00:02:10,774 --> 00:02:12,641
oncle Matt?

qui est le meilleur oncle
a travers le monde?

00:02:16,062 --> 00:02:18,147
oncle Matt!

37
00:02:22,152 --> 00:02:23,068

Non. c'est

Hurricane Matty

00:02:27,357 --> 00:02:29,291
Hey. qu'es-ce que je t'ai dit
a propos des cadeaux?

41
00:02:29,359 --> 00:02:30,659
je ne suis pas entrain de la gatée.

tu?
Non.

43
00:02:33,897 --> 00:02:35,130
Okay. un petit peu.

44
00:02:35,198 --> 00:02:37,900
viens la,je t'aime.
ca faisais un moment, huh?

45
00:02:37,968 --> 00:02:39,535
pas autant de temps que ca.

46
00:02:39,603 --> 00:02:40,869
Non, ca fais un moment.

47
00:02:40,921 --> 00:02:42,538
ca fais un an que
je me suis amusé a partir.

48
00:02:42,606 --> 00:02:44,139
Non, tu ne t'es pas
absenté pendant un an.

49
00:02:44,207 --> 00:02:45,307
je sais, ca en parait 10.

50
00:02:45,375 --> 00:02:47,142
je n'en reviens pas
que tu sois venu

51
00:02:47,210 --> 00:02:49,979
jusqu'a Hawaii.
ouais. bien...

52
00:02:50,046 --> 00:02:51,881
elle vaut le coup.

53
00:02:51,948 --> 00:02:53,249
comment ca vas avec Rachel?

54
00:02:53,316 --> 00:02:55,351
il y a, uh...

55
00:02:55,402 --> 00:02:56,902
ca vas mieux.

56
00:02:56,987 --> 00:03:00,656
actuellement nous communiquons,
et je ne me sens pas comme

57
00:03:00,723 --> 00:03:03,125
une artére de mon cou
prete a exploser, donc ca vas.

58
00:03:03,193 --> 00:03:04,493
- bien. des progres.
- ouais, absolument.

59
00:03:04,561 --> 00:03:07,830
donc? pourquoi, uh,
pourquoi une visite aussi soudaine?

60
00:03:07,898 --> 00:03:09,331
tu es sur une affaire,
n'es-ce pas?

61
00:03:09,399 --> 00:03:12,001
qu'es-ce que tu veus dire? quoi, un gars
ne peus pas passer voir son frere?

62
00:03:12,068 --> 00:03:14,670
Non. un gars peus passer voir
son frere, mais pas toi, okay?

63
00:03:14,737 --> 00:03:16,438
parce que la derniere fois
tu m'as laissé tombé,

64
00:03:16,506 --> 00:03:18,407
tu as eu un accident contre un arbre
avec la voiture de papa.

65
00:03:18,475 --> 00:03:21,043
laisse tombé l'IROC, Danny.
d'accord? je suis venu ici pour m'amuser.

66
00:03:21,094 --> 00:03:22,745
une preuve. juste la.

67
00:03:22,812 --> 00:03:24,747
on vas aller nager
avec les dauphins,

68
00:03:24,814 --> 00:03:26,081
on vas aller donner a manger aux requins,

69
00:03:26,149 --> 00:03:27,266
faire de la mongolfiere.

70
00:03:27,350 --> 00:03:28,918
il y a vraiment
de tout ici.

71
00:03:28,985 --> 00:03:30,586
ouais, il
y a de tout.

72
00:03:30,654 --> 00:03:31,754
je veus dire,
ils ont des tsunamis,

73
00:03:31,821 --> 00:03:33,589
ils ont des milles-pattes geantes...

74
00:03:33,657 --> 00:03:35,557
tu sais c'est quoi
ton probleme? ton echapatoire?

75
00:03:35,625 --> 00:03:37,459
un manque d'esprit d'aventure.

76
00:03:37,527 --> 00:03:39,111
tu es un trouble fete!
j'ai raison, Gracie?

77
00:03:39,195 --> 00:03:40,429
oui.

78
00:03:42,315 --> 00:03:44,333
attends une seconde.

79
00:03:47,704 --> 00:03:50,706
quand? Okay.

80
00:03:51,491 --> 00:03:52,942
j'ai de mauvaises nouvelles.

81
00:03:53,009 --> 00:03:55,611
je dois aller au travail. Grace, tu attends
le retour de maman, okay?

82
00:03:55,679 --> 00:03:57,796
attends une seconde.
elle peus rester avec moi.

83
00:03:57,881 --> 00:03:59,348
- tu veus devenir babysitter?
- ouais.

84
00:03:59,416 --> 00:04:01,750
on peus t'attendre toute la journée, et
on irait diner.

85
00:04:01,801 --> 00:04:02,918
qu'es-ce que tu en penses, Gracie?
Mm-hmm.

86
00:04:02,969 --> 00:04:05,287
d'accord. mais ecoutes,
pas d'entourloupes.

87
00:04:05,338 --> 00:04:06,488
pas de problemes, okay?
pas de problemes.

88
00:04:06,556 --> 00:04:08,991
je sais qu'il n'y en aura pas.
mais je parlai de lui.

89
00:04:09,059 --> 00:04:11,060
d'accord.
allez.

90
00:04:11,127 --> 00:04:14,296
je vous voit plus tard.
faites attention.

91
00:04:14,347 --> 00:04:16,098
nous allons causer des problemes,

92
00:04:16,149 --> 00:04:17,933
tout de suite. oui.

93
00:04:17,984 --> 00:04:19,268
j'ai entendu.

94
00:04:25,025 --> 00:04:26,975
Chin.

95
00:04:27,027 --> 00:04:29,411
Hey, ecoutes, je pense que nous devons
ettendre la zone de recherches

96
00:04:29,479 --> 00:04:30,746
de 2 kms.

97
00:04:30,813 --> 00:04:32,748
qu'as-tu trouvé?

98
00:04:32,815 --> 00:04:34,917
le bout de la corde,
est tout calciné,

99
00:04:34,984 --> 00:04:38,671
et il y a, uh... un residu,
un film, sur sa surface.

100
00:04:38,755 --> 00:04:40,005
tu penses que c'etait un explosif?

101
00:04:40,090 --> 00:04:41,523
oui, effectivement.

102
00:04:41,591 --> 00:04:43,459
ca pourrait etre une charge
explosive commandée.

103
00:04:43,510 --> 00:04:46,261
j'ai aussi trouvé la preuve
d'un declencheur electronique.

104
00:04:46,329 --> 00:04:48,163
Probablement a courte portée.

105
00:04:48,231 --> 00:04:49,665
quelqu'un a fait exploser
la tyrolienne, Chin,

106
00:04:49,733 --> 00:04:51,934
et ils devaient etre assez
pres pour le faire.

107
00:04:52,001 --> 00:04:53,702
Okay. je vais voir ce que je peus trouver.

108
00:05:06,202 --> 00:05:07,536
nous savons que c'est difficile, mais...

109
00:05:07,573 --> 00:05:09,841
que pouvez-vous nous dire
sur l'appel?

110
00:05:10,579 --> 00:05:13,097
c'etait un numero inconnu.

111
00:05:13,181 --> 00:05:14,432
il avait un accent,

112
00:05:14,516 --> 00:05:17,017
une voie rauque.

113
00:05:17,085 --> 00:05:20,187
je ne l'ai pas reconnu.

114
00:05:20,255 --> 00:05:22,606
il savait que je suis juge.

115
00:05:22,691 --> 00:05:25,392
il m'a appellé: "votre honneur."

116
00:05:25,460 --> 00:05:29,263
je pense
qu'il était entrain de nous regardé.

117
00:05:29,331 --> 00:05:32,466
une minute, et Katie
me fais signe en revoir...

118
00:05:32,534 --> 00:05:34,869
puis apres...

119
00:05:36,538 --> 00:05:38,155
je suis désolé.

120
00:05:38,240 --> 00:05:40,407
excusez-moi.

121
00:05:44,546 --> 00:05:46,280
pere isolé, un enfant.

122
00:05:46,348 --> 00:05:50,217
oui. il a perdu
la seule famille qu'il est.

123
00:05:50,285 --> 00:05:53,287
tu penses que la fille
était visée, ou juste...

124
00:05:53,355 --> 00:05:55,623
un dommage collateral?
Non, l'appel telephonique

125
00:05:55,690 --> 00:05:57,124
me fais penser que le pere
etait bien la cible.

126
00:05:57,175 --> 00:05:59,560
le tueur était
entrain de l'accabler.

127
00:05:59,627 --> 00:06:02,296
il connaissait son nom, son numero,
exactement ou il etait.

128
00:06:02,364 --> 00:06:04,098
Definitivement premedité. oui.

129
00:06:04,166 --> 00:06:08,152
je veus une protection raprochée
sur le juge, 24/7.

130
00:06:08,236 --> 00:06:10,738
de ce que nous savons,
le travail de notre tueur n'est pas fini.

131
00:06:25,520 --> 00:06:26,987
j'ai trouvé 3 empreintes de pneu

132
00:06:27,055 --> 00:06:29,857
dans une zone en dehors
des sentiers pour voitures.

133
00:06:29,925 --> 00:06:32,626
elles sont recentes, elles etaient la
bien en vue de la plateforme.

134
00:06:32,694 --> 00:06:34,428
on as une correspondance dans la bese de donnees du HPD?
oui.

135
00:06:34,496 --> 00:06:36,830
selon la taille, la profondeur,

136
00:06:36,882 --> 00:06:38,465
et les traces de pneus,
on peus dire que notre suspect

137
00:06:38,533 --> 00:06:40,393
conduisait un SUV
ou un petit pickup.

138
00:06:40,528 --> 00:06:42,048
quand on aura le suspect,
on pourras verifier.

139
00:06:42,073 --> 00:06:42,973
Okay, Danny.

140
00:06:43,056 --> 00:06:45,391
aucunes chances en remontant
l'appel provenant du portable du juge?

141
00:06:46,007 --> 00:06:47,308
Non, c'est un telephone jetable.
Completement intracable.

142
00:06:47,375 --> 00:06:49,360
mais, uh,
les demineurs du HPD

143
00:06:49,444 --> 00:06:51,678
ont verifiés
les fragments que tu as trouvé,

144
00:06:51,730 --> 00:06:53,347
et ils disent que
ca vient d'un recepteur sans fil

145
00:06:53,398 --> 00:06:56,116
qu'on trouve dans un talkie-walkie
ou une telecommande pour les voitures.

146
00:06:56,184 --> 00:06:57,818
ils sont entrain de faire
des analyses chimiques sur les explosifs.

147
00:06:57,869 --> 00:06:59,386
Kono, qu'es-ce que tu as?

148
00:06:59,454 --> 00:07:01,856
j'ai essayé de mettre la main sur
les dossiers les plus dangereux du juge,

149
00:07:01,923 --> 00:07:03,707
mais le procureur
etait en audiences tout la journée.

150
00:07:03,792 --> 00:07:05,659
- les dossiers les plus dangereux?
- le bureau du procureur

151
00:07:05,710 --> 00:07:07,995
a une equipe d'investigateurs
qui surveille

152
00:07:08,063 --> 00:07:09,730
toutes menaces ecrites ou verbales
contre la cour.

153
00:07:09,798 --> 00:07:11,632
pour faire simple, ils se debarassent
des cinglés, non?

154
00:07:11,700 --> 00:07:13,534
sa depend de la gravité
de la menace,

155
00:07:13,602 --> 00:07:16,053
ils passent l'affaire aux feds
ou pas du tout.

156
00:07:16,137 --> 00:07:17,922
donc on recherche
quelqu'un

157
00:07:18,006 --> 00:07:19,406
qui correspondrait
a ce profil de tueur:

158
00:07:19,474 --> 00:07:22,910
homme, violent, une histoire avec
des explosifs, et qui a un interet personnel.

159
00:07:22,978 --> 00:07:24,245
ca tiens la route.
avec des flics, juges,

160
00:07:24,312 --> 00:07:25,846
n'importe qui qui aurait pu
incarceré des criminels,

161
00:07:25,897 --> 00:07:27,314
la liste des suspects
est plutot longue.

162
00:07:27,382 --> 00:07:29,783
Okay, donc si on se concentrait
les crimes les plus violents

163
00:07:29,851 --> 00:07:31,902
que le juge a presidé,
aussi longue que soit cette liste

164
00:07:31,987 --> 00:07:33,687
tout ca?

165
00:07:37,409 --> 00:07:39,777
Okay. Uh, on as besoin
de raccourcir cette liste.

166
00:07:39,861 --> 00:07:41,662
en meme temps,
soyons sur que le personnel

167
00:07:41,729 --> 00:07:43,097
de sécurité du juge kamalei aient
les photos

168
00:07:43,164 --> 00:07:44,865
de tous ces types.

169
00:07:44,933 --> 00:07:48,168
quand le tueur
reviendra pour le juge,

170
00:07:48,236 --> 00:07:49,937
nous devons etre pret.

171
00:07:58,731 --> 00:07:59,848
oui.

172
00:07:59,939 --> 00:08:01,957
ok.
merci, Chin.

173
00:08:02,034 --> 00:08:04,319
le HPD est en place.
le juge est en sécurité.

174
00:08:04,386 --> 00:08:07,021
Kono et moi allons voir
le procureur Chen

175
00:08:07,089 --> 00:08:09,023
demain, on essayera de
limité nos suspects.

176
00:08:09,091 --> 00:08:10,692
nous aurons besoin
de tout l'aide necessaire.

177
00:08:10,759 --> 00:08:12,861
tu sais, j'aprecie vraiment
que tu m'escortes au Hilton.

178
00:08:12,928 --> 00:08:14,596
je m'arrettes ici
pour prendre Grace.

179
00:08:14,663 --> 00:08:15,997
pas de problemes.

180
00:08:16,065 --> 00:08:17,999
d'ailleurs, j'aimerai
rencontrer ton frere.

181
00:08:18,067 --> 00:08:19,934
bien, je dois te prevenir.

182
00:08:20,002 --> 00:08:22,003
Mr. Wall Street a
une forte personalitée.

183
00:08:22,071 --> 00:08:23,504
comme dans toute
la famille, huh?

184
00:08:23,556 --> 00:08:26,140
confuse. une personnalité
con... fuse.

185
00:08:35,050 --> 00:08:37,685
Hey, Rach.
qu'es-ce que tu fais ici?

186
00:08:37,753 --> 00:08:39,821
Mmm, contente
de te voir, Daniel.

187
00:08:39,872 --> 00:08:42,189
je l'ai invitée. viens,
ca fais longtemps que

188
00:08:42,241 --> 00:08:43,992
nous n'avons pas eu
un repas en famille.

189
00:08:44,059 --> 00:08:45,543
ce sera comme
aux bons vieux temps.

190
00:08:45,628 --> 00:08:47,662
Steven.

191
00:08:47,730 --> 00:08:49,531
mon frere Matthew. Matthew...
content de vous rencontrer.

192
00:08:49,598 --> 00:08:50,365
moi aussi.

193
00:08:50,432 --> 00:08:52,550
bon, tu peus rester un peu?

194
00:08:52,635 --> 00:08:54,736
Uh... pas de Stan?

195
00:08:54,803 --> 00:08:57,038
il est a Boston
pour affaire.

196
00:08:57,106 --> 00:08:58,039
encore?

197
00:08:58,107 --> 00:08:59,774
Daniel.
quoi?

198
00:08:59,842 --> 00:09:01,643
Hey, bon, uh, ecoutes,
je te laisse.

199
00:09:01,710 --> 00:09:03,745
vous restez, Danny.
allez,allez. Steve.

200
00:09:03,812 --> 00:09:06,214
les flics peuvent passer une demi-heure
a deguster quelques mets, allez.

201
00:09:06,282 --> 00:09:07,932
allez, relax,
j'ai commandé la plat prefere de Danny.

202
00:09:08,017 --> 00:09:09,267
j'ai commandé du hommard. oui.

203
00:09:09,351 --> 00:09:11,569
qu'es-ce que vous en pensez?

204
00:09:11,654 --> 00:09:12,820
j'arriverai a en manger.
hommard? ou, uh...

205
00:09:12,888 --> 00:09:13,938
je peus manger du hommard.

