00:02:47,913 --> 00:02:49,313
De retour, je vois.

8
00:02:51,084 --> 00:02:52,333
3 ans d'affilée.

9
00:02:53,369 --> 00:02:54,535
Vous êtes un très bon père.

10
00:02:54,537 --> 00:02:56,621
C'est très gentil.
Merci.

11
00:02:56,623 --> 00:02:58,039
De rien.

12
00:03:01,043 --> 00:03:03,094
Quoi ?

13
00:03:03,096 --> 00:03:05,046
Tu sais que c'est un code
pour dire que t'es mignon.

14
00:03:05,048 --> 00:03:07,349
Oui je sais mais la mère de Tamara

15
00:03:07,350 --> 00:03:08,665
trouve tout le monde mignon.
C'est pourquoi elle a été

16
00:03:08,667 --> 00:03:09,800
mariée et divorcée trois fois.

17
00:03:09,802 --> 00:03:12,169
Tu sais ce qu'on dit :

18
00:03:12,171 --> 00:03:13,554
la quatrième, c'est la bonne.

19
00:03:13,556 --> 00:03:15,105
- Quoi de neuf, Lou ?
- Qu'est-ce que tu deviens, Danny ?

20
00:03:15,107 --> 00:03:16,473
Qu'est-ce que tu fais là ?

21
00:03:16,475 --> 00:03:18,559
Nous faisons un peu de
travail d'intérêt général

22
00:03:18,561 --> 00:03:20,344
comme pénitence pour une
transgression récente.

23
00:03:21,513 --> 00:03:23,614
- Papa, je t'ai dit que j'étais désolée.
- Oui, je m'en souviens.

24
00:03:24,616 --> 00:03:27,318
Fais-toi une faveur.
Ne les laisse pas grandir.

25
00:03:27,320 --> 00:03:29,069
J'ai pas envie qu'elle grandisse du tout.

26
00:03:29,071 --> 00:03:31,872
Où est ta fille, d'ailleurs ?

27
00:03:31,874 --> 00:03:33,741
Elle est...

28
00:03:34,576 --> 00:03:36,860

Où sont tes gants ?

29
00:03:36,862 --> 00:03:38,545
Grace, de quoi vient-on de parler ?

30
00:03:38,547 --> 00:03:40,197
Pose ça.

31
00:03:40,199 --> 00:03:41,832
Que fais-tu ?

32
00:03:41,834 --> 00:03:43,467
Mets-le dans le sac.

33
00:03:43,469 --> 00:03:46,086
Va utiliser toute une
bouteille de désinfectant.

34
00:03:46,088 --> 00:03:48,138
Y'a quoi là dedans à ton avis ?

35
00:03:48,140 --> 00:03:50,341
Ce qu'il y a ?
Des ordures et encore des ordures.

36
00:03:50,343 --> 00:03:51,658
Il y a quelques déchets médicaux

37
00:03:51,660 --> 00:03:54,011
là-bas avec lesquels tu peux aller
jouer si tu veux.

38
00:03:54,013 --> 00:03:56,263
Ce n'est pas un déchet, Danno.
Je pense que c'est un puzzle.

39
00:03:56,265 --> 00:03:58,548
Tu peux l'ouvrir s'il te plait ?

40
00:04:00,902 --> 00:04:02,886
Bien sûr.

41
00:04:08,693 --> 00:04:10,027
Très bien, j'ai une idée.

42
00:04:10,029 --> 00:04:11,328
Je passerai un appel ce soir.

43
00:04:11,330 --> 00:04:12,780
Je vais appeler le père Noël
et lui demander

44
00:04:12,782 --> 00:04:14,782
de t'en envoyer un
avec le mode d'emploi.

45
00:04:14,784 --> 00:04:17,567
Je veux voir ce qu'il y a dans celui-là.

46
00:04:17,569 --> 00:04:19,420
Allez.
Il y a peut-être,

47
00:04:19,422 --> 00:04:23,240
une pièce d'or, une carte au trésor,
une lettre de quelqu'un

48
00:04:23,242 --> 00:04:24,875
coincé sur une île déserte.

49
00:04:24,877 --> 00:04:27,511
Allez. Tu n'as pas envie de savoir ?

50
00:04:32,717 --> 00:04:35,052
N'y retouche pas,
s'il te plaît.

51
00:04:41,560 --> 00:04:44,945
Laisse-moi deviner.
Je passe te prendre, c'est ça ?

52
00:05:05,784 --> 00:05:07,050
Merci.

53
00:05:09,337 --> 00:05:10,804
Je suppose que c'est la journée
"vendredi décontracté"

54
00:05:10,806 --> 00:05:12,556
J'ai dû manquer le memo.

55
00:05:12,558 --> 00:05:14,508
Ça serait marrant
si on n'était pas mardi.

56
00:05:14,510 --> 00:05:16,894
Nettoyage annuel de la plage
à l'école de Gracie.

57
00:05:16,896 --> 00:05:18,729
Ah oui.
J'aimerais mieux

58
00:05:18,731 --> 00:05:20,564
être en train de passer ma veille de
Noël là-bas

59
00:05:20,566 --> 00:05:21,765
plutôt qu'avec un mec mort, d'accord ?

60
00:05:21,767 --> 00:05:23,567
Donc, si on pouvait se dépêcher,
ce serait sympa.

61
00:05:23,569 --> 00:05:26,270
Très bien, dans ce cas.
La victime est un homme,

62
00:05:26,272 --> 00:05:28,772
Un tir dans la tête,
surement du neuf millimètres.

63
00:05:28,774 --> 00:05:32,159
Le tireur a fait un bon boulot pour
couvrir ses traces.

64
00:05:32,161 --> 00:05:34,144
Il n'y a pas de vêtement, clairement.
Pas de portefeuille, pas d'identité.

65
00:05:34,146 --> 00:05:36,663
Rien sur la victime
à part le papier cadeau.

66
00:05:37,866 --> 00:05:39,082
Qui a trouvé ce gars ?

67
00:05:39,084 --> 00:05:40,951
Fritz qui est là-bas...
a senti l'odeur

68
00:05:40,953 --> 00:05:43,487
du corps dans le camion et a
alerté le propriétaire.

69
00:05:43,489 --> 00:05:46,206
Je ne parle pas chien.
Peut-être que tu veux

70
00:05:46,208 --> 00:05:48,158
l'interroger.
Viens là, mon gros.

71
00:05:48,160 --> 00:05:49,460
Allez.
Par ici.

72
00:05:49,462 --> 00:05:52,095
Viens là. C'est bien, bon chien.
Regarde ça.

73
00:05:52,097 --> 00:05:53,630
Tu sais quelque chose ?
T'es en fait beaucoup plus

74
00:05:53,632 --> 00:05:54,965
marrant en short, tu sais ça ?

75
00:05:54,967 --> 00:05:57,518
- C'est vrai ?
- Oui. Et la voiture ?

76
00:05:57,520 --> 00:05:59,102
Le propriétaire dit qu'il l'a amené
il y a 3 jours,

77
00:05:59,104 --> 00:06:01,338
mais il n'y avait pas de corps dedans
quand elle a été inventoriée.

78
00:06:01,340 --> 00:06:02,940
Ce qui veut dire que quelqu'un a dû
se faufiler et

79
00:06:02,942 --> 00:06:04,691
- a déposé notre victime dedans.
- Et comment

80
00:06:04,693 --> 00:06:06,109
le tireur est entré ici ?

81
00:06:06,111 --> 00:06:08,512
Une serrure a été cassée sur la porte
de derrière. J'ai le CSU qui

82
00:06:08,514 --> 00:06:10,514
est en train de la vérifier pour des
empreintes et des marques d'outils.

83
00:06:10,516 --> 00:06:12,182
Qu'arrive t-il à ces voitures une fois
qu'elles sont écrasées ?

84
00:06:12,184 --> 00:06:14,184
Apparemment,
elles sont envoyées en Chine

85
00:06:14,186 --> 00:06:15,569
où elles sont vendues
comme de la ferraille.

86
00:06:15,571 --> 00:06:16,904
Quiconque a fait ça était intelligent.

87
00:06:16,906 --> 00:06:18,688
Si ce n'était pas pour Fritz,

88
00:06:18,690 --> 00:06:19,990
cette chose serait partie comme prévu,

89
00:06:19,992 --> 00:06:21,708
et nous n'aurions jamais enquêté
sur ce meurtre.

90
00:06:22,861 --> 00:06:24,027
Et on serait en vacances.

91
00:06:24,029 --> 00:06:25,295
Salut, Fritz.

92
00:06:26,381 --> 00:06:28,415
Merci beaucoup.

93
00:06:50,044 --> 00:06:51,845
Tu as pu repérer Adam à Seattle ?

94
00:06:51,847 --> 00:06:54,397
Non, mais j'ai trouvé une trace du nom
de famille de sa mère

95
00:06:54,399 --> 00:06:55,949
sur quelques récentes transactions à
un distributeur automatique au Canada.

96
00:06:55,951 --> 00:06:57,901
Donc j'y vais pour voir.

97
00:06:57,903 --> 00:06:58,902
Tu penses vraiment

98
00:06:58,904 --> 00:07:00,036
qu'Adam pourrait être là-bas ?

99
00:07:00,038 --> 00:07:02,205
Je ne sais pas, mais je vais vérifier.

100
00:07:02,207 --> 00:07:03,206
Sois prudente Kono.

101
00:07:03,208 --> 00:07:04,741
Je vous aime

102
00:07:25,263 --> 00:07:26,896
Messieurs, venez.

103
00:07:26,898 --> 00:07:28,297
Vous arrivez juste à temps.

104
00:07:28,299 --> 00:07:31,150
À temps pour quoi ?
Une partie de Operation ?

105
00:07:31,152 --> 00:07:33,152
Si vous pouviez vous abstenir

106
00:07:33,154 --> 00:07:35,638
de faire vos amusant jeux de mots,

107
00:07:35,640 --> 00:07:38,358
ceci requiert une grande concentration.

108
00:07:38,360 --> 00:07:39,993
Je sais, tu ne veux pas

109
00:07:39,995 --> 00:07:41,310
faire sonner le buzzer, exact ?

110
00:07:41,312 --> 00:07:42,478
Je ne vous envie pas, Commandant.

111
00:07:42,480 --> 00:07:45,031
A-t-on une identité pour la victime ?

112
00:07:45,033 --> 00:07:47,033
J'ai relevé ses empreintes et de l'ADN,

113
00:07:47,035 --> 00:07:48,334
et je les ai envoyés au labo.

114
00:07:48,336 --> 00:07:49,953
Nous attendons les résultats.

115
00:07:49,955 --> 00:07:54,657
Cependant, j'ai un cadeau de Noël
en avance pour tous les deux.

116
00:07:54,659 --> 00:07:57,176
J'ai trouvé quelque chose d'étrange

117
00:07:57,178 --> 00:07:59,963
sous un des ongles de la victime.

118
00:07:59,965 --> 00:08:03,550
C'est du latex,
qui vient très probablement d'un gant.

119
00:08:03,552 --> 00:08:05,668
Nous n'avons trouvé aucun gant
sur la scène de crime, Max.

120
00:08:05,670 --> 00:08:07,837
C'est possible
qu'il soit de qualité professionnelle.

121
00:08:07,839 --> 00:08:09,856
Il était peut-être
chirurgien ou dentiste.

122
00:08:09,858 --> 00:08:12,642
Ou la plus noble profession :
médecin légiste.

123
00:08:12,644 --> 00:08:14,277
Peut-être qu'il utilisait
des gants

124
00:08:14,279 --> 00:08:16,779
pour tuer un médecin légiste

125
00:08:16,781 --> 00:08:18,347
Toujours un bon mot.

126
00:08:20,402 --> 00:08:22,018
Te voilà ma petite amie.

127
00:08:22,020 --> 00:08:24,854
Pas étonnant que tu aies été
un défi à extraire.

128
00:08:26,490 --> 00:08:27,874
Tu vois la façon à laquelle
ils se sont multipliés ?

129
00:08:27,876 --> 00:08:29,959
C'est une balle à tête creuse.

130
00:08:29,961 --> 00:08:31,578
Ils ont été conçu pour une rapide
expansion

131
00:08:31,580 --> 00:08:33,796
et pour maximiser des lésions
tissulaires et des pertes de sang.

132
00:08:33,798 --> 00:08:35,698
Sans parler des perturbations massives

133
00:08:35,700 --> 00:08:37,050
de preuve balistique.

134
00:08:37,052 --> 00:08:38,868
Ce qui signifie que c'est divulgué dans IBS

135
00:08:38,870 --> 00:08:39,969
Notre victime

136
00:08:39,971 --> 00:08:41,554
a été exécutée,

137
00:08:41,556 --> 00:08:44,373
un débarras de corps bien planifié
et maintenant on a cette

138
00:08:44,375 --> 00:08:46,709
arme extrêmement mortelle qui ne peut
pas être retracée.

139
00:08:46,711 --> 00:08:49,712
Je suis en train de dire que ce n'est
pas le premier barbecue de ce gars.

140
00:08:49,714 --> 00:08:52,398
Il a déjà fait ça.

141
00:08:52,400 --> 00:08:55,668
Les empreintes digitales de notre
John Doe n'ont rien donné.

142
00:08:55,670 --> 00:08:56,719
Il n'est pas dans le système.

143
00:08:56,721 --> 00:08:57,820
Non, mais nous avons eu

144
00:08:57,822 --> 00:08:58,988
un peu de chance avec son ADN.

145
00:08:58,990 --> 00:09:00,556
Il revient dans 12

146
00:09:00,558 --> 00:09:02,275
cambriolages non résolus à Oahu.

