1

00:00:10,727 --> 00:00:12,232

Tu sais que ça porte

malheur de te bander

2

00:00:12,233 --> 00:00:14,264

tes propres mains,

et tu...

3

00:00:14,332 --> 00:00:16,463

tu dois l'envelopper un plus

épais au niveau des articulations.

4

00:00:18,138 --> 00:00:21,109

Laisse moi t'aider avec cette main droite.

5

00:00:22,073 --> 00:00:23,473

Tu sais comment faire ça?

6

00:00:23,540 --> 00:00:27,036

Ouai, j'ai fait du Muay Thai,

un peu de jiujitsu.

7

00:00:27,104 --> 00:00:28,634

Vraiment?

8

00:00:29,970 --> 00:00:31,269

Ouai.

9

00:00:31,270 --> 00:00:32,871

J'avais l'habitude de m'entrainer

avec mon ex petit ami.

10

00:00:32,900 --> 00:00:35,035

C'était marrant jusqu'au moment

où je commençais à le battre.

11

00:00:35,086 --> 00:00:37,204

Oh. Peut être que tu devrais aller

12

00:00:37,255 --> 00:00:39,256

sur le ring à ma place.

13

00:00:39,324 --> 00:00:40,874

Il n'est pas trop tard pour renoncer.

14

00:00:40,925 --> 00:00:45,095

Ça ne sera pas si sexy

si ton nez finit de travers.

15

00:00:45,179 --> 00:00:47,547

Désolé. Es-tu...

es-tu en train de me faire un compliment?

16

00:00:47,599 --> 00:00:49,582

Peut être.

17

00:00:50,435 --> 00:00:52,135

Okay, ferme ton point.

Bien serré.

18

00:00:53,221 --> 00:00:55,105

Okay.

19

00:00:58,610 --> 00:01:00,110

Hey, McGarrett?

20

00:01:00,178 --> 00:01:01,311

Yop

C'est a toi.

21

00:01:01,396 --> 00:01:03,280

Très bien.

22

00:01:03,364 --> 00:01:05,782

Encore un pour la chance.

23

00:01:06,618 --> 00:01:08,285

Bien.

C'est l'heure du spectacle.

24

00:01:08,369 --> 00:01:09,319

C'est l'heure du spectacle.

25

00:01:23,051 --> 00:01:24,968

Tu as essayé de le convaincre

de ne pas y aller n'est ce pas?

26

00:01:25,036 --> 00:01:26,136

Ouai, je l'ai fait.

27

00:01:26,204 --> 00:01:28,121

Ça n'a pas vraiment marché.

Clairement.

28

00:01:28,172 --> 00:01:30,641

Wow.

29

00:01:39,017 --> 00:01:39,983

Oh, pas ce gars.

30

00:01:41,919 --> 00:01:43,420

Oh, regarde ça.

31

00:01:43,488 --> 00:01:45,305

C'est parfait.

32

00:01:45,356 --> 00:01:46,657

Qu'est ce que tu fais?

33

00:01:46,741 --> 00:01:48,275

Je me prépare à jeter

l'éponge avant que tu meurs.

34

00:01:48,326 --> 00:01:48,942

Protège-dents.

35

00:01:49,010 --> 00:01:50,861

Protège-dents.

36

00:01:50,945 --> 00:01:52,479

Tu as besoin d'un casque,

pas d'un protège dents.

37

00:01:58,169 --> 00:02:00,237

Prends les.

38

00:02:06,427 --> 00:02:07,994

Les gars, venez ici.

39

00:02:09,130 --> 00:02:10,330

Des questions?

40

00:02:11,215 --> 00:02:12,332

C'est parti.

41

00:02:18,606 --> 00:02:19,690

Vous êtes prêts?

Vous êtes prêts?

42

00:02:19,774 --> 00:02:20,857

Combattez!

43

00:03:06,104 --> 00:03:09,406

Da Hui Team présente :

44

00:03:09,431 --> 00:03:13,431

Hawaii Five-O 2x06

Ka Hakaka Maika'I

Original Air Date on October 24, 2011

45

00:03:45,726 --> 00:03:46,777

Loco Moco de Rainbow?

46

00:03:46,861 --> 00:03:47,778

Oui, monsieur.

47

00:03:49,063 --> 00:03:50,280

J'espère que tu en as apporté

assez pour tout le monde.

48

00:03:50,348 --> 00:03:53,600

Special Agent Kensi Blye

de NCIS

49

00:03:53,651 --> 00:03:55,385

Bureau de Los Angeles,

c'est Steve McGarrett.

50

00:03:55,453 --> 00:03:56,553

Enchanté.

51

00:03:56,621 --> 00:03:59,322

- Enchanté. NCIS, hein?

- Ouai

52

00:03:59,407 --> 00:04:00,791

Tu diras à Sam que

je n'ai pas oublié

53

00:04:00,875 --> 00:04:03,160

le steak et le diner que je

lui dois, mais il doit venir ici

54

00:04:03,244 --> 00:04:04,544

pour l'avoir, okay?

55

00:04:04,612 --> 00:04:06,396

Je voudrais commencer à économiser.

L'homme peut ranger les protéines.

56

00:04:06,464 --> 00:04:07,831

- Voila, vous pouvez prendre celui-ci.

- Merci.

57

00:04:07,915 --> 00:04:10,300

Oh, sympa.

58

00:04:10,384 --> 00:04:11,635

Wow.

59

00:04:11,719 --> 00:04:12,785

Ooh.

60

00:04:12,837 --> 00:04:14,671

Qu'est ce que vous faites avec ça?

61

00:04:15,923 --> 00:04:18,291

J'avais besoin d'aide

pour analyser l'enregistrement.

62

00:04:18,342 --> 00:04:22,979

D'après Joe, c'est une réunion

entre le Gouverneur Jameson,

63

00:04:23,064 --> 00:04:25,098

Wo Fat et votre père

64

00:04:25,149 --> 00:04:27,300

qui a été enregistrer par une

camera de surveillance dans le bureau

65

00:04:27,401 --> 00:04:28,935

du Gouverneur Jameson il y a plus d'un an.

66

00:04:28,986 --> 00:04:32,189

Seulement, vous n'avez aucune idée de ce

qu'il dit car l'enregistrement audio craint.

67

00:04:32,256 --> 00:04:33,323

Ce qu'elle veut dire,

68

00:04:33,407 --> 00:04:35,826

c'est que le fichier audio est irrécuperable.

69

00:04:35,910 --> 00:04:37,944

J'ai demandé à l'Agent Blye de Los Angles.

70

00:04:37,995 --> 00:04:40,997

C'est une experte pour lire sur les lèvres,

et nous pouvons lui faire confiance.

71

00:04:41,082 --> 00:04:43,033

Vous êtes sûr de ça?

72

00:04:43,117 --> 00:04:44,951

Y-a-t-il quelque chose que je devrais savoir?

73

00:04:45,002 --> 00:04:48,672

Um, j'en dois une à Joe.

74

00:04:48,756 --> 00:04:50,674

Il a tiré quelques ficelles

75

00:04:50,758 --> 00:04:52,959

et m'a sorti d'une situation

légérement compliqué à Jakarta,

76

00:04:53,010 --> 00:04:55,128

donc, uh, ouai, vous

pouvez me faire confiance.

77

00:04:55,179 --> 00:04:57,130

Tu n'étais pas supposé être à Jakarta.

78

00:04:57,181 --> 00:04:59,382

Tu n'étais pas supposé

savoir que j'étais à Jakarta.

79

00:04:59,467 --> 00:05:01,501

Touché.

80

00:05:01,552 --> 00:05:03,570

Comment ça s'appelle déja?

81

00:05:03,638 --> 00:05:05,355

Loco Moco. C'est un mélange de riz,

82

00:05:05,423 --> 00:05:07,190

d'hamburger, d'oeufs grillées

et d'un jus de viandes/légumes.

83

00:05:07,275 --> 00:05:08,725

Mmm. Séparément... délicieux

84

00:05:08,809 --> 00:05:10,727

Ensemble... le paradis.

C'est génial.

85

00:05:10,811 --> 00:05:12,812

Ouai, c'est bon.

Vous avez quelque chose?

86

00:05:12,864 --> 00:05:14,847

Bien. Um, j'ai donc réussi

87

00:05:14,899 --> 00:05:16,483

à déchiffrer un morceau de la conversation.

88

00:05:16,534 --> 00:05:18,034

Ils ont échangés des civilités

89

00:05:18,119 --> 00:05:21,238

Et... petit bavardage,

petit bavardage, petit bavardage

90

00:05:21,322 --> 00:05:24,207

jusqu'...ici.

91

00:05:24,292 --> 00:05:25,876

Votre père dit quelque chose qui fait réagir.

92

00:05:25,960 --> 00:05:27,694

Qu'est ce qu'il a dit?

93

00:05:27,745 --> 00:05:30,580

Il dit,

"Je veux savoir à propos de Shelburne."

94

00:05:30,665 --> 00:05:32,465

Shelburne?

95

00:05:32,533 --> 00:05:34,634

Et après votre homme Wo Fat

repond en demandant,

96

00:05:34,702 --> 00:05:36,553

"Qui vous a parlé de Shelburne?"

97

00:05:36,637 --> 00:05:38,204

Et c'est là que votre père

98

00:05:38,256 --> 00:05:39,839

se tourne, et je ne peux pas voir sa réponse,

99

00:05:39,891 --> 00:05:42,041

mais Wo Fat est clairement devenu

tendu en entendant le mot "Shelburne."

100

00:05:42,093 --> 00:05:44,177

Shelburne.

101

00:05:44,228 --> 00:05:46,513

Ça vous dit quelque chose?

102

00:05:46,564 --> 00:05:49,065

Non.

103

00:05:49,150 --> 00:05:51,017

Moi non plus.

Eh bien, ça pourrait être

104

00:05:51,068 --> 00:05:52,435

le nom de quelqu'un, ou une rue?

105

00:05:52,520 --> 00:05:54,220

Ça pourrait être un

code pour quelque chose.

106

00:05:54,272 --> 00:05:55,939

Je ne pense pas.

J'ai lancé une recherche

107

00:05:56,023 --> 00:05:57,440

dans la base de données de cryptages

de la Navy, ça n'a rien donné.

108

00:05:57,525 --> 00:05:59,892

Mokoto nous a mené à cette video.

109

00:05:59,944 --> 00:06:01,912

Peut être qu'il sait ce qu'est Shelburne.

110

00:06:01,996 --> 00:06:03,079

Je suis désolée.

111

00:06:03,164 --> 00:06:04,414

Qui est Mokoto?

112

00:06:05,833 --> 00:06:07,367

Vraiment les gars?

113

00:06:07,418 --> 00:06:08,535

J'ai une autorisation

de sécurité de niveau 5.

114

00:06:08,586 --> 00:06:10,036

Je peux chercher son nom,

si vous me dites

115

00:06:10,087 --> 00:06:12,205

qui il est ou non, alors nous

allons le faire ou quoi?

116

00:06:12,256 --> 00:06:14,090

Pourquoi étais-tu à Jakarta?

117

00:06:14,175 --> 00:06:15,408

Une autre histoire, un autre jour.

118

00:06:15,459 --> 00:06:17,427

Tout ce que vous me dites au sujet

de Mokoto reste entre nous.

119

00:06:19,380 --> 00:06:23,350

Mokoto a engagé mon père pour

enquêter sur le gouverneur Jameson.

120

00:06:23,417 --> 00:06:25,418

Ouai. Danny.

121

00:06:26,420 --> 00:06:28,438

J'arrive.

122

00:06:28,522 --> 00:06:30,390

J'ai une affaire, je dois y aller.

123

00:06:30,441 --> 00:06:31,975

Merci pour l'aide, okay? Aloha.

124

00:06:32,059 --> 00:06:35,145

Aloha. Mahalo

pour le petit dej'

125

00:06:39,617 --> 00:06:42,652

Quelque chose me dit qu'il

ne va pas laisser passer ça.

126

00:06:42,737 --> 00:06:44,937

Non.

127

00:06:51,629 --> 00:06:53,112

La victime est Jake Griffin.

128

00:06:53,164 --> 00:06:54,431

Le gars du restaurant?

129

00:06:54,498 --> 00:06:55,765

Ouai, le seul et l'unique.

130

00:06:55,833 --> 00:06:57,701

5 restaurants à Hawaii,

20 sur le continent.

131

00:06:57,768 --> 00:07:00,203

Oh, you got to sell a lot

of misoyaki butterfish

132

00:07:00,271 --> 00:07:01,921

pour acheter un endroit

comme celui ci, hein?

133

00:07:01,973 --> 00:07:03,289

J'aurais jamais pensé que tu étais

134

00:07:03,341 --> 00:07:04,708

ce genre de gars.

135

00:07:04,775 --> 00:07:06,292

Non, je ne le suis pas.

Je ne le suis vraiment pas.

136

00:07:06,344 --> 00:07:08,845

Mon portefeuille non plus,

mais j'ai empeché Grace

137

00:07:08,913 --> 00:07:10,246

d'avoir des batonnets de poissons,

138

00:07:10,314 --> 00:07:12,131

et maintenant ce sont

ses préférés, donc c'est bon.

139

00:07:12,183 --> 00:07:13,633

C'est bon.

140

00:07:13,684 --> 00:07:16,353

Ouai. Le gars de la piscine a trouvé

le corps attaché à une chaise,

141

00:07:16,437 --> 00:07:17,937

un seul tir dans la poitrine.

142

00:07:17,989 --> 00:07:19,305

Qu'est ce qu'on a Lori?

143

00:07:19,357 --> 00:07:20,790

Le corps a été jeté dans la piscine.

