dans les yeux de ma fille
et vu quelque chose de différent

159
00:10:04,146 --> 00:10:05,395
Je ne sais pas ce que c'est.

160
00:10:05,397 --> 00:10:07,030
C'est comme si son innocence
s'était envolée

161
00:10:07,032 --> 00:10:08,698
dans l'espace ou quelque chose comme ça.
Je ne sais pas quoi.

162
00:10:08,700 --> 00:10:10,200
Oui, et bien, elle grandit

163
00:10:10,202 --> 00:10:11,651
Qu'est-ce que tu vas faire ?

164
00:10:11,653 --> 00:10:12,736
Je vais acheter une machine à remonter
le temps.

165
00:10:12,738 --> 00:10:13,954
Je vais revenir en arrière, quand elle

166
00:10:13,956 --> 00:10:15,305
était juste un bébé,
avant que je te rencontre,

167
00:10:15,307 --> 00:10:16,623
dans un moment heureux de ma vie.

168
00:10:16,625 --> 00:10:17,991
Bonne chance alors.

169
00:10:17,993 --> 00:10:19,576
Tu trouve ça drôle, n'est-ce pas ?

170
00:10:20,629 --> 00:10:21,711
Non, ce n'est pas drôle.

171
00:10:21,713 --> 00:10:23,296
Je dis juste que tu dois la laisser partir.

172
00:10:23,298 --> 00:10:24,548
La laisser grandir.

173
00:10:24,550 --> 00:10:25,582
Il n'y a rien que tu puisses faire.

174
00:10:25,584 --> 00:10:27,584
Tu seras toujours Danno pour elle.

175
00:10:27,586 --> 00:10:29,920
D'accord ? Elle t'aimera toujours ?
N'est-ce pas assez ?

176
00:10:29,922 --> 00:10:32,055
Laisse-moi lui parler.

177
00:10:32,057 --> 00:10:33,056
Ne quitte pas.

178
00:10:35,093 --> 00:10:37,126
Écoute, ça va empirer.

179
00:10:38,380 --> 00:10:41,815
Attends qu'elle te demande d'aller
acheter des soutiens-gorge.

180
00:10:43,068 --> 00:10:44,568
Ou quand son premier petit copain
se pointera.

181
00:10:44,570 --> 00:10:46,302
Tu vas adorer ça.

182
00:10:46,304 --> 00:10:48,822
Tu n'as encore rien vu mon ami,
alors mets

183
00:10:48,824 --> 00:10:50,207
tes pantalons de grand garçon

184
00:10:50,209 --> 00:10:53,142
parce que le temps n'est pas ton allié.

185
00:10:53,144 --> 00:10:55,829
Pourrais-tu me repasser Steve,
s'il te plait ?

186
00:11:00,318 --> 00:11:03,253
Ne me refais jamais ça,en aucune
circonstances.

187
00:11:03,255 --> 00:11:06,523
La vérité blesse n'est-ce pas ?

188
00:11:06,525 --> 00:11:07,507
Repasse-le moi.

189
00:11:08,961 --> 00:11:10,544
Je dirai

190
00:11:10,546 --> 00:11:11,711
autre chose...

191
00:11:14,183 --> 00:11:16,132
Excusez-moi.

192
00:11:16,134 --> 00:11:17,767
Salut, sauriez-vous

193
00:11:17,769 --> 00:11:19,769
si cette route mène à Hale Iowa ?

194
00:11:21,890 --> 00:11:23,190
Oui.

195
00:11:23,192 --> 00:11:25,325
Quoi ?

196
00:11:25,327 --> 00:11:27,176
J'ai totalement détruit ça,
n'est-ce pas ?

197
00:11:27,178 --> 00:11:28,311
Oui. Vous l'avez complètement

198
00:11:28,313 --> 00:11:30,680
détruit, vous l'avez tué.

199
00:11:30,682 --> 00:11:32,015
C'est Hale'iwa, mais
t'inquiètes pas s'il te plait.

200
00:11:32,017 --> 00:11:33,116
Je suis là depuis 4 ans,

201
00:11:33,118 --> 00:11:34,901
et je ne peux prononcer
aucun des endroits

202
00:11:34,903 --> 00:11:35,902
de cette île.

203
00:11:35,904 --> 00:11:37,354
Et je pensais que vous étiez d'ici.

204
00:11:37,356 --> 00:11:39,022
Moi ?

205
00:11:39,024 --> 00:11:41,024
Je suis du New Jersey.
C'est pas vrai !

206
00:11:41,026 --> 00:11:42,642
On était pratiquement voisins.
Je suis de New York.

207
00:11:42,644 --> 00:11:44,160
Vraiment ?
Oui

208
00:11:44,162 --> 00:11:45,795
C'est génial.
Vous êtes ici.. ?

209
00:11:45,797 --> 00:11:48,031
en vacances ? Pour affaires ? Ou autre ?

210
00:11:48,033 --> 00:11:49,583
Rien de tout ça.

211
00:11:49,585 --> 00:11:52,302
On pourrait dire que je suis là
pour prendre un nouveau départ.

212
00:11:52,304 --> 00:11:53,453
C'est bien.

213
00:11:53,455 --> 00:11:56,256
Ça m'a fait plaisir
de vous rencontrer, Jersey.

214
00:11:56,258 --> 00:11:58,825
Moi de même.

215
00:11:59,560 --> 00:12:01,795
Y-a-t-il une chance

216
00:12:01,797 --> 00:12:03,597
que vous vous dirigiez vers Hailee... ?

217
00:12:05,867 --> 00:12:08,818
Je me disais que si vous alliez par
là, je pourrais vous suivre ?

218
00:12:08,820 --> 00:12:11,555
Je ne vais pas par là, en fait.

219
00:12:11,557 --> 00:12:13,056
Je vais dans la direction opposée.

220
00:12:13,058 --> 00:12:15,158
D'accord, dans ce cas.

221
00:12:15,160 --> 00:12:16,893
Je suis sûre que je vais trouver
mon chemin.

222
00:12:16,895 --> 00:12:18,328
Je veux dire, c'est une île,
n'est-ce pas ?

223
00:12:18,330 --> 00:12:19,829
Ça ne devrait pas être si dur.

224
00:12:19,831 --> 00:12:21,531
Oui. Vous continuez à faire des cercles,

225
00:12:21,533 --> 00:12:23,116
et vous trouverez.

226
00:12:23,118 --> 00:12:24,668
Merci pour votre aide.

227
00:12:24,670 --> 00:12:27,003
Bon nouveau départ.

228
00:12:27,005 --> 00:12:28,421
Merci, Jersey.

229
00:12:55,249 --> 00:12:57,534
Je vais te demander encore une fois.

230
00:12:57,536 --> 00:12:59,619
Jack Anderson... Où est-il ?

231
00:12:59,621 --> 00:13:02,238
Et je vais vous le dire encore
une fois. Vous voulez parler,

232
00:13:02,240 --> 00:13:03,440
allez voir mon avocat.

233
00:13:04,910 --> 00:13:06,793
Fais-moi une faveur, s'il te plait ?

234
00:13:06,795 --> 00:13:09,612
- Peux-tu fermer la porte ?
- Tout à fait.

235
00:13:10,331 --> 00:13:12,549
Juste pour une minute.

236
00:13:16,955 --> 00:13:18,388
Quel est le problème ?

237
00:13:18,390 --> 00:13:19,889
Tout va bien, M. Koga ?

238
00:13:19,891 --> 00:13:22,142
Mieux que jamais, infirmière.

239
00:13:22,144 --> 00:13:23,476
- Merci.
- Vous ne pouvez pas faire ça.

240
00:13:23,478 --> 00:13:25,512
Je suis en train de le faire.
Tu vois, je suis avec le Five-O.

241
00:13:25,514 --> 00:13:27,764
Ils ont l'immunité et des moyens.
C'est bien vrai commandant ?

242
00:13:27,766 --> 00:13:29,399
C'est vrai, Capitaine.

243
00:13:29,401 --> 00:13:33,186
Ça veut dire... Je peux
faire ce que je veux.

244
00:13:33,188 --> 00:13:34,821
Regarde ça.

245
00:13:36,590 --> 00:13:39,993
Attendez. Je ne sais pas où il est.

246
00:13:39,995 --> 00:13:41,477
C'est la vérité, je le jure.
Je ne sais pas !

247
00:13:41,479 --> 00:13:43,279
Calme toi.
Dis-moi seulement ce que tu sais.

248
00:13:43,281 --> 00:13:44,914
Ok, écoutez...

249
00:13:44,916 --> 00:13:47,000
Ce gars Anderson

250
00:13:47,002 --> 00:13:48,251
a manqué de respect à Gus.

251
00:13:48,253 --> 00:13:50,503
Il voulait juste donner une leçon
au gars.

252
00:13:50,505 --> 00:13:52,005
Quel genre de leçon ?

253
00:13:52,007 --> 00:13:53,790
Nous l'avons attendu.

254
00:13:56,961 --> 00:13:58,411
Gus avait un couteau.

255
00:13:58,413 --> 00:14:00,630
Il est allé vers le gars
et a essayé de le couper...

256
00:14:00,632 --> 00:14:02,849
mais il a riposté.

257
00:14:05,519 --> 00:14:06,536
J'ai jamais vu quelqu'un

258
00:14:06,538 --> 00:14:08,988
se battre comme ça.

259
00:14:10,624 --> 00:14:13,393
Il a pris le couteau de Gus
et l'a tué avec.

260
00:14:13,395 --> 00:14:16,529
Il a planté cette chose
tout droit dans sa poitrine.

261
00:14:16,531 --> 00:14:18,181
J'ai essayé d'aider Gus.

262
00:14:18,183 --> 00:14:22,202
Ce type m'a frappé.

263
00:14:22,204 --> 00:14:23,453
Il n'y avait rien que je puisse faire.

264
00:14:23,455 --> 00:14:24,621
A part fuir.

265
00:14:27,209 --> 00:14:28,708
Il m'aurait tué aussi sinon.

266
00:14:30,411 --> 00:14:32,245
D'accord, alors tu te fais frapper.

267
00:14:32,247 --> 00:14:34,247
Et où est allé Anderson après ça ?

268
00:14:34,249 --> 00:14:36,583
Aucune idée.

269
00:14:37,668 --> 00:14:39,836
Alors, où votre pote Jack

270
00:14:39,838 --> 00:14:41,921
a appris à se battre comme ça, Grover ?

271
00:14:41,923 --> 00:14:43,590
Si je le savais.

272
00:14:43,592 --> 00:14:45,425
L'armée ?

273
00:14:45,427 --> 00:14:47,310
Jack est un homme peu bavard.

274
00:14:47,312 --> 00:14:49,229
Il ne parle pas beaucoup de lui.

275
00:14:49,231 --> 00:14:51,214
Ça devait être des brillantes
conversations

276
00:14:51,216 --> 00:14:53,483
entre vous deux.

277
00:14:53,485 --> 00:14:55,735
Ça s'appelle être modeste.

278
00:14:55,737 --> 00:14:59,355
Peut-être que tu devrais essayer
un de ces jours.

279
00:14:59,357 --> 00:15:01,390
La déposition de Koga confirme

280
00:15:01,392 --> 00:15:03,443
que Jack a tué Yamada
en légitime défense.

281
00:15:03,445 --> 00:15:06,362
N'importe quel jury au monde verrait ça
de la même façon.

282
00:15:06,364 --> 00:15:07,981
Alors, où diable est-il ?

283
00:15:07,983 --> 00:15:09,749
Pourquoi il n'est pas resté

284
00:15:09,751 --> 00:15:11,718
et n'a pas appelé la police ?
Et c'est fini.

285
00:15:11,720 --> 00:15:15,071
Encore mieux, pourquoi
est-ce qu'il ne  t'a pas appelé ?

286
00:15:18,759 --> 00:15:22,045
Oui, je l'admets,
vous suivre à l'air un peu fou,

287
00:15:22,047 --> 00:15:24,881
mais je veux que vous sachiez
que je ne suis pas fou.

288
00:15:24,883 --> 00:15:29,102
Je connais quelqu'un de fou,
et je ne suis absolument pas comme lui.

289
00:15:29,104 --> 00:15:31,087
Bien que là je parle tout seul,

290
00:15:31,089 --> 00:15:33,256
ce qui fait de moi un fou.

291
00:15:54,445 --> 00:15:57,330
Waouh,Waouh,Waouh,Waouh,Waouh,

292
00:16:20,470 --> 00:16:22,105
C'est le détective
Danny Williams.

293
00:16:22,107 --> 00:16:24,073
Je suis avec une femme.
Elle est inconsciente.

294
00:16:24,075 --> 00:16:25,909
Sur l'autoroute Kamehameha.
Je dirais à peu près à

295
00:16:25,911 --> 00:16:27,994
un demi-mile à l'est de la sortie de
Kawailoa.

296
00:16:27,996 --> 00:16:29,145
J'ai besoin d'une ambulance.

297
00:16:29,147 --> 00:16:30,830
Quelle est la nature
de ses blessures ?

298
00:16:30,832 --> 00:16:32,198
Je ne sais pas.

299
00:16:32,200 --> 00:16:34,367
Elle ne respire pas, je ne sens pas
de pouls.

300
00:16:34,369 --> 00:16:35,702
Elle est inconsciente.

301
00:16:35,704 --> 00:16:37,003
Elle pourrait être en train de mourir.

302
00:16:37,005 --> 00:16:39,322
Envoyez une ambulance, s'il vous plait.

303
00:16:42,126 --> 00:16:44,260
Oh. Bonjour. Hey.

304
00:16:44,262 --> 00:16:47,680
Elle a une blessure par balle
à l’arrière du cou.

305
00:16:47,682 --> 00:16:50,517
Demandez à l'ambulance de se dépêcher,
d'accord ?

306
00:18:15,841 --> 00:18:16,525
Les empreintes

307
00:18:16,526 --> 00:18:19,277
que le CSU a relevées sur l'arme du crime
correspondent aux empreintes de réference

308
00:18:19,279 --> 00:18:21,880
que nous avons pris dans la maison
de Jack Anderson.

309
00:18:21,882 --> 00:18:23,315
C'est cohérent avec l'histoire de Koga.

310
00:18:23,317 --> 00:18:25,250
Il nous a dit qu'Anderson
l'a poignardé à mort

311
00:18:25,252 --> 00:18:26,952
avec son propre couteau.

312
00:18:26,954 --> 00:18:29,087
Qu'est-ce que tu ne nous dis pas, Chin ?

313
00:18:31,557 --> 00:18:34,759
Les empreintes d'Anderson sont
également apparues dans AFIS.

314
00:18:36,980 --> 00:18:40,382
C'est un vétéran décoré
de la Guerre du Golfe.

