1

00:00:21,286 --> 00:00:22,653

Désolé mec.

2

00:00:22,688 --> 00:00:25,389

On n'en parle plus.

3

00:00:25,407 --> 00:00:26,607

Désolé.

Je ne dois pas comprendre.

4

00:00:26,658 --> 00:00:27,808

Sur cette île,

5

00:00:27,843 --> 00:00:29,910

quand tu prends

la vague de quelqu'un,

6

00:00:29,945 --> 00:00:32,730

tu fais chier les autres surfers.

C'est exactement ce que tu viens de faire.

7

00:00:32,748 --> 00:00:34,999

Comme tout le reste,

sur cette île,

8

00:00:35,033 --> 00:00:36,000

ça n'a aucun sens.

9

00:00:36,034 --> 00:00:37,535

J'ai vu une vague,

je l'ai prise, c'est tout.

10

00:00:37,569 --> 00:00:40,237

Si quelqu'un veut la prendre aussi,

ça me dérange pas.

11

00:00:40,255 --> 00:00:42,006

Ca ne marche pas comme ça, OK ?

12

00:00:42,040 --> 00:00:45,209

Si quelqu'un a déjà pris une vague,

elle leur appartient.

13

00:00:45,243 --> 00:00:46,293

Hein, quoi ?

14

00:00:46,345 --> 00:00:47,795

On peut pas posséder une vague.

15

00:00:47,846 --> 00:00:49,847

Sûrement pas parce que tu pagaie

plus vite que le mec d'à côté.

16

00:00:49,881 --> 00:00:50,965

Bien, ça c'est une chose.

17

00:00:50,999 --> 00:00:52,416

Ensuite, j'ai clairement

dit au mec

18

00:00:52,434 --> 00:00:53,467

Que j'arrrivais par sa gauche.

19

00:00:53,518 --> 00:00:55,019

J'ai dit : " Hé ! Mec j'ai

pris la vague !"

20

00:00:55,053 --> 00:00:56,270

C'est l'Océan Pacifique.

21

00:00:56,304 --> 00:00:57,938

C'est pas une piste cyclable Danny.

22

00:00:57,973 --> 00:00:59,974

Ouais, ben, je ... je pense

que les mêmes règles

23

00:01:00,025 --> 00:01:01,692

devrait exister pour

ces deux endroits.

24

00:01:01,727 --> 00:01:03,594

Je te le dis, quelqu'un qui

n'est pas né sur cette île,

25

00:01:03,612 --> 00:01:05,813

n'a donc pas été habitués

à toutes ces coutumes.

26

00:01:05,864 --> 00:01:07,481

Tu peux pas posséder une vague.

27

00:01:07,532 --> 00:01:08,899

Tant qu'on y est,

28

00:01:08,933 --> 00:01:10,735

le corned-beef

n'est pas une nourriture

29

00:01:10,769 --> 00:01:12,119

que je considère comme telle.

30

00:01:12,154 --> 00:01:14,271

Et enfin, le meilleur pour

la fin, un apéro

31

00:01:14,289 --> 00:01:16,907

ne devrait jamais, jamais,

dans tous les cas,

32

00:01:16,941 --> 00:01:19,076

s'appeler "pupu".

33

00:01:19,110 --> 00:01:20,077

Hé!

34

00:01:20,112 --> 00:01:21,829

Vous êtes là les mecs.

35

00:01:24,750 --> 00:01:26,217

Je ne savais pas que

ta soeur était ici.

36

00:01:26,251 --> 00:01:27,951

- Moi non plus

- Salut.

37

00:01:27,969 --> 00:01:29,953

Je vous cherche depuis une heure.

38

00:01:29,971 --> 00:01:31,806

Tu n'étais pas chez toi,

je me suis dit que j'allais

39

00:01:31,840 --> 00:01:33,808

vérifier ton spot de

surf préféré.

40

00:01:33,842 --> 00:01:35,559

Et me voilà.

41

00:01:35,594 --> 00:01:36,894

Surprise !

42

00:01:36,928 --> 00:01:38,479

Que fais-tu ici Mary ?

43

00:01:38,513 --> 00:01:39,963

A ton avis, que fais-je ici ?

44

00:01:39,981 --> 00:01:41,415

On dirait que tu ...

45

00:01:41,450 --> 00:01:43,267

va à une soirée d'Halloween

46

00:01:43,301 --> 00:01:44,802

Déguisée en hôtesse de l'air.

47

00:01:44,820 --> 00:01:46,270

Allez. Sérieusement.

48

00:01:46,304 --> 00:01:48,305

Tu travailles pour une compagnie

aérienne ?

49

00:01:48,323 --> 00:01:52,276

Ouais ! c'est le

meilleur boulot qui existe.

50

00:01:52,310 --> 00:01:54,144

J'ai commencé il y a deux semaines,

51

00:01:54,162 --> 00:01:56,864

et ils m'ont assignée aux vols

Oahu - New York.

52

00:01:56,915 --> 00:02:00,084

Je vais faire des allers-retours

environ deux fois par semaine.

53

00:02:00,118 --> 00:02:01,652

On pourra se voir

pendant mes repos.

54

00:02:01,670 --> 00:02:02,837

C'est chouette, non ?

55

00:02:02,871 --> 00:02:05,456

Super, hein ?

56

00:02:05,490 --> 00:02:06,957

Hein ?

57

00:02:06,991 --> 00:02:08,459

Viens là.

58

00:02:09,377 --> 00:02:10,878

Salut.

59

00:02:10,929 --> 00:02:12,162

Viens.

60

00:02:12,180 --> 00:02:14,598

- Hé.

- Hé.

61

00:02:14,633 --> 00:02:16,684

Ramasse ta planche Danny.

62

00:02:30,282 --> 00:02:33,317

Donc ... vous êtes des potes de

glisse maintenant, hein ?

63

00:02:34,202 --> 00:02:35,903

Heu, ouais,

en quelque sorte.

64

00:02:36,872 --> 00:02:38,205

Trop mignon.

65

00:02:38,240 --> 00:02:39,990

Pourquoi tu ne m'as pas prévenu ?

66

00:02:40,024 --> 00:02:41,292

Je serais venu te chercher à

l'aéroport.

67

00:02:41,326 --> 00:02:42,693

Parce que je voulais te

faire une surprise.

68

00:02:42,711 --> 00:02:43,661

Regarde-le.

69

00:02:43,695 --> 00:02:45,045

Il est carrément surpris.

70

00:02:45,080 --> 00:02:46,046

Positivement surpris.

71

00:02:46,081 --> 00:02:47,498

Positivement.

72

00:02:47,532 --> 00:02:48,999

Donc, une "hôtesse".

73

00:02:49,033 --> 00:02:50,367

Comment c'est arrivé ?

74

00:02:50,385 --> 00:02:52,586

Heu, bien, mon amie Angela

travail pour la compagnie,

75

00:02:52,637 --> 00:02:55,556

et elle savait que j'avais besoin

d'un boulot, et me voilà.

76

00:02:55,590 --> 00:02:56,924

Et, pour info,

nous préférons

77

00:02:56,975 --> 00:02:59,009

être appelées "hôtesse de l'air"

- Je le savais.

78

00:02:59,043 --> 00:03:00,761

Vraiment en plus.

Je peux avoir du café aussi ?

79

00:03:00,812 --> 00:03:02,296

Tu ... tu restes par ici

80

00:03:02,330 --> 00:03:03,714

un petit moment ?

- En fait, non.

81

00:03:03,732 --> 00:03:04,982

Je travaille pour le vol retour

82

00:03:05,016 --> 00:03:07,001

vers New York,

je vais devoir reporter

83

00:03:07,035 --> 00:03:08,369

le café.

Heu, attends, attends.

84

00:03:08,403 --> 00:03:09,487

Tu viens juste d'arriver.

85

00:03:09,521 --> 00:03:11,155

Je sais, mais je dois

retourner à l'hôtel

86

00:03:11,189 --> 00:03:12,273

et me rafraichir avant le vol.

87

00:03:12,324 --> 00:03:14,275

On se voit la prochaine fois.

88

00:03:14,309 --> 00:03:16,360

J'ai tellement de choses

à te dire.

89

00:03:16,394 --> 00:03:17,611

Mais que du bon,

ne t'inquiète pas.

90

00:03:17,662 --> 00:03:19,780

Je ne suis pas inquiet.

Je suis vraiment content pour toi.

91

00:03:19,814 --> 00:03:21,565

Merci. Bref,

à plus les mecs

92

00:03:21,583 --> 00:03:22,750

dans, genre trois jours.

93

00:03:22,784 --> 00:03:24,668

- Ok.

- Ciao.

94

00:03:24,703 --> 00:03:25,903

- A plus.

- Ciao, soeurette.

95

00:03:25,921 --> 00:03:27,070

Une question.

96

00:03:27,088 --> 00:03:28,372

Ouais.

97

00:03:28,406 --> 00:03:31,725

Donc on est des

potes de glisse maintenant ?

98

00:03:31,760 --> 00:03:33,677

Tu es susceptible là ?

99

00:03:33,712 --> 00:03:36,313

Hmm, un peu.

100

00:04:06,161 --> 00:04:08,111

Bonjour Mary.

101

00:04:08,129 --> 00:04:10,297

Vous m'avez fait attendre.

102

00:04:10,332 --> 00:04:12,550

Nous devons parler.

103

00:04:13,668 --> 00:04:17,204

Da Hui Team présente...

104

00:04:17,229 --> 00:04:21,229

Hawaii Five-O

2x19 : Kalele

105

00:04:25,279 --> 00:04:43,433

Bon Episode !

106

00:04:59,214 --> 00:05:00,431

'lut.

107

00:05:00,465 --> 00:05:01,515

Ca va, Steve ?

Ca va.

108

00:05:01,549 --> 00:05:02,516

Hé !

109

00:05:02,550 --> 00:05:04,385

Ok, on se voit plus tard.

OK.

110

00:05:04,436 --> 00:05:06,169

La forme ?

111

00:05:06,187 --> 00:05:07,688

C'était quoi ?

112

00:05:07,722 --> 00:05:09,556

C'était quoi quoi ?

113

00:05:09,608 --> 00:05:10,841

Pourquoi sont-ils jsute, heu ...

114

00:05:10,859 --> 00:05:12,509

pourquoi ils sont parti

si vite d'ici ?

115

00:05:12,527 --> 00:05:13,844

De quoi vous étiez en train

de parler ?

116

00:05:13,862 --> 00:05:15,012

De quoi on parlait ?

117

00:05:15,030 --> 00:05:16,780

J'en sais rien. Des trucs.

Des trucs comme ça.

118

00:05:16,815 --> 00:05:19,149

Pourquoi ... pourquoi tu es

si paranoïaque là ?

119

00:05:19,183 --> 00:05:20,868

C'est pas de la parano Daniel.

120

00:05:20,902 --> 00:05:22,569

Vous n'arrêtez pas de faire

ça en ce moment.

121

00:05:22,621 --> 00:05:24,121

Vous agissez bizarement.

122

00:05:24,155 --> 00:05:25,155

Ah, OK.

123

00:05:25,189 --> 00:05:26,690

Ben, je dirais que tu

devrais te détendre un peu,

124

00:05:26,708 --> 00:05:27,791

et arrêter de tout analyser.

125

00:05:27,826 --> 00:05:30,461

Me détendre ?

C'est très ironique venant de toi.

126

00:05:30,495 --> 00:05:32,296

OK, ok, ok. Fais ce

que tu vais. Reste parano.

127

00:05:32,330 --> 00:05:33,363

Deviens dingue.

Laisse ton esprit

128

00:05:33,381 --> 00:05:34,715

te jouer des tours.

Et ensuite,

129

00:05:34,749 --> 00:05:36,533

tu vas te mettre à porter

un entonoir,

130

00:05:36,551 --> 00:05:37,918

parler de théories du complot.

131

00:05:37,969 --> 00:05:39,553

La théorie du complot

est une réalité.

132

00:05:39,587 --> 00:05:41,422

Qu'est-ce que tu veux dire ?

133

00:05:41,456 --> 00:05:42,920

C'est vrai.

134

00:05:42,921 --> 00:05:45,072

Ici McGarrett.

135

00:05:46,272 --> 00:05:48,206

C'est une blague ?

136

00:05:48,779 --> 00:05:50,646

J'arrive de suite.

137

00:05:50,899 --> 00:05:53,133

Mary a été arrêtée.

138

00:05:59,429 --> 00:06:00,712

Commandant McGarrett.

139

00:06:00,747 --> 00:06:02,164

- Merci pour votre appel.

- Sans souci.

140

00:06:02,198 --> 00:06:03,949

On a reçu un tuyau,

plus tôt dans la journée

141

00:06:03,983 --> 00:06:05,868

sur une ligne non logguée

142

00:06:05,919 --> 00:06:07,035

disant qu'une hôtesse de l'air

comptait

143

00:06:07,070 --> 00:06:08,320

faire de la contrabande

144

00:06:08,338 --> 00:06:09,588

sur un vol à destination de New York.

145

00:06:09,622 --> 00:06:11,106

Ouais, OK, c'est pas possible.

146

00:06:11,141 --> 00:06:12,657

Mary ne fait pas de contrebande.

147

00:06:12,675 --> 00:06:14,376

Vous êtes sûr d'avoir la bonne personne ?

148

00:06:14,427 --> 00:06:15,878

Commandant, votre soeur

149

00:06:15,929 --> 00:06:18,213

avait environ 20 million de dollars

en diamants

150

00:06:18,264 --> 00:06:19,598

scotchés à son torse,

151

00:06:19,632 --> 00:06:21,967

donc, oui, je pense

qu'on a la bonne personne.

152

00:06:22,001 --> 00:06:24,019

A-t-elle dit pourquoi

elle avait ces diamants ?

153

00:06:24,053 --> 00:06:25,270

Elle n'a pas voulu nous parler.

154

00:06:25,305 --> 00:06:26,388

C'est pour ça qu'on vous a appelé.

155

00:06:26,422 --> 00:06:27,806

Elle ne veut parler à

personne d'autre.

156

00:06:27,840 --> 00:06:29,725

Bien, vous dites l'avoir arrêtée

d'après un tuyau.

157

00:06:29,759 --> 00:06:31,577

- Qui vous l'a donné ?

- C'était un tuyau anonyme.

158

00:06:31,611 --> 00:06:32,628

Un homme.

159

00:06:32,662 --> 00:06:34,947

On a essayé de le localiser,

mais il a raccroché trop vite.

160

00:06:34,981 --> 00:06:36,398

Mais c'était surement un

téléphone pré-payé de toute façon.

161

00:06:36,449 --> 00:06:38,350

C'est pas un peu bizarre

de recevoir un appel

162

00:06:38,368 --> 00:06:39,952

comme ça sans rien demander ?

- No.

163

00:06:39,986 --> 00:06:42,454

On a des tuyaux anonymes pour

de la drogue sans arrêt.

164

00:06:42,489 --> 00:06:43,672

C'est souvent un

gang rival qui essaie

165

00:06:43,706 --> 00:06:44,957

de neutraliser la concurrence.

166

00:06:44,991 --> 00:06:46,875

OK, bien, pouvez-vous

me faire une faveur,

167

00:06:46,910 --> 00:06:48,977

j'aimerais parler à ma soeur en privé.

168

00:07:07,881 --> 00:07:10,516

Que s'est-il passé?

169

00:07:12,485 --> 00:07:14,937

Je suis allé directement à l'hôtel

quand je vous ai quitté les gars,

170

00:07:14,988 --> 00:07:17,105

et il y avait un homme dans ma chambre

avec une arme.

171

00:07:18,024 --> 00:07:19,441

Ok.

172

00:07:19,492 --> 00:07:21,777

As-tu déjà vu

cet homme avant?

173

00:07:21,828 --> 00:07:23,412

Non. je ne pense pas.

174

00:07:23,446 --> 00:07:24,830

- Tu ne penses pas?

- Non, je-je sais.

175

00:07:24,864 --> 00:07:27,499

Je ne l'ai jamais vu avant.

Tu me crois, non?

176

00:07:27,534 --> 00:07:29,334

Bien sur, je te crois.

Mary, calme toi juste.

177

00:07:29,369 --> 00:07:31,570

Et dis moi comment tu es

partie avec cet homme

178

00:07:31,588 --> 00:07:33,738

et tu t'es retrouvé

avec ces diamants.

179

00:07:33,756 --> 00:07:34,840

Je ne suis pas parti.

180

00:07:34,874 --> 00:07:35,874

Il m'a donné les diamants,

181

00:07:35,908 --> 00:07:37,259

et m'a dit

qu'Angela était morte

182

00:07:37,293 --> 00:07:39,878

même si je ne sais pas

exactement ce qu'il a dit.

183

00:07:39,912 --> 00:07:41,129

Ok, qui est Angela?

184

00:07:41,181 --> 00:07:43,081

Je t'ai parlé

d'elle, non?

185

00:07:43,099 --> 00:07:44,716

Je n'ai... peut être.

Redis le moi.

186

00:07:44,750 --> 00:07:46,602

Nous avons travaillé ensemble

comme hôtesses de l'air.

187

00:07:46,636 --> 00:07:48,587

Nous sommes venues de New York ensemble.

Ok, donc c'était

188

00:07:48,605 --> 00:07:50,138

ton amie avant ça?

Oui.

189

00:07:50,190 --> 00:07:53,842

On s'est rencontré au cours de Yoga,

genre, il y a trois mois.

190

00:07:53,877 --> 00:07:56,812

Je veux dire, c'est vraiment, la

seule vraie amie que j'aie.

191

00:07:56,863 --> 00:07:58,780

Elle m'a aidé à trouver ce boulot.

192

00:08:01,484 --> 00:08:02,618

Steve, j'ai vraiment merdé.

193

00:08:02,652 --> 00:08:04,036

Si je ne suis pas

sur cet avion

194

00:08:04,070 --> 00:08:06,104

quand il atterira,

elle sera tuée.

195

00:08:06,122 --> 00:08:07,589

Ecoutes, Mary,

Respires juste profondément,

196

00:08:07,624 --> 00:08:10,609

ok, et calme

toi, d'accord?

197

00:08:10,627 --> 00:08:11,943

Maintenant, dis moi tout ce que tu sais

198

00:08:11,961 --> 00:08:13,545

de ce type

qui a enlevé ton amie.