206
00:09:14,023 --> 00:09:15,089
hommard? Okay.
allez.

207
00:09:15,157 --> 00:09:17,559
je peus...? merci.

208
00:09:31,240 --> 00:09:32,373
je vais te dire
quelque chose.

209
00:09:32,441 --> 00:09:35,343
il le faisait
tout, tout le temps.

210
00:09:35,411 --> 00:09:36,678
a chaques fois.
Non, pas tout le temps.

211
00:09:36,745 --> 00:09:38,880
il ne le faisait pas!
pas tout le temps.

212
00:09:38,931 --> 00:09:41,883
Okay, Danny, dis-leurs
ce qui c'est passé au zoo.

213
00:09:41,951 --> 00:09:43,151
encore avec le...
a chaques fois qu'on allait au zoo.

214
00:09:43,218 --> 00:09:45,303
Okay? tu etais...
il a causé des soucis.

215
00:09:45,387 --> 00:09:47,889
tu m'as menotté a la

216
00:09:47,940 --> 00:09:49,223
cage des singes.

217
00:09:49,291 --> 00:09:51,309
Hey, je... je faisai
mon travail.

218
00:09:51,393 --> 00:09:53,427
Danny, vous etiez neuf!
de quoi tu parles?

219
00:09:53,479 --> 00:09:54,979
les menottes etaient en plastique.
ce qui est bon a savoir.

220
00:09:55,064 --> 00:09:57,799
en ce temps-la
tu etais flic?

221
00:09:57,866 --> 00:09:59,334
Oh,oui. Mes parents
disaient, tu sais,

222
00:09:59,401 --> 00:10:02,403
"ou, uh, ou est ton
frere?" Danny disait,

223
00:10:02,471 --> 00:10:04,122
"j'espere qu'on l'a perdu."

224
00:10:04,206 --> 00:10:06,407
c'est horrible, Daniel.

225
00:10:06,475 --> 00:10:08,509
Oh, j'ai toujours
ete la pour toi.

226
00:10:08,577 --> 00:10:10,161
n'es-ce pas?
tu sais quoi, sers-moi la main.

227
00:10:10,245 --> 00:10:11,496
n'es-ce pas, huh?
c'est vraix. c'est vraix.

228
00:10:11,580 --> 00:10:12,947
tu te souviens
quand tu m'as laissé.

229
00:10:13,015 --> 00:10:14,515
je t'aime.

230
00:10:16,552 --> 00:10:18,720
regardes ca... regardes
cette petite bout de chou.

231
00:10:18,787 --> 00:10:20,287
Oh, bonté divine.

232
00:10:20,339 --> 00:10:21,789
je sais, elle est si fatiguée.

233
00:10:24,526 --> 00:10:26,694
elle as bu beaucoup,
plusieurs sodas.

234
00:10:28,463 --> 00:10:30,565
Hey.

235
00:10:30,633 --> 00:10:33,935
tu vois ces 2 gars
derriere rachel?

236
00:10:34,003 --> 00:10:35,670
chamises d'aloha
et des chaussures bon marché?

237
00:10:35,738 --> 00:10:37,171
ouais.

238
00:10:37,239 --> 00:10:39,240
on dirait des Feds, huh?
Mm-hmm.

239
00:10:39,308 --> 00:10:40,975
ils nous regardent?
je ne sais pas.

240
00:10:41,026 --> 00:10:44,312
le gars sur la droite
sortais de la chambre de mon frere

241
00:10:44,380 --> 00:10:45,780
habillé en serveur
plutot dans la journée.

242
00:10:45,848 --> 00:10:48,182
vraiment?
ouais.

243
00:10:48,250 --> 00:10:50,251
on dirait qu'ils
partent.

244
00:10:50,319 --> 00:10:51,486
que veus-tu faire?

245
00:10:51,553 --> 00:10:53,087
dire bonjour?
je pense qu'on devrait aller leurs dire bonjour.

246
00:10:53,155 --> 00:10:54,589
Hey, uh, on
reviens.

247
00:10:54,657 --> 00:10:57,125
ok.
une seconde.

248
00:10:57,176 --> 00:10:58,726
Okay.

249
00:11:06,101 --> 00:11:08,670
Hey.

250
00:11:10,222 --> 00:11:11,856
messieurs.
Agent special Edward Kipton.

251
00:11:11,940 --> 00:11:13,875
et l'Agent special
Adam Markowitz.

252
00:11:13,942 --> 00:11:14,942
FBI. on sais.

253
00:11:15,010 --> 00:11:16,544
qu'es-ce que
vous voulez a mon frere?

254
00:11:16,612 --> 00:11:19,347
je suis desole.
c'est une investigation en cours.

255
00:11:19,415 --> 00:11:21,199
vous savez comment s'est.
Oh, okay.

256
00:11:21,283 --> 00:11:24,419
Um, ecoutes, nous avons, sur cette
ile, ce qu'on appelle...

257
00:11:24,486 --> 00:11:25,787
comment le gouverneur
appelle ca?

258
00:11:25,854 --> 00:11:27,354
ca s'appelle immunitée
totale.

259
00:11:27,406 --> 00:11:29,190
immunitée totale.

260
00:11:29,208 --> 00:11:30,958
donc...
je vais l'appellée.

261
00:11:31,026 --> 00:11:32,627
faites-vous une faveur,
okay, et dites-moi simplement

262
00:11:32,695 --> 00:11:35,129
pourquoi vous poursuivez mon frere.
nous n'avons pas a le faire.

263
00:11:35,197 --> 00:11:36,297
Governeur Jameson s'il vous plait.

264
00:11:36,365 --> 00:11:38,166
bon, j'ai le gouverneur
en ligne?

265
00:11:38,233 --> 00:11:39,734
exactement.
bonjour, Governeur.

266
00:11:39,802 --> 00:11:42,870
oui, madame. Non, je suis avec deux
agents du FBI

267
00:11:42,921 --> 00:11:46,207
qui refusent de donner des
informations sur une affaire.

268
00:11:46,275 --> 00:11:47,275
pourquoi tu rigoles?
il ne plaisante pas.

269
00:11:47,342 --> 00:11:48,443
il fais ca pour moi.

270
00:11:48,510 --> 00:11:51,479
Non. oui, madame.
Non, on as essayé. Mm-hmm.

271
00:11:51,547 --> 00:11:53,648
oui, madame.

272
00:11:53,716 --> 00:11:55,550
c'est pour vous.
Okay.

273
00:11:55,617 --> 00:11:57,552
qui es-ce?

274
00:11:58,353 --> 00:11:59,654
oui, d'accord. c'est d'accord.

275
00:11:59,722 --> 00:12:02,073
mon nom? Kipton.
Edward Kipton.

276
00:12:05,260 --> 00:12:06,694
Um...

277
00:12:06,762 --> 00:12:08,563
oui. oui, madame.

278
00:12:11,600 --> 00:12:13,367
je suis terriblement desole. bien sur.

279
00:12:13,419 --> 00:12:14,602
bien sur.

280
00:12:17,589 --> 00:12:20,775
maintenant, repondez a ses questions.

281
00:12:23,095 --> 00:12:25,713
Matthew Williams est le principal
suspect.

282
00:12:25,781 --> 00:12:28,716
il a été accusé
d'estorquer ses investisseurs

283
00:12:28,784 --> 00:12:30,718
de plusieurs millions de dollars
Whoa. fraude?

284
00:12:30,769 --> 00:12:32,253
Non, non, non,
c'est impossible.

285
00:12:32,321 --> 00:12:33,888
pas selon
le SEC

286
00:12:33,939 --> 00:12:35,923
et douzaines de
comptables

287
00:12:35,991 --> 00:12:37,191
qui ont recupéré
ces livres de comptes.

288
00:12:37,259 --> 00:12:38,960
Okay, toi, toi
et le SEC

289
00:12:39,027 --> 00:12:40,728
etes dans le faux, okay?

290
00:12:40,779 --> 00:12:42,063
mon frere a des fonds de couverture.

291
00:12:42,131 --> 00:12:43,698
et contrairement aux
grosses tetes de la tele,

292
00:12:43,766 --> 00:12:45,600
ca ne fais pas de lui un voleur,
vous comprenez?

293
00:12:45,667 --> 00:12:47,135
nous ne sommes pas ici pour discuter.

294
00:12:47,202 --> 00:12:48,569
notre job s'est de verifier

295
00:12:48,637 --> 00:12:50,271
que votre frere ne profites pas de
ses vacances a l'etranger

296
00:12:50,339 --> 00:12:51,606
pour echapper a ses
accusations.

297
00:12:51,673 --> 00:12:53,474
donc...
accusations?

298
00:12:53,542 --> 00:12:54,642
...si vous entendez quoique ce soit

299
00:12:54,710 --> 00:12:55,943
a propos de ces plans de voyage,
j'apprecierai

300
00:12:56,011 --> 00:12:57,945
que vous nous passiez un coup de fil, okay?
et, Danny,

301
00:12:58,013 --> 00:12:59,614
si vous dites quoique ce soit
a votre frere,

302
00:12:59,681 --> 00:13:00,748
on vous poursuivra

303
00:13:00,816 --> 00:13:03,251
pour obstruction.
je suis sur que vous le ferait.

304
00:13:04,136 --> 00:13:05,620
regardes si ta marraine

305
00:13:05,687 --> 00:13:07,088
peus t'aider a t'en sortir.

306
00:13:22,855 --> 00:13:25,990
ecoutes-moi.
je connais mon petit frere, okay.

307
00:13:26,074 --> 00:13:29,827
il a fait beaucoup de choses,
mais ce n'est pas un criminel.

308
00:13:29,912 --> 00:13:32,280
Okay, okay.

309
00:13:34,016 --> 00:13:35,349
peut etre que c'est un coup monté.

310
00:13:35,417 --> 00:13:37,251
ouais, peut etre.

311
00:13:37,319 --> 00:13:39,170
ecoutes_moi, d'accord,

312
00:13:39,254 --> 00:13:41,289
laisses-moi te dire quelque chose
a propos de mon frere, okay?

313
00:13:41,340 --> 00:13:43,257
quand Rachel et moi allions rompre,
ben,

314
00:13:43,325 --> 00:13:45,626
il a pris une chambre dans un motel
a quelques patés de maisons,

315
00:13:45,694 --> 00:13:47,378
parce que je voulai etre
proche de Grace.

316
00:13:47,462 --> 00:13:48,596
pour me soutenir.

317
00:13:48,664 --> 00:13:50,631
mon frere--
cahques nuits,

318
00:13:50,699 --> 00:13:52,767
venait
avec une biere

319
00:13:52,834 --> 00:13:54,501
et tout le temps si il fallait.

320
00:13:54,553 --> 00:13:55,836
pas, pas une seule fois,

321
00:13:55,888 --> 00:13:58,005
je l'ai vu regardé
sa montre, okay?

322
00:13:58,073 --> 00:14:00,107
il etait la pour me parler
chaques nuits.

323
00:14:00,175 --> 00:14:01,943
il s'endormait
assis sur la chaise.

324
00:14:02,010 --> 00:14:03,861
reveillé le matin suivant,
pret a aller travailler.

325
00:14:03,946 --> 00:14:05,780
chaques jours, okay,
pendant 6 mois il a fait ca.

326
00:14:05,847 --> 00:14:08,316
pendant 6 mois il m'a aidé
a m'en sortir, tu vois?

327
00:14:08,383 --> 00:14:10,751
ce que je veus te dire,
je m'en voudrai

328
00:14:10,819 --> 00:14:12,203
si je ne faisai pas l'inverse pour lui, okay?

329
00:14:12,287 --> 00:14:13,821
il n'as pas fais ca.

330
00:14:13,889 --> 00:14:16,057
Okay. ok, ca me vas.

331
00:14:16,124 --> 00:14:17,491
tu... tu devrais aller lui parler.

332
00:14:17,543 --> 00:14:21,212
Yeah. je ne penses pas
y arriver facilement.

333
00:14:21,296 --> 00:14:22,797
c'est bon.

334
00:14:22,864 --> 00:14:25,066
ecoutes, parles-le lui,
prend le temps qu'il faudra.

335
00:14:25,133 --> 00:14:26,334
la famille d'abord, n'es-ce pas?

336
00:14:34,893 --> 00:14:36,777
c'est lui.

337
00:14:36,845 --> 00:14:39,564
Steve, je te presente
le procureur Jim Chen.

338
00:14:39,648 --> 00:14:41,048
Steve McGarrett.
que puis-je faire?

339
00:14:41,099 --> 00:14:42,383
merci de me rencontrer
aussi vite.

340
00:14:42,434 --> 00:14:44,151
j'allai juste manger.
aucuns problemes.

341
00:14:44,219 --> 00:14:45,486
j'apprecie.

342
00:14:45,553 --> 00:14:47,321
ecoutez, pourrions-nous
mettre la main

343
00:14:47,389 --> 00:14:49,156
sur les dossiers qui menacent
le Juge Kamalei?

344
00:14:49,224 --> 00:14:50,324
tout est la.

345
00:14:50,392 --> 00:14:52,410
Kamalei etait reputé
pour etre un juge sans pitié.

346
00:14:52,494 --> 00:14:54,228
il a mis beucoup de
delinquants au trou.

347
00:14:54,279 --> 00:14:56,197
ceux qui sont retournés dans la rue
ne sont pas nombreux.

348
00:14:56,248 --> 00:14:57,865
aucuns ne s'est fait remarqué?

349
00:14:57,916 --> 00:14:59,400
plusieurs.

350
00:14:59,468 --> 00:15:00,901
mais si je devai parier sur un homme,

351
00:15:00,953 --> 00:15:02,670
je dirai Drew Parisi

352
00:15:02,738 --> 00:15:04,005
il a frappé le delegué
et?

353
00:15:04,072 --> 00:15:05,406
la conviction d'Arson.

354
00:15:05,474 --> 00:15:07,141
apres que son ex l'ai jeté,

355
00:15:07,209 --> 00:15:09,010
Parisi a fait en sorte
de bruler sa maison.

356
00:15:09,077 --> 00:15:10,878
je suis desolé, vous avez dit
il a fait en sorte de bruler sa maison?

357
00:15:10,946 --> 00:15:12,763
ce type a des competences particulieres?
pas seulement ca,

358
00:15:12,848 --> 00:15:14,765
Jim disait qu'apparement ce type
etait si enerve pendant

359
00:15:14,850 --> 00:15:16,317
le jugement, qu'il a attaqué
le juge en pleine seance.

360
00:15:16,385 --> 00:15:17,752
il a fallu un officier de justice

361
00:15:17,819 --> 00:15:19,687
et 2 officiers armés pour le calmé.
il a ete auditionné?

362
00:15:19,754 --> 00:15:20,922
il y a 3 semaines.

363
00:15:20,989 --> 00:15:23,107
seulement en amerique.
oui, seulement en amerique.

364
00:15:23,191 --> 00:15:24,942
vous connaissez son officer de justice?

365
00:15:25,027 --> 00:15:26,527
on lui a deja parlé.

366
00:15:26,595 --> 00:15:28,729
Parisi est resté
a l'appartement d'une ancienne petite amie

367
00:15:28,780 --> 00:15:30,498
a Wahiawa.

368
00:15:44,780 --> 00:15:46,047
Hey, passes a la
maison samedi.

369
00:15:46,114 --> 00:15:47,882
ta mere aimerai
te voir.

370
00:15:47,949 --> 00:15:49,717
je serai la. je te vois a la maison.

371
00:15:52,287 --> 00:15:53,587
bonjour.

372
00:15:53,655 --> 00:15:55,339
vraiment attentionné.

373
00:15:55,424 --> 00:15:57,425
un dejeuner avec son fils.

374
00:15:57,476 --> 00:15:59,310
vous devez vraiment l'aimer beaucoup.

375
00:15:59,394 --> 00:16:00,594
qui es-ce?

376
00:16:00,662 --> 00:16:02,630
mais une tape sur le dos?

377
00:16:02,698 --> 00:16:05,633
vous auriez du l'embrassé.

378
00:16:07,436 --> 00:16:08,402
s'il vous plait,

379
00:16:08,470 --> 00:16:09,487
ne faites pas ca.

380
00:16:09,571 --> 00:16:11,672
j'espere que vous lui avez dit en revoir.