315
00:18:40,384 --> 00:18:43,118
Un beret vert qui finissait juste une
mission en Irak

316
00:18:43,120 --> 00:18:44,486
lorsque c'est arrivé.

317
00:18:44,488 --> 00:18:46,771
D'après la police de DeKalb,

318
00:18:46,773 --> 00:18:48,640
Anderson était le conducteur
d'un véhicule en fuite

319
00:18:48,642 --> 00:18:50,025
dans le braquage armé d'un magasin de
spiritueux

320
00:18:50,027 --> 00:18:52,093
en 1993.

321
00:18:52,095 --> 00:18:55,113
Maintenant, la voiture qu'il conduisait
s'est écrasée sur une autre voiture,

322
00:18:55,115 --> 00:18:56,981
tuant son conducteur, une jeune mariée

323
00:18:56,983 --> 00:18:59,834
du nom de Jessica Haley.
Elle rentrait du travail.

324
00:19:01,255 --> 00:19:02,587
Ce gars m'a vraiment mené en bateau.

325
00:19:02,589 --> 00:19:04,289
Toi et beaucoup
d'autres personnes.

326
00:19:04,291 --> 00:19:06,925
Ses complices ont été attrapés en
fuyant la scène,

327
00:19:06,927 --> 00:19:08,960
mais il semble avoir
d'une manière ou d'une autre disparu

328
00:19:08,962 --> 00:19:11,146
de la surface de la terre...
jusqu'à aujourd'hui.

329
00:19:12,265 --> 00:19:14,999
Jack a délibérément jeté ce téléphone
dans une benne

330
00:19:15,001 --> 00:19:16,801
parce qu'il ne voulait pas être trouvé.

331
00:19:16,803 --> 00:19:18,520
Jack Anderson n'est pas

332
00:19:18,522 --> 00:19:20,171
une personne disparue.

333
00:19:20,173 --> 00:19:21,790
Il fuit.

334
00:19:25,562 --> 00:19:27,679
Est-ce Jack va bien ?

335
00:19:27,681 --> 00:19:30,014
L'avez-vous trouvé ?
Non, pas encore.

336
00:19:30,016 --> 00:19:31,700
Bridgette, nous devons vous parler de
quelque chose.

337
00:19:31,702 --> 00:19:33,735
Qu'est-ce que c'est ?

338
00:19:33,737 --> 00:19:35,654
Qu'est-ce qui ne va pas ?

339
00:19:35,656 --> 00:19:38,189
Steve, tu peux nous donner une minute,
s'il te plaît ?

340
00:19:38,191 --> 00:19:40,375
Oui.

341
00:19:43,862 --> 00:19:44,963
Est-ce que tu savais ?

342
00:19:44,965 --> 00:19:46,648
Est-ce que je savais quoi ?

343
00:19:46,650 --> 00:19:48,033
Ce que Jack a fait à DeKalb ?

344
00:19:48,035 --> 00:19:49,301
Je suis désolée.

345
00:19:49,303 --> 00:19:51,052
Je ne sais pas de quoi tu parles.

346
00:19:51,054 --> 00:19:52,387
Hé, les gars.

347
00:19:53,923 --> 00:19:55,173
Êtes-vous un policier ?

348
00:19:55,175 --> 00:19:56,725
Si je suis un policier ?

349
00:19:56,727 --> 00:19:59,043
Pourquoi ? A cause de ceci ?

350
00:19:59,045 --> 00:20:00,878
C'est un vrai badge ?

351
00:20:00,880 --> 00:20:02,897
Est-ce un vrai badge ?

352
00:20:02,899 --> 00:20:06,050
Tu veux le voir ?

353
00:20:06,052 --> 00:20:08,269
Les empreintes ne mentent pas,
Bridgette.

354
00:20:08,271 --> 00:20:11,690
Ton mari est recherché
pour meurtre dans l'Illinois.

355
00:20:11,692 --> 00:20:14,192
Il n'aurait jamais ...

356
00:20:14,194 --> 00:20:15,577
Tu le connais.

357
00:20:15,579 --> 00:20:17,562
Tu sais quel genre d'homme il est.

358
00:20:17,564 --> 00:20:19,731
Je croyais que je le savais.

359
00:20:22,451 --> 00:20:24,502
Ecoute-moi très attentivement.

360
00:20:24,504 --> 00:20:26,254
Dans deux heures,

361
00:20:26,256 --> 00:20:28,773
toute l'île sera remplie
d'agents du HPD,

362
00:20:28,775 --> 00:20:30,208
du FBI et de la police de l'Illinois,

363
00:20:30,210 --> 00:20:32,344
et ils seront tous à la recherche de
ton mari.

364
00:20:32,346 --> 00:20:33,928
Il y aura des jeunes flics fonceurs,

365
00:20:33,930 --> 00:20:36,097
à la gâchette facile
qui chercheront à se faire un nom

366
00:20:36,099 --> 00:20:38,583
en attrapant un fugitif d'une enquête
pour meurtre vieille de 20 ans.

367
00:20:38,585 --> 00:20:40,468
Et ils ne connaissent pas Jack,
le père de famille.

368
00:20:40,470 --> 00:20:43,138
Ils ne connaissent que Jack le fugitif,

369
00:20:43,140 --> 00:20:46,141
et ils le captureront
par tous les moyens nécessaires.

370
00:20:48,694 --> 00:20:52,063
Bridgette, je sais que ça fait beaucoup.
Je suis désolé.

371
00:20:52,065 --> 00:20:54,932
Mais je vais avoir besoin de ton aide.

372
00:20:54,934 --> 00:20:57,602
Si tu sais où il pourrait être,

373
00:20:57,604 --> 00:21:00,121
s'il essaye de te contacter,

374
00:21:00,123 --> 00:21:01,706
tu dois me le dire immédiatement.

375
00:21:01,708 --> 00:21:03,908
Je ne sais pas. Je le jure.

376
00:21:03,910 --> 00:21:05,343
Bridgette, les garçons ont dit

377
00:21:05,345 --> 00:21:07,162
que Jack est revenu à la maison ce matin.

378
00:21:10,216 --> 00:21:11,800
je devais être endormie.

379
00:21:11,802 --> 00:21:13,268
C'est ce qu'ils disent.

380
00:21:13,270 --> 00:21:14,719
Il leur a fait promettre de

381
00:21:14,721 --> 00:21:16,588
ne dire à personne qu'il était revenu.

382
00:21:16,590 --> 00:21:17,772
Je suppose qu'il a pris un fusil

383
00:21:17,774 --> 00:21:19,891
et du matériel de camping.
Il leur a aussi dit

384
00:21:19,893 --> 00:21:21,810
qu'il pourrait être parti pendant
un peu de temps.

385
00:21:21,812 --> 00:21:23,928
Tu n'as aucune idée de où ça pourrait
être ?

386
00:21:23,930 --> 00:21:25,897
Il va...

387
00:21:25,899 --> 00:21:28,767
chasser dans la réserve de la forêt Ewa.

388
00:21:28,769 --> 00:21:32,804
Il fait souvent

389
00:21:32,806 --> 00:21:34,906
du camping autour de Waimano Stream.

390
00:21:34,908 --> 00:21:37,325
Ok. Je sais où c'est.
Merci.

391
00:21:42,515 --> 00:21:43,965
Très bien,

392
00:21:43,967 --> 00:21:46,451
écoute, ne t'inquiète pas, nous allons
le ramener sain et sauf.

393
00:21:46,453 --> 00:21:48,186
Pendant ce temps, tu prends juste soin
de ces garçons,

394
00:21:48,188 --> 00:21:49,587
d'accord ?

395
00:21:56,079 --> 00:21:58,379
C'est parfait, comme ça.

396
00:21:58,381 --> 00:21:59,481
Bien.

397
00:21:59,483 --> 00:22:02,100
Ca c'est ma princesse de fille

398
00:22:02,102 --> 00:22:04,068
Excellent , Excellent
C'est magnifique

399
00:22:04,070 --> 00:22:05,503
Tourne-toi.

400
00:22:05,505 --> 00:22:07,388
Oui.

401
00:22:07,390 --> 00:22:08,973
Joli , c'est bien

402
00:22:08,975 --> 00:22:10,341
Comme ça.
Lève le menton.

403
00:22:10,343 --> 00:22:11,976
Bien. Elles sont superbes.

404
00:22:12,611 --> 00:22:13,761
- Tête baissée.
- Excusez-moi.

405
00:22:13,763 --> 00:22:15,280
Excusez-moi. Je suis le Détective
Williams.

406
00:22:15,282 --> 00:22:17,449
Je suis du Five-0.
Montrez moi votre arme.

407
00:22:19,151 --> 00:22:21,519
J'ai besoin de voir toutes les
armes que vous avez ici.

408
00:22:21,521 --> 00:22:23,655
Dès que vous me direz ce qu'il se passe.

409
00:22:23,657 --> 00:22:25,206
Je vais vous dire ce qu'il se passe,
il y a une femme,

410
00:22:25,208 --> 00:22:26,991
qui est à l'hôpital en ce moment
en train d'essayer de survivre.

411
00:22:26,993 --> 00:22:28,676
Elle s'est faite tirer dessus sur
cette autoroute

412
00:22:28,678 --> 00:22:30,378
de cette plage.
Comme je l'ai dit,

413
00:22:30,380 --> 00:22:32,881
je dois voir toutes les armes que vous
avez ici.

414
00:22:35,751 --> 00:22:37,719
Merci.

415
00:22:42,725 --> 00:22:45,894
Voyez, detective, toutes les armes de
ce shooting

416
00:22:45,896 --> 00:22:47,011
sont des accessoires.

417
00:22:47,013 --> 00:22:48,480
Elles sont inutilisables.
Croyez moi.

418
00:22:48,482 --> 00:22:50,398
Je les ai vérifiées moi-même.

419
00:22:51,884 --> 00:22:53,985
Vous êtes là depuis quand ce matin ?

420
00:22:53,987 --> 00:22:55,219
Depuis le lever du soleil.

421
00:22:55,221 --> 00:22:56,571
Vous avez vu quelqu'un d'autre ?

422
00:22:56,573 --> 00:22:57,989
Juste nous.

423
00:23:01,277 --> 00:23:03,027
Très bien, je vais avoir besoin de voir

424
00:23:03,029 --> 00:23:05,272
toutes les photos que vous avez prises
ici ce matin.

425
00:23:05,297 --> 00:23:07,297
Oui.

426
00:23:08,117 --> 00:23:11,202
J'appelle juste pour savoir comment
elle va.

427
00:23:11,204 --> 00:23:13,588
Je ne connais pas son nom. C'est celle
avec la blessure par balle.

428
00:23:13,590 --> 00:23:14,906
Combien y en a-t-il ?

429
00:23:14,908 --> 00:23:17,175
Ne me mettez pas en attente
s'il vous plait.

430
00:23:47,873 --> 00:23:49,324
Qu'est-ce que tu as pour moi, Duke ?

431
00:23:49,326 --> 00:23:51,726
CSU a trouvé des trucs dans la maison
de Gus Yamada.

432
00:23:51,728 --> 00:23:53,277
Je pensais que ça pourrait t'intéresser.

433
00:23:55,164 --> 00:23:57,882
Yamada ne me semble pas être
du genre à aller à l'église.

434
00:23:57,884 --> 00:24:00,585
Alors qu'est-ce qu'on a là ?

435
00:24:00,587 --> 00:24:01,536
Des photos.

436
00:24:01,538 --> 00:24:03,755
Le chemin pour aller au bar d'Anderson.

437
00:24:03,757 --> 00:24:05,590
Un planning quotidien.

438
00:24:07,125 --> 00:24:09,310
C'est une photo de son van.
C'est du matériel de surveillance.

439
00:24:09,312 --> 00:24:10,628
Il était bien payé.

440
00:24:10,630 --> 00:24:11,813
Il y a 10 000 dollars là-dedans.

441
00:24:11,815 --> 00:24:14,148
C'était dans le sac de sport
avec ce téléphone.

442
00:24:14,150 --> 00:24:16,317
Donc Yamada n'est pas venu au bar
d'Anderson

443
00:24:16,319 --> 00:24:18,436
pour goûter le Mais Tais ; ils
l'observaient.

444
00:24:19,438 --> 00:24:21,906
C'était censé être un coup.

445
00:24:39,933 --> 00:24:42,434
Tu a une idée de qui
voudrait tuer ton ami ?

446
00:24:43,703 --> 00:24:45,137
Eh bien,

447
00:24:45,139 --> 00:24:46,271
Jack est un fugitif.

448
00:24:46,273 --> 00:24:48,023
J'imagine qu'il a croisé beaucoup de
gens

449
00:24:48,025 --> 00:24:49,224
entre ici et Chicago,

450
00:24:49,226 --> 00:24:51,126
mais je ne sais pas,
je ne veux pas être

451
00:24:51,128 --> 00:24:52,227
celui qui spécule.

452
00:24:52,229 --> 00:24:54,012
Je préférerais lui demander moi-même,
en personne.

453
00:24:55,165 --> 00:24:59,184
Tu peux ralentir
si tu n'arrive pas à me suivre.

454
00:24:59,186 --> 00:25:01,837
Tu sais, mon vieux m'a dit, un jour,

455
00:25:01,839 --> 00:25:04,289
de ne jamais confondre quelqu'un
qui avance vite

456
00:25:04,291 --> 00:25:07,409
avec quelqu'un qui sait où il va.

457
00:25:07,411 --> 00:25:09,628
Sauf votre respect, votre vieux père
ne me connait pas.

458
00:25:09,630 --> 00:25:11,380
J'avance vite et je sais où je vais.

459
00:25:11,382 --> 00:25:14,383
Garçon, j'aimerai être à moitié aussi bon
que ce que tu penses être.

460
00:25:17,555 --> 00:25:19,338
Long voyage depuis Chicago ?

461
00:25:19,340 --> 00:25:21,340
Qu'est-ce que c'est censé vouloir
dire ?

462
00:25:21,342 --> 00:25:23,025
Tu pense que je ne sais pas m'orienter

463
00:25:23,027 --> 00:25:24,543
dans les bois ?

464
00:25:24,545 --> 00:25:26,145
Premièrement, c'est une forêt.

465
00:25:26,147 --> 00:25:28,480
Deuxièmement, si tu savais t'orienter

466
00:25:28,482 --> 00:25:30,232
dans cette forêt...

467
00:25:30,234 --> 00:25:32,217
tu saurais que l'arbuste à côté duquel
tu te tiens

468
00:25:32,219 --> 00:25:33,718
est un noho malie.

469
00:25:33,720 --> 00:25:35,154
C'est extrêmement toxique.

470
00:25:42,562 --> 00:25:44,613
Merci, Ranger Rick.

471
00:25:45,565 --> 00:25:48,417
De rien.

472
00:25:48,419 --> 00:25:49,868
Ah.