147
00:09:02,277 --> 00:09:03,726
Donc, ce gars est un cambrioleur.

148
00:09:03,728 --> 00:09:05,161
Ça expliquerait le latex

149
00:09:05,163 --> 00:09:06,613
que Max a trouvé sous ses ongles.

150
00:09:06,615 --> 00:09:08,781
Notre victime pourrait
avoir porté des gants

151
00:09:08,783 --> 00:09:11,017
parce qu'il était impliqué dans la
perpétration d'un crime.

152
00:09:11,019 --> 00:09:13,586
Les rapports de police ont indiqué que
toutes les maisons cambriolées

153
00:09:13,588 --> 00:09:15,905
avaient un système de sécurité et des
coffres-forts cachés.

154
00:09:15,907 --> 00:09:16,956
Donc le gars a fait ses devoirs.

155
00:09:16,958 --> 00:09:19,092
Définitivement un pro.
Regarde ça.

156
00:09:19,094 --> 00:09:21,210
Il utilise du matériel sommaire
comme un tailleur de verre,

157
00:09:21,212 --> 00:09:23,763
papier d'alu et silicone pour
contourner

158
00:09:23,765 --> 00:09:24,964
quelques systèmes d'alarmes
très complexes.

159
00:09:24,966 --> 00:09:27,100
En fait, il était tellement bon pour
couvrir ses traces,

160
00:09:27,102 --> 00:09:28,751
que certaines des victimes ne se
rendaient même pas compte

161
00:09:28,753 --> 00:09:31,020
qu'elles avaient été cambriolées avant
des jours ou des semaines après le vol.

162
00:09:31,022 --> 00:09:33,022
Peut-être que le propriétaire
a surpris le cambrioleur,

163
00:09:33,024 --> 00:09:35,391
- et il l'a payé de sa vie.
- Si c'était le cas,

164
00:09:35,393 --> 00:09:36,643
pourquoi est-ce qu'il n'aurait pas
appelé les flics

165
00:09:36,645 --> 00:09:38,427
après avoir tiré sur le gars et
revendiqué la légitime défense ?

166
00:09:38,429 --> 00:09:39,696
Pourquoi jetterait-il le corps ?

167
00:09:39,698 --> 00:09:41,147
Je suis d'accord avec lui.

168
00:09:41,149 --> 00:09:42,849
On sait que notre tireur est un pro,
n'est-ce pas ?

169
00:09:42,851 --> 00:09:45,702
Alors, peut-être que ces gars
y sont ensemble.

170
00:09:45,704 --> 00:09:48,270
Ils se disputent pour l'argent.

171
00:09:48,272 --> 00:09:52,075
Un gars tue l'autre, et se débarrasse
de lui dans l'entrepôt de ferraille.

172
00:09:52,077 --> 00:09:53,576
À quoi servent les amis, hein ?

173
00:09:53,578 --> 00:09:54,744
Quelqu'un est cynique.

174
00:09:54,746 --> 00:09:56,496
C'est ce qui arrive
quand tu me gâches

175
00:09:56,498 --> 00:09:57,964
mon jour de congé.
Identifions ce gars,

176
00:09:57,966 --> 00:10:00,466
mettons-le en prison pour que je puisse
retrouver ma fille, s'il te plaît.

177
00:10:00,468 --> 00:10:03,302
Tu reconnais ce gars ?

178
00:10:03,304 --> 00:10:05,672
Non. Qui c'est ?

179
00:10:05,674 --> 00:10:07,807
C'est un cambrioleur local qui a frappé

180
00:10:07,809 --> 00:10:09,392
des maisons haut de gamme
sur toute l'île

181
00:10:09,394 --> 00:10:10,727
pendant les six derniers mois.

182
00:10:10,729 --> 00:10:12,729
Il a l'air mort.

183
00:10:12,731 --> 00:10:14,480
Effectivement.
C'est très observateur.

184
00:10:14,482 --> 00:10:16,232
Tu connais son nom ?

185
00:10:16,234 --> 00:10:18,234
Désolé.

186
00:10:18,236 --> 00:10:20,319
Malgré ce que tu peux penser,

187
00:10:20,321 --> 00:10:22,355
je ne connais pas chaque indésirable
sur l'île.

188
00:10:22,357 --> 00:10:23,690
Mais vous n'avez pas

189
00:10:23,692 --> 00:10:25,992
- un ordinateur qui les connait ?
- Si.

190
00:10:25,994 --> 00:10:28,310
Euh, nous sommes en train de faire ceci pour la redondance

191
00:10:29,646 --> 00:10:31,814
Tu t'es décrédibilisé.

192
00:10:31,816 --> 00:10:33,499
Non, s'il te plaît, écoute, ok ?
Ignore cet homme

193
00:10:33,501 --> 00:10:35,251
et fais le pour moi,
tu le ferais, s'il te plaît,

194
00:10:35,253 --> 00:10:36,669
Kamekona ?
Allez.

195
00:10:38,922 --> 00:10:42,125
Il y a ce type sur la côte Nord,

196
00:10:42,127 --> 00:10:43,760
qui a une boutique
de prêteur sur gages.

197
00:10:43,762 --> 00:10:45,378
spécialisé dans les articles "chauds"

198
00:10:45,380 --> 00:10:46,295
Ok, sympa.

199
00:10:46,297 --> 00:10:47,830
Parle lui.
Vois ce qu'il sait.

200
00:10:47,832 --> 00:10:49,882
Ok ? S'il-te-plaît.
Tires.

201
00:11:04,698 --> 00:11:06,015
Qu'est-ce que tu fais ?

202
00:11:06,017 --> 00:11:07,867
Je tricote un pull.

203
00:11:07,869 --> 00:11:09,185
Qu'est-ce que j'ai l'air de faire ?

204
00:11:09,187 --> 00:11:10,953
Où est-ce que t'as eu ça ?

205
00:11:10,955 --> 00:11:12,855
Grace l'a trouvé sur la plage.

206
00:11:14,191 --> 00:11:15,374
Tu sais, tu as joué

207
00:11:15,376 --> 00:11:17,243
avec ça depuis que tu es monté dans
la voiture.

208
00:11:17,245 --> 00:11:18,377
Ça ne peut pas être si difficile.

209
00:11:23,467 --> 00:11:25,551
Qu'est-ce que tu fais ?

210
00:11:25,553 --> 00:11:26,669
Ne triche pas. Pourquoi est-ce qu'il
faut que tu triches ?

211
00:11:26,671 --> 00:11:28,137
- Tricher ?
- Oui, tricher.

212
00:11:28,139 --> 00:11:30,306
Montre-moi les règles qui disent
que je ne peux pas faire ça.

213
00:11:30,308 --> 00:11:31,307
Tu sais quoi ?

214
00:11:31,309 --> 00:11:34,310
C'est juste pathétique.

215
00:11:35,646 --> 00:11:36,646
Donne-le-moi.

216
00:11:36,648 --> 00:11:38,514
Qu'est-ce que tu vas faire ?

217
00:11:38,516 --> 00:11:39,398
Je vais l'ouvrir.

218
00:11:39,400 --> 00:11:41,400
Tu crois ?
D'accord.

219
00:11:41,402 --> 00:11:42,852
Vas-y, Houdini.

220
00:11:42,854 --> 00:11:43,770
Tu en as besoin ?

221
00:11:43,772 --> 00:11:45,271
Non, je n'en ai pas besoin.

222
00:11:54,448 --> 00:11:56,398
Très bien

223
00:11:58,902 --> 00:12:00,903
Tu sais ce que tu es ?

224
00:12:00,905 --> 00:12:01,954
Oui, plus intelligent que toi.

225
00:12:01,956 --> 00:12:03,623
Plus intelligent que toi.
Non, c'est...

226
00:12:03,625 --> 00:12:05,341
c'est pas ce que j'allais dire.

227
00:12:05,343 --> 00:12:07,627
De rien, au fait.

228
00:12:23,593 --> 00:12:25,144
Qu'est-ce que c'est  ?

229
00:12:33,453 --> 00:12:36,122
Où as-tu dit que le nettoyage
de la plage avait lieu ?

230
00:12:36,124 --> 00:12:38,291
La plage de Ki'i Dunes.

231
00:12:39,209 --> 00:12:41,210
Tu sais qu'il y a eu

232
00:12:41,212 --> 00:12:43,713
récemment des débris du tsunami
qui ont été rejetés dans cette zone ?

233
00:12:43,715 --> 00:12:44,664
Du tsunami japonais ?

234
00:12:44,666 --> 00:12:46,666
C'était, quoi, il y a trois ans
maintenant ?

235
00:12:46,668 --> 00:12:48,584
Petite boîte.

236
00:12:48,586 --> 00:12:50,136
Grand océan.

237
00:12:50,138 --> 00:12:52,471
Ça a pu prendre du temps
pour arriver jusqu'ici.

238
00:13:23,820 --> 00:13:25,154
Qu'est-ce que tu fais ?

239
00:13:25,156 --> 00:13:27,290
"Tiny Bubbles".

240
00:13:27,292 --> 00:13:28,991
Écrit par Leon Pober.

241
00:13:28,993 --> 00:13:32,328
Sorti par Don Hon en 1966.

242
00:13:32,330 --> 00:13:34,330
Et massacré par toi ici en 2013.

243
00:13:34,332 --> 00:13:35,348
Je l'aimais bien.

244
00:13:35,350 --> 00:13:37,717
"Massacrée..." C'est pour toi mon frère.

245
00:13:37,719 --> 00:13:39,101
Qu'est-ce que c'est ?

246
00:13:39,103 --> 00:13:41,187
Acheté pour les affaires.

247
00:13:43,107 --> 00:13:45,391
C'est... Ça c'est 300 dollars.

248
00:13:46,343 --> 00:13:48,728
Qu'est-ce que tu...
300 $ pour un ukulélé ?

249
00:13:48,730 --> 00:13:51,197
C'est du bois de Koa, frère

250
00:13:51,199 --> 00:13:53,816
Et les bonnes informations
ne sont pas bon marché.

251
00:13:53,818 --> 00:13:56,202
Surtout pendant les vacances.

252
00:14:02,876 --> 00:14:04,627
Tu as carrément un portefeuille.

253
00:14:09,249 --> 00:14:11,050
J'ai 80 $, d'accord ?

254
00:14:11,052 --> 00:14:12,218
C'est tout ce que j'ai.

255
00:14:12,220 --> 00:14:14,971
- Quel chiffre.
- Tiens pour toi voleur.

256
00:14:14,973 --> 00:14:17,539
220 $ de plus.

257
00:14:19,876 --> 00:14:21,844
La côte nord, c'est le lien

258
00:14:21,846 --> 00:14:23,879
avec le nom de ton voleur mort.

259
00:14:23,881 --> 00:14:24,847
Victor Dobbs.

260
00:14:24,849 --> 00:14:29,051
Il travaille seulement
sur des gros coups.

261
00:14:29,053 --> 00:14:31,320
Principalement des diamants et
des bijoux.

262
00:14:31,322 --> 00:14:33,005
Victor Dobbs.

263
00:14:33,007 --> 00:14:34,740
Actuellement sans emploi.

264
00:14:34,742 --> 00:14:36,826
Dernier boulot...

265
00:14:36,828 --> 00:14:39,378
Il était manager au Wailana

266
00:14:39,380 --> 00:14:40,746
Electronics Supply Company

267
00:14:40,748 --> 00:14:42,448
Bon, avec son expérience,

268
00:14:42,450 --> 00:14:44,667
c'est ainsi qu'il aurait appris
la façon de contourner un système de sécurité.

269
00:14:44,669 --> 00:14:47,169
Il ne lui a pas appris à esquiver
une balle, cependant, si ?

270
00:14:57,631 --> 00:14:59,882
On dirait qu'il vivait seul.

271
00:15:14,314 --> 00:15:15,614
Comme c'est ironique.

272
00:15:27,462 --> 00:15:29,328
Désolé. Mauvaise maison.

273
00:15:29,330 --> 00:15:30,830
Montrez-moi vos mains.
Derrière la tête.

274
00:15:30,832 --> 00:15:32,281
Croisez vos doigts.

275
00:15:33,250 --> 00:15:34,333
Doucement, mec.

276
00:15:34,335 --> 00:15:37,286
Vous êtes pas un peu en avance,
Père Noël ?

277
00:15:45,349 --> 00:15:46,983
On a regardé cet ordinateur

278
00:15:46,985 --> 00:15:48,717
que Danny a trouvé chez notre victime.

279
00:15:48,719 --> 00:15:50,019
Celles-ci ont été prise dans les maisons

280
00:15:50,021 --> 00:15:52,554
que notre cambrioleur a déjà volé,
et celles là,

281
00:15:52,556 --> 00:15:54,240
ça faisait parti de sa liste au
père-noël.

282
00:15:54,242 --> 00:15:56,242
Quoi, ce sont des endroit, euh, Dobbs a été repérer

283
00:15:56,244 --> 00:15:57,393
et qu'il avait l'intention
de cambrioler ?

284
00:15:57,395 --> 00:15:58,494
C'est vrai et faux.

285
00:15:58,496 --> 00:15:59,862
Ceux sont les lieux
où il allait frapper,

286
00:15:59,864 --> 00:16:01,230
mais il n'y est pas allé.

287
00:16:01,232 --> 00:16:03,015
Tout cela a été fait par notre invité,

288
00:16:03,017 --> 00:16:04,550
Tim Sapoli.

289
00:16:04,552 --> 00:16:05,968
On a une correspondance sur ses
empreintes.

290
00:16:05,970 --> 00:16:07,420
Il a beaucoup d'antécédents.

291
00:16:07,422 --> 00:16:08,504
Il a passé un peu de temps à Halawa.

