1

00:00:13,833 --> 00:00:15,833

Viens, c'est juste là.

2

00:00:40,134 --> 00:00:41,551

C'était pas bon, ça.

3

00:00:41,635 --> 00:00:43,436

Ouais, on devrait y aller.

4

00:00:50,510 --> 00:00:51,661

Je pense qu'on est

venu par ici.

5

00:00:57,134 --> 00:00:59,402

Regarde... Une tente.

6

00:01:03,874 --> 00:01:05,408

Salut, y a quelqu'un?

7

00:01:05,476 --> 00:01:07,460

Non! On ne peut pas

rentrer là-dedans.

8

00:01:07,527 --> 00:01:09,962

Tu rigoles? Il faut qu'on

s'abrite de cette pluie.

10

00:02:09,273 --> 00:02:10,556

Super tir groupé!

11

00:02:10,607 --> 00:02:11,724

Merci, Monsieur.

12

00:02:13,277 --> 00:02:16,112

C'est bon à savoir que le fusil de ton père

tire toujours aussi précisément.

13

00:02:16,196 --> 00:02:17,763

Ouais, il m'avait expliqué

comment le démonter

14

00:02:17,815 --> 00:02:19,265

avant même d'être autorisé

à tirer un coup.

15

00:02:20,767 --> 00:02:22,318

Il m'avait parlé

de cet endroit.

16

00:02:22,403 --> 00:02:25,238

Ton père voulait

t'emmener ici.

17

00:02:27,324 --> 00:02:30,576

Il m'avait promis un fusil de chasse

pour mon 16ème anniversaire.

18

00:02:30,627 --> 00:02:32,111

Et puis les choses ont changé.

19

00:02:33,130 --> 00:02:34,380

Hey.

20

00:02:34,448 --> 00:02:36,749

Mets-en quelques unes

à travers?

21

00:02:39,887 --> 00:02:42,955

Laisse-moi voir si je peux mettre

quelques plombs à travers cette cible là-bas.

22

00:02:43,006 --> 00:02:44,507

Oh, wow! Elle est à 640 mètres...

23

00:02:44,591 --> 00:02:46,726

C'est un tir vraiment difficile

pour un vieil homme comme toi.

24

00:02:46,793 --> 00:02:48,060

J'ai 20 balles

25

00:02:48,128 --> 00:02:49,345

qui me disent que tu ne toucheras

même pas l'acier.

26

00:02:49,430 --> 00:02:50,646

Qu'est-ce que t'en dis?

27

00:02:50,731 --> 00:02:53,566

Bon, faisons ça

en 2 rounds…

28

00:02:53,633 --> 00:02:55,718

- Quitte ou double.

- Ok. J'en suis.

29

00:03:04,027 --> 00:03:05,361

Prêt.

30

00:03:06,747 --> 00:03:08,147

J'ai la cible en visuel.

31

00:03:20,327 --> 00:03:22,178

Beau tir, Joe.

32

00:03:22,262 --> 00:03:23,629

Ca doit être le fusil.

33

00:03:23,680 --> 00:03:25,164

Ouais, ça doit être ça.

34

00:03:27,000 --> 00:03:28,968

Je vais te dire ce qu'on va faire,

tu m'achètes une de ces

35

00:03:29,019 --> 00:03:30,186

boissons avec une ombrelle

et on dira qu'on est quitte.

36

00:03:30,270 --> 00:03:31,187

Okay.

37

00:03:31,271 --> 00:03:32,522

So, euh...

38

00:03:32,589 --> 00:03:34,557

quand rentres-tu

à Coronado?

39

00:03:34,641 --> 00:03:36,442

Je ne rentre pas.

40

00:03:36,510 --> 00:03:38,945

J'ai postulé pour un transfert

à Pearl Harbor.

41

00:03:39,012 --> 00:03:41,280

- Superviser l'entraînement des SEALs.

- Vraiment?

42

00:03:42,649 --> 00:03:44,484

Oui, l'île semblait être...

43

00:03:44,535 --> 00:03:46,068

un bon endroit pour

ralentir un peu les choses.

44

00:03:46,153 --> 00:03:48,621

Ce qu'il y a, Joe...

enfin ce que je veux dire, c'est que tu n'es

45

00:03:48,688 --> 00:03:50,206

pas vraiment du style

"Soleil -

46

00:03:50,290 --> 00:03:51,457

Relax - Aloha"

(état d'esprit des habitants d'Hawai'i).

47

00:03:52,493 --> 00:03:53,960

Ils t'ont laissé rester ici, non?

48

00:03:54,027 --> 00:03:55,578

Ouais, ils m'ont laissé rester.

49

00:04:03,220 --> 00:04:05,671

Comment dit-on

"A la tienne" en hawaiien?

50

00:04:05,722 --> 00:04:07,173

Okole maluna.

51

00:04:07,224 --> 00:04:08,891

Et voilà pour se détendre.

52

00:04:08,976 --> 00:04:10,376

Je croirai à ça

quand je le verrai.

53

00:04:15,098 --> 00:04:16,516

Hey, tu sais quoi?

54

00:04:16,567 --> 00:04:19,435

Ca va être bon de t'avoir

dans le coin.

55

00:04:25,325 --> 00:04:27,660

Joe White.

56

00:04:27,727 --> 00:04:29,895

Quand?

57

00:04:32,165 --> 00:04:34,000

Je me mets en route.

58

00:04:34,067 --> 00:04:35,401

Tout va bien?

59

00:04:36,420 --> 00:04:37,570

Non.

60

00:04:45,345 --> 00:04:47,597

Le nom du défunt

est Clay Garcia.

61

00:04:47,681 --> 00:04:49,098

C'est sa

femme, Marissa.

62

00:04:49,182 --> 00:04:50,466

Cause de la mort?

63

00:04:50,551 --> 00:04:52,351

Techniquement parlant,

ce n'est pas mon affaire.

64

00:04:52,419 --> 00:04:54,136

C'est pas une réponse, Max.

65

00:04:54,221 --> 00:04:55,388

Le corps était recouvert

dans la jungle.

66

00:04:55,439 --> 00:04:57,273

La cause de la mort

a été une blessure par coup de feu

67

00:04:57,357 --> 00:04:59,392

auto-infligée à l'aide d'une arme

enregistrée à son nom.

68

00:05:08,268 --> 00:05:10,369

Une des raisons pour lesquelles

je suis revenu sur cette île

69

00:05:10,437 --> 00:05:12,872

était pour être entouré de mecs

comme Garcia.

70

00:05:14,191 --> 00:05:15,491

Tu l'as entraîné,

non?

71

00:05:15,559 --> 00:05:17,994

Un des meilleurs SEALs

que j'ai jamais vu.

72

00:05:18,061 --> 00:05:20,580

On devait aller

pêcher au harpon la semaine prochaine.

73

00:05:22,616 --> 00:05:24,417

Pourquoi se

tuerait-il?

74

00:05:24,468 --> 00:05:27,136

Les déploiements ont causé beaucoup de

dégâts à son mariage.

75

00:05:27,220 --> 00:05:29,138

Il est parti en permission

du service actif

76

00:05:29,206 --> 00:05:31,307

en espérant se reconcilier.

77

00:05:31,375 --> 00:05:33,476

Merde quoi, il allait se battre

pour sauver son mariage,

78

00:05:33,543 --> 00:05:35,011

pas se tirer une balle

dans la jungle.

79

00:05:35,078 --> 00:05:36,395

Joe, j'ai vu des mecs

se suicider

80

00:05:36,463 --> 00:05:37,847

parce qu'ils ne peuvent pas

payer leur emprunt hypothécaire.

81

00:05:37,931 --> 00:05:39,632

Oui, mais Garcia

n'était pas ce genre de mec.

82

00:05:39,683 --> 00:05:40,983

Il avait réglé ses problèmes.

83

00:05:41,068 --> 00:05:43,069

Peu importe la difficulté

84

00:05:43,136 --> 00:05:46,105

ou l'impossibilité de l'affectation,

Garcia la prenait.

85

00:05:46,156 --> 00:05:48,774

Quelque chose ne colle pas.

86

00:05:50,077 --> 00:05:51,611

Il ne s'est pas tué.

87

00:05:52,646 --> 00:05:54,480

Tu veux que je

vérifie tout ça?

88

00:05:56,416 --> 00:05:58,451

Si tu me dis que c'est un suicide,

je le croirai.

89

00:05:59,486 --> 00:06:01,120

Ok.

90

00:06:03,507 --> 00:06:05,207

Max, tu as jeté un coup d'oeil?

91

00:06:05,292 --> 00:06:07,460

Oh, je ne devrais

même pas faire ça.

92

00:06:07,511 --> 00:06:11,414

Bon, je me suis familiarisé

avec le résumé de l'affaire

93

00:06:11,481 --> 00:06:13,916

et jeté un rapide coup d'oeil

aux photos de la scène de crime.

94

00:06:13,984 --> 00:06:15,968

Ok, j'ai besoin que tu jettes

un coup d'oeil plus précis, Max, okay?

95

00:06:16,019 --> 00:06:17,853

Tu veux que je réouvre l'affaire?

96

00:06:17,938 --> 00:06:18,904

Ouais. Quel est le problème?

97

00:06:18,972 --> 00:06:21,173

As-tu au moins une

évidence atténuante

98

00:06:21,224 --> 00:06:23,309

qui pourrait suggérer

que ce n'était pas un suicide?

99

00:06:23,360 --> 00:06:24,477

Non.

100

00:06:24,528 --> 00:06:26,612

Ok, bon, alors,

je vais avoir besoin

101

00:06:26,680 --> 00:06:28,648

d'un petit peu plus que cela

102

00:06:28,699 --> 00:06:30,566

pour officiellement

réouvrir l'affaire,

103

00:06:30,651 --> 00:06:32,702

en considérant que mon boss,

l'examinateur médical en chef,

104

00:06:32,786 --> 00:06:35,071

est celui qui a pratiqué

l'autopsie.

105

00:06:35,138 --> 00:06:36,822

Il y a une loi tacite qui dit

106

00:06:36,873 --> 00:06:38,991

que tu ne dois pas jouer

avec les étiquettes à orteils du patron.

107

00:06:39,042 --> 00:06:40,326

Peut-être qu'il a fait

une erreur, Max.

108

00:06:40,377 --> 00:06:41,711

Extrêmement improbable.

109

00:06:41,795 --> 00:06:44,330

Il a terminé "summa cum laude"

à la Harvard Medical School.

110

00:06:44,398 --> 00:06:46,499

De plus,

l'arme trouvée

111

00:06:46,550 --> 00:06:48,867

dans la main du défunt

était enregistrée à son nom.

112

00:06:48,919 --> 00:06:51,387

Donc, à moins qu'il y ait

une nouvelle preuve ou une...

113

00:06:51,471 --> 00:06:53,639

une hypothèse convaincante

qu'un crime a été commis...

114

00:06:53,707 --> 00:06:55,007

Max, Max,

115

00:06:55,058 --> 00:06:56,325

écoute-moi.

116

00:06:56,393 --> 00:06:59,061

Mon ancien supérieur a perdu

un de ses hommes.

117

00:06:59,146 --> 00:07:00,930

Je veux que tu réouvres cette affaire.

118

00:07:01,982 --> 00:07:03,349

Est-ce une faveur ou un ordre?

119

00:07:03,400 --> 00:07:04,684

Les deux.

120

00:07:33,346 --> 00:07:35,898

Alors, quoi, tu traînes

avec Ray Mapes maintenant?

121

00:07:35,966 --> 00:07:37,800

Hey, bonjour

à toi, aussi, cousin.

122

00:07:37,868 --> 00:07:39,301

Tu sais que le HPD

123

00:07:39,386 --> 00:07:41,103

l'a exclu du

département, hein?

124

00:07:41,188 --> 00:07:42,555

Ouais, bon,

ca fait 3 d'entre nous.

125

00:07:42,606 --> 00:07:44,473

La seule différence, c'est que

tu as récupéré ton badge

126

00:07:44,558 --> 00:07:46,358

et je ne récupérerai jamais le mien.

127

00:07:46,426 --> 00:07:48,444

Il y a une grosse différence.

Mapes était un "jardinier"

128

00:07:48,528 --> 00:07:51,013

semant des preuves,

collectant les infractions à la moralité.

129

00:07:51,081 --> 00:07:52,732

Je me demande ce qu'ils

disent à mon sujet.

130

00:07:52,783 --> 00:07:55,484

Tu ne peux pas laisser les Affaires Internes

raconter n'importe quoi.

131

00:07:55,569 --> 00:07:56,902

C'est exactement

ce que Fryer veut.

132

00:07:56,953 --> 00:07:59,288

Qu'est-ce que ça peut faire?

Ils ont déjà gagné.

133

00:07:59,372 --> 00:08:01,373

Je dois passer à autre chose

dans ma vie.

134

00:08:01,441 --> 00:08:02,792

Passer à quoi?

135

00:08:02,876 --> 00:08:04,126

Tu es un flic.

136

00:08:04,211 --> 00:08:05,544

Ouais.

137

00:08:05,612 --> 00:08:06,912

Sans insigne.

138

00:08:08,749 --> 00:08:10,666

Tu te souviens quand tu

t'es ouvert le genou?

139

00:08:10,751 --> 00:08:13,052

Les docteurs avaient dit que tu ne

remonterais jamais plus sur une planche,

140

00:08:13,119 --> 00:08:14,303

et tu leur as prouvé

qu'ils avaient tort.

141

00:08:14,387 --> 00:08:16,238

- Ce n'est pas pareil.

- Ca l'est.

142

00:08:16,306 --> 00:08:19,008

Sauf que, dans ce cas-ci, tu

abandonnes sans te battre.

143

00:08:19,092 --> 00:08:23,012

Ecoute, j'apprécie tout ce que

tu essaies de faire,

144

00:08:23,096 --> 00:08:25,097

mais tu perds ton temps.

145

00:08:36,777 --> 00:08:38,360

Lori Weston.

146

00:08:38,445 --> 00:08:41,730

Voici Joe White,

mon ancien commandant chez les Navy SEAL.

147

00:08:41,798 --> 00:08:42,998

Salut.

148

00:08:43,083 --> 00:08:44,767

L'agent Weston a récemment

rejoint l'unité d'intervention.

149

00:08:44,835 --> 00:08:46,669

Ah, c'est déjà mieux

que de décrire

150

00:08:46,753 --> 00:08:48,254

mon rôle ici comme babysitter.

151

00:08:48,321 --> 00:08:49,371

C'étaient vos

propres mots.

152

00:08:49,456 --> 00:08:51,173

Oui, mais tu le pensais.

153

00:08:51,241 --> 00:08:52,508

Ok, maintenant elle

lit dans les esprits

154

00:08:52,592 --> 00:08:53,592

aussi bien qu'elle est profiler.

