*         Steve et Danny se rendant à l’hôtel pour voir les parents de l’étudiant décédé. Le père de Justin leur avoue qu’il a payé une partie de la rançon.

*         Au QG, Chin annonce que la balle qui a tué Justin correspond à la balle qui a tué le pirate et le capitaine.  Steve reçoit un nouvel appel du ravisseur qui lui fait part de ses exigences. Il veut que se soit Susan qui amène la rançon. Les parents donnent l’argent aux policiers. Susan demande à Steve pourquoi il faut que se soit elle, il lui explique que les ravisseurs l’ont vu dans le journal. Elle finit par accepter. Les ravisseurs appellent de nouveau et fixe le lieu de rendez-vous.

*         Les policiers, l’équipe et Susan sont sur les lieux, ils se préparent à la remise de rançon. Steve rassure Susan. Elle prend le sac et entre dans l’entrepôt. Elle se dirige vers les ravisseurs, un d’entre eux s’avance vers elle et lui dit qu’il lui avait dit que sa marcherait : Susan sourit. Le ravisseur ouvre le sac mais ne trouvent que des annuaires. Steve et les policiers interviennent alors et maitrisent les ravisseurs. L’un d’entre eux parvient à s’enfuir mais il est poursuivi  et abattu par Steve. L’homme est le fiancé de Susan. Un policier demande à Steve comment il a su, il lui répond que l’homme au téléphone a appelé Susan par son prénom et que dans le journal on ne mentionne pas le prénom de Susan.

*         Les étudiants sont ramenés à l’hôtel où ils retrouvent leurs familles.

00:00:34,450 --> 00:00:36,170
Enlève ton t-shirt !

2
00:00:37,110 --> 00:00:38,890
Enlève-le !

3
00:00:48,100 --> 00:00:49,760
Tu veux tenir la barre, petite ?

4
00:00:49,780 --> 00:00:51,920
- Sérieux ?
- Ouais, allez viens.

5
00:01:02,840 --> 00:01:04,760
Ouais, les filles, allez !

6
00:01:13,170 --> 00:01:14,710
Oh mon Dieu.

7
00:01:14,730 --> 00:01:16,400
Amène-les sous le pont,
tout de suite.

8
00:01:16,410 --> 00:01:18,000
Susan ! Maintenant !

9
00:01:24,810 --> 00:01:26,230
Ecoutez-moi, tous !

10
00:01:26,240 --> 00:01:29,190
Il faut aller sous le pont,
tout de suite !

11
00:01:38,540 --> 00:01:40,150
Qu'est-ce que tu regardes ?

12
00:01:40,680 --> 00:01:43,030
Tout le monde au fond
du bateau ! Allez !

13
00:01:49,300 --> 00:01:51,190
Quelqu'un d'autre veut
faire le malin ?

00:01:51,190 --> 00:01:52,690
Allez !

15
00:01:52,700 --> 00:01:55,510

23
00:02:30,950 --> 00:02:32,240
Très bien, juste là.

24
00:02:32,240 --> 00:02:33,420
Non, non, non.

25
00:02:33,430 --> 00:02:35,590
L'accotement est trop étroit,
encore 6 mètres et c'est bon.

26
00:02:35,590 --> 00:02:38,530
6 mètres de plus,
et je serai en extension.

27
00:02:38,540 --> 00:02:41,050
- Tu veux le volant ?
- Hein ?

28
00:02:44,630 --> 00:02:46,200
Si je veux le volant ?

29
00:02:46,210 --> 00:02:49,710
Non, je ne veux pas le volant.
Je veux continuer à pousser

30
00:02:49,710 --> 00:02:54,570
ce bloc de métal de trois tonnes
sur une colline, par 35 degrés !

31
00:02:54,580 --> 00:02:56,750
C'est ça que je veux faire.
Non, je ne veux pas le volant !

32
00:02:56,760 --> 00:02:58,920
Si, je prends le volant,
merci.

33
00:03:00,410 --> 00:03:02,690
15 kilomètres.

34
00:03:03,560 --> 00:03:04,580
15 kilomètres.

35
00:03:04,580 --> 00:03:07,500
15 km ! Tu travailles sur l'épave de
ton père depuis six mois,

36
00:03:07,500 --> 00:03:09,170
et t'as pu la faire rouler
15 km, trop fort.

37
00:03:09,170 --> 00:03:11,870
C'est une voiture de collection, et
ces voitures sont capricieuses.

38
00:03:11,880 --> 00:03:12,550
Capricieuses ?

39
00:03:12,560 --> 00:03:15,350
- Comme toi.
- Non, non, non. C'est une excuse.

40
00:03:15,360 --> 00:03:16,120
C'est une excuse

41
00:03:16,120 --> 00:03:20,180
pour justifier un piètre entretien
de la voiture, mon ami, d'accord ?

42
00:03:20,200 --> 00:03:22,660
C'est une voiture,
ce n'est pas "capricieux".

43
00:03:22,670 --> 00:03:25,890
C'est un produit ! Quand il ne
marche plus, tu le remplaces.

44
00:03:25,890 --> 00:03:27,220
Tu comprends ?

45
00:03:27,240 --> 00:03:28,450
Que t'est-il arrivé, mec ?

46
00:03:28,460 --> 00:03:29,450
Je veux dire...

47
00:03:29,450 --> 00:03:30,970
Où est ton côté sentimental ?
Je ne vois rien.

48
00:03:30,980 --> 00:03:32,420
Je n'ai pas de côté sentimental.

49
00:03:32,430 --> 00:03:34,680
Et si j'en avais un, je le
réserverais aux humains,

50
00:03:34,690 --> 00:03:36,010
pas à des machines débiles.

51
00:03:36,020 --> 00:03:37,610
Machines de collection.

52
00:03:37,630 --> 00:03:39,310
Ouais, je sais.
De collection pour les uns,

53
00:03:39,320 --> 00:03:40,740
de merde pour les autres.

54
00:03:40,750 --> 00:03:43,260
Merci beaucoup, Socrate.

55
00:03:43,580 --> 00:03:44,400
McGarrett.

56
00:03:53,300 --> 00:03:54,400
Vous avez besoin d'aide ?

57
00:03:54,400 --> 00:03:56,340
Lui a besoin d'aide, moi
j'ai besoin qu'on m'emmène.

58
00:03:56,340 --> 00:03:57,500
Où faut-il vous déposer ?

59
00:03:57,510 --> 00:03:59,240
Au poste des Gardes-Côtes.

60
00:04:03,690 --> 00:04:05,330
D'après le tour-opérateur,

61
00:04:05,340 --> 00:04:08,380
le bateau a pris la mer
hier après-midi,

62
00:04:08,380 --> 00:04:12,000
avec douze étudiants
et deux membres d'équipage,

63
00:04:12,020 --> 00:04:13,690
à Waikiki.

64
00:04:13,690 --> 00:04:16,400
Comme ils ne sont pas revenus,
les Gardes-Côtes

65
00:04:16,400 --> 00:04:18,820
ont planifié des recherches
ce matin.

66
00:04:18,830 --> 00:04:21,600
Ils ont fini par repérer
le bateau depuis le ciel,

67
00:04:21,600 --> 00:04:23,720
mais tous les passagers
avaient disparu,

68
00:04:23,720 --> 00:04:26,830
et ils ont vu ce qui ressemblait
à deux cadavres sur le pont.

69
00:04:26,840 --> 00:04:28,270
Seulement deux ?

70
00:04:28,270 --> 00:04:29,750
Qu'est-il arrivé aux
douze autres ?

71
00:04:29,770 --> 00:04:31,550
Hé, le voilà !

72
00:05:14,740 --> 00:05:15,470
Steve.

73
00:05:15,470 --> 00:05:16,120
Ouais.

74
00:05:16,120 --> 00:05:18,150
Je vois trois blessures
par balle,

75
00:05:18,150 --> 00:05:19,780
probablement causées par
des armes automatiques.

76
00:05:19,780 --> 00:05:21,890
La deuxième victime en a pris
deux dans la poitrine.

77
00:05:30,120 --> 00:05:32,520
Il a l'air d'être du coin,
peut-être un Tongien.

78
00:05:32,520 --> 00:05:35,010
Si c'est le cas, c'est peut-être
l'oeuvre de pirates Tongiens.

79
00:05:35,010 --> 00:05:36,590
Ils sont dans tous les rapports
criminels dernièrement,

80
00:05:36,590 --> 00:05:38,370
pour l'attaque de bateaux
le long de la côte.

81
00:05:38,370 --> 00:05:39,270
Ouais, j'ai lu ça,

82
00:05:39,270 --> 00:05:40,730
mais ce sont des
attaques aléatoires...

83
00:05:40,730 --> 00:05:42,310
des petits bateaux, des voiliers.

84
00:05:42,310 --> 00:05:44,020
Juste des braquages,
personne n'a été tué.

85
00:05:44,020 --> 00:05:44,940
Ouais, ou enlevé.

86
00:05:44,940 --> 00:05:47,520
Je te rappelle qu'on a toujours
douze passagers disparus.

87
00:05:47,520 --> 00:05:48,890
Mais si tu as raison,

88
00:05:48,890 --> 00:05:50,360
ces types ont sérieusement
musclé leur jeu.

89
00:05:50,360 --> 00:05:52,400
Regardez, le capitaine
était armé.

90
00:05:52,830 --> 00:05:54,130
Avec toutes ces attaques
dans les médias,

91
00:05:54,130 --> 00:05:55,980
- le contraire aurait été stupide.
- C'est vrai.

92
00:05:55,980 --> 00:05:57,700
Vue la manière dont les corps
sont tombés,

93
00:05:57,700 --> 00:05:58,710
on dirait un échange
de coups de feu.

94
00:05:58,710 --> 00:05:59,990
Le capitaine a riposté
à l'attaque,

95
00:05:59,990 --> 00:06:02,110
- et a emmené ce type avec lui.
- Steve.

96
00:06:02,110 --> 00:06:03,130
Regarde ça.

97
00:06:03,130 --> 00:06:03,950
Qu'as-tu trouvé ?

98
00:06:06,210 --> 00:06:07,340
Les quatre hommes armés.

99
00:06:08,050 --> 00:06:09,810
- Et un bateau.
- Bon, très bien.

100
00:06:10,090 --> 00:06:11,870
Stabilise cette image
et agrandis-la.

101
00:06:11,870 --> 00:06:14,080
Vois si on peut obtenir une meilleure
image des responsables.

102
00:06:14,080 --> 00:06:16,220
Pendant ce temps, on doit ramener
ce bateau sur le rivage,

103
00:06:16,220 --> 00:06:18,660
et laisser nos experts criminels
l'examiner en détail.

104
00:06:48,080 --> 00:06:50,530
Tout s'est passé si vite.

105
00:06:51,440 --> 00:06:54,140
On était sur le bateau et...
tout d'un coup

106
00:06:54,140 --> 00:06:56,310
ils sont sortis de nulle part.

107
00:06:56,830 --> 00:06:59,650
C'étaient juste des étudiants
en vacances de Printemps.

108
00:07:00,640 --> 00:07:02,370
Pitié, dites-moi
qu'ils ne sont pas morts.

109
00:07:04,740 --> 00:07:08,210
Comment avez-vous fait
pour vous en sortir, Susan ?

110
00:07:09,490 --> 00:07:12,580
Euh, ils nous amenés
vers un autre bateau,

111
00:07:12,580 --> 00:07:15,540
et ils ont forcé tout le monde
à monter dessus.

112
00:07:15,820 --> 00:07:18,450
Un des gamins était blessé,
on a donc dû le porter à bord.

113
00:07:18,450 --> 00:07:21,600
Et pendant que les terroristes
étaient occupés à ça, je...

114
00:07:21,600 --> 00:07:23,360
me suis glissée sous le pont.

115
00:07:25,440 --> 00:07:28,050
Je me sentais tellement mal,
car j'ai été entraînée

116
00:07:28,050 --> 00:07:31,130
à faire passer le passager
d'abord, et...

117
00:07:32,130 --> 00:07:33,730
vous savez, j'ai paniqué.

118
00:07:34,000 --> 00:07:34,930
J'ai eu peur,

119
00:07:34,930 --> 00:07:36,100
je n'ai pas réfléchi.

120
00:07:36,110 --> 00:07:39,750
Ecoutez, c'est tout à fait normal d'avoir
peur dans ce genre de situation.

121
00:07:40,800 --> 00:07:42,500
Susan, ces hommes qui ont
attaqué le bateau,

122
00:07:42,500 --> 00:07:44,660
vous rappelez-vous quel genre
d'armes qu'ils avaient ?

123
00:07:44,670 --> 00:07:46,560
Des armes automatiques,
je crois.

124
00:07:46,890 --> 00:07:48,630
Je vais vous montrer
différentes armes,

125
00:07:48,640 --> 00:07:51,080
et vous me dites si vous
les connaissez, d'accord ?

126
00:07:54,280 --> 00:07:55,830
- C'est celle-là.
- Celle-ci, là ?

127
00:07:55,830 --> 00:07:57,440
- Oui.
- AK-47.

128
00:07:57,800 --> 00:08:00,040
S'il y a autre chose,
n'importe quoi,

129
00:08:00,040 --> 00:08:02,510
dont vous vous rappelez et qui
nous aiderait à les attraper...

130
00:08:03,000 --> 00:08:04,550
Pendant que je me cachais,

131
00:08:04,550 --> 00:08:06,600
je les ai entendus
fouiller la cuisine.

132
00:08:06,610 --> 00:08:10,890
Donc... j'ai entrouvert
un peu la porte, et...

133
00:08:10,890 --> 00:08:13,160
j'ai aperçu l'un d'entre eux.

134
00:08:14,380 --> 00:08:15,340
C'était lui ?

135
00:08:19,810 --> 00:08:23,030
Ce-celui que j'ai vu venait
d'une île du Pacifique,

136
00:08:23,030 --> 00:08:24,550
mais... il était plus mince.

137
00:08:24,550 --> 00:08:26,650
Même teinte de peau...

138
00:08:27,160 --> 00:08:28,720
Ce n'est pas grand chose,
je sais, j'ai juste...

139
00:08:28,720 --> 00:08:30,850
Non, c'est suffisant,
c'est parfait.

140
00:08:31,380 --> 00:08:33,570
Susan, on va retrouver
ces gamins, d'accord ?

141
00:08:33,580 --> 00:08:34,940
On va les retrouver.

142
00:08:39,120 --> 00:08:43,960
Tout ce que nous savons, c'est qu'un bateau
de plaisance a été attaqué par...

143
00:08:43,960 --> 00:08:45,150
Attention.

144
00:08:45,160 --> 00:08:47,070
Chin Ho Kelly.

145
00:08:47,070 --> 00:08:49,200
Assure-toi que ces journalistes
ne diffusent aucune information

146
00:08:49,200 --> 00:08:50,800
pouvant compromettre
l'enquête, d'accord ?

147
00:08:50,800 --> 00:08:51,620
Compris.

148
00:08:51,810 --> 00:08:52,680
Hé, attention.

149
00:08:52,680 --> 00:08:54,200
- Attention.
- Susan !

150
00:08:54,630 --> 00:08:56,650
Non, c'est bon,
c'est mon fiancé.

151
00:08:59,810 --> 00:09:01,510
Dieu merci, tu vas bien.

152
00:09:07,410 --> 00:09:08,550
Merci.

153
00:09:15,910 --> 00:09:19,070
J'ai stabilisé les images du portable,
mais attendez-vous...

154
00:09:19,080 --> 00:09:21,360
à de la très mauvaise qualité.

155
00:09:21,420 --> 00:09:24,240
Je n'ai que quelques bons plans
montrant deux des agresseurs,

156
00:09:24,240 --> 00:09:26,030
et les deux portent
des masques de ski.

157
00:09:26,030 --> 00:09:27,710
Mais je compile les
données biométriques,

158
00:09:27,720 --> 00:09:29,910
pour pouvoir comparer
quand on aura un suspect.

159
00:09:29,910 --> 00:09:30,580
Bien.

160
00:09:30,580 --> 00:09:33,390
Le HPD a obtenu du tour-opérateur
la liste des passagers,

161
00:09:33,390 --> 00:09:34,370
et a vérifié leur noms.

162
00:09:34,370 --> 00:09:37,290
Ils sont tous du continent, Côte Est,
et en âge universitaire.

163
00:09:37,290 --> 00:09:39,910
Certains étaient dans la même
école et sont venus ensemble.

164
00:09:39,910 --> 00:09:42,100
Mais ils n'ont pas de casier,
pas d'antécédents de mineur,

165
00:09:42,100 --> 00:09:44,380
rien qui puisse indiquer
que l'attaque était ciblée.

166
00:09:44,380 --> 00:09:46,440
Bon... je viens d'avoir
le FBI au téléphone.

167
00:09:46,440 --> 00:09:48,360
La bonne nouvelle :
les gamins sont en vie.

