1

00:00:16,435 --> 00:00:20,502

1 Bravo 142, à la poursuite

d'un possible "Code 10".

2

00:00:20,628 --> 00:00:23,827

vers l'ouest sur Bishop Street.

3

00:00:25,994 --> 00:00:28,468

Avis aux unités,

1 Bravo 142 est en poursuite.

4

00:00:28,536 --> 00:00:30,504

Les unités arriveront dans

2 minutes ou moins.

5

00:00:34,863 --> 00:00:36,768

Unité, pour information,

avez-vous

6

00:00:36,836 --> 00:00:39,137

une description du supect

pour les autres unités?

7

00:00:42,859 --> 00:00:45,099

Négatif. Il a démarré avant

qu'on ne puisse approcher.

8

00:00:45,166 --> 00:00:47,103

Pour le moment, on pourchasse

ses feux arrières.

9

00:00:52,069 --> 00:00:54,769

Le suspect est maintenant

dans le chantier naval.

10

00:00:54,837 --> 00:00:56,638

J'ai besoin qu'on encercle le périmètre.

11

00:01:25,939 --> 00:01:28,475

Que les unités soit prévenues,

je suis maintenant à pieds.

12

00:01:28,543 --> 00:01:31,111

Avis aux unités, l'unité de

tête est maintenant à pieds.

13

00:01:31,179 --> 00:01:33,180

A toute unité qui ne soit

pas encore sur les lieux,

14

00:01:33,248 --> 00:01:35,082

retrouvez l'unité de tête à la porte Est,

15

00:01:35,149 --> 00:01:37,217

pour une mission de recherche.

16

00:01:42,523 --> 00:01:44,857

Déployez vous.

Il doit être quelque part.

17

00:01:45,759 --> 00:01:47,360

Sergent!

18

00:01:47,428 --> 00:01:48,896

Sergent, j'ai des traces de pneus ici!

19

00:01:51,200 --> 00:01:53,001

Il a dû abandonner la voiture

dans l'un de ces conteneurs.

20

00:01:53,068 --> 00:01:54,269

Ouvrons les.

21

00:02:15,226 --> 00:02:16,893

C'est la voiture.

22

00:02:20,731 --> 00:02:22,065

Aucun signe du conducteur.

23

00:02:22,133 --> 00:02:23,566

Sergent, par ici!

24

00:02:23,634 --> 00:02:24,667

Qu'est-ce que tu as?

25

00:02:24,735 --> 00:02:26,269

Du sang.

26

00:02:28,505 --> 00:02:29,472

Ouvre le.

27

00:02:32,909 --> 00:02:34,944

Oh, mon Dieu!

28

00:02:37,247 --> 00:02:40,549

Dahuiteam présente...

29

00:02:40,574 --> 00:02:44,574

30

00:03:13,251 --> 00:03:16,387

Avez vous déjà

pensé à investir dans l'or?

31

00:03:16,454 --> 00:03:18,922

Êtes-vous un conseiller financier

avec des clients intéressés par l'or?

32

00:03:18,990 --> 00:03:20,124

Peut être que vous

avez déjà considéré l'or,

33

00:03:20,191 --> 00:03:22,326

mais les commissions

étaient juste trop haute.

34

00:03:22,393 --> 00:03:24,928

Je suis convaincu que

le marché va s'effrondrer.

35

00:03:24,996 --> 00:03:27,197

Avec la baisse du dollar et l'inflation,

36

00:03:27,265 --> 00:03:30,001

J'ai déjà converti des

montants considérables

37

00:03:30,068 --> 00:03:31,503

de mes avoirs en or.

38

00:03:31,570 --> 00:03:34,072

Je me souviens des années 70

quand l'or a fortement augmenté.

39

00:03:34,140 --> 00:03:36,541

Appelez l'International Or

et l'Association des Courtiers d'Argent,

40

00:03:36,609 --> 00:03:39,345

et recevez les prix les plus bas.

41

00:03:39,412 --> 00:03:42,815

Maintenant c'est le moment

d'acheter à nouveau de l'or.

42

00:03:42,882 --> 00:03:44,883

L'or préserve les comptes,

43

00:03:44,951 --> 00:03:48,087

compte d'investissement d'or,

compte IRA d'or.

44

00:03:48,154 --> 00:03:52,091

Pièces de monnaie américaines,

pièces international...

45

00:03:54,761 --> 00:03:58,497

Je regardais ça.

46

00:03:58,564 --> 00:04:00,399

A travers la couverture?

47

00:04:02,602 --> 00:04:04,870

Oh, eh bien, j'écoutais de toute façon.

48

00:04:04,938 --> 00:04:08,441

Ouai, je veux dire, parce qu'il

n'y a rien de plus relaxant

49

00:04:08,509 --> 00:04:10,009

que le son de quelqu'un essayant

50

00:04:10,077 --> 00:04:11,344

de te vendre des pièces

en or, n'est ce pas?

51

00:04:11,412 --> 00:04:12,780

Tu sais, j'ai besoin de quelque chose

52

00:04:12,847 --> 00:04:14,548

pour bloquer le son de l'océan.

53

00:04:14,616 --> 00:04:16,017

Parce que les vagues qui s'écrasent

54

00:04:16,084 --> 00:04:19,488

encore et encore et encore, Steven.

55

00:04:19,556 --> 00:04:22,491

Certain dirait que

c'est un son relaxant, Danny

56

00:04:22,559 --> 00:04:24,293

Ouai? Certaines personnes.

57

00:04:24,361 --> 00:04:25,762

Et les autres, comme moi, dirait

58

00:04:25,829 --> 00:04:27,230

que c'est la torture

aquatique d'Hawaii, okay?

59

00:04:27,298 --> 00:04:28,998

Ça fait deux semaines maintenant,

je ne peux pas plus.

60

00:04:29,066 --> 00:04:33,169

Okay, tu sais ça me dérange

pas que tu crèches avec moi

61

00:04:33,237 --> 00:04:34,671

jusqu'a ce que tu trouves

ton propre endroit, d'accord?

62

00:04:34,738 --> 00:04:35,905

J'apprecie.

63

00:04:35,973 --> 00:04:37,740

Okay, mais je ne peux pas

dormir avec la TV d'allumer.

64

00:04:37,808 --> 00:04:39,009

Je ne peux pas dormir avec la TV éteinte.

65

00:04:39,110 --> 00:04:41,744

Et nous avons discuté de ça

avant que tu enménages.

66

00:04:41,812 --> 00:04:43,980

Ouai c'est vrai.

Je pense m'en rappeller,

67

00:04:44,048 --> 00:04:46,884

c'est la règle McGarrett

de maison numéro 32:

68

00:04:46,951 --> 00:04:49,887

Pas de TV après minuit.

69

00:04:49,955 --> 00:04:52,123

Je suis désolé que l'hotel

n'ait pas marché pour toi.

70

00:04:52,191 --> 00:04:53,925

Attends, attends,

whoa, whoa.

71

00:04:53,993 --> 00:04:56,061

L'hôtel 'na pas marché", okay?

72

00:04:56,129 --> 00:04:57,496

C'est devenu infesté

de moississure noire.

73

00:04:57,564 --> 00:04:59,365

Il y a une difference.

C'est un signe de Dieu.

74

00:04:59,433 --> 00:05:01,000

Mais...

75

00:05:01,068 --> 00:05:04,270

J'ai pris l'habitude de faire les

choses d'une certaine manière.

76

00:05:04,338 --> 00:05:06,538

Ouai, je sais, et ta manière,

et ta manière est complétement folle.

77

00:05:06,606 --> 00:05:08,807

C'est dingue. Qui peut prendre

une douche de moins de trois minutes?

78

00:05:08,875 --> 00:05:10,575

Tu as déjà entendu parler de la douche navy

79

00:05:10,643 --> 00:05:13,578

Danny? Une douche navy?

Non. Où est ce que tu penses

80

00:05:13,645 --> 00:05:15,146

que j'aurais pu entendre parler de

quelque chose comme la douche navy?

81

00:05:15,147 --> 00:05:15,747

Je ne suis pas dans la navy.

82

00:05:15,748 --> 00:05:17,578

Trois minutes est un luxe

pour une douche navy, Danny!

83

00:05:23,188 --> 00:05:25,990

McGarrett.

84

00:05:26,058 --> 00:05:28,492

J'arrive.

85

00:05:28,560 --> 00:05:29,860

Mets ton pantalon.

86

00:05:29,928 --> 00:05:31,562

On va travailler.

87

00:05:38,338 --> 00:05:39,705

Wow.

88

00:05:39,773 --> 00:05:42,408

Qui est cette momie?

89

00:05:42,476 --> 00:05:43,910

Comment ça se présente, Max?

90

00:05:43,977 --> 00:05:47,113

Eh bien, en me basant

sur mon examen préliminaire,

91

00:05:47,180 --> 00:05:48,580

il semble que la cause de la mort

92

00:05:48,648 --> 00:05:50,215

était une simple blessure

par balle à la poitrine.

93

00:05:50,283 --> 00:05:51,917

Il n'y a pas de sorti,

94

00:05:51,985 --> 00:05:53,785

donc je devrais être

capable de récupérer la balle

95

00:05:53,853 --> 00:05:55,120

et de l'envoyer à la balistique.

96

00:05:55,188 --> 00:05:56,989

Pas de portefeuille sur la victime,

97

00:05:57,056 --> 00:05:58,824

de sorte que je tente de ...

98

00:05:58,892 --> 00:06:02,395

Oh, hello, messieurs

99

00:06:02,462 --> 00:06:04,629

Comme c'est sympa

de votre part de venir.

100

00:06:07,400 --> 00:06:09,001

Max, tu v... tu vas bien,

quelque chose ne va pas?

101

00:06:09,068 --> 00:06:10,869

Comme je disais,

je suis tenté

102

00:06:10,937 --> 00:06:12,070

de prendre ses empreintes digitales,

103

00:06:12,138 --> 00:06:13,872

mais on dirait que toutes

ses empreintes digitales

104

00:06:13,940 --> 00:06:15,674

sont lisses.

105

00:06:15,742 --> 00:06:17,777

donc nous devons trouver

un autre moyen de l'identifier.

106

00:06:17,844 --> 00:06:19,245

Interessant, parce que

107

00:06:19,313 --> 00:06:20,479

même si les empreintes digitales sont lisses,

108

00:06:20,547 --> 00:06:21,914

vous savez, elles vont réapparaitre

dans quelques semaines.

109

00:06:21,982 --> 00:06:23,750

Mais les garder lisses

comme ça à demander

110

00:06:23,818 --> 00:06:25,419

beaucoup de temps et d'effort.

111

00:06:25,486 --> 00:06:26,987

Peut être que notre tueur ne

voulait pas que ce gars soit identifié.

112

00:06:27,055 --> 00:06:28,889

Ouai, je veux dire,

s'il a lissé les empreintes digitales,

113

00:06:28,957 --> 00:06:30,491

imagine ce qu'il a fait

au visage de notre victime.

114

00:06:30,559 --> 00:06:32,093

Quelqu'un s'est donné beaucoup de mal

115

00:06:32,160 --> 00:06:33,427

pour cacher l'identité de ce gars.

116

00:06:33,495 --> 00:06:35,029

Pourquoi?

117

00:06:48,576 --> 00:06:49,618

Kono et moi avons cherché

118

00:06:49,619 --> 00:06:51,186

dans la muscle car trouvé au chantier naval

119

00:06:51,254 --> 00:06:52,854

pour voir si c'était lié de

quelque sorte avec notre victime.

120

00:06:52,922 --> 00:06:55,056

Laisses moi deviner, ils ne sont pas dirigés

vers n'importe quel concessionnaire.

121

00:06:55,124 --> 00:06:56,758

Non, les plaques

122

00:06:56,825 --> 00:06:58,926

ont été enlevées ou limées,

et les conteneurs ont été marqués

123

00:06:58,994 --> 00:07:00,862

pour des navires en

direction de Chine et du Japon

124

00:07:00,930 --> 00:07:02,444

Ouai, il y a un grand marché pour

les muscle cars américaines là bas.

125

00:07:02,469 --> 00:07:03,231

Ouai.

126

00:07:03,232 --> 00:07:05,533

La victime a peut être énervé

nos voleurs de voiture.

127

00:07:05,600 --> 00:07:08,002

Peut être, mais pourquoi

laisser le corps dans le coffre

128

00:07:08,070 --> 00:07:09,403

d'une de leurs voitures volées?

129

00:07:09,471 --> 00:07:10,805

Peut être qu'ils allaient jeter le corps

130

00:07:10,872 --> 00:07:11,906

quand le navire serait en mer.

131

00:07:11,973 --> 00:07:14,074

Le HPD a les voitures.

132

00:07:14,142 --> 00:07:15,276

On peut aller voir là bas.

133

00:07:15,343 --> 00:07:16,511

Peut être qu'on peut

collecter des preuves.

134

00:07:16,578 --> 00:07:18,580

On trouve les voleurs de voiture,

on pourrait trouver le tueur.

135

00:07:18,648 --> 00:07:21,049

Pour le moment, je me contenterai

d'une identité pour notre victime.

136

00:07:29,227 --> 00:07:31,228

Max.

137

00:07:33,031 --> 00:07:35,899

Max.

138

00:07:41,272 --> 00:07:43,273

Max.

139

00:07:45,142 --> 00:07:47,443

Ah, content de vous voir,

Agent Weston.

140

00:07:47,511 --> 00:07:49,311

Content de te voir, Max.

141

00:07:49,379 --> 00:07:50,646

Il nous ignore.

142

00:07:50,713 --> 00:07:51,980

Um,

143

00:07:52,048 --> 00:07:53,982

tu as dit par téléphone,

que tu avais quelque chose pour nous?

144

00:07:54,050 --> 00:07:56,819

Oui, j'ai été capable de récupérer

une balle de neuf millimètres

145

00:07:56,887 --> 00:07:58,621

de la la cavité thoracique

de notre victime

146

00:07:58,689 --> 00:07:59,823

et je l'ai envoyé à la balistique.

147

00:07:59,890 --> 00:08:03,528

Okay, ils ont, uh,

trouvé un résultat?

148

00:08:06,866 --> 00:08:08,967

Ouai, ils ont eu un résultat,

149

00:08:09,035 --> 00:08:10,836

Max?

- Malheureusement

150

00:08:10,904 --> 00:08:13,405

la recherche d'un résultat

s'est avérée infructueuse.

151

00:08:13,473 --> 00:08:14,773

Cependant,

j'ai trouvé quelque chose

152

00:08:14,841 --> 00:08:16,575

de très interessant,

après j'ai été capable

153

00:08:16,643 --> 00:08:17,943

d'enlever les bandages de notre victime.

154

00:08:18,011 --> 00:08:19,611

- Hmm.

- Suivez moi.

155

00:08:19,679 --> 00:08:21,413

Super.

156

00:08:21,481 --> 00:08:23,783

Voila.

157

00:08:24,551 --> 00:08:26,452

Notez les points de soutures

158

00:08:26,520 --> 00:08:28,754

sous les yeux et le menton.

159

00:08:28,822 --> 00:08:31,291

Ça pourrait être compatible

avec une récente implantation.

