00:07:33,495 --> 00:07:34,895
Ming-hua, est-ce,
c'est votre nom ?

141
00:07:34,963 --> 00:07:35,963
C'est vous ?

142
00:07:36,030 --> 00:07:37,881
C'est l'homme mort ?
Qui est Ming-hua ?

143
00:07:37,966 --> 00:07:39,550
Dites-moi, qui est Ming-hua ?

144
00:07:39,634 --> 00:07:41,635
C'est vous ?

145
00:07:43,204 --> 00:07:45,222
Super, maintenant on a deux John Doe.

146
00:07:45,306 --> 00:07:47,391
Et aucune réponse.

147
00:07:55,256 --> 00:07:56,534
J'ai parlé à la compagnie de location.

148
00:07:56,982 --> 00:07:58,701
Celui qui l'a loué est un résident.

149
00:07:58,968 --> 00:08:00,751
Son nom est Spencer Owens.

150
00:08:00,803 --> 00:08:02,520
Ok, il ne ressemble pas à un Spencer.

151
00:08:02,588 --> 00:08:03,671
Ni notre conducteur, ni notre victime.

152
00:08:03,739 --> 00:08:04,956
Non, il est vivant et en bonne santé.

153
00:08:05,024 --> 00:08:07,358
Pas d'antécédents, même pas un
excès de vitesse dans nos fichiers.

154
00:08:07,426 --> 00:08:09,360
HPD dit qu'il a déclaré
la voiture volée ce matin,

155
00:08:09,428 --> 00:08:10,361
et les policiers l'ont emmené

156
00:08:10,429 --> 00:08:11,729
pour faire une déposition.

157
00:08:11,780 --> 00:08:13,531
On part du principe que
le conducteur est le meurtrier, ok ?

158
00:08:13,599 --> 00:08:16,267
Il a mis la tête dans une boîte,
et il est parti faire une balade
dans une voiture volée.

159
00:08:16,318 --> 00:08:17,452
Où allait-il ?

160
00:08:17,536 --> 00:08:18,870
Le GPS a été endommagé
pendant l'accident.

161
00:08:18,938 --> 00:08:20,488
Je peux toujours essayer
d'en tirer quelque chose.

162
00:08:20,573 --> 00:08:21,539
Obtenir un point d'origine,
une destination.

163
00:08:21,607 --> 00:08:22,607
Oui.

164
00:08:22,675 --> 00:08:24,325
Ok, donc j'ai entré les
empreintes de notre chauffard

165
00:08:24,410 --> 00:08:25,410
et celles trouvées sur la boîte

166
00:08:25,477 --> 00:08:26,444
dans les fichiers de l'AFIS,
la TSA et l'immigration,

167
00:08:26,512 --> 00:08:27,879
mais rien pour le moment.

168
00:08:27,947 --> 00:08:29,614
Le chauffeur parlait mandarin, c'est ça ?

169
00:08:29,682 --> 00:08:30,915
Il était peut-être clandestin.

170
00:08:30,966 --> 00:08:32,150
Ça expliquerait pourquoi
il n'est pas dans le système.

171
00:08:33,219 --> 00:08:35,053
Ok, et concernant notre John Doe n°2 ?

172
00:08:35,120 --> 00:08:36,721
Tu veux dire Jack ?

173
00:08:36,789 --> 00:08:37,822
Tu as une identité ?

174
00:08:37,890 --> 00:08:41,759
Non, Ja... sa tête était
dans une boîte... Jack.

175
00:08:42,928 --> 00:08:44,329
Ce n'est pas correct.

176
00:08:44,396 --> 00:08:45,847
Trop tôt ?
Un peu.

177
00:08:45,931 --> 00:08:46,898
Ok, que sait-on sur lui ?

178
00:08:46,966 --> 00:08:48,066
En dehors du fait

179
00:08:48,133 --> 00:08:49,800
que ses yeux étaient bleus,
rien, mais Max a dit

180
00:08:49,852 --> 00:08:52,837
qu'il en avait fini avec
le corps et la tête, donc...

181
00:08:52,905 --> 00:08:54,472
Ça devrait nous passer
par-dessus la tête.

182
00:08:54,540 --> 00:08:55,990
Ok.

183
00:08:56,075 --> 00:08:57,358
On a besoin de l'identité de ces
hommes pour comprendre ce qu'il se passe.

184
00:08:57,443 --> 00:08:58,660
Chin, tu t'occupes de la voiture.

185
00:08:58,744 --> 00:09:01,196
Kono, tu parles à ce Spencer
qui a loué la voiture.

186
00:09:01,280 --> 00:09:03,164
On va parler à Max.

187
00:09:03,249 --> 00:09:04,666
Jack ?

188
00:09:04,750 --> 00:09:07,018
Tu n'as aucun sens de l'humour, aucun.
Ce n'est pas vrai.

189
00:09:07,086 --> 00:09:09,204
C'était mauvais, Danny.

190
00:09:11,490 --> 00:09:13,424
Spencer,

191
00:09:13,492 --> 00:09:15,009
Vous êtes d'ici.

192
00:09:15,094 --> 00:09:16,327
Pourquoi avoir loué une voiture ?

193
00:09:16,378 --> 00:09:17,862
La mienne était en réparation.

194
00:09:17,930 --> 00:09:19,364
Je travaille la nuit
dans la rénovation

195
00:09:19,431 --> 00:09:22,517
hors de Farrington, donc je ne
me suis aperçu de la
disparition de la voiture

196
00:09:22,601 --> 00:09:24,335
qu'en quittant le travail ce matin.

197
00:09:24,403 --> 00:09:25,937
Je vois que vous avez déposé une plainte.

198
00:09:26,004 --> 00:09:28,039
Oui, c'est la première
chose que j'ai faite.

199
00:09:28,107 --> 00:09:30,108
Le rapport dit que vous
aviez laissé les clés dans la voiture.

200
00:09:30,175 --> 00:09:31,509
Je suis un idiot.

201
00:09:31,577 --> 00:09:33,578
Je perds tout, donc je les ai
laissées dans le pare-soleil.

202
00:09:33,646 --> 00:09:35,396
Avez-vous également laissé
une boîte dans la voiture

203
00:09:35,481 --> 00:09:36,614
avant qu'elle soit volée ?

204
00:09:36,682 --> 00:09:37,848
Une boîte ?

205
00:09:37,900 --> 00:09:40,685
Non, je n'ai rien laissé dans la voiture.

206
00:09:40,736 --> 00:09:42,186
Avez-vous utilisé le GPS ?

207
00:09:42,238 --> 00:09:44,822
Non, je n'ai pas utilisé le GPS.

208
00:09:44,890 --> 00:09:47,892
Pouvez-vous me dire ce qu'il se passe ?

209
00:09:47,960 --> 00:09:49,127
Bien sûr.

210
00:09:49,194 --> 00:09:49,961
On a trouvé votre voiture.

211
00:09:50,029 --> 00:09:51,496
Super.

212
00:09:51,563 --> 00:09:53,264
Vous avez celui qui l'a volée ?

213
00:09:53,332 --> 00:09:54,966
En quelque sorte.

214
00:09:55,033 --> 00:09:56,567
Vous reconnaissez

215
00:09:56,635 --> 00:09:58,870
cet homme ?

216
00:09:58,938 --> 00:10:01,038
Non.

217
00:10:01,090 --> 00:10:02,974
Et lui ?

218
00:10:06,912 --> 00:10:08,263
Non, madame.

219
00:10:08,347 --> 00:10:10,782
Et le nom Ming-Hua ?

220
00:10:10,849 --> 00:10:13,551
Désolé.

221
00:10:13,619 --> 00:10:15,286
J'aimerai pouvoir vous aider.

222
00:10:15,354 --> 00:10:16,938
Ok.

223
00:10:17,022 --> 00:10:19,007
Merci.

224
00:10:26,448 --> 00:10:28,399
J'ai entré dans nos fichiers
les empreintes dentaires
de notre chauffeur.

225
00:10:28,450 --> 00:10:30,368
Et j'ai fait des recoupements
avec le nom Ming-Hua.

226
00:10:30,436 --> 00:10:31,786
Rien n'est ressorti.

227
00:10:31,870 --> 00:10:33,271
J'ai également parlé avec mes collègues

228
00:10:33,339 --> 00:10:35,072
sur les autres îles, et ils
n'ont rien à reporter

229
00:10:35,124 --> 00:10:36,741
de similaires en terme
de Mode Opératoire.

230
00:10:36,809 --> 00:10:38,076
C'était peut-être la première victime.

231
00:10:38,143 --> 00:10:39,310
Oui, ou alors il a fait

232
00:10:39,378 --> 00:10:40,912
un excellent travail
pour couvrir ses traces.

233
00:10:40,980 --> 00:10:42,347
Le HPD n'a pas

234
00:10:42,414 --> 00:10:44,432
une base de données sur les tatouages
qu'ils utilisent pour
identifier des suspects ?

235
00:10:44,516 --> 00:10:46,351
Pourquoi, tu crois qu'il
n'y a pas écrit "maman" en chinois ?

236
00:10:46,418 --> 00:10:47,618
Pas vraiment.

237
00:10:47,686 --> 00:10:48,619
C'est la triade.

238
00:10:48,687 --> 00:10:50,087
Cet homme faisait partie d'un gang.

239
00:10:50,139 --> 00:10:51,422
Max, qu'as-tu d'autre ?

240
00:10:51,473 --> 00:10:54,525
J'ai remarqué des traces de graisse
et de moteurs d'huile sous les ongles.

241
00:10:54,593 --> 00:10:55,793
Il a les mains très abîmées

242
00:10:55,861 --> 00:10:57,829
pour un homme de son âge.

243
00:10:57,896 --> 00:10:59,297
Oui, signes de travaux manuels.

244
00:10:59,365 --> 00:11:01,432
Comme couper la tête d'un
homme avec une scie ?

245
00:11:01,500 --> 00:11:02,867
Effectivement, pour notre...

246
00:11:02,935 --> 00:11:06,004
petite victime,
il n'y avait pas d'empreintes

247
00:11:06,071 --> 00:11:07,839
identifiables.

248
00:11:07,906 --> 00:11:09,040
Pas de correspondance avec la dentition.

249
00:11:09,108 --> 00:11:10,491
Mais j'ai demandé pour le sang
et les échantillons de tissus

250
00:11:10,576 --> 00:11:12,543
un examen toxicologique
ainsi qu'une recherche ADN.

251
00:11:12,611 --> 00:11:15,797
Je vous ferai savoir
dès que j'aurai les résultats.

252
00:11:15,881 --> 00:11:18,466
Je viens de raccrocher avec McGarrett.

253
00:11:18,550 --> 00:11:20,635
Toujours pas d'identité
pour nos deux John Doe.

254
00:11:20,719 --> 00:11:22,387
Et j'ai parcouru le fichier
des personnes disparues.

255
00:11:22,454 --> 00:11:23,721
Rien non plus.
Ok.

256
00:11:23,789 --> 00:11:25,673
Et pour le type qui a loué la voiture ?

257
00:11:25,758 --> 00:11:28,626
Juste une victime d'un vol de voiture.

258
00:11:28,677 --> 00:11:29,894
Il n'a rien apporté d'utile.

259
00:11:29,962 --> 00:11:30,895
Garde la foi, cousin.

260
00:11:30,962 --> 00:11:33,898
Cette enquête n'a aucune piste.

261
00:11:33,965 --> 00:11:35,516
Que fais-tu avec le GPS ?

262
00:11:37,269 --> 00:11:38,353
Regarde.

263
00:11:39,772 --> 00:11:41,972
C'est vivant.

264
00:11:42,024 --> 00:11:45,576
Ok, voyons si on peut
obtenir des données.

265
00:11:47,913 --> 00:11:50,147
D'accord, on dirait qu'il
y a une adresse enregistrée...

266
00:11:50,199 --> 00:11:53,167
11878 Keawe Street.

267
00:11:53,252 --> 00:11:54,752
C'est un immeuble de bureaux,
avec deux douzaines d'entreprises,

268
00:11:54,820 --> 00:11:55,837
et beaucoup d'employés.

269
00:11:55,921 --> 00:11:57,255
Voilà une liste.

270
00:11:59,124 --> 00:12:01,426
Maintenant, en se basant sur
l'heure à laquelle l'adresse a été tapée,

271
00:12:01,493 --> 00:12:04,495
je dis que Keawe Street était
la destination ultime
de notre chauffeur.

272
00:12:04,563 --> 00:12:06,180
Sans jeux de mots.

273
00:12:06,265 --> 00:12:07,998
Max, vas-y. Tu es sur haut-parleur.

274
00:12:08,050 --> 00:12:11,536
En analysant les taux des
isotopes d'oxygène et d'hydrogène

275
00:12:11,603 --> 00:12:13,438
dans les cheveux du chauffeur,

276
00:12:13,505 --> 00:12:15,773
Je l'ai relié à une réserve
d'eau potable

277
00:12:15,841 --> 00:12:16,741
dans la zone de Waipahu.

278
00:12:16,809 --> 00:12:17,909
Attends. Spencer a dit

279
00:12:17,976 --> 00:12:19,727
que sa voiture avait
été volée à Farrington.

280
00:12:19,812 --> 00:12:21,712
C'est ça. Farrington est
sur la route de Waipahu.

281
00:12:21,780 --> 00:12:22,880
C'est sensé.
Il y a un paquet

282
00:12:22,948 --> 00:12:24,198
d'immigrants chinois qui vivent là-bas.

283
00:12:24,283 --> 00:12:25,883
Beau travail, Max.
Merci.

284
00:12:25,951 --> 00:12:27,452
Comment va ton mandarin ?

285
00:12:40,933 --> 00:12:42,199
Il reconnaît notre victime ?

286
00:12:42,251 --> 00:12:44,869
Oui. Il a dit que le gamin
vient tout le temps ici.

287
00:12:44,920 --> 00:12:46,370
Il travaille dans une casse

288
00:12:46,438 --> 00:12:48,739
deux rues plus bas.

289
00:12:59,067 --> 00:13:01,385
On n'en voit pas beaucoup de ce type

290
00:13:01,453 --> 00:13:02,553
sur l'île.

291
00:13:02,621 --> 00:13:05,273
C'est quoi ? Une 57 ?

292
00:13:05,357 --> 00:13:06,624
J'aime bien votre voiture. J'essaie
de restaurer une Mercury Marquis.
Je ne trouve pas le bon maître-cylindre.

293
00:13:17,068 --> 00:13:18,536
Vous parlez anglais ?

294
00:13:20,205 --> 00:13:21,672
Oui. On doit vous poser

295
00:13:21,740 --> 00:13:23,407
quelques questions.

296
00:13:26,044 --> 00:13:28,479
Mon petit-fils, Ming-Hua.

297
00:13:30,616 --> 00:13:31,716
Ming-Hua...

298
00:13:36,772 --> 00:13:39,090
Salut Ming-Hua.