292
00:16:08,506 --> 00:16:09,422
Il est en ce moment employé

293
00:16:09,424 --> 00:16:10,923
comme installateur
de télévision par câble.

294
00:16:10,925 --> 00:16:12,925
Et on dirait qu'il est le
partenaire de notre victime.

295
00:16:12,927 --> 00:16:14,343
Comment on sait ça ?

296
00:16:14,345 --> 00:16:16,078
Parce que c'est lui
qui a envoyé par mail

297
00:16:16,080 --> 00:16:17,963
ces photos à Victor Dobbs.

298
00:16:17,965 --> 00:16:19,849
Allons droit au but et parlons de ce
qui s'est passé avec Dobbs,

299
00:16:19,851 --> 00:16:21,634
Je pense que ça concernait l'argent.

300
00:16:21,636 --> 00:16:22,918
Peut être qu'il ne te payait pas assez.

301
00:16:22,920 --> 00:16:24,887
Peut être que tu voulais renégocier
les termes de ton marché

302
00:16:24,889 --> 00:16:26,222
avec lui et ça a dégénéré.

303
00:16:26,224 --> 00:16:28,524
J'imagine que c'est pour
ça que tu l'as tué.

304
00:16:29,861 --> 00:16:31,944
Quoi ?

305
00:16:31,946 --> 00:16:33,262
De quoi parlez-vous ?

306
00:16:33,264 --> 00:16:34,763
Dobbs est mort ?

307
00:16:36,149 --> 00:16:38,317
Quoi ?
Vous pensez que je l'ai tué ?

308
00:16:38,319 --> 00:16:39,535
Nous pensons que tu lui as tiré

309
00:16:39,537 --> 00:16:40,736
une balle, tu t'es débarrassé du corps,

310
00:16:40,738 --> 00:16:41,787
puis t'es entré par effraction chez lui

311
00:16:41,789 --> 00:16:43,205
et essayé de voler son ordinateur

312
00:16:43,207 --> 00:16:44,657
afin de ne pas être lié aux photos.

313
00:16:44,659 --> 00:16:47,109
Écoutez, d'accord ?

314
00:16:47,111 --> 00:16:49,278
Les cambriolages ?

315
00:16:49,280 --> 00:16:50,329
D'accord.

316
00:16:50,331 --> 00:16:52,448
J'ai contribué aux cambriolages.

317
00:16:52,450 --> 00:16:54,750
Mais meurtre ?
Pas question.

318
00:16:54,752 --> 00:16:55,885
Je n'ai pas tué Dobbs.

319
00:16:55,887 --> 00:16:57,837
Tu vas devoir faire mieux que ça.

320
00:16:57,839 --> 00:16:59,555
Je ne l'ai pas vu depuis des jours.

321
00:16:59,557 --> 00:17:02,091
On était supposé se voir
après le dernier coup,

322
00:17:02,093 --> 00:17:03,642
- se partager le butin...
- Quel coup?

323
00:17:03,644 --> 00:17:04,560
Je ne sais pas.

324
00:17:04,562 --> 00:17:06,429
Mon travail était de lui fournir du plombs,

325
00:17:06,431 --> 00:17:07,646
mais il ne m'a jamais dit

326
00:17:07,648 --> 00:17:09,465
-la maison qu'il allait attaquer.
-Et alors ?

327
00:17:09,467 --> 00:17:11,233
Il ne sait pas présenter
lors de la répartition ?

328
00:17:11,235 --> 00:17:13,185
Jamais venu.

329
00:17:13,187 --> 00:17:14,854
Je n'ai pas arrêté de l'appeler,
mais il ne répondait pas.

330
00:17:14,856 --> 00:17:17,806
J'ai supposé que quelque
chose avait dû se passer.

331
00:17:17,808 --> 00:17:19,992
Je ne sais pas, peut-être qu'il
avait laisser tomber...

332
00:17:19,994 --> 00:17:21,444
Peut-être qu'il avait été arrêté.

333
00:17:21,446 --> 00:17:23,746
Je n'ai jamais pensé
qu'il avait pu se faire tuer.

334
00:17:25,315 --> 00:17:28,417
Tu t'attends vraiment
à ce qu'on croit ça ?

335
00:17:28,419 --> 00:17:31,337
Pourquoi est-ce que je voudrais
mon partenaire mort ?

336
00:17:32,172 --> 00:17:34,373
Dobbs était mon gagne pain.

337
00:17:35,492 --> 00:17:37,326
Tu le crois ?

338
00:17:37,328 --> 00:17:39,845
D'abord, Sapoli n'a pas d'alibi.

339
00:17:39,847 --> 00:17:41,614
Ensuite, on l'a attrapé
en train de s'introduire

340
00:17:41,616 --> 00:17:43,048
dans la maison de la victime
pour détruire les preuves.

341
00:17:43,050 --> 00:17:45,484
Est-ce que je le crois ?
Non, je ne le crois pas.

342
00:17:45,486 --> 00:17:47,219
Mais jusqu'à ce qu'on ait
quelque chose de solide sur lui,

343
00:17:47,221 --> 00:17:48,487
tout ce qu'on a
c'est une accusation de cambriolage.

344
00:17:50,224 --> 00:17:53,309
Mes hommes ont fini de chercher
votre suspect chez Sapoli.

345
00:17:53,311 --> 00:17:55,227
Ils ont trouvé une arme...
Glock 9mm.

346
00:17:55,229 --> 00:17:57,396
C'est le même calibre
utilisé pour tuer Dobbs.

347
00:17:57,398 --> 00:17:58,697
J'ai eu des difficultés avec la balle

348
00:17:58,699 --> 00:18:00,116
que Max a trouvé mais
elle est trop abimé,

349
00:18:00,118 --> 00:18:01,850
c'est un tir lointain.
Mais même si nous avons

350
00:18:01,852 --> 00:18:03,869
une correspondance, on doit quand
même l'amener sur les lieux du crime.

351
00:18:03,871 --> 00:18:04,486
Si nous pouvions le trouver.

352
00:18:04,511 --> 00:18:06,456
Ok, bon, étant donné le latex trouvé

353
00:18:06,457 --> 00:18:08,357
sous les ongles de Dobbs,
il pourrait avoir été tué

354
00:18:08,359 --> 00:18:09,708
juste après son dernier cambriolage.

355
00:18:09,710 --> 00:18:11,327
Donc si on peut trouver

356
00:18:11,329 --> 00:18:13,262
où c'était, nous pourrons
interroger le voisinage,

357
00:18:13,264 --> 00:18:16,048
peut-être trouver un témoin
ou une caméra de sécurité

358
00:18:16,050 --> 00:18:17,866
qui montre Sapoli dans le coin
à l'heure de la mort.

359
00:18:17,868 --> 00:18:19,251
Le problème, c'est qu'il n'y
 a pas eu de cambriolages

360
00:18:19,253 --> 00:18:20,753
signalés la nuit dernière.

361
00:18:20,755 --> 00:18:23,222
D'accord, les propriétaires
n'étaient peut-être pas en ville.

362
00:18:23,224 --> 00:18:24,924
Vue l'habileté de votre cambrioleur,

363
00:18:24,926 --> 00:18:26,809
ces gens ignorent peut-être encore
qu'ils sont des victimes.

364
00:18:26,811 --> 00:18:28,043
Catherine, prend la liste de Dobbs

365
00:18:28,045 --> 00:18:30,429
de toutes les maisons qu'il ciblait.

366
00:18:30,431 --> 00:18:33,232
Je la prends et je vais plus loin
en créant une carte.

367
00:18:36,887 --> 00:18:38,471
Partagez-vous ces adresses,
et allez faire du porte à porte,

368
00:18:38,473 --> 00:18:41,357
voyez si une de ces maisons a été
cambriolée la nuit dernière.

369
00:18:41,359 --> 00:18:42,741
Vous avez mes hommes, aussi, si vous
avez besoin d'eux.

370
00:18:42,743 --> 00:18:44,243
Merci.

371
00:18:44,245 --> 00:18:46,395
- Charlie, qu'est ce que tu as ?
- J'ai travaillé sur la reconstruction

372
00:18:46,397 --> 00:18:47,913
de la balle que Max a enlevé
de notre victime.

373
00:18:47,915 --> 00:18:50,416
Il y avait assez de matière
et de sillons pour déterminer

374
00:18:50,418 --> 00:18:52,117
que la cartouche a été tirée
d'un Browning.

375
00:18:54,038 --> 00:18:56,088
L'arme retrouvée par la police
dans la maison de Sapoli...

376
00:18:56,090 --> 00:18:57,790
- était un Glock.
- était un Glock.

377
00:18:57,792 --> 00:18:58,841
Ce qui pourrait vouloir dire
que ton suspect

378
00:18:58,843 --> 00:19:00,009
a tiré sur la victime en utilisant
une arme à feu différente.

379
00:19:00,011 --> 00:19:02,094
Ou il n'était pas le tueur.

380
00:19:03,129 --> 00:19:04,346
J'ai aussi analysé la bâche

381
00:19:04,348 --> 00:19:05,747
dans laquelle votre victime
a été retrouvée enveloppée.

382
00:19:05,749 --> 00:19:06,799
J'ai contacté le fabricant.

383
00:19:06,801 --> 00:19:09,602
La production a cessé il y a 6 ans,

384
00:19:09,604 --> 00:19:11,437
donc j'ai essayé de réduire

385
00:19:11,439 --> 00:19:12,471
les distributeurs qui les vendent.

386
00:19:12,473 --> 00:19:13,755
Dès que j'ai pu réunir

387
00:19:13,757 --> 00:19:15,107
une liste des transactions enregistrée,
je vous appellerai.

388
00:19:15,109 --> 00:19:16,258
Très bien, mahalo.

389
00:19:16,260 --> 00:19:17,142
Très bien.

390
00:19:17,144 --> 00:19:18,310
Donne-moi juste une minute.

391
00:19:22,116 --> 00:19:23,432
Je sais que tu as beaucoup à faire,

392
00:19:23,434 --> 00:19:25,951
mais ma fille a trouvé ça sur la plage.

393
00:19:25,953 --> 00:19:28,437
J'ai pensé que tu pourrais
peut-être y jeter un coup d’œil.

394
00:19:28,439 --> 00:19:29,955
C'est une boîte casse-tête.

395
00:19:29,957 --> 00:19:32,741
Elle a été assez endommagée par l'eau.

396
00:19:32,743 --> 00:19:34,710
Je... on dirait que ça été dans l'eau
pendant quelques années.

397
00:19:34,712 --> 00:19:36,245
Je pensais que peut être elle, euh,

398
00:19:36,247 --> 00:19:39,248
a été rejetée par le tsunami au Japon.

399
00:19:39,250 --> 00:19:41,283
C'est fort possible.

400
00:19:41,285 --> 00:19:43,419
Si tu as un peu de temps, jette un œil.

401
00:19:43,421 --> 00:19:45,137
Cela signifie beaucoup pour Grace.

402
00:19:45,972 --> 00:19:47,256
Et pour toi.

403
00:19:48,809 --> 00:19:51,010
Et moi.

404
00:19:52,345 --> 00:19:54,430
Beaucoup de personnes sont mortes
dans ce tsunami, Charlie.

405
00:19:56,484 --> 00:19:59,151
Cette petite fille, je suppose

406
00:19:59,153 --> 00:20:01,020
qu'elle compte beaucoup pour quelqu'un,
donc j'aimerais

407
00:20:01,022 --> 00:20:03,572
savoir ce qui lui est arrivé,
c'est tout.

408
00:20:06,660 --> 00:20:08,694
Je ferai de mon mieux.

409
00:20:15,335 --> 00:20:17,836
Je viens de vérifier
la sixième maison de ma liste.

410
00:20:17,838 --> 00:20:19,955
Rien pour le moment.
Et toi, où en es-tu ?

411
00:20:19,957 --> 00:20:22,258
J'en ai visité 4. Rien non plus.

412
00:20:22,260 --> 00:20:23,459
Quatre ?

413
00:20:23,461 --> 00:20:24,960
De mes 6 ?

414
00:20:24,962 --> 00:20:27,513
Ce n'est pas toi qui conduit
une voiture qui en a sous le capot ?

415
00:20:27,515 --> 00:20:28,681
Tu as vu ma liste.

416
00:20:28,683 --> 00:20:30,466
Mes maisons couvrent une plus large
zone que la tienne.

417
00:20:30,468 --> 00:20:31,884
Bon d'accord.

418
00:20:31,886 --> 00:20:33,185
Que dis-tu si la dernière personne

419
00:20:33,187 --> 00:20:34,836
qui fini la liste

420
00:20:34,838 --> 00:20:36,355
paie la prochaine note à Side Street ?

421
00:20:36,357 --> 00:20:38,340
Je suis.

422
00:20:50,120 --> 00:20:51,737
Bonjour, puis-je vous aider ?
Aloha

423
00:20:51,739 --> 00:20:53,522
Je suis le lieutenant Kelly.
Je suis du 5-0.

424
00:20:53,524 --> 00:20:55,324
Gary Nathan.
Que puis-je faire pour vous ?

425
00:20:55,326 --> 00:20:57,025
M. Nathan, nous enquêtons

426
00:20:57,027 --> 00:20:58,410
sur une série de cambriolages
dans le quartier.

427
00:20:58,412 --> 00:21:00,045
Nous avons toutes les raisons de croire

428
00:21:00,047 --> 00:21:01,196
que votre maison est ciblée.

429
00:21:01,198 --> 00:21:02,864
- Êtes-vous sérieux ?
- Est-ce qu'un installateur du câble

430
00:21:02,866 --> 00:21:04,366
ou d'internet est venu récemment ?

