41:45,618 --> 00:41:48,452
Où est-elle ?
Quand rentre-t-elle ?

788
00:41:48,454 --> 00:41:50,805
Je sais pas.

789
00:41:50,807 --> 00:41:52,340
Et elle non plus.

790
00:41:52,342 --> 00:41:54,342
En tout cas, pas tout de suite.

791
00:41:54,344 --> 00:41:57,595
Doris est de nouveau active.

792
00:41:57,597 --> 00:41:58,813
C'est tout ce que j'ai.

793
00:41:58,815 --> 00:42:00,098
Tout le reste est classé.

794
00:42:00,100 --> 00:42:02,016
C'est top secret.

795
00:42:06,238 --> 00:42:08,690
Je veux que tu continues
à la chercher s'il te plait.

796
00:42:08,692 --> 00:42:10,274
Tu secoues les arbres
et tu la trouves, ok ?

797
00:42:10,276 --> 00:42:11,492
Steve, ta mère est restée cachée
pendant 20 ans.

798
00:42:11,494 --> 00:42:12,827
On ne va pas la trouver.

799
00:42:12,829 --> 00:42:15,813
Elle refera surface
quand elle sera prête.

800
00:42:20,003 --> 00:42:22,337
Quand penses-tu qu'elle le fera ?

801
00:42:22,339 --> 00:42:26,090
Je pense que ce sera quand
elle sera prête à te faire face.

802
00:42:36,001 --> 00:42:37,802
Tu tiens le coup ?

803
00:42:42,141 --> 00:42:44,942
Je ne sais plus où j'en suis.

804
00:42:44,944 --> 00:42:47,011
Je n'arrête pas de me dire

805
00:42:47,013 --> 00:42:49,063
que je n'ai pas fait tout
pour le sauver.

806
00:42:50,516 --> 00:42:51,899
Ne dis pas ça.

807
00:42:51,901 --> 00:42:53,851
Ce qui s'est passé
n'est pas de ta faute.

808
00:42:54,653 --> 00:42:57,288
J'étais censée le soutenir.

809
00:42:57,290 --> 00:43:00,158
Comment ça ne serait pas de ma faute ?

405 : Script VO

1
00:00:11,754 --> 00:00:13,121
Are they still back there?

2
00:00:13,123 --> 00:00:14,823
Still there.

3
00:00:14,825 --> 00:00:16,591
How did they find us?

4
00:00:16,593 --> 00:00:18,593
They pay off people
to spy for them.

5
00:00:18,595 --> 00:00:22,347
Kids, shopkeepers,
even the police.

6
00:00:22,349 --> 00:00:23,965
So it could've been anyone.

7
00:00:23,967 --> 00:00:26,051
We're not safe anywhere.

8
00:00:49,274 --> 00:00:50,742
Quick, pull in here.

9
00:00:54,279 --> 00:00:55,580
Kill the lights.

10
00:01:09,846 --> 00:01:11,846
Okay, so what's the plan?

11
00:01:13,849 --> 00:01:16,935
I'm gonna draw them off you,
off the car.

12
00:01:16,937 --> 00:01:20,271
Tsim Sha Tsui Clock Tower,
you know where that is?

13
00:01:20,273 --> 00:01:22,107
I can find it.

14
00:01:22,908 --> 00:01:24,859
We'll meet there in an hour.

15
00:01:25,828 --> 00:01:27,445
Adam, wait.

16
00:01:32,284 --> 00:01:33,785
You promise?

17
00:01:33,787 --> 00:01:35,486
Yeah.

18
00:01:35,488 --> 00:01:37,288
Yeah, I promise.

19
00:01:42,261 --> 00:01:45,496
I love you, Kono.

20
00:01:45,498 --> 00:01:47,665
I love you, too.

21
00:02:07,204 --> 00:02:09,204
Adam, run.

22
00:02:09,206 --> 00:02:11,339
Adam, what are you doing?

23
00:02:11,341 --> 00:02:13,508
Get out of there.

24
00:03:04,209 --> 00:03:07,512
And I've lost visual again.
Well, luckily,

25
00:03:07,514 --> 00:03:09,564
audio's alive and well.
I don't know, Billy.

26
00:03:09,566 --> 00:03:11,516
I don't think
Sandra Cutler's gonna need

27
00:03:11,518 --> 00:03:13,422
this much evidence
of her husband's infidelity.

28
00:03:13,423 --> 00:03:14,839
You know,

29
00:03:14,841 --> 00:03:16,674
a simple still photo
of those two kissing

30
00:03:16,676 --> 00:03:18,173
would probably be enough
to convince her.

31
00:03:18,198 --> 00:03:18,811
Hey,

32
00:03:18,812 --> 00:03:20,878
she paid us to get the truth;
that's exactly what we're doing.

33
00:03:20,880 --> 00:03:22,514
What she does with
it is her business.

34
00:03:23,482 --> 00:03:25,567
How long have we been
sitting here, anyway?

35
00:03:25,569 --> 00:03:30,105
Three very long... hours.

36
00:03:31,491 --> 00:03:32,991
My butt is totally numb.

37
00:03:35,061 --> 00:03:37,579
Well, what about me? I drank
four bottles of coconut water.

38
00:03:37,581 --> 00:03:40,782
Well, I warned you.

39
00:03:40,784 --> 00:03:43,535
Dehydration is your friend
on a stakeout.

40
00:03:43,537 --> 00:03:45,336
You know, you can use
one of the empties in the back

41
00:03:45,338 --> 00:03:47,255
if you really can't hold it.

42
00:03:47,257 --> 00:03:48,790
It's nothing
I haven't seen before, so...

43
00:03:48,792 --> 00:03:50,341
I am a trained
SEAL, Rollins.

44
00:03:50,343 --> 00:03:51,626
I think I can hold it.

45
00:03:52,411 --> 00:03:54,012
Besides,

46
00:03:54,014 --> 00:03:55,746
it looks like
they're finishing up.

47
00:03:55,748 --> 00:03:58,550
Good, 'cause I want to go
home and take a shower.

48
00:03:58,552 --> 00:04:00,385
Maybe bleach my brain

49
00:04:00,387 --> 00:04:02,470
to rid myself of the image

50
00:04:02,472 --> 00:04:05,023
of naked John Cutler
and his girlfriend.

51
00:04:05,025 --> 00:04:06,891
Hey, you're not gonna quit
on me, are you?