155

00:08:53,660 --> 00:08:54,627

"Un ajout bienvenu

à l'équipe"

156

00:08:54,678 --> 00:08:56,846

Voilà comment il l'a exprimé,

je pense.

157

00:08:56,930 --> 00:08:58,430

J'ai dit que vu ses authentiques compétences,

elle serait bienvenue...

158

00:08:58,498 --> 00:09:00,349

Mm, vous avez tous les 2 préparé

cette petite pièce

159

00:09:00,433 --> 00:09:01,350

à l'avance?

160

00:09:01,434 --> 00:09:02,384

Ravi de vous rencontrer.

161

00:09:02,469 --> 00:09:03,686

Enchanté.

162

00:09:03,753 --> 00:09:05,521

Désolé

pour votre ami.

163

00:09:05,605 --> 00:09:07,890

Mmm. Steve est

en train de vérifier.

164

00:09:07,974 --> 00:09:09,892

Sans trop attirer l'attention, bien sûr.

165

00:09:09,976 --> 00:09:10,993

En parlant de ça...

166

00:09:11,061 --> 00:09:12,394

Hey, oh... "monsieur glauque".

167

00:09:12,479 --> 00:09:14,396

Pourquoi t'es habillé

comme l'inspecteur Gadget?

168

00:09:14,481 --> 00:09:16,565

Réouvrir une affaire classée

sans autorisation

169

00:09:16,650 --> 00:09:18,033

est considéré comme risqué.

170

00:09:18,118 --> 00:09:19,568

Donc j'ai pris des

précautions.

171

00:09:19,653 --> 00:09:22,655

Ah, ok.

Qu'est-ce que tu as?

172

00:09:28,578 --> 00:09:32,047

Après avoir soigneusement étudié

les forme des éclaboussures de sang,

173

00:09:32,132 --> 00:09:33,833

j'ai remarqué qu'il y avait

d'imperceptibles divergences

174

00:09:33,900 --> 00:09:35,334

que je ne pouvais pas expliquer.

175

00:09:35,402 --> 00:09:38,637

Donc j'ai effectué des tests GSR

sur les habits de la victime,

176

00:09:38,705 --> 00:09:40,890

de même que sur les échantillons

des cloisons de la tente,

177

00:09:40,974 --> 00:09:42,808

en factorisant la vélocité

relative à la position de la main,

178

00:09:42,876 --> 00:09:45,778

qui est, bien évidemment,

après que j'aie recalculé

179

00:09:45,846 --> 00:09:48,264

la trajectoire de la balle basée

sur l'analyse de la fracture du crâne...

180

00:09:48,348 --> 00:09:49,523

Attends. Pause.

181

00:09:49,548 --> 00:09:51,348

Max, donne-nous juste

la version courte.

182

00:09:51,484 --> 00:09:53,669

Okay?

183

00:09:53,737 --> 00:09:55,170

Okay.

184

00:09:56,206 --> 00:09:57,890

Tu avais raison.

185

00:09:57,941 --> 00:09:59,692

C'est un homicide.

186

00:10:02,495 --> 00:10:04,747

Les vides GSR sur

la main de la victime,

187

00:10:04,831 --> 00:10:07,383

combinés avec l'inconsistence

des éclaboussures de sang,

188

00:10:07,450 --> 00:10:08,868

me mènent à croire

189

00:10:08,935 --> 00:10:10,586

que le tueur a placé l'arme

190

00:10:10,670 --> 00:10:14,123

dans la main de la victime

et a pressé la détente.

191

00:10:14,207 --> 00:10:15,541

C'était un Navy SEAL

extrêment entraîné.

192

00:10:15,592 --> 00:10:17,209

Personne ne va s'approcher de quelqu'un

et mettre une arme

193

00:10:17,260 --> 00:10:18,711

dans sa main et ensuite presser la détente

sans avoir à se battre.

194

00:10:18,762 --> 00:10:21,463

En effet. Il a peut-être d'abord

été neutralisé.

195

00:10:21,548 --> 00:10:23,048

Oui. Max,

196

00:10:23,099 --> 00:10:24,850

fais une analyse toxicologique complète,

ok?

197

00:10:24,918 --> 00:10:26,952

Après que j'aie officiellement...

198

00:10:27,020 --> 00:10:29,221

réouvert l'affaire.

199

00:10:34,911 --> 00:10:36,278

quelqu'un s'est donné

beaucoup de mal

200

00:10:36,363 --> 00:10:37,813

pour faire passer ça

pour un suicide.

201

00:10:49,228 --> 00:10:50,995

C'est juste par là.

202

00:10:56,068 --> 00:10:57,869

Comment sais-tu

où c'était?

203

00:10:57,920 --> 00:11:00,522

Il a entraîné Garcia.

204

00:11:00,589 --> 00:11:03,258

Les SEALs sont entraînés à minimiser

le risque sur le terrain,

205

00:11:03,342 --> 00:11:05,276

et c'est un des quelques

emplacements défendables

206

00:11:05,344 --> 00:11:07,011

avec une vue sur le chemin.

207

00:11:07,079 --> 00:11:08,713

Ca aurait été

profondément ancré en lui.

208

00:11:10,266 --> 00:11:12,684

Qu'est-ce que Garcia

faisait ici, Joe?

209

00:11:14,086 --> 00:11:15,053

Quand j'ai divorcé,

210

00:11:15,104 --> 00:11:16,771

J'ai rempli le pick-up

211

00:11:16,856 --> 00:11:18,289

et je suis parti vers

les montagnes.

212

00:11:18,357 --> 00:11:19,724

Quel divorce?

213

00:11:19,775 --> 00:11:21,943

Le "numéro 3".

214

00:11:22,011 --> 00:11:23,812

J'étais dévasté.

215

00:11:23,896 --> 00:11:26,481

J'ai passé une semaine à faire

de la randonnée dans les Beartooths.

216

00:11:26,565 --> 00:11:29,367

Ok, donc Garcia

vient jusqu'ici

217

00:11:29,435 --> 00:11:31,119

pour se changer les esprits

au vu de la fin de son mariage?

218

00:11:31,203 --> 00:11:34,406

Parfois tu dois

te mettre à l'écart,

219

00:11:34,457 --> 00:11:36,040

tu sais,

te recentrer,

220

00:11:36,108 --> 00:11:37,608

mettre les choses en perspective.

221

00:11:39,278 --> 00:11:41,162

Ce tueur s'est donné

beaucoup de mal.

222

00:11:41,247 --> 00:11:43,381

Réfléchis... Garcia...

il est ici, isolé,

223

00:11:43,449 --> 00:11:44,666

probablement pas

dans son meilleur état mental.

224

00:11:44,750 --> 00:11:47,502

J'ai quelque chose!

225

00:11:47,886 --> 00:11:51,435

Il doit avoir construit un feu

à l'écart du campement.

226

00:11:52,308 --> 00:11:54,259

Regarde ça.

227

00:11:54,310 --> 00:11:56,010

Qu'est-ce que t'as trouvé?

228

00:11:56,095 --> 00:11:59,264

Y a un genre de dépôt là-dedans.

229

00:11:59,315 --> 00:12:00,899

Ok, que Fong

analyse ça et, euh,

230

00:12:00,966 --> 00:12:02,951

vérifie la bouteille pour les empreintes.

231

00:12:07,973 --> 00:12:09,741

Qu'y a-t-il??

232

00:12:09,808 --> 00:12:12,744

Chin, laisse-moi voir

les photos de la scène de crime.

233

00:12:17,116 --> 00:12:21,035

Le pantalon et les bottines de Garcia

étaient couverts d'une croûte de terre rouge.

234

00:12:21,120 --> 00:12:23,004

Ca ne correspond pas à ce qu'on trouve

ici ou à son campement.

235

00:12:23,088 --> 00:12:24,088

Il est probablement allé se promener.

236

00:12:24,156 --> 00:12:25,607

Ouais, enfin,

il ne marcherait pas sur de la terre rouge

237

00:12:25,674 --> 00:12:27,375

avant d'atteindre l'autre côté

de cette crête là-bas.

238

00:12:27,460 --> 00:12:30,011

Mon oncle m'emmenait là-haut

pour chercher de la goyave sauvage.

239

00:12:30,095 --> 00:12:31,829

Montre le chemin.

240

00:12:37,002 --> 00:12:38,987

Donc, depuis quand Clay et

vous étiez séparatés?

241

00:12:41,090 --> 00:12:43,291

Nous n'étions pas officiellement séparés.

242

00:12:43,359 --> 00:12:45,093

Mais vous lui avez demandé de partir?

243

00:12:47,029 --> 00:12:49,814

Je... je pensais qu'un

peu de temps

244

00:12:49,882 --> 00:12:51,733

à distance aiderait.

245

00:12:51,800 --> 00:12:53,134

Aviez-vous eu une dispute tous les deux?

246

00:12:55,955 --> 00:12:57,872

Oui.

247

00:12:57,957 --> 00:12:59,824

Ok, pouvez-vous nous dire

de quoi il s'agissait?

248

00:13:04,129 --> 00:13:06,381

Ce n'est pas facile d'être

mariée à un SEAL.

249

00:13:06,448 --> 00:13:08,917

Il était

tout le temps parti

250

00:13:08,984 --> 00:13:10,385

dans des déploiements de toutes sortes,

251

00:13:10,469 --> 00:13:14,589

Et je n'ai jamais su quand

il allait revenir ou...

252

00:13:14,673 --> 00:13:16,474

ou si,

253

00:13:16,542 --> 00:13:17,892

et je ne pouvais pas

254

00:13:17,977 --> 00:13:19,594

simplement m'asseoir ici et attendre.

255

00:13:19,678 --> 00:13:21,963

Donc vous avez pris un job

pour rester occupée?

256

00:13:22,031 --> 00:13:24,766

Oui, service aux tables.

257

00:13:24,850 --> 00:13:28,052

Ok, euh, mais il prit

une permission de la Navy

258

00:13:28,103 --> 00:13:30,104

pour revenir ici et améliorer

votre marriage, juste?

259

00:13:30,189 --> 00:13:31,105

Je ne lui ai jamais demandé

260

00:13:31,190 --> 00:13:33,724

de faire cela.

261

00:13:33,776 --> 00:13:35,660

Etre un SEAL était

la seule chose qu'il aimait.

262

00:13:35,727 --> 00:13:38,229

Plus que vous?

263

00:13:42,885 --> 00:13:47,038

Je suis désolée, je...je ne vous ai...

je ne vous ai même pas offert un café.

264

00:13:47,089 --> 00:13:49,824

Ca va,

merci.

265

00:13:55,247 --> 00:13:57,915

Marissa, puis-je vous demander,

y avait-il quelqu'un d'autre?

266

00:13:59,935 --> 00:14:02,470

Clay était convaincu

que j'avais une aventure

267

00:14:02,555 --> 00:14:04,105

Avec mon patron au gril.

268

00:14:04,189 --> 00:14:06,140

Etiez-vous?

269

00:14:06,225 --> 00:14:07,525

Non.

270

00:14:07,593 --> 00:14:09,310

Mais il voulait

y croire

271

00:14:09,395 --> 00:14:12,413

il y avait aucune raison

à ce que notre mariage ne fonctionnait pas.

272

00:14:13,415 --> 00:14:15,033

Et la vérité c'est que

273

00:14:15,100 --> 00:14:17,819

Je suis tombé

amoureuse de lui.

274

00:14:17,903 --> 00:14:20,872

Avez-, lui avez-vous dit ça?

275

00:14:22,374 --> 00:14:24,959

Il l'a assez mal prit.

276

00:14:25,044 --> 00:14:26,628

Hmm.

277

00:14:26,712 --> 00:14:28,079

Nous allons avoir besoin du

Nom de votre patron.

278

00:14:28,130 --> 00:14:32,133

C'est, euh, Nick Drayton.

279

00:14:34,787 --> 00:14:36,437

Merci.

280

00:14:39,258 --> 00:14:41,175

Alors, que penses-tu?

281

00:14:41,260 --> 00:14:43,761

Je pense qu'elle dit la vérité.

282

00:14:43,812 --> 00:14:45,513

A propos de sa liaison

ou du pourquoi son mariage a éclaté?

283

00:14:45,598 --> 00:14:48,182

Elle a été évasive

à propos de quelque chose.

284

00:14:48,267 --> 00:14:50,902

Je voudrais parler à son patron,

vérifier son alibi.

285

00:14:54,657 --> 00:14:56,524

Alors combien de temps as-tu été marié?

286

00:14:56,609 --> 00:15:00,111

Ca n'a strictement rien

à voir avec cette affaire.

287

00:15:00,162 --> 00:15:01,529

Oh, non, c'est ton

langage du corps qui le dit.

288

00:15:01,597 --> 00:15:02,580

Mon, mon langage du corps?

289

00:15:02,648 --> 00:15:04,499

Mon langage du corps

montre que "Je conduis."

290

00:15:04,583 --> 00:15:06,117

- tu vois?

- Ouais, non,

291

00:15:06,168 --> 00:15:07,335

Tu étais, tu frottais

ton annulaire.

292

00:15:07,419 --> 00:15:08,620

Tout les mec le font.

293

00:15:08,671 --> 00:15:10,872

Ca Signifie simplement que vous pensez

à votre mariage.

294

00:15:10,939 --> 00:15:13,207

Oh, ok.

295

00:15:13,292 --> 00:15:14,509

Je viens de remarquer

l'évidence.

296

00:15:14,576 --> 00:15:16,210

La plupart des hommes ne peuvent pas gérer la

vérité quand il s'agit d'amour.

297

00:15:16,295 --> 00:15:17,962

Nous ne pouvons pas gérer les

la vérité quand ça arrive ...?

298

00:15:18,013 --> 00:15:18,963

Que faisons-nous,

299

00:15:19,014 --> 00:15:20,264

Quelques Bons Hommes ?

300

00:15:20,332 --> 00:15:21,466

Quelle vérité ne peut pas...

Que nous ne pouvons pas gérer ?

301

00:15:21,517 --> 00:15:22,684

Que les mariages échouent.

302

00:15:22,768 --> 00:15:23,685

Eh bien, et en ce qui

te concerne?

303

00:15:23,769 --> 00:15:24,802

tu as déjà

été marié?

304

00:15:24,853 --> 00:15:27,138

Non, non, J'ai failli une fois.

305

00:15:27,189 --> 00:15:28,856

Tu as failli une fois

306

00:15:28,941 --> 00:15:30,108

De près est inutile à moins que

vous ne jouiez du fers à cheval

307

00:15:30,175 --> 00:15:31,109

Ou des grenades manuelles.

308

00:15:31,176 --> 00:15:32,310

Ok, qu'est-ce que

tu veux dire, pres ...?