299
00:13:41,460 --> 00:13:43,644
Tu aimes les Action Man ?

300
00:13:43,729 --> 00:13:45,563
Moi aussi.

301
00:13:46,698 --> 00:13:48,799
Moi aussi, mon pote.

302
00:13:48,867 --> 00:13:50,568
Attends une minute.

303
00:13:50,619 --> 00:13:52,570
J'en avais un identique.

304
00:13:52,621 --> 00:13:54,739
Mon père m'en avait donné un identique

305
00:13:54,790 --> 00:13:56,474
quand j'avais ton âge.

306
00:13:56,542 --> 00:13:58,943
Fais-moi voir si on peut le réparer.

307
00:14:00,078 --> 00:14:01,879
Comme neuf.

308
00:14:04,166 --> 00:14:05,716
Voilà.

309
00:14:10,956 --> 00:14:14,141
Monsieur, savez-vous où
est le père du petit garçon ?

310
00:14:19,198 --> 00:14:21,265
Est-ce lui ?

311
00:14:22,301 --> 00:14:24,569
Qu'est-il arrivé ?

312
00:14:27,372 --> 00:14:29,907
Où est mon fils ?

313
00:14:50,829 --> 00:14:52,096
Max.

314
00:15:05,611 --> 00:15:08,079
Mr Chi, quand vous serez prêt,

315
00:15:08,146 --> 00:15:10,114
on aimerait vous poser
quelques questions.

316
00:15:19,758 --> 00:15:22,260
Mr Chi, on a trouvé

317
00:15:22,327 --> 00:15:24,295
votre fils dans une voiture volée,

318
00:15:24,363 --> 00:15:27,031
la tête de la victime dans une...
dans une boîte.

319
00:15:27,099 --> 00:15:28,966
Non.

320
00:15:29,034 --> 00:15:30,968
Ce n'est pas possible.

321
00:15:31,036 --> 00:15:34,255
Han ne pourrait pas
faire une telle chose, non.

322
00:15:34,339 --> 00:15:36,223
Que faisait Han pour vivre ?

323
00:15:36,308 --> 00:15:39,577
Il travaille avec moi...
sur les voitures.

324
00:15:39,645 --> 00:15:41,612
Quand avez-vous vu votre
fils pour la dernière fois ?

325
00:15:41,680 --> 00:15:43,881
Hier matin.

326
00:15:43,949 --> 00:15:47,285
Il était...
Il était surexcité...

327
00:15:47,352 --> 00:15:51,155
Il a dit qu'un homme lui
a proposé un job à 1000 dollars.

328
00:15:51,223 --> 00:15:53,057
Quel homme ? A t-il donné un nom ?

329
00:15:53,108 --> 00:15:54,258
Non.

330
00:15:54,326 --> 00:15:55,660
Il a dit

331
00:15:55,727 --> 00:15:58,496
que l'homme lui demandait
de faire une livraison. C'est tout.

332
00:15:59,464 --> 00:16:00,264
C'était un bon garçon... Il...

333
00:16:00,332 --> 00:16:01,999
Il prenait bien soin

334
00:16:02,067 --> 00:16:03,685
de Ming-Hua.

335
00:16:03,706 --> 00:16:06,641
S'il était honnête, pourquoi
a t-il fui devant la police ?

336
00:16:23,028 --> 00:16:24,163
Que se passe t-il ?

337
00:16:24,176 --> 00:16:26,177
Ils sont ici illégalement.

338
00:16:28,714 --> 00:16:31,699
Il y a 7  ans, on est arrivé ici

339
00:16:31,783 --> 00:16:35,836
pour trouver une nouvelle
maison, une nouvelle vie.

340
00:16:35,921 --> 00:16:39,090
Han travaille dur pour sa famille.

341
00:16:39,157 --> 00:16:42,393
Il ne tuerait jamais personne.

342
00:16:42,461 --> 00:16:46,380
Si c'est vrai, on le prouvera.

343
00:16:55,444 --> 00:16:57,112
Je voudrais savoir un truc.

344
00:16:57,114 --> 00:16:58,314
Dis-moi, ce qui

345
00:16:58,382 --> 00:17:00,049
te ramollis autant ?

346
00:17:00,117 --> 00:17:01,050
Qu'entends-tu par là ?

347
00:17:01,118 --> 00:17:02,518
Quoi ?
Tu viens juste de dire à cet homme

348
00:17:02,586 --> 00:17:04,420
que tu allais t'assurer de prouver
l'innocence de son fils.

349
00:17:04,488 --> 00:17:06,288
Et je suis curieux, que
se passera t-il si tu as tort ?

350
00:17:06,340 --> 00:17:08,007
Les derniers mot de Han Chi

351
00:17:08,092 --> 00:17:09,759
ont été le prénom de son fils, ok ?
Ming-Hua.

352
00:17:09,810 --> 00:17:11,961
Ça ne ressemble pas à une personne

353
00:17:12,029 --> 00:17:13,796
qui coupe la tête des gens ?

354
00:17:13,864 --> 00:17:16,165
Le "fils de Sam" aimait les chiens ?
(tueur en série)

355
00:17:16,233 --> 00:17:18,134
Norman Bates aimait sa mère.

356
00:17:18,202 --> 00:17:20,019
C'est un film, Danny.

357
00:17:20,104 --> 00:17:21,871
Je peux te donner des
références non cinématographiques

358
00:17:21,939 --> 00:17:23,406
si tu préfères.
Je dis juste que,

359
00:17:23,474 --> 00:17:25,007
je ne pense pas que
Han soit notre homme.

360
00:17:25,075 --> 00:17:26,175
Ok, bien.
Alors c'est un complot.

361
00:17:26,243 --> 00:17:27,493
Tu sais quoi ?

362
00:17:27,578 --> 00:17:29,495
Allons nous chercher à manger,
et on a fini pour la journée.

363
00:17:29,580 --> 00:17:31,147
Il n'y a rien dans l'autopsie de Han Chi

364
00:17:31,215 --> 00:17:32,815
qui le relie au meurtre.

365
00:17:32,866 --> 00:17:34,817
Ok ? Ce qui signifie qu'il
n'y a pas de preuve directe,

366
00:17:34,868 --> 00:17:36,318
comme tu aimes le dire, n'est ce pas ?

367
00:17:36,370 --> 00:17:38,037
Danny, pour ce qu'on en fait,

368
00:17:38,122 --> 00:17:39,872
Han Chi n'a jamais rencontré la victime.

369
00:17:39,957 --> 00:17:42,658
Ce type se baladait avec
une tête dans sa voiture, Steven.

370
00:17:42,726 --> 00:17:44,894
Ok ? Juste une tête.
Una grande cabeza.

371
00:17:44,962 --> 00:17:47,680
Les policiers ont voulu
le contrôler, et il s'est enfui.

372
00:17:47,764 --> 00:17:49,599
Oui, ce type est
entré illégalement, Danny.

373
00:17:49,666 --> 00:17:51,017
Il aurait été expulsé s'il s'arrêtait.

374
00:17:51,101 --> 00:17:52,468
Il a un enfant ici.

375
00:17:52,519 --> 00:17:53,853
A quoi tu penses ?
Tu vois ? Arrête.

376
00:17:53,937 --> 00:17:56,038
C'est fini parce que je
vois bien ce qui se passe.

377
00:17:56,106 --> 00:17:57,523
Pourquoi à chaque fois que

378
00:17:57,608 --> 00:17:59,692
le père d'une personne est
impliqué, tu te ramollis ?

379
00:17:59,776 --> 00:18:01,677
Je ne me ramollis pas.
Cela n'a rien à voir avec mon père.

380
00:18:01,745 --> 00:18:03,446
Je te dis qu'à chaque fois
qu'on rencontre

381
00:18:03,513 --> 00:18:05,448
une situation de ce type,
tu perds ton objectivité.

382
00:18:05,516 --> 00:18:07,900
Cela n'a rien à voir...
Ça s'appelle un transfert, mon pote.

383
00:18:07,985 --> 00:18:09,351
Ok. je ne savais pas que

384
00:18:09,403 --> 00:18:11,854
je me baladais en voiture
avec Sigmund Freud.

385
00:18:11,905 --> 00:18:13,573
Tu ne peux pas sauver tout le monde.
Tu ne peux pas.

386
00:18:13,657 --> 00:18:15,191
C'est tout, ok.
T'as fini ?

387
00:18:15,259 --> 00:18:16,626
Si tu as compris quelque chose.

388
00:18:16,693 --> 00:18:19,662
Je le prendrai pour un
"oui" si tu la fermes.

389
00:18:21,999 --> 00:18:26,202
Quelqu'un a offert à Han
1000 dollars pour livrer un paquet.

390
00:18:26,270 --> 00:18:28,538
il a pris le job et a livré le paquet

391
00:18:28,605 --> 00:18:31,224
pour pouvoir nourrir sa famille.

392
00:18:31,308 --> 00:18:33,543
Mais il était juste le messager, Danny.

393
00:18:33,610 --> 00:18:36,545
Le type qui a engagé Han
pour livrer le paquet...

394
00:18:36,597 --> 00:18:38,848
est le meurtrier.
C'est lui que nous recherchons.

395
00:18:42,819 --> 00:18:44,787
J'ai les résultats de
la toxicologie de notre tête.

396
00:18:44,855 --> 00:18:47,389
Le labo a trouvé des niveaux
élevés de plomb dans son sang.

397
00:18:47,441 --> 00:18:49,492
Ce qui pourrait signifier
que la cause de la mort
est un coup de feu.

398
00:18:49,559 --> 00:18:50,660
Exactement.

399
00:18:50,727 --> 00:18:52,662
On a aussi trouvé des traces d'iode 131.

400
00:18:52,729 --> 00:18:54,146
De l'iode ?

401
00:18:54,214 --> 00:18:55,781
Oui, c'est radioactif.

402
00:18:55,866 --> 00:18:58,267
Notre John Doe a été traité
pour un cancer de la thyroïde.

403
00:18:58,335 --> 00:18:59,435
D'après les doses,

404
00:18:59,503 --> 00:19:01,070
sûrement dans la semaine.

405
00:19:01,138 --> 00:19:03,289
Ok, on fait quoi maintenant ?

406
00:19:03,373 --> 00:19:04,874
Je ne sais pas.

407
00:19:04,925 --> 00:19:06,626
Que veux-tu faire ?

408
00:19:08,412 --> 00:19:11,147
Je vais commencer les
recherches dans les hôpitaux locaux

409
00:19:11,215 --> 00:19:12,748
et les services d'oncologie.

410
00:19:12,799 --> 00:19:14,417
Voir si quelqu'un
reconnaît notre victime.

411
00:19:14,484 --> 00:19:15,818
Ok.

412
00:19:15,886 --> 00:19:18,020
Le Hawaii Medical Center West

413
00:19:18,088 --> 00:19:20,756
est le meilleur service
d'oncologie de l'île.

414
00:19:20,824 --> 00:19:22,592
Oui, n'est ce pas ?

415
00:19:22,659 --> 00:19:24,193
Je peux...

416
00:19:24,261 --> 00:19:26,128
Je peux m'en occuper si tu veux.

417
00:19:26,196 --> 00:19:27,730
Si tu n'es pas à l'aise.

418
00:19:27,781 --> 00:19:29,031
Non, non, je viendrai avec toi.

419
00:19:29,099 --> 00:19:29,982
Tu es sûr ?

420
00:19:30,067 --> 00:19:32,068
Oui, ça ira.

421
00:19:39,910 --> 00:19:41,294
De la chance ?

422
00:19:41,378 --> 00:19:42,828
J'attends le directeur de l'hôpital.

423
00:19:42,913 --> 00:19:44,413
Les infirmières ne
transmettront aucune information

424
00:19:44,481 --> 00:19:45,748
sans son accord ou un mandat.

425
00:19:45,816 --> 00:19:47,149
Confidentialité oblige.
Oui.

426
00:19:47,217 --> 00:19:48,784
As-tu du nouveau par McGarrett ?

427
00:19:48,852 --> 00:19:49,952
Oui. Il pense que le chauffeur

428
00:19:50,020 --> 00:19:51,420
était juste un messager,
pas le tueur.

429
00:19:51,488 --> 00:19:52,755
A part ça, ils n'ont rien.

430
00:19:54,458 --> 00:19:56,292
Tu regrettes d'être venu ?

431
00:19:56,360 --> 00:19:58,227
Je t'ai dit que ça allait.

432
00:19:58,295 --> 00:19:59,979
Vraiment ?
Parce que c'est la troisième fois

433
00:20:00,063 --> 00:20:01,180
que tu appuies sur
le bouton de l'ascenseur.

434
00:20:02,432 --> 00:20:03,966
Seconde.

435
00:20:04,034 --> 00:20:05,268
Que penses-tu de ça ?

436
00:20:05,335 --> 00:20:07,103
Je vais aller attendre
au bureau des infirmières.

437
00:20:07,170 --> 00:20:08,738
Je te rejoindrai dans le hall.

438
00:20:08,805 --> 00:20:10,106
Je suis policier, tu sais ?

439
00:20:10,157 --> 00:20:12,475
Parfois je dois voir certaines personnes
et aller dans des lieux

440
00:20:12,542 --> 00:20:13,909
dans lesquels je ne
suis pas forcément à l'aise.

441
00:20:13,977 --> 00:20:15,478
Ça fait partie du métier ?

442
00:20:15,545 --> 00:20:17,479
Ok, si tu le dis, cousin.

443
00:20:17,531 --> 00:20:19,665
Je vais aller voir ce
qui prend si longtemps.

444
00:20:19,750 --> 00:20:20,833
Je reviens.

445
00:20:27,490 --> 00:20:28,758
Chin.

446
00:20:28,825 --> 00:20:31,060
Malia.

447
00:20:31,128 --> 00:20:35,031
Contente de te voir.

448
00:20:35,098 --> 00:20:37,066
Oui.

449
00:20:37,134 --> 00:20:39,068
Content de te voir également.

450
00:20:39,136 --> 00:20:41,237
Que fais-tu ici ?

451
00:20:41,305 --> 00:20:44,273
Kono et moi travaillons
sur le cas d'un John Doe.

452
00:20:44,341 --> 00:20:46,275
Kono est là.
J'aimerai la voir.

453
00:20:46,343 --> 00:20:50,680
Oui, je suis sûr qu'elle
aimerait aussi te voir.

454
00:20:50,747 --> 00:20:52,081
Écoute,je...
Écoute,je...

455
00:20:53,233 --> 00:20:55,184
Toi en premier.

456
00:20:55,235 --> 00:20:57,053
C'est juste que...

457
00:20:59,089 --> 00:21:02,742
C'est la première fois
qu'on se revoit depuis...

458
00:21:02,826 --> 00:21:04,760
C'est le cas.

459
00:21:04,828 --> 00:21:06,829
Tu es superbe.

460
00:21:06,897 --> 00:21:09,799
Merci.

461
00:21:12,502 --> 00:21:15,104
Tu la portes.