431
00:21:06,704 --> 00:21:08,003
Il y a quelques semaines,

432
00:21:08,005 --> 00:21:09,138
j'ai fait installer un nouveau
système Wi-fi.

433
00:21:09,140 --> 00:21:11,890
Mais qu'est-ce que ça a à faire avec
le fait d'être cambriolé ?

434
00:21:11,892 --> 00:21:13,225
Nos suspects utilisent des appels de services

435
00:21:13,227 --> 00:21:14,760
pour accéder aux maison.

436
00:21:14,762 --> 00:21:16,428
Beaucoup de victimes
ne se rendent pas compte

437
00:21:16,430 --> 00:21:17,846
qu'elles ont été cambriolées des jours

438
00:21:17,848 --> 00:21:19,648
ou des semaines après les faits.

439
00:21:19,650 --> 00:21:21,650
Cela vous dérange si je jette un œil ?

440
00:21:21,652 --> 00:21:22,735
Ça ne prendra que quelques minutes.

441
00:21:22,737 --> 00:21:24,186
Bien sûr, oui.
Faîtes ce que vous devez.

442
00:21:24,188 --> 00:21:25,854
Merci.

443
00:21:32,395 --> 00:21:33,445
Jolie maison.

444
00:21:33,447 --> 00:21:34,913
Vous vivez ici depuis longtemps ?

445
00:21:34,915 --> 00:21:36,415
Ça fait deux ans.

446
00:21:36,417 --> 00:21:38,367
- Et avant ça ?
- Denver.

447
00:21:38,369 --> 00:21:40,285
On venait à Hawaï pour
les vacances quand j'étais petit,

448
00:21:40,287 --> 00:21:42,070
donc quand l'occasion s'est
présentée, j'ai déménagé ici.

449
00:21:42,072 --> 00:21:43,872
Denver, hein ?
Vous skiez ?

450
00:21:43,874 --> 00:21:45,591
Autrefois.

451
00:21:45,593 --> 00:21:47,126
Si vous en avez envie,
vous devriez essayer

452
00:21:47,128 --> 00:21:48,177
Mauna Kea.

453
00:21:48,179 --> 00:21:49,244
C'est sur l'ile Hawaï.

454
00:21:49,246 --> 00:21:52,080
En fait il neige là-bas 2 fois par an.

455
00:21:52,082 --> 00:21:55,417
Les locaux l'appellent...
poudre d'ananas.

456
00:21:55,419 --> 00:21:56,769
Je vais devoir vérifier ça.

457
00:22:04,194 --> 00:22:06,428
Ça vous dérange si je vérifie
votre coffre fort ?

458
00:22:06,430 --> 00:22:08,781
Comment savez-vous
que j'ai un coffre fort ?

459
00:22:08,783 --> 00:22:10,816
Dans le cadre de l'enquête, nous
avons confisqué des photos

460
00:22:10,818 --> 00:22:12,234
des maisons qui étaient dans le dossier.

461
00:22:12,236 --> 00:22:14,486
Et j'ai mentionné tout à l'heure, que
la votre était ciblée.

462
00:22:14,488 --> 00:22:16,938
Oui, vous avez dit ça.

463
00:22:16,940 --> 00:22:18,657
C'est par là.

464
00:22:23,797 --> 00:22:25,381
Nous y voilà.

465
00:22:32,055 --> 00:22:34,139
Est-ce que le coffre
était dans la maison ?

466
00:22:34,141 --> 00:22:36,124
Non, je l'ai installé.

467
00:22:37,293 --> 00:22:39,228
Je vais avoir besoin de
vous pour l'ouvrir.

468
00:22:39,230 --> 00:22:40,763
Excusez-moi ?

469
00:22:40,765 --> 00:22:43,732
J'ai juste besoin de vérifier
que tout est en ordre.

470
00:22:45,819 --> 00:22:48,821
Je n'ai pas besoin de voir
ce qui est à l'intérieur.

471
00:22:48,823 --> 00:22:50,389
Très bien.

472
00:22:50,391 --> 00:22:51,774
Bien sûr.

473
00:22:59,582 --> 00:23:01,750
Tout est là.

474
00:23:01,752 --> 00:23:04,036
Ok, vous pouvez le refermer.

475
00:23:06,322 --> 00:23:07,656
Qu'est-ce que c'est ?

476
00:23:09,259 --> 00:23:11,260
C'est du papier d'aluminium.

477
00:23:11,262 --> 00:23:13,879
Probablement du papier
de chewing gum.

478
00:23:16,182 --> 00:23:19,167
Les cambrioleurs l'utilisent pour
contourner les systèmes de sécurité.

479
00:23:57,181 --> 00:23:59,865
Votre rôdeur aime les quartiers
résidentiels. Toutes ses cibles

480
00:23:59,866 --> 00:24:00,849
sont dans les zones adjacentes.

481
00:24:00,851 --> 00:24:02,216
On peut oublier les prêteurs sur gages.

482
00:24:02,218 --> 00:24:04,719
Cette vente est déplacée
vers un stand local.

483
00:24:04,721 --> 00:24:05,987
Excusez-moi Messieurs.

484
00:24:07,607 --> 00:24:08,990
Commandant McGarrett ?
Inspecteur Williams ?

485
00:24:08,992 --> 00:24:10,057
C'est exact.

486
00:24:10,059 --> 00:24:11,109
Voici le Capitaine Grover.

487
00:24:11,111 --> 00:24:12,226
En quoi pouvons-nous vous aider ?
Madame.

488
00:24:12,228 --> 00:24:14,779
Agent Spécial Rebecca Conway, FBI.

489
00:24:14,781 --> 00:24:15,864
Comment ça va ?

490
00:24:15,866 --> 00:24:17,415
Le labo de la police d'Hawaï
a lancé une recherche

491
00:24:17,417 --> 00:24:19,033
sur des faits similaires dans l'affaire
sur laquelle je travaille actuellement.

492
00:24:19,035 --> 00:24:21,202
Spécifiquement concernant
la bâche et l'arme à feu

493
00:24:21,204 --> 00:24:23,955
qui sont entièrement liées
à une série de meurtres

494
00:24:23,957 --> 00:24:25,540
sur laquelle j'enquête.

495
00:24:25,542 --> 00:24:27,926
Notre suspect a tué 14 personnes
à notre connaissance.

496
00:24:27,928 --> 00:24:29,594
12 sur le continent, 2 à Hawaï.

497
00:24:29,596 --> 00:24:32,680
Vous dites qu'on a
un tueur en série sur l'île ?

498
00:24:32,682 --> 00:24:34,098
Pourquoi est ce qu'on entend parler de
ça maintenant ?

499
00:24:34,100 --> 00:24:36,100
Nous sommes après ce type
depuis un long moment.

500
00:24:36,102 --> 00:24:37,519
Nous ne voulions pas vous effrayer
pour rien.

501
00:24:37,521 --> 00:24:40,355
Et vous pensez que nous poursuivons
le même gars ?

502
00:24:40,357 --> 00:24:41,639
Je ne suis pas totalement sûre,

503
00:24:41,641 --> 00:24:43,975
mais c'est pour ça que je suis ici :
pour échanger nos informations.

504
00:24:43,977 --> 00:24:45,393
Qu'est-ce que vous avez ?

505
00:24:55,171 --> 00:24:58,122
Dans tous les cas, notre suspect
retient ses vicimes

506
00:24:58,124 --> 00:24:59,574
moins de 24 heures.

507
00:24:59,576 --> 00:25:01,459
Elles sont toutes attachées
et torturées.

508
00:25:01,461 --> 00:25:03,912
Le mode opératoire
est toujours le même :

509
00:25:03,914 --> 00:25:06,130
un seul coup de feu
tiré dans la tête

510
00:25:06,132 --> 00:25:08,800
par un 9 mm avec
des balles creuses.

511
00:25:08,802 --> 00:25:10,952
On pense qu'il tue par pitié

512
00:25:10,954 --> 00:25:13,788
après les terribles sévices
qu'il lui a infligé.

513
00:25:13,790 --> 00:25:16,007
Êtes-vous sûre que le tueur
est un homme ?

514
00:25:16,009 --> 00:25:17,258
Les atrocités

515
00:25:17,260 --> 00:25:19,394
commises par ce meurtrier
semblent être

516
00:25:19,396 --> 00:25:21,012
des caractéristiques masculines.

517
00:25:21,014 --> 00:25:23,798
Particulièrement la façon
dont il dispose les corps ;

518
00:25:23,800 --> 00:25:24,766
il est très méthodique.

519
00:25:24,768 --> 00:25:27,301
Il déshabille les victimes,

520
00:25:27,303 --> 00:25:29,571
les enveloppe
dans une bâche en plastique

521
00:25:29,573 --> 00:25:31,639
et les jette
dans des lieux aléatoires.

522
00:25:31,641 --> 00:25:34,692
Le tueur aime aussi couper un doigt

523
00:25:34,694 --> 00:25:37,478
de chacune des mains des victimes,
qu'il garde comme souvenir.

524
00:25:37,480 --> 00:25:38,830
Donc il peut revivre

525
00:25:38,832 --> 00:25:40,582
le fantasme plus tard, c'est ça ?

526
00:25:40,584 --> 00:25:43,034
Exact. Ce que je ne comprends pas

527
00:25:43,036 --> 00:25:45,253
c'est que jusqu'à présent,

528
00:25:45,255 --> 00:25:47,321
toutes les victimes étaient
des femmes dans la vingtaine,

529
00:25:47,323 --> 00:25:50,258
le plus souvent ciblées
pour leurs traits spécifiques.

530
00:25:50,260 --> 00:25:51,759
Votre victime est un homme.

531
00:25:51,761 --> 00:25:53,461
- Et il ne lui manquait aucun doigt.
- Exact.

532
00:25:53,463 --> 00:25:56,431
Mais à part ça,
le mode opératoire correspond.

533
00:25:56,433 --> 00:26:00,635
Je ne suis pas sûre de comprendre
pourquoi mon gars a choisi M. Dobbs.

534
00:26:00,637 --> 00:26:02,937
Peut-être qu'il ne l'a pas choisi.

535
00:26:02,939 --> 00:26:05,223
Peut-être est-ce M. Dobbs
qui l'a choisi.

536
00:26:06,442 --> 00:26:07,558
Que voulez-vous dire ?

537
00:26:07,560 --> 00:26:08,526
Nous savons que Dobbs

538
00:26:08,528 --> 00:26:10,228
était un voleur. Nous savons aussi

539
00:26:10,230 --> 00:26:12,947
qu'il a été viré de son job de
nuit il a été tué, ok?

540
00:26:12,949 --> 00:26:15,066
Et s'il était en plein
dans son travail

541
00:26:15,068 --> 00:26:16,401
quand ça s'est passé ?

542
00:26:16,403 --> 00:26:18,703
Tu dis qu'il s'est introduit dans la
maison du tueur.

543
00:26:18,705 --> 00:26:21,039
Ce qui signifie

544
00:26:21,041 --> 00:26:23,691
qu'il n'avait pas choisi de
changer son mode opératoire

545
00:26:23,693 --> 00:26:25,493
mais que votre victime
l'a contraint à le faire

546
00:26:25,495 --> 00:26:26,911
Je pense que c'est possible.

547
00:26:26,913 --> 00:26:28,379
Avez-vous une adresse ?

548
00:26:28,381 --> 00:26:30,531
On a des gens sur le terrain
en ce moment.

549
00:26:30,533 --> 00:26:33,301
Retirez-les. Faîtes le maintenant.
Si notre homme se sent au pied du mur

550
00:26:33,303 --> 00:26:35,503
il va s'enfuir ou faire ce qu'il fait
le mieux,

551
00:26:35,505 --> 00:26:37,038
c'est à dire prendre une autre vie.

552
00:26:37,923 --> 00:26:40,374
- Steve...
- Leilani, tout va bien ?

553
00:26:40,376 --> 00:26:42,376
Oui. Je suis désolée.
J'essaye de joindre Chin.

554
00:26:42,378 --> 00:26:43,761
Nous étions supposés nous rencontrer
il y a quelques heures.

555
00:26:43,763 --> 00:26:46,147
As-tu des nouvelles de lui?

556
00:26:53,489 --> 00:26:54,772
Il ne répond pas.

557
00:26:56,325 --> 00:26:58,392
Si quelque chose ne va pas,
s'il te plaît, dis-le-moi.

558
00:26:58,394 --> 00:27:00,728
Attends.

559
00:27:03,732 --> 00:27:05,083
Cath, Catherine où es-tu ?

560
00:27:05,085 --> 00:27:07,085
Pearl City. Pourquoi ?
Qu'est-ce qu'il se passe ?

561
00:27:07,087 --> 00:27:08,920
As-tu des nouvelles de Chin ?

562
00:27:08,922 --> 00:27:10,088
Non, pas récemment.

563
00:27:10,090 --> 00:27:11,756
Pourquoi ?

564
00:27:11,758 --> 00:27:13,758
OK, écoute moi attentivement.

565
00:27:13,760 --> 00:27:15,043
Je veux que tu te retires.

566
00:27:15,045 --> 00:27:17,345
La police va vérifier le reste
des maisons de la liste.

567
00:27:17,347 --> 00:27:19,714
Faites moi une faveur.
Appelez vos hommes, ok ?

568
00:27:19,716 --> 00:27:22,383
Dis leur qu'on a perdu contact avec
l'un des nôtres.

569
00:27:22,385 --> 00:27:24,519
On va avoir besoin de toute l'aide
qu'on peut avoir.

570
00:27:39,868 --> 00:27:42,370
Il y a des flics partout
dans le voisinage.