473
00:25:49,870 --> 00:25:51,453
Tu sais, traverser ces bois...

474
00:25:51,455 --> 00:25:54,573
oh, désolé, "cette forêt"...

475
00:25:54,575 --> 00:25:56,592
t'ouvres un peu l'esprit.

476
00:25:56,594 --> 00:25:58,293
T'aides à voir les choses différemment.

477
00:25:58,295 --> 00:25:59,911
Quoi,essaierais tu de me transmettre ton calme,maintenant.

478
00:25:59,913 --> 00:26:02,097
Non, je te dis juste que
je sais ce que c'est.

479
00:26:04,384 --> 00:26:06,435
Voudrais-tu me dire ce que c'est ?

480
00:26:06,437 --> 00:26:08,303
Ça :

481
00:26:08,305 --> 00:26:10,355
"Je pourrai vraiment utiliser ton aide."

482
00:26:10,357 --> 00:26:12,007
Tu crois que je pense que
tu a fait équipe avec moi ici

483
00:26:12,009 --> 00:26:15,093
par gaieté de cœur ?

484
00:26:15,095 --> 00:26:17,029
Très bien .
Peu importe .

485
00:26:17,031 --> 00:26:18,730
Tu es l'ami de Jack.

486
00:26:18,732 --> 00:26:20,149
Je sais que tu ne vas pas
rentrer chez toi,

487
00:26:20,151 --> 00:26:22,934
t’asseoir dans ton fauteuil et
attendre que je t'appelle.

488
00:26:22,936 --> 00:26:24,069
Tu sera dehors

489
00:26:24,071 --> 00:26:25,954
en train de faire plein de désordre.

490
00:26:25,956 --> 00:26:28,290
Te mettre en travers de mon chemin,
donc je vais me faire une faveur.

491
00:26:28,292 --> 00:26:29,575
Épargnes-moi les ennuis.

492
00:26:29,577 --> 00:26:31,627
Mais tu n'a qu'à moitié raison.

493
00:26:31,629 --> 00:26:33,962
Catherine Rollins
effectue son devoir de réserve.

494
00:26:33,964 --> 00:26:36,999
Danno est sur la côte nord,
je manque de main d'œuvre...

495
00:26:37,001 --> 00:26:38,717
alors j'y ai réfléchi et je me suis dis

496
00:26:38,719 --> 00:26:41,336
que tu étais assez compétent
pour faire équipe avec moi.

497
00:26:43,306 --> 00:26:45,724
Assez compétent ?

498
00:26:45,726 --> 00:26:47,976
Et bien, tu n'est pas totalement

499
00:26:47,978 --> 00:26:49,428
un expert ,tu sais

500
00:26:49,430 --> 00:26:52,231
Aller, c'est une question simple.

501
00:26:52,233 --> 00:26:55,067
Qui vous a engagé pour tuer
Jack Anderson ?

502
00:26:55,069 --> 00:26:56,435
J'ai juste besoin d'un nom.

503
00:26:56,437 --> 00:26:58,437
Je n'en ai pas.

504
00:26:58,439 --> 00:27:00,689
Donc faites ce que vous voulez.

505
00:27:00,691 --> 00:27:02,307
Torturez-moi comme
l'ont fait vos amis,

506
00:27:02,309 --> 00:27:04,193
parce que je ne peux pas vous dire
une chose que je ne sais pas.

507
00:27:04,195 --> 00:27:06,945
Vous savez la torture
c'est pas vraiment mon style.

508
00:27:08,831 --> 00:27:10,449
Maintenant, Koga...

509
00:27:10,451 --> 00:27:13,168
vous avez un fils de trois ans
et une petite fille, c'est ça ?

510
00:27:14,837 --> 00:27:16,421
Vous avez été dans le système.

511
00:27:16,423 --> 00:27:17,839
Vous savez comment ça marche.

512
00:27:17,841 --> 00:27:19,708
La première personne qui parle
obtient un deal,

513
00:27:19,710 --> 00:27:22,427
et Yamada est mort

514
00:27:22,429 --> 00:27:24,346
J'appelle ça une opportunité

515
00:27:24,348 --> 00:27:26,831
Regarde, vous parlez maintenant...

516
00:27:26,833 --> 00:27:28,667
peut-être que vous passerez
deux à trois ans

517
00:27:28,669 --> 00:27:30,018
dans une prison de
sécurité minimale

518
00:27:30,020 --> 00:27:33,438
et vous aurez une sorte
de relation avec vos enfants.

519
00:27:33,440 --> 00:27:35,524
Mais si vous ne parlez pas...

520
00:27:35,526 --> 00:27:36,975
Je vous promet

521
00:27:36,977 --> 00:27:39,444
que vous irez dans une prison
de sécurité maximale

522
00:27:39,446 --> 00:27:43,014
pendant 15 à 20 ans en
regardant vos enfants grandir

523
00:27:43,016 --> 00:27:44,983
à travers une vitre en plexiglas.

524
00:27:47,987 --> 00:27:49,821
Donc vous avez
une décision à prendre.

525
00:27:51,291 --> 00:27:53,542
Car quand je passerez cette porte...

526
00:27:54,662 --> 00:27:57,195
le deal partira avec moi.

527
00:28:02,001 --> 00:28:03,468
Ok, écoute ...

528
00:28:06,973 --> 00:28:09,308
Je vais vous dire qui nous a engagé.

529
00:28:10,343 --> 00:28:13,395
Héro de guerre décoré.

530
00:28:13,397 --> 00:28:15,264
Jamais de démêlés avec la justice.

531
00:28:15,266 --> 00:28:16,732
Comment un gars comme ça finit par

532
00:28:16,734 --> 00:28:18,984
voler un magasin d'alcools?

533
00:28:18,986 --> 00:28:21,553
Je ne sais pas.
Peut être qu'il était bourré ou défoncé.

534
00:28:21,555 --> 00:28:23,021
- Ce n'est pas vraiment important,
n'est-ce pas? - Non ça ne l'est pas.

535
00:28:23,023 --> 00:28:24,239
Je n'essaye pas de donner à ce gars

536
00:28:24,241 --> 00:28:26,391
 un laissez-passer, soit.
Je dis juste.

537
00:28:26,393 --> 00:28:28,610
Peut-être qu'il a fait une erreur ?

538
00:28:30,747 --> 00:28:31,896
Je veux dire...

539
00:28:31,898 --> 00:28:33,665
ça doit représenter quelque chose

540
00:28:33,667 --> 00:28:35,200
il tourna toute sa vie autour de,

541
00:28:35,202 --> 00:28:36,668
a passé les 20 années
suivante à essayer

542
00:28:36,670 --> 00:28:38,069
de faire se qui est bien.

543
00:28:38,071 --> 00:28:40,339
Et si c'était ta soeur

544
00:28:40,341 --> 00:28:41,356
et ma femme et mes enfants

545
00:28:41,358 --> 00:28:43,292
qu'il aurait tué dans
cet accident de voiture ?

546
00:28:43,294 --> 00:28:45,043
Ce qu'il a fait avant,
ce qu'il a fait apres,

547
00:28:45,045 --> 00:28:46,128
ne signifierait pas
grand chose.

548
00:28:46,130 --> 00:28:47,846
Ecoute, mec, tu as
un bon argument, d'accord ?

549
00:28:47,848 --> 00:28:49,064
Je dis juste...

550
00:28:49,066 --> 00:28:50,716
Tu ne peux pas me dire
que je me sentirai bien

551
00:28:50,718 --> 00:28:53,352
en mettant les menottes à
un gars comme ça, d'accord ?

552
00:28:53,354 --> 00:28:55,354
- En plus c'est ton ami.
- Penses à la famille de la victime.

553
00:28:55,356 --> 00:28:57,105
Bien , et à propos de
la famille de Jack ?

554
00:28:57,107 --> 00:28:59,474
Vous pensez que je n'ai pas
de cœur ?

555
00:28:59,476 --> 00:29:02,144
J'ai eu un nœud a l'estomac
juste en pensant à tout ça.

556
00:29:02,146 --> 00:29:03,228
Mec, je disais juste

557
00:29:03,230 --> 00:29:05,647
ne l'effaces pas complètement, ok ?

558
00:29:05,649 --> 00:29:07,766
Parfois de bonnes personnes font de mauvaises choses

559
00:29:07,768 --> 00:29:09,568
On court tous pour
quelque chose, non ?

560
00:29:10,987 --> 00:29:13,438
Pourrais-tu être un peu plus précis ?

561
00:29:14,774 --> 00:29:15,891
Excuse-moi ?

562
00:29:15,893 --> 00:29:18,060
Si tu veux quelque chose de moi,

563
00:29:18,062 --> 00:29:19,227
demandes simplement.

564
00:29:19,229 --> 00:29:21,880
Ses contrôles mentaux de Jedi
ne marchent pas avec moi.

565
00:29:22,715 --> 00:29:24,082
Bien

566
00:29:24,084 --> 00:29:25,967
Qu'est ce qui t'as
conduit hors de Chicago ?

567
00:29:28,638 --> 00:29:31,256
Oubli. Toi et moi...
on en est pas encore là.

568
00:29:35,495 --> 00:29:38,263
Attends.

569
00:29:43,569 --> 00:29:46,971
Elles sont encore fraiches.

570
00:29:46,973 --> 00:29:49,974
Il ne peut pas être plus de
10 ou 15 minutes devant nous.

571
00:30:02,622 --> 00:30:03,755
Bonjour.

572
00:30:03,757 --> 00:30:05,323
Qu'es ce que vous faites ?
Je peux vous aider ?

573
00:30:05,325 --> 00:30:07,542
Je suis le détective Williams

574
00:30:07,544 --> 00:30:09,344
du Five-O.
J'ai besoin de vous demander,

575
00:30:09,346 --> 00:30:10,946
avez vous un fusil à bord ?

576
00:30:10,948 --> 00:30:13,498
Oui. Nous l'utilisons
quand nous allons à la pêche aux requins.

577
00:30:13,500 --> 00:30:14,549
Okay .
Quel est le problème?

578
00:30:14,551 --> 00:30:16,301
Vous allez devoir me l'indiquer,

579
00:30:16,303 --> 00:30:17,419
me montrer où il est.

580
00:30:17,421 --> 00:30:18,937
Restez où vous êtes s'il vous plait

581
00:30:18,939 --> 00:30:20,004
C'est dedans

582
00:30:20,006 --> 00:30:21,173
- Dedans ?
- Oui.

583
00:30:21,175 --> 00:30:23,174
Qu'est-ce qui se passe ?

584
00:30:34,186 --> 00:30:36,154
Il a servi récemment.

585
00:30:36,156 --> 00:30:38,623
Oui, nous avons pêché

586
00:30:38,625 --> 00:30:39,775
sur la plage ce matin,

587
00:30:39,777 --> 00:30:41,543
et rien ne mordait, donc...

588
00:30:41,545 --> 00:30:43,628
J'ai laissé mon fils Jon
l'utiliser pour...

589
00:30:43,630 --> 00:30:46,214
faire des exercices de tir
sur des canettes dans l'eau.

590
00:30:48,200 --> 00:30:50,680
Il n'y avait aucun bateau autour. Je ne
pensais pas que ça poserait un problème.

591
00:30:52,088 --> 00:30:54,339
Que se passe - t - il détective ?

592
00:30:54,341 --> 00:30:55,640
Quelque chose s'est passé ?

593
00:30:55,642 --> 00:30:57,893
Euh, oui, quelque chose,...

594
00:30:57,895 --> 00:31:00,512
quelque chose de terrible
est arrivé en fait.

595
00:31:09,222 --> 00:31:10,155
Je sais qui a engagé

596
00:31:10,157 --> 00:31:11,723
Yamada et Koga
pour tuer Anderson.

597
00:31:11,725 --> 00:31:12,724
Qui ?

598
00:31:12,726 --> 00:31:14,109
Matt Haley.

599
00:31:14,111 --> 00:31:15,360
C' est le mari de Jessica Haley

600
00:31:15,362 --> 00:31:16,411
la femme qu'Anderson

601
00:31:16,413 --> 00:31:17,496
a tué dans l'accident de voiture.

602
00:31:17,498 --> 00:31:18,947
Attends une minute,

603
00:31:18,949 --> 00:31:20,398
Haley a trouvé Anderson

604
00:31:20,400 --> 00:31:22,451
sur l'île après toutes ces années,

605
00:31:22,453 --> 00:31:24,402
et a ensuite engagé Yamada pour venger

606
00:31:24,404 --> 00:31:26,171
la mort de sa femme ?
Quelles sont les chances

607
00:31:26,173 --> 00:31:27,405
qu'Haley soit sur l'île ?

608
00:31:27,407 --> 00:31:28,690
Je penses assez bien.

609
00:31:28,692 --> 00:31:30,258
J'ai plusieurs appels entrants
sur le téléphone de Yamada

610
00:31:30,260 --> 00:31:32,243
tous de Malohi Inn.

611
00:31:32,245 --> 00:31:33,562
L'un d'eux était

612
00:31:33,564 --> 00:31:34,579
il y a une heure.

613
00:31:34,581 --> 00:31:35,764
C'était sans doute Haley

614
00:31:35,766 --> 00:31:37,349
cherchant à savoir
si le travail était terminé.

615
00:31:37,351 --> 00:31:38,383
C'est ce que je penses.

616
00:31:38,385 --> 00:31:40,418
Je te tiendrai au courant.
Je suis en chemin.

617
00:31:40,420 --> 00:31:42,053
Bien reçu.

618
00:31:51,048 --> 00:31:52,697
Tu vois ça ?

619
00:31:53,649 --> 00:31:55,650
À 180 mètres en hauteur.

620
00:31:55,652 --> 00:31:57,235
Tu vois ces oiseaux ?

621
00:31:57,237 --> 00:31:58,720
Je vois.

622
00:32:01,290 --> 00:32:02,874
Très bien.

623
00:32:02,876 --> 00:32:04,275
On va se séparer.

624
00:32:04,277 --> 00:32:06,461
Je vais garder cette direction.

625
00:32:06,463 --> 00:32:08,580
Lou, je veux que tu ailles
sur le flanc nord.

626
00:32:10,133 --> 00:32:11,132
Souviens-toi...

627
00:32:11,134 --> 00:32:13,117
silence radio et bonne
identification de la cible.

628
00:32:13,119 --> 00:32:15,286
Compris.

629
00:32:52,542 --> 00:32:53,992
Tu n'aurais pas dû venir.

630
00:33:07,667 --> 00:33:09,268
Combien sont avec toi ?

631
00:33:09,270 --> 00:33:10,619
Je suis seul.

632
00:33:12,105 --> 00:33:13,672
Avec une radio ?

633
00:33:13,674 --> 00:33:14,790
Allez

634
00:33:14,792 --> 00:33:16,976
Avance !