309

00:15:32,361 --> 00:15:33,895

Tu peux soit être marié

ou tu ne  l'étais pas.

310

00:15:33,979 --> 00:15:35,563

Non, proches,

comme le jour avant le mariage-,

311

00:15:35,648 --> 00:15:36,564

dans la robe de mariée acheté .

312

00:15:36,649 --> 00:15:39,150

Wow, une mariée Fugitive.

313

00:15:39,201 --> 00:15:40,685

Qu'est ce qui s'est passé?

314

00:15:40,736 --> 00:15:41,686

Toi d'abord.

315

00:15:41,737 --> 00:15:43,705

Non, c'est vraiment compliqué.

316

00:15:43,789 --> 00:15:45,456

Ouais? Idem.

317

00:15:45,524 --> 00:15:46,691

Hmm.

318

00:15:46,742 --> 00:15:48,242

Écoute, je pense encore

que nous devrions aller voir

319

00:15:48,327 --> 00:15:50,878

le mec de Madame Garcia

voir si il n'avait pas une liaison avec elle.

320

00:15:59,171 --> 00:16:01,255

C'est ici.

321

00:16:02,474 --> 00:16:04,225

Chin, Chin, Chin, Bouge pas!

322

00:16:04,309 --> 00:16:05,376

Quoi?

323

00:16:05,444 --> 00:16:06,427

un fil déclencheur

324

00:16:07,529 --> 00:16:09,480

Bouge pas.

325

00:16:09,548 --> 00:16:11,516

Ecoute moi.

326

00:16:11,567 --> 00:16:12,934

Garde juste

la même pression, ok?

327

00:16:13,018 --> 00:16:14,235

Ne déplace pas ton poids.

328

00:16:14,319 --> 00:16:15,436

- Tu m'as entendu?

- Ouais.

329

00:16:16,888 --> 00:16:19,390

Ne bouge surtout pas.

330

00:16:23,028 --> 00:16:24,445

C'est quoi ça?

331

00:16:24,530 --> 00:16:25,830

Il s'agit d'une cartouche de fusil.

332

00:16:37,710 --> 00:16:39,711

On y va, Joe.

333

00:16:45,417 --> 00:16:46,467

Tu l'as?

334

00:16:46,552 --> 00:16:48,085

Ouais, coupe le.

335

00:16:52,424 --> 00:16:54,225

c'est bon.

336

00:16:56,061 --> 00:16:58,062

Brut, mais efficace.

337

00:16:58,113 --> 00:16:59,814

Merci.

338

00:17:00,866 --> 00:17:04,152

Hawaï n'est pas exactement

l'endroit idéal pour ...

339

00:17:04,219 --> 00:17:05,436

IEDs.

(engin explosif improvisé)

340

00:17:07,873 --> 00:17:10,191

Il l'est si vous voulez garder

votre coffre-fort d'investissement.

341

00:17:11,376 --> 00:17:13,377

Les Cachette de drogue augmente.

342

00:17:20,469 --> 00:17:24,005

Messieurs, qui veut prendre sa retraite?

343

00:17:24,089 --> 00:17:27,258

ca ressemble à un ou deux

millions de dollars.

344

00:17:27,309 --> 00:17:29,177

Ok, donc Garcia part en randonnée,

345

00:17:29,261 --> 00:17:30,812

Il tombe par hasard sur les cultivateurs.

346

00:17:30,896 --> 00:17:32,930

Comment a-t-il manqué de marcher

sur un de ces obus ?

347

00:17:32,981 --> 00:17:34,465

Il a été formé

pour repérer des trucs comme ça.

348

00:17:34,516 --> 00:17:37,485

Ouais, mais il aurait pu

déclenché l'un d'eux.

349

00:17:37,569 --> 00:17:40,021

C'est un appareil détecteur de mouvement.

350

00:17:40,105 --> 00:17:42,206

C'est une opération de haute

technologie.

351

00:17:42,274 --> 00:17:44,442

Les cultivateurs contrôlent le site

d'un emplacement voisin.

352

00:17:44,493 --> 00:17:46,861

Vous pensez qu'ils regardent?

353

00:17:46,945 --> 00:17:49,747

Espérons-le.

354

00:17:57,656 --> 00:17:59,957

Hé, mec, tu ferais mieux de jetter

un coup d'oeil à ça.

355

00:18:02,478 --> 00:18:04,245

Bon sang?

356

00:18:04,313 --> 00:18:06,430

Venez.

357

00:18:19,027 --> 00:18:20,678

Il est là.

358

00:18:38,964 --> 00:18:40,631

fais pas ça, fais pas ça.

359

00:18:44,369 --> 00:18:45,970

Problème de voiture?

360

00:18:50,146 --> 00:18:51,597

Donc la DEA se paye

361

00:18:51,598 --> 00:18:55,167

une visite à votre petite

ferme biologique en ce moment.

362

00:18:55,251 --> 00:18:57,252

Les racines et toute, en ce moment

ils doivent peser

363

00:18:57,320 --> 00:18:58,754

toutes ces plantes,

364

00:18:58,821 --> 00:19:00,789

Tu as l'air bien,

très détendu.

365

00:19:00,840 --> 00:19:03,592

C'est la partie où je dois coopérer?

366

00:19:03,659 --> 00:19:05,544

Parce que ça ne va pas arriver.

367

00:19:05,628 --> 00:19:08,213

J'ai un avocat pour bien jouer

avec vous la police.

368

00:19:08,298 --> 00:19:11,100

Non, c'est la partie

où tu nous parles de lui,

369

00:19:11,167 --> 00:19:12,351

et peut-être

370

00:19:12,435 --> 00:19:14,970

Que nous enlèverons un peu de

poids à ton cas.

371

00:19:15,021 --> 00:19:16,221

C'est Clay Garcia.

372

00:19:16,306 --> 00:19:18,107

Il a été trouvé tué par balle

en haut près de votre culture de drogue .

373

00:19:18,174 --> 00:19:20,025

Regarde la photo.

374

00:19:20,110 --> 00:19:21,059

Tu l'as vu,

n'est-ce pas?

375

00:19:21,127 --> 00:19:23,061

Il est tombé sur l'une

des caméras.

376

00:19:23,146 --> 00:19:24,446

Tu lui  a fait payer sa

petite visite?

377

00:19:24,514 --> 00:19:25,514

Peut-être.

378

00:19:25,565 --> 00:19:27,065

Ca ne veux pas dire que je lui ai tiré dessus.

379

00:19:27,150 --> 00:19:30,285

Non, bien sûr, je veux dire, tu es plus

du genre à te balader avec un pitbull

380

00:19:30,353 --> 00:19:31,653

et un papillon (couteau)

pour moi

381

00:19:32,522 --> 00:19:33,455

Que voulez-vous dire ?

382

00:19:33,523 --> 00:19:34,623

Quelqu'un lui a tiré dessus

à la tête,

383

00:19:34,690 --> 00:19:35,824

et maquillé ça en suicide.

384

00:19:35,875 --> 00:19:38,327

Oh, ouais, ce n'est pas mon style,

385

00:19:38,378 --> 00:19:39,795

mais vous le savez déjà,

n'est-ce pas?

386

00:19:39,862 --> 00:19:41,497

Ouais, nous le savons déjà.

387

00:19:41,548 --> 00:19:43,698

Ce que nous ne savons pas c'est ce que

qui s'est passé après que tu l'ai rencontré.

388

00:19:43,750 --> 00:19:44,917

Pourquoi ne pas nous en dire

un peu plus à ce sujet?

389

00:19:47,670 --> 00:19:49,605

Le mec avait de la glace, mec.

390

00:19:49,672 --> 00:19:53,725

Un de mes gars lui a donné un coup de couteau,

et prochaine chose que je sais,

391

00:19:53,810 --> 00:19:56,011

c'est qu'il était sur le terrain

avec le doigt cassé

392

00:19:57,680 --> 00:19:58,564

Qu'avez-vous fait?

393

00:19:58,648 --> 00:20:00,065

Je lui ai dit de rester

loin de notre culture

394

00:20:00,150 --> 00:20:02,351

et il n'y a eu

aucun problème.

395

00:20:02,402 --> 00:20:04,853

Nous l'avons laissé tranquille.

396

00:20:04,904 --> 00:20:06,388

Quelqu'un d'autre

avec lui ?

397

00:20:06,439 --> 00:20:07,439

pas avec lui.

398

00:20:07,524 --> 00:20:09,441

Nous avons vu un autre voyageur

sur les caméras.

399

00:20:09,526 --> 00:20:12,294

Je suis allé à sa recherche, mais nous

n'avons pas pu le trouver.

400

00:20:12,362 --> 00:20:13,412

À quoi ce type ressemblait-il ?

401

00:20:13,496 --> 00:20:15,664

Je ne sais pas, un certain haole.

402

00:20:15,731 --> 00:20:18,167

Ils se ressemblent tous.

403

00:20:18,234 --> 00:20:19,117

Ouais.

404

00:20:19,202 --> 00:20:20,619

Très bien,

405

00:20:20,703 --> 00:20:22,171

combien de ces caméras de surveillance

avez-vous là-haut?

406

00:20:22,238 --> 00:20:23,572

Six.

407

00:20:23,623 --> 00:20:24,923

Personne ne peut s'introduire

près de nos culture

408

00:20:25,008 --> 00:20:26,175

sans éveiller

le moindre soupçon

409

00:20:26,242 --> 00:20:28,710

Nous avons besoin de voir

ces images.

410

00:20:28,761 --> 00:20:29,878

Donc Caetano à dit

411

00:20:29,929 --> 00:20:32,798

que quelqu'un d'autre a été

là-bas avec Garcia, c'est ça?

412

00:20:32,866 --> 00:20:33,966

Avez-vous obtenu une description?

413

00:20:34,033 --> 00:20:35,634

Ouais, un haole -

nous nous ressemblons tous.

414

00:20:35,702 --> 00:20:38,170

Lori, J'ai besoin de toi pour tirer

des images des caméras Caetano.

415

00:20:38,238 --> 00:20:40,572

Je pari

que notre tueur est un camée.

416

00:20:40,640 --> 00:20:41,723

Bien, j'y vais.

417

00:20:41,774 --> 00:20:42,941

Hé, hé, hé, hé,

418

00:20:43,026 --> 00:20:44,877

Écoutez, elle suit

les ordres, elle aime le sport.

419

00:20:44,944 --> 00:20:46,745

Je veux dire, si elle était

dans l'explosion du truc

420

00:20:46,813 --> 00:20:48,080

et les escapades romantiques

421

00:20:48,147 --> 00:20:51,116

à la DMZ, je dirais que nous

assistons à une connexion amoureuse.

422

00:20:51,184 --> 00:20:52,601

C'est marrant.

423

00:20:52,652 --> 00:20:53,935

L'Épouse de Garcia vous a donner quelque chose?

424

00:20:53,987 --> 00:20:55,220

Ouais, il pensait

425

00:20:55,288 --> 00:20:57,539

qu'elle avait une liaison,

euh, mais elle n'en avait pas.

426

00:20:57,607 --> 00:20:59,157

Bon, vous venez de prendre

sa déposition?

427

00:20:59,242 --> 00:21:00,993

Ouais, je l'ai fait,

elle semblait

428

00:21:01,077 --> 00:21:02,911

assez bouleversé

à propos du meurtre de  son mari.

429

00:21:02,962 --> 00:21:04,296

Vous avez un nom?

430

00:21:04,380 --> 00:21:06,164

Ouais, Nick Drayton.

431

00:21:06,249 --> 00:21:08,000

il gère, le

the Hula Room Bar and Grill,

432

00:21:08,084 --> 00:21:10,068

et je ne pense pas

que c'est le genre de gars

433

00:21:10,136 --> 00:21:11,920

qui tue un SEAL

et qui maquille cela en suicide.

434

00:21:18,211 --> 00:21:20,229

Whoa.

435

00:21:21,931 --> 00:21:24,550

Preuve dans un délit de fuite

vers Kailua.

436

00:21:24,617 --> 00:21:27,102

vous avez eu des nouvelles

de  Kono dernièrement?

437

00:21:27,153 --> 00:21:29,571

Parce qu'elle ne me

rappel pas.

438

00:21:29,639 --> 00:21:30,989

Toutes les investigations sur elle,

tournent en rond.

439

00:21:31,074 --> 00:21:32,441

Vous aviez dit au téléphone

vous aviez quelque chose?

440

00:21:32,492 --> 00:21:33,775

Ouais.

441

00:21:33,826 --> 00:21:35,043

Les résultats de laboratoire

de la bouteille.

442

00:21:35,111 --> 00:21:36,361

que vous avez trouvé

sur la scène du crime sont de retour.

443

00:21:40,833 --> 00:21:42,784

Ainsi, la bouteille a été

dopés avec de la kétamine.

444

00:21:42,835 --> 00:21:44,987

C'est un sédatif utilisé

pour anesthésier les chevaux.

445

00:21:45,054 --> 00:21:46,104

Qu'en est-il des empreintes?

446

00:21:46,172 --> 00:21:47,406

Celles de la victime et

d'une autre série d'empreinte.

447

00:21:47,473 --> 00:21:50,409

nous les avons rentré dans la base de donnés

est nous avons une correspondance parfaite d'un DUI.

(DUI = Conducteur sous influence de stupéfiant)

448

00:21:50,476 --> 00:21:52,427

- Voici Nick Drayton.

- Attendez une minute.

449

00:21:52,495 --> 00:21:54,129

Garcia ne pensait-il pas

que sa femme avait une liaison

450

00:21:54,180 --> 00:21:55,297

avec un gars nommé  Nick Drayton?

451

00:21:55,348 --> 00:21:57,966

Oui.

452

00:21:58,017 --> 00:21:59,785

Ah.

453

00:21:59,852 --> 00:22:01,970

Alors vous droguez un Navy SEAL, et

vous faites ressembler ça à un suicide?

454

00:22:02,021 --> 00:22:03,605

- Qu'est-ce que vous racontez?

- C'est bon, oh, oh, écoutez.

455

00:22:03,673 --> 00:22:05,524

Nous voulons juste savoir, si

sa femme était impliqués, oui ou non?

456

00:22:05,608 --> 00:22:08,226

- Non. écoutez ...

- Vous, écoutez, d'accord?

457

00:22:08,311 --> 00:22:09,344

Qu'est-il arrivé

458

00:22:09,395 --> 00:22:10,979

à votre bras, hein?

Garcia a fait ça?

459

00:22:11,030 --> 00:22:11,947

Huh? Huh?

460

00:22:12,014 --> 00:22:12,965

Vous avez de la chance

qu'il n'a pas fait plus que ça

461

00:22:13,032 --> 00:22:14,116

pour avoir couché avec sa femme.