571
00:27:42,372 --> 00:27:44,622
Ils vont me trouver.

572
00:27:54,133 --> 00:27:56,334
Vous savez, je ne sais pas

573
00:27:56,336 --> 00:27:59,003
si vous pensez à ce que vous êtes
en train de faire Gary

574
00:27:59,005 --> 00:28:02,757
mais pour ma part, tout ce que tu as
fait c'est tuer quelqu'un

575
00:28:02,759 --> 00:28:05,309
qui est entré par effraction chez toi.

576
00:28:07,129 --> 00:28:09,263
Tu sais, un jury pourrait voir ça comme
de la légitime défense,

577
00:28:09,265 --> 00:28:10,631
mais si tu me tues,

578
00:28:10,633 --> 00:28:12,299
tu vas mourir en prison.

579
00:28:12,301 --> 00:28:14,185
Tu comprends ça, non ?

580
00:28:16,638 --> 00:28:17,605
Tu m'entends ?

581
00:28:27,283 --> 00:28:29,367
Vous n'avez rien

582
00:28:56,695 --> 00:28:59,530
Vous voyez maintenant ?

583
00:29:00,532 --> 00:29:02,867
Tu ne sais rien.

584
00:29:15,197 --> 00:29:17,748
Est-ce que tu me vois ?

585
00:29:19,635 --> 00:29:21,752
oui.

586
00:29:21,754 --> 00:29:23,754
Je te vois.

587
00:29:24,723 --> 00:29:27,675
je te vois pour qui tu es réellement.

588
00:29:28,560 --> 00:29:30,728
Tu es au-dessus de nous tous.

589
00:29:30,730 --> 00:29:32,680
Tu es une divinité vivante.

590
00:29:32,682 --> 00:29:35,600
Tu décides qui vit

591
00:29:35,602 --> 00:29:38,102
et qui meurt.

592
00:29:46,778 --> 00:29:48,613
Vous mentez !

593
00:29:48,615 --> 00:29:51,082
Tu penses que je suis un monstre.

594
00:29:56,739 --> 00:29:59,406
C'est vrai.

595
00:30:00,876 --> 00:30:03,678
Je pense que tu es un malade, petit
minable pathétique

596
00:30:03,680 --> 00:30:06,430
qui s'en prend à des femmes innocentes
pour ses besoins dégénérés.

597
00:30:09,319 --> 00:30:13,354
Ma seule question pour toi...

598
00:30:13,356 --> 00:30:15,857
Pourquoi les femmes ?

599
00:30:15,859 --> 00:30:19,644
Qu'est ce qu'elles t'ont fait, Gary ?
Hein ?

600
00:30:19,646 --> 00:30:21,145
Qu'est-ce qu'elles représentent ?

601
00:30:22,982 --> 00:30:25,366
Ou peut-être que c'en est une
en particulier,

602
00:30:25,368 --> 00:30:28,653
et tu t'en prends
à de parfaites inconnues.

603
00:30:29,488 --> 00:30:31,873
Quoi, ta maman t'a blessé ?

604
00:30:32,909 --> 00:30:35,576
Peut-être qu'elle t'a enfermé
dans un placard

605
00:30:35,578 --> 00:30:36,744
quand tu étais petit.

606
00:30:36,746 --> 00:30:39,497
Tu avais peut-être
un faible pour elle, hein ?

607
00:30:39,499 --> 00:30:43,084
Peut-être, mais elle était toujours
la préférée de papa, pas vrai ?

608
00:30:53,178 --> 00:30:55,146
Tu es à moi.

609
00:30:55,148 --> 00:30:57,181
Je te contrôle.

610
00:30:58,517 --> 00:31:01,519
Tout à fait comme les autres.

611
00:31:02,637 --> 00:31:05,156
Les gens comme toi, vous pensez être
tellement intelligent

612
00:31:05,158 --> 00:31:07,074
que vous savez ce qui est en moi,

613
00:31:07,076 --> 00:31:09,493
vous ne savez pas
et vous ne saurez jamais.

614
00:31:09,495 --> 00:31:11,913
Tu ne peux pas imaginer

615
00:31:11,915 --> 00:31:16,250
à quel point c'est un plaisir de
t'avoir comme invité.

616
00:31:30,165 --> 00:31:32,166
Ne vas nulle part.

617
00:31:45,180 --> 00:31:47,365
J'ai entendu que quelqu'un
avait besoin d'une soupe.

618
00:31:47,367 --> 00:31:49,350
Salut Emily.
Tu n'as pas reçu mon message ?

619
00:31:49,352 --> 00:31:50,868
Je l'ai ignoré,

620
00:31:50,870 --> 00:31:54,622
comme le feraient toutes les petites
amies quand leur copain dit être malade.

621
00:31:54,624 --> 00:31:56,490
Une soupe à base de bœuf de Pho Bistro.

622
00:31:56,492 --> 00:31:58,042
Ta préférée.

623
00:31:58,044 --> 00:32:00,394
Oh, tu m'as l'air un peu fiévreux.

624
00:32:00,396 --> 00:32:01,829
Je pense que tu as raison,

625
00:32:01,831 --> 00:32:03,030
et la dernière chose dont tu as besoin

626
00:32:03,032 --> 00:32:04,582
c'est d'être malade,
donc peut-être que tu devrais

627
00:32:04,584 --> 00:32:06,133
- laisser la soupe et partir.
- T'inquiète pas,

628
00:32:06,135 --> 00:32:09,003
si je tombe malade,
tu prendras soin de moi.

629
00:32:32,778 --> 00:32:35,079
Regarde ce que tu m'as fait faire.

630
00:32:54,851 --> 00:32:56,251
Grover.
Qu'est-ce que tu as ?

631
00:32:56,253 --> 00:32:57,652
Vraiment ?

632
00:32:57,654 --> 00:33:00,539
D'accord, merci.
Attendez.

633
00:33:00,541 --> 00:33:02,841
C'était la fourrière...
ils ont une voiture enregistrée

634
00:33:02,843 --> 00:33:04,176
au nom de votre victime,
Victor Dobbs.

635
00:33:04,178 --> 00:33:06,511
Elle a été remorquée à Kahala Park
pour "stationnement interdit de nuit".

636
00:33:06,513 --> 00:33:09,131
Bon, attendez,
il y a une maison sur la liste Dobb

637
00:33:09,133 --> 00:33:10,799
à deux rues d'ici, Moa Street.

638
00:33:10,801 --> 00:33:12,000
Bien, oubliez cet endroit.

639
00:33:12,002 --> 00:33:13,769
Catherine, rends-moi service.
Appelle l'agent Conwey.

640
00:33:13,771 --> 00:33:15,270
Qu'elle nous rejoigne sur le site.

641
00:33:33,106 --> 00:33:36,941
Gary, qu'est-ce que tu fais ?

642
00:33:36,943 --> 00:33:38,960
Ce n'est pas toi. C'est moi.

643
00:33:44,667 --> 00:33:47,002
Qu'est-ce que tu... ?

644
00:35:26,719 --> 00:35:28,069
Tu vas bien ?

645
00:35:40,750 --> 00:35:43,118
Merci.

646
00:35:58,684 --> 00:36:02,187
J'aurais voulu appuyer
sur la détente.

647
00:36:02,189 --> 00:36:04,356
Soit contente de ne pas l'avoir fait.

648
00:36:05,924 --> 00:36:07,925
C'est fini.

649
00:36:07,927 --> 00:36:11,429
Tu devrais prévenir ces familles.

650
00:37:04,935 --> 00:37:06,984
Tu as finis de balayer ta liste ?

651
00:37:06,986 --> 00:37:08,953
Presque. Et toi ?

652
00:37:08,955 --> 00:37:11,256
J'ai été un peu distrait.

653
00:37:13,209 --> 00:37:14,659
Tu sais quoi ?

654
00:37:14,661 --> 00:37:15,510
Disons match nul.

655
00:37:15,512 --> 00:37:17,328
Match nul ?

656
00:37:17,330 --> 00:37:19,381
Non, je dis que le gars
qui s'est fait poignardé

657
00:37:19,383 --> 00:37:20,715
dans l'épaule gagne. Tu ne penses pas ?

658
00:37:20,717 --> 00:37:22,717
Bon joueur. OK.

659
00:37:22,719 --> 00:37:25,236
Je paie. Le diner est pour moi.

660
00:37:25,238 --> 00:37:26,221
Tu paies ?

661
00:37:27,774 --> 00:37:30,475
Qui t'a invité ?

662
00:37:30,477 --> 00:37:33,445
Ta tête de grincheux, juste arrête ça.

663
00:37:33,447 --> 00:37:34,813
Tu sais que tu m'aimes.

664
00:37:34,815 --> 00:37:36,781
Tu as juste des difficultés
à exprimer tes sentiments.

665
00:37:36,783 --> 00:37:38,700
Je ne sais pas
ce qu'il ressent pour toi,

666
00:37:38,702 --> 00:37:41,018
mais il aime sans aucun doute les repas
gratuits. Ça je le sais.

667
00:37:41,020 --> 00:37:43,571
C'est supposé vouloir dire quoi ?

668
00:37:43,573 --> 00:37:46,093
Bien, je ne veux pas pointer ça,
mais tu paie jamais.

669
00:37:47,710 --> 00:37:48,710

$220 more.

291
00:14:19,876 --> 00:14:21,844
North Shore bruddah
hooked us up

292
00:14:21,846 --> 00:14:23,879
with the name
of your dead thief.

293
00:14:23,881 --> 00:14:24,847
Victor Dobbs.

294
00:14:24,849 --> 00:14:29,051
Word is, worked
strictly big scores.

295
00:14:29,053 --> 00:14:31,320
Mostly diamonds
and jewelry.

296
00:14:31,322 --> 00:14:33,005
STEVE:
Victor Dobbs.

297
00:14:33,007 --> 00:14:34,740
Currently
unemployed.

298
00:14:34,742 --> 00:14:36,826
Last job...

299
00:14:36,828 --> 00:14:39,378
He was a manager
at the Wailana

300
00:14:39,380 --> 00:14:40,746
Electronics Supply Company.

301
00:14:40,748 --> 00:14:42,448
Well, with his background,

302
00:14:42,450 --> 00:14:44,667
that's how he could've learned
how to bypass a security system.

303
00:14:44,669 --> 00:14:47,169
It didn't teach him how to dodge
a bullet, though, did it?

304
00:14:57,631 --> 00:14:59,882
Looks like
he lived alone.

305
00:15:04,855 --> 00:15:06,439
(glass shatters)

306
00:15:14,314 --> 00:15:15,614
How ironic.

307
00:15:26,043 --> 00:15:27,460
Whoa.

308
00:15:27,462 --> 00:15:29,328
Sorry. Wrong house.
Hey!

309
00:15:29,330 --> 00:15:30,830
Show me your hands.
Behind your head.

310
00:15:30,832 --> 00:15:32,281
Interlock your fingers.

311
00:15:33,250 --> 00:15:34,333
Easy, man.

312
00:15:34,335 --> 00:15:37,286
Aren't you
a little early, Santa?

313
00:15:45,349 --> 00:15:46,983
CATHERINE: We checked out
that last half

314
00:15:46,985 --> 00:15:48,717
that Danny found
in our vic's place.

315
00:15:48,719 --> 00:15:50,019
These right here were taken
inside the homes

316
00:15:50,021 --> 00:15:52,554
that our burglar already hit,
and these over here,

317
00:15:52,556 --> 00:15:54,240
these were part
of his wish list.

318
00:15:54,242 --> 00:15:56,242
What, these are places,
uh, Dobbs cased

319
00:15:56,244 --> 00:15:57,393
and was intending to rob?

320
00:15:57,395 --> 00:15:58,494
CHIN: That's right
and wrong.

321
00:15:58,496 --> 00:15:59,862
These were places
he was going to hit,

322
00:15:59,864 --> 00:16:01,230
but he didn't do the casing.

323
00:16:01,232 --> 00:16:03,015
That was all done by our guest,

324
00:16:03,017 --> 00:16:04,550
Tim Sapoli.

325
00:16:04,552 --> 00:16:05,968
Got a hit
off his prints.

326
00:16:05,970 --> 00:16:07,420
He's got multiple priors.

327
00:16:07,422 --> 00:16:08,504
Did some time
in Halawa.

328
00:16:08,506 --> 00:16:09,422
He's currently
employed

329
00:16:09,424 --> 00:16:10,923
as a cable TV
installer.

330
00:16:10,925 --> 00:16:12,925
And it looks like
he's our victim's partner.

331
00:16:12,927 --> 00:16:14,343
How do we know that?

332
00:16:14,345 --> 00:16:16,078
Because he's the
one who e-mailed

333
00:16:16,080 --> 00:16:17,963
those photos
to Victor Dobbs.

334
00:16:17,965 --> 00:16:19,849
Let's cut to the chase and talk
about what happened with Dobbs,

335
00:16:19,851 --> 00:16:21,634
okay? I'm thinking
it was about money.

336
00:16:21,636 --> 00:16:22,918
Maybe he wasn't
paying you enough.

337
00:16:22,920 --> 00:16:24,887
Maybe you wanted to renegotiate
the terms of your deal

338
00:16:24,889 --> 00:16:26,222
with him and
it went south.

339
00:16:26,224 --> 00:16:28,524
Uh, I'm guessing that's
why you killed him.

340
00:16:28,526 --> 00:16:29,859
Whoa.

341
00:16:29,861 --> 00:16:31,944
What?

342
00:16:31,946 --> 00:16:33,262
What are you
talking about?

343
00:16:33,264 --> 00:16:34,763
Dobbs is dead?

344
00:16:36,149 --> 00:16:38,317
What?
You think I killed him?