381
00:16:12,140 --> 00:16:13,741
Five-O!

382
00:16:13,808 --> 00:16:15,009
montrez-moi vos mains!
montrez-moi vos mains!

383
00:16:18,714 --> 00:16:19,780
Kyle!

384
00:16:19,831 --> 00:16:20,982
sors de la voiture!

385
00:16:46,607 --> 00:16:49,409
Hey. qu'es-ce qu'il a dit
lors de l'appel?

386
00:16:49,460 --> 00:16:51,245
comme Kamalei.

387
00:16:51,296 --> 00:16:53,480
numero inconnu, voix d'homme.

388
00:16:53,548 --> 00:16:55,249
"j'espere que vous lui avez dit en revoir."

389
00:16:55,316 --> 00:16:56,466
ca vas?

390
00:16:56,551 --> 00:16:59,152
oui, on trouvera
ce salaud.

391
00:16:59,220 --> 00:17:01,438
bien, nous savons que ce n'est pas Parisi.

392
00:17:01,506 --> 00:17:02,590
Non, nous etions
avec lui

393
00:17:02,641 --> 00:17:03,558
au moment
ou la bombe a explosée.

394
00:17:03,643 --> 00:17:05,494
c'est exact, et si ca a été
déclenché par un detonateur,

395
00:17:05,977 --> 00:17:07,694
le poseur de bombes
devait pas etre loin.
d'accord.

396
00:17:08,563 --> 00:17:10,597
c'est une pièce du recepteur?
oui.

397
00:17:10,648 --> 00:17:13,033
elle est en meilleur état, et on as
une partie du numero de série.

398
00:17:13,101 --> 00:17:14,801
bien. je vais l'analysé, voir si on peut
trouver d'ou ca viens.

399
00:17:14,852 --> 00:17:16,987
ok.

400
00:17:17,071 --> 00:17:18,572
Hey, comment avancent
les recherches?

401
00:17:18,640 --> 00:17:19,940
bien. il y a beaucoup
de traces de pas.

402
00:17:20,008 --> 00:17:21,074
des Touristes prenant des photos.

403
00:17:21,142 --> 00:17:22,826
donc j'ai collecté leurs
cameras et leurs portables,

404
00:17:22,910 --> 00:17:24,778
on verra ce que l'on peut en tirer.
bien, une chose est sure.

405
00:17:24,846 --> 00:17:26,446
il n'en a pas
qu'apres le Juge Kamalei.

406
00:17:26,497 --> 00:17:27,648
effectivement.

407
00:17:27,715 --> 00:17:29,616
si l'on veut trouver
qui est le poseur de bombes,

408
00:17:29,684 --> 00:17:31,484
on doit regarder dans les affaires
incluant Kamalei et Chen.

409
00:17:31,536 --> 00:17:33,337
ma question est,
si c'est une vengeance,

410
00:17:33,421 --> 00:17:36,323
pourquoi ne pas les attaqué directement?
pourquoi choisir les enfants?

411
00:17:39,360 --> 00:17:41,461
je comprends. Mm-hmm.

412
00:17:41,512 --> 00:17:42,763
oui.

413
00:17:44,132 --> 00:17:46,166
je viens vous voir
un peu plus tard.

414
00:17:46,217 --> 00:17:49,353
ouais. je dois y aller.

415
00:17:49,437 --> 00:17:50,554
qu'es-ce qui se passe?

416
00:17:50,638 --> 00:17:52,889
Hey. Um, je ne m'attendai pas
a te voir

417
00:17:52,974 --> 00:17:54,391
juste un peu.

418
00:17:54,475 --> 00:17:57,510
je suis desole. un gars ne peus pas
abandonner son frere?

419
00:17:57,562 --> 00:17:59,279
je vois ce que tu essayes de faire--
malin.

420
00:17:59,347 --> 00:18:00,414
merci.

421
00:18:00,481 --> 00:18:02,566
qu'es-ce que tu fais, affaires?

422
00:18:02,650 --> 00:18:05,352
Uh, ca? Uh, un nouveau client.

423
00:18:05,420 --> 00:18:06,519
qui habite au
nord de l'ile.

424
00:18:06,571 --> 00:18:08,855
je pensai que tu etais
en vacances.

425
00:18:08,906 --> 00:18:11,041
je le suis.
ca, uh, ca vient juste d'arriver.

426
00:18:11,125 --> 00:18:13,226
qui est, uh...

427
00:18:13,294 --> 00:18:15,362
qui es-ce ce nouveau client?

428
00:18:15,413 --> 00:18:17,881
Uh, un de mes clients
m'a recommandé a lui.

429
00:18:17,965 --> 00:18:20,250
He's, uh, il est pret a payer cher.
a fait une petite fortune

430
00:18:20,335 --> 00:18:21,968
grace aux
affaires de famille.

431
00:18:22,036 --> 00:18:24,537
il cherche quelques idées
pour eviter de payer des taxes.

432
00:18:24,589 --> 00:18:26,206
c'est quoi cette affaire de famille?

433
00:18:26,274 --> 00:18:27,391
un peu de tout--

434
00:18:27,475 --> 00:18:30,560
maritimes, service publique,
immobilier.

435
00:18:30,645 --> 00:18:32,646
c'est juste une coincidence
si il est ici a Hawaii?

436
00:18:34,015 --> 00:18:35,349
qu'es-ce que je dois comprendre,
Magnum?

437
00:18:35,400 --> 00:18:37,434
cherches-tu a
chassé mon client?

438
00:18:37,518 --> 00:18:39,152
ouais, j'essayes
de chasser ton client.

439
00:18:39,220 --> 00:18:40,887
je verifie la carrière
de mon petit frere.

440
00:18:40,938 --> 00:18:44,057
c'est tout?
fouilles-moi-- j'adore ca.

441
00:18:44,108 --> 00:18:46,393
Apparament,
ce type a un emploi du temps chargé.

442
00:18:46,461 --> 00:18:47,861
je dois le rencontrer
tout de suite, donc...

443
00:18:47,929 --> 00:18:49,896
on pourra reprendre plus tard?
ouais, des que tu veus.

444
00:18:49,947 --> 00:18:51,415
d'accord.

445
00:18:51,499 --> 00:18:52,916
tu es d'accord?

446
00:18:53,000 --> 00:18:56,203
je suis a Hawaii,
avec mon grand frere.

447
00:18:56,254 --> 00:18:59,206
je vois un peu plus tard.
d'accord.

448
00:19:02,427 --> 00:19:04,577
j'ai croisé les fichiers
de menace du Juge Kamalei

449
00:19:04,629 --> 00:19:06,930
avec les affaires
de Chen qu'ils ont en commun,

450
00:19:07,014 --> 00:19:08,815
je me suis concentré sur les delinquants
et les audiances violentes.

451
00:19:08,883 --> 00:19:10,817
Okay, des correspondances?
Non.

452
00:19:10,885 --> 00:19:13,754
donc j'ai commencé a verifier
les cameras et les portables

453
00:19:13,821 --> 00:19:15,822
que j'ai collectées
sur la scene de crime.

454
00:19:15,890 --> 00:19:18,325
plusieurs touristes
ont pris des photos

455
00:19:18,393 --> 00:19:19,626
juste avant ou apres
l'explosion.

456
00:19:19,694 --> 00:19:20,927
toutes a des
endroits differents.

457
00:19:20,978 --> 00:19:22,929
Okay, donc tu dis que
peut etre que le tueur

458
00:19:22,980 --> 00:19:25,065
est quelque part?
Exactement.

459
00:19:25,133 --> 00:19:27,934
vu la taille des traces de pneus,
on cherche un SUV.

460
00:19:28,002 --> 00:19:29,403
qu'es-ce qui y a la?

461
00:19:29,470 --> 00:19:32,155
agrandi cette partie, Kono.
mais la ici.

462
00:19:34,509 --> 00:19:36,293
les roues sont
pleines de boues.

463
00:19:36,377 --> 00:19:38,311
qu'es-ce que donnent
les empreintes?

464
00:19:39,847 --> 00:19:41,314
elles correspondent

465
00:19:41,382 --> 00:19:43,250
aux empreintes trouvées pres
de la tyrolienne.

466
00:19:43,301 --> 00:19:44,951
tu peus amelioré l'image
de la plaque d'immatriculation?

467
00:19:45,002 --> 00:19:47,621
Non. mais hey,

468
00:19:47,688 --> 00:19:49,322
qu'es-ce que c'est?

469
00:19:49,390 --> 00:19:50,824
on dirait une etiquette pour les voitures louées.

470
00:19:50,892 --> 00:19:53,844
bon, contactes toutes les compagnies
de location sur l'ile.

471
00:19:53,928 --> 00:19:55,695
je veus le nom de tous ceux
qui ont conduit une voiture de location

472
00:19:55,763 --> 00:19:57,013
du meme modele
et de la meme couleur, okay?

473
00:19:57,098 --> 00:19:58,231
d'accord, je m'y met.

474
00:19:59,434 --> 00:20:01,868
Danny, ca vas
avec ton frere?

475
00:20:01,936 --> 00:20:03,069
ca, uh, ca vas.

476
00:20:03,137 --> 00:20:04,971
je pense que je serai la
dans un petit moment, ok.

477
00:20:05,022 --> 00:20:06,373
pourquoi? qu'es-ce que tu vas faire?

478
00:20:06,441 --> 00:20:07,774
je gere. ne t'inquiete pas.
c'est rien.

479
00:20:07,825 --> 00:20:09,943
Uh, okay, je sais ce que
"rien" signifie, donc...

480
00:20:10,011 --> 00:20:12,996
rien signifie rien,
Steven, okay? ca vas.

481
00:20:13,080 --> 00:20:15,315
Okay, tu sais quoi,
restes la.

482
00:20:15,366 --> 00:20:17,167
j'arrive au plus vite.

483
00:20:19,921 --> 00:20:22,289
j'ai trouvé
le numero de série.

484
00:20:22,356 --> 00:20:24,341
c'est un circuit de la telecommande
d'un avion miniature.

485
00:20:24,425 --> 00:20:26,092
un T-9 Sabrecat.

486
00:20:26,160 --> 00:20:28,462
j'ai entendu dire que vous etiez
la seule boutique a en vendre, non?

487
00:20:28,513 --> 00:20:30,730
oui.
recemment?

488
00:20:30,798 --> 00:20:33,567
un type est venu en acheter
la semaine derniere.

489
00:20:33,634 --> 00:20:35,635
Oh, ok. il ressemblait a quoi?

490
00:20:35,703 --> 00:20:37,671
Haole.

491
00:20:37,738 --> 00:20:40,307
cheveux noirs, une petite barbe.

492
00:20:40,374 --> 00:20:42,309
il avait un imper

493
00:20:42,376 --> 00:20:43,877
style classique,
bottes et tout ca qui vas avec.

494
00:20:43,945 --> 00:20:45,078
pas du coin.

495
00:20:45,146 --> 00:20:46,396
qu'es-ce qui vous fait dire ca?

496
00:20:46,481 --> 00:20:47,714
le bronzage,

497
00:20:47,782 --> 00:20:48,982
les habits.

498
00:20:49,050 --> 00:20:51,585
ce cowboy--
il en a acheté combien?

499
00:20:51,652 --> 00:20:53,036
3.

500
00:20:53,120 --> 00:20:54,037
3 ?

501
00:20:54,121 --> 00:20:55,055
Yep.

502
00:20:55,122 --> 00:20:56,323
payé en liquide.

503
00:20:56,390 --> 00:20:58,258
et tiens-toi bien,
la telecommande de l'avion

504
00:20:58,326 --> 00:20:59,826
as une portée de 30 metres.

505
00:20:59,877 --> 00:21:01,912
les traces de pneus que j'ai trouvé
pres de la tyrolienne

506
00:21:01,996 --> 00:21:03,046
correspondent avec les autres.

507
00:21:03,130 --> 00:21:05,248
bien, ca veut dire que
nous n'avons plus qu'une cible

508
00:21:11,672 --> 00:21:13,056
Okay, pourrais-tu
ralentir svp.

509
00:21:13,140 --> 00:21:14,224
on se raproche trop.

510
00:21:14,308 --> 00:21:15,875
Danny, relax. il ne connait
pas cette voiture.

511
00:21:15,927 --> 00:21:17,377
exact.

512
00:21:19,514 --> 00:21:22,882
Stop. il rentre
dans une allée.

513
00:21:30,908 --> 00:21:32,526
oui,bonjour.

514
00:21:32,577 --> 00:21:34,894
c'est bien l'agence Waioleka?

515
00:21:34,946 --> 00:21:37,163
oui, merci.

516
00:21:37,231 --> 00:21:40,734
c'est Clarence Clemons
du bureau de Matthew Williams.

517
00:21:40,801 --> 00:21:43,336
j'appelle pour verifier
son itineraire.

518
00:21:43,404 --> 00:21:46,439
rien? Okay.

519
00:21:46,507 --> 00:21:48,908
Hey, vous pouvez peut etre
me dire,

520
00:21:48,960 --> 00:21:50,477
ou il a atterit?

521
00:21:53,080 --> 00:21:55,448
l'aeroport de Kaleola.

522
00:21:55,516 --> 00:21:57,751
merci beaucoup.

523
00:22:04,859 --> 00:22:08,194
j'en reviens pas
de faire ca.

524
00:22:10,731 --> 00:22:11,998
HOMME:
mains en l'air.

525
00:22:20,157 --> 00:22:22,375
Matthew...

526
00:22:26,213 --> 00:22:28,949
viens. rentre.

527
00:22:30,685 --> 00:22:31,918
ca fais plaisir de te voir.

528
00:22:31,986 --> 00:22:33,720
nous devons discuter
un peu plus affaire.

529
00:22:36,807 --> 00:22:38,325
qu'es-ce qui ce passe?

530
00:22:38,392 --> 00:22:39,626
tu as perdu le signal?

531
00:22:39,677 --> 00:22:41,961
ouais. il disait qu'il venait
pour affaires.

532
00:22:42,013 --> 00:22:45,565
qui peus demandé de lever les bras
avant de faire affaire, hmm?

533
00:22:45,633 --> 00:22:47,734
quelqu'un qui ne veut pas
etre attrappé.

534
00:23:04,732 --> 00:23:07,801
qui est responsable
de la lotion de bronzage, ici?

535
00:23:07,869 --> 00:23:11,104
tu as manqué une enorme
partie de ton nez, tresor.

536
00:23:11,172 --> 00:23:12,522
je ne savais pas que
tu allais te joindre a nous.

537
00:23:12,607 --> 00:23:14,341
desole, man.
j'etai dans mes pensées.

538
00:23:14,409 --> 00:23:16,076
comment s'est passé ton meeting?

539
00:23:16,144 --> 00:23:17,694
vraiment bien, oui.
le type voudrait

540
00:23:17,779 --> 00:23:19,579
de payer 30 millions de dollars
dans des taxes municipales.

541
00:23:19,647 --> 00:23:22,182
j'apprecie, "vraiment? bon,
les obligations ne valent pas le coup."

542
00:23:22,250 --> 00:23:23,417
30 millions?

543
00:23:23,484 --> 00:23:24,651
c'est impressionnant.

544
00:23:24,702 --> 00:23:26,319
qu'es-ce que je peus dire?
je suis bon dans mon travail.

545
00:23:27,372 --> 00:23:28,588
il est temps d'aller nager.

546
00:23:30,341 --> 00:23:33,026
qu'es-ce que tu cherches a faire,exactement?
tu veus juste

547
00:23:33,094 --> 00:23:35,595
que les riches ne payent
plus leurs taxes ou quoi?

548
00:23:35,663 --> 00:23:36,680
en toute impartialitée, j'aimerai

549
00:23:36,764 --> 00:23:38,198
que tout le monde
ne payent plus leurs taxes,

550
00:23:38,266 --> 00:23:40,233
pas juste les riches.

551
00:23:40,301 --> 00:23:42,386
tu sais, les gens ne payent plus
de taxes, puis les flics ne seront pas payés,

552
00:23:42,470 --> 00:23:43,770
les pompiers non plu et ainsi de suite.

553
00:23:43,838 --> 00:23:44,838
tu y a deja
pensé a ca?

554
00:23:44,906 --> 00:23:45,906
Man, je rigole.

