13
00:01:15,032 --> 00:01:18,036
Tu m'as pas entendue ?
J'ai eu la peur de ma vie.

14
00:01:18,796 --> 00:01:19,705
Viens là.

15
00:01:20,872 --> 00:01:22,165
Sois plus attentif.

16
00:01:34,427 --> 00:01:36,033
The Strike Force Team

17
00:02:05,445 --> 00:02:07,753
T'as pris des malasadas en chemin ?

18
00:02:11,552 --> 00:02:13,741
C'est quoi ?
Les preuves d'une affaire ?

19
00:02:16,761 --> 00:02:19,347
Arrête-toi.
Y a quoi dans le sac ?

20
00:02:20,692 --> 00:02:23,351
- Mon déjeuner.
- Et t'as amené quoi ?

21
00:02:25,389 --> 00:02:28,815
{\pos(192,240)}Tu veux tout connaître de ma vie ?
Pourquoi mon repas ?

22
00:02:28,981 --> 00:02:32,024
Tu veux pas en parler.
C'est si bien que je vais le voler ?

23
00:02:32,149 --> 00:02:35,731
{\pos(192,240)}T'as importé un sandwich super secret
du New Jersey ?

24
00:02:35,856 --> 00:02:36,906
{\pos(192,240)}Une salade.

25
00:02:38,273 --> 00:02:39,984
{\pos(192,240)}C'est tout.
Rien d'autre.

26
00:02:40,109 --> 00:02:41,328
Juste une salade.

27
00:02:41,937 --> 00:02:44,954
{\pos(192,240)}Grace a des cours de diététique
et s'inquiète de mon cholestérol.

28
00:02:45,079 --> 00:02:48,001
{\pos(192,220)}Je lui ai promis de mieux manger.

29
00:02:48,167 --> 00:02:49,217
{\pos(192,220)}Satisfait ?

30
00:02:51,080 --> 00:02:52,297
C'est trop mignon.

31
00:02:52,463 --> 00:02:53,464
Merci.

32
00:02:54,256 --> 00:02:56,565
{\pos(192,220)}C'est ridicule,
cette nutrition moderne.

33
00:02:56,690 --> 00:02:58,657
{\pos(192,220)}Gamins, on mangeait ce qu'on voulait.

34
00:02:58,782 --> 00:03:00,380
{\pos(192,220)}- Tu piges ?
- C'est fini.

35
00:03:01,253 --> 00:03:02,254
{\pos(192,220)}Attends.

36
00:03:02,913 --> 00:03:03,850
{\pos(192,220)}C'est qui ?

37
00:03:07,160 --> 00:03:08,260
{\pos(192,220)}Je sais pas.

38
00:03:16,196 --> 00:03:18,281
- Je peux vous aider ?
- Jenna Kaye.

39
00:03:18,730 --> 00:03:20,200
Central Intelligence Agency.

40
00:03:25,913 --> 00:03:27,833
Agent spécial Kaye.
Y a un problème ?

41
00:03:28,961 --> 00:03:31,078
J'ai quelque chose
qui vous appartient.

42
00:03:31,203 --> 00:03:35,078
Je ne peux pas continuer
cette enquête en interne.

43
00:03:35,203 --> 00:03:37,226
Je n'ai pas confiance
en mes collègues.

44
00:03:39,019 --> 00:03:42,180
- D'où sort le dictaphone de mon père ?
- Comment vous l'avez perdu ?

45
00:03:46,266 --> 00:03:49,437
{\pos(192,220)}- Un chef Yakuza d'ici l'a volé.
- Hiro Noshimuri.

46
00:03:49,603 --> 00:03:51,932
{\pos(192,220)}Si vous avez la réponse,
pourquoi demander ?

47
00:03:52,057 --> 00:03:52,941
Une autre.

48
00:03:53,107 --> 00:03:55,677
{\pos(192,220)}Pourriez-vous rassembler
vos dossiers sur l'affaire

49
00:03:55,802 --> 00:03:57,362
et ceux de votre père ?

50
00:03:57,867 --> 00:03:58,742
{\pos(192,220)}Pourquoi ?

51
00:03:58,867 --> 00:04:02,534
{\pos(192,220)}La CIA s'intéresse à votre enquête
sur Noshimuri et les Yakuza.

52
00:04:03,073 --> 00:04:06,425
- Je ne peux rien dire.
- Vraiment ? Moi, j'ai un truc à dire.

53
00:04:06,550 --> 00:04:09,954
Ce Yakuza visait mon père
et a assassiné ma mère.

54
00:04:10,079 --> 00:04:12,836
{\pos(192,220)}Désolée,
mais cela dépasse votre accréditation.

55
00:04:13,002 --> 00:04:15,755
Déclassifiez,
je demanderai pas d'augmentation.

56
00:04:16,532 --> 00:04:20,302
{\pos(192,220)}Vous voulez que le directeur appelle
le Gouverneur pour les dossiers ?

57
00:04:24,057 --> 00:04:25,308
C'est une menace ?

58
00:04:25,805 --> 00:04:29,769
{\pos(112,190)}Je veux juste savoir
si on va s'entendre ou non.

59
00:04:35,294 --> 00:04:36,985
- On a un truc.
- J'arrive.

60
00:04:45,678 --> 00:04:47,329
Vous les aurez ce soir.

61
00:04:48,447 --> 00:04:51,474
- Donnez-moi le dictaphone.
- Quand j'aurai mes dossiers.

62
00:04:58,153 --> 00:05:00,300
{\pos(252,240)}Pourquoi tu les lui as pas donnés ?

63
00:05:00,647 --> 00:05:01,816
Tu joues à quoi ?

64
00:05:01,941 --> 00:05:03,553
Tu dois toujours tout savoir ?

65
00:05:03,719 --> 00:05:05,752
C'est de la CIA qu'on parle là.

66
00:05:05,877 --> 00:05:08,725
Ils ont écrit le livre
sur les techniques d'interrogatoire

67
00:05:09,136 --> 00:05:12,187
que tu as forcément
sur ta table de nuit

68
00:05:12,353 --> 00:05:13,521
en ce moment même.

69
00:05:14,218 --> 00:05:15,839
Je comprends, tu sais.

70
00:05:15,964 --> 00:05:18,280
Je voudrais bien
un tête-à-tête avec Jenna Kaye.

71
00:05:18,405 --> 00:05:19,986
Ça a stimulé mon imagination.

72
00:05:20,576 --> 00:05:23,281
Légalement, la CIA ne peut interroger
que des étrangers.

73
00:05:25,668 --> 00:05:28,161
Pourquoi tu fais ça ?
J'avais tout un fantasme.

74
00:05:28,514 --> 00:05:32,457
T'es comme un dévoreur de rêves.
Comme si tu les mangeais.

75
00:05:32,841 --> 00:05:34,709
Un petit Pac-Man en treillis.

76
00:05:43,175 --> 00:05:45,971
- Ce gars pensait pouvoir voler ?
- Une erreur habituelle.

77
00:05:46,137 --> 00:05:49,812
Le Capitaine Fallout enfile une cape,
mais il ne peut pas voler.

78
00:05:50,091 --> 00:05:51,851
Au mieux, sauter comme un surhomme.

79
00:05:53,741 --> 00:05:56,648
- Qui est le Capitaine Fallout ?
- Le vaillant chef des Wondrous Seven.

80
00:05:59,745 --> 00:06:04,406
Il a obtenu son pouvoir
mordu par un chien radioactif d'Hitler.

81
00:06:06,268 --> 00:06:07,269
Vraiment ?

82
00:06:07,581 --> 00:06:09,411
Faut dépoussiérer les classiques.

83
00:06:09,577 --> 00:06:11,452
On a rien besoin de dépoussiérer.

84
00:06:11,577 --> 00:06:14,164
Tu as besoin
de nous ramener tous sur Terre

85
00:06:14,767 --> 00:06:17,502
et nous dire pourquoi quelqu'un
sauterait en collants ?

86
00:06:17,890 --> 00:06:21,881
Il y a le SpectacuCon ce week-end.
Je pense qu'il allait y assister.

87
00:06:22,246 --> 00:06:23,550
Une convention de BD.

88
00:06:24,800 --> 00:06:26,052
On a son identité ?

89
00:06:26,435 --> 00:06:27,728
J'ai peur que non.

90
00:06:28,304 --> 00:06:31,599
Mais vu les blessures,
il a dû tomber d'au moins dix étages.

91
00:06:31,765 --> 00:06:33,893
Il voulait peut-être se tuer, Max.

92
00:06:34,395 --> 00:06:36,485
Définitivement un homicide.

93
00:06:36,610 --> 00:06:38,672
Lacérations dues au verre

94
00:06:38,797 --> 00:06:41,492
indiquant que la victime
est passée à travers une fenêtre.

95
00:06:41,617 --> 00:06:43,236
Une porte coulissante.

96
00:06:43,402 --> 00:06:46,489
Résidus d'adhésif sur les poignets.

97
00:06:46,655 --> 00:06:47,490
Attaché ?

98
00:06:48,355 --> 00:06:50,493
Les blessures défensives suggèrent...

99
00:06:50,659 --> 00:06:52,871
Qu'il s'est battu avec son agresseur.

100
00:06:57,416 --> 00:06:59,836
Il a un message de Psycho Kitty.

101
00:07:00,429 --> 00:07:02,172
"Attention, il te cherche."

102
00:07:03,681 --> 00:07:05,925
Dommage
que la victime l'ait pas eu à temps.

103
00:07:26,740 --> 00:07:28,340
{\pub}Tiens-nous au courant.

104
00:07:28,909 --> 00:07:31,379
Kono a identifié la victime
grâce au portable.

105
00:07:31,504 --> 00:07:34,017
Quelle est l'identité secrète
du Capitaine Fallout ?

106
00:07:34,142 --> 00:07:36,247
Alex Baker,
expert en assurance à Atlanta.

107
00:07:36,413 --> 00:07:38,993
Arrivé il y a deux jours
pour la convention.

108
00:07:39,118 --> 00:07:41,336
Chin et Kono vérifient son hôtel.

109
00:07:44,973 --> 00:07:47,158
Ça gaze le chien ?
Marrant, non ?

110
00:07:47,283 --> 00:07:48,434
C'est marrant.

111
00:07:49,899 --> 00:07:51,988
Psycho Kitty doit être dans le coin.

112
00:07:56,448 --> 00:07:57,741
On est pas rendus.

113
00:07:58,239 --> 00:07:59,437
De mieux en mieux.

114
00:08:01,840 --> 00:08:04,297
Satanée clim.
On gèle ici.

115
00:08:04,422 --> 00:08:05,401
Touristes.

116
00:08:05,835 --> 00:08:09,158
Ils viennent pour le soleil
et restent dans des chambres glacées.

117
00:08:09,283 --> 00:08:11,029
Pas de signes d'effraction.

118
00:08:12,457 --> 00:08:13,451
Ou de lutte.

119
00:08:28,127 --> 00:08:30,385
Ça correspond.
Pile au-dessus de la piscine.

120
00:08:31,928 --> 00:08:34,931
Max a parlé de lacérations
dues à du verre.

121
00:08:35,351 --> 00:08:37,053
Ça vient pas de ces vitres.

122
00:08:37,689 --> 00:08:39,526
C'est pas notre scène de crime.

123
00:08:39,651 --> 00:08:42,375
Notre victime a bien été balancée
de quelque part.

124
00:08:47,171 --> 00:08:49,988
Du verre cassé.
Ça doit venir de la suite du dessus.

125
00:08:55,242 --> 00:08:59,182
Chambre 1703
au nom de Jonathan Demille, Louisiane.

126
00:08:59,307 --> 00:09:02,250
D'après le manager,
les deux chambres sont identiques,

127
00:09:02,887 --> 00:09:04,083
à un étage près.

128
00:09:04,710 --> 00:09:06,521
Il y a une carte dans la serrure.

129
00:09:07,046 --> 00:09:08,047
Bizarre.

130
00:09:13,981 --> 00:09:15,192
Encore plus, là.

131
00:09:17,235 --> 00:09:18,907
Essaie celle du manager.

132
00:09:33,881 --> 00:09:35,908
Voilà notre scène de crime.

133
00:09:43,415 --> 00:09:46,544
Elle se fait appeler Psycho Kitty.
Vous l'avez vraiment pas vue ?

134
00:09:49,279 --> 00:09:51,647
Tu fais quoi ?
T'es censé chercher Psycho Kitty.

135
00:09:51,772 --> 00:09:54,802
T'as vu le morceau ?
J'ai jugé cet endroit trop vite.

136
00:09:54,968 --> 00:09:56,554
Tu peux te concentrer ?

137
00:09:56,720 --> 00:09:58,806
Regarde ça.
Capitaine Kirk.

138
00:09:58,972 --> 00:10:01,309
- On a des questions.
- Capitaine Sisko.

139
00:10:01,973 --> 00:10:03,937
- Capitaine Sisko ?
- Dans DS9.

140
00:10:04,720 --> 00:10:06,397
Déjà vu des Noirs sur l'Enterprise ?

141
00:10:07,268 --> 00:10:09,525
- Il y avait...
- Uhura.

142
00:10:09,691 --> 00:10:11,569
Elle répondait au téléphone.

143
00:10:11,983 --> 00:10:14,220
- Je suis capitaine.
- On a ça en commun.

144
00:10:14,345 --> 00:10:16,324
On cherche cette personne.

145
00:10:16,490 --> 00:10:18,358
- Vous l'avez vue ?
- Psycho Kitty.

146
00:10:18,483 --> 00:10:20,328
J'aimerais la téléporter chez moi.

147
00:10:20,494 --> 00:10:22,455
Elle traîne avec les Peluches
d'une expo.

148
00:10:22,621 --> 00:10:23,915
Les Peluches de...

149
00:10:24,217 --> 00:10:26,251
Vous connaissez son vrai nom ?

150
00:10:29,997 --> 00:10:31,619
- Gail Woodson ?
- Oui ?

151
00:10:33,904 --> 00:10:36,810
Alex et moi nous sommes rencontrés
sur un forum.