168
00:09:48,360 --> 00:09:50,680
La mauvaise :
ils ont été kidnappés.

169
00:09:50,680 --> 00:09:53,430
Depuis deux heures, les parents
reçoivent des demandes de rançon,

170
00:09:53,430 --> 00:09:54,410
le FBI a été contacté,

171
00:09:54,410 --> 00:09:56,340
mais le Gouverneur
a mis le holà.

172
00:09:56,340 --> 00:09:57,720
Elle veut qu'on s'occupe
de l'affaire,

173
00:09:57,720 --> 00:09:59,150
car nous étions les
premiers dessus.

174
00:09:59,150 --> 00:10:01,300
Bien.
Bon, et cette rançon ?

175
00:10:01,310 --> 00:10:02,830
20 millions de dollars.

176
00:10:02,900 --> 00:10:05,710
Ouais, les parents ont tous reçu
un appel sur leur portable.

177
00:10:05,710 --> 00:10:07,240
Exactement le même appel.

178
00:10:07,240 --> 00:10:09,180
Et, contrairement à
un déjeuner avec toi,

179
00:10:09,180 --> 00:10:11,660
ils ne veulent pas savoir qui va
payer quoi, ils veulent juste l'argent.

180
00:10:11,660 --> 00:10:13,730
20 millions... quelqu'un savait que
ces parents avaient l'argent.

181
00:10:13,730 --> 00:10:16,460
Ouais, il est très probable que
ces gens étaient visés.

182
00:10:16,460 --> 00:10:17,560
Ou nos pirates ont
été chanceux.

183
00:10:17,560 --> 00:10:19,920
Ils ont réalisé ce qu'ils avaient,
et décidé de toucher le jackpot.

184
00:10:19,920 --> 00:10:21,380
Très bien, je veux parler
aux parents.

185
00:10:21,380 --> 00:10:23,120
Eh bien, le premier couple
vient d'atterrir,

186
00:10:23,120 --> 00:10:25,480
ils ont reçu l'appel sur la Côte Ouest.
Les autres n'ont pas encore atterri.

187
00:10:25,480 --> 00:10:27,310
Bien, dis au HPD de les amener.

188
00:10:27,310 --> 00:10:29,180
Pendant ce temps, nous allons
installer une aire d'accueil

189
00:10:29,180 --> 00:10:30,490
au Hilton, pour les autres familles.

190
00:10:30,490 --> 00:10:32,550
Une cellule de soutien psychologique
devra être présente, compris ?

191
00:10:32,550 --> 00:10:34,630
Ces gens vont atterrir,
ils auront des questions.

192
00:10:34,630 --> 00:10:36,130
Trouvons des réponses.

193
00:10:37,820 --> 00:10:39,810
Ecoutez-moi très attentivement.

194
00:10:39,810 --> 00:10:41,570
Si vous voulez revoir
votre enfant vivant,

195
00:10:41,570 --> 00:10:43,940
vous allez faire exactement
ce que nous demandons.

196
00:10:43,940 --> 00:10:45,770
Comment je peux savoir
que vous avez ma fille ?

197
00:10:45,770 --> 00:10:47,230
Comment je sais qu'elle
est en vie ?

198
00:10:47,230 --> 00:10:48,180
Papa ?

199
00:10:48,180 --> 00:10:48,820
Josie !

200
00:10:48,820 --> 00:10:50,200
J'ai tellement peur, papa !

201
00:10:50,210 --> 00:10:52,360
Ça va aller bébé, c'est promis.

202
00:10:52,360 --> 00:10:53,800
Voilà la preuve qu'elle
est vivante.

203
00:10:53,800 --> 00:10:57,550
Maintenant trouvez l'argent, sinon
vous aurez une preuve de sa mort.

204
00:10:58,170 --> 00:11:00,900
S'il vous plaît,
c'est notre petite fille.

205
00:11:01,140 --> 00:11:03,060
Vous devez la retrouver.

206
00:11:05,670 --> 00:11:06,960
Je la retrouverai.

207
00:11:07,930 --> 00:11:09,480
Je la retrouverai.

208
00:11:18,780 --> 00:11:19,930
Tu fais quoi, mec ?

209
00:11:20,500 --> 00:11:22,310
- Hein ?
- Que fais-tu là ?

210
00:11:22,410 --> 00:11:23,880
J'achète une voiture.
A ton avis, je fais quoi ?

211
00:11:23,880 --> 00:11:25,690
On dirait la posture du Chien
tête en bas, mais je sais

212
00:11:25,700 --> 00:11:26,840
- que tu ne fais pas de yoga.
- Très drôle.

213
00:11:26,840 --> 00:11:28,560
Non, je m'étire car j'ai
mal au dos.

214
00:11:28,560 --> 00:11:29,710
Tu sais pourquoi j'ai
mal au dos ?

215
00:11:29,710 --> 00:11:30,910
Non, je ne sais pas.
Pourquoi ?

216
00:11:30,910 --> 00:11:33,200
Je vais te dire pourquoi :
car j'ai passé la matinée

217
00:11:33,200 --> 00:11:34,820
à pousser une voiture
sur l'autoroute de Pali.

218
00:11:34,820 --> 00:11:37,920
Oh. Oh, là d'où je viens,
on appelle ça un bon exercice.

219
00:11:37,920 --> 00:11:39,650
Oh, vraiment ?
Et tu viens d'où, Krypton ?

220
00:11:39,650 --> 00:11:40,560
Car là d'où je viens,
on appelle ça

221
00:11:40,560 --> 00:11:42,030
un accident du travail.

222
00:11:42,030 --> 00:11:42,920
Hé !

223
00:11:42,930 --> 00:11:44,210
Hé gros, par ici !

224
00:11:44,210 --> 00:11:45,460
Oh mon Dieu.

225
00:11:45,460 --> 00:11:46,970
Hé, regarde-le.

226
00:11:48,970 --> 00:11:50,440
Tu portes un sac en plastique.

227
00:11:52,840 --> 00:11:54,730
Besoin d'un peu d'oxygène,
bébé ?

228
00:11:54,730 --> 00:11:55,910
Je vais bien.

229
00:11:55,910 --> 00:11:57,260
Non, t'as pas l'air bien.

230
00:11:57,270 --> 00:11:58,310
On dirait que tu vas mourir.

231
00:11:58,310 --> 00:11:59,690
C'est vrai, t'as pas l'air bien.

232
00:12:00,880 --> 00:12:02,560
Je vais bien.
Comment m'avez-vous trouvé ?

233
00:12:02,570 --> 00:12:03,550
On est allés à ta boutique.

234
00:12:03,550 --> 00:12:05,050
Ils nous ont dit que
tu étais là.

235
00:12:05,050 --> 00:12:06,350
Ils sont virés.

236
00:12:06,350 --> 00:12:08,530
Quand as-tu commencé
à faire du jogging ?

237
00:12:08,880 --> 00:12:10,560
Je m'entraîne, mon frère.

238
00:12:10,560 --> 00:12:12,010
Il vient de dire qu'il
se traînait son frère.

239
00:12:12,010 --> 00:12:13,780
- Non, il...
- Très drôle.

240
00:12:13,860 --> 00:12:15,590
Je m'entraîne pour une
compétition de sumo.

241
00:12:15,590 --> 00:12:16,600
Oh. Sumo.

242
00:12:16,600 --> 00:12:17,320
Sumo.

243
00:12:17,320 --> 00:12:19,270
- Sumo.
- Tu devrais pas porter une couche ?

244
00:12:19,270 --> 00:12:20,500
Une grosse couche-culotte,
comme ça ?

245
00:12:20,500 --> 00:12:22,010
C'est un mawashi, frérot.

246
00:12:22,020 --> 00:12:23,900
Parle-moi comme ça
encore une fois,

247
00:12:23,900 --> 00:12:25,910
et je vais t'initier
personnellement à ce sport.

248
00:12:25,910 --> 00:12:27,610
- J'ai mes chances, vas-y.
- Hé les gars,

249
00:12:27,610 --> 00:12:29,730
on n'a pas le temps pour ça,
compris ? Allez.

250
00:12:30,600 --> 00:12:32,080
Je suppose que vous avez
besoin d'aide.

251
00:12:32,080 --> 00:12:34,190
Oui. Que sais-tu
sur ces pirates locaux

252
00:12:34,190 --> 00:12:35,090
qui attaquent les touristes ?

253
00:12:35,090 --> 00:12:37,230
Seulement ce que j'ai lu
dans les journaux.

254
00:12:37,330 --> 00:12:39,110
Une bande de frères Tongiens,

255
00:12:39,110 --> 00:12:41,290
qui font des petits coups.
Rien de sérieux.

256
00:12:41,290 --> 00:12:42,980
Ouais, eh bien ils ont changé
de catégorie.

257
00:12:42,980 --> 00:12:44,740
Maintenant ils enlèvent et
tuent des gens.

258
00:12:44,740 --> 00:12:47,040
Douze gamins du continent
ont disparu, juste comme ça.

259
00:12:47,040 --> 00:12:49,050
On veut soutirer aux parents
un paiement à huit chiffres.

260
00:12:49,060 --> 00:12:51,710
On court donc après des gens
qui ne respectent pas les règles.

261
00:12:53,320 --> 00:12:55,410
Bon, c'est quoi ce...
regard mystérieux ?

262
00:12:55,410 --> 00:12:56,520
Tu sais quelque chose ?

263
00:12:56,520 --> 00:13:01,240
Il y a quelques années,
des gens ont été enlevés.

264
00:13:02,010 --> 00:13:03,190
Un jeune...

265
00:13:03,190 --> 00:13:06,180
un jeune couple de Dubaï
avec beaucoup d'argent.

266
00:13:06,180 --> 00:13:08,550
Il y a eu un problème lors de
l'échange, et le couple a été tué.

267
00:13:08,550 --> 00:13:11,730
Je n'y ai pas crû à l'époque,
mais il se disait que...

268
00:13:11,740 --> 00:13:14,840
c'était l'oeuvre d'un gang Tongien
sans principes.

269
00:13:16,310 --> 00:13:18,030
Tu penses qu'il y a un lien ?

270
00:13:18,030 --> 00:13:19,350
A toi de nous le dire.

271
00:13:21,790 --> 00:13:23,270
Je vais passer quelques
coups de fil.

272
00:13:26,470 --> 00:13:27,550
Kono.

273
00:13:27,550 --> 00:13:28,490
Ouais.

274
00:13:29,210 --> 00:13:30,310
T'es bonne en puzzles ?

275
00:13:30,310 --> 00:13:31,560
Eh bien... qu'as-tu trouvé ?

276
00:13:31,560 --> 00:13:33,790
Max vient d'envoyer ses
résultats d'autopsie.

277
00:13:33,790 --> 00:13:36,760
Les deux victimes sont mortes
après des tirs dans la poitrine,

278
00:13:36,760 --> 00:13:38,900
mais ils sont morts à
un jour d'intervalle.

279
00:13:38,900 --> 00:13:40,220
Pardon ?

280
00:13:40,660 --> 00:13:42,610
Laisse-moi clarifier,
pour que je comprenne.

281
00:13:42,610 --> 00:13:44,960
Nos victimes ont été tuées
à des moments différents ?

282
00:13:44,960 --> 00:13:46,590
Ouais, à 24 heures d'intervalle.

283
00:13:46,590 --> 00:13:48,620
D'accord, donc ça signifie
que soit

284
00:13:48,620 --> 00:13:52,620
Max s'est bien planté, soit on a affaire
à un pirate zombie Tongien.

285
00:13:52,620 --> 00:13:54,930
- C'est possible.
- Mais non, je déconnais.

286
00:13:54,930 --> 00:13:56,280
Non, écoute.
Je dis seulement que

287
00:13:56,280 --> 00:13:58,580
si notre pirate Tongien
a été tué un jour plus tôt,

288
00:13:58,580 --> 00:13:59,900
il a pu être balancé sur
le bateau.

289
00:13:59,910 --> 00:14:01,570
Et la balistique confirme
que les deux

290
00:14:01,570 --> 00:14:03,220
victimes ont été tuées par
la même arme.

291
00:14:03,220 --> 00:14:05,270
Les balles sont de calibre 7,62.

292
00:14:05,980 --> 00:14:07,920
L'AK-47 utilise des 7,62.

293
00:14:07,930 --> 00:14:09,860
D'accord, donc ça veut dire
que notre victime Tongienne

294
00:14:09,870 --> 00:14:11,720
a peut-être été tuée par
les siens, pas vrai ?

295
00:14:11,720 --> 00:14:13,140
A moins que quelqu'un
ait balancé le corps

296
00:14:13,140 --> 00:14:15,240
sur le lieu de l'enlèvement
pour les faire accuser.

297
00:14:15,240 --> 00:14:16,060
Très bien !

298
00:14:16,060 --> 00:14:18,420
Donc notre groupe de suspects
vient de s'étendre

299
00:14:18,420 --> 00:14:20,690
à quiconque ayant un différend
avec les Tongiens.

300
00:14:20,690 --> 00:14:22,430
Oh, ça peut concerner
la moitié de l'île, frérot.

301
00:14:22,430 --> 00:14:24,000
- Merci.
- D'accord, très bien.

302
00:14:24,010 --> 00:14:25,400
Hé, c'était Kamekona.

303
00:14:25,530 --> 00:14:27,660
Il a une piste,
un type nommé Big Lono.

304
00:14:27,660 --> 00:14:29,780
Il est prêteur sur gages
à Kalihi.

305
00:14:29,790 --> 00:14:32,170
L'endroit a servi à déplacer
la marchandise volée par les pirates,

306
00:14:32,170 --> 00:14:34,010
donc si quelqu'un sait
où les trouver,

307
00:14:34,010 --> 00:14:35,650
c'est Big Lono.

308
00:14:41,410 --> 00:14:43,680
Je ne sais pas d'où vous
tirez vos informations,

309
00:14:43,690 --> 00:14:45,780
- mais vous avez tort.
- D'accord. Lono...

310
00:14:45,780 --> 00:14:47,450
comprenez une chose.
Il ne s'agit pas de vous,

311
00:14:47,450 --> 00:14:48,900
on parle de douze
enfants disparus,

312
00:14:48,900 --> 00:14:50,320
et de trouver
ceux qui les ont enlevés.

313
00:14:50,320 --> 00:14:51,750
Je ne sais rien à ce sujet.

314
00:14:51,750 --> 00:14:53,210
Mon commerce est honnête.

315
00:14:53,220 --> 00:14:54,920
Un commerce honnête !
D'accord.

316
00:14:54,920 --> 00:14:56,890
Donc, si c'est un commerce
honnête, alors s'il vous plaît

317
00:14:56,890 --> 00:14:58,990
ouvrez juste cette porte,
hein ?

318
00:14:58,990 --> 00:15:00,780
Si on ne trouve pas
de marchandise volée,

319
00:15:00,780 --> 00:15:02,590
on saura que vous
n'êtes pas en affaires

320
00:15:02,590 --> 00:15:04,950
avec les... pirates,

321
00:15:04,950 --> 00:15:06,100
et nous partirons.

322
00:15:06,100 --> 00:15:07,470
N'y comptez pas.

323
00:15:10,140 --> 00:15:12,480
Vous voyez cette porte ?
Elle est faite pour résister

324
00:15:12,480 --> 00:15:14,940
à un Samoan de 150 kg
en manque.

325
00:15:14,950 --> 00:15:18,050
Alors laisse tomber avant de
te casser un ongle, blondinet.

326
00:15:18,480 --> 00:15:19,530
Han, elle est bonne.

327
00:15:19,530 --> 00:15:21,900
Et si tu ouvrais avant que
j'entre te défoncer la tête ?

328
00:15:21,900 --> 00:15:23,510
T'as du mal à la comprenette ?

329
00:15:23,510 --> 00:15:24,650
Lis sur mes lèvres.

330
00:15:24,650 --> 00:15:26,240
Toi et moi,

331
00:15:26,240 --> 00:15:27,470
on a fini de parler.

332
00:15:27,470 --> 00:15:28,560
Vraiment ?

333
00:15:28,560 --> 00:15:30,750
Ecoutez, vous semblez le plus
raisonnable des deux.

334
00:15:30,750 --> 00:15:33,100
- Lui ?
- Alors je vais répéter.

335
00:15:33,370 --> 00:15:36,100
Je ne peux pas vous aider,
je suis désolé.

336
00:15:37,470 --> 00:15:39,220
Vous avez cinq secondes
pour ouvrir la porte.

337
00:15:39,230 --> 00:15:40,490
- Sinon ?
- Un.

338
00:15:40,490 --> 00:15:41,880
- Tu vas faire quoi ?
- Deux.

339
00:15:41,890 --> 00:15:43,430
- Mon cousin est avocat,
- Trois.