144

00:07:20,858 --> 00:07:22,525

Malheuresement, le chlore dans l'eau

145

00:07:22,610 --> 00:07:25,195

est plutôt efficace pour

éléminer toutes preuves.

146

00:07:25,279 --> 00:07:26,696

Oh, c'est pratique.

147

00:07:26,781 --> 00:07:28,531

Ou prémédité.

148

00:07:28,616 --> 00:07:30,316

Cependant, en se basant sur

149

00:07:30,368 --> 00:07:32,318

la taille de la brulure au contact,

150

00:07:32,370 --> 00:07:34,371

et à la plaie,

151

00:07:34,455 --> 00:07:36,539

Je donnerais un avis préléminaire,

en supposant que la victime

152

00:07:36,624 --> 00:07:40,794

a été tué avec un calibre 38

arme de point à bout portant.

153

00:07:40,845 --> 00:07:42,512

Le HPD a déjà retrouver l'arme?

154

00:07:42,596 --> 00:07:44,597

Pas encore.  Ils sont à

l'interieur, c'est en cours.

155

00:07:44,665 --> 00:07:45,882

Ça ressemble a un vol qui a mal tourné.

156

00:07:45,966 --> 00:07:48,051

Comment tu penses

que ça s'est passé Lori?

157

00:07:48,135 --> 00:07:50,603

Eh bien, d'habitude,

le moment le plus dangereux

158

00:07:50,671 --> 00:07:53,056

dans un affrontement comme celui ci,

c'est avant que la victime ne resiste,

159

00:07:53,140 --> 00:07:54,524

car d'habitude, c'est le moment où une lutte

160

00:07:54,608 --> 00:07:57,677

peut arrivé, mais ce qui

me dérange à ce propos,

161

00:07:57,728 --> 00:07:58,695

c'est que Jake était

déjà attaché à la chaise.

162

00:07:58,779 --> 00:08:00,280

Bien, donc il n'était pas une menace,

163

00:08:00,347 --> 00:08:01,398

il ne pouvais pas se débattre.

164

00:08:01,482 --> 00:08:02,982

Alors, pourquoi le tuer?

165

00:08:03,034 --> 00:08:04,200

Ouai.

166

00:08:06,487 --> 00:08:09,856

Plusieurs peinture de

Reuben Tam ont été prises.

167

00:08:09,907 --> 00:08:14,044

Bijoux, argenteries et electroniques

168

00:08:14,111 --> 00:08:15,712

Okay, donc

169

00:08:15,780 --> 00:08:18,214

ces voleurs savaient

forcément ce qu'ils cherchaient.

170

00:08:18,299 --> 00:08:19,516

Ouai, le HPD dit

171

00:08:19,583 --> 00:08:21,651

qu'il y a eu une autre invasions de

maison à Honolulu cette semaine.

172

00:08:21,719 --> 00:08:23,219

- Même mode opératoire?

- Ouai.

173

00:08:23,304 --> 00:08:25,221

Sans le mec mort dans la piscine.

174

00:08:25,289 --> 00:08:26,573

Bien, appelons le HPD,

175

00:08:26,640 --> 00:08:27,924

soyons sur de savoir

tout ce qu'il y a à savoir

176

00:08:28,008 --> 00:08:29,092

à propos de ces autres affaires d'invasions.

177

00:08:29,176 --> 00:08:30,760

Ouai.

178

00:08:34,932 --> 00:08:37,851

Notre victime...

Il a une famille?

179

00:08:37,902 --> 00:08:39,051

Il est divorcé.

180

00:08:39,103 --> 00:08:40,236

Sa femme est sur le continent

181

00:08:40,321 --> 00:08:41,938

Ils ont un enfant.

182

00:08:42,022 --> 00:08:43,690

Josh, 14 ans. Il vit ici.

183

00:08:43,741 --> 00:08:46,776

Il vit ici, hein?

Il est 15h15.

184

00:08:46,861 --> 00:08:47,944

Ouai. Et alors?

185

00:08:48,028 --> 00:08:50,029

L'école s'est terminé il y a 15minutes

186

00:08:51,999 --> 00:08:53,683

Hey, Danny, où vas-tu?

187

00:09:03,260 --> 00:09:05,311

Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.

Josh.

188

00:09:05,379 --> 00:09:06,546

Hey, mon pote.

189

00:09:06,597 --> 00:09:07,714

Qu'est ce qu'il se passe?

190

00:09:07,765 --> 00:09:10,082

Pourquoi il y a tous

ces policiers chez moi?

191

00:09:10,134 --> 00:09:11,367

Fiston, je suis détective.

192

00:09:11,435 --> 00:09:12,569

Mon nom est Danny Williams.

193

00:09:12,636 --> 00:09:14,037

Où est mon père?

194

00:09:17,558 --> 00:09:19,609

Viens ici.

195

00:09:40,986 --> 00:09:43,954

Où est Josh?

196

00:09:44,022 --> 00:09:45,665

J'ai besoin de voir mon neveu.

197

00:09:45,666 --> 00:09:46,533

-Vous êtes la soeur de Jaker?

-Oui.

198

00:09:46,617 --> 00:09:48,452

- Je suis Samantha.

- Josh va bien?

199

00:09:48,503 --> 00:09:49,619

Il va bien. Il est avec

l'un de nos détectives.

200

00:09:49,670 --> 00:09:51,004

Il y a quelqu'un ici

201

00:09:51,089 --> 00:09:52,205

qui veut te voir, mon pote.

202

00:09:52,290 --> 00:09:54,674

Josh.

203

00:09:54,759 --> 00:09:58,295

Oh, mon Dieu.

204

00:09:58,346 --> 00:10:00,997

Ça va aller.

205

00:10:01,065 --> 00:10:02,265

Ça va aller.

206

00:10:08,890 --> 00:10:11,308

Le gosse a fait parti de l'équipe

de crosse aujourd'hui.

207

00:10:11,359 --> 00:10:14,061

Il était impatient de rentrer à la

maison et de le dire à son père.

208

00:10:16,197 --> 00:10:19,399

Danny, nous allons trouver

les personnes qui ont fait ça.

209

00:10:28,326 --> 00:10:32,079

Bien, les deux autres invasions

de maison, qu'est ce qu'on a?

210

00:10:32,163 --> 00:10:33,947

Eh bien, les deux ont eu lieu

au cours des 5 derniers jours.

211

00:10:34,015 --> 00:10:35,382

dans le même quartier chic,

212

00:10:35,450 --> 00:10:37,167

les deux avec le même mode opératoire.

213

00:10:37,218 --> 00:10:38,718

4 hommes armés et masqués

attendaient les familles

214

00:10:38,803 --> 00:10:39,719

dans leur maison.

215

00:10:39,804 --> 00:10:41,138

Aucun signe d'effraction.

216

00:10:41,205 --> 00:10:43,473

Ces gars attachent les

hommes sur une chaise

217

00:10:43,541 --> 00:10:45,392

et les frappe devant leur

femme et leurs enfants.

218

00:10:45,476 --> 00:10:48,895

jusqu'a ce qu'ils disent l'emplacement

de leur biens de valeur... ireél.

219

00:10:48,980 --> 00:10:50,697

D'accord, mais Jake Griffin

était seul, pas vrai?

220

00:10:50,765 --> 00:10:52,899

Josh n'était pas

encore rentrer de l'école.

221

00:10:52,967 --> 00:10:55,552

Mm-hmm, c'est peut être

pour ça que  la situation s'est aggravée.

222

00:10:55,603 --> 00:10:56,770

Je veux dire, ils n'avaient aucun levier.

223

00:10:56,854 --> 00:10:58,438

C'est peut être pour ça

que Jake a résisté.

224

00:10:58,523 --> 00:11:00,540

Ouai, peut être, mais pourquoi

ces personnes sont ciblées

225

00:11:00,608 --> 00:11:01,725

en premier lieu?

226

00:11:01,793 --> 00:11:03,310

Quel est le lien?

Il doit y avoir un lien.

227

00:11:03,377 --> 00:11:05,078

Eh bien, généralement,

les envahisseurs étaient

228

00:11:05,146 --> 00:11:06,713

dans la maison de leurs

victimes avant l'attaque.

229

00:11:06,781 --> 00:11:10,667

Ils utilisent cette occasion pour évaluer les atous.

230

00:11:10,734 --> 00:11:13,069

Très bien, donc on croise

leurs personnels, les entrepreneurs

231

00:11:13,121 --> 00:11:14,621

les livreurs, toute personne

ayant accès à leur domicile.

232

00:11:14,705 --> 00:11:16,439

Oui, on commence par ça.

233

00:11:16,507 --> 00:11:17,907

Nous allons parler aux victimes,

234

00:11:17,959 --> 00:11:20,560

pour voir si elles se rappellent de quelque chose

qu'elles auraient oublié dans leurs déclarations.

235

00:11:25,550 --> 00:11:28,051

Nous l'avons déjà dit

aux autres détectives,

236

00:11:28,102 --> 00:11:29,636

nous ne nous souvenons de rien.

237

00:11:29,704 --> 00:11:31,087

Okay, parfois revenir

238

00:11:31,139 --> 00:11:32,722

dans un environnement

spécifique où l'on était

239

00:11:32,773 --> 00:11:34,524

juste avant le traumatisme,

peut aider la mémoire.

240

00:11:34,592 --> 00:11:36,860

La seule chose que vous

et les autres victimes

241

00:11:36,927 --> 00:11:39,029

avez en commun, c'est que vous

avez mangé haut de gamme

242

00:11:39,096 --> 00:11:40,480

dans un restaurant Waikiki les jours

243

00:11:40,565 --> 00:11:41,982

qui ont précédé les attaques.

244

00:11:42,066 --> 00:11:44,100

Un restaurant que vous fréquentez

au moins une fois par semaine.

245

00:11:44,152 --> 00:11:48,038

Ecoutez, nous voulons vous aider, mais

246

00:11:48,105 --> 00:11:51,491

j'étais attaché à une chaise,

avec une arme pointé sur ma tête,

247

00:11:51,576 --> 00:11:52,942

devant ma femme et mes enfants.

248

00:11:52,994 --> 00:11:55,662

Je ne me souviens pas

de beaucoup plus.

249

00:11:55,746 --> 00:11:56,796

Compris.

250

00:11:56,881 --> 00:11:58,498

Mes enfants pensaient

qu'ils allaient mourir.

251

00:12:00,351 --> 00:12:03,753

Quand une violation

de ce type a lieu,

252

00:12:03,804 --> 00:12:06,673

l'experience peut être

extrêmement traumatisante.

253

00:12:06,757 --> 00:12:11,011

Ça va prendre un certain

temps, mais ça passera.

254

00:12:13,797 --> 00:12:15,732

Essayez de penser

255

00:12:15,799 --> 00:12:18,318

au moment où vous arrivez,

ou quand vous partez.

256

00:12:18,402 --> 00:12:20,136

Vous souvenez vous

avoir heurter quelqu'un?

257

00:12:20,188 --> 00:12:22,472

Qui vous a demandé une direction,

ou a utilisé votre téléphone?

258

00:12:22,523 --> 00:12:24,807

Non, rien de ce genre.

259

00:12:24,859 --> 00:12:27,194

Vous n'avez pas laissé votre sac de coté?

260

00:12:27,278 --> 00:12:30,480

Non, je le garde toujours sur

la table, là où je peux le voir.

261

00:12:30,531 --> 00:12:33,316

Et à propos de votre voiture?

262

00:12:33,367 --> 00:12:34,651

Quoi ?

263

00:12:34,702 --> 00:12:35,652

Où vous vous êtes garé?

264

00:12:35,703 --> 00:12:37,003

Uh, en bas de la rue.

265

00:12:37,088 --> 00:12:38,004

Non, ce n'est pas le cas.

266

00:12:38,089 --> 00:12:39,005

Rappelles toi chérie,

267

00:12:39,073 --> 00:12:40,674

nous étions en retard,

et nous l'avons laissé à un voiturier.

268

00:12:40,758 --> 00:12:42,709

Non, je l'ai garée...

269

00:12:42,793 --> 00:12:44,761

Attends, um, tu as raison.

270

00:12:44,829 --> 00:12:46,463

J'ai donné ma voiture au voiturier.

271

00:12:49,166 --> 00:12:51,768

Vous gardez vos clefs de

maison sur le même trousseau?

272

00:12:51,835 --> 00:12:53,436

Oui.

273

00:12:53,504 --> 00:12:54,938

Pourquoi demandez vous?

274

00:12:55,005 --> 00:12:58,758

On reste en contact, mais appellez moi

si vous vous souvenez de quelque chose.

275

00:12:58,826 --> 00:12:59,776

Merci.

276

00:12:59,843 --> 00:13:01,428

Merci.

277

00:13:04,515 --> 00:13:05,448

Quoi de neuf?

278

00:13:05,516 --> 00:13:06,733

Danny, est ce qu'il y a un stand de voiturier

279

00:13:06,801 --> 00:13:08,201

devant ce restaurant?

280

00:13:08,286 --> 00:13:09,736

Oui, il y en a un.

281

00:13:09,820 --> 00:13:13,406

Avec un signe très lumineux

orange et jaune "Voiturier de Kokua".

282

00:13:13,491 --> 00:13:15,125

Laisses moi deviner... toi aussi.

283

00:13:15,192 --> 00:13:16,576

Ouai, je crois que nous venons de trouver

284

00:13:16,661 --> 00:13:18,662

notre lien.

285

00:13:22,916 --> 00:13:24,800

Voiturier de Kokua - ils travaillent

pour tous les restaurants

286

00:13:24,867 --> 00:13:27,169

où la victime a mangé,

y compris la place de Jake Griffin.