152
00:10:41,177 --> 00:10:43,446
On a commencé
à discuter au téléphone.

153
00:10:44,246 --> 00:10:45,770
On aimait les mêmes trucs.

154
00:10:45,936 --> 00:10:49,315
Monty Python, Neil Gaiman,
les vidéos du chat qui joue du piano.

155
00:10:51,525 --> 00:10:52,860
Ça devenait sérieux.

156
00:10:54,007 --> 00:10:55,863
Vous vous étiez jamais vus ?

157
00:10:56,388 --> 00:10:57,448
Pas jusque-là.

158
00:10:57,849 --> 00:10:59,117
J'étais anxieuse.

159
00:10:59,898 --> 00:11:02,251
Et ensuite, dès que je l'ai vu...

160
00:11:03,521 --> 00:11:06,040
Je peux pas l'expliquer,
c'était comme...

161
00:11:06,955 --> 00:11:09,043
Comme si je l'avais toujours connu.

162
00:11:09,707 --> 00:11:10,801
Ensuite...

163
00:11:11,946 --> 00:11:12,970
Quoi ?

164
00:11:13,340 --> 00:11:16,926
Trevor, mon ex-mari est arrivé.
Il a dû pirater ma boîte mail.

165
00:11:17,092 --> 00:11:18,950
Il savait qu'on devait se voir.

166
00:11:19,428 --> 00:11:22,684
Il est devenu fou
et il a fait un scandale.

167
00:11:23,265 --> 00:11:24,266
Violent ?

168
00:11:24,808 --> 00:11:26,835
Trevor m'a interdit de revoir Alex.

169
00:11:27,293 --> 00:11:29,667
Dans le cas contraire,
il trouverait Alex,

170
00:11:30,084 --> 00:11:31,372
et à ce moment-là,

171
00:11:32,108 --> 00:11:33,151
il le tuerait.

172
00:11:36,447 --> 00:11:39,449
Trevor Wright,
alias l'ex de Psycho Kitty.

173
00:11:39,574 --> 00:11:41,727
J'ai le dossier
du shérif de Jacksonville.

174
00:11:41,852 --> 00:11:44,245
Ce mec a un nombre impressionnant
d'arrestations.

175
00:11:44,411 --> 00:11:45,416
Colérique ?

176
00:11:45,541 --> 00:11:47,540
Il a violé sa probation
en venant ici.

177
00:11:47,706 --> 00:11:49,260
Il avait pris deux ans.

178
00:11:52,609 --> 00:11:53,610
Très bien.

179
00:11:55,141 --> 00:11:56,839
Ils ont trouvé sa voiture.

180
00:11:56,964 --> 00:11:58,551
Elle est à Kailua Beach.

181
00:12:14,775 --> 00:12:16,191
Me fais pas courir !

182
00:12:33,116 --> 00:12:34,166
Tu montes ?

183
00:12:35,504 --> 00:12:36,758
Ça veut dire non.

184
00:12:52,638 --> 00:12:54,649
Je vous arrête
pour le meurtre de Baker.

185
00:12:55,384 --> 00:12:56,442
C'est qui ?

186
00:12:56,608 --> 00:12:58,653
C'est le gars que vous avez menacé

187
00:12:58,819 --> 00:13:01,030
devant votre ex-femme
et d'autres témoins.

188
00:13:01,196 --> 00:13:02,907
Vous connaissiez pas son nom ?

189
00:13:03,265 --> 00:13:05,243
Super-dugland ?
Il est mort ?

190
00:13:05,825 --> 00:13:07,392
Je vais résumer.

191
00:13:08,181 --> 00:13:10,706
Vous le menacez.
Deux heures après, il est mort.

192
00:13:11,060 --> 00:13:12,917
Vous voyez le rapport ?
C'est lié.

193
00:13:13,570 --> 00:13:16,087
Non.
Je voulais juste lui faire peur.

194
00:13:16,608 --> 00:13:18,908
Il s'est enfui
et Gail a vidé son sac.

195
00:13:19,033 --> 00:13:21,281
Elle a dit
que nous deux c'était fini.

196
00:13:21,406 --> 00:13:22,577
Ça m'a retourné.

197
00:13:22,926 --> 00:13:25,555
Je suis venu ici
et je suis allé voir les dauphins.

198
00:13:27,085 --> 00:13:28,516
J'ai le ticket, vérifiez.

199
00:13:33,739 --> 00:13:35,662
Excursion à 11 heures.

200
00:13:35,787 --> 00:13:38,232
Une dizaine de personnes
peuvent confirmer.

201
00:13:39,674 --> 00:13:40,675
Des dauphins.

202
00:13:44,302 --> 00:13:45,538
Compris.

203
00:13:46,763 --> 00:13:48,647
C'était McGarrett.
Ils ont vérifié.

204
00:13:48,772 --> 00:13:49,996
L'alibi est solide.

205
00:13:50,162 --> 00:13:51,129
T'as quoi ?

206
00:13:51,254 --> 00:13:54,459
La chambre est à Jonathan Demille,
mort depuis plus d'un an.

207
00:13:54,625 --> 00:13:57,795
Mais on lui a fait une carte de crédit
récemment.

208
00:13:57,961 --> 00:14:00,913
Usurpation d'identité.
Tu voles l'identité d'un mort récent

209
00:14:01,038 --> 00:14:03,885
et tu profites jusqu'à ce que la banque
s'en rende compte.

210
00:14:04,341 --> 00:14:06,220
Et moi je paie 18,5 % d'intérêt ?

211
00:14:07,818 --> 00:14:09,570
Une montre à 30 000 $.

212
00:14:09,959 --> 00:14:11,434
Ça peut payer tes dettes.

213
00:14:11,808 --> 00:14:14,353
Bien en évidence,
donc c'était pas un vol.

214
00:14:14,690 --> 00:14:17,265
Il cherchait quelque chose de précis.

215
00:14:17,664 --> 00:14:19,993
Ça n'explique pas
ce que faisait la victime ici.

216
00:14:20,118 --> 00:14:22,868
Le manager a vérifié
la clé retrouvée ce matin.

217
00:14:23,325 --> 00:14:25,288
Elle était programmée pour la 1603.

218
00:14:25,413 --> 00:14:28,986
Pourquoi notre ami Alex Baker
a utilisé sa clé pour entrer ici ?

219
00:14:29,111 --> 00:14:30,294
Écoute ça.

220
00:14:30,419 --> 00:14:32,931
Il a réglé des boissons
au bar ce matin.

221
00:14:33,056 --> 00:14:35,938
Max a testé son alcoolémie.
Il avait 1,5 g.

222
00:14:36,063 --> 00:14:37,229
Il était bourré.

223
00:14:37,354 --> 00:14:39,825
Il quitte la convention
et noie son chagrin.

224
00:14:39,950 --> 00:14:42,006
Il prend l'ascenseur,
se trompe d'étage.

225
00:14:42,577 --> 00:14:45,469
Dans ces hôtels,
tous les couloirs se ressemblent

226
00:14:45,594 --> 00:14:47,487
et il est trop saoul pour le voir.

227
00:14:48,095 --> 00:14:51,458
Quelqu'un fouille la chambre
et entend Baker qui essaie sa clé.

228
00:14:51,848 --> 00:14:54,727
Il l'attrape en pensant
qu'il est celui qu'il cherche.

229
00:14:55,271 --> 00:14:57,063
Faut trouver à qui est la chambre.

230
00:14:58,106 --> 00:15:00,107
Pour trouver notre tueur.

231
00:15:09,085 --> 00:15:10,333
{\pub}Où l'avez-vous eue ?

232
00:15:10,458 --> 00:15:12,703
Trouvée
lors d'une enquête pour meurtre.

233
00:15:13,299 --> 00:15:14,300
Meurtre ?

234
00:15:15,193 --> 00:15:17,820
Je ne comprends pas.
Quel est le rapport avec nous ?

235
00:15:18,208 --> 00:15:20,378
On l'a trouvée
sur les lieux d'un meurtre.

236
00:15:20,988 --> 00:15:23,589
Le numéro de série
m'a amené à votre mari.

237
00:15:23,957 --> 00:15:25,758
Madame Davis, puis-je lui parler ?

238
00:15:25,924 --> 00:15:28,094
Il est en déplacement
jusqu'à ce soir.

239
00:15:29,928 --> 00:15:32,281
Vous croyez qu'il est responsable ?

240
00:15:32,406 --> 00:15:33,516
On a sa montre.

241
00:15:33,682 --> 00:15:35,364
Richard n'est pas impliqué.

242
00:15:35,489 --> 00:15:37,353
Elle a été volée il y a trois jours.

243
00:15:37,519 --> 00:15:39,188
- L'avez-vous signalé ?
- Oui.

244
00:15:39,354 --> 00:15:40,940
J'ai le rapport.

245
00:15:58,678 --> 00:16:00,084
C'est noté ici.

246
00:16:03,253 --> 00:16:06,304
Ça aurait pu être pire,
vu votre collection.

247
00:16:06,840 --> 00:16:08,634
Le voleur a tué quelqu'un ?

248
00:16:08,800 --> 00:16:10,232
On ne sait pas encore.

249
00:16:10,357 --> 00:16:12,888
Vous avez eu de la chance
d'être absente quand il est venu.

250
00:16:25,322 --> 00:16:26,152
Voilà.

251
00:16:27,691 --> 00:16:28,842
Bonne journée.

252
00:16:50,133 --> 00:16:51,427
SUSPECT : WO FAT

253
00:16:54,716 --> 00:16:55,765
Votre nom ?

254
00:16:56,724 --> 00:16:57,725
Wo Fat.

255
00:17:12,458 --> 00:17:13,661
Service d'étage.

256
00:17:14,110 --> 00:17:15,901
Merci, j'ai besoin de rien.

257
00:17:18,194 --> 00:17:21,332
- Il devrait y avoir une pancarte...
- On doit parler.

258
00:17:27,335 --> 00:17:28,714
Où me suis-je trahie ?

259
00:17:30,926 --> 00:17:31,884
En payant.{\*}

260
00:17:34,970 --> 00:17:37,848
- Faut qu'on parle.
- Je peux rien vous dire.

261
00:17:38,206 --> 00:17:40,485
Je vais faire un truc
auquel la CIA est pas habituée,

262
00:17:40,610 --> 00:17:42,137
je vais être honnête.

263
00:17:42,262 --> 00:17:44,271
Y a deux façons de faire.

264
00:17:44,437 --> 00:17:45,876
Soit je m'en vais.

265
00:17:46,001 --> 00:17:48,195
Soit vous me dites ce qui se passe,

266
00:17:48,320 --> 00:17:50,845
car il y a que comme ça
que je parlerai.

267
00:17:55,189 --> 00:17:57,997
- Vous auriez pu frapper.
- Je l'ai fait, deux fois.

268
00:17:59,347 --> 00:18:00,579
Vous emménagez ?

269
00:18:01,276 --> 00:18:03,141
Personne ne défait ses valises.

270
00:18:03,266 --> 00:18:04,542
C'est l'habitude.

271
00:18:06,603 --> 00:18:09,080
- Depuis quand vous les traquez ?
- Plus que vous.

272
00:18:09,205 --> 00:18:12,133
Vous avez lu le rapport
sur le blanchissement d'argent ?

273
00:18:12,299 --> 00:18:13,843
J'étais une des sources.

274
00:18:15,019 --> 00:18:17,454
Vous êtes calée, c'est pour ça
que vous avez l'affaire ?

275
00:18:17,579 --> 00:18:19,432
J'en sais pas plus qu'une autre.

276
00:18:24,011 --> 00:18:25,146
Vous savez,

277
00:18:25,474 --> 00:18:26,939
on est mal partis.

278
00:18:27,478 --> 00:18:29,900
C'est ma faute.
J'aurais pas dû défoncer la porte.

279
00:18:31,484 --> 00:18:33,514
Je vais coopérer avec la CIA.

280
00:18:33,639 --> 00:18:36,282
Je vais appeler
le directeur Hadley tout de suite

281
00:18:36,859 --> 00:18:41,779
et je vais lui proposer mes services,
car c'est ce que font les Five-0.

282
00:18:50,938 --> 00:18:53,548
Vous savez que je ne suis pas
en mission officielle.

283
00:18:53,673 --> 00:18:55,120
Ni même agent de terrain.

284
00:18:55,245 --> 00:18:58,637
Juste une petite analyste.
Le tailleur de ce matin

285
00:18:58,803 --> 00:19:01,308
a dû vous coûter
deux semaines de salaire.

286
00:19:02,272 --> 00:19:04,404
Vous n'aviez jamais quitté
votre bureau avant.

287
00:19:04,529 --> 00:19:08,350
- Sortez d'ici.
- Vous traquez Wo Fat.

288
00:19:10,558 --> 00:19:12,723
Récemment,

289
00:19:12,848 --> 00:19:15,446
je l'ai vu jouer au golf
avec les assassins de ma mère.

290
00:19:16,275 --> 00:19:19,116
S'il bosse pour eux,
vous devez me le dire.

291
00:19:24,640 --> 00:19:26,451
Je dois vous montrer quelque chose.

292
00:19:27,340 --> 00:19:28,341
Pas ici.

293
00:19:31,339 --> 00:19:33,688
J'ai trouvé notre voleur,
Jonathan Demille,

294
00:19:33,813 --> 00:19:36,008
et j'ai suivi sa carte de crédit.

295
00:19:36,428 --> 00:19:39,178
Au moins,
il stimule l'économie locale.

296
00:19:39,344 --> 00:19:41,225
1 000 $ dans un magasin de skate.

297
00:19:41,350 --> 00:19:44,099
100 dans un magasin de jeux vidéo.

298
00:19:44,265 --> 00:19:46,227
Ces derniers jours,
il a claqué 20 000 $

299
00:19:46,497 --> 00:19:48,628
dans une boîte de striptease,
le Femme Nu.

300
00:19:48,979 --> 00:19:51,106
Quand on dépense,
on attire l'attention.