462
00:21:18,475 --> 00:21:20,676
Tu m'as dit de la garder, alors...

463
00:21:20,744 --> 00:21:22,712
je t'ai écouté.

464
00:21:24,714 --> 00:21:27,016
J'espère que tu sais que
tout ce que j'ai fait

465
00:21:27,084 --> 00:21:28,234
c'était pour te protéger.

466
00:21:28,318 --> 00:21:30,603
Je ne voulais pas
de ta protection, Chin...

467
00:21:36,927 --> 00:21:39,795
Quand tout a été fini entre nous...

468
00:21:39,863 --> 00:21:42,131
tout le monde a pensé
que j'étais celle

469
00:21:42,199 --> 00:21:43,783
qui t'avait quitté.

470
00:21:45,235 --> 00:21:46,836
Ça m'a profondément blessée.

471
00:21:46,903 --> 00:21:48,838
Oui.

472
00:21:48,905 --> 00:21:51,006
Je suis désolé.

473
00:21:53,743 --> 00:21:55,628
Salut, Malia.

474
00:21:55,712 --> 00:21:56,796
Kono.

475
00:21:56,880 --> 00:21:58,547
Comment vas-tu ?

476
00:21:58,598 --> 00:21:59,682
Très bien.

477
00:22:03,186 --> 00:22:06,389
alors, que faites-vous ici ?

478
00:22:06,456 --> 00:22:09,125
En fait, tu peux peut-être nous aider.

479
00:22:09,192 --> 00:22:11,293
On essaie d'identifier
une victime d'homicide,

480
00:22:11,361 --> 00:22:13,129
qui pourrait être un de vos patients.

481
00:22:13,196 --> 00:22:15,164
Mon dieu.

482
00:22:15,232 --> 00:22:17,266
C'est Henry.

483
00:22:19,469 --> 00:22:20,569
Chin ?

484
00:22:20,620 --> 00:22:21,987
Son nom était Henry Duncan.

485
00:22:22,072 --> 00:22:24,740
35 ans. Il était professeur
de physique en lycée.

486
00:22:24,808 --> 00:22:27,977
Son contact en cas
d'urgence était sa femme Nicole.

487
00:22:28,044 --> 00:22:29,512
Kono a appelé la maison,

488
00:22:29,579 --> 00:22:30,880
mais elle n'obtient qu'un signal occupé.

489
00:22:30,947 --> 00:22:32,498
Plus personne n'est "en occupé"
de nos jours.

490
00:22:32,582 --> 00:22:33,883
Il se passe quelque chose.

491
00:22:33,950 --> 00:22:35,317
Chin, trouve-nous une adresse.
On y va.

492
00:22:35,385 --> 00:22:36,218
Je te l'envoie par texto.

493
00:23:17,427 --> 00:23:19,728
Nicole ?

494
00:23:19,796 --> 00:23:21,797
Nicole Duncan ?

495
00:23:30,307 --> 00:23:31,557
Rien ici.

496
00:23:40,016 --> 00:23:43,185
Nicole est partie, mais viens voir ça.

497
00:23:43,236 --> 00:23:46,205
On a des éclaboussures
de sang sur les murs.

498
00:23:48,625 --> 00:23:51,627
Et un talon cassé.

499
00:23:53,863 --> 00:23:55,714
Sûrement cassé pendant une bagarre.

500
00:23:57,200 --> 00:24:00,419
Beaucoup de sang, cohérent
avec un tir par arme à feu.

501
00:24:00,504 --> 00:24:02,421
Henry Duncan pourrait avoir été tué ici.

502
00:24:02,506 --> 00:24:04,473
Ou sa femme.

503
00:24:04,541 --> 00:24:05,674
Oui.

504
00:24:13,088 --> 00:24:14,240
Ok.

505
00:24:14,334 --> 00:24:15,918
D'accord, merci.

506
00:24:16,002 --> 00:24:19,705
Ok, d'après son patron,

507
00:24:19,756 --> 00:24:22,425
Nicole Duncan ne s'est
pas présentée au bureau aujourd'hui.

508
00:24:22,509 --> 00:24:24,209
J'ai lancé des alertes.

509
00:24:24,261 --> 00:24:26,211
On a ses cartes de crédit,
du liquide, son téléphone.

510
00:24:26,263 --> 00:24:29,248
D'accord, tous les signes
indiquent que Nicole

511
00:24:29,316 --> 00:24:30,649
rejoint son mari
dans la catégorie victime.

512
00:24:32,602 --> 00:24:34,487
Ok.
Si on ne peut pas la trouver,

513
00:24:34,554 --> 00:24:37,022
au moins, on peut découvrir à
qui elle a parlé en dernier.

514
00:24:44,831 --> 00:24:46,665
Hawaiian Airlines , bonjour

515
00:24:46,733 --> 00:24:47,833
Information sur les vols.

516
00:24:47,901 --> 00:24:49,034
L'ordinateur de la compagnie.

517
00:24:49,102 --> 00:24:51,570
Ok, attends.
Essaie " * 69"

518
00:24:51,621 --> 00:24:55,875
Fais * 69 et vois quel
est le dernier appel reçu.

519
00:24:55,926 --> 00:24:56,876
Allo ?

520
00:24:56,927 --> 00:24:58,294
Jimmy ?

521
00:24:58,378 --> 00:25:00,296
C'est un faux numéro.

522
00:25:00,380 --> 00:25:02,014
Qui est-ce ?

523
00:25:02,082 --> 00:25:04,083
Robert Rovin. Et vous ?

524
00:25:04,151 --> 00:25:05,551
Mauvais numéro, désolé.

525
00:25:05,619 --> 00:25:08,354
Attends, attends.
Attends, attends.

526
00:25:08,421 --> 00:25:09,605
Tu as quoi ?

527
00:25:09,689 --> 00:25:11,624
Robert Rovin.

528
00:25:11,691 --> 00:25:14,260
Je savais que ce nom me
semblait familier. Robert Rovin.

529
00:25:14,327 --> 00:25:16,295
c'est un des gars de la liste de Chin.

530
00:25:16,363 --> 00:25:18,097
L'adresse du GPS.

531
00:25:18,165 --> 00:25:19,982
Ok, il a une firme d'investissement

532
00:25:20,066 --> 00:25:21,600
au 10ème étage de cet
immeuble de Keawe Street.

533
00:25:21,651 --> 00:25:23,202
Là où Han Chi allait.

534
00:25:23,270 --> 00:25:24,837
Oui avec la tête de Duncan.

535
00:25:30,143 --> 00:25:32,378
Tu es sure ?

536
00:25:32,445 --> 00:25:33,379
Ok, oui.
On y va en ce moment.

537
00:25:33,446 --> 00:25:35,381
Qu'y a t-il ?

538
00:25:35,448 --> 00:25:37,616
Chin a regardé le dossier
de Robert Rovin.

539
00:25:37,667 --> 00:25:41,337
Ok, et il s'avère qu'il est parent
avec notre tête dans la boîte.

540
00:25:41,421 --> 00:25:43,122
Il est le beau-père d'Henry Duncan.

541
00:25:43,190 --> 00:25:44,440
Le père de Nicole ?

542
00:25:44,508 --> 00:25:46,175
Oui. Qui n'a rien signalé
aux personnes disparues,

543
00:25:46,259 --> 00:25:48,310
ce qui peut vouloir dire deux choses...
Soit il sait

544
00:25:48,395 --> 00:25:50,146
ce qui se passe,

545
00:25:50,230 --> 00:25:52,364
ou on est en route
pour le lui apprendre.

546
00:25:54,351 --> 00:25:56,735
Henry a été assassiné ?
Vous savez qui a fait ça ?

547
00:25:56,803 --> 00:25:58,804
On travaille dessus en ce moment.

548
00:25:58,872 --> 00:26:00,906
Ma fille ?
Et pour ma fille, Nicole ?

549
00:26:00,974 --> 00:26:02,441
J'ai bien peur qu'elle ait disparu.

550
00:26:02,509 --> 00:26:04,810
Quoi ? Disparue ?
Que voulez-vous dire par disparue ?

551
00:26:04,878 --> 00:26:07,196
On ne l'a pas encore trouvée, mais
toutes les forces de police disponibles

552
00:26:07,280 --> 00:26:08,781
la recherchent.

553
00:26:19,176 --> 00:26:22,678
On sait à quel point
c'est difficile pour vous.

554
00:26:22,762 --> 00:26:24,329
S'il vous plaît, si vous pouviez,

555
00:26:24,381 --> 00:26:26,832
juste nous dire quand avez-vous
parlé à votre fille pour
la dernière fois ?

556
00:26:26,900 --> 00:26:29,301
Je...

557
00:26:29,352 --> 00:26:30,936
Je l'ai appelé il y a quelques jours.

558
00:26:31,004 --> 00:26:33,138
Ok.

559
00:26:33,190 --> 00:26:35,608
A t-elle par chance mentionné
un voyage qu'elle devait faire ?

560
00:26:35,675 --> 00:26:37,193
Non, non. C'est impossible.

561
00:26:37,277 --> 00:26:40,446
Henry était malade.
Il se battait contre le cancer.

562
00:26:40,513 --> 00:26:42,081
Il a passé la plupart
de son temps à l'hôpital.

563
00:26:42,148 --> 00:26:43,816
Pourrait-elle être partie seule ?

564
00:26:43,884 --> 00:26:47,653
Non, elle ne l'aurait pas
laissé seul pendant la chimio.

565
00:26:47,721 --> 00:26:49,488
Quand avez-vous parlé à
Henry pour la dernière fois ?

566
00:26:49,556 --> 00:26:51,824
Lundi.

567
00:26:53,526 --> 00:26:55,628
On s'est vus pour dîner.

568
00:26:57,697 --> 00:26:59,632
Quelque chose d'étrange
durant cette soirée ?

569
00:26:59,699 --> 00:27:01,100
Autre que sa maladie

570
00:27:01,167 --> 00:27:02,534
lui prenant tout souffle de vie, non.

571
00:27:07,440 --> 00:27:09,708
Je ne peux pas perdre ma petite fille.

572
00:27:12,045 --> 00:27:13,979
Elle est tout ce qui me reste.

573
00:27:16,549 --> 00:27:18,384
On va sortir de ça.

574
00:27:18,451 --> 00:27:21,287
L'un de vous a un enfant ?

575
00:27:21,354 --> 00:27:23,155
Oui, j'ai une fille.

576
00:27:23,223 --> 00:27:26,592
Alors vous comprendrez que
tous les moyens sont envisageables

577
00:27:26,660 --> 00:27:29,828
en tant que parent pour
protéger votre enfant.

578
00:27:33,533 --> 00:27:36,201
Messieurs, j'attendais cet appel,

579
00:27:36,269 --> 00:27:38,370
si vous voulez bien m'excuser...

580
00:27:38,438 --> 00:27:39,905
On vous fera savoir

581
00:27:39,956 --> 00:27:41,206
dès que l'on a du nouveau.
Merci.

582
00:27:41,274 --> 00:27:43,842
Très rapidement, j'ai encore
une petite question pour vous.

583
00:27:43,910 --> 00:27:45,511
Avez-vous déjà vu cet homme avant ?

584
00:27:45,578 --> 00:27:47,079
Non.

585
00:27:47,147 --> 00:27:48,147
Pourquoi ?

586
00:27:48,214 --> 00:27:49,248
On a des raisons de croire
qu'il était sur la route

587
00:27:49,316 --> 00:27:50,649
pour venir ici la nuit dernière.

588
00:27:50,717 --> 00:27:51,817
Si c'est le cas,

589
00:27:51,885 --> 00:27:52,985
je ne le savais pas, donc...

590
00:27:53,053 --> 00:27:54,470
S'il vous plaît.

591
00:27:54,554 --> 00:27:56,822
Excusez-moi.

592
00:27:56,890 --> 00:27:58,891
Oui, bien sûr.

593
00:28:00,226 --> 00:28:02,861
C'était intéressant.

594
00:28:02,929 --> 00:28:04,596
Tu l'as vu paniqué quand
le téléphone a sonné ?

595
00:28:04,648 --> 00:28:06,165
Comment il a parlé de sa fille ?

596
00:28:06,232 --> 00:28:07,950
Oui, "tous les moyens envisageables
pour protéger votre enfant".

597
00:28:08,034 --> 00:28:09,485
Je suis sûr qu'il sait quelque chose.

598
00:28:09,569 --> 00:28:10,936
Il a juste pas su le dissimuler.

599
00:28:11,004 --> 00:28:12,871
Je vais appeler Kono.

600
00:28:12,939 --> 00:28:14,657
On assoit et on attend de
voir ce que fait Rovin.

601
00:28:14,741 --> 00:28:16,292
D'accord.

602
00:28:21,665 --> 00:28:23,215
Dans combien de temps
elle peut être là ?

603
00:28:54,447 --> 00:28:56,332
Pas si près Wilcox.

604
00:28:56,416 --> 00:28:58,417
Ne me dis pas comment filer un suspect.

605
00:28:58,484 --> 00:29:00,502
Et en plus si on était dans CHIPS,
je serai Estrada.

606
00:29:00,587 --> 00:29:01,687
Tu serais Wilcox.

607
00:29:01,755 --> 00:29:02,921
Je ne crois pas ,non.

608
00:29:32,085 --> 00:29:33,652
Que fait-il ?

609
00:29:47,067 --> 00:29:48,801
Regarde.
On dirait qu'il a de la compagnie.

610
00:29:57,744 --> 00:30:00,145
C'est un échange d'argent.

611
00:30:01,881 --> 00:30:03,265
Une arme ! Une arme !
On y va ! On y va !

612
00:30:03,349 --> 00:30:06,151
Accroche-toi !

613
00:30:27,407 --> 00:30:29,541
Où est-il allé ?

614
00:30:40,987 --> 00:30:42,521
Danny !

615
00:30:52,615 --> 00:30:53,982
Spencer Owens.

616
00:30:56,486 --> 00:30:58,036
Il a loué la Mustang
que Chi conduisait.

617
00:30:58,104 --> 00:31:00,038
Écoute-moi.

618
00:31:00,106 --> 00:31:02,674
Où est Nicole ? Tu dois nous
dire où est Nicole.

619
00:31:02,742 --> 00:31:04,326
Tu m'entends ?
Écoute-moi !

620
00:31:04,410 --> 00:31:05,377
Où est Nicole ?

621
00:31:05,445 --> 00:31:07,045
Il ne doit pas mourir.

622
00:31:07,113 --> 00:31:10,382
Si quoi que ce soit arrive,
s'ils ont tué ma fille. Je...

623
00:31:19,980 --> 00:31:21,601
J'ai envoyé l'arme d'Owen
à la ballistique

624
00:31:21,648 --> 00:31:22,781
au cas où on trouverait
le corps de Duncan.

625
00:31:24,534 --> 00:31:26,351
Ok, je veux tous
les antécédents d'Owens...

626
00:31:26,403 --> 00:31:28,287
et tous ses associés connus,
adresses, la totale.