287

00:13:27,220 --> 00:13:29,555

Ouais, la société a

20 salariés indépendants

288

00:13:29,639 --> 00:13:31,457

au registre des effectifs, mais on a..

289

00:13:31,524 --> 00:13:35,311

quatre salariés spécifiques

qui travaillent tous ensemble, les nuits.

290

00:13:35,378 --> 00:13:36,378

les victimes étaient

aux restaurants.

291

00:13:36,429 --> 00:13:39,214

Laisses-moi deviner,

tous les quatre n'étaient pas de service

292

00:13:39,266 --> 00:13:41,100

Les jours

où les invasions ont eu lieu.

293

00:13:41,184 --> 00:13:42,217

Tu as tout compris.

294

00:13:42,269 --> 00:13:43,902

L'un de ces quatre

a un casier?

295

00:13:43,987 --> 00:13:45,654

Ouais, un seul.

296

00:13:47,774 --> 00:13:49,608

Oh, Dave Lockhart,

297

00:13:49,693 --> 00:13:52,894

Arrêté pour une série de petit

vol et accusations de vol qualifié.

298

00:13:52,946 --> 00:13:54,613

Ce mec travaille ce soir?

299

00:13:54,698 --> 00:13:57,065

Non et aucun

des autres non plus.

300

00:13:57,117 --> 00:13:58,250

STEVE: Dave Lockhart.

301

00:13:58,335 --> 00:14:00,085

Five-O.

Ouvrez.

302

00:14:01,738 --> 00:14:03,005

RAS à doite.

303

00:14:08,911 --> 00:14:11,764

RAS à gauche.

Rien dans la chambre.

304

00:14:20,557 --> 00:14:22,558

Rien dans la dernière chambre.

305

00:14:23,810 --> 00:14:24,860

Personne dans la maison.

306

00:14:24,927 --> 00:14:26,478

Ils pourraient être

à l'affût.

307

00:14:28,765 --> 00:14:30,115

Tu as trouvé quelque chose?

308

00:14:30,200 --> 00:14:33,702

Ouais, on dirait que ces gars font

des impressions en prenant des clés de

309

00:14:33,770 --> 00:14:35,988

sur leur lieu de travail, puis ils viennent

ici, en faire des copies.

310

00:14:36,072 --> 00:14:39,491

J'ai des moules,

j'ai une sorte de gel polymère.

311

00:14:39,576 --> 00:14:40,793

d'accord,

Je paris dix contre un,

312

00:14:40,877 --> 00:14:41,877

que si nous vérifions les serrures de la victime

313

00:14:41,944 --> 00:14:42,961

nous trouverons la preuve avec

des traces de cette substance

314

00:14:44,881 --> 00:14:46,548

STEVE:

Qu'est-ce que tu as, Chin

315

00:14:46,616 --> 00:14:49,134

des photos d'espionnage.

316

00:14:49,219 --> 00:14:51,620

ça ressemble à nos suspects

observant toutes les maisons

317

00:14:51,671 --> 00:14:53,622

Avant qu'ils ne les dépouillent

318

00:14:55,425 --> 00:14:56,725

Bon, je sais que l'une

319

00:14:56,793 --> 00:14:59,511

C'est celle des  Laskos,

celle-ci est aux Doroughty.

320

00:15:00,597 --> 00:15:02,481

Je ne reconnais pas

celle-ci. Et vous?

321

00:15:02,565 --> 00:15:03,649

Non.

322

00:15:03,733 --> 00:15:04,683

Il pourraient y être en ce moment même.

323

00:15:04,768 --> 00:15:05,768

Je vais prendre une photo.

324

00:15:07,136 --> 00:15:08,654

Soleil à l'Est

325

00:15:08,738 --> 00:15:09,938

ça m'a l'air d'être Aina Haina.

326

00:15:09,989 --> 00:15:12,107

Ouais, Kono, écoutes, Chin va

t'envoyer une photo.

327

00:15:12,158 --> 00:15:13,525

Trouves nous cette maison

tout de suite.

328

00:15:13,610 --> 00:15:14,943

Nous pensons

qu'ils pourraient la cambrioler.

329

00:15:19,115 --> 00:15:21,983

Laissez ma famille partir, je

vous donnerai ce que vous voulez.

330

00:15:22,035 --> 00:15:23,035

Tais-toi.

331

00:15:23,119 --> 00:15:24,503

Ne lui faite pas de mal, s'il vous plaît

332

00:15:24,587 --> 00:15:26,138

Tais-toi

Non, arrêtez.

333

00:15:26,206 --> 00:15:28,424

Je vous donnerai ce que vous voulez

J'ai dit taisez-vous...

334

00:15:35,194 --> 00:15:36,475

Où est le coffre-fort ?

Huh?

335

00:15:36,476 --> 00:15:37,776

Ne me faites pas répéter de nouveau.

336

00:15:40,066 --> 00:15:41,597

Combien de gars y-a-t-il

là?

337

00:15:41,598 --> 00:15:43,099

On dirait qu'on a

trois envahisseurs dans la maison,

338

00:15:43,166 --> 00:15:44,767

aucun signe du quatrième.

339

00:15:44,835 --> 00:15:46,269

Je compte quatre otages.

340

00:15:46,336 --> 00:15:47,837

LORI:

Deux adultes, deux enfants.

341

00:15:47,888 --> 00:15:49,555

- Semble qu'ils soient déjà retenus.

- Le laser mic est en ligne.

342

00:15:49,640 --> 00:15:51,674

Dis-moi où il est

ou vous allez tous mourir

343

00:15:51,725 --> 00:15:52,725

Dans le bureau derrière le plasma.

344

00:15:52,810 --> 00:15:53,876

Nous devons intrevenir

345

00:15:53,944 --> 00:15:55,678

Et nous devons intervenir maintenant

Bon, Chin.

346

00:15:55,729 --> 00:15:56,779

Lori, vous passez

par derrière.

347

00:15:56,847 --> 00:15:57,847

Vous deux, avec moi.

348

00:15:57,898 --> 00:15:59,148

Bon, on y va.

349

00:16:10,193 --> 00:16:11,427

A terre.

350

00:16:16,350 --> 00:16:17,917

Allez, allez

Tournez-vous...

351

00:16:18,001 --> 00:16:20,053

Rien à gauche.

352

00:16:20,137 --> 00:16:21,304

J'ai dis tournez-vous.

353

00:16:21,371 --> 00:16:23,423

RAS dans la chambre.

354

00:16:23,507 --> 00:16:25,391

Faites voir vos mains.

355

00:16:25,476 --> 00:16:27,810

Rien dans la chambre.

356

00:16:30,547 --> 00:16:32,315

Vos mains, vos mains, vos mains.

357

00:16:32,382 --> 00:16:35,017

Tournez vous et

reculez vers moi

358

00:16:38,822 --> 00:16:40,356

RAS.

359

00:16:41,608 --> 00:16:44,026

Tout va bien se passer.

360

00:16:47,831 --> 00:16:49,165

Y at-il quelqu'un d'autre dans la maison?

361

00:16:52,736 --> 00:16:55,505

Hé! Chin, Lori, le numéro quatre

arrrive vers vous.

362

00:16:55,572 --> 00:16:57,540

Five-O!

Ne bougez pas!

363

00:17:03,130 --> 00:17:05,681

Restez immobile!

364

00:17:18,479 --> 00:17:19,729

Beau travail.

365

00:17:28,772 --> 00:17:30,790

Combien de fois je dois

vous dire, que je n'ai pas tué Jake?

366

00:17:30,874 --> 00:17:32,041

Que faites-vous?

367

00:17:32,108 --> 00:17:34,544

Pourquoi vous...uh...

couvrez-vous votre équipe, huh ?

368

00:17:34,611 --> 00:17:36,829

Je veux dire, vous savez qu'il n'y a

pas de loyauté parmi les voleurs.

369

00:17:36,914 --> 00:17:38,498

Au final ils

vous dénonceront,

370

00:17:38,582 --> 00:17:40,133

Alors pourquoi pas leur emboîter

le pas avant eux?

371

00:17:40,217 --> 00:17:41,417

Hé.

Hé.

372

00:17:41,468 --> 00:17:42,451

Tu n'as rien manqué...

le vocabulaire

373

00:17:42,503 --> 00:17:44,003

de ce gars

n'est pas trop causant

374

00:17:44,087 --> 00:17:45,955

il n'a qu'un seul mot

à la bouche "Avocat."

375

00:17:46,006 --> 00:17:47,006

Oh.

376

00:17:47,090 --> 00:17:48,641

Qu'est-il arrivé?

377

00:17:48,725 --> 00:17:51,310

Jake a compris

ce qui se passait

378

00:17:51,395 --> 00:17:52,845

vous faisiez des copies des clés

de ses clients

379

00:17:52,930 --> 00:17:53,963

puis vous dépouillez

leurs maisons?

380

00:17:54,014 --> 00:17:54,897

Avocat.

381

00:17:54,965 --> 00:17:56,131

Tu vois ce que je veux dire?

382

00:17:56,183 --> 00:17:59,134

Parce que, tu vois,

ce n'était pas un hasard

383

00:17:59,186 --> 00:18:00,570

Jake était sur vous,

n'était-il pas?

384

00:18:00,637 --> 00:18:01,904

Avocat.

385

00:18:01,972 --> 00:18:04,157

Tu vas chez lui, et tu lui

demande de ne pas parler aux flics,

386

00:18:04,241 --> 00:18:05,474

et un jour tout éclate

au grand jour

387

00:18:05,526 --> 00:18:06,576

Vous êtes fou?

388

00:18:06,643 --> 00:18:07,827

Je n'ai jamais rencontré cet homme.

389

00:18:07,911 --> 00:18:09,311

Que voulez-vous dire par

"jamais rencontré ce gars"?

390

00:18:09,363 --> 00:18:11,030

Vous étiez un de ses voiturier

de l'un de ses restaurants.

391

00:18:11,114 --> 00:18:13,148

Quoi, j'ai l'air d'un idiot

Ca n'a aucun sens?

392

00:18:13,200 --> 00:18:15,751

Non, mec, le type c'est juste

un nom sur un t-shirt.

393

00:18:15,819 --> 00:18:18,871

C'est sa soeur qui a exécuté

toute l'opération,

394

00:18:18,956 --> 00:18:20,339

Du moins jusqu'à ce qu'il

lui ait freiné ses affaires.

395

00:18:20,424 --> 00:18:22,592

Il l'a renvoyée, pourquoi ?

396

00:18:22,659 --> 00:18:24,293

Bon sang comment  je le saurais? Je vous ai dit,

je jamais n'ai jamais rencontré cet homme.

397

00:18:25,328 --> 00:18:28,130

Ecoutes, tu penses

que nous avons cambrioler sa maison?

398

00:18:28,182 --> 00:18:30,216

Vérifiez notre cachette.

399

00:18:30,300 --> 00:18:32,935

Vous ne trouverez pas une fichue chose

appartenant à Jake Griffin.

400

00:18:33,003 --> 00:18:35,938

Au faite, un Avocat.

401

00:18:36,006 --> 00:18:38,507

J'ai appelé

402

00:18:38,575 --> 00:18:39,725

parce que mes résultats

sont très inhabituelle

403

00:18:39,810 --> 00:18:40,776

et j'ai pensé

qu'ils pouvaient être

404

00:18:40,844 --> 00:18:42,278

utile à votre enquête.

405

00:18:42,345 --> 00:18:43,980

Super, parce que nous avons

un suspect en garde à vue

406

00:18:44,031 --> 00:18:46,115

qui jure qu'il n'a pas

assassiner Jake Griffin.

407

00:18:46,182 --> 00:18:48,067

Oh, comment est votre sens

de l'odorat, agent Weston?

408

00:18:48,151 --> 00:18:49,368

Excusez-moi?

409

00:18:53,657 --> 00:18:56,459

je détecte un soupçon

de fraise et de la lavande,

410

00:18:56,526 --> 00:18:58,628

peut-être même

quelques noix de coco fraîche.

411

00:18:58,695 --> 00:18:59,629

Gel douche pour le corps ou shampooing?

412

00:18:59,696 --> 00:19:01,380

Max, vous m'effrayez

413

00:19:01,465 --> 00:19:04,333

Oh, je suis désolé, je ne voulais pas...

agent Weston.

414

00:19:04,384 --> 00:19:06,052

J'étais simplement essayer

de prouver un point.

415

00:19:06,136 --> 00:19:09,088

Parfois, nos sens olfactifs

sont nos meilleurs outils de travail.

416

00:19:09,172 --> 00:19:10,823

Bon, le sens olfactif.

417

00:19:10,891 --> 00:19:12,391

Qu'est ce que vous

essayez de dire?

418

00:19:12,476 --> 00:19:14,894

Vous n'auriez pas

remarqué une légère odeur

419

00:19:14,978 --> 00:19:17,546

d'huile d'arbre à thé australien

sur votre suspect, vous l'avez senti?

420

00:19:17,598 --> 00:19:20,266

Je n'essaie pas de sentir

les suspects, Max. Pourquoi?

421

00:19:20,350 --> 00:19:22,401

Eh bien, c'est juste

que j'ai fait quelques

422

00:19:22,486 --> 00:19:24,770

découvertes atypiques

sur cette affaires.

423

00:19:24,855 --> 00:19:27,773

Quand j'ai essuyé le ruban adhésif

qui liait votre victime,

424

00:19:27,858 --> 00:19:29,242

J'ai pu

relever quelques traces

425

00:19:29,326 --> 00:19:30,910

d'huile d'arbre de thé Australien

426

00:19:30,994 --> 00:19:32,561

et de l'huile d'eucalyptus

427

00:19:32,613 --> 00:19:33,613

C'a été relevé

sur le côté adhésif

428

00:19:33,697 --> 00:19:34,614

Du ruban adhésif.