301
00:19:51,596 --> 00:19:53,692
Quelqu'un pourra nous le décrire.

302
00:19:54,062 --> 00:19:56,111
- Et nous mener au tueur.
- Allons-y.

303
00:20:01,366 --> 00:20:02,576
Je vous sers quoi ?

304
00:20:02,742 --> 00:20:04,740
On cherche un de vos clients.

305
00:20:04,865 --> 00:20:06,497
Jonathan Demille.

306
00:20:06,897 --> 00:20:08,138
Johnny D.

307
00:20:08,456 --> 00:20:09,542
Je le connais.

308
00:20:09,708 --> 00:20:12,011
Vous êtes pas les seuls
à le chercher.

309
00:20:12,136 --> 00:20:13,045
Pourquoi ?

310
00:20:13,211 --> 00:20:16,718
Y a ce gars en survêt,
avec les cheveux frisés et une barbiche.

311
00:20:16,843 --> 00:20:18,400
Il avait pas l'air net.

312
00:20:18,525 --> 00:20:20,261
Ce type a jeté un innocent

313
00:20:20,427 --> 00:20:22,304
d'un balcon, pensant que c'était lui.

314
00:20:22,470 --> 00:20:24,348
J'ai pas dit où trouver Johnny D.

315
00:20:25,000 --> 00:20:26,100
Je pouvais pas.

316
00:20:26,557 --> 00:20:29,478
On ne trouve pas Johnny D,
Johnny D vous trouve.

317
00:20:30,749 --> 00:20:31,824
Ça fait peur.

318
00:20:31,949 --> 00:20:34,400
Et quand vous a-t-il trouvé ?

319
00:20:34,566 --> 00:20:36,924
Mardi, quand Tiffani travaillait.

320
00:20:37,049 --> 00:20:38,570
Tiffani ?
Elle est là ?

321
00:20:38,695 --> 00:20:40,155
Elle est de repos.

322
00:20:42,496 --> 00:20:43,659
Elle s'appelle

323
00:20:43,825 --> 00:20:45,046
Tiffani Martin.

324
00:20:45,171 --> 00:20:46,871
J'ai l'historique de ses appels.

325
00:20:48,399 --> 00:20:49,498
C'est des SMS.

326
00:20:49,664 --> 00:20:52,125
Je recherche le nom de Johnny.

327
00:20:53,668 --> 00:20:55,221
Et... le voilà.

328
00:20:55,346 --> 00:20:57,756
Ça dure depuis quelques semaines.

329
00:20:57,922 --> 00:20:59,508
Vois s'il y a son vrai nom

330
00:21:00,363 --> 00:21:02,015
ou une adresse.

331
00:21:05,555 --> 00:21:07,672
C'est un téléphone prépayé.
Intraçable.

332
00:21:09,638 --> 00:21:13,022
- On trouve pas Johnny, il vous trouve.
- Tu cites le couillon maintenant ?

333
00:21:14,815 --> 00:21:17,943
Je peux lui faire croire
que Tiffani lui envoie un SMS.

334
00:21:18,479 --> 00:21:21,806
L'appâter, j'aime ça.
Mais laisse-moi faire.

335
00:21:21,931 --> 00:21:24,277
Ça doit être salace
et t'es une jeune femme.

336
00:21:24,402 --> 00:21:27,408
J'ai tout paramétré pour
que ça semble venir de son portable.

337
00:21:27,533 --> 00:21:28,534
Compris.

338
00:21:29,496 --> 00:21:30,641
"Hé, l'étalon."

339
00:21:31,890 --> 00:21:33,792
Tu vas commencer comme ça ?

340
00:21:33,958 --> 00:21:36,503
- J'essaie de faire la stripteaseuse.
- Essaie mieux.

341
00:21:39,047 --> 00:21:40,633
"Si tu es disponible..."

342
00:21:41,041 --> 00:21:43,538
- Quoi ?
- C'est nul, pousse-toi.

343
00:21:43,663 --> 00:21:46,555
- Vas-y.
- J'ai honte pour toi.

344
00:21:53,455 --> 00:21:54,456
Envoyé.

345
00:21:57,722 --> 00:22:01,070
C'est... efficace, j'imagine.

346
00:22:01,236 --> 00:22:02,529
Ça a marché.

347
00:22:03,792 --> 00:22:05,199
Les filles gèrent.

348
00:22:07,115 --> 00:22:08,116
Putain...

349
00:22:13,977 --> 00:22:15,986
Wo Fat était un type bien.

350
00:22:16,356 --> 00:22:19,380
Il a commencé sa carrière
comme agent au MSS chinois.

351
00:22:19,799 --> 00:22:23,187
- Il était l'un des meilleurs.
- J'ai eu accès à votre enquête.

352
00:22:23,312 --> 00:22:25,212
Il a travaillé au contre espionnage,

353
00:22:25,337 --> 00:22:28,177
a atteint le grade de colonel
et a disparu...

354
00:22:28,302 --> 00:22:29,752
Pendant plusieurs années.

355
00:22:29,877 --> 00:22:33,143
Il a dû réaliser
que le gouvernement ne payait pas assez

356
00:22:33,309 --> 00:22:37,578
car quand il a refait surface,
c'était un très bon criminel.

357
00:22:39,697 --> 00:22:41,386
Vous venez de faire quoi ?

358
00:22:42,338 --> 00:22:44,113
- Pardon ?
- C'était quoi ça ?

359
00:22:44,640 --> 00:22:45,698
Mon chewing-gum ?

360
00:22:47,140 --> 00:22:50,046
C'est un ordinateur,
pas votre table de lycée.

361
00:22:53,626 --> 00:22:55,499
Combien de morts sont liés à Wo Fat ?

362
00:22:55,908 --> 00:22:57,358
23 selon nos sources.

363
00:22:57,752 --> 00:22:59,918
La CIA le suit depuis près de 10 ans,

364
00:23:00,043 --> 00:23:03,090
mais dès qu'on se rapproche,
il disparaît.

365
00:23:03,735 --> 00:23:06,177
Il y a quelque mois,
on l'a suivi à Hawaï.

366
00:23:06,302 --> 00:23:08,053
Il a vu une de vos connaissances.

367
00:23:09,779 --> 00:23:12,683
Victor Hesse.
L'homme qui a tué mon père.

368
00:23:14,762 --> 00:23:17,340
J'ignorais que Hesse travaillait
avec Wo Fat.

369
00:23:17,770 --> 00:23:19,757
Il ne travaille pas avec Wo Fat.

370
00:23:19,882 --> 00:23:21,316
Il travaille pour Wo Fat.

371
00:23:21,953 --> 00:23:24,695
Comme pour les Yakuza.
Personne n'agit sans son accord.

372
00:23:30,058 --> 00:23:33,287
Vous dites que Wo Fat
a ordonné la mort de mon père ?

373
00:23:34,555 --> 00:23:35,873
Je pense, oui.

374
00:23:38,510 --> 00:23:39,710
Ça n'a aucun sens.

375
00:23:39,876 --> 00:23:42,803
Hesse a tué mon père
car je voulais pas relâcher son frère.

376
00:23:42,928 --> 00:23:45,571
Hesse était à Hawaï
avant que vous capturiez son frère.

377
00:23:45,696 --> 00:23:47,259
Comment aurait-il prévu ça ?

378
00:23:47,425 --> 00:23:50,023
Wo Fat l'a fait venir
pour un contrat.

379
00:23:52,194 --> 00:23:54,224
- Tuer mon père.
- Je suis désolée.

380
00:23:58,952 --> 00:24:00,871
Vous savez ce qui n'a pas de sens ?

381
00:24:00,996 --> 00:24:03,982
Pourquoi quitter la CIA
pour enquêter sur Wo Fat toute seule ?

382
00:24:04,107 --> 00:24:05,919
Pourquoi pas légalement ?

383
00:24:06,044 --> 00:24:08,280
Vous avez la CIA avec vous ?
Que se passe-t-il ?

384
00:24:09,911 --> 00:24:13,205
Il y a 3 ans, je travaillais
au département de l'Asie Centrale,

385
00:24:13,749 --> 00:24:17,847
lorsque j'ai découvert
des ventes d'armes illégales en Chine.

386
00:24:18,933 --> 00:24:20,793
Mon équipe
a trouvé la trace de Wo Fat,

387
00:24:21,398 --> 00:24:23,837
il n'était même pas encore
recherché par l'Agence.

388
00:24:24,003 --> 00:24:26,645
J'étais la première
à mettre un nom sur ce visage.

389
00:24:28,903 --> 00:24:30,969
Je me suis focalisée sur la traque.

390
00:24:31,599 --> 00:24:34,004
Je l'ai suivi
jusqu'à une vente à Macau.

391
00:24:34,129 --> 00:24:37,328
Une équipe a été envoyée
selon mes infos.

392
00:24:39,878 --> 00:24:41,328
C'était une embuscade.

393
00:24:45,148 --> 00:24:47,152
Ils ont foncé droit dans un piège.

394
00:24:48,443 --> 00:24:50,280
Il n'y a eu aucun survivant.

395
00:24:54,028 --> 00:24:56,052
Mon fiancé était dans cette équipe.

396
00:25:03,055 --> 00:25:07,089
Le protocole a voulu
que l'Agence vous retire l'affaire.

397
00:25:07,516 --> 00:25:09,299
Conflit d'intérêts.

398
00:25:10,256 --> 00:25:11,760
Vous pouvez pas abandonner.

399
00:25:13,330 --> 00:25:16,842
Après 3 ans d'impasse,
j'ai eu une piste solide,

400
00:25:16,967 --> 00:25:19,534
et j'ai découvert
que Wo Fat était à Hawaï.

401
00:25:21,448 --> 00:25:23,897
J'ai abandonné la CIA pour le suivre.

402
00:25:25,126 --> 00:25:26,593
J'ai une question.

403
00:25:29,225 --> 00:25:31,229
Que ferez-vous quand vous l'aurez ?

404
00:25:33,332 --> 00:25:34,895
La même chose que vous.

405
00:25:37,579 --> 00:25:38,876
Attendez ici.

406
00:25:50,340 --> 00:25:52,634
On a volé ceci
dans la boîte à outils de mon père.

407
00:25:53,837 --> 00:25:56,767
Une preuve dans l'enquête
sur laquelle il bossait avant sa mort.

408
00:25:56,892 --> 00:25:59,573
Il y a une semaine,
j'ai trouvé ce paquet devant ma porte.

409
00:26:00,325 --> 00:26:01,958
Trois cartes postales dedans.

410
00:26:02,444 --> 00:26:05,327
On essaie de vous laisser un message.

411
00:26:05,452 --> 00:26:08,259
Vous avez peut-être loupé
quelque chose sur les cartes.

412
00:26:10,138 --> 00:26:12,719
On a une piste pour Johnny D.
Rejoins-nous au Femme Nu.

413
00:26:12,844 --> 00:26:14,044
J'arrive.

414
00:26:14,445 --> 00:26:18,535
Vous êtes familiarisée avec mon bureau.
Utilisez-le à votre guise.

415
00:26:19,025 --> 00:26:21,163
Vous êtes analyste.
Analysez.

416
00:26:21,735 --> 00:26:22,873
Vous êtes sûr ?

417
00:26:23,951 --> 00:26:25,423
Je veux trouver Wo Fat.

418
00:26:25,548 --> 00:26:28,670
S'il est si insaisissable,
il me faudra toute l'aide possible.

419
00:26:29,226 --> 00:26:31,089
On se voit demain.

420
00:26:31,255 --> 00:26:33,634
Le Palais de la Nouille,
sur Lewers, 20 h.

421
00:26:34,282 --> 00:26:36,178
- J'y serai.
- Soyez là.

422
00:26:40,056 --> 00:26:42,060
On va bien s'entendre.

423
00:27:08,205 --> 00:27:09,461
Attendez.

424
00:27:09,895 --> 00:27:11,296
C'est peut-être lui.

425
00:27:18,201 --> 00:27:19,263
Voilà Johnny.

426
00:27:30,606 --> 00:27:32,025
Il a vraiment fait ça ?

427
00:27:41,868 --> 00:27:43,620
Arrête-le, ça me fait de la peine.

428
00:27:48,822 --> 00:27:50,447
Un problème, M. l'agent ?

429
00:27:55,339 --> 00:27:58,165
{\pub}Grosses additions au bar,
et tu paies aux stripteaseuses

430
00:27:58,290 --> 00:28:00,345
leur autobronzant et leurs tatouages.

431
00:28:00,511 --> 00:28:02,514
J'aime donner à la communauté.

432
00:28:03,198 --> 00:28:07,185
- La voler aussi apparemment.
- Les gens que je vole sont assurés.

433
00:28:07,989 --> 00:28:09,689
C'est un marrant, lui.

434
00:28:09,814 --> 00:28:12,012
Avec une déficience mentale,

435
00:28:12,137 --> 00:28:14,180
t'as réussi à voler pas mal de gens.

436
00:28:14,305 --> 00:28:17,036
Mais il y a quelque chose de tragique.
Tu sais quoi ?

437
00:28:17,161 --> 00:28:19,948
Que je reverrai pas Tiffani
avant longtemps ?

438
00:28:20,114 --> 00:28:21,391
Non, incorrect.

439
00:28:21,516 --> 00:28:24,296
Un innocent est mort par ta faute.

440
00:28:24,954 --> 00:28:26,204
De quoi vous parlez ?

441
00:28:30,654 --> 00:28:31,914
Alex Baker.

442
00:28:32,039 --> 00:28:33,828
Il a été tué à l'hôtel Lonopuha.

443
00:28:33,953 --> 00:28:36,256
On l'a pris pour toi
et jeté d'un balcon.

444
00:28:39,100 --> 00:28:40,677
C'est horrible.

445
00:28:40,843 --> 00:28:44,306
- Il avait une famille ?
- Il avait une femme qui l'aimait.

446
00:28:47,208 --> 00:28:49,974
J'ai appris qu'un gars me cherchait.

447
00:28:50,099 --> 00:28:53,065
- Je l'ai repéré le lendemain.
- Un grand en survêt ?