635
00:33:18,094 --> 00:33:20,179
Alors quel est le plan, Jack ?

636
00:33:20,181 --> 00:33:22,297
Qu'est ce que tu vas faire ?
Tu vas me tuer,

637
00:33:22,299 --> 00:33:25,017
et après, te cacher dans les bois
pour le restant de ta vie

638
00:33:25,019 --> 00:33:26,235
vivant heureux pour toujours ?

639
00:33:26,237 --> 00:33:30,773
Personnellement, je ne pense pas
que tu as ça en toi.

640
00:33:30,775 --> 00:33:32,441
C'est vrai, tu as pris
ce gars dans la ruelle,

641
00:33:32,443 --> 00:33:33,575
mais c'est tué ou être tué.

642
00:33:33,577 --> 00:33:35,611
Arrête de parler et continue d'avancer.

643
00:33:35,613 --> 00:33:39,298
La femme que vous as tué,
Jack, c'était un accident.

644
00:33:39,300 --> 00:33:42,534
Et je sais que tu as fait beaucoup
de choses, de bonnes choses,

645
00:33:42,536 --> 00:33:43,836
pour essayer de faire les choses bien,

646
00:33:43,838 --> 00:33:46,572
mais tu ne le feras pas.
Tu ne le feras pas

647
00:33:46,574 --> 00:33:47,906
tant que tu ne l’admettras pas.

648
00:33:47,908 --> 00:33:49,842
Je l'admets tous les jours.

649
00:33:49,844 --> 00:33:52,411
Tu ne penses pas que ça me poursuit ?

650
00:33:52,413 --> 00:33:55,330
Cette femme est tout
le temps dans ma tête.

651
00:33:55,332 --> 00:33:57,349
J'étais quelqu'un de bien,

652
00:33:57,351 --> 00:33:59,652
et j'ai juste fait
quelque chose de stupide.

653
00:33:59,654 --> 00:34:01,837
J'étais derrière le volant
d'une voiture

654
00:34:01,839 --> 00:34:03,505
et en dix minutes , ma vie a changée a tout jamais

655
00:34:03,507 --> 00:34:05,124
et je ne peux rien y changer.

656
00:34:07,644 --> 00:34:09,645
Peu importe comment j'ai essayé.

657
00:34:09,647 --> 00:34:11,030
Tu penses que tu est le seul ?

658
00:34:11,032 --> 00:34:14,817
Tu penses que j'ignore à
quoi vivre avec des regrets

659
00:34:14,819 --> 00:34:16,518
ressemble ?

660
00:34:16,520 --> 00:34:19,405
Chaque jour, je regarde
dans le miroir et je me dis,

661
00:34:19,407 --> 00:34:21,824
"Que se serait il passé si j'avais fait
ceci ou cela ?"

662
00:34:23,043 --> 00:34:25,861
Donc bienvenu au club mon ami.

663
00:34:26,696 --> 00:34:29,415
Écoutes-moi, Jack.

664
00:34:29,417 --> 00:34:31,567
Tu dois arrêter ça.

665
00:34:31,569 --> 00:34:35,471
Tu dois arrêter ça tout de suite Jack.

666
00:34:35,473 --> 00:34:37,589
pas pour moi.

667
00:34:37,591 --> 00:34:40,259
Prends une seconde pour penser
à Bridgette et aux deux garçons.

668
00:34:51,237 --> 00:34:52,988
Tu l ' as ?

669
00:34:52,990 --> 00:34:54,857
Enfin. Qu'est-ce qui est arrivé ?

670
00:34:54,859 --> 00:34:58,660
J'essayais de trouver un moyen
de sauver tes fesses, n'est-ce pas ?

671
00:35:01,297 --> 00:35:03,182
Très bien , allez Jack , on y vas . Debout .

672
00:35:03,184 --> 00:35:05,701
Debout

673
00:35:12,425 --> 00:35:15,410
Five-O ! À genou.
Mains derrière la tête.

674
00:35:17,213 --> 00:35:20,182
Matt Haley , Vous êtes en état
d'arrestation pour conspiration

675
00:35:20,184 --> 00:35:21,884
et pour tentative d’assassinat sur Jack Anderson

676
00:35:21,886 --> 00:35:23,936
Mitchell . Jack Mitchell

00:03:29,115 --> 00:03:31,317
(plates clank)

47
00:03:43,296 --> 00:03:45,464
Adam.

48
00:03:54,674 --> 00:03:57,676
Kono.

49
00:04:08,738 --> 00:04:10,906
(crying softly)

50
00:04:31,878 --> 00:04:34,964
(sniffles)

51
00:04:35,799 --> 00:04:37,833
How did you...

52
00:04:37,835 --> 00:04:40,719
how did you find me?

53
00:04:40,721 --> 00:04:43,606
It wasn't easy.

54
00:04:43,608 --> 00:04:45,340
You shouldn't have come.

55
00:04:45,342 --> 00:04:46,942
You might've been followed.

56
00:04:46,944 --> 00:04:48,861
It's over, Adam.

57
00:04:48,863 --> 00:04:51,030
There's no loyalty
for Michael anymore.

58
00:04:51,032 --> 00:04:54,316
Anyone who wanted revenge
for his death is either dead

59
00:04:54,318 --> 00:04:55,951
or locked up.

60
00:04:55,953 --> 00:04:59,855
So you don't have
to hide anymore.

61
00:05:02,125 --> 00:05:04,493
We can go home?

62
00:05:04,495 --> 00:05:06,579
Yeah.

63
00:05:06,581 --> 00:05:10,165
We can go home.

64
00:05:17,340 --> 00:05:19,541
(cheering, whooping)

65
00:05:32,555 --> 00:05:36,875
GIRLS (cheering):
A-W-E-S-O-M-E.

66
00:05:36,877 --> 00:05:38,894
Awesome, awesome.

67
00:05:38,896 --> 00:05:41,113
Go, team!
(whooping)

68
00:05:41,115 --> 00:05:42,581
It's great, huh?

69
00:05:44,951 --> 00:05:46,785
Bye, Danno.

70
00:05:46,787 --> 00:05:48,087
Excuse me. What, uh...

71
00:05:48,089 --> 00:05:49,905
What's your rush
with the "bye, Danno"?

72
00:05:49,907 --> 00:05:53,408
I come in, say a few hellos.
Do you have to?

73
00:05:53,410 --> 00:05:55,744
Yes, I have...
Look, pay attention to me, okay?

74
00:05:55,746 --> 00:05:57,930
You are the number one
most important thing in my life.

75
00:05:57,932 --> 00:05:59,748
"And number two
isn't even close."

76
00:05:59,750 --> 00:06:01,116
Close. That's right.

77
00:06:01,118 --> 00:06:03,068
All right? So what does that
mean? That means that there is

78
00:06:03,070 --> 00:06:05,387
zero chance I'm just gonna
let you go for a sleepover

79
00:06:05,389 --> 00:06:07,182
without seeing exactly
who's looking after you. Okay?

80
00:06:07,207 --> 00:06:08,608
GIRL: Grace,

81
00:06:08,609 --> 00:06:10,442
come on.
Come on,

82
00:06:10,444 --> 00:06:11,977
you know all the moms.

83
00:06:13,813 --> 00:06:17,249
Okay. Uh, do you have your phone
in your backpack?

84
00:06:17,251 --> 00:06:23,372
Yes, and I promise I'll call you
if I'm homesick.

85
00:06:23,374 --> 00:06:25,457
before I, uh, have a panic
attack or a nervous breakdown.

86
00:06:25,459 --> 00:06:27,876
Come on. Bring it in.
Thank you. Love you, Danno.

87
00:06:27,878 --> 00:06:30,162
Love you, too. Your bag.

88
00:06:31,948 --> 00:06:34,133
Bye.

89
00:06:45,461 --> 00:06:47,846
CHIN: So, the vic's name
is Gus Yamada.

90
00:06:47,848 --> 00:06:49,481
He's a local gangbanger

91
00:06:49,483 --> 00:06:51,016
with a long rap sheet
that says he doesn't

92
00:06:51,018 --> 00:06:52,885
play so well with others.

93
00:06:52,887 --> 00:06:54,586
Woman over there worked the bar
last night.

94
00:06:54,588 --> 00:06:56,488
Says the owner, Jack Anderson,
threw Yamada

95
00:06:56,490 --> 00:06:58,473
and one of his boys out
around 11:00

96
00:06:58,475 --> 00:07:00,192
after they mixed it up
with another customer.

97
00:07:00,194 --> 00:07:01,160
We talk to Anderson?

98
00:07:01,162 --> 00:07:02,528
According to
the bartender,

99
00:07:02,530 --> 00:07:03,929
he locked up the
bar around 2:00

100
00:07:03,931 --> 00:07:05,531
but apparently
never made it home.

101
00:07:05,533 --> 00:07:07,232
His wife reported him missing
early this morning.

102
00:07:07,234 --> 00:07:09,251
So, what, we think
Yamada and his pal

103
00:07:09,253 --> 00:07:10,652
waited out here for Anderson

104
00:07:10,654 --> 00:07:12,755
and then confronted him
about being tossed from the bar?

105
00:07:12,757 --> 00:07:13,806
It's a theory.

106
00:07:13,808 --> 00:07:17,142
Looks like he put up one hell
of a good fight.

107
00:07:22,215 --> 00:07:25,134
Hey. Since when does
the captain of SWAT show up

108
00:07:25,136 --> 00:07:26,502
at a homicide crime scene?

109
00:07:26,504 --> 00:07:28,003
He doesn't.

110
00:07:28,005 --> 00:07:30,105
MAN: Hey, Commander.
Yeah.

111
00:07:30,107 --> 00:07:33,475
You might want to
take a look at this.

112
00:07:33,477 --> 00:07:35,110
Found this
in the Dumpster.

113
00:07:35,112 --> 00:07:38,030
Thank you.

114
00:07:38,032 --> 00:07:40,616
This has got
to be Anderson's phone.

115
00:07:41,401 --> 00:07:43,052
Bridgette must be

116
00:07:43,054 --> 00:07:44,536
his wife.
Looks like she's been

117
00:07:44,538 --> 00:07:45,738
trying to reach him all morning.

118
00:07:45,740 --> 00:07:47,239
Look at this.

119
00:07:47,241 --> 00:07:49,141
His last
incoming call

120
00:07:49,143 --> 00:07:50,492
isn't a local number.
Let's see who else

121
00:07:50,494 --> 00:07:52,360
has been trying to reach him.

122
00:07:54,164 --> 00:07:57,199
(phone ringing in distance)

123
00:07:58,518 --> 00:08:00,385
Hello?

124
00:08:02,722 --> 00:08:05,057
Yeah, we need to talk.

125
00:08:17,622 --> 00:08:20,540
I met Jack at a charity event
a few months ago.

126
00:08:20,542 --> 00:08:22,009
His bar sponsors a local youth

127
00:08:22,011 --> 00:08:23,810
football team.
And we're both

128
00:08:23,812 --> 00:08:25,729
Illinois boys, born
and raised, and, um...

129
00:08:25,731 --> 00:08:28,315
(clicks tongue)
we bonded over the '85 Bears.

130
00:08:28,317 --> 00:08:30,384
What brought you
down here today?

131
00:08:30,386 --> 00:08:32,302
His wife Bridgette called me.

132
00:08:32,304 --> 00:08:34,104
She was worried
he didn't come home last night,

133
00:08:34,106 --> 00:08:35,605
so she asked me
to come drive down here

134
00:08:35,607 --> 00:08:37,357
and see if his truck
was still here.

135
00:08:37,359 --> 00:08:39,393
(sighs)

136
00:08:39,395 --> 00:08:41,828
He's a good guy, Steve.

137
00:08:41,830 --> 00:08:43,146
Real salt of the earth,

138
00:08:43,148 --> 00:08:44,848
family man.

139
00:08:44,850 --> 00:08:48,785
If he didn't come home
last night, there's a problem.

140
00:08:48,787 --> 00:08:51,288
Look, whatever's gone down,

141
00:08:51,290 --> 00:08:52,839
we're gonna get
to the bottom of it,

142
00:08:52,841 --> 00:08:54,491
okay?

143
00:08:54,493 --> 00:08:56,126
Well, I'm sure glad
you're on this.

144
00:08:56,128 --> 00:08:57,577
Can you, um...

145
00:08:57,579 --> 00:08:58,962
just keep me in the loop?

146
00:08:58,964 --> 00:09:01,030
Of course, man. Come on.

147
00:09:03,835 --> 00:09:06,002
Hey, Lou. You know what?

148
00:09:06,004 --> 00:09:08,004
I can do
one better.

149
00:09:08,006 --> 00:09:10,006
I could use your help
on this one.

150
00:09:10,842 --> 00:09:12,726
Thank you.

151
00:09:12,728 --> 00:09:16,596
FONG: I got a hit in CODIS from a
blood pool at your crime scene,

152
00:09:16,598 --> 00:09:18,048
but it's not Jack Anderson.

153
00:09:18,050 --> 00:09:20,016
It came back to this guy.

154
00:09:20,018 --> 00:09:21,735
Dennis Koga.

155
00:09:21,737 --> 00:09:23,570
He's been in and out of prison
for the last few years.

156
00:09:23,572 --> 00:09:25,705
History of assault, robbery...

157
00:09:25,707 --> 00:09:27,157
Hold on, hold on,
hold on.

158
00:09:27,159 --> 00:09:29,943
I think I recognize this guy
from the hospital check I did.

159
00:09:30,595 --> 00:09:32,529
Yeah. Dennis Koga.

160
00:09:32,531 --> 00:09:34,297
He was admitted
to Honolulu General this morning

161
00:09:34,299 --> 00:09:35,732
in serious condition

162
00:09:35,734 --> 00:09:37,768
with multiple contusions and fractures.
STEVE: Hold on a second.

163
00:09:37,770 --> 00:09:41,338
If Yamada is dead and this guy's
in the hospital,

164
00:09:41,340 --> 00:09:43,039
where's Jack Anderson?

165
00:09:46,076 --> 00:09:47,811
How's Grover?

166
00:09:47,813 --> 00:09:49,429
Hanging in there.
How about you?

167
00:09:49,431 --> 00:09:50,931
Me? I'm sick.

168
00:09:50,933 --> 00:09:52,182
I mean, she's only gonna be gone

169
00:09:52,184 --> 00:09:53,717
for a couple of days,
Danny, okay?

170
00:09:53,719 --> 00:09:54,719
You're missing the point.

171
00:09:54,720 --> 00:09:56,853
She did the drop-and-run,
Steve, okay?

172
00:09:56,855 --> 00:09:58,722
Not even barely a kiss
on the cheek.

173
00:09:58,724 --> 00:10:00,557
All right? And this is not
the first time.

