#215 : Mai Ka Wa Kahiko

Ecrit par : Bill Nuss
Réalisé par : Larry Teng

Synopsis :

1

00:00:14,251 --> 00:00:15,752

Mesdames et messieurs,

2

00:00:15,836 --> 00:00:18,033

Nous commençons notre

descente vers Honolulu.

3

00:00:18,034 --> 00:00:19,785

Ca a l'air d'être une belle journée

au paradis :

4

00:00:19,836 --> 00:00:21,420

28 degrés et pas un nuage

dans le ciel.

5

00:00:21,487 --> 00:00:24,089

N'oubliez pas de remettre votre

6

00:00:24,156 --> 00:00:26,825

formulaire de déclaration agricole

à un membre de l'équipage.

7

00:00:26,876 --> 00:00:27,960

Nous serons au sol

sous peu.

8

00:00:28,011 --> 00:00:29,678

Aloha.

9

00:00:29,746 --> 00:00:31,013

Bonjour.

10

00:00:31,097 --> 00:00:32,915

Merci.

11

00:00:53,002 --> 00:00:54,253

Je vais passer un coup de téléphone.

12

00:00:54,320 --> 00:00:56,839

Reste là.

13

00:00:56,906 --> 00:00:58,290

T'es hilarant.

14

00:01:11,521 --> 00:01:13,038

Nous atterrirons

bientôt, les amis.

15

00:01:13,089 --> 00:01:15,040

S'il vous plaît, attachez vos ceintures.

16

00:01:15,091 --> 00:01:17,409

Personnel de bord,

préparez-vous à l'atterrissage.

17

00:01:18,478 --> 00:01:20,062

Remontez vos dossiers.

18

00:01:21,314 --> 00:01:22,380

Dossiers remontés, s'il vous plaît.

19

00:01:22,432 --> 00:01:24,433

Merci beaucoup.

20

00:01:24,517 --> 00:01:25,851

Merci. Merci.

21

00:01:40,533 --> 00:01:42,701

Excusez-moi.

22

00:01:42,752 --> 00:01:44,853

Vous devez retourner à vos sièges maintenant,

nous sommes en train d'atterrir.

23

00:01:46,238 --> 00:01:47,289

Il y a quelqu'un?

24

00:01:54,684 --> 00:01:57,986

Da Hui Team présente...

27

00:02:04,037 --> 00:02:06,037

Bon Episode !

28

00:02:38,973 --> 00:02:40,212

Tu fais ça pour le "fun"?

29

00:02:40,213 --> 00:02:42,581

Ouais, c'est un super entraînement.

30

00:02:42,666 --> 00:02:44,199

Hmm.

31

00:02:44,251 --> 00:02:45,334

On est à combien du sommet?

32

00:02:45,385 --> 00:02:47,620

1048 enjambées.

33

00:02:47,687 --> 00:02:50,339

C'est en quelque sorte

"la crème des escaliers de la Nature".

34

00:02:50,390 --> 00:02:52,942

"La crème des escaliers de la Nature"?

35

00:02:53,009 --> 00:02:54,376

Ok, écoute, si tu ne penses pas

que tu peux y arriver,

36

00:02:54,427 --> 00:02:55,928

tu dois me le dire maintenant,

d'accord?

37

00:02:56,012 --> 00:02:57,046

Parce que je ne veux pas

arriver à mi-chemin

38

00:02:57,047 --> 00:02:57,860

et avoir à te ramener

jusqu'en bas.

39

00:02:57,885 --> 00:02:59,085

Ecoute...

40

00:02:59,882 --> 00:03:02,551

J'ai été championne de lancer de poids 3

années d'affilée au collège.

41

00:03:02,602 --> 00:03:04,570

Et bien, félicitations.

42

00:03:04,654 --> 00:03:06,405

Tu sais comment lancer des petites boules

ici et là ; c'est super.

43

00:03:06,489 --> 00:03:08,307

Est-ce que l'on va s'y mettre ou quoi?

44

00:03:09,726 --> 00:03:11,193

Je ne sais pas.

45

00:03:11,244 --> 00:03:12,894

Ta chaussure est détachée.

46

00:03:14,831 --> 00:03:15,897

Oh, c'est ta stratégie?

47

00:03:15,949 --> 00:03:17,466

Ma chaussure est détachée? Vraiment?

48

00:03:17,534 --> 00:03:19,151

Elle est bien bonne.

49

00:03:50,634 --> 00:03:51,867

Ok, Weston!

50

00:03:51,934 --> 00:03:54,320

Ok, c'est parti maintenant!

51

00:04:00,260 --> 00:04:01,943

Hé.

52

00:04:05,432 --> 00:04:06,498

Ca va?

53

00:04:07,601 --> 00:04:09,951

- Ouais.

- Laisse-moi voir.

54

00:04:14,457 --> 00:04:16,425

Ok. Doucement.

55

00:04:16,476 --> 00:04:18,344

Ok, ça pourrait être fracturé.

56

00:04:18,428 --> 00:04:20,229

On devrait t'amener

à l'hôpital.

57

00:04:20,296 --> 00:04:21,847

Non, non, c'est pas nécessaire.

58

00:04:21,915 --> 00:04:22,964

Je vais bien.

59

00:04:23,016 --> 00:04:24,800

Ce n'était pas une question.

60

00:04:25,986 --> 00:04:27,436

Hé, c'est McGarrett.

61

00:04:27,487 --> 00:04:29,154

Ecoute, euh, est-ce qu'on peut avoir

euh, les secours paramédicaux

62

00:04:29,239 --> 00:04:31,306

au pied des escaliers de

Koko Head, s'il vous plaît?

63

00:04:31,358 --> 00:04:33,242

Ouais, ok. Merci.

64

00:04:34,694 --> 00:04:36,729

Pense-tu que tu puisses marcher

légèrement dessus?

65

00:04:36,763 --> 00:04:38,447

Oui, je pense.

66

00:04:38,498 --> 00:04:39,231

Ok, essayons.

67

00:04:39,299 --> 00:04:41,567

D'accord, doucement.

68

00:04:41,635 --> 00:04:43,736

Doucement, doucement ,

doucement...

69

00:04:43,803 --> 00:04:46,221

Ok...

70

00:04:46,289 --> 00:04:47,989

C'est bon. Ok.

71

00:04:48,041 --> 00:04:49,725

Ok.

72

00:04:49,793 --> 00:04:53,062

Peut-être que j'attendrai ici

pendant... pendant un moment.

73

00:04:53,129 --> 00:04:54,096

Hmm.

74

00:04:54,163 --> 00:04:56,331

Je vais te porter. Allez.

75

00:04:56,383 --> 00:04:58,250

Non, vraiment.

76

00:04:58,318 --> 00:05:00,168

Quoi? Non, vraiment?

77

00:05:00,220 --> 00:05:01,603

Tu vas bien? Tu te sens bien?

- Oui.

78

00:05:01,671 --> 00:05:04,506

Ok, tes options sont soit je te laisse ici

jusqu'à ce que tu meures,

79

00:05:04,557 --> 00:05:06,108

ou soit je te porte jusqu'en bas.

80

00:05:06,175 --> 00:05:07,726

Ok...

81

00:05:07,811 --> 00:05:08,977

Allez.

82

00:05:09,029 --> 00:05:10,696

D'accord...

- Viens là...

83

00:05:12,666 --> 00:05:14,233

Ca va?

- Oui.

84

00:05:14,300 --> 00:05:15,918

Pour info,

j'ai gagné, tu sais.

85

00:05:15,985 --> 00:05:17,069

Ok, tu as gagné la course.

86

00:05:17,153 --> 00:05:18,153

Ouaip.

87

00:05:18,204 --> 00:05:19,538

Oh, mon Dieu.

88

00:05:39,225 --> 00:05:40,175

C'est ridicule.

89

00:05:40,226 --> 00:05:41,510

Je vais bien.

90

00:05:41,561 --> 00:05:44,380

On prend simplement

les précautions nécessaires.

91

00:05:44,447 --> 00:05:46,648

Je vais t'envoyer la note

d'hôpital.

92

00:05:46,716 --> 00:05:47,733

Donc, écoutez, si elle devient

trop énervante,

93

00:05:47,817 --> 00:05:49,735

vous la mettez sous sédatif, ok?

94

00:05:51,905 --> 00:05:53,105

Au revoir.

- Au revoir.

95

00:05:58,745 --> 00:06:01,447

McGarrett.

96

00:06:01,531 --> 00:06:03,699

J'arrive.

97

00:06:21,985 --> 00:06:23,185

Steve, voici

Mark Dunkerly.

98

00:06:23,252 --> 00:06:24,252

C'est le président de

Hawaiian Airlines.

99

00:06:24,304 --> 00:06:25,838

Hé, enchanté de vous rencontrer.

- Comment ça va?

100

00:06:25,905 --> 00:06:27,840

De toute évidence,

nous sommes abattus.

101

00:06:27,907 --> 00:06:28,941

Une telle chose

n'est jamais arrivée auparavant.

102

00:06:29,025 --> 00:06:30,926

M. Dunkerly, nous allons avoir besoin de

103

00:06:30,977 --> 00:06:32,327

l'aide totale de votre compagnie aérienne

sur cette affaire.

104

00:06:32,395 --> 00:06:33,996

Absolument. Tout ce que l'on peut faire

pour vous, Commandant.

105

00:06:34,063 --> 00:06:35,347

D'accord, merci.

106

00:06:35,415 --> 00:06:36,815

Kono est à l'intérieur.

- D'accord.

107

00:06:36,900 --> 00:06:38,650

Enchanté de vous avoir rencontré.

- Merci.

108

00:06:43,740 --> 00:06:45,273

Après que l'hôtesse ait trouvé le corps

dans les toilettes,

109

00:06:45,325 --> 00:06:48,327

tous les passagers ont été gardés à leur place

jusqu'à ce que le HPD arrive.

110

00:06:48,411 --> 00:06:50,412

Ils sont tous rassemblés dans un hangar

en ce moment,

111

00:06:50,463 --> 00:06:51,279

et Chin est avec eux.

112

00:06:51,331 --> 00:06:52,614

Qui est la victime?

113

00:06:52,665 --> 00:06:53,832

Un U.S. Marshal.

114

00:06:53,917 --> 00:06:55,450

Il escortait un prisonnier nommé

Sal Painter,

115

00:06:55,502 --> 00:06:57,619

qui ne figure d'ailleurs pas parmi les

les passagers dans le hangar.

116

00:06:57,670 --> 00:07:00,539

Ok, ce qui fait de lui

notre suspect principal, juste?

117

00:07:00,607 --> 00:07:01,874

Ouais, nous avons également trouvé

l'arme du crime,

118

00:07:01,941 --> 00:07:04,343

2 couteaux en plastique tenus

ensemble par un élastique.

119

00:07:04,427 --> 00:07:06,845

Le HPD l'a trouvé

dans la poubelle des toilettes.

120

00:07:21,694 --> 00:07:23,829

Danny?

121

00:07:27,467 --> 00:07:28,417

Tu connais ce gars?

122

00:07:28,484 --> 00:07:30,118

Ouais.

123

00:07:30,170 --> 00:07:32,120

Son nom est Dave Collins.

124

00:07:32,172 --> 00:07:33,505

Il, euh, travaillait au bureau délocalisé

125

00:07:33,590 --> 00:07:35,607

des U.S. Marshals au New Jersey.

126

00:07:37,627 --> 00:07:39,478

Je suis désolé.

127

00:07:41,598 --> 00:07:43,315

C'était un de mes potes ;

on était resté en contact.

128

00:07:44,551 --> 00:07:46,552

Il a 3 enfants.

129

00:07:53,993 --> 00:07:56,094

On a un téléphone portable

endommagé ici.

130

00:07:56,162 --> 00:07:57,696

Kono, euh...

131

00:07:57,780 --> 00:07:59,681

Voyons si

Fong peut en retirer quelque chose.

132

00:07:59,732 --> 00:08:03,652

Excusez-moi.

Chin, qu'est-ce que tu as?

133

00:08:03,703 --> 00:08:04,870

Qu'est-ce que tu dirais

d'un autre passager manquant?

134

00:08:04,954 --> 00:08:06,054

Qui?

135

00:08:06,122 --> 00:08:07,206

Selon le manifeste de vol,

136

00:08:07,290 --> 00:08:09,308

un homme nommé Rick McGuire.

137

00:08:09,375 --> 00:08:11,143

Personne ici ne se rappelle de

quelque chose d'inhabituel à son sujet.

138

00:08:11,211 --> 00:08:12,628

Où était-il assis?

139

00:08:12,695 --> 00:08:14,830

Siège 35G.

140

00:08:18,801 --> 00:08:20,552

Apparemment McGuire a laissé

quelque chose derrière lui.

141

00:08:20,637 --> 00:08:22,037

Pourquoi laisserait-il

ses affaires derrière lui?

142

00:08:23,506 --> 00:08:25,057

Peut-être qu'il ne voulait attirer

aucune attention sur lui.

143

00:08:25,141 --> 00:08:27,426

Kono, occupe-toi de ça,

vois si tu peux

144

00:08:27,493 --> 00:08:29,595

trouver quoi que ce soit qui puisse

nous aider à localiser nos suspects.

145

00:08:29,679 --> 00:08:33,432

Ok, donc, Painter avait un complice,...

146

00:08:33,516 --> 00:08:35,334

de toute évidence un autre passager.

147

00:08:35,401 --> 00:08:36,935

D'accord, mais où sont-ils?

148

00:08:37,003 --> 00:08:40,388

Parce qu'ils ne sont pas sortis de l'avion

à 8km d'altitude.

149

00:08:54,866 --> 00:08:57,234

Je sais.

150

00:08:59,871 --> 00:09:01,605

Il est en train de parler

à la femme de la victime?

151

00:09:01,673 --> 00:09:03,013

Ouais.

152

00:09:03,017 --> 00:09:04,500

Hé, écoute, on a tiré quelque chose

du sac

153

00:09:04,568 --> 00:09:07,069

qu'on a sorti de l'avion?

154

00:09:07,121 --> 00:09:08,070

Rien.

155

00:09:08,122 --> 00:09:09,922

Aucune empreinte utilisable.

Pas d'ADN.

156

00:09:09,990 --> 00:09:12,041

- Hey...

- La voilà.

157

00:09:12,092 --> 00:09:13,793

Oui. Salut.

158

00:09:13,861 --> 00:09:16,179

- Wow. Tu vas bien?

- Ouais, ouais, ça va.

159

00:09:16,246 --> 00:09:17,413

C'est juste une petite entorse.

160

00:09:17,464 --> 00:09:18,431

Tiens, assieds toi.

161

00:09:18,515 --> 00:09:19,232

Oh, ça va.

162

00:09:19,300 --> 00:09:20,350

Merci.

163

00:09:20,417 --> 00:09:21,784

Lori, assieds toi.

Tu devrais la surélever.

164

00:09:21,852 --> 00:09:23,936

Non, non, merci, Doc,

Je vais bien, vraiment.

165

00:09:24,004 --> 00:09:25,555

D'accord.

166

00:09:25,622 --> 00:09:27,023

Qu'en est-il de la vidéo TSA.

167

00:09:27,090 --> 00:09:28,725

Bien, ça devrait

être chargé maintenant.

168

00:09:30,377 --> 00:09:33,780

Okay, donc voici le vol de Collin

juste avant l'arrivé

169

00:09:33,847 --> 00:09:36,299

aux portes.

170

00:09:36,367 --> 00:09:37,567

Regardez ça.

171

00:09:37,618 --> 00:09:39,369

D'accord, donc ils ont du partir par

172

00:09:39,436 --> 00:09:40,953

les chariots de service,

- Oui.

173

00:09:41,038 --> 00:09:43,639

et accéder au train d'atterissage

par le compartiment bagage.

174

00:09:43,707 --> 00:09:44,957

Bien, donc le gars à gauche

175

00:09:45,042 --> 00:09:46,542

pour être le gros bras de Painter.

176

00:09:46,610 --> 00:09:47,960

Eh bien, maintenant

nous savons comment

177

00:09:48,045 --> 00:09:48,995

ils sont sortis de l'avion.

178

00:09:49,079 --> 00:09:50,163

Qu'est ce qu'on a

d'autre sur ces deux là?

179

00:09:50,230 --> 00:09:52,965

Uh, eh bien, le HPD a arrêté

Painter l'année dernière

180

00:09:53,050 --> 00:09:54,784

pour vol et agression.

181

00:09:54,835 --> 00:09:55,985

Evidemment, il aime frapper

les flambeurs qui jouent poker

182

00:09:56,053 --> 00:09:57,487

partout sur l'île.

183

00:09:57,554 --> 00:09:59,806

Malheuresement,

il a quitté la ville avant la sentence.

184

00:10:01,458 --> 00:10:03,242

C'est aussi le principal suspect

185

00:10:03,310 --> 00:10:05,895

dans des incidents identitiques

à Chicago and New York,

186

00:10:05,963 --> 00:10:08,765

c'est là qu'il a été arrêté,

puis extradé à nouveau à Hawaii.

187

00:10:08,832 --> 00:10:09,799

D'accord, bien.