160

00:08:31,358 --> 00:08:32,892

Quelle sorte d'implantation?

161

00:08:33,928 --> 00:08:35,261

Tu veux dire chirurgie platique ou... ?

162

00:08:35,329 --> 00:08:38,265

Récemment, puisque les

sutures n'ont pas été enlevés.

163

00:08:38,333 --> 00:08:40,501

A en juger par la rigueur,

164

00:08:40,569 --> 00:08:43,037

le travail a probablement

été fait aux alentours de la mort.

165

00:08:43,104 --> 00:08:46,541

Notez également les nombreuses

cicatrices chirurgicales.

166

00:08:46,608 --> 00:08:48,610

Cet homme a les joues refaites,

167

00:08:48,678 --> 00:08:50,011

son nez, et ses sourcils.

168

00:08:50,079 --> 00:08:51,847

Son apparence a été sévèrement altéré.

169

00:08:51,915 --> 00:08:53,449

Eh bien, peut être

que ce n'était pas le tueur

170

00:08:53,517 --> 00:08:55,217

qui ne voulait pas que ce gars soit identifié.

171

00:08:55,285 --> 00:08:56,551

Peut être que c'était la victime elle même.

172

00:08:56,619 --> 00:08:57,953

Bien.

173

00:08:58,021 --> 00:08:59,455

Super, donc nous n'avons

aucun moyen de l'identifié?

174

00:08:59,523 --> 00:09:01,457

Ce n'est pas entièrement vrai.

175

00:09:01,524 --> 00:09:03,359

Tous les implants dans un corps humains

176

00:09:03,426 --> 00:09:04,593

sont marqué avec un

numéro de série.

177

00:09:04,661 --> 00:09:05,861

Je peux retrouver

178

00:09:05,929 --> 00:09:08,397

ce numéro de serie et donc,

la clinique qui les a acheté

179

00:09:08,464 --> 00:09:09,531

et utiliser ces informations

180

00:09:09,599 --> 00:09:10,999

pour obtenir une identité.

181

00:09:11,067 --> 00:09:12,000

Bien sûr, je suis encore

182

00:09:12,068 --> 00:09:13,135

au milieu d'une enquête complète,

183

00:09:13,202 --> 00:09:16,038

donc quand j'en saurai plus,

je vous le dirai.

184

00:09:16,105 --> 00:09:17,539

Super.

185

00:09:17,607 --> 00:09:18,540

Merci Max.

186

00:09:18,608 --> 00:09:20,142

Merci Max.

187

00:09:20,210 --> 00:09:21,510

De rien, Agent Weston.

188

00:09:21,578 --> 00:09:23,912

Tout pour aider un ami.

189

00:09:29,953 --> 00:09:31,887

Qu'est ce que tu lui a fait?

190

00:09:31,955 --> 00:09:34,523

Je suis désolé, quoi,

qu'est ce que j'ai fait? Pourquoi moi?

191

00:09:34,591 --> 00:09:36,792

Eh bien, il est visiblement

bouleversé pour quelque chose.

192

00:09:36,860 --> 00:09:38,994

- Les mecs... - Evidemment tu as

automatiquement supposé que c'était moi.

193

00:09:39,062 --> 00:09:40,896

- C'est ridicule.

- Eh bien, je sais que ce n'était pas moi.

194

00:09:40,964 --> 00:09:42,543

Tu offences plus de personnes que moi.

195

00:09:42,544 --> 00:09:43,295

Je ne pense pas du tout

que ce soit vrai.

196

00:09:43,300 --> 00:09:44,567

- Les gars.

- Ouai.

197

00:09:44,635 --> 00:09:46,369

Je vais devoir vous donner un temps mort.

198

00:09:46,437 --> 00:09:47,537

Partons d'ici.

199

00:09:47,604 --> 00:09:49,239

Nous avons un assassin à attrapper.

200

00:09:52,943 --> 00:09:55,678

Une Camaro Z28 de 69.

201

00:09:55,746 --> 00:09:57,747

Ah, les voleurs ont de bons goûts.

202

00:09:57,815 --> 00:09:59,482

Hey, Oncle Keako

n'en a pas une comme ça?

203

00:09:59,550 --> 00:10:00,517

Mm-hmm.

204

00:10:00,584 --> 00:10:02,352

J'adore cette voiture.

205

00:10:02,419 --> 00:10:03,453

Ça te rappelle des vieux trucs?

206

00:10:03,520 --> 00:10:04,954

Mm-hmm.

207

00:10:05,022 --> 00:10:06,523

Je ne pouvais pas y croire quand

il m'a laissé la prendre pour le bal de promo.

208

00:10:06,591 --> 00:10:09,193

Ok, je ne veux pas entendre

parler de ta nuit de bal de promo.

209

00:10:09,260 --> 00:10:11,629

A vrai dire, ce n'était pas

aussi glamour que ce que tu penses.

210

00:10:11,696 --> 00:10:13,631

Je, euh, je suis tombé

en panne d'essence,

211

00:10:13,699 --> 00:10:15,533

et j'ai dû marcher

7 km pour faire le plein.

212

00:10:16,769 --> 00:10:17,936

Bien joué cousin.

213

00:10:18,004 --> 00:10:20,272

Tu as trouvé quelque chose?

214

00:10:20,340 --> 00:10:22,541

Rien, pas d'empreintes,

pas de marques d'outils.

215

00:10:22,609 --> 00:10:24,577

Ces gars sont des pros.

-Toi?

216

00:10:24,645 --> 00:10:26,580

Euh, ouais, viens voir.

217

00:10:26,647 --> 00:10:27,814

Toutes les voitures

218

00:10:27,882 --> 00:10:30,217

correspondent à la description

de véhicules volés récemmment,

219

00:10:30,285 --> 00:10:32,619

sauf pour celle où nous

avons trouvé notre victime.

220

00:10:32,687 --> 00:10:34,455

Donc tu penses

qu'elle n'a pas été volée?

221

00:10:34,522 --> 00:10:37,124

Je ne sais pas, peut-être que

la voiture appartenait à la victime.

222

00:10:37,191 --> 00:10:39,025

C'est logique.

223

00:10:39,093 --> 00:10:41,160

Il a pu être attaqué, et a résisté.

224

00:10:41,228 --> 00:10:42,395

Seulement,

pourquoi laisser le corps?

225

00:10:42,463 --> 00:10:44,630

Euh.

226

00:10:44,698 --> 00:10:46,365

Bon, qu'est-ce que nous

avons en termes de pistes?

227

00:10:46,433 --> 00:10:49,235

Ok, la chose que ces voitures

ont toutes en commun,

228

00:10:49,302 --> 00:10:50,836

c'est d'avoir des pièces neuves.

229

00:10:50,904 --> 00:10:53,405

Ok, donc soit elles ont toutes été

230

00:10:53,473 --> 00:10:54,773

récemment restaurées...

231

00:10:54,841 --> 00:10:56,942

Enorme coïncidence.

...soit

232

00:10:57,010 --> 00:10:58,277

les voleurs de voitures

avaient pour travail

233

00:10:58,345 --> 00:10:59,745

de les rendre

plus difficile à reconnaitre.

234

00:10:59,813 --> 00:11:01,981

Mais ça pourrait être un

moyen de suivre notre tueur.

235

00:11:02,049 --> 00:11:04,318

Allons découvrir qui tune ces voitures.

236

00:11:04,385 --> 00:11:06,186

- Très bien.

- Eh?

237

00:11:27,675 --> 00:11:28,942

Howzit?

238

00:11:29,010 --> 00:11:30,677

Pour toi, jolie demoiselle.

239

00:11:30,745 --> 00:11:31,711

Ça fera 100 dollars.

240

00:11:31,779 --> 00:11:34,448

100 dollars pour un désodorisant?

241

00:11:34,515 --> 00:11:36,049

Non non,

242

00:11:36,117 --> 00:11:37,651

Pour ton information,

243

00:11:37,718 --> 00:11:38,985

Ce que je paye, tu me le rends.

244

00:11:39,053 --> 00:11:40,687

Et le désodorisant ?

245

00:11:40,755 --> 00:11:42,890

Je t'en fait cadeau.

246

00:11:42,957 --> 00:11:45,326

Heu ... merci, je suppose.

247

00:11:45,394 --> 00:11:46,628

Ok,

t'as appris quoi ?

248

00:11:46,695 --> 00:11:48,563

Tu ne vas pas

l'accrocher ?

249

00:11:49,599 --> 00:11:51,033

Ah ... oui.

250

00:11:51,100 --> 00:11:52,968

Heu, merci Kamekona,

251

00:11:53,036 --> 00:11:56,905

J'ai toujours rêvé d'un désodorisant

ça ... ça sent un peu comme ...

252

00:11:56,972 --> 00:11:58,473

Un Spam Musubi ?

(snack populaire à hawaii)

253

00:11:58,541 --> 00:12:00,708

Ouais.

254

00:12:00,776 --> 00:12:03,410

Ils appellent cette gamme

Les Arômes de Hawaii.

255

00:12:03,478 --> 00:12:05,679

Je m'en suis acheté

le Loco Moco.

256

00:12:07,048 --> 00:12:08,548

Hmmmm.

257

00:12:08,616 --> 00:12:10,350

- ... frère ...

- Ah, Oui.

258

00:12:10,418 --> 00:12:12,219

Le gérant n'a

entendu parler

259

00:12:12,286 --> 00:12:14,854

d'aucune Camaro de 69

qui aurait été rajeunie,

260

00:12:14,922 --> 00:12:17,358

mais il connait un frangin

qui en a une.

261

00:12:17,425 --> 00:12:19,427

Et ce "Frangin" a un nom ?

Ken Nakoa.

262

00:12:19,494 --> 00:12:22,363

C'est simple,

tout ce que tu as à faire,

263

00:12:22,431 --> 00:12:25,300

c'est de te faire une liste de courses

avec les roues dont tu as besoin,

264

00:12:25,367 --> 00:12:26,935

et quelques jours après ...

265

00:12:27,002 --> 00:12:28,704

Il te livre tes provisions.

266

00:12:28,771 --> 00:12:29,872

Pas les miennes.

267

00:12:29,939 --> 00:12:31,373

Je ne voudrais pas participer

268

00:12:31,441 --> 00:12:33,542

à un accord aussi

moralement discutable.

269

00:12:33,610 --> 00:12:34,877

Les autres par contre ...

270

00:12:34,945 --> 00:12:36,578

n'ont pas ma force de caractère.

271

00:12:36,646 --> 00:12:38,313

Bien entendu.

272

00:12:39,682 --> 00:12:42,317

Fait en sorte que Ken Nakoa

ait ça le plus tôt possible.

273

00:12:42,385 --> 00:12:43,785

"Une Ford Mustang de 1966"

274

00:12:43,853 --> 00:12:45,319

C'est quoi ?

275

00:12:45,387 --> 00:12:47,288

Notre liste de courses.

276

00:12:48,924 --> 00:12:50,758

Ok.

277

00:12:50,826 --> 00:12:52,860

Merci pour le "Spam".

278

00:12:59,500 --> 00:13:01,501

C'est Max.

279

00:13:01,569 --> 00:13:03,337

Sois sympa.

280

00:13:05,006 --> 00:13:07,674

Salut Max !

281

00:13:07,742 --> 00:13:08,842

J'ai admirablement bien réussi

282

00:13:08,910 --> 00:13:10,510

à extraire les implants

de la victime.

283

00:13:10,577 --> 00:13:12,645

et à tracer les numéros de séries

jusqu'au fabricant.

284

00:13:12,713 --> 00:13:13,980

Très bien, c'est génial.

285

00:13:14,048 --> 00:13:15,482

Savent-ils qui les a achetés ?

286

00:13:15,550 --> 00:13:17,952

Le fabricant a confirmé,

les implants ont été envoyés

287

00:13:18,019 --> 00:13:20,721

à la clinique Pukana La,

dirigée par le Dr. Thomas James.

288

00:13:20,789 --> 00:13:22,256

Il est réputé faire

un très bon travail.

289

00:13:22,324 --> 00:13:24,692

Bien, c'est bien.

290

00:13:24,760 --> 00:13:26,594

Très bon travail.

Merci beaucoup.

291

00:13:26,662 --> 00:13:28,063

Bon travail.

292

00:13:28,130 --> 00:13:30,032

Dis, Max, heu ...

293

00:13:30,099 --> 00:13:31,734

serait-il possible que

tu sois fâché contre nous

294

00:13:31,801 --> 00:13:33,536

contre Danny ...

pour une quelconque raison ?

295

00:13:36,839 --> 00:13:38,306

Il vient de nous raccrocher

à la figure, non ?

296

00:13:38,374 --> 00:13:39,908

J'ai l'impression.

Max ?

297

00:13:39,975 --> 00:13:41,442

Oui.

298

00:13:41,510 --> 00:13:43,177

Certainement quelque chose

que tu as fait.

299

00:13:52,085 --> 00:13:54,587

Connaissez-vous cet homme docteur ?

300

00:13:54,654 --> 00:13:56,789

Oui, son nom est Ryan Jackson.

301

00:13:56,857 --> 00:13:58,491

Je l'ai moi-même opéré

il y a deux jours environ.

302

00:13:58,559 --> 00:13:59,659

Que s'est-il passé ?

303

00:13:59,727 --> 00:14:00,926

C'est ce qu'on cherche à savoir.

304

00:14:00,994 --> 00:14:02,695

Voilà, donc tout ce que vous

pourrez nous dire

305

00:14:02,763 --> 00:14:04,964

serait d'une grande aide.

- Bien sûr.

306

00:14:05,032 --> 00:14:07,066

Jackson n'était pas

un patient ordinaire.

307

00:14:07,134 --> 00:14:08,801

Je peux vous l'affirmer.

308

00:14:08,869 --> 00:14:11,771

Heu, bien, dans le monde

de la chirurgie esthétique,

309

00:14:11,838 --> 00:14:13,506

qu'est-ce qui est ordinaire

Docteur ?

310

00:14:13,573 --> 00:14:15,474

La quantité de travail,

pour les débutants.

311

00:14:15,542 --> 00:14:18,110

Habituellement, les gens viennent

ici pour de petites retouches

312

00:14:18,178 --> 00:14:20,145

liposuccion, Botox,

parfois un lifting facial.

313

00:14:20,213 --> 00:14:21,380

Mais pas, ...

314

00:14:21,447 --> 00:14:22,948

pas Jackson ?

Non.

315

00:14:23,016 --> 00:14:25,550

Jackson est venu uniquement

316

00:14:25,618 --> 00:14:26,885

pour une reconstruction

faciale complète.

317

00:14:26,952 --> 00:14:30,288

J'ai proposé une rhinoplastie,

un lifting du front,

318

00:14:30,356 --> 00:14:32,390

des implants aux joues,

la totale.

319

00:14:32,458 --> 00:14:34,358

Vous n'avez pas pensé

que c'était louche ?

320

00:14:34,426 --> 00:14:36,761

Je veux dire, et si c'était

un meurtrier,

321

00:14:36,829 --> 00:14:38,263

un violeur d'enfant,

que sais-je ?

322

00:14:39,298 --> 00:14:40,999

Ce n'est pas mon boulot.