555
00:23:45,974 --> 00:23:48,008
allez! Relax!
c'est la plage.

556
00:23:48,059 --> 00:23:49,543
oncle Matt!

557
00:23:49,610 --> 00:23:50,777
poisson!

558
00:23:50,812 --> 00:23:53,280
ou est ce poisson?!
laisses-moi voir!

559
00:23:55,683 --> 00:23:58,418
je vais l'avoir!

560
00:23:58,486 --> 00:24:00,120
la?

561
00:24:04,459 --> 00:24:06,393
qu'es-ce qui ce passe?

562
00:24:06,461 --> 00:24:08,078
quoi ?

563
00:24:08,162 --> 00:24:10,530
je supose que tu es

564
00:24:10,581 --> 00:24:12,065
en mode
"passif-aggressif"?

565
00:24:12,133 --> 00:24:13,767
je n'etai pas
passif-aggressif.

566
00:24:13,835 --> 00:24:16,536
Non, tu etais
aggressif-aggressif.

567
00:24:16,604 --> 00:24:17,871
pourquoi ?

568
00:24:17,922 --> 00:24:20,474
je ne sais pas. il me fais sortir
de mes gonds quelque fois.

569
00:24:20,541 --> 00:24:23,810
Daniel, tu ne peus pas me mentir.
qu'es-ce qui ne vas pas?

570
00:24:33,221 --> 00:24:35,605
d'accord,
je vais te dire quelque chose.

571
00:24:35,690 --> 00:24:36,990
je veus que tu gardes ca
entre nous, okay?

572
00:24:37,058 --> 00:24:38,992
Okay?

573
00:24:40,695 --> 00:24:42,462
l'autre nuit quand moi et steve
sommes venu diner,

574
00:24:42,530 --> 00:24:43,830
le FBI nous observé.

575
00:24:43,898 --> 00:24:44,965
ils en ont apres Matt.

576
00:24:45,033 --> 00:24:47,234
quoi?

577
00:24:47,301 --> 00:24:50,170
ils disaient qu'il escroquait
ces clients

578
00:24:50,237 --> 00:24:52,572
sur leurs economies.

579
00:24:52,623 --> 00:24:53,774
Apparament, une enquete

580
00:24:53,841 --> 00:24:55,942
est en cours.

581
00:24:55,977 --> 00:24:57,611
tu ne crois pas qu'il est coupable?

582
00:24:57,678 --> 00:24:59,346
j'espere.

583
00:24:59,413 --> 00:25:00,680
j'attends qu'un gars du SEC

584
00:25:00,748 --> 00:25:02,015
me rappelle

585
00:25:02,083 --> 00:25:03,934
qu'es-ce que Matt en dis
de tout ca?

586
00:25:04,018 --> 00:25:06,419
je ne lui en ai pas
encore parlé.

587
00:25:06,471 --> 00:25:07,687
Daniel...

588
00:25:07,755 --> 00:25:10,190
qu'es-ce que tu veus que je fasse,
Rachel? que dois-je faire?

589
00:25:10,257 --> 00:25:12,826
une enquete federale
est en cours. je suis flic.

590
00:25:12,894 --> 00:25:14,361
c'est ton frere.

591
00:25:20,368 --> 00:25:22,202
coucou. fais leurs signe.

592
00:25:25,540 --> 00:25:26,973
Hey, je te l'ai dis, man.

593
00:25:27,041 --> 00:25:28,992
souviens-toi de la fois ou,
uh...oh, le Stone Pony?

594
00:25:29,077 --> 00:25:30,544
on a essayé de voir Bruce.

595
00:25:30,611 --> 00:25:32,746
et ce videur bizarre
et ces 3 poussins?

596
00:25:32,814 --> 00:25:34,247
tu veus une biere?

597
00:25:34,298 --> 00:25:35,615
Non, ca ira.

598
00:25:40,254 --> 00:25:41,588
Hey,je veus, uh...

599
00:25:41,639 --> 00:25:43,323
j'aimerai te parler
de quelque chose.

600
00:25:43,391 --> 00:25:45,225
assis-toi une seconde.

601
00:25:45,292 --> 00:25:46,459
c'est Rachel, hum?

602
00:25:46,511 --> 00:25:48,061
je sais que tu es toujours amoureux d'elle.

603
00:25:48,129 --> 00:25:49,396
je l'ai su de la facon

604
00:25:49,464 --> 00:25:51,398
dont tu l'as regardée
au diner la nuit derniere.

605
00:25:51,465 --> 00:25:52,983
je sais.
ce n'est pas Rachel.

606
00:25:55,353 --> 00:25:58,522
j'aimerai que tu me dises
quelque chose...

607
00:25:58,606 --> 00:26:01,441
et je veus que tu
me dises la verité.

608
00:26:01,509 --> 00:26:03,510
qu'es-ce qui t'arrives?

609
00:26:05,479 --> 00:26:07,313
rien. pourquoi?

610
00:26:08,516 --> 00:26:12,919
pourquoi? parce que j'ai parlé a un ami
au SEC.

611
00:26:15,623 --> 00:26:17,057
de quoi tu parles?

612
00:26:17,125 --> 00:26:19,860
je parle de l'enquete
que l'on fait sur toi.

613
00:26:19,927 --> 00:26:21,494
Matt,

614
00:26:21,546 --> 00:26:23,663
tu as volé de l'argent

615
00:26:23,714 --> 00:26:24,798
de tes clients, huh?

616
00:26:24,849 --> 00:26:26,299
Danny, c'est...
c'est dingue, okay?

617
00:26:26,350 --> 00:26:28,268
c'est juste... pas possible...

618
00:26:28,335 --> 00:26:30,103
ne me mens pas.
je ne mens pas!

619
00:26:30,171 --> 00:26:31,171
ecoutes-moi! a qui tu penses etre

620
00:26:31,222 --> 00:26:32,639
entrain de parler huh?!

621
00:26:32,707 --> 00:26:35,058
tu pensais faire comme
avec tes clients?!

622
00:26:35,143 --> 00:26:36,509
je suis ton frere!
ne me mens pas!

623
00:26:36,561 --> 00:26:38,011
qu'es-ce que tu veus entendre,
que j'ai pris l'argent?

624
00:26:41,566 --> 00:26:43,950
bien.j'ai pris l'argent.

625
00:26:51,459 --> 00:26:53,293
a quoi tu pensais?

626
00:26:55,963 --> 00:26:57,497
tu as fais une grosse connerie,
tu as pensé a maman?

627
00:26:57,548 --> 00:26:58,665
et papa?

628
00:26:58,733 --> 00:27:00,884
et nos soeurs?
je sais.

629
00:27:00,968 --> 00:27:02,035
tu sais ils vont aller
frappé a la porte de maman?

630
00:27:02,103 --> 00:27:03,386
ils vont l'appellée
au milieu de la nuit

631
00:27:03,471 --> 00:27:05,088
pour demandé des renseignements?
je sais, okay? j'ai fais une erreur.

632
00:27:05,173 --> 00:27:06,973
c'est ca que tu
attendais?

633
00:27:07,041 --> 00:27:08,226
quoi, tu penses que je te met
des batons dans les roues?

634
00:27:08,299 --> 00:27:09,333
que ca m'amuse?

635
00:27:09,369 --> 00:27:11,971
je pense que tu aimes etre
le gars dont tout le monde penses

636
00:27:12,022 --> 00:27:15,274
qu'il fait tout correctement, mais nous
savons tout les deux que tu fais des erreurs.

637
00:27:18,637 --> 00:27:20,605
pourquoi? pourquoi?

638
00:27:20,690 --> 00:27:22,791
c'est tout ce que je veus savoir. pourquoi?

639
00:27:27,630 --> 00:27:32,734
j'ai perdu 58 millions de dollars en une journée.

640
00:27:32,802 --> 00:27:35,404
et je devais
arrangé ca.

641
00:27:35,471 --> 00:27:40,375
j'ai pris de l'argent des comptes
de mes autres clients.

642
00:27:40,443 --> 00:27:42,945
j'ai comblé les dettes.

643
00:27:43,012 --> 00:27:46,448
j'esperai pouvoir
me couvrir,

644
00:27:46,516 --> 00:27:48,517
personne ne pouvaient
rester sage,

645
00:27:48,568 --> 00:27:50,953
et un mensonge
conduisant a un autre

646
00:27:51,020 --> 00:27:52,421
et un autre
et ainsi de suite.

647
00:27:52,488 --> 00:27:53,605
pourquoi tu n'es pas venu me voir?

648
00:27:53,690 --> 00:27:55,223
tu es flic.

649
00:27:55,275 --> 00:27:56,391
je sais
que tu aurais...

650
00:27:56,459 --> 00:27:58,460
je suis ton frere.
je t'aurai aider.

651
00:27:58,528 --> 00:28:01,864
je pensai arranger
ca moi-meme,

652
00:28:01,915 --> 00:28:03,565
mais je n'y suis pas arrivé.

653
00:28:03,633 --> 00:28:05,117
pourquoi tu es venu a Hawaii?

654
00:28:07,871 --> 00:28:09,938
pour arreter une autre affaire,

655
00:28:10,006 --> 00:28:11,740
et j'ai essaye de m'acheter
une nouvelle conduite,

656
00:28:11,808 --> 00:28:15,911
mais, uh... je suis tombé.

657
00:28:15,979 --> 00:28:18,447
Okay.

658
00:28:18,514 --> 00:28:20,449
Okay, ou es-ce...

659
00:28:20,516 --> 00:28:24,186
Okay, nous allons prendre l'avion
ensemble

660
00:28:24,253 --> 00:28:26,939
et nous retournerons
a New York, okay?

661
00:28:27,023 --> 00:28:28,523
tu ira parlé
au FBI,

662
00:28:28,591 --> 00:28:30,309
tu parleras au SEC

663
00:28:30,393 --> 00:28:31,526
et tout s'arrangera,

664
00:28:31,594 --> 00:28:32,561
tu comprends?

665
00:28:32,629 --> 00:28:33,762
j'irai en prison.

666
00:28:33,813 --> 00:28:35,631
Yeah, tu iras probablement
en prison.

667
00:28:35,698 --> 00:28:36,965
pour les petits delits.

668
00:28:37,033 --> 00:28:39,868
bon, on aura
besoin d'un bon avocat.

669
00:28:39,936 --> 00:28:42,404
j'irai personellement
parler

670
00:28:42,472 --> 00:28:44,806
au procureur,
je serai la avec toi

671
00:28:44,874 --> 00:28:46,508
et on pourra s'en sortir
ensemble.

672
00:28:53,616 --> 00:28:56,284
ca vas mettre un coup a papa et maman.

673
00:28:56,336 --> 00:28:58,720
Okay, ecoutes moi.

674
00:28:58,788 --> 00:29:01,306
Um, le retour sera long.

675
00:29:01,391 --> 00:29:04,893
nous rentrons a la maison.
je veus que tu prepares tes affaires.

676
00:29:04,961 --> 00:29:07,346
je serai de retour
dans quelques heures.

677
00:29:15,137 --> 00:29:17,106
j'ai comparé les locations de SUV rouge
avec les cas

678
00:29:17,157 --> 00:29:19,942
sur lesquels Kamalei
et Chen ont travaillés, et j'ai une correspondance.

679
00:29:20,693 --> 00:29:23,478
Travis Roan, 49 ans, habite
a Cheyenne dans le Wyoming.

680
00:29:23,529 --> 00:29:24,846
pas d'adresses dans la region.

681
00:29:24,914 --> 00:29:26,331
et il a travaillé
avec une equipe de combat.

682
00:29:26,416 --> 00:29:28,367
donc il connaissait un chemin pres
du chantier en construction.

683
00:29:28,451 --> 00:29:29,551
et il a passé 7 ans

684
00:29:29,619 --> 00:29:31,987
au penitentier du Wyoming
pour violences graves.

685
00:29:32,055 --> 00:29:33,321
Okay, mais le Wyoming?
je ne comprends pas.

686
00:29:33,373 --> 00:29:34,373
qu'es-ce qu'il essaye de faire ici?

687
00:29:34,457 --> 00:29:36,425
Non, pas lui mais son fils.

688
00:29:39,729 --> 00:29:42,631
Thomas Roan.
oui. 20 ans.

689
00:29:42,682 --> 00:29:45,166
il a pris 18 mois
pour drogue au volant,

690
00:29:45,218 --> 00:29:46,401
puis il a été poignardé
dans le couloir de la prison.

691
00:29:46,469 --> 00:29:48,837
il est mort 10 jours après en prison.
Oh, man.

692
00:29:48,888 --> 00:29:51,890
et Kamalei et Chen
l'y on mis, n'es-ce pas?

693
00:29:51,975 --> 00:29:54,743
ce type cherche a vengé
la mort de son fils.

694
00:29:54,811 --> 00:29:57,362
donc j'ai sorti le dossier de Thomas
et j'ai parlé au juge

695
00:29:57,447 --> 00:29:59,448
pour essayer de trouver
notre derniere cible potentielle.

696
00:29:59,515 --> 00:30:01,149
peut etre un officier,
un temoin clé.

697
00:30:01,200 --> 00:30:03,452
mais le Juge Kamalei
ne peus pas se souvenir

698
00:30:03,519 --> 00:30:05,454
qu'il y avait eu beaucoup d'appels
apres son verdict.

699
00:30:05,521 --> 00:30:06,955
qui es-ce qui a passé ses appels?

700
00:30:07,023 --> 00:30:09,024
la mere de Thomas

701
00:30:09,092 --> 00:30:11,259
les papiers du tribunal montrent
qu'elle as une adresse dans la region.

702
00:30:11,327 --> 00:30:13,045
peut etre qu'elle peut nous aider a trouver
Travis Roan.

703
00:30:19,836 --> 00:30:22,054
je ne crois pas.

704
00:30:22,088 --> 00:30:25,340
Oh, mon dieu,
ces pauvres enfants.

705
00:30:25,408 --> 00:30:26,975
es-ce que vous savez ou est Travis
maintenant?

706
00:30:27,043 --> 00:30:30,846
il est retourné au Wyoming, je pense.

707
00:30:30,913 --> 00:30:32,981
il a seulement été en ville
pour les funerailles de Thomas.

708
00:30:33,049 --> 00:30:35,417
nous sommes vraiment desole
de ce qui est arrivé a votre fils.

709
00:30:35,485 --> 00:30:39,388
Thomas ne pouvait attendre
pour quitter le Cheyenne.

710
00:30:39,455 --> 00:30:42,824
il disait que cet endroit
c'etait comme le paradis.

711
00:30:42,892 --> 00:30:45,694
puis au premier semestre, il a été
attrapé pour drogue au volant.

712
00:30:45,762 --> 00:30:48,463
le juge et le procureur
en ont fait un exemple.

713
00:30:48,531 --> 00:30:50,749
qu'es-ce que
vous voulez dire?

714
00:30:50,833 --> 00:30:55,203
c'etait le troisiéme a etre attrapé pour drogue au volant
cette semaine, en plein Waikiki.

715
00:30:55,254 --> 00:30:58,173
et ca n'a pas aider Thomas qu'il soit
mineur et qu'il est frappé sur une voiture.

716
00:30:58,241 --> 00:31:00,842
donc au lieu d'etre en probation
ou de perdre son permis...

717
00:31:00,910 --> 00:31:02,277
il a pris 18 mois.

718
00:31:02,345 --> 00:31:04,179
j'ai essayé de faire appel,

719
00:31:04,247 --> 00:31:06,248
pour baisser sa peine.

720
00:31:06,315 --> 00:31:07,582
comment votre
ex-mari as pris ca?

721
00:31:07,650 --> 00:31:10,252
pas bien. ils n'ont pas voulu
le laisser voir son fils.

722
00:31:10,319 --> 00:31:13,155
les fabriquants de drogues ne sont pas autorisés.

723
00:31:13,222 --> 00:31:16,958
Thomas avait seulement 13 ans quand son
pere est parti a Rawlins.

724
00:31:17,026 --> 00:31:19,945
ils se sont ecrit des lettres,
mais ils ne ce sont pas vu

725
00:31:20,029 --> 00:31:21,430
chacuns de leurs cotés.

726
00:31:21,497 --> 00:31:23,965
Madame, dites-moi si Travis a eu...