340
00:15:43,430 --> 00:15:45,030
- donc je connais mes droits.
- Quatre.

341
00:15:45,030 --> 00:15:47,530
Et vous ne pouvez pas
entrer sans mandat.

342
00:15:47,740 --> 00:15:48,960
Cinq.

343
00:15:48,960 --> 00:15:49,920
Fin du temps.

344
00:15:49,920 --> 00:15:50,920
Tu vas ouvrir la porte ?

345
00:15:50,920 --> 00:15:52,310
- Aucune chance.
- Bon.

346
00:15:52,850 --> 00:15:54,040
Je vais revenir.

347
00:15:54,360 --> 00:15:55,720
"Je vais revenir " ?

348
00:15:55,730 --> 00:15:57,750
C'est... il a déjà fait mieux,
crois-moi.

349
00:15:57,750 --> 00:15:59,390
Tu n'as pas mieux que
"Je vais revenir" ?

350
00:15:59,390 --> 00:16:01,690
J'ai quelque chose,
quelque chose de bien.

351
00:16:01,890 --> 00:16:04,450
Tu vas faire quoi,
prendre la voiture et traverser... ?

352
00:16:04,450 --> 00:16:06,310
Hé, j'ai les clés !

353
00:16:06,570 --> 00:16:07,910
¿Quieres llaves?
[Tu veux les clés ?]

354
00:16:10,770 --> 00:16:12,040
T'as vu que ce t'as fait ?

355
00:16:12,250 --> 00:16:13,690
Je ne sais pas ce qu'il va faire,
mais si j'étais toi

356
00:16:13,690 --> 00:16:16,730
je dégagerais, par derrière,
par le côté, le toit.

357
00:16:16,730 --> 00:16:17,540
Pars.

358
00:16:18,570 --> 00:16:19,930
Une grenade, il a une grenade.

359
00:16:19,930 --> 00:16:21,370
Pourquoi as-tu une grenade ?
Il a une grenade.

360
00:16:21,370 --> 00:16:22,560
Tu vois ça ?
Tu vois ça ?

361
00:16:22,570 --> 00:16:24,200
Il ne bluffe pas,
il va enlever la goupille

362
00:16:24,200 --> 00:16:25,510
et faire sauter tout le monde.

363
00:16:25,510 --> 00:16:26,920
Donc tu veux-tu bien
me faire confiance ?

364
00:16:26,920 --> 00:16:28,310
C'est même pas une vraie.

365
00:16:28,320 --> 00:16:29,820
Vas-tu ouvrir la porte ?

366
00:16:30,180 --> 00:16:31,240
Aucune chance.

367
00:16:31,260 --> 00:16:32,300
D'accord.

368
00:16:35,680 --> 00:16:36,630
T'es sûr ?

369
00:16:38,430 --> 00:16:39,360
D'accord.

370
00:16:40,400 --> 00:16:42,780
- Tu ne bl... bluffes pas.
- Dégage, dégage.

371
00:16:44,820 --> 00:16:46,370
- Bouge.
- C'est insensé.

372
00:16:54,100 --> 00:16:55,540
Bordel !

373
00:16:55,790 --> 00:16:57,130
C'est quoi ton problème ?

374
00:16:57,140 --> 00:16:59,320
T'as besoin d'un psy,
je paierai.

375
00:17:05,900 --> 00:17:06,920
Pourquoi ?

376
00:17:12,220 --> 00:17:13,400
Je veux voir tes mains.

377
00:17:14,180 --> 00:17:15,860
Je t'avais dit quoi ?

378
00:17:15,880 --> 00:17:17,380
Tu vois ce que ça a donné ?

379
00:17:18,580 --> 00:17:20,220
On aurait pu éviter ça.

380
00:17:22,770 --> 00:17:25,790
Lono, tu te rappelles...

381
00:17:25,790 --> 00:17:28,030
tous ces trucs que
tu prétendais ne pas avoir,

382
00:17:28,030 --> 00:17:29,620
dont tu m'as assuré
que les pirates

383
00:17:29,620 --> 00:17:32,070
ne te les avaient pas donnés
pour les revendre ?

384
00:17:33,910 --> 00:17:34,920
Ceci...

385
00:17:34,980 --> 00:17:36,170
cette broche en or,

386
00:17:36,170 --> 00:17:39,450
un rapport de police la cite comme
objet volé par les pirates Tongiens.

387
00:17:39,460 --> 00:17:40,700
Comment tu expliques ça ?

388
00:17:40,890 --> 00:17:42,040
Tu ne peux pas.

389
00:17:42,050 --> 00:17:43,550
Où peut-on les trouver ?

390
00:17:58,000 --> 00:17:59,670
Mains en vue !

391
00:18:00,270 --> 00:18:01,720
Ne bougez pas,
ne bougez pas !

392
00:18:01,920 --> 00:18:02,570
Mains en l'air !

393
00:18:02,570 --> 00:18:04,180
Hé, vous ne pouvez pas
entrer là !

394
00:18:04,190 --> 00:18:05,530
Hé toi, ferme-la.

395
00:18:05,530 --> 00:18:06,500
Toi, bouge pas !

396
00:18:11,790 --> 00:18:12,550
C'est bon !

397
00:18:14,240 --> 00:18:15,510
Rien dans la chambre !

398
00:18:16,250 --> 00:18:17,170
Tout est sécurisé !

399
00:18:17,730 --> 00:18:18,640
Hé, il n'y a rien.

400
00:18:18,640 --> 00:18:19,900
Aucun signe des otages.

401
00:18:23,320 --> 00:18:24,750
Alors où sont-ils ?

402
00:18:57,020 --> 00:18:58,630
N'oublie pas le gros plan
sur les yeux, Scotty.

403
00:18:58,630 --> 00:19:01,130
J'en ai besoin pour une
comparaison biométrique.

404
00:19:19,310 --> 00:19:19,970
Saloni,

405
00:19:19,980 --> 00:19:23,190
les gamins que vous avez enlevés
hier à Waikiki, où sont-ils ?

406
00:19:24,030 --> 00:19:25,920
Je ne vois de quoi tu parles,
mon frère.

407
00:19:25,930 --> 00:19:27,530
Où les retenez-vous ?

408
00:19:30,520 --> 00:19:32,550
Et ce gars,
tu l'as déjà vu ?

409
00:19:32,550 --> 00:19:33,300
Hein ?

410
00:19:39,750 --> 00:19:41,730
Il s'appelle Vai Keoni.

411
00:19:41,900 --> 00:19:43,870
C'est mon cousin,
qui-qui l'a tué ?

412
00:19:43,980 --> 00:19:45,280
Tu pourrais nous le dire.

413
00:19:46,320 --> 00:19:49,950
Si je le savais,
cet enfoiré serait mort.

414
00:19:55,310 --> 00:19:56,360
D'accord.

415
00:19:57,210 --> 00:19:59,040
Tu veux la vérité, McGarrett ?

416
00:20:00,250 --> 00:20:02,140
Je vole des gens.

417
00:20:02,140 --> 00:20:04,440
Des gens qui peuvent
supporter la perte.

418
00:20:04,440 --> 00:20:07,620
De riches touristes n'ayant
aucun respect pour ces îles.

419
00:20:07,620 --> 00:20:09,890
Je les vole, mais...

420
00:20:09,890 --> 00:20:11,560
je ne leur fais pas de mal.

421
00:20:11,840 --> 00:20:13,420
Ces questions que
vous me posez,

422
00:20:13,420 --> 00:20:15,020
je ne peux y répondre.

423
00:20:15,030 --> 00:20:16,810
Je n'ai pas tué mon
propre cousin,

424
00:20:16,810 --> 00:20:17,960
et je suis sûr qu'il n'a
enlevé aucun

425
00:20:17,960 --> 00:20:18,990
de ces gamins dont
vous parlez.

426
00:20:18,990 --> 00:20:20,870
Bon, quand as-tu vu Vai
pour la dernière fois ?

427
00:20:20,870 --> 00:20:21,790
Il y a quelques jours.

428
00:20:21,790 --> 00:20:23,830
Il disait qu'il avait été
appelé par des gens, en ville.

429
00:20:23,830 --> 00:20:25,320
Ils ont dit qu'ils avaient
un petit boulot pour lui.

430
00:20:25,320 --> 00:20:27,110
- Quel genre de boulot ?
- J'ai pas demandé.

431
00:20:27,110 --> 00:20:28,960
- Qui l'a engagé ?
- J'ai pas demandé.

432
00:20:28,970 --> 00:20:30,900
C'est comme ça que
ça marche.

433
00:20:30,900 --> 00:20:33,790
Oh, donc vous les pirates,
vous avez hum...

434
00:20:33,790 --> 00:20:36,370
un genre de
code piratique du silence ?

435
00:20:36,920 --> 00:20:37,840
Hoo-ya.

436
00:20:39,040 --> 00:20:40,020
Que dis-tu de ça ?

437
00:20:40,030 --> 00:20:41,100
Deux personnes sont mortes,

438
00:20:41,100 --> 00:20:42,780
douze gamins ont disparu,

439
00:20:42,780 --> 00:20:44,310
et je me moque que
ce soit toi ou pas.

440
00:20:44,310 --> 00:20:45,600
Je vais m'assurer que
tu ailles en prison,

441
00:20:45,600 --> 00:20:47,910
et que tu y restes à vie.
T'en dis quoi ?

442
00:20:47,920 --> 00:20:49,650
Prenez ma montre.

443
00:20:49,860 --> 00:20:50,620
Quoi ?

444
00:20:50,620 --> 00:20:52,550
Prenez ma montre.

445
00:20:52,550 --> 00:20:54,750
- Allez-y, enlevez-la.
- Très bien, d'accord.

446
00:20:58,070 --> 00:21:00,620
Avec mes gars, on l'a prise sur un
bateau de pêche en haute-mer,

447
00:21:00,620 --> 00:21:02,940
au large de Molokai,
hier après-midi.

448
00:21:02,940 --> 00:21:06,620
Il est impossible que nous ayons
pu aller de là à Waikiki

449
00:21:06,620 --> 00:21:07,940
pour enlever ces gamins
dont vous...

450
00:21:07,940 --> 00:21:09,000
Comment savoir si...

451
00:21:09,000 --> 00:21:11,240
C'est gravé, "A mon
tendre mari, Bert".

452
00:21:11,240 --> 00:21:13,400
Un gars bedonnant,
accent de Boston,

453
00:21:13,510 --> 00:21:15,150
vessie défaillante.

454
00:21:15,460 --> 00:21:17,710
Tu trouves ça drôle, hein ?

455
00:21:17,940 --> 00:21:20,460
Tu trouves ça drôle de mettre
un flingue sur la tempe des gens ?

456
00:21:20,460 --> 00:21:23,310
Ecoutez, je suis sûr que Bert
a dû déposer une plainte.

457
00:21:23,310 --> 00:21:25,490
Allez vérifier car,
comme je l'ai dit,

458
00:21:25,490 --> 00:21:28,510
je vole les gens, McGarrett,
je ne leur fais pas de mal.

459
00:21:28,510 --> 00:21:30,860
Je suis Monsieur Propre,
et je ne plongerai pas

460
00:21:30,860 --> 00:21:33,180
pour quelque chose que je
n'ai pas fait, mon frère.

461
00:21:35,930 --> 00:21:37,040
Aucune correspondance.

462
00:21:37,040 --> 00:21:38,720
Génial, donc aucun des types
qu'on a arrêtés

463
00:21:38,730 --> 00:21:40,500
n'a attaqué ce bateau, hier.

464
00:21:40,500 --> 00:21:43,050
Sauf si les types que nous
avons trouvés sur cette vidéo

465
00:21:43,050 --> 00:21:44,090
n'étaient pas dans la maison
lors de la descente.

466
00:21:44,090 --> 00:21:46,920
Ou peut-être que ça confirme
ma théorie du coup monté.

467
00:21:46,920 --> 00:21:48,790
C'est la deuxième fois
que tu dis ça.

468
00:21:48,790 --> 00:21:51,190
Tu crois vraiment que quelqu'un
a copié la méthode des pirates ?

469
00:21:51,190 --> 00:21:52,790
Tout ce que les ravisseurs
avaient besoin de savoir,

470
00:21:52,790 --> 00:21:55,190
on le trouve dans les témoignages
publiés dans les journaux.

471
00:21:55,190 --> 00:21:57,870
Ils avaient juste à copier les vrais
pirates, et à nous envoyer

472
00:21:57,880 --> 00:21:58,770
sur une fausse piste.

473
00:21:58,780 --> 00:22:01,630
Et ils nous laissent un corps pour
nous mener à Saloni et sa bande.

474
00:22:01,630 --> 00:22:03,090
D'accord, si tu as raison,

475
00:22:03,090 --> 00:22:04,310
ça signifie que ceux qui
ont enlevé ces gamins

476
00:22:04,310 --> 00:22:05,560
sont bien plus malins
qu'on ne pensait.

477
00:22:05,560 --> 00:22:08,180
Pas assez malins, on dirait,
car on les a calculés.

478
00:22:34,250 --> 00:22:35,240
Hé, Steve.

479
00:22:35,240 --> 00:22:37,030
Ouais, les parents viennent d'arriver.

480
00:22:44,320 --> 00:22:46,460
Des nouvelles ? N'importe quoi.
Pitié, quoi que ce soit !

481
00:22:46,470 --> 00:22:47,340
Mesdames, Messieurs,

482
00:22:47,340 --> 00:22:49,820
nous répondrons à toutes
vos questions, promis.

483
00:22:50,050 --> 00:22:52,240
Je suis le Lt-Commandant
Steve McGarrett.

484
00:22:52,240 --> 00:22:54,880
Je dirige l'unité Cinq-0
pour l'Etat de Hawaï.

485
00:22:54,880 --> 00:22:56,950
Je me joins au HPD

486
00:22:56,950 --> 00:22:58,650
pour vous assurer que
nous faisons

487
00:22:58,650 --> 00:23:01,210
tout ce que nous pouvons
pour retrouver vos enfants.

488
00:23:01,210 --> 00:23:03,890
Il paraît que vous avez
des gens en garde à vue.

489
00:23:03,890 --> 00:23:04,710
C'est vrai ?

490
00:23:04,710 --> 00:23:06,650
Nous avons actuellement
des suspects en garde à vue.

491
00:23:06,650 --> 00:23:08,470
S'ils sont en garde à vue,
alors où sont nos enfants ?

492
00:23:08,470 --> 00:23:10,260
A ce stade, nous n'avons
aucun élément

493
00:23:10,260 --> 00:23:11,770
reliant ces hommes
à ce qui s'est passé.

494
00:23:11,780 --> 00:23:13,400
Cela s'est passé il y a
deux jours.

495
00:23:13,400 --> 00:23:14,080
Je sais.

496
00:23:14,080 --> 00:23:15,490
Ce ne sont que des enfants !

497
00:23:15,610 --> 00:23:18,150
Qui sait ce que ces gens
sont en train de leur faire ?

498
00:23:18,250 --> 00:23:19,750
Ecoutez, si vous ne savez pas
où ils sont,

499
00:23:19,750 --> 00:23:22,230
pourquoi ne pas nous laisser
payer la rançon,

500
00:23:22,230 --> 00:23:23,900
et ramener nos enfants
à la maison ?

501
00:23:23,900 --> 00:23:26,110
Ce n'est pas une
bonne idée, Monsieur... ?

502
00:23:26,110 --> 00:23:27,710
Brown.
M. Morris Brown.

503
00:23:27,710 --> 00:23:29,310
Et voici mon fils...

504
00:23:29,850 --> 00:23:31,090
Justin.

505
00:23:35,670 --> 00:23:37,050
M. Brown, et vous tous,

506
00:23:37,050 --> 00:23:39,710
ce qui importe en ce moment,
c'est que vous soyez patients

507
00:23:39,710 --> 00:23:40,930
dans ce genre de situation.

508
00:23:40,930 --> 00:23:42,540
Nous allons retrouver vos enfants.

509
00:23:43,080 --> 00:23:45,330
Mais vous devez comprendre
que rien de positif

510
00:23:45,340 --> 00:23:47,640
n'adviendra en payant
la rançon, d'accord ?

511
00:23:47,640 --> 00:23:50,650
J'ai personnellement géré de
nombreux cas d'enlèvement,

512
00:23:50,650 --> 00:23:53,280
et au moindre faux-pas
de l'un d'entre nous,

513
00:23:53,290 --> 00:23:54,590
ça peut très mal se finir.

514
00:23:54,590 --> 00:23:55,780
Je pense que vous avez tort.

515
00:23:55,780 --> 00:23:58,610
Vous avez tort, c'est juste
du business pour eux.

516
00:23:58,610 --> 00:24:00,310
Ils font juste ça pour l'argent.

517
00:24:00,310 --> 00:24:02,640
Et si ça peut ramener nos enfants,
je dis "qu'ils le prennent" !