345
00:16:38,319 --> 00:16:39,535
CATHERINE:
We think you put

346
00:16:39,537 --> 00:16:40,736
a bullet in him,
dumped the body,

347
00:16:40,738 --> 00:16:41,787
then broke
into his house

348
00:16:41,789 --> 00:16:43,205
and tried to steal
the computer

349
00:16:43,207 --> 00:16:44,657
so that you wouldn't
be linked to the photos.

350
00:16:44,659 --> 00:16:47,109
Listen, okay?

351
00:16:47,111 --> 00:16:49,278
The burglaries?

352
00:16:49,280 --> 00:16:50,329
Fine.

353
00:16:50,331 --> 00:16:52,448
I helped pull
those off.

354
00:16:52,450 --> 00:16:54,750
But murder?
No way.

355
00:16:54,752 --> 00:16:55,885
I didn't kill Dobbs.

356
00:16:55,887 --> 00:16:57,837
You're going to have
to do better than that.

357
00:16:57,839 --> 00:16:59,555
I haven't seen him for days.

358
00:16:59,557 --> 00:17:02,091
We were supposed to meet up
after the last score,

359
00:17:02,093 --> 00:17:03,642
split the take...
What score?

360
00:17:03,644 --> 00:17:04,560
I don't know.

361
00:17:04,562 --> 00:17:06,429
My job was to feed
him the leads,

362
00:17:06,431 --> 00:17:07,646
but he never told me

363
00:17:07,648 --> 00:17:09,465
which house he was gonna hit.
CATHERINE: So, what?

364
00:17:09,467 --> 00:17:11,233
He just didn't show up for the split?
Nope.

365
00:17:11,235 --> 00:17:13,185
Never showed.

366
00:17:13,187 --> 00:17:14,854
I kept calling him,
but he wasn't answering.

367
00:17:14,856 --> 00:17:17,806
I figured something
must've happened.

368
00:17:17,808 --> 00:17:19,992
I don't know,
maybe he pulled the plug...

369
00:17:19,994 --> 00:17:21,444
Maybe he got arrested.

370
00:17:21,446 --> 00:17:23,746
I never figured he'd
get himself killed.

371
00:17:25,315 --> 00:17:28,417
You really expect us
to believe that?

372
00:17:28,419 --> 00:17:31,337
Why would I want
my partner dead?

373
00:17:32,172 --> 00:17:34,373
Dobbs was my meal ticket.

374
00:17:35,492 --> 00:17:37,326
DANNY: So, what...
you believe him?

375
00:17:37,328 --> 00:17:39,845
Well, first of all,
Sapoli's got no alibi.

376
00:17:39,847 --> 00:17:41,614
Second of all,
we caught him breaking into

377
00:17:41,616 --> 00:17:43,048
the victim's house
to destroy evidence.

378
00:17:43,050 --> 00:17:45,484
So do I believe him?
No, I don't believe him.

379
00:17:45,486 --> 00:17:47,219
But until we get something
solid on this guy,

380
00:17:47,221 --> 00:17:48,487
all we got is
a burglary charge.

381
00:17:48,489 --> 00:17:50,222
Hey.

382
00:17:50,224 --> 00:17:53,309
My guys finished searching
your suspect Sapoli's place.

383
00:17:53,311 --> 00:17:55,227
They found a weapon...
Glock nine-mil.

384
00:17:55,229 --> 00:17:57,396
That's the same caliber
used to kill Dobbs.

385
00:17:57,398 --> 00:17:58,697
Yeah. I'm running it
against the slug

386
00:17:58,699 --> 00:18:00,116
that Max found,
but it's so degraded,

387
00:18:00,118 --> 00:18:01,850
it's a long shot.
But even if we get

388
00:18:01,852 --> 00:18:03,869
a match, we still have
to put him at the crime scene.

389
00:18:03,871 --> 00:18:04,486
If we could find it.

390
00:18:04,511 --> 00:18:06,456
CATHERINE: Okay, well,
given the latex found

391
00:18:06,457 --> 00:18:08,357
under Dobbs' fingernail,
he might have been killed

392
00:18:08,359 --> 00:18:09,708
right after his last burglary.

393
00:18:09,710 --> 00:18:11,327
So if we can
figure out

394
00:18:11,329 --> 00:18:13,262
where that was, we can
canvass the neighborhood,

395
00:18:13,264 --> 00:18:16,048
maybe turn up a
witness or a security cam

396
00:18:16,050 --> 00:18:17,866
that puts Sapoli in the area
around the time of death.

397
00:18:17,868 --> 00:18:19,251
GROVER: The problem is, there
were no burglaries

398
00:18:19,253 --> 00:18:20,753
reported last night.

399
00:18:20,755 --> 00:18:23,222
All right, well, maybe, uh...
homeowners were out of town.

400
00:18:23,224 --> 00:18:24,924
Well, considering the skill
of your burglar,

401
00:18:24,926 --> 00:18:26,809
these people might not even
know they're victims yet.

402
00:18:26,811 --> 00:18:28,043
STEVE : Catherine, pull up
Dobbs's wish list...

403
00:18:28,045 --> 00:18:30,429
all the houses
he was targeting.

404
00:18:30,431 --> 00:18:33,232
I can take it one step further
and create a map.

405
00:18:33,234 --> 00:18:35,601
STEVE:
Okay.

406
00:18:35,603 --> 00:18:36,885
Chin, Cath,

407
00:18:36,887 --> 00:18:38,471
split up these addresses,
go door-to-door,

408
00:18:38,473 --> 00:18:41,357
see if any of these places
were hit last night.

409
00:18:41,359 --> 00:18:42,741
You got my guys, too,
if you need 'em.

410
00:18:42,743 --> 00:18:44,243
Thank you.
(phone ringing)

411
00:18:44,245 --> 00:18:46,395
Charlie, what do you got?
FONG: I managed to reconstruct

412
00:18:46,397 --> 00:18:47,913
the bullet Max removed
from your victim.

413
00:18:47,915 --> 00:18:50,416
There was enough land and groove
impressions for me to determine

414
00:18:50,418 --> 00:18:52,117
that the round was
fired by a Browning.

415
00:18:52,119 --> 00:18:54,036
No, no.

416
00:18:54,038 --> 00:18:56,088
The, uh, gun HPD recovered
from Sapoli's house...

417
00:18:56,090 --> 00:18:57,790
Was a Glock.
...was a Glock.

418
00:18:57,792 --> 00:18:58,841
Which could mean your suspect

419
00:18:58,843 --> 00:19:00,009
shot the victim
using a different gun.

420
00:19:00,011 --> 00:19:02,094
Or he wasn't the killer.

421
00:19:03,129 --> 00:19:04,346
I also processed
the tarp

422
00:19:04,348 --> 00:19:05,747
that your victim's body
was found wrapped in.

423
00:19:05,749 --> 00:19:06,799
Contacted
the manufacturer.

424
00:19:06,801 --> 00:19:09,602
Production was
discontinued six years ago,

425
00:19:09,604 --> 00:19:11,437
so I'm trying
to narrow down

426
00:19:11,439 --> 00:19:12,471
what retailers
sold them.

427
00:19:12,473 --> 00:19:13,755
As soon as I can put together

428
00:19:13,757 --> 00:19:15,107
a list of transaction records,
I'll call you.

429
00:19:15,109 --> 00:19:16,258
All right, mahalo.

430
00:19:16,260 --> 00:19:17,142
All right.

431
00:19:17,144 --> 00:19:18,310
Give me one minute?
Yeah.

432
00:19:18,312 --> 00:19:20,312
Go.

433
00:19:20,314 --> 00:19:22,114
Hey, Charlie.

434
00:19:22,116 --> 00:19:23,432
I know you got
plenty to do,

435
00:19:23,434 --> 00:19:25,951
but, um, my daughter found
this, uh, on the beach.

436
00:19:25,953 --> 00:19:28,437
Thought maybe you'd
take a look at it.

437
00:19:28,439 --> 00:19:29,955
It's a puzzle box.

438
00:19:29,957 --> 00:19:32,741
Got significant water damage.
Yeah.

439
00:19:32,743 --> 00:19:34,710
I... looks like it's been in
the water for a couple years.

440
00:19:34,712 --> 00:19:36,245
I was thinking
that maybe it, uh,

441
00:19:36,247 --> 00:19:39,248
it washed up here from
the tsunami in Japan.

442
00:19:39,250 --> 00:19:41,283
It's quite possible.

443
00:19:41,285 --> 00:19:43,419
If you get any time,
please, uh, look at it.

444
00:19:43,421 --> 00:19:45,137
It means a lot to Grace.

445
00:19:45,972 --> 00:19:47,256
And you.

446
00:19:47,258 --> 00:19:48,807
Yes.

447
00:19:48,809 --> 00:19:51,010
Uh, and me.
Look.

448
00:19:52,345 --> 00:19:54,430
A lot of people died
in that tsunami, Charlie,

449
00:19:54,432 --> 00:19:56,482
and, uh...

450
00:19:56,484 --> 00:19:59,151
this little girl here,
uh,... I can only assume

451
00:19:59,153 --> 00:20:01,020
she meant a lot to
somebody, so I'd like

452
00:20:01,022 --> 00:20:03,572
to find out what happened
to her, that's all.

453
00:20:06,660 --> 00:20:08,694
I'll do my best.

454
00:20:15,335 --> 00:20:17,836
CHIN: Just checked the sixth house
off my list.

455
00:20:17,838 --> 00:20:19,955
Nothing yet.
How are you making out?

456
00:20:19,957 --> 00:20:22,258
I've hit four. Got nothing.

457
00:20:22,260 --> 00:20:23,459
Four?

458
00:20:23,461 --> 00:20:24,960
To my six?

459
00:20:24,962 --> 00:20:27,513
Aren't you the one driving
around in a muscle car?

460
00:20:27,515 --> 00:20:28,681
Hey, you saw my list.

461
00:20:28,683 --> 00:20:30,466
My houses cover
a wider area than yours.

462
00:20:30,468 --> 00:20:31,884
(chuckles)
Okay, then.

463
00:20:31,886 --> 00:20:33,185
What do you say the last person

464
00:20:33,187 --> 00:20:34,836
who gets to the bottom
of their list

465
00:20:34,838 --> 00:20:36,355
picks up the next tab
at Side Street?

466
00:20:36,357 --> 00:20:38,340
You're on.

467
00:20:38,342 --> 00:20:40,526
(engine revs)

468
00:20:50,120 --> 00:20:51,737
Hi. Can I help you?
Aloha.

469
00:20:51,739 --> 00:20:53,522
I'm Lieutenant Kelly.
I'm with Five-O.

470
00:20:53,524 --> 00:20:55,324
Gary Nathan.
What can I do for you?

471
00:20:55,326 --> 00:20:57,025
Well, Mr. Nathan,
we're investigating

472
00:20:57,027 --> 00:20:58,410
a rash of break-ins
in the area.

473
00:20:58,412 --> 00:21:00,045
We have reason
to believe

474
00:21:00,047 --> 00:21:01,196
that your home
has been targeted.

475
00:21:01,198 --> 00:21:02,864
Are you serious?
Did you have any cable

476
00:21:02,866 --> 00:21:04,366
or Internet work
done here recently?

477
00:21:04,368 --> 00:21:06,702
Yeah.

478
00:21:06,704 --> 00:21:08,003
Uh, a few weeks ago,

479
00:21:08,005 --> 00:21:09,138
I had a new Wi-Fi
system installed.

480
00:21:09,140 --> 00:21:11,890
But what does that have
to do with being robbed?

481
00:21:11,892 --> 00:21:13,225
Our suspects are
using service calls

482
00:21:13,227 --> 00:21:14,760
to access
people's homes.

483
00:21:14,762 --> 00:21:16,428
A lot of our victims
don't even know

484
00:21:16,430 --> 00:21:17,846
that they've been
burglarized until days

485
00:21:17,848 --> 00:21:19,648
or weeks
after the fact.

486
00:21:19,650 --> 00:21:21,650
Mind if I take
a look around?

487
00:21:21,652 --> 00:21:22,735
It'll only take
a couple of minutes.

488
00:21:22,737 --> 00:21:24,186
Oh, of course, yeah.
Whatever you need.

489
00:21:24,188 --> 00:21:25,854
Thanks.
Mm-hmm.

490
00:21:32,395 --> 00:21:33,445
Nice place.

491
00:21:33,447 --> 00:21:34,913
How long you been here?

492
00:21:34,915 --> 00:21:36,415
Couple years.

493
00:21:36,417 --> 00:21:38,367
Before that?
Denver.

494
00:21:38,369 --> 00:21:40,285
We used to vacation
in Hawaii when I was a kid,

495
00:21:40,287 --> 00:21:42,070
so when the opportunity came up,
I moved here.

496
00:21:42,072 --> 00:21:43,872
Denver, huh?
You a skier?

497
00:21:43,874 --> 00:21:45,591
Used to be.

498
00:21:45,593 --> 00:21:47,126
If you ever get the urge,
you ought to try

499
00:21:47,128 --> 00:21:48,177
Mauna Kea.

500
00:21:48,179 --> 00:21:49,244
It's on
Hawaii Island.

501
00:21:49,246 --> 00:21:52,080
Actually snows there
a couple times a year.

502
00:21:52,082 --> 00:21:55,417
Locals call it, uh...
pineapple powder.

503
00:21:55,419 --> 00:21:56,769
I'll have to
check that out.

504
00:21:56,771 --> 00:21:57,970
Yeah.

505
00:22:04,194 --> 00:22:06,428
Mind if I take a look
at your wall safe?

506
00:22:06,430 --> 00:22:08,781
How did you know I have
a wall safe?