199

00:08:13,580 --> 00:08:15,914

La chose bizarre, c'est que je ne

savais rien de lui,

200

00:08:15,948 --> 00:08:17,499

mais il savait absolument tout de moi.

201

00:08:17,550 --> 00:08:18,950

Il m'attendait dans ma chambre.

202

00:08:18,968 --> 00:08:21,086

Ok, bien, peux-tu décrire

cet homme pour moi?

203

00:08:21,120 --> 00:08:22,287

Ouais. Il était grand.

204

00:08:22,305 --> 00:08:23,305

Il avait la peau noire.

205

00:08:23,339 --> 00:08:24,456

Il avait une voix grave.

206

00:08:24,474 --> 00:08:25,624

Il avait un accent.

207

00:08:25,642 --> 00:08:27,476

Il n'était pas européen,

mais presque.

208

00:08:27,510 --> 00:08:29,094

tu es sûre de

ne jamais

209

00:08:29,128 --> 00:08:30,462

l'avoir vue avant?

Oui, je suis sûre.

210

00:08:30,480 --> 00:08:31,980

Je ne l'ai jamais vu, ok?

211

00:08:32,015 --> 00:08:33,398

Pour quoi continues-tu à me demander ça?

212

00:08:33,433 --> 00:08:34,850

Parce que ça ne

colle pas, Mary.

213

00:08:34,901 --> 00:08:37,152

Tu comprends? Ecoutes, j'essaye

d'évacuer tout ça,

214

00:08:37,186 --> 00:08:38,737

mais ça n'a... ça

n'a aucun sens pour moi.

215

00:08:38,771 --> 00:08:39,804

Ecoute, pourquoi t'auraient

ils choisi?

216

00:08:39,822 --> 00:08:41,573

Ok, et pourquoi

tu ne m'as pas appelé

217

00:08:41,608 --> 00:08:43,158

à l'instant où

tu l'a quitté?

218

00:08:43,192 --> 00:08:45,477

Parce que j'étais terrifiée.

219

00:08:47,163 --> 00:08:48,614

Je le suis toujours, Steve.

220

00:08:48,648 --> 00:08:51,483

Il a pris une photo de moi

avec son portable,

221

00:08:51,501 --> 00:08:54,419

et il m'a dit qu'il

allait l'envoyer à son partenaire,

222

00:08:54,454 --> 00:08:56,255

et que quand j'atterrirai,

223

00:08:56,289 --> 00:08:58,924

cet homme m'enverrai des

instructions.

224

00:08:58,958 --> 00:09:00,926

Il a dit ça pour te garder effrayée

et coopérative, tu comprends?

225

00:09:00,960 --> 00:09:03,629

Eh bien, ça marche.

226

00:09:04,547 --> 00:09:06,632

je ne peux pas croire

227

00:09:06,666 --> 00:09:08,100

que je suis encore ici.

228

00:09:08,134 --> 00:09:11,103

Steve, si je ne suis pas sur ce vol

dans neuf heures avec les diamants,

229

00:09:11,137 --> 00:09:13,004

Angela sera tuée.

230

00:09:14,857 --> 00:09:16,441

Ca n'arrivera

pas, Mary.

231

00:09:16,476 --> 00:09:17,976

Parce que ce vol décolle dans

une demi-heure.

232

00:09:18,010 --> 00:09:19,027

Tu comprends?

233

00:09:19,062 --> 00:09:20,696

Ce qui veut dire qu'on a

234

00:09:20,730 --> 00:09:23,848

neuf heures pour sauver ton amie.

235

00:09:29,622 --> 00:09:31,473

On la trouvera, Mary, d'accord?

236

00:09:34,494 --> 00:09:36,461

Hey. On la trouvera.

237

00:09:36,496 --> 00:09:38,630

Ok?

238

00:09:45,504 --> 00:09:46,960

Nous devons trouver

cette Angela.

239

00:09:46,961 --> 00:09:48,779

- Oui. S'il y a vraiment une Angela.

- Danny, c'est ma soeur.

240

00:09:49,191 --> 00:09:50,658

je pense que je voudrais savoir

si elle mentait.

241

00:09:50,692 --> 00:09:51,776

Ok.

242

00:09:51,810 --> 00:09:53,361

Très bien,

où va tu?

243

00:09:53,395 --> 00:09:55,363

Ecoutes moi.

Je pensais connaître mon frère--

244

00:09:55,397 --> 00:09:56,964

Ouais?-- et il

m'a menti,

245

00:09:56,999 --> 00:09:58,849

et maintenant il est sur

la liste des plus recherchés par le FBI.

246

00:09:58,867 --> 00:10:00,151

Ne le prends pas mal,

mais je pense être

247

00:10:00,185 --> 00:10:02,036

un peu plus près de ma soeur

que tu n'étais de ton frère.

248

00:10:02,070 --> 00:10:04,522

Ok, savais tu qu'elle

a été arrêté

249

00:10:04,540 --> 00:10:06,524

il y a deux mois

pour conduite en état d'ivresse?

250

00:10:06,558 --> 00:10:09,043

Attends un peu.

Tu as cherché dans le passé de ma soeur?

251

00:10:09,077 --> 00:10:10,411

Non, je n'ai

pas cherché dans le passé

252

00:10:10,462 --> 00:10:11,996

de ta soeur;

le TSA l'a fait,

253

00:10:12,030 --> 00:10:13,414

et je relaie les informations.

254

00:10:13,465 --> 00:10:14,632

Ok, bien,

excepté le fait

255

00:10:14,666 --> 00:10:15,917

qu'elle ait été arrêté

il y a deux mois

256

00:10:15,968 --> 00:10:17,701

ca ne veux pas dire qu'elle nous

ment aujourd'hui.

257

00:10:17,719 --> 00:10:19,220

Je ne dis pas qu'elle ment,

258

00:10:19,254 --> 00:10:21,305

peut-être qu'elle ne nous dit pas

toute l'histoire.

259

00:10:21,340 --> 00:10:23,707

Ok, nous allons vérifier

cette chambre d'hôtel,

260

00:10:23,725 --> 00:10:25,026

afin d'en savoir plus.

261

00:10:25,060 --> 00:10:26,710

Jusque là, je suppose

262

00:10:26,728 --> 00:10:28,045

qu'elle me dit la vérité.

263

00:10:28,063 --> 00:10:29,397

Ok.

264

00:10:36,488 --> 00:10:37,989

Hé.

265

00:10:38,023 --> 00:10:41,192

Hé. Donc la chambre n'a pas été

nettoyée, donc elle devrait  être

266

00:10:41,226 --> 00:10:43,561

dans le même état que

que quand ta soeur l'a quittée.

267

00:10:43,579 --> 00:10:45,896

Bien, on n'a pas de traces

d'effractions,

268

00:10:45,914 --> 00:10:47,582

de lutte, ou de fille

nommée Angela.

269

00:10:47,616 --> 00:10:49,667

Ok, bien, ça ne veut pas dire

que ça n'est pas arrivé

270

00:10:49,701 --> 00:10:51,002

et qu'elle n'existe pas, vrai?

271

00:10:51,036 --> 00:10:52,537

Le gars a pu utiliser le passe.

Ouais, bien,

272

00:10:52,571 --> 00:10:55,072

le personnel de l'hôtel dit que Mary

était la seule partie avec

273

00:10:55,090 --> 00:10:57,174

une clé de chambre, et personne ne l'a vue

avec une autre femme.

274

00:10:57,209 --> 00:10:59,627

mais je confirme

que Mary avait une collègue

275

00:10:59,678 --> 00:11:01,262

nommée Angela Branson

qui est arrivée avec elle.

276

00:11:01,296 --> 00:11:02,763

elle est basée à New York

et ne doit pas

277

00:11:02,788 --> 00:11:03,988

revoler ces trois prochains jours.

278

00:11:04,016 --> 00:11:05,583

et en regardant

le registre de l'hôtel,

279

00:11:05,601 --> 00:11:06,968

il y a une chambre

réservée à son nom,

280

00:11:07,019 --> 00:11:08,135

mais elle n'est jamais,

apparemment, venue l'occuper.

281

00:11:08,186 --> 00:11:09,920

Parfait,bien.

C'est un bon début.

282

00:11:09,938 --> 00:11:11,856

On n'a aucune, euh...

aucune information?

283

00:11:11,890 --> 00:11:13,391

La compagnie nous a donné

son numéro de téléphone,

284

00:11:13,425 --> 00:11:15,443

mais on tombe sur

le répondeur dès qu'on l'appelle.

285

00:11:15,477 --> 00:11:16,978

Bien, si elle a été kidnappé,

286

00:11:17,029 --> 00:11:19,263

ça serait

normal, non?

287

00:11:19,281 --> 00:11:21,215

Ok, ezssaie tu de te convaincre

ou de nous convaincre?

288

00:11:22,150 --> 00:11:24,268

Peut être un peu les deux.

289

00:11:29,408 --> 00:11:31,242

Ok.

290

00:11:31,276 --> 00:11:34,295

On doit jeter un coup d'oeil

à ces images de sécurité.

291

00:11:39,751 --> 00:11:41,118

Ok, c'est lui.

292

00:11:41,136 --> 00:11:44,221

C'est le gars que

Mary a décrit.

293

00:11:44,256 --> 00:11:45,923

Il a Angela.

294

00:11:45,958 --> 00:11:47,141

Stop. Zoom.

295

00:11:47,175 --> 00:11:48,792

Parfait, donc il a emmené

Angela par les escaliers

296

00:11:48,810 --> 00:11:50,177

pour que personne ne le voit.

297

00:11:50,228 --> 00:11:52,179

Danny, appelle Kono,

dis-lui de passer prendre Mary

298

00:11:52,230 --> 00:11:53,931

à la douane,

et de la déposer à mon bureau,

299

00:11:53,965 --> 00:11:55,399

mais dis-lui bien

de rester discrète.

300

00:11:55,434 --> 00:11:57,351

Pour la sécurité d'Angela,

personne ne doit savoir

301

00:11:57,402 --> 00:11:59,904

que Mary ne s'est pas envolée

avec les diamants.

302

00:12:01,957 --> 00:12:04,609

Okay, okay!

Tu peux ralentir, stp?

303

00:12:04,643 --> 00:12:06,077

Par pitié! On n'aidera pas

grand-monde

304

00:12:06,111 --> 00:12:08,613

si on finit accrochés

à un poteau téléphonique.

305

00:12:08,647 --> 00:12:10,831

Cet appel anonyme à propos

de Mary et des diamants...

306

00:12:12,751 --> 00:12:14,535

...ça colle pas.

Il y a beaucoup de choses

307

00:12:14,586 --> 00:12:16,987

dans cette affaire qui ne

collent pas, et je m'excuse

308

00:12:17,005 --> 00:12:18,039

de ne pas avoir cru

la version de Mary,

309

00:12:18,090 --> 00:12:19,590

mais pas pitié arrête de conduire

310

00:12:19,625 --> 00:12:21,676

comme si on avait volé cette voiture,

et ralentis!

311

00:12:21,710 --> 00:12:23,377

Je conduis comme d'habitude.

312

00:12:25,464 --> 00:12:27,932

Ecoute, celui qui a appelé

la douane pour piéger Mary

313

00:12:27,966 --> 00:12:29,800

devait être impliqué

dans l'opération de contrebande.

314

00:12:29,834 --> 00:12:32,670

Ok? Sinon coment auraient-ils

pu savoir

315

00:12:32,704 --> 00:12:34,355

que Mary avait

les diamants avec elle ?

316

00:12:34,389 --> 00:12:35,806

Okay, on ne sait pas

qui a passé ce coup de fil,

317

00:12:35,840 --> 00:12:38,225

mais peut-être que Kono a pu

améliorer la vidéo,

318

00:12:38,276 --> 00:12:40,111

et on aura l'identité

de son kidnappeur.

319

00:12:40,145 --> 00:12:41,979

Ralentis, s'il te plaît.

Je te le demande gentiment.

320

00:12:42,013 --> 00:12:43,864

J'ai dit s'il te plaît,

s'il te plaît...

321

00:12:48,620 --> 00:12:51,972

Je viens de ravaler ma nausée.

Merci.

322

00:13:01,083 --> 00:13:03,084

Ca va?

Yeah.

323

00:13:03,135 --> 00:13:04,452

Cool.

324

00:13:04,486 --> 00:13:06,387

Okay, Kono,

donne-moi une bonne nouvelle.

325

00:13:06,421 --> 00:13:08,872

Ok, alors voilà, le reste

des vidéos de sécurité

326

00:13:08,890 --> 00:13:09,974

ne révèlent rien de plus.

327

00:13:10,008 --> 00:13:11,542

Elles couvrent seulement

la cage d'escalier,

328

00:13:11,560 --> 00:13:13,310

donc on n'a aucune prise

de quiconque

329

00:13:13,345 --> 00:13:14,662

entrant ou sortant

de cette chambre en particulier.

330

00:13:14,696 --> 00:13:15,763

Mais on a les images d'Angela

331

00:13:15,797 --> 00:13:17,047

traînée en bas

par l'escalier de derrière.

332

00:13:17,065 --> 00:13:19,183

Et pour le, euh,

truc de reconnaissance faciale?

333

00:13:19,217 --> 00:13:20,735

J'ai déjà essayé.

Les angles sont trop mauvais.

334

00:13:20,769 --> 00:13:22,269

J'ai pas assez d'images viables

pour faire un scan complet.

335

00:13:22,320 --> 00:13:23,854

Okay, euh, Chin, à propos

de l'origine des diamants?

336

00:13:23,888 --> 00:13:25,156

J'ai vérifié sur Interpol.

337

00:13:25,190 --> 00:13:27,608

Il n'y aucun rapport concernant

une cargaison de diamants de cette taille,

338

00:13:27,659 --> 00:13:29,076

disparue ou volée.

339

00:13:29,111 --> 00:13:31,495

La bonne nouvelle est qu'Angela

ne craint rien tant qu'ils pensent

340

00:13:31,530 --> 00:13:33,364

que Mary ET les diamants

sont dans cet avion.

341

00:13:33,398 --> 00:13:35,232

Hé, je déteste être celui qui

énonce l'évidence.

342

00:13:35,250 --> 00:13:37,985

Elle n'est pas dans l'avion,

alors on aura une gros problème

343

00:13:38,019 --> 00:13:39,437

dans à peu près 8 heures,

quand il atterrira.

344

00:13:39,471 --> 00:13:40,855

Okay, peut-être.

345

00:13:40,889 --> 00:13:41,789

Qu'est-ce que tu veux dire?

346

00:13:41,840 --> 00:13:42,906

J'ai un plan--

complètement dingue sans doute

347

00:13:42,924 --> 00:13:44,842

-- mais si,

si on mettait Mary

348

00:13:44,876 --> 00:13:46,293

et ces diamants

dans le G-4 du Gouverneur?

349

00:13:46,344 --> 00:13:49,079

Dans la prochaine demi-heure, on peut

arriver à New-York avant cet avion.

350

00:13:49,097 --> 00:13:50,914

Quand le type là-bas l'accostera

pour récupérer

351

00:13:50,932 --> 00:13:52,466

les diamants,

on le coffre pour contrebande.

352

00:13:52,517 --> 00:13:54,201

Génial.

Okay, et si on arrive à le faire craquer,

353

00:13:54,236 --> 00:13:56,437

alors on pourra revenir et arrêter

celui qui retient Angela.

354

00:13:56,471 --> 00:13:58,022

Okay, Kono,

appelle le Gouverneur.

355

00:13:58,056 --> 00:13:59,724

On a besoin de cet avion,

prêt à partir

356

00:13:59,758 --> 00:14:01,058

dans une demi-heure.

Et appelle le HPD,

357

00:14:01,092 --> 00:14:03,060

et dis-leur qu'on a besoin de

ces diamants ici tout de suite.

358

00:14:09,267 --> 00:14:11,919

42-30? 42-30, répondez.

359

00:14:11,953 --> 00:14:14,238

42-30, allez-y.

360

00:14:14,272 --> 00:14:15,890

Par ordre du commandant,

361

00:14:15,924 --> 00:14:17,458

dirigez-vous vers le

Iolani Palace.

362

00:14:17,492 --> 00:14:20,277

Voyez l'inspecteur Williams

pour un transfert de preuves.

363

00:14:20,295 --> 00:14:22,079

42-30. C'est noté.

364

00:14:22,113 --> 00:14:24,548

Transfert de preuves?

365

00:14:24,583 --> 00:14:26,083

Qu'est-ce que c'est que ce bordel?

366

00:15:18,921 --> 00:15:20,672

Hey. Hey, écoutez,

367

00:15:20,723 --> 00:15:23,007

juste pour qu'il n'y ait pas de confusion,

le HPD a le contrôle,

368

00:15:23,058 --> 00:15:24,592

pas le Five-0.

369

00:15:24,626 --> 00:15:26,144

Et ben, la plupart des gens

préfèrent démarrer la journée

370

00:15:26,178 --> 00:15:27,295

par quelques civilités,

371

00:15:27,313 --> 00:15:29,314

mais pas le nouvel

inspecteur en chef, hein?

372

00:15:29,348 --> 00:15:31,099

Vous êtes au courant

que ce

373

00:15:31,133 --> 00:15:32,901

van transporte des preuves

d'une affaire sur laquelle on bosse?

374

00:15:32,935 --> 00:15:34,569

J'ai déjà été briefé sur

le kidnapping.

375

00:15:34,603 --> 00:15:36,637

Le meurtre de mes hommes

passe au-dessus-- allez.

376

00:15:36,655 --> 00:15:38,156

- Okay, écoutez...

- Inspecteur Kelly?

377

00:15:38,190 --> 00:15:39,258

...vous savez

que les seules personnes

378

00:15:39,259 --> 00:15:41,352

qui savaient que les diamants étaient

dans ce van étaient forcément flics.

379

00:15:41,353 --> 00:15:42,737

Ok, donc si vous voulez

coffrer le pirate,

380

00:15:42,738 --> 00:15:44,789

vous commencez par chercher au HPD.

381

00:15:45,663 --> 00:15:47,765

Hey, attendez, pas moyen.

382

00:15:47,799 --> 00:15:49,683

J'ai déjà fait le ménage.