462

00:22:14,183 --> 00:22:15,450

Hé, attendez!

463

00:22:15,518 --> 00:22:17,286

Je n'ai pas couché

avec sa femme.

464

00:22:17,353 --> 00:22:19,237

Soyons bien clairs sur

ce point.

465

00:22:19,322 --> 00:22:22,741

Je suis allé le voir

parce Marissa est une ami,

466

00:22:22,825 --> 00:22:24,743

et elle passait par

des moments difficiles.

467

00:22:24,827 --> 00:22:26,378

Je voulais parler

de certaine choses avec lui.

468

00:22:26,462 --> 00:22:28,363

Oh, c'était gentil de votre part.

Que diriez-vous de m'expliquer

469

00:22:28,414 --> 00:22:30,332

comment vos empreintes digitales sont apparu sur une

bouteille de whisky que j'ai trouvé

470

00:22:30,383 --> 00:22:31,917

sur la scène du crime?

Expliquez-moi ça.

471

00:22:32,001 --> 00:22:33,552

En ce qui concerne la kétamine,

vous avez glissé dans son verre?

472

00:22:33,636 --> 00:22:35,304

Ketamine. qu'est que c'est?

473

00:22:35,371 --> 00:22:36,638

C'est un médicament que vous avez

utilisé pour l'assommer

474

00:22:36,706 --> 00:22:37,973

avant de tiré

sur sa tête.

475

00:22:38,040 --> 00:22:40,342

Écoutez, je vous ai dit les gars.

476

00:22:40,393 --> 00:22:42,594

Je suis allé le voir

à sa chambre d'hôtel

477

00:22:42,679 --> 00:22:44,212

pour parler des

choses le concernant.

478

00:22:44,263 --> 00:22:45,880

d'accord?

Il avait bu.

479

00:22:45,932 --> 00:22:49,217

Et moi, j'ai essayé d’éloigner

la bouteille le plus loin de lui.

480

00:22:49,268 --> 00:22:50,569

Mauvaise idée.

481

00:22:50,653 --> 00:22:55,157

J'ai obtenu une épaule disloquée

pour voir été un bon samaritain.

482

00:22:55,224 --> 00:22:57,159

Je ne l'ai pas tué.

483

00:22:57,226 --> 00:22:59,227

Je le jure.

484

00:23:00,896 --> 00:23:02,497

Dis-moi quelque chose.

485

00:23:02,565 --> 00:23:03,699

Tu as cru à l'histoire de ce gars?

486

00:23:03,750 --> 00:23:06,284

Ouais.

487

00:23:06,369 --> 00:23:07,703

C'est tout?

Juste comme ça?

488

00:23:07,754 --> 00:23:09,504

Mm-hmm, ouais, à peu près.

489

00:23:09,572 --> 00:23:11,873

Ok, Bien, ça n'explique toujours pas

comment et pourquoi

490

00:23:11,924 --> 00:23:13,709

Quelqu'un s'est glissé

à l’intérieur de la tente de Garcia,

491

00:23:13,760 --> 00:23:16,578

le drogue , le tue

et maquille ça en suicide.

492

00:23:16,629 --> 00:23:20,132

Ce qui est intéressant pour moi, c'est

que tout ce que ce gars faisait ...

493

00:23:20,216 --> 00:23:22,734

s'était juste essayer

de sauver son mariage.

494

00:23:22,802 --> 00:23:24,586

Ce n'est pas ce

qui l'a tué, mais.

495

00:23:24,637 --> 00:23:26,972

Il a fait tout ce qu'il pouvait,

chaque chose qu'il pouvait,

496

00:23:27,056 --> 00:23:28,190

et ce n'était tout simplement pas suffisant.

497

00:23:28,257 --> 00:23:29,641

Ok, de quel mariage

parlons-nous?

498

00:23:29,726 --> 00:23:31,343

Je veux dire, il prend

un congé exceptionnel,

499

00:23:31,411 --> 00:23:33,945

ok, pour se donner une

dernière tentative, mais non, non.

500

00:23:34,030 --> 00:23:36,765

Mais tu vois, moi, si je l'aurais

fait , je te garantis que

501

00:23:36,816 --> 00:23:38,900

Rachel et moi serions encore

ensemble aujourd'hui, ok?

502

00:23:38,951 --> 00:23:41,236

Je ne parlerais pas

au téléphone à Gracie,

503

00:23:41,287 --> 00:23:43,321

en lui disant pourquoi papa ne peut

la voir que tous les week-ends.

504

00:23:43,389 --> 00:23:44,773

Pourquoi tu te blâme,

Danny?

505

00:23:48,110 --> 00:23:50,278

Max, qu'est ce que tu as?

506

00:23:50,329 --> 00:23:51,496

Je pense que ce serait une bonne idée

507

00:23:51,581 --> 00:23:52,947

pour vous de venir ici

à la morgue.

508

00:23:52,999 --> 00:23:54,249

Pourquoi? qu'est ce qu'il y a?

509

00:23:54,300 --> 00:23:57,386

Et vous devriez aussi amener,

le Commandant White avec vous.

510

00:23:57,453 --> 00:24:00,222

Alors qui est ce mec?

511

00:24:00,289 --> 00:24:02,123

un pick-up s'est renversé

sur le pont

512

00:24:02,175 --> 00:24:04,125

de la H2 vers le

North Shore.

513

00:24:04,177 --> 00:24:06,395

Je pensais que ça allait être

une autopsie

514

00:24:06,462 --> 00:24:08,180

comme les autres d'un accident de la circulation,

c'est alors

515

00:24:08,264 --> 00:24:09,798

que j'ai vu ça.

516

00:24:09,849 --> 00:24:12,017

Whoa, whoa, whoa.

517

00:24:12,101 --> 00:24:13,968

quelqu'un veut

bien me m'expliquer?

518

00:24:14,020 --> 00:24:15,804

Ouais, ouais, Danny, ce gars est

un membre de l'équipe neuf des SEAL.

519

00:24:15,855 --> 00:24:18,106

Identique à Petty

Officier Garcia.

520

00:24:18,157 --> 00:24:19,357

Oui, Je me suis souvenu

de l'autopsie,

521

00:24:19,442 --> 00:24:20,809

mais j'ai trouvé

une coïncidence

522

00:24:20,860 --> 00:24:21,943

juste un peu trop.

523

00:24:21,994 --> 00:24:24,312

Whoa, ce mec est mort

d'un accident de voiture.

524

00:24:24,363 --> 00:24:28,250

Seulement, ça été maquillé

pour nous faire croire à un accident.

525

00:24:31,788 --> 00:24:33,789

Quand un airbag se déploie,

526

00:24:33,856 --> 00:24:35,757

il en sort des combustibles d'hydroxyde.

527

00:24:35,825 --> 00:24:37,325

C'est la substance qui rend

528

00:24:37,393 --> 00:24:38,794

votre nez et votre

yeux larmoyants

529

00:24:38,845 --> 00:24:40,796

si vous êtes assez chanceux

pour survivre à la collision.

530

00:24:40,847 --> 00:24:43,932

Il n'était pas

chanceux, Max.

531

00:24:43,999 --> 00:24:45,500

J'ai analysé l'airbag.

532

00:24:46,969 --> 00:24:48,470

Hydroxyde?

533

00:24:48,521 --> 00:24:51,005

Oui, même dans le trafic

accidents mortels comme celui-ci,

534

00:24:51,057 --> 00:24:53,675

l'hydroxyde est trouvé

dans les sinus et les poumons.

535

00:24:53,726 --> 00:24:55,277

mais quand

536

00:24:55,344 --> 00:24:57,362

j'ai autopsié,

les poumons étaient clairs.

537

00:24:58,698 --> 00:25:00,649

Ça veux dire qu'il était mort avant l'accident.

538

00:25:00,700 --> 00:25:02,851

Oui. J'ai aussi trouvé un fort taux de ketamine

539

00:25:02,902 --> 00:25:04,736

dans le sang, qui est.. eh bien, suspect.

540

00:25:04,821 --> 00:25:07,188

Ce taux ne correspond pas à

celui d'un traumatisme cranien

541

00:25:07,240 --> 00:25:09,190

et aux dégats causés par la voiture.

542

00:25:09,242 --> 00:25:11,293

Quelqu'un fait obligatoirement

543

00:25:11,360 --> 00:25:13,795

tomber les SEAL membre de l'équipe 9.

544

00:25:35,068 --> 00:25:38,638

Les cloches de l'enfer, Tolvin,

mettez des bâtons sur eux dans ma piscine!

545

00:25:38,705 --> 00:25:40,473

C'est pas de la natation synchronisé.

546

00:25:40,541 --> 00:25:41,774

Hey! Hey! Hey!

547

00:25:41,842 --> 00:25:43,576

Nage ou meurs, garçon.

Nage ou meurs.

548

00:25:43,644 --> 00:25:46,329

Tu deviens doux avec l'âge, Wade.

549

00:25:46,380 --> 00:25:48,664

Pourquoi tu sauterais pas dans cette

piscine pour leur montrer comment faire?

550

00:25:48,715 --> 00:25:52,201

Wade. Steve, C'est le CO

Wade Gutches, SD Equipe Une.

551

00:25:52,252 --> 00:25:54,253

- Commandant Steve McGarrett.

- Commandant.

552

00:25:54,338 --> 00:25:55,704

J'ai beaucoup entendu parler

de vous et de votre groupe.

553

00:25:55,756 --> 00:25:57,706

De vous aussi, monsieur.

554

00:25:57,758 --> 00:25:59,725

Tu as une minute, on peut parler?

555

00:25:59,810 --> 00:26:02,044

Ouai, bien sûr.

556

00:26:08,001 --> 00:26:09,352

Quoi de neuf?

557

00:26:09,403 --> 00:26:11,887

J'espere que tu peux nous aider dans une affaire.

558

00:26:11,939 --> 00:26:14,056

qui implique les SEAL.

559

00:26:14,107 --> 00:26:15,475

Est ce que MP, le Marshal

principal s'occupe de l'enquête?

560

00:26:15,542 --> 00:26:16,659

Juste le Five-O, monsieur.

561

00:26:16,726 --> 00:26:19,162

Deux équipes ont déja été tué.

562

00:26:19,229 --> 00:26:21,247

L'un a été maquillé en suicide,

563

00:26:21,331 --> 00:26:22,615

et l'autre en accident de voiture.

564

00:26:22,699 --> 00:26:24,167

Petty Officer Garcia

565

00:26:24,234 --> 00:26:25,401

ne s'est pas suicidé.

566

00:26:25,452 --> 00:26:26,569

Il a été assassiné.

567

00:26:26,620 --> 00:26:27,620

Et l'autre SEAL?

568

00:26:27,704 --> 00:26:30,122

Petty Officer Jamsek.

569

00:26:30,207 --> 00:26:31,457

Il a été tué la nuit dernière, monsieur.

570

00:26:31,542 --> 00:26:33,092

Les deux hommes étaient membre

571

00:26:33,177 --> 00:26:35,344

de l'équipe 9 du SEAL.

572

00:26:38,098 --> 00:26:40,683

Un peloton est actuellement sur

l'île pour une formation secrete.

573

00:26:40,750 --> 00:26:42,685

Nous avons des raisons de croire, monsieur,

574

00:26:42,752 --> 00:26:44,103

que ces hommes ont été pris pour cible

575

00:26:44,188 --> 00:26:45,421

à cause de leur implication avec l'équipe 9 du SEAL.

576

00:26:45,472 --> 00:26:46,522

Vous connaissez ces gars

577

00:26:46,590 --> 00:26:47,773

mieux que quiconque.

578

00:26:47,858 --> 00:26:49,942

Est-il possible qu'un

membre qui ait quitté l'équipe

579

00:26:50,027 --> 00:26:51,444

soit ici, dehors en train de tuer des SEAL?

580

00:26:51,528 --> 00:26:53,596

Personne d'autre ne sait

qui ils sont, donc...

581

00:26:53,647 --> 00:26:55,314

Non, il n'est pas possible que

la Navy SEAL soit derrière ça.

582

00:26:55,399 --> 00:26:56,816

Okay, eh bien, c'est pour ça

que nous avons besoin des noms

583

00:26:56,900 --> 00:26:58,284

de tous les hommes de cette équipe SEAL.

584

00:26:58,368 --> 00:26:59,602

Oh, vous savez je ne suis pas libre

585

00:26:59,653 --> 00:27:00,786

de vous donner ces informations.

C'est classé secret.

586

00:27:00,871 --> 00:27:01,988

Monsieur, je comprends que vous devez

587

00:27:02,072 --> 00:27:03,439

en parler avec votre hiérarchie,

588

00:27:03,490 --> 00:27:05,608

mais j'ai besoin de comparer

leurs rapports de fin de mission,

589

00:27:05,659 --> 00:27:07,743

et alors je pourrais travailler sur qui sera

le prochain après ces gars, et pourquoi.

590

00:27:09,779 --> 00:27:11,714

J'ai bien peur de ne pas pouvoir vous aider.

591

00:27:11,781 --> 00:27:14,000

Wade, nous devons mettre fin à ça,

592

00:27:14,084 --> 00:27:15,751

avant qu'un autre de ces hommes ne meurt,

593

00:27:15,802 --> 00:27:17,670

et nous ne pouvons faire ça sans ton aide.

594

00:27:17,754 --> 00:27:19,305

Nous leur devons au moins cela, monsieur.

595

00:27:20,340 --> 00:27:22,291

Oh, vous savez ce tiki bar,

596

00:27:22,342 --> 00:27:24,644

où je vous ai retrouvé la

dernière fois que vous étiez ici?

597

00:27:24,728 --> 00:27:26,479

Bien sûr.

598

00:27:26,547 --> 00:27:27,980

rendez vous là bas, 20 h

599

00:27:28,065 --> 00:27:29,298

Soyez pas en retard.

600

00:27:29,349 --> 00:27:31,901

Très bien les filles,

601

00:27:31,968 --> 00:27:34,153

au fond de la piscine, c'est parti !

602

00:27:55,425 --> 00:27:57,159

Où allons nous?

603

00:27:57,210 --> 00:27:59,011

Viens.

604

00:28:18,298 --> 00:28:20,900

Quoi, on va choisir la chemise de votre patron?

605

00:28:20,984 --> 00:28:23,536

Oh, tu es marrante. Vraiment.

606

00:28:34,798 --> 00:28:36,582

Flingue.

607

00:28:43,707 --> 00:28:45,708

A toi, Franck

608

00:28:47,561 --> 00:28:49,562

Je me couche.

609

00:28:51,598 --> 00:28:53,599

Officier Kalakaua.

610

00:28:55,819 --> 00:28:58,604

Où devrais-je dire, ex-officier Kalakaua?

611

00:28:59,656 --> 00:29:01,557

Kono, c'est bien.