507
00:22:08,783 --> 00:22:10,816
As part of the investigation,
we confiscated photos

508
00:22:10,818 --> 00:22:12,234
of the homes that were cased.

509
00:22:12,236 --> 00:22:14,486
And as I mentioned earlier,
yours was targeted.

510
00:22:14,488 --> 00:22:16,938
Yes, you did say that.

511
00:22:16,940 --> 00:22:18,657
It's over here.

512
00:22:23,797 --> 00:22:25,381
Here we go.

513
00:22:32,055 --> 00:22:34,139
Did the safe come
with the house?

514
00:22:34,141 --> 00:22:36,124
No, I had it installed.

515
00:22:37,293 --> 00:22:39,228
I'm gonna need you
to open it up.

516
00:22:39,230 --> 00:22:40,763
Excuse me?

517
00:22:40,765 --> 00:22:43,732
I just need you to verify that
everything's accounted for.

518
00:22:45,819 --> 00:22:48,821
Oh. I don't need
to see what's inside.

519
00:22:48,823 --> 00:22:50,389
All right.

520
00:22:50,391 --> 00:22:51,774
Of course.

521
00:22:59,582 --> 00:23:01,750
All good.

522
00:23:01,752 --> 00:23:04,036
Okay, you can close it back up.

523
00:23:06,322 --> 00:23:07,656
What is it?

524
00:23:09,259 --> 00:23:11,260
It's tinfoil.

525
00:23:11,262 --> 00:23:13,879
Ah, probably
a gum wrapper.

526
00:23:16,182 --> 00:23:19,167
Burglars use tinfoil
to bypass security systems.

527
00:23:29,937 --> 00:23:32,623

528
00:23:57,181 --> 00:23:59,865
Well, at least your prowler has
uptown taste. All his targets

529
00:23:59,866 --> 00:24:00,849
are in affluent areas.

530
00:24:00,851 --> 00:24:02,216
We can forget
about pawnshops.

531
00:24:02,218 --> 00:24:04,719
This merch is being moved
through a local fence.

532
00:24:04,721 --> 00:24:05,987
OFFICER:
Excuse me, gentlemen.

533
00:24:05,989 --> 00:24:07,605
DANNY:
Hey.

534
00:24:07,607 --> 00:24:08,990
Commander McGarrett?
Detective Williams?

535
00:24:08,992 --> 00:24:10,057
That's right.

536
00:24:10,059 --> 00:24:11,109
This is Captain Grover.

537
00:24:11,111 --> 00:24:12,226
How can we help you?
Ma'am.

538
00:24:12,228 --> 00:24:14,779
Special Agent
Rebecca Conway, FBI.

539
00:24:14,781 --> 00:24:15,864
How do you do?

540
00:24:15,866 --> 00:24:17,415
HPD Crime Lab
ran a search

541
00:24:17,417 --> 00:24:19,033
that flagged a case
I'm working.

542
00:24:19,035 --> 00:24:21,202
Specifically, the tarp
and firearm information

543
00:24:21,204 --> 00:24:23,955
that was entered
linked to a series of murders

544
00:24:23,957 --> 00:24:25,540
that I'm covering.

545
00:24:25,542 --> 00:24:27,926
Our suspect's killed
14 people that we know of.

546
00:24:27,928 --> 00:24:29,594
12 on the mainland,
two in Hawaii.

547
00:24:29,596 --> 00:24:32,680
You're saying we have
a serial killer on the Island?

548
00:24:32,682 --> 00:24:34,098
Why are we hearing
about this now?

549
00:24:34,100 --> 00:24:36,100
We've been after this
guy for long time.

550
00:24:36,102 --> 00:24:37,519
Didn't want to scare him
into the wind.

551
00:24:37,521 --> 00:24:40,355
And you think we're chasing
the same guy?

552
00:24:40,357 --> 00:24:41,639
I'm not totally convinced,

553
00:24:41,641 --> 00:24:43,975
but that's why I'm here:
to compare notes.

554
00:24:43,977 --> 00:24:45,393
What do you got?

555
00:24:55,171 --> 00:24:58,122
In every case, our suspect
holds the victims

556
00:24:58,124 --> 00:24:59,574
for less than 24 hours.

557
00:24:59,576 --> 00:25:01,459
All are bound and tortured.

558
00:25:01,461 --> 00:25:03,912
The C.O.D. is always the same:

559
00:25:03,914 --> 00:25:06,130
a single gunshot wound
to the head

560
00:25:06,132 --> 00:25:08,800
using nine-millimeter jacketed
hollow cavity bullets.

561
00:25:08,802 --> 00:25:10,952
We think this
is a mercy killing

562
00:25:10,954 --> 00:25:13,788
after the horrific abuse
that he inflicts.

563
00:25:13,790 --> 00:25:16,007
GROVER: So you're sure
that the killer's male?

564
00:25:16,009 --> 00:25:17,258
CONWAY:
The kind of atrocities

565
00:25:17,260 --> 00:25:19,394
associated with this killer
seem to be

566
00:25:19,396 --> 00:25:21,012
a function of masculine traits.

567
00:25:21,014 --> 00:25:23,798
Particularly the way
he disposes of the bodies;

568
00:25:23,800 --> 00:25:24,766
he's very practical.

569
00:25:24,768 --> 00:25:27,301
He strips the victims
of their clothing,

570
00:25:27,303 --> 00:25:29,571
wraps them in
a plastic tarp

571
00:25:29,573 --> 00:25:31,639
and dumps them
in random locations.

572
00:25:31,641 --> 00:25:34,692
The killer also likes to cut
a single finger

573
00:25:34,694 --> 00:25:37,478
from each victim's hand,
which he keeps as a souvenir.

574
00:25:37,480 --> 00:25:38,830
STEVE:
So he can relive

575
00:25:38,832 --> 00:25:40,582
the fantasy
at a later date, right?

576
00:25:40,584 --> 00:25:43,034
Right. Now, what
I can't figure out

577
00:25:43,036 --> 00:25:45,253
is that up
until this point,

578
00:25:45,255 --> 00:25:47,321
all the victims have been
females in their 20s,

579
00:25:47,323 --> 00:25:50,258
most likely targeted
for those specific traits.

580
00:25:50,260 --> 00:25:51,759
Your victim is male.

581
00:25:51,761 --> 00:25:53,461
And he's not missing a finger.
Right.

582
00:25:53,463 --> 00:25:56,431
But other than that,
the M.O. fits.

583
00:25:56,433 --> 00:26:00,635
I'm just not sure why
my guy picked Mr. Dobbs.

584
00:26:00,637 --> 00:26:02,937
Maybe your guy
didn't pick Mr. Dobbs.

585
00:26:02,939 --> 00:26:05,223
Maybe Mr. Dobbs picked him.

586
00:26:06,442 --> 00:26:07,558
What do you mean?

587
00:26:07,560 --> 00:26:08,526
We know Dobbs

588
00:26:08,528 --> 00:26:10,228
was a burglar. We also know

589
00:26:10,230 --> 00:26:12,947
that he pulled a job the
night he was killed, okay?

590
00:26:12,949 --> 00:26:15,066
Now, what if he was in
the middle of that job

591
00:26:15,068 --> 00:26:16,401
when this went down?

592
00:26:16,403 --> 00:26:18,703
You're saying he broke
into the killer's house.

593
00:26:18,705 --> 00:26:21,039
So that means

594
00:26:21,041 --> 00:26:23,691
that he didn't choose
to change his M.O.,

595
00:26:23,693 --> 00:26:25,493
but your victim forced him to.

596
00:26:25,495 --> 00:26:26,911
What I'm saying
is it's possible.

597
00:26:26,913 --> 00:26:28,379
Do you have an address?

598
00:26:28,381 --> 00:26:30,531
We have people out in the field
working on that right now.

599
00:26:30,533 --> 00:26:33,301
Pull them back. Do it now.
If this guy knows he's cornered,

600
00:26:33,303 --> 00:26:35,503
he's going to run
or do what he does best,

601
00:26:35,505 --> 00:26:37,038
which is take another life.

602
00:26:37,923 --> 00:26:40,374
Hey, Steve...
Leilani, you all right?

603
00:26:40,376 --> 00:26:42,376
Yeah. I'm sorry. Um, I've
been trying to reach Chin.

604
00:26:42,378 --> 00:26:43,761
We were supposed to meet
a couple hours ago.

605
00:26:43,763 --> 00:26:46,147
Have you heard
from him?

606
00:26:48,934 --> 00:26:51,686
(line ringing)

607
00:26:53,489 --> 00:26:54,772
He's not answering.

608
00:26:56,325 --> 00:26:58,392
If there's something
wrong, please tell me.

609
00:26:58,394 --> 00:27:00,728
Hold on.

610
00:27:03,732 --> 00:27:05,083
Cath, Catherine, where are you?

611
00:27:05,085 --> 00:27:07,085
Pearl City. Why?
What's going on?

612
00:27:07,087 --> 00:27:08,920
Have you heard from Chin?

613
00:27:08,922 --> 00:27:10,088
No, not recently.

614
00:27:10,090 --> 00:27:11,756
Why?

615
00:27:11,758 --> 00:27:13,758
Okay, okay, listen to me
very carefully.

616
00:27:13,760 --> 00:27:15,043
I need you to stand down.

617
00:27:15,045 --> 00:27:17,345
HPD's gonna hit the rest
of the houses on that list.

618
00:27:17,347 --> 00:27:19,714
Do me a favor.
Call your people, okay?

619
00:27:19,716 --> 00:27:22,383
Tell them we've lost
contact with one of ours.

620
00:27:22,385 --> 00:27:24,519
We're gonna need
all the help we can get.

621
00:27:24,521 --> 00:27:26,420
(Chin grunting)

622
00:27:39,868 --> 00:27:42,370
You know, there are cops
all over this neighborhood.

623
00:27:42,372 --> 00:27:44,622
They're gonna find me.

624
00:27:47,626 --> 00:27:49,077
(Chin groaning)

625
00:27:51,714 --> 00:27:53,131
(pants)

626
00:27:54,133 --> 00:27:56,334
CHIN: You know,
I don't know what it is

627
00:27:56,336 --> 00:27:59,003
you think you're
doing, Gary...

628
00:27:59,005 --> 00:28:02,757
but as far as I'm concerned,
all you did was kill somebody

629
00:28:02,759 --> 00:28:05,309
who broke into
your house.

630
00:28:07,129 --> 00:28:09,263
You know, a jury might look
at that as self-defense,

631
00:28:09,265 --> 00:28:10,631
but if you kill me,

632
00:28:10,633 --> 00:28:12,299
you're gonna die in prison.

633
00:28:12,301 --> 00:28:14,185
You understand that, right?

634
00:28:16,638 --> 00:28:17,605
Are you hearing me?

635
00:28:17,607 --> 00:28:18,956

636
00:28:18,958 --> 00:28:20,241
(whispers inaudibly)

637
00:28:20,243 --> 00:28:22,160
(Chin grunts loudly)

638
00:28:22,162 --> 00:28:23,310
(grunts)

639
00:28:23,312 --> 00:28:25,113
(Chin yells in pain)

640
00:28:26,031 --> 00:28:27,281
(grunts)

641
00:28:27,283 --> 00:28:29,367
You have nothing.

642
00:28:29,369 --> 00:28:31,836
(Chin groans softly)

643
00:28:56,695 --> 00:28:59,530
You see now?

644
00:29:00,532 --> 00:29:02,867
You know nothing.

645
00:29:15,197 --> 00:29:17,748
Do you see me?

646
00:29:19,635 --> 00:29:21,752
Yes.

647
00:29:21,754 --> 00:29:23,754
I see you, Gary.

648
00:29:24,723 --> 00:29:27,675
I see you
for who you really are.

649
00:29:28,560 --> 00:29:30,728
You're above us all.

650
00:29:30,730 --> 00:29:32,680
You're a living deity.

651
00:29:32,682 --> 00:29:35,600
You control who lives

652
00:29:35,602 --> 00:29:38,102
and who dies.

653
00:29:40,239 --> 00:29:42,389
(Chin grunts in pain)

654
00:29:42,391 --> 00:29:45,193
(Chin groaning)

655
00:29:46,778 --> 00:29:48,613
You're lying!
(grunts)

656
00:29:48,615 --> 00:29:51,082
You think I'm a monster.

657
00:29:51,084 --> 00:29:52,300
(grunts)

658
00:29:53,118 --> 00:29:54,902
(coughing)

659
00:29:54,904 --> 00:29:56,737
(groans, pants)

660
00:29:56,739 --> 00:29:59,406
(groaning):
You're right.

661
00:30:00,876 --> 00:30:03,678
I think you're a sick,
pathetic little worm

662
00:30:03,680 --> 00:30:06,430
who preys on innocent women
for your degenerate needs!

663
00:30:06,432 --> 00:30:09,317
(coughing)

664
00:30:09,319 --> 00:30:13,354
(panting):
My only question for you...

665
00:30:13,356 --> 00:30:15,857
is: Why women?

666
00:30:15,859 --> 00:30:19,644
What did they do
to you, Gary? Huh?

667
00:30:19,646 --> 00:30:21,145
What do they represent?

668
00:30:21,147 --> 00:30:22,980
Huh?

669
00:30:22,982 --> 00:30:25,366
Or maybe it's one in particular,

670
00:30:25,368 --> 00:30:28,653
and you just take it out
on total strangers.

671
00:30:29,488 --> 00:30:31,873
What, your mommy hurt you?

672
00:30:31,875 --> 00:30:32,907
Huh?

673
00:30:32,909 --> 00:30:35,576
Maybe she locked
you up in a closet

674
00:30:35,578 --> 00:30:36,744
when you were a little kid.