448
00:28:53,231 --> 00:28:55,950
Crâne rasé,
des lignes rasées sur ses sourcils.

449
00:28:56,075 --> 00:28:58,582
Au moins 45 kg de plus que moi.

450
00:28:58,707 --> 00:29:00,506
J'ai filé avant qu'il m'attrape.

451
00:29:00,631 --> 00:29:03,180
- C'est pourquoi je traînais à l'hôtel.
- Qui est ce type ?

452
00:29:03,305 --> 00:29:05,440
- Quelqu'un que t'as volé ?
- J'en doute.

453
00:29:05,565 --> 00:29:07,662
Je vole les riches.
L'argent achète la classe.

454
00:29:07,828 --> 00:29:10,424
- C'était un voyou.
- L'argent achète aussi les gros bras.

455
00:29:10,549 --> 00:29:13,513
Qu'as-tu volé
qui vaille la peine de tuer ?

456
00:29:17,398 --> 00:29:18,423
Voilà.

457
00:29:19,997 --> 00:29:22,495
Pourquoi ne pas nous aider
et nous dire où sont

458
00:29:22,620 --> 00:29:24,679
les trucs du dernier vol ?

459
00:29:25,387 --> 00:29:26,306
Mavis !

460
00:29:26,472 --> 00:29:29,142
Amène-moi les rapports
des vols de la semaine dernière.

461
00:29:29,308 --> 00:29:31,271
Ma secrétaire a dû sortir.

462
00:29:31,396 --> 00:29:34,147
Trou de balle, tu ranges tout ça
dans un ordre logique ?

463
00:29:34,544 --> 00:29:36,358
Oui, comme un lave-vaisselle.

464
00:29:36,524 --> 00:29:40,529
Si on trouve ce que le tueur
cherchait, on arrivera à le trouver.

465
00:29:40,695 --> 00:29:42,395
Pousse-toi, s'il te plaît.

466
00:29:50,628 --> 00:29:52,165
S'il bouge, tirez.

467
00:29:57,107 --> 00:29:59,965
- T'as quelque chose ?
- De l'argenterie.

468
00:30:00,368 --> 00:30:02,134
J'en ai pour 100 000 $ de bijoux.

469
00:30:02,715 --> 00:30:05,483
Mais rien
qu'une assurance ne couvrirait pas.

470
00:30:05,608 --> 00:30:06,930
- Et toi ?
- Bingo !

471
00:30:07,929 --> 00:30:10,267
On est bons.
Saison 4 de Cheers.

472
00:30:10,753 --> 00:30:11,768
Série marrante.

473
00:30:30,369 --> 00:30:31,538
Regarde ça.

474
00:30:33,104 --> 00:30:34,374
Hé, toi !

475
00:30:36,042 --> 00:30:37,752
Pourquoi voler ça ?

476
00:30:38,270 --> 00:30:39,880
J'ai toujours voulu aller à Paris.

477
00:30:43,661 --> 00:30:45,082
C'est une belle ville.

478
00:30:45,207 --> 00:30:47,971
Si un jour tu y vas,
achète une boule, là c'est Seattle.

479
00:30:48,392 --> 00:30:51,500
C'est la Space Needle,
pas la Tour Eiffel, imbécile.

480
00:30:51,625 --> 00:30:52,726
C'est quoi ça ?

481
00:30:53,828 --> 00:30:55,908
Une carte mémoire d'une caméra ?

482
00:30:56,033 --> 00:30:58,098
Je sais...
Elle était dans la boule.

483
00:30:58,223 --> 00:30:59,691
Où l'as-tu volée ?

484
00:30:59,857 --> 00:31:01,777
Au risque d'aggraver mon cas,

485
00:31:01,902 --> 00:31:04,112
j'ai volé tellement d'endroits
que c'est dur à dire.

486
00:31:05,608 --> 00:31:07,699
Ça serait ce que le gars cherchait ?

487
00:31:07,865 --> 00:31:09,284
On va vite le savoir.

488
00:31:09,450 --> 00:31:12,120
Faites-moi plaisir,
emmenez-le au poste.

489
00:31:12,836 --> 00:31:16,708
La carte est protégée par mot de passe.
Un cryptage 64 Bits.

490
00:31:16,874 --> 00:31:18,126
Tu peux le cracker ?

491
00:31:18,692 --> 00:31:20,378
Laisse-moi 2 minutes.

492
00:31:21,871 --> 00:31:23,303
Regardez ça.

493
00:31:23,849 --> 00:31:25,395
On dirait le pote de Johnny D.

494
00:31:25,520 --> 00:31:28,303
Un dessinateur a fait ce portrait
à partir de sa description.

495
00:31:28,469 --> 00:31:29,985
On l'a affiché dans l'hôtel.

496
00:31:30,110 --> 00:31:32,849
Trois employés disent l'avoir vu
quand Baker a été tué.

497
00:31:33,375 --> 00:31:34,518
Voilà notre tueur.

498
00:31:34,684 --> 00:31:36,853
Mais je n'ai pas encore de nom.

499
00:31:37,019 --> 00:31:39,773
Ça y est.
Il y a un fichier sur la carte.

500
00:31:39,939 --> 00:31:41,358
C'est une vidéo.

501
00:31:43,114 --> 00:31:44,558
Il y a une date.

502
00:31:45,236 --> 00:31:46,462
Juillet 2008.

503
00:31:47,949 --> 00:31:49,950
Attends, zoome sur sa tête.

504
00:31:53,791 --> 00:31:55,364
Je l'ai déjà vue.

505
00:31:55,955 --> 00:31:57,374
C'est Lindsey Roberts.

506
00:31:57,540 --> 00:32:00,794
Elle vient d'Aiea.
Elle a disparu pendant l'été 2008.

507
00:32:01,221 --> 00:32:03,838
Rien n'indiquait un crime,
l'affaire a été classée,

508
00:32:04,004 --> 00:32:07,342
jusqu'à ce qu'on retrouve son corps
dans la réserve de Mokuleia.

509
00:32:08,193 --> 00:32:11,346
10 semaines après sa disparition,
on a jamais trouvé le tueur.

510
00:32:11,512 --> 00:32:15,016
Si ça a été filmé
juste avant sa disparition,

511
00:32:15,182 --> 00:32:17,361
l'homme qu'on voit
pourrait être le tueur.

512
00:32:17,768 --> 00:32:21,690
D'où Alex Baker jeté du balcon,
la chambre de Johnny D fouillée.

513
00:32:22,094 --> 00:32:25,783
Il essaie d'effacer tout ce qui
le lie au meurtre de Lindsey.

514
00:32:34,384 --> 00:32:35,996
{\pub}{\a3}Lindsey avait ça en elle.

515
00:32:37,500 --> 00:32:39,833
Elle rendait tous ses proches...

516
00:32:40,720 --> 00:32:41,829
plus heureux.

517
00:32:43,225 --> 00:32:47,424
Écoutez, je ne peux pas imaginer
ce que vous avez vécu.

518
00:32:50,009 --> 00:32:52,804
Et je sais que ça doit être dur
de parler de ça,

519
00:32:52,970 --> 00:32:54,890
mais nous avons une question.

520
00:32:55,364 --> 00:32:59,569
Quand elle a disparu,
Lindsey voyait-elle quelqu'un ?

521
00:32:59,694 --> 00:33:02,164
Lindsey était en 1re année de droit.

522
00:33:02,289 --> 00:33:07,193
Entre l'école et son stage, elle n'avait
pas de temps pour les garçons.

523
00:33:07,359 --> 00:33:08,538
Vous êtes sûrs ?

524
00:33:09,069 --> 00:33:12,332
Nous avons tout dit à la police
la première fois.

525
00:33:12,457 --> 00:33:14,339
Pourquoi ces questions maintenant ?

526
00:33:14,464 --> 00:33:16,202
Vous devez voir quelque chose.

527
00:33:17,926 --> 00:33:21,374
Ces photos sont ressorties
dans une autre affaire sans rapport.

528
00:33:21,540 --> 00:33:26,296
Mais elles ont été prises 4 jours
avant la disparition de Lindsey.

529
00:33:28,966 --> 00:33:31,171
Cet homme vous est familier ?

530
00:33:32,301 --> 00:33:34,095
- Oh, mon Dieu.
- C'est...

531
00:33:34,575 --> 00:33:36,283
C'est Richard Davis.

532
00:33:36,408 --> 00:33:38,058
Le patron de Lindsey.

533
00:33:39,076 --> 00:33:41,819
L'autopsie a révélé
qu'elle a été frappée à la tête.

534
00:33:42,269 --> 00:33:46,232
Fracture de l'os pariétal
qui a entraîné une hémorragie cérébrale.

535
00:33:46,398 --> 00:33:48,068
Une idée de l'arme du crime ?

536
00:33:51,487 --> 00:33:53,281
Non, mais...

537
00:33:53,447 --> 00:33:56,713
On a retrouvé une fibre de bois
incrustée dans le crâne.

538
00:33:56,838 --> 00:33:59,871
Pour le médecin légiste,
c'était sans importance.

539
00:34:00,366 --> 00:34:02,629
D'après lui,
le corps venait d'une forêt,

540
00:34:02,754 --> 00:34:05,460
ce qui expliquait le bois
dans la plaie.

541
00:34:05,626 --> 00:34:06,915
Mais pas d'après vous ?

542
00:34:07,336 --> 00:34:10,056
J'étais alors assistant,
depuis 2 mois seulement.

543
00:34:10,181 --> 00:34:12,507
Je ne pouvais pas défier
mon supérieur.

544
00:34:12,632 --> 00:34:15,011
Le Dr Gold a pris une décision,
que j'ai respectée.

545
00:34:15,907 --> 00:34:18,014
Mais je me suis toujours
posé la question.

546
00:34:24,820 --> 00:34:25,939
Vous l'avez gardée.

547
00:34:26,105 --> 00:34:28,768
J'ai attendu 6 mois
pour pouvoir payer le test.

548
00:34:30,399 --> 00:34:32,991
Une analyse spectroscopique
a identifié le bois

549
00:34:33,445 --> 00:34:35,695
comme du frêne blanc,
d'environ 60 ans.

550
00:34:35,820 --> 00:34:38,619
- Ça ne vient pas d'Hawaï.
- Exact.

551
00:34:40,510 --> 00:34:42,122
On le trouve au nord-est.

552
00:34:42,288 --> 00:34:43,873
En fait, cette espèce

553
00:34:44,349 --> 00:34:46,748
était cultivée seulement
par un fournisseur de New York

554
00:34:46,873 --> 00:34:49,796
pour une variété de produits
dans les années 40 et 50.

555
00:34:50,303 --> 00:34:52,549
Crosses de fusil,
clubs de golf, cadres.

556
00:34:52,924 --> 00:34:55,051
Le plus gros acheteur était
Schuster & Mills.

557
00:34:55,217 --> 00:34:57,720
Une compagnie
dont le meilleur produit était...

558
00:34:59,324 --> 00:35:00,390
Une minute.

559
00:35:00,556 --> 00:35:02,892
On recherche une batte
des années 50 ?

560
00:35:03,058 --> 00:35:04,185
Possible, oui.

561
00:35:05,386 --> 00:35:06,936
Vous êtes un génie, Max.

562
00:35:09,754 --> 00:35:11,443
- C'est quoi ?
- Un mandat.

563
00:35:13,642 --> 00:35:16,030
- Que se passe-t-il ?
- Les mains dans le dos.

564
00:35:16,196 --> 00:35:17,741
Vous pouvez garder le silence.

565
00:35:18,159 --> 00:35:21,112
Tout ce que vous direz pourra
et sera utilisé contre vous.

566
00:35:21,237 --> 00:35:24,081
Vous avez le droit à un avocat.
Si vous n'en avez pas les moyens...

567
00:35:24,206 --> 00:35:25,832
Cette batte a dû coûter cher.

568
00:35:26,382 --> 00:35:29,217
Elle était faite pour les balles,
pas les jeunes femmes.

569
00:35:29,971 --> 00:35:31,254
De quoi parlez-vous ?

570
00:35:31,420 --> 00:35:34,909
Lindsey Roberts est morte frappée
avec un objet contondant.

571
00:35:35,034 --> 00:35:37,218
Il y avait un fragment de bois
dans son crâne,

572
00:35:37,384 --> 00:35:41,598
Et je parie que les tests montreront
qu'il vient de cette batte.

573
00:35:41,895 --> 00:35:43,139
C'est absurde.

574
00:35:44,264 --> 00:35:46,102
Elle était stagiaire
dans mon entreprise

575
00:35:46,268 --> 00:35:48,563
pour plusieurs mois
avant de disparaître.

576
00:35:48,982 --> 00:35:52,686
Ce qui lui est arrivé est tragique.
Mais je n'ai rien à voir avec ça.

577
00:35:52,811 --> 00:35:55,195
Vous n'aviez donc pas
de liaison avec elle ?

578
00:36:00,061 --> 00:36:01,378
Vous et Lindsey.

579
00:36:02,598 --> 00:36:03,858
Vous m'expliquez ça ?

580
00:36:05,375 --> 00:36:07,094
Vous ne pouvez pas ?

581
00:36:07,950 --> 00:36:09,209
Je l'ai pas tuée.

582
00:36:10,173 --> 00:36:13,377
- Vous continuez à nier.
- Je le jure, je l'ai pas tuée.

583
00:36:13,502 --> 00:36:14,802
J'aurais pas pu.

584
00:36:15,234 --> 00:36:16,549
Je l'aimais.

585
00:36:21,907 --> 00:36:25,058
On avait une liaison, ça, je l'avoue.

586
00:36:27,134 --> 00:36:29,271
Mais la batte est
dans mon armoire à trophées.

587
00:36:29,396 --> 00:36:31,314
Où avez-vous eu cette photo ?

588
00:36:31,480 --> 00:36:33,608
La vidéo maison que vous avez faite.

589
00:36:33,774 --> 00:36:36,945
Une petite question.
Lindsey se savait-elle filmée ?