174
00:10:00,559 --> 00:10:02,476
This is not the first time
that I have looked

175
00:10:02,478 --> 00:10:04,144
in my girl's eyes
and seen something different.

176
00:10:04,146 --> 00:10:05,395
I don't know what it is.

177
00:10:05,397 --> 00:10:07,030
It's like her innocence
is, uh, floating off

178
00:10:07,032 --> 00:10:08,698
into space or something.
I don't know what.

179
00:10:08,700 --> 00:10:10,200
Yeah, well, she's growing up.

180
00:10:10,202 --> 00:10:11,651
Okay, what are
you gonna do?

181
00:10:11,653 --> 00:10:12,736
I'm gonna build a time machine.

182
00:10:12,738 --> 00:10:13,954
I'm gonna go back in time,
when she

183
00:10:13,956 --> 00:10:15,305
was just a baby,
before I met you,

184
00:10:15,307 --> 00:10:16,623
to a happy time in my life.

185
00:10:16,625 --> 00:10:17,991
STEVE:
Okay, good luck with that.

186
00:10:17,993 --> 00:10:19,576
DANNY: You think this
is funny, don't you?

187
00:10:19,578 --> 00:10:20,627
Huh?

188
00:10:20,629 --> 00:10:21,711
No, I don't think it's funny.

189
00:10:21,713 --> 00:10:23,296
I'm just saying
you got to let her go.

190
00:10:23,298 --> 00:10:24,548
You got to let her grow up.

191
00:10:24,550 --> 00:10:25,582
There's nothing you can do.

192
00:10:25,584 --> 00:10:27,584
You're always gonna be Danno
to her.

193
00:10:27,586 --> 00:10:29,920
All right? She's always gonna
love you. Isn't that enough?

194
00:10:29,922 --> 00:10:32,055
Hey. Psst.
Let me talk to him.

195
00:10:32,057 --> 00:10:33,056
Hold on.

196
00:10:33,058 --> 00:10:35,091
Yeah.

197
00:10:35,093 --> 00:10:37,126
Yeah, listen,
it gets worse.

198
00:10:37,128 --> 00:10:38,378
Oh, yeah.

199
00:10:38,380 --> 00:10:41,815
Yeah. Wait till she asks you
to take her bra shopping.

200
00:10:41,817 --> 00:10:43,066
Huh? Or...

201
00:10:43,068 --> 00:10:44,568
when the first boyfriend
shows up.

202
00:10:44,570 --> 00:10:46,302
You're gonna love that.

203
00:10:46,304 --> 00:10:48,822
You ain't seen nothing yet,
pal, so put on

204
00:10:48,824 --> 00:10:50,207
your big-boy pants

205
00:10:50,209 --> 00:10:53,142
because Father Time
is not your friend.

206
00:10:53,144 --> 00:10:55,829
Will you put Steve back on,
please?

207
00:10:59,000 --> 00:11:00,316
Yeah.

208
00:11:00,318 --> 00:11:03,253
Do not, under any circumstances,
ever do that to me again.

209
00:11:03,255 --> 00:11:06,523
Truth hurt, don't it?

210
00:11:06,525 --> 00:11:07,507
Okay, put him back on.

211
00:11:07,509 --> 00:11:08,959
Okay.

212
00:11:08,961 --> 00:11:10,544
I'll tell you

213
00:11:10,546 --> 00:11:11,711
something else...

214
00:11:11,713 --> 00:11:14,181
(phone beeps off)

215
00:11:14,183 --> 00:11:16,132
Excuse me.

216
00:11:16,134 --> 00:11:17,767
Hi. I was wondering
if you might know

217
00:11:17,769 --> 00:11:19,769
if this road would
take me to Hale Iowa?

218
00:11:19,771 --> 00:11:21,888
La... Uh... yes.

219
00:11:21,890 --> 00:11:23,190
Yes, it will.

220
00:11:23,192 --> 00:11:25,325
What?

221
00:11:25,327 --> 00:11:27,176
I totally mangled
that, didn't I?

222
00:11:27,178 --> 00:11:28,311
You did. You destroyed it

223
00:11:28,313 --> 00:11:30,680
completely,
just assassinated it.

224
00:11:30,682 --> 00:11:32,015
It's Hale'iwa,
but don't worry. Please.

225
00:11:32,017 --> 00:11:33,116
I've-I've been here four years,

226
00:11:33,118 --> 00:11:34,901
and I can't pronounce
any of the places

227
00:11:34,903 --> 00:11:35,902
on this island.

228
00:11:35,904 --> 00:11:37,354
And I had you pegged as a local.

229
00:11:37,356 --> 00:11:39,022
Me? No, no, no.

230
00:11:39,024 --> 00:11:41,024
I'm-I'm... I'm from New Jersey.
No way!

231
00:11:41,026 --> 00:11:42,642
We were practically neighbors.
I'm from New York.

232
00:11:42,644 --> 00:11:44,160
Really?
Yeah.

233
00:11:44,162 --> 00:11:45,795
Wow. That's great.
Are you here, uh...?

234
00:11:45,797 --> 00:11:48,031
It's just a vacation?
Are you here for business? What?

235
00:11:48,033 --> 00:11:49,583
None of the above.

236
00:11:49,585 --> 00:11:52,302
I guess you could say
I came here for a fresh start.

237
00:11:52,304 --> 00:11:53,453
Oh, that's nice.

238
00:11:53,455 --> 00:11:56,256
Well, it was nice
meeting you, Jersey.

239
00:11:56,258 --> 00:11:58,825
Nice to meet you, too.

240
00:11:59,560 --> 00:12:01,795
Hey, is there
any chance

241
00:12:01,797 --> 00:12:03,597
you might be headed
towards Hailee...?

242
00:12:03,599 --> 00:12:05,865
Hale'iwa.
Yeah.

243
00:12:05,867 --> 00:12:08,818
I thought if you were going
that way, I might follow you?

244
00:12:08,820 --> 00:12:11,555
Um... I'm not, actually.

245
00:12:11,557 --> 00:12:13,056
I'm-I'm... I'm going
the other direction.

246
00:12:13,058 --> 00:12:15,158
Oh. Okay, then.

247
00:12:15,160 --> 00:12:16,893
Well, I'm sure I'll find my way.

248
00:12:16,895 --> 00:12:18,328
I mean, it's an island, right?

249
00:12:18,330 --> 00:12:19,829
How hard could it be?

250
00:12:19,831 --> 00:12:21,531
Yeah. You just keep
doing circles,

251
00:12:21,533 --> 00:12:23,116
you'll-you'll, uh...
you'll find it.

252
00:12:23,118 --> 00:12:24,668
Thanks for your help.

253
00:12:24,670 --> 00:12:27,003
Have a good fresh start.

254
00:12:27,005 --> 00:12:28,421
Thanks, Jersey.

255
00:12:51,779 --> 00:12:53,947
(engine revving)

256
00:12:55,249 --> 00:12:57,534
Hey, I'm gonna ask you
one more time.

257
00:12:57,536 --> 00:12:59,619
Jack Anderson-- where is he?

258
00:12:59,621 --> 00:13:02,238
And I'm gonna tell you one
more time. You want to talk,

259
00:13:02,240 --> 00:13:03,440
talk to my lawyer.

260
00:13:03,442 --> 00:13:04,908
(sighs)

261
00:13:04,910 --> 00:13:06,793
Do me a favor,
would you?

262
00:13:06,795 --> 00:13:09,612
Can you close the door?
Absolutely.

263
00:13:10,331 --> 00:13:12,549
Just be a minute.

264
00:13:15,586 --> 00:13:16,953
(groan, gasps,
monitors beep rapidly)

265
00:13:16,955 --> 00:13:18,388
What's the matter?

266
00:13:18,390 --> 00:13:19,889
WOMAN (over intercom):
Everything all right, Mr. Koga?

267
00:13:19,891 --> 00:13:22,142
(panting)
Never better, Nurse.

268
00:13:22,144 --> 00:13:23,476
Thank you.
You can't do this.

269
00:13:23,478 --> 00:13:25,512
Oh, I am doing it.
See, I'm with Five-O.

270
00:13:25,514 --> 00:13:27,764
They got immunity and means.
Ain't that right, Commander?

271
00:13:27,766 --> 00:13:29,399
That's right, Captain.

272
00:13:29,401 --> 00:13:33,186
That means... I can do
whatever the hell I want.

273
00:13:33,188 --> 00:13:34,821
You watch this.

274
00:13:36,590 --> 00:13:39,993
Wait, wait, wait, wait.
I don't know where he is.

275
00:13:39,995 --> 00:13:41,477
That's the truth.
I swear, I don't know!

276
00:13:41,479 --> 00:13:43,279
Calm down, calm down.
Just tell me what you do know.

277
00:13:43,281 --> 00:13:44,914
Okay, look...

278
00:13:44,916 --> 00:13:47,000
The guy Anderson

279
00:13:47,002 --> 00:13:48,251
disrespected Gus.

280
00:13:48,253 --> 00:13:50,503
He just wanted
to teach the dude a lesson.

281
00:13:50,505 --> 00:13:52,005
What kind of lesson?

282
00:13:52,007 --> 00:13:53,790
We waited for him.

283
00:13:56,961 --> 00:13:58,411
Gus had a knife.

284
00:13:58,413 --> 00:14:00,630
He went at the man
and tried to cut him...

285
00:14:00,632 --> 00:14:02,849
but he fought back.

286
00:14:05,519 --> 00:14:06,536
I've never seen anyone

287
00:14:06,538 --> 00:14:08,988
fight like that.

288
00:14:10,624 --> 00:14:13,393
He got the knife away from Gus
and killed him with it.

289
00:14:13,395 --> 00:14:16,529
Planted that thing
right in his chest.

290
00:14:16,531 --> 00:14:18,181
I tried to help Gus.

291
00:14:18,183 --> 00:14:22,202
The guy beat me down.

292
00:14:22,204 --> 00:14:23,453
There was nothing I could do.

293
00:14:23,455 --> 00:14:24,621
STEVE:
But run.

294
00:14:24,623 --> 00:14:25,739
(yells)

295
00:14:25,741 --> 00:14:27,207
(groans)

296
00:14:27,209 --> 00:14:28,708
Would've killed me, too,
if I didn't.

297
00:14:30,411 --> 00:14:32,245
All right,
so you take your beating.

298
00:14:32,247 --> 00:14:34,247
And where does Anderson go
after that?

299
00:14:34,249 --> 00:14:36,583
No idea.

300
00:14:37,668 --> 00:14:39,836
STEVE:
So, where'd your boy Jack

301
00:14:39,838 --> 00:14:41,921
learn to fight
like that, Grover?

302
00:14:41,923 --> 00:14:43,590
Hell if I know.

303
00:14:43,592 --> 00:14:45,425
Military?

304
00:14:45,427 --> 00:14:47,310
Jack's a man of few words.

305
00:14:47,312 --> 00:14:49,229
doesn't talk
about himself that much.

306
00:14:49,231 --> 00:14:51,214
Must have been some
scintillating conversations

307
00:14:51,216 --> 00:14:53,483
between the two of you.

308
00:14:53,485 --> 00:14:55,735
It's called being humble.

309
00:14:55,737 --> 00:14:59,355
Maybe you should
try it sometime.

310
00:14:59,357 --> 00:15:01,390
All right, so...
Koga's statement confirms

311
00:15:01,392 --> 00:15:03,443
that Jack killed Yamada
in self-defense.

312
00:15:03,445 --> 00:15:06,362
Any jury in the world would have
seen it the same way.

313
00:15:06,364 --> 00:15:07,981
So, where the hell is he?

314
00:15:07,983 --> 00:15:09,749
I mean, why didn't
he just stick around

315
00:15:09,751 --> 00:15:11,718
and call the cops?
Then it's over.

316
00:15:11,720 --> 00:15:15,071
Better yet,
why didn't he call you?

317
00:15:18,759 --> 00:15:22,045
Yes, I admit, uh, following you
might be a little crazy,

318
00:15:22,047 --> 00:15:24,881
but I want you to know
that I am not crazy.

319
00:15:24,883 --> 00:15:29,102
I know somebody who is crazy,
and I am nothing... like him.

320
00:15:29,104 --> 00:15:31,087
Although, I am talking
to myself,

321
00:15:31,089 --> 00:15:33,256
so that makes me crazy.

322
00:15:36,644 --> 00:15:38,862
(horn honking)

323
00:15:52,943 --> 00:15:54,443
(tires squeal)

324
00:15:54,445 --> 00:15:57,330
Whoa, whoa, whoa.
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa!

325
00:15:57,332 --> 00:15:59,666
(tires squealing)

326
00:16:00,801 --> 00:16:02,168
(tires squeal)

327
00:16:02,170 --> 00:16:05,155
(tires squealing)

328
00:16:06,807 --> 00:16:07,924
(engine revving)

329
00:16:07,926 --> 00:16:10,126
(tires screeching)

330
00:16:20,470 --> 00:16:22,105
This is Detective
Danny Williams.

331
00:16:22,107 --> 00:16:24,073
I have a woman.
She's unconscious.

332
00:16:24,075 --> 00:16:25,909
Kamehameha Highway.
Say about a...

333
00:16:25,911 --> 00:16:27,994
half mile east
of the Kawailoa exit.

334
00:16:27,996 --> 00:16:29,145
I need paramedics.

335
00:16:29,147 --> 00:16:30,830
MAN: What's the nature
of her injuries?

336
00:16:30,832 --> 00:16:32,198
I don't know. I don't know.

337
00:16:32,200 --> 00:16:34,367
She's not breathing,
can't find a pulse.

338
00:16:34,369 --> 00:16:35,702
She's, uh...
she's unconscious.

339
00:16:35,704 --> 00:16:37,003
She could be dying.

340
00:16:37,005 --> 00:16:39,322
Come on, just s-send
the ambulance, please.

341
00:16:42,126 --> 00:16:44,260
Oh. Hello. Hey.

342
00:16:44,262 --> 00:16:47,680
I-I got a... I got a gunshot
wound to the back of the neck.

343
00:16:47,682 --> 00:16:50,517
Put a rush
on that ambulance, okay?

344
00:16:50,519 --> 00:16:52,835
(phone beeps off)

345
00:17:12,593 --> 00:17:15,012
(siren wailing)

346
00:17:25,640 --> 00:17:28,442
(garbled radio transmission)

347
00:17:30,745 --> 00:17:33,447
(garbled radio transmission,
siren wailing)

348
00:17:45,543 --> 00:17:48,411

349
00:18:07,215 --> 00:18:09,216
(camera shutter clicking)

350
00:18:09,218 --> 00:18:11,418
(distant chatter)

351
00:18:12,704 --> 00:18:14,421
MAN:
Oh, yes, yes.