518
00:24:02,640 --> 00:24:05,190
Ce dont j'ai besoin
pour l'instant...

519
00:24:05,190 --> 00:24:06,970
c'est que vous nous
fassiez confiance.

520
00:24:06,970 --> 00:24:08,530
Tout comme vous tous,

521
00:24:08,530 --> 00:24:10,680
j'ai déjà reçu ce genre d'appel.

522
00:24:10,680 --> 00:24:13,330
Et croyez-moi, je comprends,
c'est la pire des choses,

523
00:24:13,330 --> 00:24:16,930
c'est la pire des choses au monde
que l'on puisse ressentir.

524
00:24:17,600 --> 00:24:20,080
Mais pour l'instant, vous devez
être forts, compris ?

525
00:24:20,080 --> 00:24:22,620
Vous devez être forts
pour vos enfants,

526
00:24:22,620 --> 00:24:24,310
et nous laisser gérer ça.

527
00:24:24,320 --> 00:24:26,850
Dès que nous apprendrons
quelque chose de significatif,

528
00:24:26,860 --> 00:24:28,820
vous serez les premiers informés,
vous avez ma parole.

529
00:24:28,830 --> 00:24:31,430
Donc en fait ce que vous dites,
c'est que vous ne savez rien.

530
00:24:40,550 --> 00:24:43,130
Quelles sont les chances réelles
de ramener ces gamins vivants ?

531
00:24:45,180 --> 00:24:47,950
Quand mon père a été enlevé,
je savais d'expérience

532
00:24:47,950 --> 00:24:49,570
que quoi que je fasse
ce jour-là,

533
00:24:49,570 --> 00:24:51,390
le résultat n'allait pas
être bon, d'accord ?

534
00:24:51,390 --> 00:24:53,640
Dans ces situations,
il l'est rarement.

535
00:24:55,820 --> 00:24:57,330
On va changer ça.

536
00:24:57,600 --> 00:24:58,640
On va ramener ces gamins,

537
00:24:58,640 --> 00:25:00,080
et vivants.

538
00:25:05,090 --> 00:25:07,230
On dirait que l'alibi de
Saloni est confirmé.

539
00:25:07,230 --> 00:25:09,260
Cette montre qu'il avait
a été volée il y a deux jours

540
00:25:09,260 --> 00:25:11,260
à un touriste sur un bateau
loué pour la pêche.

541
00:25:11,260 --> 00:25:12,960
La description correspond
à Saloni et à ses hommes.

542
00:25:12,960 --> 00:25:14,720
Oh, vois-tu ça, un
truand qui dit la vérité.

543
00:25:14,720 --> 00:25:15,970
Vraiment.

544
00:25:15,980 --> 00:25:16,750
Qu'as-tu trouvé ?

545
00:25:16,750 --> 00:25:18,030
J'ai lancé un examen
par le système

546
00:25:18,030 --> 00:25:20,050
des jeunes kidnappés,
depuis leur arrivée sur l'île.

547
00:25:20,050 --> 00:25:22,090
Paiements par carte, appels
téléphoniques, tout ça.

548
00:25:22,090 --> 00:25:23,520
Deux ou trois choses
en sont ressorties.

549
00:25:23,520 --> 00:25:25,900
Premièrement, aucun d'entre eux
n'a effectué de paiement

550
00:25:25,900 --> 00:25:27,300
pour la croisière elle-même.

551
00:25:27,300 --> 00:25:29,040
Sauf s'ils ont tous
payé en liquide, non ?

552
00:25:29,040 --> 00:25:31,940
D'après le tour-opérateur,
les 12 billets ont été achetés

553
00:25:31,940 --> 00:25:33,790
par la même personne,
et il a payé en liquide.

554
00:25:33,790 --> 00:25:35,360
Une seule personne.
C'était l'un des gamins ?

555
00:25:35,360 --> 00:25:37,170
Non, le tour-opérateur a dit
qu'il était plus âgé.

556
00:25:37,170 --> 00:25:39,680
Chapeau, lunettes de soleil...
on ne va pas bien loin.

557
00:25:40,330 --> 00:25:41,960
J'ai trouvé autre chose
d'intéressant

558
00:25:41,960 --> 00:25:44,000
dans les dépenses par carte
de ces jeunes.

559
00:25:44,000 --> 00:25:46,000
Certains d'entre eux étaient
dans des hôtels différents,

560
00:25:46,010 --> 00:25:47,380
et mangeaient dans
des restaurants différents.

561
00:25:47,380 --> 00:25:48,890
La seule chose qu'ils ont
tous en commun,

562
00:25:48,890 --> 00:25:51,310
c'est leur note de bar dans un
club du nom de STORM,

563
00:25:51,310 --> 00:25:53,170
l'après-midi précédant
l'enlèvement.

564
00:25:53,170 --> 00:25:54,500
D'après les sociétés qui
gèrent ces cartes,

565
00:25:54,500 --> 00:25:57,010
ils y ont aussi dépensé de
l'argent aujourd'hui.

566
00:25:57,570 --> 00:25:58,180
D'accord.

567
00:25:58,180 --> 00:26:00,390
Ça signifie que ceux qui
ont effectué ces dépenses

568
00:26:00,390 --> 00:26:01,460
ont volé leurs cartes.

569
00:26:01,460 --> 00:26:03,240
Et qu'ils peuvent nous mener
aux kidnappés.

570
00:26:24,850 --> 00:26:25,990
Quatre années d'université,

571
00:26:26,000 --> 00:26:27,070
200 000$.

572
00:26:27,070 --> 00:26:29,770
Livres et fournitures : 5 000.

573
00:26:29,770 --> 00:26:31,590
Chambre et nourriture : 25 000.

574
00:26:31,590 --> 00:26:33,790
S'évanouir avec deux
olives dans le nez...

575
00:26:33,790 --> 00:26:34,940
Inestimable.

576
00:26:37,790 --> 00:26:41,090
Hé, désolé mais il me faudrait
une pièce d'identité.

577
00:26:41,090 --> 00:26:42,340
Ouais, pas de souci.

578
00:26:42,340 --> 00:26:43,910
Oh, toi c'est bon,
partenaire.

579
00:26:46,500 --> 00:26:47,240
C'est quoi ton nom ?

580
00:26:47,240 --> 00:26:48,080
Moku.

581
00:26:48,080 --> 00:26:49,930
Qui tient le bar avec toi
aujourd'hui, Moku ?

582
00:26:49,930 --> 00:26:51,350
Il n'y a que Bobby et moi.

583
00:27:16,660 --> 00:27:18,690
C'était bien joué.

584
00:27:19,760 --> 00:27:22,460
Je ne sais rien au sujet de jeunes
qui auraient disparu.

585
00:27:23,530 --> 00:27:24,710
Pourquoi t'es-tu enfui ?

586
00:27:27,000 --> 00:27:29,400
Tu as servi à boire à ces jeunes
avant-hier, n'est-ce pas ?

587
00:27:30,860 --> 00:27:32,940
Laisse-moi deviner. Tu as gardé
une empreinte des cartes,

588
00:27:32,940 --> 00:27:35,390
fait quelques dépenses aujourd'hui,
et gardé la monnaie.

589
00:27:35,400 --> 00:27:37,120
Ecoute-moi
très attentivement, Bobby.

590
00:27:37,120 --> 00:27:39,020
La fraude à la carte bancaire,
c'est six mois de probatoire,

591
00:27:39,020 --> 00:27:41,070
le kidnapping c'est perpétuité,
fais tes calculs.

592
00:27:41,080 --> 00:27:44,950
Vous devez me croire, je n'ai rien
à voir avec cet enlèvement.

593
00:27:54,210 --> 00:27:55,240
Kono !

594
00:27:55,240 --> 00:27:57,100
Ouais, t'as quelque chose ?

595
00:27:57,110 --> 00:27:58,620
Moku pense se rappeler
quelque chose

596
00:27:58,620 --> 00:27:59,900
sur le jour où
les gamins étaient là.

597
00:27:59,910 --> 00:28:01,980
Je ne sais pas, peut-être.

598
00:28:01,980 --> 00:28:05,040
Il y avait cet homme,
un peu plus âgé que le reste.

599
00:28:05,470 --> 00:28:08,030
Je m'en rappelle car il s'est
glissé dans la zone VIP,

600
00:28:08,030 --> 00:28:09,870
en disant qu'il avait un truc
promotionnel à faire.

601
00:28:09,870 --> 00:28:12,080
La sécurité a fini par
le virer, mais...

602
00:28:12,080 --> 00:28:15,070
à part ça, c'était juste la classique
et incontrôlable fête de printemps.

603
00:28:15,070 --> 00:28:16,200
Elles marchent ?

604
00:28:17,240 --> 00:28:18,640
Ouais, le patron les a
mises l'an dernier,

605
00:28:18,640 --> 00:28:20,110
pour s'assurer qu'on vérifie
l'âge de tout le monde.

606
00:28:20,110 --> 00:28:21,430
T'as pas vérifié celui
de mon cousin.

607
00:28:21,430 --> 00:28:23,280
- Ouais, mec, à ce sujet...
- Ouais, ouais, ouais.

608
00:28:23,280 --> 00:28:25,130
Au moins tu ne m'as pas
pris pour son père.

609
00:28:25,480 --> 00:28:28,060
Moku, il va nous falloir les
enregistrements de sécurité d'avant-hier.

610
00:28:28,060 --> 00:28:29,060
Bien sûr.

611
00:28:30,300 --> 00:28:31,910
Je crois qu'on a trouvé
un de nos ravisseurs.

612
00:28:34,140 --> 00:28:36,930
Donc voici les 12 jeunes
kidnappés, ils sont tous là

613
00:28:36,930 --> 00:28:38,990
à danser, boire des coups,
s'amuser.

614
00:28:39,940 --> 00:28:41,320
Et il y a ce type.

615
00:28:45,960 --> 00:28:47,320
Correspondance parfaite.

616
00:28:47,320 --> 00:28:49,540
On a lancé une reconnaissance
faciale, mais rien.

617
00:28:49,540 --> 00:28:50,890
Que faisait-il dans ce club ?

618
00:28:50,890 --> 00:28:52,130
Eh bien, au début,

619
00:28:52,130 --> 00:28:54,710
il était juste au bar,
à observer les jeunes.

620
00:28:54,710 --> 00:28:56,090
Et ensuite...

621
00:28:56,090 --> 00:28:59,200
on le voit s'approcher d'eux
dans la zone VIP.

622
00:29:00,320 --> 00:29:01,560
Que leur donne-t-il ?

623
00:29:01,560 --> 00:29:04,580
Des passes, pour la croisière
en catamaran.

624
00:29:04,590 --> 00:29:06,530
On a envoyé cette photo
au tour-opérateur,

625
00:29:06,530 --> 00:29:09,550
il pense que c'est lui qui a acheté
les douze billets en liquide.

626
00:29:09,550 --> 00:29:12,480
Il visait ces gamins, il les a mis sur
ce bateau pour les enlever.

627
00:29:12,480 --> 00:29:14,150
C'est bien joué, à vrai dire.

628
00:29:14,160 --> 00:29:17,170
Quand t'es un gamin, derrière le
cordon rouge de la zone VIP,

629
00:29:17,170 --> 00:29:19,800
logiquement tu as une maman
ou un papa qui peuvent

630
00:29:19,800 --> 00:29:22,180
se permettre de payer
une bonne grosse rançon.

631
00:29:23,060 --> 00:29:24,320
McGarrett.

632
00:29:24,330 --> 00:29:26,340
Steve, ici le Sergent Lukela.

633
00:29:26,660 --> 00:29:28,720
Quelqu'un vient d'appeler
le HPD, demandant à parler

634
00:29:28,730 --> 00:29:30,730
à la personne qui dirige l'enquête.

635
00:29:30,730 --> 00:29:31,930
On l'a mis en attente.

636
00:29:31,930 --> 00:29:33,060
Bien, passez-le moi.

637
00:29:33,060 --> 00:29:34,100
Trace l'appel.

638
00:29:34,100 --> 00:29:35,510
Je vous le passe.

639
00:29:39,150 --> 00:29:40,430
Qui êtes-vous ?

640
00:29:40,680 --> 00:29:42,180
Lt-Commandant Steve McGarrett.

641
00:29:42,550 --> 00:29:44,630
A quoi tu joues, le flic ?

642
00:29:45,550 --> 00:29:47,060
Je ne vois pas de quoi
vous parlez.

643
00:29:47,060 --> 00:29:49,050
Je parle de l'argent.

644
00:29:49,150 --> 00:29:51,310
Tu crois que je ne savais pas que
les parents iraient voir les flics ?

645
00:29:51,320 --> 00:29:52,600
Je m'y attendais.

646
00:29:52,970 --> 00:29:54,070
Mais je ne m'attendais pas

647
00:29:54,070 --> 00:29:56,300
à te voir jouer avec la vie
de leurs enfants.

648
00:29:56,300 --> 00:29:57,580
Donc, où est le reste ?

649
00:29:57,580 --> 00:30:00,530
Bon, attendez.
Nous n'avons rien payé.

650
00:30:00,530 --> 00:30:03,710
Nos instructions étaient très simples,
et t'as tout fait foirer.

651
00:30:03,710 --> 00:30:05,150
Tu devais nous tester,
n'est-ce pas ?

652
00:30:05,160 --> 00:30:06,660
Ecoutez-moi, d'accord ?

653
00:30:06,660 --> 00:30:07,920
Je ne vois pas de quoi
vous parlez...

654
00:30:07,930 --> 00:30:08,920
Assez !

655
00:30:08,920 --> 00:30:10,030
Fini de jouer.

656
00:30:10,030 --> 00:30:13,410
Bon écoutez, calmez-vous.
Calmez-vous, et parlons de tout ça.

657
00:30:13,410 --> 00:30:16,090
Tuer des gens ne vous rapportera
pas d'argent, compris ?

658
00:30:16,090 --> 00:30:18,700
Oh... trop tard pour ça.

659
00:30:18,970 --> 00:30:20,870
De quoi parlez-vous ?

660
00:30:20,910 --> 00:30:22,040
Qu'avez-vous fait ?

661
00:30:23,050 --> 00:30:23,960
Hé, qu'avez-vous...

662
00:30:23,970 --> 00:30:25,240
Qu'avez-vous foutu ?

663
00:30:25,250 --> 00:30:26,440
Je vais te rappeler directement

664
00:30:26,440 --> 00:30:28,130
dans une heure,
avec d'autres instructions.

665
00:30:28,320 --> 00:30:31,450
Je te conseille de les suivre
à la lettre, cette fois.

666
00:30:31,450 --> 00:30:32,930
- Tu l'as ?
- Je l'ai.

667
00:30:32,930 --> 00:30:34,770
Il appelle de Sand Island.

668
00:30:55,070 --> 00:30:56,130
Danny !

669
00:31:00,530 --> 00:31:01,380
Non.

670
00:31:12,900 --> 00:31:14,620
Oh, putain.

671
00:31:33,540 --> 00:31:34,980
Justin...

672
00:31:39,060 --> 00:31:40,280
Mon Dieu, non...

673
00:31:40,400 --> 00:31:41,540
Par pitié...

674
00:31:42,030 --> 00:31:43,120
Par pitié, non.

675
00:31:43,120 --> 00:31:44,050
Qu'allez-vous dire ?

676
00:31:44,050 --> 00:31:45,090
Mme Brown...

677
00:31:45,120 --> 00:31:46,790
Justin est mort, n'est-ce pas ?

678
00:31:46,940 --> 00:31:48,660
Il est mort.

679
00:31:49,150 --> 00:31:51,590
Nous sommes vraiment,
vraiment désolés.

680
00:31:57,130 --> 00:31:58,560
Tu vois ?!

681
00:31:58,560 --> 00:32:00,350
Il est mort par ta faute !

682
00:32:00,350 --> 00:32:02,780
- Non, ne fais pas ça !
- Il est mort !

683
00:32:30,000 --> 00:32:32,640
Après votre départ...

684
00:32:32,640 --> 00:32:35,750
tous les parents ont reçu un appel
des ravisseurs sur leur portable.

685
00:32:35,750 --> 00:32:38,670
Ils voulaient savoir si
nous avions l'argent.

686
00:32:39,060 --> 00:32:43,430
Les autres parents voulaient
vous laisser gérer ça.

687
00:32:43,910 --> 00:32:46,190
Je voulais juste que
Justin revienne.

688
00:32:46,780 --> 00:32:52,350
Donc j'ai mis 400,000 billets
dans un sac à dos.

689
00:32:52,960 --> 00:32:55,540
J'ai pensé que si je donnais
quelque chose à ce type,

690
00:32:56,140 --> 00:32:58,190
il laisserait au moins
partir Justin.

691
00:32:58,850 --> 00:33:00,740
Donc j'ai déposé l'argent,

692
00:33:00,740 --> 00:33:03,290
et je suis revenu ici,
comme il me l'avait dit.