383

00:15:49,718 --> 00:15:52,086

Je vous parie mon boulot

qu'aucun de mes gars n'était impliqué.

384

00:15:52,120 --> 00:15:54,271

Hey, ils viennent de rentrer

la plaque du semi-remorque.

385

00:15:54,306 --> 00:15:56,107

Il a été volé la nuit dernière.

386

00:15:58,226 --> 00:16:00,144

Okay, s'ils ont volé

un semi la nuit dernière,

387

00:16:00,178 --> 00:16:03,197

ils savaient déjà que les diamants

allaient être saisis aujourd'hui.

388

00:16:03,231 --> 00:16:04,865

Ok, qui aurait pu être

au courant de ça?

389

00:16:04,900 --> 00:16:06,901

Le type anonyme qui a

balancé Mary.

390

00:16:06,952 --> 00:16:08,285

Mais s'ils voulaient voler

les diamants quand même,

391

00:16:08,320 --> 00:16:10,454

pourquoi est-ce qu'ils n'auraient pas

simplement chopé Mary

392

00:16:10,489 --> 00:16:11,705

à son arrivée à l'aéroport?

393

00:16:11,740 --> 00:16:13,324

Parce qu'ils craignent

les passeurs de diamants

394

00:16:13,358 --> 00:16:14,458

bien plus que nous.

395

00:16:14,493 --> 00:16:17,694

Détrompons-les.

396

00:16:18,696 --> 00:16:20,214

Mary, il faut qu'on sache

397

00:16:20,248 --> 00:16:22,666

qui pourrait t'avoir piégé

pour faire passer les diamants.

398

00:16:22,700 --> 00:16:24,502

Alors, est-ce qu'Angela

ou toi

399

00:16:24,536 --> 00:16:26,420

avez rencontré quelqu'un?

400

00:16:26,471 --> 00:16:29,140

Peut-être un passager

trop sympa pour être honnête?

401

00:16:29,174 --> 00:16:30,374

Non. Personne.

402

00:16:30,392 --> 00:16:32,343

Depuis quand-tu connais Angela?

403

00:16:32,377 --> 00:16:35,546

On s'est rencontrées il y a quelques mois

dans ce club de yoga à New-York.

404

00:16:35,564 --> 00:16:37,681

Et c'est grâce à elle

que j'ai eu ce boulot.

405

00:16:37,715 --> 00:16:39,683

Oh, mon Dieu.

406

00:16:39,717 --> 00:16:42,102

Ca pourrait venir des gens

qui ont Angela.

407

00:16:42,154 --> 00:16:44,271

Je te demande pardon?

Et bien, le kidnappeurs a dit

408

00:16:44,322 --> 00:16:46,991

que j'allais recevoir un message

d'un de ses hommes à New-York.

409

00:16:47,025 --> 00:16:48,692

Qu'est-ce que ça dit?

410

00:16:48,726 --> 00:16:51,829

"Quand vous atterrirez, allez directement

au tapis à bagages n°3.

411

00:16:51,863 --> 00:16:54,415

"Je vous surveillerai, alors n'essayez

pas d'impliquer les flics,

412

00:16:54,449 --> 00:16:56,500

ou votre amie... meurt."

413

00:16:56,535 --> 00:16:58,752

La bonne nouvelle,

c'est qu'ils ne savent toujours pas

414

00:16:58,787 --> 00:17:00,237

que Mary n'est pas montée à bord.

415

00:17:00,272 --> 00:17:02,256

Yeah, on a à peu près 5 heures

avant qu'ils ne s'en rendent compte.

416

00:17:02,290 --> 00:17:03,874

Ok,

quand on aura les diamants,

417

00:17:03,908 --> 00:17:06,527

on pourra les marchander

en échange d'Angela saine et sauve.

418

00:17:06,561 --> 00:17:08,963

Hey, j'ai réfléchi

à propos de ces diamants.

419

00:17:08,997 --> 00:17:11,415

Si ces types viennent

de prendre

420

00:17:11,433 --> 00:17:13,551

20 millions en liquide, ils vont

avoir besoin d'un courtier pour les bouger.

421

00:17:13,585 --> 00:17:15,553

S'ils sont toujours

sur l'île.

422

00:17:15,587 --> 00:17:17,555

Yeah, mais ces mecs ont tué

deux flics pour avoir ces cailloux,

423

00:17:17,589 --> 00:17:18,889

alors ils savent très bien qu'on surveille

tous les départs de l'île.

424

00:17:18,923 --> 00:17:20,424

La chose la plus futée

que ces types puissent faire

425

00:17:20,442 --> 00:17:22,643

est d'essayer de bouger les diamants

en restant ici.

426

00:17:22,694 --> 00:17:24,528

Exact, et aussi pourris soient

les courtiers, y en a pas

427

00:17:24,563 --> 00:17:26,697

beaucoup sur cette île qui

sauraient supporter une telle pression.

428

00:17:26,731 --> 00:17:28,532

Voilà le

dossier criminel

429

00:17:28,567 --> 00:17:31,368

d'un receleur relâché

il y a 6 mois.

430

00:17:33,738 --> 00:17:35,239

S'il y a un deal en cours,

il en aura entendu parler.

431

00:17:35,273 --> 00:17:39,743

Ce mec a donc fait profil bas

depuis qu'il a fini

432

00:17:39,777 --> 00:17:41,662

de purger sa peine

il y a 6 mois.

433

00:17:41,713 --> 00:17:42,863

On a un moyen de pression

sur lui?

434

00:17:42,898 --> 00:17:44,048

Rien. Pas de liberté conditionnelle.

435

00:17:44,082 --> 00:17:45,883

A fait ses 30 ans de taule,

a jeté son tablier.

436

00:17:45,917 --> 00:17:47,218

Ca veut pas dire

qu'il est réglo.

437

00:17:47,252 --> 00:17:49,303

D'après mon expérience, un escroc

reste un escroc.

438

00:17:49,337 --> 00:17:50,504

Je suis d'accord.

439

00:17:53,791 --> 00:17:56,844

August March. HPD.

440

00:17:56,895 --> 00:17:58,795

On doit vous poser

quelques questions.

441

00:17:58,813 --> 00:18:00,047

Y a personne de ce nom ici.

442

00:18:00,081 --> 00:18:01,315

Vous avez essayé la porte à côté?

443

00:18:01,349 --> 00:18:03,017

Un autre mensonge,

444

00:18:03,068 --> 00:18:06,687

retour en prison,

sans passer par la case départ.

445

00:18:07,522 --> 00:18:09,857

Vous savez, la dernière fois

que je me suis renseigné,

446

00:18:09,908 --> 00:18:12,026

il vous fallait

mon consentement

447

00:18:12,060 --> 00:18:13,961

pour rentrer chez moi.

448

00:18:13,995 --> 00:18:15,162

Cette loi s'applique

aux citoyens.

449

00:18:15,196 --> 00:18:16,813

Ce que tu as cessé d'être

il y a 30 ans.

450

00:18:16,831 --> 00:18:18,616

30 piges... Ben,

451

00:18:18,650 --> 00:18:20,868

peut-être que vous devrier causer

de mes droits

452

00:18:20,902 --> 00:18:22,703

à mon avocat...

Finis ta phrase...

453

00:18:22,754 --> 00:18:24,088

Yeah?

Tu retournes en taule.

454

00:18:24,122 --> 00:18:25,589

D'une façon ou d'une autre,tu vas

répondre à mes questions, parce que...

455

00:18:25,624 --> 00:18:26,874

Vous-vous pouvez pas...

456

00:18:26,908 --> 00:18:28,092

- ...J'ai pas le temps de jouer à tes petis jeux.

- Non, non.

457

00:18:28,126 --> 00:18:29,126

Tu m'as compris?

Tu m'as compris?

458

00:18:29,160 --> 00:18:30,294

Oauis, 5 sur 5,

mais pas moyen

459

00:18:30,328 --> 00:18:31,462

que je réponde à

vos questions...

460

00:18:31,496 --> 00:18:33,380

Excusez-moi.

Du calme, Vince.

461

00:18:33,431 --> 00:18:35,349

Pourquoi vous la mettez pas

en veilleuse un peu?

462

00:18:35,383 --> 00:18:36,951

Hein? Ce

type a fait son temps.

463

00:18:36,985 --> 00:18:38,719

Vous voulez pas

la jouer plus cool?

464

00:18:38,770 --> 00:18:41,555

Non, je vais pas

me retenir, McGarrett.

465

00:18:41,606 --> 00:18:44,007

J'ai deux flics morts. Deux.

466

00:18:44,025 --> 00:18:45,342

Et je parie

que ce vieux grigou

467

00:18:45,360 --> 00:18:47,027

sait qui en est responsable, okay?

468

00:18:47,062 --> 00:18:48,479

Vous faites pas avoir

469

00:18:48,513 --> 00:18:49,730

par sa dégaine.

470

00:18:49,781 --> 00:18:53,067

August March dirigeait l'un

des plus grands réseaux de contrebande

471

00:18:53,118 --> 00:18:54,952

du monde.

472

00:18:54,986 --> 00:18:58,973

Il était receleur

d'oeuvres d'art et de pierres volées.

473

00:18:59,007 --> 00:19:01,825

Rien n'entrait ni

ne sortait d'Honolulu

474

00:19:01,859 --> 00:19:04,695

sans qu'August March ne prenne

une part du gateau.

475

00:19:04,713 --> 00:19:06,413

Son réseau

476

00:19:06,464 --> 00:19:08,799

perdura bien après

qu'il soit mis en prison

477

00:19:08,833 --> 00:19:13,504

pour avoir commandité le meurtre

de deux de ses partenaires.

478

00:19:13,538 --> 00:19:15,306

Ils ont fait l'erreur

de lui faire confiance,

479

00:19:15,340 --> 00:19:17,591

et ils ont reçu une balle pour ça.

480

00:19:17,642 --> 00:19:21,562

Cet homme

est un tueur de sang-froid.

481

00:19:21,596 --> 00:19:26,150

C'est une description très colorée, mais

loin d'être juste,

482

00:19:26,184 --> 00:19:27,518

de ce dont j'ai

483

00:19:27,552 --> 00:19:28,936

été accusé.

484

00:19:28,987 --> 00:19:32,139

Les crimes que j'ai commis

dans le passé sont juste ça.

485

00:19:32,173 --> 00:19:33,273

Le passé!

486

00:19:33,325 --> 00:19:36,410

Maintenant, je vous prierais de me laisser,

487

00:19:36,444 --> 00:19:38,829

ou je porte plainte!

488

00:19:38,863 --> 00:19:41,031

Ecoutez, la vie d'une femme

est en danger.

489

00:19:41,065 --> 00:19:44,251

Je vous demande juste un peu

de votre temps et votre aide

490

00:19:44,285 --> 00:19:47,371

concernant le contrebandier

qu'on recherche, okay?

491

00:19:47,405 --> 00:19:50,874

Je suis désolé,

mais je me suis retiré.

492

00:19:50,908 --> 00:19:52,843

J'ai été sur la touche

pendant 30 piges.

493

00:19:52,877 --> 00:19:56,180

Je suis plus dans ce

business.

494

00:19:56,214 --> 00:19:57,414

Okay, mais vous connaissez les gens

495

00:19:57,432 --> 00:19:58,749

qui y sont,

exact?

496

00:19:58,767 --> 00:20:00,083

Yeah, je les connais,

497

00:20:00,101 --> 00:20:01,635

et contrairement à vous,

498

00:20:01,686 --> 00:20:04,254

ils me prennent au mot

quand je dis que je suis out.

499

00:20:04,272 --> 00:20:06,056

Tout ce qu'on essaie de

faire est d'empêcher

500

00:20:06,090 --> 00:20:08,025

une femme innocente

de se faire tuer

501

00:20:08,059 --> 00:20:10,761

pour le vol

de quelques foutus diamants.

502

00:20:11,696 --> 00:20:13,814

A cause de diamants?

503

00:20:13,865 --> 00:20:15,932

Oui. Vous savez quelque

chose?

504

00:20:15,950 --> 00:20:18,602

Ca se peut.

505

00:20:18,620 --> 00:20:20,537

Mais si je vous aide,

506

00:20:20,572 --> 00:20:22,206

vous devez me donner votre parole

507

00:20:22,240 --> 00:20:24,041

que vous ne viendrez jamais plus

me déranger.

508

00:20:24,075 --> 00:20:28,028

Et personne ne doit savoir

que c'est ma langue qui a fourché.

509

00:20:28,946 --> 00:20:31,081

Vous avez ma parole.

510

00:20:31,115 --> 00:20:32,666

Et ben...

511

00:20:32,717 --> 00:20:34,284

Je parlais pas que de vous.

512

00:20:34,302 --> 00:20:35,636

Ecoute,

513

00:20:35,670 --> 00:20:37,638

tu me donnes les types

514

00:20:37,672 --> 00:20:39,673

qui ont tué mes hommes...

515

00:20:39,724 --> 00:20:41,058

Hhh?

516

00:20:41,092 --> 00:20:43,310

...tu ne verras plus jamais,

517

00:20:43,344 --> 00:20:45,529

jamais ma sale tronche.

518

00:20:48,016 --> 00:20:50,267

Ok. Ok, ok,ok.

519

00:20:48,016 --> 00:20:50,267

Ok. Ok, ok,ok.

520

00:20:50,301 --> 00:20:52,686

Hier, un étranger

521

00:20:52,737 --> 00:20:54,772

m'a appelé.

522

00:20:54,806 --> 00:20:58,158

Je ne sais pas qui il est,

ni qui l'a adressé à moi.

523

00:20:58,193 --> 00:21:01,278

Mais il disait qu'il

voulait recéler...

524

00:21:01,312 --> 00:21:03,247

quelques diamants.

525

00:21:03,281 --> 00:21:05,332

Ouais, euh...

526

00:21:05,366 --> 00:21:07,284

C'est, c'est le dernier

numéro là-dessus.

527

00:21:07,318 --> 00:21:09,286

Peut-être que vous pouvez

tracer le numéro.

528

00:21:09,320 --> 00:21:10,871

Ok.

529

00:21:15,276 --> 00:21:18,995

Est-ce que j'ai bien entendu que

ton nom c'est McGarrett ?

530

00:21:19,013 --> 00:21:20,330

Oui.

531

00:21:20,348 --> 00:21:23,100

Il y avait un jeune officier

du nom de McGarrett

532

00:21:23,134 --> 00:21:25,102

qui m'a transféré en

prison il y a 30 ans.

533

00:21:25,136 --> 00:21:26,286

Y a-t-il une relation ?

534

00:21:26,321 --> 00:21:28,055

Oui, c'était mon père.

535

00:21:28,106 --> 00:21:29,857

Sans blague.

536

00:21:29,891 --> 00:21:33,009

Le monde est petit.

Comment va-t-il ?

537

00:21:33,027 --> 00:21:34,678

Il est mort.

538

00:21:34,696 --> 00:21:37,481

Dommage.

Désolé d'entendre ça.

539

00:21:37,515 --> 00:21:39,283

C'était un homme bien.

540

00:21:39,317 --> 00:21:41,151

J'ai essayé de lui offrir...

541

00:21:41,185 --> 00:21:44,004

$100,000 de pot-de-vin ce jour-là.

542

00:21:44,038 --> 00:21:46,990

Une fortune à l'époque.

543

00:21:47,024 --> 00:21:48,876

Mon père n'était pas

ce genre de flic.

544

00:21:48,910 --> 00:21:51,027

Mais il y avait plein de flics

545

00:21:51,045 --> 00:21:52,212

autour de lui

546

00:21:52,247 --> 00:21:54,131

qui aurait pris cet argent,

pas vrai commissaire ?

547

00:21:54,165 --> 00:21:56,032

C'est un téléphone prépayé.

548

00:21:56,050 --> 00:21:57,200

On ne peut pas le tracer.

549

00:21:57,218 --> 00:21:58,469

Merci.

550

00:21:58,503 --> 00:22:00,003

Je suis désolé.

551

00:22:00,037 --> 00:22:01,204

J'ai essayé.

552

00:22:01,222 --> 00:22:02,840

J'aurai aimé vous aider plus.

553

00:22:02,874 --> 00:22:05,509

Hey, écoute, ce n'est pas fini.

Tu peux encore nous aider.

554

00:22:05,543 --> 00:22:07,811

Rappelle ce gars.

555

00:22:07,846 --> 00:22:09,930

Arrange un rendez-vous

et laisse-moi l'attraper.

556

00:22:09,981 --> 00:22:12,232

- Amène-le moi. Tu as juste à me l'amener.

- Non !

557

00:22:12,267 --> 00:22:14,151

- Allez.

- C'est un jeu de jeune.

558

00:22:14,185 --> 00:22:17,154

Je suis trop vieux

pour ce genre de truc.

559

00:22:17,188 --> 00:22:18,939

C'est probablement la

seule chance qu'on a

560

00:22:18,990 --> 00:22:21,692

pour ramener cette

fille saine et sauve.

561

00:22:44,599 --> 00:22:46,133

Ce gars a intérêt

à se montrer.

562

00:22:46,184 --> 00:22:48,585

L'avion atterri à New York

dans moins de quatre heures.

563

00:22:49,771 --> 00:22:51,772

Je l'ai.

564

00:22:51,806 --> 00:22:54,975

J'ai un visuel, à 10h.

Juste là. À 10:00.

565

00:22:57,612 --> 00:23:00,547

Il est fauché. La crosse d'une

arme à feu dépasse de son T-shirt.

566

00:23:00,582 --> 00:23:02,699

Si March est démasqué,

567

00:23:02,734 --> 00:23:03,951

ce gars sors son arme,

568

00:23:03,985 --> 00:23:06,153

et tous les

civiles ici sont en danger.

569

00:23:06,204 --> 00:23:07,454

Ce gars est un ancien pro.

570

00:23:07,488 --> 00:23:08,906

Il s'en sortira.

571

00:23:08,940 --> 00:23:10,541

Espérons que tu aies raison.

572

00:23:15,446 --> 00:23:16,780

August March ?

573

00:23:17,665 --> 00:23:19,216

Asseyez-vous.

574

00:23:19,250 --> 00:23:22,169

Tu rends le serveur nerveux.

575

00:23:23,504 --> 00:23:24,721

Tu es seul ?