188

00:10:09,850 --> 00:10:11,484

Et pour l'autre homme?

189

00:10:12,870 --> 00:10:14,520

Rick McGuire.

190

00:10:14,605 --> 00:10:18,608

Il réside à Westchester County,

New York, pas de casier judiciaire.

191

00:10:18,659 --> 00:10:20,276

Mais il a fait de

nombreux voyages à O'ahu.

192

00:10:20,327 --> 00:10:22,078

Huit fois cette année, seul.

193

00:10:23,964 --> 00:10:25,081

Ce gars fait 1m80.

194

00:10:25,149 --> 00:10:26,315

Ouais, et donc?

195

00:10:26,367 --> 00:10:28,201

- Combien mesure Painter?

- 1m80.

196

00:10:28,285 --> 00:10:29,652

Kono, uh, reviens

197

00:10:29,703 --> 00:10:32,672

dans la vidéo, au moment

où ces gars sont côte à côte.

198

00:10:35,376 --> 00:10:37,543

Oh, je vois, comment

199

00:10:37,628 --> 00:10:39,829

peuvent-ils faire tous les deux 1m80,

alors que celui ci fait 15cm

200

00:10:39,880 --> 00:10:41,447

- de plus que l'autre?

- Exactemment.

201

00:10:41,515 --> 00:10:43,633

Celui qui est sorti de l'avion avec

Painter n'était pas Rick McGuire.

202

00:10:43,684 --> 00:10:45,835

On doit découvrir qui est

le véritable Rick McGuire,

203

00:10:45,886 --> 00:10:47,002

et qui est ce gars

204

00:10:47,054 --> 00:10:48,187

qui se fait passer pour lui.

205

00:10:48,272 --> 00:10:49,472

Compris.

206

00:10:49,523 --> 00:10:50,890

Danny et moi allons nous

concentrer sur Painter.

207

00:10:50,974 --> 00:10:52,058

Maintenant, parle moi de lui.

208

00:10:52,142 --> 00:10:53,226

A-t-il quelqu'un sur l'île?

209

00:10:53,310 --> 00:10:54,644

Des amis, de la famille,

quelqu'un qui pourrait

210

00:10:54,695 --> 00:10:56,011

l'aider à se cacher

pendant qu'il est là?

211

00:10:56,063 --> 00:10:57,413

Pas de famille, pas d'associés connus.

212

00:10:57,481 --> 00:10:58,931

D'accord, des ennemis?

213

00:10:58,999 --> 00:11:00,683

Tu sais, peut être qu'il

cherchait un remboursement.

214

00:11:00,734 --> 00:11:02,418

Le principal témoin de ce procès

215

00:11:02,486 --> 00:11:03,986

était une femme

du nom de Holly Malone.

216

00:11:04,037 --> 00:11:05,955

Elle dirige les salles de poker

à mise élevé qu'il a attaqué.

217

00:11:06,022 --> 00:11:07,156

On va en ville.

218

00:11:07,207 --> 00:11:08,474

Allons lui parler.

219

00:11:08,542 --> 00:11:10,276

C'est le seul lien

nous menant à Painter.

220

00:11:32,199 --> 00:11:33,850

Officiers.

221

00:11:33,901 --> 00:11:36,135

Tout va de mieux en mieux ici.

222

00:11:36,203 --> 00:11:37,720

C'est un gala de charité.

223

00:11:37,771 --> 00:11:38,771

Nous avons des sièges disponibles,

224

00:11:38,856 --> 00:11:39,956

si vous voulez jouer.

225

00:11:40,023 --> 00:11:42,308

La mise d'entrée est de $50,000.

226

00:11:42,376 --> 00:11:44,444

- Oh, c'est tout? - Vous avez 50?

- Je ne.. sur moi, non.

227

00:11:44,528 --> 00:11:46,696

Je, uh, à vrai dire je veux envoyer

mon enfant à l'université un jour.

228

00:11:48,699 --> 00:11:50,149

Venez par ici une seconde.

229

00:11:52,953 --> 00:11:54,904

Sal Painter, on pense

que vous le connaissez.

230

00:11:54,955 --> 00:11:56,906

Il est de retour sur l'île.

231

00:11:56,974 --> 00:11:59,826

Il a tué un Marshall,

et s'est échappé.

232

00:11:59,893 --> 00:12:01,711

Je vois.

233

00:12:01,762 --> 00:12:04,246

Um, qu'est-qu'est ce que

le Five-O prévoit de faire pour ça?

234

00:12:04,298 --> 00:12:06,382

Eh bien, celà dépend

d'à quel point vous serez utile

235

00:12:06,433 --> 00:12:07,416

avec nous aujourd'hui, Mme Malone.

236

00:12:07,484 --> 00:12:09,552

Nous voulons savoir

avec qui il s'est enfui.

237

00:12:09,603 --> 00:12:11,053

Quelqu'un sur l'île

l'a peut être aidé.

238

00:12:11,104 --> 00:12:13,272

Je sais qui était son partenaire.

239

00:12:13,357 --> 00:12:15,057

Um, l'un de mes dealers, Bronco.

240

00:12:15,125 --> 00:12:17,527

Il a divulgué la localisation

des jeux à Painter.

241

00:12:17,594 --> 00:12:19,262

Bronco.

242

00:12:19,329 --> 00:12:20,563

Ouais, le cousin de Painter.

243

00:12:20,614 --> 00:12:21,931

Okay.

244

00:12:21,982 --> 00:12:22,999

Où peut-on trouver Bronco?

245

00:12:23,066 --> 00:12:24,567

Vous pouvez regarder

au Ali Mani Motel.

246

00:12:24,618 --> 00:12:25,735

C'était sa dernière planque

247

00:12:25,786 --> 00:12:27,737

du coté de Windward.

248

00:12:29,490 --> 00:12:31,524

Kono, qu'est ce que tu as trouvé?

249

00:12:31,592 --> 00:12:34,110

Rick McGuire, le vrai...

250

00:12:34,178 --> 00:12:35,538

Il est mort il y a

deux ans à New York.

251

00:12:35,539 --> 00:12:36,636

Excellent.

252

00:12:36,661 --> 00:12:38,705

D'accord, ce qui veut dire

que le complice de Sal Painter

253

00:12:39,099 --> 00:12:41,033

- a volé l'identité de McGuire.

- Qu'il a utilisée

254

00:12:41,101 --> 00:12:43,619

pour s'enregistrer et acheter

une Ford Crown Vic à Oahu.

255

00:12:43,687 --> 00:12:44,787

D'accord, très bien.

On a une adresse

256

00:12:44,838 --> 00:12:45,922

avec son enregistrement?

257

00:12:45,973 --> 00:12:47,456

C'est une parcelle inoccupée.

258

00:12:47,508 --> 00:12:49,192

Malin.

259

00:12:49,259 --> 00:12:50,343

D'accord, très bien,

260

00:12:50,427 --> 00:12:52,378

pas dans ta moyenne

de criminel idiot.

261

00:12:52,446 --> 00:12:54,247

J'ai hâte de rencontrer ce gars.

262

00:12:56,483 --> 00:12:59,218

Je n'ai personne du nom de Bronco.

263

00:12:59,286 --> 00:13:00,753

C'est son vrai nom?

264

00:13:00,821 --> 00:13:03,305

Uh, et cet homme madame?

265

00:13:03,357 --> 00:13:04,857

Avez vous vu cet homme

dans les environs?

266

00:13:04,942 --> 00:13:06,058

Oui Mr. Painter.

267

00:13:06,126 --> 00:13:08,044

Chambre 224-A.

268

00:13:08,111 --> 00:13:09,362

- Je pense qu'il est là en ce moment.

- D'accord.

269

00:13:09,446 --> 00:13:10,913

Voulez-vous que je l'appelle pour vous?

270

00:13:10,981 --> 00:13:12,114

Non, non.

On veut le surprendre.

271

00:13:12,165 --> 00:13:13,916

Merci.

272

00:13:16,920 --> 00:13:18,187

Painter!

273

00:13:20,641 --> 00:13:21,357

Painter!

274

00:13:36,823 --> 00:13:39,108

Allez.

275

00:13:39,175 --> 00:13:40,593

Hein?

276

00:13:40,661 --> 00:13:42,645

Où est votre partenaire? Hein?

Où est votre partenaire?

277

00:13:42,696 --> 00:13:43,563

Je n'ai pas de partenaire!

278

00:13:43,647 --> 00:13:44,513

Tu n'as pas de partenaire. Ici.

279

00:13:45,666 --> 00:13:47,600

Hein?

280

00:13:47,668 --> 00:13:48,985

Hey, écoute moi. Hey, hey!

281

00:13:49,036 --> 00:13:50,686

Ecoute moi.

J'ai besoin du nom de ton complice.

282

00:13:50,737 --> 00:13:52,922

Ton complice, le gars

qui t'a aidé à tuer Dave Collins

283

00:13:52,990 --> 00:13:53,773

et qui s'est échappé.

284

00:13:53,840 --> 00:13:54,857

Je ne sais pas.

285

00:13:54,908 --> 00:13:55,691

Tu ne sais pas...?

286

00:13:57,678 --> 00:13:59,962

Oh, Danny, si on le noie,

287

00:14:00,030 --> 00:14:01,447

il ne sera pas capable

de tout nous dire.

288

00:14:01,515 --> 00:14:04,166

Hey. J'essaie de le noyer.

Il a tué un de mes amis, d'accord?

289

00:14:04,217 --> 00:14:05,868

Hein? Où est-il?

290

00:14:05,919 --> 00:14:07,837

Où est-il?

291

00:14:07,888 --> 00:14:09,171

Je ne sais pas.

Je le jure.

292

00:14:09,222 --> 00:14:11,624

Avant ce matin, je n'avais

jamais vu ce gars de ma vie!

293

00:14:24,069 --> 00:14:26,537

Vous semblez avoir des

problèmes de compréhension.

294

00:14:26,622 --> 00:14:28,573

Je ne connais aucun Rick McGuire.

295

00:14:28,657 --> 00:14:30,024

D'accord, si tu ne

connais pas ce gars,

296

00:14:30,075 --> 00:14:31,326

pourquoi voudrait-il

t'aider à t'évader?

297

00:14:31,377 --> 00:14:32,744

Il m'a dit qu'il

voulait mes chaussures.

298

00:14:32,828 --> 00:14:34,829

C'est bien assez pour moi.

299

00:14:34,880 --> 00:14:36,180

D'accord, eh bien,

je vais te dire pour qui

300

00:14:36,248 --> 00:14:37,365

ce n'était pas bien.

301

00:14:37,416 --> 00:14:39,117

U.S. Marshall Dave Collins.

302

00:14:39,184 --> 00:14:41,369

Ecoutez, je n'ai pas tué ce gars,

d'accord?

303

00:14:41,420 --> 00:14:44,455

La dernière fois que j'ai vu le Marshall,

il se dirigeait vers les toilettes

304

00:14:44,523 --> 00:14:46,624

pour passer un appel,

et il n'est jamais revenu.

305

00:14:46,692 --> 00:14:48,443

Et c'était combien de

temps avant que vous débarquiez?

306

00:14:49,895 --> 00:14:52,213

15, peut être 20 minutes.

307

00:14:52,264 --> 00:14:54,816

Il avait la bougeotte,.

308

00:14:54,883 --> 00:14:56,451

Il arrêtait pas de regarder

autour comme s'il

309

00:14:56,518 --> 00:14:58,052

regardait quelqu'un,

quelque rangs en face de nous.

310

00:14:58,103 --> 00:15:00,188

D'accord, qui regardait-il, McGuire?

311

00:15:00,239 --> 00:15:02,390

Aucun indice.

Tout ce que je sais

312

00:15:02,441 --> 00:15:03,858

c'est que quelque minutes

avant qu'on arrive,

313

00:15:03,909 --> 00:15:05,994

ce gars arrive et

dit qu'il peut m'aider.

314

00:15:06,061 --> 00:15:08,529

Alors il m'a enlevé les menottes aux pieds,

comme s'il était mon meilleur ami.

315

00:15:08,580 --> 00:15:10,365

Eh bien, comment savait-il faire ça?

316

00:15:10,416 --> 00:15:12,000

Je n'ai pas demandé,

et je m'en foutais.

317

00:15:12,067 --> 00:15:13,951

Je l'ai suivi à l'arrière de l'avion,

318

00:15:14,036 --> 00:15:16,070

il nous a fait descendre

dans le compartiment à bagage.

319

00:15:16,121 --> 00:15:17,822

La chose suivante dont je me souviens,

c'est l'atterrissage de l'avion,

320

00:15:17,890 --> 00:15:19,957

et il nous a mené au train d'atterrissage.

321

00:15:20,042 --> 00:15:21,909

C'est la dernière fois que je l'ai vu.

322

00:15:21,960 --> 00:15:23,744

D'accord, a-t-il dit où il allait?

323

00:15:23,796 --> 00:15:26,547

Non. La seule chose qu'il disait,

c'est qu'il avait du travail  à faire.

324

00:15:26,598 --> 00:15:29,183

- Quel type de travail?

- On a pas vraiment échanger nos vies.

325

00:15:29,251 --> 00:15:31,052

D'acciord,

mais il a du dire quelque chose.

326

00:15:31,103 --> 00:15:32,136

Pourquoi il a tué Collins,

où il allait.

327

00:15:32,221 --> 00:15:33,304

Quelque chose.

Il a du dire quelque chose.

328

00:15:33,389 --> 00:15:34,672

Non. Ce gars

disait difficilement un mot.

329

00:15:34,740 --> 00:15:36,757

Il était calme et cool.

330

00:15:38,444 --> 00:15:41,829

Le seul moment où il a perdu son calme,

c'est quand il a fait tomber cette clef.

331

00:15:41,897 --> 00:15:43,648

Ça l'a vraiment énervé.

332

00:15:43,732 --> 00:15:45,433

Attends une minute. Quelle clef?

De quoi tu parles?

333

00:15:47,403 --> 00:15:50,154

Il ne pouvait pas ouvrir

la porte du compartiment,

334

00:15:50,239 --> 00:15:53,858

donc il a utilisé cette

clef pour faire levier.

335

00:15:53,926 --> 00:15:56,944

Ça a marché, mais la clef a glissé,

et est tombée dans la soute.

336

00:15:56,995 --> 00:15:58,463

Très bien,

on doit appeler Kono.

337

00:15:58,547 --> 00:16:00,281

Pour qu'elle cherche

cette clef dans la soute.

338

00:16:00,332 --> 00:16:02,083

Si on a une empreinte dessus,

on pourra peut être trouver

339

00:16:02,134 --> 00:16:03,117

qui est vraiment McGuire.

340

00:16:09,842 --> 00:16:11,959

Très bien, si ce que

nous a dit Painter est vrai,

341

00:16:12,010 --> 00:16:13,928

Collins reconnait ce gars

McGuire dans l'avion...

342

00:16:13,979 --> 00:16:15,263

- A partir de là, on ne sait pas.

- C'est vrai..

343

00:16:15,314 --> 00:16:16,481

McGuire savait qu'il était compromis.

344

00:16:16,565 --> 00:16:18,416

Il tue le Marshal.

Cette partie est logique.

345

00:16:18,484 --> 00:16:19,600

Jusqu'à ce qu'il détache Painter.

346

00:16:19,651 --> 00:16:21,235

Pourquoi aider un gars

qu'on ne connait pas?

347

00:16:21,303 --> 00:16:23,738

Probablement pour nous

occuper en traquant des fugitifs

348

00:16:23,805 --> 00:16:25,523

plutôt que de chercher

un quelconque passager manquant.

349

00:16:25,607 --> 00:16:27,216

Il s'est acheté du temps,

et nous déconcerter.

350

00:16:27,241 --> 00:16:28,008

Voilà.

351

00:16:28,009 --> 00:16:29,627

- Hey.

- Hey.

352

00:16:29,695 --> 00:16:30,811

Je viens d'avoir Kono au téléphone,

353

00:16:30,863 --> 00:16:32,313

Elle a la clef dont Painter parlait?

354

00:16:32,364 --> 00:16:34,065

Ouais. Elle est en route

pour la déposer à Fong,

355

00:16:34,133 --> 00:16:35,216

mais elle m'a envoyée une photo.

356

00:16:35,284 --> 00:16:36,901

Le numéro de serie

357

00:16:36,969 --> 00:16:38,619

sur la clef conduit

à une boîte aux lettres

358

00:16:38,670 --> 00:16:39,871

à Mailbox Dispatch

359

00:16:39,938 --> 00:16:41,289

près de Diamond Head.

360

00:16:41,340 --> 00:16:42,533

Service haut de gamme

des maisons de plage à Kahala.

361

00:16:42,558 --> 00:16:43,007

Okay.

362

00:16:43,008 --> 00:16:45,126

- On a une adresse?

- Uh, laisse moi regarder.

363

00:16:51,633 --> 00:16:54,152

Okay.

364

00:16:54,219 --> 00:16:56,421

On trouve à qui appartient cette boîte,

et on localise McGuire.

365

00:16:56,488 --> 00:16:58,973

- Je vais voir ça.

- Oh, non, non, non, l'handicapée.