693
00:33:03,620 --> 00:33:06,400
Nous pensions que c'était
mon fils...

694
00:33:07,340 --> 00:33:09,640
qui frappait à la porte.

695
00:33:14,680 --> 00:33:17,210
Oh mon Dieu, qu'ai-je fait ?

696
00:33:21,510 --> 00:33:23,230
Qu'ai-je fait ?

697
00:33:27,490 --> 00:33:29,710
La balistique a examiné la balle
qu'ils ont extraite de Justin.

698
00:33:29,710 --> 00:33:32,570
Elle correspond à celles qu'ils ont extraites
du capitaine du bateau et du pirate.

699
00:33:32,570 --> 00:33:34,830
Chef, le ravisseur doit rappeler
quand pour les instructions ?

700
00:33:34,830 --> 00:33:35,690
Dans moins d'une minute.

701
00:33:35,690 --> 00:33:37,100
Que vas-tu faire ?

702
00:33:37,930 --> 00:33:38,990
C'est lui.

703
00:33:41,860 --> 00:33:42,670
Là.

704
00:33:45,840 --> 00:33:47,340
Vous n'aviez pas à tuer
ce garçon.

705
00:33:47,340 --> 00:33:49,700
Non, mais j'ai attiré votre
attention, n'est-ce pas ?

706
00:33:49,700 --> 00:33:51,410
Ecoutez-moi, vous croyez que
vous allez vous en sortir ?

707
00:33:51,410 --> 00:33:54,460
C'est une petite île,
je vais vous retrouver.

708
00:33:54,960 --> 00:33:56,540
Je ne pense pas, Steve.

709
00:33:56,540 --> 00:33:58,690
Vous avez une heure pour
rassembler l'argent,

710
00:33:58,690 --> 00:34:00,790
sinon les autres otages meurent.

711
00:34:00,790 --> 00:34:02,650
Vous trouverez un bus
rempli de gamins,

712
00:34:02,650 --> 00:34:05,060
garé en un lieu dont
je vous donnerai l'adresse

713
00:34:05,060 --> 00:34:06,320
lors de mon prochain appel.

714
00:34:06,330 --> 00:34:07,630
Dès que vous aurez
déposé l'argent,

715
00:34:07,630 --> 00:34:09,820
nous irons tous à l'aéroport
d'Honolulu.

716
00:34:09,830 --> 00:34:12,040
Assurez-vous qu'il y ait un jet privé,
plein de carburant,

717
00:34:12,040 --> 00:34:13,260
et prêt à décoller.

718
00:34:13,270 --> 00:34:15,650
Dès que mes associés et moi
serons dans l'avion,

719
00:34:15,650 --> 00:34:17,570
les otages seront libérés.

720
00:34:17,570 --> 00:34:19,760
Vous n'avez jamais mentionné
un avion, d'accord ?

721
00:34:19,760 --> 00:34:20,660
Il me faut plus de temps.

722
00:34:20,670 --> 00:34:22,770
Vous n'en avez pas.
Une heure.

723
00:34:24,660 --> 00:34:25,670
D'accord.

724
00:34:26,320 --> 00:34:27,070
J'y serai.

725
00:34:27,070 --> 00:34:28,460
Non non, vous n'y serez pas.

726
00:34:28,460 --> 00:34:30,340
Vous pensez que je vais
me jeter dans un piège ?

727
00:34:30,860 --> 00:34:33,470
Qui voulez-vous pour
livrer l'argent ?

728
00:34:34,700 --> 00:34:36,860
La fille qui était dans
le journal ce matin.

729
00:34:37,050 --> 00:34:39,050
Celle qui s'est échappée
l'autre fois.

730
00:34:39,060 --> 00:34:40,180
C'est une civile.

731
00:34:40,180 --> 00:34:41,750
Vous savez que je
ne peux pas faire ça.

732
00:34:41,760 --> 00:34:44,520
J'amènerai l'argent en personne,
et je ne serai pas armé.

733
00:34:44,520 --> 00:34:46,240
Vous avez ma parole,
d'accord ?

734
00:34:46,240 --> 00:34:49,840
Pas de flics. Si je sens un piège,
les gamins meurent, compris ?

735
00:34:49,850 --> 00:34:52,920
Susan fait l'échange elle-même.

736
00:34:53,380 --> 00:34:55,150
Ecoutez, je ne peux pas
la laisser faire ça.

737
00:34:55,160 --> 00:34:57,580
Vous ne comprenez pas,
vous n'avez pas le choix.

738
00:34:57,580 --> 00:34:59,900
C'est la seule que je connaisse
qui ne soit pas un flic.

739
00:34:59,900 --> 00:35:00,840
Il me faut plus de temps.

740
00:35:00,840 --> 00:35:02,600
Vous avez 59 minutes.

741
00:35:02,600 --> 00:35:04,780
Vous voulez encore perdre
du temps à me parler ?

742
00:35:04,790 --> 00:35:06,330
Je ne crois pas.

743
00:35:07,450 --> 00:35:08,430
Tu l'as localisé ?

744
00:35:08,430 --> 00:35:10,030
Il a raccroché avant
qu'on le localise.

745
00:35:10,030 --> 00:35:11,690
Bon, le HPD a peut-être
un sosie

746
00:35:11,690 --> 00:35:14,010
- qu'on pourrait infiltrer.
- Non non, on n'a pas le temps.

747
00:35:14,020 --> 00:35:16,670
S'ils voient qu'elle est flic,
les gamins sont morts.

748
00:35:16,670 --> 00:35:19,560
Tu n'envisages pas sérieusement
d'envoyer Susan, n'est-ce pas ?

749
00:35:23,930 --> 00:35:25,840
C'est la seule qui puisse le faire.

750
00:35:48,570 --> 00:35:51,420
Je ne comprends pas, pourquoi
veulent-ils que je le fasse ?

751
00:35:51,430 --> 00:35:53,710
Parce que les ravisseurs vous
ont vue dans le journal.

752
00:35:54,070 --> 00:35:55,900
Ils savent que vous
n'êtes pas un flic.

753
00:35:57,320 --> 00:36:00,360
Ecoutez, je sais que ce qu'on
vous demande est effrayant.

754
00:36:00,360 --> 00:36:03,170
Si je pouvais le faire moi-même,
je le ferai, mais je ne peux pas.

755
00:36:03,340 --> 00:36:06,260
Le fait est que si vous
ne nous aidez pas...

756
00:36:07,080 --> 00:36:08,970
ces gamins vont mourir.

757
00:36:10,910 --> 00:36:13,000
Je ne sais pas, je veux dire...

758
00:36:13,270 --> 00:36:15,910
Les journaux disent qu'ils
en ont déjà tué un.

759
00:36:15,920 --> 00:36:17,070
C'est vrai ?

760
00:36:17,070 --> 00:36:17,900
Oui, c'est vrai.

761
00:36:19,120 --> 00:36:21,820
Il s'appelait Justin Brown,
et il avait 19 ans.

762
00:36:24,820 --> 00:36:26,530
Susan, écoutez-moi,
d'accord ?

763
00:36:26,530 --> 00:36:28,110
L'argent est là.

764
00:36:29,080 --> 00:36:30,810
Malheureusement,
vous êtes la seule chance

765
00:36:30,810 --> 00:36:33,960
que ces parents aient de revoir
leurs enfants en vie.

766
00:36:35,080 --> 00:36:37,150
Ces gens, ils ont tué votre ami.

767
00:36:37,470 --> 00:36:40,950
Susan, c'est votre chance
de pouvoir y remédier.

768
00:36:41,590 --> 00:36:43,420
Et si je commets une erreur ?

769
00:36:44,080 --> 00:36:46,690
Je serai là.
On sera tous là, d'accord ?

770
00:36:46,690 --> 00:36:47,900
Je vous le promets.

771
00:36:49,720 --> 00:36:51,240
Ce sont eux.

772
00:36:51,930 --> 00:36:53,520
Il me faut une réponse.

773
00:36:57,030 --> 00:36:59,160
Susan, j'ai besoin d'une réponse.

774
00:37:02,210 --> 00:37:03,330
D'accord.

775
00:37:07,130 --> 00:37:08,350
J'ai votre argent.

776
00:37:08,350 --> 00:37:11,370
Il y a un entrepôt
au 44, Industrial Way.

777
00:37:11,370 --> 00:37:13,370
Que la fille entre avec l'argent.

778
00:37:13,370 --> 00:37:15,510
Elle reviendra dans le bus
avec le reste des otages,

779
00:37:15,510 --> 00:37:17,010
et sera relâchée à l'aéroport.

780
00:37:17,010 --> 00:37:18,930
Vous avez 15 minutes.

781
00:37:20,040 --> 00:37:21,340
Debout.

782
00:37:22,220 --> 00:37:23,610
Debout !

783
00:37:44,370 --> 00:37:47,010
On dirait que les otages
sont déjà dans le bus.

784
00:37:48,000 --> 00:37:50,280
Ça bouge dans l'entrepôt,
et il y a des armes.

785
00:37:50,290 --> 00:37:51,930
Je suppose que ce sont
les ravisseurs.

786
00:37:51,930 --> 00:37:52,830
D'accord, donc c'est...

787
00:37:57,630 --> 00:38:00,490
Nous écouterons tout ce qui se passe
autour de vous, et cette oreillette

788
00:38:00,490 --> 00:38:02,340
vous permettra d'entendre
tout ce qu'on dit.

789
00:38:02,340 --> 00:38:04,190
Vous m'entendez correctement ?

790
00:38:04,190 --> 00:38:05,100
Bien.

791
00:38:08,680 --> 00:38:11,180
Nous serons là si ça devait
mal tourner, d'accord ?

792
00:38:11,610 --> 00:38:13,570
Vous pouvez le faire, Susie.

793
00:38:13,580 --> 00:38:15,890
Ça va aller, on vous couvre,
d'accord ?

794
00:38:16,530 --> 00:38:18,260
Ça va aller.

795
00:38:43,430 --> 00:38:44,190
Très bien.

796
00:38:52,730 --> 00:38:53,960
Très bien, Susan,

797
00:38:54,870 --> 00:38:56,840
faites exactement ce qu'ils disent.

798
00:38:57,410 --> 00:38:59,920
Ce sera fini avant que vous

00:09:24,482 --> 00:09:25,482
and both of them
are wearing ski masks.

161
00:09:25,567 --> 00:09:27,651
But I'm accumulating
biometric data,

162
00:09:27,736 --> 00:09:29,537
so we can run comparisons
when a suspect turns up.

163
00:09:29,604 --> 00:09:31,689
Nice.

164
00:09:31,773 --> 00:09:33,741
So the HPD pulled the passenger
manifest from the tour operator,

165
00:09:33,808 --> 00:09:34,975
ran their names--
all of them

166
00:09:35,043 --> 00:09:36,660
from the mainland,
East Coast, college age.

167
00:09:36,745 --> 00:09:39,346
Now, some of them went to the
same school and flew in together

168
00:09:39,414 --> 00:09:40,865
but there's
no rap sheets,

169
00:09:40,949 --> 00:09:42,616
no sealed juvie records,

170
00:09:42,667 --> 00:09:44,201
nothing to show that this
wasn't a random attack.

171
00:09:44,286 --> 00:09:46,170
All right... I just got off
the phone with the FBI.

172
00:09:46,254 --> 00:09:48,672
Good news is:
kids are still alive.

173
00:09:48,757 --> 00:09:50,541
Bad news is:
they have been kidnapped.

174
00:09:50,625 --> 00:09:51,825
All right, two hours ago,

175
00:09:51,877 --> 00:09:53,060
the parents started
receiving ransom demands,

176
00:09:53,128 --> 00:09:54,328
the FBI was called,

177
00:09:54,396 --> 00:09:56,163
but the Governor--smooth--
put the brakes on that.

178
00:09:56,231 --> 00:09:57,548
She wants us running
with the case

179
00:09:57,632 --> 00:09:59,066
because we are the ones
who caught it.

180
00:09:59,134 --> 00:10:01,302
Good.
Okay, what about this ransom?

181
00:10:01,353 --> 00:10:02,836
$20 million.

182
00:10:02,904 --> 00:10:05,389
Yeah. Each of the parents
received a call

183
00:10:05,473 --> 00:10:07,241
on their cell phone.
Same exact call.

184
00:10:07,309 --> 00:10:08,976
And, unlike having
lunch with you,

185
00:10:09,027 --> 00:10:11,979
they don't care how the check is
split, they just want the money.

186
00:10:12,030 --> 00:10:13,914
20 mill-- someone knew these
kids' parents had money.

187
00:10:13,982 --> 00:10:16,200
Yeah, uh, it's highly likely
these guys were targeted.

188
00:10:16,284 --> 00:10:18,285
Or our pirates got lucky.
They realized what they had,

189
00:10:18,353 --> 00:10:19,920
and decided to go
for the crazy money.

190
00:10:19,988 --> 00:10:21,322
All right. I want to
talk to the parents.

191
00:10:21,389 --> 00:10:23,123
Well, the first couple just
landed-- they got the call

192
00:10:23,191 --> 00:10:25,492
on the West Coast. The other
ones are still up in the air.

193
00:10:25,543 --> 00:10:27,227
Fine. Have HPD bring them in.

194
00:10:27,295 --> 00:10:28,879
In the meantime,
we'll set up

195
00:10:28,964 --> 00:10:30,497
a holding area at the Hilton
for the other families.

196
00:10:30,565 --> 00:10:32,366
We'll make sure there's grief
counselors standing by, okay?

197
00:10:32,434 --> 00:10:34,635
These people are going to land,
they're going to have questions.

198
00:10:34,702 --> 00:10:36,136
Let's get some answers.

199
00:10:37,906 --> 00:10:40,140
DISTORTED VOICE
Listen to me very carefully.

200
00:10:40,208 --> 00:10:42,142
If you want to see
your kid alive again,

201
00:10:42,210 --> 00:10:43,844
you'll do exactly what we ask.

202
00:10:43,912 --> 00:10:45,412
MR. LAYTON:
How do I know you
have my daughter?

203
00:10:45,480 --> 00:10:47,014
How do I know she's alive?

204
00:10:47,065 --> 00:10:48,182
JOSIE
Daddy?

205
00:10:48,249 --> 00:10:49,516
Josie!

206
00:10:49,584 --> 00:10:50,985
Daddy, I'm so scared.

207
00:10:51,052 --> 00:10:52,853
MR. LAYTON: Baby, it's gonna be
okay, I promise.

208
00:10:52,921 --> 00:10:54,288
DISTORTED VOICE:
There's your proof of life.

209
00:10:54,356 --> 00:10:57,557
Now get the money, or we'll
send you proof of death.

210
00:10:57,609 --> 00:11:00,227
Please.
She's our little girl.

211
00:11:00,295 --> 00:11:03,063
You have to find her.

212
00:11:05,333 --> 00:11:06,967
I will.

213
00:11:08,119 --> 00:11:09,536
I will.

214
00:11:18,213 --> 00:11:19,913
What you doing, bud?

215
00:11:19,981 --> 00:11:21,915
Huh?
What are you doing there?

216
00:11:21,983 --> 00:11:23,884
I'm buying a car. What does it
look like I'm doing?

217
00:11:23,952 --> 00:11:25,719
It looks like you're doing
Downward Dog, but I know

218
00:11:25,770 --> 00:11:26,887
you don't do yoga, so...
That's funny.

219
00:11:26,955 --> 00:11:28,389
No, I am stretching
because my back hurts.

220
00:11:28,440 --> 00:11:29,690
Do you know why my back hurts?

221
00:11:29,758 --> 00:11:31,025
No, I don't know.
Why does your back hurt?

222
00:11:31,092 --> 00:11:32,693
I'll tell you why--
it's because I spent

223
00:11:32,761 --> 00:11:35,029
the morning pushing a car
down the Pali Highway.

224
00:11:35,096 --> 00:11:37,898
Oh. Oh, where I come from,
that's called good exercise.

225
00:11:37,966 --> 00:11:39,199
Oh, really?
Where is that, Krypton?

226
00:11:39,267 --> 00:11:40,617
'Cause where I come from,
that's called

227
00:11:40,702 --> 00:11:41,969
a worker's comp settlement.

228
00:11:42,037 --> 00:11:43,070
Hey.

229
00:11:43,138 --> 00:11:45,072
Big guy, over here, man.
Oh, my God.

230
00:11:45,123 --> 00:11:46,974
Hey, check him out.

231
00:11:48,977 --> 00:11:50,444
You're wearing a plastic bag.

232
00:11:50,495 --> 00:11:52,112
Whew!

233
00:11:52,163 --> 00:11:54,298
You, uh, need some
oxygen, babe?

234
00:11:54,382 --> 00:11:55,466
I'm good.

235
00:11:55,550 --> 00:11:56,550
No, you don't
look good.