576

00:23:24,756 --> 00:23:26,423

Parce-que si tu ne l'es pas, s'il

se passe le moindre truc,

577

00:23:26,457 --> 00:23:29,142

tu es le premier à te

faire tirer dessus.

578

00:23:30,345 --> 00:23:32,346

Détends-toi, gamin.

579

00:23:32,397 --> 00:23:34,298

Je suis ici pour

faire une affaire.

580

00:23:34,332 --> 00:23:36,299

Le seul truc qu'il va se

passer ici aujourd'hui,

581

00:23:36,317 --> 00:23:38,168

c'est que toi et moi, on

va devenir riche.

582

00:23:38,202 --> 00:23:41,638

Rappelez-vous, on attend

qu'il examine les diamants.

583

00:23:41,656 --> 00:23:43,106

C'est le signal d'arrestation.

584

00:23:43,140 --> 00:23:45,525

- C'est quand on bouge.

- Vous êtes sùr de pouvoir

585

00:23:45,577 --> 00:23:46,610

bouger ce genre de marchandise ?

586

00:23:46,644 --> 00:23:47,828

Eh, ne t'inquiète pas.

587

00:23:47,862 --> 00:23:49,746

J'ai des relations.

588

00:23:49,781 --> 00:23:51,640

Quiconque t'a envoyé

vers moi le sait.

589

00:23:51,665 --> 00:23:52,282

Bien.

590

00:23:52,283 --> 00:23:55,435

Donc, à combien s'élève la commission

pour 20 millions ?

591

00:23:57,772 --> 00:23:59,790

Bien, comme je vous

l'ai dit au téléphone,

592

00:23:59,824 --> 00:24:02,359

je ne peux pas dire sans

avoir vu la qualité

593

00:24:02,393 --> 00:24:04,428

du produit.

Vous avez apporté

594

00:24:04,462 --> 00:24:06,129

tous les diamants, comme

je vous l'avais demandé.

595

00:24:06,163 --> 00:24:08,298

Vous ne pensiez tout de même

pas que je serai assez stupide

596

00:24:08,332 --> 00:24:10,166

pour tous les amener, non ?

597

00:24:15,056 --> 00:24:16,223

Personne n'a dit que vous étiez stupide.

598

00:24:16,274 --> 00:24:17,858

Mais...

599

00:24:17,942 --> 00:24:19,309

sans tous les voir

600

00:24:19,343 --> 00:24:21,061

je ne peux pas estimer

601

00:24:21,112 --> 00:24:23,113

la qualité globale

602

00:24:23,147 --> 00:24:24,865

du produit.

603

00:24:24,899 --> 00:24:27,217

À ce que je sache,

604

00:24:27,251 --> 00:24:29,440

vous auriez pu

choisir le meilleur.

605

00:24:29,465 --> 00:24:30,237

Je ne l'ai pas fait.

606

00:24:30,238 --> 00:24:32,188

Maintenant ! On bouge !

607

00:24:33,291 --> 00:24:35,042

J'en ai 200 autres

de même qualité.

608

00:24:35,076 --> 00:24:36,526

Maintenant, combien ?

609

00:24:36,544 --> 00:24:37,694

Vous dîtes que vous

n'êtes pas stupide,

610

00:24:37,712 --> 00:24:39,713

mais ce que vous avez

gérer dernièrement,

611

00:24:39,747 --> 00:24:42,332

les choix que vous avez fait,

612

00:24:42,366 --> 00:24:43,917

je commence à le croire.

613

00:24:43,968 --> 00:24:47,421

- Pourquoi ça ?

- Tuer des flics ?

614

00:24:47,472 --> 00:24:50,974

À mon époque, on n'aurait

jamais fait ça comme ça.

615

00:24:51,009 --> 00:24:52,709

Ça attire trop l'attention.

616

00:24:52,727 --> 00:24:54,828

Comment savez-vous

pour les flics ?

617

00:25:19,587 --> 00:25:21,254

Joli tir, Fryer.

618

00:25:21,289 --> 00:25:23,073

Le problème maintenant

619

00:25:23,091 --> 00:25:24,407

c'est que notre

seule piste est mort.

620

00:25:35,298 --> 00:25:36,449

Ca va?

621

00:25:37,324 --> 00:25:39,542

Je n'aurais pas du parler.

622

00:25:39,576 --> 00:25:42,004

Je vous avais dit que

j'étais trop vieux pour ça.

623

00:25:42,005 --> 00:25:43,007

March me disait qu'il pense

624

00:25:43,008 --> 00:25:44,392

pouvoir identifier d'où viennent ces diamants.

625

00:25:44,627 --> 00:25:46,128

Ok, c'est bien. Comment?

626

00:25:46,162 --> 00:25:48,830

Chaque diamant a une marque distincte.

627

00:25:48,864 --> 00:25:51,299

Si je pouvais regarder cette pierre

628

00:25:51,334 --> 00:25:53,085

que le gars a apporté sous un microscope,

629

00:25:53,136 --> 00:25:55,337

je pourrais peut être vous en dire plus.

630

00:25:55,371 --> 00:25:57,756

Ok, bien.

Emmène M. March chez Fong,

631

00:25:57,807 --> 00:25:59,707

nous avons un microscope pour vous, ok?

632

00:25:59,725 --> 00:26:01,643

Bien, bien, bien.

633

00:26:03,596 --> 00:26:04,741

Je veux dire...

634

00:26:04,766 --> 00:26:06,366

J'ai juste fait ce que je devais faire, ok?

635

00:26:06,482 --> 00:26:08,100

Et en plus,

ce gars correspondait à la description

636

00:26:08,134 --> 00:26:09,484

du voleur, ok?

637

00:26:09,519 --> 00:26:11,319

- Ok.

- On a pu l'identifier?

638

00:26:11,354 --> 00:26:14,573

Ouais,

Et ça dit pas mal de chose.

639

00:26:14,607 --> 00:26:16,108

Ok, quoi?

640

00:26:16,159 --> 00:26:17,909

C'est Darryl Kaleo.

641

00:26:17,944 --> 00:26:21,780

Frère d'un ex-flic que

tu as arrêté l'année passée

642

00:26:21,831 --> 00:26:23,698

pour le meurtre de ton ancien partenaire.

- Je sais qui c'est.

643

00:26:23,732 --> 00:26:26,234

Sous entends-tu

qu'il est impliqué dans tout ça?

644

00:26:26,252 --> 00:26:27,786

Hey, il est capable

de tuer des policiers.

645

00:26:27,837 --> 00:26:29,588

- Il est aussi en prison.

- C'est vrai.

646

00:26:29,622 --> 00:26:31,072

Il y est pour toute sa vie.

647

00:26:31,090 --> 00:26:32,541

Ca ne veut pas dire

qu'il n'est pas derrière tout ça.

648

00:26:32,575 --> 00:26:34,376

Tu penses qu'il a orchestré tout ça?

649

00:26:34,410 --> 00:26:36,962

Depuis la prison? Pourquoi?

Il aidait simplement son frère?

650

00:26:37,013 --> 00:26:37,725

Ça n'a pas de sens.

651

00:26:37,750 --> 00:26:39,334

Pourquoi on ne lui rendrait pas

visite pour le découvrir?

652

00:26:39,549 --> 00:26:41,850

Il est facile à trouver.

653

00:26:46,022 --> 00:26:49,007

La vie est belle ici

654

00:26:49,041 --> 00:26:50,809

dans l'aile des détentions protégées, pas vrai?

655

00:26:50,860 --> 00:26:52,944

L'un des avantages à être un flic.

656

00:26:52,979 --> 00:26:54,212

Ex-flic.

657

00:26:54,247 --> 00:26:55,714

Tu devrais être

en train de te promener

658

00:26:55,748 --> 00:26:57,816

avec tout ces voyous,

et tu le sais bien.

659

00:26:57,867 --> 00:27:01,069

Mon boulot précédent

fait de moi une cible.

660

00:27:01,103 --> 00:27:02,937

Il y a une raison pour que vous

661

00:27:02,955 --> 00:27:05,773

fouillez ma cellule ou

je vous ai simplement manqué?

662

00:27:06,542 --> 00:27:07,876

Vous n'avez pas

663

00:27:07,910 --> 00:27:09,411

le droit de fouiller.

664

00:27:09,445 --> 00:27:11,213

- C'est du harcèlement.

-Tu es en prison.

665

00:27:11,247 --> 00:27:15,000

Succeptible d'être fouillé n'importe où,

n'importe quand.

666

00:27:15,051 --> 00:27:17,636

Pourquoi êtes vous ici?

Je sais que vous cherchez quelque chose.

667

00:27:17,670 --> 00:27:20,138

A quoi beau mentir?

668

00:27:20,173 --> 00:27:21,673

D'accord.

669

00:27:21,724 --> 00:27:23,642

Je vais me prêter au jeu.

670

00:27:23,676 --> 00:27:24,759

Ton frère...

671

00:27:24,793 --> 00:27:27,262

il a volé quelque chose dans un fourgon,

il a tué 2 policiers.

672

00:27:27,296 --> 00:27:28,680

Tu sais déjà tout ça,

673

00:27:28,714 --> 00:27:29,981

n'est ce pas?

674

00:27:30,016 --> 00:27:31,066

Ecoute, Kaleo,

675

00:27:31,100 --> 00:27:32,984

on sait que tu as aidé

à mettre tout ça en place,

676

00:27:33,019 --> 00:27:35,654

et nous sommes là pour le prouver

et c'est ce qu'on va faire.

677

00:27:35,688 --> 00:27:37,606

Soyez les bienvenus.

678

00:27:37,640 --> 00:27:39,407

Tu sais Williams...

679

00:27:39,442 --> 00:27:41,159

Quoi?

Quand tu as parlé

680

00:27:41,194 --> 00:27:45,647

de mon frère ça m'a rendu

nostalgique à propos de la famille.

681

00:27:45,665 --> 00:27:47,148

Tu as un enfant, pas vrai?

682

00:27:47,166 --> 00:27:49,984

Comment va-t-elle?

683

00:27:50,002 --> 00:27:53,004

Ma fille va bien.

684

00:27:53,039 --> 00:27:54,623

Merci.

685

00:27:54,657 --> 00:27:57,008

Ton frère Darryl, d'un autre côté

686

00:27:57,043 --> 00:28:00,011

il ne va pas très bien.

Il est mort.

687

00:28:00,046 --> 00:28:02,197

Hey.

688

00:28:02,231 --> 00:28:04,916

Regarde ce qu'on a là.

689

00:28:07,937 --> 00:28:09,554

Téléphone portable.

690

00:28:09,605 --> 00:28:12,357

C'est vous qui l'avez mis.

Ce n'est pas à moi.

691

00:28:12,391 --> 00:28:14,759

Je suis sûr que

tes empreintes seront partout.

692

00:28:14,794 --> 00:28:16,528

Alors dis moi...

693

00:28:16,562 --> 00:28:18,897

c'est comme ça que tu as planifié

l'attaque du fourgon?

694

00:28:18,948 --> 00:28:20,181

C'est ça, n'est ce pas?

695

00:28:20,199 --> 00:28:23,851

Si vous avez des questions,

posez les à mon avocat.

696

00:28:23,869 --> 00:28:25,337

Ok, pas de problème.

697

00:28:25,371 --> 00:28:27,021

Ecoutes, um, ...

698

00:28:27,039 --> 00:28:29,574

tu sais, la dernière fois que je t'ai vu...

699

00:28:29,625 --> 00:28:32,327

je t'ai cassé quelques os

du visage, pas vrai?

700

00:28:32,361 --> 00:28:34,195

Tu mentionnes

encore une fois ma fille...

701

00:28:34,213 --> 00:28:36,531

Je te promets que je reviendrais ici,

702

00:28:36,549 --> 00:28:39,334

et je briserais tous

les os du corps, d'accord?

703

00:28:39,368 --> 00:28:41,720

Tu as compris?

704

00:28:41,754 --> 00:28:43,838

Remettez le dans sa cage.

705

00:28:52,515 --> 00:28:55,600

Intéressant.

706

00:28:56,719 --> 00:28:59,104

Ça explique

707

00:28:59,155 --> 00:29:01,723

pourquoi ces diamants

n'ont jamais été signalés volés.

708

00:29:01,741 --> 00:29:03,858

En me basant sur la qualité,

709

00:29:03,892 --> 00:29:05,744

je dirais...

710

00:29:05,778 --> 00:29:07,829

que ces pierres viennent de

711

00:29:07,863 --> 00:29:09,781

la République du Libéria.

712

00:29:09,832 --> 00:29:12,400

Vous êtes sur?

Les choses changent.

713

00:29:12,418 --> 00:29:13,730

vous avez été enfermé pendant 30 ans.

714

00:29:13,731 --> 00:29:16,705

30 ans, 13 millions d'années,

c'est un allotrope

715

00:29:16,706 --> 00:29:18,906

de carbone formé à haute pression

716

00:29:18,924 --> 00:29:21,376

et à hautes températures.

717

00:29:21,410 --> 00:29:23,428

Ça ne change jamais.

718

00:29:23,462 --> 00:29:25,130

Cette pierre, ma chère,

719

00:29:25,181 --> 00:29:26,581

vient d'Afrique.

720

00:29:26,599 --> 00:29:29,884

Ce qui m'ammène à croire

que c'est probablement...

721

00:29:29,918 --> 00:29:31,853

un diamant de la guerre.

722

00:29:31,887 --> 00:29:33,421

Les diamants du sang...

723

00:29:33,439 --> 00:29:36,224

vendus au marché noir,

724

00:29:36,258 --> 00:29:38,026

et utilisés pour financer

les guerres civiles

725

00:29:38,060 --> 00:29:40,428

et les génocides sur les côtes africaines.

726

00:29:40,446 --> 00:29:43,264

Vous avez déjà fait des affaires

avec des gens du Libéria?

727

00:29:43,282 --> 00:29:44,366

Non, non.

728

00:29:44,400 --> 00:29:45,767

Mais...

729

00:29:45,785 --> 00:29:48,870

Je connais le milieu.

730

00:29:48,904 --> 00:29:52,273

Le jeu ne change jamais.

731

00:29:52,291 --> 00:29:54,376

Seul les joueurs changent.

732

00:29:54,410 --> 00:29:55,710

Bien, alors ça expliquerait

733

00:29:55,745 --> 00:29:58,463

l'accent du ravisseur.

- Exactement.

734

00:29:58,497 --> 00:30:00,749

Et c'est pourquoi, si j'étais vous,

735

00:30:00,783 --> 00:30:03,918

j'interrogerais les libériens ici

avec des visas temporaires.

736

00:30:03,952 --> 00:30:05,286

D'accord.

737

00:30:05,304 --> 00:30:08,223

Nous apprécions vraiment votre aide.

738

00:30:08,257 --> 00:30:10,592

Ça nous donne au moins

une idée de qui retient Angela.

739

00:30:10,626 --> 00:30:11,676

Je vous souhaite bonne chance.

740

00:30:11,727 --> 00:30:15,313

Et appelez moi quand vous voulez.

741

00:30:17,316 --> 00:30:18,733

M. March.

742

00:30:20,686 --> 00:30:23,271

Je vais devoir récupérer ce diamant.

743

00:30:23,305 --> 00:30:25,139

Le diamant?!

744

00:30:30,830 --> 00:30:33,981

Nous y voilà.

745

00:30:33,999 --> 00:30:36,634

On ne peut pas

m'en vouloir d'avoir essayé.

746

00:30:39,288 --> 00:30:41,656

Tous les appels sortants

747

00:30:41,674 --> 00:30:44,075

du portable de Kaleo

sont destinés à son frère Darryl...

748

00:30:44,110 --> 00:30:46,093

à l'exception de celui là.

749

00:30:46,128 --> 00:30:47,262

Ok, et il a été passé à qui?

750

00:30:47,296 --> 00:30:48,496

A l'agence de sécurité

dans les transports.

751

00:30:48,530 --> 00:30:50,965

Hey, regarde l'heure

à laquelle il a été passé.

752

00:30:50,999 --> 00:30:52,884

30 minutes avant

que Mary ne soit arrêtée.

753

00:30:52,918 --> 00:30:55,353

Donc Kaleo a passé

le coup de fil qui a fait arrêter Mary

754

00:30:55,388 --> 00:30:57,472

et fait saisir les diamants.

755

00:30:57,506 --> 00:30:59,173

Il lui a donné la description du fourgon,

756

00:30:59,191 --> 00:31:01,025

la route, pour qu'ils puissent l'attaquer.

757

00:31:01,060 --> 00:31:03,111

Mais la partie du puzzle que

nous n'avons pas, c'est comment ils ont su

758

00:31:03,145 --> 00:31:04,612

pour l'opération

de contrebande des libériens.

759

00:31:04,647 --> 00:31:06,514

J'ai joint l'agence de sécurité

dans les transports.

760

00:31:06,532 --> 00:31:08,783

J'ai une liste de tous les libériens

761

00:31:08,818 --> 00:31:10,452

qui sont sur l'île

762

00:31:10,486 --> 00:31:12,287

avec des visas temporaires.

763

00:31:12,321 --> 00:31:13,671

Elle n'est pas très longue.

764

00:31:13,706 --> 00:31:15,707

C'est lui.

765

00:31:15,741 --> 00:31:16,908

En bas à gauche.

766

00:31:16,942 --> 00:31:18,493

C'est le type qui a kidnappé Angela.

767

00:31:19,528 --> 00:31:22,380

Jordan Nevins.

768

00:31:22,415 --> 00:31:24,632

Il est arrivé sur l'île il y a trois jours.

769

00:31:24,667 --> 00:31:26,501

Ok, bien,

770

00:31:26,535 --> 00:31:28,837

on dirait qu'il n'a pas menti

sur le formulaire d'entrée de la TSA.

771

00:31:28,871 --> 00:31:30,839

On vient de me confirmer

qu'il est dans la suite du penthouse.

772

00:31:30,873 --> 00:31:32,707

Allons lui rendre visite.

773

00:31:32,725 --> 00:31:33,875

Whoa, whoa, whoa!

774

00:31:33,893 --> 00:31:35,527

Whoa, whoa!

775

00:31:35,561 --> 00:31:36,711

Qu'est ce que tu fais?

776

00:31:36,729 --> 00:31:38,346

Je vais prendre mon gilet.

777

00:31:38,380 --> 00:31:39,731

Non, je vais prendre ton...

Uh, chin?