52
00:04:06,893 --> 00:04:08,926

00:15:00,837 --> 00:15:02,536
Okay, if they're
the only tracks

233
00:15:02,538 --> 00:15:05,206
at the scene of the crime, then
the van belonged to our cleaner.

234
00:15:05,208 --> 00:15:07,141
Yeah, the shooter drove
a sedan.

235
00:15:07,143 --> 00:15:09,710
After he left, he must've called
in the cleanup.

236
00:15:09,712 --> 00:15:11,679
All right, well, let's see
if we can locate the van.

237
00:15:11,681 --> 00:15:12,647
What about the cabin?

238
00:15:12,649 --> 00:15:13,931
Do we know who owns the cabin?

239
00:15:13,933 --> 00:15:15,266
Maybe there's a connection
there to Cutler.

240
00:15:15,268 --> 00:15:17,935
Yeah, a couple from Iowa
keep it as a vacation rental,

241
00:15:17,937 --> 00:15:20,154
and Cutler rented it out
for the night

242
00:15:20,156 --> 00:15:21,689
through a Kahiku
Management Company.

243
00:15:21,691 --> 00:15:23,825
He had been using
it a lot

244
00:15:23,827 --> 00:15:24,892
over the past few months,

245
00:15:24,894 --> 00:15:26,327
probably to meet up
with this woman.

246
00:15:26,329 --> 00:15:29,897
I was able to isolate
a screen shot of her.

247
00:15:29,899 --> 00:15:31,565
Who is she?

248
00:15:31,567 --> 00:15:33,067
Her name is Abby Maxwell.

249
00:15:33,069 --> 00:15:35,787
She advertises herself online
as a "companion."

250
00:15:35,789 --> 00:15:38,005
She charges a grand an hour.

251
00:15:38,007 --> 00:15:39,390
Cash only.

252
00:15:39,392 --> 00:15:41,909
I went through Cutler's finances
with a fine-tooth comb.

253
00:15:41,911 --> 00:15:44,078
The girl, the cabin--
he didn't have

254
00:15:44,080 --> 00:15:45,296
that kind of cash
available.

255
00:15:45,298 --> 00:15:48,082
So where's he getting
his money?

256
00:15:49,968 --> 00:15:52,720
Mrs. Cutler,

257
00:15:52,722 --> 00:15:54,972
can you think of any reason
why anybody would want

258
00:15:54,974 --> 00:15:56,307
to kill your husband?

259
00:15:56,309 --> 00:15:57,475
Did he have
any problems at work?

260
00:15:57,477 --> 00:15:59,260
Anybody there he didn't
get along with?

261
00:15:59,262 --> 00:16:02,980
John repaired and upgraded
the office computers.

262
00:16:02,982 --> 00:16:04,198
Whenever the system crashed,

263
00:16:04,200 --> 00:16:06,234
John could always get it
back online.

264
00:16:07,269 --> 00:16:09,203
People were happy to see him.

265
00:16:10,989 --> 00:16:13,040
Sandra, when you first
hired Billy and me,

266
00:16:13,042 --> 00:16:15,493
you said it was because
John had been

267
00:16:15,495 --> 00:16:17,245
acting strangely.

268
00:16:17,247 --> 00:16:19,714
What was the first thing
you noticed that was different?

269
00:16:19,716 --> 00:16:24,218
He put an encryption code
on his laptop,

270
00:16:24,220 --> 00:16:26,454
locking me out.

271
00:16:26,456 --> 00:16:27,972
You assumed
it was another woman.

272
00:16:27,974 --> 00:16:30,425
Is there any chance it could
have been something else?

273
00:16:30,427 --> 00:16:33,461
I honestly have no idea.

274
00:16:35,397 --> 00:16:37,598
We'd like to take
the laptop if we can.

275
00:16:37,600 --> 00:16:39,233
Maybe we can crack the code.

276
00:16:39,235 --> 00:16:42,353
And if we can, maybe we'll find
some answers in there.

277
00:16:47,192 --> 00:16:48,242
May I help you?

278
00:16:48,244 --> 00:16:49,444
I'm here to see Abby Maxwell.

279
00:16:49,446 --> 00:16:50,745
I'm afraid she's with a client.

280
00:16:50,747 --> 00:16:52,447
Lieutenant Chin Ho Kelly,

281
00:16:52,449 --> 00:16:53,814
Five-O.

282
00:16:53,816 --> 00:16:56,150
Tell her I'm here to talk about
last night's client.

283
00:16:56,152 --> 00:16:57,618
This is crazy.

284
00:16:57,620 --> 00:16:59,871
If I had stayed at that cabin
another ten minutes...

285
00:16:59,873 --> 00:17:01,422
Did his wife do it?

286
00:17:01,424 --> 00:17:03,841
He always said she'd kill him
if she found out.

287
00:17:03,843 --> 00:17:05,660
Right now, everyone
in John Cutler's life

288
00:17:05,662 --> 00:17:06,961
is a person of interest.

289
00:17:06,963 --> 00:17:10,047
Look, I just launched this firm,

290
00:17:10,049 --> 00:17:12,917
and I'm not exactly pulling in
the big commissions yet.

291
00:17:12,919 --> 00:17:17,305
So I go on a couple dates
a month...

292
00:17:17,307 --> 00:17:19,273
just to pay my rent.

293
00:17:19,275 --> 00:17:22,610
It's not like
I'm a criminal or anything.

294
00:17:22,612 --> 00:17:24,178
Actually, Abby,
according to the law,

295
00:17:24,180 --> 00:17:25,730
that's exactly what you are.

296
00:17:25,732 --> 00:17:29,350
Well, for what it's worth,
after this, I'm done.

297
00:17:29,352 --> 00:17:30,902
I'm getting out.

298
00:17:30,904 --> 00:17:33,154
Of course I'll cooperate,
but if we could just

299
00:17:33,156 --> 00:17:34,989
keep this between us?

300
00:17:34,991 --> 00:17:36,824
How often
did you and Cutler meet?

301
00:17:36,826 --> 00:17:38,659
For a while, maybe once a month.

302
00:17:38,661 --> 00:17:39,744
That's strange.

303
00:17:39,746 --> 00:17:41,045
We went through his phone logs,

304
00:17:41,047 --> 00:17:43,864
both home and cell--
your number isn't there.