366

00:16:59,024 --> 00:17:01,309

Laisse moi m'occuper

de ça, d'accord?

367

00:17:01,360 --> 00:17:03,010

Merci.

368

00:17:03,061 --> 00:17:04,845

Tu vois?

La galanterie n'est pas morte.

369

00:17:04,897 --> 00:17:06,614

Je t'ai descendu de la montagne.

370

00:17:12,538 --> 00:17:14,322

Hey, Charlie?

371

00:17:14,389 --> 00:17:16,824

J'ai trouvé ça dans le

chargement de notre scène de crime.

372

00:17:16,875 --> 00:17:19,911

Peut être que tu auras une empreinte,

ou de l'ADN, quelque chose.

373

00:17:19,995 --> 00:17:21,879

Pour découvrir qui est

vraiment Rick McGuire.

374

00:17:21,964 --> 00:17:23,697

Merci, Kono.

Je vais m'en occuper dès maintenant.

375

00:17:23,749 --> 00:17:25,583

C'est le téléphone de Dave Collins?

376

00:17:25,667 --> 00:17:27,701

Oh, ouais.

J'ai restauré les données.

377

00:17:27,753 --> 00:17:29,454

J'ai juste reconstruit le journal d'appel.

378

00:17:30,722 --> 00:17:33,040

On dirait

379

00:17:33,091 --> 00:17:35,042

que juste avant que le téléphone

soit endommagé, il essayait

380

00:17:35,093 --> 00:17:37,478

de passer un appel,

mais il n'a jamais sonné.

381

00:17:37,546 --> 00:17:39,147

Eh bien, pour qui était

cet appel?

382

00:17:39,214 --> 00:17:40,714

Je mets le numéro maintenant.

383

00:17:42,684 --> 00:17:44,552

Attends une minute.

C'est le nuémro de Danny.

384

00:17:44,603 --> 00:17:46,354

Il connaissait Collins?

385

00:17:46,405 --> 00:17:48,689

Ouais.

386

00:17:48,740 --> 00:17:50,691

Pourquoi Collins

essayait d'appeler Danny

387

00:17:50,742 --> 00:17:52,760

juste avant de se faire tuer?

388

00:17:53,745 --> 00:17:56,647

Les papiers montrent

que cette boîte appartient

389

00:17:56,715 --> 00:17:58,649

à Rick McGuire.

390

00:17:58,717 --> 00:18:00,968

- Vous avez une adresse de facturation?

- Oh, ouais.

391

00:18:01,036 --> 00:18:04,205

C'est une autre boîte aux

lettres privées au New Jersey.

392

00:18:04,256 --> 00:18:06,073

New Jersey, hein?

393

00:18:07,726 --> 00:18:10,645

Mais vous savez que la falsification

de courrier est un délit fédéral.

394

00:18:10,712 --> 00:18:12,513

Ouais, bien sûr que je le sais.

Je suis flic.

395

00:18:12,581 --> 00:18:13,747

Vous avez une cliente.

396

00:18:13,799 --> 00:18:15,800

Allez vous occuper d'elle.

397

00:18:16,902 --> 00:18:19,704

Mm-hmm.

398

00:18:38,957 --> 00:18:42,293

Hey, Steve,

j'ai une adresse pour McGuire.

399

00:19:00,612 --> 00:19:02,947

Rick McGuire,

Five-O! Ouvrez.

400

00:19:07,152 --> 00:19:09,086

Ras.

401

00:19:33,812 --> 00:19:34,745

J'entre.

402

00:19:37,349 --> 00:19:38,966

Il y a de la poussière partout.

403

00:19:39,017 --> 00:19:40,701

On dirait

404

00:19:40,802 --> 00:19:42,186

qu'il n'y a eu personne

depuis un moment.

405

00:19:48,827 --> 00:19:49,877

Un autre endroit à vérifier.

406

00:20:06,712 --> 00:20:08,579

Tu as quelque chose ?

407

00:20:08,664 --> 00:20:10,164

Je ne sais pas.

408

00:20:15,921 --> 00:20:18,389

Oh mon Dieu !

409

00:20:23,679 --> 00:20:24,762

C'est Grace.

410

00:20:24,846 --> 00:20:26,731

et Rachel.

411

00:20:28,350 --> 00:20:29,984

Et Danny et Stan.

412

00:20:30,051 --> 00:20:32,153

McGuire les a

tous surveillés.

413

00:20:32,220 --> 00:20:34,655

Pourquoi ?

Qui est ce mec ?

414

00:20:43,398 --> 00:20:44,582

Bon renvoi, Grace.

415

00:20:44,650 --> 00:20:46,350

Excusez-moi ?

416

00:20:46,418 --> 00:20:48,052

Grace Williams ?

417

00:20:50,055 --> 00:20:52,840

Je suis l'officier McGuire.

Je viens récupérer Grace.

418

00:20:52,907 --> 00:20:55,509

- Tout va bien, Officier?

- Son papa a eu un léger accident.

419

00:20:55,577 --> 00:20:56,677

Il va bien ?

420

00:20:56,745 --> 00:20:57,845

Oui, ma puce,

il va bien.

421

00:20:57,912 --> 00:21:00,131

Je dois juste t'emmener

à l'hôpital, d'accord ?

422

00:21:01,350 --> 00:21:04,585

Où est ma maman,

et oncle Steve ?

423

00:21:04,636 --> 00:21:07,855

Ils sont tous les deux avec lui

à l'hôpital, ils t'attendent.

424

00:21:07,922 --> 00:21:09,757

Je ne veux pas que tu t'inquiètes,

d'accord ? Il va bien.

425

00:21:09,808 --> 00:21:13,861

Je ne dois pas partir

avec des étrangers.

426

00:21:13,928 --> 00:21:15,446

Je ne suis pas un étranger.

427

00:21:15,530 --> 00:21:16,897

Je suis un policier.

428

00:21:16,948 --> 00:21:18,566

Et je suis aussi un

vieil ami à ton papa.

429

00:21:18,650 --> 00:21:20,384

Tu l'es ?

430

00:21:20,452 --> 00:21:21,869

Uh-huh.

431

00:21:21,936 --> 00:21:23,821

Tu sais que... votre ancienne

maison dans le New Jersey,

432

00:21:23,905 --> 00:21:26,273

celle sur, euh,

Laurel Forest Circle?

433

00:21:26,324 --> 00:21:28,442

Celle avec l'horrible

porte de garage

434

00:21:28,493 --> 00:21:29,943

qui rendait

ton papa fou ?

435

00:21:29,995 --> 00:21:31,879

Oh, oui.

Oui.

436

00:21:31,946 --> 00:21:33,714

Alors, pourquoi on n'irait

pas voir ton papa ?

437

00:21:37,302 --> 00:21:38,118

C'est bon, Grace.

438

00:21:53,042 --> 00:21:54,175

Hey.

439

00:21:54,226 --> 00:21:55,530

Tu as trouvé quelque

chose chez McGuire ?

440

00:21:55,531 --> 00:21:57,649

Danny, Danny,

où sont Rachel et Grace?

441

00:21:57,716 --> 00:22:00,568

Euh, Grace doit être à son cours de

tennis en ce moment. Pourquoi ?

442

00:22:00,653 --> 00:22:01,686

Pacific Club.

443

00:22:01,737 --> 00:22:03,822

Ok, Danny, écoute

moi, d'accord ?

444

00:22:03,889 --> 00:22:07,075

McGuire a surveillé

ta famille.

445

00:22:07,159 --> 00:22:08,943

Attends, quoi ? Qu'est-ce

que tu viens de dire ?

446

00:22:09,028 --> 00:22:09,894

Ok.

447

00:22:09,945 --> 00:22:11,395

On a trouvé des photos

dans son ordinateur.

448

00:22:11,447 --> 00:22:13,848

On a trouvé des photos

de Rachel, de Grace,

449

00:22:13,916 --> 00:22:15,166

de vous tous.

450

00:22:15,234 --> 00:22:16,701

Whoa, whoa, ralentis.

De quoi tu parles ?

451

00:22:16,752 --> 00:22:18,453

- Merci.

- Steve ? Steve ?

452

00:22:18,537 --> 00:22:21,072

Le prof de tennis a dit qu'un policier en uniforme

est venu chercher Grace il y a 30 minutes.

453

00:22:21,123 --> 00:22:22,907

Attends, attends, whoa, whoa,

whoa. Quel policier en uniforme?

454

00:22:22,958 --> 00:22:25,093

De quoi parles-tu, Steve ?

455

00:22:25,177 --> 00:22:26,244

Danny...

456

00:22:26,295 --> 00:22:27,362

Rachel m'appelle.

457

00:22:27,463 --> 00:22:29,413

Ne bouge pas ; je te

rappelle juste après.

458

00:22:29,465 --> 00:22:32,400

Rachel, où es-tu,

et où est Grace ?

459

00:22:32,468 --> 00:22:34,285

Euh, j'allais te poser

la même question.

460

00:22:34,353 --> 00:22:36,004

Tu as envoyé quelqu'un pour

passer la prendre ? Es-tu blessé ?

461

00:22:36,071 --> 00:22:37,772

Non, je vais bien.

Écoute-moi.

462

00:22:37,857 --> 00:22:39,440

Je veux que tu ailles au HPD

tout de suite, tu m'as compris?

463

00:22:39,525 --> 00:22:41,592

- Danny, que s'est-il passé?

- Rachel, écoute-moi.

464

00:22:41,644 --> 00:22:43,761

Va au HPD, fais exactement

ce que je te dis, d'accord ?

465

00:22:43,813 --> 00:22:45,580

Danny, où est Grace?

466

00:22:45,648 --> 00:22:47,598

Elle m'appelle en ce moment

sur mon autre portable.

467

00:22:47,650 --> 00:22:48,700

Va directement au HPD.

468

00:22:48,767 --> 00:22:50,702

Tu as compris ce

que je t'ai dit ?

469

00:22:50,769 --> 00:22:52,620

Grace ?

Ma puce ,tu m'entends ?

470

00:22:52,705 --> 00:22:54,906

Où es-tu ?

Tu vas bien ?

471

00:22:56,792 --> 00:22:58,442

Grace ?

472

00:22:58,494 --> 00:23:00,295

Tu sais, je suis surpris.

473

00:23:00,379 --> 00:23:02,881

Je pensais que Manhattan

serait la seule île où tu irais.

474

00:23:02,948 --> 00:23:06,835

Écoute-moi, écoute-moi,

fils de pute.

475

00:23:06,919 --> 00:23:09,170

Qui que tu sois, si tu touches

à ma fille, si tu lui fais du mal

476

00:23:09,255 --> 00:23:11,055

je te jure que je te tue,

tu m'entends ?

477

00:23:11,123 --> 00:23:13,842

Hey, est-ce une manière de parler

à ton officier-formateur ?

478

00:23:13,926 --> 00:23:15,977

Baisse d'un ton,

veux-tu, D.

479

00:23:17,930 --> 00:23:19,781

Rick Peterson...

480

00:23:22,568 --> 00:23:24,352

Hey, ma puce,

481

00:23:24,436 --> 00:23:25,970

Je veux que tu dises

bonjour à ton papa, ok ?

482

00:23:26,021 --> 00:23:26,971

Ok.

483

00:23:27,022 --> 00:23:28,022

Danno ?

484

00:23:29,158 --> 00:23:30,975

Le policier a dit que

tu étais à l'hôpital,

485

00:23:31,026 --> 00:23:32,443

et on est en chemin

pour venir te voir.

486

00:23:32,494 --> 00:23:33,978

Hey, petit singe.

Tu vas bien ?

487

00:23:34,029 --> 00:23:35,864

Peux-tu regarder autour de

toi et me dire où tu es ?

488

00:23:37,933 --> 00:23:38,950

Hey.

489

00:23:40,419 --> 00:23:41,836

Ton portable est cloné.

490

00:23:41,921 --> 00:23:44,655

Donc tous les appels que

tu passes ou reçois,

491

00:23:44,707 --> 00:23:46,490

je suis au courant.

492

00:23:46,542 --> 00:23:47,658

Euh, Rick, juste, s'il te plaît...

493

00:23:47,710 --> 00:23:49,660

dis-moi seulement ce

que tu veux, Rick.

494

00:23:49,712 --> 00:23:50,678

Je ferai tout ce que

tu me diras de faire.

495

00:23:50,763 --> 00:23:51,662

Dis-moi seulement

ce que tu veux.

496

00:23:56,435 --> 00:23:58,686

Ne réponds pas.

497

00:23:58,771 --> 00:24:02,023

Rick, tu as une

dent contre moi,

498

00:24:02,107 --> 00:24:04,192

tu peux venir, tu peux me

mettre une balle dans la tête.

499

00:24:04,276 --> 00:24:06,461

Juste, s'il te plaît, je t'en

supplie, relâche ma fille.

500

00:24:06,528 --> 00:24:08,296

Écoute, quand je

vais raccrocher,

501

00:24:08,364 --> 00:24:09,981

tu vas prendre ton

portable et ton arme,

502

00:24:10,032 --> 00:24:11,633

et tu vas les jeter

par la fenêtre.

503

00:24:11,700 --> 00:24:14,385

Et après, tu iras jusqu'à

Halekauwila et South.

504

00:24:14,453 --> 00:24:15,603

Il y a un banc d'arrêt de bus...

Ok.

505

00:24:15,671 --> 00:24:17,622

...avec un portable jetable

collé en dessous.

506

00:24:17,689 --> 00:24:19,690

Tu vas aller là-bas, et

tu vas le récupérer,

507

00:24:19,742 --> 00:24:20,825

et tu attendras

508

00:24:20,876 --> 00:24:21,859

que je t'appelle.

509

00:24:21,911 --> 00:24:23,294

Ok. Uh...

510

00:24:23,362 --> 00:24:25,463

Je ferais ce que tu dis.

Mais s'il te plaît...

511

00:24:25,530 --> 00:24:27,198

ne fais pas de mal à ma fille, Rick.

Je ferais tout ce que tu voudras.

512

00:24:27,249 --> 00:24:28,316

Mais s'il te plaît, ne lui fais pas de mal.

513

00:24:28,384 --> 00:24:30,151

Oh, D.

514

00:24:30,219 --> 00:24:32,086

Ce qui arrivera à Grace,

515

00:24:32,171 --> 00:24:34,172

dépend de toi, mon pote.

516

00:24:35,374 --> 00:24:36,557

Tu agis en personne intelligente,

517

00:24:36,642 --> 00:24:38,893

si tu ne fais pas ce que je te dis de faire

518

00:24:40,229 --> 00:24:42,430

la belle et douce petite Gracie meurt.

519

00:24:43,632 --> 00:24:45,516

Est ce qu'on s'est compris?

520

00:24:45,567 --> 00:24:47,902

Oui. Oui.

J'ai parfaitement compris.

521

00:24:47,987 --> 00:24:49,270

Bien.

522

00:24:49,355 --> 00:24:51,522

Parce qu'il n'y a qu'une seule manière de faire ça.

523

00:24:51,573 --> 00:24:53,408

J'ai eu beaucoup de temps

524

00:24:53,492 --> 00:24:55,893

pour penser à comment j'allais te faire souffrir

525

00:24:55,945 --> 00:24:57,528

comme tu m'as fait souffrir.

526

00:24:57,579 --> 00:24:59,013

Tu ferais bien de conduire rapidement

527

00:24:59,081 --> 00:25:00,665

car tu n'as que 11 minutes.

528

00:25:00,732 --> 00:25:02,517

Ok.

Prête à partir?

529

00:25:16,598 --> 00:25:17,882

Hey.

530

00:25:17,933 --> 00:25:19,701

Hey.

Ok, Rachel est en sécurité.

531

00:25:19,768 --> 00:25:22,387

Elle est au quartier général de la police

avec le bébé.

532

00:25:22,438 --> 00:25:24,272

La police surveille sa maison.

533

00:25:24,356 --> 00:25:27,025

On a aussi mis un avis de recherche

avec la description de Gracie.

534

00:25:27,092 --> 00:25:28,893

Ok. Quelqu'un a eu des nouvelles de Danny?

535

00:25:28,944 --> 00:25:30,795

Il ne répond pas au téléphone.

Rien pour le moment.

536

00:25:32,431 --> 00:25:34,315

Ok. Ok.

537

00:25:34,400 --> 00:25:36,117

Ok, ok, ok.

538

00:25:36,185 --> 00:25:37,452

Kono, qu'est ce que tu as?

539

00:25:37,519 --> 00:25:39,887

Chin a dit que Fong a relevé une empreinte

sur l'ordinateur portable

540

00:25:39,955 --> 00:25:41,456

que t'as trouvé chez McGuire.

Ok.

541

00:25:41,540 --> 00:25:43,157

On a une correspondance Rick Peterson.

542

00:25:43,242 --> 00:25:44,909

C'est un ancien flic du New Jersey.

543

00:25:44,960 --> 00:25:46,494

Un flis du New Jersey?

544

00:25:46,578 --> 00:25:48,296

Est ce que Danny connait ce type?

545

00:25:48,380 --> 00:25:50,798

Oui, Danny l'a mis en prison.

546

00:26:40,282 --> 00:26:41,816

Rick.