778

00:31:39,765 --> 00:31:41,549

Aide le avec le truc.

Hey, hey, Steve,

779

00:31:41,567 --> 00:31:43,034

viens ici une seconde.

780

00:31:43,068 --> 00:31:45,036

De quoi tu parles?

781

00:31:48,908 --> 00:31:49,991

Qu'est ce que c'est?

782

00:31:50,025 --> 00:31:51,192

C'était ton gateau d'anniversaire.

783

00:31:51,226 --> 00:31:53,244

Je devais le déposer au bureau.

784

00:31:53,279 --> 00:31:55,396

J'ai été distrait par l'affaire.

785

00:31:55,414 --> 00:31:56,414

C'est pour ça

786

00:31:56,449 --> 00:31:57,415

que vous avez arrêtez de parler

787

00:31:57,450 --> 00:31:58,950

quand je suis arrivé au bureau ce matin?

788

00:31:59,001 --> 00:32:01,786

Ouais. Comme d'habitude,

tu as trouvé un moyen de tout gâcher.

789

00:32:01,837 --> 00:32:02,987

Merci.

790

00:32:09,428 --> 00:32:11,746

C'est à la crème au beurre.

791

00:32:11,764 --> 00:32:14,666

La crème au beurre,

c'est ma préféré.

792

00:32:16,802 --> 00:32:17,902

On entre!

793

00:32:17,937 --> 00:32:18,853

Hey, hey!

794

00:32:18,888 --> 00:32:20,755

Je tiens Jordan.

Continuez à inspecter.

795

00:32:28,096 --> 00:32:30,532

Rien à signaler.

796

00:32:30,566 --> 00:32:32,317

Rien dans la chambre,

pas de fille.

797

00:32:32,368 --> 00:32:33,735

Très bien, où est Angela?

798

00:32:33,769 --> 00:32:35,102

Je ne sais pas...

799

00:32:35,120 --> 00:32:36,237

Hey! Où est Angela?

800

00:32:36,271 --> 00:32:38,790

Je ne sais pas de quoi vous parler.

801

00:32:38,824 --> 00:32:42,076

D'accord, on va voir ça.

802

00:32:47,363 --> 00:32:49,531

Je suis un citoyen du Libéria.

803

00:32:49,565 --> 00:32:51,199

Si vous posez un doigt sur moi,

804

00:32:51,233 --> 00:32:53,285

mon consulat s'occupera de votre...

805

00:32:53,336 --> 00:32:54,619

C'est une bonne idée.

806

00:32:54,670 --> 00:32:56,371

Et après, je pourrais

dire à vos patrons

807

00:32:56,405 --> 00:32:58,373

que vous avez perdu

leur chargement de diamants.

808

00:32:59,842 --> 00:33:03,211

Vous avez saisi des diamants?

809

00:33:03,245 --> 00:33:05,263

Ça te dit quelque chose?

810

00:33:05,298 --> 00:33:07,382

Ça me prendra moins d'une heure

811

00:33:07,416 --> 00:33:09,250

pour le dire à la presse

812

00:33:09,268 --> 00:33:12,604

et annoncer la saisie

de 20 millions de diamants de guerre

813

00:33:12,638 --> 00:33:13,889

Vous savez, c'est marrant,

814

00:33:13,923 --> 00:33:15,223

il y a quelque chose

dans votre gestuelle

815

00:33:15,257 --> 00:33:18,593

qui me dit que si la presse l'annonce,

816

00:33:18,611 --> 00:33:20,445

vous allez vous sentir

plus en sécurité ici avec nous

817

00:33:20,480 --> 00:33:22,347

que dehors dans la rue.

818

00:33:25,100 --> 00:33:26,935

Si je vous dis tout,

819

00:33:26,953 --> 00:33:28,453

vous devrez me protéger

820

00:33:28,488 --> 00:33:32,541

et me promettre

de ne pas m'expulser.

821

00:33:32,575 --> 00:33:34,960

Je suis un homme mort

si vous me renvoyé au Libéria.

822

00:33:34,994 --> 00:33:35,911

Ça marche.

823

00:33:35,945 --> 00:33:37,462

Où est la fille?

824

00:33:37,497 --> 00:33:38,914

J'en ai aucune idée.

825

00:33:38,948 --> 00:33:41,166

Apres notre petit jeu à l'hotel,

826

00:33:41,217 --> 00:33:43,084

On s'est séparé.

827

00:33:44,170 --> 00:33:47,138

De quoi vous parler,

"votre petit jeu"?

828

00:33:47,640 --> 00:33:49,174

Angela a simulé

son propre kidnapping?

829

00:33:49,209 --> 00:33:51,310

On avait pas le choix.

830

00:33:51,361 --> 00:33:53,395

Angela a été évincé du vol

831

00:33:53,429 --> 00:33:55,029

à la dernière minute.

832

00:33:55,047 --> 00:33:56,515

Laissez moi deviner,

vous avez déjà dit

833

00:33:56,566 --> 00:33:58,850

aux gens de New York que

les diamants étaient à bord de l'avion.

834

00:33:58,901 --> 00:34:00,318

Je suis un facilitateur.

835

00:34:00,353 --> 00:34:02,270

Je suis payé pour livrer

836

00:34:02,304 --> 00:34:05,974

le produit à l'acheteur

à une date et heure spécifique.

837

00:34:05,992 --> 00:34:07,742

Et si ça ne se passe pas comme prévu...

838

00:34:07,777 --> 00:34:09,611

Les gens comme vous, sont tués.

839

00:34:09,645 --> 00:34:11,947

Ils ont dû

840

00:34:11,981 --> 00:34:14,315

utiliser une autre fille pour

faire la livraison comme prévue.

841

00:34:15,985 --> 00:34:20,255

L'autre fille était ma soeur.

842

00:34:20,289 --> 00:34:21,990

Vous le saviez?

843

00:34:22,008 --> 00:34:23,174

C'était l'idée d'Angela

844

00:34:23,259 --> 00:34:25,794

de l'effrayer en faisant celà.

845

00:34:28,681 --> 00:34:30,048

Donc, Angela et vous

846

00:34:30,099 --> 00:34:31,266

avez déjà travaillé ensemble par le passé?

847

00:34:31,300 --> 00:34:32,500

Oui.

848

00:34:32,518 --> 00:34:34,836

Elle a fait plusieurs passages

pour mois ces derniers mois,

849

00:34:34,854 --> 00:34:36,521

mais rien d'aussi important.

850

00:34:36,556 --> 00:34:38,723

C'est la première fois pour tous les deux.

851

00:34:38,774 --> 00:34:42,761

Vous vous êtes fait avoir.

852

00:34:44,330 --> 00:34:45,364

Angela a probablement piégé Mary,

853

00:34:45,415 --> 00:34:46,698

et quand les diamants ne seront pas livrés,

854

00:34:46,749 --> 00:34:47,749

elle ne sera pas mise en cause.

855

00:34:47,784 --> 00:34:50,001

Alors que vous et ma soeur si.

856

00:34:50,036 --> 00:34:51,586

Non...

857

00:34:51,604 --> 00:34:55,424

Je doute que Angela veuille...

me doubler.

858

00:34:55,458 --> 00:34:56,842

Elle n'est pas assez intelligente

859

00:34:56,876 --> 00:34:59,494

pour venir avec quelque chose,

comme si ça lui appartenait.

860

00:35:00,980 --> 00:35:02,832

Peut être qu'elle a trouvé

quelqu'un de ce genre.

861

00:35:03,666 --> 00:35:05,166

Alors, quel était le plan?

862

00:35:05,200 --> 00:35:06,217

Vous alliez utiliser

863

00:35:06,252 --> 00:35:08,303

votre part du magot

pour faire appel?

864

00:35:08,337 --> 00:35:10,255

- Soudoyer un juge?

- Quoi?

865

00:35:10,306 --> 00:35:11,706

Ça valait le coup.

866

00:35:11,724 --> 00:35:13,141

D'accord.

867

00:35:13,175 --> 00:35:14,276

Où est Angela?

868

00:35:14,310 --> 00:35:15,394

Elle est dans le vent.

869

00:35:15,445 --> 00:35:17,112

Quant à l'endroit où elle atterit,

870

00:35:17,146 --> 00:35:18,980

votre supposition est

aussi bonne que la mienne.

871

00:35:19,014 --> 00:35:20,282

D'accord,

872

00:35:20,316 --> 00:35:21,983

comment a-t-elle

pris contact avec Darryl?

873

00:35:22,018 --> 00:35:23,184

C'est son ex-petite amie.

874

00:35:23,218 --> 00:35:24,719

Elle est venue le voir avec l'opportunité

875

00:35:24,737 --> 00:35:27,055

de faire un gros coup.

876

00:35:27,073 --> 00:35:29,157

Elle n'a juste pas voulu

se faire tuer en le faisant.

877

00:35:29,191 --> 00:35:31,743

Et ton frère s'est tourné

vers toi pour avoir des conseils?

878

00:35:31,777 --> 00:35:32,761

Des conseils?

879

00:35:32,795 --> 00:35:34,529

Je suppose qu'on peut dire ça.

880

00:35:34,563 --> 00:35:38,399

J'ai juste trouvé un moyen

pour elle et mon frère de devenir riche.

881

00:35:40,402 --> 00:35:42,287

Très bien,

je vais donc vous accuser

882

00:35:42,338 --> 00:35:44,089

de la mort de ces deux policiers.

883

00:35:44,123 --> 00:35:46,574

Ce que vous avez dit,

en plus du téléphone

884

00:35:46,592 --> 00:35:47,826

nous donne assez,

même plus qu'assez

885

00:35:47,860 --> 00:35:49,711

pour prouver que

vous avez tout orchestré.

886

00:35:50,596 --> 00:35:52,714

Je fais perpétuité,

887

00:35:52,748 --> 00:35:55,133

et il n'y a pas de

peine de mort ici à Hawaii.

888

00:35:55,184 --> 00:35:57,218

Désolé de vous décevoir,

889

00:35:57,252 --> 00:35:59,938

mais une autre affaire

ne fera pas de différence pour moi.

890

00:35:59,972 --> 00:36:00,805

C'est peut être vrai,

891

00:36:00,856 --> 00:36:01,940

mais depuis que tu as tué

892

00:36:01,974 --> 00:36:03,308

deux autre policiers,

893

00:36:03,359 --> 00:36:06,227

tu as perdu le droit

d'être en détention protégée.

894

00:36:06,261 --> 00:36:07,929

C'est pas vrai?

895

00:36:08,748 --> 00:36:10,431

Si, c'est vrai.

896

00:36:10,449 --> 00:36:12,867

Et... crois moi,

897

00:36:12,902 --> 00:36:14,653

quand tu rencontreras

ton nouveau codétenu,

898

00:36:14,704 --> 00:36:17,288

la vie va devenir très intéressante.

899

00:36:17,323 --> 00:36:19,407

Attendez,

vous ne pouvez pas faire ça.

900

00:36:19,441 --> 00:36:21,026

Si je peux, je viens de le faire.

901

00:36:22,495 --> 00:36:24,846

Lève toi.

902

00:36:27,750 --> 00:36:29,100

Tourne toi, Sunshine.

903

00:36:30,169 --> 00:36:31,452

Attachez le.

904

00:36:36,792 --> 00:36:40,428

Hey...

Un condamné a mort s'approche.

905

00:37:15,414 --> 00:37:17,832

Je me sens si stupide.

906

00:37:17,850 --> 00:37:19,768

Mary, ça peut arriver

à chacun d'entre nous.

907

00:37:19,802 --> 00:37:22,437

Je veux dire, les gens à qui on pense

faire confiance nous mentent.

908

00:37:22,471 --> 00:37:24,739

Je sais, mais je pensais

que c'était mon amie.

909

00:37:26,609 --> 00:37:28,676

Ecoute, Angela va refaire surface.

910

00:37:28,694 --> 00:37:31,345

Elle va essayer de faire

estimer ces diamants.

911

00:37:31,363 --> 00:37:33,198

Et quand elle le fera,

Interpol et le FBI

912

00:37:33,232 --> 00:37:34,449

seront là pour elle.

913

00:37:34,483 --> 00:37:36,201

Ce n'est qu'une

question de temps, Mary.

914

00:37:36,235 --> 00:37:38,536

Elle est sur toutes les listes du pays.

915

00:37:43,576 --> 00:37:45,076

Très bien, et maintenant?

916

00:37:45,127 --> 00:37:46,411

Et moi?

917

00:37:46,462 --> 00:37:47,629

Tu passes à autre chose.

918

00:37:47,663 --> 00:37:48,880

Reprends toi.

919

00:37:48,914 --> 00:37:50,582

Apprends de tes erreurs.

920

00:37:52,668 --> 00:37:55,203

Honnêtement,

je ne sais pas quoi faire.

921

00:37:55,221 --> 00:37:57,371

J'aimais ce travail.

922

00:37:57,389 --> 00:38:00,008

Tu sais, j'avais finallement la sensation

923

00:38:00,042 --> 00:38:02,427

d'entamer un nouveau

chapitre de ma vie.

924

00:38:02,478 --> 00:38:04,979

Eh bien, tu seras

contente de savoir

925

00:38:05,014 --> 00:38:06,881

que ce chapitre

est encore ouvert pour toi.

926

00:38:06,899 --> 00:38:08,650

Que veux-tu dire?

927

00:38:08,684 --> 00:38:11,186

J'ai parlé à la compagnie aérienne.

928

00:38:11,220 --> 00:38:12,887

Ils savent que tu es

une victime dans cette affaire.

929

00:38:12,905 --> 00:38:14,388

Ton travail est disponible si tu le veux.

930

00:38:14,406 --> 00:38:16,357

C'est vrai?

931

00:38:16,392 --> 00:38:17,575

Ouais.

932

00:38:17,610 --> 00:38:18,860

Vraiment?

933

00:38:18,894 --> 00:38:20,445

Ouais, vraiment.

934

00:38:20,479 --> 00:38:21,780

Merci.

935

00:38:21,831 --> 00:38:23,397

De rien.

936

00:38:25,835 --> 00:38:28,569

Je suis désolée.

937

00:38:28,587 --> 00:38:30,571

Okay.

938

00:38:30,589 --> 00:38:33,124

Si vous avez fini

de partager vos émotions,

939

00:38:33,175 --> 00:38:37,011

j'ai quelque chose à te montrer,

si tu as une minute.

940

00:38:37,897 --> 00:38:40,715

Joyeux anniversaire

941

00:38:40,749 --> 00:38:42,801

Cha cha cha

942

00:38:42,852 --> 00:38:46,437

Joyeux anniversaire

943

00:38:46,472 --> 00:38:47,639

Cha cha cha

944

00:38:47,690 --> 00:38:50,758

Joyeux anniversaire

945

00:38:50,776 --> 00:38:53,928

Big Kahuna

946

00:38:53,946 --> 00:38:58,883

Joyeux anniversaire

947

00:39:03,355 --> 00:39:04,939

C'est un super gâteau.

948

00:39:06,125 --> 00:39:08,026

On voulait te sauter dessus

et crier "surprise",

949

00:39:08,060 --> 00:39:09,627

mais on s'est dit...

quelle est l'utilité?

950

00:39:10,713 --> 00:39:12,247

Eh bien, vous ne devriez

jamais surprendre un homme

951

00:39:12,281 --> 00:39:13,915

qui est armé et qui a suivit

952

00:39:13,949 --> 00:39:14,999

des entrainements au combat.

953

00:39:15,050 --> 00:39:16,801

Ah, c'est bon de le savoir.

954

00:39:16,836 --> 00:39:19,053

Je me souviendrais de ça aussi.

955

00:39:20,055 --> 00:39:21,506

Et voilà

956

00:39:21,557 --> 00:39:23,424

- mon grand.

- Joyeux anniversaire, mon pote.

957

00:39:23,459 --> 00:39:25,310

Merci.

958

00:39:25,344 --> 00:39:26,460

Les gars, écoutez, je pense

959

00:39:26,478 --> 00:39:28,012

que nous devrions

nous rendre à l'évidence,

960

00:39:28,063 --> 00:39:30,682

ce n'est pas si facile de me surprendre.

961

00:39:30,733 --> 00:39:32,016

Vous savez?

962

00:39:40,643 --> 00:39:41,910

Surprise!

963

00:39:45,080 --> 00:39:46,397

Meilleur que

la crème au beurre pas vrai?

964

00:39:48,651 --> 00:39:50,034

Non, ça va merci.

965

00:39:50,085 --> 00:39:52,203

D'accord.

966

00:39:54,456 --> 00:39:57,625

Je n'ai jamais entendu

un truc comme ça avant.

967

00:39:57,659 --> 00:39:59,961

Ils ont dit gâteau salé,

j'ai répondu "c'est quoi je plan"?

968

00:40:20,065 --> 00:40:23,067

Je suis enchanté que

tu ais pris contact avec moi, Angela.

969

00:40:23,118 --> 00:40:24,652

Je n'avais pas vraiment le choix.

970

00:40:24,686 --> 00:40:26,905

Mais avec votre aide,

à vrai dire, ça a mieux marché

971

00:40:26,989 --> 00:40:28,289

que ce que j'espérais.

972

00:40:28,324 --> 00:40:29,824

Vos diamants.

973

00:40:29,858 --> 00:40:31,542

C'était un plaisir.

974

00:40:31,577 --> 00:40:34,629

Oh, croyez moi,

tout le plaisir était pour moi.

975

00:40:36,048 --> 00:40:37,832

Mais il y a encore une chose

que vous devez apprendre

976

00:40:37,866 --> 00:40:40,885

à propos de ce genre d'affaire.

977

00:40:41,570 --> 00:40:43,087

a rival group trying

171

00:06:43,047 --> 00:06:44,298

to put the competition

out of business.

172

00:06:44,332 --> 00:06:46,216

All right, listen,

as a professional courtesy,

173

00:06:46,251 --> 00:06:48,318

I'd like to speak

to my sister in private.

174

00:07:07,222 --> 00:07:09,857

What the hell happened?

175

00:07:11,826 --> 00:07:14,278

I went straight to my hotel

when I left you guys,

176

00:07:14,329 --> 00:07:16,446

and there was a man in my room

with a gun.

177

00:07:17,365 --> 00:07:18,782

Okay.

178

00:07:18,833 --> 00:07:21,118

Have you ever seen

this guy before?