352
00:18:14,623 --> 00:18:15,839
(camera shutter clicking)

353
00:18:15,841 --> 00:18:16,525
CHIN:
So, the prints

354
00:18:16,526 --> 00:18:19,277
that CSU lifted off the murder
weapon match reference prints

355
00:18:19,279 --> 00:18:21,880
we took from Jack
Anderson's house.

356
00:18:21,882 --> 00:18:23,315
Well, that's consistent
with Koga's story.

357
00:18:23,317 --> 00:18:25,250
He told us Anderson stabbed
Yamada to death

358
00:18:25,252 --> 00:18:26,952
with his own knife.
Mm-hmm.

359
00:18:26,954 --> 00:18:29,087
What aren't you telling us,
Chin?

360
00:18:31,557 --> 00:18:34,759
Anderson's prints
also popped up in AFIS.

361
00:18:34,761 --> 00:18:36,978
(computer chirps)

362
00:18:36,980 --> 00:18:40,382
He's a decorated
Gulf War vet.

363
00:18:40,384 --> 00:18:43,118
A Green Beret who just
finished a tour in Iraq

364
00:18:43,120 --> 00:18:44,486
when this went down.

365
00:18:44,488 --> 00:18:46,771
According to the DeKalb PD,

366
00:18:46,773 --> 00:18:48,640
Anderson was the driver
of a getaway car

367
00:18:48,642 --> 00:18:50,025
in an armed robbery
of a liquor store

368
00:18:50,027 --> 00:18:52,093
back in 1993.

369
00:18:52,095 --> 00:18:55,113
Now, the car that he was driving
crashed into another vehicle,

370
00:18:55,115 --> 00:18:56,981
killing its driver,
a newlywed

371
00:18:56,983 --> 00:18:59,834
named Jessica Haley.
She was on her way home

372
00:18:59,836 --> 00:19:01,253
from work.

373
00:19:01,255 --> 00:19:02,587
This guy really had me fooled.

374
00:19:02,589 --> 00:19:04,289
Well, you and a lot
of other people.

375
00:19:04,291 --> 00:19:06,925
His accomplices were caught
fleeing the scene,

376
00:19:06,927 --> 00:19:08,960
but somehow, he seemed
to disappear off

377
00:19:08,962 --> 00:19:11,146
the face of the earth...
until today.

378
00:19:12,265 --> 00:19:14,999
Jack deliberately tossed
that cell phone in a Dumpster

379
00:19:15,001 --> 00:19:16,801
because he didn't want anybody
ind him.

380
00:19:16,803 --> 00:19:18,520
Jack Anderson's not

381
00:19:18,522 --> 00:19:20,171
a missing person.

382
00:19:20,173 --> 00:19:21,790
He's on the run.

383
00:19:23,459 --> 00:19:25,560
(knocking)

384
00:19:25,562 --> 00:19:27,679
(sighs)
Is Jack okay?

385
00:19:27,681 --> 00:19:30,014
Did you find him?
No, not yet. Uh,

386
00:19:30,016 --> 00:19:31,700
Bridgette, we need to talk
to you about something.

387
00:19:31,702 --> 00:19:33,735
What is it?

388
00:19:33,737 --> 00:19:35,654
What's wrong?

389
00:19:35,656 --> 00:19:38,189
Steve, can you give
us a minute, please?

390
00:19:38,191 --> 00:19:40,375
Yeah.

391
00:19:43,862 --> 00:19:44,963
Did you know?

392
00:19:44,965 --> 00:19:46,648
Did I know what?

393
00:19:46,650 --> 00:19:48,033
What Jack did back in DeKalb?

394
00:19:48,035 --> 00:19:49,301
I'm sorry.

395
00:19:49,303 --> 00:19:51,052
I don't know
what you're talking about.

396
00:19:51,054 --> 00:19:52,387
Hey, guys.

397
00:19:53,923 --> 00:19:55,173
Are you a policeman?

398
00:19:55,175 --> 00:19:56,725
Am I a policeman?

399
00:19:56,727 --> 00:19:59,043
Why? Because of this right here?

400
00:19:59,045 --> 00:20:00,878
That a real badge?

401
00:20:00,880 --> 00:20:02,897
Is this a real badge?

402
00:20:02,899 --> 00:20:06,050
You want to see it?

403
00:20:06,052 --> 00:20:08,269
GROVER: Fingerprints don't lie,
Bridgette.

404
00:20:08,271 --> 00:20:11,690
Your husband is wanted
for murder back in Illinois.

405
00:20:11,692 --> 00:20:14,192
He would never...

406
00:20:14,194 --> 00:20:15,577
You know him.

407
00:20:15,579 --> 00:20:17,562
You know the kind of man he is.

408
00:20:17,564 --> 00:20:19,731
I thought I did.

409
00:20:22,451 --> 00:20:24,502
Now, you listen
to me very carefully.

410
00:20:24,504 --> 00:20:26,254
In a couple of hours,

411
00:20:26,256 --> 00:20:28,773
this whole island's gonna be
crawling with HPD,

412
00:20:28,775 --> 00:20:30,208
FBI and Illinois State Police,

413
00:20:30,210 --> 00:20:32,344
and they're all gonna be
looking for your husband.

414
00:20:32,346 --> 00:20:33,928
And there'll be
some young, gung ho,

415
00:20:33,930 --> 00:20:36,097
trigger-happy cops looking
to make a name for themselves

416
00:20:36,099 --> 00:20:38,583
by bringing in a fugitive
on a 20-year-old murder case.

417
00:20:38,585 --> 00:20:40,468
And they don't know
Jack, the family man.

418
00:20:40,470 --> 00:20:43,138
They only know Jack,
the fugitive, and they're gonna

419
00:20:43,140 --> 00:20:46,141
bring him in
by any means necessary.

420
00:20:48,694 --> 00:20:52,063
Bridgette, I know
this is a lot. I'm sorry.

421
00:20:52,065 --> 00:20:54,932
But I'm gonna need your help.

422
00:20:54,934 --> 00:20:57,602
If you know where he might be,

423
00:20:57,604 --> 00:21:00,121
if he's tried to contact you,

424
00:21:00,123 --> 00:21:01,706
you need to tell me right now.

425
00:21:01,708 --> 00:21:03,908
I don't. I swear.

426
00:21:03,910 --> 00:21:05,343
Bridgette,
the boys said

427
00:21:05,345 --> 00:21:07,162
that Jack came back to
the house this morning.

428
00:21:07,164 --> 00:21:09,330
(sighs)

429
00:21:10,216 --> 00:21:11,800
Uh, I must have been asleep.

430
00:21:11,802 --> 00:21:13,268
Yeah, that's
what they said.

431
00:21:13,270 --> 00:21:14,719
He made them promise not

432
00:21:14,721 --> 00:21:16,588
to tell anybody that
he'd come back here.

433
00:21:16,590 --> 00:21:17,772
I guess he
grabbed a rifle

434
00:21:17,774 --> 00:21:19,891
and some camping gear.
He also told them that

435
00:21:19,893 --> 00:21:21,810
he might be away
for a little while.

436
00:21:21,812 --> 00:21:23,928
You got any idea
where that might be?

437
00:21:23,930 --> 00:21:25,897
He goes...

438
00:21:25,899 --> 00:21:28,767
hunting
in the Ewa Forest Reserve.

439
00:21:28,769 --> 00:21:32,804
Uh, he-he
usually makes

440
00:21:32,806 --> 00:21:34,906
camp around
the Waimano Stream.

441
00:21:34,908 --> 00:21:37,325
Okay. I know where that is.
Thanks.

442
00:21:38,694 --> 00:21:40,478
(clears throat)

443
00:21:42,515 --> 00:21:43,965
All right,

444
00:21:43,967 --> 00:21:46,451
listen, don't worry, we're
gonna bring him in safe.

445
00:21:46,453 --> 00:21:48,186
Meantime, you just take
care of those boys,

446
00:21:48,188 --> 00:21:49,587
all right?

447
00:21:52,291 --> 00:21:54,843
(pop music plays)

448
00:21:54,845 --> 00:21:56,077
(camera shutter clicking)

449
00:21:56,079 --> 00:21:58,379
MAN: That looks perfect,
just like that.

450
00:21:58,381 --> 00:21:59,481
Good.

451
00:21:59,483 --> 00:22:02,100
Thatta girl.

452
00:22:02,102 --> 00:22:04,068
Excellent. Excellent.
These are beautiful.

453
00:22:04,070 --> 00:22:05,503
Turn here. Yes.

454
00:22:05,505 --> 00:22:07,388
(camera clicking)
Yes.

455
00:22:07,390 --> 00:22:08,973
Nice. That's good.

456
00:22:08,975 --> 00:22:10,341
Right there.
Keep your chin up.

457
00:22:10,343 --> 00:22:11,976
Nice. These are beautiful.

458
00:22:12,611 --> 00:22:13,761
Head down.
Excuse me.

459
00:22:13,763 --> 00:22:15,280
Sorry. I'm Detective Williams.

460
00:22:15,282 --> 00:22:17,449
I'm with Five-O.
I need to see this weapon.

461
00:22:19,151 --> 00:22:21,519
I need to see any other
weapons you have here.

462
00:22:21,521 --> 00:22:23,655
As soon as you tell
me what's going on.

463
00:22:23,657 --> 00:22:25,206
I'll tell you what's
going on-- there's a woman,

464
00:22:25,208 --> 00:22:26,991
she's in the hospital right now
fighting for her life.

465
00:22:26,993 --> 00:22:28,676
She was shot
up on that highway

466
00:22:28,678 --> 00:22:30,378
from this beach.
Like I said,

467
00:22:30,380 --> 00:22:32,881
I need to see
all the weapons you have.

468
00:22:35,751 --> 00:22:37,719
Thank you.

469
00:22:42,725 --> 00:22:45,894
Look, Detective, all
the weapons on this shoot

470
00:22:45,896 --> 00:22:47,011
are props.

471
00:22:47,013 --> 00:22:48,480
They're inoperable.
Trust me,

472
00:22:48,482 --> 00:22:50,398
I checked
'em myself.

473
00:22:51,884 --> 00:22:53,985
All right, how long you
been here this morning?

474
00:22:53,987 --> 00:22:55,219
Since sunrise.

475
00:22:55,221 --> 00:22:56,571
See anybody else?

476
00:22:56,573 --> 00:22:57,989
Just us.

477
00:23:01,277 --> 00:23:03,027
All right, I'm gonna need to see

478
00:23:03,029 --> 00:23:05,272
all the photographs
you took here this morning.

479
00:23:05,297 --> 00:23:07,297
Yeah.

480
00:23:08,117 --> 00:23:11,202
Look, I'm just calling
to see how she's doing.

481
00:23:11,204 --> 00:23:13,588
I don't know her name. She's
the one with the gunshot wound.

482
00:23:13,590 --> 00:23:14,906
How many are there?

483
00:23:14,908 --> 00:23:17,175
No, please don't put me on hold.

484
00:23:30,523 --> 00:23:32,089
(phone beeps off)

485
00:23:47,873 --> 00:23:49,324
What do you got for me, Duke?

486
00:23:49,326 --> 00:23:51,726
CSU found some stuff
in Gus Yamada's house.

487
00:23:51,728 --> 00:23:53,277
Thought you might be interested.

488
00:23:55,164 --> 00:23:57,882
Yamada doesn't strike me
as the type who went to church.

489
00:23:57,884 --> 00:24:00,585
All right, so what
do we got here?

490
00:24:00,587 --> 00:24:01,536
Photos.

491
00:24:01,538 --> 00:24:03,755
Directions
to Anderson's bar.

492
00:24:03,757 --> 00:24:05,590
Daily schedule.

493
00:24:07,125 --> 00:24:09,310
It's a picture of his truck.
This is a surveillance package.

494
00:24:09,312 --> 00:24:10,628
He was being paid well.

495
00:24:10,630 --> 00:24:11,813
There's ten grand in there.

496
00:24:11,815 --> 00:24:14,148
It was in the gym bag
along with this burner.

497
00:24:14,150 --> 00:24:16,317
All right, so Yamada didn't
show up at Anderson's bar

498
00:24:16,319 --> 00:24:18,436
to sample the mai tais;
they were watching him.

499
00:24:19,438 --> 00:24:21,906
This was supposed to be a hit.

500
00:24:39,933 --> 00:24:42,434
STEVE: Any idea who would
want to kill your friend?

501
00:24:43,703 --> 00:24:45,137
Well,

502
00:24:45,139 --> 00:24:46,271
Jack's a fugitive.

503
00:24:46,273 --> 00:24:48,023
I imagine he's crossed
a lot of people

504
00:24:48,025 --> 00:24:49,224
between here
and Chicago,

505
00:24:49,226 --> 00:24:51,126
but I don't know,
I don't want to be

506
00:24:51,128 --> 00:24:52,227
the one to speculate.

507
00:24:52,229 --> 00:24:54,012
I'd rather ask him
myself, in person.

508
00:24:55,165 --> 00:24:59,184
You can slow down if you,
uh, if you can't keep up.

509
00:24:59,186 --> 00:25:01,837
You know, my old man
once told me...

510
00:25:01,839 --> 00:25:04,289
never mistake somebody
who's moving fast

511
00:25:04,291 --> 00:25:07,409
with somebody who knows
where they're going.

512
00:25:07,411 --> 00:25:09,628
Yeah, all due respect,
your old man didn't know me.

513
00:25:09,630 --> 00:25:11,380
I move fast and I know
where I'm going.

514
00:25:11,382 --> 00:25:14,383
Boy, I wish I was half as good
as you think you are.

515
00:25:14,385 --> 00:25:15,551
(insect buzzes)

516
00:25:15,553 --> 00:25:17,553
Ow.

517
00:25:17,555 --> 00:25:19,338
Long way from Chicago, huh?

518
00:25:19,340 --> 00:25:21,340
What's that supposed to mean?

519
00:25:21,342 --> 00:25:23,025
You think I don't know
my way around

520
00:25:23,027 --> 00:25:24,543
in the woods?

521
00:25:24,545 --> 00:25:26,145
First of all, this is a forest.

522
00:25:26,147 --> 00:25:28,480
Second of all,
if you knew your way

523
00:25:28,482 --> 00:25:30,232
around this forest...

524
00:25:30,234 --> 00:25:32,217
you'd know that the shrub
you're standing next to

525
00:25:32,219 --> 00:25:33,718
is noho malie.

526
00:25:33,720 --> 00:25:35,154
It's highly poisonous.

527
00:25:42,562 --> 00:25:44,613
Well, thank you,
Ranger Rick.

528
00:25:45,565 --> 00:25:48,417
You're welcome.

529
00:25:48,419 --> 00:25:49,868
Ah.

530
00:25:49,870 --> 00:25:51,453
You know, going
through these woods--

531
00:25:51,455 --> 00:25:54,573
oh, I'm sorry, "the forest"--

532
00:25:54,575 --> 00:25:56,592
kind of opens your mind up.