323

00:14:41,067 --> 00:14:42,167

Pas votre boulot ?

324

00:14:42,235 --> 00:14:43,835

Non, vous encaissez juste

les chèques.

325

00:14:43,903 --> 00:14:46,138

Hum, nous allons avoir besoin

de voir son dossier,

326

00:14:46,206 --> 00:14:48,074

ses informations de paiement,

si c'est possible.

327

00:14:48,142 --> 00:14:49,442

- Bien entendu.

Super.

328

00:14:49,510 --> 00:14:51,979

Enfin, je peux vous donner

le fichier, mais

329

00:14:52,046 --> 00:14:53,547

il n'y aura rien sur

le paiement.

330

00:14:53,614 --> 00:14:54,714

Jackson a payé en

liquide.

331

00:14:54,782 --> 00:14:55,982

Pardon ? En liquide ?

332

00:14:56,050 --> 00:14:57,985

Ce n'est pas étonnant.

333

00:14:58,052 --> 00:14:59,820

Ces opérations de

chirurgie plastique

334

00:14:59,888 --> 00:15:02,523

ne sont pas couvertes

par les mutuelles.

335

00:15:05,160 --> 00:15:06,460

Voilà le fichier.

336

00:15:06,527 --> 00:15:07,661

Bien, merci.

337

00:15:07,728 --> 00:15:09,162

Au fait, vous souvenez-vous

de quoi que ce soit

338

00:15:09,230 --> 00:15:11,031

à propos de Ryan Jackson ?

339

00:15:11,098 --> 00:15:13,133

Heu, seulement qu'il

est parti précipitamment.

340

00:15:13,200 --> 00:15:15,301

Je voulais qu'il reste en

observation une nuit après l'opération,

341

00:15:15,369 --> 00:15:18,438

mais lorsque je suis allé le voir

en salle de réveil, il était parti.

342

00:15:18,506 --> 00:15:20,841

Regardez ceci.

343

00:15:20,909 --> 00:15:22,009

Mmm.

344

00:15:22,076 --> 00:15:23,477

Cette adresse est

bizarre.

345

00:15:23,545 --> 00:15:24,879

Les nombres ne sont pas

normaux.

346

00:15:24,947 --> 00:15:26,848

C'est à dire?

347

00:15:26,916 --> 00:15:29,418

Ouais, comme je le pressentais.

348

00:15:29,486 --> 00:15:31,020

Ce nombre est trop grand.

349

00:15:31,087 --> 00:15:32,421

Cette adresse, juste là,

350

00:15:32,489 --> 00:15:34,090

ça nous placerait en plein

milieu de l'océan.

351

00:15:34,157 --> 00:15:35,858

Et bien, c'est pas cool.

352

00:15:35,926 --> 00:15:38,394

De plus, pas de photos?

Avant ou

353

00:15:38,462 --> 00:15:40,296

après l'opération?

- Normalement, on en prend

354

00:15:40,364 --> 00:15:42,799

mais Jackson a demandé

qu'on n'en prenne pas.

355

00:15:42,867 --> 00:15:43,800

Il a déclaré que c'était

une question de vie privée

356

00:15:43,867 --> 00:15:45,702

- Pardon.

Qu'est-ce que tu fais?

357

00:15:45,769 --> 00:15:47,203

Tes super sens te titillent?

Qu'est-ce qu'il y a?

358

00:15:47,271 --> 00:15:49,638

Jackson a-t-il rempli

son dossier ici?

359

00:15:49,706 --> 00:15:51,007

Oui, bien sûr.

360

00:15:51,074 --> 00:15:52,609

Tous nos clients remplissent

leur fiche

361

00:15:52,676 --> 00:15:54,110

ici, dans le hall.

362

00:15:54,178 --> 00:15:55,345

Dentisterie cosmétique?

363

00:15:55,412 --> 00:15:57,380

Et, il y a un problème

avec mes dents?

364

00:15:57,448 --> 00:15:58,615

Tourne-le.

365

00:15:58,682 --> 00:16:01,317

"Dr. Ryan Jackson Docteur

en Chirurgie Dentaire"

366

00:16:01,385 --> 00:16:02,719

Une coïncidence.

367

00:16:02,786 --> 00:16:04,621

Il s'appelle lui aussi Ryan Jackson.

368

00:16:04,689 --> 00:16:06,056

Notre victime

369

00:16:06,123 --> 00:16:07,791

n'a même pas utilisé son vrai nom.

Très astucieux.

370

00:16:07,858 --> 00:16:10,627

Bref, c'est qui ce mec ?

371

00:17:00,443 --> 00:17:03,546

Vous allez devoir payer

pour ça.

372

00:17:03,613 --> 00:17:05,248

Pour quoi,

un relooking ?

373

00:17:05,315 --> 00:17:06,749

T'es canon.

374

00:17:06,817 --> 00:17:08,117

Maintenant, mêle-toi à eux.

375

00:17:08,185 --> 00:17:09,452

Et ne trébuche pas.

376

00:17:09,520 --> 00:17:10,620

Avec des talons de 15 cm ?

377

00:17:10,688 --> 00:17:12,122

Je ne promets rien.

378

00:17:12,189 --> 00:17:13,923

Un pied devant l'autre,

jeune fille.

379

00:17:13,991 --> 00:17:15,191

Je continue de penser

380

00:17:15,259 --> 00:17:17,527

que Kono aurait été bien plus

sexy dans ces fringues.

381

00:17:17,595 --> 00:17:19,429

Désolé frangine.

382

00:17:19,496 --> 00:17:21,631

J'ai fait ma part d'infiltration,

c'est ton tour maintenant.

383

00:17:21,699 --> 00:17:24,134

Ouvre l'oeil,

on cherche Nakoa.

384

00:17:24,202 --> 00:17:25,369

Cet endroit est bien connu

pour rassembler

385

00:17:25,436 --> 00:17:26,570

les propriétaires de

voitures gonflées,

386

00:17:26,637 --> 00:17:27,804

et c'est au milieu

387

00:17:27,872 --> 00:17:29,005

de la zone

où Nakoa travaille.

388

00:17:29,073 --> 00:17:30,406

Il devrait donc bientôt arriver.

389

00:17:30,474 --> 00:17:32,175

C'est bon.

J'ai compris.

390

00:17:44,222 --> 00:17:46,257

Hey, je le vois.

391

00:17:46,325 --> 00:17:48,326

Il vient vers moi.

392

00:17:51,197 --> 00:17:53,598

J'aimerais voir

sous le capot.

393

00:17:53,666 --> 00:17:56,735

Tu l'utilises souvent cette vanne ?

394

00:18:00,239 --> 00:18:02,073

Joli. J'aurais pas cru

395

00:18:02,141 --> 00:18:03,408

que tu sois attirée par les "whips" en te voyant.

(whip(s) = fouet(s), whips = grosse voiture)

396

00:18:03,476 --> 00:18:05,910

Il y a tant de choses

397

00:18:05,978 --> 00:18:07,712

qui m'attirent

et qui pourraient te surprendre.

398

00:18:07,780 --> 00:18:09,113

Vraiment ?

399

00:18:09,181 --> 00:18:10,381

Comme ... ?

400

00:18:10,448 --> 00:18:12,082

Comme 350 chevaux.

401

00:18:12,150 --> 00:18:14,118

C'est un 351 Windsor ?

402

00:18:14,186 --> 00:18:17,087

Uh-hu. De 0 à 100 en moins de six secondes.

403

00:18:17,155 --> 00:18:20,391

Pfiou ! Ca va vite.

404

00:18:20,459 --> 00:18:22,527

J'aime aller vite.

405

00:18:22,595 --> 00:18:25,931

On va se faire une tournée,

voir ce qu'elle vaut ?

406

00:18:25,998 --> 00:18:27,666

Ouais, bien sûr.

407

00:18:27,733 --> 00:18:29,501

Monte.

408

00:18:43,117 --> 00:18:45,084

Elle tourne rond.

409

00:18:45,152 --> 00:18:46,753

Attends de la pousser.

410

00:18:48,322 --> 00:18:50,223

Ouvre la portière !

411

00:18:50,290 --> 00:18:51,958

Ne me force pas

à te redemander.

412

00:18:52,025 --> 00:18:53,593

Allez ! Allez !

413

00:18:53,660 --> 00:18:55,528

Tu dégages, maintenant!

414

00:18:56,630 --> 00:18:59,633

Pas toi. Roule.

415

00:18:59,700 --> 00:19:02,302

J'ai dit: "roule"!

416

00:19:16,686 --> 00:19:18,486

Elle y a cru.

417

00:19:20,723 --> 00:19:21,990

A fond.

418

00:19:23,659 --> 00:19:25,126

Hé, qu'est-ce qu'il se passe?

419

00:19:25,194 --> 00:19:27,428

Tout s'est verrouillé.

420

00:19:27,496 --> 00:19:29,363

Appuie sur le champignon.

421

00:19:29,431 --> 00:19:30,998

J'essaie.

Je ne sais pas ce qui se passe.

422

00:19:29,431 --> 00:19:30,998

J'essaie.

Je ne sais pas ce qui se passe.

423

00:19:31,066 --> 00:19:33,200

Qu'est-ce qu'on fait?

424

00:19:33,268 --> 00:19:34,669

Je ne peux pas ouvrir la porte!

425

00:19:34,736 --> 00:19:36,337

Le truc entier est bloqué!

426

00:19:36,405 --> 00:19:37,939

Le moteur est mort.

427

00:19:38,007 --> 00:19:39,507

Oh, mec,

c'est les flics.

428

00:19:39,575 --> 00:19:41,610

On doit sortir de là mec!

429

00:19:43,579 --> 00:19:45,346

C'est un piège.

430

00:19:50,385 --> 00:19:52,953

Permis de conduire et carte grise,

s'il vous plait.

431

00:20:02,668 --> 00:20:04,086

De la façon dont nous le voyons,

432

00:20:04,087 --> 00:20:05,844

vous et votre ami, vous

avez essayé de voler la voiture

433

00:20:05,845 --> 00:20:07,212

de ce gars, et ça a mal fini.

434

00:20:07,280 --> 00:20:09,881

Très bien,

alors vous avez planqué

435

00:20:09,949 --> 00:20:12,617

le corps dans le coffre

d'une voiture que vous avez volée.

436

00:20:12,685 --> 00:20:14,986

Ecoute, je n'ai jamais

vu King Tut de ma vie.

437

00:20:15,054 --> 00:20:16,454

Vous espérer vraiment

que nous allons le croire?

438

00:20:16,522 --> 00:20:18,790

Je me fous de ce que vous croyez.

C'est la vérité.

439

00:20:18,858 --> 00:20:20,191

Il se fout de ce qu'on croit.

440

00:20:20,259 --> 00:20:21,760

Et à ce propos

Nakoa, d'accord?

441

00:20:21,827 --> 00:20:24,162

On a vu la liste de shopping, ouai?

Vous volez des voitures.

442

00:20:24,230 --> 00:20:26,532

Vous avez volé cette voiture, il y avait

un gars mort dans le coffre, donc,

443

00:20:26,599 --> 00:20:29,068

vous nous parlez, soit vous allez

parler a votre codétenu

444

00:20:29,136 --> 00:20:30,870

pour le reste de votre vie.

445

00:20:30,938 --> 00:20:32,939

Vous voyez comment ça marche?

446

00:20:35,043 --> 00:20:37,512

Je savais que c'était

trop beau pour être vrai.

447

00:20:38,547 --> 00:20:40,582

De quoi vous parlez?

448

00:20:40,649 --> 00:20:43,384

Nous avons vu ce bébé

sur le côté de Ala Moana,

449

00:20:43,452 --> 00:20:46,254

les clefs sur le contact,

parfait état,

450

00:20:46,322 --> 00:20:48,356

qui ne demandait qu'a être prise.

451

00:20:48,424 --> 00:20:50,058

Le tout était bizarre.

452

00:20:50,126 --> 00:20:51,360

Vous mentez.

453

00:20:51,427 --> 00:20:52,894

Je le jure sur mes enfants.

454

00:20:52,962 --> 00:20:55,364

Nous l'avons amenée aux docks

et mise avec les autres.

455

00:20:55,431 --> 00:20:57,065

Pourquoi vous n'avez pas vérifié le coffre?

456

00:20:57,133 --> 00:20:59,268

C'était un travail bâclé.

Même pas eu la chance de la peindre.

457

00:20:59,336 --> 00:21:00,402

Vidée de l'interieur.

458

00:21:00,470 --> 00:21:01,603

et planquée.

459

00:21:02,639 --> 00:21:04,807

C'est classique.

460

00:21:04,874 --> 00:21:06,909

Imaginez que quelqu'un demande

pour une fois, éventuellement.

461

00:21:06,977 --> 00:21:09,212

Vous avez trouvé quelque

chose dans la voiture?

462

00:21:09,280 --> 00:21:11,882

La seule chose que j'ai trouvée,

c'est un sac sur le siège passager.

463

00:21:11,949 --> 00:21:13,717

Où est le sac maintenant?

464

00:21:15,753 --> 00:21:18,622

L'histoire de Nakoa correspond.

465

00:21:18,689 --> 00:21:20,523

Le TOD a notre victime avant

que la voiture n'ai été volée.

466

00:21:20,591 --> 00:21:22,659

Eh bien, au moins on a Nakoa

pour vol de voiture qualifié.

467

00:21:22,726 --> 00:21:23,860

- D'accord?

- D'accord.

468

00:21:23,927 --> 00:21:25,794

Qu'est ce que tu as Kono?

Quelque chose d'intéressant?

469

00:21:25,895 --> 00:21:28,564

Ouai, j'ai trois chemises,

trois shorts,

470

00:21:28,631 --> 00:21:30,032

chaussettes et trois boxers.

471

00:21:30,099 --> 00:21:31,366

Très bien.

472

00:21:31,434 --> 00:21:32,500

Eh bien, maintenant

nous savons que notre victime

473

00:21:32,568 --> 00:21:34,202

préfère les boxers aux slips,

mais toujours pas d'identité.

474

00:21:34,269 --> 00:21:35,369

Ce n'est pas tout.

475

00:21:35,437 --> 00:21:36,971

J'ai trouvé ça dans la poche du côté.

476

00:21:46,783 --> 00:21:49,251

Ça va à la chambre 235 de l'hôtel Kalihi.

477

00:21:49,319 --> 00:21:51,254

Je me suis déjà

entretenue avec le manager,

478

00:21:51,322 --> 00:21:53,956

et le nom du loueur est Adam Raines.

479

00:21:54,024 --> 00:21:55,091

Ça pourrait être le

vrai nom de notre victime.

480

00:21:55,159 --> 00:21:57,260

Ouais. Ou son tueur.

481

00:21:57,895 --> 00:21:59,128

Bon travail.

482

00:22:10,874 --> 00:22:12,241

Joli endroit.

483

00:22:12,309 --> 00:22:15,144

Ouais. Je me demande si

il y a de la moisissure noire.

484

00:22:16,245 --> 00:22:17,646

Très drôle.

485

00:22:17,714 --> 00:22:18,747

Trop tôt ?

486

00:22:18,815 --> 00:22:20,316

Un peu.

D'accord.