305
00:17:43,866 --> 00:17:47,368
He said he got
a special phone just for me.

306
00:17:49,137 --> 00:17:51,005
See for your yourself.

307
00:17:53,208 --> 00:17:54,592
Hey, monkey, listen,
I got to go,

308
00:17:54,594 --> 00:17:56,761
but I want you
to break a leg, all right?

309
00:17:56,763 --> 00:17:57,962
Ooh, wait a minute.

310
00:17:57,964 --> 00:18:00,014
You don't say that
in cheerleading, do you?

311
00:18:00,016 --> 00:18:02,133
Well, 'cause you could
actually break a leg, you know,

312
00:18:02,135 --> 00:18:04,101
if one of those weak kids
at the bottom

313
00:18:04,103 --> 00:18:07,338
drops you when you're doing
a cutie-pie double,

314
00:18:07,340 --> 00:18:09,907
or whatever it is.

315
00:18:09,909 --> 00:18:12,159
A cupie double.
Yes, I knew that.

316
00:18:12,161 --> 00:18:15,613
Listen, I'm-I'm gonna just say
knock 'em dead.

317
00:18:15,615 --> 00:18:17,481
How about that?
I love you very much.

318
00:18:17,483 --> 00:18:19,367
Have fun, okay?
Call me right after.

319
00:18:19,369 --> 00:18:20,368
Okay, bye.

320
00:18:20,370 --> 00:18:23,788
I'm so sorry. Come here.

321
00:18:23,790 --> 00:18:26,541
Thanks, Danny.

322
00:18:26,543 --> 00:18:29,260
Hey, you didn't have
to rush back here.

323
00:18:29,262 --> 00:18:31,078
Won't Gracie be disappointed
that you're not there

324
00:18:31,080 --> 00:18:32,213
to cheer her on?

325
00:18:32,215 --> 00:18:34,799
Uh, yeah, but, uh,
the last year at the nationals,

326
00:18:34,801 --> 00:18:36,517
the judges said
that I was too loud,

327
00:18:36,519 --> 00:18:39,520
I was distracting them,
so I'm sure she'll be fine.

328
00:18:39,522 --> 00:18:40,786
Anything you need,
just tell me, okay?

329
00:18:40,811 --> 00:18:41,640
Okay.

330
00:18:41,641 --> 00:18:43,474
Thank you.

331
00:18:45,193 --> 00:18:47,228
Hey.

332
00:18:47,230 --> 00:18:48,362
You all right?

333
00:18:48,364 --> 00:18:50,064
Yeah, I mean...

334
00:18:50,066 --> 00:18:52,450
I did a tour with
this guy, you know?

335
00:18:52,452 --> 00:18:54,652
I want who did this.
I know you do.

336
00:18:54,654 --> 00:18:56,070
So just tell me what to do.

337
00:18:56,072 --> 00:18:57,154
We got John
Cutler's laptop,

338
00:18:57,156 --> 00:18:58,939
but it's encrypted.
I guess I could

339
00:18:58,941 --> 00:19:00,708
run it by Toast,
see what he can do.

340
00:19:00,710 --> 00:19:02,877
I got to tell ya, I think even
Toast has trouble with this one.

341
00:19:02,879 --> 00:19:04,045
We're gonna bring in
the big guns.

342
00:19:04,047 --> 00:19:07,114
Big guns? Like who?
What do you mean?

343
00:19:07,116 --> 00:19:08,666
Big guns like me.

344
00:19:09,668 --> 00:19:11,919
I'll take it to
one of my old D.O.D. contacts,

345
00:19:11,921 --> 00:19:13,054
see if he can't crack it.

346
00:19:13,056 --> 00:19:14,338
Appreciate it, Joe.

347
00:19:14,340 --> 00:19:16,223
You want to go for a ride?

348
00:19:16,225 --> 00:19:18,059
Sure.

349
00:19:18,061 --> 00:19:19,293
All right, but I'm driving.

350
00:19:19,295 --> 00:19:21,295
Oh, yeah, yeah, that's
the story of my life.

351
00:19:22,682 --> 00:19:23,931
Chin, what do you got?

352
00:19:23,933 --> 00:19:25,966
So it turns out
our victim had a second phone

353
00:19:25,968 --> 00:19:27,602
he was using
to contact Abby Maxwell.

354
00:19:27,604 --> 00:19:28,653
It's probably a burner

355
00:19:28,655 --> 00:19:29,687
that his wife didn't know about.

356
00:19:29,689 --> 00:19:31,355
Okay, well,
if he had a second phone,

357
00:19:31,357 --> 00:19:32,440
maybe the cleaner missed it.

358
00:19:32,442 --> 00:19:34,408
I'm sending you the number.

359
00:19:37,812 --> 00:19:39,614
Got a hit.

360
00:19:39,616 --> 00:19:41,282
Tracing it now.

361
00:19:43,135 --> 00:19:44,702
It's moving.

362
00:19:45,203 --> 00:19:47,438
Cath, where is he?

363
00:19:49,958 --> 00:19:52,043
All right, make a right up here.

364
00:19:56,048 --> 00:19:58,299
He's just up ahead.
How close?

365
00:19:59,217 --> 00:20:00,551
About a hundred yards.

366
00:20:00,553 --> 00:20:02,269
He's right in front of us.

367
00:20:03,055 --> 00:20:05,890
There! That's Cutler's car.

368
00:20:10,395 --> 00:20:12,113
Hands on the dash!

369
00:20:12,115 --> 00:20:13,447
Right now!

370
00:20:14,616 --> 00:20:16,450
Don't move, buddy.

371
00:20:16,452 --> 00:20:18,202
Get out of the car
real slow.

372
00:20:18,204 --> 00:20:19,704
Put your hands
behind your head,

373
00:20:19,706 --> 00:20:20,788
interlock your fingers.

374
00:20:20,790 --> 00:20:23,124
Turn around.
Face the car.

375
00:20:23,126 --> 00:20:24,742
Spread your legs.

376
00:20:24,744 --> 00:20:26,494
I didn't steal it, brah,
I swear!

377
00:20:26,496 --> 00:20:27,912
The keys were in the ignition!

378
00:20:27,914 --> 00:20:29,497
What are you talking about?

379
00:20:29,499 --> 00:20:31,082
I was just bouncing around
Kalihi.