533
00:25:56,594 --> 00:25:58,293
Helps you see things
a little differently.

534
00:25:58,295 --> 00:25:59,911
What, are you getting
all Zen on me, now?

535
00:25:59,913 --> 00:26:02,097
No, I'm just telling you
I know what this is.

536
00:26:04,384 --> 00:26:06,435
Would you want to
tell me what this is?

537
00:26:06,437 --> 00:26:08,303
This:

538
00:26:08,305 --> 00:26:10,355
"I could really use your help."

539
00:26:10,357 --> 00:26:12,007
You think I think
that you partnered up

540
00:26:12,009 --> 00:26:15,093
with me on this out of the
goodness of your heart?

541
00:26:15,095 --> 00:26:17,029
All right.
Fair enough.

542
00:26:17,031 --> 00:26:18,730
You're Jack's friend.

543
00:26:18,732 --> 00:26:20,149
I know you're not
gonna go home,

544
00:26:20,151 --> 00:26:22,934
sit in your rocking chair and
wait on a call from me, okay?

545
00:26:22,936 --> 00:26:24,069
You're gonna be out here

546
00:26:24,071 --> 00:26:25,954
making a mess of things, you know?
There you go.

547
00:26:25,956 --> 00:26:28,290
Get in my way, so I figured
I'd do myself a favor, right?

548
00:26:28,292 --> 00:26:29,575
Save myself the trouble.

549
00:26:29,577 --> 00:26:31,627
But you're only
half right.

550
00:26:31,629 --> 00:26:33,962
Catherine Rollins
is on reserve duty.

551
00:26:33,964 --> 00:26:36,999
I got Danno on the North Shore,
I'm short-handed...

552
00:26:37,001 --> 00:26:38,717
so I thought about it
and figured

553
00:26:38,719 --> 00:26:41,336
you were competent enough
to tag along.

554
00:26:43,306 --> 00:26:45,724
Competent enough?

555
00:26:45,726 --> 00:26:47,976
Well, you ain't exactly
Mount Rushmore material

556
00:26:47,978 --> 00:26:49,428
yourself, you know.

557
00:26:49,430 --> 00:26:52,231
CHIN: Come on, it's
a simple question.

558
00:26:52,233 --> 00:26:55,067
Who hired you
to murder Jack Anderson?

559
00:26:55,069 --> 00:26:56,435
I just need a name.

560
00:26:56,437 --> 00:26:58,437
I don't have a name.

561
00:26:58,439 --> 00:27:00,689
So do whatever
you got to do.

562
00:27:00,691 --> 00:27:02,307
Torture me
like your friends did,

563
00:27:02,309 --> 00:27:04,193
'cause I can't tell you
something I don't know.

564
00:27:04,195 --> 00:27:06,945
Yeah, well, you see,
torture isn't really my style.

565
00:27:08,831 --> 00:27:10,449
Now, Koga...

566
00:27:10,451 --> 00:27:13,168
you got a three-year-old son
and a little girl, right?

567
00:27:14,837 --> 00:27:16,421
You've been
through the system.

568
00:27:16,423 --> 00:27:17,839
You know
how it works.

569
00:27:17,841 --> 00:27:19,708
First person to step up
gets a deal,

570
00:27:19,710 --> 00:27:22,427
and Yamada is dead.

571
00:27:22,429 --> 00:27:24,346
I call that an opportunity.

572
00:27:24,348 --> 00:27:26,831
Look, you talk now...

573
00:27:26,833 --> 00:27:28,667
maybe you serve
two to three years

574
00:27:28,669 --> 00:27:30,018
in a minimum-security
prison

575
00:27:30,020 --> 00:27:33,438
and you get some kind of
relationship with your children.

576
00:27:33,440 --> 00:27:35,524
But if you don't...

577
00:27:35,526 --> 00:27:36,975
I promise you,

578
00:27:36,977 --> 00:27:39,444
you will sit
in a maximum-security prison

579
00:27:39,446 --> 00:27:43,014
for 15 to 20 years
watching your kids grow up

580
00:27:43,016 --> 00:27:44,983
through a piece
of Plexiglas.

581
00:27:47,987 --> 00:27:49,821
So you got
a decision to make.

582
00:27:51,291 --> 00:27:53,542
Because when
I walk out that door...

583
00:27:53,544 --> 00:27:54,660
(sighs)

584
00:27:54,662 --> 00:27:57,195
the deal goes with me.

585
00:28:02,001 --> 00:28:03,468
Okay, look...

586
00:28:06,973 --> 00:28:09,308
I'll tell you who hired us.

587
00:28:10,343 --> 00:28:13,395
STEVE:
Decorated war hero.

588
00:28:13,397 --> 00:28:15,264
Never in trouble with the law.

589
00:28:15,266 --> 00:28:16,732
How's a guy like that end up

590
00:28:16,734 --> 00:28:18,984
robbing a liquor store?

591
00:28:18,986 --> 00:28:21,553
GROVER: I don't know.
Maybe he was drunk or high.

592
00:28:21,555 --> 00:28:23,021
Doesn't really matter, does it?
No, it doesn't.

593
00:28:23,023 --> 00:28:24,239
I'm not trying to give the guy

594
00:28:24,241 --> 00:28:26,391
a free pass, either.
I'm just saying.

595
00:28:26,393 --> 00:28:28,610
Maybe he made a mistake,
you know?

596
00:28:30,747 --> 00:28:31,896
I mean...

597
00:28:31,898 --> 00:28:33,665
it's got to stand
for something that he

598
00:28:33,667 --> 00:28:35,200
turned his entire
life around,

599
00:28:35,202 --> 00:28:36,668
spent the next
20 years trying

600
00:28:36,670 --> 00:28:38,069
to make it right.

601
00:28:38,071 --> 00:28:40,339
And what if it was
your sister

602
00:28:40,341 --> 00:28:41,356
and my wife
and kids

603
00:28:41,358 --> 00:28:43,292
he killed in that
car wreck?

604
00:28:43,294 --> 00:28:45,043
What he did before,
what he did after,

605
00:28:45,045 --> 00:28:46,128
wouldn't mean
a damn thing.

606
00:28:46,130 --> 00:28:47,846
Listen, man, you got
a good point, okay?

607
00:28:47,848 --> 00:28:49,064
I'm just saying...

608
00:28:49,066 --> 00:28:50,716
You can't tell me
it's gonna feel good

609
00:28:50,718 --> 00:28:53,352
putting the cuffs on a guy
like that, now, okay?

610
00:28:53,354 --> 00:28:55,354
Plus, he's your friend.
Try to think of the victim's family.

611
00:28:55,356 --> 00:28:57,105
Well, what about Jack's family?

612
00:28:57,107 --> 00:28:59,474
You think I don't
have a heart?

613
00:28:59,476 --> 00:29:02,144
I got a knot in my stomach
just thinking about all this.

614
00:29:02,146 --> 00:29:03,228
Man, I'm just saying

615
00:29:03,230 --> 00:29:05,647
don't write him off
completely, okay?

616
00:29:05,649 --> 00:29:07,766
Sometimes good people
do bad things.

617
00:29:07,768 --> 00:29:09,568
We're all running from
something, right?

618
00:29:10,987 --> 00:29:13,438
Could you be any more obvious?

619
00:29:14,774 --> 00:29:15,891
Excuse me?

620
00:29:15,893 --> 00:29:18,060
If you want
something from me,

621
00:29:18,062 --> 00:29:19,227
just ask.

622
00:29:19,229 --> 00:29:21,880
Them Jedi mind tricks
don't work with me.

623
00:29:22,715 --> 00:29:24,082
Fine.

624
00:29:24,084 --> 00:29:25,967
What drove you
out of Chicago?

625
00:29:28,638 --> 00:29:31,256
Forget it. You and me--
we ain't there, yet.

626
00:29:35,495 --> 00:29:38,263
STEVE:
Hold up, hold up, h-hold up.

627
00:29:43,569 --> 00:29:46,971
These are fresh.

628
00:29:46,973 --> 00:29:49,974
He can't be more than ten
or 15 minutes ahead of us.

629
00:30:02,622 --> 00:30:03,755
Hello.

630
00:30:03,757 --> 00:30:05,323
How you doing?
Can I help you?

631
00:30:05,325 --> 00:30:07,542
Uh, yeah, I'm, uh,
Detective Williams

632
00:30:07,544 --> 00:30:09,344
with Five-O.
Um, just need to ask you,

633
00:30:09,346 --> 00:30:10,946
do you have a rifle on board?

634
00:30:10,948 --> 00:30:13,498
We do. We use it
when we go shark fishing.

635
00:30:13,500 --> 00:30:14,549
Okay.
What's the problem?

636
00:30:14,551 --> 00:30:16,301
Uh, you're gonna
have to point to it,

637
00:30:16,303 --> 00:30:17,419
show me where it is.

638
00:30:17,421 --> 00:30:18,937
Please stay
where you are.

639
00:30:18,939 --> 00:30:20,004
It's in there.

640
00:30:20,006 --> 00:30:21,173
In here?
Yup.

641
00:30:21,175 --> 00:30:23,174
What's going on?

642
00:30:34,186 --> 00:30:36,154
This, uh, this was
fired recently.

643
00:30:36,156 --> 00:30:38,623
Yeah. Um...
we were fishing

644
00:30:38,625 --> 00:30:39,775
off the beach this morning,

645
00:30:39,777 --> 00:30:41,543
and nothing
was biting, so, uh...

646
00:30:41,545 --> 00:30:43,628
I let my son Jon
use it to...

647
00:30:43,630 --> 00:30:46,214
take target practice
on the chum can in the water.

648
00:30:48,200 --> 00:30:50,680
Weren't any other boats around.
Didn't think it'd be a problem.

649
00:30:52,088 --> 00:30:54,339
What's going on, Detective?

650
00:30:54,341 --> 00:30:55,640
Something happen?

651
00:30:55,642 --> 00:30:57,893
Uh, yeah, something, uh...

652
00:30:57,895 --> 00:31:00,512
something pretty terrible
happened, actually.

653
00:31:07,403 --> 00:31:09,220
(phone rings)
Chin. Go.

654
00:31:09,222 --> 00:31:10,155
I know who hired

655
00:31:10,157 --> 00:31:11,723
Yamada and Koga
to kill Anderson.

656
00:31:11,725 --> 00:31:12,724
Who?

657
00:31:12,726 --> 00:31:14,109
Matt Haley.

658
00:31:14,111 --> 00:31:15,360
He's the husband
of Jessica Haley,

659
00:31:15,362 --> 00:31:16,411
the woman that Anderson

660
00:31:16,413 --> 00:31:17,496
killed in the car crash.

661
00:31:17,498 --> 00:31:18,947
So wait a minute,

662
00:31:18,949 --> 00:31:20,398
Haley finds Anderson

663
00:31:20,400 --> 00:31:22,451
on the islands after
all these years,

664
00:31:22,453 --> 00:31:24,402
and then hires
Yamada to avenge

665
00:31:24,404 --> 00:31:26,171
his wife's death?
What are the chances

666
00:31:26,173 --> 00:31:27,405
Haley's on the island?

667
00:31:27,407 --> 00:31:28,690
Oh, I'm thinking pretty good.

668
00:31:28,692 --> 00:31:30,258
I have several
incoming calls to Yamada's

669
00:31:30,260 --> 00:31:32,243
burner phone,
all from a Malohi Inn.

670
00:31:32,245 --> 00:31:33,562
One of them was

671
00:31:33,564 --> 00:31:34,579
as recent as an hour ago.

672
00:31:34,581 --> 00:31:35,764
It was probably Haley

673
00:31:35,766 --> 00:31:37,349
trying to find out
if the job's done.

674
00:31:37,351 --> 00:31:38,383
That's what I'm thinking.

675
00:31:38,385 --> 00:31:40,418
I'll let you know.
I'm on my way.

676
00:31:40,420 --> 00:31:42,053
STEVE:
Copy that.

677
00:31:48,594 --> 00:31:51,046
(birds fly off)

678
00:31:51,048 --> 00:31:52,697
You see that?

679
00:31:53,649 --> 00:31:55,650
200 yards up ahead.

680
00:31:55,652 --> 00:31:57,235
See those birds?

681
00:31:57,237 --> 00:31:58,720
Yeah, I see.

682
00:32:01,290 --> 00:32:02,874
All right.

683
00:32:02,876 --> 00:32:04,275
We're gonna split up.

684
00:32:04,277 --> 00:32:06,461
I'm gonna maintain
this heading.

685
00:32:06,463 --> 00:32:08,580
Lou, I want you
to flank north.

686
00:32:08,582 --> 00:32:10,131
Okay?
Yeah.

687
00:32:10,133 --> 00:32:11,132
Remember...

688
00:32:11,134 --> 00:32:13,117
radio silence
and good target I.D.

689
00:32:13,119 --> 00:32:15,286
I got you.

690
00:32:19,108 --> 00:32:20,976
(branches snapping)

691
00:32:34,640 --> 00:32:36,825
(twigs crack)

692
00:32:52,542 --> 00:32:53,992
You shouldn't
have come.

693
00:33:07,667 --> 00:33:09,268
How many with you?

694
00:33:09,270 --> 00:33:10,619
I'm alone.

695
00:33:12,105 --> 00:33:13,672
With a radio?

696
00:33:13,674 --> 00:33:14,790
Let's go.

697
00:33:14,792 --> 00:33:16,976
Move!

698
00:33:18,094 --> 00:33:20,179
So what's the plan now, Jack?

699
00:33:20,181 --> 00:33:22,297
What are you gonna do?
You gonna kill me,

700
00:33:22,299 --> 00:33:25,017
then hide up here in the woods
for the rest of your life

701
00:33:25,019 --> 00:33:26,235
living happily ever after?

702
00:33:26,237 --> 00:33:30,773
Personally, I don't
think you got it in you.

703
00:33:30,775 --> 00:33:32,441
Sure, you took that guy
in the alley,

704
00:33:32,443 --> 00:33:33,575
but that's kill or be killed.

705
00:33:33,577 --> 00:33:35,611
Stop talking and keep moving.

706
00:33:35,613 --> 00:33:39,298
That woman you killed, Jack,
that was an accident.

707
00:33:39,300 --> 00:33:42,534
And I know that you've done
a lot of things, good things,

708
00:33:42,536 --> 00:33:43,836
to try to make that right,

709
00:33:43,838 --> 00:33:46,572
but you never will.
You never will

710
00:33:46,574 --> 00:33:47,906
till you own up to it.

711
00:33:47,908 --> 00:33:49,842
I own up to it every day.

712
00:33:49,844 --> 00:33:52,411
You don't think
I carry that with me?

713
00:33:52,413 --> 00:33:55,330
That woman is
in my head all the time.