487

00:22:24,153 --> 00:22:25,654

Hé, hé.

Non, c'est rien.

488

00:22:25,722 --> 00:22:28,191

Nous sommes du Five-O.

Nous sommes du Five-O.

489

00:22:28,258 --> 00:22:30,993

C'est rien.

490

00:22:31,061 --> 00:22:32,194

Quel est votre nom ?

491

00:22:32,262 --> 00:22:34,930

Suzie Greene.

492

00:22:34,998 --> 00:22:36,399

Où est Adam?

493

00:22:37,434 --> 00:22:39,635

Adam Raines ?

Oui.

494

00:22:39,702 --> 00:22:41,203

Comment connaissez-vous Adam ?

495

00:22:41,271 --> 00:22:43,005

C'est mon petit copain.

496

00:22:43,073 --> 00:22:44,840

Est-ce qu'il a des problèmes ?

497

00:22:44,908 --> 00:22:46,876

Il devrait être de

retour maintenant.

498

00:22:46,944 --> 00:22:49,212

Suzie, sais-tu

si Adam a subi

499

00:22:49,279 --> 00:22:50,713

une opération de chirurgie

esthétique récemment ?

500

00:22:50,781 --> 00:22:52,882

Oui. Pourquoi ?

501

00:22:55,052 --> 00:22:57,453

Quoi ?

502

00:22:57,521 --> 00:23:00,455

Quelque chose est-il arrivé à Adam ?

503

00:23:00,523 --> 00:23:02,023

Oui.

504

00:23:05,595 --> 00:23:07,396

Il adorait cette voiture.

505

00:23:09,432 --> 00:23:12,200

Il l'a restaurée tout seul ; c'est

comme ça qu'on s'est rencontré.

506

00:23:14,037 --> 00:23:15,904

Il a commencé à

venir au magasin,

507

00:23:15,972 --> 00:23:18,975

Je travaillais au

service après-vente.

508

00:23:19,042 --> 00:23:20,476

Quand nous avons commencé

à sortir ensemble, il m'a dit

509

00:23:20,544 --> 00:23:23,746

qu'il venait rendre des trucs,

juste pour pouvoir me voir.

510

00:23:23,813 --> 00:23:26,715

Depuis combien de temps

êtes-vous ensemble?

511

00:23:26,783 --> 00:23:29,050

Un an et demi.

512

00:23:29,118 --> 00:23:31,886

Il a emménagé avec moi

il y a environ un an,

513

00:23:31,954 --> 00:23:33,221

mais...

514

00:23:33,288 --> 00:23:35,256

on, on ne s'est pas vu énormément

515

00:23:35,324 --> 00:23:36,323

dernièrement.

516

00:23:36,391 --> 00:23:37,758

Pourquoi ça?

517

00:23:37,826 --> 00:23:40,327

Il travaillait sur un bateau...

518

00:23:40,395 --> 00:23:43,965

pour installer des câbles électriques

sous l'eau à travers le Pacifique.

519

00:23:45,301 --> 00:23:46,934

Il est parti un mois,

520

00:23:47,002 --> 00:23:49,637

et est revenu depuis une semaine.

521

00:23:49,705 --> 00:23:53,341

On a essayé de faire en sorte que

ça marche du mieux qu'on pouvait.

522

00:23:53,409 --> 00:23:55,243

Mais après, euh...

523

00:23:55,311 --> 00:23:56,945

Quoi? Quelque chose est arrivé?

524

00:23:57,012 --> 00:23:59,581

Il y a environ une semaine, il...

525

00:23:59,649 --> 00:24:02,285

m'a appelé et laissé cet

étrange message.

526

00:24:03,554 --> 00:24:06,256

Avez-vous toujours ce message?

Peut-on l'écouter?

527

00:24:07,425 --> 00:24:08,459

Merci.

528

00:24:08,526 --> 00:24:09,593

Suzie, c'est moi.

529

00:24:09,661 --> 00:24:11,228

J'ai fait une grosse erreur.

530

00:24:11,296 --> 00:24:12,897

Nous devons déménager

le plus vite possible.

531

00:24:12,964 --> 00:24:14,098

Quelqu'un dehors...

532

00:24:14,166 --> 00:24:16,234

Je pense que mon

passé m'a rattrapé.

533

00:24:16,301 --> 00:24:18,536

Je ne peux pas te parler pour le moment.

Je t'expliquerai tout plus tard.

534

00:24:18,603 --> 00:24:20,604

Rappelle-moi.

Je t'aime.

535

00:24:24,942 --> 00:24:26,709

Je l'ai rappelé,

536

00:24:26,777 --> 00:24:28,344

et, hum...

537

00:24:28,445 --> 00:24:31,280

il m'a dit qu'il descendait du bateau dans quelques jours

538

00:24:31,348 --> 00:24:32,581

et que je devais le rejoindre là.

539

00:24:34,784 --> 00:24:37,952

Quand je l'ai vu,

il avait très peur.

540

00:24:38,020 --> 00:24:41,222

Il m'a dit de rester là

541

00:24:41,290 --> 00:24:43,524

et qu'il serait bientôt de retour.

542

00:24:43,592 --> 00:24:46,661

C'est la dernière

fois que je l'ai vu.

543

00:24:46,728 --> 00:24:48,596

Avez-vous une idée de

544

00:24:48,664 --> 00:24:51,556

ce qu'il voulait dire par

"son passé le rattrape"?

545

00:24:51,557 --> 00:24:54,948

J'ai toujours pensé qu'il avait eu

546

00:24:54,949 --> 00:24:56,129

quelques problèmes

avec la loi,

547

00:24:56,130 --> 00:24:57,396

mais il n'a jamais

voulu en parler,

548

00:24:57,439 --> 00:24:59,106

donc j'ai appris à

ne pas demander.

549

00:25:01,876 --> 00:25:06,480

Vous devez comprendre, qu'Adam

était l'homme le plus gentil du monde.

550

00:25:06,547 --> 00:25:09,715

Donc, il m'a dit que quelque chose

était arrivé sur le bateau

551

00:25:09,783 --> 00:25:11,617

et que nous devions partir...

552

00:25:11,685 --> 00:25:13,319

J'ai dit d'accord.

553

00:25:13,386 --> 00:25:14,754

Ok.

554

00:25:14,821 --> 00:25:16,589

Suzie, écoutez,

avez-vous, euh...

555

00:25:16,656 --> 00:25:19,425

avez-vous une photo d'Adam,

à quoi il ressemblait

556

00:25:19,493 --> 00:25:22,395

avant la chirurgie?

- Oui. Oui.

557

00:25:30,038 --> 00:25:33,007

Pouvez-vous penser à

n'importe quelle raison

558

00:25:33,075 --> 00:25:36,277

ou savez-vous pourquoi Adam

voulait une chirurgie plastique?

559

00:25:36,345 --> 00:25:38,346

Non.

560

00:25:38,414 --> 00:25:42,050

Non, il a juste dit qu'il allait avoir

l'air différent quand il reviendrait.

561

00:25:42,118 --> 00:25:44,052

Mais il m'a promis de tout

me raconter à son retour

562

00:25:44,120 --> 00:25:46,487

dès que nous serions en sécurité.

- Ok,

563

00:25:46,555 --> 00:25:49,990

et vous alliez juste partir avec lui,

sans poser de questions?

564

00:25:51,460 --> 00:25:53,527

Si la personne que vous

aimez devait déménager

565

00:25:53,595 --> 00:25:55,729

à l'autre bout du monde,

que feriez-vous?

566

00:25:59,534 --> 00:26:00,856

Qu'en penses-tu?

567

00:26:00,881 --> 00:26:01,932

Je pense que quelque

chose est arrivé

568

00:26:01,933 --> 00:26:03,550

à bord de ce câblier

qui l'a fait fuir.

569

00:26:03,835 --> 00:26:05,369

Allons voir ce que c'était.

570

00:26:24,361 --> 00:26:25,628

Messieurs.

571

00:26:25,696 --> 00:26:27,096

Je suis Cory Sampson.

572

00:26:27,163 --> 00:26:29,131

Bienvenue sur le Triumph.

Merci.

573

00:26:29,199 --> 00:26:30,399

Je ne peux pas vous

dire grand chose

574

00:26:30,467 --> 00:26:31,667

à propos d'Adam Raines.

575

00:26:31,735 --> 00:26:33,535

Il a travaillé ici seulement

une petite année.

576

00:26:33,603 --> 00:26:36,238

Peu bavard. Fermé sur

lui-même. Travailleur.

577

00:26:36,306 --> 00:26:38,473

Il aurait pu faire carrière si

il était resté dans les parages.

578

00:26:38,541 --> 00:26:40,109

Pas de plaintes ?

Il n'a jamais manqué à son poste

579

00:26:40,176 --> 00:26:42,011

jusqu'à ce qu'il parte sur

ce vol de routine ce matin.

580

00:26:42,079 --> 00:26:44,347

Je suppose, puisque vous êtes

là, qu'il a des problèmes?

581

00:26:44,414 --> 00:26:45,514

Adam Raines est

mort, monsieur.

582

00:26:45,582 --> 00:26:46,882

Désolé d'entendre ça.

583

00:26:46,950 --> 00:26:48,417

Vous n'avez pas

l'air très surpris.

584

00:26:48,485 --> 00:26:50,520

Des navires comme ca,

585

00:26:50,587 --> 00:26:52,522

dans ce port,

toujours à la mer

586

00:26:52,589 --> 00:26:55,158

ils ont appris à attirer

les conducteurs occasionnels.

587

00:26:55,226 --> 00:26:56,927

Oui, au milieu de nulle part,

bon endroit pour cacher.

588

00:26:56,995 --> 00:26:58,863

Pas du genre à déposer un avis.

589

00:26:58,930 --> 00:27:01,566

Quand un s'arrête, je suppose

qu'ils commencent à courir encore.

590

00:27:01,634 --> 00:27:04,848

Bien,

toutes les mésaventures sur la plateforme

591

00:27:04,849 --> 00:27:06,509

Peut-être a fait courir Adam?

592

00:27:06,748 --> 00:27:08,782

Des accidents arrivent tout le temps

ici.

593

00:27:08,860 --> 00:27:10,594

Ce n'est pas exactement

un bateau de croisière.

594

00:27:10,662 --> 00:27:12,263

Also, maybe he got into a beef

595

00:27:12,330 --> 00:27:13,964

avec quelqu'un qui l'a suivi

sur la plateforme.

596

00:27:14,032 --> 00:27:16,099

Quelqu'un d'autre n'est pas

revenu ce matin?

597

00:27:16,167 --> 00:27:18,201

Tout le monde est représenté.

598

00:27:18,269 --> 00:27:20,670

Bien, écoute, tu as

une liste de l'équipage ou quelque chose

599

00:27:20,738 --> 00:27:23,640

qui nous montrerait la personne

qui est partie en même temps qu'Adam?

600

00:27:23,708 --> 00:27:25,575

Bien sûr j'ai quelque chose.

C'est dans mon bureau.

601

00:27:30,414 --> 00:27:33,116

Adam est parti sur la rive

cinq jours plus tôt.

602

00:27:33,184 --> 00:27:36,119

il ressemble à Billy Murphy

il a sauté sur cet hélico de dernière minute.

603

00:27:36,187 --> 00:27:38,221

- Qui est Billy Murphy?

- Le colocataire d'Adam.

604

00:27:38,289 --> 00:27:40,457

Punk de Boston, est

arrivé quelques semaines plus tôt.

605

00:27:40,524 --> 00:27:43,726

Très bien, nous avons

besoin de parler avec lui.

606

00:27:46,563 --> 00:27:48,364

- Qu'est ce que c'est que ça ?

- Et bien il s'avère

607

00:27:48,432 --> 00:27:50,232

que Adam Raines est

le vrai nom de Vic

608

00:27:50,334 --> 00:27:51,895

donc je regarde la

la reconnaissance faciale pour voir

609

00:27:51,920 --> 00:27:53,120

si je peux avoir une correspondance.

610

00:27:53,671 --> 00:27:55,271

Aurait-on un peu de chance ?

611

00:27:55,339 --> 00:27:57,006

L'endroit a été nettoyé,

pas d'images,

612

00:27:57,074 --> 00:27:59,275

Pas d'articles personnels,

même le frigo était vide.

613

00:27:59,343 --> 00:28:00,443

Mmm.

614

00:28:00,511 --> 00:28:03,012

Notre victime ne voulait pas

quitter le sentier

615

00:28:03,080 --> 00:28:05,148

On dirait que nous avons eu un grand succès.

616

00:28:05,216 --> 00:28:07,351

Les Marshalls?

617

00:28:07,418 --> 00:28:09,586

Identité classée.

618

00:28:09,654 --> 00:28:11,622

Qui est ce gars?

619

00:28:20,899 --> 00:28:22,901

Donne-moi une seconde.

620

00:28:25,004 --> 00:28:26,471

Hey, Lori, qu'est ce que tu as?

621

00:28:26,539 --> 00:28:28,006

donc, j'ai juste éteint le téléphone

622

00:28:28,074 --> 00:28:29,942

avec un ami

dans le bureau du maréchal américain

623

00:28:30,010 --> 00:28:32,678

Le nom de notre Vic

était Jimmy Sheehan.

624

00:28:32,746 --> 00:28:34,380

Qui est Jimmy Sheehan?

625

00:28:34,448 --> 00:28:36,382

Eh bien, selon les maréchaux

626

00:28:36,450 --> 00:28:38,284

il est un membre fier du programme de protection des témoins.

627

00:28:38,352 --> 00:28:40,720

Sheehan était un mécanicien

de Boston,

628

00:28:40,788 --> 00:28:42,322

et un des trois témoins

629

00:28:42,390 --> 00:28:44,524

d'un meutre commis

par Mickey O'Hara.

630

00:28:44,592 --> 00:28:47,161

Oui, connu sous le nom de

"chanceux" Mickey O'Hara

631

00:28:47,229 --> 00:28:48,662

de Boston Irish Mob.

632

00:28:48,729 --> 00:28:51,031

chef de l'équipage L Street Crew,

O'Hara a été condamné

633

00:28:51,099 --> 00:28:53,033

pour avoir tué un homme

sur l'île du château

634

00:28:53,101 --> 00:28:55,035

à Boston il y a 3 ans.

635

00:28:55,103 --> 00:28:58,071

Il s'avère que le témoignage de Sheehan

mis O'Hara loin,

636

00:28:58,139 --> 00:29:00,374

et après le procès,

les trois témoins

637

00:29:00,441 --> 00:29:02,876

ont été mis à WitSec

puis déplacés en Arizona.

638

00:29:02,944 --> 00:29:04,946

Bon laisse moi deviner --

la protection des témoins

639

00:29:05,013 --> 00:29:06,715

ne s'est pas avérée

très protectrice.

640

00:29:06,783 --> 00:29:09,051

Non. Les deux autres hommes

ont été tués en 1 an.

641

00:29:09,118 --> 00:29:10,686

Après ça,

Sheehan a quitté le système

642

00:29:10,754 --> 00:29:12,755

jusqu'à ce qu'il refasse

surface avec le nom de...

643

00:29:12,823 --> 00:29:13,823

Adam Raines.