675
00:30:36,746 --> 00:30:39,497
Maybe you had a thing
for her, huh?

676
00:30:39,499 --> 00:30:43,084
Maybe, but she was
always Daddy's, right?

677
00:30:43,086 --> 00:30:44,335
(muffled panting)

678
00:30:47,923 --> 00:30:50,758
(coughing)

679
00:30:53,178 --> 00:30:55,146
You're mine.

680
00:30:55,148 --> 00:30:57,181
I control you.

681
00:30:58,517 --> 00:31:01,519
Just like all the others.

682
00:31:02,637 --> 00:31:05,156
People like you,
you think you're so smart

683
00:31:05,158 --> 00:31:07,074
that you know what's inside me,

684
00:31:07,076 --> 00:31:09,493
you don't know
and you never will.

685
00:31:09,495 --> 00:31:11,913
You can't
possibly imagine

686
00:31:11,915 --> 00:31:16,250
what a great pleasure it is
to have you as my guest.

687
00:31:16,252 --> 00:31:17,651
(chuckles)

688
00:31:17,653 --> 00:31:18,920
(doorbell rings)

689
00:31:18,922 --> 00:31:22,489
(knocking)
WOMAN (calls): Gary?

690
00:31:23,325 --> 00:31:25,326
(chuckles)

691
00:31:26,494 --> 00:31:28,129
Shh...

692
00:31:30,165 --> 00:31:32,166
Don't go anywhere.

693
00:31:36,138 --> 00:31:37,355
(knocking)

694
00:31:39,674 --> 00:31:40,942
(knocking)

695
00:31:40,944 --> 00:31:42,509
Gary?

696
00:31:42,511 --> 00:31:43,978
(knocking)

697
00:31:45,180 --> 00:31:47,365
I heard someone
here needs soup.

698
00:31:47,367 --> 00:31:49,350
Emily, hi.
Didn't you get my message?

699
00:31:49,352 --> 00:31:50,868
I ignored it,

700
00:31:50,870 --> 00:31:54,622
like any good girlfriend would
when her man says he's sick.

701
00:31:54,624 --> 00:31:56,490
Oxtail soup
from Pho Bistro.

702
00:31:56,492 --> 00:31:58,042
Your favorite.

703
00:31:58,044 --> 00:32:00,394
Oh, wow, you feel
a little feverish to me.

704
00:32:00,396 --> 00:32:01,829
Yeah, you know,
I think you're right,

705
00:32:01,831 --> 00:32:03,030
and the last
thing you need

706
00:32:03,032 --> 00:32:04,582
is to get sick,
so maybe you should

707
00:32:04,584 --> 00:32:06,133
just leave the soup and go.
Don't worry,

708
00:32:06,135 --> 00:32:09,003
if I get sick, then you'll
just take care of me.

709
00:32:09,755 --> 00:32:13,057

710
00:32:32,778 --> 00:32:35,079
Look what you made me do.

711
00:32:44,824 --> 00:32:46,691
(sirens wailing)

712
00:32:54,851 --> 00:32:56,251
Yeah. Grover.
What do you got?

713
00:32:56,253 --> 00:32:57,652
Really?

714
00:32:57,654 --> 00:33:00,539
All right, thanks.
Wait, hang on, hang on.

715
00:33:00,541 --> 00:33:02,841
That was the impound yard--
they got a car there that's registered

716
00:33:02,843 --> 00:33:04,176
to your murder victim,
Victor Dobbs.

717
00:33:04,178 --> 00:33:06,511
It was towed there from a
"no overnight parking" spot in Kahala Park.

718
00:33:06,513 --> 00:33:09,131
Okay, wait,
there's a house on Dobbs' list

719
00:33:09,133 --> 00:33:10,799
two blocks from there,
uh, Moa Street.

720
00:33:10,801 --> 00:33:12,000
All right, forget this place.

721
00:33:12,002 --> 00:33:13,769
Catherine, do me a favor.
Call Agent Conway.

722
00:33:13,771 --> 00:33:15,270
Have her meet us on site.

723
00:33:15,272 --> 00:33:17,823
(tires screeching)
(sirens blaring)

724
00:33:30,936 --> 00:33:33,104
(moans)

725
00:33:33,106 --> 00:33:36,941
Gary, what are you doing?

726
00:33:36,943 --> 00:33:38,960
It's not you. It's me.

727
00:33:38,962 --> 00:33:40,996
(grunting)

728
00:33:40,998 --> 00:33:43,131
No, no!

729
00:33:44,667 --> 00:33:47,002
What are you...?

730
00:33:47,004 --> 00:33:48,136
(grunting)

731
00:33:48,138 --> 00:33:50,172
No! No...

732
00:34:13,830 --> 00:34:15,647
(grunts)

733
00:34:23,539 --> 00:34:24,756
(yells)

734
00:34:24,758 --> 00:34:28,126
(both grunting)

735
00:34:50,867 --> 00:34:52,350
Chin!

736
00:34:52,352 --> 00:34:53,985
(both grunting)

737
00:35:10,169 --> 00:35:12,754
STEVE:
Chin!

738
00:35:26,719 --> 00:35:28,069
You all right?

739
00:35:28,071 --> 00:35:29,404
Huh?
Yeah.

740
00:35:29,406 --> 00:35:32,490
(coughs)

741
00:35:40,750 --> 00:35:43,118
Thanks.

742
00:35:58,684 --> 00:36:02,187
I wanted to be the one
to pull the trigger.

743
00:36:02,189 --> 00:36:04,356
Be glad you didn't.

744
00:36:05,924 --> 00:36:07,925
It's over.

745
00:36:07,927 --> 00:36:11,429
You should let
those families know.

746
00:36:41,293 --> 00:36:43,561

747
00:37:01,113 --> 00:37:03,147
Hey.

748
00:37:03,149 --> 00:37:04,933
Hey.

749
00:37:04,935 --> 00:37:06,984
You ever finish your sweep?

750
00:37:06,986 --> 00:37:08,953
Almost. You?

751
00:37:08,955 --> 00:37:11,256
I got a little distracted.

752
00:37:13,209 --> 00:37:14,659
Okay, you know what?

753
00:37:14,661 --> 00:37:15,510
Let's call it a tie.

754
00:37:15,512 --> 00:37:17,328
A tie?
Yeah.

755
00:37:17,330 --> 00:37:19,381
No, I say a tie goes
to the guy who got stabbed

756
00:37:19,383 --> 00:37:20,715
in the shoulder.
Don't you think?

757
00:37:20,717 --> 00:37:22,717
Sympathy play. Okay.

758
00:37:22,719 --> 00:37:25,236
I'm sold. Dinner's on me.
Ooh, all right.

759
00:37:25,238 --> 00:37:26,221
Oh, you buying?

760
00:37:26,223 --> 00:37:27,772
Yeah.

761
00:37:27,774 --> 00:37:30,475
Who invited you?

762
00:37:30,477 --> 00:37:33,445
This Grinch act of yours,
just-just stop it.

763
00:37:33,447 --> 00:37:34,813
You know you like me.

764
00:37:34,815 --> 00:37:36,781
You just have difficulty
expressing your feelings.

765
00:37:36,783 --> 00:37:38,700
I don't know
how he feels about you,

766
00:37:38,702 --> 00:37:41,018
but he definitely likes
a free meal. That I know.

767
00:37:41,020 --> 00:37:43,571
What's that supposed
to mean?

768
00:37:43,573 --> 00:37:46,093
Well, I don't want to put a fine
point on it, but you are cheap.

769
00:37:47,710 --> 00:37:48,710
Look, in three years, when was

770
00:37:48,712 --> 00:37:50,462
the last time
you picked up a check?

771
00:37:50,464 --> 00:37:51,629
Everything's about money with
you. You're obsessed with money.

772
00:37:51,631 --> 00:37:53,214
This specifically, yes,
it's about money.

773
00:37:53,216 --> 00:37:54,833
See, when the bill comes,
what you have to do

774
00:37:54,835 --> 00:37:56,668
is you have to reach
in your pocket,

775
00:37:56,670 --> 00:37:58,586
take the lock off your wallet,
take out the green paper--

776
00:37:58,588 --> 00:37:59,377
it's called money--

777
00:37:59,402 --> 00:38:01,039
and you pay for the bill.
That's how it works.

778
00:38:01,040 --> 00:38:02,515
The meal after next,
I'll pay for everybody.

779
00:38:02,516 --> 00:38:03,584
Meal after...
What do you mean, meal after...

780
00:38:03,609 --> 00:38:04,677
Why meal after next?
How 'bout that?

781
00:38:04,678 --> 00:38:06,594
Catherine just clearly said
she's paying for this meal.

782
00:38:06,596 --> 00:38:08,430
Right?

783
00:38:08,432 --> 00:38:10,265
Catherine.

784
00:38:10,267 --> 00:38:11,566
Where'd she go?

785
00:38:11,568 --> 00:38:13,384
Putz.

786
00:38:13,386 --> 00:38:15,270
She just said it, Danny.

787
00:38:15,272 --> 00:38:16,220
Catherine!

788
00:38:16,222 --> 00:38:19,274

789
00:38:48,220 --> 00:38:50,472

790
00:39:05,321 --> 00:39:07,322
Ho ho ho.

791
00:39:07,324 --> 00:39:08,540
(chuckles)

792
00:39:11,794 --> 00:39:13,995
Ho ho ho!

793
00:39:36,685 --> 00:39:38,970

794
00:40:00,376 --> 00:40:02,544
Huh?

795
00:40:06,182 --> 00:40:07,932
Yeah!

796
00:40:09,468 --> 00:40:11,853
Weight down. Weight down.
Whack it in.

797
00:40:11,855 --> 00:40:14,055
Come on.
Let's go.

798
00:40:16,025 --> 00:40:17,292
Oh!

799
00:40:17,294 --> 00:40:19,394
Everybody goes
completely nuts.

800
00:40:19,396 --> 00:40:22,864
The entire East Coast
loses their mind. Huh?

801
00:40:22,866 --> 00:40:24,199
(vehicle approaching)

802
00:40:34,192 --> 00:40:36,527
Hey. Practice.

803
00:40:36,529 --> 00:40:38,796
Please be careful,
all right?

804
00:40:42,134 --> 00:40:43,585
What's up, buddy?

805
00:40:43,587 --> 00:40:44,586
Merry Christmas.

806
00:40:44,588 --> 00:40:45,670
Merry Christmas, Danny.

807
00:40:45,672 --> 00:40:46,888
What are you
doing here?

808
00:40:46,890 --> 00:40:48,122
I couldn't sleep.

809
00:40:48,124 --> 00:40:50,925
Oh. What, uh...
what'd you find out?

810
00:40:50,927 --> 00:40:52,877
(sighs)

811
00:40:52,879 --> 00:40:55,063
I recovered a hair
from inside the locket.

812
00:40:55,065 --> 00:40:56,648
Extracted DNA

813
00:40:56,650 --> 00:40:59,050
and ran the profile against
a database the Japanese police

814
00:40:59,052 --> 00:41:01,736
set up to help identify victims
of the tsunami.

815
00:41:02,688 --> 00:41:04,689
What'd you find?

816
00:41:04,691 --> 00:41:08,693
The little girl in the photo
was six-year-old Akiko Tanaka.

817
00:41:08,695 --> 00:41:10,728
She lived with her family
in Ishinomaki,

818
00:41:10,730 --> 00:41:13,164
one of the towns hardest hit
by the tsunami.

819
00:41:13,166 --> 00:41:15,283
I contacted the girl's father,

820
00:41:15,285 --> 00:41:16,901
the family's only survivor.

821
00:41:16,903 --> 00:41:19,587
He was away on business
when the quake hit.

822
00:41:19,589 --> 00:41:21,205
Tried to get
back in time,

823
00:41:21,207 --> 00:41:23,791
but was forced back by the wave.

824
00:41:23,793 --> 00:41:25,810
When the water receded,

825
00:41:25,812 --> 00:41:27,211
it was all gone:

826
00:41:27,213 --> 00:41:30,381
his wife,
daughter, house.

827
00:41:30,383 --> 00:41:33,952
His whole life was wiped out
in a matter of minutes.

828
00:41:35,771 --> 00:41:38,723
(sighs) You, uh... you said you spoke
to this guy.

829
00:41:38,725 --> 00:41:40,642
Where-where is he now?

830
00:41:46,332 --> 00:41:48,533
(indistinct chatter)

831
00:41:50,719 --> 00:41:52,654
Excuse me.
Hai.

832
00:41:52,656 --> 00:41:56,057
Do you know where I can find
a Mr. Tanaka?

833
00:41:56,059 --> 00:41:58,109
Okay. Thanks.

834
00:41:58,111 --> 00:41:59,661
Come on.

835
00:42:13,959 --> 00:42:15,927
Come on.

836
00:42:15,929 --> 00:42:17,812
Excuse me.

837
00:42:17,814 --> 00:42:19,514
You, uh, Mr. Tanaka?

838
00:42:19,516 --> 00:42:22,350
Hai.
(speaks Japanese)

839
00:42:22,352 --> 00:42:23,484
Um...

840
00:42:23,486 --> 00:42:27,138
I, uh... I think
this belongs to you.

841
00:42:44,489 --> 00:42:47,675
(soft clacking, snapping)

842
00:43:12,651 --> 00:43:14,819
(crying softly)

843
00:43:25,714 --> 00:43:27,465
Arigatou gozaimasu.

844
00:43:33,672 --> 00:43:35,640
Merry Christmas.

845
00:43:35,642 --> 00:43:37,759
Merry Christmas to you, too.

846
00:43:37,761 --> 00:43:39,927
Come on.