590
00:36:37,366 --> 00:36:40,704
Non, je n'ai...
C'est moi, c'est mon bureau.

591
00:36:41,535 --> 00:36:43,615
Mais je n'ai jamais fait de vidéo.

592
00:36:43,740 --> 00:36:45,370
Je ne lui ferais pas ça.

593
00:36:49,358 --> 00:36:50,917
Vous devriez voir ça.

594
00:36:52,737 --> 00:36:55,237
Une semaine
après la disparition de Lindsey,

595
00:36:55,362 --> 00:36:58,700
il y a eu cinq appels du bureau
de David à son portable.

596
00:36:58,825 --> 00:37:02,413
- Pourquoi l'appeler s'il l'a tuée ?
- Exact. On a continué à creuser.

597
00:37:02,970 --> 00:37:06,694
Anne, la femme de Davis était prof,
ils ont dû vérifier ses antécédents.

598
00:37:07,266 --> 00:37:09,644
J'ai comparé ses empreintes
et celles sur la carte SD.

599
00:37:09,810 --> 00:37:10,854
Ça correspond.

600
00:37:11,020 --> 00:37:13,147
On a fouillé dans ses comptes.

601
00:37:13,313 --> 00:37:15,233
Elle fait un chèque
à son coach personnel

602
00:37:15,399 --> 00:37:17,710
de 5 000 $ chaque mois.

603
00:37:17,835 --> 00:37:20,031
Il y a quelques jours,
il a eu une prime.

604
00:37:20,156 --> 00:37:21,739
10 000 $, pas mal.

605
00:37:21,905 --> 00:37:23,530
On a donc enquêté sur ce type.

606
00:37:23,655 --> 00:37:25,743
Paulo Bell, 37 ans.
Il a un casier.

607
00:37:25,909 --> 00:37:28,621
Vol qualifié, port d'arme,
et j'en passe.

608
00:37:28,787 --> 00:37:32,125
- Ce visage m'est familier.
- Il correspond au portrait.

609
00:37:32,291 --> 00:37:35,832
Celui du suspect,
basé sur la description de Johnny D.

610
00:37:36,928 --> 00:37:38,882
On a trouvé son homme de main.

611
00:37:42,738 --> 00:37:45,430
Je vous arrête
pour le meurtre d'Alex Baker.

612
00:38:02,013 --> 00:38:04,289
Quand avez-vous appris
la liaison de votre mari ?

613
00:38:04,414 --> 00:38:07,493
Je ne dirai plus rien
sans la présence de mon avocat.

614
00:38:18,709 --> 00:38:19,710
Excusez-moi.

615
00:38:20,456 --> 00:38:23,760
Mme Davis a décidé d'utiliser
son droit de garder le silence.

616
00:38:24,466 --> 00:38:26,262
Malheureusement pour Mme Davis,

617
00:38:26,428 --> 00:38:30,767
on vient d'arrêter son ami M. Bell,
et il était nettement plus bavard.

618
00:38:31,167 --> 00:38:34,228
Selon lui,
vous lui avez donné 10 000 $

619
00:38:34,947 --> 00:38:37,049
pour récupérer des biens volés.

620
00:38:37,174 --> 00:38:40,372
Notamment une boule à neige
qui vous est très chère.

621
00:38:40,497 --> 00:38:44,322
Il savait même pas qu'elle contenait
la preuve d'un meurtre.

622

brush up on your classics.

131
00:06:09,635 --> 00:06:11,619
No, no, no. We don't need
to brush up on anything.

132
00:06:11,670 --> 00:06:14,722
You need to bring us all back
to reality, here on Earth,

133
00:06:14,790 --> 00:06:15,890
and answer the obvious question:

134
00:06:15,958 --> 00:06:17,692
Why'd this guy take a dive
wearing tights?

135
00:06:17,760 --> 00:06:19,761
Well, SpectacuCon is in town
this weekend.

136
00:06:19,812 --> 00:06:22,063
So I assume our victim
was going to attend.

137
00:06:22,130 --> 00:06:23,731
Okay, it's a comic book
convention.

138
00:06:23,799 --> 00:06:24,816
Do we have an ID

139
00:06:24,900 --> 00:06:26,234
on the vic yet?

140
00:06:26,302 --> 00:06:27,235
Afraid not.

141
00:06:27,302 --> 00:06:28,336
But due to the nature

142
00:06:28,404 --> 00:06:30,071
of the injuries,

143
00:06:30,139 --> 00:06:31,773
I would estimate that he fell
at least ten stories.

144
00:06:31,841 --> 00:06:34,075
Maybe he's a jumper, Max.

145
00:06:34,142 --> 00:06:37,245
No, this was
definitely a homicide.

146
00:06:37,312 --> 00:06:39,197
Facial lacerations embedded
with glass fragments indicates

147
00:06:39,281 --> 00:06:41,583
our victim was most likely
thrown out of a window.

148
00:06:41,650 --> 00:06:43,418
Perhaps a sliding glass door.

149
00:06:43,486 --> 00:06:46,688
The residues on both wrists
are consistent with duct tape.

150
00:06:46,755 --> 00:06:47,672
He was bound?

151
00:06:47,756 --> 00:06:48,790
Yes.

152
00:06:48,841 --> 00:06:50,675
And the defensive bruising
also suggests...

153
00:06:50,759 --> 00:06:53,094
That he struggled
with his attacker. Okay.

154
00:06:57,500 --> 00:07:00,018
Looks like he got a message from
someone named Psycho Kitty.

155
00:07:00,102 --> 00:07:02,353
"Be careful,
he's looking for you."

156
00:07:02,438 --> 00:07:06,119
Too bad our vic didn't get
this warning in time.

157
00:07:26,791 --> 00:07:28,708
Okay, keep us posted.

158
00:07:28,793 --> 00:07:29,859
That was Kono.

159
00:07:29,927 --> 00:07:31,561
She got an ID
off the vic's cell.

160
00:07:31,629 --> 00:07:33,863
So what is, uh, Captain
Fallout's secret identity?

161
00:07:33,931 --> 00:07:35,065
His name is
Alex Baker.

162
00:07:35,132 --> 00:07:36,383
He's an insurance
adjuster from Atlanta.

163
00:07:36,467 --> 00:07:38,234
He flew in two days ago

164
00:07:38,302 --> 00:07:39,936
for this convention.
Chin and Kono

165
00:07:40,004 --> 00:07:41,504
are checking out
his hotel right now.

166
00:07:44,342 --> 00:07:46,175
What's up, dawg?

167
00:07:46,227 --> 00:07:47,176
That's funny, right?

168
00:07:47,228 --> 00:07:49,646
That is funny.

169
00:07:49,714 --> 00:07:53,083
Psycho Kitty's
got to be here somewhere.

170
00:07:55,703 --> 00:07:58,204
This may
take a while.

171
00:07:58,289 --> 00:07:59,622
More good news.

172
00:08:02,043 --> 00:08:03,059
Holy air-conditioning.

173
00:08:03,127 --> 00:08:04,561
It's a meat freezer in here.

174
00:08:04,628 --> 00:08:05,562
Tourists.

175
00:08:05,629 --> 00:08:07,063
They come to Hawaii
for the sun,

176
00:08:07,131 --> 00:08:09,299
they spend all their time
in freezing hotel rooms.

177
00:08:09,367 --> 00:08:11,551
No signs of
forced entry.

178
00:08:11,635 --> 00:08:13,636
Or a struggle.

179
00:08:27,318 --> 00:08:28,902
Trajectory lines up.

180
00:08:28,986 --> 00:08:30,520
It's a clear drop
to the pool below.

181
00:08:30,588 --> 00:08:33,523
But, you know,
Max said that Alex Baker had

182
00:08:33,574 --> 00:08:35,091
facial lacerations
from broken glass.

183
00:08:35,159 --> 00:08:37,460
They're obviously not
from these windows.

184
00:08:37,528 --> 00:08:39,162
I don't think this is
our crime scene.

185
00:08:39,230 --> 00:08:41,281
Well, our vic had to be
thrown off the building

186
00:08:41,365 --> 00:08:43,116
from some place.

187
00:08:46,203 --> 00:08:47,954
It's broken glass.

188
00:08:48,038 --> 00:08:50,173
It's got to be from the
suite directly above.

189
00:08:55,279 --> 00:08:57,764
Room 1703 is registered
to Jonathan Demille

190
00:08:57,848 --> 00:08:59,048
from Port Allen,
Louisiana.

191
00:08:59,116 --> 00:09:00,884
Manager says it has
the exact same layout

192
00:09:00,935 --> 00:09:02,385
as room 1603,
Alex Baker's room,

193
00:09:02,436 --> 00:09:04,687
just directly
one floor above.

194
00:09:04,755 --> 00:09:07,023
Look, there's a card
still in the lock.

195
00:09:07,090 --> 00:09:09,091
That's weird.

196
00:09:13,264 --> 00:09:15,064
Way weird.

197
00:09:17,067 --> 00:09:19,068
Try the one
the hotel manager gave you.

198
00:09:33,384 --> 00:09:36,052
This is our
crime scene.

199
00:09:43,461 --> 00:09:45,145
She goes by the name
Psycho Kitty.

200
00:09:45,229 --> 00:09:46,729
You sure you haven't seen her?

201
00:09:49,166 --> 00:09:50,433
What are you doing?

202
00:09:50,484 --> 00:09:51,851
You're supposed to be
looking for Psycho Kitty.

203
00:09:51,936 --> 00:09:53,302
Did you see her?
I may have been

204
00:09:53,354 --> 00:09:54,938
too judgmental of this place,
because she's really cute...

205
00:09:54,989 --> 00:09:56,706
Please, can you focus?

206
00:09:56,774 --> 00:09:58,908
Uh, look at this.
Uh, Captain Kirk.

207
00:09:58,976 --> 00:10:00,443
We'd just like to ask
you a couple questions.

208
00:10:00,494 --> 00:10:01,444
Commander Sisko.

209
00:10:01,495 --> 00:10:02,745
Commander Sisko?

210
00:10:02,813 --> 00:10:04,030
From DS9.

211
00:10:04,114 --> 00:10:05,315
Oh.

212
00:10:05,382 --> 00:10:06,533
You ever see any brothers
on the Enterprise?

213
00:10:06,617 --> 00:10:08,034
Well, there's the one...

214
00:10:08,118 --> 00:10:09,669
Uhura.
Uhura.

215
00:10:09,753 --> 00:10:10,670
She was a sister.

216
00:10:10,754 --> 00:10:11,721
And she answered the phone.

217
00:10:11,789 --> 00:10:13,122
I'm a commander.

218
00:10:13,174 --> 00:10:14,374
Okay, we have that in common.

219
00:10:14,458 --> 00:10:16,459
Listen, my partner and I
are looking for this person.

220
00:10:16,510 --> 00:10:17,710
Have you seen her?

221
00:10:17,795 --> 00:10:19,295
Sure, that's Psycho Kitty.
I'd like to

222
00:10:19,363 --> 00:10:20,463
beam her up
to my quarters.

223
00:10:20,531 --> 00:10:21,598
She hangs out
with the Plushies

224
00:10:21,665 --> 00:10:22,599
at the Furry Fandom exhibit.

225
00:10:22,666 --> 00:10:24,050
The Plushies at the...?

226
00:10:24,134 --> 00:10:26,436
Do you know what Psycho Kitty's
real name is?

227
00:10:29,473 --> 00:10:30,640
Gail Woodson?

228
00:10:30,708 --> 00:10:33,276
Yes?

229
00:10:33,343 --> 00:10:36,846
Alex and I met
on an online message board.

230
00:10:39,884 --> 00:10:42,986
We started talking
on the phone.

231
00:10:43,053 --> 00:10:45,905
And, um, you know, we
liked the same stuff:

232
00:10:45,990 --> 00:10:49,492
Monty Python, Neil Gaiman,
Keyboard Cat videos.

233
00:10:51,545 --> 00:10:52,996
Got real serious real fast.

234
00:10:53,047 --> 00:10:55,999
But you guys never actually
met face-to-face?

235
00:10:56,066 --> 00:10:57,584
Not until today.

236
00:10:57,668 --> 00:10:59,252
And I was
pretty nervous.

237
00:10:59,336 --> 00:11:02,722
But then, once I saw him,

238
00:11:02,806 --> 00:11:04,807
I don't know,
I can't explain it.

239
00:11:04,875 --> 00:11:06,175
It was like...

240
00:11:06,243 --> 00:11:09,178
like I'd known him
my whole life.

241
00:11:09,246 --> 00:11:10,346
But then...

242
00:11:10,414 --> 00:11:12,515
Then what?

243
00:11:12,566 --> 00:11:14,851
Then my ex-husband
Trevor showed up.

244
00:11:14,919 --> 00:11:17,070
I don't know, he must have
hacked my e-mail or something,

245
00:11:17,154 --> 00:11:19,422
because he knew we were
going to meet up here.

246
00:11:19,490 --> 00:11:23,259
He flipped out
and he caused a big scene.

247
00:11:23,327 --> 00:11:24,777
Did he get violent?

248
00:11:24,862 --> 00:11:27,080
Trevor said that I couldn't
see Alex anymore,

249
00:11:27,164 --> 00:11:29,866
and that if I did,
he would find Alex,

250
00:11:29,917 --> 00:11:33,336
and when he found him,
he would kill him.

251
00:11:36,040 --> 00:11:38,942
Trevor Wright,
aka Psycho Kitty's ex.

252
00:11:39,009 --> 00:11:40,843
Jacksonville sheriff

253
00:11:40,911 --> 00:11:42,244
just sent down his jacket.

254
00:11:42,296 --> 00:11:44,380
This guy has a stupid, stupid
amount of assault charges.

255
00:11:44,448 --> 00:11:46,482
A temper, huh?
He's violated probation

256
00:11:46,550 --> 00:11:47,750
by being here at all.

257
00:11:47,818 --> 00:11:48,801
Which is two years
mandatory.

258
00:11:48,886 --> 00:11:51,271
Detective Danny Williams.

259
00:11:51,355 --> 00:11:53,923
All right, good.
Thank you.