236
00:11:56,617 --> 00:11:57,985
You look like you
might be dying.

237
00:11:58,053 --> 00:11:59,319
It's true. You don't look good.

238
00:12:00,822 --> 00:12:02,556
I'm good.
How'd you guys find me?

239
00:12:02,624 --> 00:12:03,557
We went by your shop.

240
00:12:03,625 --> 00:12:04,725
They told us you
were out here.

241
00:12:04,793 --> 00:12:06,093
They're fired.

242
00:12:06,144 --> 00:12:08,562
When did you start,
uh, jogging?

243
00:12:08,629 --> 00:12:10,564
I'm in training, brah.

244
00:12:10,631 --> 00:12:12,099
Did he just say he's
in a training bra?

245
00:12:12,150 --> 00:12:13,484
No, he...
Very funny.

246
00:12:13,568 --> 00:12:15,152
I'm training
for a sumo competition.

247
00:12:15,236 --> 00:12:16,636
Oh. Sumo.

248
00:12:16,688 --> 00:12:17,938
Sumo.

249
00:12:18,006 --> 00:12:19,273
Shouldn't you be, uh,
wearing a diaper?

250
00:12:19,324 --> 00:12:20,507
Big diaper?
Something like that?

251
00:12:20,575 --> 00:12:21,842
It's called a mawashi, brah.

252
00:12:21,910 --> 00:12:23,711
Lip off to me one more time.

253
00:12:23,778 --> 00:12:26,914
I'll give you a personal introduction to the sport.
I like my odds. Bring it.

254
00:12:26,981 --> 00:12:28,248
Hey, look, guys, we don't
have time for this.

255
00:12:28,316 --> 00:12:29,383
All right? Come on.

256
00:12:30,418 --> 00:12:31,985
I assume you guys need help.

257
00:12:32,053 --> 00:12:33,504
Yes, we do.
What do you know

258
00:12:33,588 --> 00:12:34,988
about these local pirates
jacking tourists?

259
00:12:35,056 --> 00:12:36,824
Only what I read in the papers.

260
00:12:36,891 --> 00:12:39,626
Bunch of Tongan bruddahs
taking down lightweight scores.

261
00:12:39,694 --> 00:12:42,129
Nothing serious. Yeah, well, they
just graduated to heavyweight.

262
00:12:42,197 --> 00:12:44,515
They're now kidnapping
and murdering people.

263
00:12:44,599 --> 00:12:46,800
12 kids from the mainland
missing just like that.

264
00:12:46,868 --> 00:12:48,001
Now their parents
are getting hit up

265
00:12:48,069 --> 00:12:49,053
for an eight-figure payday.

266
00:12:49,137 --> 00:12:50,304
Which means
we're after a crew

267
00:12:50,371 --> 00:12:52,773
that don't play
by the rules.

268
00:12:52,841 --> 00:12:54,842
Okay, what-what's...
why the mysterious looks?

269
00:12:54,909 --> 00:12:56,360
What's going...
what do you know?

270
00:12:56,444 --> 00:13:01,248
Couple years ago,
there was a kidnapping.

271
00:13:01,316 --> 00:13:05,652
Young... young couple from
Dubai tied in to big money.

272
00:13:05,720 --> 00:13:07,855
Something went wrong
at the drop.

273
00:13:07,922 --> 00:13:08,889
Couple was killed.

274
00:13:08,957 --> 00:13:10,124
I didn't believe it
then, but...

275
00:13:10,191 --> 00:13:11,525
word on the street was...

276
00:13:11,593 --> 00:13:13,710
it was a rogue Tongan gang
that did the job.

277
00:13:16,064 --> 00:13:17,998
You think there's
any connection?

278
00:13:18,049 --> 00:13:19,166
You tell us.

279
00:13:21,136 --> 00:13:23,253
I'll make some calls.

280
00:13:26,591 --> 00:13:28,208
Kono.
Yeah.

281
00:13:28,259 --> 00:13:30,043
You good at puzzles?

282
00:13:30,095 --> 00:13:31,311
Well, what do you got?

283
00:13:31,379 --> 00:13:33,714
Max just sent over
his autopsy results.

284
00:13:33,782 --> 00:13:36,383
Both of these vics were killed
by gunshot wounds to the chest,

285
00:13:36,451 --> 00:13:38,852
but their times of death
were a day apart.

286
00:13:38,920 --> 00:13:40,220
Excuse me?

287
00:13:40,288 --> 00:13:42,689
All right, let me get this
straight, so I understand.

288
00:13:42,740 --> 00:13:44,274
Our-our victims were killed
at different times?

289
00:13:44,359 --> 00:13:45,626
Yeah, 24 hours apart.

290
00:13:45,693 --> 00:13:48,579
Okay, so...
so that means that either Max

291
00:13:48,663 --> 00:13:52,933
is dead wrong, or we are dealing
with a Tongan pirate zombie.

292
00:13:53,001 --> 00:13:54,468
It's possible.
No, it's not possible.

293
00:13:54,536 --> 00:13:56,286
I was kidding. No, listen.
What I'm saying is,

294
00:13:56,371 --> 00:13:58,305
if our Tongan pirate
was killed a full day earlier,

295
00:13:58,373 --> 00:13:59,907
he could have been dumped
on the boat.

296
00:13:59,974 --> 00:14:01,608
And ballistics confirm
that both vics

297
00:14:01,676 --> 00:14:03,277
were killed by the same gun.

298
00:14:03,311 --> 00:14:05,279
Slugs were 7.62 caliber.

299
00:14:05,346 --> 00:14:07,414
AK-47s use 7.62's.

300
00:14:07,465 --> 00:14:09,099
All right, so this means
that our Tongan victim

301
00:14:09,184 --> 00:14:11,885
could have been killed
by his own people, right?

302
00:14:11,953 --> 00:14:13,086
Unless somebody dumped the body

303
00:14:13,154 --> 00:14:14,788
at the scene of the kidnapping
to frame them.

304
00:14:14,856 --> 00:14:16,273
Okay, good!

305
00:14:16,357 --> 00:14:18,108
So our suspect pool
has now expanded

306
00:14:18,193 --> 00:14:20,594
to anybody who has beef
with the Tongans. Yeah.

307
00:14:20,662 --> 00:14:22,262
Oh, that could be half
the island, brah.

308
00:14:22,313 --> 00:14:23,697
Thank you.
Okay.

309
00:14:23,764 --> 00:14:25,315
Hey, that was Kamekona.

310
00:14:25,400 --> 00:14:27,818
He's got a lead--
guy named Big Lono.

311
00:14:27,902 --> 00:14:29,453
He owns a pawn
shop in Kalihi.

312
00:14:29,537 --> 00:14:30,954
Uh, place is being used to move

313
00:14:31,039 --> 00:14:32,206
the pirate''
stolen merch,

314
00:14:32,273 --> 00:14:34,458
so if anybody knows where
to find these guys,

315
00:14:34,542 --> 00:14:36,610
it's going to
be Big Lono.

316
00:14:41,416 --> 00:14:43,684
I don't know where you got
your information from,

317
00:14:43,751 --> 00:14:46,119
but you're wrong.
Okay. Lono...

318
00:14:46,187 --> 00:14:47,487
understand, please.
It's not about you.

319
00:14:47,555 --> 00:14:48,755
This is about 12 missing kids

320
00:14:48,806 --> 00:14:50,257
and finding the men
that kidnapped them.

321
00:14:50,325 --> 00:14:51,658
I don't know
nothing about that.

322
00:14:51,726 --> 00:14:53,193
I run an honest
business here.

323
00:14:53,261 --> 00:14:54,845
It's an honest business.
Okay.

324
00:14:54,929 --> 00:14:56,997
So, if it's an honest business,
then, please,

325
00:14:57,065 --> 00:14:58,999
just open this door, huh?

326
00:14:59,067 --> 00:15:00,851
And so long as we don't find
any stolen merchandise,

327
00:15:00,935 --> 00:15:02,970
then we will know
that you are not doing business

328
00:15:03,037 --> 00:15:06,139
with, uh... the pirates,
and, uh, we'll be on our way.

329
00:15:06,207 --> 00:15:08,208
Forget it.

330
00:15:10,011 --> 00:15:12,613
You see that door?
That's built to withstand

331
00:15:12,680 --> 00:15:14,948
a 300-pound Samoan
meth addict.

332
00:15:14,999 --> 00:15:18,051
So back off before you
break a nail, sunshine.

333
00:15:18,119 --> 00:15:19,987
Huh. That's good.
How about you open it

334
00:15:20,054 --> 00:15:21,955
or I'll come over there
and I'll break your face?

335
00:15:22,023 --> 00:15:23,390
You got some kind
of learning disability?

336
00:15:23,458 --> 00:15:24,691
Read my lips.

337
00:15:24,759 --> 00:15:25,959
You, me--

338
00:15:26,027 --> 00:15:27,361
we're done talking.

339
00:15:27,428 --> 00:15:29,062
Is that right?
Look, you seem to be

340
00:15:29,130 --> 00:15:30,631
the more rational
of the two.

341
00:15:30,698 --> 00:15:33,166
He...? LONO: So
I'll say this one more time.

342
00:15:33,234 --> 00:15:35,602
I can't help you.
I'm sorry.

343
00:15:37,472 --> 00:15:39,306
You have five seconds
to open the door.

344
00:15:39,374 --> 00:15:40,641
Or what?
One.

345
00:15:40,708 --> 00:15:41,909
What you going to do?
Two.

346
00:15:41,976 --> 00:15:43,043
My cousin's a lawyer,

347
00:15:43,111 --> 00:15:44,578
so I know my rights.
Three.

348
00:15:44,646 --> 00:15:46,396
Four.
And you can't come in here

349
00:15:46,481 --> 00:15:47,514
without a warrant.

350
00:15:47,582 --> 00:15:49,383
Five.
Time's up.

351
00:15:49,450 --> 00:15:50,817
You going to open the door?

352
00:15:50,885 --> 00:15:52,152
Not a chance.
Okay.

353
00:15:52,220 --> 00:15:53,921
I'll be back.

354
00:15:53,988 --> 00:15:55,722
"I'll be back"?!

355
00:15:55,790 --> 00:15:57,758
That... he's done
a lot better. Trust me.

356
00:15:57,825 --> 00:15:59,393
That's all you can come up with,
is "I'll be back?"

357
00:15:59,460 --> 00:16:01,695
I got something.
I got something good.

358
00:16:01,763 --> 00:16:04,197
What are you going to do, drive
the car through the, uh...?

359
00:16:04,249 --> 00:16:05,565
Hey! I got the keys.

360
00:16:05,633 --> 00:16:07,784
¿Quieres llaves?

361
00:16:10,722 --> 00:16:11,939
You see what you did?

362
00:16:12,006 --> 00:16:13,590
I don't know what
he's going to do,

363
00:16:13,675 --> 00:16:15,776
but if I were you, I'd run--
out the back,

364
00:16:15,843 --> 00:16:17,544
side, roof-- go.

365
00:16:17,612 --> 00:16:19,513
A grenade. He has a grenade.

366
00:16:19,564 --> 00:16:21,081
Why do you have a grenade?
He's got a grenade.

367
00:16:21,149 --> 00:16:22,549
You see this?
You see this?

368
00:16:22,600 --> 00:16:24,084
He's not bluffing.
He will pull the pin

369
00:16:24,152 --> 00:16:25,352
and blow everybody up.

370
00:16:25,403 --> 00:16:26,920
So will you
trust me, please?

371
00:16:26,988 --> 00:16:28,088
That thing's not even real.

372
00:16:28,156 --> 00:16:29,723
Are you going to
open the door?

373
00:16:29,774 --> 00:16:31,091
Not a chance.

374
00:16:31,159 --> 00:16:33,076
Okay.

375
00:16:35,113 --> 00:16:36,430
You sure?

376
00:16:38,433 --> 00:16:40,033
Okay.

377
00:16:40,084 --> 00:16:42,786
You're not bl...
you're not bluffing. Go. Go.

378
00:16:44,939 --> 00:16:46,306
Move.
That's so sick.

379
00:16:54,048 --> 00:16:55,449
Come on!

380
00:16:55,516 --> 00:16:57,117
What is the matter with you?

381
00:16:57,185 --> 00:16:58,251
You need help.

382
00:16:58,319 --> 00:17:00,053
I will pay for it.

383
00:17:05,443 --> 00:17:08,028
Why?

384
00:17:11,532 --> 00:17:13,400
Let me see your hands.

385
00:17:13,468 --> 00:17:15,902
What'd I tell you?

386
00:17:15,970 --> 00:17:17,170
You see how that worked?

387
00:17:18,673 --> 00:17:20,273
This could have
been avoided.

388
00:17:23,294 --> 00:17:25,278
Lono, you remember...

389
00:17:25,346 --> 00:17:26,813
all that hot stuff

390
00:17:26,881 --> 00:17:28,849
that you said
you did not have,

391
00:17:28,916 --> 00:17:30,484
that you assured me
that the pirates

392
00:17:30,551 --> 00:17:32,686
did not give to you to sell?

393
00:17:32,754 --> 00:17:34,921
This--

394
00:17:34,989 --> 00:17:37,190
this gold money clip--
it's on a police report

395
00:17:37,258 --> 00:17:39,459
of items stolen
by the Tongan pirates.

396
00:17:39,510 --> 00:17:42,095
Now, how do you
explain that? You can't.

397
00:17:42,163 --> 00:17:43,397
Where do we find these guys?

398
00:17:57,078 --> 00:17:58,445
Hands! Hands!

399
00:17:58,496 --> 00:17:59,713
Let me see your hands!

400
00:17:59,781 --> 00:18:00,947
Let's go!
Secure.

401
00:18:01,015 --> 00:18:02,982
Clear. Secure.
Put your hands up!

402
00:18:03,034 --> 00:18:04,201
Hey, brah, you can't
go in there!

403
00:18:04,285 --> 00:18:05,535
Hey, you, shut up.

404
00:18:17,065 --> 00:18:18,298
Hey, place is clear.

405
00:18:18,349 --> 00:18:19,699
There's no sign of hostages.

406
00:18:22,720 --> 00:18:24,838
Then where the hell are they?

407
00:18:57,024 --> 00:18:58,416
Make sure you get a close-up
on the eyes, Scotty.

408
00:18:58,650 --> 00:19:01,885
I need it for a biometric
comparison test.

409
00:19:19,313 --> 00:19:20,047
Saloni,

410
00:19:20,113 --> 00:19:21,413
you kidnapped a
couple of kids

411
00:19:21,481 --> 00:19:23,482
off Waikiki yesterday.
Where are they?

412
00:19:23,550 --> 00:19:26,251
Don't know what
you're talking about, brah.

413
00:19:26,319 --> 00:19:28,020
Where are you holding them?

414
00:19:30,490 --> 00:19:31,990
How about this guy?

415
00:19:32,058 --> 00:19:33,792
You ever seen him? Huh?

416
00:19:40,150 --> 00:19:41,733
His name is Vai Keoni.

417
00:19:41,801 --> 00:19:43,068
He's my cousin.

418
00:19:43,119 --> 00:19:44,269
Who-who killed him?

419
00:19:44,337 --> 00:19:45,604
Why don't
you tell us?

420
00:19:46,973 --> 00:19:50,442
If I knew,
that guy would be dead.

421
00:19:55,448 --> 00:19:57,132
Okay.

422
00:19:57,217 --> 00:19:58,884
You want the truth, McGarrett?

423
00:20:00,587 --> 00:20:02,588
I rob people.

424
00:20:02,639 --> 00:20:04,690
People who can afford
to take the loss.

425
00:20:04,757 --> 00:20:08,143
Rich tourists who have
no respect for these islands.

426
00:20:08,228 --> 00:20:11,497
I rip them off, but...
I don't hurt them.

427
00:20:11,564 --> 00:20:13,265
These questions
you're asking me,

428
00:20:13,333 --> 00:20:14,967
I can't answer.

429
00:20:15,034 --> 00:20:16,702
I didn't kill
my own cousin,

430
00:20:16,769 --> 00:20:17,936
and I sure didn't
kidnap any

431
00:20:18,004 --> 00:20:19,388
of these kids you're talking about.
Fine.

432
00:20:19,455 --> 00:20:21,807
When was the last time you saw Vai?
Couple of days ago.

433
00:20:21,875 --> 00:20:23,742
He said he got a call
from some folks in town.

434
00:20:23,810 --> 00:20:25,327
They said they had
a little work for him.

435
00:20:25,411 --> 00:20:27,279
What kind of work?
Didn't ask.

436
00:20:27,330 --> 00:20:28,280
Who hired him?

437
00:20:28,348 --> 00:20:29,581
Didn't ask.

438
00:20:29,649 --> 00:20:31,316
That's just the way it goes.

439
00:20:31,384 --> 00:20:32,451
Oh, so...