547

00:26:41,884 --> 00:26:44,168

Je suis là. S'il te plaît...

ne fais rien de stupide.

548

00:26:44,236 --> 00:26:45,636

Ok? S'il te plait ne lui fait pas de mal.

549

00:26:45,704 --> 00:26:47,388

Ok? S'il te plaît.

550

00:26:47,473 --> 00:26:49,190

Tu as l'air un peu essouflé, partenaire.

551

00:26:49,274 --> 00:26:51,225

Est ce que la vie sur l'île t'as rendu mou?

552

00:26:51,293 --> 00:26:52,677

Ecoute moi. S'il te plaît, Rick.

553

00:26:52,745 --> 00:26:54,178

Je sais...

554

00:26:54,246 --> 00:26:56,180

Je peux imaginer ce que la vie en prison

555

00:26:56,231 --> 00:26:57,799

a dû être pour un flic.

556

00:26:57,866 --> 00:26:58,900

Tu sais?

557

00:26:58,984 --> 00:27:00,101

Que sais-tu D?

558

00:27:01,503 --> 00:27:02,954

Ecoute moi, Rick.

559

00:27:03,021 --> 00:27:05,273

J'ai fait ce que je pensais être juste.

560

00:27:05,340 --> 00:27:07,275

Tu comprends? J'ai fait la

seule chose que je pouvais faire.

561

00:27:07,342 --> 00:27:09,961

Ouais, ce que tu as fait...

ce que tu as fait c'est détruire

562

00:27:10,028 --> 00:27:11,963

toutes les belles choses que j'avais.

563

00:27:12,030 --> 00:27:14,098

Toutes les belles choses que j'avais,

et je le jure

564

00:27:14,166 --> 00:27:16,134

Je vais te faire la même chose.

565

00:27:25,561 --> 00:27:26,894

En 2001, le sergent

Rick Peterson a été arrêté

566

00:27:26,979 --> 00:27:28,712

pour avoir voler de

l'argent et de la cocaïne

567

00:27:28,764 --> 00:27:30,014

sur une scène de crime.

568

00:27:30,065 --> 00:27:32,617

C'est une vidéo du procès de Peterson.

569

00:27:32,684 --> 00:27:35,236

Officier Williams,

est-ce que c'est la première fois

570

00:27:35,304 --> 00:27:36,704

que vous voyez le sergent Peterson

571

00:27:36,772 --> 00:27:39,590

retirer des preuves

d'une scène de crime?

572

00:27:39,658 --> 00:27:41,826

Vous êtes sous serment,

Officier Williams.

573

00:27:41,894 --> 00:27:44,662

Non, ce n'était pas la première fois.

574

00:27:44,729 --> 00:27:47,615

Quelles sortes de chose

prenait le sergent Peterson?

575

00:27:47,699 --> 00:27:51,902

De la drogue, des armes, de l'argent.

576

00:27:51,954 --> 00:27:54,172

Danny était le témoin à charge.

577

00:27:54,239 --> 00:27:55,957

Peterson a fait 10 ans de prison,

578

00:27:56,008 --> 00:27:57,375

et il a été relâché il y a 7 mois.

579

00:27:57,426 --> 00:27:58,493

Il s'agit d'une vengeance.

580

00:28:00,562 --> 00:28:02,913

Dave Collins a reconnu

Rick Peterson dans l'avion.

581

00:28:02,965 --> 00:28:06,050

Il appelait Danny pour le prévenir

et c'est pour ça qu'il a été tué.

582

00:28:06,101 --> 00:28:07,468

Et alors Peterson lance

Sal Painter dans la nature

583

00:28:07,553 --> 00:28:09,554

pour nous donner une quête futile.

584

00:28:09,605 --> 00:28:11,606

Ca lui a donné du temps

pour mettre son plan à exécution.

585

00:28:11,690 --> 00:28:12,756

Ok. La police vient

de trouver le téléphone

586

00:28:12,808 --> 00:28:14,358

et l'arme de Danny

le long du canal Ala Wai.

587

00:28:14,426 --> 00:28:16,477

Ce qui signifie que Peterson a

déjà pris contact avec Danny

588

00:28:16,562 --> 00:28:17,812

et que maintenant il le contrôle.

589

00:28:17,896 --> 00:28:19,814

Ok, Lori, écoute-moi.

Je veux que tu pirates

590

00:28:19,898 --> 00:28:21,983

le GPS de la Camaro

et tu me trouves où il est.

591

00:28:22,067 --> 00:28:23,117

Ok? Ok.

592

00:28:23,202 --> 00:28:24,852

Kono, demande une

description de Peterson à la police

593

00:28:24,920 --> 00:28:26,604

et ajoute la à l'avis de recherche.

594

00:28:26,655 --> 00:28:27,822

Après tu vas au laboratoire,

595

00:28:27,906 --> 00:28:29,290

et s'il y a quelque chose

à trouver sur ce portable,

596

00:28:29,408 --> 00:28:31,576

tu le trouves, ok?

Trouve le, trouve le.

597

00:28:33,629 --> 00:28:34,996

Où es-tu?

598

00:28:35,080 --> 00:28:37,081

Je viens de passer la rue Punahou.

599

00:28:37,132 --> 00:28:38,449

Ok.

600

00:28:38,500 --> 00:28:41,219

Je veux que t'ailles à

l'entrée du Cratère Diamond Head.

601

00:28:41,286 --> 00:28:42,370

Tu as 18 minutes.

602

00:28:42,437 --> 00:28:44,038

Et, D,

603

00:28:44,106 --> 00:28:46,257

si tu tournes à gauche

au lieu de tourner à droite,

604

00:28:46,308 --> 00:28:48,526

tu t'arrêtes n'importe où,

605

00:28:48,594 --> 00:28:50,478

tu essaies d'appeler des potes du 5-0,

606

00:28:50,562 --> 00:28:51,929

ta fille meurt.

607

00:28:51,980 --> 00:28:54,015

T'as compris?

608

00:28:54,099 --> 00:28:55,499

Oui.

609

00:29:07,079 --> 00:29:09,530

Ok, apparement Danny

est 4 km devant nous.

610

00:29:09,615 --> 00:29:12,083

Prends à gauche au prochain feu.

Ok.

611

00:29:18,123 --> 00:29:19,457

Kono, qu'est ce que t'as?

612

00:29:19,508 --> 00:29:21,992

Peterson a piraté les boîtes

vocales de Danny et Rachel

613

00:29:22,044 --> 00:29:23,711

et les a téléchargées sur son portable.

614

00:29:23,779 --> 00:29:24,879

On dirait qu'il était focalisé

615

00:29:24,963 --> 00:29:26,247

sur un message qui date

d'il y a quelques mois.

616

00:29:26,315 --> 00:29:27,848

Ecoutez ça.

617

00:29:27,933 --> 00:29:29,450

Rachel, uh, c'est Danny.

618

00:29:29,518 --> 00:29:31,252

Uh, écoute moi.

619

00:29:31,320 --> 00:29:32,970

Uh, je m'en fous de savoir

620

00:29:33,021 --> 00:29:35,106

si le bébé est le mien ou celui de Stan.

621

00:29:35,173 --> 00:29:37,108

Je t'aime, ok?

622

00:29:37,175 --> 00:29:38,509

Et je sens dans mon coeur

623

00:29:38,560 --> 00:29:40,478

qu'on a encore une chance, ok?

624

00:29:40,529 --> 00:29:42,346

On a encore une chance.

Et c'est ridicule.

625

00:29:42,397 --> 00:29:43,848

Je fais ça sur une boîte vocale.

626

00:29:43,916 --> 00:29:45,249

Pourrais-tu me rappeler?

627

00:29:45,317 --> 00:29:47,785

C'est tout ce que j'ai trouvé.

628

00:29:47,852 --> 00:29:49,270

Ecoute moi. Kono, vas retrouver Rachel.

629

00:29:49,338 --> 00:29:51,656

Je me fous de savoir s'ils

portent un uniforme de police ou pas

630

00:29:51,707 --> 00:29:52,940

personne ne peut la voir.

631

00:29:53,008 --> 00:29:55,025

Ok?

Oui pas de problème.

632

00:30:16,932 --> 00:30:18,666

Bonjour, partenaire.

633

00:30:24,656 --> 00:30:26,724

Tu as l'air d'aller bien.

634

00:30:34,106 --> 00:30:35,890

Je vais prendre cette arme.

635

00:30:36,909 --> 00:30:38,443

Où est Grace?

636

00:30:38,527 --> 00:30:40,445

Grace est en sécurité.

637

00:30:40,529 --> 00:30:42,280

L'arme.

638

00:30:42,364 --> 00:30:44,866

J'ai balancé l'arme comme tu me l'as dit.

639

00:30:44,917 --> 00:30:46,000

Je parle de l'arme

640

00:30:46,068 --> 00:30:47,401

qui est dans l'étui à ta cheville.

641

00:30:47,453 --> 00:30:48,620

Ok? Ne fais pas ton petit malin.

642

00:30:48,704 --> 00:30:49,904

Donne moi l'arme.

643

00:30:49,955 --> 00:30:51,956

Je ne sais pas de quoi tu parles.

644

00:30:52,024 --> 00:30:55,260

Je sais que tu t'en fous

de ce qui pourrait t'arriver,

645

00:30:55,344 --> 00:30:58,246

mais crois moi si tu meurs,

Gracie mourra aussi.

646

00:30:58,297 --> 00:31:01,015

Maintenant donne moi l'arme

et arrête ton cirque!

647

00:31:02,584 --> 00:31:04,352

Ecoute moi, Rick.

648

00:31:04,419 --> 00:31:06,271

Je vais te tuer.

649

00:31:06,355 --> 00:31:08,807

Je le jure devant dieu,

je vais te tuer.

650

00:31:08,891 --> 00:31:10,225

Tu m'as compris?

Bien. Bien.

651

00:31:10,276 --> 00:31:12,360

Reste énervé,

parce que si je me rappelle bien,

652

00:31:12,427 --> 00:31:14,295

tu deviens vraiment stupide

quand tu es énervé.

653

00:31:14,363 --> 00:31:15,429

Maintenant, donne moi l'arme.

654

00:31:15,481 --> 00:31:16,815

Bravo.

655

00:31:19,568 --> 00:31:21,736

Main droite sur le volant.

656

00:31:22,771 --> 00:31:24,422

Serré.

657

00:31:28,610 --> 00:31:29,544

Ca ne te dérange pas,

n'est ce pas?

658

00:31:29,611 --> 00:31:30,628

Vas-y.

Bien.

659

00:31:30,713 --> 00:31:31,445

Reste tranquille.

660

00:31:31,497 --> 00:31:33,447

Je reviens tout de suite.

661

00:31:45,794 --> 00:31:47,795

Qu'est ce qui ne va pas?

662

00:31:47,847 --> 00:31:48,930

On vient de perdre le signal.

663

00:31:48,981 --> 00:31:50,665

Appelle Lori.

664

00:31:52,768 --> 00:31:54,269

Chin?

665

00:31:54,320 --> 00:31:55,987

Lori, on a perdu le signal,

peux-tu le renvoyer?

666

00:31:56,071 --> 00:31:57,155

Je l'ai perdu aussi, je pense

667

00:31:57,239 --> 00:31:58,323

qu'il a été désactivé à la source.

668

00:31:58,407 --> 00:31:59,440

Je vais continuer d'essayer.

669

00:32:00,159 --> 00:32:01,475

Il est hors réseau.

670

00:32:01,527 --> 00:32:04,329

Maintenant c'est juste toi et moi.

671

00:32:04,413 --> 00:32:06,197

Tu as désactivé le GPS.

672

00:32:06,282 --> 00:32:07,599

Et maintenant, Rick?

673

00:32:07,666 --> 00:32:08,983

Tu sais, dix ans en taule

674

00:32:09,034 --> 00:32:10,919

tu apprends l'importance de la confidentialité,

tu vois ce que je veux dire?

675

00:32:10,986 --> 00:32:14,672

Rick... tu es libre.

676

00:32:14,757 --> 00:32:17,625

D'accord? Tu as fait ton temps.

677

00:32:17,676 --> 00:32:20,328

Pourquoi fais-tu celà?

678

00:32:20,179 --> 00:32:21,412

Tu vas tout faire foirer.

679

00:32:21,597 --> 00:32:24,265

Donne moi simplement ma fille,

et tu pourras partir.

680

00:32:24,333 --> 00:32:26,000

Tu peux partir,

tu peux avoir une vie.

681

00:32:26,051 --> 00:32:27,018

Donne moi simplement Grace.

682

00:32:27,102 --> 00:32:28,353

Tu veux que je parte?

683

00:32:28,437 --> 00:32:30,188

Comme tu es parti, pas vrai?

684

00:32:30,272 --> 00:32:33,174

Et m'envoyer pourrir dans

cette prison pour une décennie.

685

00:32:33,225 --> 00:32:36,527

Tu as volé de l'argent,

de la drogue, et tu t'es fait chopper.

686

00:32:36,612 --> 00:32:37,946

Tu t'ai fait chopper, Rick.

687

00:32:38,013 --> 00:32:39,864

- Je vais te dire...

- En quoi tout celà est de ma faute?

688

00:32:39,949 --> 00:32:41,849

Je vais te dire,

689

00:32:41,901 --> 00:32:44,018

pourquoi on irait pas

voir ce juge et ce jury,

690

00:32:44,069 --> 00:32:45,119

et on leur demandera.

691

00:32:45,187 --> 00:32:46,871

Qui est celui qui les a convaincus

tu te souviens?

692

00:32:46,956 --> 00:32:49,157

Qu'est ce que tu voulais que je fasse?

J'étais assigné à comparaître.

693

00:32:49,208 --> 00:32:50,375

Je n'avais pas le choix, Rick!

694

00:32:50,459 --> 00:32:51,409

Tu avais le choix.

695

00:32:51,493 --> 00:32:52,810

J'étais un bon flic, Danny.

696

00:32:52,878 --> 00:32:55,496

Tu n'étais pas un bon flic Rick,

tu étais un ripoux.

697

00:32:55,547 --> 00:32:56,948

Tu m'as trahi.

698

00:32:57,016 --> 00:33:00,635

Tu étais mon partenaire,

et tu m'as vendu.

699

00:33:00,702 --> 00:33:02,804

Je veux dire, tu étais

supposé me couvrir, bro.

700

00:33:02,871 --> 00:33:05,223

Tu as ma fille.

701

00:33:05,307 --> 00:33:07,258

- Ouais, j'ai ta fille.

- Tu as ma fille.

702

00:33:07,343 --> 00:33:09,227

Que veux-tu de plus, hein?

703

00:33:09,311 --> 00:33:12,546

Je veux récupérer ma vie, Danny.

704

00:33:12,598 --> 00:33:15,433

Je veux retrouver Kim.

705

00:33:17,736 --> 00:33:20,071

Tu sais, elle m'a quitté il y a cinq ans.

706

00:33:20,155 --> 00:33:22,907

Elle a trouvé quelqu'un d'autre.

707

00:33:22,992 --> 00:33:24,692

On peut pas lui reprocher,

quoique, tu sais?

708

00:33:24,743 --> 00:33:28,246

On peut pas attendre pour toujours.

709

00:33:28,330 --> 00:33:30,231

Tu sais ce que ça fait, tu sais?

710

00:33:33,168 --> 00:33:36,421

Et Cole...

711

00:33:36,505 --> 00:33:39,207

déjà diplômé du lycée.

712

00:33:39,258 --> 00:33:42,043

Mais il ne me parle plus désormais.

713

00:33:42,094 --> 00:33:44,929

Je suis mort à ses yeux.

714

00:33:46,465 --> 00:33:49,517

J'aurais souhaité qu'il

en soit autrement.

715

00:33:49,584 --> 00:33:52,420

Vraiment.

716

00:33:52,471 --> 00:33:54,939

Tout comme moi.

717

00:33:57,693 --> 00:33:59,694

Détache toi.

718

00:34:05,868 --> 00:34:07,735

Très bien, conduis.

719

00:34:07,786 --> 00:34:09,053

Que fais-tu?

720

00:34:09,121 --> 00:34:12,606

Je fais les choses différemment.

721

00:34:42,187 --> 00:34:43,921

Kono,

722

00:34:43,989 --> 00:34:45,923

Je viens de recevoir

un sms de Danny.

723

00:34:45,991 --> 00:34:47,408

Je pensais qu'il n'avait

pas son téléphone.

724

00:34:47,476 --> 00:34:48,860

Il ne l'a pas.

725

00:34:50,029 --> 00:34:52,680

Laisse moi appeler Steve.

726

00:34:52,748 --> 00:34:54,082

Kono, tout va bien?

727

00:34:54,149 --> 00:34:55,483

Pas vraiment.

728

00:34:55,534 --> 00:34:58,002

Rachel a reçu un message

provenant du portable de Danny.

729

00:34:58,087 --> 00:34:59,470

Peterson a dû le cloner.

730

00:34:59,538 --> 00:35:00,872

Eh bien, que dit le sms?

731

00:35:00,956 --> 00:35:02,106

C'est écrit: "Je vais faire

732

00:35:02,174 --> 00:35:04,375

payer Stan pour nous avoir séparés."