260
00:11:53,974 --> 00:11:56,309
Put an APB out on
Trevor's rental car.

261
00:11:56,393 --> 00:11:57,727
The just found it parked

262
00:11:57,795 --> 00:11:59,562
at Kailua Beach.

263
00:12:10,874 --> 00:12:11,791
Trevor Wright.

264
00:12:11,875 --> 00:12:13,476
Five-O. Hey!

265
00:12:13,544 --> 00:12:14,744
Five-O! Hey!

266
00:12:14,812 --> 00:12:15,795
Don't make me run!

267
00:12:30,894 --> 00:12:34,864
Hey, buddy, need a lift?

268
00:12:34,932 --> 00:12:37,433
I guess that's a no.

269
00:12:51,665 --> 00:12:54,817
You're under arrest
for the murder of Alex Baker.

270
00:12:54,885 --> 00:12:56,619
Who the hell is Alex Baker?

271
00:12:56,670 --> 00:12:58,821
Alex Baker is the guy
that you threatened

272
00:12:58,889 --> 00:13:01,207
in front of your ex-wife and a
couple hundred other witnesses.

273
00:13:01,291 --> 00:13:03,092
You didn't get his name before
you threw him off the balcony?

274
00:13:03,160 --> 00:13:05,428
Super dork? He's dead?

275
00:13:05,496 --> 00:13:07,430
I'm going to put this together
for you, all right?

276
00:13:07,497 --> 00:13:09,332
This morning you threatened
to kill Alex.

277
00:13:09,400 --> 00:13:10,833
Two hours later he's dead.

278
00:13:10,901 --> 00:13:11,968
You see the
connection there?

279
00:13:12,019 --> 00:13:13,102
There's a connection.
You got that?

280
00:13:13,170 --> 00:13:16,272
No way. Look, I just
wanted to scare him.

281
00:13:16,340 --> 00:13:17,907
But after he ran away,
Gail unloaded on me.

282
00:13:17,975 --> 00:13:20,343
Made it clear we were never
going to be together again.

283
00:13:20,411 --> 00:13:21,811
So I was upset.

284
00:13:21,879 --> 00:13:22,879
I left the convention,

285
00:13:22,946 --> 00:13:24,280
and came out here.

286
00:13:24,348 --> 00:13:25,748
Took one of those
dolphin watching cruises.

287
00:13:25,816 --> 00:13:26,733
Hmm.

288
00:13:26,817 --> 00:13:28,701
Shirt pocket-- check it.

289
00:13:32,573 --> 00:13:35,024
Dolphin Excursions.
11:00 a.m.

290
00:13:35,075 --> 00:13:36,459
There's at least
a dozen people

291
00:13:36,527 --> 00:13:39,162
that can put me on
that boat today.

292
00:13:39,229 --> 00:13:41,697
Dolphins.

293
00:13:44,251 --> 00:13:46,085
Yeah, okay, got it.

294
00:13:46,170 --> 00:13:48,738
That was McGarrett.
Their suspect checks out.

295
00:13:48,806 --> 00:13:50,173
Alibi's rock solid.

296
00:13:50,224 --> 00:13:52,141
What'd you get?
Jonathan Demille,

297
00:13:52,209 --> 00:13:53,342
the name this room
is booked under,

298
00:13:53,410 --> 00:13:54,610
has been dead
for nearly a year.

299
00:13:54,678 --> 00:13:56,045
But a credit card
was opened up

300
00:13:56,096 --> 00:13:57,980
with his name and social
a few months ago.

301
00:13:58,048 --> 00:13:59,065
It's called ghosting.

302
00:13:59,149 --> 00:14:00,549
That's when you
take the identity

303
00:14:00,601 --> 00:14:02,652
of someone recently deceased
and then you rack up charges

304
00:14:02,719 --> 00:14:04,053
until the credit card company
wises up.

305
00:14:04,121 --> 00:14:06,389
And here I am paying
18 and a half percent interest?

306
00:14:06,457 --> 00:14:09,325

00:21:28,481 --> 00:21:29,915
"Hey, stud."

479
00:21:31,517 --> 00:21:33,785
That's not your lead in, is it?
What do you want?

480
00:21:33,853 --> 00:21:35,487
I'm trying to sound
like a stripper.

481
00:21:35,555 --> 00:21:36,488
Try harder.

482
00:21:36,539 --> 00:21:38,890
Okay.

483
00:21:38,958 --> 00:21:40,625
"If you are available..."

484
00:21:40,693 --> 00:21:41,860
What?

485
00:21:41,928 --> 00:21:43,345
That's so bad.
Get out of here.

486
00:21:43,429 --> 00:21:45,030
Oh, go ahead.
I'm embarrassed for you now.

487
00:21:45,098 --> 00:21:46,548
Go ahead, go ahead.
Really I am.

488
00:21:53,473 --> 00:21:56,041
And send.

489
00:21:57,877 --> 00:22:01,079
That's, uh, that's effective,
I guess.

490
00:22:01,147 --> 00:22:03,532
It worked. Wow!

491
00:22:03,616 --> 00:22:05,217
All right.
Girl's got game.

492
00:22:06,819 --> 00:22:09,204
Damn.

493
00:22:13,526 --> 00:22:16,028
Wo Fat was one of the good guys.

494
00:22:16,095 --> 00:22:17,162
He started his career

495
00:22:17,213 --> 00:22:19,364
as an intelligence agent
for the Chinese MSS.

496
00:22:19,415 --> 00:22:21,583
Quickly became
one of their best.

497
00:22:21,667 --> 00:22:23,502
I got the highlights
from your investigation file.

498
00:22:23,553 --> 00:22:25,804
He worked counterintelligence
at the 6th Bureau.

499
00:22:25,872 --> 00:22:27,372
He reached the rank of colonel
and then

500
00:22:27,440 --> 00:22:28,407
he suddenly
disappeared, right?

501
00:22:28,474 --> 00:22:30,308
Disappeared for years.

502
00:22:30,376 --> 00:22:31,810
Whatever he was doing,
he must have realized

503
00:22:31,878 --> 00:22:33,145
that government work
doesn't pay too well,

504
00:22:33,212 --> 00:22:35,380
because when he
resurfaced, he was already

505
00:22:35,448 --> 00:22:38,150
a major player
in the criminal underworld.

506
00:22:38,217 --> 00:22:40,769
I'm sorry,
what did you just do?

507
00:22:40,853 --> 00:22:42,821
I'm sorry, what?

508
00:22:42,888 --> 00:22:44,122
That. What was that?
What happened?

509
00:22:44,190 --> 00:22:45,690
Oh, you mean my gum?

510
00:22:45,758 --> 00:22:46,691
Oh.

511
00:22:46,759 --> 00:22:48,026
Yeah, with your gum.

512
00:22:48,094 --> 00:22:50,829
This is a computer,
it's not your high school desk.

513
00:22:50,896 --> 00:22:51,997
Thank you.

514
00:22:53,399 --> 00:22:55,500
Uh, how many bodies
have you put on Wo Fat?

515
00:22:55,568 --> 00:22:57,602
23 that we know of.

516
00:22:57,670 --> 00:22:59,371
CIA's been tracking his
movements for nearly a decade,

517
00:22:59,439 --> 00:23:01,139
but every time we think
we're close, he vanishes.

518
00:23:01,207 --> 00:23:03,075
It's like he's
playing with us.

519
00:23:03,142 --> 00:23:05,944
Then a few months ago,
I tracked him to Hawaii.

520
00:23:06,012 --> 00:23:08,046
He paid a visit to
someone you know.

521
00:23:08,097 --> 00:23:10,749
Victor Hesse.

522
00:23:10,817 --> 00:23:12,684
The man who
killed my father.

523
00:23:12,752 --> 00:23:14,886
Wait a minute.

524
00:23:14,937 --> 00:23:16,555
I didn't know Victor Hesse
worked with Wo Fat.

525
00:23:16,606 --> 00:23:19,608
He doesn't work with Wo Fat.

526
00:23:19,692 --> 00:23:21,326
He works for Wo Fat.

527
00:23:21,394 --> 00:23:23,228
Same with
the Yakuza.

528
00:23:23,296 --> 00:23:24,729
None of them makes a move
without his approval.

529
00:23:29,402 --> 00:23:30,936
Are you trying to tell me

530
00:23:31,003 --> 00:23:33,271
that Wo Fat ordered
my father's murder?

531
00:23:33,339 --> 00:23:35,874
I believe so.

532
00:23:35,941 --> 00:23:38,376
No, no.

533
00:23:38,461 --> 00:23:39,711
That doesn't make sense.

534
00:23:39,778 --> 00:23:41,213
Victor Hesse killed my father

535
00:23:41,280 --> 00:23:43,415
because I wouldn't release
his brother.

536
00:23:43,483 --> 00:23:45,783
Victor Hesse arrived in Hawaii
before you captured his brother.

537
00:23:45,835 --> 00:23:47,252
How could he have
anticipated that?

538
00:23:47,320 --> 00:23:50,322
I believe that Wo Fat
sent him here to do a job.

539
00:23:51,924 --> 00:23:53,024
To murder my father.

540
00:23:53,092 --> 00:23:54,259
I'm sorry.

541
00:23:57,847 --> 00:24:00,265
Okay, you know what else
doesn't make sense to me?

542
00:24:00,316 --> 00:24:01,933
Why would you
break away from the Agency

543
00:24:02,001 --> 00:24:03,235
to hunt Wo Fat alone, huh?

544
00:24:03,302 --> 00:24:05,520
Why not work
through the channels?

545
00:24:05,605 --> 00:24:07,155
You got the CIA behind you.

546
00:24:07,240 --> 00:24:08,273
What's going on?

547
00:24:08,341 --> 00:24:11,309
Three years ago, I was working

548
00:24:11,377 --> 00:24:15,080
the Central Asia desk at Langley
when I uncovered a series

549
00:24:15,148 --> 00:24:18,483
of illegal arms deals
being brokered out of China.

550
00:24:18,551 --> 00:24:21,152
My team ended up tracing them
back to Wo Fat,

551
00:24:21,204 --> 00:24:23,821
somebody who wasn't even
on the Agency's radar yet.

552
00:24:23,873 --> 00:24:26,892
I was the first one
to put a name to the face.

553
00:24:28,895 --> 00:24:30,962
But I got too wrapped up
in the hunt.

554
00:24:31,030 --> 00:24:33,532
I tracked him to an
arms deal in Macau.

555
00:24:33,599 --> 00:24:34,666
An agency grab team

556
00:24:34,734 --> 00:24:37,702
was dispatched
based on my intel.

557
00:24:39,872 --> 00:24:41,873
But it was a setup.

558
00:24:45,228 --> 00:24:48,280
They walked right into a trap.

559
00:24:48,347 --> 00:24:50,315
There were no survivors.

560
00:24:53,719 --> 00:24:57,122
My fiancé was on that team.

561
00:24:57,190 --> 00:24:59,191
Oh.

562
00:25:03,095 --> 00:25:05,247
And, uh, as standard protocol,

563
00:25:05,331 --> 00:25:07,098
the Agency removed you
from the case.

564
00:25:07,166 --> 00:25:09,301
Conflict of interest.

565
00:25:09,368 --> 00:25:11,803
But you can't let it go.

566
00:25:12,838 --> 00:25:14,606
After three years of dead ends,

567
00:25:14,674 --> 00:25:16,558
I finally picked up
a solid lead,

568
00:25:16,642 --> 00:25:19,544
discovered that Wo Fat
was here in Hawaii.

569
00:25:19,612 --> 00:25:23,882
So, I took leave from the CIA
to track him down.

570
00:25:23,950 --> 00:25:26,268
Let me ask you a question.

571
00:25:29,272 --> 00:25:31,723
What are you gonna do
when you find him?

572
00:25:33,426 --> 00:25:35,694
Same thing you would do.

573
00:25:36,729 --> 00:25:38,530
Wait here.

574
00:25:50,243 --> 00:25:52,627
This was stolen from my father's
toolbox by Hiro's men.

575
00:25:52,712 --> 00:25:55,313
It's part of the evidence in
a case my father was working on

576
00:25:55,381 --> 00:25:56,715
right before he was killed.

577
00:25:56,782 --> 00:25:59,818
A week ago, this package
was left on my doorstep.

578
00:25:59,885 --> 00:26:01,219
These postcards were inside.

579
00:26:01,287 --> 00:26:03,772
Somebody's obviously trying
to send you a message.

580
00:26:05,391 --> 00:26:07,559
Maybe there's something on the
postcards that you overlooked.

581
00:26:07,610 --> 00:26:09,160
Yeah.

582
00:26:09,228 --> 00:26:10,862
Steve, it's Danny.
We got a lead on Johnny D.

583
00:26:10,930 --> 00:26:12,614
Meet us at Femme Nu.

584
00:26:12,698 --> 00:26:14,282
All right, I'm on my way.

585
00:26:14,367 --> 00:26:16,735
Okay, you've become acquainted
with my office already.

586
00:26:16,802 --> 00:26:18,570
Feel free to use it
for as long as you need.

587
00:26:18,621 --> 00:26:19,871
You're an analyst.

588
00:26:19,939 --> 00:26:21,139
Analyze these.

589
00:26:21,207 --> 00:26:22,824
You sure about this?

590
00:26:22,908 --> 00:26:25,176
I plan to find Wo Fat.

591
00:26:25,244 --> 00:26:27,178
And if he's as elusive
as you're saying that he is,

592
00:26:27,246 --> 00:26:28,647
I'm gonna need
all the help I can get.

593
00:26:28,714 --> 00:26:31,115
You and I,
we'll meet tomorrow.

594
00:26:31,167 --> 00:26:33,618
Onofun Noodle House,
it's on Lewers, 8:00 p.m.

595
00:26:33,686 --> 00:26:34,919
I'll be there.

596
00:26:34,987 --> 00:26:36,154
Be there.

597
00:26:36,222 --> 00:26:38,056
Oh, and, Kaye.

598
00:26:38,123 --> 00:26:39,858
Yeah?