627
00:31:28,354 --> 00:31:29,655
Donc vous n'avez jamais
vu cet homme auparavant ?

628
00:31:29,706 --> 00:31:30,823
Non, je ne l'ai jamais vu avant.

629
00:31:30,890 --> 00:31:31,957
Les seuls contacts que
j'avais avec ce type

630
00:31:32,025 --> 00:31:34,159
étaient au téléphone.

631
00:31:34,210 --> 00:31:35,527
Il a dit que lui et
ses associés détenaient Nicole.

632
00:31:35,578 --> 00:31:36,995
Il a dit que Henry a tenté de

633
00:31:37,063 --> 00:31:39,665
s'échapper alors ils l'ont tué,
mais Nicole était toujours vivante,

634
00:31:39,716 --> 00:31:40,899
et si je voulais la revoir,

635
00:31:40,967 --> 00:31:42,134
Je devais lui donner 5 millions.

636
00:31:42,202 --> 00:31:43,802
Ok. Vous n'avez jamais
pensé à appeler la police ?

637
00:31:43,870 --> 00:31:46,505
Il m'a dit qu'il la tuerait
si j'en parlais,

638
00:31:46,556 --> 00:31:48,424
il m'a dit que pour prouver
qu'il était sérieux,

639
00:31:48,508 --> 00:31:49,942
il allait me faire parvenir un paquet.

640
00:31:50,009 --> 00:31:51,176
Mais je n'ai jamais rien reçu.

641
00:31:56,182 --> 00:31:57,599
Je l'avais.

642
00:31:57,684 --> 00:31:59,151
Je l'avais et je l'ai laissé filer.

643
00:31:59,219 --> 00:32:02,154
Ce n'était même pas un suspect.
Tu as fait ton travail.

644
00:32:03,890 --> 00:32:05,357
Non.

645
00:32:06,926 --> 00:32:09,962
Tu n'es pas voyante. Tu ne peux
pas lire dans l'esprit des gens.

646
00:32:10,029 --> 00:32:11,113
J'aurai dû savoir qu'il mentait.

647
00:32:11,197 --> 00:32:12,998
Ça vient avec le temps
et l'expérience, Kono.

648
00:32:13,065 --> 00:32:15,734
On fait tous des erreurs.

649
00:32:15,802 --> 00:32:17,770
Tu dois apprendre à vivre avec,

650
00:32:17,837 --> 00:32:19,505
ça fait partie du boulot.

651
00:32:26,646 --> 00:32:28,731
Elle va bien ?

652
00:32:28,815 --> 00:32:30,232
Ça ira.

653
00:32:30,316 --> 00:32:31,683
Venez ici.

654
00:32:36,055 --> 00:32:38,657
Qu'avez-vous ?
c'est quoi ?

655
00:32:38,708 --> 00:32:39,958
Des mouches à viande.

656
00:32:40,026 --> 00:32:42,194
Généralement non loin de cadavres.

657
00:32:42,262 --> 00:32:44,046
Nicole ?

658
00:32:44,130 --> 00:32:46,031
Nous y voilà.

659
00:32:51,054 --> 00:32:52,438
On a trouvé le reste de Henry Duncan.

660
00:32:52,505 --> 00:32:55,340
Ok, mâle.
Blessure par balle dans la poitrine.

661
00:32:55,391 --> 00:32:56,541
Non, non, non

662
00:32:56,593 --> 00:32:58,143
Il n'a pas besoin...
Non !

663
00:32:58,211 --> 00:33:00,045
Vous devez trouver ma fille !

664
00:33:00,096 --> 00:33:01,814
Vous devez la trouver !
Virez-le d'ici.

665
00:33:01,881 --> 00:33:03,515
Ma fille. Mon dieu.

666
00:33:03,566 --> 00:33:05,150
Écoute-moi.

667
00:33:05,218 --> 00:33:07,653
Si Spencer ne revient pas avec l'argent,

668
00:33:07,720 --> 00:33:09,387
son associé va comprendre
que cela s'est mal passé...

669
00:33:09,439 --> 00:33:11,523
et Nicole est morte.

670
00:33:33,263 --> 00:33:35,247
Nicole ?

671
00:33:38,218 --> 00:33:40,686
Nicole Duncan.
Ok.

672
00:33:40,753 --> 00:33:42,588
Ok.
Ok.

673
00:34:08,014 --> 00:34:09,681
Elle n'est pas là.

674
00:34:09,749 --> 00:34:11,750
Il doit l'avoir cachée ailleurs.

675
00:34:15,454 --> 00:34:16,788
Appelle le HPD, dis-leur que

676
00:34:16,840 --> 00:34:19,024
Nicole pourrait être détenue dans une second endroit.

677
00:34:19,092 --> 00:34:21,960
Et fais envoyer la scie au labo, ok ?

678
00:34:22,028 --> 00:34:23,295
Je veux être sûr que
ce sang n'appartient pas à Nicole.

679
00:34:23,346 --> 00:34:25,898
Notre ami allait partir en voyage.

680
00:34:25,965 --> 00:34:27,632
Il avait prévu des vacances

681
00:34:27,684 --> 00:34:29,268
dès qu'il avait la rançon.

682
00:34:29,319 --> 00:34:31,436
Chin, écoute, vois si

683
00:34:31,487 --> 00:34:34,940
Spencer Owens avait réservé
un voyage hors de l'île récemment.

684
00:34:35,008 --> 00:34:36,775
Dis-lui d'appeler Hawaiian Airlines.

685
00:34:36,826 --> 00:34:38,644
Et de recouper avec les
itinéraires de

686
00:34:38,711 --> 00:34:39,745
passagères

687
00:34:39,812 --> 00:34:40,779
ou de passagers.

688
00:34:40,830 --> 00:34:41,446
T'as compris ?

689
00:34:41,497 --> 00:34:43,498
Je m'en occupe.

690
00:34:47,170 --> 00:34:48,954
A quoi tu penses ?

691
00:34:49,005 --> 00:34:52,124
Que Nicole est impliquée
dans tout ça, c'est ça ?

692
00:34:52,175 --> 00:34:54,560
Mais je ne pense pas
qu'elle voyage sous son vrai nom.

693
00:34:54,627 --> 00:34:56,762
Elle est un peu trop
intelligente pour ça.

694
00:34:56,829 --> 00:34:58,714
Assez intelligente pour
organiser son propre kidnapping ?

695
00:34:58,798 --> 00:35:00,799
Oui, c'est ce que je pense.
Avec l'aide de Spencer.

696
00:35:00,867 --> 00:35:02,401
Ok, réfléchissons.

697
00:35:02,468 --> 00:35:04,970
Ce type n'a jamais commis
d'infraction de toute sa vie.

698
00:35:05,038 --> 00:35:06,104
Et ce magnifique endroit...

699
00:35:06,172 --> 00:35:07,673
c'est là où tu retiens un otage ?

700
00:35:07,740 --> 00:35:09,041
C'est un peu léger.
Non.

701
00:35:09,108 --> 00:35:10,442
Je vais te dire ce qui n'est pas léger.

702
00:35:10,510 --> 00:35:12,811
Qu'il ait ses bagages prêts.

703
00:35:12,879 --> 00:35:16,181
Qu'elle ait appelé de chez
elle Hawaiian Airlines, et

704
00:35:16,232 --> 00:35:17,849
on a du champagne.

705
00:35:17,917 --> 00:35:19,434
Champagne ?

706
00:35:19,519 --> 00:35:20,652
Oui.

707
00:35:20,720 --> 00:35:22,321
Du champagne avec des bulles.

708
00:35:22,388 --> 00:35:23,939
Versé récemment.
Regarde.

709
00:35:24,023 --> 00:35:25,941
Pourquoi boirait-il du champagne

710
00:35:26,025 --> 00:35:27,859
s'il n'a pas encore l'argent ?

711
00:35:31,114 --> 00:35:33,665
Je me demande quelle
couleur met Nicole.

712
00:35:33,733 --> 00:35:34,700
Chin, vas-y.

713
00:35:34,767 --> 00:35:36,134
Oui, tu avais raison.

714
00:35:36,202 --> 00:35:38,170
Spencer a acheté deux
billets en première classe pour Paris.

715
00:35:38,237 --> 00:35:41,206
Paris, France. La France n'a pas
de traité d'extradition avec les USA.

716
00:35:41,257 --> 00:35:42,741
Oui. Il voyage avec un passagère

717
00:35:42,792 --> 00:35:44,076
du nom d'Erin Barrett,

718
00:35:44,143 --> 00:35:45,844
mais je n'ai rien trouvé sur elle.

719
00:35:45,912 --> 00:35:47,346
Tu ne trouveras pas.
C'est un faux nom.

720
00:35:47,413 --> 00:35:49,014
Depuis quand es-tu si intelligent ?

721
00:35:53,753 --> 00:35:56,471
Ceci est le dernier appel
pour l'embarquement

722
00:35:56,556 --> 00:35:58,256
du vol 1182 à destination de Paris.

723
00:35:58,324 --> 00:36:00,125
Spencer, où es-tu ?

724
00:36:00,193 --> 00:36:01,810
Je t'ai laissé des messages.

725
00:36:01,894 --> 00:36:03,528
Bébé, je suis inquiète.

726
00:36:03,596 --> 00:36:05,597
L'avion va décoller.

727
00:36:07,000 --> 00:36:10,602
Dernier appel pour l'embarquement
du vol 1182 à destination de Paris.

728
00:36:18,745 --> 00:36:21,279
Vous savez, si les
statistiques sont réelles,

729
00:36:21,331 --> 00:36:24,449
voler est le moyen de transport
le plus sûr.

730
00:36:24,500 --> 00:36:25,617
Pardon ?

731
00:36:25,685 --> 00:36:27,452
Vous semblez nerveuse, c'est tout.

732
00:36:27,503 --> 00:36:29,221
J'attends quelqu'un.

733
00:36:29,288 --> 00:36:31,256
Je ne veux pas rater mon avion.

734
00:36:32,458 --> 00:36:35,827
Le fait est... Nicole,

735
00:36:35,895 --> 00:36:39,898
qu'on sait tout.

736
00:36:39,966 --> 00:36:42,601
Ou devrais-je vous appeler Erin ?

737
00:36:45,772 --> 00:36:49,141
Je ne pense pas que Spencer vienne.

738
00:36:49,208 --> 00:36:51,326
En fait, je suis affirmatif,
il ne viendra pas.

739
00:36:51,411 --> 00:36:54,513
La balle que nous avons retiré
du corps de votre mari correspondait

740
00:36:54,580 --> 00:36:57,649
à l'arme que Spencer avait sur lui
et le fait est,

741
00:36:57,717 --> 00:37:00,118
qu'il n'y avait pas que
les empreintes de Spencer sur l'arme.

742
00:37:00,169 --> 00:37:03,155
Les vôtres aussi, Nicole.

743
00:37:03,222 --> 00:37:05,524
Je voudrais juste comprendre une chose.

744
00:37:05,591 --> 00:37:07,325
Depuis combien...

745
00:37:07,393 --> 00:37:09,928
Depuis combien de temps
aviez-vous une aventure avec Spencer

746
00:37:09,996 --> 00:37:12,631
avant de décider de tuer votre mari ?

747
00:37:12,699 --> 00:37:15,767
Et pourquoi... pourquoi avez-vous
mis en scène votre propre enlèvement ?

748
00:37:15,835 --> 00:37:18,003
Votre mari se mourrait déjà d'un cancer.

749
00:37:18,071 --> 00:37:20,539
Je n'aurai pas obtenu 5 millions

750
00:37:20,606 --> 00:37:22,974
de mon père s'il était mort comme ça.

751
00:37:26,579 --> 00:37:29,614
Ça... ça fait froid dans le dos.

752
00:37:29,682 --> 00:37:31,650
Et pour Han chi ?
Que venait-il faire

753
00:37:31,718 --> 00:37:33,351
dans tout ça ?
Qui ?

754
00:37:33,419 --> 00:37:35,120
Qui ? Quoi, vous êtes une sorcière ?

755
00:37:35,187 --> 00:37:37,255
Han Chi. Celui que vous avez payé

756
00:37:37,323 --> 00:37:40,325
pour livre la tête de
votre mari à votre père.

757
00:37:40,393 --> 00:37:42,160
Je ne sais pas.
Juste un ouvrier journalier que

758
00:37:42,228 --> 00:37:44,329
Spencer a engagé, qui avait
l'habitude de tondre son gazon.

759
00:37:44,397 --> 00:37:47,382
Il a juste pensé...
qu'il pourrait l'utiliser.

760
00:37:47,467 --> 00:37:49,701
Spencer voulait quelqu'un
qui ne pose pas de questions.

761
00:37:49,769 --> 00:37:51,403
Et qui avait besoin de ce job.

762
00:37:51,471 --> 00:37:53,004
Spencer a loué une voiture,

763
00:37:53,056 --> 00:37:55,407
entré l'adresse dans le GPS.

764
00:37:55,475 --> 00:37:57,809
Et il n'avait qu'à déposer la boîte.

765
00:37:57,877 --> 00:38:00,595
Quand il ne l'a pas fait,
Spencer a déclaré la voiture volée,

766
00:38:00,680 --> 00:38:02,347
et vous vous êtes dit

767
00:38:02,415 --> 00:38:04,583
qu'on penserait que Han était le tueur.

768
00:38:04,650 --> 00:38:07,419
Si ce type n'avait pas déconné,
on serait à Paris maintenant,

769
00:38:07,487 --> 00:38:09,755
et il aurait de l'argent.

770
00:38:09,822 --> 00:38:12,924
Il serait également
complice d'un meurtre.

771
00:38:14,277 --> 00:38:16,762
Mais Han Chi est mort à cause de vous.

772
00:38:16,829 --> 00:38:19,231
Et vous savez quoi ?

773
00:38:19,298 --> 00:38:22,400
Un petit garçon a
perdu son père aujourd'hui

774
00:38:22,468 --> 00:38:24,970
car vous vouliez vous faciliter la vie.

775
00:38:31,043 --> 00:38:32,978
J'espère vraiment

776
00:38:33,045 --> 00:38:35,079
que vous passerez le reste de votre vie

777
00:38:35,131 --> 00:38:37,883
à pourrir en prison en pensant à ça.

778
00:38:41,320 --> 00:38:43,255
Tu as fini ?

779
00:38:44,290 --> 00:38:46,825
Ai-je fini ?

780
00:38:46,893 --> 00:38:48,760
Oui.

781
00:38:48,828 --> 00:38:50,195
Oui, j'ai fini.

782
00:38:50,263 --> 00:38:52,197
Danny ?

783
00:38:52,265 --> 00:38:53,565
Oui.

784
00:38:53,633 --> 00:38:55,934
Il faut éloigner cette femme de ma vue.

785
00:39:11,450 --> 00:39:13,051
Tu viens ?

786
00:39:13,119 --> 00:39:14,469
Non, vas-y.

787
00:39:14,554 --> 00:39:15,720
Je te rattrape.