429

00:19:34,698 --> 00:19:36,499

Comme vous pouvez le voir,

430

00:19:36,566 --> 00:19:37,833

Mr. Griffin

n'a pas subi un traumatisme

431

00:19:37,901 --> 00:19:40,036

Ou des ecchymoses sous-cutanés

des poignets.

432

00:19:40,087 --> 00:19:42,505

Donc notre Victime ne sait pas débattu

lorsqu'il était attaché.

433

00:19:42,572 --> 00:19:43,756

Et je crois

que je sais pourquoi

434

00:19:47,461 --> 00:19:49,095

j'ai trouvé une forte concentration

d'éclaboussures de sang

435

00:19:49,179 --> 00:19:50,446

sous le ruban adhésif,

436

00:19:50,514 --> 00:19:52,014

qui suggérerait

que Jake Griffin était mort

437

00:19:52,082 --> 00:19:54,684

bien avant qu'il n'est été attaché

à la chaise.

438

00:19:54,751 --> 00:19:56,135

ça n'a aucun sens

Je veux dire, pourquoi lui tirer dessus

439

00:19:56,219 --> 00:19:57,637

pour ensuite l'attacher sur une chaise?

440

00:20:00,040 --> 00:20:02,925

Donc il s'avère que la soeur de notre victime,

Samantha Martel,

441

00:20:02,976 --> 00:20:05,144

A été viré des effectifs

de l'Entreprises de Griffin

442

00:20:05,212 --> 00:20:06,195

il ya quelques mois.

443

00:20:06,262 --> 00:20:07,446

Qu'est-ce qu'elle a fait pour être congédié?

444

00:20:07,531 --> 00:20:09,198

Rien dans le dossier

qui l'indique.

445

00:20:09,266 --> 00:20:10,449

Quand j'ai en appelé

la société,

446

00:20:10,534 --> 00:20:12,902

Leur version était que

Samantha est partie d'elle même

447

00:20:12,953 --> 00:20:14,787

pour travailler dans l'association

de bienfaisance de Jake.

448

00:20:14,871 --> 00:20:16,072

Et quoi, est-ce légal

449

00:20:16,123 --> 00:20:18,207

Ou c'est une fondation pour

un abri fiscal ?

450

00:20:18,274 --> 00:20:20,109

Non, non, Griffin a fait beaucoup de

bonne chose pour la collectivité.

451

00:20:20,160 --> 00:20:21,994

Je veux dire, ce gars a ouvert des gymnases

sur toute l'île

452

00:20:22,079 --> 00:20:23,879

pour garder les enfants loin de la rue.

453

00:20:23,947 --> 00:20:25,231

Noble mais pas aussi rentable

454

00:20:25,299 --> 00:20:27,033

Je viens de parler

à l'avocat de Griffin

455

00:20:27,100 --> 00:20:30,603

Um, il s'avère que la totalité de

sa succession et de tous ses restaurants

456

00:20:30,671 --> 00:20:31,804

c'est son fils Josh

qui en héritera

457

00:20:31,888 --> 00:20:33,339

mais seulement après avoir fêté ses 25 ans.

458

00:20:33,423 --> 00:20:35,641

Et jusque-là, je parie

que je peux deviner qui en a le contrôle.

459

00:20:35,726 --> 00:20:37,009

La soeur Samantha.

460

00:20:37,094 --> 00:20:38,761

Ouais, on dirait

qu'elle l'a peut-être tué sur son chemin

461

00:20:38,812 --> 00:20:40,596

pour retourner

à ses affaires de restaurant.

462

00:20:40,647 --> 00:20:42,648

Excusez moi.

463

00:20:43,684 --> 00:20:45,634

Joe.

464

00:20:45,702 --> 00:20:47,103

C'est fait.

465

00:20:47,154 --> 00:20:49,271

Nous irons voir Mokoto

demain après-midi , chez lui,

466

00:20:49,323 --> 00:20:50,523

16 heure.

467

00:20:50,607 --> 00:20:51,607

Ok, j'y serai

468

00:20:51,658 --> 00:20:53,075

Hé, uh,

Kensi est encore avec toi?

469

00:20:53,143 --> 00:20:54,193

Non, je l'ai déposé

470

00:20:54,277 --> 00:20:56,145

à l'aéroport il ya une heure

Pourquoi?

471

00:20:56,196 --> 00:20:57,129

Oh, je me posais la question c'est tout.

472

00:20:57,197 --> 00:20:58,497

Je veux dire, vous semblez

avoir, euh,

473

00:20:58,582 --> 00:20:59,949

vous sembliez avoir tout un passé.

474

00:21:00,000 --> 00:21:02,451

Steve, elle est si jeune

qu'elle pourrait être ma fille.

475

00:21:02,502 --> 00:21:03,619

Tu sais quoi, Joe?

476

00:21:03,670 --> 00:21:05,838

Elle me rappelle

ta femme numéro deux.

477

00:21:05,906 --> 00:21:07,673

Grande, brune, mortel.

478

00:21:07,758 --> 00:21:08,674

ça semble être ton genre.

479

00:21:08,759 --> 00:21:11,127

Désolé, je coupe.

480

00:21:44,911 --> 00:21:47,963

Est-ce une façon d'accueillir un invité,

commandant White?

481

00:21:56,640 --> 00:21:59,708

Vous devez admettre que vous manquez

de cachette appropriée

482

00:21:59,760 --> 00:22:02,094

dans cet appartement,

483

00:22:02,179 --> 00:22:04,814

Vous mettez toutes les chances

en ma faveur.

484

00:22:11,405 --> 00:22:12,855

Que voulez-vous?

485

00:22:12,906 --> 00:22:15,074

Je veux savoir

pourquoi vous posez des questions

486

00:22:15,158 --> 00:22:17,059

Des hommes qui

ne sont plus avec nous.

487

00:22:19,663 --> 00:22:23,282

J'arrêterai de poser

ces questions

488

00:22:23,366 --> 00:22:26,068

lorsque vous me parlerez

de Shelburne.

489

00:22:30,173 --> 00:22:32,407

Qu'est ce que ça signifie?

490

00:22:36,046 --> 00:22:40,716

Vous avez avancé plus que

je ne l'aurais pu imaginer, mon vieux.

491

00:22:40,767 --> 00:22:42,584

Voulez-vous me faire une faveur?

492

00:22:42,636 --> 00:22:44,720

Comme quoi?

493

00:22:44,771 --> 00:22:48,808

Dites à John McGarrett que son fils

ira bientôt le rejoindre.

494

00:24:18,591 --> 00:24:20,008

Comment va Josh?

495

00:24:20,093 --> 00:24:22,778

Il va avoir besoin

d'un certain temps pour faire le deuil,

496

00:24:22,846 --> 00:24:24,346

mais c'est un garçon solide.

497

00:24:24,414 --> 00:24:25,814

Un peu comme son père.

498

00:24:25,899 --> 00:24:27,399

Excusez-moi.

499

00:24:29,402 --> 00:24:30,802

Allez-y

Je vous remercie.

500

00:24:34,691 --> 00:24:36,358

Y a-t-il eu des progrès

dans cette affaire?

501

00:24:36,443 --> 00:24:38,160

En fait, il y en a, ouais.

502

00:24:38,244 --> 00:24:40,145

C'est ça que nous sommes ici.

503

00:24:40,246 --> 00:24:42,197

Mme Martel, uh,

où étiez-vous

504

00:24:42,282 --> 00:24:43,866

au moment ou

votre frère a été assassiné?

505

00:24:43,950 --> 00:24:47,119

je travaillais à l'association caritative

de Jake tous les jours,

506

00:24:47,170 --> 00:24:48,653

jusqu'à ce que la police

m'ai appelé. Pourquoi?

507

00:24:48,705 --> 00:24:50,422

Vous avez dirigé, uh, eu l'habitude de dirigé

508

00:24:50,490 --> 00:24:52,174

deux ou trois restaurants

de Jake, c'est ça?

509

00:24:52,258 --> 00:24:55,844

Eh bien, oui, mais qu'est-ce que

cela à avoir avec cette affaire?

510

00:24:55,929 --> 00:24:58,297

Eh bien, je me demandais juste

s'il n'y avait de la rancune.

511

00:24:58,348 --> 00:24:59,548

quand votre frère vous avez viré.

512

00:24:59,632 --> 00:25:00,549

Quoi?

513

00:25:00,633 --> 00:25:02,551

Non, il ne l'a pas fait

il ne m'a pas viré, j'ai arrêté.

514

00:25:02,635 --> 00:25:03,719

Vraiment?

515

00:25:03,803 --> 00:25:04,970

Pourquoi voudriez-vous faire ça?

516

00:25:05,021 --> 00:25:07,639

Je veux dire, juste changer de carrière

de façon impromptue.

517

00:25:07,690 --> 00:25:10,225

Bon, écoutez, vous

ne comprenez pas.

518

00:25:10,293 --> 00:25:12,311

J'ai toujours aimé cette fondation,

519

00:25:12,362 --> 00:25:15,013

travailler avec ces enfants.

520

00:25:15,064 --> 00:25:16,281

Quand l'occasion

s'est présenté,

521

00:25:16,349 --> 00:25:17,783

Jake m'a offert

un emploi à temps plein.

522

00:25:17,850 --> 00:25:19,868

Je n'en ai rien à faire

des restaurants maintenant.

523

00:25:19,953 --> 00:25:21,370

Ouais, c'était vrai hier,

524

00:25:21,454 --> 00:25:24,573

mais maintenant que Jake est mort,

vous en avez le contrôle.

525

00:25:24,657 --> 00:25:27,459

Quoi? non, ça sera toujours à Jake?

526

00:25:27,527 --> 00:25:29,194

à présent je prend soin de Josh.

527

00:25:31,581 --> 00:25:34,249

Ecoutez, je m'en fous

de ce que vous pensez.

528

00:25:34,334 --> 00:25:35,834

Je n'ai pas tué mon frère.

529

00:25:35,885 --> 00:25:37,369

Bon.

530

00:25:37,420 --> 00:25:40,222

Je vais devoir vous demander, euh,

Mme Martel, possédez-vous une arme?

531

00:25:42,258 --> 00:25:44,593

Eh bien, c'est à dire,

ce n'est pas vraiment la mienne.

532

00:25:44,677 --> 00:25:46,645

Uh, Jake euh, avait une arme.

533

00:25:46,712 --> 00:25:47,896

Eh bien, vous voyez,

534

00:25:47,981 --> 00:25:49,231

il n'y avait rien d'enregistré

535

00:25:49,315 --> 00:25:50,899

sur aucun de vos noms, madame.

536

00:25:50,984 --> 00:25:52,818

Eh bien, non, il ne l'a pas

enregistré.

537

00:25:52,885 --> 00:25:55,237

Jake a découvert que l'un des

gars qui l'aidait

538

00:25:55,321 --> 00:25:57,906

avec son œuvre de bienfaisance est arrivé

avec une arme à feu et il lui a confisqué.

539

00:25:59,359 --> 00:26:01,860

Où est le pistolet maintenant?

540

00:26:09,786 --> 00:26:11,503

Leve la main. Leve la main.

541

00:26:17,460 --> 00:26:19,628

Jake a voulu construire un lieu

542

00:26:19,712 --> 00:26:22,264

où les enfants défavorisés

pourrait venir et être en sécurité.

543

00:26:22,332 --> 00:26:25,267

Tous ces enfants peuvent

venir s'entraîner gratuitement.

544

00:26:27,337 --> 00:26:29,905

Hé, madame Martel

545

00:26:29,973 --> 00:26:31,640

juste besoin que vous signez

quelques choses.

546

00:26:31,724 --> 00:26:34,977

Quoi, tu fais le marché

pour certains produits de nettoyage?

547

00:26:36,696 --> 00:26:39,081

Les combattants utilisent ça pour se nettoyer

après qu'ils se soient entraîné.

548

00:26:39,148 --> 00:26:42,784

Uh, ça tue les mycoses,

staphylocoques, MRSA.

549

00:26:42,869 --> 00:26:44,953

Hé, regarde ce

qu'ils ont fabriqués à partir de

550

00:26:45,038 --> 00:26:48,457

huile d'arbre à thé australien

et l'huile d'eucalyptus.

551

00:26:48,541 --> 00:26:49,825

Ce sont les mêmes

huiles que Max a retrouvé.

552

00:26:49,909 --> 00:26:51,276

sur le ruban adhésif, qu'il

a retiré de notre Victime.

553

00:26:51,327 --> 00:26:52,794

Ouais. Nous sommes prêt.

554

00:26:57,467 --> 00:26:59,284

Bon, beau travail.

555

00:26:59,335 --> 00:27:02,888

L'arme de Jake est là dedans.

556

00:27:08,728 --> 00:27:10,479

Chérie, tout va bien?

557

00:27:10,563 --> 00:27:11,847

Ils ont besoin de l'arme.

558

00:27:11,931 --> 00:27:14,132

Pour quoi?

559

00:27:14,183 --> 00:27:15,100

Ils pensent que j'ai tué Jake.

560

00:27:15,151 --> 00:27:16,818

Quoi?

561

00:27:16,903 --> 00:27:18,970

M. Martel, je vais vous demander

de reculer un peu, tout va bien?

562

00:27:23,426 --> 00:27:24,660

Aucune arme à feu.

563

00:27:24,745 --> 00:27:26,663

Qu'est... Qu'est ce que tu veux dire?