599
00:26:39,925 --> 00:26:43,094
We're gonna get along just fine.

600
00:27:07,420 --> 00:27:09,421
All right, hold up.

601
00:27:09,488 --> 00:27:11,289
This might be him.

602
00:27:16,929 --> 00:27:19,230
Here's Johnny.

603
00:27:26,272 --> 00:27:27,639
Whoa, whoa.
Geez.

604
00:27:30,476 --> 00:27:32,010
Did he really just do that?

605
00:27:41,704 --> 00:27:43,621
Oh, put him out of his misery.
All right.

606
00:27:48,027 --> 00:27:50,395
There a problem, Officer?

607
00:27:54,410 --> 00:27:55,311
Johnny D.

608
00:27:55,353 --> 00:27:56,737
You've been racking
up bar tabs,

609
00:27:56,821 --> 00:27:58,388
keeping the strippers
of Honolulu

610
00:27:58,456 --> 00:28:00,490
in self-tanner and tattoos.

611
00:28:00,558 --> 00:28:02,659
What can I say? I like to
give back to the community.

612
00:28:03,912 --> 00:28:05,329
You like to take
from the community, too.

613
00:28:05,396 --> 00:28:06,330
Come on, the people

614
00:28:06,397 --> 00:28:07,331
that I steal from are insured.

615
00:28:07,382 --> 00:28:09,132
This guy is such a jerk.

616
00:28:09,200 --> 00:28:12,202
Aside from obvious
intellectual impairments,

617
00:28:12,253 --> 00:28:14,204
you have managed to rip
a lot of people off.

618
00:28:14,255 --> 00:28:15,606
But there is something
very tragic here.

619
00:28:15,673 --> 00:28:17,241
You know what it is?

620
00:28:17,308 --> 00:28:20,110
That I won't be seeing Tiffani
for a very long time?

621
00:28:20,178 --> 00:28:21,478
No. Incorrect.

622
00:28:21,546 --> 00:28:23,480
It's that an innocent man
is dead

623
00:28:23,548 --> 00:28:25,048
because of you.

624
00:28:25,099 --> 00:28:26,383
What are you talking about?

625
00:28:30,054 --> 00:28:32,022
That's Alex Baker.

626
00:28:32,073 --> 00:28:33,023
He was booked in

627
00:28:33,091 --> 00:28:34,274
at the Lonopuha.

628
00:28:34,359 --> 00:28:36,410
Somebody thought he was you,
threw him off a balcony.

629
00:28:38,896 --> 00:28:40,831
That's horrible.

630
00:28:40,898 --> 00:28:42,732
Does he have a family?

631
00:28:42,784 --> 00:28:44,501
He had a woman who loved him.

632
00:28:46,537 --> 00:28:49,373
Look, I got word that some guy
was asking around about me.

633
00:28:49,440 --> 00:28:51,041
I spotted the dude the next day.

634
00:28:51,092 --> 00:28:53,176
Big guy in a tracksuit?

635
00:28:53,244 --> 00:28:55,279
Buzzed hair, has lines
shaved into his eyebrows.

636
00:28:55,346 --> 00:28:56,763
Outweighs me

637
00:28:56,848 --> 00:28:58,649
by a hundred pounds.

638
00:28:58,716 --> 00:29:00,183
I took off
before he could jump me.

639
00:29:00,251 --> 00:29:01,351
That's why I was laying low

640
00:29:01,419 --> 00:29:02,452
at the hotel.

641
00:29:02,520 --> 00:29:03,887
Okay, who is this guy?
You know him?

642
00:29:03,955 --> 00:29:05,422
Somebody you ripped off, what?
I doubt it.

643
00:29:05,490 --> 00:29:06,790
People I hit have money.

644
00:29:06,858 --> 00:29:07,791
Money buys class.

645
00:29:07,859 --> 00:29:08,725
This guy was a thug.

646
00:29:08,776 --> 00:29:09,726
Money also buys hired muscle.

647
00:29:09,777 --> 00:29:11,395
Question is:

648
00:29:11,462 --> 00:29:14,264
what'd you steal
that's worth killing for?

649
00:29:16,934 --> 00:29:18,535
Voilà.

650
00:29:18,603 --> 00:29:20,570
Wow.

651
00:29:20,638 --> 00:29:22,873
Why don't you make this easy on
us and just direct us towards

652
00:29:22,940 --> 00:29:24,808
the stuff that is from
your last boost?

653
00:29:24,876 --> 00:29:26,410
Mavis!

654
00:29:26,477 --> 00:29:27,844
Can you bring me
the reports

655
00:29:27,912 --> 00:29:29,246
from last week's
robberies?

656
00:29:29,297 --> 00:29:30,964
Sorry, my secretary
must have stepped out.

657
00:29:31,049 --> 00:29:32,132
Smart-ass,

658
00:29:32,216 --> 00:29:34,251
do you pack the garage
from back to front?

659
00:29:34,302 --> 00:29:36,486
Yes, like a dishwasher.

660
00:29:36,554 --> 00:29:38,722
Okay, good. Then we start here,
we work our way in,

661
00:29:38,789 --> 00:29:40,657
see if we can find
what the killer was looking for,

662
00:29:40,725 --> 00:29:43,660
maybe we find him.
All right, get out of the way, please.

663
00:29:49,767 --> 00:29:52,269
Officer, if he moves,
shoot him.

664
00:29:56,808 --> 00:29:57,841
Anything?

665
00:29:57,909 --> 00:30:00,077
Yeah, I got some
antique silverware.

666
00:30:00,144 --> 00:30:02,245
I got about 100K
in jewelry here.

667
00:30:02,313 --> 00:30:05,515
But I got nothing an
insurance claim wouldn't cover.

668
00:30:05,583 --> 00:30:07,050
What about you?
Got it!

669
00:30:07,118 --> 00:30:08,952
We're all good.

670
00:30:09,003 --> 00:30:10,420
Season four, Cheers.

671
00:30:10,488 --> 00:30:11,922
Funny show.

672
00:30:28,672 --> 00:30:30,307
Hey, Danny.

673
00:30:30,375 --> 00:30:31,674
Check this out.

674
00:30:33,845 --> 00:30:35,979
You...

675
00:30:36,030 --> 00:30:37,881
Why would you steal this?

676
00:30:37,949 --> 00:30:40,016
I always wanted to go to Paris.

677
00:30:43,187 --> 00:30:44,538
You know what,
it's a beautiful city.

678
00:30:44,622 --> 00:30:45,989
And if you ever make it,

679
00:30:46,057 --> 00:30:48,075
you should get yourself a snow
globe, because this is Seattle.

680
00:30:48,159 --> 00:30:49,543
It's the Space Needle,

681
00:30:49,627 --> 00:30:51,461
not the Eiffel Tower,
you schmuck.

682
00:30:51,529 --> 00:30:52,829
What is this?

683
00:30:52,880 --> 00:30:55,065
Memory card
for a digital camera?

684
00:30:55,133 --> 00:30:57,968
I know...
It was in the snow globe.

685
00:30:58,035 --> 00:30:59,803
Where'd you steal
the snow globe?

686
00:30:59,871 --> 00:31:01,471
Look, at the risk
of incriminating myself

687
00:31:01,539 --> 00:31:04,241
any further, I've hit so many
places, it's impossible to say.

688
00:31:04,308 --> 00:31:06,243
Huh.

689
00:31:06,310 --> 00:31:07,811
You think that that's
what the guy's looking for?

690
00:31:07,878 --> 00:31:09,413
There's only one way
to find out, right?

691
00:31:09,480 --> 00:31:12,249
Do me a favor, take
him to the station.

692
00:31:12,316 --> 00:31:15,419
The memory card you found
is password protected.

693
00:31:15,486 --> 00:31:16,820
Looks like 64-bit encryption.

694
00:31:16,888 --> 00:31:18,238
Okay, can you crack it?

695
00:31:18,322 --> 00:31:20,490
Yeah, give me a couple minutes.

696
00:31:20,558 --> 00:31:22,826
Check this out.

697
00:31:23,928 --> 00:31:26,079
Looks like Johnny D's stalker.

698
00:31:26,164 --> 00:31:27,364
I had a sketch artist work up

699
00:31:27,432 --> 00:31:28,415
a composite based on
his description.

700
00:31:28,499 --> 00:31:29,900
HPD showed it
around the hotel.

701
00:31:29,967 --> 00:31:31,635
Three employees reported
seeing him there right around

702
00:31:31,702 --> 00:31:32,969
the time that Baker
went over the balcony.

703
00:31:33,037 --> 00:31:34,638
All right, so
that's our killer.

704
00:31:34,705 --> 00:31:35,772
Yeah, but I
haven't been able

705
00:31:35,840 --> 00:31:36,957
to match the face
to the name though.

706
00:31:37,041 --> 00:31:38,442
All right, I got it.

707
00:31:38,509 --> 00:31:39,876
Looks like one file on the card.

708
00:31:39,927 --> 00:31:41,478
And it's a video.

709
00:31:42,680 --> 00:31:45,182
Okay, it's time stamped.

710
00:31:45,249 --> 00:31:47,050
July 2008.

711
00:31:47,118 --> 00:31:48,552
Wait a minute.

712
00:31:48,619 --> 00:31:50,086
Go closer on her.

713
00:31:53,191 --> 00:31:55,892
I've seen her before.

714
00:31:55,943 --> 00:31:57,494
That's Lindsey Roberts.

715
00:31:57,562 --> 00:31:59,229
She's a local
girl from Aiea.

716
00:31:59,280 --> 00:32:00,897
She disappeared in
the summer of 2008.

717
00:32:00,998 --> 00:32:02,932
But there were no
signs of foul play,

718
00:32:02,984 --> 00:32:05,202
so the case went cold until...

719
00:32:05,269 --> 00:32:07,471
they found her body at Mokuleia
National Forest Reserve.

720
00:32:07,538 --> 00:32:10,273
This was ten weeks after
they reported her missing.

721
00:32:10,324 --> 00:32:11,475
Killer was never found.

722
00:32:11,542 --> 00:32:13,443
Okay, if this video was made

723
00:32:13,494 --> 00:32:15,128
right before
Lindsey's disappearance,

724
00:32:15,196 --> 00:32:17,714
then the mystery man on
the video could be her killer.

725
00:32:17,781 --> 00:32:19,966
That's why Alex Baker
was thrown off the balcony.

726
00:32:20,051 --> 00:32:21,818
That's why Johnny D's room
was searched.

727
00:32:21,886 --> 00:32:23,253
This guy is trying to get back

728
00:32:23,304 --> 00:32:26,122
the evidence that could link him
to Lindsey's murder.

729
00:32:34,445 --> 00:32:36,847
Lindsey had this way about her.

730
00:32:37,585 --> 00:32:39,720
She just made
everyone around her...

731
00:32:39,788 --> 00:32:42,289
happier.

732
00:32:42,357 --> 00:32:45,626
Listen, I-I can't imagine

733
00:32:45,693 --> 00:32:47,294
what you guys
have been through,

734
00:32:47,362 --> 00:32:49,730
losing a daughter.

735
00:32:49,798 --> 00:32:50,764
And I know even now

736
00:32:50,832 --> 00:32:52,699
it must be really
difficult to talk about,

737
00:32:52,767 --> 00:32:55,135
but we do have to ask you
a question.

738
00:32:55,203 --> 00:32:56,804
At the time
of her disappearance,

739
00:32:56,855 --> 00:32:58,305
was Lindsey involved
in a relationship

740
00:32:58,373 --> 00:32:59,807
with anyone?

741
00:32:59,874 --> 00:33:00,908
Lindsey was in
her first year

742
00:33:00,975 --> 00:33:02,242
at UH Law.

743
00:33:02,310 --> 00:33:05,012
I mean, between school
and her internship...

744
00:33:05,080 --> 00:33:07,081
there wasn't any time
for boyfriends.

745
00:33:07,148 --> 00:33:08,782
Are you positive?
Look, we said

746
00:33:08,850 --> 00:33:09,983
all of this
to the police

747
00:33:10,034 --> 00:33:11,985
when they took our
statements the first time.

748
00:33:12,036 --> 00:33:14,922
Why are you asking
about this now?

749
00:33:14,989 --> 00:33:17,224
There's something
that we need to show you.

750
00:33:17,292 --> 00:33:21,261
These photographs popped up
in an unrelated investigation.

751
00:33:21,329 --> 00:33:23,163
But we know this was recorded

752
00:33:23,214 --> 00:33:26,200
four days before Lindsey
was reported missing.

753
00:33:27,836 --> 00:33:29,670
Either of you guys

754
00:33:29,737 --> 00:33:32,005
recognize this guy?

755
00:33:32,056 --> 00:33:33,974
Oh, my God.
That's, uh...

756
00:33:34,042 --> 00:33:36,376
That's Davis.
That's Richard Davis.

757
00:33:36,444 --> 00:33:37,978
He was Lindsey's boss.

758
00:33:38,880 --> 00:33:39,947
COD was

759
00:33:40,014 --> 00:33:41,982
blunt force trauma
to the back of the head.

760
00:33:42,050 --> 00:33:43,951
The left parietal bone
in Lindsey's skull fractured,

761
00:33:44,018 --> 00:33:46,103
causing intracranial
hemorrhaging.

762
00:33:46,187 --> 00:33:47,988
Were you able to determine
the murder weapon?

763
00:33:49,858 --> 00:33:51,191
No.

764
00:33:51,259 --> 00:33:53,160
No? But...

765
00:33:53,228 --> 00:33:55,395
During the autopsy,
we recovered a wood fiber,

766
00:33:55,463 --> 00:33:56,797
embedded in the skull.

767
00:33:56,865 --> 00:33:59,750
The Chief Medical Examiner
dismissed it as inconsequential.

768
00:33:59,834 --> 00:34:01,468
He explained that

769
00:34:01,536 --> 00:34:03,904
the body was found in the
forest, so it stood to reason

770
00:34:03,972 --> 00:34:05,339
that the wood
could enter the wound.

771
00:34:05,406 --> 00:34:07,040
But you disagreed.