612

00:29:02,559 --> 00:29:04,893

Frank Delano.

613

00:29:04,945 --> 00:29:08,397

Je suis sur que vous savez qui je suis.

614

00:29:08,448 --> 00:29:09,715

J'ai entendu des choses.

615

00:29:09,783 --> 00:29:11,000

Nous commençons

616

00:29:11,068 --> 00:29:12,918

à avoir une réputation,

huh, Ray?

617

00:29:13,003 --> 00:29:15,788

On va devoir faire quelque chose à ce sujet.

618

00:29:15,872 --> 00:29:17,807

J'ai entendu parler de vous et de votre force.

619

00:29:19,593 --> 00:29:21,410

C'est de l'histoire ancienne.

620

00:29:21,461 --> 00:29:24,797

On a déménagé sur des paturages

plus vert, comme ils disent.

621

00:29:24,881 --> 00:29:27,183

Beaucoup plus vert.

Venez.

622

00:29:27,250 --> 00:29:28,300

Asseyez vous..

623

00:29:32,139 --> 00:29:34,724

Vous voulez un verre?

624

00:29:34,775 --> 00:29:36,025

Non merci.

625

00:29:39,980 --> 00:29:41,697

Je ne fais pas confiance

aux flics qui ne boivent pas.

626

00:29:41,765 --> 00:29:43,032

Surtout les ex-flics.

627

00:29:46,570 --> 00:29:48,070

Donc prenez un verre.

628

00:29:53,243 --> 00:29:55,711

Au Capitain Fryer.

629

00:29:57,748 --> 00:29:59,715

Ne vous inquietez pas

630

00:29:59,783 --> 00:30:02,385

Fryer et son IA d'escadrons de rats seront leur.

631

00:30:02,452 --> 00:30:04,453

Pas assez tôt.

632

00:30:10,143 --> 00:30:12,094

Ecoutez Kono,

633

00:30:12,145 --> 00:30:14,063

Je ne veux pas

634

00:30:14,130 --> 00:30:16,232

être assis toute la journée et faire du pieds.

635

00:30:16,299 --> 00:30:19,985

Une personne avec vos compétences,

jeu et expériences professionnelles

636

00:30:20,070 --> 00:30:22,571

à une certaine valeur dans mon travail.

637

00:30:22,639 --> 00:30:24,690

Et ce serait quel genre de travail?

638

00:30:26,443 --> 00:30:28,694

C'est un peu comme le travail de la police.

639

00:30:28,779 --> 00:30:31,197

Sans les mauvais gars que nous démolissons,

640

00:30:31,281 --> 00:30:33,115

nous ne lisons pas Miranda.

641

00:30:33,166 --> 00:30:35,584

Nous prenons juste leur argent.

642

00:30:35,652 --> 00:30:38,370

Donc vous fournissez un service public.

643

00:30:38,455 --> 00:30:40,589

Quelque chose comme ça.

644

00:30:42,342 --> 00:30:45,177

Donc, pourquoi suis-je ici?

645

00:30:45,262 --> 00:30:47,296

J'ai un travail.

646

00:30:47,347 --> 00:30:49,515

Quel genre de travail?

647

00:02:13,277 --> 00:02:16,112

Good to know your father's

rifle still shoots tight.

16

00:02:16,196 --> 00:02:17,763

Yeah. He taught me how

to break it down

17

00:02:17,815 --> 00:02:19,265

before I was allowed

to fire a round.

18

00:02:20,767 --> 00:02:22,318

He told me about

this place.

19

00:02:22,403 --> 00:02:25,238

Your father wanted

to bring you here.

20

00:02:27,324 --> 00:02:30,576

He promised me a hunting rifle

for my 16th birthday.

21

00:02:30,627 --> 00:02:32,111

Then things changed.

22

00:02:33,130 --> 00:02:34,380

Hey.

23

00:02:34,448 --> 00:02:36,749

You don't you put a couple

of rounds through it?

24

00:02:39,887 --> 00:02:42,955

Let me see if I can put some

lead through that target.

25

00:02:43,006 --> 00:02:44,507

Well, boy, that's 700 yards--

26

00:02:44,591 --> 00:02:46,726

a hell of a long shot

for an old man like you.

27

00:02:46,793 --> 00:02:48,060

I got 20 bucks

28

00:02:48,128 --> 00:02:49,345

says you don't

even hit steel.

29

00:02:49,430 --> 00:02:50,646

How do you like that?

30

00:02:50,731 --> 00:02:53,566

Well, let's make

it two rounds.

31

00:02:53,633 --> 00:02:55,718

- Double or nothing.

- You got it.

32

00:03:04,027 --> 00:03:05,361

Ready.

33

00:03:06,747 --> 00:03:08,147

I have the target.

34

00:03:20,327 --> 00:03:22,178

Nice shooting, Joe.

35

00:03:22,262 --> 00:03:23,629

Must be the rifle.

36

00:03:23,680 --> 00:03:25,164

Must be.

37

00:03:27,000 --> 00:03:28,968

I'll tell you what--

you buy me one of those

38

00:03:29,019 --> 00:03:30,186

umbrella drinks,

we'll call it even.

39

00:03:30,270 --> 00:03:31,187

Okay.

40

00:03:31,271 --> 00:03:32,522

So, uh...

41

00:03:32,589 --> 00:03:34,557

when you are you going back

to Coronado?

42

00:03:34,641 --> 00:03:36,442

I'm not.

43

00:03:36,510 --> 00:03:38,945

I put in for a transfer

to Pearl Harbor.

44

00:03:39,012 --> 00:03:41,280

- Overseeing SEAL team training.

- Really?

45

00:03:42,649 --> 00:03:44,484

The island seemed like a...

46

00:03:44,535 --> 00:03:46,068

pretty good place

to wind it down.

47

00:03:46,153 --> 00:03:48,621

The thing is, Joe,

I mean, you're not the...

48

00:03:48,688 --> 00:03:50,206

you're not really

a fun-in-the-sun,

49

00:03:50,290 --> 00:03:51,457

hang-loose, aloha type.

50

00:03:52,493 --> 00:03:53,960

They let you stay.

51

00:03:54,027 --> 00:03:55,578

Yeah, they did.

52

00:04:03,220 --> 00:04:05,671

What's Hawaiian

for "bottoms up"?

53

00:04:05,722 --> 00:04:07,173

Okole maluna.

54

00:04:07,224 --> 00:04:08,891

Here's to hanging loose.

55

00:04:08,976 --> 00:04:10,376

I'll believe that

when I see it.

56

00:04:15,098 --> 00:04:16,516

Hey, you know what?

57

00:04:16,567 --> 00:04:19,435

It's going to be good

to have you around.

58

00:04:25,325 --> 00:04:27,660

Joe White.

59

00:04:27,727 --> 00:04:29,895

When?

60

00:04:32,165 --> 00:04:34,000

I'm on my way.

61

00:04:34,067 --> 00:04:35,401

Everything all right?

62

00:04:36,420 --> 00:04:37,570

No.

63

00:04:45,345 --> 00:04:47,597

The deceased's name

is Clay Garcia.

64

00:04:47,681 --> 00:04:49,098

That's his

wife, Marissa.

65

00:04:49,182 --> 00:04:50,466

Cause of death?

66

00:04:50,551 --> 00:04:52,351

Technically speaking,

it's not my case.

67

00:04:52,419 --> 00:04:54,136

That's not an answer, Max.

68

00:04:54,221 --> 00:04:55,388

The body was recovered

in the jungle.

69

00:04:55,439 --> 00:04:57,273

The cause of death

was a self-inflicted

70

00:04:57,357 --> 00:04:59,392

gunshot wound with a gun

registered to him.

71

00:05:08,268 --> 00:05:10,369

One of the reasons

I came back to this island

72

00:05:10,437 --> 00:05:12,872

was to be around guys

like Garcia.

73

00:05:14,191 --> 00:05:15,491

You trained him,

didn't you?

74

00:05:15,559 --> 00:05:17,994

One of the best SEALs

I'd ever seen.

75

00:05:18,061 --> 00:05:20,580

We were supposed to go

spearfishing next week.

76

00:05:22,616 --> 00:05:24,417

Why would he

kill himself?

77

00:05:24,468 --> 00:05:27,136

Deployments took a toll

on his marriage.

78

00:05:27,220 --> 00:05:29,138

He went on leave

from active duty

79

00:05:29,206 --> 00:05:31,307

hoping to reconcile.

80

00:05:31,375 --> 00:05:33,476

Hell, he was going to fight

to save his marriage,

81

00:05:33,543 --> 00:05:35,011

not shoot himself

up in the jungle.

82

00:05:35,078 --> 00:05:36,395

Joe, I've seen guys

kill themselves

83

00:05:36,463 --> 00:05:37,847

'cause they can't make

a mortgage payment.

84

00:05:37,931 --> 00:05:39,632

Yeah, but Garcia

was not that guy.

85

00:05:39,683 --> 00:05:40,983

He was squared away.

86

00:05:41,068 --> 00:05:43,069

No matter how hard

87

00:05:43,136 --> 00:05:46,105

or impossible the assignment,

Garcia took it.

88

00:05:46,156 --> 00:05:48,774

Something's not right.

89

00:05:50,077 --> 00:05:51,611

He didn't kill himself.

90

00:05:52,646 --> 00:05:54,480

You want me to

look into this?

91

00:05:56,416 --> 00:05:58,451

You tell me it's a suicide,

I'll believe it.

92

00:05:59,486 --> 00:06:01,120

All right.

93

00:06:03,507 --> 00:06:05,207

Max, did you take a look?

94

00:06:05,292 --> 00:06:07,460

Oh, I shouldn't

even be doing this.

95

00:06:07,511 --> 00:06:11,414

Well, I familiarized myself

with the M.E.'s case summary

96

00:06:11,481 --> 00:06:13,916

and took a cursory look

at the crime scene photos.

97

00:06:13,984 --> 00:06:15,968

Okay, I need you to take

a closer look, Max, okay?

98

00:06:16,019 --> 00:06:17,853

You want me to reopen the case?

99

00:06:17,938 --> 00:06:18,904

Yeah. What's the big deal?

100

00:06:18,972 --> 00:06:21,173

Do you have any

extenuating evidence

101

00:06:21,224 --> 00:06:23,309

that might suggest

that this wasn't a suicide?

102

00:06:23,360 --> 00:06:24,477

No.

103

00:06:24,528 --> 00:06:26,612

Okay, well, then,

I'm going to need

104

00:06:26,680 --> 00:06:28,648

a little bit more than that

105

00:06:28,699 --> 00:06:30,566

in order to officially

reopen the case,

106

00:06:30,651 --> 00:06:32,702

considering that my boss,

the senior medical examiner,

107

00:06:32,786 --> 00:06:35,071

was the one who performed

the autopsy.

108

00:06:35,138 --> 00:06:36,822

There is an unwritten rule

109

00:06:36,873 --> 00:06:38,991

that you don't mess

with the boss's toe tags.

110

00:06:39,042 --> 00:06:40,326

Well, maybe he made

a mistake, Max.

111

00:06:40,377 --> 00:06:41,711

Highly unlikely.

112

00:06:41,795 --> 00:06:44,330

He graduated summa cum laude

from Harvard Medical School.

113

00:06:44,398 --> 00:06:46,499

Besides,

the weapon found

114

00:06:46,550 --> 00:06:48,867

in the deceased's hand

was registered to him.

115

00:06:48,919 --> 00:06:51,387

So, unless there

is new evidence or a...

116

00:06:51,471 --> 00:06:53,639

a compelling theory

of a crime being committed...

117

00:06:53,707 --> 00:06:55,007

Max, Max,

118

00:06:55,058 --> 00:06:56,325

listen to me.

119

00:06:56,393 --> 00:06:59,061

My former C.O. lost

one of his men.

120

00:06:59,146 --> 00:07:00,930

I want you to reopen this case.

121

00:07:01,982 --> 00:07:03,349

Is this a favor or an order?

122

00:07:03,400 --> 00:07:04,684

It's both.

123

00:07:33,346 --> 00:07:35,898

So, what, are you hanging

with Ray Mapes now?

124

00:07:35,966 --> 00:07:37,800

Well, hello

to you, too, cuz.

125

00:07:37,868 --> 00:07:39,301

You do know that HPD

126

00:07:39,386 --> 00:07:41,103

forced him out of the

department, right?

127

00:07:41,188 --> 00:07:42,555

Yeah, well,

that makes three of us.

128

00:07:42,606 --> 00:07:44,473

The only difference is

you got your badge back

129

00:07:44,558 --> 00:07:46,358

and I'm never going to.

130

00:07:46,426 --> 00:07:48,444

There's a big difference.

Mapes was a gardener--

131

00:07:48,528 --> 00:07:51,013

planting evidence,

collecting ethics violations.

132

00:07:51,081 --> 00:07:52,732

I wonder what they

say about me.

133

00:07:52,783 --> 00:07:55,484

You can't let I.A.

tell the story.

134

00:07:55,569 --> 00:07:56,902

That's exactly

what Fryer wants.

135

00:07:56,953 --> 00:07:59,288

What does it matter?

They've already won.

136

00:07:59,372 --> 00:08:01,373

I have to move on

with my life.

137

00:08:01,441 --> 00:08:02,792

Move on where?

138

00:08:02,876 --> 00:08:04,126

You're a cop.

139

00:08:04,211 --> 00:08:05,544

Yeah.

140

00:08:05,612 --> 00:08:06,912

Without a badge.

141

00:08:08,749 --> 00:08:10,666

You remember when you

shredded your knee?

142

00:08:10,751 --> 00:08:13,052

Doctors said you'd never

get up on a board again,

143

00:08:13,119 --> 00:08:14,303

and you proved

them wrong.

144

00:08:14,387 --> 00:08:16,238

- It's not the same.

- It is.

145

00:08:16,306 --> 00:08:19,008

Except, on this one, you're

giving up without a fight.

146

00:08:19,092 --> 00:08:23,012

Look, I appreciate everything

you're trying to do,

147

00:08:23,096 --> 00:08:25,097

but you're wasting your time.

148

00:08:36,777 --> 00:08:38,360

Lori Weston.

149

00:08:38,445 --> 00:08:41,730

This is Joe White,

my old Navy SEAL commander.

150

00:08:41,798 --> 00:08:42,998

Hi.

151

00:08:43,083 --> 00:08:44,767

Agent Weston has recently

joined the task force.

152

00:08:44,835 --> 00:08:46,669

Well, that's a step up

from describing

153

00:08:46,753 --> 00:08:48,254

my role here as babysitting.

154

00:08:48,321 --> 00:08:49,371

They were actually

your words.

155

00:08:49,456 --> 00:08:51,173

Yeah, but you were thinking it.