714
00:33:55,332 --> 00:33:57,349
I was a good guy,

715
00:33:57,351 --> 00:33:59,652
and I just did something stupid.

716
00:33:59,654 --> 00:34:01,837
I got behind
the wheel of a car,

717
00:34:01,839 --> 00:34:03,505
and in ten minutes,
my life changed forever

718
00:34:03,507 --> 00:34:05,124
and I can't undo that.

719
00:34:07,644 --> 00:34:09,645
No matter how hard I try.

720
00:34:09,647 --> 00:34:11,030
You think you're
the only one?

721
00:34:11,032 --> 00:34:14,817
You think I don't know
what living with regret

722
00:34:14,819 --> 00:34:16,518
is like?
Hmm?

723
00:34:16,520 --> 00:34:19,405
Every day, I look in the mirror
and I think to myself,

724
00:34:19,407 --> 00:34:21,824
"What if I did this?
What if I did that?"

725
00:34:23,043 --> 00:34:25,861
So welcome to the
club, my friend.

726
00:34:26,696 --> 00:34:29,415
Listen to me, Jack.

727
00:34:29,417 --> 00:34:31,567
You got to end this thing.

728
00:34:31,569 --> 00:34:35,471
Hmm? You got to end
it right now, Jack.

729
00:34:35,473 --> 00:34:37,589
Not for me.

730
00:34:37,591 --> 00:34:40,259
Take a second to think about
Bridgette and them two boys.

731
00:34:40,261 --> 00:34:41,994
(twigs snapping)

732
00:34:41,996 --> 00:34:44,313
(grunts)

733
00:34:46,850 --> 00:34:49,018
Oh, Jack.

734
00:34:51,237 --> 00:34:52,988
You got him?

735
00:34:52,990 --> 00:34:54,857
About time. What happened?

736
00:34:54,859 --> 00:34:58,660
I was trying to figure out a way
to save your ass, wasn't I?

737
00:35:01,297 --> 00:35:03,182
All right, come on, Jack,
let's go. On your feet.

738
00:35:03,184 --> 00:35:05,701
On your feet.

739
00:35:12,425 --> 00:35:15,410
Five-O! Get on your knees.
Hands behind your head.

740
00:35:17,213 --> 00:35:20,182
Matt Haley, you're under arrest
for conspiracy

741
00:35:20,184 --> 00:35:21,884
and the attempted murder
of Jack Anderson.

742
00:35:21,886 --> 00:35:23,936
Mitchell. Jack Mitchell.

743
00:35:23,938 --> 00:35:27,439
That was his name
when he killed my wife.

744
00:35:41,771 --> 00:35:44,573
What are we doing here?
I told you.

745
00:35:44,575 --> 00:35:46,725
I don't want my wife and kids
to see me like this.

746
00:35:46,727 --> 00:35:48,210
Turn around.
Give me your hands, Jack.

747
00:36:01,558 --> 00:36:03,926
You know what you got to do.
Go ahead.

748
00:36:20,977 --> 00:36:23,278
(exhales)

749
00:36:23,280 --> 00:36:25,831
(crying)
I'm sorry.

750
00:36:25,833 --> 00:36:27,566
I'm so sorry.

751
00:36:27,568 --> 00:36:29,885
Look,

752
00:36:29,887 --> 00:36:33,422
there's something
I need to tell you,

753
00:36:33,424 --> 00:36:35,457
and I should have told you
a long time ago.

754
00:36:36,593 --> 00:36:40,679
So how much of that sermon
you gave in the forest was true?

755
00:36:41,664 --> 00:36:43,665
All that stuff
about living with regret,

756
00:36:43,667 --> 00:36:46,334
looking at yourself
in the mirror, blah, blah, blah.

757
00:36:46,336 --> 00:36:48,020
So you heard that?

758
00:36:48,022 --> 00:36:49,471
The whole thing.

759
00:36:49,473 --> 00:36:51,690
Then I guess that
means you heard me say

760
00:36:51,692 --> 00:36:55,277
me and you ain't there yet.
(chuckles)

761
00:36:56,863 --> 00:36:58,447
Hey. Hey, boys.

762
00:36:58,449 --> 00:37:00,032
How you doing, boys?

763
00:37:00,034 --> 00:37:02,251
Hey, listen to me,
all right? Look,

764
00:37:02,253 --> 00:37:05,704
Daddy's gonna have to go away
for a little while, okay?

765
00:37:05,706 --> 00:37:07,606
But I want... I want you
to behave for your mom.

766
00:37:07,608 --> 00:37:10,075
You understand?
All right.

767
00:37:10,077 --> 00:37:12,694
Give me a hug.
Give me a hug.

768
00:37:26,176 --> 00:37:28,093
Thank you.

769
00:37:33,099 --> 00:37:35,050
If you don't mind,

770
00:37:35,052 --> 00:37:37,903
there's one more stop
I'd like to make.

771
00:37:42,609 --> 00:37:45,277
CHIN:
The church bulletin?

772
00:37:45,279 --> 00:37:47,496
That's how you found
Jack Mitchell?

773
00:37:48,531 --> 00:37:51,416
A couple weeks ago,
a buddy of mine from DeKalb

774
00:37:51,418 --> 00:37:53,035
was here on vacation.

775
00:37:53,037 --> 00:37:55,671
He went to Mass,
saw the picture.

776
00:37:55,673 --> 00:37:58,423
Thought it looked a lot
like Mitchell.

777
00:37:58,425 --> 00:38:00,075
So I did some digging.

778
00:38:00,077 --> 00:38:01,426
Turns out he was right.

779
00:38:01,428 --> 00:38:03,845
Did it ever cross your mind
to go to the police?

780
00:38:03,847 --> 00:38:06,048
No.

781
00:38:07,133 --> 00:38:09,134
Have you ever had
someone you love

782
00:38:09,136 --> 00:38:11,386
stolen from you,
Lieutenant?

783
00:38:16,142 --> 00:38:18,310
Yes, I have.

784
00:38:19,445 --> 00:38:21,380
Then you know.

785
00:38:23,816 --> 00:38:27,269
Hate corrodes the container
it's carried in.

786
00:38:27,271 --> 00:38:30,906
I've carried that hate around
with me for 20 years.

787
00:38:30,908 --> 00:38:32,774
I never remarried,

788
00:38:32,776 --> 00:38:36,245
never had the family
I dreamt of with Jess.

789
00:38:36,247 --> 00:38:39,014
That night changed me.

790
00:38:39,016 --> 00:38:41,216
(door buzzes)

791
00:39:01,571 --> 00:39:05,857
I know there's nothing I can do
that would bring your wife back.

792
00:39:09,445 --> 00:39:12,147
All I can do
is say...

793
00:39:12,999 --> 00:39:16,651
...I'm sorry.

794
00:39:45,114 --> 00:39:46,531
(exhales)

795
00:39:48,501 --> 00:39:50,685
Hey.

796
00:39:51,687 --> 00:39:53,655
How you feeling?

797
00:39:53,657 --> 00:39:55,690
(sighs)

798
00:39:55,692 --> 00:39:57,759
I've been better.

799
00:39:57,761 --> 00:39:59,411
Yeah, I bet.

800
00:39:59,413 --> 00:40:01,296
Do you remember me?

801
00:40:01,298 --> 00:40:03,248
Jersey.

802
00:40:03,250 --> 00:40:04,532
Yeah.

803
00:40:06,135 --> 00:40:10,422
The last thing I remember,
you were in my rearview mirror.

804
00:40:10,424 --> 00:40:13,392
I thought you were headed
the other direction.

805
00:40:14,677 --> 00:40:17,279
I was headed
the other direction.

806
00:40:17,281 --> 00:40:20,415
Well, what made you change
your mind?

807
00:40:20,417 --> 00:40:23,985
(clicks tongue)
Um,

808
00:40:23,987 --> 00:40:25,654
I don't know. Uh,

809
00:40:25,656 --> 00:40:27,322
I think maybe that smile's what did it.
(chuckles)

810
00:40:27,324 --> 00:40:28,790
That's definitely what it was.

811
00:40:28,792 --> 00:40:32,494
I know
this sounds crazy,

812
00:40:32,496 --> 00:40:34,529
um, but I-I couldn't stop
thinking about you when I was

813
00:40:34,531 --> 00:40:36,398
driving away,
so...

814
00:40:36,400 --> 00:40:38,667
That doesn't sound crazy.

815
00:40:38,669 --> 00:40:40,285
No?
No.

816
00:40:40,287 --> 00:40:41,453
Good.

817
00:40:41,455 --> 00:40:43,121
(chuckles)

818
00:40:43,123 --> 00:40:46,425
I don't think
I ever got your name.

819
00:40:46,427 --> 00:40:49,411
Uh, I'm, uh, Danny. Williams.

820
00:40:49,413 --> 00:40:51,213
I'm Amber.

821
00:40:51,215 --> 00:40:52,547
Amber Vitale.

822
00:40:52,549 --> 00:40:54,049
Amber Vitale.

823
00:40:54,051 --> 00:40:56,935
That's the best name I ever heard.
(chuckles)

824
00:40:56,937 --> 00:40:58,887
That's an excellent,
excellent name.

825
00:40:58,889 --> 00:41:00,422
Thank you.

826
00:41:00,424 --> 00:41:03,024
Sounds like an Italian
movie star or something.

827
00:41:03,026 --> 00:41:04,309
(laughs)

828
00:41:07,630 --> 00:41:09,931
COMMENTATOR: Snap to the 35.
Drops back to the pocket.

829
00:41:09,933 --> 00:41:11,700
Throws over the middle.
STEVE: Come on!

830
00:41:11,702 --> 00:41:12,710
And it's caught!

831
00:41:12,735 --> 00:41:14,687
All right, party people,
get it while it's hot.

832
00:41:14,688 --> 00:41:17,873
(knocking)
All right. Yo.

833
00:41:17,875 --> 00:41:19,458
What's going on? Just
in time. Hey, kiddo.

834
00:41:19,483 --> 00:41:20,760
Hey, everybody.

835
00:41:20,761 --> 00:41:22,127
Go get some of that
chili, all right,

836
00:41:22,129 --> 00:41:24,246
before those animals eat
the whole pot.

837
00:41:24,248 --> 00:41:25,831
Okay, Gracie?
That's it.

838
00:41:25,833 --> 00:41:27,549
Grab... Yeah, push...
Just push your way in.

839
00:41:27,551 --> 00:41:28,550
Don't be shy. Yeah.

840
00:41:28,552 --> 00:41:29,584
Where you going, sistah?

841
00:41:29,586 --> 00:41:31,086
Back off, keiki.

842
00:41:31,088 --> 00:41:32,037
Be careful, honey.
That's the most

843
00:41:32,039 --> 00:41:33,522
dangerous place
on the island,

844
00:41:33,524 --> 00:41:34,789
between those two
when there's food.

845
00:41:34,791 --> 00:41:36,475
There you go,
princess.

846
00:41:36,477 --> 00:41:37,726
Hey, how's Amber?

847
00:41:37,728 --> 00:41:39,728
Oh, she's, uh...
she's fantastic.

848
00:41:39,730 --> 00:41:42,063
Wow, a smile. You perked up
when I mentioned her name.

849
00:41:42,065 --> 00:41:43,315
What, you got a serious thing

850
00:41:43,317 --> 00:41:44,799
for this girl?

851
00:41:44,801 --> 00:41:46,435
No, I mean, I got...
I got a thing.

852
00:41:46,437 --> 00:41:47,736
I don't... I don't think
I perked up.

853
00:41:47,738 --> 00:41:48,987
You did perk up.
That's not...

854
00:41:48,989 --> 00:41:50,939
that's not what I do.
I don't perk up.

855
00:41:50,941 --> 00:41:52,124
Let me ask you
a question.

856
00:41:52,126 --> 00:41:53,525
What's, uh...
what's going on here?

857
00:41:53,527 --> 00:41:54,993
What are you talking about?

858
00:41:54,995 --> 00:41:57,362
Well, you know, first you invite
him over for Thanksgiving.

859
00:41:57,364 --> 00:41:59,664
Then you guys, uh...
you guys partner up.

860
00:41:59,666 --> 00:42:01,366
Now he's in the kitchen
cooking chili, watching

861
00:42:01,368 --> 00:42:03,368
the game. People are gonna think
you two like each other

862
00:42:03,370 --> 00:42:05,153
or something.
I don't know. H-He's not that bad.

863
00:42:05,155 --> 00:42:05,773
No?

864
00:42:05,798 --> 00:42:07,707
No, he's not that bad.
I mean, he's, uh...

865
00:42:07,708 --> 00:42:09,508
he's a bit...

866
00:42:09,510 --> 00:42:12,093
he's a bit thick-headed,
but he makes a great chili.

867
00:42:12,095 --> 00:42:14,162
Oh, that's good. So he's
like you, but he can cook.

868
00:42:15,181 --> 00:42:16,264
You want to eat?
Mm-hmm.

869
00:42:16,266 --> 00:42:17,599
You want to eat today?
Mm-hmm.

870
00:42:17,601 --> 00:42:18,833
Bruddah,

871
00:42:18,835 --> 00:42:20,352
I don't think it's chili

872
00:42:20,354 --> 00:42:21,586
unless you have Spam in it.

873
00:42:21,588 --> 00:42:23,054
GROVER:
Where I come from,

874
00:42:23,056 --> 00:42:24,623
Spam is a controlled substance.

875
00:42:24,625 --> 00:42:26,274
(laughter)

876
00:42:26,276 --> 00:42:27,509
Eat up. Here you go.

877
00:42:27,511 --> 00:42:28,710
Come on, folks.

878
00:42:28,712 --> 00:42:30,645
Dig in.
KONO: Mmm, that smells good.

879
00:42:32,448 --> 00:42:34,182
You guys got room for two more?

880
00:42:36,836 --> 00:42:38,820
Aloha.

881
00:42:45,244 --> 00:42:47,078
Hey.

882
00:42:47,080 --> 00:42:48,213
Welcome back.

883
00:42:48,215 --> 00:42:49,414
Thank you.

884
00:42:49,416 --> 00:42:51,699
It's good to be back.

885
00:42:51,701 --> 00:42:54,202
Thanks, man.

886
00:42:54,204 --> 00:42:57,055
(chuckles)
Welcome home.

887
00:43:03,563 --> 00:43:05,847
Hi.

888
00:43:05,849 --> 00:43:07,265
Did you get taller?

889
00:43:07,267 --> 00:43:09,217
(giggles)

890
00:43:09,219 --> 00:43:11,102
What's up, sistah?

891
00:43:13,906 --> 00:43:15,907
You know I missed you.

892
00:43:15,909 --> 00:43:18,109
Aw.

893
00:43:34,427 --> 00:43:36,044

894
00:43:39,682 --> 00:43:42,551
It's good to be home.