380
00:20:31,084 --> 00:20:32,633
Saw the windows down,
saw the keys,

381
00:20:32,635 --> 00:20:34,752
I figured some guy
just wanted to dump it.

382
00:20:34,754 --> 00:20:37,138
Put your hands
behind your back.

383
00:20:37,140 --> 00:20:38,089
Now.

384
00:20:38,091 --> 00:20:39,006
I got him.

385
00:20:39,008 --> 00:20:41,509
Steve, I don't see
the phone,

386
00:20:41,511 --> 00:20:43,010
and he doesn't have it
on him.

387
00:20:43,012 --> 00:20:44,595
I'll check the trunk.
Sit down.

388
00:20:50,185 --> 00:20:51,485
Is he in there?

389
00:21:16,750 --> 00:21:19,100
When's the last time
you changed your shocks, Joe?

390
00:21:19,101 --> 00:21:21,335
About a year ago.
Huh.

391
00:21:21,337 --> 00:21:22,569
You do the struts, too?

392
00:21:22,571 --> 00:21:24,504
'Cause I got to say,
feels like maybe

393
00:21:24,506 --> 00:21:26,489
your suspension might be off
just a little bit.

394
00:21:26,491 --> 00:21:28,291
No, she's handling good.

395
00:21:30,161 --> 00:21:32,045
You didn't feel that?
When we went over that dip,

396
00:21:32,047 --> 00:21:33,797
it felt like
I was gonna throw up...

397
00:21:33,799 --> 00:21:35,799
No, no, I did not feel that.

398
00:21:35,801 --> 00:21:36,933
Okay.

399
00:21:36,935 --> 00:21:39,269
Some people like
a looser ride than others.

400
00:21:39,271 --> 00:21:40,804
It's not my place to judge.

401
00:21:40,806 --> 00:21:42,839
You like it, it's your car,
it's fine.

402
00:21:42,841 --> 00:21:45,192
That, you didn't feel though?
That wasn't...?

403
00:21:45,194 --> 00:21:47,894
Is this what you and Steve do?

404
00:21:47,896 --> 00:21:49,646
You bicker in the car
like an old married couple?

405
00:21:49,648 --> 00:21:52,065
Bicker?
No, no, we don't bicker.

406
00:21:52,067 --> 00:21:54,117
I mean, we argue
from time to time, sure,

407
00:21:54,119 --> 00:21:55,202
but we don't-- no bickering.

408
00:21:55,204 --> 00:21:57,187
Well, look, how about
if I change the subject?

409
00:21:57,189 --> 00:21:58,572
That-that would be fine.

410
00:21:58,574 --> 00:22:01,408
Steve asked me to get in touch
with Doris.

411
00:22:02,827 --> 00:22:05,078
Okay, well, I-I mean,
that makes sense.

412
00:22:05,080 --> 00:22:07,214
You know, he's got questions,
and she may have the answers.

413
00:22:07,216 --> 00:22:08,582
Yeah, well, what I
didn't tell him was

414
00:22:08,584 --> 00:22:11,084
I've been trying to find her
for over a month.

415
00:22:11,086 --> 00:22:12,552
I haven't talked
to her since she put

416
00:22:12,554 --> 00:22:14,204
Adam and Kono on that
freighter that night.

417
00:22:14,206 --> 00:22:17,373
And the chatter is that
once she left the country,

418
00:22:17,375 --> 00:22:19,342
old enemies came
out of the woodwork.

419
00:22:19,344 --> 00:22:21,428
What, she's on the run?

420
00:22:21,430 --> 00:22:22,512
Or worse.

421
00:22:22,514 --> 00:22:24,398
Or worse?

422
00:22:24,400 --> 00:22:25,932
Well, what are you
gonna tell Steve?

423
00:22:25,934 --> 00:22:27,350
I can't tell him anything.

424
00:22:27,352 --> 00:22:28,852
I don't have any confirmation.

425
00:22:28,854 --> 00:22:30,604
What I'm hoping is that

426
00:22:30,606 --> 00:22:32,773
you will tell him
to stand down on this

427
00:22:32,775 --> 00:22:34,825
and let this go.

428
00:22:34,827 --> 00:22:36,410
Because we start
turning over rocks,

429
00:22:36,412 --> 00:22:38,078
God knows what
might crawl out.

430
00:22:38,080 --> 00:22:39,413
Yeah, so I'll just
talk to Steve.

431
00:22:39,415 --> 00:22:41,114
What makes you think
he's gonna listen to me?

432
00:22:41,116 --> 00:22:42,398
Because he trusts you.

433
00:22:42,400 --> 00:22:44,918
He looks at me, he sees
ulterior motives.

434
00:22:44,920 --> 00:22:46,870
He looks at you,
he just sees a friend.

435
00:22:46,872 --> 00:22:48,622
Ah, okay.
Well, I could tell Steve

436
00:22:48,624 --> 00:22:50,424
whatever you want me to tell him
and he's gonna say,

437
00:22:50,426 --> 00:22:51,875
"Okay, sounds good,"
and he's gonna go off

438
00:22:51,877 --> 00:22:53,043
and do whatever he wants to do.

439
00:22:53,045 --> 00:22:54,511
And you know that.

440
00:22:54,513 --> 00:22:55,796
So my advice to you is,

441
00:22:55,798 --> 00:22:57,547
please, get confirmation
on these rumors,

442
00:22:57,549 --> 00:23:00,133
and get the truth,
and share that truth with Steve.

443
00:23:00,135 --> 00:23:01,351
Because you know and I know

444
00:23:01,353 --> 00:23:03,470
that he's not gonna stop
until he gets it.

445
00:23:06,924 --> 00:23:08,391
Are you sure it was Sato's men?

446
00:23:08,393 --> 00:23:09,425
I don't know.

447
00:23:09,427 --> 00:23:11,144
It could've been the Triads.

448
00:23:11,146 --> 00:23:12,229
Here's what you need to do.

449
00:23:12,231 --> 00:23:13,647
You need to get yourself
out of Hong Kong.

450
00:23:13,649 --> 00:23:15,982
You got to get to one of
Doris's safe houses, okay?

451
00:23:15,984 --> 00:23:17,267
No.

452
00:23:17,269 --> 00:23:18,268
Kono...

453
00:23:18,270 --> 00:23:19,286
Look, not without Adam.

454
00:23:19,288 --> 00:23:20,287
You're still a target.