Ca doit être là.

564

00:27:26,747 --> 00:27:28,615

Eh bien, ça ne l'est pas.

565

00:27:28,666 --> 00:27:30,816

Quand l'avez vous vu pour la derniere fois?

566

00:27:30,868 --> 00:27:34,003

Je ne sais pas,

peut être quelques semaines.

567

00:27:34,088 --> 00:27:35,622

Hey, c'est bon.

568

00:27:35,673 --> 00:27:37,123

Tu n'as rien fait de mal.

569

00:27:37,174 --> 00:27:39,158

D'accord?

570

00:27:39,209 --> 00:27:43,829

Okay, um, qui d'autre savait

pour cette arme, à par vous deux?

571

00:27:43,881 --> 00:27:45,465

Juste Jake et moi.

572

00:27:45,516 --> 00:27:46,716

Eh bien, et Boriero.

573

00:27:46,800 --> 00:27:48,501

Qui est Boriero?

574

00:27:48,552 --> 00:27:50,053

L'un des combattants qui s'entraine ici.

575

00:27:50,137 --> 00:27:51,688

C'est le gamin dont que j'ai mentionné.

576

00:27:51,772 --> 00:27:53,189

Jake lui pris l'arme,

577

00:27:53,274 --> 00:27:55,642

et lui a dit que s'il

voulait s'entrainer ici,

578

00:27:55,693 --> 00:27:57,644

il devait rester loin des problemes.

579

00:27:57,695 --> 00:28:00,063

C'était l'une des seules

règles de Jake pour cet endroit.

580

00:28:00,147 --> 00:28:01,898

Okay, bien. Où il est?

Boriero est là?

581

00:28:01,982 --> 00:28:03,316

Non, il ne s'entraine plus ici

depuis quelques semaines.

582

00:28:03,367 --> 00:28:04,867

Pourquoi ça?

583

00:28:04,952 --> 00:28:06,903

Il est parti après une dispute avec

mon frere sur le fait de devenir pro,

584

00:28:06,987 --> 00:28:08,371

il disait qu'il voulait un sponsor.

585

00:28:08,455 --> 00:28:11,541

Mais Jake disait qu'il ne

s'agissait pas de la base du conflit.

586

00:28:11,625 --> 00:28:12,575

Très bien.

587

00:28:12,660 --> 00:28:14,026

Vous savez où habite Boriero?

588

00:28:14,078 --> 00:28:16,162

Vitor Boriero.

589

00:28:16,213 --> 00:28:18,915

Il y est aller en 2009 pour

avoir pris part à un vol a main armé.

590

00:28:18,999 --> 00:28:21,050

Il a menacer le propriétaire d'une

succursale de bière Kapiolani

591

00:28:21,135 --> 00:28:22,502

et a ensuite nettoyé le coffre-fort.

592

00:28:22,553 --> 00:28:24,587

Ce gars avait l'air d'un total gentleman.

593

00:28:24,672 --> 00:28:26,172

Il conduisait une Jeep de 82

594

00:28:26,223 --> 00:28:27,390

CJ-7, noire.

595

00:28:27,474 --> 00:28:29,008

Ca devrait vous donner un indice,

s'il est chez lui ou non.

596

00:28:29,059 --> 00:28:31,144

Je conduis?

Bien sur que je conduis.

597

00:28:31,211 --> 00:28:32,261

Très bien, merci..

598

00:28:32,329 --> 00:28:34,230

Oh, encore une chose.

Une parole de sage:

599

00:28:34,315 --> 00:28:36,015

Boriero est entrainé.

600

00:28:36,066 --> 00:28:37,734

Je n'engagerais pas

un combat au corps à corps.

601

00:28:37,818 --> 00:28:38,851

Ca n'arrivera pas.

602

00:28:38,902 --> 00:28:41,571

J'aime mon arme.

603

00:28:48,529 --> 00:28:50,563

Il y a la Jeep.

604

00:28:50,614 --> 00:28:53,116

On dirait qu'il est à la maison.

605

00:28:58,455 --> 00:29:01,257

On dirait que Boriero n'est

pas inquiet au sujet du vol.

606

00:29:01,342 --> 00:29:03,242

C'est l'un des benefices quand

on est bâti comme King Kong.

607

00:29:07,097 --> 00:29:08,581

Je ne vais pas y croire.

608

00:29:08,649 --> 00:29:09,932

Qu'est ce que tu as?

609

00:29:10,017 --> 00:29:11,267

Il n'est visiblement pas tres brillant.

610

00:29:12,219 --> 00:29:14,637

A la vue de tous

611

00:29:14,722 --> 00:29:17,206

Nous avons un beau calibre 38.

612

00:29:17,274 --> 00:29:18,891

Même calibre que l'arme du meutre.

613

00:29:18,942 --> 00:29:20,977

Hey!

Hey.

614

00:29:21,061 --> 00:29:22,645

Qu'est ce que vous faites?

615

00:29:22,730 --> 00:29:24,497

Boriero, Five-O.

616

00:29:24,565 --> 00:29:26,315

Montrez moi vous mains

tout de suite. A terre.

617

00:29:26,400 --> 00:29:27,950

A terre. Hey!

618

00:29:50,057 --> 00:29:51,908

Non, non, non, non!

619

00:29:51,975 --> 00:29:53,276

Non, non, non, non!

Allez!

620

00:30:44,795 --> 00:30:46,846

La porte, la porte!

621

00:31:44,204 --> 00:31:45,838

Mon épaule, mon épaule!

622

00:31:46,757 --> 00:31:48,624

Mon épaule!

Hein?

623

00:31:48,709 --> 00:31:50,259

J'étais supposé combattre demain, mec.

624

00:31:50,344 --> 00:31:52,595

Ouai, tu auras de nombreuses chances

de combattre là où tu vas, Boriero.

625

00:31:52,713 --> 00:31:53,846

Tu vas y aller, tu comprends?

626

00:31:53,914 --> 00:31:55,014

Y aller pour quoi?

627

00:31:55,081 --> 00:31:57,049

Nous avons trouver l'arme

du meurtre de Jake dans ta Jeep.

628

00:31:57,100 --> 00:31:58,968

Vous savez que ce flingue n'est pas à moi.

Vous l'avez mis.

629

00:31:59,052 --> 00:32:00,419

C'est bon?

630

00:32:00,470 --> 00:32:02,138

Ouai.

631

00:32:02,222 --> 00:32:03,556

Ouai?

632

00:32:03,607 --> 00:32:05,608

"N'engages pas de combats au corps a corps"

633

00:32:05,692 --> 00:32:06,943

Tu te souviens de ça?

634

00:32:07,027 --> 00:32:08,394

J'ai dû oublier.

635

00:32:08,445 --> 00:32:10,095

T'as dû oublié. Okay.

636

00:32:10,147 --> 00:32:11,564

Hey, dis moi quelque chose.

637

00:32:11,615 --> 00:32:12,899

Quoi?

638

00:32:12,950 --> 00:32:14,483

A quand remonte l'heure

du décès d'après Max?

639

00:32:14,568 --> 00:32:17,453

Uh, entre 9 et 10h. Pourquoi?

640

00:32:18,705 --> 00:32:20,790

Parce que ce gars ne l'a pas fait.

641

00:32:34,720 --> 00:32:37,355

D'après ceci, vous étiez

à l'hopital hier matin.

642

00:32:37,440 --> 00:32:39,841

Ouai

643

00:32:39,892 --> 00:32:42,143

Je m'entrainais la nuit précédente,

je me suis pris un coup à la tête.

644

00:32:42,194 --> 00:32:43,812

Figured I should

get that checked out.

645

00:32:43,879 --> 00:32:45,730

D'accord, eh bien,

j'espere que ce coup à la tête

646

00:32:45,815 --> 00:32:47,232

ne mettra pas trop de

désordre dans votre memoire,

647

00:32:47,316 --> 00:32:49,367

parec que nous avons quelques

questions que nous voulons vous poser.

648

00:32:49,452 --> 00:32:51,369

Vous pensez vraiment que j'ai tué Jake?

649

00:32:51,454 --> 00:32:53,855

Comment savons nous qu'il ne s'agit pas

d'un juste d'un coup pour servir d'alibi.

650

00:32:53,906 --> 00:32:55,056

Je pourrais être capable de falcifier un bracelet,

651

00:32:55,124 --> 00:32:56,274

mais vous ne pouvez pas falcifier un CT scan.

652

00:32:56,342 --> 00:32:57,459

Appelez l'hopital.

653

00:32:57,526 --> 00:32:59,026

Oh, nous avons quelqu'un qui fait ça.

654

00:32:59,078 --> 00:33:00,578

Pendant ce temps, pourquoi

vous ne nous dites pas comment

655

00:33:00,663 --> 00:33:02,747

le pistolet qui a tué Jake Griffin

a fini dans votre Jeep?

656

00:33:02,832 --> 00:33:04,365

La Jeep était grande ouverte.

657

00:33:04,417 --> 00:33:05,967

N'importe qui aurait pu la mettre dedans.

658

00:33:06,034 --> 00:33:07,302

Pourquoi quelqu'un ferait ça?

659

00:33:07,369 --> 00:33:08,553

Pourquoi j'aurais tiré sur Jake?

660

00:33:08,637 --> 00:33:10,889

Sans ce gymnase,

je serais encore dans la rue.

661

00:33:10,973 --> 00:33:12,140

Je ne sais pas.

662

00:33:12,207 --> 00:33:13,975

Les vieilles habitudes ont la vie dure.

663

00:33:14,042 --> 00:33:15,894

Jake m'a dit que j'etais un loser en face.

664

00:33:15,978 --> 00:33:18,596

Peu de personnes ont

les boules de me dirent ça,

665

00:33:18,681 --> 00:33:21,048

mais il avait raison,

et je le respecte pour ça.

666

00:33:21,100 --> 00:33:23,518

Je veux bien vous croire.

Vous le respectiez, jusqu'au moment

667

00:33:23,569 --> 00:33:25,069

où il n'a pas voulu vous donnez un sponsor.

668

00:33:25,154 --> 00:33:26,438

Vous avez tout faux.

669

00:33:26,522 --> 00:33:28,723

Beaucoup d'argent en MMA ces jours ci.

670

00:33:28,774 --> 00:33:31,242

Je veux dire, vous devenez pro,

vous gagnez pas mal d'argent par combat.

671

00:33:31,327 --> 00:33:33,161

Nous parlons de beaucoup d'argent.

672

00:33:33,228 --> 00:33:36,080

C'est beaucoup d'argent,

mais Jake ne s'y interessait pas.

673

00:33:36,165 --> 00:33:38,249

Pas vrai? Il ne voulais pas que

sa charité devienne un business.

674

00:33:38,334 --> 00:33:40,251

Vous vous êtes battu avec lui,

et quand il n'est pas

675

00:33:40,336 --> 00:33:41,669

aller dans votre sens, vous l'avez tué.

676

00:33:41,737 --> 00:33:43,037

C'est dingue!

677

00:33:43,088 --> 00:33:44,789

Ecoutez, si je voulais être pro?

678

00:33:44,907 --> 00:33:46,758

Bien sur.

Qui ne voudrait pas?

679

00:33:46,842 --> 00:33:48,293

Mais j'ai refusé l'offre du Marshall,

680

00:33:48,377 --> 00:33:49,594

mais il ne voulait pas laisser passer.

681

00:33:49,678 --> 00:33:51,179

Oh, Marshall?

682

00:33:51,246 --> 00:33:52,547

Le beau frère de Jake,

qu'est ce que ça a voir avec lui?

683

00:33:52,598 --> 00:33:54,265

Il a dit qu'il allait me former,

me gérer, tout ça.

684

00:33:54,350 --> 00:33:56,768

Il m'a même demandé si je pouvais

recruter quelques autres gars aussi.

685

00:33:57,887 --> 00:34:00,305

Il demandait une commission de combien?

686

00:34:00,389 --> 00:34:03,358

20%.

687

00:34:03,425 --> 00:34:06,194

20%. Quand l'avez vous vu

pour la derniere fois?

688

00:34:06,261 --> 00:34:09,197

Il est venu hier pour me dire pour Jake.

689

00:34:09,264 --> 00:34:11,282

Il disait qu'il ne voulait pas que je l'apprenne

690

00:34:11,367 --> 00:34:12,817

à la télé.

691

00:34:12,902 --> 00:34:14,619

Votre Jeep était garé

devant quand il est venu?

692

00:34:14,703 --> 00:34:17,205

Ouai. Toujours au même endroit.

693

00:34:19,158 --> 00:34:21,292

Bien, donc j'ai regardé

pour Marshall Martel

694

00:34:21,377 --> 00:34:24,162

comme vous m'avez demandé, et j'ai

trouvé quelque chose de très interessant.

695

00:34:24,246 --> 00:34:25,630

D'après le statut de sa carte bleue,

696

00:34:25,714 --> 00:34:27,215

hier matin il a dépensé 84$

697

00:34:27,282 --> 00:34:29,501

dans une quincaillerie,

à cinq batiments

698

00:34:29,585 --> 00:34:32,053

de la scène de crime.

Viens voir ce qu'il a acheté.

699

00:34:41,463 --> 00:34:43,031

Ruban adhésif en toile et

du matériel de nettoyage.

700

00:34:43,098 --> 00:34:44,983

Regarde l'heure

701

00:34:46,468 --> 00:34:47,819

10h17.

702

00:34:47,903 --> 00:34:50,304

C'est ça aux alentour du TOD.

703

00:34:50,356 --> 00:34:53,140

Un, deux. Un, deux, trois.