644

00:29:13,891 --> 00:29:16,259

Bon travail, les gars.

645

00:29:16,327 --> 00:29:18,428

Donc, Sheehan et son colocataire,

sont tous les deux de Boston.

646

00:29:18,496 --> 00:29:20,597

Peut être que Murphy a été envoyé

ici pour trouver Sheehan.

647

00:29:20,664 --> 00:29:22,398

cela pourrait être un coup de représailles.

648

00:29:25,536 --> 00:29:27,803

Apparemment, Murphy s'est enfui

en vitesse

649

00:29:27,871 --> 00:29:29,404

Combien de sorties

de ce bateau ?

650

00:29:29,472 --> 00:29:31,807

la seule sortie est

celle par laquelle tu es venu.

651

00:29:42,085 --> 00:29:44,887

C'est Murphy.

652

00:29:47,424 --> 00:29:49,992

Lève toi!

Bouge!

653

00:29:53,931 --> 00:29:55,231

Billy Murphy.

654

00:29:55,299 --> 00:29:57,367

Reculez, ou je

lui tranche la gorge!

655

00:29:57,435 --> 00:29:58,402

Du calme!

656

00:29:58,469 --> 00:29:59,570

Je veux juste parler

c'est tout.

657

00:29:59,637 --> 00:30:00,570

Je ne parle pas

à personne.

658

00:30:00,638 --> 00:30:01,871

Now, back the hell up.

659

00:30:01,939 --> 00:30:03,106

Okay, écoute

660

00:30:03,174 --> 00:30:04,274

Je ne bougerai pas.

661

00:30:04,341 --> 00:30:05,375

Je veux juste

te parler.

662

00:30:05,442 --> 00:30:06,742

Okay? Juste avoir

une conversation.

663

00:30:06,810 --> 00:30:09,412

- Laisse aller ce mec.

- rien ne t'arrivera, frère.

664

00:30:09,479 --> 00:30:10,947

Ne fais rien de

stupide, okay?

665

00:30:11,015 --> 00:30:12,382

Ici?

Juste ici!

666

00:30:12,450 --> 00:30:13,950

Hey!

667

00:30:20,325 --> 00:30:21,959

Bon maintenant,

668

00:30:22,027 --> 00:30:23,494

on peut parler?

669

00:30:23,561 --> 00:30:24,728

c'est parti.

670

00:30:30,037 --> 00:30:31,003

Okay, s'il vous plaît

671

00:30:31,071 --> 00:30:32,742

s'il vous plaît, s'il vous plaît

s'il vous plaît, faîtes moi confiance,

672

00:30:32,743 --> 00:30:34,126

ce sera

bien plus simple

673

00:30:34,127 --> 00:30:36,095

si vous nous parlez juste

de Jimmy Sheehan.

674

00:30:36,163 --> 00:30:38,097

Sommes-nous en dehors de

votre juridiction?

675

00:30:38,164 --> 00:30:39,764

Il n'est pas le plus petit gars,

676

00:30:39,832 --> 00:30:40,899

si?

677

00:30:40,966 --> 00:30:42,066

oui, vous avez

raison, Murphy,

678

00:30:42,134 --> 00:30:44,535

Ce sont des eaux internationales,

okay?

679

00:30:44,603 --> 00:30:47,872

Ce qui signifie que nous sommes tenus

aux lois du drapeau

680

00:30:47,939 --> 00:30:50,741

que le navire bat,

qui est quoi, Daniel, encore?

681

00:30:50,809 --> 00:30:52,409

chinois.

682

00:30:52,477 --> 00:30:53,644

Oh, oui, c'est du chinois.

683

00:30:53,712 --> 00:30:55,579

Okay, c'est bien,

parce que cela signifie

684

00:30:55,647 --> 00:30:58,582

Qu'ici nous ne sommes pas réellement

membres de la police.

685

00:30:58,650 --> 00:31:00,484

D'accord? Ce qui veut aussi dire

que nous ne sommes pas contraints par

686

00:31:00,552 --> 00:31:02,886

par des règles stupides, comme,

je sais pas, une procédure régulière,

687

00:31:02,954 --> 00:31:04,088

donc ça me derange pas si c'est

688

00:31:04,155 --> 00:31:05,589

comme ça que vous voulez qu'on fasse.

-Non, non,

689

00:31:05,657 --> 00:31:07,224

Pas comme ça... s'il vous plait.

- Pourquoi pas?

690

00:31:07,292 --> 00:31:08,725

Il n'y a personne autour.

- Pas comme ça.

691

00:31:08,793 --> 00:31:10,293

S'il te plait, fais moi confiance,

c'est une horrible façon.

692

00:31:10,361 --> 00:31:12,229

Nous pouvons nous

entraider, je crois.

693

00:31:12,297 --> 00:31:14,164

- Aider?

- Oui, aider.

694

00:31:14,232 --> 00:31:15,966

- Comment?

- Je vais vous dire comment.

695

00:31:16,033 --> 00:31:17,968

Uh, nous avons vérifié

le téléphone satellite

696

00:31:18,035 --> 00:31:19,202

du navire.

697

00:31:19,270 --> 00:31:21,571

Nous savons que vous avez

appelé plusieurs fois le 617--

698

00:31:21,638 --> 00:31:23,673

c'est Boston, n'est ce pas?

- Ouais.

699

00:31:23,740 --> 00:31:26,342

Eh bien, je peux seulement imaginer

que vous appeliez un être cher.

700

00:31:26,410 --> 00:31:29,611

Nous pouvons vous aider en leur disant

que vous êtes désormais en garde à vue

701

00:31:29,679 --> 00:31:30,813

et que vous coopérer entièrement

702

00:31:30,880 --> 00:31:31,980

avec la police.

703

00:31:32,048 --> 00:31:33,115

Ça sonne.

704

00:31:33,182 --> 00:31:35,350

- Je l'ai.

- Non, non, attendez.

705

00:31:35,418 --> 00:31:36,918

Attendez, je vais parler.

Je vais parler!

706

00:31:36,986 --> 00:31:39,287

Je vais parler.

Allez.

707

00:31:39,355 --> 00:31:40,155

L'homme veut parler.

708

00:31:40,223 --> 00:31:41,824

Très bien, alors parle.

709

00:31:41,892 --> 00:31:43,526

Ecoutez, je n'ai jamais voulu

710

00:31:43,594 --> 00:31:45,028

commencer quelque chose.

711

00:31:45,096 --> 00:31:46,964

Je dois 30 000 à L Street.

712

00:31:47,032 --> 00:31:49,400

Des mauvais paris. Je suis venu ici pour

me cacher, me faire un peu d'argent,

713

00:31:49,468 --> 00:31:51,435

vous savez, pour les payer

avant qu'ils me trouvent.

714

00:31:51,503 --> 00:31:54,272

Très bien. C'est alors que vous

avez reconnu Sheehan, hein?

715

00:31:54,340 --> 00:31:56,308

Pas tout de suite.

Ça m'a pris, genre,

716

00:31:56,375 --> 00:31:58,543

deux semaines pour le découvrir.

717

00:31:58,611 --> 00:32:00,145

Je veux dire,

c'est pas tous les jours

718

00:32:00,213 --> 00:32:01,546

que quelqu'un fait tomber

Mickey O'Hara.

719

00:32:01,614 --> 00:32:02,948

Tout le monde connait Jimmy chez moi.

720

00:32:03,015 --> 00:32:04,616

Okay, donc vous avez

appelé chez vous

721

00:32:04,684 --> 00:32:06,451

et quoi, vous avez

organisé un rendez vous?

722

00:32:06,519 --> 00:32:07,953

J'ai fait ce que j'avais à faire.

723

00:32:08,020 --> 00:32:09,721

Ils ont dit qu'ils

envoyaient des gars.

724

00:32:09,789 --> 00:32:11,490

J'ai volé jusqu'a Oahu

pour les rencontrer.

725

00:32:11,557 --> 00:32:12,958

Je leur ai dit

726

00:32:13,025 --> 00:32:14,626

où trouver Jimmy,

727

00:32:14,694 --> 00:32:16,261

et ils ont effacé ma dette.

728

00:32:16,329 --> 00:32:18,196

- Voila.

- Très bien,

729

00:32:18,264 --> 00:32:19,198

vous avez dit "gars."

730

00:32:19,265 --> 00:32:20,232

Quels gars?

731

00:32:20,300 --> 00:32:21,867

John et Simon O'Toole.

732

00:32:21,935 --> 00:32:24,103

Frères, âgés de 35 et 33 ans.

733

00:32:24,171 --> 00:32:25,705

Ils ont grandi dans

le sud de Boston.

734

00:32:25,773 --> 00:32:29,509

Ils ont tous les deux rejoint le gang

de L Street avant d'avoir 18 ans.

735

00:32:29,577 --> 00:32:32,513

Suspectés dans plus de 12 meurtres

de ce que sait le gouvernement,

736

00:32:32,580 --> 00:32:34,748

incluant les témoins de l'affaire O'Hara.

737

00:32:34,816 --> 00:32:36,016

Ils sont largement considérés

comme les deux meilleurs

738

00:32:36,084 --> 00:32:38,318

hommes de main de

l'Irish Mob à Boston.

739

00:32:38,386 --> 00:32:40,554

Ce sont les genres de gars qui

n'auraient eu aucun problème

740

00:32:40,622 --> 00:32:42,589

à mettre une balle dans la

poitrine de Jimmy Sheehan.

741

00:32:42,657 --> 00:32:44,925

J'ai un résultat de TSA.

742

00:32:44,992 --> 00:32:47,093

On dirait que les frères

O'Toole sont arrivés sur l'île

743

00:32:47,161 --> 00:32:48,561

la veille du jour où Sheehan a été tué.

744

00:32:48,629 --> 00:32:50,663

Les gars, je viens de trouver

le numéro de portable

745

00:32:50,731 --> 00:32:51,764

Murphy avaient l'habitude de les appeler.

746

00:32:51,832 --> 00:32:53,699

Ils sont à l'hôtel Kalihi.

747

00:32:53,767 --> 00:32:54,833

C'est là où Suzie est restée.

748

00:32:54,901 --> 00:32:56,468

Ils règlent les derniers détails.

749

00:33:20,596 --> 00:33:23,799

Vous rendez cela si dur pour vous.

750

00:33:24,834 --> 00:33:26,969

Dites nous simplement ce que

nous avons besoin de savoir, hein?

751

00:33:27,037 --> 00:33:28,037

Où est Jimmy?

752

00:33:41,018 --> 00:33:42,485

Aah!

753

00:33:42,553 --> 00:33:43,653

Danny.

754

00:33:45,790 --> 00:33:46,790

Freeze!

755

00:33:46,858 --> 00:33:47,891

Jetez vos armes.

756

00:33:47,959 --> 00:33:49,126

Ne franchissez pas une autre étape!

757

00:33:49,193 --> 00:33:51,094

Vous avez trois secondes,

ou je lui mets une balle.

758

00:33:51,162 --> 00:33:52,162

Posez votre arme.

759

00:33:52,230 --> 00:33:53,330

Un.

760

00:33:53,398 --> 00:33:54,865

Posez la.

- Deux.

761

00:33:59,203 --> 00:34:02,272

Trois.

762

00:34:02,339 --> 00:34:04,107

Tête contre terre, mettez

vos mains derrière le dos.

763

00:34:17,922 --> 00:34:22,159

Ils continuaient de me poser des questions

sur un homme nommé Jimmy Sheehan.

764

00:34:22,227 --> 00:34:24,161

Ils voulaient savoir où il se trouvait.

765

00:34:24,229 --> 00:34:27,731

Je leur ai dit que je ne savais pas,

mais ils ne m'ont pas crûe.

766

00:34:30,002 --> 00:34:32,970

Venez, nous devons

vous emmenez en sécurité.

767

00:34:40,880 --> 00:34:42,815

T'entends ça?

768

00:34:42,882 --> 00:34:45,050

Ouais, je veux dire,

je suis pas un spécialiste de fusée,

769

00:34:45,118 --> 00:34:47,953

mais si les O'Tooles pensaient

que Jimmy Sheehan était en vie,

770

00:34:48,021 --> 00:34:50,222

ça veut dire qu'ils ne l'ont pas tué.

771

00:34:50,290 --> 00:34:53,059

Ouais, okay, donc s'ils ne

l'ont pas tué, qui l'a fait?

772

00:35:08,596 --> 00:35:10,430

Vous souriez beaucoup pour un mec

773

00:35:10,479 --> 00:35:12,113

qui vient juste de voir son

frère se faire tirer dessus.

774

00:35:12,181 --> 00:35:14,848

Simon connaissait les risques.

775

00:35:15,917 --> 00:35:16,850

Et je souris

776

00:35:16,918 --> 00:35:18,018

car vous n'avez rien.

777

00:35:18,086 --> 00:35:20,453

- Nous avons rien.

- Rien à par, uh,

778

00:35:20,521 --> 00:35:22,555

kidnapping,

Assaut au premier degré...

779

00:35:22,623 --> 00:35:24,724

- Tentative de meurtre

- Tentative de meurtre

780

00:35:24,791 --> 00:35:26,892

J'ai le meilleur avocat du monde.

781

00:35:26,960 --> 00:35:28,894

Il va faire passer tout ça

en un crime de catégorie B,

782

00:35:28,961 --> 00:35:31,964

dix ans maximum,

je serai sorti au bout de cinq.

783

00:35:32,031 --> 00:35:33,566

Vous pensez?

784

00:35:33,633 --> 00:35:34,967

Je le sais.

785

00:35:35,034 --> 00:35:38,237

Eh bien, bien sûr,

si la fille vient au procès.

786

00:35:38,305 --> 00:35:40,239

Je suis désolé, c'est une menace?

787

00:35:40,307 --> 00:35:41,641

Okay, très bien,

attendez une minute.

788

00:35:41,709 --> 00:35:42,642

Et à propos du meurtre

789

00:35:42,710 --> 00:35:43,844

de Jimmy Sheehan, hein?

790

00:35:43,911 --> 00:35:45,078

Je veux dire, l'analyse balistique

va arriver et correspondre

791

00:35:45,146 --> 00:35:46,079

à un neuf millimètres.

792

00:35:46,147 --> 00:35:47,381

Ça va correspondre à votre arme.

793

00:35:47,448 --> 00:35:49,016

Non, car je ne l'ai pas tué.

794

00:35:49,084 --> 00:35:50,084

Si vous ne l'avez pas tué,

795

00:35:50,152 --> 00:35:51,519

que faites vous à Hawaii?

796

00:35:51,586 --> 00:35:53,153

Ne dites pas "des vacances".

797

00:35:53,221 --> 00:35:55,556

Nous savons pour l'appel.

798

00:35:58,759 --> 00:36:00,760

Murphy ne pouvait pas

garder sa bouche fermée, hein?

799

00:36:02,062 --> 00:36:03,863

Très bien,

800

00:36:03,930 --> 00:36:05,698

il est possible que

801

00:36:05,766 --> 00:36:09,001

Simon et moi, avons entendu que notre

vieil ami Jimmy était là, et peut être

802

00:36:09,069 --> 00:36:10,536

que nous sommes venus pour bavarder.

803

00:36:10,604 --> 00:36:13,439

Murphy vous a donné son adresse?