179

00:07:21,169 --> 00:07:22,753

No. Don't think so.

180

00:07:22,787 --> 00:07:24,171

- You don't think so?

- No, I-I know so.

181

00:07:24,205 --> 00:07:26,840

I've never seen him before.

You believe me, right?

182

00:07:26,875 --> 00:07:28,675

Of course, I believe you.

Mary, just slow down.

183

00:07:28,710 --> 00:07:30,911

And tell me how you

got away from this guy

184

00:07:30,929 --> 00:07:33,079

and how you ended up

with these diamonds.

185

00:07:33,097 --> 00:07:34,181

I didn't get away.

186

00:07:34,215 --> 00:07:35,215

He taped the diamonds to me,

187

00:07:35,249 --> 00:07:36,600

and he told me

that Angela's dead

188

00:07:36,634 --> 00:07:39,219

if I don't do

exactly what he says.

189

00:07:39,253 --> 00:07:40,470

Okay, who's Angela?

190

00:07:40,522 --> 00:07:42,422

I told you

about her, didn't I?

191

00:07:42,440 --> 00:07:44,057

I don't... maybe.

Just tell me again.

192

00:07:44,091 --> 00:07:45,943

We work together

as flight attendants.

193

00:07:45,977 --> 00:07:47,928

We came from New York together.

Okay, so she was

194

00:07:47,946 --> 00:07:49,479

your friend before this?

Yes.

195

00:07:49,531 --> 00:07:53,183

We met at yoga class,

like, three months ago.

196

00:07:53,218 --> 00:07:56,153

I mean, she's really, like, the

only real friend that I have.

197

00:07:56,204 --> 00:07:58,121

She helped me get this job.

198

00:08:00,825 --> 00:08:01,959

Steve, I really screwed up.

199

00:08:01,993 --> 00:08:03,377

If I'm not

on that plane

200

00:08:03,411 --> 00:08:05,445

when it lands,

she's going to be killed.

201

00:08:05,463 --> 00:08:06,930

Listen, Mary,

just take a deep breath,

202

00:08:06,965 --> 00:08:09,950

okay, and calm

down, all right?

203

00:08:09,968 --> 00:08:11,284

Now, tell me everything you know

204

00:08:11,302 --> 00:08:12,886

about this guy

who took your friend.

205

00:08:12,921 --> 00:08:15,255

That's the thing, is I don't

know anything about him,

206

00:08:15,289 --> 00:08:16,840

but he knew everything about me.

207

00:08:16,891 --> 00:08:18,291

He was in my room waiting.

208

00:08:18,309 --> 00:08:20,427

Okay, well, can you describe

this guy to me?

209

00:08:20,461 --> 00:08:21,628

Yeah. He was tall.

210

00:08:21,646 --> 00:08:22,646

He had dark skin.

211

00:08:22,680 --> 00:08:23,797

He had a deep voice.

212

00:08:23,815 --> 00:08:24,965

He had an accent.

213

00:08:24,983 --> 00:08:26,817

Wasn't European,

but similar.

214

00:08:26,851 --> 00:08:28,435

You're positive

you've never

215

00:08:28,469 --> 00:08:29,803

seen him before?

Yes, I'm positive.

216

00:08:29,821 --> 00:08:31,321

I've never seen him, okay?

217

00:08:31,356 --> 00:08:32,739

Why do you keep asking me that?

218

00:08:32,774 --> 00:08:34,191

Because it's not

adding up, Mary.

219

00:08:34,242 --> 00:08:36,493

You understand? Like, I'm trying

to put this thing together,

220

00:08:36,527 --> 00:08:38,078

but it doesn't... it

doesn't make sense to me.

221

00:08:38,112 --> 00:08:39,145

Like, why would

they take you?

222

00:08:39,163 --> 00:08:40,914

Okay, and why

would you not call me

223

00:08:40,949 --> 00:08:42,499

the minute

you got away from him?

224

00:08:42,533 --> 00:08:44,818

'Cause I was terrified.

225

00:08:46,504 --> 00:08:47,955

I still am, Steve.

226

00:08:47,989 --> 00:08:50,824

He took a picture of me

on his cell phone,

227

00:08:50,842 --> 00:08:53,760

and he told me that he's

going to text his partner,

228

00:08:53,795 --> 00:08:55,596

and that when I land,

229

00:08:55,630 --> 00:08:58,265

this guy's going to text me

instructions.

230

00:08:58,299 --> 00:09:00,267

He did that to keep you scared

and cooperating, you understand?

231

00:09:00,301 --> 00:09:02,970

Well, it's working.

232

00:09:03,888 --> 00:09:05,973

I can't believe

233

00:09:06,007 --> 00:09:07,441

I'm in this mess now.

234

00:09:07,475 --> 00:09:10,444

Steve, if I'm not on that plane

in nine hours with the diamonds,

235

00:09:10,478 --> 00:09:12,345

Angela's going to be killed.

236

00:09:14,198 --> 00:09:15,782

That's not

going to happen, Mary.

237

00:09:15,817 --> 00:09:17,317

Because that plane took off

half an hour ago.

238

00:09:17,351 --> 00:09:18,368

You understand?

239

00:09:18,403 --> 00:09:20,037

Which means we got

240

00:09:20,071 --> 00:09:23,189

nine hours to save your friend.

241

00:09:28,963 --> 00:09:30,814

We'll find her, Mary, all right?

242

00:09:33,835 --> 00:09:35,802

Hey. We'll find her.

243

00:09:35,837 --> 00:09:37,971

Okay?

244

00:09:45,900 --> 00:09:47,356

We need to find

this Angela.

245

00:09:47,357 --> 00:09:49,934

- Yes. If there really is an Angela.

- Danny, she's my sister.

246

00:09:49,934 --> 00:09:51,401

I think I'd know

if she was lying.

247

00:09:51,426 --> 00:09:52,510

Okay.

248

00:09:52,841 --> 00:09:54,392

All right,

what are you getting at?

249

00:09:54,425 --> 00:09:56,393

Listen to me.

I thought I knew my brother--

250

00:09:56,428 --> 00:09:57,995

right?-- and he

lied to me,

251

00:09:58,030 --> 00:09:59,880

and now he's on

the FBI Most Wanted list.

252

00:09:59,898 --> 00:10:01,182

No offense,

but I think I'm

253

00:10:01,216 --> 00:10:03,067

a little closer to my sister

than you were to your brother.

254

00:10:03,101 --> 00:10:05,553

Okay, so then you know

she was arrested

255

00:10:05,571 --> 00:10:07,555

two months ago

for drunk driving?

256

00:10:07,589 --> 00:10:10,074

Wait a minute.

You ran background on my sister?

257

00:10:10,108 --> 00:10:11,442

No, I didn't run

background

258

00:10:11,493 --> 00:10:13,027

on your sister;

TSA did,

259

00:10:13,061 --> 00:10:14,445

and I am relaying information.

260

00:10:14,496 --> 00:10:15,663

Okay, well,

holding back the fact

261

00:10:15,697 --> 00:10:16,948

that she got arrested

two months ago

262

00:10:16,999 --> 00:10:18,732

does not mean that she's lying

to us today.

263

00:10:18,750 --> 00:10:20,251

I'm not saying she's lying,

264

00:10:20,285 --> 00:10:22,336

maybe just not telling us

the full story.

265

00:10:22,371 --> 00:10:24,738

Okay, look, we're going to check

that hotel room,

266

00:10:24,756 --> 00:10:26,057

then we're going to know more.

267

00:10:26,091 --> 00:10:27,466

Until then,

I'm going on the assumption

268

00:10:27,466 --> 00:10:28,783

that she's telling me the truth.

269

00:10:28,851 --> 00:10:30,185

Okay.

270

00:10:37,519 --> 00:10:39,020

Hey.

271

00:10:39,054 --> 00:10:42,223

Hey. So the room hasn't been

serviced, so it should be

272

00:10:42,257 --> 00:10:44,592

in the same condition as

when your sister checked out.

273

00:10:44,610 --> 00:10:46,657

Well, so far, we have no signs

of a forced entry,

274

00:10:46,657 --> 00:10:48,325

struggle, or a girl

named Angela.

275

00:10:48,381 --> 00:10:50,165

Okay, well, it doesn't mean

it didn't happen

276

00:10:50,172 --> 00:10:51,422

and she doesn't exist, right?

277

00:10:51,422 --> 00:10:52,962

The guy could have used the pass key.

Yeah, well,

278

00:10:52,962 --> 00:10:55,386

the hotel staff said that Mary

was the only one issued with

279

00:10:55,386 --> 00:10:57,470

a room key, and nobody saw her

with another woman.

280

00:10:57,528 --> 00:10:59,600

But I did confirm

that Mary has a co-worker

281

00:10:59,600 --> 00:11:01,792

named Angela Branson

who flew in with her.

282

00:11:01,792 --> 00:11:03,277

She's based out of New York

and isn't due

283

00:11:03,277 --> 00:11:04,477

to fly out again for three days.

284

00:11:04,515 --> 00:11:06,068

KONO: And according to

the hotel records,

285

00:11:06,068 --> 00:11:07,435

there was a room

booked in her name,

286

00:11:07,486 --> 00:11:08,602

but she never

actually checked in.

287

00:11:09,069 --> 00:11:10,803

All right, well, good.

That's a good start.

288

00:11:10,821 --> 00:11:12,739

We got any, uh...

got any other contact info?

289

00:11:12,773 --> 00:11:14,274

The airline gave us

her cell phone number,

290

00:11:14,308 --> 00:11:16,326

but it's just rolling straight

to voicemail whenever we try it.

291

00:11:16,360 --> 00:11:17,861

Well, if she'd been kidnapped,

292

00:11:17,912 --> 00:11:19,189

that would make

sense, right?

293

00:11:19,189 --> 00:11:21,718

Okay, are you trying

to convince us or yourself?

294

00:11:23,423 --> 00:11:25,541

Maybe a little of both.

295

00:11:30,291 --> 00:11:32,125

(elevator bell dings)

Okay.

296

00:11:32,618 --> 00:11:35,637

We need to get a look

at this security feed.

297

00:11:38,077 --> 00:11:40,278

(computer trilling)

298

00:11:41,751 --> 00:11:43,118

Okay, that's him.

299

00:11:43,155 --> 00:11:44,761

That's the guy

Mary described.

300

00:11:44,761 --> 00:11:45,886

DANNY:

He's got Angela.

301

00:11:45,886 --> 00:11:47,069

Stop. Push in.

302

00:11:47,394 --> 00:11:49,363

All right, so he brings

Angela down the back way

303

00:11:49,363 --> 00:11:50,597

so no one can see him.

304

00:11:50,597 --> 00:11:52,675

Danny, call Kono,

have her pick Mary up

305

00:11:52,707 --> 00:11:54,782

from the TSA's custody,

and drop her in my office,

306

00:11:54,782 --> 00:11:56,138

but tell her

I want it done low-key.

307

00:11:56,138 --> 00:11:58,009

For Angela's safety,

we can't let anybody know

308

00:11:58,009 --> 00:12:00,511

that Mary and the diamonds

didn't make that flight.

309

00:12:00,548 --> 00:12:02,532

(tires squealing,

engine revving)

310

00:12:02,715 --> 00:12:05,367

Okay, okay!

Would you slow down, please?

311

00:12:05,401 --> 00:12:06,835

Please! We're not gonna

be able to help anybody

312

00:12:06,869 --> 00:12:08,863

if we end up wrapped

around a telephone pole.

313

00:12:08,863 --> 00:12:11,607

That anonymous call about Mary

and the diamonds...

314

00:12:11,624 --> 00:12:13,458

(tires squealing,

engine revving)

315

00:12:13,509 --> 00:12:15,293

...it doesn't add up.

There are a lot

316

00:12:15,344 --> 00:12:17,745

of things about this case that

do not add up, and I apologize

317

00:12:17,763 --> 00:12:18,797

for not believing

Mary's story,

318

00:12:18,848 --> 00:12:20,348

but please stop driving this car

319

00:12:20,383 --> 00:12:21,805

like it's stolen, and slow down!

320

00:12:21,805 --> 00:12:23,472

Driving like I always do.

321

00:12:23,592 --> 00:12:25,593

(engine revving,

tires squealing)

322

00:12:25,886 --> 00:12:28,354

Listen, whoever made the

call to TSA about Mary

323

00:12:28,387 --> 00:12:30,221

had to have been a part

of the smuggler's operation.

324

00:12:30,240 --> 00:12:33,014

Right? That's the only way

that they would have known

325

00:12:33,014 --> 00:12:34,665

that Mary had

the diamonds on her.

326

00:12:34,699 --> 00:12:36,582

Okay, we don't know

who made the call,

327

00:12:36,622 --> 00:12:38,715

but maybe Kono got a chance

to enhance that video,

328

00:12:38,715 --> 00:12:40,278

and we will get an I.D.

on her kidnapper.

329

00:12:40,315 --> 00:12:41,960

Please slow down.

I'm asking you nicely.

330

00:12:41,960 --> 00:12:43,811

I said please don't

do it, please...

331

00:12:48,930 --> 00:12:52,282

I just threw up in my mouth

a little bit. Thank you.

332

00:13:01,995 --> 00:13:03,370

You okay?

Yeah.

333

00:13:03,445 --> 00:13:04,762

All right.

334

00:13:04,796 --> 00:13:06,697

Okay, Kono,

tell me something good.

335

00:13:06,731 --> 00:13:09,182

All right, well, the rest

of the security videos

336

00:13:09,200 --> 00:13:10,284

don't show much.

337

00:13:10,318 --> 00:13:11,852

They only have coverage

of the stairwell,

338

00:13:11,870 --> 00:13:13,620

so there's no actual

footage of anyone

339

00:13:13,655 --> 00:13:14,972

going in or out of

that specific room.

340

00:13:15,006 --> 00:13:16,073

But we got footage of Angela

341

00:13:16,107 --> 00:13:17,357

being dragged down

the back stairwell.

342

00:13:17,375 --> 00:13:19,493

What about the, uh,

facial recognition thingie?

343

00:13:19,527 --> 00:13:21,045

I already tried that.

The angles are bad.

344

00:13:21,079 --> 00:13:22,579

There's not enough

to get a complete scan.

345

00:13:22,630 --> 00:13:24,164

Okay, uh, Chin, what about

the origin of the diamonds?

346

00:13:24,198 --> 00:13:25,466

I checked through Interpol.

347

00:13:25,500 --> 00:13:27,918

There's no reports of any

diamond shipments this size,

348

00:13:27,969 --> 00:13:29,386

either missing

or stolen.

349

00:13:29,421 --> 00:13:31,805

The good news is that Angela's

safe as long as they believe

350

00:13:31,840 --> 00:13:33,674

that Mary and the diamonds

are on that plane.

351

00:13:33,708 --> 00:13:35,542

Well, I hate to be the one

that states the obvious.

352

00:13:35,560 --> 00:13:38,295

She is not on the plane, so,

we're gonna have a big problem

353

00:13:38,329 --> 00:13:39,747

in about eight hours,

when it lands.

354

00:13:39,781 --> 00:13:41,165

Okay, maybe, maybe.

355

00:13:41,199 --> 00:13:42,099

What do you mean?

356

00:13:42,150 --> 00:13:43,216

I got plan--

it might be a goofy

357

00:13:43,234 --> 00:13:45,152

plan-- but what if,

what if we get Mary

358

00:13:45,186 --> 00:13:46,603

and those diamonds

on the governor's G-4?

359

00:13:46,654 --> 00:13:49,389

In the next half an hour, we can

beat that plane to New York.

360

00:13:49,407 --> 00:13:51,224

When the guy there approaches

her and takes possession

361

00:13:51,242 --> 00:13:52,776

of the diamonds,

we snatch him for smuggling.

362

00:13:52,827 --> 00:13:54,511

Very good.

Okay, and if we can flip him,

363

00:13:54,546 --> 00:13:56,747

then we can roll back and arrest

whoever's holding Angela.

364

00:13:56,781 --> 00:13:58,332

Okay, Kono,

get the governor on the phone.

365

00:13:58,366 --> 00:14:00,034

We need that plane ready,

fueled to go

366

00:14:00,068 --> 00:14:01,368

in a half an hour.

Please call HPD,

367

00:14:01,402 --> 00:14:03,370

and tell them we need those

diamonds here immediately.

368

00:14:09,577 --> 00:14:12,900

FEMALE DISPATCHER (over radio):

42-30? 42-30, come in.

369

00:14:12,900 --> 00:14:15,185

Go for 42-30.

370

00:14:15,230 --> 00:14:16,512

Per the watch commander,

371

00:14:16,512 --> 00:14:19,739

start heading towards Iolani

 Palace for an evidence transfer..

372

00:14:19,739 --> 00:14:21,079

See Detective Williams

373

00:14:21,079 --> 00:14:22,863

42-30. Copy that.

374

00:14:24,059 --> 00:14:25,407

Evidence transfer?

375

00:14:25,439 --> 00:14:26,939

What the hell's that about?

376

00:15:00,025 --> 00:15:02,610

(tires squealing,

engine revving)

377

00:15:18,886 --> 00:15:20,613

Hey. Hey, look,

378

00:15:20,613 --> 00:15:22,897

just so there's no confusion,

this is HPD's handle,

379

00:15:22,948 --> 00:15:24,482

not Five-O's.

380

00:15:24,516 --> 00:15:26,034

Well, most people like

to start the day off

381

00:15:26,068 --> 00:15:27,185

with some pleasantries,

382

00:15:27,203 --> 00:15:29,204

but not the new

chief of detectives, huh?

383

00:15:29,238 --> 00:15:30,989

You do know

that that

384

00:15:31,023 --> 00:15:32,791

transport van contained evidence

from a case we were working?

385

00:15:32,825 --> 00:15:34,459

I've already been briefed

on the kidnapping case.

386

00:15:34,493 --> 00:15:36,527

The murder of my two cops

trumps it-- come on.

387

00:15:36,545 --> 00:15:38,046

DANNY: Okay, listen to me...

OFFICER: Detective Kelly?

388

00:15:38,080 --> 00:15:39,148

...you do know

that the only people

389

00:15:39,149 --> 00:15:41,242

who knew the diamonds were

in that van were cops.