772
00:34:07,108 --> 00:34:08,709
I was an assistant M.E.
at that time,

773
00:34:08,776 --> 00:34:10,294
only two months into the job.

774
00:34:10,378 --> 00:34:12,463
It wasn't my place
to challenge my superior.

775
00:34:12,547 --> 00:34:14,882
Dr. Gold made the ruling, and...

776
00:34:14,949 --> 00:34:16,350
I respected it.

777
00:34:16,417 --> 00:34:17,918
But... the question
always nagged at me.

778
00:34:24,459 --> 00:34:25,826
You kept it.

779
00:34:25,894 --> 00:34:30,464
It took me six months to save up
enough money for the tests.

780
00:34:30,532 --> 00:34:33,167
electroscopic analysis
identified the wood as

781
00:34:33,234 --> 00:34:34,668
northern white ash,
approximately 60 years old.

782
00:34:34,736 --> 00:34:37,237
That does not sound
native to Hawaii.

783
00:34:37,305 --> 00:34:38,739
Correct.

784
00:34:39,974 --> 00:34:42,075
It can be found
in the northeast.

785
00:34:42,143 --> 00:34:43,744
In fact, this particular genus

786
00:34:43,795 --> 00:34:45,829
was grown exclusively by

787
00:34:45,914 --> 00:34:47,881
a New York lumber supplier
that provided wood for

788
00:34:47,949 --> 00:34:49,683
a variety of commercial products
in the '40s and '50s.

789
00:34:49,751 --> 00:34:52,419
Rifle stocks, golf clubs,
and, uh, picture frames.

790
00:34:52,487 --> 00:34:54,922
But... the top account at that
time was Schuster & Mills.

791
00:34:54,973 --> 00:34:58,258
An athletic company
whose top seller was...

792
00:34:58,309 --> 00:35:00,260
Wait a minute.

793
00:35:00,311 --> 00:35:02,763
Are you saying we're looking for
a baseball bat from the '50s?

794
00:35:02,814 --> 00:35:04,064
Possibly, yes.

795
00:35:04,132 --> 00:35:05,699
Come on.

796
00:35:05,767 --> 00:35:06,850
You're a genius, Max.

797
00:35:06,935 --> 00:35:08,068
Thank you.

798
00:35:10,138 --> 00:35:11,371
What is this?
Search warrant.

799
00:35:12,740 --> 00:35:13,991
Richard Davis.

800
00:35:14,075 --> 00:35:15,909
What's going on?
Hands behind your back, please.

801
00:35:15,977 --> 00:35:17,611
Mr. Davis, you have
the right to remain silent.

802
00:35:17,662 --> 00:35:19,696
Anything you say can
and will be

803
00:35:19,781 --> 00:35:20,781
used against you
in a court of law.

804
00:35:20,832 --> 00:35:22,533
You have the right
to speak to an attorney.

805
00:35:22,617 --> 00:35:24,150
If you cannot afford
an attorney...

806
00:35:24,202 --> 00:35:25,702
This bat must've
cost a fortune.

807
00:35:25,787 --> 00:35:28,989
It was made to kill pitchers,
not pretty young women.

808
00:35:29,057 --> 00:35:31,158
What are you talking about?

809
00:35:31,226 --> 00:35:33,160
Lindsey Roberts died
from a blow to the head

810
00:35:33,228 --> 00:35:34,828
with a blunt object.

811
00:35:34,896 --> 00:35:37,180
There was a wood fragment
embedded in her skull,

812
00:35:37,265 --> 00:35:39,016
and I'm better the tests
are going to prove

813
00:35:39,100 --> 00:35:40,100
that that fragment came from

814
00:35:40,167 --> 00:35:41,501
this bat.

815
00:35:41,553 --> 00:35:44,271
This is absurd.

816
00:35:44,338 --> 00:35:46,006
Lindsey Roberts
was an intern in my firm

817
00:35:46,057 --> 00:35:48,475
for maybe a couple months
before she disappeared.

818
00:35:48,526 --> 00:35:50,193
Now what happened to her
is-is tragic.

819
00:35:50,278 --> 00:35:51,678
But I had nothing to do with it.

820
00:35:51,746 --> 00:35:53,981
So you weren't having
an affair with her?

821
00:35:54,048 --> 00:35:55,148
No.

822
00:35:59,404 --> 00:36:02,122
This is you and Lindsey.

823
00:36:02,190 --> 00:36:04,157
How do you explain this?

824
00:36:04,225 --> 00:36:07,794
Why don't you
explain this?!

825
00:36:07,862 --> 00:36:09,129
I didn't kill her.

826
00:36:09,196 --> 00:36:12,165
Are you really
still trying to deny this?

827
00:36:12,216 --> 00:36:13,500
I swear, I didn't kill her.

828
00:36:13,568 --> 00:36:15,102
I couldn't have.

829
00:36:15,169 --> 00:36:16,503
I loved her.

830
00:36:21,175 --> 00:36:23,644
We were in a relationship.

831
00:36:23,745 --> 00:36:24,978
Yeah, I-I admit it.

832
00:36:25,046 --> 00:36:28,548
But... but the bat
is in my trophy case.

833
00:36:28,600 --> 00:36:31,251
It's... the photo...
Where did you get that photo?

834
00:36:31,319 --> 00:36:33,520
They're stills, from the
little home video you made.

835
00:36:33,588 --> 00:36:35,289
Let me ask you something.
Did Lindsey even know

836
00:36:35,356 --> 00:36:36,857
that you were recording her?

837
00:36:36,924 --> 00:36:38,742
No, no. I-I didn't...

838
00:36:38,826 --> 00:36:41,161
That's me, yes,
that's my office,

839
00:36:41,228 --> 00:36:43,664
but I never made a video.

840
00:36:43,731 --> 00:36:45,332
I wouldn't do that to her.

841
00:36:49,754 --> 00:36:50,871
Something you guys gotta see.

842
00:36:52,239 --> 00:36:53,573
One week

843
00:36:53,625 --> 00:36:55,342
after Lindsey disappears,

844
00:36:55,409 --> 00:36:57,344
five calls from Davis'
direct line at work

845
00:36:57,411 --> 00:36:59,379
to her cell phone.
Why would he be calling her

846
00:36:59,430 --> 00:37:00,681
if he knew she was dead?

847
00:37:00,748 --> 00:37:02,716
Exactly. So we did
a little more digging.

848
00:37:02,784 --> 00:37:05,052
Davis' wife Anne used to
be a public school teacher,

849
00:37:05,119 --> 00:37:07,020
which means she had to
undergo a background check.

850
00:37:07,088 --> 00:37:08,138
So I ran her fingerprints

851
00:37:08,222 --> 00:37:09,556
against the ones
we lifted off the SD card.

852
00:37:09,624 --> 00:37:10,791
It's a match.

853
00:37:10,858 --> 00:37:13,060
Did a little digging in
Anne Davis' financials.

854
00:37:13,111 --> 00:37:15,145
She writes a check
to her personal trainer

855
00:37:15,213 --> 00:37:17,698
for $500 every single month.

856
00:37:17,765 --> 00:37:20,534
A couple days ago,
he gets a bonus check.

857
00:37:20,601 --> 00:37:21,652
$10,000, right?

858
00:37:21,736 --> 00:37:24,104
So we did background
on this guy. Go ahead.

859
00:37:24,172 --> 00:37:25,656
Paulo Bell. 37.
He's got a record.

860
00:37:25,740 --> 00:37:28,542
Aggravated robbery, multiple
weapons charges, battery.

861
00:37:28,609 --> 00:37:29,776
That's a familiar face.

862
00:37:29,844 --> 00:37:32,045
That's because...
he matches the sketch

863
00:37:32,113 --> 00:37:33,547
that you had mocked up

864
00:37:33,614 --> 00:37:36,416
of our suspect, based on
Johnny D's description.

865
00:37:36,484 --> 00:37:38,802
We just found
Anne's hired muscle.

866
00:37:39,837 --> 00:37:41,755
Five-O! Hey!

867
00:37:43,157 --> 00:37:45,726
You're under arrest
for the murder of Alex Baker.

868
00:38:01,642 --> 00:38:03,410
When did you learn
of your husband's affair

869
00:38:03,477 --> 00:38:05,979
with Lindsey? I'm not answering
any more of your questions

870
00:38:06,047 --> 00:38:07,414
until my attorney's here.

871
00:38:18,526 --> 00:38:20,060
Excuse me.

872
00:38:20,128 --> 00:38:21,328
Mrs. Davis

873
00:38:21,396 --> 00:38:23,663
has decided to exercise
her right to remain silent.

874
00:38:23,715 --> 00:38:26,166
Unfortunately for Mrs. Davis,

875
00:38:26,234 --> 00:38:27,801
we just picked up
her friend Mr. Bell,

876
00:38:27,869 --> 00:38:30,687
and he was in a...
a much chattier mood.

877
00:38:30,772 --> 00:38:32,606
It's his word,
but he said that you

878
00:38:32,673 --> 00:38:34,141
gave him $10,000

879
00:38:34,208 --> 00:38:36,143
to, uh, retrieve some
stolen property.

880
00:38:36,194 --> 00:38:37,510
In particular,

881
00:38:37,562 --> 00:38:40,313
a snow globe that you said
had great sentimental value.

882
00:38:40,364 --> 00:38:42,182
You know? The guy wasn't
even aware that, uh,

883
00:38:42,250 --> 00:38:44,234
it had evidence of
a murder on it?

884
00:38:44,318 --> 00:38:46,987
So for all intents
and purposes,

885
00:38:47,054 --> 00:38:50,073
Alex Baker,
an innocent man,

886
00:38:50,158 --> 00:38:51,691
was thrown off of a balcony

887
00:38:51,759 --> 00:38:53,760
for a snow globe.

888
00:39:00,301 --> 00:39:03,670
Anne,
What really happened?

889
00:39:10,511 --> 00:39:15,098
When I first suspected Richard
was having an affair, I...

890
00:39:15,183 --> 00:39:18,919
I needed to know the truth.

891
00:39:18,986 --> 00:39:21,605
So I set up a hidden camera
in his office.

892
00:39:21,689 --> 00:39:23,356
Did you confront your husband
with the proof?

893
00:39:25,526 --> 00:39:28,028
No, I never told
him I knew.

894
00:39:28,095 --> 00:39:32,566
That night I e-mailed Lindsey
from his computer.

895
00:39:32,633 --> 00:39:35,068
Asked her to come over.

896
00:39:36,537 --> 00:39:39,673
I just wanted to talk.

897
00:39:39,740 --> 00:39:42,409
But then she admitted

898
00:39:42,477 --> 00:39:45,595
that she was in love with him.

899
00:39:45,680 --> 00:39:49,683
And that he was going to leave
me so they could be together.

900
00:39:52,553 --> 00:39:55,822
I don't know what happened, I...

901
00:39:55,890 --> 00:40:00,477
I just saw the bat, and I...

902
00:40:00,561 --> 00:40:02,529
I didn't mean to kill her, I...

903
00:40:03,831 --> 00:40:07,033
I didn't
mean to kill her.

904
00:40:10,404 --> 00:40:12,405
Book 'er, Danno.

905
00:40:18,279 --> 00:40:20,747
On behalf of
Lindsey, and our entire family,

906
00:40:20,815 --> 00:40:23,834
we'd just like to thank
the Five-O task force

907
00:40:23,918 --> 00:40:26,169
and the Honolulu
Police Department.

908
00:40:26,254 --> 00:40:28,454
Because of their hard work,
we can now move forward

909
00:40:28,506 --> 00:40:30,640
knowing that justice
will be served.

910
00:41:14,502 --> 00:41:16,436
What makes you think
I won't kill you

911
00:41:16,504 --> 00:41:18,521
right here in this restaurant?

912
00:41:19,574 --> 00:41:21,241
The man who strikes first

913
00:41:21,309 --> 00:41:24,177
admits that his ideas
have given out.

914
00:41:24,245 --> 00:41:26,112
Old Chinese proverb.

915
00:41:26,180 --> 00:41:29,182
Say hello to my little friend.

916
00:41:32,353 --> 00:41:34,521
Old American proverb.

917
00:41:37,592 --> 00:41:39,859
Do you honestly believe
I'd come here without

918
00:41:39,927 --> 00:41:41,661
some assurance of my safety?

919
00:41:46,901 --> 00:41:49,269
Where's Agent Kaye?

920
00:41:49,337 --> 00:41:52,472
Heading east,
on Kapiolani Boulevard.

921
00:41:52,539 --> 00:41:54,808
Driving a silver Malibu.

922
00:41:54,875 --> 00:41:56,643
But who can really say?

923
00:41:56,711 --> 00:41:58,845
In any case,

924
00:41:58,913 --> 00:42:02,749
I am sure she'll make it here
without incident.

925
00:42:15,229 --> 00:42:17,063
What do you want?

926
00:42:17,131 --> 00:42:20,634
To know the man
who is trying to know me.

927
00:42:20,701 --> 00:42:21,968
Well, what I know

928
00:42:22,036 --> 00:42:24,204
is that Hiro and Hesse
both answer to you,

929
00:42:24,271 --> 00:42:25,505
which means, at the very least,

930
00:42:25,572 --> 00:42:28,174
you're an accomplice
to my parents' murder.

931
00:42:28,242 --> 00:42:30,844
And at the most,
you're directly responsible.

932
00:42:32,913 --> 00:42:34,514
Interesting theory.

933
00:42:34,582 --> 00:42:36,016
If that theory
pans out,

934
00:42:36,083 --> 00:42:37,851
I promise you...

935
00:42:37,918 --> 00:42:39,853
I will find you,

936
00:42:39,920 --> 00:42:42,756
and next time
it will be on my terms.

937
00:42:42,823 --> 00:42:45,825
A little friendly advice.

938
00:42:47,528 --> 00:42:50,530
I wouldn't dig too deeply
into your family's past.

939
00:42:50,598 --> 00:42:54,601
You might not like
what you find.

940
00:43:00,174 --> 00:43:02,275
Dinner's on me.