804

00:36:13,506 --> 00:36:14,974

Et nous avons pensé que nous devrions

l'emmener dans un bel endroit tranquille

805

00:36:15,042 --> 00:36:16,342

pour avoir notre conversation,

806

00:36:16,410 --> 00:36:19,012

mais nous l'avons perdu cet après midi.

807

00:36:19,080 --> 00:36:20,958

Nous avons pensé que la piste était morte,

jusqu'au moment où nous avons réalisé

808

00:36:20,983 --> 00:36:22,357

qu'il avait loué une chambre d'hôtel.

809

00:36:23,919 --> 00:36:25,886

Et c'est là que nous

sommes tombés sur la fille.

810

00:36:25,954 --> 00:36:27,654

A quel endroit avez vous perdu Jimmy?

811

00:36:27,722 --> 00:36:31,025

Un parking sur Ala Moana Boulevard.

812

00:36:31,093 --> 00:36:33,561

Nous l'avons vu se garer,

nous avons attendu des heures.

813

00:36:33,629 --> 00:36:35,763

Il n'est jamais revenu.

814

00:36:35,831 --> 00:36:38,032

Si Jimmy a été enlevé,

c'est dans cet immeuble.

815

00:36:40,636 --> 00:36:42,638

Merci pour l'information.

816

00:36:44,340 --> 00:36:47,476

Oh, continuez de sourir.

817

00:36:47,543 --> 00:36:49,845

00:04:25,829 --> 00:04:27,230

it's Hawaiian water torture,

okay?

61

00:04:27,298 --> 00:04:28,998

Two weeks now,

I can't take it anymore.

62

00:04:29,066 --> 00:04:33,169

Okay, you know I don't mind

you crashing with me

63

00:04:33,237 --> 00:04:34,671

till you find your own place,

right?

64

00:04:34,738 --> 00:04:35,905

I appreciate that.

65

00:04:35,973 --> 00:04:37,740

Okay, but I can't sleep

with the TV on.

66

00:04:37,808 --> 00:04:39,009

I can't sleep with the TV off.

67

00:04:39,110 --> 00:04:41,744

And we discussed that

before you moved in.

68

00:04:41,812 --> 00:04:43,980

Yeah, we did.

I think I remember

69

00:04:44,048 --> 00:04:46,884

that it's McGarrett

house rule number 32:

70

00:04:46,951 --> 00:04:49,887

No TV after midnight.

71

00:04:49,955 --> 00:04:52,123

I'm sorry the hotel didn't

working out for you.

72

00:04:52,191 --> 00:04:53,925

Wait, wait, whoa, whoa.

73

00:04:53,993 --> 00:04:56,061

The hotel didn't "not work out,"

okay?

74

00:04:56,129 --> 00:04:57,496

It became infested

with black mold.

75

00:04:57,564 --> 00:04:59,365

There's a difference.

That's a sign from God.

76

00:04:59,433 --> 00:05:01,000

But...

77

00:05:01,068 --> 00:05:04,270

I have become accustomed

to doing things a certain way.

78

00:05:04,338 --> 00:05:06,538

Yeah, I know, and your way,

your way is completely insane.

79

00:05:06,606 --> 00:05:08,807

It's nuts. Who can take a shower

in under three minutes?

80

00:05:08,875 --> 00:05:10,575

Have you ever heard

of a navy shower,

81

00:05:10,643 --> 00:05:13,578

Danny? A navy shower?

No. Where do you think

82

00:05:13,645 --> 00:05:15,146

I would have heard

of something like a navy shower?

83

00:05:15,147 --> 00:05:15,747

I'm not in the navy.

84

00:05:15,748 --> 00:05:17,578

Three minutes is a luxury

in a navy shower, Danny!

85

00:05:23,188 --> 00:05:25,990

McGarrett.

86

00:05:26,058 --> 00:05:28,492

On the way.

87

00:05:28,560 --> 00:05:29,860

Put your pants on.

88

00:05:29,928 --> 00:05:31,562

We're going to work.

89

00:05:38,338 --> 00:05:39,705

Wow.

90

00:05:39,773 --> 00:05:42,408

Who's the mummy?

91

00:05:42,476 --> 00:05:43,910

How's it coming, Max?

92

00:05:43,977 --> 00:05:47,113

Well, based

on my preliminary examination,

93

00:05:47,180 --> 00:05:48,580

it appears that

the cause of death

94

00:05:48,648 --> 00:05:50,215

was a single gunshot

wound to the chest.

95

00:05:50,283 --> 00:05:51,917

There was

no exit wound,

96

00:05:51,985 --> 00:05:53,785

so I will be able to

recover the bullet

97

00:05:53,853 --> 00:05:55,120

and send it

to Ballistics.

98

00:05:55,188 --> 00:05:56,989

No wallet was found

on the victim, though,

99

00:05:57,056 --> 00:05:58,824

so I'm attempting to...

100

00:05:58,892 --> 00:06:02,395

Oh, hello,

gentlemen.

101

00:06:02,462 --> 00:06:04,629

How nice of you to arrive.

102

00:06:07,400 --> 00:06:09,001

Max, you o... you okay,

something wrong?

103

00:06:09,068 --> 00:06:10,869

As I was saying,

I'm attempting

104

00:06:10,937 --> 00:06:12,070

to get his fingerprints,

105

00:06:12,138 --> 00:06:13,872

but it seems that all

of his fingerprints

106

00:06:13,940 --> 00:06:15,674

have been

sanded off,

107

00:06:15,742 --> 00:06:17,777

so we will have to find

another way to identify him.

108

00:06:17,844 --> 00:06:19,245

Interesting, 'cause

109

00:06:19,313 --> 00:06:20,479

even when fingerprints

are sanded down,

110

00:06:20,547 --> 00:06:21,914

you know, they grow back

in a few weeks,

111

00:06:21,982 --> 00:06:23,750

so to keep 'em filed down

to that level takes

112

00:06:23,818 --> 00:06:25,419

a lot of time and effort.

113

00:06:25,486 --> 00:06:26,987

Maybe our killer didn't want

this guy identified.

114

00:06:27,055 --> 00:06:28,889

Yeah, I mean, if he's sanding

down his fingerprints,

115

00:06:28,957 --> 00:06:30,491

just imagine what he

did to our vic's face.

116

00:06:30,559 --> 00:06:32,093

Somebody went

to a lot of trouble

117

00:06:32,160 --> 00:06:33,427

to hide this guy's identity.

118

00:06:33,495 --> 00:06:35,029

why?

119

00:06:48,576 --> 00:06:49,618

Kono and I have been looking

120

00:06:49,619 --> 00:06:51,186

into the muscle cars

found at the shipyard

121

00:06:51,254 --> 00:06:52,854

to see if our vic's connected

to them somehow.

122

00:06:52,922 --> 00:06:55,056

Let me guess-- they're

not headed to any dealership.

123

00:06:55,124 --> 00:06:56,758

Nope, VIN plates

124

00:06:56,825 --> 00:06:58,926

were popped off or filed down,

and the containers were tagged

125

00:06:58,994 --> 00:07:00,862

to ship to China

and Japan.

126

00:07:00,930 --> 00:07:02,444

Yeah, big market over there

for American muscle cars.

127

00:07:02,469 --> 00:07:03,231

Yeah.

128

00:07:03,232 --> 00:07:05,533

Victim may have pissed off

the car thieves.

129

00:07:05,600 --> 00:07:08,002

Maybe, but why leave the body

in the trunk

130

00:07:08,070 --> 00:07:09,403

of one of their stolen cars?

131

00:07:09,471 --> 00:07:10,805

Maybe they were going

to dump the body

132

00:07:10,872 --> 00:07:11,906

when the ship was at sea.

133

00:07:11,973 --> 00:07:14,074

HPD has the cars.

134

00:07:14,142 --> 00:07:15,276

We can head

over there.

135

00:07:15,343 --> 00:07:16,511

Maybe we can collect

some evidence.

136

00:07:16,578 --> 00:07:18,580

We find the car thieves,

we might find the killer.

137

00:07:18,648 --> 00:07:21,049

Right now I'd settle

for an ID on our vic.

138

00:07:29,227 --> 00:07:31,228

Max.

139

00:07:33,031 --> 00:07:35,899

Max.

140

00:07:41,272 --> 00:07:43,273

Max.

141

00:07:45,142 --> 00:07:47,443

Ah, good to see

you, Agent Weston.

142

00:07:47,511 --> 00:07:49,311

Good to see you, Max.

143

00:07:49,379 --> 00:07:50,646

He's ignoring us.

144

00:07:50,713 --> 00:07:51,980

Um,

145

00:07:52,048 --> 00:07:53,982

you said on the phone you,

you got something for us?

146

00:07:54,050 --> 00:07:56,819

Yes, I was able to recover

a nine-millimeter bullet

147

00:07:56,887 --> 00:07:58,621

from our victim's

thoracic cavity

148

00:07:58,689 --> 00:07:59,823

and send it over

to Ballistics.

149

00:07:59,890 --> 00:08:03,528

Okay, were they, uh,

able to find a match?

150

00:08:06,866 --> 00:08:08,967

Yeah, did they get a match,

151

00:08:09,035 --> 00:08:10,836

Max?

Unfortunately,

152

00:08:10,904 --> 00:08:13,405

the search for a match

proved unsuccessful.

153

00:08:13,473 --> 00:08:14,773

However, I did

find something

154

00:08:14,841 --> 00:08:16,575

very interesting

after I was able

155

00:08:16,643 --> 00:08:17,943

to remove the

victim's bandages.

156

00:08:18,011 --> 00:08:19,611

- Hmm.

- Please follow me.

157

00:08:19,679 --> 00:08:21,413

Great.

158

00:08:21,481 --> 00:08:23,783

Behold.

159

00:08:24,551 --> 00:08:26,452

Note the sutures

160

00:08:26,520 --> 00:08:28,754

under the eyes

and the chin.

161

00:08:28,822 --> 00:08:31,291

Those would be consistent

with recent implantations.

162

00:08:31,358 --> 00:08:32,892

What kind of implantations?

163

00:08:33,928 --> 00:08:35,261

You mean plastic

surgery or...?

164

00:08:35,329 --> 00:08:38,265

Recently, since the sutures

haven't been removed.

165

00:08:38,333 --> 00:08:40,501

Judging by the onset

of rigor,

166

00:08:40,569 --> 00:08:43,037

the work was probably done

around time of death.

167

00:08:43,104 --> 00:08:46,541

Also note the numerous

surgical scars.

168

00:08:46,608 --> 00:08:48,610

This man had work done

on his cheeks,

169

00:08:48,678 --> 00:08:50,011

his nose,

and his brows.

170

00:08:50,079 --> 00:08:51,847

His appearance

was severely altered.

171

00:08:51,915 --> 00:08:53,449

Well, maybe it wasn't the killer

172

00:08:53,517 --> 00:08:55,217

who didn't want

this guy identified.

173

00:08:55,285 --> 00:08:56,551

Maybe it was the vic himself.

174

00:08:56,619 --> 00:08:57,953

Right.

175

00:08:58,021 --> 00:08:59,455

Great, so we have

no way to identify him?

176

00:08:59,523 --> 00:09:01,457

That's not entirely true.

177

00:09:01,524 --> 00:09:03,359

Any implant that goes

in a human body

178

00:09:03,426 --> 00:09:04,593

is marked

with a serial number.

179

00:09:04,661 --> 00:09:05,861

I can trace

180

00:09:05,929 --> 00:09:08,397

that serial number back to

the clinic that purchased them

181

00:09:08,464 --> 00:09:09,531

and then use

that information

182

00:09:09,599 --> 00:09:10,999

to obtain an ID.

183

00:09:11,067 --> 00:09:12,000

Of course, I'm still

184

00:09:12,068 --> 00:09:13,135

in the middle

of a full investigation,

185

00:09:13,202 --> 00:09:16,038

so once I know more,

I will let you know.

186

00:09:16,105 --> 00:09:17,539

Great.

187

00:09:17,607 --> 00:09:18,540

Thanks, Max.

188

00:09:18,608 --> 00:09:20,142

Thanks, Max.

189

00:09:20,210 --> 00:09:21,510

You're welcome,

Agent Weston.

190

00:09:21,578 --> 00:09:23,912

Anything to help

a friend.

191

00:09:29,953 --> 00:09:31,887

What did you

do to him?

192

00:09:31,955 --> 00:09:34,523

I'm sorry, what,

what did I do? Why me?

193

00:09:34,591 --> 00:09:36,792

Well, he's obviously

upset about something.

194

00:09:36,860 --> 00:09:38,994

- Boys...

- Evidently you automatically assume it's me.

195

00:09:39,062 --> 00:09:40,896

- That's ridiculous.

- Well, I-I know it wasn't me.

196

00:09:40,964 --> 00:09:42,543

You offend more people

than I offend.

197

00:09:42,544 --> 00:09:43,295

I don't think

that's true at all.

198

00:09:43,300 --> 00:09:44,567

- Guys.

- Yes.

199

00:09:44,635 --> 00:09:46,369

I'm gonna have to

give you a time-out.

200

00:09:46,437 --> 00:09:47,537

Let's get out of here.

201

00:09:47,604 --> 00:09:49,239

We got a murderer

to catch.

202

00:09:52,943 --> 00:09:55,678

'69 Camaro Z28.

203

00:09:55,746 --> 00:09:57,747

Ah, the thieves

had good taste.

204

00:09:57,815 --> 00:09:59,482

Hey, didn't Uncle Keako

have one of these?

205

00:09:59,550 --> 00:10:00,517

Mm-hmm.

206

00:10:00,584 --> 00:10:02,352

Man, I loved that ride.

207

00:10:02,419 --> 00:10:03,453

That rusted out old thing?

208

00:10:03,520 --> 00:10:04,954

Mm-hmm.

209

00:10:05,022 --> 00:10:06,523

I couldn't believe it when he

let me take it to the prom.

210

00:10:06,591 --> 00:10:09,193

Okay, I do not want to hear

about your prom night.

211

00:10:09,260 --> 00:10:11,629

Actually wasn't as glamorous

as you might think.

212

00:10:11,696 --> 00:10:13,631

I, uh, I ran out of gas

213

00:10:13,699 --> 00:10:15,533

and had to walk five

miles for a refill.

214

00:10:16,769 --> 00:10:17,936

Smooth, cuz.

215

00:10:18,004 --> 00:10:20,272

Find anything?

216

00:10:20,340 --> 00:10:22,541

Nothing-- no prints,

no tool marks.

217

00:10:22,609 --> 00:10:24,577

These guys were pros.

You?

218

00:10:24,645 --> 00:10:26,580

Uh, yeah, come take a look.

219

00:10:26,647 --> 00:10:27,814

Now, all the cars

220

00:10:27,882 --> 00:10:30,217

match descriptions

of recently stolen vehicles,

221

00:10:30,285 --> 00:10:32,619

except for the one

we found the victim in.

222

00:10:32,687 --> 00:10:34,455

So you're thinking

it wasn't stolen?

223

00:10:34,522 --> 00:10:37,124

I don't know, maybe the car

belonged to the vic.

224

00:10:37,191 --> 00:10:39,025

That makes sense.