704

00:34:53,192 --> 00:34:55,142

Un. Un

705

00:34:55,194 --> 00:34:56,327

Un, deux

706

00:34:56,412 --> 00:34:57,495

Hey!

707

00:34:57,580 --> 00:34:59,480

Marshall!

708

00:34:59,532 --> 00:35:01,315

Attendez. Je finis juste.

709

00:35:01,367 --> 00:35:02,817

Non, vous êtes finis.

Venez, vous avez finis.

710

00:35:02,868 --> 00:35:05,152

Faites en 5.

711

00:35:05,204 --> 00:35:08,923

De quoi parler vous?

712

00:35:08,991 --> 00:35:11,090

Nous parlons du fait

que vous avez tué Jake Griffin.

713

00:35:11,159 --> 00:35:13,094

- Excusez moi?

- Ouai.

714

00:35:13,161 --> 00:35:14,379

Alors vous êtes allé à la quincaillerie

715

00:35:14,463 --> 00:35:16,214

pour couvrir votre crime,

ce qui est une bonne indication

716

00:35:16,298 --> 00:35:18,099

pour moi, que vous n'aviez

pas planifier de le tué.

717

00:35:18,166 --> 00:35:20,351

Bien, mais quand vous l'avez fait,

vous vouliez que les flics

718

00:35:20,436 --> 00:35:21,436

cherchent autre part,

719

00:35:21,503 --> 00:35:23,938

donc, vous vous êtes couvert

et vous avez maquillé ça comme

720

00:35:24,006 --> 00:35:26,724

un des ces crimes lors de cambriolages

que vous avez vu aux infos.

721

00:35:26,809 --> 00:35:28,226

Qu'est ce qui se passe?

722

00:35:28,294 --> 00:35:30,061

Les mains dans le dos.

Allez.

723

00:35:30,145 --> 00:35:32,113

Marshall, pourquoi ils t'arrêtent?

724

00:35:32,180 --> 00:35:35,700

Marshall, dis quelque chose.

725

00:35:35,784 --> 00:35:38,536

Samantha, je suis désolé pour ça.

726

00:35:38,621 --> 00:35:39,904

Marshall, dis quelque chose!

727

00:35:39,989 --> 00:35:42,073

Marshall?!

728

00:35:42,157 --> 00:35:44,358

C'était un accident.

729

00:35:44,410 --> 00:35:45,877

J'essayais juste de lui faire peur.

730

00:35:45,961 --> 00:35:47,745

Quoi? C'était mon frère.

731

00:35:47,830 --> 00:35:48,913

Il avait tout l'argent du monde.

732

00:35:48,998 --> 00:35:50,381

Et tout ce que je voulais c'était

un petit quelque chose pour nous.

733

00:35:50,466 --> 00:35:52,133

Quelque chose de sorte que nous

n'aurions pas à venir à lui

734

00:35:52,200 --> 00:35:54,552

avec notre chapeau à la main,

mais il ne voulait pas ecouter.

735

00:35:54,637 --> 00:35:55,970

Donc, quoi, tu l'as tué?

736

00:35:59,592 --> 00:36:03,561

On se disputait, il est venu pour le

pistolet, qui n'etait plus là et j'ai...

737

00:36:03,646 --> 00:36:05,229

J'ai paniqué.

738

00:36:06,715 --> 00:36:08,049

Je suis désolé.

739

00:36:08,100 --> 00:36:10,351

Je suis désolé.

740

00:36:13,105 --> 00:36:15,106

Je suis vraiment désolé.

741

00:36:24,583 --> 00:36:26,584

Oh!

742

00:36:34,510 --> 00:36:36,628

Excusez moi.

743

00:36:38,897 --> 00:36:40,431

Oh, ouai.

744

00:36:40,516 --> 00:36:42,517

Pardonnez moi, wahine.

Excuses moi, mon frère. Pardonnez moi.

745

00:36:42,584 --> 00:36:45,436

Assures toi bien que tout

le monde en ait, braj. Ouai

746

00:36:45,521 --> 00:36:47,021

Kona.

Oh.

747

00:36:47,089 --> 00:36:49,140

Oh, bonnes places hein?

748

00:36:50,258 --> 00:36:51,592

Oh, ouai.

749

00:36:51,660 --> 00:36:55,697

C'est, um, beaucoup de popcorn,

même pour toi Kamelona.

750

00:36:55,764 --> 00:36:58,666

Oh, donnes moi des kakimochi.

751

00:36:58,734 --> 00:37:01,786

Sauté, c'est sain, sistah.

752

00:37:01,870 --> 00:37:03,021

Vous avez faim les gars?

753

00:37:03,088 --> 00:37:05,106

Ça te derange pas si...

754

00:37:06,425 --> 00:37:08,026

Oh, doucement, brah!

755

00:37:08,093 --> 00:37:09,327

Plus de recharge

756

00:37:09,411 --> 00:37:10,795

pour toi.

757

00:37:10,879 --> 00:37:12,797

Je sais que c'est pour

la charité, mais c'est dingue.

758

00:37:12,881 --> 00:37:13,998

Pas vrai? Même pour McGarrett.

759

00:37:14,083 --> 00:37:15,717

Donc, son adversaire...

760

00:37:16,785 --> 00:37:18,302

C'est dit dans ces statistiques là

761

00:37:18,387 --> 00:37:20,254

il a 21 ans et 8, avec 13 TKO.

762

00:37:20,305 --> 00:37:22,056

C'est quoi un TKO?

763

00:37:22,124 --> 00:37:24,592

Ça veut dire que 13 de ses

adversaires ne sont pas en mesure

764

00:37:24,643 --> 00:37:26,144

de continuer à se battre.

765

00:37:26,228 --> 00:37:27,645

Oh, donc c'est une bonne chose alors?

766

00:37:28,564 --> 00:37:31,566

Pas pour McGarrett.

767

00:37:31,633 --> 00:37:32,734

Okay, écoutes.

768

00:37:32,801 --> 00:37:36,470

Ecoute, le mantra c'est,

"C'est pour la charité"

769

00:37:36,522 --> 00:37:38,189

Okay, donc tu dois le dire.

770

00:37:38,273 --> 00:37:39,357

Ca ira.

771

00:37:39,441 --> 00:37:40,491

Okay.

772

00:37:40,576 --> 00:37:41,876

Yo, McGarrett?

773

00:37:41,944 --> 00:37:44,662

Merci de prendre ma

place pour le combat

774

00:37:44,747 --> 00:37:46,080

Jake

775

00:37:46,148 --> 00:37:47,982

ne voudrait pas que les fans

soit trompé sur un combat

776

00:37:48,033 --> 00:37:49,167

C'est pour les gamins, brah.

777

00:37:49,251 --> 00:37:50,985

Je vais essayer de vous

faire un bon spectacle.

778

00:37:51,036 --> 00:37:54,205

En plus, je suis celui qui

a disloqué ton épaule.

779

00:37:55,441 --> 00:37:57,458

Ouai, je n'ai pas oublié.

780

00:37:58,794 --> 00:38:00,294

Tapes les fort, mec.

781

00:38:01,830 --> 00:38:03,014

Excusez moi, Miss.

782

00:38:03,098 --> 00:38:05,216

Ouai, merci. Très bien.

783

00:38:05,300 --> 00:38:07,351

Et maintenant pour

notre évenement principal,

784

00:38:07,436 --> 00:38:09,937

La légende du MMA

Chuck "The Iceman" Liddell

785

00:38:10,005 --> 00:38:12,724

contre le héro de la ville,

Steve McGarrett

786

00:38:12,808 --> 00:38:14,842

dans un match exhibition de charité.

787

00:38:17,062 --> 00:38:19,013

Okay, c'est ta dernière

chance de revenir en arrière.

788

00:38:19,064 --> 00:38:20,948

Tu voudrais...?

789

00:38:22,317 --> 00:38:23,334

Ce sont tes funérailles.

790

00:38:36,364 --> 00:38:37,965

Okay, restes à terre!

791

00:38:38,033 --> 00:38:40,718

Rentrons à la maison.

On peut rentrer à la maison? Restes à terre.

792

00:38:40,803 --> 00:38:42,369

C'est pour la charité,

te relèves pas.

793

00:38:42,421 --> 00:38:43,838

Restes à terre.

794

00:38:53,165 --> 00:38:55,266

Allez! Ouai! Allez!

795

00:38:55,334 --> 00:38:56,567

Allez.

796

00:39:00,388 --> 00:39:01,739

Oh.

797

00:39:01,824 --> 00:39:03,775

I'll be right there.

126

00:06:28,522 --> 00:06:30,390

I caught a case.

I got to go.

127

00:06:30,441 --> 00:06:31,975

Thanks for the help,

okay? Aloha.

128

00:06:32,059 --> 00:06:35,145

Aloha. Mahalo

for the breakfast.

129

00:06:39,617 --> 00:06:42,652

Something tells me

he's not going to let this go.

130

00:06:42,737 --> 00:06:44,937

No.

131

00:06:51,629 --> 00:06:53,112

Vic was Jake Griffin.

132

00:06:53,164 --> 00:06:54,431

The restaurant guy?

133

00:06:54,498 --> 00:06:55,765

Yeah, one and only.

134

00:06:55,833 --> 00:06:57,701

Five restaurants in Hawaii,

20 on the mainland.

135

00:06:57,768 --> 00:07:00,203

Oh, you got to sell a lot

of misoyaki butterfish

136

00:07:00,271 --> 00:07:01,921

to buy a place like this, huh?

137

00:07:01,973 --> 00:07:03,289

Never would

have pegged you

138

00:07:03,341 --> 00:07:04,708

as a butterfish

type of guy.

139

00:07:04,775 --> 00:07:06,292

No, I'm not.

I'm really not.

140

00:07:06,344 --> 00:07:08,845

My wallet is not, either,

but I weaned Grace off

141

00:07:08,913 --> 00:07:10,246

of fish sticks

onto butterfish,

142

00:07:10,314 --> 00:07:12,131

and now it is her favorite,

so that's good.

143

00:07:12,183 --> 00:07:13,633

It's good.

144

00:07:13,684 --> 00:07:16,353

Yeah. Pool guy found the

body duct-taped to a chair,

145

00:07:16,437 --> 00:07:17,937

single gunshot

wound to the chest.

146

00:07:17,989 --> 00:07:19,305

What we got, Lori?

147

00:07:19,357 --> 00:07:20,790

Body was dumped in the pool.

148

00:07:20,858 --> 00:07:22,525

Unfortunately, chlorinated water

149

00:07:22,610 --> 00:07:25,195

is quite effective

at eliminating trace evidence.

150

00:07:25,279 --> 00:07:26,696

Oh, that's convenient.

151

00:07:26,781 --> 00:07:28,531

Or premeditated.

152

00:07:28,616 --> 00:07:30,316

However, based on

153

00:07:30,368 --> 00:07:32,318

the size of the contact

muzzle burn

154

00:07:32,370 --> 00:07:34,371

and at the entry wound,

155

00:07:34,455 --> 00:07:36,539

I would hazard a preliminary

guess that the victim

156

00:07:36,624 --> 00:07:40,794

was shot with a .38 caliber

handgun at point-blank range.

157

00:07:40,845 --> 00:07:42,512

HPD turn up a

murder weapon yet?

158

00:07:42,596 --> 00:07:44,597

Not yet. They're inside

processing.

159

00:07:44,665 --> 00:07:45,882

It looks like a

robbery gone bad.

160

00:07:45,966 --> 00:07:48,051

How you think

this went down, Lori?

161

00:07:48,135 --> 00:07:50,603

Well, usually,

the most dangerous time

162

00:07:50,671 --> 00:07:53,056

in an encounter like this is

before the victim's restrained,

163

00:07:53,140 --> 00:07:54,524

'cause usually

that's when a struggle

164

00:07:54,608 --> 00:07:57,677

can happen, but what bothers me

about this is,

165

00:07:57,728 --> 00:07:58,695

Jake was already

duct-taped to the chair.

166

00:07:58,779 --> 00:08:00,280

All right,

so he poses no threat,

167

00:08:00,347 --> 00:08:01,398

he can't fight back.

168

00:08:01,482 --> 00:08:02,982

So, why shoot him?

169

00:08:03,034 --> 00:08:04,200

Yeah.

170

00:08:06,487 --> 00:08:09,856

Several Reuben Tam

paintings taken.

171

00:08:09,907 --> 00:08:14,044

Jewelry, silverware,

electronics.

172

00:08:14,111 --> 00:08:15,712

Okay, so,

173

00:08:15,780 --> 00:08:18,214

these thieves definitely

knew what they were after.

174

00:08:18,299 --> 00:08:19,516

Yeah, HPD says

175

00:08:19,583 --> 00:08:21,651

there were other home invasions

in Honolulu this week.

176

00:08:21,719 --> 00:08:23,219

- Same M.O.?

- Yeah.

177

00:08:23,304 --> 00:08:25,221

Minus the dead guy

in the pool.

178

00:08:25,289 --> 00:08:26,573

All right, let's call HPD,

179

00:08:26,640 --> 00:08:27,924

let's make sure we know

everything there is to know

180

00:08:28,008 --> 00:08:29,092

about these other

home invasion cases.

181

00:08:29,176 --> 00:08:30,760

Yeah.

182

00:08:34,932 --> 00:08:37,851

Our victim--

he have a family?

183

00:08:37,902 --> 00:08:39,051

He's divorced.

184

00:08:39,103 --> 00:08:40,236

Wife's on the mainland.

185

00:08:40,321 --> 00:08:41,938

They got one kid.

186

00:08:42,022 --> 00:08:43,690

Josh, 14.

Lives here.