788
00:39:15,788 --> 00:39:16,955
Ok.

789
00:39:38,544 --> 00:39:40,478
Merci.

790
00:39:45,384 --> 00:39:49,020
Je suis content qu'on ait prouvé l'innocence de Han Chi.

791
00:39:49,088 --> 00:39:51,089
Merci.

792
00:39:52,091 --> 00:39:54,025
Pour tout

793
00:39:54,093 --> 00:39:56,628
ce que vous avez fait pour mon fils.

794
00:40:03,402 --> 00:40:05,403
Il y a une dernière chose.

795
00:40:09,508 --> 00:40:11,443
C'est ?

796
00:40:11,510 --> 00:40:14,012
Une lettre

797
00:40:14,063 --> 00:40:16,214
signée par le gouverneur de Hawaii.

798
00:40:16,282 --> 00:40:18,149
Qui statue

799
00:40:18,217 --> 00:40:21,353
sur votre nationalité américaine.

800
00:40:22,622 --> 00:40:24,322
Vous allez être citoyen américain.

801
00:40:24,373 --> 00:40:26,658
Vous et votre famille.

802
00:40:47,914 --> 00:40:51,149
J'ai quelque chose pour vous.

803
00:40:53,119 --> 00:40:54,486
C'est quoi ?

804
00:40:54,553 --> 00:40:56,021
Ouvrez.

805
00:40:59,725 --> 00:41:01,076
Un maître-cylindre,

806
00:41:01,160 --> 00:41:05,664
pour Mercury Marquis de 1974.

807
00:41:07,399 --> 00:41:11,202
Si vous avez d'aide pour le poser,
appelez-moi.

808
00:41:11,270 --> 00:41:13,238
S'il vous plaît.

809
00:41:13,306 --> 00:41:14,739
Xie xie.

810
00:41:14,807 --> 00:41:16,741
Non.

811
00:41:16,792 --> 00:41:19,144
Merci.

812
00:41:39,532 --> 00:41:41,967
Estrada avait la classe, mec.

813
00:41:42,034 --> 00:41:44,786
Oui, c'est pour ça que
ce n'est pas possible.

814
00:41:44,870 --> 00:41:46,154
Attends une minute.

815
00:41:46,238 --> 00:41:47,622
Pourquoi je ne pourrai
pas être Estrada ?

816
00:41:47,707 --> 00:41:52,127
Dans un monde où je n'existe pas,
tu pourrais être qui tu veux.

817
00:41:52,211 --> 00:41:53,311
Ce monde me fait rêver.

818
00:41:53,379 --> 00:41:54,479
C'est logique de toute façon, Danny.

819
00:41:54,547 --> 00:41:56,247
Tu vois, Estrada avait les cheveux noirs.

820
00:41:56,299 --> 00:41:58,416
Wilcox était blond.

821
00:41:58,484 --> 00:41:59,651
Je sais.

822
00:41:59,719 --> 00:42:01,586
Je sais, mais les filles
préfèrent Estrada.

823
00:42:01,654 --> 00:42:03,254
C'est exactement ça, mon pote.

824
00:42:03,306 --> 00:42:04,472
Pitié, pitié arrête.

825
00:42:04,557 --> 00:42:06,091
Tu te ridiculises.

826
00:42:06,142 --> 00:42:07,359
Ok ? Arrête.
Je dis juste.

827
00:42:07,426 --> 00:42:09,027
Non, écoute juste ce que je dis, mec.

828
00:42:09,095 --> 00:42:10,929
J'ai plus en commun avec Estrada.
C'est juste que...

829
00:42:10,997 --> 00:42:13,431
Comme quoi ?
Qu'avez-vous en commun ?
Un surnom ?

830
00:42:13,499 --> 00:42:15,400
Car je ne savais pas
que tu avais un surnom.

831
00:42:15,468 --> 00:42:17,602
J'ai un surnom, tout comme Ponch.

832
00:42:17,670 --> 00:42:18,770
C'est ridicule.
Juste parce que

833
00:42:18,838 --> 00:42:20,772
Je t'appelle Danno,
ça ne fait pas de toi Ponch.

834
00:42:22,375 --> 00:42:24,576
On peut être Estrada tous les deux ?

835
00:42:24,643 --> 00:42:26,578
C'est cool.

836
00:42:26,645 --> 00:42:28,279
Vous regardez quoi ?

837
00:42:28,347 --> 00:42:29,447
Un marathon CHIPS.

838
00:42:29,515 --> 00:42:31,166
Jamais entendu parler.

839
00:42:31,250 --> 00:42:33,585
Je regardais cette série
quand j'étais petit.

840
00:42:33,652 --> 00:42:35,253
Ça m'a donné envie de
conduire des motos.

841
00:42:35,321 --> 00:42:36,821
Ce type est sexy.

842
00:42:36,889 --> 00:42:38,623
Le brun, c'est ça ?

843
00:42:38,691 --> 00:42:40,158
Non, le blond.

844
00:42:40,226 --> 00:42:41,726
C'est moi.

114 : Script VO

1
00:00:24,518 --> 00:00:26,693
Back in the day,
this used to be my beat.

2
00:00:26,694 --> 00:00:28,451
District 5. Mm-hmm.

3
00:00:28,790 --> 00:00:30,859
Every good cop knows
his neighborhood.

4
00:00:31,714 --> 00:00:34,012
I used to spend 60-plus
hours a week here,

5
00:00:34,013 --> 00:00:36,479
and most of it was to
get to know the people.

6
00:00:36,529 --> 00:00:38,388
Earn their trust, right? Mm-hmm.

7
00:00:38,410 --> 00:00:39,809
If people trust you,

8
00:00:39,810 --> 00:00:41,909
then they'll open up
when the time comes.

9
00:00:43,960 --> 00:00:45,996
Makes a cop's job a lot easier.

10
00:00:49,982 --> 00:00:52,178
You ever wish you'd chosen
another line of work?

11
00:00:53,592 --> 00:00:54,674
Every day.

12
00:00:58,423 --> 00:00:59,338
Never.

13
00:01:01,215 --> 00:01:02,227
DISPATCHER: All units,
suspect pursuit

14
00:01:02,228 --> 00:01:04,625
west on Kamehameha Highway,
passing Makalapa Road.

15
00:01:04,626 --> 00:01:06,515
That's only a couple
blocks from here.

16
00:01:06,516 --> 00:01:07,624
Can we go?

17
00:01:07,893 --> 00:01:09,490
Well, you got the badge

18
00:01:09,659 --> 00:01:10,910
and the wheel.

19
00:01:12,315 --> 00:01:13,233
Whoa.

20
00:01:16,241 --> 00:01:18,605
This is Kelly and Kalakaua,
Five-O, we're on it.

21
00:01:21,507 --> 00:01:23,920
SAT NAV VOICE:
4.6 miles to exit 15.

22
00:01:33,925 --> 00:01:36,324
You did pass the HPD test
for pursuit driving, yeah?

23
00:01:36,325 --> 00:01:37,616
There's a test?

24
00:01:42,683 --> 00:01:45,293
4.2 miles to exit 15.

25
00:02:14,359 --> 00:02:16,841
3.8 miles to exit 15.

26
00:02:24,340 --> 00:02:25,746
Traffic ahead.

27
00:02:41,136 --> 00:02:42,329
SAT NAV VOICE: Redirecting. Put
your hands where I can see 'em!

28
00:02:42,330 --> 00:02:44,644
When possible,
please make a U-turn.

29
00:02:47,633 --> 00:02:48,944
Let me see your hands!

30
00:02:52,422 --> 00:02:53,382
SAT NAV VOICE: Redirecting.

31
00:02:53,383 --> 00:02:55,960
When possible,
please make a U-turn.

32
00:02:59,574 --> 00:03:00,795
Chin, I got blood.

33
00:03:05,239 --> 00:03:06,148
What is it?

34
00:03:06,738 --> 00:03:07,940
Oh, my God.

35
00:03:59,449 --> 00:04:00,333
Yo.

36
00:04:01,083 --> 00:04:02,072
"Yo."

37
00:04:02,304 --> 00:04:04,152
What happened to
the courtesy knock?

38
00:04:04,686 --> 00:04:06,503
Oh, uh, I think it got played out

39
00:04:06,504 --> 00:04:08,862
with the high-five
and the bro-hug.

40
00:04:08,863 --> 00:04:10,658
I could... you want
me to do it now?

41
00:04:11,064 --> 00:04:12,003
Happy?

42
00:04:12,528 --> 00:04:13,747
What's in the box?

43
00:04:14,078 --> 00:04:15,707
I got you a present.

44
00:04:16,440 --> 00:04:17,293
You got me a present?

45
00:04:17,294 --> 00:04:19,404
Yeah, I wanted to put
a smile on your face.

46
00:04:19,632 --> 00:04:20,564
Really?

47
00:04:20,664 --> 00:04:22,650
No, UPS left it for you.

48
00:04:22,651 --> 00:04:25,012
You know anybody in
Bettendorf, Iowa?

49
00:04:25,411 --> 00:04:27,276
Yeah. Finally.

50
00:04:28,105 --> 00:04:29,442
So, uh, what is this?

51
00:04:29,443 --> 00:04:30,517
I, uh, I've been looking

52
00:04:30,518 --> 00:04:33,071
for a master cylinder
for my dad's car.

53
00:04:33,909 --> 00:04:35,811
That piece of junk in the garage?

54
00:04:35,812 --> 00:04:38,947
Hey, all right, that piece
of junk in the garage

55
00:04:38,948 --> 00:04:40,171
was my dad's pride and joy,

56
00:04:40,172 --> 00:04:41,982
and he bought it for
us to fix up together.

57
00:04:41,983 --> 00:04:42,935
We just never got around to it.

58
00:04:42,936 --> 00:04:43,831
Okay.

59
00:04:43,832 --> 00:04:45,372
So you thinking about
getting it started again?

60
00:04:45,373 --> 00:04:46,388
Yeah, I'm doing okay, too.

61
00:04:46,389 --> 00:04:49,095
I found this place in Iowa that
do parts for Mercury Marquis,

62
00:04:49,096 --> 00:04:50,427
so, you know...

63
00:04:53,768 --> 00:04:54,707
Man.

64
00:04:54,967 --> 00:04:56,846
You know, I am not a gearhead,

65
00:04:56,847 --> 00:04:59,672
but that does not look like
a master cylinder to me.

66
00:04:59,673 --> 00:05:02,069
Yeah, that's because
it's a clutch plate.

67
00:05:03,291 --> 00:05:06,131
Do me a favor.
Am I crazy or does that say

68
00:05:06,162 --> 00:05:10,312
"1974 master cylinder
for a Mercury Marquis"?

69
00:05:10,553 --> 00:05:11,791
You bought it online?

70
00:05:12,361 --> 00:05:13,502
Yeah, I bought... Why?

71
00:05:13,503 --> 00:05:15,159
What, are you a schmuck?
What's the matter with you?

72
00:05:15,160 --> 00:05:16,405
You don't order anything
off the Internet.

73
00:05:16,406 --> 00:05:17,879
Danny, it's the 21st century.

74
00:05:17,880 --> 00:05:20,106
Says the guy with
no master cylinder.

75
00:05:20,397 --> 00:05:21,599
All right, you got a point.

76
00:05:24,639 --> 00:05:25,690
McGarrett.

77
00:05:26,150 --> 00:05:27,468
Yes, we're on our way.

78
00:05:41,207 --> 00:05:42,413
Looks like a bad wreck.

79
00:05:43,366 --> 00:05:45,245
CHiPs. Reminds me of CHiPs.

80
00:05:45,246 --> 00:05:45,820
You remember CHiPs?

81
00:05:45,821 --> 00:05:47,271
Of course I remember CHiPs.

82
00:05:47,272 --> 00:05:49,156
You know I always thought that
would be the sweetest gig.

83
00:05:49,157 --> 00:05:51,039
You get to ride a
motorcycle all day,

84
00:05:51,040 --> 00:05:52,639
solving crimes, you go on chases.

85
00:05:52,640 --> 00:05:55,111
No, n-no, you know,
the mortality rate for motor cops

86
00:05:55,112 --> 00:05:56,671
is five times higher
than regular people.

87
00:05:56,672 --> 00:05:58,709
Danny, it's a TV cop fantasy.

88
00:05:58,710 --> 00:06:00,048
Why you got to ruin
it with statistics?

89
00:06:00,049 --> 00:06:01,430
All right, fine,
it's a TV cop fantasy.

90
00:06:01,431 --> 00:06:02,463
In my TV cop fantasy,

91
00:06:02,464 --> 00:06:04,058
I am Erik Estrada,
you're the other guy.

92
00:06:04,059 --> 00:06:05,366
I don't think so, baby.

93
00:06:05,494 --> 00:06:06,558
What do we got?

94
00:06:06,563 --> 00:06:09,247
HPD says it started as
a routine traffic stop,

95
00:06:09,248 --> 00:06:10,842
then the kid gunned
it and took off.

96
00:06:10,843 --> 00:06:12,491
Is he alive? Barely.

97
00:06:12,492 --> 00:06:14,059
EMS took a while to stabilize him.

98
00:06:14,060 --> 00:06:15,945
They're working on
getting him out now.

99
00:06:16,324 --> 00:06:17,055
Got an I.D.?

100
00:06:17,056 --> 00:06:18,962
Not yet, but, uh,

101
00:06:18,982 --> 00:06:21,243
we ran the plates and found
out the car's a rental.

102
00:06:21,244 --> 00:06:23,244
Kono's reaching out right now
to the car rental company

103
00:06:23,245 --> 00:06:24,143
to get the driver's info.

104
00:06:24,144 --> 00:06:25,006
Wait a second.

105
00:06:25,007 --> 00:06:26,497
Call said this was a crime scene.

106
00:06:26,498 --> 00:06:27,783
This looks like a
traffic fatality.

107
00:06:27,784 --> 00:06:30,067
Well, we're here because it's
about to get interesting.

108
00:06:30,088 --> 00:06:31,412
We got a John Doe.

109
00:06:31,431 --> 00:06:33,096
Actually, scratch that...

110
00:06:33,097 --> 00:06:34,611
we got part of a John Doe.

111
00:06:38,375 --> 00:06:39,794
What it is, Max?

112
00:06:42,791 --> 00:06:43,937
Holy geez.

113
00:06:43,938 --> 00:06:45,132
Something you don't see every day.

114
00:06:45,133 --> 00:06:46,642
White male, approximately 30.

115
00:06:46,643 --> 00:06:48,267
Cloudiness of the
cornea puts T.O.D.

116
00:06:48,268 --> 00:06:49,986
at about six to eight hours ago.

117
00:06:49,987 --> 00:06:51,666
There's not a lot
of blood in the box.

118
00:06:52,070 --> 00:06:53,894
Minimal capillary
hemorrhaging indicates

119
00:06:53,895 --> 00:06:55,475
postmortem dismemberment.