156

00:08:51,241 --> 00:08:52,508

Okay, now she's

a mind reader

157

00:08:52,592 --> 00:08:53,592

as well as a profiler.

158

00:08:53,660 --> 00:08:54,627

"A welcome addition

to the team"

159

00:08:54,678 --> 00:08:56,846

is, I believe,

how he put it.

160

00:08:56,930 --> 00:08:58,430

I said, given her bonafides,

she would be welcome...

161

00:08:58,498 --> 00:09:00,349

Uh, you two work out

this little act

162

00:09:00,433 --> 00:09:01,350

beforehand?

163

00:09:01,434 --> 00:09:02,384

It's nice to meet you.

164

00:09:02,469 --> 00:09:03,686

Nice to meet you.

165

00:09:03,753 --> 00:09:05,521

Sorry to hear

about your friend.

166

00:09:05,605 --> 00:09:07,890

Mmm. Steve is

looking into it.

167

00:09:07,974 --> 00:09:09,892

On the Q.T., of course.

168

00:09:09,976 --> 00:09:10,993

Speaking of which...

169

00:09:11,061 --> 00:09:12,394

Hey, uh... creepy.

170

00:09:12,479 --> 00:09:14,396

Why you dressed

like Inspector Gadget?

171

00:09:14,481 --> 00:09:16,565

Reopening a closed case

without authorization

172

00:09:16,650 --> 00:09:18,033

is considered risky.

173

00:09:18,118 --> 00:09:19,568

So I took

precautions.

174

00:09:19,653 --> 00:09:22,655

Uh, all right.

What do you got?

175

00:09:28,578 --> 00:09:32,047

After carefully studying

the blood spatter patterns,

176

00:09:32,132 --> 00:09:33,833

I noticed there

were subtle deviations

177

00:09:33,900 --> 00:09:35,334

that I couldn't account for.

178

00:09:35,402 --> 00:09:38,637

So I ran GSR tests

on the victim's clothing,

179

00:09:38,705 --> 00:09:40,890

as well as the

tent wall samples,

180

00:09:40,974 --> 00:09:42,808

factoring in velocity

relative to the hand position,

181

00:09:42,876 --> 00:09:45,778

which is, of course,

after I recalculated

182

00:09:45,846 --> 00:09:48,264

the bullet trajectory based

on skull fracture analysis...

183

00:09:48,348 --> 00:09:49,523

Wait. Time-out.

184

00:09:49,548 --> 00:09:51,348

Max, just give us

the CliffsNotes version.

185

00:09:51,484 --> 00:09:53,669

Okay?

186

00:09:53,737 --> 00:09:55,170

Okay.

187

00:09:56,206 --> 00:09:57,890

You were right.

188

00:09:57,941 --> 00:09:59,692

This is a homicide.

189

00:10:02,495 --> 00:10:04,747

The GSR gaps in

the victim's hand,

190

00:10:04,831 --> 00:10:07,383

combined with the inconsistent

blood spatter,

191

00:10:07,450 --> 00:10:08,868

leads me to believe

192

00:10:08,935 --> 00:10:10,586

that the killer placed the gun

193

00:10:10,670 --> 00:10:14,123

in the victim's hand

and then pulled the trigger.

194

00:10:14,207 --> 00:10:15,541

This was a highly trained

Navy SEAL.

195

00:10:15,592 --> 00:10:17,209

No one's just going to walk up

and put a gun

196

00:10:17,260 --> 00:10:18,711

in his hand and pull the trigger

without a fight.

197

00:10:18,762 --> 00:10:21,463

Right. Maybe he was

incapacitated first.

198

00:10:21,548 --> 00:10:23,048

Yes. Max,

199

00:10:23,099 --> 00:10:24,850

run a full tox screen, okay?

200

00:10:24,918 --> 00:10:26,952

After I officially...

201

00:10:27,020 --> 00:10:29,221

reopen the case.

202

00:10:34,911 --> 00:10:36,278

Somebody went to a lot

of trouble

203

00:10:36,363 --> 00:10:37,813

to make this look

like a suicide.

204

00:10:49,228 --> 00:10:50,995

Right up through there.

205

00:10:56,068 --> 00:10:57,869

How'd you know

where this was?

206

00:10:57,920 --> 00:11:00,522

He trained Garcia.

207

00:11:00,589 --> 00:11:03,258

SEALs are taught to minimize

risk in the field,

208

00:11:03,342 --> 00:11:05,276

and this is one of the few

defensible campsites

209

00:11:05,344 --> 00:11:07,011

with a view of the trail.

210

00:11:07,079 --> 00:11:08,713

Would have

been hardwired into him.

211

00:11:10,266 --> 00:11:12,684

What was Garcia

doing up here, Joe?

212

00:11:14,086 --> 00:11:15,053

When I got divorced,

213

00:11:15,104 --> 00:11:16,771

I packed up

the pickup truck

214

00:11:16,856 --> 00:11:18,289

and headed for

the mountains.

215

00:11:18,357 --> 00:11:19,724

Which divorce?

216

00:11:19,775 --> 00:11:21,943

Number three.

217

00:11:22,011 --> 00:11:23,812

I was a mess.

218

00:11:23,896 --> 00:11:26,481

I spent a week backpacking

in the Beartooths.

219

00:11:26,565 --> 00:11:29,367

Okay, so Garcia

comes up here

220

00:11:29,435 --> 00:11:31,119

to wrap his head

around the end of his marriage?

221

00:11:31,203 --> 00:11:34,406

Sometimes you got

to get off the grid,

222

00:11:34,457 --> 00:11:36,040

you know,

regroup,

223

00:11:36,108 --> 00:11:37,608

put things in perspective.

224

00:11:39,278 --> 00:11:41,162

His killer went

to a lot of trouble.

225

00:11:41,247 --> 00:11:43,381

Think about it-- Garcia--

he's up here isolated,

226

00:11:43,449 --> 00:11:44,666

probably not

in the best mental shape.

227

00:11:44,750 --> 00:11:47,502

Got something!

228

00:11:47,586 --> 00:11:47,635

He must have built a fire

away from the tent site.

229

00:11:52,308 --> 00:11:54,259

Look at that.

230

00:11:54,310 --> 00:11:56,010

What do you got?

231

00:11:56,095 --> 00:11:59,264

Some kind of sediment in there.

232

00:11:59,315 --> 00:12:00,899

Okay, have Fong

run it and, uh,

233

00:12:00,966 --> 00:12:02,951

check the bottle for prints.

234

00:12:07,973 --> 00:12:09,741

What is it?

235

00:12:09,808 --> 00:12:12,744

Chin, let me see

those crime scene photos.

236

00:12:17,116 --> 00:12:21,035

Garcia's pants and boots

were caked with red dirt.

237

00:12:21,120 --> 00:12:23,004

Doesn't match the stuff here

at his campsite.

238

00:12:23,088 --> 00:12:24,088

Probably took a hike.

239

00:12:24,156 --> 00:12:25,607

Yeah, well,

he wouldn't hit red dirt

240

00:12:25,674 --> 00:12:27,375

until he got to the other side

of that ridge over there.

241

00:12:27,460 --> 00:12:30,011

My uncle used to take me

up there looking for wild guava.

242

00:12:30,095 --> 00:12:31,829

Lead the way.

243

00:12:37,002 --> 00:12:38,987

So how long were you

and Clay separated?

244

00:12:41,090 --> 00:12:43,291

We weren't officially separated.

245

00:12:43,359 --> 00:12:45,093

But you asked him to leave?

246

00:12:47,029 --> 00:12:49,814

I... I thought

some time

247

00:12:49,882 --> 00:12:51,733

apart would help.

248

00:12:51,800 --> 00:12:53,134

Did you two have a fight?

249

00:12:55,955 --> 00:12:57,872

Yes.

250

00:12:57,957 --> 00:12:59,824

Okay, can you tell us

what it was about?

251

00:13:04,129 --> 00:13:06,381

It's not easy being

married to a SEAL.

252

00:13:06,448 --> 00:13:08,917

He was

always away

253

00:13:08,984 --> 00:13:10,385

on some deployment,

254

00:13:10,469 --> 00:13:14,589

and I never knew when

he was going to come back or...

255

00:13:14,673 --> 00:13:16,474

or if,

256

00:13:16,542 --> 00:13:17,892

and I couldn't

257

00:13:17,977 --> 00:13:19,594

just sit around here and wait.

258

00:13:19,678 --> 00:13:21,963

So you took a job

to keep busy?

259

00:13:22,031 --> 00:13:24,766

Yes, waiting tables.

260

00:13:24,850 --> 00:13:28,052

Okay, um, but he did take

a leave from the navy

261

00:13:28,103 --> 00:13:30,104

to come back here and work

on the marriage, right?

262

00:13:30,189 --> 00:13:31,105

I never asked him

263

00:13:31,190 --> 00:13:33,724

to do that.

264

00:13:33,776 --> 00:13:35,660

Being a SEAL was

the one thing he loved.

265

00:13:35,727 --> 00:13:38,229

More than you?

266

00:13:42,885 --> 00:13:47,038

I'm sorry, I-I didn't...

I didn't even offer you coffee.

267

00:13:47,089 --> 00:13:49,824

I'm fine,

thank you.

268

00:13:55,247 --> 00:13:57,915

Marissa, can I ask you,

was there someone else?

269

00:13:59,935 --> 00:14:02,470

Clay was convinced

that I was having an affair

270

00:14:02,555 --> 00:14:04,105

with my boss at the grill.

271

00:14:04,189 --> 00:14:06,140

Were you?

272

00:14:06,225 --> 00:14:07,525

No.

273

00:14:07,593 --> 00:14:09,310

But he wanted

to believe

274

00:14:09,395 --> 00:14:12,413

there was a reason

why our marriage wasn't working.

275

00:14:13,415 --> 00:14:15,033

And the truth was

276

00:14:15,100 --> 00:14:17,819

I had fallen

out of love with him.

277

00:14:17,903 --> 00:14:20,872

Did, did you tell him that?

278

00:14:22,374 --> 00:14:24,959

He took it pretty hard.

279

00:14:25,044 --> 00:14:26,628

Hmm.

280

00:14:26,712 --> 00:14:28,079

We're going to need

your boss's name.

281

00:14:28,130 --> 00:14:32,133

It's, uh, Nick Drayton.

282

00:14:34,787 --> 00:14:36,437

Thank you.

283

00:14:39,258 --> 00:14:41,175

So what do you think?

284

00:14:41,260 --> 00:14:43,761

I think she's telling the truth.

285

00:14:43,812 --> 00:14:45,513

About the affair

or why her marriage imploded?

286

00:14:45,598 --> 00:14:48,182

She was being evasive

about something.

287

00:14:48,267 --> 00:14:50,902

I'd like to talk to this boss

of hers, check his alibi.

288

00:14:54,657 --> 00:14:56,524

So how long were you married?

289

00:14:56,609 --> 00:15:00,111

That clearly has nothing

to do with this case.

290

00:15:00,162 --> 00:15:01,529

Oh, no, your-your

body language says it does.

291

00:15:01,597 --> 00:15:02,580

My, my body language?

292

00:15:02,648 --> 00:15:04,499

My body language

is "I'm driving."

293

00:15:04,583 --> 00:15:06,117

- See?

- Yeah, no,

294

00:15:06,168 --> 00:15:07,335

you were, you were rubbing

your ring finger.

295

00:15:07,419 --> 00:15:08,620

Every guy does it.

296

00:15:08,671 --> 00:15:10,872

Just means you're thinking

about your own marriage.

297

00:15:10,939 --> 00:15:13,207

Oh, okay.

298

00:15:13,292 --> 00:15:14,509

I just point out

the obvious.

299

00:15:14,576 --> 00:15:16,210

Most men can't handle the

truth when it comes to love.

300

00:15:16,295 --> 00:15:17,962

We can't handle the

truth when it come...?

301

00:15:18,013 --> 00:15:18,963

What are we doing,

302

00:15:19,014 --> 00:15:20,264

A Few Good Men?

303

00:15:20,332 --> 00:15:21,466

What truth can't...

what can't we handle?

304

00:15:21,517 --> 00:15:22,684

That marriages fail.

305

00:15:22,768 --> 00:15:23,685

Well, what

about you?

306

00:15:23,769 --> 00:15:24,802

You ever

been married?

307

00:15:24,853 --> 00:15:27,138

No, no, I came close once.

308

00:15:27,189 --> 00:15:28,856

You came close once?

309

00:15:28,941 --> 00:15:30,108

Close is no good unless

you're playing horseshoes

310

00:15:30,175 --> 00:15:31,109

or hand grenades.

311

00:15:31,176 --> 00:15:32,310

Okay, what do

you mean, clo...?

312

00:15:32,361 --> 00:15:33,895

You either were married

or you were not married.

313

00:15:33,979 --> 00:15:35,563

No, close,

like day-before-the-wedding-

314

00:15:35,648 --> 00:15:36,564

bought-the-dress close.

315

00:15:36,649 --> 00:15:39,150

Wow, Runaway Bride.

316

00:15:39,201 --> 00:15:40,685

What, what happened?

317

00:15:40,736 --> 00:15:41,686

You first.

318

00:15:41,737 --> 00:15:43,705

No, it's very complicated.

319

00:15:43,789 --> 00:15:45,456

Yeah? Ditto.

320

00:15:45,524 --> 00:15:46,691

Hmm.

321

00:15:46,742 --> 00:15:48,242

Listen, I still think

we should go see

322

00:15:48,327 --> 00:15:50,878

this guy Garcia's wife

wasn't having an affair with.

323

00:15:59,171 --> 00:16:01,255

It's up here.

324

00:16:02,474 --> 00:16:04,225

Chin, Chin, Chin, freeze!

325

00:16:04,309 --> 00:16:05,376

What?

326

00:16:05,444 --> 00:16:06,427

Trip wire.

327

00:16:07,529 --> 00:16:09,480

Don't move.

328

00:16:09,548 --> 00:16:11,516

Listen to me.

329

00:16:11,567 --> 00:16:12,934

Just keep

the pressure even, okay?

330

00:16:13,018 --> 00:16:14,235

Don't shift your weight.

331

00:16:14,319 --> 00:16:15,436

- You hear me?

- Yeah.

332

00:16:16,888 --> 00:16:19,390

Just don't move.

333

00:16:23,028 --> 00:16:24,445

What is that?

334

00:16:24,530 --> 00:16:25,830

It's a shotgun shell.

335

00:16:37,710 --> 00:16:39,711

All right, Joe.

336

00:16:45,417 --> 00:16:46,467

You got it?

337

00:16:46,552 --> 00:16:48,085

Yeah, cut it.

338

00:16:52,424 --> 00:16:54,225

Clear.

339

00:16:56,061 --> 00:16:58,062

Crude but effective.