733

00:35:04,460 --> 00:35:05,626

Ca te semble logique?

734

00:35:05,677 --> 00:35:08,529

Kono, écoute moi.

735

00:35:08,597 --> 00:35:10,664

Demande au HPD de

localiser Stan Edwards

736

00:35:10,716 --> 00:35:12,683

et de le placer en

lieu sûr dès maintenant.

737

00:35:12,768 --> 00:35:14,435

Bonjour, Stan Edwards s'il vous plait.

738

00:35:14,503 --> 00:35:15,636

C'est Danny Williams.

739

00:35:15,687 --> 00:35:17,105

Prends le téléphone.

740

00:35:17,172 --> 00:35:18,973

Qu'est ce que tu fais bordel?

Prends le téléphone!

741

00:35:19,024 --> 00:35:20,641

Tu vas lui dire que tu dois le voir

742

00:35:20,692 --> 00:35:21,859

tout de suite à Ala Moana Park.

743

00:35:21,944 --> 00:35:23,511

C'est juste en face de son bureau.

744

00:35:23,562 --> 00:35:24,445

Attends.

745

00:35:24,513 --> 00:35:26,180

Vas-tu arrêter de me répondre

746

00:35:26,231 --> 00:35:28,232

et simplement prendre ce téléphone?

747

00:35:31,686 --> 00:35:33,538

Stan, écoute, c'est Danny.

748

00:35:33,622 --> 00:35:35,406

Je dois te parler tout de suite.

749

00:35:39,161 --> 00:35:41,496

Steve, la secrétaire de Stan Edwards

a dit qu'il venait juste de partir

750

00:35:41,547 --> 00:35:43,864

pour voir Danny juste en face,

à Ala Moana park.

751

00:35:43,916 --> 00:35:45,883

Le portable de Stan ne répond pas.

752

00:35:45,968 --> 00:35:48,236

Lori, appelle Kono,

qu'elle nous retrouve là bas, d'accord?

753

00:35:59,982 --> 00:36:03,751

Tu vois cette petite poubelle isolée là?

754

00:36:03,819 --> 00:36:05,169

Il y a un pistolet fixé dedans.

755

00:36:05,237 --> 00:36:08,222

Tu vas le chercher, et tu retrouves

Stan à la moitié du chemin.

756

00:36:08,273 --> 00:36:10,741

Rick, s'il te plait.

757

00:36:10,826 --> 00:36:12,360

Tu veux bien m'écouter?

758

00:36:12,411 --> 00:36:14,228

Ecoute moi une seconde, d'accord?

759

00:36:14,279 --> 00:36:16,914

Arrête de pleurnicher, s'il te plait.

760

00:36:16,999 --> 00:36:19,834

Quand tu sortiras,

si tu te retournes pour me regarder,

761

00:36:19,901 --> 00:36:21,235

si tu t'enfuis,

762

00:36:21,286 --> 00:36:23,087

si tu devies de ce

que je te dis de faire,

763

00:36:23,172 --> 00:36:25,006

je te jure que ta petite fille meurt,

764

00:36:25,073 --> 00:36:26,240

et ce sera ta faute.

765

00:36:26,291 --> 00:36:27,708

Pourquoi fais-tu celà, Rick?

766

00:36:27,759 --> 00:36:28,843

Pourquoi fais-tu celà?

767

00:36:28,910 --> 00:36:31,012

C'est à propos de toi, et de moi.

768

00:36:31,079 --> 00:36:34,081

Ce n'est pas à propos

de Grace, ni de Stan.

769

00:36:34,133 --> 00:36:35,216

- Pourquoi fais-tu celà?

- Je veux que

770

00:36:35,267 --> 00:36:37,084

tu appuies sur la détente

quand tu le verras, je veux

771

00:36:37,136 --> 00:36:38,252

trois tirs dans le corps.

772

00:36:38,303 --> 00:36:39,971

Je le veux mort

avant qu'il touche le sol.

773

00:36:40,055 --> 00:36:41,389

Je ne le ferai pas.

774

00:36:41,440 --> 00:36:42,940

Je ne vais pas tuer un innocent.

775

00:36:43,025 --> 00:36:44,058

Je tue Stan, Rick.

776

00:36:44,109 --> 00:36:44,992

Serieux, c'est insensé.

777

00:36:45,060 --> 00:36:46,027

Allez, ne me dit pas qu'une petite

778

00:36:46,111 --> 00:36:47,562

partie de toi ne veut pas faire celà.

779

00:36:47,613 --> 00:36:50,014

J'ai tout entendu.

780

00:36:50,082 --> 00:36:53,234

Rachel et toi avez fait un essai,

n'est ce pas?

781

00:36:53,285 --> 00:36:54,535

Tu as eu un petit bébé.

782

00:36:54,603 --> 00:36:56,454

On aurait presque dit

que ce bébé était le tien.

783

00:36:56,538 --> 00:36:59,740

Qu'est ce que... Qu'est ce que tu

penses que ça va changer, Rick?

784

00:36:59,791 --> 00:37:01,209

Qu'est ce que tu penses

que ça va changer?

785

00:37:01,276 --> 00:37:02,743

Tu penses que je vais

aller en prison? Hein?

786

00:37:02,794 --> 00:37:04,912

Tu penses que je vais aller en prison

pour meurtre sous la contrainte?

787

00:37:04,963 --> 00:37:07,215

Je m'en fous que tu ailles en prison.

788

00:37:07,282 --> 00:37:09,383

Mais Rachel ne te pardonnera pas pour ça.

789

00:37:09,451 --> 00:37:10,951

Donc tu vas perdre la seule chose

790

00:37:11,003 --> 00:37:12,086

à laquelle tu tiens.

791

00:37:12,137 --> 00:37:13,787

Tu vas perdre ta famille.

792

00:37:13,839 --> 00:37:14,922

On a assez parlé.

793

00:37:14,973 --> 00:37:16,424

- Sors!

- S'il te plait, dis moi juste...

794

00:37:16,475 --> 00:37:17,875

Sors de la voiture Danny.

795

00:37:17,943 --> 00:37:19,960

Ne me force pas à le redire.

796

00:37:34,359 --> 00:37:36,761

Hey, Danny, qu'est ce qu'il se passe?

797

00:37:37,663 --> 00:37:39,297

Danny?

798

00:37:39,364 --> 00:37:41,415

- Comment va Grace? Elle va bien?

- Arrête toi, arrête toi.

799

00:37:42,885 --> 00:37:44,151

Stan, écoute moi...

800

00:37:44,203 --> 00:37:45,586

Que se passe-t-il, Danny?

801

00:37:51,126 --> 00:37:52,243

Attrapez Peterson!

802

00:37:52,311 --> 00:37:53,827

Allez, allez, allez! Danny!

803

00:37:53,879 --> 00:37:55,513

Il y a un homme dans ma voiture.

804

00:37:55,581 --> 00:37:57,331

Et il...il va tuer Grace...

805

00:37:58,217 --> 00:37:59,250

...si je ne te tue pas.

806

00:37:59,318 --> 00:38:00,518

Danny, qu'est ce que...

807

00:38:00,602 --> 00:38:01,969

Je n'ai pas le choix, tu comprends?

808

00:38:02,020 --> 00:38:03,137

- Je n'ai pas le choix.

- Pour Grace?

809

00:38:03,188 --> 00:38:05,306

Ne lui parle pas, tire.

810

00:38:05,374 --> 00:38:06,090

Danny!

Je n'ai pas le choix.

811

00:38:06,158 --> 00:38:07,008

- Désolé.

- Danny!

812

00:38:07,075 --> 00:38:08,943

Désolé.

813

00:38:12,898 --> 00:38:13,948

Danny!

814

00:38:18,870 --> 00:38:20,821

Bon garçon.

815

00:38:20,872 --> 00:38:21,855

00:07:57,780 --> 00:07:59,681

Let's see if

Fong can get something off of it.

133

00:07:59,732 --> 00:08:03,652

Excuse me.

Chin, what've got?

134

00:08:03,703 --> 00:08:04,870

How about another

missing passenger.

135

00:08:04,954 --> 00:08:06,054

Who?

136

00:08:06,122 --> 00:08:07,206

According to

the flight manifest,

137

00:08:07,290 --> 00:08:09,308

a man named Rick McGuire.

138

00:08:09,375 --> 00:08:11,143

No one here remembers

anything unusual about him.

139

00:08:11,211 --> 00:08:12,628

Where was he sitting?

140

00:08:12,695 --> 00:08:14,830

Seat 35G.

141

00:08:18,801 --> 00:08:20,552

Looks like McGuire left

something behind.

142

00:08:20,637 --> 00:08:22,037

Why would he leave

his stuff behind?

143

00:08:23,506 --> 00:08:25,057

Maybe he didn't want to

draw any attention to himself.

144

00:08:25,141 --> 00:08:27,426

Kono, go through this,

see if you can

145

00:08:27,493 --> 00:08:29,595

find anything that'll help us

locate our suspects.

146

00:08:29,679 --> 00:08:33,432

Okay, so, Painter had

an accomplice,

147

00:08:33,516 --> 00:08:35,334

obviously another passenger.

148

00:08:35,401 --> 00:08:36,935

All right, but where are they?

149

00:08:37,003 --> 00:08:40,388

'Cause they didn't get off the

plane five miles up in the air.

150

00:08:54,866 --> 00:08:57,234

I know.

151

00:08:59,871 --> 00:09:01,605

He talking to the vic's wife?

152

00:09:01,673 --> 00:09:03,013

Yeah.

153

00:09:03,017 --> 00:09:04,500

Hey, listen, we get anything

out of that duffle bag

154

00:09:04,568 --> 00:09:07,069

we pulled off the plane?

155

00:09:07,121 --> 00:09:08,070

Not a thing.

156

00:09:08,122 --> 00:09:09,922

No usable prints.

No DNA.

157

00:09:09,990 --> 00:09:12,041

- Hey...

- Here she is.

158

00:09:12,092 --> 00:09:13,793

Yes. Hi.

159

00:09:13,861 --> 00:09:16,179

Wow. Are you okay?

Yeah, yeah, I'm fine.

160

00:09:16,246 --> 00:09:17,413

It's just a minor sprain.

161

00:09:17,464 --> 00:09:18,431

Here, have a seat.

162

00:09:18,515 --> 00:09:19,232

Oh, I'm good.

163

00:09:19,300 --> 00:09:20,350

Thank you.

164

00:09:20,417 --> 00:09:21,784

Lori, sit down.

You should elevate it.

165

00:09:21,852 --> 00:09:23,936

No, no, thanks, Doc,

I'm fine, really.

166

00:09:24,004 --> 00:09:25,555

All right.

167

00:09:25,622 --> 00:09:27,023

What's up with

the TSA footage?

168

00:09:27,090 --> 00:09:28,725

All right, should be

loaded up by now.

169

00:09:30,377 --> 00:09:33,780

Okay, so that's Collins's flight

just prior to arrival

170

00:09:33,847 --> 00:09:36,299

at the gate.

171

00:09:36,367 --> 00:09:37,567

Look at that.

172

00:09:37,618 --> 00:09:39,369

Okay, so they must've

gone through

173

00:09:39,436 --> 00:09:40,953

the service cart lift in the galley,

- Right.

174

00:09:41,038 --> 00:09:43,639

and accessed the wheel well

through the baggage compartment.

175

00:09:43,707 --> 00:09:44,957

All right,

so the guy on the left

176

00:09:45,042 --> 00:09:46,542

could be the right

build for Painter.

177

00:09:46,610 --> 00:09:47,960

All right, well,

now we know how

178

00:09:48,045 --> 00:09:48,995

they got off of the plane.

179

00:09:49,079 --> 00:09:50,163

What else we got on these two?

180

00:09:50,230 --> 00:09:52,965

Uh, well, HPD arrested

Painter last year

181

00:09:53,050 --> 00:09:54,784

for robbery and assault.

182

00:09:54,835 --> 00:09:55,985

Evidently, he liked hitting

high roller poker games

183

00:09:56,053 --> 00:09:57,487

all over the Island.

184

00:09:57,554 --> 00:09:59,806

Unfortunately, he skipped

town before sentencing.

185

00:10:01,458 --> 00:10:03,242

He was also the chief suspect

186

00:10:03,310 --> 00:10:05,895

in similar incidents in

Chicago and New York,

187

00:10:05,963 --> 00:10:08,765

which is where he was rearrested

and extradited back to Hawaii.

188

00:10:08,832 --> 00:10:09,799

Okay, good.

189

00:10:09,850 --> 00:10:11,484

What about the other guy?

190

00:10:12,870 --> 00:10:14,520

Rick McGuire.

191

00:10:14,605 --> 00:10:18,608

Resides in Westchester County,

New York, no criminal record,

192

00:10:18,659 --> 00:10:20,276

But he makes a lot

of trips to O'ahu.

193

00:10:20,327 --> 00:10:22,078

Eight times in the

past year alone.

194

00:10:23,964 --> 00:10:25,081

This guy's five-nine.

195

00:10:25,149 --> 00:10:26,315

Yeah, so what?

196

00:10:26,367 --> 00:10:28,201

- How tall is Painter?

- Five-nine.

197

00:10:28,285 --> 00:10:29,652

Kono, uh, come back

198

00:10:29,703 --> 00:10:32,672

in the footage here to the piece

where the guys are side by side.

199

00:10:35,376 --> 00:10:37,543

Oh, I see-- how can

200

00:10:37,628 --> 00:10:39,829

they both be five-nine when

this guy's clearly a half a foot

201

00:10:39,880 --> 00:10:41,447

- taller than the other one?

- Exactly.

202

00:10:41,515 --> 00:10:43,633

Whoever got off the plane with

Painter was not Rick McGuire.

203

00:10:43,684 --> 00:10:45,835

We need to find out

who the real Rick McGuire is,

204

00:10:45,886 --> 00:10:47,002

and who this guy

205

00:10:47,054 --> 00:10:48,187

who's impersonating

him now is.

206

00:10:48,272 --> 00:10:49,472

Copy.

207

00:10:49,523 --> 00:10:50,890

Danny and I are gonna

stay focused on Painte

208

00:10:50,974 --> 00:10:52,058

Now, tell me about him.

209

00:10:52,142 --> 00:10:53,226

Does he have anybody

on the Island?

210

00:10:53,310 --> 00:10:54,644

Any friends, any family,

anybody who could

211

00:10:54,695 --> 00:10:56,011

help him

hide out while he's here?

212

00:10:56,063 --> 00:10:57,413

No family, no known associates.

213

00:10:57,481 --> 00:10:58,931

Okay, what about enemies?

214

00:10:58,999 --> 00:11:00,683

You know, maybe he's looking

for payback.

215

00:11:00,734 --> 00:11:02,418

The main witness

in the trial

216

00:11:02,486 --> 00:11:03,986

against him was a woman

named Holly Malone.

217

00:11:04,037 --> 00:11:05,955

She ran the high stakes

poker games that he hit.

218

00:11:06,022 --> 00:11:07,156

We're going downtown.

219

00:11:07,207 --> 00:11:08,474

Let's go talk to her.

220

00:11:08,542 --> 00:11:10,276

She's the only link

we got to Painter.

221

00:11:11,912 --> 00:11:13,830

222

00:11:32,199 --> 00:11:33,850

Officers.

223

00:11:33,901 --> 00:11:36,135

Everything is on

the up-and-up here.

224

00:11:36,203 --> 00:11:37,720

This is a charity event.

225

00:11:37,771 --> 00:11:38,771

We've got seats available,

226

00:11:38,856 --> 00:11:39,956

if you'd like to play.

227

00:11:40,023 --> 00:11:42,308

The buy-in is $50,000.

228

00:11:42,376 --> 00:11:44,444

Oh, is that all? You got 50?

I don't... on me, no.

229

00:11:44,528 --> 00:11:46,696

I, uh, I actually want to send

my kid to college one day.

230

00:11:48,699 --> 00:11:50,149

Come over here for a second.

231

00:11:52,953 --> 00:11:54,904

Sal Painter--

we think you know him.

232

00:11:54,955 --> 00:11:56,906

He's back

on the Island.

233

00:11:56,974 --> 00:11:59,826

He killed a U.S. marshal,

and he escaped custody.

234

00:11:59,893 --> 00:12:01,711

I see.

235

00:12:01,762 --> 00:12:04,246

Um, what-what is Five-O planning

on doing about that?

236

00:12:04,298 --> 00:12:06,382

Well, that depends on how

helpful you plan on being

237

00:12:06,433 --> 00:12:07,416

with us today, Ms. Malone.

238

00:12:07,484 --> 00:12:09,552

We want to know

who he ran with.

239

00:12:09,603 --> 00:12:11,053

Somebody on the Island

may be harboring him.

240

00:12:11,104 --> 00:12:13,272

I know who his partner was.

241

00:12:13,357 --> 00:12:15,057

Um, one of my dealers-- Bronco.

242

00:12:15,125 --> 00:12:17,527

He leaked the locations

of the games to Painter.

243

00:12:17,594 --> 00:12:19,262

Bronco.

244

00:12:19,329 --> 00:12:20,563

Yeah, it's Painter's cousin.