120
00:06:55,476 --> 00:06:57,002
You'll notice the irregular marks

121
00:06:57,003 --> 00:06:58,436
alongside the posterior surface

122
00:06:58,437 --> 00:07:00,095
of the C3 vertebra.

123
00:07:00,355 --> 00:07:01,282
Really, Steve?

124
00:07:01,283 --> 00:07:02,998
Most likely caused by a saw.

125
00:07:04,048 --> 00:07:05,227
You ever see anything
like this before?

126
00:07:05,228 --> 00:07:08,508
Murder and mutilation, uh,
as an isolated incident, no.

127
00:07:08,509 --> 00:07:09,905
It's a serial killer thing.

128
00:07:09,906 --> 00:07:11,085
Well, the head could be a trophy.

129
00:07:11,086 --> 00:07:12,629
They just pulled the
driver out, but EMS

130
00:07:12,630 --> 00:07:14,176
doesn't think he's
going to make it.

131
00:07:15,021 --> 00:07:16,275
Hey, guys.

132
00:07:20,492 --> 00:07:21,502
What's your name?

133
00:07:22,375 --> 00:07:23,706
Look, we found the head.

134
00:07:23,726 --> 00:07:25,346
Okay, why'd you kill him?

135
00:07:25,347 --> 00:07:26,458
Who is he? Just give me a name.

136
00:07:26,459 --> 00:07:27,767
Who is the guy?

137
00:07:27,780 --> 00:07:29,174
Ming-han.

138
00:07:29,398 --> 00:07:32,577
What did he say? Ming-han...
it's a name in Mandarin.

139
00:07:32,877 --> 00:07:33,772
Ming-han.

140
00:07:33,773 --> 00:07:35,276
Ming-han... is that,
is that your name?

141
00:07:35,277 --> 00:07:36,126
Is that you?

142
00:07:36,127 --> 00:07:38,049
Is it the dead guy?
Who's Ming-han?

143
00:07:38,220 --> 00:07:39,516
Tell me, who's Ming-han?

144
00:07:39,517 --> 00:07:40,560
Is it you?

145
00:07:43,350 --> 00:07:45,594
Great, now we got two John Does.

146
00:07:46,006 --> 00:07:46,743
And no answers.

147
00:07:55,219 --> 00:07:56,947
Spoke to the rental car
IScompany.TLE SWITCH

148
00:07:56,948 --> 00:07:58,872
Turns out the renter is a local.

149
00:07:59,005 --> 00:08:00,552
His name's Spenser Owens.

150
00:08:01,040 --> 00:08:02,597
Okay, doesn't look like Spenser's

151
00:08:02,598 --> 00:08:03,916
our driver or our victim.

152
00:08:03,917 --> 00:08:05,454
No, he's alive and well.

153
00:08:05,455 --> 00:08:07,332
No priors, not even a
speeding ticket in the system.

154
00:08:07,333 --> 00:08:09,766
HPD said he reported the
car stolen this morning,

155
00:08:09,767 --> 00:08:10,363
and I have officers

156
00:08:10,364 --> 00:08:11,596
bringing him over for a statement.

157
00:08:11,597 --> 00:08:13,853
Let's just assume the driver
is the murderer, okay?

158
00:08:13,854 --> 00:08:16,419
He put a head in a box, he went
for a cruise in a stolen car.

159
00:08:16,420 --> 00:08:17,500
Where was he going?

160
00:08:17,501 --> 00:08:19,278
GPS was damaged
during the accident.

161
00:08:19,279 --> 00:08:20,650
Maybe I can pull
something off it, though.

162
00:08:20,651 --> 00:08:22,041
Get a point of origin,
destination.

163
00:08:22,042 --> 00:08:22,828
Hey.

164
00:08:22,829 --> 00:08:24,428
All right, so I ran
prints on our driver

165
00:08:24,429 --> 00:08:25,596
and the ones found on the box

166
00:08:25,597 --> 00:08:27,412
through AFIS, TSA,
and Immigration,

167
00:08:27,413 --> 00:08:28,564
but I still came up with nothing.

168
00:08:28,565 --> 00:08:30,028
Driver spoke Mandarin, right?

169
00:08:30,029 --> 00:08:30,985
Maybe he was illegal.

170
00:08:30,986 --> 00:08:32,940
That would explain why
he's not in the system.

171
00:08:33,128 --> 00:08:35,339
Okay, what about our John Doe #2?

172
00:08:35,369 --> 00:08:36,496
You mean Jack?

173
00:08:36,896 --> 00:08:38,015
You got an I.D.?

174
00:08:38,699 --> 00:08:42,392
No, Ja... his head
was in a box... Jack.

175
00:08:42,914 --> 00:08:44,148
That just ain't right, bro.

176
00:08:44,149 --> 00:08:45,692
Too soon? STEVE: Little bit.

177
00:08:45,693 --> 00:08:47,293
Okay, what do you know about him?

178
00:08:47,294 --> 00:08:48,033
Uh, besides the fact

179
00:08:48,034 --> 00:08:50,026
that his eyes were blue,
nothing, but Max said

180
00:08:50,027 --> 00:08:52,807
he's done posting the
body and the head, so...

181
00:08:52,808 --> 00:08:54,472
we should head over.

182
00:08:54,473 --> 00:08:55,483
Okay.

183
00:08:55,813 --> 00:08:57,843
We need to I.D. These guys,
figure out what's going on.

184
00:08:57,844 --> 00:08:59,268
Chin, you take the car.

185
00:08:59,269 --> 00:09:01,716
Kono, talk to this Spenser
guy who rented the car.

186
00:09:01,717 --> 00:09:03,188
We'll go talk to Max.

187
00:09:03,189 --> 00:09:04,175
"Jack"?

188
00:09:04,252 --> 00:09:07,115
You have zero sense of humor.
Zero. That's not true.

189
00:09:07,116 --> 00:09:09,799
I... It's bad, Danny.

190
00:09:12,710 --> 00:09:13,695
Spenser,

191
00:09:13,984 --> 00:09:14,893
you're a local.

192
00:09:15,179 --> 00:09:16,530
What are you doing renting a car?

193
00:09:16,531 --> 00:09:17,786
Mine was in the shop.

194
00:09:17,787 --> 00:09:19,809
I've been working nights
on a loft conversion

195
00:09:19,810 --> 00:09:22,721
off Farrington, so I didn't
even realize the car was gone

196
00:09:22,722 --> 00:09:24,338
till I left work this morning.

197
00:09:24,339 --> 00:09:25,934
I see you filed a police report.

198
00:09:25,935 --> 00:09:28,084
Yes, that's the first thing I did.

199
00:09:28,085 --> 00:09:30,185
Report says that you
left the keys in the car.

200
00:09:30,186 --> 00:09:31,278
I'm an idiot.

201
00:09:31,589 --> 00:09:33,752
I lose everything,
so I left them under the visor.

202
00:09:33,753 --> 00:09:35,681
Did you also happen to
leave a box in the car

203
00:09:35,682 --> 00:09:36,727
before it was stolen?

204
00:09:37,040 --> 00:09:38,032
A box?

205
00:09:38,033 --> 00:09:40,841
No, I... I didn't leave
anything in the car.

206
00:09:40,842 --> 00:09:42,236
Did you use the GPS?

207
00:09:42,552 --> 00:09:44,850
No, I did not use the GPS.

208
00:09:44,851 --> 00:09:48,070
Look, can you please
tell me what's going on?

209
00:09:48,139 --> 00:09:49,033
Sure.

210
00:09:49,137 --> 00:09:50,276
We found your car.

211
00:09:50,277 --> 00:09:51,261
Great.

212
00:09:52,013 --> 00:09:53,556
You get the guy who stole it?

213
00:09:53,557 --> 00:09:54,748
Something like that.

214
00:09:56,288 --> 00:09:57,924
Do you recognize this man?

215
00:10:00,287 --> 00:10:01,180
No.

216
00:10:01,697 --> 00:10:02,637
What about him?

217
00:10:04,863 --> 00:10:05,853
Wow.

218
00:10:07,513 --> 00:10:08,581
No, ma'am.

219
00:10:09,049 --> 00:10:10,979
What about the name Ming-han?

220
00:10:12,204 --> 00:10:13,212
Sorry.

221
00:10:13,913 --> 00:10:15,693
I-I wish I could be of more help.

222
00:10:15,880 --> 00:10:16,825
Okay.

223
00:10:17,936 --> 00:10:18,768
Thank you.

224
00:10:26,931 --> 00:10:28,416
I ran your driver's
dental records.

225
00:10:28,417 --> 00:10:30,562
Cross-referenced with
the name Ming-han.

226
00:10:30,563 --> 00:10:32,045
Nothing showed up in the system.

227
00:10:32,046 --> 00:10:33,307
I also talked to my colleagues

228
00:10:33,308 --> 00:10:35,059
on the other islands,
and they report

229
00:10:35,060 --> 00:10:36,647
nothing in terms of similar M.O.

230
00:10:36,648 --> 00:10:38,349
Maybe it was his first kill.

231
00:10:38,350 --> 00:10:39,236
Yeah, either that or he's done

232
00:10:39,237 --> 00:10:41,323
a good job of covering
his tracks so far.

233
00:10:41,324 --> 00:10:42,306
Doesn't the HPD have

234
00:10:42,307 --> 00:10:44,561
a tattoo database they
use to I.D. suspects?

235
00:10:44,562 --> 00:10:47,003
Why, you don't think that says
"Mom" in Chinese?

236
00:10:47,004 --> 00:10:47,666
Not exactly.

237
00:10:47,667 --> 00:10:48,764
It's Triad.

238
00:10:48,765 --> 00:10:50,117
This guy was in a gang.

239
00:10:50,118 --> 00:10:51,249
Max, what else you got?

240
00:10:51,250 --> 00:10:54,629
Noticed traces of grease and
motor oil under his fingernails.

241
00:10:54,630 --> 00:10:55,494
There's a lot of wear and tear

242
00:10:55,495 --> 00:10:57,300
on his hands for a guy his age.

243
00:10:57,301 --> 00:10:58,546
Yeah, signs of manual labor.

244
00:10:58,547 --> 00:11:00,640
Like hacking a guy's
head off with a saw?

245
00:11:01,884 --> 00:11:03,466
Obviously, for our...

246
00:11:03,467 --> 00:11:06,210
smaller victim, uh,
there were two fingerprints

247
00:11:06,211 --> 00:11:07,539
to be or identified.

248
00:11:07,540 --> 00:11:08,702
No hits on the dental.

249
00:11:08,703 --> 00:11:10,459
But I did run blood and tissue
samples for tox

250
00:11:10,460 --> 00:11:13,064
as well as
reference samples to DNA.

251
00:11:13,065 --> 00:11:15,660
I will let you know when
I have those results.

252
00:11:16,905 --> 00:11:18,287
Hey, I just got off
the phone with McGarrett.

253
00:11:18,288 --> 00:11:20,703
Still no I.D.S on our two John Does.

254
00:11:20,704 --> 00:11:22,889
And I ran faces
through Missing Persons.

255
00:11:22,890 --> 00:11:24,457
Nothing there. All right.

256
00:11:24,458 --> 00:11:25,976
What about theguy who rented
the car?

257
00:11:25,977 --> 00:11:28,560
Just your average
victim of auto theft.

258
00:11:28,561 --> 00:11:29,838
Didn't give us anything useful.

259
00:11:29,839 --> 00:11:31,030
Have faith, cuz.

260
00:11:31,031 --> 00:11:32,693
The case is hardly cold.

261
00:11:34,031 --> 00:11:35,499
What are you doing with the GPS?

262
00:11:37,338 --> 00:11:38,490
Just watch.

263
00:11:40,768 --> 00:11:42,075
It's alive.

264
00:11:42,103 --> 00:11:45,229
Alright, let's see if we
can get any data off of it.

265
00:11:46,231 --> 00:11:47,242
Ah. Ooh.

266
00:11:48,118 --> 00:11:50,499
All right, looks like there
was one address inputted...

267
00:11:50,500 --> 00:11:52,759
11878 Keawe Street.

268
00:11:52,760 --> 00:11:54,495
It's an office building...
couple dozen businesses,

269
00:11:54,496 --> 00:11:56,041
multiple employees.

270
00:11:56,042 --> 00:11:57,333
Here's a list.

271
00:11:59,584 --> 00:12:01,517
Now based on the time
the address waentered,

272
00:12:01,518 --> 00:12:04,278
I'd say Keawe Street was our
driver's final destination.

273
00:12:04,279 --> 00:12:05,604
No pun intended.

274
00:12:06,502 --> 00:12:08,320
Max, go ahead. You're on speaker.

275
00:12:08,321 --> 00:12:11,829
In analyzing the isotope
ratios of oxygen and hydrogen

276
00:12:11,830 --> 00:12:13,346
in the driver's hair,

277
00:12:13,684 --> 00:12:15,413
I've linked him to the
drinking water supply

278
00:12:15,414 --> 00:12:16,868
in the Waipahu area.

279
00:12:16,869 --> 00:12:18,319
Wait. Spenser said

280
00:12:18,320 --> 00:12:19,798
his car was stolen
off of Farrington.

281
00:12:19,799 --> 00:12:21,675
That's right. Farrington goes
straight through Waipahu.

282
00:12:21,676 --> 00:12:22,730
That makes sense. There's a pocket

283
00:12:22,731 --> 00:12:24,210
of Chinese immigrants
that lives right there.

284
00:12:24,211 --> 00:12:26,297
Great work, Max. MAX: Thank you.

285
00:12:26,573 --> 00:12:27,697
How's your Mandarin?

286
00:12:41,088 --> 00:12:42,168
He recognize our vic?

287
00:12:42,169 --> 00:12:44,809
Yeah. He says the kid comes
in here all the time.

288
00:12:44,810 --> 00:12:45,917
He works at a salvage yard

289
00:12:45,918 --> 00:12:47,505
couple of blocks down the street.

290
00:13:00,330 --> 00:13:02,238
Hey, you don't see many
of those on the island.

291
00:13:02,617 --> 00:13:04,072
What's this, a '57?

292
00:13:05,781 --> 00:13:07,496
***

293
00:13:07,510 --> 00:13:11,504
***

294
00:13:11,505 --> 00:13:15,037
***

295
00:13:16,463 --> 00:13:18,275
Hey, you speak English?

296
00:13:19,980 --> 00:13:22,719
Yes. We need to ask
you some questions.

297
00:13:25,771 --> 00:13:28,439
My grandson, Ming-han.

298
00:13:29,515 --> 00:13:30,755
Ming-han...

299
00:13:37,363 --> 00:13:39,351
Hey, Ming-han.

300
00:13:41,155 --> 00:13:43,831
You like action figures? Huh?

301
00:13:44,352 --> 00:13:45,254
Me, too.

302
00:13:47,955 --> 00:13:49,175
Me, too, buddy.

303
00:13:49,249 --> 00:13:50,567
Wait a minute.

304
00:13:50,978 --> 00:13:52,781
I had one just like this.