727
00:31:24,033 --> 00:31:27,436
des menaces
ou quelqu'un qui

728
00:31:27,503 --> 00:31:29,438
l'aurait blamé
pour la mort de Thomas?

729
00:31:29,505 --> 00:31:30,806
Non.

730
00:31:30,873 --> 00:31:34,609
Non, la seule chose qui ma marqué
c'est ce qu'il a dit aux funerailles

731
00:31:34,677 --> 00:31:36,628
qu'il ne pourrait jamais lui dire "en-revoir".

732
00:31:41,167 --> 00:31:43,585
Mrs. Roan,
c'est tres important.

733
00:31:43,653 --> 00:31:46,755
nous devons savoir ou
Travis était resté.

734
00:32:02,705 --> 00:32:03,872
RAS.

735
00:32:06,109 --> 00:32:07,876
il etait la tout recemment.

736
00:32:07,944 --> 00:32:10,028
l'evier est encore mouillé,
on dirait qu'il vient de le nettoyé.

737
00:32:10,113 --> 00:32:13,381
j'ai les photos et les lettres
de Thomas a son pere.

738
00:32:18,921 --> 00:32:20,922
Chin, j'ai trouvé les kits.

739
00:32:30,016 --> 00:32:31,633
la derniere telecommande a disparue.

740
00:32:31,701 --> 00:32:33,051
nous manquons
de temps.

741
00:32:33,136 --> 00:32:35,303
attends, j'ai quelque chose.
ces lettres...

742
00:32:35,371 --> 00:32:37,639
Roan ablamé quelqu'un qui s'appellait
"Meachum."

743
00:32:37,707 --> 00:32:38,857
disant: "elle m'a ejecté.

744
00:32:38,941 --> 00:32:41,359
elle m'a convaincu
d'un accord."

745
00:32:41,444 --> 00:32:42,727
c'etait son avocat.

746
00:32:42,812 --> 00:32:44,412
avocat commis d'office.
d'accord.

747
00:32:44,480 --> 00:32:46,047
notre prochaine cible.

748
00:32:47,066 --> 00:32:49,217
l'ecole de Pi'ikoi?

749
00:32:49,285 --> 00:32:51,153
ouais, je suis, environ, a 2 minutes
de la. poourquoi?

750
00:32:51,204 --> 00:32:52,654
parce que c'est la que
notre suspect vas frappé.

751
00:32:52,722 --> 00:32:54,856
il en as aprés Brian Meachum,
l'avocat commis d'office du petit.

752
00:32:54,924 --> 00:32:56,491
ok.
vous avez son identité?

753
00:32:56,542 --> 00:32:57,692
oui, le gars s'appelle
Travis Roan.

754
00:32:57,743 --> 00:33:00,212
il conduisait un SUV rouge,
c'est une location.

755
00:33:00,296 --> 00:33:01,913
je t'envoi
une photo tout de suite.

756
00:33:01,998 --> 00:33:03,248
Danny, ecoutes moi, okay?

757
00:33:03,332 --> 00:33:05,567
j'ai un visuel sur ce type,
et il faut procédé

758
00:33:05,635 --> 00:33:07,402
avec une extreme precaution.
il est hautement instable,

759
00:33:07,470 --> 00:33:09,838
et il manie des explosifs.

760
00:33:14,477 --> 00:33:17,112
c'est ce que vous cherchiez,
Mr. Meachum?

761
00:33:17,180 --> 00:33:19,281
oui.

762
00:33:19,348 --> 00:33:20,615
je l'ai trouvé a la gym.

763
00:33:20,683 --> 00:33:22,350
quelqu'un la peut etre
laisse pour vous.

764
00:33:22,418 --> 00:33:24,102
merci.

765
00:33:25,354 --> 00:33:28,907
sois prudent, maintenant.

766
00:33:28,991 --> 00:33:32,561
tes devoirs.

767
00:33:32,628 --> 00:33:33,945
il faut toujours
les verifier deux fois.

768
00:33:34,030 --> 00:33:35,730
d'accord. merci.

769
00:33:48,753 --> 00:33:50,104
Kono, as-tu réussi
a avoir Diana Meachum?

770
00:33:50,188 --> 00:33:51,555
Non, je tombe sur le repondeur.

771
00:33:51,606 --> 00:33:54,625
mais la base de données du DMV montre
qu'elle conduit un minivan beige,

772
00:33:54,693 --> 00:33:56,110
plaque d'mmatriculation: Charlie, Bravo,

773
00:33:56,194 --> 00:33:58,062
0, 3, 2, 5.

774
00:33:58,129 --> 00:34:00,447
Okay, le l'ai noté. ecoutes,
n'oublies que le transmettreur

775
00:34:00,532 --> 00:34:01,732
n'a q'une portée
de 30 metres, okay?

776
00:34:01,783 --> 00:34:03,117
tu localises les Meachums,

777
00:34:03,201 --> 00:34:06,453
Roan ne peus pas etre loin,
soit prudent.

778
00:34:29,944 --> 00:34:32,596
pourquoi toujours laisser
ton telephone sur vibreur?

779
00:34:32,664 --> 00:34:34,665
c'est un peu genant
quand il sonne en pleine audiance.

780
00:34:34,733 --> 00:34:37,735
peut etre que tu devrais y repondre.

781
00:34:37,786 --> 00:34:39,770
c'est Diana.

782
00:34:39,821 --> 00:34:41,071
Mrs. Meachum.

783
00:34:41,122 --> 00:34:42,773
c'est le commandant
Steve McGarrett du Five-O.

784
00:34:42,824 --> 00:34:44,825
vous etes en danger.

785
00:34:44,909 --> 00:34:47,327
vous devez sortir de votre voiture,
et vous mettre a l'abri, tout de suite.

786
00:34:47,412 --> 00:34:49,296
ne touche a rien.
Brian, sortez de la voiture tout de suite. dehors.

787
00:34:49,380 --> 00:34:50,814
allez. allez.

788
00:34:58,223 --> 00:35:00,457
j'ai les Meachums.

789
00:35:00,525 --> 00:35:03,260
Steve, viens ici.

790
00:35:03,328 --> 00:35:05,896
Five-O, vos mains
que je puisse les voirent.

791
00:35:07,932 --> 00:35:11,602
Hey. sortez de la voiture
doucement, d'accord?

792
00:35:11,669 --> 00:35:14,037

We actually have conversations,
and I don't feel like

57
00:03:00,723 --> 00:03:03,125
a blood vessel's gonna explode
out of my neck, so that's good.

58
00:03:03,193 --> 00:03:04,493
- Good. Progress.
- Yeah, absolutely.

59
00:03:04,561 --> 00:03:07,830
So? Why the, uh,
why the sudden visit?

60
00:03:07,898 --> 00:03:09,331
You're on business,
right?

61
00:03:09,399 --> 00:03:12,001
What do you mean? What, a guy
can't drop in on his bro?

62
00:03:12,068 --> 00:03:14,670
No. A guy can drop in on
his bro, but not you, okay?

63
00:03:14,737 --> 00:03:16,438
'Cause last time
you dropped in on me,

64
00:03:16,506 --> 00:03:18,407
you crashed Dad's car
into a tree.

65
00:03:18,475 --> 00:03:21,043
Let the IROC go, Danny.
Okay? I came here to have fun.

66
00:03:21,094 --> 00:03:22,745
Proof. Right here.

67
00:03:22,812 --> 00:03:24,747
We are going to swim
with dolphins,

68
00:03:24,814 --> 00:03:26,081
we are going to feed sharks,

69
00:03:26,149 --> 00:03:27,266
hot air ballooning.

70
00:03:27,350 --> 00:03:28,918
This place
has everything.

71
00:03:28,985 --> 00:03:30,586
Yeah, they
got everything.

72
00:03:30,654 --> 00:03:31,754
I mean,
they got tsunamis,

73
00:03:31,821 --> 00:03:33,589
they got giant centipedes...

74
00:03:33,657 --> 00:03:35,557
You know what your
problem is? Your issue?

75
00:03:35,625 --> 00:03:37,459
Lack of adventurous spirit.

76
00:03:37,527 --> 00:03:39,111
You're a spoilsport!
Am I right, Gracie?

77
00:03:39,195 --> 00:03:40,429
Yeah.

78
00:03:42,315 --> 00:03:44,333
Hold on a second.

79
00:03:47,704 --> 00:03:50,706
When? Okay.

80
00:03:51,491 --> 00:03:52,942
Guys, I got bad news.

81
00:03:53,009 --> 00:03:55,611
I gotta go to work. Grace, gotta
take you back to Mom, okay?

82
00:03:55,679 --> 00:03:57,796
Wait a second.
She can hang with me.

83
00:03:57,881 --> 00:03:59,348
- You're gonna babysit?
- Yeah.

84
00:03:59,416 --> 00:04:01,750
We can hang out for the day, and
then we'll meet you for dinner.

85
00:04:01,801 --> 00:04:02,918
What do you think, Gracie?
Mm-hmm.

86
00:04:02,969 --> 00:04:05,287
All right. But listen,
no funny stuff.

87
00:04:05,338 --> 00:04:06,488
No trouble, okay?
I won't.

88
00:04:06,556 --> 00:04:08,991
I know you won't.
I'm talking to him.

89
00:04:09,059 --> 00:04:11,060
All right.
Come on.

90
00:04:11,127 --> 00:04:14,296
I'll see you guys later.
Stay out of trouble.

91
00:04:14,347 --> 00:04:16,098
We need to cause trouble,

92
00:04:16,149 --> 00:04:17,933
right now. Yes.

93
00:04:17,984 --> 00:04:19,268
I heard that.

94
00:04:25,025 --> 00:04:26,975
Chin.

95
00:04:27,027 --> 00:04:29,411
Hey, listen, I think we need
to expand the grid search

96
00:04:29,479 --> 00:04:30,746
to a half-mile radius.

97
00:04:30,813 --> 00:04:32,748
What did you find?

98
00:04:32,815 --> 00:04:34,917
The end of the zip line here,
it's all charred,

99
00:04:34,984 --> 00:04:38,671
and there's a, uh... a residue,
a film, all over it.

100
00:04:38,755 --> 00:04:40,005
You think it was an explosive?

101
00:04:40,090 --> 00:04:41,523
Yeah, I do.

102
00:04:41,591 --> 00:04:43,459
Could've been a shape charge
that went high order.

103
00:04:43,510 --> 00:04:46,261
I also found evidence
of an electronic trigger.

104
00:04:46,329 --> 00:04:48,163
Probably short-wave.

105
00:04:48,231 --> 00:04:49,665
Somebody blew
the zip line out, Chin,

106
00:04:49,733 --> 00:04:51,934
and they had to have been
close by to do it.

107
00:04:52,001 --> 00:04:53,702
Okay. I'll see what I can find.

108
00:05:06,202 --> 00:05:07,536
We know this is hard, but...

109
00:05:07,573 --> 00:05:09,841
can you tell us
about the phone call?

110
00:05:10,579 --> 00:05:13,097
It was an unknown number.

111
00:05:13,181 --> 00:05:14,432
He had a thin,

112
00:05:14,516 --> 00:05:17,017
raspy voice.

113
00:05:17,085 --> 00:05:20,187
Didn't recognize it.

114
00:05:20,255 --> 00:05:22,606
He knew I was a judge.

115
00:05:22,691 --> 00:05:25,392
He called me "Your Honor."

116
00:05:25,460 --> 00:05:29,263
I think
he was watching us.

117
00:05:29,331 --> 00:05:32,466
One minute Katie
was waving good-bye...

118
00:05:32,534 --> 00:05:34,869
then the next...

119
00:05:36,538 --> 00:05:38,155
I'm sorry.

120
00:05:38,240 --> 00:05:40,407
You've got to excuse me.

121
00:05:44,546 --> 00:05:46,280
Single father, one kid.

122
00:05:46,348 --> 00:05:50,217
Yeah. He just lost
the only family he had.

123
00:05:50,285 --> 00:05:53,287
Do you think the daughter
was a target, or just...

124
00:05:53,355 --> 00:05:55,623
collateral damage?
No, I think from the phone call

125
00:05:55,690 --> 00:05:57,124
the father was definitely
the target.

126
00:05:57,175 --> 00:05:59,560
The killer was
taunting him.

127
00:05:59,627 --> 00:06:02,296
He knew his name, his number,
exactly where he'd be.

128
00:06:02,364 --> 00:06:04,098
Definitely premeditated. Yeah.

129
00:06:04,166 --> 00:06:08,152
I want a full protective detail
on the judge, 24/7.

130
00:06:08,236 --> 00:06:10,738
For all we know,
this whack job's not done.

131
00:06:25,520 --> 00:06:26,987
So I found these tire tracks

132
00:06:27,055 --> 00:06:29,857
in an area that's usually
off limits to vehicles.

133
00:06:29,925 --> 00:06:32,626
They're recent, and they're well
within sight of the platform.

134
00:06:32,694 --> 00:06:34,428
You get a hit from the HPD database?
Yeah.

135
00:06:34,496 --> 00:06:36,830
According to the size, depth,

136
00:06:36,882 --> 00:06:38,465
and tread pattern,
it looks like our suspect

137
00:06:38,533 --> 00:06:40,393
was driving a late-model SUV
or a light pickup.

138
00:06:40,528 --> 00:06:42,048
Once we get a suspect,
we can pull a match.

139
00:06:42,073 --> 00:06:42,973
Okay, Danny.

140
00:06:43,056 --> 00:06:45,391
Any luck tracing
the phone call to the judge?

141
00:06:46,007 --> 00:06:47,308
No, the phone's a burner.
Completely untraceable.

142
00:06:47,375 --> 00:06:49,360
But, uh,
the HPD bomb squad

143
00:06:49,444 --> 00:06:51,678
they checked out
the fragments that you found,

144
00:06:51,730 --> 00:06:53,347
and they said
it's from an RF receiver

145
00:06:53,398 --> 00:06:56,116
usually found in walkie-talkies
or remote-controlled cars.

146
00:06:56,184 --> 00:06:57,818
They're doing chemical analysis
on the explosives right now.

147
00:06:57,869 --> 00:06:59,386
Kono, what do you got?

148
00:06:59,454 --> 00:07:01,856
I've been trying to get a hold
of the judge's threat file,

149
00:07:01,923 --> 00:07:03,707
but the deputy prosecutor's
been in court all day.

150
00:07:03,792 --> 00:07:05,659
- Threat file?
- The prosecutor's office

151
00:07:05,710 --> 00:07:07,995
has a team of investigators
whose sole job is to keep track

152
00:07:08,063 --> 00:07:09,730
of any written or verbal threats
against the bench.

153
00:07:09,798 --> 00:07:11,632
Basically, just weed out
the whack jobs, right?

154
00:07:11,700 --> 00:07:13,534
So depending on how heavy
the threat,

155
00:07:13,602 --> 00:07:16,053
they either do or do not
pass it on to the Feds.

156
00:07:16,137 --> 00:07:17,922
So what we're looking for
right now is someone

157
00:07:18,006 --> 00:07:19,406
who matches
our killer's profile so far:

158
00:07:19,474 --> 00:07:22,910
male, violent, history with
explosives, and an axe to grind.

159
00:07:22,978 --> 00:07:24,245
Makes sense.
With cops, judges,

160
00:07:24,312 --> 00:07:25,846
anyone who puts away
hardened criminals,

161
00:07:25,897 --> 00:07:27,314
suspect pool's going
to be pretty deep.

162
00:07:27,382 --> 00:07:29,783
Okay, so if we're focusing
on violent felony cases

163
00:07:29,851 --> 00:07:31,902
the judge has presided over,
how deep is this pool

164
00:07:31,987 --> 00:07:33,687
that we're
talking about?

165
00:07:37,409 --> 00:07:39,777
Okay. Uh, we need
to whittle this down.

166
00:07:39,861 --> 00:07:41,662
In the meantime,
let's make sure Judge Kamalei's

167
00:07:41,729 --> 00:07:43,097
personal security detail
has a picture

168
00:07:43,164 --> 00:07:44,865
of every one of these guys.

169
00:07:44,933 --> 00:07:48,168
When this killer
comes back for the judge,

170
00:07:48,236 --> 00:07:49,937
we're going to be ready.