245

00:12:20,614 --> 00:12:21,931

Okay.

246

00:12:21,982 --> 00:12:22,999

Where do we find Bronco?

247

00:12:23,066 --> 00:12:24,567

You can check

the Ali Mani Motel.

248

00:12:24,618 --> 00:12:25,735

That-That was their crash pad

249

00:12:25,786 --> 00:12:27,737

on the Windward side.

250

00:12:29,490 --> 00:12:31,524

Kono, what'd you find?

251

00:12:31,592 --> 00:12:34,110

Rick McGuire-- the real one--

252

00:12:34,178 --> 00:12:35,538

he died two years ago

in New York.

253

00:12:35,539 --> 00:12:36,636

Excellent.

254

00:12:36,661 --> 00:12:38,705

Okay, which means

Sal Painter's accomplice

255

00:12:39,099 --> 00:12:41,033

- stole McGuire's identity.

- Which he used

256

00:12:41,101 --> 00:12:43,619

to purchase and register

a Crown Vic in Oahu.

257

00:12:43,687 --> 00:12:44,787

All right, good.

We got an address

258

00:12:44,838 --> 00:12:45,922

attached to the registration?

259

00:12:45,973 --> 00:12:47,456

It's a vacant lot.

260

00:12:47,508 --> 00:12:49,192

Clever.

261

00:12:49,259 --> 00:12:50,343

Okay, all right,

262

00:12:50,427 --> 00:12:52,378

not your average

idiot criminal mentality.

263

00:12:52,446 --> 00:12:54,247

Can't wait to meet this guy.

264

00:12:56,483 --> 00:12:59,218

I don't have anyone here

by the name of Bronco.

265

00:12:59,286 --> 00:13:00,753

Is that his real name?

266

00:13:00,821 --> 00:13:03,305

Uh, what about this guy, ma'am?

267

00:13:03,357 --> 00:13:04,857

Have you seen this man around?

268

00:13:04,942 --> 00:13:06,058

Yes. Mr. Painter.

269

00:13:06,126 --> 00:13:08,044

Room 224-A.

270

00:13:08,111 --> 00:13:09,362

- I think he's there now.

- Okay.

271

00:13:09,446 --> 00:13:10,913

Would you like me

to call him for you?

272

00:13:10,981 --> 00:13:12,114

No, no. We want to surprise him.

273

00:13:12,165 --> 00:13:13,916

Thank you.

274

00:13:16,920 --> 00:13:18,187

Painter!

275

00:13:20,641 --> 00:13:21,357

Painter!

276

00:13:36,823 --> 00:13:39,108

Come on.

277

00:13:39,175 --> 00:13:40,593

Huh?

278

00:13:40,661 --> 00:13:42,645

Where's your partner? Huh?

Where's your partner?

279

00:13:42,696 --> 00:13:43,563

I don't have a partner!

280

00:13:43,647 --> 00:13:44,513

You don't have a partner. Here.

281

00:13:45,666 --> 00:13:47,600

Huh?

282

00:13:47,668 --> 00:13:48,985

Hey, listen to me. Hey, hey!

283

00:13:49,036 --> 00:13:50,686

Listen to me. I need the name

of your accomplice.

284

00:13:50,737 --> 00:13:52,922

Your accomplice, the guy that

helped you kill Dave Collins

285

00:13:52,990 --> 00:13:53,773

and escape custody.

286

00:13:53,840 --> 00:13:54,857

I don't know.

287

00:13:54,908 --> 00:13:55,691

You don't know...?

288

00:13:57,678 --> 00:13:59,962

Oh, Danny, if

we drown him,

289

00:14:00,030 --> 00:14:01,447

he won't be able to

tell us anything.

290

00:14:01,515 --> 00:14:04,166

Hey. I'm trying to drown him. He

killed a friend of mine, okay?

291

00:14:04,217 --> 00:14:05,868

Huh? Where is he?

292

00:14:05,919 --> 00:14:07,837

Where is he?

293

00:14:07,888 --> 00:14:09,171

I don't know.

I swear!

294

00:14:09,222 --> 00:14:11,624

Before this morning, I never saw

the guy in my life!

295

00:14:24,069 --> 00:14:26,537

You guys seem to have a

listening comprehension problem.

296

00:14:26,622 --> 00:14:28,573

I don't know any

Rick McGuire.

297

00:14:28,657 --> 00:14:30,024

Okay, if you don't

know this guy,

298

00:14:30,075 --> 00:14:31,326

why would he help you escape?

299

00:14:31,377 --> 00:14:32,744

Told me he'd been in my shoes.

300

00:14:32,828 --> 00:14:34,829

That was good enough for me.

301

00:14:34,880 --> 00:14:36,180

Okay, well, I'll tell you who

302

00:14:36,248 --> 00:14:37,365

it wasn't good for.

303

00:14:37,416 --> 00:14:39,117

U.S. Marshal Dave Collins.

304

00:14:39,184 --> 00:14:41,369

Look, I didn't kill

the guy, okay?

305

00:14:41,420 --> 00:14:44,455

Last I saw the marshal,

he was heading to the john

306

00:14:44,523 --> 00:14:46,624

to make a call, and

he never came back.

307

00:14:46,692 --> 00:14:48,443

And how long was that

before you landed?

308

00:14:49,895 --> 00:14:52,213

15, maybe 20 minutes.

309

00:14:52,264 --> 00:14:54,816

He was getting all antsy.

310

00:14:54,883 --> 00:14:56,451

Kept looking around,

like he was

311

00:14:56,518 --> 00:14:58,052

checking somebody out

a few rows in front of us.

312

00:14:58,103 --> 00:15:00,188

Okay, who was

he checking out-- McGuire?

313

00:15:00,239 --> 00:15:02,390

No clue. All I know

314

00:15:02,441 --> 00:15:03,858

is, a couple minutes

before we land,

315

00:15:03,909 --> 00:15:05,994

this guy comes up

and says he can help me.

316

00:15:06,061 --> 00:15:08,529

Then he unlocks my leg shackles,

like he's my best friend.

317

00:15:08,580 --> 00:15:10,365

Well, how did he know

how to do that?

318

00:15:10,416 --> 00:15:12,000

I didn't ask, and I didn't care.

319

00:15:12,067 --> 00:15:13,951

I followed him to

the back of the plane,

320

00:15:14,036 --> 00:15:16,070

he got us down

into the baggage compartment.

321

00:15:16,121 --> 00:15:17,822

Next thing I know,

the plane lands,

322

00:15:17,890 --> 00:15:19,957

and he's leading us out

of the wheel well.

323

00:15:20,042 --> 00:15:21,909

That was the last time

I saw him.

324

00:15:21,960 --> 00:15:23,744

All right, did he say

where he was going?

325

00:15:23,796 --> 00:15:26,547

No. All he said was

he had work to do.

326

00:15:26,598 --> 00:15:29,183

- What kind of work?

- We didn't exactly swap life stories.

327

00:15:29,251 --> 00:15:31,052

Okay, but he must have

said something.

328

00:15:31,103 --> 00:15:32,136

Why he killed Collins,

where he was going.

329

00:15:32,221 --> 00:15:33,304

Something. He must have

said something.

330

00:15:33,389 --> 00:15:34,672

No. The guy hardly

said a word.

331

00:15:34,740 --> 00:15:36,757

He was all calm and cool.

332

00:15:38,444 --> 00:15:41,829

Only time he lost it

was when he dropped that key.

333

00:15:41,897 --> 00:15:43,648

That really

pissed him off.

334

00:15:43,732 --> 00:15:45,433

Wait a minute. What key?

What are you talking about?

335

00:15:47,403 --> 00:15:50,154

He couldn't open the hatch

to the cargo hold,

336

00:15:50,239 --> 00:15:53,858

so he used this key

to pry it open.

337

00:15:53,926 --> 00:15:56,944

It worked, but the key slipped,

and fell into the hold.

338

00:15:56,995 --> 00:15:58,463

All right, we got to call Kono.

339

00:15:58,547 --> 00:16:00,281

Have her search the hold

for that key.

340

00:16:00,332 --> 00:16:02,083

We get a print off it,

maybe we can find out

341

00:16:02,134 --> 00:16:03,117

who McGuire really is.

342

00:16:09,842 --> 00:16:11,959

All right, if what

Painter told us is true,

343

00:16:12,010 --> 00:16:13,928

Collins recognizes this

McGuire guy on the plane...

344

00:16:13,979 --> 00:16:15,263

From where, we don't know.

Right.

345

00:16:15,314 --> 00:16:16,481

McGuire knows he's

been compromised.

346

00:16:16,565 --> 00:16:18,416

He kills the marshal.

That part makes sense.

347

00:16:18,484 --> 00:16:19,600

Until he unshackles Painter.

348

00:16:19,651 --> 00:16:21,235

Why help a guy

you don't know?

349

00:16:21,303 --> 00:16:23,738

Probably so we'd spin our wheels

tracking the escaped fugitive

350

00:16:23,805 --> 00:16:25,523

instead of looking for

some random missing passenger.

351

00:16:25,607 --> 00:16:27,216

Buys himself some time

and throws us off.

352

00:16:27,241 --> 00:16:28,008

Right.

353

00:16:28,009 --> 00:16:29,627

- Hey.

- Hey.

354

00:16:29,695 --> 00:16:30,811

Just got off the phone

with Kono.

355

00:16:30,863 --> 00:16:32,313

She get the key that

Painter was talking about?

356

00:16:32,364 --> 00:16:34,065

Yeah. She's on her way

to Fong's to drop it off,

357

00:16:34,133 --> 00:16:35,216

but she sent a shot of it.

358

00:16:35,284 --> 00:16:36,901

Serial number

359

00:16:36,969 --> 00:16:38,619

on the key traces back

to a private mailbox

360

00:16:38,670 --> 00:16:39,871

at Mailbox Dispatch

361

00:16:39,938 --> 00:16:41,289

near Diamond Head.

362

00:16:41,340 --> 00:16:42,533

Services high-end

beach houses in Kahala.

363

00:16:42,558 --> 00:16:43,007

Okay.

364

00:16:43,008 --> 00:16:45,126

- We have an address?

- Uh, let me look it up.

365

00:16:51,633 --> 00:16:54,152

Okay.

366

00:16:54,219 --> 00:16:56,421

Find out who owns that box,

we track down McGuire.

367

00:16:56,488 --> 00:16:58,973

- I'll go check it out.

- Oh, no, no, no, gimpy.

368

00:16:59,024 --> 00:17:01,309

Please, let me.

I got this one, okay?

369

00:17:01,360 --> 00:17:03,010

Thanks.

370

00:17:03,061 --> 00:17:04,845

See? Chivalry isn't dead.

371

00:17:04,897 --> 00:17:06,614

I carried you

down a mountain.

372

00:17:12,538 --> 00:17:14,322

Hey, Charlie?

373

00:17:14,389 --> 00:17:16,824

Found this in the cargo hold

of our crime scene.

374

00:17:16,875 --> 00:17:19,911

Maybe you can get a print or

DNA or something off of it.

375

00:17:19,995 --> 00:17:21,879

Find out who this

Rick McGuire really is.

376

00:17:21,964 --> 00:17:23,697

Thanks, Kono.

I'll get right on it.

377

00:17:23,749 --> 00:17:25,583

Is that Dave

Collins's phone?

378

00:17:25,667 --> 00:17:27,701

Oh, yeah. I managed

to restore the data from it.

379

00:17:27,753 --> 00:17:29,454

Just reconstructing

the call log now.

380

00:17:30,722 --> 00:17:33,040

Looks like

381

00:17:33,091 --> 00:17:35,042

right before the phone

was smashed, he was trying

382

00:17:35,093 --> 00:17:37,478

to make a call,

but he never got to hit send.

383

00:17:37,546 --> 00:17:39,147

Well, who was he

trying to call?

384

00:17:39,214 --> 00:17:40,714

Pulling up the number now.

385

00:17:42,684 --> 00:17:44,552

Wait a minute.

That's Danny's number.

386

00:17:44,603 --> 00:17:46,354

Did he know Collins?

387

00:17:46,405 --> 00:17:48,689

Yeah.

388

00:17:48,740 --> 00:17:50,691

Why was Collins

trying to call Danny

389

00:17:50,742 --> 00:17:52,760

right before he was killed?

390

00:17:53,745 --> 00:17:56,647

Paperwork says the box belongs

391

00:17:56,715 --> 00:17:58,649

to a Rick McGuire.

392

00:17:58,717 --> 00:18:00,968

- You got a billing address?

- Oh, yeah.

393

00:18:01,036 --> 00:18:04,205

It's another private mailbox

in New Jersey.

394

00:18:04,256 --> 00:18:06,073

New Jersey, huh?

395

00:18:07,726 --> 00:18:10,645

But you know that tampering with

the mail is a federal offense.

396

00:18:10,712 --> 00:18:12,513

Yeah, of course I know that.

I'm a cop.

397

00:18:12,581 --> 00:18:13,747

You got a customer over there.

398

00:18:13,799 --> 00:18:15,800

Go deal with her.

399

00:18:16,902 --> 00:18:19,704

Mm-hmm.

400

00:18:38,957 --> 00:18:42,293

Hey, Steve,

I got an address on McGuire.

401

00:19:00,612 --> 00:19:02,947

Rick McGuire,

Five-O! Open up.

402

00:19:07,152 --> 00:19:09,086

Clear.

403

00:19:33,812 --> 00:19:34,745

Coming in.

404

00:19:34,813 --> 00:19:35,963

Come in.

405

00:19:37,349 --> 00:19:38,966

There's dust everywhere.

406

00:19:39,017 --> 00:19:40,701

Doesn't look like

407

00:19:40,802 --> 00:19:42,186

anyone's stayed

here in a while.

408

00:19:48,827 --> 00:19:49,877

One more spot to check.

409

00:20:06,712 --> 00:20:08,579

Got something?

410

00:20:08,664 --> 00:20:10,164

I don't know.

411

00:20:15,921 --> 00:20:18,389

Oh, my God.

412

00:20:23,679 --> 00:20:24,762

That's Grace.

413

00:20:24,846 --> 00:20:26,731

And Rachel.

414

00:20:28,350 --> 00:20:29,984

And Danny and Stan.

415

00:20:30,051 --> 00:20:32,153

McGuire had them all

under surveillance.

416

00:20:32,220 --> 00:20:34,655

Why? Who the hell is this guy?

417

00:20:43,398 --> 00:20:44,582

Good contact, Grace.

418

00:20:44,650 --> 00:20:46,350

Excuse me?

419

00:20:46,418 --> 00:20:48,052

Grace Williams?

420

00:20:50,055 --> 00:20:52,840

I'm Officer McGuire.

I'm here to pick up Grace.

421

00:20:52,907 --> 00:20:55,509

- Is everything all right, Officer?

- Her father had a little accident.

422

00:20:55,577 --> 00:20:56,677

Is he okay?

423

00:20:56,745 --> 00:20:57,845

Yeah, sweetie,

he's okay.

424

00:20:57,912 --> 00:21:00,131

I just got to take you

to the hospital, all right?

425

00:21:01,350 --> 00:21:04,585

Where's my mom, or Uncle Steve?

426

00:21:04,636 --> 00:21:07,855

They're both with him at the

hospital, waiting for you.

427

00:21:07,922 --> 00:21:09,757

I don't want you to worry,

all right? He's okay.

428

00:21:09,808 --> 00:21:13,861

I'm not supposed

to go with strangers.

429

00:21:13,928 --> 00:21:15,446

I'm not a stranger.

430

00:21:15,530 --> 00:21:16,897

I'm a policeman.

431

00:21:16,948 --> 00:21:18,566

And I'm also an old

friend of your dad's.

432

00:21:18,650 --> 00:21:20,384

You are?

433

00:21:20,452 --> 00:21:21,869

Uh-huh.

434

00:21:21,936 --> 00:21:23,821

You know that...

your old house in New Jersey,

435

00:21:23,905 --> 00:21:26,273

the one up on, um,

Laurel Forest Circle?

436

00:21:26,324 --> 00:21:28,442

The one with

the bad garage door

437

00:21:28,493 --> 00:21:29,943

that used to drive

your father crazy?

438

00:21:29,995 --> 00:21:31,879

Oh, yeah.

Yeah.

439

00:21:31,946 --> 00:21:33,714

So why don't we go see

your daddy, okay?

440

00:21:37,302 --> 00:21:38,118

It's okay, Grace.

441

00:21:53,042 --> 00:21:54,175

Hey.

442

00:21:54,226 --> 00:21:55,530

You find anything

at McGuire's place?

443

00:21:55,531 --> 00:21:57,649

Danny, Danny,

where are Rachel and Grace?

444

00:21:57,716 --> 00:22:00,568

Uh, Grace should be at a tennis

lesson right now. Why?

445

00:22:00,653 --> 00:22:01,686

Pacific Club.

446

00:22:01,737 --> 00:22:03,822

Okay, Danny, listen

to me, all right?

447

00:22:03,889 --> 00:22:07,075

McGuire's been

stalking your family.

448

00:22:07,159 --> 00:22:08,943

Hold on-- what?

What'd you just say?

449

00:22:09,028 --> 00:22:09,894

Okay.