187

00:08:43,741 --> 00:08:46,776

Lives here, huh?

It's 3:15.

188

00:08:46,861 --> 00:08:47,944

Yeah. So?

189

00:08:48,028 --> 00:08:50,029

School let out

15 minutes ago.

190

00:08:51,999 --> 00:08:53,683

Hey, Danny, where you going?

191

00:09:03,260 --> 00:09:05,311

Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.

Josh.

192

00:09:05,379 --> 00:09:06,546

Hey, buddy.

193

00:09:06,597 --> 00:09:07,714

What's going on?

194

00:09:07,765 --> 00:09:10,082

Why are all these police

at my house?

195

00:09:10,134 --> 00:09:11,367

Son, I'm a detective.

196

00:09:11,435 --> 00:09:12,569

My name's Danny Williams.

197

00:09:12,636 --> 00:09:14,037

Where's my dad?

198

00:09:17,558 --> 00:09:19,609

Come here.

199

00:09:40,986 --> 00:09:43,954

Where's Josh?

200

00:09:44,022 --> 00:09:45,665

I need to see my nephew.

201

00:09:45,666 --> 00:09:46,533

You Jake's sister?

Yes.

202

00:09:46,617 --> 00:09:48,452

- I'm Samantha.

- Is Josh okay?

203

00:09:48,503 --> 00:09:49,619

He's fine. He's with

one of our detectives.

204

00:09:49,670 --> 00:09:51,004

There's

someone here

205

00:09:51,089 --> 00:09:52,205

to see you, buddy.

206

00:09:52,290 --> 00:09:54,674

Josh.

207

00:09:54,759 --> 00:09:58,295

Oh, God.

208

00:09:58,346 --> 00:10:00,997

It's gonna be okay.

209

00:10:01,065 --> 00:10:02,265

It's gonna

be okay.

210

00:10:08,890 --> 00:10:11,308

Kid makes the

lacrosse team today.

211

00:10:11,359 --> 00:10:14,061

He can't wait to come

home and tell his pop.

212

00:10:16,197 --> 00:10:19,399

Danny, we're gonna find

the people who did this.

213

00:10:28,326 --> 00:10:32,079

All right, these other two

home invasions-- what do we got?

214

00:10:32,163 --> 00:10:33,947

Well, both took place

within the last five days

215

00:10:34,015 --> 00:10:35,382

in the same

upscale neighborhoods,

216

00:10:35,450 --> 00:10:37,167

both with the same M.O.

217

00:10:37,218 --> 00:10:38,718

Four masked gunmen were waiting

for the families

218

00:10:38,803 --> 00:10:39,719

inside their homes.

219

00:10:39,804 --> 00:10:41,138

No signs of forced entry.

220

00:10:41,205 --> 00:10:43,473

These guys duct-taped

the men to chairs

221

00:10:43,541 --> 00:10:45,392

and beat them in front

of their wives and children

222

00:10:45,476 --> 00:10:48,895

until they gave up the location

of their valuables-- unreal.

223

00:10:48,980 --> 00:10:50,697

Right, but Jake Griffin

was alone, right?

224

00:10:50,765 --> 00:10:52,899

Josh had not come

home from school yet.

225

00:10:52,967 --> 00:10:55,552

Mm-hmm, maybe that's why

the situation escalated.

226

00:10:55,603 --> 00:10:56,770

I mean, they had

no leverage.

227

00:10:56,854 --> 00:10:58,438

Maybe that's why

Jake fought back.

228

00:10:58,523 --> 00:11:00,540

Yeah, maybe, but why were

these people targeted

229

00:11:00,608 --> 00:11:01,725

in the first place?

230

00:11:01,793 --> 00:11:03,310

What's the link?

There has to be a link.

231

00:11:03,377 --> 00:11:05,078

Well, typically

home invaders have been

232

00:11:05,146 --> 00:11:06,713

inside their victims' homes

prior to the attack.

233

00:11:06,781 --> 00:11:10,667

They use that opportunity to

assess their victims' assets.

234

00:11:10,734 --> 00:11:13,069

All right, so then we

cross-check maids, contractors,

235

00:11:13,121 --> 00:11:14,621

deliveries-- anyone with access

to their homes.

236

00:11:14,705 --> 00:11:16,439

Yes, start with that.

237

00:11:16,507 --> 00:11:17,907

We'll talk to the victims,

238

00:11:17,959 --> 00:11:20,160

see if they remember anything

they forgot in the statements.

239

00:11:25,550 --> 00:11:28,051

We already told

the other detectives,

240

00:11:28,102 --> 00:11:29,636

we don't remember anything.

241

00:11:29,704 --> 00:11:31,087

Okay, sometimes

being back

242

00:11:31,139 --> 00:11:32,722

in a specific environment

that you were at

243

00:11:32,773 --> 00:11:34,524

just prior to a trauma

can trigger a memory.

244

00:11:34,592 --> 00:11:36,860

The only thing that you

and the other victims

245

00:11:36,927 --> 00:11:39,029

have in common was that

you all ate at high-end

246

00:11:39,096 --> 00:11:40,480

Waikiki restaurants

in the days

247

00:11:40,565 --> 00:11:41,982

leading up to

the attacks.

248

00:11:42,066 --> 00:11:44,100

Restaurants that you frequent

at least once a week.

249

00:11:44,152 --> 00:11:48,038

Look, we want to help,

we do, but

250

00:11:48,105 --> 00:11:51,491

I was duct-taped to a chair

and had a gun put to my head

251

00:11:51,576 --> 00:11:52,942

in front of my wife

and kids.

252

00:11:52,994 --> 00:11:55,662

I don't remember

much beyond that.

253

00:11:55,746 --> 00:11:56,796

Understand.

254

00:11:56,881 --> 00:11:58,498

My kids thought

they were going to die.

255

00:12:00,351 --> 00:12:03,753

When a violation of

this kind takes place,

256

00:12:03,804 --> 00:12:06,673

the experience can be

extremely traumatic.

257

00:12:06,757 --> 00:12:11,011

It'll take some time,

but you will get past it.

258

00:12:13,797 --> 00:12:15,732

Try and think back

259

00:12:15,799 --> 00:12:18,318

to when you were arriving

or when you were leaving.

260

00:12:18,402 --> 00:12:20,136

Do you remember

anybody bumping into you?

261

00:12:20,188 --> 00:12:22,472

Ask you for directions,

use your phone?

262

00:12:22,523 --> 00:12:24,807

No, nothing

like that.

263

00:12:24,859 --> 00:12:27,194

Did your purse ever

leave your side?

264

00:12:27,278 --> 00:12:30,480

No, I always keep it

on the table so I can see it.

265

00:12:30,531 --> 00:12:33,316

What about your car?

266

00:12:33,367 --> 00:12:34,651

What, what about it?

267

00:12:34,702 --> 00:12:35,652

Where'd you park?

268

00:12:35,703 --> 00:12:37,003

Uh, down the street.

269

00:12:37,088 --> 00:12:38,004

No, you didn't.

270

00:12:38,089 --> 00:12:39,005

Remember, honey,

271

00:12:39,073 --> 00:12:40,674

we were running late

and you valeted.

272

00:12:40,758 --> 00:12:42,709

No, I parked...

273

00:12:42,793 --> 00:12:44,761

Wait, um,

you're right.

274

00:12:44,829 --> 00:12:46,463

I gave my car to the valet.

275

00:12:49,166 --> 00:12:51,768

Do you keep your house keys

on the same key chain?

276

00:12:51,835 --> 00:12:53,436

I do.

277

00:12:53,504 --> 00:12:54,938

Why do you ask?

278

00:12:55,005 --> 00:12:58,758

We'll be in touch, but call us

if you remember anything.

279

00:12:58,826 --> 00:12:59,776

Thank you.

280

00:12:59,843 --> 00:13:01,428

Thank you.

281

00:13:04,515 --> 00:13:05,448

What's up?

282

00:13:05,516 --> 00:13:06,733

Danny, is there

a valet stand

283

00:13:06,801 --> 00:13:08,201

out the front

of that restaurant?

284

00:13:08,286 --> 00:13:09,736

Yes, there is.

285

00:13:09,820 --> 00:13:13,406

Very bright orange and yellow

sign-- Kokua Valet.

286

00:13:13,491 --> 00:13:15,125

Let me guess-- you, too.

287

00:13:15,192 --> 00:13:16,576

Yeah, I think

we just found

288

00:13:16,661 --> 00:13:18,662

our link.

289

00:13:22,917 --> 00:13:24,801

Kokua Valet-- they serviced

all the restaurants

290

00:13:24,868 --> 00:13:27,170

where the vics ate,

including Jake Griffin's place.

291

00:13:27,221 --> 00:13:29,556

Yeah, the company has got

20 freelance employees

292

00:13:29,640 --> 00:13:31,458

on the payroll, but get this--

293

00:13:31,525 --> 00:13:35,312

four specific employees

all worked together the nights

294

00:13:35,379 --> 00:13:36,379

the victims were

at the restaurants.

295

00:13:36,430 --> 00:13:39,215

Let me guess,

all four of 'em were off

296

00:13:39,267 --> 00:13:41,101

the days

that the invasions took place.

297

00:13:41,185 --> 00:13:42,218

You got it.

298

00:13:42,270 --> 00:13:43,903

Any of these four

got a record?

299

00:13:43,988 --> 00:13:45,655

Yeah, one.

300

00:13:47,775 --> 00:13:49,609

Oh, Dave Lockhart,

301

00:13:49,694 --> 00:13:52,895

proud owner of a string of

petty theft and robbery charges.

302

00:13:52,947 --> 00:13:54,614

This guy working tonight?

303

00:13:54,699 --> 00:13:57,066

Nope, and neither

are the others.

304

00:13:57,118 --> 00:13:58,251

Dave Lockhart.

305

00:13:58,336 --> 00:14:00,086

Five-O.

Open up.

306

00:14:01,739 --> 00:14:03,006

Clear right.

307

00:14:08,912 --> 00:14:11,765

Clear left.

Room clear.

308

00:14:20,558 --> 00:14:22,559

Last room clear.

309

00:14:23,811 --> 00:14:24,861

Nobody's home.

310

00:14:24,928 --> 00:14:26,479

They could be

on the prowl.

311

00:14:28,766 --> 00:14:30,116

Find something?

312

00:14:30,201 --> 00:14:33,703

Yeah, looks like these guys are

taking impressions of the keys

313

00:14:33,771 --> 00:14:35,989

on the job, then they come

back here, they make copies.

314

00:14:36,073 --> 00:14:39,492

I got molds,

I got some kind of polymer gel.

315

00:14:39,577 --> 00:14:40,794

All right,

I give you ten to one,

316

00:14:40,878 --> 00:14:41,878

we check the victim's locks,

317

00:14:41,945 --> 00:14:42,962

we find trace evidence

of this stuff.

318

00:14:44,882 --> 00:14:46,549

What do you got, Chin?

319

00:14:46,617 --> 00:14:49,135

Surveillance pictures.

320

00:14:49,220 --> 00:14:51,621

Looks like our suspects

cased all the houses

321

00:14:51,672 --> 00:14:53,623

before they hit 'em.

322

00:14:55,426 --> 00:14:56,726

All right, I know that one.

323

00:14:56,794 --> 00:14:59,512

That's the Laskos',

there's Doroughty's.

324

00:15:00,598 --> 00:15:02,482

I do not recognize

this one. You?

325

00:15:02,566 --> 00:15:03,650

No.

326

00:15:03,734 --> 00:15:04,684

Could be there right now.

327

00:15:04,769 --> 00:15:05,769

I'll get a picture.

328

00:15:07,137 --> 00:15:08,655

Sun's to the east.

329

00:15:08,739 --> 00:15:09,939

Looks like Aina Haina.

330

00:15:09,990 --> 00:15:12,108

Yeah, Kono, listen, Chin sending

you through a photo.

331

00:15:12,159 --> 00:15:13,526

Find that house

for us right away.

332

00:15:13,611 --> 00:15:14,944

We think

they could be hitting it.

333

00:15:19,116 --> 00:15:21,984

Just let my family go, I'll

give you whatever you want.

334

00:15:22,036 --> 00:15:23,036

Shut up.

335

00:15:23,120 --> 00:15:24,504

Don't hurt him, please.

336

00:15:24,588 --> 00:15:26,139

Shut up.

No, stop.

337

00:15:26,207 --> 00:15:28,425

I'll give you whatever you want.

I said shut up.

338

00:15:35,195 --> 00:15:36,476

Where's the safe?

Huh?

339

00:15:36,477 --> 00:15:37,777

Don't make me ask you again.

340

00:15:40,067 --> 00:15:41,598

How many guys are

we looking at here?

341

00:15:41,599 --> 00:15:43,100

Looks like we got

three home invaders,

342

00:15:43,167 --> 00:15:44,768

no sign of the fourth.

343

00:15:44,836 --> 00:15:46,270

Hostage count is four.

344

00:15:46,337 --> 00:15:47,838

Two adults, two children.

345

00:15:47,889 --> 00:15:49,556

- Looks like they're already restrained.

- Laser mic is online.

346

00:15:49,641 --> 00:15:51,675

Tell me where it is

or you're all going to die.

347

00:15:51,726 --> 00:15:52,726

In the office behind the plasma.

348

00:15:52,811 --> 00:15:53,877

We got to breach

349

00:15:53,945 --> 00:15:55,679

and we got to breach right now.

Okay, Chin,

350

00:15:55,730 --> 00:15:56,780

Lori, you guys

take the rear.

351

00:15:56,848 --> 00:15:57,848

You two, you're on me.

352

00:15:57,899 --> 00:15:59,149

All right, come on.