390

00:15:41,243 --> 00:15:42,627

All right, so if you're gonna

start looking for the hijacker,

391

00:15:42,628 --> 00:15:44,679

you start with HPD.

392

00:15:45,553 --> 00:15:47,655

Hey, look, no way in hell.

393

00:15:47,689 --> 00:15:49,573

I cleaned house.

394

00:15:49,608 --> 00:15:51,976

I'll bet my job none of

my guys are involved.

395

00:15:52,010 --> 00:15:54,161

Hey, they just ran

the plate on that semi.

396

00:15:54,196 --> 00:15:55,997

It was reported

stolen last night.

397

00:15:58,116 --> 00:16:00,034

Okay, if they stole

the semi truck last night,

398

00:16:00,068 --> 00:16:03,087

they already knew the diamonds

were going to be seized today.

399

00:16:03,121 --> 00:16:04,755

All right, who would have

known something about that?

400

00:16:04,790 --> 00:16:06,791

The guy who called in

the anonymous tip on Mary.

401

00:16:06,842 --> 00:16:08,175

But if they were always

gonna steal the diamonds,

402

00:16:08,210 --> 00:16:10,344

why wouldn't they just snatch

Mary when she arrived

403

00:16:10,379 --> 00:16:11,595

at the airport?

404

00:16:11,630 --> 00:16:13,214

Because they were more afraid

of the diamond smugglers

405

00:16:13,248 --> 00:16:14,348

than they were of us.

406

00:16:14,383 --> 00:16:17,584

Let's make 'em worry about us.

407

00:16:19,116 --> 00:16:20,788

KONO:

Mary, we need to determine

408

00:16:20,810 --> 00:16:23,228

who may have targeted you

to smuggle those diamonds.

409

00:16:23,262 --> 00:16:24,968

So, was there

anyone new

410

00:16:24,968 --> 00:16:26,852

that either you

or Angela had met?

411

00:16:27,033 --> 00:16:28,846

Maybe an overfriendly

passenger?

412

00:16:28,846 --> 00:16:30,563

No. Nobody.

413

00:16:31,383 --> 00:16:32,688

How long have you known Angela?

414

00:16:32,688 --> 00:16:35,399

We met a few months back

at this yoga club in New York.

415

00:16:35,399 --> 00:16:38,100

(phone chimes) And she's the one

that helped me get this job.

416

00:16:38,277 --> 00:16:40,245

Oh, my God.

417

00:16:40,279 --> 00:16:42,664

This could be from the people

that have Angela.

418

00:16:42,716 --> 00:16:44,833

What do you mean?

Well, the kidnappers said

419

00:16:44,884 --> 00:16:47,553

I was gonna get a text message

from his guy in New York.

420

00:16:47,587 --> 00:16:49,254

What does it say?

421

00:16:49,288 --> 00:16:52,391

"When you land, walk directly

to baggage carousel three.

422

00:16:52,425 --> 00:16:54,623

"I'll be watching, so don't try

and involve the cops,

423

00:16:54,623 --> 00:16:56,674

or your friend's... dead."

424

00:16:56,745 --> 00:16:58,884

DANNY: Good news is,

they still have no idea

425

00:16:58,884 --> 00:17:00,034

Mary didn't make that plane.

426

00:17:00,034 --> 00:17:02,323

Yeah, looks like we got about

five hours till they find out.

427

00:17:02,323 --> 00:17:03,918

All right,

when you get those diamonds,

428

00:17:03,918 --> 00:17:05,988

we can use them as a bargaining

chip for Angela's life.

429

00:17:06,060 --> 00:17:09,455

Hey, I've been thinking

about these diamonds.

430

00:17:09,559 --> 00:17:11,718

If these guys just

came in possession

431

00:17:11,718 --> 00:17:13,879

of 20 million in ice, they need

to move it through a broker.

432

00:17:13,879 --> 00:17:15,140

If they are still

on the island.

433

00:17:15,140 --> 00:17:17,437

Yeah, but these guys killed

two cops to get these stones,

434

00:17:17,437 --> 00:17:19,420

so they know we're watching

everyone leaving the island.

435

00:17:19,485 --> 00:17:20,986

The smartest thing

these guys can do is

436

00:17:21,003 --> 00:17:22,965

to try and move those diamonds

while they're still here.

437

00:17:22,965 --> 00:17:24,794

Right, and as far as

brokers go, there's only

438

00:17:24,794 --> 00:17:26,928

so many guys on the island that

can handle this kind of weight.

439

00:17:26,996 --> 00:17:28,797

Now this is a

criminal file

440

00:17:28,894 --> 00:17:31,542

on a fence released from

prison six months ago.

441

00:17:31,542 --> 00:17:35,479

If there's a deal

he'll have heard about it.

442

00:17:36,663 --> 00:17:39,858

FRYER: So, this guy's been

off the radar since he finished

443

00:17:39,925 --> 00:17:41,573

serving his sentence

six months ago.

444

00:17:41,573 --> 00:17:42,839

You got new leverage

on him?

445

00:17:42,839 --> 00:17:43,935

Nothing. No parole.

446

00:17:43,935 --> 00:17:45,925

Did his full 30-year

term, dropped his tail.

447

00:17:45,925 --> 00:17:47,199

Doesn't mean

he's not dirty.

448

00:17:47,199 --> 00:17:49,250

In my experience, once a crook,

you are always a crook.

449

00:17:49,284 --> 00:17:50,451

I agree.

450

00:17:50,502 --> 00:17:52,670

(knocking on door)

451

00:17:54,761 --> 00:17:56,799

August March. HPD.

452

00:17:56,842 --> 00:17:58,512

We need to ask you

a few questions.

453

00:17:58,512 --> 00:18:00,317

Nobody here by that name.

454

00:18:00,317 --> 00:18:01,551

Have you tried next door?

455

00:18:02,214 --> 00:18:03,637

You lie to me again,

456

00:18:03,637 --> 00:18:06,576

you're going straight

back to jail.

457

00:18:07,469 --> 00:18:09,804

You know, last

time I checked,

458

00:18:09,855 --> 00:18:11,973

you needed a

man's invitation

459

00:18:12,007 --> 00:18:13,908

to walk into his house.

460

00:18:13,942 --> 00:18:15,109

That rule applies

to citizens.

461

00:18:15,143 --> 00:18:16,760

You stopped being one

30 years ago.

462

00:18:16,778 --> 00:18:18,563

30 years... Well,

463

00:18:18,597 --> 00:18:20,815

maybe you should talk

to my attorney about what

464

00:18:20,849 --> 00:18:22,650

my rights are...

You finish making that call...

465

00:18:22,701 --> 00:18:24,035

Yeah?

You are going to jail.

466

00:18:24,069 --> 00:18:25,536

Either way, you're gonna

answer my questions, because...

467

00:18:25,571 --> 00:18:26,821

You-you can't...

468

00:18:26,855 --> 00:18:28,039

...I don't have time for your games.

MARCH: No, no.

469

00:18:28,073 --> 00:18:29,073

You understand me?

You understand me?

470

00:18:29,107 --> 00:18:30,241

Yeah, well,

I certainly

471

00:18:30,275 --> 00:18:31,409

won't answer

your questions...

472

00:18:31,443 --> 00:18:33,327

Excuse me.

Come on, Vince.

473

00:18:33,378 --> 00:18:35,296

Why don't you pull

it back a little bit?

474

00:18:35,330 --> 00:18:36,898

All right? This

guy's done his time.

475

00:18:36,932 --> 00:18:38,666

Why don't you

just take it easy?

476

00:18:38,717 --> 00:18:41,502

All right, I'm not holding

nothing back, McGarrett.

477

00:18:41,553 --> 00:18:43,954

I got two dead cops. Two.

478

00:18:43,972 --> 00:18:45,289

And I'm betting

that this old man

479

00:18:45,307 --> 00:18:46,974

knows who's responsible, okay?

480

00:18:47,009 --> 00:18:48,426

Now don't be fooled

481

00:18:48,460 --> 00:18:49,677

by the way he looks.

482

00:18:49,728 --> 00:18:53,014

August March ran one of

the largest smuggling networks

483

00:18:53,065 --> 00:18:54,899

in the world.

484

00:18:54,933 --> 00:18:58,920

He was the fence

for stolen art and gems.

485

00:18:58,954 --> 00:19:01,772

Nothing moved

on or off Honolulu

486

00:19:01,806 --> 00:19:04,642

without August March taking

a piece of the action.

487

00:19:04,660 --> 00:19:06,360

His operation and pipeline

488

00:19:06,411 --> 00:19:08,746

continued long after

he was in prison

489

00:19:08,780 --> 00:19:13,451

for ordering the murder of two

of his business associates.

490

00:19:13,485 --> 00:19:15,253

They made the mistake

of trusting him,

491

00:19:15,287 --> 00:19:17,538

and they got a bullet for it.

492

00:19:17,589 --> 00:19:21,509

The man is

a cold-blooded killer.

493

00:19:21,543 --> 00:19:26,097

It's a very colorful, but

less-than-accurate description

494

00:19:26,131 --> 00:19:27,465

of what I was

495

00:19:27,499 --> 00:19:28,883

convicted of.

496

00:19:28,934 --> 00:19:32,086

Whatever crimes I committed

in the past are just that.

497

00:19:32,120 --> 00:19:33,220

The past!

498

00:19:33,272 --> 00:19:36,357

Now, please leave me alone,

499

00:19:36,391 --> 00:19:38,776

or I'm gonna file a complaint!

500

00:19:38,810 --> 00:19:40,978

Listen, there's a woman

whose life is in danger.

501

00:19:41,012 --> 00:19:44,198

All we need is a little bit

of your time and some help

502

00:19:44,232 --> 00:19:47,318

with the smuggler

that we're looking for, okay?

503

00:19:47,352 --> 00:19:50,821

I'm sorry,

but I don't do that anymore.

504

00:19:50,855 --> 00:19:52,790

I've been on ice

for 30 years.

505

00:19:52,824 --> 00:19:56,127

I'm not in that business

anymore.

506

00:19:56,161 --> 00:19:57,361

Okay, but you do know people

507

00:19:57,379 --> 00:19:58,696

that are in that business,

correct?

508

00:19:58,714 --> 00:20:00,030

Yeah, I do,

509

00:20:00,048 --> 00:20:01,582

and unlike you guys,

510

00:20:01,633 --> 00:20:04,201

they take me at my word

when I say I'm out.

511

00:20:04,219 --> 00:20:06,003

STEVE: All we're trying

to do is prevent

512

00:20:06,037 --> 00:20:07,972

an innocent woman

from being killed

513

00:20:08,006 --> 00:20:10,708

over the theft

of a few lousy diamonds here.

514

00:20:11,643 --> 00:20:13,761

This is about diamonds?

515

00:20:13,812 --> 00:20:15,879

Yes. Do you know anything

about it?

516

00:20:15,897 --> 00:20:18,549

I might.

517

00:20:18,567 --> 00:20:20,484

But if I help you,

518

00:20:20,519 --> 00:20:22,153

you've got to give me your word

519

00:20:22,187 --> 00:20:23,988

that you'll never

bother me again.

520

00:20:24,022 --> 00:20:27,975

And nobody must know

about my involvement.

521

00:20:28,893 --> 00:20:31,028

You have my word.

522

00:20:31,062 --> 00:20:32,613

MARCH:

Well...

523

00:20:32,664 --> 00:20:34,231

I'm not just talking about you.

524

00:20:34,249 --> 00:20:35,583

FRYER:

Look,

525

00:20:35,617 --> 00:20:37,585

you give me the guys

526

00:20:37,619 --> 00:20:39,620

that killed my men...

527

00:20:39,671 --> 00:20:41,005

Yeah?

528

00:20:41,039 --> 00:20:43,257

...you will never, never

529

00:20:43,291 --> 00:20:45,476

lay eyes on me again.

530

00:20:47,963 --> 00:20:50,214

Fine. Fine, fine, fine.

531

00:20:50,248 --> 00:20:52,633

I got a call yesterday

532

00:20:52,684 --> 00:20:54,719

from a stranger.

533

00:20:54,753 --> 00:20:58,105

I don't know who he is,

nor who referred him to me.

534

00:20:58,140 --> 00:21:01,225

But he said he

wanted to fence...

535

00:21:01,259 --> 00:21:03,194

s-some diamonds.

536

00:21:03,228 --> 00:21:05,279

Yeah, uh...

537

00:21:05,313 --> 00:21:07,231

It's, it's

the last number on there.

538

00:21:07,265 --> 00:21:09,233

Maybe you can

trace the number.

539

00:21:09,267 --> 00:21:10,818

DANNY:

Okay.

540

00:21:15,223 --> 00:21:18,942

Did I hear right,

that your name's McGarrett?

541

00:21:18,960 --> 00:21:20,277

Yeah.

542

00:21:20,295 --> 00:21:23,047

There was a young

officer named McGarrett

543

00:21:23,081 --> 00:21:25,049

who transported me

to jail 30 years ago.

544

00:21:25,083 --> 00:21:26,233

Any relation?

545

00:21:26,268 --> 00:21:28,002

Yeah, that was

my father. Yeah.

546

00:21:28,053 --> 00:21:29,804

No kidding.

547

00:21:29,838 --> 00:21:32,956

Small world.

How's he doing?

548

00:21:32,974 --> 00:21:34,625

He's dead.

549

00:21:34,643 --> 00:21:37,428

Shame.

Sorry to hear that.

550

00:21:37,462 --> 00:21:39,230

He was a good man.

551

00:21:39,264 --> 00:21:41,098

I tried to offer him...

552

00:21:41,132 --> 00:21:43,951

$100,000 bribe that day.

553

00:21:43,985 --> 00:21:46,937

A fortune at that time.

554

00:21:46,971 --> 00:21:48,823

My father wasn't

that kind of cop.

555

00:21:48,857 --> 00:21:50,974

But there were plenty of cops

556

00:21:50,992 --> 00:21:52,159

around him

557

00:21:52,194 --> 00:21:54,078

who would've taken that money,

right, Chief?

558

00:21:54,112 --> 00:21:55,979

DANNY:

It's a pre-paid.

559

00:21:55,997 --> 00:21:57,147

Can't trace it.

560

00:21:57,165 --> 00:21:58,416

Thank you.

561

00:21:58,450 --> 00:21:59,950

I'm-I'm sorry.

562

00:21:59,984 --> 00:22:01,151

I tried.

563

00:22:01,169 --> 00:22:02,787

I wish I could help you more.

564

00:22:02,821 --> 00:22:05,456

Hey, look, you're not done.

You're not.

565

00:22:05,490 --> 00:22:07,758

Call that guy back.

566

00:22:07,793 --> 00:22:09,877

Set up a meet

and let me grab him.

567

00:22:09,928 --> 00:22:12,179

- Give him to me. Just give him to me.

- No!

568

00:22:12,214 --> 00:22:14,098

Come on.

That's a young man's game.

569

00:22:14,132 --> 00:22:17,101

I'm too old for that kind of thing.

Come on.

570

00:22:17,135 --> 00:22:18,886

This is probably

the only chance we have

571

00:22:18,937 --> 00:22:21,639

to get this girl back safe.

572

00:22:44,546 --> 00:22:46,080

This guy better show.

573

00:22:46,131 --> 00:22:48,532

Plane lands in New York

in less than four hours.

574

00:22:49,718 --> 00:22:51,719

I got him.

575

00:22:51,753 --> 00:22:54,922

STEVE: I got a visual, 10:00.

Right now. 10:00.

576

00:22:57,559 --> 00:23:00,494

DANNY: He's strapped. Butt of a gun

sticking out of his shirt.

577

00:23:00,529 --> 00:23:02,646

STEVE:

If March gets compromised,

578

00:23:02,681 --> 00:23:03,898

that guy pulls out that gun,

579

00:23:03,932 --> 00:23:06,100

every single one of these

civilians is at risk here.

580

00:23:06,151 --> 00:23:07,401

FRYER:

This guy's an old pro.

581

00:23:07,435 --> 00:23:08,853

He'll do fine.

582

00:23:08,887 --> 00:23:10,488

STEVE:

Let's hope your right.

583

00:23:15,393 --> 00:23:16,727

August March?

584

00:23:17,612 --> 00:23:19,163

Take a seat.

585

00:23:19,197 --> 00:23:22,116

You're making

the waiter nervous.

586

00:23:23,451 --> 00:23:24,668

By yourself, right?

587

00:23:24,703 --> 00:23:26,370

Because if not,

anything happens,

588

00:23:26,404 --> 00:23:29,089

you're the first to get shot.

589

00:23:29,124 --> 00:23:30,257

(laughs)

590

00:23:30,292 --> 00:23:32,293

Relax, kid.

591

00:23:32,344 --> 00:23:34,245

I'm here

for one piece of business.

592

00:23:34,279 --> 00:23:36,246

The only thing that's

gonna happen here today,

593

00:23:36,264 --> 00:23:38,115

is you and me

are gonna get rich.

594

00:23:38,149 --> 00:23:41,585

Just remember, we wait for

him to inspect the diamonds.

595

00:23:41,603 --> 00:23:43,053

That's the arrest signal.

596

00:23:43,087 --> 00:23:45,472

That is when we move in.

DARRYL: You sure you can

597

00:23:45,524 --> 00:23:46,557

move this kind of weight?

598

00:23:46,591 --> 00:23:47,775

Eh, don't worry.

599

00:23:47,809 --> 00:23:49,693

I got the connections.

600

00:23:49,728 --> 00:23:51,587

Whoever sent you

to me knows that.

601

00:23:51,612 --> 00:23:52,229

Good.

602

00:23:52,230 --> 00:23:55,382

So what's the brokerage fee

on 20 million worth?

603

00:23:57,719 --> 00:23:59,737

Well, as I told you

on the phone,

604

00:23:59,771 --> 00:24:02,306

I can't say without

seeing the quality

605

00:24:02,340 --> 00:24:04,375

of the product.

Y-You did bring

606

00:24:04,409 --> 00:24:06,076

all of the diamonds

like I told you.

607

00:24:06,110 --> 00:24:08,245

You didn't really think

I'd be dumb enough

608

00:24:08,279 --> 00:24:10,113

to bring all of them, did you?

609

00:24:15,003 --> 00:24:16,170

Nobody said you were dumb.

610

00:24:16,221 --> 00:24:17,805

But...