440
00:20:32,502 --> 00:20:34,086
you pirates have, um...

441
00:20:34,153 --> 00:20:36,655
like, a piratey code
of silence thing?

442
00:20:36,723 --> 00:20:38,173
Hoo-ya.

443
00:20:39,048 --> 00:20:39,997
How about this?

444
00:20:40,065 --> 00:20:40,998
Two people are dead.

445
00:20:41,050 --> 00:20:42,233
12 kids missing.

446
00:20:42,301 --> 00:20:43,868
And I don't care
if you did it or not--

447
00:20:43,919 --> 00:20:45,303
I'm going to make sure
you go to prison

448
00:20:45,370 --> 00:20:47,371
and you stay there for the rest
of your life. How about that?

449
00:20:47,439 --> 00:20:48,840
Take off my watch.

450
00:20:48,907 --> 00:20:50,341
What?

451
00:20:50,409 --> 00:20:52,176
Take off my watch.

452
00:20:52,244 --> 00:20:54,212
Go ahead, take it off.
All right. Okay.

453
00:20:57,683 --> 00:20:59,217
My boys and I
took it off

454
00:20:59,284 --> 00:21:00,435
a deep-sea fishing charter

455
00:21:00,519 --> 00:21:02,353
off the coast of Molokai
yesterday afternoon.

456
00:21:02,421 --> 00:21:03,955
There is no way

457
00:21:04,022 --> 00:21:06,224
we can get from there to Waikiki

458
00:21:06,291 --> 00:21:07,558
to kidnap these kids
you're talking...

459
00:21:07,609 --> 00:21:08,693
How do we know that you...

460
00:21:08,761 --> 00:21:10,895
It's engraved, "To my
loving husband, Bert."

461
00:21:10,946 --> 00:21:13,131
Portly fellow,
Boston accent,

462
00:21:13,198 --> 00:21:14,866
weak bladder.

463
00:21:14,917 --> 00:21:17,235
You think this
is funny? Huh?

464
00:21:17,302 --> 00:21:18,586
I'm asking-- you
think it's funny

465
00:21:18,670 --> 00:21:20,070
to put guns in
people's faces?

466
00:21:20,122 --> 00:21:23,207
Look, I'm sure Bert filled out
a police report by now.

467
00:21:23,275 --> 00:21:25,576
Go ahead and check it out,
'cause like I said,

468
00:21:25,644 --> 00:21:27,912
I rob people, McGarrett;
I don't hurt them.

469
00:21:27,980 --> 00:21:30,181
I'm Mr. Aloha,
and I'm not going to go down

470
00:21:30,249 --> 00:21:32,316
for something
that I didn't do, my bruddah.

471
00:21:35,220 --> 00:21:36,521
No matches.

472
00:21:36,588 --> 00:21:38,689
Great, so none
of the guys we busted

473
00:21:38,757 --> 00:21:40,224
attacked that boat
yesterday.

474
00:21:40,275 --> 00:21:42,226
Unless maybe the guys
we caught on the video footage

475
00:21:42,294 --> 00:21:43,778
weren't in the house
when we hit it.

476
00:21:43,862 --> 00:21:46,397
Or maybe it confirms my theory
that this is a frame job.

477
00:21:46,448 --> 00:21:48,099
That is the second
time you said that.

478
00:21:48,167 --> 00:21:49,400
All right, you
really think

479
00:21:49,468 --> 00:21:50,902
someone cloned the
pirates' M.O.?

480
00:21:50,953 --> 00:21:52,436
Look, everything
the kidnappers needed to know

481
00:21:52,504 --> 00:21:54,622
was in the eyewitness report
printed in the newspaper.

482
00:21:54,706 --> 00:21:57,475
All they had to do was copy what
the real pirates did and send us

483
00:21:57,543 --> 00:21:58,843
on a wild goose chase.

484
00:21:58,911 --> 00:22:01,162
And they left us a body to
lead us to Saloni and his crew.

485
00:22:01,246 --> 00:22:02,463
If you are right,

486
00:22:02,548 --> 00:22:04,115
it means whoever
grabbed these kids

487
00:22:04,183 --> 00:22:05,950
are a lot smarter
than we thought.

488
00:22:06,001 --> 00:22:07,852
Not smart enough apparently,
because we figured them out.

489
00:22:25,237 --> 00:22:27,738
Okay, these are them.

490
00:22:33,712 --> 00:22:34,779
Hey, Steve.

491
00:22:34,830 --> 00:22:36,581
Yeah, the parents
are here.

492
00:22:43,839 --> 00:22:45,456
Any word? Anything?
Please?

493
00:22:45,507 --> 00:22:47,324
Ladies and gentlemen,

494
00:22:47,376 --> 00:22:49,160
we'll answer all your questions,
I promise.

495
00:22:49,228 --> 00:22:50,845
My name is
Lieutenant Commander

496
00:22:50,929 --> 00:22:51,846
Steve McGarrett.

497
00:22:51,930 --> 00:22:53,464
I run the Five-0
task force

498
00:22:53,532 --> 00:22:54,966
for the state
of Hawaii.

499
00:22:55,033 --> 00:22:56,500
And along with
the Honolulu Police Department,

500
00:22:56,568 --> 00:22:58,469
I want to assure you
that we are doing

501
00:22:58,537 --> 00:23:00,905
absolutely everything possible
to find your children.

502
00:23:00,973 --> 00:23:03,040
We're hearing that you have
some people in custody.

503
00:23:03,108 --> 00:23:04,342
Is that true?

504
00:23:04,409 --> 00:23:06,527
We do have some suspects
in custody right now.

505
00:23:06,612 --> 00:23:07,578
If they're in custody,

506
00:23:07,646 --> 00:23:08,779
then where are our children?

507
00:23:08,847 --> 00:23:10,198
At this point,
we have no evidence

508
00:23:10,282 --> 00:23:11,449
linking these men
to what happened.

509
00:23:11,516 --> 00:23:12,450
It's been two days

510
00:23:12,517 --> 00:23:14,018
since it happened.
I know.

511
00:23:14,069 --> 00:23:15,119
They're just kids.

512
00:23:15,187 --> 00:23:17,855
Who knows what these people
are doing to them.

513
00:23:17,923 --> 00:23:19,490
Look, if you don't know
where they are,

514
00:23:19,558 --> 00:23:21,358
why don't you just
let us pay the ransom

515
00:23:21,410 --> 00:23:22,743
and we can bring
our kids home.

516
00:23:22,828 --> 00:23:25,630
That would be a bad idea,
sir, Mr...

517
00:23:25,697 --> 00:23:26,631
Brown.
Mr. Brown.

518
00:23:26,698 --> 00:23:27,632
Morris Brown.

519
00:23:27,699 --> 00:23:31,636
And this is my son... Justin.

520
00:23:35,507 --> 00:23:36,974
Mr. Brown, all of you,

521
00:23:37,042 --> 00:23:39,710
what's very important right now
is that you're patient

522
00:23:39,778 --> 00:23:40,745
in a situation
like this.

523
00:23:40,812 --> 00:23:41,979
We will find
your kids.

524
00:23:42,047 --> 00:23:44,982
But you must understand
that nothing positive

525
00:23:45,050 --> 00:23:47,818
will be gained by paying
this ransom, okay?

526
00:23:47,886 --> 00:23:50,655
I've handled many
kidnapping cases personally.

527
00:23:50,722 --> 00:23:52,723
And one misstep
from any one of us,

528
00:23:52,791 --> 00:23:54,258
this can end very, very badly.

529
00:23:54,326 --> 00:23:55,559
I think you're wrong.
You're wrong.

530
00:23:55,611 --> 00:23:57,728
This is just a piece
of business for these guys.

531
00:23:57,779 --> 00:23:59,130
They're just in it
for the money.

532
00:23:59,197 --> 00:24:00,748
And if that's what brings
our kids back,

533
00:24:00,832 --> 00:24:01,966
I say let them have it.

534
00:24:02,034 --> 00:24:04,268
What I need you all
to do right now...

535
00:24:04,336 --> 00:24:06,504
is to trust us.

536
00:24:06,571 --> 00:24:07,838
Just like all of you,

537
00:24:07,906 --> 00:24:10,308
I've been on the other end
of that call.

538
00:24:10,375 --> 00:24:13,094
And believe me, I understand,
it is the worst feeling,

539
00:24:13,178 --> 00:24:16,580
it's-it's the worst feeling
in the world.

540
00:24:16,682 --> 00:24:19,116
But right now, you need
to be strong, okay?

541
00:24:19,184 --> 00:24:22,286
You need to be
strong for your kids,

542
00:24:22,354 --> 00:24:24,255
and you need to let us
handle this.

543
00:24:24,323 --> 00:24:25,890
As soon as we know
something significant,

544
00:24:25,941 --> 00:24:27,458
you will be the first to hear.

545
00:24:27,526 --> 00:24:28,960
You have my word.

546
00:24:29,027 --> 00:24:30,861
So what you're really saying is
y-you don't know anything.

547
00:24:39,104 --> 00:24:42,573
What are the real chances of
getting these kids back alive?

548
00:24:44,609 --> 00:24:46,944
When my father was kidnapped,
I knew from prior experience

549
00:24:46,995 --> 00:24:48,963
that no matter what move
I made on that day,

550
00:24:49,047 --> 00:24:50,381
the results were not
gonna be good.

551
00:24:50,448 --> 00:24:51,799
Okay? I mean,
these situations,

552
00:24:51,883 --> 00:24:54,168
they rarely are.

553
00:24:54,252 --> 00:24:56,671
We're gonna change that.

554
00:24:56,755 --> 00:24:58,339
We're gonna get these kids back.

555
00:24:58,423 --> 00:25:00,257
We're gonna get them
back alive.

556
00:25:05,092 --> 00:25:06,942
Turns out,
Saloni's alibi checks out.

557
00:25:07,027 --> 00:25:09,111
That watch he had
was taken two days ago

558
00:25:09,196 --> 00:25:10,896
from a tourist
on a fishing charter.

559
00:25:10,947 --> 00:25:12,148
Description matches
Saloni and his men.

560
00:25:12,232 --> 00:25:14,300
Oh, look at that, a crook
who tells the truth.

561
00:25:14,368 --> 00:25:15,401
Yeah, really.

562
00:25:15,452 --> 00:25:16,535
What you got?

563
00:25:16,603 --> 00:25:17,803
All right, so I ran
a system check

564
00:25:17,871 --> 00:25:19,372
on the kidnapped kids since
they arrived on the Island.

565
00:25:19,439 --> 00:25:21,674
Credit card charges, phone
calls, that sort of thing.

566
00:25:21,742 --> 00:25:22,958
Mm-hmm.
Couple things stood out.

567
00:25:23,043 --> 00:25:25,628
One, none of them showed
any sort of payment

568
00:25:25,712 --> 00:25:26,879
for the actual cruise.

569
00:25:26,947 --> 00:25:29,048
Well, unless each of them
paid in cash, right?

570
00:25:29,115 --> 00:25:31,450
According to the tour operator,
all 12 tickets were purchased

571
00:25:31,518 --> 00:25:33,652
by one person,
and he paid in cash.

572
00:25:33,720 --> 00:25:35,788
One person. Was it
one of the kids?

573
00:25:35,839 --> 00:25:37,173
No. The tour operator said
he was older.

574
00:25:37,257 --> 00:25:39,058
Hat, sunglasses--
didn't give us much to go on.

575
00:25:39,125 --> 00:25:41,227
Also found another thing

576
00:25:41,294 --> 00:25:43,462
interesting in the kids'
credit card charges.

577
00:25:43,530 --> 00:25:45,481
So some of them stayed
at different hotels

578
00:25:45,565 --> 00:25:46,565
and ate at
different restaurants.

579
00:25:46,633 --> 00:25:48,234
The one thing
they all had in common

580
00:25:48,301 --> 00:25:50,903
was that they had a bar
tab at a club called STORM

581
00:25:50,971 --> 00:25:52,738
the afternoon before
the kidnapping.

582
00:25:52,806 --> 00:25:54,306
According to
the credit card companies,

583
00:25:54,357 --> 00:25:55,975
they also spent
some money there today.

584
00:25:56,042 --> 00:25:57,976
All right.

585
00:25:58,028 --> 00:26:00,079
That means that whoever made
those charges

586
00:26:00,146 --> 00:26:01,280
stole their credit cards.

587
00:26:01,331 --> 00:26:03,048
And can help lead us
to the kidnapped kids.

588
00:26:24,554 --> 00:26:25,504
Four-year college tuition:

589
00:26:25,555 --> 00:26:27,139
$200,000.

590
00:26:27,190 --> 00:26:29,442
Books and
5,000.

591
00:26:29,509 --> 00:26:30,893
Room and
25,000.

592
00:26:30,977 --> 00:26:32,044
Passing out with

593
00:26:32,112 --> 00:26:33,345
two cocktail olives
up your nose...

594
00:26:33,396 --> 00:26:34,780
Priceless.

595
00:26:37,250 --> 00:26:40,753
Hey. I'm sorry, but, uh,
I'm gonna have to I.D. you.

596
00:26:40,821 --> 00:26:42,588
Yeah, no problem.

597
00:26:42,656 --> 00:26:43,722
Oh, you're good, partner.

598
00:26:46,076 --> 00:26:47,026
What's your name?

599
00:26:47,093 --> 00:26:48,527
Moku.
Anyone else work

600
00:26:48,578 --> 00:26:50,546
at the bar with you today, Moku?
Just Bobby and me.

601
00:27:16,623 --> 00:27:18,691
That's a good trick.

602
00:27:18,758 --> 00:27:21,110
I don't know
anything about

603
00:27:21,194 --> 00:27:23,028
any missing kids.

604
00:27:23,079 --> 00:27:24,163
Why'd you run?

605
00:27:25,632 --> 00:27:28,617
You served these kids drinks
two days ago, didn't you?

606
00:27:28,702 --> 00:27:31,036
Let me guess.

607
00:27:31,087 --> 00:27:32,738
You kept an imprint
of the credit cards,

608
00:27:32,806 --> 00:27:34,874
ran some charges today
and kept the cash.

609
00:27:34,925 --> 00:27:36,959
Listen to me
real carefully, Bobby.

610
00:27:37,043 --> 00:27:38,811
Credit card fraud
is six months probation,

611
00:27:38,879 --> 00:27:40,546
kidnapping is life;
you do the math.

612
00:27:40,597 --> 00:27:41,814
You got to believe me,

613
00:27:41,882 --> 00:27:44,350
I had nothing to do
with kidnapping those kids.

614
00:27:54,144 --> 00:27:55,194
Kono.

615
00:27:55,261 --> 00:27:56,612
Yeah. You got something?

616
00:27:56,696 --> 00:27:57,796
Moku thinks
he remembers

617
00:27:57,864 --> 00:27:59,648
something from the day
the kids were here.

618
00:27:59,733 --> 00:28:01,934
I-I don't know, maybe.

619
00:28:01,985 --> 00:28:04,069
There was this guy,
a little bit older than

620
00:28:04,120 --> 00:28:05,404
the rest of the crowd.

621
00:28:05,472 --> 00:28:07,656
I remember him because
he snuck into the VIP section,

622
00:28:07,741 --> 00:28:08,741
said he had some

623
00:28:08,808 --> 00:28:10,659
promotional thing.
Security ended up

624
00:28:10,744 --> 00:28:12,177
kicking him out,
but other than that,

625
00:28:12,245 --> 00:28:13,245
it was just your ordinary

626
00:28:13,296 --> 00:28:14,847
out of control
spring break party.

627
00:28:14,915 --> 00:28:15,948
Those work?

628
00:28:16,016 --> 00:28:18,083
Yeah, boss put them in
last year

629
00:28:18,134 --> 00:28:19,451
to make sure we
carded everyone.

630
00:28:19,502 --> 00:28:20,669
You didn't card my cousin.

631
00:28:20,754 --> 00:28:22,471
Yeah, man, about that...

632
00:28:22,556 --> 00:28:24,423
Yeah, yeah, yeah. At least
you didn't call me her father.

633
00:28:24,474 --> 00:28:26,475
Hey, Moku,
we're gonna need to see

634
00:28:26,560 --> 00:28:28,794
the security tapes from two days ago.
Sure thing.

635
00:28:28,862 --> 00:28:31,647
I think we found
one of our kidnappers.

636
00:28:33,633 --> 00:28:36,569
So, here we have our
kidnapped kids, all 12 of them,

637
00:28:36,636 --> 00:28:38,604
dancing, buying drinks,
having fun.

638
00:28:38,655 --> 00:28:40,706
Then there's this guy.

639
00:28:44,361 --> 00:28:46,845
Perfect match.

640
00:28:46,913 --> 00:28:49,281
We ran his face through
the system, didn't get any hits.

641
00:28:49,332 --> 00:28:50,482
What's he doing at the club?