353

00:16:10,194 --> 00:16:11,428

Down.

354

00:16:16,351 --> 00:16:17,918

Go, go.

Turn around.

355

00:16:18,002 --> 00:16:20,054

Clear left.

356

00:16:20,138 --> 00:16:21,305

I said turn around.

357

00:16:21,372 --> 00:16:23,424

Room clear.

358

00:16:23,508 --> 00:16:25,392

Let's see your hands.

359

00:16:25,477 --> 00:16:27,811

Room clear.

360

00:16:30,548 --> 00:16:32,316

Hands, hands, hands.

361

00:16:32,383 --> 00:16:35,018

Turn around and

back up to me.

362

00:16:38,823 --> 00:16:40,357

Clear.

363

00:16:41,609 --> 00:16:44,027

It's gonna be all right.

364

00:16:47,832 --> 00:16:49,166

Is there anybody else

in the house?

365

00:16:52,737 --> 00:16:55,506

Hey! Chin, Lori, number four's

coming to you right now.

366

00:16:55,573 --> 00:16:57,541

Five-O!

Don't move!

367

00:17:03,131 --> 00:17:05,682

Freeze, freeze!

368

00:17:18,480 --> 00:17:19,730

Nice work.

369

00:17:28,773 --> 00:17:30,791

How many times I got

to tell you, I didn't kill Jake?

370

00:17:30,875 --> 00:17:32,042

What are you doing?

371

00:17:32,109 --> 00:17:34,545

Why are you, uh-- are you

covering for your crew, huh?

372

00:17:34,612 --> 00:17:36,830

I mean, you know there is

no honor amongst thieves.

373

00:17:36,915 --> 00:17:38,499

Eventually they

will rat on you,

374

00:17:38,583 --> 00:17:40,134

so why don't you just

beat 'em to the punch?

375

00:17:40,218 --> 00:17:41,418

Hey.

Hey.

376

00:17:41,469 --> 00:17:42,452

You didn't miss anything--

this guy's

377

00:17:42,504 --> 00:17:44,004

vocabulary

does not stray

378

00:17:44,088 --> 00:17:45,956

too far

from the word "lawyer."

379

00:17:46,007 --> 00:17:47,007

Oh.

380

00:17:47,091 --> 00:17:48,642

So what happened?

381

00:17:48,726 --> 00:17:51,311

Jake connect the dots,

figure out

382

00:17:51,396 --> 00:17:52,846

you were making copies

of his customers' keys

383

00:17:52,931 --> 00:17:53,964

and then hitting

their homes?

384

00:17:54,015 --> 00:17:54,898

Lawyer.

385

00:17:54,966 --> 00:17:56,132

See what I mean?

386

00:17:56,184 --> 00:17:59,135

'Cause, you see,

this wasn't a random score.

387

00:17:59,187 --> 00:18:00,571

Jake was on to you,

wasn't he?

388

00:18:00,638 --> 00:18:01,905

Lawyer.

389

00:18:01,973 --> 00:18:04,158

You go to his hale, ask him

not to talk to the cops,

390

00:18:04,242 --> 00:18:05,475

and then everything goes

out the door.

391

00:18:05,527 --> 00:18:06,577

You crazy?

392

00:18:06,644 --> 00:18:07,828

I never even met the man.

393

00:18:07,912 --> 00:18:09,312

What do you mean you

never met the guy?

394

00:18:09,364 --> 00:18:11,031

You were a valet driver

at one of his restaurants.

395

00:18:11,115 --> 00:18:13,149

What, do I look like an idiot?

That doesn't make any sense.

396

00:18:13,201 --> 00:18:15,752

No, man, the guy's just

a name on a T-shirt.

397

00:18:15,820 --> 00:18:18,872

His sister's the one that

ran the whole operation,

398

00:18:18,957 --> 00:18:20,340

at least until he

kicked her to the curb.

399

00:18:20,425 --> 00:18:22,593

He fired her, why?

400

00:18:22,660 --> 00:18:24,294

How the hell would I know? I

told you, I never met the man.

401

00:18:25,329 --> 00:18:28,131

Look, you think

we hit his house?

402

00:18:28,183 --> 00:18:30,217

Go through our stash.

403

00:18:30,301 --> 00:18:32,936

You won't find a damn thing

from Jake Griffin's place.

404

00:18:33,004 --> 00:18:35,939

By the way, lawyer.

405

00:18:36,007 --> 00:18:38,508

I called

406

00:18:38,576 --> 00:18:39,726

because my findings

were highly unusual

407

00:18:39,811 --> 00:18:40,777

and I thought

they may be

408

00:18:40,845 --> 00:18:42,279

pertinent

to your investigation.

409

00:18:42,346 --> 00:18:43,981

Great, because we have

a suspect in custody

410

00:18:44,032 --> 00:18:46,116

who swears he didn't

murder Jake Griffin.

411

00:18:46,183 --> 00:18:48,068

Oh, how is your sense

of smell, Agent Weston?

412

00:18:48,152 --> 00:18:49,369

Excuse me?

413

00:18:53,658 --> 00:18:56,460

I detect a hint

of strawberry and lavender,

414

00:18:56,527 --> 00:18:58,629

perhaps even

some fresh coconut.

415

00:18:58,696 --> 00:18:59,630

Body wash or shampoo?

416

00:18:59,697 --> 00:19:01,381

Max, you're

creeping me out.

417

00:19:01,466 --> 00:19:04,334

Oh, I'm sorry, I wasn't trying

to be forward, Agent Weston.

418

00:19:04,385 --> 00:19:06,053

I was merely trying

to prove a point.

419

00:19:06,137 --> 00:19:09,089

Sometimes our olfactory senses

are our best forensic tools.

420

00:19:09,173 --> 00:19:10,824

Okay, olfactory senses.

421

00:19:10,892 --> 00:19:12,392

What are you

trying to say?

422

00:19:12,477 --> 00:19:14,895

You didn't happen

to notice a faint odor

423

00:19:14,979 --> 00:19:17,547

of Australian tea tree oil

on your suspect, did you?

424

00:19:17,599 --> 00:19:20,267

I try not to smell

the suspects, Max. Why?

425

00:19:20,351 --> 00:19:22,402

Well, it is just

one of several

426

00:19:22,487 --> 00:19:24,771

atypical findings

in this case.

427

00:19:24,856 --> 00:19:27,774

When I swabbed the duct tape

that bound your victim,

428

00:19:27,859 --> 00:19:29,243

I was able

to recover some traces

429

00:19:29,327 --> 00:19:30,911

of Australian

tea tree oil

430

00:19:30,995 --> 00:19:32,562

and eucalyptus oil

431

00:19:32,614 --> 00:19:33,614

that was preserved

on the adhesive side

432

00:19:33,698 --> 00:19:34,615

of the duct tape.

433

00:19:34,699 --> 00:19:36,500

As you can see,

434

00:19:36,567 --> 00:19:37,834

Mr. Griffin

suffered no trauma

435

00:19:37,902 --> 00:19:40,037

or subdermal bruising

of the wrists.

436

00:19:40,088 --> 00:19:42,506

So our vic didn't put up a

fight when he was restrained.

437

00:19:42,573 --> 00:19:43,757

And I believe

I know why.

438

00:19:47,462 --> 00:19:49,096

I found high-velocity

blood spatter

439

00:19:49,180 --> 00:19:50,447

under the duct tape,

440

00:19:50,515 --> 00:19:52,015

which would suggest

that Jake Griffin was dead

441

00:19:52,083 --> 00:19:54,685

before he was taped

to the chair.

442

00:19:54,752 --> 00:19:56,136

Doesn't make any sense--

I mean, why shoot him

443

00:19:56,220 --> 00:19:57,638

and then tape him to a chair?

444

00:20:00,041 --> 00:20:02,926

So it turns out that our vic's

sister, Samantha Martel,

445

00:20:02,977 --> 00:20:05,145

was dropped from

the Griffin Enterprises payroll

446

00:20:05,213 --> 00:20:06,196

a few months ago.

447

00:20:06,263 --> 00:20:07,447

What, was she fired?

448

00:20:07,532 --> 00:20:09,199

Nothing in the record

that states that.

449

00:20:09,267 --> 00:20:10,450

When I reached out

to the company,

450

00:20:10,535 --> 00:20:12,903

the party line was that

Samantha left on her own

451

00:20:12,954 --> 00:20:14,788

to work at Jake's

charitable foundation.

452

00:20:14,872 --> 00:20:16,073

And what, is that legit

453

00:20:16,124 --> 00:20:18,208

or is the foundation just

code for tax shelter?

454

00:20:18,275 --> 00:20:20,110

No, n-no, Griffin did a lot of

good work for the community.

455

00:20:20,161 --> 00:20:21,995

I mean, the guy opened gyms

all over the island

456

00:20:22,080 --> 00:20:23,880

to keep kids off the street.

Noble

457

00:20:23,948 --> 00:20:25,232

but not as profitable.

458

00:20:25,300 --> 00:20:27,034

So I just spoke

to Griffin's attorney.

459

00:20:27,101 --> 00:20:30,604

Um, it turns out his entire

estate and all his restaurants

460

00:20:30,672 --> 00:20:31,805

fall to his

son Josh

461

00:20:31,889 --> 00:20:33,340

but only after he turns 25.

462

00:20:33,424 --> 00:20:35,642

And until then, I bet

00:38:38,033 --> 00:38:40,718

Let's go home. Can we

go home? Stay down.

802

00:38:40,803 --> 00:38:42,369

It's charity.

Don't get up.

803

00:38:42,421 --> 00:38:43,838

Stay down.

804

00:38:53,165 --> 00:38:55,266

Go! Yes! Come on!

805

00:38:55,334 --> 00:38:56,567

Come on.

806

00:39:00,388 --> 00:39:01,739

Oh.

807

00:39:01,824 --> 00:39:03,775

Oh, you the man.

808

00:39:03,859 --> 00:39:06,661

I didn't know an arm could

bend that far back, brah.

809

00:39:06,728 --> 00:39:07,945

Actually, the

rotator cuff

810

00:39:08,030 --> 00:39:09,497

has an amazing range

of mobility.

811

00:39:09,564 --> 00:39:11,065

You want me

812

00:39:11,116 --> 00:39:12,166

to get you a steak for that eye?

813

00:39:12,234 --> 00:39:15,236

Right? Who knew charity

hurt so much?

814

00:39:15,287 --> 00:39:17,505

Boss, when you got back up,

and went after that guy,

815

00:39:17,572 --> 00:39:18,572

it was pure...

816

00:39:18,624 --> 00:39:19,824

Pure imua, brah!

817

00:39:19,892 --> 00:39:21,676

That means pure

818

00:39:21,743 --> 00:39:22,927

stupidity, and we're

all in agreement.

819

00:39:23,011 --> 00:39:25,079

What you got going on

with that hand there, Danno?

820

00:39:25,130 --> 00:39:26,798

I figured while

you're at it,

821

00:39:26,915 --> 00:39:28,082

bring it.

822

00:39:30,109 --> 00:39:31,893

Allright, get the chairs

outta the way, let's go.

823

00:39:32,181 --> 00:39:33,748

My money's on the SEAL.

824

00:39:33,816 --> 00:39:36,218

I'll take that action,

Danny's one scrappah.

825

00:39:51,976 --> 00:39:53,977

Joe.

826

00:39:56,014 --> 00:39:57,981

What happened to you?

827

00:39:58,049 --> 00:39:59,533

Where's Mokoto?

828

00:39:59,601 --> 00:40:01,301

He's dead.

829

00:40:01,369 --> 00:40:02,819

Dead? What happened?

830

00:40:02,887 --> 00:40:04,220

I got here.

831

00:40:04,272 --> 00:40:07,223

Door was open, his

body's in the study.

832

00:40:07,275 --> 00:40:09,660

Looks like he

was tortured.

833

00:40:09,727 --> 00:40:11,495

What?!

834

00:40:12,664 --> 00:40:15,365

Who would torture an old man

in a wheelchair?

835

00:40:18,235 --> 00:40:20,170

Wo Fat.

836

00:40:20,237 --> 00:40:21,421

I don't understand.

837

00:40:21,506 --> 00:40:22,873

Why-Why would he come here?

838

00:40:22,924 --> 00:40:24,841

How did he know about Mokoto?

839

00:40:24,909 --> 00:40:26,927

Wo Fat paid me a visit

last night.

840

00:40:27,011 --> 00:40:28,845

What are you talking about?

841

00:40:28,913 --> 00:40:30,797

Got the jump on me,

and then he disappeared.

842

00:40:30,882 --> 00:40:32,849

Did you tell him about Mokoto?

843

00:40:32,917 --> 00:40:35,552

No... but he must have known.

844

00:40:37,555 --> 00:40:39,306

Okay.

845

00:40:39,390 --> 00:40:40,524

Wo Fat's either cleaning house,

846

00:40:40,591 --> 00:40:42,142

or he's looking

for answers, right?

847

00:40:43,895 --> 00:40:45,362

We did this.

848

00:40:45,429 --> 00:40:47,147

What?

849

00:40:47,231 --> 00:40:49,399

Our questions got Mokoto killed.

850

00:40:49,450 --> 00:40:52,569

No, Joe.

851

00:40:52,620 --> 00:40:53,987

Wo Fat started this.

852

00:40:55,606 --> 00:40:57,607

But I plan to finish it.

853

00:40:58,626 --> 00:40:59,675

You continue to go

down this road, son,

854

00:40:59,676 --> 00:41:01,343

you got to ask yourself,

855

00:41:01,394 --> 00:41:04,346

how many more lives

is that gonna cost?

Kikavu ?