340

00:16:58,113 --> 00:16:59,814

Thanks.

341

00:17:00,866 --> 00:17:04,152

Hawaii's not exactly

the place for...

342

00:17:04,219 --> 00:17:05,436

IEDs.

343

00:17:07,873 --> 00:17:10,191

It is if you want to keep

your investment safe.

344

00:17:11,376 --> 00:17:13,377

Hidden dope grow.

345

00:17:20,469 --> 00:17:24,005

Gentlemen, who wants to retire?

346

00:17:24,089 --> 00:17:27,258

Looks like a couple

million dollars worth.

347

00:17:27,309 --> 00:17:29,177

Okay, so Garcia goes hiking,

348

00:17:29,261 --> 00:17:30,812

he stumbles upon the growers.

349

00:17:30,896 --> 00:17:32,930

How'd he miss stepping

on one of those shells?

350

00:17:32,981 --> 00:17:34,465

He was trained

to spot stuff like that.

351

00:17:34,516 --> 00:17:37,485

Yeah, but he could have

tripped one of these.

352

00:17:37,569 --> 00:17:40,021

That's a motion sensor camera.

353

00:17:40,105 --> 00:17:42,206

It's a pretty high-tech

operation.

354

00:17:42,274 --> 00:17:44,442

Growers monitor the site

from some nearby location.

355

00:17:44,493 --> 00:17:46,861

You think they're watching?

356

00:17:46,945 --> 00:17:49,747

Let's hope so.

357

00:17:57,656 --> 00:17:59,957

Hey, man, you better take

a look at this.

358

00:18:02,478 --> 00:18:04,245

What the hell?

359

00:18:04,313 --> 00:18:06,430

Come on.

360

00:18:19,027 --> 00:18:20,678

There he is.

361

00:18:38,964 --> 00:18:40,631

Don't do it, don't do it.

362

00:18:44,369 --> 00:18:45,970

Car trouble?

363

00:18:50,146 --> 00:18:51,597

So the DEA is paying

364

00:18:51,598 --> 00:18:55,167

a visit to your little

organic farm right about now.

365

00:18:55,251 --> 00:18:57,252

Roots and all, by the time

they get done weighing

366

00:18:57,320 --> 00:18:58,754

all those plants,

367

00:18:58,821 --> 00:19:00,789

you're looking

at a good, long stretch.

368

00:19:00,840 --> 00:19:03,592

This the part where I cooperate?

369

00:19:03,659 --> 00:19:05,544

'Cause it ain't gonna happen.

370

00:19:05,628 --> 00:19:08,213

I got a lawyer for playing nice

with you police.

371

00:19:08,298 --> 00:19:11,100

No, this is the part

where you tell us about him,

372

00:19:11,167 --> 00:19:12,351

and maybe

373

00:19:12,435 --> 00:19:14,970

we take a little of that

weight off the table.

374

00:19:15,021 --> 00:19:16,221

That's Clay Garcia.

375

00:19:16,306 --> 00:19:18,107

He was found shot dead

up near your dope grow.

376

00:19:18,174 --> 00:19:20,025

Look at the photo.

377

00:19:20,110 --> 00:19:21,059

You saw him,

didn't you?

378

00:19:21,127 --> 00:19:23,061

He tripped one

of the cameras.

379

00:19:23,146 --> 00:19:24,446

You pay him

a little visit?

380

00:19:24,514 --> 00:19:25,514

Maybe.

381

00:19:25,565 --> 00:19:27,065

Don't mean I shot him.

382

00:19:27,150 --> 00:19:30,285

No, sure, I mean, you look

more like a pit bulls

383

00:19:30,353 --> 00:19:31,653

and butterfly knife

type of guy to me.

384

00:19:32,522 --> 00:19:33,455

What do you mean?

385

00:19:33,523 --> 00:19:34,623

Somebody shot him

in the head,

386

00:19:34,690 --> 00:19:35,824

made it look like a suicide.

387

00:19:35,875 --> 00:19:38,327

Oh, yeah, that ain't my style,

388

00:19:38,378 --> 00:19:39,795

but you already know that,

don't you?

389

00:19:39,862 --> 00:19:41,497

Yeah, we already know that.

390

00:19:41,548 --> 00:19:43,698

What we don't know is what

happened after you ran into him.

391

00:19:43,750 --> 00:19:44,917

Why don't you tell us

about that?

392

00:19:47,670 --> 00:19:49,605

Dude was ice, man.

393

00:19:49,672 --> 00:19:53,725

Had my boy put a knife to him,

and next thing I know,

394

00:19:53,810 --> 00:19:56,011

he's on the ground

with busted fingers.

395

00:19:57,680 --> 00:19:58,564

What did you do?

396

00:19:58,648 --> 00:20:00,065

Told him to stay

away from our grow

397

00:20:00,150 --> 00:20:02,351

and we got

no problem.

398

00:20:02,402 --> 00:20:04,853

We left it cool.

399

00:20:04,904 --> 00:20:06,388

Anybody else

up there with him?

400

00:20:06,439 --> 00:20:07,439

Not with him.

401

00:20:07,524 --> 00:20:09,441

We had another trip

on the cameras.

402

00:20:09,526 --> 00:20:12,294

Went looking, but we

couldn't find him.

403

00:20:12,362 --> 00:20:13,412

What did this guy look like?

404

00:20:13,496 --> 00:20:15,664

Don't know, some haole.

405

00:20:15,731 --> 00:20:18,167

They all look alike.

406

00:20:18,234 --> 00:20:19,117

Yeah.

407

00:20:19,202 --> 00:20:20,619

All right,

408

00:20:20,703 --> 00:20:22,171

how many of those trip cameras

you got up there?

409

00:20:22,238 --> 00:20:23,572

Six.

410

00:20:23,623 --> 00:20:24,923

Ain't nobody get

near the grow

411

00:20:25,008 --> 00:20:26,175

without us putting

eyes on 'em.

412

00:20:26,242 --> 00:20:28,710

We need to see

that footage.

413

00:20:28,761 --> 00:20:29,878

So Caetano said

414

00:20:29,929 --> 00:20:32,798

that somebody else was

up there with Garcia, right?

415

00:20:32,866 --> 00:20:33,966

Did you get a description?

416

00:20:34,033 --> 00:20:35,634

Yeah, haole--

we all look alike.

417

00:20:35,702 --> 00:20:38,170

Lori, I need you to pull

footage off Caetano's cameras.

418

00:20:38,238 --> 00:20:40,572

I'm betting

our killer made a cameo.

419

00:20:40,640 --> 00:20:41,723

Okay, get right on it.

420

00:20:41,774 --> 00:20:42,941

Hey, hey, hey, hey,

421

00:20:43,026 --> 00:20:44,877

listen, she follows

orders, she likes sports.

422

00:20:44,944 --> 00:20:46,745

I mean, if she was

into blowing stuff up

423

00:20:46,813 --> 00:20:48,080

and romantic getaways

424

00:20:48,147 --> 00:20:51,116

at the DMZ, I'd say we are

looking at a love connection.

425

00:20:51,184 --> 00:20:52,601

That's funny.

426

00:20:52,652 --> 00:20:53,935

Garcia's wife give you anything?

427

00:20:53,987 --> 00:20:55,220

Yeah, he thought

428

00:20:55,288 --> 00:20:57,539

she was having an affair,

uh, but she wasn't.

429

00:20:57,607 --> 00:20:59,157

Okay, you just took

her word for it?

430

00:20:59,242 --> 00:21:00,993

Yeah, I did,

she seemed

431

00:21:01,077 --> 00:21:02,911

pretty upset

about her husband's murder.

432

00:21:02,962 --> 00:21:04,296

You get a name?

433

00:21:04,380 --> 00:21:06,164

Yeah, Nick Drayton.

434

00:21:06,249 --> 00:21:08,000

He manages

the Hula Room Bar and Grill,

435

00:21:08,084 --> 00:21:10,068

and I'm guessing

he is not the kind of guy

436

00:21:10,136 --> 00:21:11,920

to kill a SEAL

and make it look like suicide.

437

00:21:18,211 --> 00:21:20,229

Whoa.

438

00:21:21,931 --> 00:21:24,550

Evidence in a hit-and-run

over in Kailua.

439

00:21:24,617 --> 00:21:27,102

You heard

from Kono lately?

440

00:21:27,153 --> 00:21:29,571

Because she's not

returning my calls.

441

00:21:29,639 --> 00:21:30,989

I.A. investigation's got

her all turned around.

442

00:21:31,074 --> 00:21:32,441

You said on the phone

you had something?

443

00:21:32,492 --> 00:21:33,775

Yeah.

444

00:21:33,826 --> 00:21:35,043

Lab results

came back

445

00:21:35,111 --> 00:21:36,361

on that bottle you found

at the crime scene.

446

00:21:40,833 --> 00:21:42,784

So the bottle was

spiked with ketamine.

447

00:21:42,835 --> 00:21:44,987

It's a sedative used

to tranquilize horses.

448

00:21:45,054 --> 00:21:46,104

What about prints?

449

00:21:46,172 --> 00:21:47,406

The victim's and

another set of prints

450

00:21:47,473 --> 00:21:50,409

that we ran through the system

got a hit off a DUI pop.

451

00:21:50,476 --> 00:21:52,427

- Meet Nick Drayton.

- Wait a minute.

452

00:21:52,495 --> 00:21:54,129

Didn't Garcia think

his wife was having an affair

453

00:21:54,180 --> 00:21:55,297

with a guy called Nick Drayton?

454

00:21:55,348 --> 00:21:57,966

Yes.

455

00:21:58,017 --> 00:21:59,785

Ah.

456

00:21:59,852 --> 00:22:01,970

So you drug a Navy SEAL, and

you make it look like a suicide?

457

00:22:02,021 --> 00:22:03,605

- What are you talking about?

- All right, oh, oh, listen.

458

00:22:03,673 --> 00:22:05,524

We just want to know, was

his wife involved, yes or no?

459

00:22:05,608 --> 00:22:08,226

- No. Look...

- You, look, all right?

460

00:22:08,311 --> 00:22:09,344

What happened

461

00:22:09,395 --> 00:22:10,979

to your arm, huh?

Garcia do that?

462

00:22:11,030 --> 00:22:11,947

Huh? Huh?

463

00:22:12,014 --> 00:22:12,965

You're lucky

he didn't do more

464

00:22:13,032 --> 00:22:14,116

for sleeping with his wife.

465

00:22:14,183 --> 00:22:15,450

Hey, hold on!

466

00:22:15,518 --> 00:22:17,286

I didn't sleep

with his wife.

467

00:22:17,353 --> 00:22:19,237

Let's get

that straight.

468

00:22:19,322 --> 00:22:22,741

I went to see him

because Marissa's a friend,

469

00:22:22,825 --> 00:22:24,743

and she was going through

some tough times.

470

00:22:24,827 --> 00:22:26,378

I wanted to talk

some sense into him.

471

00:22:26,462 --> 00:22:28,363

Oh, that was nice of you.

How about you explain to me

472

00:22:28,414 --> 00:22:30,332

how your fingerprints got on a

bottle of whiskey that I found

473

00:22:30,383 --> 00:22:31,917

at the crime scene?

Explain that to me.

474

00:22:32,001 --> 00:22:33,552

How about the ketamine,

you slipped into his drink?

475

00:22:33,636 --> 00:22:35,304

Ketamine. What is that?

476

00:22:35,371 --> 00:22:36,638

It's the drug you

used to knock him out

477

00:22:36,706 --> 00:22:37,973

before you shot

him in the head.

478

00:22:38,040 --> 00:22:40,342

Listen, I told you guys.

479

00:22:40,393 --> 00:22:42,594

I went to see him

at his hotel room

480

00:22:42,679 --> 00:22:44,212

to talk some

sense into him.

481

00:22:44,263 --> 00:22:45,880

All right?

He'd been drinking.

482

00:22:45,932 --> 00:22:49,217

And I-I tried to take

the bottle away from him.

483

00:22:49,268 --> 00:22:50,569

Bad idea.

484

00:22:50,653 --> 00:22:55,157

I got a dislocated shoulder

for being a good Samaritan.

485

00:22:55,224 --> 00:22:57,159

I didn't kill him.

486

00:22:57,226 --> 00:22:59,227

I swear.

487

00:23:00,896 --> 00:23:02,497

Tell me something.

488

00:23:02,565 --> 00:23:03,699

You buy this guy's story?

489

00:23:03,750 --> 00:23:06,284

Yeah.

490

00:23:06,369 --> 00:23:07,703

That's it?

Just like that?

491

00:23:07,754 --> 00:23:09,504

Mm-hmm, yeah, pretty much.

492

00:23:09,572 --> 00:23:11,873

Okay, well, it still

doesn't explain how and why

493

00:23:11,924 --> 00:23:13,709

somebody would sneak

onto Garcia's camp site,

494

00:23:13,760 --> 00:23:16,578

drug him, shoot him

and make it look like a suicide.

495

00:23:16,629 --> 00:23:20,132

What's interesting to me is

that all this guy was doing...

496

00:23:20,216 --> 00:23:22,734

all he was doing was

trying to save his marriage.

497

00:23:22,802 --> 00:23:24,586

That's not what

got him killed, though.

498

00:23:24,637 --> 00:23:26,972

He did everything he could,

every single thing he could,

499

00:23:27,056 --> 00:23:28,190

and it just wasn't enough.

500

00:23:28,257 --> 00:23:29,641

Okay, who's marriage

are we talking about?

501

00:23:29,726 --> 00:23:31,343

I mean, he takes

a leave of absence,

502

00:23:31,411 --> 00:23:33,945

okay, to give it one

last try, but no, no.

503

00:23:34,030 --> 00:23:36,765

But see, me, if I would have

done that, I guarantee you

504

00:23:36,816 --> 00:23:38,900

Rachel and I would still

be together today, okay?

505

00:23:38,951 --> 00:23:41,236

I wouldn't be talking

on the phone to Gracie,

506

00:23:41,287 --> 00:23:43,321

telling her why Daddy only gets

to see her every other weekend.

507

00:23:43,389 --> 00:23:44,773

Why are you blaming yourself,

Danny?

508

00:23:48,110 --> 00:23:50,278

Max, what do you got?

509

00:23:50,329 --> 00:23:51,496

I think it would be a good idea

510

00:23:51,581 --> 00:23:52,947

for you to come down here

to the morgue.

511

00:23:52,999 --> 00:23:54,249

Why? What is it?

512

00:23:54,300 --> 00:23:57,386

And you should bring

Commander White with you, too.

513

00:23:57,453 --> 00:24:00,222

So who's this guy?

514

00:24:00,289 --> 00:24:02,123

A pickup truck went

over the bridge

515

00:24:02,175 --> 00:24:04,125

on H2 near the

North Shore.