611

00:24:17,889 --> 00:24:19,256

without seeing all of them

612

00:24:19,290 --> 00:24:21,008

I can't estimate

613

00:24:21,059 --> 00:24:23,060

the overall quality

614

00:24:23,094 --> 00:24:24,812

of the product.

615

00:24:24,846 --> 00:24:27,164

For all I know,

616

00:24:27,198 --> 00:24:29,387

you could've handpicked

the best one.

617

00:24:29,412 --> 00:24:30,184

I didn't.

618

00:24:30,185 --> 00:24:32,135

Now! Move out!

619

00:24:33,238 --> 00:24:34,989

I've got 200 more

of that same quality.

620

00:24:35,023 --> 00:24:36,473

Now how much?

621

00:24:36,491 --> 00:24:37,641

You say you're not dumb,

622

00:24:37,659 --> 00:24:39,660

but with what you've

been handling lately,

623

00:24:39,694 --> 00:24:42,279

the moves you've been making,

624

00:24:42,313 --> 00:24:43,864

I'm starting to

think you are.

625

00:24:43,915 --> 00:24:47,368

- Why's that?

- Killing cops?

626

00:24:47,419 --> 00:24:50,921

In my day, we would've

never done a thing like that.

627

00:24:50,956 --> 00:24:52,656

Brings too much heat.

628

00:24:52,674 --> 00:24:54,775

How'd you know about the cops?

629

00:25:03,184 --> 00:25:06,186

(people screaming)

630

00:25:19,534 --> 00:25:21,201

Nice shot, Fryer.

631

00:25:21,236 --> 00:25:23,020

STEVE:

Trouble is now

632

00:25:23,038 --> 00:25:24,354

our only lead is dead.

633

00:25:36,025 --> 00:25:37,176

You okay.

634

00:25:38,130 --> 00:25:40,348

I should've kept my mouth shut.

635

00:25:40,382 --> 00:25:42,810

I told your partner

I was too old for this.

636

00:25:42,811 --> 00:25:43,813

March was telling me

he thinks

637

00:25:43,814 --> 00:25:45,198

he can identify

where the diamonds are from.

638

00:25:45,433 --> 00:25:46,934

Okay, that's good. How?

639

00:25:46,968 --> 00:25:49,636

Every diamond

has a distinct marking.

640

00:25:49,670 --> 00:25:52,105

If I could look at this stone

641

00:25:52,140 --> 00:25:53,891

this guy brought

under a microscope,

642

00:25:53,942 --> 00:25:56,143

I might be able

to tell you something about it.

643

00:25:56,177 --> 00:25:58,562

Okay, all right, good.

Take Mr. March over to Fong's,

644

00:25:58,613 --> 00:26:00,513

we have a microscope

for you to look at, okay?

645

00:26:00,531 --> 00:26:02,449

Fine, fine, fine.

646

00:26:04,402 --> 00:26:05,547

I mean...

647

00:26:05,572 --> 00:26:07,172

Now, look, I just did what

I had to do, all right?

648

00:26:07,288 --> 00:26:08,906

And besides, this guy

matches the description

649

00:26:08,940 --> 00:26:10,290

of the evidence van

hijacker, okay?

650

00:26:10,325 --> 00:26:12,125

- Okay.

- Do we have a positive I.D.?

651

00:26:12,160 --> 00:26:15,379

Yeah.

And it tells a whole lot.

652

00:26:15,413 --> 00:26:16,914

Okay, what?

653

00:26:16,965 --> 00:26:18,715

His name's Darryl Kaleo.

654

00:26:18,750 --> 00:26:22,586

Brother of an ex-cop

you put away last year

655

00:26:22,637 --> 00:26:24,504

for the murder of your ex-partner.

I know who he is.

656

00:26:24,538 --> 00:26:27,040

Are you implying

that he's involved with this?

657

00:26:27,058 --> 00:26:28,592

Hey, look, he's

capable of killing cops.

658

00:26:28,643 --> 00:26:30,394

- He's also in prison.

- That's right.

659

00:26:30,428 --> 00:26:31,878

He's in a life term.

660

00:26:31,896 --> 00:26:33,347

Doesn't mean he's

not behind this.

661

00:26:33,381 --> 00:26:35,182

You think that he just

orchestrated this whole thing?

662

00:26:35,216 --> 00:26:37,768

From jail? Why? What does he get out

of it? Just helping his brother?

663

00:26:37,819 --> 00:26:38,531

Doesn't make sense.

664

00:26:38,556 --> 00:26:40,140

Why don't we pay him

a visit and find out.

665

00:26:40,355 --> 00:26:42,656

He's easy to find.

666

00:26:46,828 --> 00:26:49,813

DANNY:

Life is pretty good here

667

00:26:49,847 --> 00:26:51,615

in the Protective

Custody Wing, right?

668

00:26:51,666 --> 00:26:53,750

One of the perks

of being a cop.

669

00:26:53,785 --> 00:26:55,018

Ex-cop.

670

00:26:55,053 --> 00:26:56,520

You should be walking

the main line

671

00:26:56,554 --> 00:26:58,622

with the rest of these

lowlifes, and you know it.

672

00:26:58,673 --> 00:27:01,875

My prior law enforcement

work makes me a target.

673

00:27:01,909 --> 00:27:03,743

Is there a reason you two

674

00:27:03,761 --> 00:27:06,579

are tossing my place

or did you just miss me?

675

00:27:07,348 --> 00:27:08,682

KALEO:

You two have

676

00:27:08,716 --> 00:27:10,517

no legal authority

to be shaking me down.

677

00:27:10,551 --> 00:27:12,019

This is harassment.

FRYER: You're in prison.

678

00:27:12,053 --> 00:27:15,806

Subject to search

whenever and wherever.

679

00:27:15,857 --> 00:27:18,442

Why are you really here? I know

you're looking for something.

680

00:27:18,476 --> 00:27:20,944

Why bother lying?

681

00:27:20,979 --> 00:27:22,479

Okay.

682

00:27:22,530 --> 00:27:24,448

I will play along.

683

00:27:24,482 --> 00:27:25,565

Your brother...

684

00:27:25,599 --> 00:27:28,068

he robbed a transport van,

killed two cops.

685

00:27:28,102 --> 00:27:29,486

FRYER:

You already know that,

686

00:27:29,520 --> 00:27:30,787

don't ya? Huh?

687

00:27:30,822 --> 00:27:31,872

Listen, Kaleo,

688

00:27:31,906 --> 00:27:33,790

we know that you helped

set this thing up,

689

00:27:33,825 --> 00:27:36,460

and we are here to prove that--

that's what we're gonna do.

690

00:27:36,494 --> 00:27:38,412

Be my guest.

691

00:27:38,446 --> 00:27:40,213

Okay.

You know, Williams...

692

00:27:40,248 --> 00:27:41,965

What?

You mentioning

693

00:27:42,000 --> 00:27:46,453

my brother makes me

nostalgic about family.

694

00:27:46,471 --> 00:27:47,954

You got a kid, right?

695

00:27:47,972 --> 00:27:50,790

How's she doing,

anyway?

696

00:27:50,808 --> 00:27:53,810

My daughter is doing fine.

697

00:27:53,845 --> 00:27:55,429

Thank you.

698

00:27:55,463 --> 00:27:57,814

Your brother Darryl,

on the other hand,

699

00:27:57,849 --> 00:28:00,817

he's not doing so good.

He's dead.

700

00:28:00,852 --> 00:28:03,003

FRYER:

Hey.

701

00:28:03,037 --> 00:28:05,722

Look what we got here.

702

00:28:08,743 --> 00:28:10,360

Cell phone.

703

00:28:10,411 --> 00:28:13,163

You planted that.

It ain't mine.

704

00:28:13,197 --> 00:28:15,565

I'm sure your prints

are gonna be all over it.

705

00:28:15,600 --> 00:28:17,334

So tell me...

706

00:28:17,368 --> 00:28:19,703

is this how you arranged

the transport van's hijacking?

707

00:28:19,754 --> 00:28:20,987

It is, isn't it?

708

00:28:21,005 --> 00:28:23,637

You got questions,

run them by my lawyer.

709

00:28:23,637 --> 00:28:25,517

Okay, no problem.

710

00:28:26,177 --> 00:28:27,827

Listen, um,...

711

00:28:27,845 --> 00:28:30,380

(whispering):

you know, last time I saw you...

712

00:28:30,431 --> 00:28:33,133

I broke a couple of

bones in your face, right?

713

00:28:33,167 --> 00:28:35,001

You ever mention

my daughter again...

714

00:28:35,019 --> 00:28:37,337

I promise you

I'm gonna come back here,

715

00:28:37,355 --> 00:28:40,140

I'm gonna break every single

bone in your body, okay?

716

00:28:40,174 --> 00:28:42,526

You understand?

717

00:28:42,560 --> 00:28:44,644

(slaps Kaleo's back)

Put him back in his cage.

718

00:28:53,321 --> 00:28:56,406

MARCH:

Interesting.

719

00:28:57,525 --> 00:28:59,910

This explains

720

00:28:59,961 --> 00:29:02,529

why these diamonds were

never reported missing.

721

00:29:02,547 --> 00:29:04,664

Based on quality,

722

00:29:04,698 --> 00:29:06,550

I would say...

723

00:29:06,584 --> 00:29:08,635

that this stone comes from

724

00:29:08,669 --> 00:29:10,587

the Republic of Liberia.

725

00:29:10,638 --> 00:29:13,206

Are you sure?

Things change.

726

00:29:13,224 --> 00:29:14,536

I mean, you've been

locked up for 30 years.

727

00:29:14,537 --> 00:29:17,511

30 years, 13 million years,

this is an allotrope

728

00:29:17,512 --> 00:29:19,712

of carbon formed

at high pressure

729

00:29:19,730 --> 00:29:22,182

and high temperature conditions.

730

00:29:22,216 --> 00:29:24,234

That never changes.

731

00:29:24,268 --> 00:29:25,936

This stone, my dear,

732

00:29:25,987 --> 00:29:27,387

comes from Africa.

733

00:29:27,405 --> 00:29:30,690

Which leads me to believe

that is is probably...

734

00:29:30,724 --> 00:29:32,659

a conflict diamond.

735

00:29:32,693 --> 00:29:34,227

Blood diamonds...

736

00:29:34,245 --> 00:29:37,030

sold on the black market,

737

00:29:37,064 --> 00:29:38,832

and used to finance civil wars

738

00:29:38,866 --> 00:29:41,234

and genocide

on the Africa coast.

739

00:29:41,252 --> 00:29:44,070

Have you ever done business

with people from Liberia?

740

00:29:44,088 --> 00:29:45,172

No, no.

741

00:29:45,206 --> 00:29:46,573

But...

742

00:29:46,591 --> 00:29:49,676

I'm a student

of the game.

743

00:29:49,710 --> 00:29:53,079

The game never changes.

744

00:29:53,097 --> 00:29:55,182

Just the players do.

745

00:29:55,216 --> 00:29:56,516

Well, then that

would explain

746

00:29:56,551 --> 00:29:59,269

the kidnapper's accent.

Exactly.

747

00:29:59,303 --> 00:30:01,555

And that's why, if I were you,

748

00:30:01,589 --> 00:30:04,724

I would check out Liberians

here on temporary visas.

749

00:30:04,758 --> 00:30:06,092

Okay.

750

00:30:06,110 --> 00:30:09,029

We really appreciate the help.

751

00:30:09,063 --> 00:30:11,398

This at least gives us

an idea of who's holding Angela.

752

00:30:11,432 --> 00:30:12,482

I wish you luck.

753

00:30:12,533 --> 00:30:16,119

And feel free to call

on me anytime.

754

00:30:17,038 --> 00:30:18,104

Bye.

755

00:30:18,122 --> 00:30:19,539

Mr. March.

756

00:30:19,574 --> 00:30:21,458

Hmm?

757

00:30:21,492 --> 00:30:24,077

I'm gonna need

that diamond back.

758

00:30:24,111 --> 00:30:25,945

The diamond?!

759

00:30:27,949 --> 00:30:30,167

(laughs)

760

00:30:31,636 --> 00:30:34,787

Here we go.

761

00:30:34,805 --> 00:30:37,440

Can't blame a guy for trying.

762

00:30:40,094 --> 00:30:42,462

CHIN:

All the outbound calls

763

00:30:42,480 --> 00:30:44,881

off of Kaleo's cell phone

are to his brother Darryl...

764

00:30:44,916 --> 00:30:45,899

with the exception

765

00:30:45,933 --> 00:30:46,900

of this one.

766

00:30:46,934 --> 00:30:48,068

Okay, who's this one to?

767

00:30:48,102 --> 00:30:49,102

CHIN:

TSA security line.

768

00:30:49,136 --> 00:30:51,771

Hey, look at

the time stamp.

769

00:30:51,805 --> 00:30:53,690

FRYER: 30 minutes before

Mary was arrested.

770

00:30:53,724 --> 00:30:56,159

So Kaleo made the call

that got Mary arrested

771

00:30:56,194 --> 00:30:58,278

and the diamonds seized.

772

00:30:58,312 --> 00:30:59,979

He told him the description

of the van,

773

00:30:59,997 --> 00:31:01,831

the route,

so they could hijack it.

774

00:31:01,866 --> 00:31:03,917

But the part of the puzzle

we don't have is how they know

775

00:31:03,951 --> 00:31:05,418

about the Liberian smuggling

operation in the first place.

776

00:31:05,453 --> 00:31:07,320

I reached out to TSA.

777

00:31:07,338 --> 00:31:09,589

I worked up a list of Liberians

778

00:31:09,624 --> 00:31:11,258

that are on the island

779

00:31:11,292 --> 00:31:13,093

on temporary visas.

780

00:31:13,127 --> 00:31:14,477

It's not extensive.

781

00:31:14,512 --> 00:31:16,513

That's him.

782

00:31:16,547 --> 00:31:17,714

Bottom left.

783

00:31:17,748 --> 00:31:19,299

That's the guy

that kidnapped Angela.

784

00:31:19,333 --> 00:31:20,300

(beeping)

785

00:31:20,334 --> 00:31:23,186

KONO:

Jordan Nevins.

786

00:31:23,221 --> 00:31:25,438

He landed on the island

three days ago.

787

00:31:25,473 --> 00:31:27,307

Okay, well,

788

00:31:27,341 --> 00:31:29,643

it looks like he didn't

lie on his TSA entry form.

789

00:31:29,677 --> 00:31:31,645

Just confirmed he's staying

in the penthouse suite.

790

00:31:31,679 --> 00:31:33,513

Let's go pay him a visit.

791

00:31:33,531 --> 00:31:34,681

Whoa, whoa, whoa!

792

00:31:34,699 --> 00:31:36,333

Whoa, whoa!

793

00:31:36,367 --> 00:31:37,517

What are you doing?

794

00:31:37,535 --> 00:31:39,152

Getting my vest.

795

00:31:39,186 --> 00:31:40,537

No, I'll get your ve...

Uh, Chin?

796

00:31:40,571 --> 00:31:42,355

Help him with the thing.

Hey, hey, Steve,

797

00:31:42,373 --> 00:31:43,840

come on over here a second.

798

00:31:43,874 --> 00:31:45,842

What are you talking about?

799

00:31:49,714 --> 00:31:50,797

What is that?

800

00:31:50,831 --> 00:31:51,998

That was

your birthday cake.

801

00:31:52,032 --> 00:31:54,050

I was planning on taking it

by the office.

802

00:31:54,085 --> 00:31:56,202

Got sidetracked by this case.

803

00:31:56,220 --> 00:31:57,220

Is that why

804

00:31:57,255 --> 00:31:58,221

you guys all stopped talking

805

00:31:58,256 --> 00:31:59,756

when I came in the

office this morning?

806

00:31:59,807 --> 00:32:02,592

Yeah. Like usual, you figured out

a way to ruin everything.

807

00:32:02,643 --> 00:32:03,793

Thanks.

808

00:32:10,234 --> 00:32:12,552

It's butter cream.

809

00:32:12,570 --> 00:32:15,472

Butter cream's my favorite.

810

00:32:17,608 --> 00:32:18,708

Move in!

811

00:32:18,743 --> 00:32:19,659

Hey, hey!

812

00:32:19,694 --> 00:32:21,561

I got Jordan.

Continue clearing.

813

00:32:28,902 --> 00:32:31,338

All clear.

814

00:32:31,372 --> 00:32:33,123

Bedroom's clear; no girl.

815

00:32:33,174 --> 00:32:34,541

All right, where's Angela?

816

00:32:34,575 --> 00:32:35,908

I-I don't know...

817

00:32:35,926 --> 00:32:37,043

Hey! Where's Angela?

818

00:32:37,077 --> 00:32:39,596

I don't know what

you're talking about.

819

00:32:39,630 --> 00:32:42,882

All right, we'll see about that.

820

00:32:47,380 --> 00:32:49,548

NEVINS:

I'm a Liberian citizen.

821

00:32:49,598 --> 00:32:51,232

If you lay a finger on me,

822

00:32:51,266 --> 00:32:53,318

I will have the consulate

crawling so far up your...

823

00:32:53,369 --> 00:32:54,652

That's a good idea.

824

00:32:54,703 --> 00:32:56,281

And afterwards, I

can tell your bosses

825

00:32:56,281 --> 00:32:58,249

that you lost

their diamond shipment.

826

00:32:59,453 --> 00:33:03,021

You seized some diamonds?

827

00:33:04,298 --> 00:33:06,316

That look familiar?

828

00:33:06,351 --> 00:33:07,632

It would take

less than an hour

829

00:33:07,632 --> 00:33:09,135

for me to prepare

a press release

830

00:33:09,135 --> 00:33:12,939

announcing the seizure of

20 million in conflict diamonds.

831

00:33:13,136 --> 00:33:14,036

You know, it's funny,

832

00:33:14,036 --> 00:33:15,726

there's something about

your body language right now

833

00:33:15,726 --> 00:33:18,484

that tells me that if that

press release hits,

834

00:33:18,484 --> 00:33:20,257

you're gonna feel safer

in here with us

835

00:33:20,257 --> 00:33:22,124

than you are out

there on the street.

836

00:33:24,685 --> 00:33:26,520

If I tell you everything,

837

00:33:26,826 --> 00:33:28,326

you gotta protect me

838

00:33:28,533 --> 00:33:31,683