450

00:22:09,945 --> 00:22:11,395

We found photos in his computer.

451

00:22:11,447 --> 00:22:13,848

We found photos

of Rachel, of Grace,

452

00:22:13,916 --> 00:22:15,166

of all you guys.

453

00:22:15,234 --> 00:22:16,701

Whoa, whoa, slow down.

What are you talking about?

454

00:22:16,752 --> 00:22:18,453

- Thank you.

- Steve? Steve?

455

00:22:18,537 --> 00:22:21,072

Tennis instructor says a uniform

picked up Grace 30 minutes ago.

456

00:22:21,123 --> 00:22:22,907

Hold on, hold on,

whoa, whoa, whoa. What uniform?

457

00:22:22,958 --> 00:22:25,093

What the hell are you

talking about, Steve?

458

00:22:25,177 --> 00:22:26,244

Danny...

459

00:22:26,295 --> 00:22:27,362

This is Rachel

calling me right now.

460

00:22:27,463 --> 00:22:29,413

Do not move;

I'll call you right back.

461

00:22:29,465 --> 00:22:32,400

Rachel, where are you

and where's Grace?

462

00:22:32,468 --> 00:22:34,285

Uh, well, I was going to ask you

the same thing.

463

00:22:34,353 --> 00:22:36,004

You sent someone to

pick her up? Are you hurt?

464

00:22:36,071 --> 00:22:37,772

No, I'm fine.

Listen to me.

465

00:22:37,857 --> 00:22:39,440

I want you to go to HPD

right now, you hear me?

466

00:22:39,525 --> 00:22:41,592

- Danny, what's happened?

- Rachel, listen to me.

467

00:22:41,644 --> 00:22:43,761

Go to HPD, do exactly what

I tell you to do, okay?

468

00:22:43,813 --> 00:22:45,580

Danny, where is Grace?

469

00:22:45,648 --> 00:22:47,598

She's calling me right now,

on the other line.

470

00:22:47,650 --> 00:22:48,700

Go straight to HPD.

471

00:22:48,767 --> 00:22:50,702

You hear what I said?

472

00:22:50,769 --> 00:22:52,620

Grace?

Baby, can you hear me?

473

00:22:52,705 --> 00:22:54,906

Where are you? Are you okay?

474

00:22:56,792 --> 00:22:58,442

Grace?

475

00:22:58,494 --> 00:23:00,295

You know, I'm surprised.

476

00:23:00,379 --> 00:23:02,881

I thought Manhattan was the only

island you'd ever set foot on.

477

00:23:02,948 --> 00:23:06,835

Listen to me, listen to me,

you son of a bitch.

478

00:23:06,919 --> 00:23:09,170

Whoever this is, if you touch

my daughter, you lay a finger

479

00:23:09,255 --> 00:23:11,055

on her, I swear to God

I'll kill you, you hear me?

480

00:23:11,123 --> 00:23:13,842

Hey, is that any way to talk

to your training officer?

481

00:23:13,926 --> 00:23:15,977

Why don't you just

take it down a notch, D.

482

00:23:17,930 --> 00:23:19,781

Rick Peterson...

483

00:23:22,568 --> 00:23:24,352

Hey, sweetie,

484

00:23:24,436 --> 00:23:25,970

I want you to say hello

to Daddy, okay?

485

00:23:26,021 --> 00:23:26,971

Okay.

486

00:23:27,022 --> 00:23:28,022

Danno?

487

00:23:29,158 --> 00:23:30,975

The policeman said you were

in the hospital,

488

00:23:31,026 --> 00:23:32,443

and we're coming to see you.

489

00:23:32,494 --> 00:23:33,978

Hey, monkey. You okay?

490

00:23:34,029 --> 00:23:35,864

Can you look around and tell me

where you are right now?

491

00:23:37,933 --> 00:23:38,950

Hey.

492

00:23:40,419 --> 00:23:41,836

Your phone is cloned.

493

00:23:41,921 --> 00:23:44,655

So any calls you

make or any calls you receive,

494

00:23:44,707 --> 00:23:46,490

I'm gonna know about.

495

00:23:46,542 --> 00:23:47,658

Uh, Rick, just please...

496

00:23:47,710 --> 00:23:49,660

just tell me

what you want, Rick.

497

00:23:49,712 --> 00:23:50,678

I'll do anything

you tell me to do.

498

00:23:50,763 --> 00:23:51,662

Just tell me what you want.

499

00:23:56,435 --> 00:23:58,686

Don't answer that.

500

00:23:58,771 --> 00:24:02,023

Rick, you got a beef with me,

501

00:24:02,107 --> 00:24:04,192

you can come, you can put

a bullet right in my head.

502

00:24:04,276 --> 00:24:06,461

Just, please, I'm begging you,

let my daughter go.

503

00:24:06,528 --> 00:24:08,296

Listen, when I

hang up the phone,

504

00:24:08,364 --> 00:24:09,981

you're gonna take your cell

and your gun,

505

00:24:10,032 --> 00:24:11,633

and you're gonna

throw them out the window.

506

00:24:11,700 --> 00:24:14,385

And then I want you to go

to Halekauwila and South.

507

00:24:14,453 --> 00:24:15,603

There's a bus bench...

Okay.

508

00:24:15,671 --> 00:24:17,622

...with a disposable phone

taped underneath.

509

00:24:17,689 --> 00:24:19,690

You're gonna go there,

you're gonna get it,

510

00:24:19,742 --> 00:24:20,825

and you're gonna wait

511

00:24:20,876 --> 00:24:21,859

for my phone call.

512

00:24:21,911 --> 00:24:23,294

Okay. Uh...

513

00:24:23,362 --> 00:24:25,463

I'll do what you say.

Just please...

514

00:24:25,530 --> 00:24:27,198

please don't hurt my daughter,

Rick. I'll do anything.

515

00:24:27,249 --> 00:24:28,316

Just please,

please don't hurt her.

516

00:24:28,384 --> 00:24:30,151

Oh, D.

517

00:24:30,219 --> 00:24:32,086

Whatever happens to Grace,

that's...

518

00:24:32,171 --> 00:24:34,172

It's all...

it's all on you, buddy.

519

00:24:35,374 --> 00:24:36,557

You act like a smart guy,

520

00:24:36,642 --> 00:24:38,893

you don't do

what I tell you to do...

521

00:24:40,229 --> 00:24:42,430

...and then sweet, beautiful

little Gracie dies.

522

00:24:43,632 --> 00:24:45,516

Now, do we understand

each other?

523

00:24:45,567 --> 00:24:47,902

Yes. Yes.

I understand perfectly.

524

00:24:47,987 --> 00:24:49,270

Good.

525

00:24:49,355 --> 00:24:51,522

Because we're only

gonna play this one way, D.

526

00:24:51,573 --> 00:24:53,408

I've had a long, long time

527

00:24:53,492 --> 00:24:55,893

to think about how

I was going to make you suffer

528

00:24:55,945 --> 00:24:57,528

like you did to me.

529

00:24:57,579 --> 00:24:59,013

So you better drive fast, kid,

530

00:24:59,081 --> 00:25:00,665

because you got 11 minutes.

531

00:25:00,732 --> 00:25:02,517

All right.

Ready to go?

532

00:25:16,598 --> 00:25:17,882

Hey.

533

00:25:17,933 --> 00:25:19,701

Hey.

Okay, Rachel's safe.

534

00:25:19,768 --> 00:25:22,387

She's at HPD headquarters

with the baby.

535

00:25:22,438 --> 00:25:24,272

HPD squad car

is watching her house.

536

00:25:24,356 --> 00:25:27,025

Also put out a MAILE AMBER Alert

with a description of Grace.

537

00:25:27,092 --> 00:25:28,893

Okay.

Anybody heard from Danny yet?

538

00:25:28,944 --> 00:25:30,795

He's not answering his cell.

Nothing yet.

539

00:25:32,431 --> 00:25:34,315

Okay. Okay.

540

00:25:34,400 --> 00:25:36,117

All right, all right, all right,

all right, all right.

541

00:25:36,185 --> 00:25:37,452

Kono, what

do you got?

542

00:25:37,519 --> 00:25:39,887

Chin said that Fong

pulled a print off the laptop

543

00:25:39,955 --> 00:25:41,456

you got at McGuire's place.

Okay.

544

00:25:41,540 --> 00:25:43,157

We got a hit-- Rick Peterson.

545

00:25:43,242 --> 00:25:44,909

He's an ex-cop from New Jersey.

546

00:25:44,960 --> 00:25:46,494

Cop from New Jersey?

547

00:25:46,578 --> 00:25:48,296

Does Danny know this guy?

548

00:25:48,380 --> 00:25:50,798

Yeah, Danny put him in prison.

549

00:26:40,282 --> 00:26:41,816

Rick.

550

00:26:41,884 --> 00:26:44,168

I'm here. Please...

don't do anything stupid.

551

00:26:44,236 --> 00:26:45,636

Okay? Please don't hurt her.

552

00:26:45,704 --> 00:26:47,388

Okay? Please.

553

00:26:47,473 --> 00:26:49,190

You sound a little winded,

partner.

554

00:26:49,274 --> 00:26:51,225

Is island life making you soft?

555

00:26:51,293 --> 00:26:52,677

Listen to me. Please, Rick.

556

00:26:52,745 --> 00:26:54,178

I know...

557

00:26:54,246 --> 00:26:56,180

I can imagine

what life in prison

558

00:26:56,231 --> 00:26:57,799

must have been like for a cop.

559

00:26:57,866 --> 00:26:58,900

You know?

560

00:26:58,984 --> 00:27:00,101

What do you know, D?

561

00:27:01,503 --> 00:27:02,954

Listen to me, Rick.

562

00:27:03,021 --> 00:27:05,273

I did what I thought was right.

563

00:27:05,340 --> 00:27:07,275

You understand me? I did

the only thing that I could do.

564

00:27:07,342 --> 00:27:09,961

Yeah, what you did...

what you did was destroy

565

00:27:10,028 --> 00:27:11,963

every beautiful thing

I had in my life.

566

00:27:12,030 --> 00:27:14,098

Every beautiful thing

in my life, and I swear to God

567

00:27:14,166 --> 00:27:16,134

I'm going to do the same to you.

568

00:27:25,561 --> 00:27:26,894

In 2001, Sergeant Rick

Peterson was arrested

569

00:27:26,979 --> 00:27:28,712

for stealing money and

half a key of coke

570

00:27:28,764 --> 00:27:30,014

from a crime scene.

571

00:27:30,065 --> 00:27:32,617

This is video from

Peterson's criminal trial.

572

00:27:32,684 --> 00:27:35,236

Officer Williams,

is this the first time

573

00:27:35,304 --> 00:27:36,704

you witnessed

Sergeant Peterson

574

00:27:36,772 --> 00:27:39,590

unlawfully removing evidence

from a crime scene?

575

00:27:39,658 --> 00:27:41,826

You're under oath,

Officer Williams.

576

00:27:41,894 --> 00:27:44,662

No, it was not

the first time.

577

00:27:44,729 --> 00:27:47,615

What sort of things

did Sergeant Peterson take?

578

00:27:47,699 --> 00:27:51,902

Drugs, guns, money.

579

00:27:51,954 --> 00:27:54,172

Danny was the key

prosecution witness.

580

00:27:54,239 --> 00:27:55,957

Peterson served

ten years,

581

00:27:56,008 --> 00:27:57,375

and he was released

seven months ago.

582

00:27:57,426 --> 00:27:58,493

This whole thing's

about revenge.

583

00:28:00,562 --> 00:28:02,913

Dave Collins recognized

Rick Peterson on that plane.

584

00:28:02,965 --> 00:28:06,050

He was calling to warn Danny,

and that's what got him killed.

585

00:28:06,101 --> 00:28:07,468

And then Peterson threw

Sal Painter into the wind

586

00:28:07,553 --> 00:28:09,554

to send us on a

wild goose chase.

587

00:28:09,605 --> 00:28:11,606

It bought him enough time

to put his plan in motion.

588

00:28:11,690 --> 00:28:12,756

Okay. HPD just found

Danny's phone

589

00:28:12,808 --> 00:28:14,358

and gun along the

Ala Wai Canal.

590

00:28:14,426 --> 00:28:16,477

Which means Peterson has already

made contact with Danny

591

00:28:16,562 --> 00:28:17,812

and he's controlling him now.

592

00:28:17,896 --> 00:28:19,814

All right, Lori, listen to me.

I need you to hook

593

00:28:19,898 --> 00:28:21,983

into the Camaro's police GPS

and get me a location.

594

00:28:22,067 --> 00:28:23,117

Okay?

Okay.

595

00:28:23,202 --> 00:28:24,852

Kono, get a description

of Peterson over to HPD

596

00:28:24,920 --> 00:28:26,604

and have them add it

to the MAILE AMBER Alert.

597

00:28:26,655 --> 00:28:27,822

Then go down to the crime lab,

598

00:28:27,906 --> 00:28:29,290

and if there's anything

to find on that laptop,

599

00:28:29,408 --> 00:28:31,576

you find it, okay?

Find it, find it, find it.

600

00:28:33,629 --> 00:28:34,996

Where are you?

601

00:28:35,080 --> 00:28:37,081

I just crossed Punahou Street.

602

00:28:37,132 --> 00:28:38,449

All right.

603

00:28:38,500 --> 00:28:41,219

I want you to drive to the

entrance of Diamond Head Crater.

604

00:28:41,286 --> 00:28:42,370

You got 18 minutes.

605

00:28:42,437 --> 00:28:44,038

And, D,

606

00:28:44,106 --> 00:28:46,257

you turn left instead of right,

607

00:28:46,308 --> 00:28:48,526

you stop anywhere,

608

00:28:48,594 --> 00:28:50,478

you try to call

your Five-O buddies,

609

00:28:50,562 --> 00:28:51,929

then your daughter dies.

610

00:28:51,980 --> 00:28:54,015

You got that?

611

00:28:54,099 --> 00:28:55,499

Yes.

612

00:29:07,079 --> 00:29:09,530

All right, looks like Danny's

four miles ahead of us.

613

00:29:09,615 --> 00:29:12,083

Make a left at the next light.

All right.

614

00:29:18,123 --> 00:29:19,457

Kono, what do you got?

615

00:29:19,508 --> 00:29:21,992

So Peterson tapped into Danny

and Rachel's voice mails

616

00:29:22,044 --> 00:29:23,711

and downloaded them

onto his computer.

617

00:29:23,779 --> 00:29:24,879

It looks like he was focused

618

00:29:24,963 --> 00:29:26,247

on one message

from a few months ago.

619

00:29:26,315 --> 00:29:27,848

Listen to this.

620

00:29:27,933 --> 00:29:29,450

Rachel, uh, it's Danny.

621

00:29:29,518 --> 00:29:31,252

Uh, listen to me.

622

00:29:31,320 --> 00:29:32,970

Uh, I don't... I don't care

623

00:29:33,021 --> 00:29:35,106

if the baby is mine

or if it's Stan's.

624

00:29:35,173 --> 00:29:37,108

I love you, okay?

625

00:29:37,175 --> 00:29:38,509

And I-I just feel in my heart

626

00:29:38,560 --> 00:29:40,478

that there-there's

still a shot, okay?

627

00:29:40,529 --> 00:29:42,346

We have a chance.

And this is ridiculous.

628

00:29:42,397 --> 00:29:43,848

I'm doing this on a voice mail.

629

00:29:43,916 --> 00:29:45,249

Will you please call me back?

630

00:29:45,317 --> 00:29:47,785

That's all I can find.

631

00:29:47,852 --> 00:29:49,270

Listen to me.

Kono, you go find Rachel.

632

00:29:49,338 --> 00:29:51,656

I don't care if they're wearing

an HPD uniform or not--

633

00:29:51,707 --> 00:29:52,940

nobody gets in to see her.

634

00:29:53,008 --> 00:29:55,025

Okay?

Yeah, you got it.

635

00:30:16,932 --> 00:30:18,666

Hello, partner.

636

00:30:24,656 --> 00:30:26,724

You look good.

637

00:30:34,106 --> 00:30:35,890

I'll take that gun.

638

00:30:36,909 --> 00:30:38,443

Where's Grace?

639

00:30:38,527 --> 00:30:40,445

Grace is safe.

640

00:30:40,529 --> 00:30:42,280

Gun.

641

00:30:42,364 --> 00:30:44,866

I dumped the gun

like you told me to.

642

00:30:44,917 --> 00:30:46,000

I'm talking about the gun

643

00:30:46,068 --> 00:30:47,401

that you took out

of your ankle holster.

644

00:30:47,453 --> 00:30:48,620

All right?

Now, don't be a wiseass.

645

00:30:48,704 --> 00:30:49,904

Give me the gun.

646

00:30:49,955 --> 00:30:51,956

I don't know what you're

talking about. Huh?

647

00:30:52,024 --> 00:30:55,260

Now, I know you don't care

what happens to you,

648

00:30:55,344 --> 00:30:58,246

but trust me-- if you die,

Gracie's going to die.

649

00:30:58,297 --> 00:31:01,015

Now, give me the gun

and stop playing around!

650

00:31:02,584 --> 00:31:04,352

Listen to me, Rick.