455
00:23:20,289 --> 00:23:21,538
They're not gonna take you off

456
00:23:21,540 --> 00:23:23,073
their hit list just because
they already have Adam.

457
00:23:23,075 --> 00:23:24,491
I'm not leaving him, Chin.

458
00:23:24,493 --> 00:23:25,492
Kono, listen to me!

459
00:23:25,494 --> 00:23:26,827
What good are you gonna be

460
00:23:26,829 --> 00:23:28,161
to Adam if you're dead?

461
00:23:29,881 --> 00:23:32,299
Look, just get yourself
out of Hong Kong, okay?

462
00:23:32,301 --> 00:23:34,835
Let us worry about
getting Adam back.

463
00:23:34,837 --> 00:23:38,221
He gave himself up for me.

464
00:23:38,223 --> 00:23:40,724
He sacrificed himself
so I could get away.

465
00:23:40,726 --> 00:23:42,225
We will find him.

466
00:23:42,227 --> 00:23:44,010
I promise.

467
00:23:44,012 --> 00:23:47,597
Now, please, will you do
what I'm asking?

468
00:23:47,599 --> 00:23:50,150
Cousin, I love you,
but I have to do this.

469
00:23:54,605 --> 00:23:55,638
Okay, listen.

470
00:23:55,640 --> 00:23:57,607
HPD canvassed the area

471
00:23:57,609 --> 00:23:59,276
where our little car thief
found the Impala.

472
00:23:59,278 --> 00:24:01,278
Unfortunately, there's
no traffic cameras down there,

473
00:24:01,280 --> 00:24:03,113
so we're never gonna know
who dropped it off.

474
00:24:03,115 --> 00:24:03,997
What about you?

475
00:24:03,999 --> 00:24:04,998
You get anything?
Yeah.

476
00:24:05,000 --> 00:24:06,249
The cell that
led us to Cutler?

477
00:24:06,251 --> 00:24:08,118
Yeah.
Found something interesting on it.

478
00:24:08,120 --> 00:24:09,085
What?

479
00:24:09,087 --> 00:24:10,754
All right,
so according to Abby,

480
00:24:10,756 --> 00:24:12,989
Cutler used this phone
exclusively to contact her.

481
00:24:12,991 --> 00:24:14,758
Right.
But...

482
00:24:14,760 --> 00:24:16,826
look at this.

483
00:24:16,828 --> 00:24:20,297
The last number Cutler dialed
was to a different number.

484
00:24:20,299 --> 00:24:21,664
Right.
And check out the time.

485
00:24:21,666 --> 00:24:23,817
10:51.

486
00:24:23,819 --> 00:24:25,385
That's two minutes
after the shooting started,

487
00:24:25,387 --> 00:24:27,837
which means that not only did
Cutler not die instantly...

488
00:24:27,839 --> 00:24:30,023
He was alive long enough
to place a phone call.

489
00:24:30,025 --> 00:24:31,892
Let me see that.
Exactly.

490
00:24:34,446 --> 00:24:35,845
We're sorry...

491
00:24:35,847 --> 00:24:37,180
Disconnected?

492
00:24:37,182 --> 00:24:38,615
Yeah.
Probably a burner.

493
00:24:38,617 --> 00:24:39,783
Okay, so this guy,

494
00:24:39,785 --> 00:24:41,517
he takes two at close range,
he's bleeding out.

495
00:24:41,519 --> 00:24:44,037
He doesn't call 911,
he calls some mystery number.

496
00:24:44,039 --> 00:24:46,156
We need to find out who
was on the other end.

497
00:24:47,359 --> 00:24:49,075
Chin.

498
00:24:49,077 --> 00:24:50,460
On the way.

499
00:24:54,182 --> 00:24:55,782
Cutler had a ton
of classified material

500
00:24:55,784 --> 00:24:57,801
on his hard drive,
all related to

501
00:24:57,803 --> 00:24:59,836
Palek's various
military projects.

502
00:24:59,838 --> 00:25:00,971
Wait. Cutler didn't have

503
00:25:00,973 --> 00:25:02,806
security clearance;
how'd he get the intel?

504
00:25:02,808 --> 00:25:03,807
From his wife.

505
00:25:03,809 --> 00:25:04,941
He installed

506
00:25:04,943 --> 00:25:06,476
a pretty sophisticated
piece of malware

507
00:25:06,478 --> 00:25:07,677
on Sandra Cutler's laptop,

508
00:25:07,679 --> 00:25:10,564
and so he was able to have
access to all of her

509
00:25:10,566 --> 00:25:11,815
work files, e-mails,
everything.

510
00:25:11,817 --> 00:25:14,317
So not only was this guy
violating the marriage,

511
00:25:14,319 --> 00:25:15,852
but he was violating
her privacy

512
00:25:15,854 --> 00:25:17,553
and stealing
her security clearance.

513
00:25:17,555 --> 00:25:18,939
Now here's where
it get really interesting.

514
00:25:18,941 --> 00:25:20,240
It turns out,
Cutler was routinely

515
00:25:20,242 --> 00:25:23,443
downloading classified data
onto flash drives.

516
00:25:24,495 --> 00:25:26,363
Sounds like he was
spying for somebody.

517
00:25:26,365 --> 00:25:28,248
That's what we were thinking.

518
00:25:28,250 --> 00:25:29,666
If you're right,

519
00:25:29,668 --> 00:25:31,668
that would explain where he's
getting all that extra cash.

520
00:25:31,670 --> 00:25:33,536
It would also explain
why he got murdered.

521
00:25:33,538 --> 00:25:36,072
The type of people that would
pay Cutler to spy for them

522
00:25:36,074 --> 00:25:38,174
probably wouldn't think twice
about killing him

523
00:25:38,176 --> 00:25:39,843
if their relationship
went south, right?

524
00:25:39,845 --> 00:25:41,845
Okay, so if Cutler is
selling classified info,

525
00:25:41,847 --> 00:25:43,129
who's the buyer?

526
00:25:43,131 --> 00:25:44,747
I reached out to my friends

527
00:25:44,749 --> 00:25:46,049
over at FBI Counterintelligence,

528
00:25:46,051 --> 00:25:48,468
and they say
the most likely suspects

529
00:25:48,470 --> 00:25:50,804
are this trio
of private companies.