171
00:07:58,731 --> 00:07:59,848
Yeah.

172
00:07:59,939 --> 00:08:01,957
All right.
Thanks, Chin.

173
00:08:02,034 --> 00:08:04,319
HPD is in place.
The judge is secure.

174
00:08:04,386 --> 00:08:07,021
Kono and I are going to go
see Deputy Prosecutor Chen

175
00:08:07,089 --> 00:08:09,023
tomorrow, try to narrow
down our suspects.

176
00:08:09,091 --> 00:08:10,692
We'll take all the help
we can get.

177
00:08:10,759 --> 00:08:12,861
You know, I really appreciate
this escort through the Hilton.

178
00:08:12,928 --> 00:08:14,596
I'm just stopping in
to pick up Grace.

179
00:08:14,663 --> 00:08:15,997
It's no big deal.

180
00:08:16,065 --> 00:08:17,999
Besides, I want
to meet your brother.

181
00:08:18,067 --> 00:08:19,934
Well, be warned.

182
00:08:20,002 --> 00:08:22,003
Mr. Wall Street has
quite a personality.

183
00:08:22,071 --> 00:08:23,504
Runs in the
family, huh?

184
00:08:23,556 --> 00:08:26,140
Disorder. Personality
dis... order.

185
00:08:35,050 --> 00:08:37,685
Hey, Rach.
What are you doing here?

186
00:08:37,753 --> 00:08:39,821
Mmm, it's nice
to see you, too, Daniel.

187
00:08:39,872 --> 00:08:42,189
I invited her. Come on,
it's been a long time

188
00:08:42,241 --> 00:08:43,992
since we've had
a family meal.

189
00:08:44,059 --> 00:08:45,543
It'll be just
like old times.

190
00:08:45,628 --> 00:08:47,662
Steven.

191
00:08:47,730 --> 00:08:49,531
My brother Matthew. Matthew...
Good to meet you.

192
00:08:49,598 --> 00:08:50,365
Great to meet you.

193
00:08:50,432 --> 00:08:52,550
Well, can you stay awhile?

194
00:08:52,635 --> 00:08:54,736
Uh... no Stan?

195
00:08:54,803 --> 00:08:57,038
Well, he's in Boston
on business.

196
00:08:57,106 --> 00:08:58,039
Again?

197
00:08:58,107 --> 00:08:59,774
Daniel.
What?

198
00:08:59,842 --> 00:09:01,643
Hey, so, uh, listen,
I'll leave you to it.

199
00:09:01,710 --> 00:09:03,745
You stay, Danny.
Come on, come on. Steve.

200
00:09:03,812 --> 00:09:06,214
Even cops can spare a half hour
to grab some food, come on.

201
00:09:06,282 --> 00:09:07,932
Come on, hang out,
I got Danny's favorite.

202
00:09:08,017 --> 00:09:09,267
I got surf and turf. Yeah.

203
00:09:09,351 --> 00:09:11,569
What do you think?

204
00:09:11,654 --> 00:09:12,820
I could eat.
Surf? Or, uh...

205
00:09:12,888 --> 00:09:13,938
I could eat surf.

206
00:09:14,023 --> 00:09:15,089
Surf? Okay.
Come on.

207
00:09:15,157 --> 00:09:17,559
Can I...? Thank you.

208
00:09:31,240 --> 00:09:32,373
I'm telling you
something.

209
00:09:32,441 --> 00:09:35,343
He would do it
every, every time.

210
00:09:35,411 --> 00:09:36,678
Every time.
No, he didn't.

211
00:09:36,745 --> 00:09:38,880
He did not!
Not every time.

212
00:09:38,931 --> 00:09:41,883
Okay, Danny, tell them
about the time at the zoo.

213
00:09:41,951 --> 00:09:43,151
Again with the...
Every time with the zoo.

214
00:09:43,218 --> 00:09:45,303
Okay? You were...
He was causing a disturbance.

215
00:09:45,387 --> 00:09:47,889
You handcuffed me to

216
00:09:47,940 --> 00:09:49,223
the monkey cages.

217
00:09:49,291 --> 00:09:51,309
Hey, I... I was
doing my job.

218
00:09:51,393 --> 00:09:53,427
Danny, you were nine!
What are you talking about?

219
00:09:53,479 --> 00:09:54,979
They were plastic handcuffs.
Just so you know.

220
00:09:55,064 --> 00:09:57,799
So you were a
cop back then?

221
00:09:57,866 --> 00:09:59,334
Oh, yeah. My parents
would say, you know,

222
00:09:59,401 --> 00:10:02,403
"Where's, uh, where's your
brother?" Danny would say,

223
00:10:02,471 --> 00:10:04,122
"Guess we lost him."

224
00:10:04,206 --> 00:10:06,407
You are horrible, Daniel.

225
00:10:06,475 --> 00:10:08,509
Oh, I always
would come back for you.

226
00:10:08,577 --> 00:10:10,161
Didn't I?
You know what, take my hand.

227
00:10:10,245 --> 00:10:11,496
Didn't I, huh?
That is true. That is true.

228
00:10:11,580 --> 00:10:12,947
If you remembered
where you left me.

229
00:10:13,015 --> 00:10:14,515
I love you.

230
00:10:16,552 --> 00:10:18,720
Look at this... look at
this little cutie-patootie.

231
00:10:18,787 --> 00:10:20,287
Oh, my gosh.

232
00:10:20,339 --> 00:10:21,789
I know, she is so tired.

233
00:10:24,526 --> 00:10:26,694
She drank several,
several sodas.

234
00:10:28,463 --> 00:10:30,565
Hey.

235
00:10:30,633 --> 00:10:33,935
See these two guys
over Rachel's right shoulder?

236
00:10:34,003 --> 00:10:35,670
Goofy aloha shirt
and cheap shoes?

237
00:10:35,738 --> 00:10:37,171
Yeah.

238
00:10:37,239 --> 00:10:39,240
Look like Feds, huh?
Mm-hmm.

239
00:10:39,308 --> 00:10:40,975
They watching us?
I don't know.

240
00:10:41,026 --> 00:10:44,312
Guy on the right walked
out of my brother's room

241
00:10:44,380 --> 00:10:45,780
in a waiter outfit
earlier today.

242
00:10:45,848 --> 00:10:48,182
Really?
Yeah.

243
00:10:48,250 --> 00:10:50,251
Looks like they're
getting up.

244
00:10:50,319 --> 00:10:51,486
What do you want to do?

245
00:10:51,553 --> 00:10:53,087
Say hello?
I think we should say hello.

246
00:10:53,155 --> 00:10:54,589
Hey, uh, we'll
be right back.

247
00:10:54,657 --> 00:10:57,125
All right.
One second.

248
00:10:57,176 --> 00:10:58,726
Okay.

249
00:11:06,101 --> 00:11:08,670
Hey.

250
00:11:10,222 --> 00:11:11,856
Gentlemen.
Special Agent Edward Kipton.

251
00:11:11,940 --> 00:11:13,875
this is Special Agent
Adam Markowitz.

252
00:11:13,942 --> 00:11:14,942
FBI. We know.

253
00:11:15,010 --> 00:11:16,544
What do you want
with my brother?

254
00:11:16,612 --> 00:11:19,347
I'm sorry.
It's an active investigation.

255
00:11:19,415 --> 00:11:21,199
You know how it is.
Oh, okay.

256
00:11:21,283 --> 00:11:24,419
Um, listen, we have, on this
Island, what is called...

257
00:11:24,486 --> 00:11:25,787
What does the government
call it?

258
00:11:25,854 --> 00:11:27,354
It's called full immunity
and means.

259
00:11:27,406 --> 00:11:29,190
Full immunity and means.

260
00:11:29,208 --> 00:11:30,958
So...
I'll give her a call.

261
00:11:31,026 --> 00:11:32,627
Just do yourself a favor,
okay, and just tell me

262
00:11:32,695 --> 00:11:35,129
why you're following my brother.
We don't have to do all this.

263
00:11:35,197 --> 00:11:36,297
Governor Jameson please.

264
00:11:36,365 --> 00:11:38,166
Right, you have the
governor on speed dial?

265
00:11:38,233 --> 00:11:39,734
Exactly.
Hello, Governor.

266
00:11:39,802 --> 00:11:42,870
Yes, ma'am. No, I'm standing
with a couple of FBI agents here

267
00:11:42,921 --> 00:11:46,207
who are refusing to share
information about a case.

268
00:11:46,275 --> 00:11:47,275
Why are you smiling?
He's not kidding.

269
00:11:47,342 --> 00:11:48,443
He did this to me.

270
00:11:48,510 --> 00:11:51,479
No. Yes, ma'am.
No, we tried. Mm-hmm.

271
00:11:51,547 --> 00:11:53,648
Yes, ma'am.

272
00:11:53,716 --> 00:11:55,550
It's for you.
Okay.

273
00:11:55,617 --> 00:11:57,552
Who is this?

274
00:11:58,353 --> 00:11:59,654
Yeah, right. It's good.

275
00:11:59,722 --> 00:12:02,073
My name? Kipton.
Edward Kipton.

276
00:12:05,260 --> 00:12:06,694
Um...

277
00:12:06,762 --> 00:12:08,563
Yes. Yes, ma'am.

278
00:12:11,600 --> 00:12:13,367
I'm terribly sorry. Of course.

279
00:12:13,419 --> 00:12:14,602
Of course.

280
00:12:17,589 --> 00:12:20,775
Now, answer the man's question.

281
00:12:23,095 --> 00:12:25,713
Matthew Williams is the focus
of a federal investigation.

282
00:12:25,781 --> 00:12:28,716
He's being accused
of defrauding his investors

283
00:12:28,784 --> 00:12:30,718
out of millions of dollars.
Whoa. Defrauding?

284
00:12:30,769 --> 00:12:32,253
No, no, no,
that's impossible.

285
00:12:32,321 --> 00:12:33,888
Not according
to the SEC

286
00:12:33,939 --> 00:12:35,923
and the dozen
forensic accountants

287
00:12:35,991 --> 00:12:37,191
they have going
through his books.

288
00:12:37,259 --> 00:12:38,960
Okay, well, you and you
and the SEC

289
00:12:39,027 --> 00:12:40,728
are all wrong, okay?

290
00:12:40,779 --> 00:12:42,063
My brother runs a hedge fund.

291
00:12:42,131 --> 00:12:43,698
And contrary to the
talking heads on television,

292
00:12:43,766 --> 00:12:45,600
that does not make him a thief,
you understand?

293
00:12:45,667 --> 00:12:47,135
We're not here to argue.

294
00:12:47,202 --> 00:12:48,569
Our job is to make sure

295
00:12:48,637 --> 00:12:50,271
that your brother doesn't take
his vacation overseas

296
00:12:50,339 --> 00:12:51,606
before the indictment
comes down.

297
00:12:51,673 --> 00:12:53,474
So...
Indictment?

298
00:12:53,542 --> 00:12:54,642
...if you hear anything

299
00:12:54,710 --> 00:12:55,943
about his travel plans,
I'd appreciate it

300
00:12:56,011 --> 00:12:57,945
if you'd give us a call, okay?
And, Danny,

301
00:12:58,013 --> 00:12:59,614
if you say anything
to your brother,

302
00:12:59,681 --> 00:13:00,748
we will prosecute you

303
00:13:00,816 --> 00:13:03,251
for obstruction.
I'm sure you will.

304
00:13:04,136 --> 00:13:05,620
See if your fairy godmother

305
00:13:05,687 --> 00:13:07,088
can get you out of that.

306
00:13:22,855 --> 00:13:25,990
Listen to me.
I know my kid brother, okay.

307
00:13:26,074 --> 00:13:29,827
He's a lot of things,
but he is not a criminal.

308
00:13:29,912 --> 00:13:32,280
Okay, okay.

309
00:13:34,016 --> 00:13:35,349
Maybe he was set up.

310
00:13:35,417 --> 00:13:37,251
Yeah, maybe.

311
00:13:37,319 --> 00:13:39,170
Listen to me, all right,

312
00:13:39,254 --> 00:13:41,289
let me tell you something
about my brother, okay?

313
00:13:41,340 --> 00:13:43,257
When Rachel and I split up,
all right,

314
00:13:43,325 --> 00:13:45,626
I took a room at a motel
right down the block,

315
00:13:45,694 --> 00:13:47,378
because I wanted to be close
to Grace.

316
00:13:47,462 --> 00:13:48,596
This two-star dump.

317
00:13:48,664 --> 00:13:50,631
My brother--
every single night,

318
00:13:50,699 --> 00:13:52,767
he would come over
with a six-pack of beer

319
00:13:52,834 --> 00:13:54,501
and all the time in the world.

320
00:13:54,553 --> 00:13:55,836
Never once, not one time,

321
00:13:55,888 --> 00:13:58,005
did I catch him looking
at his watch, okay?

322
00:13:58,073 --> 00:14:00,107
He just sat there
talk to me every single night.

323
00:14:00,175 --> 00:14:01,943
He'd fall asleep
sitting up in a chair.

324
00:14:02,010 --> 00:14:03,861
Wake up the next morning,
go straight to work.

325
00:14:03,946 --> 00:14:05,780
Every day, okay,
for six months he did this.

326
00:14:05,847 --> 00:14:08,316
For six months he talked me
off the ledge, all right?

327
00:14:08,383 --> 00:14:10,751
I'm telling you, I would not
have gotten through that

328
00:14:10,819 --> 00:14:12,203
if it wasn't for him, okay?

329
00:14:12,287 --> 00:14:13,821
He didn't do this.

330
00:14:13,889 --> 00:14:16,057
Okay. All right, fine.

331
00:14:16,124 --> 00:14:17,491
You... you got to talk to him.

332
00:14:17,543 --> 00:14:21,212
Yeah. I just don't think that
this is a one-time conversation.

333
00:14:21,296 --> 00:14:22,797
That's fine.

334
00:14:22,864 --> 00:14:25,066
Listen, you talk to him,
take all the time you need.

335
00:14:25,133 --> 00:14:26,334
Family's first, right?

336
00:14:34,893 --> 00:14:36,777
There he is.

337
00:14:36,845 --> 00:14:39,564
Steve, I'd like you to meet
Deputy Prosecutor Jim Chen.

338
00:14:39,648 --> 00:14:41,048
Steve McGarrett.
How do you do?

339
00:14:41,099 --> 00:14:42,383
Thanks for meeting me
like this.

340
00:14:42,434 --> 00:14:44,151
I'm just on my way to a lunch.
No, no problem.

341
00:14:44,219 --> 00:14:45,486
I appreciate it.

342
00:14:45,553 --> 00:14:47,321
Listen, did you get a chance
to pull

343
00:14:47,389 --> 00:14:49,156
Judge Kamalei's
threat file?

344
00:14:49,224 --> 00:14:50,324
It's all here.

345
00:14:50,392 --> 00:14:52,410
Kamalei's known
as a hanging judge.

346
00:14:52,494 --> 00:14:54,228
Put away a lot
of violent offenders.

347
00:14:54,279 --> 00:14:56,197
Not many get back
out on the street.

348
00:14:56,248 --> 00:14:57,865
Anyone on here stand out?

349
00:14:57,916 --> 00:14:59,400
Several.

350
00:14:59,468 --> 00:15:00,901
But if I were a betting man,

351
00:15:00,953 --> 00:15:02,670
I'd say Drew Parisi

352
00:15:02,738 --> 00:15:04,005
fits the M.O.
How so?

353
00:15:04,072 --> 00:15:05,406
Arson conviction.

354
00:15:05,474 --> 00:15:07,141
After his ex dumped him,

355
00:15:07,209 --> 00:15:09,010
Parisi rigged her house
to burn down.

356
00:15:09,077 --> 00:15:10,878
I'm sorry, you said
he rigged her house?

357
00:15:10,946 --> 00:15:12,763
This guy has technical skills?
Not only that,

358
00:15:12,848 --> 00:15:14,765
Jim said apparently this guy
was so pissed when the verdict

359
00:15:14,850 --> 00:15:16,317
was delivered, he attacked
the judge in open court.

360
00:15:16,385 --> 00:15:17,752
It took a bailiff

361
00:15:17,819 --> 00:15:19,687
and two armed officers to restrain him.
And he just got paroled?

362
00:15:19,754 --> 00:15:20,922
Three weeks ago.