651

00:31:04,419 --> 00:31:06,271

I'm going to kill you.

652

00:31:06,355 --> 00:31:08,807

I swear to God that I

am going to kill you.

653

00:31:08,891 --> 00:31:10,225

You understand me?

Good. Good.

654

00:31:10,276 --> 00:31:12,360

You stay angry, 'cause if memory

serves me correctly,

655

00:31:12,427 --> 00:31:14,295

you get real stupid

when you get angry.

656

00:31:14,363 --> 00:31:15,429

Now, give me the gun.

657

00:31:15,481 --> 00:31:16,815

Attaboy.

658

00:31:19,568 --> 00:31:21,736

Right hand

to the steering wheel.

659

00:31:22,771 --> 00:31:24,422

Tight.

660

00:31:28,610 --> 00:31:29,544

You don't mind, do you?

661

00:31:29,611 --> 00:31:30,628

Go ahead.

Good.

662

00:31:30,713 --> 00:31:31,445

Now sit tight.

663

00:31:31,497 --> 00:31:33,447

I'll be right back.

664

00:31:45,794 --> 00:31:47,795

What's wrong?

665

00:31:47,847 --> 00:31:48,930

We just lost the signal.

666

00:31:48,981 --> 00:31:50,665

Call Lori.

667

00:31:52,768 --> 00:31:54,269

Chin?

668

00:31:54,320 --> 00:31:55,987

Lori, we lost the signal;

can you resend?

669

00:31:56,071 --> 00:31:57,155

I lost it too; I think

670

00:31:57,239 --> 00:31:58,323

it's been disabled

at the source.

671

00:31:58,407 --> 00:31:59,440

I'll keep trying.

672

00:32:00,159 --> 00:32:01,475

He's off the grid.

673

00:32:01,527 --> 00:32:04,329

Now it's just you and me.

674

00:32:04,413 --> 00:32:06,197

You disabled the GPS.

675

00:32:06,282 --> 00:32:07,599

Now what, Rick?

676

00:32:07,666 --> 00:32:08,983

You know, ten years in stir,

677

00:32:09,034 --> 00:32:10,919

you learn to value your privacy,

you know what I'm saying?

678

00:32:10,986 --> 00:32:14,672

Rick... you are free.

679

00:32:14,757 --> 00:32:17,625

Okay? You served your time.

680

00:32:17,676 --> 00:32:20,328

Why are you doing this?

681

00:32:20,379 --> 00:32:21,512

You're gonna screw

everything up.

682

00:32:21,597 --> 00:32:24,265

Just give me my daughter,

and you can walk.

683

00:32:24,333 --> 00:32:26,000

You can walk;

you can have a life.

684

00:32:26,051 --> 00:32:27,018

Just give me Grace.

685

00:32:27,102 --> 00:32:28,353

You want me

to walk away?

686

00:32:28,437 --> 00:32:30,188

Just like you

walked away, right?

687

00:32:30,272 --> 00:32:33,174

And allowed me to rot

in that prison for a decade.

688

00:32:33,225 --> 00:32:36,527

You stole money, and you

stole drugs, and you got caught.

689

00:32:36,612 --> 00:32:37,946

You got caught, Rick.

690

00:32:38,013 --> 00:32:39,864

I'll tell you what...

How is any of that my fault?

691

00:32:39,949 --> 00:32:41,849

I'll tell you what,

692

00:32:41,901 --> 00:32:44,018

why don't we go visit

that judge and that jury,

693

00:32:44,069 --> 00:32:45,119

and we'll ask them.

694

00:32:45,187 --> 00:32:46,871

The ones you got to

convict my ass, remember?

695

00:32:46,956 --> 00:32:49,157

What did you want me to do?

I was under subpoena.

696

00:32:49,208 --> 00:32:50,375

I didn't have a choice, Rick!

697

00:32:50,459 --> 00:32:51,409

You had a choice.

698

00:32:51,493 --> 00:32:52,810

I was a good cop, D.

699

00:32:52,878 --> 00:32:55,496

You weren't a good cop, Rick;

you were a dirty cop.

700

00:32:55,547 --> 00:32:56,948

You betrayed me.

701

00:32:57,016 --> 00:33:00,635

You were my partner,

and you sold me out.

702

00:33:00,702 --> 00:33:02,804

I mean, you were supposed

to have my back, bro.

703

00:33:02,871 --> 00:33:05,223

You have my daughter.

704

00:33:05,307 --> 00:33:07,258

Yeah, I got your daughter.

You have my daughter.

705

00:33:07,343 --> 00:33:09,227

What more do you want, huh?

706

00:33:09,311 --> 00:33:12,546

I want my life back, Danny.

707

00:33:12,598 --> 00:33:15,433

I want Kim back.

708

00:33:17,736 --> 00:33:20,071

You know, she left me

five years ago.

709

00:33:20,155 --> 00:33:22,907

She found somebody else.

710

00:33:22,992 --> 00:33:24,692

Can't blame her, though,

you know?

711

00:33:24,743 --> 00:33:28,246

Can't wait forever.

712

00:33:28,330 --> 00:33:30,231

You know what that

feels like, don't you?

713

00:33:33,168 --> 00:33:36,421

And Cole...

714

00:33:36,505 --> 00:33:39,207

already graduated high school.

715

00:33:39,258 --> 00:33:42,043

But he doesn't talk

to me anymore.

716

00:33:42,094 --> 00:33:44,929

I'm dead to him.

717

00:33:46,465 --> 00:33:49,517

I really wish things

were different.

718

00:33:49,584 --> 00:33:52,420

I really do.

719

00:33:52,471 --> 00:33:54,939

So do I.

720

00:33:57,693 --> 00:33:59,694

Uncuff yourself.

721

00:34:05,868 --> 00:34:07,735

All right, drive.

722

00:34:07,786 --> 00:34:09,053

What are you doing?

723

00:34:09,121 --> 00:34:12,606

I'm making things different.

724

00:34:42,187 --> 00:34:43,921

Kono,

725

00:34:43,989 --> 00:34:45,923

I just got a

text from Danny.

726

00:34:45,991 --> 00:34:47,408

I thought you said he didn't

have his phone with him.

727

00:34:47,476 --> 00:34:48,860

He doesn't.

728

00:34:50,029 --> 00:34:52,680

Let me call Steve.

729

00:34:52,748 --> 00:34:54,082

Kono, is everything

all right?

730

00:34:54,149 --> 00:34:55,483

Not really.

731

00:34:55,534 --> 00:34:58,002

Rachel got a text originating

from Danny's cell phone.

732

00:34:58,087 --> 00:34:59,470

Peterson must've cloned it.

733

00:34:59,538 --> 00:35:00,872

Well, what'd the text say?

734

00:35:00,956 --> 00:35:02,106

It says, "I'm going to make

735

00:35:02,174 --> 00:35:04,375

Stan pay for breaking us up."

736

00:35:04,460 --> 00:35:05,626

Does that make any sense to you?

737

00:35:05,677 --> 00:35:08,529

Kono, listen to me.

738

00:35:08,597 --> 00:35:10,664

Have HPD locate Stan Edwards

739

00:35:10,716 --> 00:35:12,683

and place him in protective

custody right away.

740

00:35:12,768 --> 00:35:14,435

Hi, Stan Edwards please.

741

00:35:14,503 --> 00:35:15,636

This is Danny Williams calling.

742

00:35:15,687 --> 00:35:17,105

Take the phone.

743

00:35:17,172 --> 00:35:18,973

What the hell are you doing?

Take the phone.

744

00:35:19,024 --> 00:35:20,641

You're gonna tell him

you need to see him

745

00:35:20,692 --> 00:35:21,859

right away at

Ala Moana Park.

746

00:35:21,944 --> 00:35:23,511

It's right across the

street from his office.

747

00:35:23,562 --> 00:35:24,445

Just wait.

748

00:35:24,513 --> 00:35:26,180

Will you stop arguing with me

749

00:35:26,231 --> 00:35:28,232

and just get on the phone?

750

00:35:31,686 --> 00:35:33,538

Stan, listen, it's Danny.

751

00:35:33,622 --> 00:35:35,406

I need to speak

to you right away.

752

00:35:39,161 --> 00:35:41,496

Steve, Stan Edwards's secretary

said he just left the office

753

00:35:41,547 --> 00:35:43,864

to meet Danny across the street

at Ala Moana park.

754

00:35:43,916 --> 00:35:45,883

No answer on Stan's cell phone.

755

00:35:45,968 --> 00:35:48,236

Lori, call Kono, have

her meet us there, okay?

756

00:35:59,982 --> 00:36:03,751

See that lonely little

trash can there?

757

00:36:03,819 --> 00:36:05,169

There's a gun taped inside.

758

00:36:05,237 --> 00:36:08,222

You go get it, and you meet

Stan halfway up this path.

759

00:36:08,273 --> 00:36:10,741

Rick, please.

760

00:36:10,826 --> 00:36:12,360

Will you just listen to me?

761

00:36:12,411 --> 00:36:14,228

Just listen to me

for one second, okay?

762

00:36:14,279 --> 00:36:16,914

Stop whining, please.

763

00:36:16,999 --> 00:36:19,834

When you get out, you so

much as look back at me,

764

00:36:19,901 --> 00:36:21,235

you start to run away,

765

00:36:21,286 --> 00:36:23,087

you deviate from anything

I tell you to do,

766

00:36:23,172 --> 00:36:25,006

and I swear to God

your little girl dies,

767

00:36:25,073 --> 00:36:26,240

and it's gonna be your fault.

768

00:36:26,291 --> 00:36:27,708

Why are you doing this, Rick?

769

00:36:27,759 --> 00:36:28,843

Why are you doing this?

770

00:36:28,910 --> 00:36:31,012

This is about you,

and this is about me.

771

00:36:31,079 --> 00:36:34,081

This is not about Grace,

and this is not about Stan.

772

00:36:34,133 --> 00:36:35,216

Why are you doing this?

I want you

773

00:36:35,267 --> 00:36:37,084

to pull the trigger

when you see him; I want

774

00:36:37,136 --> 00:36:38,252

three shots center mass.

775

00:36:38,303 --> 00:36:39,971

I want him dead before

he hits the ground.

776

00:36:40,055 --> 00:36:41,389

I'm not gonna do it.

777

00:36:41,440 --> 00:36:42,940

I'm not gonna kill

an innocent guy.

778

00:36:43,025 --> 00:36:44,058

I'm killing Stan, Rick.

779

00:36:44,109 --> 00:36:44,992

Come on, this is insane.

780

00:36:45,060 --> 00:36:46,027

Come on, don't

tell me a little

781

00:36:46,111 --> 00:36:47,562

part of you doesn't

want to do this.

782

00:36:47,613 --> 00:36:50,014

I heard everything.

783

00:36:50,082 --> 00:36:53,234

You and Rachel actually had

a shot one time, didn't you?

784

00:36:53,285 --> 00:36:54,535

You had a little baby.

785

00:36:54,603 --> 00:36:56,454

Almost looked like

that baby was yours.

786

00:36:56,538 --> 00:36:59,740

What do you... What do you think

this is going to do, Rick?

787

00:36:59,791 --> 00:37:01,209

What do you think

this is gonna do?

788

00:37:01,276 --> 00:37:02,743

You think I'm gonna

go to prison? Huh?

789

00:37:02,794 --> 00:37:04,912

You think I'm gonna got to

prison for murder under duress?

790

00:37:04,963 --> 00:37:07,215

I don't care if

you go to prison.

791

00:37:07,282 --> 00:37:09,383

But I know Rachel's not

gonna forgive you for this.

792

00:37:09,451 --> 00:37:10,951

So you're gonna

lose the only thing

793

00:37:11,003 --> 00:37:12,086

that means anything to you.

794

00:37:12,137 --> 00:37:13,787

You're gonna lose your family.

795

00:37:13,839 --> 00:37:14,922

Now, I've had enough talking.

796

00:37:14,973 --> 00:37:16,424

Get out!

Please, just tell me...

797

00:37:16,475 --> 00:37:17,875

Get out of the car, D.

798

00:37:17,943 --> 00:37:19,960

Don't make me ask you again.

799

00:37:34,359 --> 00:37:36,761

Hey, Danny, what's going on?

800

00:37:37,663 --> 00:37:39,297

Danny?

801

00:37:39,364 --> 00:37:41,415

How's Grace? Is she okay?

Stop, stop.

802

00:37:42,885 --> 00:37:44,151

Stan, listen to me...

803

00:37:44,203 --> 00:37:45,586

What's going on, Danny?

804

00:37:51,126 --> 00:37:52,243

Get Peterson!

805

00:37:52,311 --> 00:37:53,827

Go, go, go! Danny!

806

00:37:53,879 --> 00:37:55,513

There's a man inside my car.

807

00:37:55,581 --> 00:37:57,331

And he's-he's

going to kill Grace...

808

00:37:58,217 --> 00:37:59,250

...if I don't kill you.

809

00:37:59,318 --> 00:38:00,518

Danny, what...

810

00:38:00,602 --> 00:38:01,969

I don't have a choice,

do you understand me?

811

00:38:02,020 --> 00:38:03,137

I don't have a choice.

This for Grace?

812

00:38:03,188 --> 00:38:05,306

Don't talk to him, shoot him.

813

00:38:05,374 --> 00:38:06,090

Danny!

I don't have a choice.

814

00:38:06,158 --> 00:38:07,008

I'm sorry.

Danny!

815

00:38:07,075 --> 00:38:08,943

I'm sorry.

816

00:38:12,898 --> 00:38:13,948

Danny!

817

00:38:18,870 --> 00:38:20,821

Good boy.

818

00:38:20,872 --> 00:38:21,855

Rick Peterson!

819

00:38:21,907 --> 00:38:24,075

Get your hands where

I can see them!

820

00:38:24,159 --> 00:38:25,293

Do it now!

821

00:38:28,547 --> 00:38:29,647

Put down your weapon!

822

00:38:30,849 --> 00:38:32,783

Do it now!

All right.

823

00:38:32,851 --> 00:38:33,884

Danny!

824

00:38:35,203 --> 00:38:36,721

He'll be okay.

825

00:38:36,805 --> 00:38:38,089

Listen, I put one

in the shoulder,

826

00:38:38,173 --> 00:38:39,290

the rest were in the grass.

827

00:38:39,358 --> 00:38:40,558

Okay?

Tell Rachel I'm sorry.

828

00:38:41,910 --> 00:38:44,128

I need a paramedic

here right now.

829

00:38:44,196 --> 00:38:46,013

Yeah, right now.

830

00:38:46,064 --> 00:38:48,866

You're gonna be all right.

831

00:38:48,934 --> 00:38:51,802

Rachel, he's been shot

in the shoulder.

832

00:38:51,870 --> 00:38:53,237

Keep pressure, keep

pressure right here.

833

00:38:53,322 --> 00:38:54,288

Okay, listen to me.

834

00:38:54,356 --> 00:38:55,773

Paramedics are

on their way, okay?

835

00:38:55,841 --> 00:38:57,642

He's gonna be okay.

You're gonna be all right, buddy.

836

00:38:57,709 --> 00:38:59,193

Where is she?

837

00:38:59,244 --> 00:39:01,312

Where is she?

838

00:39:02,881 --> 00:39:03,897

Oh...!

839

00:39:06,051 --> 00:39:07,468

Danny!

840

00:39:07,536 --> 00:39:09,654

Listen to me, you

son of a bitch.

841

00:39:09,721 --> 00:39:11,689

Next one's in your head;

now tell me

842

00:39:11,757 --> 00:39:12,873

where my daughter is.

843

00:39:12,924 --> 00:39:14,074

Huh?

844

00:39:14,126 --> 00:39:15,676

Huh?

845

00:39:35,831 --> 00:39:36,930

Grace!

846

00:39:36,982 --> 00:39:38,098

Daddy!

847

00:39:38,150 --> 00:39:40,217

Okay, baby, stay away

from the door, okay?

848

00:39:49,944 --> 00:39:52,279

You okay, baby?

849

00:39:52,331 --> 00:39:53,414

Huh?

Yeah.

850

00:39:53,465 --> 00:39:54,332

You hurt anywhere?

851

00:39:54,416 --> 00:39:56,000

Are you sure?

852

00:39:56,084 --> 00:39:58,235

Oh, come here.

853

00:40:00,972 --> 00:40:02,506

Okay.

854

00:40:02,607 --> 00:40:04,508

One more second, sweetheart,

we'll have you out of here.

855

00:40:04,593 --> 00:40:05,793

It's okay.

856

00:40:05,844 --> 00:40:07,728

I want to go home.

I know, baby, we're gonna

857

00:40:07,796 --> 00:40:09,196

go home right now, okay?

858

00:40:09,264 --> 00:40:11,799

Okay.

859

00:40:11,850 --> 00:40:14,068

We're gonna go home,

monkey, okay? Come on.

860

00:40:16,355 --> 00:40:18,305

I'm so sorry.

861

00:40:18,357 --> 00:40:21,575

I'm so sorry. So sorry.

862

00:40:30,836 --> 00:40:31,985

It's okay.

863

00:40:39,478 --> 00:40:40,828

I'm sorry.