225

00:10:39,093 --> 00:10:41,160

He could have gotten

jacked, fought back.

226

00:10:41,228 --> 00:10:42,395

Only why leave the body?

227

00:10:42,463 --> 00:10:44,630

Huh.

228

00:10:44,698 --> 00:10:46,365

All right, what do we

have in terms of leads?

229

00:26:03,835 --> 00:26:05,369

Let's go find out

what it was.

573

00:26:24,361 --> 00:26:25,628

Gentlemen.

574

00:26:25,696 --> 00:26:27,096

I'm Cory Sampson.

575

00:26:27,163 --> 00:26:29,131

- Welcome to the Triumph.

- Thank you.

576

00:26:29,199 --> 00:26:30,399

Not much I can

577

00:26:30,467 --> 00:26:31,667

tell you about Adam Raines.

578

00:26:31,735 --> 00:26:33,535

He only been working

here shy a year.

579

00:26:33,603 --> 00:26:36,238

Quiet guy. Kept to himself.

Hard worker.

580

00:26:36,306 --> 00:26:38,473

Could've made it a career

if he'd stuck around.

581

00:26:38,541 --> 00:26:40,109

No complaints?

Never missed a shift

582

00:26:40,176 --> 00:26:42,011

till he went on the

milk run this morning.

583

00:26:42,079 --> 00:26:44,347

I assume, since you're here,

he's in some kind of trouble?

584

00:26:44,414 --> 00:26:45,514

Adam Raines is dead, sir.

585

00:26:45,582 --> 00:26:46,882

Sorry to hear that.

586

00:26:46,950 --> 00:26:48,417

Though you don't seem

very surprised.

587

00:26:48,485 --> 00:26:50,520

Ships like this,

588

00:26:50,587 --> 00:26:52,522

hardly in port,

always at sea...

589

00:26:52,589 --> 00:26:55,158

they've been known to attract

the occasional drifter.

590

00:26:55,226 --> 00:26:56,927

Yeah, middle of nowhere,

good place to hide.

591

00:26:56,995 --> 00:26:58,863

Not the type to file notice.

592

00:26:58,930 --> 00:27:01,566

When one takes off, I just

assume they start running again.

593

00:27:01,634 --> 00:27:04,848

All right, uh,

any mishaps on the rig recently,

594

00:27:04,849 --> 00:27:06,509

perhaps one that would

have sent Adam running?

595

00:27:06,748 --> 00:27:08,782

Incidents happen

all the time out here.

596

00:27:08,860 --> 00:27:10,594

This isn't exactly

a cruise ship.

597

00:27:10,662 --> 00:27:12,263

Also, maybe he got into a beef

598

00:27:12,330 --> 00:27:13,964

with somebody who followed

him off the rig.

599

00:27:14,032 --> 00:27:16,099

Anybody else not come

back this morning?

600

00:27:16,167 --> 00:27:18,201

Everyone else is accounted for.

601

00:27:18,269 --> 00:27:20,670

All right, listen, you got

a crew list or something

602

00:27:20,738 --> 00:27:23,640

that would show us the people

that left the same time Adam did?

603

00:27:23,708 --> 00:27:25,575

Sure thing.

List is in my office.

604

00:27:30,414 --> 00:27:33,116

Adam left on shore

leave five days ago.

605

00:27:33,184 --> 00:27:36,119

Huh, it looks like Billy Murphy

hopped on that chopper last minute.

606

00:27:36,187 --> 00:27:38,221

- Who's Billy Murphy?

- Adam's roommate.

607

00:27:38,289 --> 00:27:40,457

Punk from Boston, got

here a few weeks ago.

608

00:27:40,524 --> 00:27:43,726

All right, we need

to talk with him.

609

00:27:46,563 --> 00:27:48,364

- What's this?

- Well, it turns out

610

00:27:48,432 --> 00:27:50,232

Adam Raines isn't

our vic's real name,

611

00:27:50,334 --> 00:27:51,895

so I'm looking through

facial recognition to see

612

00:27:51,920 --> 00:27:53,120

if I can get a match.

613

00:27:53,671 --> 00:27:55,271

Any luck searching the house?

614

00:27:55,339 --> 00:27:57,006

Place was cleaned out--

no pictures,

615

00:27:57,074 --> 00:27:59,275

no personal items,

even the fridge was empty.

616

00:27:59,343 --> 00:28:00,443

Mmm.

617

00:28:00,511 --> 00:28:03,012

Our vic didn't want

to leave a trail.

618

00:28:03,080 --> 00:28:05,148

Looks like we got a hit.

619

00:28:05,216 --> 00:28:07,351

U.S. Marshals?

620

00:28:07,418 --> 00:28:09,586

Identity's classified.

621

00:28:09,654 --> 00:28:11,622

Who is this guy?

622

00:28:20,899 --> 00:28:22,901

Give me a second.

623

00:28:25,004 --> 00:28:26,471

Hey, Lori, what do you got?

624

00:28:26,539 --> 00:28:28,006

Well, I just got off the phone

625

00:28:28,074 --> 00:28:29,942

with a friend

at the U.S. Marshal's Office.

626

00:28:30,010 --> 00:28:32,678

Our vic's name

was Jimmy Sheehan.

627

00:28:32,746 --> 00:28:34,380

Who's Jimmy Sheehan?

628

00:28:34,448 --> 00:28:36,382

Well, according to the marshals,

629

00:28:36,450 --> 00:28:38,284

he's a proud member of the

Witness Protection Program.

630

00:28:38,352 --> 00:28:40,720

Sheehan was an auto mechanic

from Boston,

631

00:28:40,788 --> 00:28:42,322

and one of three witnesses

632

00:28:42,390 --> 00:28:44,524

to a murder committed

by Mickey O'Hara.

633

00:28:44,592 --> 00:28:47,161

Yeah. Also known as

"Lucky" Mickey O'Hara

634

00:28:47,229 --> 00:28:48,662

of the Boston Irish Mob.

635

00:28:48,729 --> 00:28:51,031

Head of the L Street Crew,

O'Hara was convicted

636

00:28:51,099 --> 00:28:53,033

of killing a man

on Castle Island

637

00:28:53,101 --> 00:28:55,035

in South Boston three years ago.

638

00:28:55,103 --> 00:28:58,071

Turns out Sheehan's testimony

put O'Hara away,

639

00:28:58,139 --> 00:29:00,374

and after the trial,

the three witnesses

640

00:29:00,441 --> 00:29:02,876

were put into WitSec

and then moved to Arizona.

641

00:29:02,944 --> 00:29:04,946

Okay, well, let me guess--

the Witness Protection

642

00:29:05,013 --> 00:29:06,715

did not prove to be

very protective.

643

00:29:06,783 --> 00:29:09,051

No. The other two men

were dead within a year.

644

00:29:09,118 --> 00:29:10,686

After that,

Sheehan left the system

645

00:29:10,754 --> 00:29:12,755

until he resurfaced here

under the name...

646

00:29:12,823 --> 00:29:13,823

Adam Raines.

647

00:29:13,891 --> 00:29:16,259

Good work, guys.

648

00:29:16,327 --> 00:29:18,428

So, Sheehan and his roommate,

they're both from Boston.

649

00:29:18,496 --> 00:29:20,597

Maybe Murphy was sent

out here to find Sheehan.

650

00:29:20,664 --> 00:29:22,398

Could be a retaliation hit.

651

00:29:25,536 --> 00:29:27,803

Apparently, Murphy packed

in a hurry.

652

00:29:27,871 --> 00:29:29,404

How many ways

off this ship?

653

00:29:29,472 --> 00:29:31,807

Only way off is

the way you came on.

654

00:29:42,085 --> 00:29:44,887

That's Murphy.

655

00:29:47,424 --> 00:29:49,992

Get up there!

Move!

656

00:29:53,931 --> 00:29:55,231

Billy Murphy.

657

00:29:55,299 --> 00:29:57,367

Back off, or I

cut his throat!

658

00:29:57,435 --> 00:29:58,402

Calm down.

659

00:29:58,469 --> 00:29:59,570

I just want to talk,

that's all.

660

00:29:59,637 --> 00:30:00,570

I'm not talking

to anybody.

661

00:30:00,638 --> 00:30:01,871

Now, back the hell up.

662

00:30:01,939 --> 00:30:03,106

Okay, listen,

663

00:30:03,174 --> 00:30:04,274

I'm not moving.

664

00:30:04,341 --> 00:30:05,375

I just want to

talk to you.

665

00:30:05,442 --> 00:30:06,742

Okay? Just have

a conversation.

666

00:30:06,810 --> 00:30:09,412

- Let the guy go.

- Not gonna happen, brother.

667

00:30:09,479 --> 00:30:10,947

Don't do anything

stupid, okay?

668

00:30:11,015 --> 00:30:12,382

Right here, huh? Right here.

669

00:30:12,450 --> 00:30:13,950

Hey!

670

00:30:20,325 --> 00:30:21,959

How about now, brother,

671

00:30:22,027 --> 00:30:23,494

can we talk now?

672

00:30:23,561 --> 00:30:24,728

Let's go.

673

00:30:30,037 --> 00:30:31,003

Okay, please.

674

00:30:31,071 --> 00:30:32,742

Please, please,

please, trust me,

675

00:30:32,743 --> 00:30:34,126

this is gonna be

a whole lot easier

676

00:30:34,127 --> 00:30:36,095

if you just tell us

about Jimmy Sheehan.

677

00:30:36,163 --> 00:30:38,097

Aren't we outside

your jurisdiction?

678

00:30:38,164 --> 00:30:39,764

He's not the smartest guy,

679

00:30:39,832 --> 00:30:40,899

is he?

680

00:30:40,966 --> 00:30:42,066

Yeah, you're

right, Murphy,

681

00:30:42,134 --> 00:30:44,535

these are international

waters, okay?

682

00:30:44,603 --> 00:30:47,872

Which means we're bound

to the laws of the flag

683

00:30:47,939 --> 00:30:50,741

that the ship flies,

which is what, Daniel, again?

684

00:30:50,809 --> 00:30:52,409

Chinese.

685

00:30:52,477 --> 00:30:53,644

Oh, yeah, it's Chinese.

686

00:30:53,712 --> 00:30:55,579

Okay, that's good,

because that means

687

00:30:55,647 --> 00:30:58,582

that out here we're not actually

members of law enforcement.

688

00:30:58,650 --> 00:31:00,484

All right? Which also

means we're not bound

689

00:31:00,552 --> 00:31:02,886

by silly little rules like,

I don't know, due process,

690

00:31:02,954 --> 00:31:04,088

so that's fine

with me if

691

00:31:04,155 --> 00:31:05,589

that's the way you want to go.

No, no,

692

00:31:05,657 --> 00:31:07,224

that's not the way... please.

- Why not?

693

00:31:07,292 --> 00:31:08,725

Nobody's around.

That's not the way.

694

00:31:08,793 --> 00:31:10,293

Please trust me,

that's an ugly way.

695

00:31:10,361 --> 00:31:12,229

We can help each other,

I believe.

696

00:31:12,297 --> 00:31:14,164

- Help?

- Yes, help.

697

00:31:14,232 --> 00:31:15,966

- How?

- I'll tell you how.

698

00:31:16,033 --> 00:31:17,968

Uh, we, uh, checked

the satellite phone

699

00:31:18,035 --> 00:31:19,202

on the ship.

700

00:31:19,270 --> 00:31:21,571

We know that you made

some calls to the 617--

701

00:31:21,638 --> 00:31:23,673

that's Boston, right?

- Yeah.

702

00:31:23,740 --> 00:31:26,342

Well, I can only imagine you were

calling a loved one.

703

00:31:26,410 --> 00:31:29,611

We can help you by letting them

know that you are now in custody

704

00:31:29,679 --> 00:31:30,813

and that you are

fully cooperating

705

00:31:30,880 --> 00:31:31,980

with the police.

706

00:31:32,048 --> 00:31:33,115

It's ringing.

707

00:31:33,182 --> 00:31:35,350

- I got it.

- No, no, no, no, wait, wait.

708

00:31:35,418 --> 00:31:36,918

Wait, I'll talk. I'll talk!

709

00:31:36,986 --> 00:31:39,287

I'll talk. Come on.

710

00:31:39,355 --> 00:31:40,155

Man wants to talk.

711

00:31:40,223 --> 00:31:41,824

All right,

then, talk.

712

00:31:41,892 --> 00:31:43,526

Look, I never wanted

713

00:31:43,594 --> 00:31:45,028

to start anything.

714

00:31:45,096 --> 00:31:46,964

I owe 30 large to L Street.

715

00:31:47,032 --> 00:31:49,400

Bad bets. I came out here

to hide, make some money,

716

00:31:49,468 --> 00:31:51,435

you know, pay 'em off

before they found me.

717

00:31:51,503 --> 00:31:54,272

All right. So then

you recognized Sheehan, huh?

718

00:31:54,340 --> 00:31:56,308

Not right off.

It took me, like,

719

00:31:56,375 --> 00:31:58,543

two weeks to figure it out,

but eventually.

720

00:31:58,611 --> 00:32:00,145

I mean, it's not every day

721

00:32:00,213 --> 00:32:01,546

someone takes down

Mickey O'Hara.

722

00:32:01,614 --> 00:32:02,948

Everybody back home knows Jimmy.

723

00:32:03,015 --> 00:32:04,616

Okay, so you

called back home

724

00:32:04,684 --> 00:32:06,451

and what, you

arrange a visit?

725

00:32:06,519 --> 00:32:07,953

I did what I had to do.

726

00:32:08,020 --> 00:32:09,721

They said they were

sending out some guys.

727

00:32:09,789 --> 00:32:11,490

I flew off to Oahu to meet them.

728

00:32:11,557 --> 00:32:12,958

I told them

729

00:32:13,025 --> 00:32:14,626

where to find Jimmy,

730

00:32:14,694 --> 00:32:16,261

and they cleared my debt.

731

00:32:16,329 --> 00:32:18,196

- That's it.

- All right,

732

00:32:18,264 --> 00:32:19,198

you said "guys."

733

00:32:19,265 --> 00:32:20,232

What guys?

734

00:32:20,300 --> 00:32:21,867

John and Simon O'Toole.

735

00:32:21,935 --> 00:32:24,103

Brothers, age 35 and 33.

736

00:32:24,171 --> 00:32:25,705

Grew up in Southie.

737

00:32:25,773 --> 00:32:29,509

Both of them joined the L Street

Crew before they were 18.

738

00:32:29,577 --> 00:32:32,513

Suspected in over 12 murders

that the government knows about,

739

00:32:32,580 --> 00:32:34,748

including the witnesses

from the O'Hara case.

740

00:32:34,816 --> 00:32:36,016

They're widely considered

the top two

741

00:32:36,084 --> 00:32:38,318

triggermen for

the Irish Mob in Boston.

742

00:32:38,386 --> 00:32:40,554

These are the kind of guys

that would have no problem

743

00:32:40,622 --> 00:32:42,589

putting a bullet

in Jimmy Sheehan's chest.

744

00:32:42,657 --> 00:32:44,925

Got a hit back from TSA.