363
00:15:20,989 --> 00:15:23,107
Only in America.
Yeah, only in America.

364
00:15:23,191 --> 00:15:24,942
You know his parole officer?

365
00:15:25,027 --> 00:15:26,527
Already spoke to him.

366
00:15:26,595 --> 00:15:28,729
Parisi is staying
at an old girlfriend's place

367
00:15:28,780 --> 00:15:30,498
in Wahiawa.

368
00:15:44,780 --> 00:15:46,047
Hey, stop by the
house on Sunday.

369
00:15:46,114 --> 00:15:47,882
Your mother would
love to see you.

370
00:15:47,949 --> 00:15:49,717
Will do. See you then.

371
00:15:52,287 --> 00:15:53,587
Hello.

372
00:15:53,655 --> 00:15:55,339
Very sweet.

373
00:15:55,424 --> 00:15:57,425
A lunch with your son.

374
00:15:57,476 --> 00:15:59,310
You must love him very much.

375
00:15:59,394 --> 00:16:00,594
Who is this?

376
00:16:00,662 --> 00:16:02,630
But a pat on the back?

377
00:16:02,698 --> 00:16:05,633
You should have given him a hug.

378
00:16:07,436 --> 00:16:08,402
Please,

379
00:16:08,470 --> 00:16:09,487
don't do this.

380
00:16:09,571 --> 00:16:11,672
I hope you said good-bye.

381
00:16:12,140 --> 00:16:13,741
Five-O!

382
00:16:13,808 --> 00:16:15,009
Show me your hands!
Show me your hands!

383
00:16:18,714 --> 00:16:19,780
Kyle!

384
00:16:19,831 --> 00:16:20,982
Get out of the car!

385
00:16:46,607 --> 00:16:49,409
Hey. What did he say
about the call?

386
00:16:49,460 --> 00:16:51,245
Same as Kamalei.

387
00:16:51,296 --> 00:16:53,480
Unknown number, male voice.

388
00:16:53,548 --> 00:16:55,249
"Hope you said good-bye."

389
00:16:55,316 --> 00:16:56,466
You okay?

390
00:16:56,551 --> 00:16:59,152
Yeah, I will be
once we find this scumbag.

391
00:16:59,220 --> 00:17:01,438
Well, we know it's not Parisi.

392
00:17:01,506 --> 00:17:02,590
No, we were right
there with him

393
00:17:02,641 --> 00:17:03,558
at the exact time
the bomb went off.

394
00:17:03,643 --> 00:17:05,494
That's right, and if it was
detonated by a remote trigger,

395
00:17:05,977 --> 00:17:07,694
then the bomber had
to have been close by.
Right.

396
00:17:08,563 --> 00:17:10,597
Is that a piece of the RF receiver?
Yeah, it is.

397
00:17:10,648 --> 00:17:13,033
This one's largely intact, and we got
a partial serial number right there.

398
00:17:13,101 --> 00:17:14,801
Nice. I'll run it down, see if we can
find out where it came from.

399
00:17:14,852 --> 00:17:16,987
All right.

400
00:17:17,071 --> 00:17:18,572
Hey, how goes
the canvass?

401
00:17:18,640 --> 00:17:19,940
Good. Got a lot
of foot traffic.

402
00:17:20,008 --> 00:17:21,074
Tourists taking photos.

403
00:17:21,142 --> 00:17:22,826
So I collected all their
cameras and cell phones,

404
00:17:22,910 --> 00:17:24,778
see what we get.
Well, one thing's for sure.

405
00:17:24,846 --> 00:17:26,446
This isn't just about
Judge Kamalei anymore.

406
00:17:26,497 --> 00:17:27,648
That's right.

407
00:17:27,715 --> 00:17:29,616
If we want to figure out
who this bomber is,

408
00:17:29,684 --> 00:17:31,484
we have to look at cases
involving Kamalei and Chen.

409
00:17:31,536 --> 00:17:33,337
My question is,
if it's about revenge,

410
00:17:33,421 --> 00:17:36,323
why not go after them?
Why target their kids?

411
00:17:39,360 --> 00:17:41,461
I understand. Mm-hmm.

412
00:17:41,512 --> 00:17:42,763
Yes.

413
00:17:44,132 --> 00:17:46,166
I'm going to see you
in a little bit.

414
00:17:46,217 --> 00:17:49,353
Yeah. I got to go.
I-I've got to go.

415
00:17:49,437 --> 00:17:50,554
What's happening?

416
00:17:50,638 --> 00:17:52,889
Hey. Um, I wasn't expecting
to see you

417
00:17:52,974 --> 00:17:54,391
for a little bit.

418
00:17:54,475 --> 00:17:57,510
I'm sorry. A guy can't
drop in on his brother?

419
00:17:57,562 --> 00:17:59,279
I see what you did there--
clever.

420
00:17:59,347 --> 00:18:00,414
Thank you.

421
00:18:00,481 --> 00:18:02,566
What are you doing, business?

422
00:18:02,650 --> 00:18:05,352
Uh, that? Uh, new client.

423
00:18:05,420 --> 00:18:06,519
Lives up on
the North Shore.

424
00:18:06,571 --> 00:18:08,855
I thought you were
on vacation.

425
00:18:08,906 --> 00:18:11,041
I am.
This, uh, this just came up.

426
00:18:11,125 --> 00:18:13,226
Who's, uh...

427
00:18:13,294 --> 00:18:15,362
Who's this new client?

428
00:18:15,413 --> 00:18:17,881
Uh, clients of mine
mentioned my name to him.

429
00:18:17,965 --> 00:18:20,250
He's, uh, he's got nine figures.
Made a small fortune

430
00:18:20,335 --> 00:18:21,968
through the
family business.

431
00:18:22,036 --> 00:18:24,537
So now he's looking for
some tax shelter ideas.

432
00:18:24,589 --> 00:18:26,206
What is his family business?

433
00:18:26,274 --> 00:18:27,391
A little of everything--

434
00:18:27,475 --> 00:18:30,560
shipping, utilities,
real estate stuff.

435
00:18:30,645 --> 00:18:32,646
It's just a coincidence
he's here in Hawaii?

436
00:18:34,015 --> 00:18:35,349
What's with the third degree,
Magnum?

437
00:18:35,400 --> 00:18:37,434
Are you looking
to poach my client?

438
00:18:37,518 --> 00:18:39,152
Yeah, I'm trying
to poach your client.

439
00:18:39,220 --> 00:18:40,887
I'm checking on my
little brother's career.

440
00:18:40,938 --> 00:18:44,057
Is that all right?
Checking up on me-- I like that.

441
00:18:44,108 --> 00:18:46,393
Apparently,
this guy's on a schedule.

442
00:18:46,461 --> 00:18:47,861
He needs to meet
right now, so...

443
00:18:47,929 --> 00:18:49,896
can we hang later?
Yeah, whatever you need.

444
00:18:49,947 --> 00:18:51,415
All right.

445
00:18:51,499 --> 00:18:52,916
You all right?

446
00:18:53,000 --> 00:18:56,203
I'm in Hawaii,
with my big brother.

447
00:18:56,254 --> 00:18:59,206
I'll see you in a little bit.
All right.

448
00:19:02,427 --> 00:19:04,577
I cross-referenced
Judge Kamalei's threat file

449
00:19:04,629 --> 00:19:06,930
with cases both he
and Chen had in common,

450
00:19:07,014 --> 00:19:08,815
focusing on violent offenders
and parolees.

451
00:19:08,883 --> 00:19:10,817
Okay, any matches?
No.

452
00:19:10,885 --> 00:19:13,754
So I started focusing on
the cameras and cell phones

453
00:19:13,821 --> 00:19:15,822
I collected
from the crime scene.

454
00:19:15,890 --> 00:19:18,325
All right, so several
tourists took photos

455
00:19:18,393 --> 00:19:19,626
just before or after
the explosion.

456
00:19:19,694 --> 00:19:20,927
All from different
angles.

457
00:19:20,978 --> 00:19:22,929
Okay, so what you're saying
is the killer might actually

458
00:19:22,980 --> 00:19:25,065
be in here somewhere?
Exactly.

459
00:19:25,133 --> 00:19:27,934
From the size of the tires,
we're looking for an SUV.

460
00:19:28,002 --> 00:19:29,403
What's that right there?

461
00:19:29,470 --> 00:19:32,155
Blow that up, Kono.
Put it up here for me.

462
00:19:34,509 --> 00:19:36,293
The wheel wells
are all muddy.

463
00:19:36,377 --> 00:19:38,311
What about
the treads?

464
00:19:39,847 --> 00:19:41,314
The tires are a match

465
00:19:41,382 --> 00:19:43,250
to the treads found near
the zip line platform.

466
00:19:43,301 --> 00:19:44,951
Did you get a clear shot
of the plates?

467
00:19:45,002 --> 00:19:47,621
No. But hey,

468
00:19:47,688 --> 00:19:49,322
what's that?

469
00:19:49,390 --> 00:19:50,824
That could be a rental tag.

470
00:19:50,892 --> 00:19:53,844
Okay, contact every
rental company on the Island.

471
00:19:53,928 --> 00:19:55,695
I want the name
of anybody driving a rental

472
00:19:55,763 --> 00:19:57,013
that make, model
and color, okay?

473
00:19:57,098 --> 00:19:58,231
All right, you got it.

474
00:19:59,434 --> 00:20:01,868
Danny, everything okay
with your brother?

475
00:20:01,936 --> 00:20:03,069
It's, uh, it's fine.

476
00:20:03,137 --> 00:20:04,971
I think I'm going to be
a little while, though.

477
00:20:05,022 --> 00:20:06,373
Why? What are you going to do?

478
00:20:06,441 --> 00:20:07,774
I got it. Don't worry about it.
It's nothing.

479
00:20:07,825 --> 00:20:09,943
Uh, okay, I know what
nothing means, so...

480
00:20:10,011 --> 00:20:12,996
Nothing means nothing,
Steven, okay? I'm fine.

481
00:20:13,080 --> 00:20:15,315
Okay, you know what, stop,
don't go anywhere.

482
00:20:15,366 --> 00:20:17,167
I'm going to be there soon.

483
00:20:19,921 --> 00:20:22,289
I tracked down
this serial number.

484
00:20:22,356 --> 00:20:24,341
It's to a circuit board for
a remote control airplane.

485
00:20:24,425 --> 00:20:26,092
A T-9 Sabrecat.

486
00:20:26,160 --> 00:20:28,462
I hear you're one of the only shops
on the Island that sell 'em, yeah?

487
00:20:28,513 --> 00:20:30,730
Yeah.
Sell any lately?

488
00:20:30,798 --> 00:20:33,567
Guy came looking to buy
last week.

489
00:20:33,634 --> 00:20:35,635
Oh, yeah. What he look like?

490
00:20:35,703 --> 00:20:37,671
Haole.

491
00:20:37,738 --> 00:20:40,307
Dark hair, goatee.

492
00:20:40,374 --> 00:20:42,309
He was dressed full-on

493
00:20:42,376 --> 00:20:43,877
Paniolo style,
boots and everything.

494
00:20:43,945 --> 00:20:45,078
Definitely no local.

495
00:20:45,146 --> 00:20:46,396
How you know that?

496
00:20:46,481 --> 00:20:47,714
The tan lines,

497
00:20:47,782 --> 00:20:48,982
the clothes.

498
00:20:49,050 --> 00:20:51,585
This cowboy--
he buy any of them?

499
00:20:51,652 --> 00:20:53,036
Three of them.

500
00:20:53,120 --> 00:20:54,037
Three?

501
00:20:54,121 --> 00:20:55,055
Yep.

502
00:20:55,122 --> 00:20:56,323
Paid in cash.

503
00:20:56,390 --> 00:20:58,258
And get this-- the remote
control to that plane

504
00:20:58,326 --> 00:20:59,826
has a range of a thousand feet.

505
00:20:59,877 --> 00:21:01,912
Those tire tracks I found
near the zip line platform

506
00:21:01,996 --> 00:21:03,046
are well within that.

507
00:21:03,130 --> 00:21:05,248
Well, then it looks like
we have one less target.

508
00:21:11,672 --> 00:21:13,056
Okay, would you
please slow down.

509
00:21:13,140 --> 00:21:14,224
You're getting too close.

510
00:21:14,308 --> 00:21:15,875
Danny, relax. He doesn't
know this truck.

511
00:21:15,927 --> 00:21:17,377
That's a good point.

512
00:21:19,514 --> 00:21:22,882
Stop. He's pulling
into that driveway.

513
00:21:30,908 --> 00:21:32,526
Yeah, hello.

514
00:21:32,577 --> 00:21:34,894
Is this Waioleka Charters?

515
00:21:34,946 --> 00:21:37,163
Yes, thank you.

516
00:21:37,231 --> 00:21:40,734
This is Clarence Clemons
from Matthew Williams' office.

517
00:21:40,801 --> 00:21:43,336
I'm just calling to check
on his itinerary.

518
00:21:43,404 --> 00:21:46,439
No listing? Okay.

519
00:21:46,507 --> 00:21:48,908
Hey, could you guys
just tell me one more time,

520
00:21:48,960 --> 00:21:50,477
where do you fly out of?

521
00:21:53,080 --> 00:21:55,448
Kaleola Airport.

522
00:21:55,516 --> 00:21:57,751
Thank you very much.

523
00:22:04,859 --> 00:22:08,194
This is so sick
that I'm doing this.

524
00:22:10,731 --> 00:22:11,998
MAN
Hands up.

525
00:22:20,157 --> 00:22:22,375
Matthew...

526
00:22:26,213 --> 00:22:28,949
Come. Come in.

527
00:22:30,685 --> 00:22:31,918
Good to see you.

528
00:22:31,986 --> 00:22:33,720
We have much business
to discuss.

529
00:22:36,807 --> 00:22:38,325
What happened?

530
00:22:38,392 --> 00:22:39,626
You lose the signal?

531
00:22:39,677 --> 00:22:41,961
Yeah. He said he was going
to a business meeting.

532
00:22:42,013 --> 00:22:45,565
Who pats you down before
a business meeting, hmm?

533
00:22:45,633 --> 00:22:47,734
Someone who doesn't
want to get caught.

534
00:23:04,732 --> 00:23:07,801
Who is responsible
for this suntan lotion job here?

535
00:23:07,869 --> 00:23:11,104
You missed a huge spot
on your nose, monkey.

536
00:23:11,172 --> 00:23:12,522
I didn't know
you were joining us.

537
00:23:12,607 --> 00:23:14,341
Sorry, man.
Slipped my mind.

538
00:23:14,409 --> 00:23:16,076
How did your meeting go?

539
00:23:16,144 --> 00:23:17,694
Really great, yeah.
Guy wanted

540
00:23:17,779 --> 00:23:19,579
to park $30 mil in
some tax-free munies.

541
00:23:19,647 --> 00:23:22,182
I'm like, "Really? Well,
bonds are dead money right now."

542
00:23:22,250 --> 00:23:23,417
$30 mil?

543
00:23:23,484 --> 00:23:24,651
That's impressive.

544
00:23:24,702 --> 00:23:26,319
What can I say?
I'm good at my job.

545
00:23:27,372 --> 00:23:28,588
Time for a swim.

546
00:23:30,341 --> 00:23:33,026
What is it that you do, exactly?
You just help

547
00:23:33,094 --> 00:23:35,595
the rich get out of paying
their taxes or what?

548
00:23:35,663 --> 00:23:36,680
In all fairness, I'd like

549
00:23:36,764 --> 00:23:38,198
to get everybody
out of their taxes,

550
00:23:38,266 --> 00:23:40,233
not just the rich.

551
00:23:40,301 --> 00:23:42,386
You know, people don't pay
taxes, then cops don't get paid,

552
00:23:42,470 --> 00:23:43,770
firefighters like Pop.

553
00:23:43,838 --> 00:23:44,838
You ever think
about that?

554
00:23:44,906 --> 00:23:45,906
Man, I'm kidding.

555
00:23:45,974 --> 00:23:48,008
Come on! Relax!
It's the beach.

556
00:23:48,059 --> 00:23:49,543
Uncle Matt!

557
00:23:49,610 --> 00:23:50,777
Fish!