530
00:25:50,806 --> 00:25:52,939
Himmel Aerospace
and Defense.

531
00:25:52,941 --> 00:25:54,274
That's Palek's chief rival.

532
00:25:54,276 --> 00:25:57,310
Check out one of the names
of their subsidiaries.

533
00:25:57,312 --> 00:25:59,062
Kahiku Management Company?

534
00:25:59,064 --> 00:26:01,982
They rent out the cabin
where Cutler was killed.

535
00:26:01,984 --> 00:26:03,366
Well, that can't be
a coincidence.

536
00:26:03,368 --> 00:26:05,452
Up until now, we thought
that that was a place

537
00:26:05,454 --> 00:26:07,203
that Cutler used just
to bring Abby Maxwell,

538
00:26:07,205 --> 00:26:08,872
but what if it was
also a dead drop

539
00:26:08,874 --> 00:26:10,206
for those flash drives?

540
00:26:10,208 --> 00:26:12,042
All right, Chin, uh,
who runs Himmel's operations

541
00:26:12,044 --> 00:26:13,609
on the island?

542
00:26:13,611 --> 00:26:15,345
That would be
a Lee Benner.

543
00:26:15,347 --> 00:26:16,329
Let's go say hello.

544
00:26:25,056 --> 00:26:28,637
So you're accusing us of
corporate espionage and murder.

545
00:26:28,927 --> 00:26:30,009
That's absurd.

546
00:26:30,011 --> 00:26:32,011
John Cutler
was gunned down

547
00:26:32,013 --> 00:26:33,730
in a secluded cabin
managed by your company.

548
00:26:33,732 --> 00:26:35,682
You gonna tell me
that was a coincidence?

549
00:26:35,684 --> 00:26:36,733
Yes.

550
00:26:36,735 --> 00:26:38,151
If that's what
actually happened.

551
00:26:38,153 --> 00:26:39,552
What do you mean,
"if it happened"?

552
00:26:39,554 --> 00:26:40,820
I was there.
I saw it happen.

553
00:26:40,822 --> 00:26:41,988
Well, I'm sorry,

554
00:26:41,990 --> 00:26:43,823
but I haven't heard
anything about a murder

555
00:26:43,825 --> 00:26:45,942
at one of our
properties, so...

556
00:26:45,944 --> 00:26:47,527
you must be mistaken.

557
00:26:52,116 --> 00:26:55,001
There's been no mistake.

558
00:26:55,003 --> 00:26:58,288
You guys killed Cutler
and then you covered it up.

559
00:26:58,290 --> 00:26:59,956
Show me some proof.

560
00:27:08,015 --> 00:27:10,850
Well... ask
and you shall receive.

561
00:27:10,852 --> 00:27:11,801
What's this?

562
00:27:11,803 --> 00:27:13,186
That's a lab report.

563
00:27:13,188 --> 00:27:14,938
See, we just matched up
the tire tracks

564
00:27:14,940 --> 00:27:17,223
found at the scene
to a van

565
00:27:17,225 --> 00:27:19,109
registered to
your company.

566
00:27:19,693 --> 00:27:21,778
How's that for proof?

567
00:27:21,780 --> 00:27:23,730
So why don't you tell me
what happened with Cutler.

568
00:27:23,732 --> 00:27:25,565
Did he up his price
and it piss you off?

569
00:27:25,567 --> 00:27:27,567
Maybe you thought he'd been
compromised. What happened?

570
00:27:27,569 --> 00:27:29,235
What happened?!

571
00:27:30,539 --> 00:27:32,071
Yes, Cutler was spying for us.

572
00:27:32,073 --> 00:27:34,774
Yes, we scrubbed
the crime scene.

573
00:27:34,776 --> 00:27:36,242
But we didn't kill him, come on.

574
00:27:36,244 --> 00:27:37,794
Oh, of cour...
I'm sorry, right.

575
00:27:37,796 --> 00:27:39,946
So somebody else killed him
and you covered it up?

576
00:27:39,948 --> 00:27:40,997
That doesn't make any sense.

577
00:27:40,999 --> 00:27:42,415
It's the truth.
Is it?

578
00:27:42,417 --> 00:27:44,968
We didn't want anyone
connecting Cutler back to us.

579
00:27:44,970 --> 00:27:47,170
So, yes, we covered it up.

580
00:27:47,172 --> 00:27:49,839
Look, Cutler was
feeding us good intel.

581
00:27:49,841 --> 00:27:51,791
There was... there was
no reason to kill him.

582
00:27:51,793 --> 00:27:53,226
In fact, we tried
to save him.

583
00:27:53,228 --> 00:27:55,428
What? What are you
talking about?

584
00:27:55,430 --> 00:27:57,397
He called us for help
right after he'd been shot.

585
00:27:57,399 --> 00:27:58,681
And-and I can
prove that, too.

586
00:27:58,683 --> 00:28:00,683
We had a burner phone that
we kept in touch with him...

587
00:28:00,685 --> 00:28:02,769
We know about the phone.
What happened next?

588
00:28:02,771 --> 00:28:04,637
We sent a medic.

589
00:28:04,639 --> 00:28:06,639
But by the time
he got there,

590
00:28:06,641 --> 00:28:08,491
Cutler had been
dead for a while.

591
00:28:08,493 --> 00:28:09,859
After that, we were just,

592
00:28:09,861 --> 00:28:11,694
you know, worried about
controlling the situation.

593
00:28:11,696 --> 00:28:12,779
Damage control.

594
00:28:12,781 --> 00:28:14,164
Well, maybe you ought
to start worrying

595
00:28:14,166 --> 00:28:15,532
about your legal defense,
because right now

596
00:28:15,534 --> 00:28:16,866
you're looking at
obstruction of justice

597
00:28:16,868 --> 00:28:18,818
and accessory
after the fact.

598
00:28:18,820 --> 00:28:21,454
Okay. Yeah, you got me
dead to rights.

599
00:28:22,456 --> 00:28:23,873
But...

600
00:28:23,875 --> 00:28:26,509
maybe...

601
00:28:26,511 --> 00:28:28,428
we could help
each other out.

602
00:28:28,430 --> 00:28:29,679
How do you figure?

603
00:28:29,681 --> 00:28:33,600
Well, what if
I were to say that, um...

604
00:28:33,602 --> 00:28:36,436
in the course of cleaning
the crime scene,

605
00:28:36,438 --> 00:28:38,521
my people...