516

00:24:04,177 --> 00:24:06,395

I thought it was going

to be another routine

517

00:24:06,462 --> 00:24:08,180

traffic accident autopsy,

but then

518

00:24:08,264 --> 00:24:09,798

I saw this.

519

00:24:09,849 --> 00:24:12,017

Whoa, whoa, whoa.

520

00:24:12,101 --> 00:24:13,968

Somebody want

to fill in the civilian?

521

00:24:14,020 --> 00:24:15,804

Yeah, yeah, Danny, this guy's

a member of SEAL Team Nine.

522

00:24:15,855 --> 00:24:18,106

Same as Petty

Officer Garcia.

523

00:24:18,157 --> 00:24:19,357

Yes, I remember it

from the autopsy,

524

00:24:19,442 --> 00:24:20,809

but I found

the coincidence

525

00:24:20,860 --> 00:24:21,943

just a little too much.

526

00:24:21,994 --> 00:24:24,312

Whoa, this guy died

in the car accident.

527

00:24:24,363 --> 00:24:28,250

Only it was made

to look like an accident.

528

00:24:31,788 --> 00:24:33,789

When an air bag deploys,

529

00:24:33,856 --> 00:24:35,757

it releases

hydroxide propellants.

530

00:24:35,825 --> 00:24:37,325

That's the stuff that makes

531

00:24:37,393 --> 00:24:38,794

your nose and

eyes watery

532

00:24:38,845 --> 00:24:40,796

if you're lucky enough

to survive the crash.

533

00:24:40,847 --> 00:24:43,932

He wasn't

lucky, Max.

534

00:24:43,999 --> 00:24:45,500

I had the lab pull the air bag.

535

00:24:46,969 --> 00:24:48,470

Hydroxide?

536

00:24:48,521 --> 00:24:51,005

Yes, even in traffic

fatalities such as this one,

537

00:24:51,057 --> 00:24:53,675

hydroxide is found

in the sinuses and the lungs.

538

00:24:53,726 --> 00:24:55,277

But when

539

00:24:55,344 --> 00:24:57,362

I autopsied,

the lungs were clear.

540

00:24:58,698 --> 00:25:00,649

Meaning he was dead

before the accident.

541

00:25:00,700 --> 00:25:02,851

Yes. Also found high

levels of ketamine

542

00:25:02,902 --> 00:25:04,736

in the blood, as

well as suspicious

543

00:25:04,821 --> 00:25:07,188

amounts of head trauma that

didn't match the amount

544

00:25:07,240 --> 00:25:09,190

of damage done

to the vehicle.

545

00:25:09,242 --> 00:25:11,293

Somebody is systematically

546

00:25:11,360 --> 00:25:13,795

knocking off the members

of SEAL Team Nine.

547

00:25:35,068 --> 00:25:38,638

Hells bells, Tolvin, put some

stick on 'em in my pool!

548

00:25:38,705 --> 00:25:40,473

It's not synchronized swimming.

549

00:25:40,541 --> 00:25:41,774

Hey! Hey! Hey!

550

00:25:41,842 --> 00:25:43,576

Swim or die, boy.

Swim or die.

551

00:25:43,644 --> 00:25:46,329

You're getting soft

in your old age, Wade.

552

00:25:46,380 --> 00:25:48,664

Why don't you jump in the pool

and show 'em how it's done?

553

00:25:48,715 --> 00:25:52,201

Wade. Steve, this is CO

Wade Gutches, SD Team One.

554

00:25:52,252 --> 00:25:54,253

- Commander Steve McGarrett.

- Commander.

555

00:25:54,338 --> 00:25:55,704

Heard a lot about you

and your task force.

556

00:25:55,756 --> 00:25:57,706

You, too, sir.

557

00:25:57,758 --> 00:25:59,725

You got a minute

we can talk?

558

00:25:59,810 --> 00:26:02,044

Yeah, sure.

559

00:26:08,001 --> 00:26:09,352

What's up?

560

00:26:09,403 --> 00:26:11,887

Hoping you can help us

with a case.

561

00:26:11,939 --> 00:26:14,056

It involves

the SEALs.

562

00:26:14,107 --> 00:26:15,475

Is MP, provost marshal involved

in the investigation?

563

00:26:15,542 --> 00:26:16,659

Just Five-O, sir.

564

00:26:16,726 --> 00:26:19,162

Two teams guys

have already shown up dead.

565

00:26:19,229 --> 00:26:21,247

One was made to look

like a suicide,

566

00:26:21,331 --> 00:26:22,615

the other a car accident.

567

00:26:22,699 --> 00:26:24,167

Petty Officer Garcia

568

00:26:24,234 --> 00:26:25,401

didn't kill himself, though.

569

00:26:25,452 --> 00:26:26,569

He was murdered.

570

00:26:26,620 --> 00:26:27,620

And the other SEAL?

571

00:26:27,704 --> 00:26:30,122

Petty Officer Jamsek.

572

00:26:30,207 --> 00:26:31,457

He was killed last night, sir.

573

00:26:31,542 --> 00:26:33,092

Both men were members

574

00:26:33,177 --> 00:26:35,344

of SEAL Team Nine.

575

00:26:38,098 --> 00:26:40,683

Platoon is stationed on

the island for covert training.

576

00:26:40,750 --> 00:26:42,685

We have reason to believe, sir,

577

00:26:42,752 --> 00:26:44,103

these men are being targeted

578

00:26:44,188 --> 00:26:45,421

because of their involvement

with SEAL Team Nine.

579

00:26:45,472 --> 00:26:46,522

You know these guys

580

00:26:46,590 --> 00:26:47,773

better than anyone.

581

00:26:47,858 --> 00:26:49,942

Is it possible that a team

member has gone rogue

582

00:26:50,027 --> 00:26:51,444

and is out there

killing off SEALs?

583

00:26:51,528 --> 00:26:53,596

Nobody else knows

who they are, so...

584

00:26:53,647 --> 00:26:55,314

No, there's no way Navy

SEALs are behind this.

585

00:26:55,399 --> 00:26:56,816

Okay, well, that's why

we need the names

586

00:26:56,900 --> 00:26:58,284

of all the men

on that SEAL team.

587

00:26:58,368 --> 00:26:59,602

Oh, you know I'm not at liberty

588

00:26:59,653 --> 00:27:00,786

to give you that information.

It's classified.

589

00:27:00,871 --> 00:27:01,988

Sir, I understand

if you have

590

00:27:02,072 --> 00:27:03,439

to run this up the

chain of command,

591

00:27:03,490 --> 00:27:05,608

but I need to cross-reference

their after-action reports

592

00:27:05,659 --> 00:27:07,743

so I can work out who's

going after these boys, and why.

593

00:27:09,779 --> 00:27:11,714

Afraid I can't help you.

594

00:27:11,781 --> 00:27:14,000

Wade, we need

to end this

595

00:27:14,084 --> 00:27:15,751

before another one

of these men dies,

596

00:27:15,802 --> 00:27:17,670

and we can't do that

without your help.

597

00:27:17,754 --> 00:27:19,305

We owe them at least that, sir.

598

00:27:20,340 --> 00:27:22,291

Oh, you know that tiki bar

599

00:27:22,342 --> 00:27:24,644

I took you to

last time you were here?

600

00:27:24,728 --> 00:27:26,479

Sure do.

601

00:27:26,547 --> 00:27:27,980

et me there, 20 hundred.

602

00:27:28,065 --> 00:27:29,298

Don't be late.

603

00:27:29,349 --> 00:27:31,901

All right, ladies,

604

00:27:31,968 --> 00:27:34,153

bottom of the

pool, let's go.

605

00:27:55,425 --> 00:27:57,159

Where are we going?

606

00:27:57,210 --> 00:27:59,011

Come on.

607

00:28:18,298 --> 00:28:20,900

What, are we picking

up your boss's shirts?

608

00:28:20,984 --> 00:28:23,536

Oh, you're funny. Really.

609

00:28:34,798 --> 00:28:36,582

Gun.

610

00:28:43,707 --> 00:28:45,708

Two to you, Frank.

611

00:28:47,561 --> 00:28:49,562

Fold.

612

00:28:51,598 --> 00:28:53,599

Officer Kalakaua.

613

00:28:55,819 --> 00:28:58,604

Or should I say,

ex-officer Kalakaua?

614

00:28:59,656 --> 00:29:01,557

Kono's fine.

615

00:29:02,559 --> 00:29:04,893

Frank Delano.

616

00:29:04,945 --> 00:29:08,397

I'm sure you know

who I am, though.

617

00:29:08,448 --> 00:29:09,715

I've heard a few things.

618

00:29:09,783 --> 00:29:11,000

We're starting

619

00:29:11,068 --> 00:29:12,918

to a get reputation,

huh, Ray?

620

00:29:13,003 --> 00:29:15,788

Gonna have to do

something about that.

621

00:29:15,872 --> 00:29:17,807

I heard about you

on the force.

622

00:29:19,593 --> 00:29:21,410

That's ancient history.

623

00:29:21,461 --> 00:29:24,797

Moved on to greener pastures,

as they say.

624

00:29:24,881 --> 00:29:27,183

Much greener. Come.

625

00:29:27,250 --> 00:29:28,300

Sit.

626

00:29:32,139 --> 00:29:34,724

You want a drink?

627

00:29:34,775 --> 00:29:36,025

No, thanks.

628

00:29:39,980 --> 00:29:41,697

I don't trust cops

who don't drink.

629

00:29:41,765 --> 00:29:43,032

Especially ex-cops.

630

00:29:46,570 --> 00:29:48,070

So have a drink.

631

00:29:53,243 --> 00:29:55,711

To Captain Fryer.

632

00:29:57,748 --> 00:29:59,715

Don't worry.

633

00:29:59,783 --> 00:30:02,385

Fryer and his IA rat squad

will get theirs.

634

00:30:02,452 --> 00:30:04,453

Not soon enough.

635

00:30:10,143 --> 00:30:12,094

Listen, Kono,

636

00:30:12,145 --> 00:30:14,063

I don't want to

637

00:30:14,130 --> 00:30:16,232

sit around all day

and play footsie.

638

00:30:16,299 --> 00:30:19,985

A person with your skill

set and job experience has

639

00:30:20,070 --> 00:30:22,571

a certain value

in my line of work.

640

00:30:22,639 --> 00:30:24,690

And what kind of work is that?

641

00:30:26,443 --> 00:30:28,694

It's kind of like police work.

642

00:30:28,779 --> 00:30:31,197

Except the bad

guys we take down,

643

00:30:31,281 --> 00:30:33,115

we don't read Miranda.

644

00:30:33,166 --> 00:30:35,584

We just take their money.

645

00:30:35,652 --> 00:30:38,370

So you provide a public service.

646

00:30:38,455 --> 00:30:40,589

Something like that.

647

00:30:42,342 --> 00:30:45,177

So, why am I here?

648

00:30:45,262 --> 00:30:47,296

I have a job opening.

649

00:30:47,347 --> 00:30:49,515

What kind of job?

650

00:30:49,599 --> 00:30:53,636

Think I'd like

to ease you into it first.

651

00:30:55,522 --> 00:30:57,473

Provide us with

some information

652

00:30:57,524 --> 00:31:02,010

about an upcoming HPD raid,

and... we'll see how that goes.

653

00:31:05,649 --> 00:31:08,484

How do you expect me to get you

that kind of information?

654

00:31:08,535 --> 00:31:09,702

You're a...

655

00:31:09,786 --> 00:31:11,954

resourceful woman, Kono.

656

00:31:12,021 --> 00:31:14,623

You figure it out.

657

00:31:17,861 --> 00:31:19,845

Wade.

658

00:31:22,198 --> 00:31:24,300

Sorry about having

to shut you guys down earlier.

659

00:31:24,367 --> 00:31:25,835

Base is crawling

with navy intel.

660

00:31:25,886 --> 00:31:27,470

There's no need

to apologize.

661

00:31:27,537 --> 00:31:30,038

Had a serious

security breach recently.

662

00:31:30,090 --> 00:31:33,726

And SEAL Team Nine's

identities got compromised

663

00:31:33,810 --> 00:31:35,511

in the security breach,

didn't they?

664

00:31:35,562 --> 00:31:37,263

Among other things, yeah.

665

00:31:37,347 --> 00:31:38,848

But we think the hacker

666

00:31:38,899 --> 00:31:41,901

was targeting

this information specifically.

667

00:31:41,985 --> 00:31:44,019

And your investigation

confirms that.

668

00:31:44,070 --> 00:31:45,571

All right, when

did this happen?

669

00:31:45,655 --> 00:31:47,022

A week ago.

670

00:31:47,073 --> 00:31:49,658

Intel brass is trying to run

down the source of the breach.

671

00:31:49,726 --> 00:31:52,244

All right, well, it's definitely

connected to those murders.

672

00:31:52,329 --> 00:31:54,914

I mean, whoever stole that

list is picking off SEALs.

673

00:31:54,998 --> 00:31:57,566

I did run that up

the chain of command,

674

00:31:57,617 --> 00:31:59,668

and we are in the process

of locating

675

00:31:59,736 --> 00:32:03,205

and returning to base all

the active and reservist members

676

00:32:03,256 --> 00:32:04,707

of SEAL Team Nine,

and that, gentlemen,

677

00:32:04,758 --> 00:32:06,041

is all I can

tell you.

678

00:32:06,092 --> 00:32:07,293

Listen, we're

up and running

679

00:32:07,377 --> 00:32:08,511

on this investigation,

you understand?

680

00:32:08,578 --> 00:32:09,962

By the time the

provost marshal

681

00:32:10,046 --> 00:32:13,098

gets savvy, more SEALs could be

in danger, if not dead.

682

00:32:13,183 --> 00:32:14,834

Copy.

683

00:32:14,901 --> 00:32:17,186

But you, more than anybody,

should understand

684

00:32:17,253 --> 00:32:20,356

that I cannot compromise

an ongoing naval investigation.

685

00:32:20,423 --> 00:32:23,776

Now, I said,

I'll do what I can.

686

00:32:23,860 --> 00:32:26,228

Mm-hmm.

687

00:32:26,279 --> 00:32:28,280

Thanks for the beer.

688

00:32:30,700 --> 00:32:32,701

That was a

waste of time.

689

00:32:34,070 --> 00:32:36,805

Nice of him to leave us a little

reading material, though,

690

00:32:36,873 --> 00:32:38,874

even though

it's a year old.

691

00:32:48,385 --> 00:32:51,220

Last June, Sinoloan Cartel,

692

00:32:51,287 --> 00:32:52,755

headed by Rafa Alvaro,

693

00:32:52,806 --> 00:32:55,040

was raided by

a joint DEA task force.

694

00:32:55,108 --> 00:32:57,012

I, uh, I studied the

aerial surveillance

695