558
00:23:50,812 --> 00:23:53,280
Where is that fish?!
Let me see it!

559
00:23:55,683 --> 00:23:58,418
I'm coming to get it!

560
00:23:58,486 --> 00:24:00,120
Right here?

561
00:24:04,459 --> 00:24:06,393
And what was that all about?

562
00:24:06,461 --> 00:24:08,078
What was what
all about?

563
00:24:08,162 --> 00:24:10,530
I assume you've heard

564
00:24:10,581 --> 00:24:12,065
the term
"passive-aggressive"?

565
00:24:12,133 --> 00:24:13,767
I wasn't being
passive-aggressive.

566
00:24:13,835 --> 00:24:16,536
No, you were being
aggressive-aggressive.

567
00:24:16,604 --> 00:24:17,871
The question is why?

568
00:24:17,922 --> 00:24:20,474
I don't know. He just gets under
my skin sometimes.

569
00:24:20,541 --> 00:24:23,810
Daniel, you can't lie to me.
What's wrong?

570
00:24:33,221 --> 00:24:35,605
All right,
I'm gonna tell you something.

571
00:24:35,690 --> 00:24:36,990
I need you to keep it
between us, okay?

572
00:24:37,058 --> 00:24:38,992
Okay?

573
00:24:40,695 --> 00:24:42,462
The other night when Steve and I
left dinner,

574
00:24:42,530 --> 00:24:43,830
the FBI was watching us.

575
00:24:43,898 --> 00:24:44,965
They're after Matt.

576
00:24:45,033 --> 00:24:47,234
What?

577
00:24:47,301 --> 00:24:50,170
They claim he's been scamming
his clients

578
00:24:50,237 --> 00:24:52,572
out of their life savings.

579
00:24:52,623 --> 00:24:53,774
Apparently, an indictment

580
00:24:53,841 --> 00:24:55,942
is on its way.

581
00:24:55,977 --> 00:24:57,611
Do you believe he's guilty?

582
00:24:57,678 --> 00:24:59,346
I don't want to.

583
00:24:59,413 --> 00:25:00,680
I'm waiting for a callback

584
00:25:00,748 --> 00:25:02,015
from a buddy
at the SEC.

585
00:25:02,083 --> 00:25:03,934
What does Matt have to say
about all of this?

586
00:25:04,018 --> 00:25:06,419
I have not spoken to him
about it.

587
00:25:06,471 --> 00:25:07,687
Daniel...

588
00:25:07,755 --> 00:25:10,190
What do you want me to do,
Rachel? What do I do?

589
00:25:10,257 --> 00:25:12,826
It's an active federal
investigation. I'm a cop.

590
00:25:12,894 --> 00:25:14,361
He's your brother.

591
00:25:20,368 --> 00:25:22,202
Wave. Wave to them.

592
00:25:25,540 --> 00:25:26,973
Hey, I'll tell you, man.

593
00:25:27,041 --> 00:25:28,992
Remember that time at the,
uh...oh, the Stone Pony?

594
00:25:29,077 --> 00:25:30,544
We snuck in to see Bruce.

595
00:25:30,611 --> 00:25:32,746
And that weird bouncer
with the three chicks?

596
00:25:32,814 --> 00:25:34,247
You want a beer?

597
00:25:34,298 --> 00:25:35,615
No, I'm good.

598
00:25:40,254 --> 00:25:41,588
Hey, I want to, uh...

599
00:25:41,639 --> 00:25:43,323
I want to talk to
you about something.

600
00:25:43,391 --> 00:25:45,225
Sit down for a second.

601
00:25:45,292 --> 00:25:46,459
It's about Rachel, isn't it?

602
00:25:46,511 --> 00:25:48,061
I knew you still loved her.

603
00:25:48,129 --> 00:25:49,396
I knew by the way

604
00:25:49,464 --> 00:25:51,398
that you looked at her
at dinner last night.

605
00:25:51,465 --> 00:25:52,983
I know you.
It's not about Rachel.

606
00:25:55,353 --> 00:25:58,522
So I'm just gonna ask you
once...

607
00:25:58,606 --> 00:26:01,441
and I want you
to tell me the truth.

608
00:26:01,509 --> 00:26:03,510
What's going on with you?

609
00:26:05,479 --> 00:26:07,313
Nothing. Why?

610
00:26:08,516 --> 00:26:12,919
Why? Because I spoke to a friend
at the SEC.

611
00:26:15,623 --> 00:26:17,057
What are you talking about?

612
00:26:17,125 --> 00:26:19,860
I'm talking
about your indictment.

613
00:26:19,927 --> 00:26:21,494
Matt,

614
00:26:21,546 --> 00:26:23,663
you've been stealing money

615
00:26:23,714 --> 00:26:24,798
from your clients, huh?

616
00:26:24,849 --> 00:26:26,299
Danny, that...
that's insane, okay?

617
00:26:26,350 --> 00:26:28,268
It's just... doesn't even...

618
00:26:28,335 --> 00:26:30,103
Don't lie to me.
I'm not lying!

619
00:26:30,171 --> 00:26:31,171
Listen to me! Who do you think

620
00:26:31,222 --> 00:26:32,639
you're talking to, huh?!

621
00:26:32,707 --> 00:26:35,058
You think you're talking to
one of your dopey clients?!

622
00:26:35,143 --> 00:26:36,509
I'm your brother!
You don't lie to me!

623
00:26:36,561 --> 00:26:38,011
What do you want to hear,
that I took the money?

624
00:26:41,566 --> 00:26:43,950
Fine. I took the money.

625
00:26:51,459 --> 00:26:53,293
What were you thinking about?

626
00:26:55,963 --> 00:26:57,497
You do something that stupid,
you think about Mom?

627
00:26:57,548 --> 00:26:58,665
You think about Dad?

628
00:26:58,733 --> 00:27:00,884
You think about our sisters?
I know.

629
00:27:00,968 --> 00:27:02,035
You know they're gonna come
knocking at Mom's door?

630
00:27:02,103 --> 00:27:03,386
Calling her in the
middle of the night

631
00:27:03,471 --> 00:27:05,088
asking for statements?
I know, okay? I made a mistake.

632
00:27:05,173 --> 00:27:06,973
Is that what
you've been waiting for?

633
00:27:07,041 --> 00:27:08,226
What, you think I get a kick
out of this?

634
00:27:08,299 --> 00:27:09,333
I enjoy this?

635
00:27:09,369 --> 00:27:11,971
I think that you like to be
the guy that everybody thinks

636
00:27:12,022 --> 00:27:15,274
does everything right, but we
both know that you made mistakes.

637
00:27:18,637 --> 00:27:20,605
Why? Why?

638
00:27:20,690 --> 00:27:22,791
That's all I want to know. Why?

639
00:27:27,630 --> 00:27:32,734
I lost $58 million in one day.

640
00:27:32,802 --> 00:27:35,404
And I had
to cover it.

641
00:27:35,471 --> 00:27:40,375
So I took some money
from my other clients' accounts.

642
00:27:40,443 --> 00:27:42,945
I fixed statements.

643
00:27:43,012 --> 00:27:46,448
I was hoping that if I could
cover my tracks,

644
00:27:46,516 --> 00:27:48,517
that no one would be
the wiser,

645
00:27:48,568 --> 00:27:50,953
and then one lie
led to another

646
00:27:51,020 --> 00:27:52,421
and then the next one
and the next.

647
00:27:52,488 --> 00:27:53,605
Why didn't you come to me?

648
00:27:53,690 --> 00:27:55,223
You're a cop.

649
00:27:55,275 --> 00:27:56,391
I knew
that you would...

650
00:27:56,459 --> 00:27:58,460
I'm your brother.
I would have helped you.

651
00:27:58,528 --> 00:28:01,864
I thought
about turning myself in,

652
00:28:01,915 --> 00:28:03,565
then I just couldn't.

653
00:28:03,633 --> 00:28:05,117
Why'd you come to Hawaii?

654
00:28:07,871 --> 00:28:09,938
To cut another deal,

655
00:28:10,006 --> 00:28:11,740
and try to buy
my way out,

656
00:28:11,808 --> 00:28:15,911
but, uh... it fell through.

657
00:28:15,979 --> 00:28:18,447
Okay.

658
00:28:18,514 --> 00:28:20,449
Okay, here's what...

659
00:28:20,516 --> 00:28:24,186
Okay, we're getting on a plane
together

660
00:28:24,253 --> 00:28:26,939
and we're going back
to New York, okay?

661
00:28:27,023 --> 00:28:28,523
You're gonna talk
to the FBI,

662
00:28:28,591 --> 00:28:30,309
you're gonna talk to the SEC
and you're going

663
00:28:30,393 --> 00:28:31,526
to cop to everything,

664
00:28:31,594 --> 00:28:32,561
you understand?

665
00:28:32,629 --> 00:28:33,762
I'll go to jail.

666
00:28:33,813 --> 00:28:35,631
Yeah, you're probably gonna
go to jail.

667
00:28:35,698 --> 00:28:36,965
Minimum-security.

668
00:28:37,033 --> 00:28:39,868
All right, we're gonna
get you a good lawyer.

669
00:28:39,936 --> 00:28:42,404
All right, I'm personally
gonna talk

670
00:28:42,472 --> 00:28:44,806
to the district attorney,
and I'm gonna be there with you

671
00:28:44,874 --> 00:28:46,508
and we're gonna get through this
together.

672
00:28:53,616 --> 00:28:56,284
This is gonna kill Mom and Dad.

673
00:28:56,336 --> 00:28:58,720
Okay, listen to me.

674
00:28:58,788 --> 00:29:01,306
Um, we got a long road ahead.

675
00:29:01,391 --> 00:29:04,893
We're going back home.
I want you to pack a bag.

676
00:29:04,961 --> 00:29:07,346
I'll be back in a
couple of hours.

677
00:29:15,137 --> 00:29:17,106
I cross-checked red SUV rentals
with cases

678
00:29:17,157 --> 00:29:19,942
that involved both Kamalei
and Chen, and I got a hit.

679
00:29:20,693 --> 00:29:23,478
Travis Roan, age 49, current
resident of Cheyenne, Wyoming.

680
00:29:23,529 --> 00:29:24,846
No local address.

681
00:29:24,914 --> 00:29:26,331
And he used to work
on a demo team.

682
00:29:26,416 --> 00:29:28,367
So he knows his way around
a construction site.

683
00:29:28,451 --> 00:29:29,551
And he spent seven years

684
00:29:29,619 --> 00:29:31,987
in the Wyoming State Pen
for aggravated assault.

685
00:29:32,055 --> 00:29:33,321
Okay, but Wyoming?
I don't understand.

686
00:29:33,373 --> 00:29:34,373
Was he tried here?

687
00:29:34,457 --> 00:29:36,425
No, but his son was.

688
00:29:39,729 --> 00:29:42,631
Thomas Roan.
Yeah. 20 years old.

689
00:29:42,682 --> 00:29:45,166
Got 18 months
for a DUI,

690
00:29:45,218 --> 00:29:46,401
then got stabbed
in a mess hall fight.

691
00:29:46,469 --> 00:29:48,837
Died in prison ten days ago.
Oh, man.

692
00:29:48,888 --> 00:29:51,890
And Kamalei and Chen
put him there, right?

693
00:29:51,975 --> 00:29:54,743
This guy's looking for payback
for his dead son.

694
00:29:54,811 --> 00:29:57,362
So I pulled Thomas' case
and I spoke to the judge

695
00:29:57,447 --> 00:29:59,448
trying to figure out
our last potential target.

696
00:29:59,515 --> 00:30:01,149
Maybe an arresting officer,
a key witness.

697
00:30:01,200 --> 00:30:03,452
But all Judge Kamalei
can remember about the case

698
00:30:03,519 --> 00:30:05,454
was the flood of appeals
that came after his verdict.

699
00:30:05,521 --> 00:30:06,955
Who filed the appeals?

700
00:30:07,023 --> 00:30:09,024
Thomas' mom.

701
00:30:09,092 --> 00:30:11,259
Court paperwork shows
a local address for her.

702
00:30:11,327 --> 00:30:13,045
Maybe she can help us find
Travis Roan.

703
00:30:19,836 --> 00:30:22,054
I can't believe it.

704
00:30:22,088 --> 00:30:25,340
Oh, my God,
those poor children.

705
00:30:25,408 --> 00:30:26,975
Do you know where Travis is
right now?

706
00:30:27,043 --> 00:30:30,846
Back in Wyoming, I thought.

707
00:30:30,913 --> 00:30:32,981
He was only in town
for Thomas' funeral.

708
00:30:33,049 --> 00:30:35,417
We're very sorry to hear
about what happened to your son.

709
00:30:35,485 --> 00:30:39,388
Thomas couldn't wait
to leave Cheyenne.

710
00:30:39,455 --> 00:30:42,824
Said this place
was like paradise.

711
00:30:42,892 --> 00:30:45,694
Then first semester, he got
pulled over for a DUI.

712
00:30:45,762 --> 00:30:48,463
The judge and that prosecutor
had to make an example of him.

713
00:30:48,531 --> 00:30:50,749
What do you mean
by that?

714
00:30:50,833 --> 00:30:55,203
It was the third DUI that week
right in the heart of Waikiki.

715
00:30:55,254 --> 00:30:58,173
It didn't help that Thomas was
underage and hit a fancy car.

716
00:30:58,241 --> 00:31:00,842
So instead of probation or
getting his license revoked...

717
00:31:00,910 --> 00:31:02,277
He got 18 months.

718
00:31:02,345 --> 00:31:04,179
I tried to appeal,

719
00:31:04,247 --> 00:31:06,248
moved down here to do so.

720
00:31:06,315 --> 00:31:07,582
How did your
ex-husband take that?

721
00:31:07,650 --> 00:31:10,252
Hard. They wouldn't even let him
visit his son.

722
00:31:10,319 --> 00:31:13,155
Former felons aren't allowed.

723
00:31:13,222 --> 00:31:16,958
Thomas was only 13 when his
father went away to Rawlins.

724
00:31:17,026 --> 00:31:19,945
They wrote letters and such,
but they hadn't seen

725
00:31:20,029 --> 00:31:21,430
each other since.

726
00:31:21,497 --> 00:31:23,965
Ma'am, did Travis ever...

727
00:31:24,033 --> 00:31:27,436
did he ever make any threats
or maybe mention anybody else

728
00:31:27,503 --> 00:31:29,438
that he blamed
for Thomas' death?

729
00:31:29,505 --> 00:31:30,806
No.

730
00:31:30,873 --> 00:31:34,609
No, the only thing he kept
saying at the funeral was

731
00:31:34,677 --> 00:31:36,628
he never got to say good-bye.

732
00:31:41,167 --> 00:31:43,585
Mrs. Roan,
this is very important.

733
00:31:43,653 --> 00:31:46,755
We need to know where
Travis was staying.

734
00:32:02,705 --> 00:32:03,872
We're clear.

735
00:32:06,109 --> 00:32:07,876
He was just here.

736
00:32:07,944 --> 00:32:10,028
The sink's still wet,
looks like he shaved.

737
00:32:10,113 --> 00:32:13,381
I got a photo and letters
from Thomas to his dad.

738
00:32:18,921 --> 00:32:20,922
Chin, I got the kits.

739
00:32:30,016 --> 00:32:31,633
The last remote is gone.

740
00:32:31,701 --> 00:32:33,051
We're running
out of time.

741
00:32:33,136 --> 00:32:35,303
Hold on, I got something here.
These letters...

742
00:32:35,371 --> 00:32:37,639
Roan's blaming someone named
"Meachum."

743
00:32:37,707 --> 00:32:38,857
Says, "She sold me out.

744
00:32:38,941 --> 00:32:41,359
She convinced me
to take the deal."

745
00:32:41,444 --> 00:32:42,727
That's his lawyer.

746
00:32:42,812 --> 00:32:44,412
Public defender.
Right.

747
00:32:44,480 --> 00:32:46,047
Our next target.

748
00:32:47,066 --> 00:32:49,217
Pi'ikoi Middle School?

749
00:32:49,285 --> 00:32:51,153
Yeah, I'm, like, two minutes
away from there. Why?

750
00:32:51,204 --> 00:32:52,654
Because that's where
our suspect is headed.

751
00:32:52,722 --> 00:32:54,856