642
00:28:50,550 --> 00:28:52,067
Uh, well, at first,

643
00:28:52,135 --> 00:28:54,486
he's just at the bar
watching the kids.

644
00:28:54,554 --> 00:28:56,956
And then we have him
approaching them

645
00:28:57,023 --> 00:29:00,025
in the VIP section.

646
00:29:00,093 --> 00:29:01,176
What's he giving them?

647
00:29:01,261 --> 00:29:04,346
Passes to the catamaran cruise.

648
00:29:04,431 --> 00:29:06,799
We sent his picture over
to the tour operator; he thinks

649
00:29:06,866 --> 00:29:08,183
this is the guy
that bought

650
00:29:08,268 --> 00:29:09,351
all 12 tickets in cash.

651
00:29:09,436 --> 00:29:10,386
He targeted these kids.
He put them

652
00:29:10,470 --> 00:29:11,403
on that boat to be kidnapped.

653
00:29:11,471 --> 00:29:14,056
It's a smart play, actually.

654
00:29:14,140 --> 00:29:16,742
If you're a kid behind the
velvet ropes of the VIP section,

655
00:29:16,810 --> 00:29:18,877
chances are,
you got a mommy or daddy

656
00:29:18,945 --> 00:29:21,313
who can, uh, afford
to pay a big fat ransom.

657
00:29:23,066 --> 00:29:24,400
It's McGarrett.

658
00:29:24,484 --> 00:29:26,051
Steve, this is Sergeant Lukela.

659
00:29:26,119 --> 00:29:28,721
Someone just called into HPD
asking to talk to

660
00:29:28,788 --> 00:29:30,189
the person running
the investigation.

661
00:29:30,256 --> 00:29:31,657
We got him on hold.

662
00:29:31,725 --> 00:29:32,758
Okay, patch them through.

663
00:29:32,826 --> 00:29:33,759
Run a trace.

664
00:29:33,827 --> 00:29:35,260
Patching through now.

665
00:29:38,465 --> 00:29:40,199
DISTORTED VOICE:
Who is this?

666
00:29:40,266 --> 00:29:41,934
Lieutenant Commander
Steve McGarrett.

667
00:29:42,002 --> 00:29:44,436
What kind of game do you think
you're playing, cop?

668
00:29:44,504 --> 00:29:46,922
I don't know
what you're talking about.

669
00:29:47,007 --> 00:29:48,841
I'm talking about the money.

670
00:29:48,892 --> 00:29:51,060
You think I didn't know these
parents would go to the cops?

671
00:29:51,144 --> 00:29:52,244
I expected that.

672
00:29:52,312 --> 00:29:53,746
What I did not expect

673
00:29:53,813 --> 00:29:56,115
is for you to be playing
with their kids' lives.

674
00:29:56,182 --> 00:29:57,416
Now where's the rest?

675
00:29:57,484 --> 00:30:00,586
Okay, hang on--
We-We haven't paid any money.

676
00:30:00,654 --> 00:30:03,355
We gave very simple
instructions, and you blew it.

677
00:30:03,406 --> 00:30:04,907
You had to test us, didn't you?

678
00:30:04,991 --> 00:30:06,191
Listen to me, all right?

679
00:30:06,259 --> 00:30:07,693
I don't know
what you're talking...

680
00:30:07,761 --> 00:30:08,794
Enough!

681
00:30:08,862 --> 00:30:09,795
Enough games.

682
00:30:09,863 --> 00:30:10,946
All right, listen, calm down.

683
00:30:11,031 --> 00:30:11,947
Okay, calm down,

684
00:30:12,032 --> 00:30:13,565
let's talk about this.

685
00:30:13,633 --> 00:30:15,768
Killing people is not gonna get
you that money, you understand?

686
00:30:15,835 --> 00:30:18,470
Oh, it's too late for that.

687
00:30:18,538 --> 00:30:20,639
What are you talking about?

688
00:30:20,707 --> 00:30:21,807
What'd you do?

689
00:30:21,875 --> 00:30:23,742
Hey, what did you--

690
00:30:23,810 --> 00:30:25,044
What the hell have you done?

691
00:30:25,111 --> 00:30:26,478
I'm gonna
call you again directly

692
00:30:26,546 --> 00:30:27,913
in one hour,
with new instructions.

693
00:30:27,981 --> 00:30:31,083
I suggest you follow them
exactly this time.

694
00:30:31,134 --> 00:30:33,252
Did you get that?
Got him.

695
00:30:33,319 --> 00:30:34,586
He's calling
from Sand Island.

696
00:30:54,290 --> 00:30:56,492
Danny!

697
00:31:00,213 --> 00:31:01,380
No.

698
00:31:13,009 --> 00:31:15,010
Oh, man.

699
00:31:33,479 --> 00:31:35,914
Justin...

700
00:31:38,368 --> 00:31:40,285
God, no.

701
00:31:40,353 --> 00:31:41,336
Please.

702
00:31:42,956 --> 00:31:44,857
Mrs. Brown...

703
00:31:44,924 --> 00:31:46,792
Justin's dead, isn't he?

704
00:31:46,860 --> 00:31:48,460
He's dead.

705
00:31:48,528 --> 00:31:51,597
We're very, very sorry.

706
00:31:57,137 --> 00:31:58,470
You see?!

707
00:31:58,521 --> 00:32:00,139
He's dead because of you!

708
00:32:00,206 --> 00:32:01,506
No, don't.

709
00:32:01,558 --> 00:32:02,941
He's dead!

710
00:32:30,003 --> 00:32:34,339
After you left, all the parents
got calls on our cell phones

711
00:32:34,407 --> 00:32:36,241
from the kidnappers.
They wanted to know

712
00:32:36,309 --> 00:32:38,677
if we had the money.

713
00:32:38,745 --> 00:32:43,432
All the other parents
wanted you to handle it.

714
00:32:43,516 --> 00:32:45,517
I just wanted Justin back.

715
00:32:46,986 --> 00:32:52,157
So I put 400,000 bucks
cash in a backpack.

716
00:32:52,225 --> 00:32:54,860
I thought if I gave
this guy something,

717
00:32:54,928 --> 00:32:57,930
he'll at least let Justin free.

718
00:32:57,997 --> 00:33:00,265
So I dropped off the cash.

719
00:33:00,333 --> 00:33:03,035
I came back here just
like he told me.

720
00:33:03,102 --> 00:33:06,404
We thought that was my boy--

721
00:33:06,456 --> 00:33:10,142
knocking on the door.

722
00:33:14,814 --> 00:33:16,748
Oh, God, what have I done?

723
00:33:16,816 --> 00:33:18,417
Huh?

724
00:33:20,920 --> 00:33:23,655
What have I done?

725
00:33:26,092 --> 00:33:28,160
So ballistics ran the slug
they pulled out of Justin.

726
00:33:28,228 --> 00:33:31,363
Matches the same ones that they got out
of the boat captain and the pirate.

727
00:33:31,430 --> 00:33:33,982
Hey, boss, how long before the kidnapper
calls back with the instructions?

728
00:33:34,067 --> 00:33:35,117
Less than a minute.

729
00:33:35,201 --> 00:33:37,102
What are you going to do?

730
00:33:37,170 --> 00:33:38,153
That's him.

731
00:33:42,125 --> 00:33:44,109
Here.

732
00:33:44,177 --> 00:33:47,379
You didn't have to kill the kid.

733
00:33:47,446 --> 00:33:49,848
Yeah, but I did get
your attention, didn't I?

734
00:33:49,916 --> 00:33:51,984
Listen to me. You think you're
going to get away with this?

735
00:33:52,051 --> 00:33:53,986
It's a small island.
I'm going to find you.

736
00:33:54,053 --> 00:33:55,988
I don't think so, Steve.

737
00:33:56,055 --> 00:33:58,090
You have one hour
to get the money together

738
00:33:58,141 --> 00:34:00,392
or the remaining
hostages die.

739
00:34:00,460 --> 00:34:02,594
There will be a bus full of kids

740
00:34:02,645 --> 00:34:04,146
parked in a location
that I will give you

741
00:34:04,230 --> 00:34:06,031
the address to,
next time I call.

742
00:34:06,099 --> 00:34:07,149
Once you deliver the money,

743
00:34:07,233 --> 00:34:09,935
we'll all go to
the Honolulu Airport.

744
00:34:09,986 --> 00:34:11,803
Make sure there's a private
plane, fully fueled,

745
00:34:11,871 --> 00:34:12,938
and ready to go.

746
00:34:13,006 --> 00:34:15,440
Once my associates
and I are on the plane

747
00:34:15,491 --> 00:34:17,743
the hostages will be released.

748
00:34:17,810 --> 00:34:19,528
You never mentioned
a plane, okay?

749
00:34:19,612 --> 00:34:20,645
I need more time.

750
00:34:20,697 --> 00:34:22,514
You don't have it.
One hour.

751
00:34:23,516 --> 00:34:25,150
Okay.

752
00:34:25,201 --> 00:34:26,952
I'll be there.

753
00:34:27,020 --> 00:34:28,086
No, no, you won't be there.

754
00:34:28,154 --> 00:34:29,755
You think I'm walking
into a trap?

755
00:34:29,822 --> 00:34:33,292
Who do you want
to deliver the money?

756
00:34:33,359 --> 00:34:36,628
Make it the girl
from the paper this morning.

757
00:34:36,696 --> 00:34:38,797
The one that got away
last time.

758
00:34:38,848 --> 00:34:39,932
Okay, she's a civilian.

759
00:34:39,999 --> 00:34:41,850
You know
I can't do that.

760
00:34:41,935 --> 00:34:44,169
I will drop the money
personally. I'll be unarmed.

761
00:34:44,220 --> 00:34:46,138
You have my word, okay?

762
00:34:46,189 --> 00:34:48,506
No cops. I smell a setup,
the kids die, understand?

763
00:34:48,558 --> 00:34:52,144
Susan makes the exchange
by herself.

764
00:34:52,195 --> 00:34:54,780
Listen, I can't let
her do that.

765
00:34:54,847 --> 00:34:56,682
You don't understand--
you don't have a choice.

766
00:34:56,749 --> 00:34:58,183
She's the only one I know

767
00:34:58,251 --> 00:35:00,319
who's definitely not a cop.
I need more time.

768
00:35:00,370 --> 00:35:02,287
You have 59 minutes.

769
00:35:02,355 --> 00:35:04,356
You want to waste any more
talking to me?

770
00:35:04,424 --> 00:35:06,024
I didn't think so.

771
00:35:06,092 --> 00:35:08,043
Did you get him?

772
00:35:08,127 --> 00:35:09,328
He dropped the call
before we got him.

773
00:35:09,395 --> 00:35:11,697
Okay, HPD might
have a look-alike

774
00:35:11,764 --> 00:35:13,498
we could send in undercover.
No, no. We don't have time.

775
00:35:13,566 --> 00:35:16,385
And they burn her as a cop,
and the kids are dead.

776
00:35:16,469 --> 00:35:19,338
You're not seriously considering
using Susan, are you?

777
00:35:23,042 --> 00:35:25,310
She's the only one
who can do this job.

778
00:35:48,737 --> 00:35:50,204
I don't understand.
Why do they want me

779
00:35:50,272 --> 00:35:51,439
to do this?

780
00:35:51,562 --> 00:35:53,429
Because the kidnappers
saw you in the paper.

781
00:35:53,497 --> 00:35:55,898
They know you're
not a cop.

782
00:35:55,966 --> 00:35:59,602
Listen, I understand that
what we're asking of you

783
00:35:59,670 --> 00:36:00,870
is scary, okay?

784
00:36:00,938 --> 00:36:02,972
If I could do this myself,
I would, but I can't.

785
00:36:03,040 --> 00:36:05,742
The fact is, if you
don't help us with this,

786
00:36:05,809 --> 00:36:08,678
these kids are going
to end up dead.

787
00:36:10,914 --> 00:36:12,281
I don't know.

788
00:36:12,332 --> 00:36:14,383
I mean, the news said

789
00:36:14,451 --> 00:36:16,586
they already killed one of the kids.
Is that true?

790
00:36:16,637 --> 00:36:17,820
Yeah, it is.

791
00:36:17,888 --> 00:36:20,339
His name was Justin Brown.

792
00:36:20,424 --> 00:36:23,659
He was 19 years old.

793
00:36:24,678 --> 00:36:26,329
Susan, listen to me, okay?

794
00:36:26,396 --> 00:36:27,630
The money's right here.

795
00:36:27,698 --> 00:36:30,800
Unfortunately, you're
the only chance

796
00:36:30,868 --> 00:36:34,237
that these parents have of
seeing their kids alive again.

797
00:36:34,304 --> 00:36:36,806
These people--
they killed your friend.

798
00:36:36,874 --> 00:36:41,210
Susan, this is your chance
to do something about that.

799
00:36:41,278 --> 00:36:43,513
What if I make a mistake?

800
00:36:43,580 --> 00:36:46,349
I'll be right there.
We'll all be right there, okay?

801
00:36:46,416 --> 00:36:47,717
I promise you that.

802
00:36:48,752 --> 00:36:50,753
This is them.

803
00:36:50,821 --> 00:36:53,322
I need an answer.

804
00:36:56,894 --> 00:36:59,162
Susan, I need an answer.

805
00:37:01,632 --> 00:37:03,399
Okay.

806
00:37:06,970 --> 00:37:08,204
I've got your money.

807
00:37:08,272 --> 00:37:11,374
There's a warehouse
at 44 Industrial Way.

808
00:37:11,441 --> 00:37:14,076
Have the girl walk the money in.

809
00:37:14,144 --> 00:37:15,878
She'll return on the bus
with the rest of the hostages

810
00:37:15,946 --> 00:37:16,913
and be released at the airport.

811
00:37:16,980 --> 00:37:18,381
You have 15 minutes.

812
00:37:19,616 --> 00:37:20,867
Get up.

813
00:37:21,919 --> 00:37:23,870
Get up!

814
00:37:44,608 --> 00:37:46,576
It looks like the hostages
are already on the bus.

815
00:37:46,643 --> 00:37:50,379
We've got movement
in the warehouse and guns.

816
00:37:50,430 --> 00:37:51,881
Assuming it's the kidnappers.

817
00:37:51,932 --> 00:37:53,065
Okay, so that's...

818
00:37:57,588 --> 00:37:58,905
We'll be listening to what's
going on

819
00:37:58,989 --> 00:38:00,907
around you and this
earpiece will allow you

820
00:38:00,991 --> 00:38:02,575
to hear everything we say.

821
00:38:02,659 --> 00:38:04,193
Can you hear me
through it okay?

822
00:38:04,261 --> 00:38:06,362
Okay.

823
00:38:08,415 --> 00:38:10,900
We'll be there if anything
goes wrong, okay?

824
00:38:10,951 --> 00:38:12,869
You can do this, Susan.

825
00:38:12,936 --> 00:38:14,537
You're going to be fine.

826
00:38:14,605 --> 00:38:15,955
We got your back, okay?

827
00:38:16,039 --> 00:38:18,407
You're going to be fine.

828
00:38:43,367 --> 00:38:44,567
All right.

829
00:38:52,309 --> 00:38:53,659
All right, Susan,

830
00:38:53,744 --> 00:38:56,746
just do exactly as they say.

831
00:38:56,797 --> 00:38:59,382
This will be all over
before you know it.

832
00:39:25,943 --> 00:39:28,177
Told you this would work.

833
00:39:42,042 --> 00:39:45,327
Hey, Susan, you really think
I was going to let you

834
00:39:45,379 --> 00:39:47,196
just walk in there
with all that money?

835
00:39:47,264 --> 00:39:49,298
What the hell?!

836
00:39:49,366 --> 00:39:50,666
Where is it?!

837
00:39:58,442 --> 00:39:59,442
Move!

838
00:40:06,483 --> 00:40:08,017
Hey, hey!

839
00:40:08,085 --> 00:40:09,085
Chin, Chin, Chin!

840
00:40:09,152 --> 00:40:11,203
I got them. Go!

841
00:40:12,255 --> 00:40:13,873
On the ground now!

842
00:40:27,337 --> 00:40:28,671
Hey!

843
00:40:28,739 --> 00:40:30,773
Drive.

844
00:40:30,841 --> 00:40:32,174
Right now!

845
00:40:32,242 --> 00:40:34,143
He's got a gun!

846
00:41:19,255 --> 00:41:19,305
How'd you know
she was in on it?

847
00:41:22,092 --> 00:41:25,694
The guy I talked to--
he called Susan by her name,

848
00:41:25,762 --> 00:41:27,963
and he said he saw
her picture

849
00:41:28,031 --> 00:41:29,482
in the newspaper.

850
00:41:29,566 --> 00:41:32,735
Except her name was never
listed in the newspaper.

851
00:41:32,803 --> 00:41:36,205
For Susan's safety, we asked
them not to publish it.