606
00:28:38,523 --> 00:28:41,057
may have
gathered evidence.

607
00:28:42,193 --> 00:28:43,943
Evidence that could
help you catch

608
00:28:43,945 --> 00:28:45,945
whoever killed Cutler.

609
00:28:49,700 --> 00:28:51,734
What a mess.

610
00:28:51,736 --> 00:28:53,236
With all the cross-
contamination, we'll be lucky

611
00:28:53,238 --> 00:28:55,371
to pull a single print
off of any of this stuff.

612
00:28:55,373 --> 00:28:56,573
Do what you can, okay?
It's all we've got to go on.

613
00:28:56,575 --> 00:28:59,542
Yeah.

614
00:29:49,793 --> 00:29:51,427
When he was five years old,

615
00:29:51,429 --> 00:29:52,879
I asked my son Steve

616
00:29:52,881 --> 00:29:54,964
what he wanted to be
when he grew up.

617
00:29:54,966 --> 00:29:57,800
"I want to be a cop,
Dad, like you."

618
00:29:57,802 --> 00:30:00,720
I told him to...

619
00:30:00,722 --> 00:30:03,690
be anything but that.

620
00:30:27,298 --> 00:30:29,382
Let's change this out, huh?

621
00:30:36,924 --> 00:30:38,841
Oh...

622
00:30:38,843 --> 00:30:39,976
I'm sorry.

623
00:30:41,812 --> 00:30:42,845
You all right?

624
00:30:42,847 --> 00:30:45,297
Mm-hmm.

625
00:30:45,299 --> 00:30:47,650
This could've done
with some more stitches.

626
00:30:51,905 --> 00:30:53,472
What are you
laughing at?

627
00:30:53,474 --> 00:30:55,274
Uh...

628
00:30:55,276 --> 00:30:58,077
I was just thinking back to
the last time I needed stitches.

629
00:30:58,079 --> 00:31:00,113
All right.

630
00:31:00,115 --> 00:31:01,247
Billy and I were

631
00:31:01,249 --> 00:31:02,982
on an operation in Kabul...
Yeah.

632
00:31:02,984 --> 00:31:04,534
...and, uh,

633
00:31:04,536 --> 00:31:07,486
I got this nasty cut
on the back of my head.

634
00:31:07,488 --> 00:31:09,005
It was gonna take, like,

635
00:31:09,007 --> 00:31:10,840
15, 20 stitches
to close it up,

636
00:31:10,842 --> 00:31:12,491
but all we had
were Band-Aids.

637
00:31:12,493 --> 00:31:15,044
Yeah.

638
00:31:15,046 --> 00:31:16,879
What'd you do?

639
00:31:16,881 --> 00:31:18,681
Billy just grabbed

640
00:31:18,683 --> 00:31:21,100
these huge clumps of hair
around the cut

641
00:31:21,102 --> 00:31:22,468
and tied them together.

642
00:31:23,504 --> 00:31:25,221
Like a... like a shoelace.

643
00:31:25,223 --> 00:31:27,023
That's pretty resourceful.
I know.

644
00:31:30,728 --> 00:31:33,146
All right, you're good.

645
00:31:37,201 --> 00:31:39,369
I just can't believe he's gone.

646
00:31:44,825 --> 00:31:46,192
Yeah.

647
00:31:46,194 --> 00:31:48,211
And for what?

648
00:31:48,213 --> 00:31:51,197
For trying to save
a guy like John Cutler?

649
00:31:51,199 --> 00:31:52,749
Now, listen to me,
all right?

650
00:31:52,751 --> 00:31:55,534
Billy saw somebody in danger,
and he reacted, all right?

651
00:31:55,536 --> 00:31:56,886
That's what he did.

652
00:31:56,888 --> 00:31:59,922
And the fact that he knew the
kind of man that Cutler was

653
00:31:59,924 --> 00:32:02,809
and he still put himself
in harm's way?

654
00:32:04,061 --> 00:32:06,345
He was a hero, Catherine.

655
00:32:09,566 --> 00:32:11,050
Yeah.

656
00:32:12,270 --> 00:32:14,220
I just got off
the phone with the lab.

657
00:32:14,222 --> 00:32:16,105
There's something you're
both gonna want to see.

658
00:32:18,892 --> 00:32:20,777
What do you got?

659
00:32:20,779 --> 00:32:22,578
Well, there were no prints

660
00:32:22,580 --> 00:32:24,914
on any of the shell casings
from our shooter's gun.

661
00:32:24,916 --> 00:32:26,565
But the lab did find
traces of blood

662
00:32:26,567 --> 00:32:28,284
on one of the slugs
from Billy's gun.

663
00:32:28,286 --> 00:32:29,752
Wait a minute.
Billy hit the shooter?

664
00:32:29,754 --> 00:32:31,003
Apparently.

665
00:32:32,039 --> 00:32:33,206
That's my boy.

666
00:32:33,208 --> 00:32:35,091
It must've been
a through-and-through.

667
00:32:35,093 --> 00:32:37,210
I bet the slug was imbedded
in the cabin wall

668
00:32:37,212 --> 00:32:39,011
and our cleaner dug it out.
You run the blood?

669
00:32:39,013 --> 00:32:40,179
Yeah, we got a match, too.

670
00:32:40,181 --> 00:32:42,048
Our killer's a guy
by the name of

671
00:32:42,050 --> 00:32:43,683
Jason Kroll.

672
00:32:43,685 --> 00:32:45,101
He's believed to be a hit man.

673
00:32:45,103 --> 00:32:47,553
HPD had him as a suspect
in two homicide cases last year,

674
00:32:47,555 --> 00:32:49,021
but couldn't make
anything stick.

675
00:32:49,023 --> 00:32:51,641
We got any idea who hired
this guy to kill Cutler?

676
00:32:51,643 --> 00:32:53,092
No, but courtesy of
his parole officer,

677
00:32:53,094 --> 00:32:55,445
we have a current address.
So why don't we go ask him.

678
00:32:55,447 --> 00:32:57,613
Jason Kroll! Five-O!

679
00:32:59,432 --> 00:33:00,616
I got blood.

680
00:33:00,618 --> 00:33:02,368
Move.

681
00:33:21,955 --> 00:33:23,256
Jason Kroll?

682
00:33:23,258 --> 00:33:24,474
Five-O!
Open the door!