745

00:32:44,992 --> 00:32:47,093

Looks like the O'Toole brothers

arrived on the island

746

00:32:47,161 --> 00:32:48,561

the day before

Sheehan was killed.

747

00:32:48,629 --> 00:32:50,663

Guys, I just pinged

the cell phone number

748

00:32:50,731 --> 00:32:51,764

Murphy used to contact them.

749

00:32:51,832 --> 00:32:53,699

They're at the Kalihi Motel.

750

00:32:53,767 --> 00:32:54,833

That's where

Suzie's staying.

751

00:32:54,901 --> 00:32:56,468

They're tying up

loose ends.

752

00:33:20,596 --> 00:33:23,799

You're making this

so hard on yourself.

753

00:33:24,834 --> 00:33:26,969

Just tell us what we

need to know, huh?

754

00:33:27,037 --> 00:33:28,037

Where's Jimmy?

755

00:33:41,018 --> 00:33:42,485

Aah!

756

00:33:42,553 --> 00:33:43,653

Danny.

757

00:33:45,790 --> 00:33:46,790

Freeze!

758

00:33:46,858 --> 00:33:47,891

Drop your guns.

759

00:33:47,959 --> 00:33:49,126

Don't take another step!

760

00:33:49,193 --> 00:33:51,094

Got three seconds,

or I put a bullet in her.

761

00:33:51,162 --> 00:33:52,162

Put the gun down.

762

00:33:52,230 --> 00:33:53,330

One.

763

00:33:53,398 --> 00:33:54,865

Put it down.

Two.

764

00:33:59,203 --> 00:34:02,272

Three.

765

00:34:02,339 --> 00:34:04,107

Face down, put your hands

behind your back.

766

00:34:17,922 --> 00:34:22,159

They kept asking about a

man named Jimmy Sheehan.

767

00:34:22,227 --> 00:34:24,161

They wanted to

know where he was.

768

00:34:24,229 --> 00:34:27,731

I told them I didn't know,

but they didn't believe me.

769

00:34:30,002 --> 00:34:32,970

Come on, we need

to get you to a safe place.

770

00:34:40,880 --> 00:34:42,815

You hear that?

771

00:34:42,882 --> 00:34:45,050

Yeah, I mean,

I'm not a rocket scientist,

772

00:34:45,118 --> 00:34:47,953

but if the O'Tooles thought

that Jimmy Sheehan was alive,

773

00:34:48,021 --> 00:34:50,222

it means that

they did not kill him.

774

00:34:50,290 --> 00:34:53,059

Yeah, okay, so if they

didn't kill him, who did?

775

00:35:08,596 --> 00:35:10,430

You do a lot of smiling

for a guy

776

00:35:10,479 --> 00:35:12,113

who just saw

his brother get shot.

777

00:35:12,181 --> 00:35:14,848

Simon knew the risks.

778

00:35:15,917 --> 00:35:16,850

And I'm smiling

779

00:35:16,918 --> 00:35:18,018

'cause you got nothing.

780

00:35:18,086 --> 00:35:20,453

- We got nothing.

- Nothing except, uh,

781

00:35:20,521 --> 00:35:22,555

kidnapping,

first-degree assault...

782

00:35:22,623 --> 00:35:24,724

- Murder one.

- Murder one.

783

00:35:24,791 --> 00:35:26,892

I have the best lawyer

in the world on speed dial.

784

00:35:26,960 --> 00:35:28,894

He'll get it down to

a class B felony--

785

00:35:28,961 --> 00:35:31,964

ten years max, I'll

be out in five.

786

00:35:32,031 --> 00:35:33,566

You think so?

787

00:35:33,633 --> 00:35:34,967

Know so.

788

00:35:35,034 --> 00:35:38,237

Well, that is, of course,

if the girl makes it to trial.

789

00:35:38,305 --> 00:35:40,239

I'm sorry, is that a threat?

790

00:35:40,307 --> 00:35:41,641

Okay, all right,

wait a minute.

791

00:35:41,709 --> 00:35:42,642

What about

the murder

792

00:35:42,710 --> 00:35:43,844

of Jimmy Sheehan, huh?

793

00:35:43,911 --> 00:35:45,078

I mean, ballistics

are going to come back

794

00:35:45,146 --> 00:35:46,079

on the nine-millimeter.

795

00:35:46,147 --> 00:35:47,381

It's going

to match your gun.

796

00:35:47,448 --> 00:35:49,016

No, it won't, 'cause

I didn't kill him.

797

00:35:49,084 --> 00:35:50,084

If you didn't

kill him,

798

00:35:50,152 --> 00:35:51,519

what are you doing in Hawaii?

799

00:35:51,586 --> 00:35:53,153

Don't say

vacation.

800

00:35:53,221 --> 00:35:55,556

We know about the phone call.

801

00:35:58,759 --> 00:36:00,760

Murphy couldn't keep

his mouth shut, huh?

802

00:36:02,062 --> 00:36:03,863

All right,

803

00:36:03,930 --> 00:36:05,698

so it's possible

804

00:36:05,766 --> 00:36:09,001

me and Simon heard our old pal

Jimmy was here, and maybe

805

00:36:09,069 --> 00:36:10,536

we came out to have a chat.

806

00:36:10,604 --> 00:36:13,439

Murphy gave you his address?

807

00:36:13,506 --> 00:36:14,974

And we figured we'd tail him

to a nice quiet spot

808

00:36:15,042 --> 00:36:16,342

to have our conversation,

809

00:36:16,410 --> 00:36:19,012

but we lost him

that afternoon.

810

00:36:19,080 --> 00:36:20,958

We thought the trail was

dead till we realized

811

00:36:20,983 --> 00:36:22,357

he rented a room in a motel.

812

00:36:23,919 --> 00:36:25,886

And that's when we

stumbled onto the girl.

813

00:36:25,954 --> 00:36:27,654

At what point

did you lose Jimmy?

814

00:36:27,722 --> 00:36:31,025

Parking structure

on Ala Moana Boulevard.

815

00:36:31,093 --> 00:36:33,561

We watched him pull in,

waited for hours.

816

00:36:33,629 --> 00:36:35,763

He never came back out.

817

00:36:35,831 --> 00:36:38,032

If Jimmy got popped, it

was in that building.

818

00:36:40,636 --> 00:36:42,638

Thanks for the information.

819

00:36:44,340 --> 00:36:47,476

Oh, keep smiling.

820

00:36:47,543 --> 00:36:49,845

I almost forgot.

821

00:36:49,912 --> 00:36:51,680

Uh, ballistics already

came back on your gun.

822

00:36:51,747 --> 00:36:53,648

I told you I didn't kill him.

823

00:36:53,716 --> 00:36:54,949

No, you didn't

kill him,

824

00:36:55,017 --> 00:36:58,687

but the bullets matched

a bunch of other open murders,

825

00:36:58,755 --> 00:37:01,656

you know, very specifically,

the two other witnesses

826

00:37:01,724 --> 00:37:04,459

in the Mickey O'Hara case,

so you should call your lawyer--

827

00:37:04,527 --> 00:37:06,094

that really brilliant lawyer

you were talking about--

828

00:37:06,161 --> 00:37:07,128

maybe get your sentence

knocked down

829

00:37:07,196 --> 00:37:09,330

to 50, 60 years,

something like that.

830

00:37:09,397 --> 00:37:10,497

Enjoy federal prison.

831

00:37:10,565 --> 00:37:11,933

It's really nice

this time of year.

832

00:37:12,000 --> 00:37:14,569

See you.

833

00:37:20,811 --> 00:37:22,745

So I got the

security footage

834

00:37:22,813 --> 00:37:25,549

from the parking structure

where O'Toole lost Sheehan.

835

00:37:25,616 --> 00:37:27,885

There's no video, but they

do have a stop-motion camera

836

00:37:27,953 --> 00:37:29,153

that captures license plates.

837

00:37:29,221 --> 00:37:30,321

Okay.

838

00:37:30,389 --> 00:37:32,656

Sheehan arrives here, right?

839

00:37:33,958 --> 00:37:35,626

But he never

leaves.

840

00:37:35,694 --> 00:37:36,627

Oh, he left.

841

00:37:36,695 --> 00:37:37,895

I mean, the car had

to come out.

842

00:37:37,963 --> 00:37:39,263

Right, so I checked

out the structure.

843

00:37:39,331 --> 00:37:40,464

Turns out that

there's another exit

844

00:37:40,532 --> 00:37:41,966

on the far end

of the lot.

845

00:37:42,034 --> 00:37:43,367

It's only for

monthly users.

846

00:37:43,435 --> 00:37:44,469

Well, they got

security footage there?

847

00:37:44,536 --> 00:37:48,206

No, but what it does

require is an ID card.

848

00:37:49,474 --> 00:37:50,975

And that'll be the list

of people who have one.

849

00:37:51,042 --> 00:37:53,243

Let's take a look.

850

00:37:55,280 --> 00:37:57,781

One person swipes

his card three times.

851

00:37:57,849 --> 00:37:59,316

That doesn't

make any sense.

852

00:37:59,383 --> 00:38:01,184

Three times--

that's an odd number.

853

00:38:01,252 --> 00:38:02,819

I mean, you come in,

you come out,

854

00:38:02,886 --> 00:38:04,754

bang.

Unless

855

00:38:04,821 --> 00:38:06,021

- you exit twice.

- That's right,

856

00:38:06,089 --> 00:38:08,157

once in somebody

else's car

857

00:38:08,224 --> 00:38:09,858

and then you double

back for your own.

858

00:38:09,926 --> 00:38:12,594

So maybe our guy drives out

Sheehan's car

859

00:38:12,662 --> 00:38:14,028

and then comes back for his.

860

00:38:14,096 --> 00:38:15,063

Pull his ID.

861

00:38:15,130 --> 00:38:17,098

I think we just found

our killer.

862

00:38:19,668 --> 00:38:21,636

And our plastic surgeon.

863

00:38:27,143 --> 00:38:29,143

Can I help you?

864

00:38:30,946 --> 00:38:32,880

Wait, you can't go

back there.

865

00:38:32,948 --> 00:38:34,949

Dr. James is about

to begin a procedure.

866

00:38:47,865 --> 00:38:49,800

So he didn't die

from the gunshot?

867

00:38:49,867 --> 00:38:53,269

No, no, he died on the table--

868

00:38:53,337 --> 00:38:55,872

a complication

with the surgery.

869

00:38:55,939 --> 00:38:58,541

Nobody said

anything?

870

00:38:58,609 --> 00:39:00,242

The doctor was, um,

871

00:39:00,310 --> 00:39:02,211

was doing the surgery,

uh, alone.

872

00:39:02,278 --> 00:39:05,080

Yeah, Jimmy insisted that he

do it that way because he was

873

00:39:05,148 --> 00:39:06,648

worried that his real identity

would get out.

874

00:39:08,484 --> 00:39:10,318

When he died, the

doctor panicked.

875

00:39:10,386 --> 00:39:12,721

Thought he was going

to lose his practice,

876

00:39:12,789 --> 00:39:14,089

so he tried to cover it up.

877

00:39:14,157 --> 00:39:16,926

Right, he put the body in

the trunk of Jimmy's car

878

00:39:16,994 --> 00:39:18,428

and he left it

on the street.

879

00:39:20,932 --> 00:39:23,768

Why shoot him?

880

00:39:23,835 --> 00:39:26,904

Because he figured

if anybody found the body,

881

00:39:26,972 --> 00:39:27,972

they'd just assume

882

00:39:28,040 --> 00:39:30,008

that Jimmy's past

had caught up to him.

883

00:39:30,076 --> 00:39:32,077

You know?

884

00:39:34,847 --> 00:39:37,882

I just don't understand.

885

00:39:37,950 --> 00:39:39,450

Why didn't he just

tell me everything?

886

00:39:39,518 --> 00:39:40,651

Well, I think,

887

00:39:40,719 --> 00:39:42,520

because he didn't want

anything to happen to you.

888

00:39:42,587 --> 00:39:44,555

He was trying to protect you

and keep you safe.

889

00:39:55,934 --> 00:39:57,935

I'm really sorry.

890

00:40:26,298 --> 00:40:27,231

Okay.

891

00:40:27,299 --> 00:40:28,232

You like that?

892

00:40:28,299 --> 00:40:30,300

Yes, I do.

893

00:40:30,368 --> 00:40:32,169

Now you can watch

all the TV you want.

894

00:40:32,236 --> 00:40:35,239

This is, uh...

I'm touched, thank you.

895

00:40:35,306 --> 00:40:37,307

Uh, but I do believe

that I found a place.

896

00:40:37,375 --> 00:40:39,009

Really?

897

00:40:39,077 --> 00:40:40,044

Yeah, nice little house

898

00:40:40,111 --> 00:40:41,679

for rent right down

the street from you.

899

00:40:41,746 --> 00:40:43,013

Forget about it.

900

00:40:43,081 --> 00:40:45,550

Oh, right, rule number 56:

901

00:40:45,618 --> 00:40:47,085

No coworkers living

on the same block.

902

00:40:47,153 --> 00:40:48,219

Something like that,

yeah, just...

903

00:40:48,287 --> 00:40:49,421

no, put it out of your mind.

904

00:40:49,488 --> 00:40:50,421

Okay?

905

00:40:50,489 --> 00:40:51,723

These are still

very nice.

906

00:40:51,791 --> 00:40:54,259

Wow, they work good.

907

00:40:54,326 --> 00:40:57,261

Can't hear you at all--

perfect.

908

00:41:02,300 --> 00:41:04,034

Excuse me.

909

00:41:04,102 --> 00:41:05,435

Excuse me, excuse me,

hey, hey, hey!

910

00:41:07,772 --> 00:41:09,573

What the hell are you wearing?

I wholeheartedly approve.

911

00:41:09,641 --> 00:41:10,841

I'm just curious,

that's all.

912

00:41:10,909 --> 00:41:12,909

It's theme movie night at Max's.

913

00:41:12,977 --> 00:41:14,878

- We're all invited.

- I-I wasn't invited.

914

00:41:14,946 --> 00:41:16,213

I-I wasn't invited

either.

915

00:41:16,281 --> 00:41:18,882

Oh, yes, you were.

916

00:41:18,950 --> 00:41:20,150

See?

917

00:41:24,188 --> 00:41:26,122

Max is

[email protected]?

918

00:41:26,190 --> 00:41:27,557

Yeah, it's his personal e-mail.

919

00:41:27,625 --> 00:41:29,392

It's a little

too personal.

920

00:41:29,460 --> 00:41:30,927

- I thought it was spam.

- Me, too, I just, I...

921

00:41:30,995 --> 00:41:31,928

I knew this was your fault.

922

00:41:31,996 --> 00:41:33,396

See?

What are you talking about?

923

00:41:33,464 --> 00:41:35,065

This is why he's been acting so crazy.

It's your fault.

924

00:41:35,132 --> 00:41:36,366

How is it

my fault?

925

00:41:36,434 --> 00:41:37,800

'Cause I'm not good

with the e-mails.

926

00:41:37,868 --> 00:41:39,268

Max, we're sorry we didn't

respond to your invitation.

927

00:41:39,336 --> 00:41:41,337

Lori.

928

00:41:45,442 --> 00:41:46,842

Tell me about

it, stud.