305
00:13:52,937 --> 00:13:54,665
My dad got me one just like this

306
00:13:54,666 --> 00:13:56,412
when I was about your age.

307
00:13:56,673 --> 00:13:58,574
Let's see if we can
fix him up here.

308
00:13:59,089 --> 00:14:00,125
Dung.

309
00:14:00,755 --> 00:14:01,781
Good as new.

310
00:14:04,817 --> 00:14:05,829
Here you go.

311
00:14:12,194 --> 00:14:14,383
Sir, do you know where
the boy's father is?

312
00:14:19,778 --> 00:14:20,865
Is this him?

313
00:14:23,785 --> 00:14:24,934
What's happened?

314
00:14:27,891 --> 00:14:29,077
Where's my son?

315
00:14:51,428 --> 00:14:52,369
Max.

316
00:15:07,796 --> 00:15:08,562
Mr. Chi, when you're ready,

317
00:15:08,563 --> 00:15:10,472
we'd like to ask
you some questions.

318
00:15:21,348 --> 00:15:24,185
Mr. Chi, we found your
son in a stolen car,

319
00:15:24,931 --> 00:15:27,287
the victim's head in a...
in a box.

320
00:15:27,662 --> 00:15:28,624
No.

321
00:15:29,917 --> 00:15:31,463
It's not possible.

322
00:15:31,604 --> 00:15:34,433
Han could never do
these things, no.

323
00:15:34,595 --> 00:15:36,388
What did Han do for work?

324
00:15:36,389 --> 00:15:39,520
He work for me... on cars.

325
00:15:39,907 --> 00:15:41,816
When was the last
time you saw your son?

326
00:15:42,285 --> 00:15:43,800
Yesterday morning.

327
00:15:44,366 --> 00:15:47,010
He was... he was very excited...

328
00:15:47,891 --> 00:15:51,265
He said, man gave
him a $1,000 job.

329
00:15:51,266 --> 00:15:52,996
What man? Did he give you a name?

330
00:15:53,707 --> 00:15:54,552
No.

331
00:15:54,553 --> 00:15:55,280
He said

332
00:15:55,281 --> 00:15:58,528
that man said, you make delivery.
That's all.

333
00:15:58,997 --> 00:16:00,453
He good man. He...

334
00:16:00,454 --> 00:16:03,313
He take good care for Ming-han.

335
00:16:03,816 --> 00:16:06,878
If he was was a good man, why
was he running from the police?

336
00:16:23,012 --> 00:16:23,921
What's going on?

337
00:16:24,234 --> 00:16:25,737
They're here illegally.

338
00:16:28,884 --> 00:16:31,185
Seven years ago, we come here

339
00:16:31,829 --> 00:16:34,516
to find new home,
to find new life.

340
00:16:35,364 --> 00:16:37,849
Han work very hard for his family.

341
00:16:38,596 --> 00:16:41,960
He would never kill any person.

342
00:16:43,252 --> 00:16:45,992
If that's true, we'll prove that.

343
00:16:55,445 --> 00:16:57,134
So, I-I want to know something.

344
00:16:57,135 --> 00:17:00,145
Tell me, what is it that
makes you turn into a softie?

345
00:17:00,146 --> 00:17:00,998
What is that supposed to mean?

346
00:17:00,999 --> 00:17:02,366
What? You just told this guy

347
00:17:02,367 --> 00:17:04,183
that you're gonna make sure
his son is proven innocent.

348
00:17:04,184 --> 00:17:06,347
And I'm just curious,
what happens when you are wrong?

00:25:08,582 --> 00:25:09,514
What you got?

526
00:25:09,663 --> 00:25:10,994
Robert Rovin.

527
00:25:12,073 --> 00:25:14,700
I knew that name sounded
familiar. Robert Rovin.

528
00:25:14,957 --> 00:25:16,784
He's one of the
guys on Chin's list.

529
00:25:16,785 --> 00:25:18,447
GPS destination.

530
00:25:18,448 --> 00:25:19,990
Okay, he's got an investment firm

531
00:25:19,991 --> 00:25:22,137
on the tenth floor of that
building on Keawe Street.

532
00:25:22,138 --> 00:25:23,529
Where Han Chi was going.

533
00:25:23,530 --> 00:25:24,992
Yeah, with Duncan's head.

534
00:25:30,185 --> 00:25:31,213
Are you sure?

535
00:25:32,601 --> 00:25:34,437
Okay, yeah. We're on our way now.

536
00:25:35,114 --> 00:25:37,915
What is it? Chin ran
background on Robert Rovin.

537
00:25:38,039 --> 00:25:41,501
Okay, and it turns out that he's
related to our head in the box.

538
00:25:41,502 --> 00:25:43,199
He's Henry Duncan's father-in-law.

539
00:25:43,200 --> 00:25:44,110
Nicole's father?

540
00:25:44,111 --> 00:25:46,267
Yeah. Since he never filed
a missing persons report,

541
00:25:46,268 --> 00:25:48,438
that means one of two things...
either he knows

542
00:25:48,439 --> 00:25:49,731
what's going on,

543
00:25:50,050 --> 00:25:51,920
or we are on our way to
make a death notification.

544
00:25:54,066 --> 00:25:56,920
Henry was murdered?
Do you know who did it?

545
00:25:56,921 --> 00:25:58,920
That's what we're
working on right now.

546
00:25:58,921 --> 00:26:01,305
My daughter? What about,
uh, Nicole?

547
00:26:01,306 --> 00:26:02,766
I'm afraid she's missing.

548
00:26:03,316 --> 00:26:04,850
What? Missing? What do you mean,
she's missing?

549
00:26:04,851 --> 00:26:07,129
We haven't found her yet,
but I have my task force

550
00:26:07,130 --> 00:26:09,527
and every available police
officer looking for her.

551
00:26:19,422 --> 00:26:23,131
Look, um, we know this
is difficult for you.

552
00:26:23,783 --> 00:26:24,573
Please, if you can,

553
00:26:24,574 --> 00:26:26,892
you just tell us when's the last
time you spoke to your daughter?

554
00:26:26,893 --> 00:26:28,462
I-I, um...

555
00:26:29,742 --> 00:26:31,466
I called her a few days ago.

556
00:26:32,288 --> 00:26:33,339
Okay, um,

557
00:26:33,358 --> 00:26:35,840
by any chance, did she mention
a trip that she was planning?

558
00:26:35,841 --> 00:26:37,126
No, no. That's impossible.

559
00:26:37,127 --> 00:26:40,253
Henry was sick.
He... he was fighting cancer.

560
00:26:40,254 --> 00:26:42,148
He spent most of his
time at the hospital.

561
00:26:42,149 --> 00:26:43,933
Could she have gone
someplace by herself?

562
00:26:43,934 --> 00:26:48,210
No. She wouldn't have left him alone,
uh, during chemo.

563
00:26:48,211 --> 00:26:50,038
When was the last time
you spoke to Henry?

564
00:26:50,385 --> 00:26:51,910
Monday. We-We, uh...

565
00:26:54,339 --> 00:26:55,654
We met for dinner.

566
00:26:57,761 --> 00:26:59,780
Anything strange about that night?

567
00:26:59,781 --> 00:27:01,059
Other than the fact
that his disease

568
00:27:01,060 --> 00:27:03,209
was sucking the
life out of him, no.

569
00:27:03,823 --> 00:27:04,769
Oh...

570
00:27:08,070 --> 00:27:09,875
I can't lose my little girl.

571
00:27:12,772 --> 00:27:14,369
She's all I have left.

572
00:27:16,890 --> 00:27:18,641
We're going to get to
the bottom of this.

573
00:27:18,645 --> 00:27:21,416
Do either of you
have any children?

574
00:27:22,070 --> 00:27:23,593
Yeah, I do. I have a daughter.

575
00:27:23,790 --> 00:27:26,522
Then you'll understand
the lengths you'll go to

576
00:27:26,523 --> 00:27:29,614
as a parent to protect
your children.

577
00:27:33,884 --> 00:27:36,184
Gentlemen, I've been
expecting this call,

578
00:27:36,388 --> 00:27:37,538
so please, if you'll excuse me....

579
00:27:37,539 --> 00:27:39,701
Um, listen, we're
going to let you know

580
00:27:39,702 --> 00:27:41,711
as soon as we hear something.
Thank you.

581
00:27:41,759 --> 00:27:44,279
Really quickly, I have one
quick question for you.

582
00:27:44,280 --> 00:27:45,821
You ever seen this man before?

583
00:27:45,880 --> 00:27:47,392
No, I haven't.

584
00:27:47,393 --> 00:27:48,315
Why?

585
00:27:48,342 --> 00:27:48,994
We have reason to
believe that he was

586
00:27:48,995 --> 00:27:50,797
on his way here last night.

587
00:27:50,988 --> 00:27:51,619
Well, if he was,

588
00:27:51,620 --> 00:27:53,340
I had no idea, so...

589
00:27:54,052 --> 00:27:55,020
Please.

590
00:27:55,185 --> 00:27:57,197
Uh, excuse me.

591
00:27:58,040 --> 00:27:59,230
Yeah, of course.

592
00:28:01,834 --> 00:28:02,715
That was interesting.

593
00:28:02,716 --> 00:28:04,626
You see how panicked he got
when he got that phone call?

594
00:28:04,627 --> 00:28:06,042
See how he was talking
about his daughter?

595
00:28:06,043 --> 00:28:07,863
Yeah. "The lengths you would
go to protect your children."

596
00:28:07,864 --> 00:28:09,424
Tell you what,
that cat knows something.

597
00:28:09,425 --> 00:28:11,356
He just did a bad
job of hiding it.

598
00:28:11,842 --> 00:28:13,238
I'm going to call Kono.

599
00:28:13,363 --> 00:28:14,592
We'll sit on Rovin,
see what he's up to.

600
00:28:14,593 --> 00:28:15,640
All right.

601
00:28:17,500 --> 00:28:18,827
Hey, hey, hey, hey.

602
00:28:22,029 --> 00:28:23,552
How fast can she get here?

603
00:28:54,764 --> 00:28:57,406
Whoa, whoa. Not so close, Wilcox.

604
00:28:57,407 --> 00:28:58,988
Don't tell me how
to tail a suspect.

605
00:28:58,989 --> 00:29:00,852
And if this was CHiPs,
I'd be Estrada.

606
00:29:00,853 --> 00:29:02,154
You'd be Wilcox.

607
00:29:02,155 --> 00:29:03,364
I don't think so.

608
00:29:32,756 --> 00:29:33,959
What's he up to?

609
00:29:48,476 --> 00:29:50,007
Looks like he's got company.

610
00:29:59,044 --> 00:30:00,280
It's a money drop.

611
00:30:02,133 --> 00:30:03,643
Gun! Gun! Come on!
Come on! Come on!

612
00:30:03,644 --> 00:30:04,544
Hold on!

613
00:30:41,117 --> 00:30:42,008
Danny!

614
00:30:53,206 --> 00:30:54,339
Spenser Owens.

615
00:30:56,214 --> 00:30:57,852
He rented the Mustang
that Chi was driving.

616
00:30:57,853 --> 00:31:00,147
Hey, hey. Listen to me. Hey.

617
00:31:00,148 --> 00:31:02,706
Where's Nicole? You need
to tell us where Nicole is.

618
00:31:02,707 --> 00:31:04,431
Huh? Can you hear me?
Listen to me!

619
00:31:04,432 --> 00:31:05,572
Where's Nicole?

620
00:31:05,839 --> 00:31:07,012
He can't die.

621
00:31:07,336 --> 00:31:10,550
If anything goes wrong,
they'll kill my daughter. I...

622
00:31:20,047 --> 00:31:21,750
I just sent Owens'
gun off to ballistics

623
00:31:21,751 --> 00:31:22,992
in case we find Duncan's body.

624
00:31:22,993 --> 00:31:24,334
Hopefully, we can
match it up to a slug.

625
00:31:24,335 --> 00:31:26,246
All right, I want deep
background on Owens...

626
00:31:26,247 --> 00:31:28,221
all known associates,
addresses, the whole bit.

627
00:31:28,222 --> 00:31:29,946
So you've never seen
this guy before?

628
00:31:29,947 --> 00:31:30,746
No, I never saw him before.

629
00:31:30,747 --> 00:31:32,242
The only contact I
had with this guy

630
00:31:32,243 --> 00:31:33,697
was over the phone.

631
00:31:33,779 --> 00:31:35,610
He said he and his
associates had Nicole.

632
00:31:35,611 --> 00:31:36,904
He said, uh, Henry tried

633
00:31:36,905 --> 00:31:39,456
to escape, so they killed him,
but Nicole is was still alive,

634
00:31:39,457 --> 00:31:40,721
and if I ever wanted
to see her again,

635
00:31:40,722 --> 00:31:42,518
I had to give him $5 million.

636
00:31:42,818 --> 00:31:44,039
Okay. So you never thought
to call the police?

637
00:31:44,040 --> 00:31:46,788
He told me he'd kill
her if I told anyone,

638
00:31:47,040 --> 00:31:48,976
so he told me to
prove he was serious,

639
00:31:48,977 --> 00:31:50,287
he was going to send me a package.

640
00:31:50,288 --> 00:31:51,834
But I never got anything.

641
00:31:56,871 --> 00:31:57,869
I had him.

642
00:31:58,334 --> 00:31:59,748
I had him and I let him go.

643
00:32:00,024 --> 00:32:02,041
He wasn't even a suspect.
You did your job.

644
00:32:03,487 --> 00:32:04,005
Hey.

645
00:32:04,006 --> 00:32:04,917
Don't.

646
00:32:05,631 --> 00:32:06,553
Hey.

647
00:32:08,041 --> 00:32:10,046
You're not psychic.
You can't read people's minds.

648
00:32:10,047 --> 00:32:11,045
I should have known he was lying.

649
00:32:11,046 --> 00:32:13,507
That comes with time
and experience, Kono.

650
00:32:14,199 --> 00:32:16,470
Look, we all make mistakes.

651
00:32:16,846 --> 00:32:17,820
You got to learn
to live with that,

652
00:32:17,821 --> 00:32:19,441
because that's part of the job.

653
00:32:27,301 --> 00:32:28,219
She all right?

654
00:32:30,053 --> 00:32:32,230
She will be. Hey, guys, come here.

655
00:32:37,669 --> 00:32:38,926
What do you got? What is it?

656
00:32:39,010 --> 00:32:40,125
Blowflies.

657
00:32:40,351 --> 00:32:42,690
Usually find them
around dead bodies.

658
00:32:43,816 --> 00:32:44,747
Nicole?

659
00:32:45,255 --> 00:32:46,298
Here we go.

660
00:32:50,854 --> 00:32:52,880
Looks like we found the
rest of Henry Duncan.

661
00:32:53,177 --> 00:32:56,599
All right, uh, male.
Gunshot wound to the chest.

662
00:32:56,600 --> 00:32:57,722
No, no, no. He doesn't need... No!