683
00:33:24,476 --> 00:33:25,641
Jason?

684
00:33:25,643 --> 00:33:27,176
We know you're hurt.
We can get you help.

685
00:33:27,178 --> 00:33:28,928
But first we need to know
that you're not armed.

686
00:33:30,765 --> 00:33:32,815
He's armed.

687
00:33:32,817 --> 00:33:34,484
You think?

688
00:33:48,148 --> 00:33:49,782
We need the paramedics
right now.

689
00:33:53,086 --> 00:33:54,837
Right now,
Catherine, go!

690
00:33:54,839 --> 00:33:56,923
Catherine, now!
Paramedics, let's go!

691
00:33:56,925 --> 00:33:58,291
Okay.

692
00:34:01,211 --> 00:34:03,963
Who hired you to
kill John Cutler?

693
00:34:03,965 --> 00:34:05,598
Don't you die on me
you son of a bitch.

694
00:34:05,600 --> 00:34:06,849
You hear me?

695
00:34:08,835 --> 00:34:11,637
Hey! Who hired you?!

696
00:34:34,252 --> 00:34:35,203
You got anything?

697
00:34:35,204 --> 00:34:36,521
Nothing.

698
00:34:37,022 --> 00:34:38,022
Keep looking.

699
00:34:38,024 --> 00:34:39,574
There's got to be
something here

700
00:34:39,576 --> 00:34:42,160
that's gonna tell us
who hired this guy.

701
00:34:43,129 --> 00:34:44,212
Guys?

702
00:34:44,214 --> 00:34:46,464
I think I got something.

703
00:34:46,466 --> 00:34:48,333
What?

704
00:34:48,335 --> 00:34:49,718
Okay, so it looks like

705
00:34:49,720 --> 00:34:51,703
Kroll was hired
over the Tor Network.

706
00:34:51,705 --> 00:34:53,305
What is that?

707
00:34:53,307 --> 00:34:54,673
It's kind of like
a shadow Internet.

708
00:34:54,675 --> 00:34:56,091
Some people call it
"the Dark-net."

709
00:34:56,093 --> 00:34:58,593
It was originally created
by the Navy,

710
00:34:58,595 --> 00:35:00,345
but nowadays it's utilized
mostly by criminals

711
00:35:00,347 --> 00:35:03,765
because it allows them
to be completely anonymous.

712
00:35:03,767 --> 00:35:04,849
So tracing an I.P.?

713
00:35:04,851 --> 00:35:06,935
Is not gonna happen, but...

714
00:35:06,937 --> 00:35:08,169
here comes the good news.

715
00:35:08,171 --> 00:35:09,437
According to these e-mails,

716
00:35:09,439 --> 00:35:11,439
Kroll wouldn't take
the Cutler job

717
00:35:11,441 --> 00:35:12,657
unless the client
revealed himself.

718
00:35:12,659 --> 00:35:13,891
And did they?

719
00:35:13,893 --> 00:35:15,110
Not at first.

720
00:35:15,112 --> 00:35:16,945
But they came around.

721
00:35:16,947 --> 00:35:19,564
Here-- looks like they sent
their last message

722
00:35:19,566 --> 00:35:20,732
outside of the network.

723
00:35:20,734 --> 00:35:23,234
And that I.P. we can trace.

724
00:35:23,236 --> 00:35:25,287
But I liked John.

725
00:35:25,289 --> 00:35:26,955
Why would I kill him?

726
00:35:26,957 --> 00:35:28,106
Well, maybe you liked him
more than you let on.

727
00:35:28,108 --> 00:35:29,674
You wanted John
to take you away

728
00:35:29,676 --> 00:35:31,076
from your secret
little escort life,

729
00:35:31,077 --> 00:35:33,378
but he had no intentions
of ending his marriage.

730
00:35:33,380 --> 00:35:34,913
A woman scorned, Abby.

731
00:35:34,915 --> 00:35:36,348
It's the oldest motive there is.

732
00:35:36,350 --> 00:35:37,682
These e-mails?

733
00:35:37,684 --> 00:35:38,850
They were sent
to the shooter.

734
00:35:38,852 --> 00:35:40,585
We traced the
I.P. address.

735
00:35:40,587 --> 00:35:41,919
Comes straight from this office.

736
00:35:45,809 --> 00:35:48,360
O-Only I couldn't have
sent these.

737
00:35:48,362 --> 00:35:50,028
See the date and the time?

738
00:35:50,030 --> 00:35:53,682
I wasn't here; I was with a
client at a hotel on Kalakaua.

739
00:35:53,684 --> 00:35:55,400
I can prove it.

740
00:35:55,402 --> 00:35:58,370
Okay, Abby, who else has got
access to your computer?

741
00:35:58,372 --> 00:35:59,937
Just my assistant Andrew.

742
00:36:01,940 --> 00:36:03,074
He's taking off.

743
00:36:03,076 --> 00:36:05,610
Hey. Hey!

744
00:36:25,015 --> 00:36:26,765
You should've let me die.

745
00:36:26,767 --> 00:36:29,067
Andrew, why would
you do this?

746
00:36:30,319 --> 00:36:32,303
I'm in love with you, Abby.

747
00:36:32,305 --> 00:36:33,938
I've always loved you.

748
00:36:33,940 --> 00:36:36,307
I just wanted you to stop.

749
00:36:38,744 --> 00:36:41,363
Unrequited love.

750
00:36:41,365 --> 00:36:43,748
Second oldest motive
there is.

751
00:37:19,518 --> 00:37:21,319
Hello, Sam.

752
00:37:21,321 --> 00:37:23,288
Geez, Joe.

753
00:37:23,290 --> 00:37:24,406
When'd you get back?

754
00:37:24,408 --> 00:37:26,958
You know me,
I come and go as I please.

755
00:37:28,661 --> 00:37:31,362
Family is safe and sound,
fast asleep.

756
00:37:31,364 --> 00:37:34,132
Well, can I assume you
didn't break into my home

757
00:37:34,134 --> 00:37:36,200
just to say hello?

758
00:37:36,202 --> 00:37:40,055
When John McGarrett was
investigating his wife's murder,

759
00:37:40,057 --> 00:37:43,258
he found a lot of evidence,
bits and pieces.

760
00:37:43,260 --> 00:37:47,062
Not all of it made sense to him