663
00:32:57,723 --> 00:33:00,356
Hey, hey, hey.
You got to find my daughter!

664
00:33:00,357 --> 00:33:02,117
You've got to find her!
Get him out of here.

665
00:33:02,118 --> 00:33:03,840
My daughter. God.

666
00:33:03,841 --> 00:33:05,192
Listen to me. Listen to me now.

667
00:33:05,193 --> 00:33:07,476
When Spenser does not return
with that money, all right,

668
00:33:07,477 --> 00:33:10,037
whoever he's working with is going
to know that this went bad...

669
00:33:10,728 --> 00:33:12,076
and then Nicole's dead.

670
00:33:35,413 --> 00:33:36,304
Nicole?

671
00:33:38,338 --> 00:33:39,535
Nicole Duncan.

672
00:33:42,274 --> 00:33:43,279
Clear.

673
00:34:09,791 --> 00:34:10,569
She's not here.

674
00:34:10,570 --> 00:34:12,782
He must have stashed
her someplace else.

675
00:34:16,643 --> 00:34:17,638
Call HPD, tell them

676
00:34:17,639 --> 00:34:19,750
Nicole might be being held
at a secondary location.

677
00:34:19,751 --> 00:34:21,830
And get that saw over
to the crime lab, okay?

678
00:34:21,831 --> 00:34:24,405
I want to make sure that blood
doesn't belong to Nicole.

679
00:34:24,406 --> 00:34:26,316
Looks like our boy
was taking a trip.

680
00:34:26,677 --> 00:34:27,996
Pretty sure he was
planning a vacation

681
00:34:27,997 --> 00:34:29,872
once he got that ransom money.

682
00:34:30,023 --> 00:34:31,633
Hey, Chin, listen, find out

683
00:34:31,634 --> 00:34:35,256
if Spenser Owens purchased any
overseas airline trips recently.

684
00:34:35,257 --> 00:34:36,752
Hey, tell him to call
Hawaiian Airlines.

685
00:34:36,753 --> 00:34:38,441
Uh, cross-reference
any itineraries

686
00:34:38,442 --> 00:34:39,523
of female passengers

687
00:34:39,524 --> 00:34:40,924
or traveling companions.

688
00:34:40,925 --> 00:34:41,692
You get that?

689
00:34:41,693 --> 00:34:42,615
I'm on it.

690
00:34:48,596 --> 00:34:49,496
What are you thinking?

691
00:34:49,723 --> 00:34:53,743
I am thinking that Nicole is
definitely involved, right?

692
00:34:53,972 --> 00:34:55,555
But I don't think she's
traveling under her own name.

693
00:34:55,556 --> 00:34:57,051
I think she's a little
too smart for that.

694
00:34:57,052 --> 00:34:58,732
Smart enough to stage
her own kidnapping?

695
00:34:58,733 --> 00:35:01,208
Yeah, I think so.
A little help from Spenser.

696
00:35:01,285 --> 00:35:02,294
Right? I mean,
let's think about it.

697
00:35:02,295 --> 00:35:04,849
The guy has never committed
a crime in his entire life.

698
00:35:04,850 --> 00:35:06,174
And this... this beautiful place...

699
00:35:06,175 --> 00:35:07,807
is this where you'd
bring a hostage?

700
00:35:07,808 --> 00:35:09,019
That's pretty slim. No.

701
00:35:09,020 --> 00:35:10,422
I'll tell you what's not slim.

702
00:35:10,423 --> 00:35:12,990
What's not slim is that
he's got his bags packed.

703
00:35:12,991 --> 00:35:16,359
She made a call from her house
to Hawaiian Airlines, and

704
00:35:16,360 --> 00:35:17,700
we have champagne.

705
00:35:19,021 --> 00:35:19,786
Champagne?

706
00:35:19,787 --> 00:35:20,743
Yeah.

707
00:35:20,798 --> 00:35:22,458
Champagne with bubbles.

708
00:35:22,459 --> 00:35:24,247
Poured recently. Look at you.

709
00:35:24,708 --> 00:35:26,923
Why was he drinking champagne

710
00:35:26,924 --> 00:35:28,519
if he hasn't gotten the money yet?

711
00:35:31,688 --> 00:35:33,733
I wonder what shade Nicole wears.

712
00:35:34,028 --> 00:35:34,886
Chin, go ahead.

713
00:35:34,887 --> 00:35:35,975
Yeah, you were right.

714
00:35:35,976 --> 00:35:38,241
Looks like Spenser purchased two
first class tickets to Paris.

715
00:35:38,242 --> 00:35:41,174
Paris, France. France has no
extradition treaty with the U.S.

716
00:35:41,175 --> 00:35:43,127
Yeah. He's traveling
with a female companion

717
00:35:43,128 --> 00:35:44,534
by the name of Erin Barrett,

718
00:35:44,535 --> 00:35:45,903
but I can't find any
information on her.

719
00:35:45,904 --> 00:35:47,724
Oh, you won't. It's an alias.

720
00:35:47,871 --> 00:35:49,546
How'd you get to be so smart?

721
00:35:54,589 --> 00:35:55,777
MAN : This is the
final boarding call

722
00:35:55,778 --> 00:35:58,718
for Flight 1182 bound for Paris.

723
00:35:59,066 --> 00:36:00,542
Spenser, where are you?

724
00:36:00,587 --> 00:36:02,096
I've been leaving messages.

725
00:36:02,634 --> 00:36:04,125
Baby, I'm worried.

726
00:36:04,126 --> 00:36:05,689
The plane's about to leave.

727
00:36:19,642 --> 00:36:21,365
You know, if statistics
are anything to go by,

728
00:36:21,366 --> 00:36:24,279
flying's actually the safest
mode of transportation.

729
00:36:25,273 --> 00:36:26,097
Excuse me?

730
00:36:26,098 --> 00:36:27,520
Well, you seem nervous,
that's all.

731
00:36:27,521 --> 00:36:29,396
I'm waiting for somebody.

732
00:36:29,397 --> 00:36:31,106
Oh. I don't want to miss my plane.

733
00:36:32,309 --> 00:36:36,235
The thing is, uh... Nicole,

734
00:36:36,535 --> 00:36:39,114
that, uh, we-we know everything.

735
00:36:39,870 --> 00:36:41,522
Or should I say Erin?

736
00:36:46,410 --> 00:36:49,306
Oh, um, I don't think
Spenser's going to make it.

737
00:36:49,307 --> 00:36:51,726
Actually, I'm positive
he's not gonna make it.

738
00:36:51,734 --> 00:36:54,717
The slug we pulled out of your
husband's body was a match

739
00:36:54,718 --> 00:36:57,473
to the gun that Spenser had on him,
and the thing is,

740
00:36:57,575 --> 00:37:00,466
it wasn't just Spenser's prints
that we found on the gun.

741
00:37:01,597 --> 00:37:03,345
Yours were there, too, Nicole.

742
00:37:04,838 --> 00:37:06,132
I'm just curious about one thing.

743
00:37:06,133 --> 00:37:07,399
Um, how long...

744
00:37:07,587 --> 00:37:10,250
Uh, how long were you having
an affair with Spenser

745
00:37:10,251 --> 00:37:12,208
before you decided
to kill your husband?

746
00:37:12,277 --> 00:37:14,911
And why did you, uh... why did
you fake your own kidnapping?

747
00:37:14,912 --> 00:37:18,099
I mean, your husband was
already dying of cancer.

748
00:37:20,652 --> 00:37:21,655
I couldn't get five million

749
00:37:21,656 --> 00:37:23,698
out of my father if
he died that way.

750
00:37:25,551 --> 00:37:26,586
Wow!

751
00:37:26,999 --> 00:37:29,803
That's... That's cold.

752
00:37:30,104 --> 00:37:31,719
So what about Han Chi?
Where does he fit

753
00:37:31,720 --> 00:37:33,684
in all of this? Who?

754
00:37:34,065 --> 00:37:35,180
Who? What, are you an owl?

755
00:37:35,181 --> 00:37:37,585
Han Chi. He's the
guy that you paid

756
00:37:37,586 --> 00:37:40,647
to bring the head of your
ex-husband to your father.

757
00:37:40,648 --> 00:37:42,232
I don't know.
Just some day laborer

758
00:37:42,233 --> 00:37:44,780
Spenser hired who
used to cut his lawn.

759
00:37:45,224 --> 00:37:47,601
You just figured you'd,
uh... you'd use him again.

760
00:37:47,602 --> 00:37:50,128
Spenser wanted somebody who
didn't ask any questions.

761
00:37:50,381 --> 00:37:51,941
And this guy needed the work.

762
00:37:51,942 --> 00:37:53,020
Spenser rented him a car,

763
00:37:53,021 --> 00:37:55,177
plugged the address into the GPS.

764
00:37:56,078 --> 00:37:58,135
All he had to do was
drop off the box.

765
00:37:58,136 --> 00:38:01,618
Right, when he didn't,
Spenser reported the car stolen,

766
00:38:02,178 --> 00:38:04,838
and then you figured that we'd
think that Han was the killer.

767
00:38:04,839 --> 00:38:07,982
If that guy hadn't messed up,
we'd be in Paris right now,

768
00:38:08,363 --> 00:38:10,308
and he'd have some
money in his pocket.

769
00:38:11,152 --> 00:38:13,229
He'd also be an
accomplice to a murder.

770
00:38:14,539 --> 00:38:17,105
But Han Chi is dead
now because of you.

771
00:38:17,219 --> 00:38:18,615
And you know what else?

772
00:38:19,684 --> 00:38:22,802
A little boy lost a father today

773
00:38:22,803 --> 00:38:25,153
because you wanted to
take the easy way out.

774
00:38:31,141 --> 00:38:32,730
I really, really hope

775
00:38:33,461 --> 00:38:35,312
that you spend the
rest of your life

776
00:38:35,313 --> 00:38:37,805
rotting in a jail cell
thinking about that.

777
00:38:42,097 --> 00:38:43,181
Are you done?

778
00:38:44,688 --> 00:38:45,869
Am I done?

779
00:38:48,392 --> 00:38:49,317
Yeah.

780
00:38:49,705 --> 00:38:50,813
Yeah, I'm done.

781
00:38:51,872 --> 00:38:52,571
Hey, Danny?

782
00:38:52,572 --> 00:38:53,479
Yeah.

783
00:38:54,093 --> 00:38:56,195
You need to get this
woman away from me.

784
00:39:12,326 --> 00:39:13,195
You coming?

785
00:39:13,637 --> 00:39:15,195
No. You go.

786
00:39:15,456 --> 00:39:16,275
I'll catch up.

787
00:39:16,276 --> 00:39:17,257
Okay.

788
00:39:39,088 --> 00:39:40,021
Please.

789
00:39:46,545 --> 00:39:49,181
I'm glad we could prove
that Han Chi was innocent.

790
00:39:50,015 --> 00:39:50,960
Thank you.

791
00:39:53,153 --> 00:39:54,225
For everything

792
00:39:54,226 --> 00:39:57,124
you have done for my son.

793
00:40:04,200 --> 00:40:05,661
There's one last thing.

794
00:40:10,688 --> 00:40:11,668
What is it?

795
00:40:13,297 --> 00:40:14,504
It's a letter

796
00:40:14,624 --> 00:40:16,517
signed by the governor of Hawaii.

797
00:40:17,676 --> 00:40:21,764
It states that she's personally
expediting your citizenship papers.

798
00:40:23,167 --> 00:40:24,301
You're gonna be a U.S. Citizen.

799
00:40:24,302 --> 00:40:25,655
You and your family.

800
00:40:48,682 --> 00:40:50,966
I... I have something for you.

801
00:40:54,202 --> 00:40:54,833
What is this?

802
00:40:54,834 --> 00:40:55,744
Open.

803
00:41:00,212 --> 00:41:01,605
Master cylinder,

804
00:41:02,751 --> 00:41:06,273
'74 Mercury Marquis.

805
00:41:07,824 --> 00:41:10,804
You need help putting in,
you call me.

806
00:41:11,648 --> 00:41:12,619
Please.

807
00:41:13,920 --> 00:41:15,082
Xie xie.

808
00:41:15,111 --> 00:41:16,060
No.

809
00:41:17,991 --> 00:41:19,018
Thank you.

810
00:41:40,605 --> 00:41:42,640
Estrada was a bad bitch, man.

811
00:41:42,884 --> 00:41:45,212
Yup. That's why there's no way.

812
00:41:45,710 --> 00:41:46,310
Wait a minute.

813
00:41:46,311 --> 00:41:48,079
Why can't I be Estrada?

814
00:41:48,842 --> 00:41:51,963
In a world where I didn't exist,
you could be whatever you want.

815
00:41:51,964 --> 00:41:53,478
That world sounds lovely.

816
00:41:53,479 --> 00:41:54,973
It's logistics, anyway, Danny.

817
00:41:54,974 --> 00:41:57,172
You know, I mean,
Estrada's got dark hair.

818
00:41:57,173 --> 00:41:58,834
Wilcox is the blonde.

819
00:41:59,047 --> 00:41:59,728
I know.

820
00:41:59,729 --> 00:42:02,185
I know, but ladies loved Estrada.

821
00:42:02,186 --> 00:42:03,318
Case in point, bub.

822
00:42:03,319 --> 00:42:04,980
Please. Please stop.

823
00:42:04,981 --> 00:42:06,075
You're making a fool of yourself.

824
00:42:06,076 --> 00:42:07,035
Okay? Just stop. I'm just saying.

825
00:42:07,036 --> 00:42:08,690
No. Just listen to
what I'm saying, man.

826
00:42:08,691 --> 00:42:11,230
I have more in common
with Estrada. It's just...

827
00:42:11,231 --> 00:42:13,931
Like what? What do you have in common?
Like a nickname?

828
00:42:14,025 --> 00:42:14,997
'Cause I didn't know
you had a nickname.

829
00:42:14,998 --> 00:42:17,405
I have a nickname,
and so did Ponch.

830
00:42:17,406 --> 00:42:18,694
That's ridiculous. Just 'cause

831
00:42:18,695 --> 00:42:21,083
I call you Danno
doesn't make you Ponch.

832
00:42:23,290 --> 00:42:24,891
Can we just both be Estrada?

833
00:42:26,198 --> 00:42:27,269
That's fine.

834
00:42:27,270 --> 00:42:28,633
What are you guys watching?

835
00:42:28,634 --> 00:42:30,064
CHiPs marathon.

836
00:42:30,574 --> 00:42:31,456
I never heard of it.

837
00:42:31,457 --> 00:42:33,376
I used to watch
this show as a kid.

838
00:42:33,577 --> 00:42:35,419
Got me interested in riding bikes.

839
00:42:35,707 --> 00:42:37,317
Ooh, that guy's pretty hot.

840
00:42:37,739 --> 00:42:39,067
The dark one, right?

841
00:42:39,160 --> 00:42:40,564
No. The blonde.

842
00:42:40,637 --> 00:42:41,680
Oh, that's me.
